Resumen de la reserva
Dirty is the least of your worries. No parking at hotel. Smelly, sticky and hot. Bats! Drunk people. AC doesn't work but "works" apparently. Hair on wall, bandaid and feet stains in shower. Pull out bed literally was bent in a U shape. Don't stay! Oh! And the bats on the walls! Love it
Lady at front desk was so rude. She wanted to charge $80.00 for a service dog and tried to say it was Best Western's Policy. We asked to see policy and it did not state that manager said never mind and we were not charged for service animal. Rooms were not clean very humid and sheets were damp. Bathtub/shower was dirty and had black hair in it. Never staying there again.
Musty moldy mess of a room. I would not pay $25 for this place. Avoid Avoid Avoid. You will regret staying here. Very sketchy crowd hanging around the parking lot to the point it did not feel safe at night. This place is a card carrying “Dump”. Go across the street, or across the interstate.
We were on the road and called ahead for a reservation. When we got there, we quickly realized that this is not the BW brand quality. The outside looked run down and not a lot of cars in the lot. We asked to see the room first. The minute she opened the door, a strong wet dog/skunk smell hit us. It was disgusting. The carpets-everything was old and worn. There was mold around the tub and on the tile walls, that orange slim that happens when you don't clean. She showed us another room and same thing. This time they sprayed so much chemical perfume smell that you didn't even want to breath in. Another room was a two room with a sitting area. That room smelled strongly of mold/musty. The furniture looked like it was from when the hotel was built. You wouldn't want to sit on it. There was also a man right next door with shirt off standing outside his door giving me and my daughter the sleazy stare down if you know what I mean. Made my skin crawl. I felt it was a homeless establishment and didn't feel safe. The girl would not let us cancel. We took the perfumy room but didn't even unpack because my daughter is allergic to dust mites and pet dander and she was already sneezing. We called BW customer service and were able to get out of the reservation. However, they charged our card $57 for a "penalty fee." They refused to refund us even after BW customer service called several times to plead our case. Every thing people say about this place is true and worse! If I could give no stars I would. I would not want my worst enemy to stay here. I don't see how they stay in business. This is a health issue breathing in mold smells. There is a hotel across the street called Sleep Inn that looked good but they were full. We drove onto Billings Mt. and stayed at a fabulous Hampton Inn. Well worth the drive.
Easy to locate and walking distance to most needed services and decent food. Staff is super polite and rooms are clean and in good shape.
The stay here was amazing. Answered all questions, everything was clean and we had a great breakfast.
Room was not cleaned at all upon check in. While we stood there waiting, the housekeeper took out 2 large garbage bags and several small bags of garbage from the room. Bed sheets were dirty, hair both short and long found in both beds. Floor not vacuumed and was filthy. Bathroom sink was plugged and half full of nasty, dirty water. We literally entered the room right after housekeeping finished and there was no clean smell to the room at all. No clean towels were replaced by housekeeping. Upon asking, they did bring towels but no wash clothes or hand towels. Garbages were never emptied, both in our room and outside.
Stayed here for Thursday night of the Miles City Bucking Horse Sale. Obviously, there's high demand for rooms that weekend, and the options are finite, but the overall lack of care was astounding. I called down to get someone to clean the toilet, which had a dirty bowl and old urine on the seat, and they sent a man up. He ended up using a toilet brush (no cleaner or disinfectant wipes) on the entire toilet, seat and everything. I walked in and he was dipping the toilet brush in the toilet water and then scrubbing where the screws on the seat were with the toilet water brush. Given he didn't seem to grasp the concept that those actions were gross, I asked for Lysol wipes or something like that for my own use in cleaning the toilet. He declined, stating the motel doesn't have those on hand. He also said that the germs were “old and probably dead”. Given those comments and my overall concern for the cleanliness of the room, I went to Walmart and bought my own Lysol and disinfectant wipes. The sheets seemed clean, though, which I appreciate. I understand supply and demand, and that high demand begets high prices. I understand that mistakes happen — and I'm used to grimier conditions —but the overall lack of understanding basic cleanliness was rather appalling. Even if the rate I booked with (through the official Best Western website, NOT through a third party) will not be honored, I can deal with that because I'm lucky enough to be able to cover the extra unforeseen cost. What I am struggling to cope with is paying a one-night $489 bill when I had to clean my own toilet. I did argue the booking total versus my confirmation email when I first checked in, but the front desk receptionists seemed to not understand my frustration. There was also a bit of a language barrier, which could be the reason for that confusion. If you book here, plan on bringing some Lysol along and maybe plan for some extra cost.
The hotel is old and feels dirty. Towels and sheets were dingy. I rely on the BW brand for quality of service, this one falls short.
Buyer beware! The room smelled, my wife had a huge headache, I checked the bathroom and it appeared as if mold had been painted over, the walls around the bathroom were bubbling. We brushed our teeth as we got in late in the evening, the next morning the water still had not drained. They told me twice the owner would call me and there was no call. The staff at the front desk were awesome having said all of this. I would choose another hotel or continue on to Billings or Glendive.
Soiled carpets, odors in room, stains on carpeting. Dirty chair. Television channel list was for cable however only about 20 were available and no network channels so football game wasn't available. Breakfast area was clean and neat. Good variety of breakfast foods.
This is a motel, not a hotel. Beds literally didn't have sheets or any covers. Room was very dirty. “Fitness center” had a treadmill and elliptical machine that both didn't work. We refused to stay and the manager lied and said we had to call Best Western for the refund. I called and they said that was false. Best Western told me the motel would contact me, they never did.
When you advertise a pool, It would be great if the pool is available for use. I felt fortunate to find a room with easy access to the interstate, considering that there was a baseball tournament in town and a lot of the rooms in town were taken. There were lines in the drive-ups nearby, but the motel had fruit, breakfast bars, & popcorn available, which was awesome! They supplied a great breakfast as well! The room was clean. The employees were cordial, especially the breakfast cook and the lady at the front desk!
Nasty no effort in cleaning the smell was in the room was sickening the towels n sheets n all not even white stains all over pure disgusting n I am a fan of best western locations but this by far was worse then most hotel 6 that I been
That pretty much describes our experience. The room is filthy. Pool doesn't work. TV didn't work. Floors are dirty, there's sticky stuff on the floor as well as crumbs and even a piece of corn. Blood on the wall by the garbage, a booger by the toilet. We called the front desk about the TV and the manager showed up. I showed him the booger on the wall and the filthy floor. He picked the booger off the wall and said "no boogie." Well now it's on the floor, thanks. Broken English, so communication wasn't perfect but he clearly wasn't concerned or surprised at the state of the room. Everything is full in town so we were stuck. Here's the breakdown: parking is super tight. Breakfast is too late to be used for us. Carpets are filthy. Furniture is hammered. Bathroom is nasty. This place is run by the type of people who buy used furniture decommissioned from the hotel you wish you were staying at.
Everything exceeded expectations. Front desk service, room, grounds, and breakfast. They really pay attention to the details. We will definitely be recommending this lodging to friends and family. Thank you for a short but oh so comfortable stay!
Definitely needs an update. Room okay for one night but exterior needs to be cleaned up. Was looking forward to pool and hot tub but it was closed. Over priced and not what we would consider a Best Western.
Stayed one night. Clean and quiet. Everything worked well. Breakfast room clean and well stocked. Close to highway and other restaurants. Grounds clean. Felt safe to leave my car parked in front of my room.
Room smells really bad. A/c was old and noisy it also smells bad. Filter was so gross. Very limited parking. Lots of gross stains on the carpet. Lobby has a smell to it as well. Lady was real nice at check in. The cost was outrageous for a two star hotel.
Chose the hotel because of pool/hot tub for us and kids after a long day of driving. Pool too was closed for “maintenance”. I think the maintenance has been going on for a looong time. No water in pool or hot tub, and looks like it hasn't been used in a long time. Otherwise the hotel was decent and sort of clean.
Filthy hotel room! Dirty sides, had to wipe down myself and a good hoover (had to wear shoes around the room). Breakfast was okay, help yourself buffet. Pool out of action. Main toilet in main building filthy including the stairs. Wouldn't stay here again, dirty, dirty, dirty.
Spotty internet. Room was stifling hot when we arrived for our reservation (the AC wasn't even on). Room still would not cool below 74 even when set down to 60. Hotel is not ADA compliant. Outdoor stairs and no elevator to second floor. Room smelled funky. We had a suite and the carpets were from the 70's and stained. The pool was also out of order. Definitely not worth the money. Worst Best Western I have ever stayed at.
We were not told the pool and hot tub were not available when making reservations, tv didn't work, bathroom light out, room was NOTHING like the pictures. Breakfast was burned, no coffee. Paid $185.59 for one night!! This is a no more than $75 night hotel.
Was surprised when we got to the motel. I could tell the building was old but looked like there was an attempt to renovate it in the past. When we pulled up with our pickup and trailer, we were immediately met by the woman from the front desk. She was helpful about telling us where we could park, which was around the building out on the street by itself and out of sight. That was the only option for parking with a trailer. When we went in to the lobby to check in, the woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, but the room had an odor to it that was not pleasant. We checked into our room and were even less impressed by that. Besides the odor, the A/C was off even though it was over 90 degrees outside. The room had dead bugs all over in it, a grasshopper dismantled on the carpet, dead flies all over the window sill and in the closet, the carpet had not been vacuumed anytime soon, not ideal for a one year old who wanted to walk around after hours in the car seat. The light switches did nothing to turn on lights, had to go to each individual lamp to turn anything on. The beds appeared to be clean but when we got into bed we found actual dirt and sand on the bottom sheet. I couldn't help but feel dirty and grimy and had a hard time falling asleep due to that and the room still trying to cool off from our arrival. When we woke in the morning we left immediately, so as not to prolong our time in the filthy place. I will not be coming back.
To be fair, I am accustomed to Best Western Plus lodging but it was not available at Miles City. Breakfast was later than expected 6:30, and we had I had planned for 6:00 so my arrival wouldn't have been as late that day of traveling. Not wanting my arrival delayed I went elsewhere for breakfast.
We called before booking to ensure they had portable cribs which they confirmed. When we arrived we asked for one and they said no, when we said we called the day prior the woman at the desk changed her answer. They delivered the crib to our room and it had throw up on it from previous use and we were told it was 20 extra dollars for the night. Needless to say we did not use it. It seems the pool has been closed for several years at this point. There were stains on the sheets. Would never go back
This was a one-night stop between places we were visiting. The room was comfortable, and staff checking us in and out were personable and efficient. The breakfast was one of the better offered on our trip. Would stay here again if we were ever in the area.
This hotel was OK. It felt kind of dirty. Also, when we opened a new roll of toilet paper it was wet which is a BIG turn off. We tried plugging our electronics into the Chargers, but unless you put it at a particular angle and could keep it there the plug-ins did not work. Also, the air conditioning, is too close to the curtains and they don't remain against the window which is a light and privacy issue
This place is in need of a update the rooms had a weir smell parking was very tight. The people who worked there were nice but I definitely won't be back unless they fixed the rooms up some and got rid that smell
This is an older hotel, but it is well maintained and the rooms were very clean, The staff was very friendly and helpful and when there was a small problem, they took care of us right away. The breakfast was delicious! We would be very happy to stay here again!
The only thing that changed at breakfast, during my week there, was the Sausage gravy kept being more watered down each day. The first bath towel that I went to use was either dirty or so stained that I could not tell if it was clean. There was a long black hair on one of my hand towels. I tried to adjust the angle of the shower head. It fell off into my hand. The water pressure was so low that it took me twice as long to rinse the soap off my body. Due to my work, I have stayed at the Best Western War Bonnet Inn for week long stays, for 2 years now. They still advertise that they have a pool and spa. The pool area is roped off, pool and spa empty for, at least, the entire 2 years!!
Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Their breakfast was quite good with a variety of foods. They are pet friendly. We will definitely stay there again.
No hot water, microwave didn't work, phone didn't work. Odor in the room, fumes were coming in from vehicles parked outside the front door of the room, mattress needs replaced, very noisy, and the pool was not in service
The war bonnet is a nice place to stay and the staff is very accommodating. The food was good and the room was clean. I would recommend staying there. The price is very reasonable and a pretty good value.
This hotel had the best breakfast I have had in a long time. I have stated at this hotel last year. They have replaced all housekeeping staff and u can really tell. The room was spotless. The front desk person was very helpful and kind.
The room and stay were a good A value! The breakfast was above average for a motel breakfast. got a lot of work done with good internet. did not look that great on the outside but the room was clean, in good condition with everything in working order.
Was so disappointed in this hotel. The pictures online looked so great! Only to get here and feel nd the pool closed and no hot tub. The shower in our room was positioned so high aimed at the far corner. The bed was comfortable but the breakfast to was just okay. Just was expecting more.
After a long day of travel it was a great stay. The breakfast was good. The management was attentive to assist with anything as my sister thought the ice machine was not rifling and it was overheard between our conversation and someone ran to check it right away and advised us it was working and to help ourselves. Travelling with family for leisure and was a positive experience.
Everything was great, easy accessibility, breakfast was great, sausage, omelets, cereal waffles.. the workers are very kind...room was very nice. Hot coffee in the morning. And over all had a wonderful stay.
This Best Western felt more like a No Tell Motel. Not necessarily “Dirty”, but maybe “Dingy” is a better word. The room and furnishings were old, and in need of a facelift. Didn't sit on the furniture as stained with lord knows what. The closet doors stuck, and as shown by the photo was very dirty, was the wrong size for the opening. I'm used to Marriott, or Hilton, but this is far from the Best, Best Western that I've encountered. Might actually be the Worst.
Would absolutely stay here again when traveling through eastern Montana. 1. Clean and comfortable room. 2. Motel complex and front office equally clean and easily accessible. 3. Several restaurants very close; both fast food and sit-down establishments. 4. Several gas stations nearby. 5. Even some shopping less than 2 miles away.
Asked for a ground floor but there was a plumbing issue because of the issue I asked if we could cancel and go somewhere else but would not allow it. The place smelt of sewage because the situation. The whole place is very run down and not we'll maintained or cleaned.
I would love to say that we really enjoyed our stay. David the manager was fantastic and even helped us with our luggage down stairs and to the car. He also gave great recommendation to a restaurant in town. Will love to stay here again.
Basic room at Best Western is all we needed for a a Saturday night stop while road tripping. The parking lot was really full and we were told to park on the street. Room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and the ac was blasting. We had to turn it off. We weren't expecting anything more at this price point.
I called the hotel directly to make my reservation. When I arrived, there were issues such that at one point, I asked if I should take my business elsewhere! I may be going back to Miles City, MT soon. I will have to decide whether to try and stay here again.
The room was very clean. The shower was amazing. Good breakfast with lots of options. The pool and hot tub were real nice. I would highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed!
Beware of room 109 - BED BUGS!! This hotel needs to be remodeled and it needs to get rid of those old wooden headboards. That is probably where the bugs are hiding. LeeAnn at the front desk was very helpful and professional, but the rest of the staff didn't seem to care.
There was an open Budweiser beer in my Refrigerator. I had to lay a towel down in the shower to stand on it was so disgusting, No wonder why the room is so dimly lit you don't wanna see anything in there
The place that I usually stay in Hardin no longer takes Cats so I was forced to look elsewhere. Miles City seem to be a reasonable alternative. I was happy to find this, it turned out to be a great alternative, and there were many positives about this property. Located right off I 94 it is an easy on and off. There are numerous amenities close by, some within walking distance. The property is clean and well maintained, has good water pressure and nicer towels then many hotels. The hotel was quiet which afforded a good night sleep, a hot breakfast is offered. Friendly staff and reasonable prices round out the experience. There is a $20. fee for pets. It's a no brainer going back.
A friend and I stayed here during the Bucking Horse Sale. We spent 4 nights there. The room definitely needed an update . That was the first thing we noticed upon entering. The first time one of used the bathroom it was noted there was lots of hair left in the bathtub. The ceiling and wall were dirty and had mold on them. Later that evening, we were going to put some water bottles in the refrigerator only to find it full of someone else's leftovers. We advised the front desk of this the next morning and nothing was ever done about it. On the third morning we were there, we had to ask for someone to empty all of our trash cans. The sheets on the bed were very worn and had disgusting old stains on them. Parking is very limited and difficult if you enter the lot with a pickup larger vehicle. Breakfast was the one bright spot. It was always hot and fresh and tasty. We expected to pay more for a room anywhere in Miles City due to the Bucking Horse Sale. However, at almost $300 per night we expected at least a clean bathroom and a clean, empty refrigerator.
This is an older property that has been updated and well cared for. The room was clean and comfortable. I only heard my neighbors occasionally so nice and quiet. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Miles City, MT
I was supposed to have a non-smoking room but the room had a lingering odor of smoke. Since I am not allergic or bothered and it wasn't too strong, I kept my room. The fridge obviously hadn't been opened to clean as there was a bottle of water there. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and the other switch that was to be a light only in the bathroom didn't work, so I took a quick shower and turned off the fan. The good was that the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the it appeared to be very clean. Although the exterior seems a bit tired, the internet was fast enough for me, the TV was updated and worked well. I wasn't able to take advantage of the breakfast but the area appeared clean. I didn't not address the issues with the staff at the time as it wasn't too important to me, and I forgot in the morning when checking out to mention it.
This hotel needs some serious upkeep. The outside stairway is filthy along with the walkways. The room we stayed in felt old and decrepit. The closet doors and the bathroom doors are dirty and need painting. The bathtub wasn't clean looking. The toilet needs a new seat and tank lid.
Pool area is indoors and realy nice and clean. Outdoor courtyard could use some cleaning up and decorating. Room was clean but out dated. Would be nice to see some updates. Staff was very nice. Good breakfast.
We stayed here for one night while on a cross country trip and it was clean and the staff nice, friendly and helpful. They did offer a breakfast which had a number of items including fresh made waffles.
Traveling across country and stayed here one night. You are right across the street from a casino. People next to me were having a tailgate party in the parking lot. Very bright lights dine into the rooms so if you are sensitive to light for sleeping, may not be a great choice. They had the basic breakfast items, nothing special.
I have used Best Western traveling across the states and always easy to find a hotel and very clean. Along with Breakfast for weary travelers. I recently booked for a traveling family member and they also gave excellent review.
There are places in which you do not wish to go back in time; perhaps this place had its hey day but no appreciable change in decor or furnishings in a couple of generations. Room lights not in working order and a stale musty odor in room that harkens back to yesteryear. A clear degradation to the brand.
We stopped here for one night, and our group had three rooms. First of all, the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. Kobby, I think? He was thorough, helpful, and kind. When I de-magnetized my room key, he was very nice and quick about getting me new keys. So, to be clear, my complaints are about the actual property. I don't know if you've heard, but it's old, and that's fine. However, this place needs so much...I want to say love, but it's really money. The stairs are steep and scary and there's no elevator. In one of the rooms we couldn't get the bathroom door completely shut. One room had a towel with the wing of a large bug folded into it. In my room the shower had no cold water. Like, if you turned the cold knob, nothing came out. An hour later, it was fine. You can hear every step taken outside your room, and every snippit of conversation as someone walks by. At midnight. When you're trying to sleep. It was so bright by 4:30 am that I didn't sleep after that (I'm blaming the curtains, not the sun). Maybe the place can be salvaged with a hefty remodel, or they should just build a new one.
Pretty Basic for a small town but was hoping for better. The hotel on the exterior looks ok but the inside is dated and nothing special at all. Beds were hard as a rock, and hide a bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mini fridge was dirty and we only had one roll of TP had to call for more. We also had to call for spare bedding 2x for the hide a bed. I will do more research next time and hopefully Miles City has a better place to stay.
I had no problems with this hotel while staying here during a lengthy business trip. There is not a lot to do in the area of Miles and Coty and for Eastern Montana in general so make sure to get food earlier for a lunch or supper option. Rooms were comfy and clean and the service was kind.
We stayed there for only one night so most times we are only a fleeting thought for the manager a one time thing we tired, standing at the door trying to get the key card to work jiggling the handle looking back at the office we try one more time no luck as we look up the manager is there he seen we was having trouble runs across the lot to assist who does that in this day and age id definitely stay again
I come to this town for job work i do once a year and stay every time at this motel since 2008. these property is old but nicely maintained and welcoming every time I come in. i would sure recommend this place.
I started staying at this hotel about 2 years ago and spend at least 1 night a month here. I like walking from my car to the hotel room and makes it easy to get my couple bags in without any issues. The staff has always been so helpful and polite. Before COVID they had every nice breakfast but now have to follow a lot of rules but still have something for the guests. It's not a fancy hotel, but the rooms, pool, breakfast, round the clock coffee in the lobby, and nice price make this a good hotel for quick or extended stays.
Check in was nice and the staff was very helpful. Sheets were clean and the bed was pretty comfortable but they don't clean the bedspreads very often. They need to clean the bedspread after every stay. Also, the floors in the bathrooms are kinda gross. And the carpet is pretty gross too. I didn't walk barefoot anywhere in my room during my stay. They really need to do a better job in that department. Walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing or saying. For a hunting trip stay it was ok but outside of that I would not stay there.
Nothing good here, nothing bad. Absolutely average. The location is the same as any other you'll get in this town. Right on the main drag, so you'll hear plenty of traffic noise. We also heard a lot of noise in the parking lot late into the night and then early in the morning. Very thin walls, so we could hear the guy next door snoring. For me, the worst part is how much light there is in the room. Between the gadgets that can't be unplugged and the light coming in from the parking lot lights, it was just very hard for me to sleep. But, again, compared to the other options in Miles City, this place is average.
Let me start with the positive. The sheets were clean and the bed is comfortable. Not sure how it gets a 4 star, the room is rustic. I took a shower then my husband took a shower. He had walked around a little bit barefoot and got into the shower and the bottom of the shower was black from his footprints, the carpet was filthy. We walked around in flip flops and slipperS after that and our shoes made a sticky noise like it does at the theater. I was going to tell the front desk the next morning but no one was there. I tried calling, talked to "leanne" and she hungup on me. So clearly they don't care. I wouldn't stay here again.
Good stay, clean room, comfy bed. Coffee in lobby out one morning. Pool closed due to corona virus, bummer. Opted for no maid service, but desk clerk was very accomodating, getting us what was requested. The bed was super comfy.
Front desk staff, Rayetta I believe her name was was so friendly and helpful. The room had been refreshed but the floor was quite creaky. It was decent for the price for sure! The bag breakfast consisted of a breakfast bar, an orange, a bottle of water and two mini muffins.
Well maintained property. Great staff at the front desk. Excellent breakfast. Parking is good. Have pickup and it fit in the parking spaces ok. Will stay there again if pricing is right as I travel thru.
In few words, we have stayed in many hotels and I must say that Best Western War Bonnet Inn is one of my favorite hotel. Breakfast was also very good, room was clean and odorless. I am very much satisfied with this property.
Quite, clean, convenient actually what we needed. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Bathroom was also neat and clean. I am looking forward to planning another trip as soon as possible. Best hotel of the city.
wao... thus hotel is really worth... staff is really very helpful and friendly... I enjoyed my trip very much. I stayed befor also and always I love my stay, I highly recommend to all to get its experience.
I loved that the moment I walked into my room all of the outside noises were cancelled out. It was so quiet and relaxing! Definitely and important thing I look forward to when staying in hotels! The hotel is also in a great location as far as shopping and dining out goes!
I've stayed here several times. My room is always clean and comfortable. The ramp off the highway is under construction and extremely difficult to navigate especially after dark. The parking lot is a little tight for larger vehicles.
Warm, friendly check-in, complete with cookies and TWO hot soups in the lobby! I have never seen a hotel provide this! Nicely updated, very clean, and comfortable beds & pillows. No elevator to the 2nd floor. One thing you need to know -- the door to the room only opened if you pulled the handle UP instead of pushing down.
When I arrived at the Best Western, I was a bit taken aback. The hotel seemed dated, and didn't have interior corridors. It also faced the main street. But that is the outside. I arrived around 6pm. NK was at the front desk. He was very professional. There were fresh baked cookies, and even two types of soup available. I was given a room on the bottom floor near the corner. As I entered the room, a loud car drove by, and again I was concerned about the noise. When I entered the room, all was forgotten. The room was decorated nicely. The first surprise was a little basket on the bed with a note from Best Western thanking me for my visit. Inside the basket was a bag of chips, popcorn and some chocolates. Once I closed the door to the room, there was no sound of traffic! In the morning, I went for the breakfast buffet. There was a wonderful spread from fruits to baked goods and a hot buffet. The water pressure in the shower made for a nice hot shower. I would definitely stay here again!
We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The manager was so kind and helpful. We got in late and they had a choice of two soups, juices, coffee and cookies! It was nice not to have to find a place to eat. It is easy access off the freeway. The rooms were clean and had all the necessities. We were there four nights and felt right at home. The breakfast was very nice and the coffee was good. The bed was comfortable! We would stay there again.
We checked into the War Bonnet on our way back from Saskatchewan to Denver. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the man at the front desk who checked us in. The hot breakfast was good. We have never stayed at a hotel before that offered two complimentary soups to its guests in the lobby. The hotel was in a good location being just off of the interstate but certainly wasn't noisy. We were also surprised to find a number of small intimate casinos in Miles City. We hadn't expected that.
A nice in located just off the interstate that offers clean confortable rooms with good beds. They have a small pool and hot tub to relax in. The office staff was very frendly and helpfull with local information and directions. They have a nice breakfast and also soup and cookies in the evening. Plan of staying again on the next trip through Montana.
Nothing fancy. Clean, good bed, very friendly greeting. Typical breakfast, but soup in the evening! Room was clean. A little worn but completely serviceable. Lots of fast food right here but I found the brew pub for dinner and a beer. Nice treat
Very quiet, secure location right off the Interstate. The friendly front desk staff were very helpful and gladly accommodated our request for parking our vehicle with a motorcycle trailer. Lots of advice for dinner establishments and made sure we we enjoyed our stay. Older establishment but clean and appeared newly renovated. Comfy beds and pillows.
After several hours of traveling, naturally one usually has to go to the bathroom. Bathroom available yes, but not without a maze and search and find to get to! Newspapers on the floor of the bathroom. Man in pool I believed to be xxx ! Parking lot small and hard to manuever a bigger truck like a 4x4 around. Had the feeling that homeless live here on a regular basis. Didn't even check in or ask to see a room. Did not stay. :(
Spent a night at this hotel on recent vacation. Service was superb from every hotel employee we dealt with. Rooms could use some updating but are clean & beds are comfy. Would recommend and will stay here again.
Room # 226 - 1 nights stay Leann and Ray were so welcoming and warm. They got ne swiftly signed up for BW Rewards. Rooms were spacious and kind of clean. My wife found hunan hairs in the'clean' sheets. There were not a box of Tissues in the room - surprising. I found the Traffic noise exceptionally LOUD all evening and over night. The Hot breakfast was very welcome and better than other motels we have recentky stayed at. The chouce if yumny hot soups offered on check in was very very much appreciated. We woukd stay atBest Western motels again.
We have stayed here before. The king size bed was very comfortable. It is an older place but very clean. Thankfully we had a room on the 1st floor as this 2 story building does not have an elevator. The breakfast was good with several options. We had the fresh cookies when we arrived. We had already checked out when we had breakfast and wanted to use the rest room before we left. We had to go through the pool area and go upstairs to find it. That was a little inconvenient. We will stay again.
we were passing through I94 and wants to off the road due to weather &rain . booked it and good best services value for money type motel. we will be back sure next time. very friendly staff and welcoming
Okay so we had to get off the interstate cause of the weather. Cold & rainy Pulled in here The desk clerk was so very helpful and thoughtful, offering us hot soup. He also brought me a extra blanket. And put us on a bottom floor. Very kind. I would stay there again The room was very clean.
We were very tierd The beds were comfy Property looks very nice The Morning hot breakfast made our day Very Nice staff and safe place to stay Nice weather we walked near by area Walmart is also in walking distance
After a less than scintillating stay at a motel in Missoula (freight trains every two hours) we were hoping for a good night sleep, and we sure got it at this great motel. It was quiet, clean, the bed was comfortable, and what other motel has soup for its happy hour? The breakfast in the morning was hot, and better than most and, to give you a for instance, the oranges were ripe and tasty. We would go back for sure.
This property is obviously older, but the staff works hard to keep it well maintained. Our room was very clean, but worn around the edges. Although there are no interior hallways and our room was near the main road, we were pleased with how quiet it was. Cute little amenities like two kinds of soup and cookies in the lobby. Standard BW breakfast.
This hotel was a very nice stay in Miles City. The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was propmpt and ample. Coffee was always available. Located easy walking distance from a variety of other mice places to eat. The staff were very nice and willing to help. My brother forgot his ring in the room and the staff mailed it to him.
We stayed here last summer after logging over 500 miles on our motorcycles. I wrote a review last summer and I gave this location a decent review. Upon staying here a few days ago after having been in a car for 900 miles. It is UCK! It is sketchy, and noisy, the bed was mediocre. At one point during the stay I could not get the door open from the INSIDE, I was a bit freaked out. Odd characters were across the parking lot, with NUMEROUS visitors...not sure what was going on but...I think it would be wise of BW to pull their name off the sign. BE WARNED
thsi motel have best guest service i had in town. 2 complementary soup in evening make it easy for me to be relaxed while on work . pool hottub what else i need on the road. room was very clean too. i enjoyed my stay and will come back sure!!
This was a very nice place to stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were very impressed with the hot breakfast in the morning. The variety and the amount of food was wonderful.
it was late night when we checked in but got quickly checked in by frond desk guy. they have indoor pool which i don't know while i booked it. good breakfast hot tub. its look they have recently renovate the outside of building. i liked the color of hotel building.

Front desk friendly and helpful. Have 2 different soups in afternoon home made cookies.!and recommend good places to eat. You can walk to. Clean room but rusty hot water. Breakfast standard but decent.
i was tired when i checked in and don't wanna go out for supper. they have soup bar in evening in lobby. amazing !! i had beef barley and creamy chicken noodle that evening . wow it was great experience. loved it
Don't spend money on this property but instead go across the street and stay in the Sleep Inn. It is cheaper and better breakfast. Better chance of having your car in lot the next morning and no smoke in room !!
we were in miles city for my daughter tournament and booked this motel online. it was great and welcoming experience. mid-range motel its like value for what you paid . nice room and clean. hot breakfast was like icing on cake. kids loved soup and cookies while they were in pool after tournament . will stay here again next time
we were there for reunion and had a very good time with family and friends during our stay . staff is very friendly & welcoming and manager DEEKY was very nice guy too. we loved it clean room with indoor pool and soup in evening hit the spot. we will surely come back again!!
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean, updated and comfortable room. Nice indoor pool .family enjoyed there and kids loved fresh baked cookies in lobby while they were in pool . We will definitely stay here again though.
i have decided whenver i am travelling to this side war bonnet inn will be my preference for stay in miles city. very clean comfortable and very helpfull and proactive employee who give attention to detail and guest comfort at this property. i stayed here long back but i like the services better now.
its was nice experience to visit miles city and stay at this hotel. good amenities friendly staff clean room and best part is free soups and fresh baked cookies. my family & kids loved it. location is also great to access I94 highway. its kinda value for money deal
I would say one of the Best of best western hotels I have ever stay . Friendly staff great service renovated exterior . Restaurants are on walking distance from hotel. And they have complimentary soup in evening too. Wow!!! We will surely come back next time
Very Nice Hotel and centrally located for Shopping and Restaurants Dry Sauna and Soup and Biscuit in the cold evening made our evening better The Beds were very Comfy Many items for the breakfast Staff is very pro Guest services Very Helpful
Highly recommend this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable bed, convenient location, friendly staff and great breakfast. indoor was amazing in winter time and dry sauna too. Will definitely stay here again!
It looked older from the outside but room was nice and clean (looked updated). Breakfast was good - normal motel, eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. People friendly. The pool was closed - not sure why. Beds were high but comfortable.we enjoyed our stay at best western war bonnet in miles city
We've stayed here several times. Always a positive experience. Most recently we needed a very early check in and check out for medical appointments. As always the staff was bei friendly and accomodaring.
great location. i stay this hotel usually whenever in town for work. staff is very friendly. building showing her age but professionally maintained. i prefer to have light supper in dinner and option of soups over there was great. good experience. clean room hot breakfast and hot tub what else i need on road
spaces suite best in area of Miles cit!! So wish my flight was not delayed so I could have spent more time here. Owners were so accommodating as I did not get in until 3 am so they let me check out later. Place is spacious and have a great vibe! I . I'll be back for sure. You can walk everywhere from here near by. loved it !!
have not travelled quite a bit in my life it is always almost exciting to have a 5-star experience when you least expect it. Can't say Miles city MT is the most exotic destination but this particular war bonnet inn would almost make it so. Yes...stay here...you will be happy you did.”
Nice place to stop overnight for a road trip. Beds and pillows we're good. Had a great breakfast with biscuits and gravy and other hot food. free soup and cookies in evening time is very welcoming for me. kids loved it too.
a month ago on Google-We've stayed here a couple of times and have never had any issue with cleanliness, nose, or disrepair. It has a more polished feel than other hotels in this price range and little details like fresh-baked cookies around check-in time make it feel more homey. The staff was polite. The only complaint I had was that the Ethernet port in our room this time didn't work. The wireless was fine, but I had some sensitive work to do that I had to put off since I didn't want it floating around an unsecured network.
Good location across from food and shopping. Great view of the front range, and close to i94. The room were cleaned The walls were thin, you could hear TVs from adjoining rooms.people work here are very friendly and helpful. they help us to get unlocked our truck with local mechanics and offered to us late check out without any charges till my truck got fixed. good place to stay. i was having flight from billings in next 3 hours and they got me on plan by fixing my truck . thank you !
i work in montana and north dakota states and come to this area for couple of days in a month . my preference to stay will always be best western in miles city montana. friendly staff complementary option of soups and cookies as light supper while coming back tired and hungry. clean room and best services what else i need ? its good place to be recommended
We were there for family reunion and wants to stay together so choose this hotel suite rooms. amazing room very clean updated great location. kids love the indoor pool and cookies in evening time. we all enjoyed staying there and booked the same suite for bucking horse event 2019 too. staff is very friendly and helpful.
The staff (front desk, housekkeping ) was kind and considerate when I needed assistance or recommendations for places to go during my stay. The rooms are clean and quiet with comfy beds. There is plenty of room when you travel with a lot of stuff. I would recommend this location for leisure travel because it close to many great restaurants and best part is evening light supper with cookies for kids in lobby . loved it !
we were just passing through I-94 and need to stop for sleep. I absolutely love this hotel! It is impeccably clean, safe, all the employees are professional and friendly too! I had a minor glitch in my room, and the maintenance guy jumped right on it, this Motel worth for what you pay for stay too. I would recommend this one to my friends while coming to this area .complimentary soup and cookies in evening were icing on the cake. good one Best western
DK at check in was so nice and helpful. They offer 2 kinds of soup in the breakfast area which we declined as we had already eaten. Our room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was good. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of variety and was kept nice and clean.
It's a lovely place got the best deal n well it was really value for money. Food is good nice atmosphere and kids loved it heated swimming pool was cherry on the cake. Would love to visit again and again
Loved it. Good services clean and pleasant room. Coffee bar was nice and above all very cordial team. Felt like a place where we can spend quality time and carried back lovely memories. When ever you are here ask for room near pool u will have fun and get feeling of being alone and that togetherness also
The hotel is very well located in the live areaez off and on from InterstateStaff is having a excellent welcome approach and big smile on the faceBreakfast was very nice many choicesVery comfortable stay enjoyed home away from home like feelingVery safe and secure
This place is awesome. Room was great, the staff is really friendly and the breakfast was the best. Couldn't have gotten better food at a restaurant. Oh and the shower was great too -lots of pressure.
The Price we paid was very reasonableWe enjoyed the comfort of the stayVery helpful staff and carring for the guestVery nice breakfast in the morning and Soup in the evening was awesomeSmall Hotel but everything was very nice
The staff is very nice helping and carring have wonderful smile and welcoming attitudeThe breakfast had many varities we really enjoyed the breakfastEZ offg and on from highwaysurrounded by many restaurantwell located
This is an old style motel with drive to the door rooms. It is run by super nice people here working hard to maintain motel. Replacing AC units when I was there and they seemed very receptive to an improvement that I suggested. Two kinds of soup were available for a light dinner on a Sunday evening. Everything was clean - Cookies in the evening as well!! Breakfast was fine here but the coffee was on the weak side.
i stay here last month while and like to stay every time here while passing through to my way.staff is very curtious and helpful . soup in evening time is an icing on the cake how ever we did not get the chance to have it this time.will be back sure !!
We prefer Best Western properties and this one did not disappoint. The reception desk staff evening and morning were friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was nice, very clean. Rates are extremely reasonable and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty.
The War Bonnet staff is very caring. The facility was neat and clean. The location was convenient to other areas of the community and convenient to major travel routs. I would recommend this Best Western Hotel to anyone traveling thru this part of Montana.
Not knowing where I was going to quit driving for the night , my wife found me a best western, ! the evening clerk was very friendly & helpful. Bed was very comfortable & breakfast was great in the morning!
I am writing on behalf of my brother and myself. We stayed the night of Sept. 16th. It is an older hotel in the motor-court style, but it was just terrific! The young man at the front desk was so polite and friendly! The room was very clean and had all the amenities one could need. The internet was fast, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was very good. We thought we might hear lots of street noise, but we really didn't. The cookies were delicious and there was soup available in the afternoon/evening. We would stay there again!
We were delighted with the personal attention we received at this Best Western. The employees go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. It is an excellent value, great breakfast, nice pool and hot tub too.
Made the reservation over the phone, we were 20 miles from the hotel. Check in was pleasant. The room was clean. The morning breakfast was good. The night was quiet. Walked to near by restaurant. I recommend this hotel.
It was clear from the second I walked into my room that they wanted a good review, and I see absolutely nothing wrong with that. There were snacks provided, beverages, the room was nice and clean, the internet was good, the breakfast was decent, they had cookies and soup in the evening. This was the first stay of my trip so far (about a week) that was good, and it was beyond good. I wish all Best Westerns could be like this.
We checked in and hit the pool. First thing we noticed is the motel is on the main street that parallels the interstate. BUT it is on the far side of the street so you don't hear the trucks all night. Also walking distance to several restaurants. Asked at the front desk for recommendations and they steered us right. He was baking fresh cookies at the time. I asked how long till they were ready and he offered to bring me some. Ended up stopping back for one after dinner. Would stay again next time I'm in the area.
The front desk gentleman was friendly and extremely helpful. We checked in late afternoon, and were not very hungry. This hotel had a free soup bar. A bowl of hot soup and crackers were all we needed. Bonus was the fresh cookies on hand as well. The room was clean, wifi perfect, and we would definitely stay again. Great spot.
I had traveled from Minnesota with my three teen-aged children through Theodore Roosevelt NP and stayed one night at the War Bonnet Inn on our way to Little Bighorn Battlefield NM the next day. Room was spacious and clean. Shower lacked conditioner, but that was fine. Pool was small but still fun for my kids. Breakfast was fair, but again that was fine as well. The only real concern was that had we checked in later than we did at 7:30, we might not have found a parking space in the lot. Overall, pretty much what most of the other reviewers had to say--good value for the money.
We checked in seamlessly, there was 2 kinds of soup offered, I forgot chocolate for my sweet tooth and gentleman behind desk took me inside and opened a big bag of chocolates and have some to me, can't say about breakfast as we left early, I would definitely stay again
GREAT Location. Close to shops and restaurants. This hotel was extremely clean and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. I would highly recommend this hotel for the traveler.
We enjoyed our stay in Miles City. This was a stop on our way out west for a vacation. This Best Western was very nice - the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. We left quite early so did not get to have the breakfast. As some other reviewers have noted, the parking lot can be a bit tight but was certainly not a problem. Overall, a good stay and I would recommend it.
Miles City is typically our "stop driving for the night" cutoff point when traveling from Minneapolis to various points out west, when we leave in the afternoon. This was our third time staying in this hotel, and every time we've stayed here, we've had a good experience. No, this isn't luxury place by any means (if you're looking for luxury, why are you in Eastern Montana??!) but it serves its purpose for a one-night stay. It's always clean, quiet, and we've never had any issues with anything here. Can't speak to the breakfast, as neither of us were hungry in the morning, but it look typical BW free breakfast. This is a motor-style motel where you park outside your room. We had a first floor room and didn't have any issues with hearing noise above us. We will be back, I'm sure!
We have stayed here at least 3 times. The rates are good and there are places to eat just across the street. The staff have always been very helpful. The main parking area is a bit tight but I believe there is additional parking available along the road. We have never been disappointed with our stay!
overall great hotel and excellent staff but parking lot is to small and shower changed temperature without warning and was low pressure. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very nice.
Not good with words. But traveled with pets. Got 2 rooms both were clean and comfortable. Clerk was friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay there again. Parking was a little tight. But no other problems with stay
travelling after a long day we were looking online for a clean comfortable hotel, many times pictures posted are not current and you're very disappointed when you check in, The war Bonnet Inn rooms were just as they were online, no surprises!! We checked in after being greeted by friendly staff and had a wonderful rest, next morning hit the road again but not before a very nice breakfast that was included. Will stay there again
Located close to I-94, the Best Western War Bonnet Inn is comfortable, convenient and reasonably inexpensive. It was the only Inn that served free Chile and Potato Soup when we checked in. This is a well operated Best Western. Even though the Inn is older, we found our room to be clean with comfortable beds. The sink basin is separated from the main bathroom, but we had no trouble with that feature. This hotel is two stories with parking in front of the downstairs rooms. We had no issues with noise from the outside or through the walls. We found the breakfast more than plentiful. The breakfast area was open by 6:00 AM for early travelers. Just down the road by Walmart is a Montana's Rib and Chop House Restaurant. It is a good find too. If you found this review “helpful” in any way, please press “LIKE” to let me know.
sleep. Lots of places to eat and night life! We had an abundance of snow. Our room was find, breakfast was good. If you have a pet this place works, places in the back for pets to do their business. A bar across the street for a few rounds, casinos are everywhere! For breakfast take the tray from your room to care your food back, they have Waffles!!!
The BW War Bonnet Inn in Miles City was the first stop on our August 2017 two weeks Western Trip. Their great location -- just two hours from landing in Billings, MT, was the real reason we chose this BW. The manager was friendly, welcoming, and helpful regarding local information. The venue is old, but well kept up, and quiet despite being on the main street coming off I-94E. The room was clean, attractively decorated, and on the first of two floors. The hotel is close to nice restaurants, shops -- including a Walmart where we needed to purchase a few items, and a great coffee shop for our usual take out to start our second day on our trip. Although there is not a lot of hotels in Miles City, we certainly are happy with our choice of another BW!
It was a nice stay and quiet. Got a room we wanted and on the floor we wanted. Breakfast was hot and always attended to. Even though it was freezing out side it was warm and toasty inside. Would recommend to friends and family. We stay there often.
My stay was comfortable I would probably enjoyed more of the facilities had it not been -26F outside but the room was warm and the complimentary soup was hot. I would definitely like to return when it isn't quite as cold
This hotel has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, and the complimentary soup for supper was a welcome touch. We've stayed here twice and enjoyed our stay both times. It's right on the main drag and easy to find.
We appreciate getting to look out our room window to see our vehicle full of Christmas gifts during the night. Firm comfy bed with extra pillows. Hot soup welcomes evening check-in, and full hot breakfast, too.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although it is on the main street, it was quiet. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The only thing I would mention is that rooms are accessible from outdoors; there is no inside hallway, which may be a concern in the middle of winter. We had unseasonably warm weather for our stay, so it was not an issue. Even so, we would stay here again.
We were very tiered in the bad weather driving We were welcome at the hotel staff and checked in the room in few minutes the Soup and Crackers helped us in releasing our stress full driving We enjoyed the Movies on out Lap top slept very well on very comfortable bed Morning breakfast was excellent and the the check out was very Quick
Very Nice Little Hotel very nice staff very helpful breakfast was very nice many items to choose The hotel is located surrounding restaurant and business places The soup in the evening was very nice as welcome
Place was clean and good breakfast. No issues. Hot tub and pool were not crowded. Had the place to ourselves. Parking lot is small and hard to maneuver in. Got a door ding in my new Duramax. Not happy about that
Very nice clean hotel Everything was up to the expectation and price we paid Staff was nice to help the guest We were tiered after a long day The stay was relaxing and comfortable We did not eat breakfast we had to leave early
Staff was very helpful and well dress Knowledgeable We enjoyed the breakfast and the Soup in the evening there were many items in the breakfast Room was nice and clean peaceful place very nice little town we enjoyed shopping there is no sales tax cant beat the savings Overall we had pleasant trip
We stayed at the hotel on our leisure trip We really enjoyed our travel in the area What a big Sky What a natural scene Loved the scenic tour in the area Hotel staff was very helpful Hotel was very nicely centrally located
Front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good hot breakfast provided. Hot soups are available in the lobby until 9 pm. Wi-Fi works fine now, after several years of frustration.
the staff is really helpful we enjoyed visiting the town the Room cleanliness was very very good I will come back and stay after 4 or 5 months when I come back in the area The outdoor opening of the room was helpful to us no luggage to carry
When we entered in the room we show bunny made from wash Cloth What I nice presentation Special welcome for us I love Bunnys The Bed was comfy Breakfast was excellent All the services Tv/Internet enjoyed the movie which we down loaded on our I PAD
Nice comfortable place with entertainment businesses nearby. I have 3 other employees staying there and they have not had any complaints. I would definitely stay there again and in fact will be back later this week.
We called from the road to make our reservation and in only a few minutes had a confirmation. Easy check in upon arrival and very courteous staff. Room was great. Breakfast also was sufficient to start the day (good coffee).
Breakfast was excellent Many choices We were tired and Soup made out tiredness disappear and we became fresh Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable we really enjoyed our stay we will come back the access from highway was ez off and on it was having restaurant in walking distance we notice some construction work going on in the property we were little disturb but our stay was wonderful with the Soup and Morning breakfast and sleep in the night
The War Bonnet Inn is an older property with outdoor access to the room. I'm not too comfortable with that - in the winter time, would be cumbersome to have to put your coat on to go to breakfast! The room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Mikes City has a few choices but this may be one of the worse ones. Hair in bed, spider in sink, very tight parking lot and overall a seemingly old and in poor shape hotel. I was disgusted by how dirty the room was.
Enjoyed extra perk of hot soup in evening, meant we didn't hav6 to drive for a light meal. Very good, choice of two soups, in addition to fresh cookies. Very quiet room, even with busy street in front. Very good breakfast in morning. No issues at all.
At the beginning of September, myself, my husband, my son and his girlfriend were caravanning from Northern California to the Northwoods in Minnesota for a family visit. The first night on the road we each stayed with friends in the Boise area. We discussed staying in Billings MT the second night but I wanted to get closer and reserved rooms in Miles City for amlate check in. My son arrived first. His room smelled of cigarettes and he was pretty sure there were fleas. I arrived about 20 minutes later and complained about the property advertising the rooms we reserved for $30 less on the internet for the same night. The manager offered a modest 10% discoun and stated they were the last two rooms. After waking in the morning to cold water showers and the girlfriends leg being flea bitten, oh not to forget the earth shaking wall pipe noise abruptly awaking us at 6am, I complained to the morning manager who was sincerely mortified. She apologized profusely, said they had not been full the previous night and was not sure why we were told that. She asked for our email addresses and if it were ok not to closeout the room charges because she was only' authorized to offer 10% discounts. She wanted to talk with the property manager to see if something more could be done. The property manager called me to hear what had happened, made excuses for the hot water, and said he'd make adjustments to our rates. My son actually was subsequently charged MORE than the rate quoted! I have yet to hear back from the property manager for an explanation. Horrible customer service!
Really didn't need hot cookies after riding all day but went for it anyway. Fast check in . Thank you Larry . Spacious room, clean and a shower head that you don't have to duck under . Nice stay after a very long day .
It's hard to find an affordable room for a family of 5 that offers a great value but this one fits the bill! We stayed in the suite which was huge, had 2 queen beds in a bedroom and a pull out couch in the 'living room'. It was so spacious, had a mini fridge, microwave, small table and actual sitting chairs. At 4pm the hotel offers complimentary cookies and soup, and in the morning provides a full breakfast with many good choices. It was the best value/experience with amenities that I've found for our family. There is even a swimming pool, hot tub, and exercise room all in this convenient motel just off the main highway. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean, and the other travelers were even very friendly! The staff was great. I highly recommend!!
We have stayed here several times over the years. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Typical BW. Facility lay out is quite old with all rooms entering from the outside, but well maintained. Only real downer is the parking situation which is EXTREMELY tight when they are fully booked. Found a great new restaurant just up the street. We would stay here again.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have stayed here before because a lot of times we travel with the grandkids and I like to have a pool when I do travel with them so they can move around after a long day in the car. The room probably all the rooms need updating. Paint the doorways, do touchups where necessary. I asked for an extra comforter and blanket for grandkids all they could do was give me one blanket. We left early so I don't know what the complimentary breakfast was like. I don't think I will book with this motel again.
This hotel was great pool was nice. I thought that cookies An soup in the afternoon was a cool extra. We had the cookies at check in an where great. Room was cleaned An hotel was well taken care of. Would go back to again
Need to relocate to larger lot. Need to acomidate more parking area do guest. Did like that shopping andresteraunts are all within walking distances. The staff were very professional and polite. I would definitely stay with you again.
With outside entrances we were amazed how quite the hotel was and we got an excellent nights rest on a very good bed. We would come back here again if we are in the area it is a very good hotel. The hotel is easy to get to from the interstate so getting off and on was very easy. The breakfast was also very good. This is an excellent place to stay.
I arrived after a long drive and had a beautiful clean room. I enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The bed was so comfortable, I slept great !! The room was super clean and the front desk employees were very friendly
This is an older property of the "motor inn" type, with exterior doors. Exterior shows its age, but the rooms are immaculate and updated. Doors are very secure with 3 different locks. Breakfast was quite good.
The motel was easy to locate. The room was clean and ready when we checked in. The staff at checkin were very friendly and explained all the amenities. The pool area and hot tub were working and very comfortable to use. The breakfast was very good and they had adequate food available.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. After spending over a week camping in the Tetons it was great to have a comfortable bed to sleep in, a relaxing pool and hot tub, a shower, and a bowl of soup when we checked in. Loved the breakfast in the morning and the newspaper. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean. Quiet. Solid wifi. We would definitely stay here again. Overall a great experience.
We needed a hotel at the last minute, late in the evening and this hotel worked out to be just what we needed and checking went quickly and smoothly and we got a good room at a reasonable price. The breakfast was a highlight. Good variation of food options and they all were fresh and well prepared. The amount of space for sitting to eat in the breakfast area was a bit less than it should be, if they could find a way to add more tables that would be a good thing, but it was not bad.
We stayed on our way home from Colorado. We are Best Western Diamond customers, so we stay at a lot of Best Westerns. This one was unique with a soup bar available in the evenings. The service we got was great. The breakfast was free. The rooms could use an update. Our air conditioner had to run and it clunked every time it shut off. The bathroom was clean but the shower has turn type knob and they were stiff to use. The beds are not great. Time to get new mattresses. Location in town was good. There were a few restaurants nearby and Walmart is in walking distance.
We stayed here one night with our four year old and nine month old. The room beds were comfortable, but my wife was turned off by the stains on the carpet and bed skirts. The kids liked the pool but the floor of it has holes in the paint and we vacated when we saw a clump of hair floating by. The breakfast was very good and the staff extremely friendly.
The service and breakfast were the best. Towels were super soft which was great. Desk was in bad place. Could have been moved away from the bed. Comfy chair but bulb burnt out in lamp. All in all I would recommend this hotel.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I have never stayed at a hotel that offered soup and cookies in the evening and a hot breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again.
From the friendly staff at checkin to the breakfast the following morning this was a convenient and pleasant motel. The desk clerk was able to recommend several good restaurants in the area. The pool area was clean and inviting. We were pleased with the quality of the exercise room. Our room was as you'd expect from a BW motel - clean, updated, restful.
We chose this for our four night stay in Miles City because of positive reviews and cost. The location was perfect for us and the overall quality was good enough for us. The clerk named Leeann is wonderful and really knew how to get things done! Our frig wouldn't run and her maintenance man traded it out in a jiffy!
After the previous nights stop at another BW this was so different. Staff were very helpful, room was excellent, hot tub and pool were great. Cookies and Soup served after 4:00 pm and the breakfast items were of a high quality. The hotel is only minutes from the highway and easy to find.
Hotel building is old but the staff and food is excellent. Breakfast was very tasty with variety of options. Service standards are at par level overall experience was WOW. The staff cares alot about the guest and amazing internet speed for browsing its a complete Value for money.
oh yes! its the best place in recent time we have stayed sheer value for money. very supportive staff and well cleaned and comfortable rooms. we enjoyed our stay and remembered old days when we use to get such a personalized services
This is a great place to stay. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the evening soup bar and fresh cookies. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Good location and close to freeway.
We always try to stay at a Best Western because od the quality of their rooms and their breakfasts are always top notch. The Front Desk personnel have always been friendly during our stays. The rooms have always been comfortable and personnel are quick to correct any concerns which in our case have been rare occurences.
This is a tired facility. Exterior access only on a busy street. Most guests appear to be people working in the area. There are some good restaurants nearby. Staff and services were good. Not a good value for the money though - other options are available.
The older style hotel runs the risk of a loud person in the parking lot waking EVERYONE up. I'm glad that didn't happen. Security is also more difficult in older-style hotels. The clientele wasn't too rough at this place, so we all felt safe. The breakfast was better than I expected.
should try at least once excellent place and value for money the property is clean and well maintained. the staff is good and very helpful. if you coming with the family this is the place you are looking for i can assure you this.
It was a Nice stay in a small town. Comfortable bed , hot breakfast . Wifi was a speedy one. Old but nicely appointed room. Professionally handled services. We enjoyed sauna &my kid were in pool for hours.they enjoyed the whole trip We will keep this place in our diary for next time sure.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. Modern, up to date guest rooms furnished with refrigerators, microwave ovens, desks, flat screen televisions, and comfortable beds. Warm, friendly staff. dekey is a interesting guy. he help me to get my car keys i lost in dark somewhere. hospitality is really good which i like most. It is located near a Walmart and several top-rated restaurants. hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
Overall this is the type of place that you should expect from a $60/night motel. If you are paying $90 or $100+ per night then find something a little bit more classy. The WiFi lets you connect but there is no internet. I wouldn't let my family shower because the bathroom was quite dirty. The breakfast spread was typical, but I guess they don't have enough people coming through cause all the dry goods were stale. Lastly, the staff sits in the lounge eating food while watching TV and are not very attentive.
This is an older property that is quite well maintained. Many of these older places are no longer on my stay list due to room and hall odours but this property is and feels clean. There are no ramps or elevator so keep this in mind regarding mobility issues. I had a good stay but I can't quite rate it as a 4 but it's close.
This hotel is cheep in every way. The rooms are in need of a remodel. I felt unsafe. The breakfast was small and didn't taste good. Wish I could have stayed some place else. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the conversations next door and upstairs.
We had very pleasant stay Room is nice and clean Breakfast is very nice with lots of variety The beds were very nice Walking restaurant made our evening comfortable after long drive The staff is very caring
Room was very clean when I got there. Larry at the front desk was nice and informative . Outside entrance was nice since I had my dogs with me. Overall, a great place to stay. Bed was really comfortable too, can't beat that!
we were passing through city to reach our destination and stay there to get refreshed as driving for long hours. we enjoyed hot tub and sauna.it is good option to stay while passing through. dinning option are available at walking distance from this motel.worth what you pay for
Ask for Dhiraj Sharma the guy is very helpful and will make ur stay memorable. the hotel is nice and very comfortable and the services which are being provided are good. In case you like personalized service with good intentions and made feel wanted in the hotel.
Stayed at the war bonnet best western for 5 days. Rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and polite. They had fresh cookies in the pm, and hot soup. The mornings had the normal hotel quick breakfast of eggs bacon or sausage with biscuits and other breads and Danishes. I am satisfied with this Best Western in the small town of Miles City.
Loud in the morning. Trucks running right outside your door. Had to change rooms because it had not been cleaned at all when I checked in. Breakfast is mediocre. Bed was not comfortable. Could hear people moving around in the room above mine until very late at night. Gentleman at check in was very nice and accommodating. The woman at check out was not friendly at all
We stopped and stayed on our way through town. The room was a good size and clean. Parking lot is made for small vehicles so it's a little tricky. Breakfast was good as well, lots of variety. Friendly staff and they were very helpful with directions and such. We didn't stay long enough to check out the pool and fitness centre though.
Greeted warmly by desk clerk Keith. Made us feel at home. Our previous stay felt like a community center (water slides in pool area) and was in boisterous use by many children. This was a good, no frills motel, showing some age. Run by Bliss Hospitality. We saw mostly construction and maintenance workers. Everything worked as expected. Pool and hot tub were very welcome. Really easy on and off I-94. Great eating place, Blackiron Grill was next door.
Many hotels in the area look better from the outside, but they don't have a hot tub or sauna-or even cookies and soup in the lobby. The rooms have been redone but there is still the underlying structural evidence that his has not always been a Best Western.
Room is very clean, beds are super comfortable, slept great. Wifi isn't great which is pretty typical. Great location - walking distance to the Black Iron Grill. TV is good. A little noisy from street noise. Room opens directly to parking lot, but very convenient access to my truck.
The room was clean, but the bed wasn't comfortable and it was noisy. Lots of construction workers staying there and parking was cramped. The whole place could use a facelift. Not the best value. We wouldn't stay again.
This is one of the worse Best Westerns I have stayed at. They are trying to improve; for example they gave me a very nice gift bag on checking in (water, snacks). But the room smell musty / smoky, it was noisy, no shampoo in the bathroom.
Our family of six stayed here two nights in July 2016. It was our only option for our large family in Miles City except for booking two rooms at another hotel. On the plus size, it was great for us to find a place where we could all fit in one room. The room was also large enough with a separate living room area. The staff we encountered were all very nice and friendly. On the down side, the place is run down and needs updating. We had towels for only four despite booking for six, even the second day when I asked for them on our way out in the morning. I finally had to go to the front desk, when asking for towels in the pool area, and ask for them in our room. Maybe guests walk off with toilet paper because there was a half roll with one roll extra on our first day. The second day the extra roll wasn't replaced and, yup, we ran out in the middle of the night. You had to hold the the toilet handle to get it to flush just liquid and a little paper. It plugged once or twice while we were there and my husband had to get a plunger from the front desk to plunge it! The AC in the bed room didn't work except on fan so we had to have someone look at it. The breakfast was mediocre at best, burnt biscuits one morning. The pool was OK. Quite small with ledges in the water along the entire thing so you couldn't swim unless you were in the middle of the pool although it would probably be helpful for young kids to have the ledge. The small parking lot was full both nights, and when we drove by on our return home, with large BNSF trucks. I suspect a contract with BNSF doesn't motivate them to upgrade the hotel. They desperately need to re-stripe the parking lot to make spaces big enough for those large trucks & have some sort of additional parking. The parking lot was a nightmare.
Many motels offer unique items in their lobbies like fresh baked cookies(which War Bonnet offers) but how about two hot and fresh soups? War Bonnet offered a veg. beef and/or a tomato specialty soup AND both were very good. After a long day driving across Eastern Montana or Western North Dakota, especially this time of the year a bowl of hot soup it great.
All staff was warm and friendly. You ended up feeling like family. We stayed for two day and each day was great. Breakfast was good. There was a nice variety to choose from for everyone. Each employee we met was friendly and enjoyed meeting us and trying to make sure we had everything we needed. Only issue small parking lot. If one person parked wrong it reflected on everyone else in that row.
An older Best Western but it is clean. Larry at the front desk was accommodating. We couldn't get the TV remote to work and he was immediately on it and had it fixed. The shower has great pressure. We didn't have breakfast here but it has scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal and yogurt. The price was $55 less than the sleep in suites and all we needed was a place to sleep and get on the road the next day. We are BW members so always nice to get a discount.
Loud, internet doesn't work, he really not what the reviews said it would be. Have listened to a diesel truck idle outside for the last half hour or so. I'd say stay at the sleep inn across the street, wish I would have.
Very nice pool and spa area. Rooms accessed from the outside, but comfortable. We stayed here a year ago and would stay again. They work hard to accommodate you. Easy walk to multiple restaurants. This hotel is nice and clean, but it's old but well maintained. You access your room from the parking lot. We recommend staying here. The staff is pleasant. It's a close to walk to restaurants. There is a decent breakfast, and soup is available in the lobby until 9 pm. Depending on where your room is, the ice machines aren't in convenient locations. There are lots of casinos in the area it seems.
Used TripAdvisor reviews to select yhis motel. My experience supported the good reviews. Checkin was very easy with a very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and current. The bed was very comfortable. Will stop here again on my next trip through the area.
This was once again a very bad mistake in staying at a Best Western. They charge me over 122.00 for a room that was not worth 40.00 The rooms smelled like dog and cat and the rooms was not total cleaned. When we checked in there was a front attendant that look just discussing with big holes in his ears. We was told about having cookies avable to us and when my wife went over to get some the attendant stated that he was not going to making any. It was not close to 900 yet. Then in the morning when we went for breakfast there was about 12 people trying to get some food and they ran out of everything and I was told by the Very big attendant that she did not have time to fix anything and that to bad so sad it was now 900. REALY!!! you charge me 122.00 for very poor room and no food which was to be part of the outrageested price I had to pay. Talk about poor customer services. If I did anything like this in my work PEOPLE DIE!! I am once again seeing that there is nothing Best about Best Western. I get better services at super 8 or motel 6 and these places are dumps. Talk about total running out weekend trip.WOW
We have stayed here through the years and have always been pleased. When it was sold I was concerned that they might change and am happy to write that it is still a great place to stay! The evening soup bar is a welcome respite from eating in restaurants day after day! We each took our bowls back to our room and enjoyed them while. Watching tv. Our room was very pleasant, newer furnishings and very clean. Plenty of hot water for showering, many channels to choose from and bright lighting to read by. The Internet connection was fast too. While we didn't use the indoor pool it was being used by many guests. The breakfast selections were good and the coffee freshly brewed and tasty. It's not the newest hotel in town but it is just as nice at an affordable rate!
Stayed here while passing through on a family road trip. We were pleasantly surprised by free soup and cookies when checked in. Room was nice and clean and spacious, pool area was nice and clean. Good location next to multiple stores, restaurants n gas stations in walking distance. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
love the motel in Miles City,MT. it was clean, people were very friendly, staff was awesome.the staff helped with maps for directions to where we needed to go.we`ve never been to a city public swimming pool that was pond the kids really enjoyed it.
Very Nice. Great place to stay when traveling west from MN. Alway stay here when we get a late start towards Bozeman Mizz. Breakfast is usually very nice to get you rolling before hitting the road again. Great cup of soup as well before going to our rooms at night. Highly recommended and usually always encounter a very pleasant staff.
The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Very good service and comfortable lodging. War Bonnet Inn is close to the interstate as well as crossroads for travelling both south and north. There is variety of breakfast items (bagels, cereals, egg/cheese omelet, sausage, yogurt and fruit. The late afternoon soup offered is good and certainly supplements the dining budget. Close to good restaurants.
We were in from Boise visiting family and was able to stay at Best Western. I booked over the phone for a 2 queen room, but when I checked in, was upgraded! We travel so much and are reward members and because of our status, the front desk graciously upgraded us to a suite, which was perfect as it was my mom and I along with my nephew... Private room with two queen beds, living room with pull out and kitchen table. Our room was very clean and comfortable. -This hotel is pet friendly and free parking, although small. The railroad guys were staying there, so you want to get there early as the parking lot fills up. The breakfast was really well appointed and they offer soup and cookies at night. -The pool was indoors and pretty nice. Enough chairs and tables for multiple families.
We arrived late in the evening and the staff person was great. She had a smile and gave us our room quickly. The room was clean and it was a welcome rest after traveling all day. The next day breakfast was very good. We had biscuit and gravy, cheese omelet and sausage. There was yogurt, cereal, breads, muffins, and fruit to choose from. The checkout was simple and quick. We were offered water and snacks to take on our trip out. I would stay here again.
I had a very pleasant stay here. This is an older motor inn U-shaped style hotel. Parking is in the center of the U only, and rather tight for trucks and rigs. I was driving a full size van. If you are pulling a trailer, there is no place to park. The hotel is pet friendly, but the property is limited due to it's design. The only grassy areas are small and along side the side of the hotel. These things may not be priorities for you - in which case, this is a great place to stay. Friendliest desk staff on the planet. Very clean and well maintained.
This was an older hotel, the kind where you park by your door. The staff was very friendly, giving one an at home feeling. We felt welcome. The room was well kept and clean. It had everything we needed for a restful night. The breakfast was good and had several choices to start off the day. Checking in and checking out were good experiences with very nice staff members.
For what we paid it wasn't worth it. The number one rated hotel in the area was cheaper than this place and I'm sure it was worth your while. It wasn't as upscale as it came across. Although, the staff was very friendly and the offered a good free breakfast but could offer a little more fruit.
The staff that checked me in were very professional and pleasant. She explained the amenities in detail. I had requested a first floor room and received it! My bed was comfy, the room clean and the location quiet. the War Bonnet Inn is easy access on and off the interstate. I will definitely stay here again!
Had my grand daughter pool nice clean. Hot tub functional okay, Sauna was also acceptable clean weight room complete cardio good yoga balls TV on to NBA Play-offs over all pleased. Very helpful with local Food/restaurants and services in area excellent
Hotel is older but well maintain. Beds & pillows comfortable. Dining options within walking distance. Served cookies & soup till 9pm. Breakfast was disappointing. Ice machine not working this morning when we want some for the cooler. We would probably try the hotel across the street next time. Just because I like to try new places.
The staff was very pleasant and even upgraded our room to a suit and gave us popcorn! Breakfast had a great selection of Omelets, waffles, biscuits/gravy, and fruit! Pool area and rooms seamed clean. The building is a little dated but they do a great job with what they have. They exceeded my expectations.
It's a clean hotel/motel whatever you want to call it. The doors to the rooms are all exterior doors. No elevator atleast when I was there so be mindful of that. The insulation in the rooms isn't the greatest and I had a room next to the busy main road and could hear a lot of traffic throughout the night and I'm a heavy sleeper so I couldn't imagine someone who is a light sleeper getting any sleep if you get a room too close to the road.
During our three night stay, our room was not cleaned once. We were compensated with rewards points, however, I do not feel that was adequate. Also, the parking lot is extremely small and tight. Something needs to be done about that situation. The majority of the vehicles were large BNSF vans and oversize pickup trucks taking up multiple spaces. Also, there was no handicapped parking. Besides those two problems, the rooms were updated, the TV channel selection was great, and the beds were comfortable. If the cleaning and parking problems are addressed, we'll definitely stay here again when we're in the Miles City area. If not, there's a brand new Sleep Inn across the street that looked inviting.
This hotel needs a complete update. Second poor experience here, Outside of hotel in run down, Wifi did not work, tech support unable to help, power outlets in rooms are minimal and what there was were so worn they would not even hold a plug. This hotel needs serious maintenance and update. I would not recommend.
I admit it, I am a pillow snob, but these were pretty good. The room was nice, good, clean and suited our needs. Breakfast was better than average too and the bed was comfy. Price was very good and it's easily accessible from the highway, which helps a lot when you're on a road trip.
An older facility in a central and convenient location. Judging by the amount of cars in the parking lot it was very full, but it was still peaceful and quiet. Our room was on the bottom floor and had very squeaky floors which was quite annoying. We had a comfortable king size bed and a decent size room. We discovered lipstick on the backside of one of our pillows on the first morning. When we told the front desk and asked them to completely change our bedding they were apologetic. The free breakfast was very good. There was fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins, as well as warm sausage rounds, ham and cheese omelettes, waffles and biscuits and gravy. They also offers soup and chili in the evenings and that too was very tasty There was a pool although we didn't use it. Because it was less expensive than some of the other hotels I would stay here again.
everything was fine. aside for the outside of the building looking a bit run down, it was a good stay. the rooms where quiet and all was good. I had to leave before the appointed breakfasts time, but the front desk help stocked the fresh fruit and opened the yogurt case for me. That was very nice, thank you.
Had everything we needed. Staff there was very accommodating. Pool, Jacuzzi, sauna was just what my family needed. A weekend escape. My friends daughter got a hair brush stuck in her hair, she has long beautiful hair we were panicking for a few minutes thinking that she would have to go the weekend with a hair brush in her hair. We figured out a solution but didn't have what we needed. We called the front desk for a pair of scissors. They had a pair and offered them to us. We managed to get the hair brush out of her hair with cutting her hair off. We did however destroyed a brush in the process of keeping her beautiful long locks. Thank you Best Western.
I was very pleased with the reception of the staff upon arrival. Very good employees know how to work with customers. Breakfast was very good for hotels and decent variety. Parking was tough for trucks in area, but worked out ok. Many casinos and things to do or eat in close proximity. I would stay again.
I found the Best Western on the internet and they were running a special at a great price. This is a class place that I would stay at agin. I arrived and was greeted by very pleasant staff who pulled my reservation and had me headed to my room in less then 10 min. There were allot of families staying there on the upper floor and kids running back and forth made a ton of noise one call to the front dest and it was quite the rest of the night. The room I had (#118) was very clean and comfortable with fast secure internet, three different types of coffee in the room and a king bed with extra pillows. There was a microwave and fridge and a bottle of complimentary water. They had soup in the lobby at night and breakfast in the morning I did not try either. This room was very clean I'm saying that for a second time because it is important The one down side for me is I drive a F350 1ton pickup truck so the choice of parking was limited without infringing on other guests parking. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling thru Miles City MT
Great room and wonderful breakfast. Check in was fast and easy and the staff was great. the room was very clean as was the bathroom was wonderful to take a bath in. We were offered soup for dinner which was wonderful.
Very nice staff and hotel. Will definitely stay again when passing through this area. Room was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. With in walking distance to The Black Iron Grill which the staff recommended. Great suggestion.
Passing through for one night. Welcoming receptionist, nice furnished room with comfortable beds. Good sized pool. Breakfast was well presented and adequate. Little extras were the two varieties of hot soup available until 9pm, all day coffee and cookies, plus two complimentary bottle of water in the room. Would stay there again.
Miles City if a regular stop on our way west. This is our first stay at the War Bonnet. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and updated. The breakfast was similar to other motels in this level - good. The price might be considered a little high, even with a coupon. Many motels in this area should provide better competition in this stop.
Older motel that needed major upgrades years ago. The floors on ground level creaked. The bedding was newer but the king bed was uncomfortable. The room heater was louder than the pickup running outside the window. Furnishings were old and scratched up. The floors above from the second floor creaked even more, I heard every step from the family above, until midnight and again at 5am when they get up to go. Also, you would have to go outside to get to pool or hot tub, even with a change room, it could get very uncomfortable fast in the winter. The front desk staff was good and concerned about our poor experience, but offered nothing but a "sorry."
For a solo traveler passing through and not staying to enjoy any of the amenities, this Best Western is honestly a little pricy. BUT, my room was very clean (not always the case at lower priced places in the region), the service was super friendly and personable. I was impressed in that regard. I had an upper level room that was very quiet too. Only one minor issue. The single-serve decaf coffee pod did not fit the coffeepot in my room and caused it to overflow. Not a real big deal and, had I planned to stay longer, I know I could have asked front desk staff for help and they would have been responsive. I share the superficial issues only to explain why the hotel got a 4 and not a perfect 5. Really, would definitely recommend.
A nice place to take your boots off after a long days ride. They offered complimentary soup and stew in the lobby in the evening which helps warm the soul while traveling Montana in December. Overall welcoming staff will help make your stay comfy.
This hotel was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we were looking for. There was a fridge, which we wanted to place our cooler items into to keep from spoiling during our trip through a few states. We enjoyed the location, as we walked across the street for supper and stopped at a couple of the many casinos a short walk away. Price was reasonable and the breakfast was adequate. Though this was located on a busy street, we didn't notice any noise when sleeping.
Despite it's location close to the street, there was very little noise inside. The room was clean with a comfortable easy chair and footstool, table, luggage rack, refrigerator w/small freezer, microwave and the usual hair dryer and coffee pot, flat screen TV. They supplied special towels that they said were to use for cleaning windows, your face, etc. Their two faucet shower (while not up to current code) was easier to control water flow and temperature. There are several small casinos next door and across the street. There were some fellows staying there while working north of town and they recommended the Black Iron Skillet for a good meal with several TV's which we wanted as the NLCS was on. Breakfast in the morning was more than adequate with ham, little oval shaped egg omelets, and the usual fare.
This is a small town and the motel reflects this. The lobby is small, but neat and the front desk staff are very friendly. The hotel is fairly clean, but there was mold in the bathroom grout and the carpets were dirty and we were glad for our flip-flops. There was some road noise, but did not hear other guests except their plumbing. Check the room before registering: our first smelled foul, but they gladly gave us another. The hotel grounds are also sadly lacking in anything green.
I was a little skeptical about this hotel after reading some reviews about it being outdated but I was pleasantly surprised. For $92 total on a Saturday night, this hotel was a great find. They offer free soup and cookies in the evening and a hot breakfast in a clean environment. The hotel looks outdated from the outside but inside the rooms are updated, clean and very comfortable. I would gladly stay here again. The only downside was the street noises but I imagine the guests at the double priced Sleep Inn across the street heard it too.
This hotel was okay - not the best of the Best Westerns I have stayed at, but okay. The breakfast was the usual, and as usual the only fresh fruit we had was the choice of an apple or an orange. There are so many to choose from but I guess no one wants to offer anything else. The bed was very high off the floor - I had to literally jump to get into it, as I am only 5'1" tall. Neither the bathtub nor the sink drained properly.
The hotel is older but it is clean and the staff were very friendly. We arrived late after travelling for many hours and they were friendly and quick to get us into a room. They kept the pool open an extra half hour so our daughter could swim, which was a huge bonus to an 11 year old.
It was nice but for the money the carpet, door, and other fixtures are very out of date. The room appeared to be clean and the TV etc are state of the art. Did not have any problems with the WiFi. They do have soup available for an evening meal, nice touch.
Hotel does not have obvious access to the front office for a person in a wheelchair. There is a way but we needed to ask. Should be signage until they build the ramp they said they were going to do. Wheelchair accessible room worked for me in my manual wheelchair. Room would be tight for a larger power chair.
This is a nice clean comfortable hotel. The staff were courteous and the free soup and cookies were something I have never experienced before. The only disappointment was the Breakfast which was very ordinary at best.I would still recommend this Hotel
The free soup in the lobby was a nice touch, something we've never experienced before. Traveling with three friends on a cross-country motorcycle trip, we found this to be one of the best values in Miles City. Lots of "casinos" in town, mostly just electronic slot machines to waste your time and money in.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Miles City. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good and we would recommend this motel to anyone going through Miles City.
This property provided us with an extremely enjoyable stay, the beds were excellent, the décor and cleanliness excellent. the food outstanding, our BEST stay at a Best Western. If we are ever in this neck of the woods again, we will definitely stay at this Best Western.
Convenient and upgraded park at the door hotel. Reservation staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Hotel has a small pool (good for kids) and nice workout room on 2nd level. Kind of nice (although didn't try) was hot soup - complimentary until 9 pm. Like having brewed coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was ok - plenty of yogurt/cereal and fresh fruit - didn't try the hot items. Room was comfortable and very clean. Green Bay beat Seattle, so that was a bonus. Only downside to the night stay was the evening meal - walked across the street (recommended by hotel) and meal was pretty lousy. Great access to the interstate and plenty of restaurants (we just chose the wrong one).
