I have to share my experience with everyone . My husband found this outstanding hotel by accident but make no mistake our stay here was excellent. From the friendly staff to the location it doesn't get any better than that . We will be back soon, and my advice is stop by check this wonderful hotel out.

Hotel is located in restricted zone. You get through the gate saying you are driving to the Gallery Hotel No parking place, no valet parking, you may park the car in crossroad for a second to leave the luggage. Entrance is behind the building. Good bed, A/C ok. Rather small bathroom and tight shower. Safe was not working. Good breakfast served to table.

A stone throw away from the spectacular roman amphitheater, in the middle of the old town, this hotel offers a mixture of modern conveniences (excellent beds and shower, good wifi) ,Bulgarian contemporary art works and beautiful views. Staff is charming and helpful with very good English. A good address!

It's hard to imagine how a pocket boutique anywhere could be better. We loved it! Six stars! Location: Near the crest of the historic Old Town, a stone's throw from the Roman theater, you pass under a spindly boom pole setting the tone that you are entering a special gated community. (Just tell the watch person you are a hotel guest.) Décor: It really is an art gallery. Original paintings by contemporary Bulgarian artists are installed throughout. The little breakfast/refreshment keller has catalogues and books about them. The rooms are few enough that you have the sense of staying in a private home. And the wonderful blending of historic, quirky and contemporary touches results in a delightful envelope of character. Barely open two years, it has the assured demeanor of a comfortable longtime resident. Rooms: We stayed in a Deluxe Room on the top floor. What fun to lie in bed gazing at the stars through matching skylights with electronic controls for the shade and shutter on each side. Good storage, outlets, and sitting space. Bathrobes, luxurious Etro amenities, sleek fittings in the bathroom. A small balcony gave us a view over the city. We took a full, leisurely room service breakfast. Service: The door opened to a warm welcome, a full rundown of the routine, and a chance to pre-order breakfast. Checkout was equally friendly and efficient. There is no elevator, but the evening manager carried our bag up when he showed us the room. Surroundings: Although not immediately obvious, street parking is easy; the historic mansions from various periods are an architectural delight. But be aware, the cobblestone streets are serious; it's no place for heels! Finally, a note to snobs: Until we checked out, I had no idea I had just stayed at a Best Western. If The BW Premier Collection is an example of their latest foray, I'll be looking for more stays with them. Bravo!

Quaint, sophisticated small luxury hotel in the heart of the historic old town of Plovdiv. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our two children in two separate rooms. Rooms were very well equipped, modern and clean. The staff were all very professional and the hotel owner/manager was very down-to-earth. We would stay here again. We loved the bruschetta for breakfast and the art gallery feature throughout the hotel.

This wonderful boutique hotel is located in the heart of the old city of Plovdiv. Housed in an old residence, completely renovated, it is luxurious, with works of art and very well decorated. Rooms are small but very comfortable. In it we find everything necessary for our stay to be perfect! The breakfast is excellent.

Excellent friendly service, superior breakfast and one of the most comfortable rooms I have ever occupied. Priced at 120 euros, this hotel provides a comfortable respite for European travelers. Parking is available nearby at no cost. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I were knocked back immediately arriving in this beautifully newly built hotel within a 5 minute walk to the Roman theater that was built in 90 A.D. The location is incredible with the Roman Theater, a church built in the 18 century and another in the 12th century right next to the hotel. The comfort and ambience is nurturing very restful after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious and unique with the many dishes. The BEST is the incredible service of Peter, Alex and each of the people working at the hotel. They jump to serve with any request we made, such as finding a place to rent bikes, or where to get a Covid test or serve breakfast quick when we needed to leave quickly. The people knew us personally and welcomed us each time leaving us absolutely taken care of. I cannot say enough about them and I have never written a review for a hotel.

Incredible beautiful hotel and people . Perfect service and accommodation in a historic area. The breakfast and rooms are great and unique! Plovdiv is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen and staying in this hotel is the perfect match !

Excellent location for sightseeing in the Old Town. Convenient parking. Very cozy room with nice décor and nice bedding. Superb service! Both Alexander at the front desk and the manager (Petar?) were super helpful and accommodating. They got us dinner from a local restaurant, and made sure our stay was perfectly comfortable. Only thing lacking was an elevator. But this was already expected because of their location in a historic building in the old town. You just have to keep that in mind. But the staff gladly takes your bags up the stairs for you and will bring to your room your meals or anything you want so you don't have to go up and down the stairs.
