Best Western Plus Fursan Hotel

A last minute booking that was made possible by the BW staff when all hotels were booked in the city. Very comfortable stay, clean and tidy rooms. Located in a very accessible area, helpful staff all the time.

clean hotel, best in Riyadh for me so far used to stay on it during last year for more than 15 nights some was busineess some with my family and it was amazing one specially the reception people very helpful

Room was basic but value for money, clean with everything I needed for my stay . I had breakfast and my evening meal there everyday during my stay and the food was good as was the service from all the staff with a smile . The small gym and pool were perfect for my needs . Would stay again .

This hotel happens to be close to the airport and the city. They boast a full spa - but, nothing was working when I was there. It is rather disappointing when you base your decision on spending some time in a steam bath. Swimming pool is heated, but indoor and in an awkward place in the basement. Rooms are small but clean. Housekeeping is daily and is done with respect. Showers have strong water pressure. Room service is quick, but food here is basic, including the breakfast. In fact you can only eat scrambled eggs - don't expect anything more fancy. Overall, there are other choices in the city - choose well.

Very nice business hotel with good service. A bit far from everything but otherwise all is well. One negative thing that needs attention is the wifi; it does not work well. I recommend this hotel for any business traveler seeking quiet and relaxing time after a long day.

A very nice place near the Warehousing hub. The traffic encountered to reach the Hotel is lesser. It is very convenient to the drive to location and easily accessible near the highway. Food Options for vegetarian is limited.

It was a comfortable stay in a noisy city… i just went for Business and I choose this Hotel because it was near my business, but I discovered a fantastic stay.. very clean simple quiet and friendly … i thank the staff and i wish them a good luck

Staying in their hotel for 8 days was very good with spacious room, clean that you will feel at home and free breakfast with fresh Juices and veggies. From the airport it is less than 30 minutes. It is suitable for Single and Family.

This is a great place to be in for a business trip. I was looking for an easy access to the highway's and i was right. + Very quite hotel considering being on the Eastern ring. Very nice and helpful staff. The price is right. Comfortable room with all the amenities. Tea and coffee in the room. Great breakfast ( in the room or at the breakfast area). Very easy access to the highways. Nice secure underground parking lot. - TV channels are few, but international. The cleaning staff need to be trained more. Nothing around the corner, you have to drive around for your needs.

It was a gppd experience for being alone but its not near a center of the city, but near to my area i need for it , small and quite hotel, they accept the privacy and i loved that breakfast will be delivered to the room

This hotel exceeded my expectations and is excellent value for money. My room was large, clean and well-appointed, with all the necessaries provided. The hotel staff were really very friendly and helpful. I would like to say a special thank you to Mark and the breakfast staff at the restaurant who were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very quiet, and there isn't much in walking distance, so transport is a must. The only points for improvement I noticed were the lack of a shower curtain, and my bed was too hard for my liking, but that's a personal preference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues visiting Riyadh.

They are always the best with the service and the location. I had stayied at this hotel 3 times and never had any problem. It is very convenience to reach during the rush hour. Breakfast is quite well serves different types of cheese.

Friendly staff, value for money, good location, easy to reach to all destinations. They offered upgrade to my room due to unavoidability of non-smoking room. Had a problem in the AC and they resolved quickly.

We stayed 3 nights in this cosy home type hotel in riyadh .The rooms will arranged ,clean modern nice . The service and housekeeping are great .Thx to reception ladies who made our stay comfortable.the breakfast is nice .it is highly recommended hotel .

Although we were there for only one night only but the room was very clean. All the amenities were there. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely choose this place to stay again.

Very tight rooms for a rate more than a $100. Rooms are clean though. We should not pay more than $50 for a night there. Breakfast is also average with limited options. I do not recommend this hotel..

I have been staying at BW ALDURSAN PLUS RIYADH twice per month for the last two years ( 10 days per month ) . I used to recommend this hotel to all my friends and work colleagues since it has an excellent location on the eastern ring with good and nice rooms , very rich morning buffet, and a very welcoming staff! Nevertheless i am witnessing a real drop in the quality of the services in the hotel , especially from the management and the reception staff! The front desk officer has been changed , my emails for making sure that my booking is properly done are not answered, my reward points are not updated as they used to be. I am really disappointed of how quick the quality of the service is dropping off. Looking forward a better service . My review aims only to improve the quality of the hotel, it's service and i hope it will get an echo during my next trip.

V good for the value. Very good cleaning. Also v good decoration and air conditioning. Good restaurant and v good location it's close from mall and a lot of restaurants. Car park is available and the Landry is good

Very friendly staff, very polite and friendly front desk, quick check-ins and outs. Location is good but due to constructions the access to the hotel from the main highway is slightly awkward Needs to provide hair dryers, maintenance required to fix showers and require extensive pest control.

Good value for the money. I enjoyed my short stay in this new hotel. Will decorated. Nice staff. Nice food and excellent value for the service I had. For guys want to be away from busy areas and targeting business in Riyadh this is a good location

Really enjoy staying at the Fursan, excellent service in all areas of the hotel, nice rooms, great restaurant, gym, pool, comfy bed. All I needed. First stay was 7 weeks and will be here for another 4. Only good times and memories. Recommended.

It's one of the best places that I did stay in, in Riyadh (considering the price), the location is amazing and the staff were very helpful, the whole hotel decoration is simple and modern, But what I really like is the staff in this hotel.

I would highly recommend AVOIDING this hotel, there are no shower curtains which resulted in me slipping and breaking two of my teeth. moreover, when I went and asked for the doctor / nurse that suppose to be on call as the hotel claimed in it's info sheet, the reception guys did not know about such service and they were working there for a year at least.

Service level is going from good to worse, based on several experiences in this hotel. Restaurant is very disappointing, need real chef. The breakfast is extremely poor.... Réception take time to respond to you if you call.... My experience start good when this hotel just opened, but they not able to keep same service level. I wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't try it again.

This is the first time I stay at this chain of hotels and I was favorably impressed. This one was new I think, which is nice. Not very fancy, but it had everything I needed. The food was very good, including room service. I enjoyed the gym too. Reasonably priced!

Hotel has good amenities. Rooms are good sized and a comfortable bed too. The hotel is located on the way to airport and hence is convenient to reach as well as leave to catch early morning or late evening flights Below average breakfast spread. Big let down
