"excellent restaurant and spacious rooms"
jennifertravelsworld, 19 Février 2020

Our hotel room was much more spacious than most European hotels we've stayed at. The bathroom was great with heated floors and towel racks. There was plenty of counter space to spread out and the shower had fantastic pressure. My only complaint was that it only had a half wall so water did splash around. The bed wasn't anything special but it was fine. I appreciated that there was an in-room hot pot with tea and instant coffee offered for free. We had dinner at the in house restaurant our first night and it was delicious. I had one of the best steaks ever with a side of rosemary roasted potatoes. My husband had the veal which he enjoyed. The wine by the glass was tasty and inexpensive. We had breakfast there two mornings and it was a decent although not extensive buffet. My husband had eggs and sausage, I don't eat eggs so I made do with yogurt with fruit and granola and toast. We both enjoyed trying the little pastries they offered. We were in the area for an event at the palasesto and were told that this hotel was convenient. I have to admit that it was a much more of a walk than we were expecting, a solid 20-30 minutes through a construction zone. While I always felt safe, I know that others did taxi because of the distance. If I was to visit the area again, unfortunately I would want to stay on the other side of the construction zone closer to the metro stop and rink.

"Very nice and friendly staff"
O6422URlindaf, 18 Février 2020

We stayed here for 4 nights and the staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good. Only 5 minutes walk to the shoppingcenter Vulcano and just a minute walk to the nearest busstop. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were nice as well.

"Good budget hotel"
Daniel19721972, 22 Décembre 2019

Came here a couple of times in 2019, nice modern rooms. Nice breakfast buffet. I never tried the restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing that is difficult is the number of interiour parking spaces, quiet limited.

"Good base outside Milan"
Princesslea57, 17 Novembre 2019

There is convenient free parking area in this hotel. It is 5 minutes to Marelli station to go to Milan.Parking is close to the station. It took about 15 minutes to Milan. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.(Lorenzo). Bathroom is spacious. Heater in the bathroom would be great.

"Lack of parking"
L0ll0A, 24 Octobre 2019

hotel located just outside Sesto San Giovanni. The rooms are very basic, without any particular comfort. Considering that the structure is located on a busy boulevard, that you can only get there by car and that most people who stay do it for work, I find really very inconvenient the lack of parking and any solution in this regard.

"Generally OK but"
Nick B, 16 Octobre 2019

Stayed here for one night in transit. Luggage handling system chaotic. Room OK, a bit on the small side. Evening meal good and the bar prices were acceptably reasonable. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster. No hot food on entry and some arrived 20 mins later as we were leaving. Dining room well appointed, staff very helpful.

"Milan again"
GeoW74, 31 Mars 2019

The BW Falck Village is a clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. I have been here about three times now and it has turned out to be a reliable choice. On the north eastern edge of the city it is possibly more convenient for Linate than Malpensa. The city can accessed by a combination of bus and Metro. One ticket valid for 90 mins will get you there. This area has some industrial history. It was once the site of a large steelworks, the blast furnaces were extinguished in 1995 but a fair bit the site is still visible because redevelopment has been slow. This history is reflected some of the hotels décor. The Vulcano shopping centre is a less than 10 minute walk to the north of the hotel.

"Beautiful Hotel Excellent Staff"
kelsie27, 23 Février 2019

My husband, myself, daughter & grandson just came from from spending a week in The BW Falck Village Hotel. We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the Arena where we were attending an event last weekend. We would like to thank each of the Staff that gave us exceptional service that will give us a lifetime of beautiful memories. A couple of weeks prior to our arrival I had sent several emails concerning transportation from the Airport. Alberto answered all of them promptly & efficiently. And was available all week to answer any questions we might have about the City. For a minimal charge a shuttle came to pick us up at Malpensa Airport for a 45 min. ride to the Hotel. Upon entering the Falck Village we were greeted by Giulia for a very quick early check in. Her radiant smile & professionalism put us at ease immediately. After seeing our immaculate room, we were very hungry & went downstairs to eat at the Ristorante San Giorgio where we were escorted to our table by Leonardo, Maitre d' & Restaurant Manager. Lunch proved to be exceptional, as well as, the numerous Gourmet dinners we had during the week. Leonardo was very attentive & remained a perfect host for us all week. The Ricotta Italian cheese cake was the most delicious cake I have ever eaten. Thank you Leonardo!! My husband & grandson went down for a buffet breakfast several times where they met Cecilia and Sylvia. Two very competent servers who were always available to bring my husband a double Espresso!! Everyone at the Front Desk did double duty attending to the Bar area also. Sheyestah, Lorenzo, Luca were always smiling & ever helpful. A pleasure to be around. The only suggestion that we would make is if the Hotel would consider getting a pay shuttle so guests could get into the City of Milan a little easier. Uber was unreliable & the Taxi service starts their meter's from the time you call them, not when they arrive to pick you up. One day the Taxi arrived with $19.00 Euros on the meter before we left for our destination. Other than the transportation issue our vacation was perfect & we would like to thank all of you for making it so. Addio per ora torneremo. Perche di tutti voi. Regards, Barbara & Nicholas Fallucca

"One of the best business hotel"
hakuta00, 01 Juin 2018

This is one of the best business hotel i ever stayed in. Very clean and spacious room. There is a shopping mall nearby abt 10 mins walk. Good spread of breakfast and very polite and friendly staff to assist throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

"Perfect quality price ratio"
Gaby-Khoriaty, 22 Avril 2018

The location is not ideal, but at least there's a bus station a few meters away to be connected to the city of Milan. Rooms are of good size and comfortable It's definitely a recommendable stay due to its price/quality ratio

"A good budget option"
SathishTG, 01 Février 2018

A good budget hotel, The rooms are big and clean compared to the other budget option like ibis. Just a 30 mins drive to the milan station and 1 hour from the Airport. The check-in and check-out was quick but totally lacks any services.

"One of the best place "
Hadrien C, 30 Novembre 2017

Business traveller in Milano area. Perfect place, in junction of high speed road, good hotel and very Nice restaurant thanks to Leonardo skills and always aligned with customers expectations. Recommanded 100%!

"Good hotel with a nightmare garage"
mlipka123, 31 Octobre 2017

Looking like new, standard level hotel, quiet rooms (but not from the busy street side though). Very nice and good restaurant. Rooms are small, but are clean and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Big minus is garage - if you can park (very little space to manuver to the parking slot, you will not be able to open the door and get out easily. Whoever was planning the garage must have been without brain.

"Forget the location - this is a real gem close to Monza"
01-Alison, 14 Septembre 2017

This hotel is a great find - situated just out of Milan but within easy reach by metro and only 5 miles from Monza if you are looking for accommodation for the Italian Grand Prix as we were.. That aside this hotel is just lovely and there are several reasons for that..firstly the staff - without exception they were all wonderful - we were warmly welcomed and looked after so well for our 5 night stay. The rooms are clean and well serviced and the whole hotel is nicely designed with a lovely central outdoor space - no pool sadly but just a lovey quiet environment to sit and have a drink and natter. We took some drinks with us and the staff were very obliging with ice and glasses for our room...something for everyone in this hotel. Bar prices very reasonable and breakfast is wonderful for only €4 .We had breakfast outside some mornings too which was nice. There is very little around the area in the way of restaurants but that didn't matter for a short stay as the hotel restaurant is fabulous and the chef second to none..we tried pizzas in Milan and they didn't measure up to this restaurant! Leonardo is a wonderful host and looked after us so well. His staff have picked up on his top class manner - especially Lorenzo, Christina and Sylvia who treated us like family...just superb if you are lucky enough to have them on duty when you stay. The location is more difficult - it is an old industrial area and the graffiti is everywhere but that seemed to be a theme in Italy. There is a supermarket and shopping precinct 10 minutes walk from the hotel with a few fast food outlets and the metro is a 10 minute bus ride from just outside the hotel so no problem. Get the F171 bus to Sesto Rondo metro and from there the red line will take you straight through to the Duomo- cost €3.60 return - and get your tickets from reception -how good is that!! Transport from airport a bit complicated if you don't know where you are going and getting on and off buses at the right stop with suitcases is a bit of a chore so we pre-booked a taxi who met us at the gate. The cost for 4 with 4 suitcases was €84 return so we felt worth the extra cost..depends on the exchange rate when you go but so much easier even though it was only a 20 minute drive. Not sure how much local taxis would have been but probably similar. For the Grand Prix the hotel put on a free shuttle bus to and from the stadium near the race track and from there we got the buses provided by the circuit for €10 return..easy. Overall the pluses out do the minuses so a great place to stay.

"Good"
GhostFlava, 06 Septembre 2017

Good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and very quite location. Parking garage available. Good option a bit outside of Milan and perfect to visit the F1. TV was not working and unable to turn of AC.

"Great dinning staff"
Jayne2801, 06 Septembre 2017

Hotel was a little out of Milan, in an industrial area with lots of graffiti on the walls, but a hidden gem. Dinning staff were exceptional, Leonardo was so in tentative he really made our stay. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Hotel clean, fair pricing for Milan, easy to get to the centre of Milan for all the sights. Would stay here again.

"Quiant neighbourhood feel "
AlbertsFamily, 29 Juillet 2017

Friendly bilingual staff, large family rooms with 2 seperate bathrooms. Nice breakfast. Any hassle created by the distance to city centre pales in comparison to the value for money. Parking available at hotel and lift access to rooms. Situated about 30minutes from Milan City Centre so transport could be a problem on weekends to get to nearest subway. Hotel shuttle available during the week. We had our own car.

"Good hotel, however it's not in the nicest part of Milan"
TheTravelerscheque, 04 Février 2017

Nice hotel with friendly staff, for the price it's a good place. However if you like to go for a quick walk about it's not a very nice part of town. Room was cleanish the floor could have done with a good mopping. The can see the front and back of the hotel on these pictures. But if you just want a bed for the night it's just alright, just don't have high hopes.

"Excellent"
Viaggio1408, 27 Novembre 2016

Quality / price rate of this hotel is at the best, high level compared with the typical BW standard. Room clean, nice furnitures and paintings, restaurant is great and the best is of course the courtesy, professionalism and committment of all the staff, believe at the top. As the hotel is not in the city center, I suggest the property to complete the service with gym.

"Clean & Comfortable"
Thassim P, 10 Août 2016

Though this hotel is a little away from the main hustle & Bustle of the city it is ideal as it has a large shopping mall nearby which is a 5 minute walk away. The rooms are clean & comfortable & the bathroom was modern and star class. The front office staff was friendly & helpful.Ideal if you are on holiday. The breakfast was good.

"Nice Hotel"
Arianne B, 13 Juillet 2016

It's a nice hotel, very clean but the thing is the restaurant does not welcome customers and they don't greet us neither Buongiorno or Ciao which is not really welcoming. Staying here for 4 nights and there isn't much to do at this hotel. No gym or pool.

"I really like this hotel - business hotel"
AlexdHuc, 06 Mars 2016

I am staying in this hotel about 3-4 times a year. I really like the kind and warm treatment at arrival and check in. The staff at the reception is making you feel welcome, hey are prepared for you... The rooms are rather small but definitely good. Everything you need is available, the beds are OK. Bathrooms are clean and modern. The restaurant is nice, the food is normally quite good. The breakfast is really nice, the choice is limited which makes it even better since the quality is always high and its presented in a delicate way. Overall the style is modern and fits into the general environment, a litte bit of factory style. I like it. The WLAN is good, speed is OK, could be a little faster. Garage is good. Location is medium as the choice in the neighborhood is limited. To get into Milano one needs around 25-40 minutes into downtown by PT. Always like to come back

"Excellent!"
??????? ?, 31 Décembre 2015

Very good hotel. The design is beautiful. The room is good enough as well as the bed.The breakfast has a lot to choose from. All the foods were very tasty apart from the eggs. The service is helpful and fast. The wifi is free of charge.

"Nice hotel on the outskirts"
3713ej, 15 Décembre 2015

Good quality hotel in the Sesto San Giovanni district. It is actually the best Best Western hotel I have ever been, because it is not renovated - it is new. I've slept in standard double room and it was very big, with separate space for bed and separate space like"living room". It was equipped with big double bed, sofa, two LCD TVs, desk, round table, tea/coffie maker, toiletters etc. It was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok, staff was friendly. Hotel is located quite far from any metro station so you have to either take a taxi, take a walk or take a bus - a bus stop is just behind the hotel entrance. Bus tickets are avaliable on the reception. Only one bus line goes there. I didn't find any shop near the hotel, but I did find a very nice pizzeria :) And I saw something like shopping centre about 700m ahead from the hotel - I didn't went there but I suppose it has eveything you might need.

"Very good hotel"
FTLPadova, 12 Décembre 2015

I stayed in this hotel for one night in December 2015 during a business trip in northern Italy. I think this is avert good hotel in a strategic position for work purposes. It is close to Milan but in a very quiet area, ideal for a good rest after a long day. The rooms are tidy and clean with essential furniture, wide enough to be comfortable. The restaurant is also very good. Breakfast buffet is good, maybe a bit more choice could make it perfect (vegetables were missing or I haven't found them), but the overall experience is pretty good. Special mention for the staff (both at the reception and at the restaurant and breakfast). All of them were professional, very helpful and, also a very important thing, smiling. I'll be back.

"Good value, spacious rooms, great breakfast"
Bosse W, 08 Novembre 2015

This is very nice and good business hotel close to Milan. Rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is OK and the breakfast is good. You need to go quite a bit to get to any other restaurant. The location are a bit away from everything.

"Clean and tourist friendly"
ptcookgal, 14 Octobre 2015

The hotel is clean, friendly and of reasonable size and at reasonable price. It is far from the city centre but the hotel provides transport to the nearest urban metro station, Sesto Marelli. This free transfer starts from the hotel at 8:00, 8:30 and 9:00 in the morning, and returns from Sesto Marelli at 1800, 18:30 and 19:00 in the evening. The driver is very punctual so make sure you arrive at least 5minutes before the departure times. We arrived late at night and were not familiar with getting on the Italian public transport network. From Milan airport we took the bus Terravision for 5 Euros (single trip) each to Milano Central station. We bought metro tickets to Sesto Marelli but found out that there is no connection to the hotel from there. So we bought another train ticket to the next station, Sesto Rondo, which so happens to be suburban, thus costing us more. Then we took bus number 701 that took us directly past the hotel. In our ignorance we bought another ticket for the bus, but later found out that the train ticket to Sesto Rondo could be used for the bus as well. Anyway, we got to the hotel and the room was really great. It was clean and well fitted. We had to ask for a coffee making facility from reception and they sent us a tray with coffee and teas and a kettle. That was really good as it enables us to make our own hot drinks. You have to buy your own milk though.

"Very good hotel, easily recommended "
Uday S, 06 Octobre 2015

The rooms are clean and spacious, very modern. The bathrooms are also larger than average in this class. The service is quite prompt. The restaurant menu is limited, but all dishes that we tried are top class. Only drawback is that there are not many restaurants near by.

"Perfect short-stay location for Monza circuit"
eertpit, 09 Septembre 2015

One of those 'does what it says it will' places: everything works, everything was provided that you might reasonably need. The whole place seems to be clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room and bed was comfortable. We used this hotel as a base for Monza motor racing and it's around a twenty-minute drive to the circuit. Limited public parking right outside the door. Rudimentary bar, breakfast a bit basic but perfectly OK and we reckon it's simply not Italian to linger over that meal. Dinner in the evening was excellent, good food well served with a very decent bottle of red wine at a sensible price. Any downside? On the last night, the folks in the room next door were a bit noisy late at night and the sound seemed to carry, otherwise all good. We'd definitely stay again.

"Nice Stay Short Distance from Center"
No1Ma, 21 Juin 2015

About 20 minutes north of Milan Central Station..21 euros by taxi. Can also take metro train to bus to get here from city center. Hotel room for 3 looked recently upgraded. 2 single beds pushed together as typical in Europe. 3rd bed was a pullout chair. All comfortable. Mini fridge in room. 10 euro for breakfast buffet, 5 for a child. Decent selections of some hot mostly cold foods. Dinner was good. No other restaurants or food places in the area so plan accordingly. Front desk staff very helpful and courteous. 2 nights, 2 adults 1 child..1 day breakfast and 1 night dinner with bottle of wine came to about 235 euro. Im finding more and more that Best Western hotels in Europe are quite suitable in both price and amenities.

"Value for money, decent hotel for comfortable stay..."
Maverick_Varun, 16 Avril 2015

Undoubtedly a good hotel for business travelers.. It is centrally located hotel that provides a nice comfortable stay. Price is reasonable for the service hotel. I didn't had chance to spend much time utilizing the services, however, overall must add that the overall ambience - cleanliness, furnishing ensured that I felt at home and had good night sleep for all the 3 nights I stayed here... Breakfast spread is also good, much better compared to much more expensive hotels I have tried in Milan..Overall a good experience ..

"Stylish hotel"
Bertrand_Mekeirel, 20 Mars 2015

Location of the hotel is very good if you need to go around Milaan by car. Rooms are clean, and nicely decorated. Breakfast is ok but could use some creativity. Bar is poor. But the staff is friendly and service oriented.
