Best Western Plus Landmark Inn

This is our go-to when in Lincoln City every year. A short trip along 101 brings you to the major places in town and being on the South side, it's convenient to get to Depoe Bay or Newport. Very close to Mo's, the Otis Cafe as well as Taft beach and its shops. Lots of visible parking within the property for added security. Will be back!

All of the staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Rooms were decent. The balcony was a nice addition. Water pressure and Internet speed were both a little slow. Hot tub was out of order and the pool itself and the pool room were very cold. Nice fitness center. Overall, good place the stop along the coast for a decent price.

The hotel was very clean and it has nice environment overall. When we opened balcony the peaceful fountain is overlooked. surrounding air was fresh and noise was not pronounced. Even in New Year celebration period we could sleep comfortably

We have stayed here many times, but this one was the worst. The toilet in the room above ours was very leaky and dripping through the sheet rock, leaving puddles in our bathroom. Our room's coffee maker didn't work. The hot tub jets were not operational and there appeared to be what looked like bark dust or porting soil in the bottom of the hot tub. Breakfast was below average and was not satisfactory in flavor. However, with all this said, the rooms are very quiet and the beds are super comfortable. But even with this, because of all the other issues we ran into with our most recent stay, we are looking elsewhere to take our overnight coast experience.

Landmark Inn is excellent place to stay at Lincoln City. We have stayed there a number of times and have always been more than satisfied. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great "serve yourself" breakfast with variety of food choices. Not on the beach, but prices much lower.

Found a very attractive price on line. They wouldn't honor it and were quite curse when I asked them to. Walked outside to the parking lot called 800 Best Western booked the room in 10 minutes. Now that's service. They could have done the same, I didn't book online? I made a phone call?

Awesome stay close to everything. Staff gave great suggestions on restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again. Pool and Jacuzzi were inside and a nice touch. Breakfast was nice and kept stock of everything.

We have begun looking for PLUS branded BW hotels wherever we travel. They are not everywhere, but when we find them we are always pleased. Nicer rooms and properties than similar midrange hotels. Comfortable bed. Also we appreciate their hot breakfast with a range of good food.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful, especially regarding places to eat. The pool and spa area were very clean, well maintained and inviting. Having a room with a balcony was a nice touch, considering the nice weather.

Our mission was the 101 Oregon Scenic Bypass. We started in Astoria, and worked our way down. Ultimately, after a long day of looking at the most beautiful scenery, we needed a break. The nightly rate was priced just right, for an overnight. Although all seemed decent about this place, in the comments, I was still a little unsure. Upon arrival, we were checked in, by Anita. She is just the sweetest lady. I was given a room on the 2nd floor; which is what I requested. The room looked over the parking lot, but it still was a decent view. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. You could see the furniture was on the dated side, but it nice and comfortable. The room size was very generous, and the bathroom was a little on the small side, but had great counter space. The bathroom was very clean, and I didn't feel icky, in it. lol (yes, I am one of THOSE people. If the bathroom ain't right.. we can't stay.) We had a standard room, with 2 beds. I chose this hotel because it offered breakfast, with our room rate. I was pleasantly surprised, with they type of food that was being offered. I figured it would be a step up, from continental, but there were better offerings than that. They were serving big, chorizo burritos, make your own waffles, sausage, rosemary potatoes, cereals, yogurts, eggs, juices, coffee, tea, etc. It was plenty enough, to get your day going. I found the customer service of the staff, to be exceptional. Mike and Lucy, from the breakfast room, were amazing. I was getting to breakfast, with 10 minutes until they closed it down. They seen me rushing, and assured me that I could take my time. Lucy helped me making my waffle, on the waffle maker, and Mike seen me struggling to hold all the stuff, to take back to my room. Without me knowing, he had went in the back, and brought a box top to me. So I could put all the food and drinks in, to carry up to the room, with ease. I can not forget about Anita, the front desk manager (I think). She was such a delight, and a sweet lady. I got to meet her grandson, that was there with her, that day. He's a cutie. There were stores, and restaurants, nearby. Mo's Seafood, was just a 5 minutes drive, down the street. We had a great road trip, and this hotel was a great place to stay.

The hotel is easy to find. Upon check in we asked if it was possible to have a room suitable for someone with mobility issues and were given a more than suitable room. The room and furniture were showing their age but everything was clean and in good working order. We were able to get handicapped parking near our room. The mattress was definitely showing it's age but surprisingly comfortable. The location of the coffee pot was a challenge for two,short people to reach and use and was not set up to use properly…took us a couple of tries before figuring out how to fix the issue. The breakfast was very good, but the coffee was outside the breakfast area and hard to locate. Once located the beverage station was well done and well stocked. All staff were helpful and pleasant.

We stayed here on a Saturday night and found it to be quiet, outside the busy city area. The breakfast was good. You cannot see the ocean from here although it did have a balcony. For the price paid I was disappointed that the bathroom was so small. It definitely needs some remodeling in that area. We would stay here again for a weeknight price.

The Landmark was our first stop on a 3 day motorcycle trip. Easy to find. Be aware that it is next door to a fire station: however we weren't disturb by the sirens. Our room had a balcony which was nice to sit out on. Across the street was the rusty truck brew/pub and they had the most wonderful food. Highly recommond both the Landmark and the Rusty Truck

We were doing a welcome meeting for our 30 international exchange students. We had at least 12 different countries of students 15-17 stay for the night to do an orientation meeting and also to do a service project the following day on the coast.

We got the multi stay discount for staying 3 or more nights which made the stay very reasonably priced. The hotel rooms are clean and neat. Service and amenities were very good. Breakfast has a good selection of both cold and hot items. Location of hotel is near to many restaurants, outlet mall and Siletz bay.

Stayed in a king suite.....great room. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast service fell short. The food was barely warm and no scrambled eggs. Sausage gravy was hot and tasty and served with biscuits. Muffins, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt were the best part. Won't keep us from going back. Returning in October for another short stay. King suite.....we're spoiled.

Well-maintained hotel - beautiful landscaping. Our room had all the amenities. The queen bed and pillows were very comfortable. We used the hot tub in the pool area. It definitely helped me! There were several breakfast items to choose from and it was yummy. The menu was posted in the lobby. Also, a few restaurants were in walking distance.

Have stayed at this Best Western before. Was always good. This trip was not so good. The bed was way too soft and the recliner was so broken down, I could barely got out of it. The toilet was slow to flush. Had to hold the handle down for awhile just to flush it. They ran out of food items for breakfast early and the hot tub was broken. Staff was friendly at check in but each time we came in or left they didn't even say good morning etc…

We had a enjoyable stay at the hotel over the 4th July holiday. We usually try to avoid travel on holidays to avoid the crowds but needed to travel this time for a family event. Would definitely stay at this BW again at a quieter time of the year.

The Landmark Inn was very comfortable. We stayed three nights. The front desk personnel were helpful and we loved the full breakfast. Definitely exceeded expectations. Our room was clean, had a good view and a balcony. It is beautifully landscaped. Two drawbacks were the proximity to Highway 101 as well as the emergency vehicle station behind the property.

The room was clean and the breakfast was above the norm. They have a laundry room that came in handy. Get change from the front desk if needed. The view from the breakfast area also nice There is a lighthouse visible so look for it.

The hotel is easy to find, on the main highway. The rooms are big, clean, and well equipped, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. There is free parking. The breakfast buffet is very good. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel has a staff that is very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. You will immediately feel welcome and ready to relax when you walk in the doors. The rooms are updated the beds are comfortable and I definitely could walk around bare feet without feeling gross on the floors they're obviously very clean.

If you are looking for a regular hotel with a good breakfast this is your place. Don't expect the full Plus experience. It is only a regular hotel with a good breakfast, it doesn't offer any other extra accommodations unless you are a gold rewards holder. If you just have the base line rewards you might as well be any person walking in off the street. In Lincoln City you can probably find a hotel just as nice for a cheaper price; but the breakfast won't be as good.

This was to be a special time for my father and I to get away to the beach. Everything from the facilities to the professionalism of the staff made this a relaxing, comfortable, and rewarding experience that will have us returning often in the future. Also the breakfast is well laid out with many offerings. That alone is an extra $10-$20 added value each day you stay. I wanted to mention that it is not just about gong through the motions at this Best Western. It felt like every staff member we encountered was genuinely happy to assist. This is the result of good attitudes, good training, and good leadership. Also, although this was away from the main strip, it made for a quiet, relaxing, and peaceful stay with just a short drive to get to everything we enjoyed while there. Thanks Best Western Landmark Inn, you made our vacation stay in Lincoln City, Oregon all the better. Lyndsay and Mike were amazing :)

This is our favorite place to stay while in Lincoln City. When we check-in, our favorite person Anita is there with her smiling face and sweet personality. She makes sure to always ask you, How you're doing. She makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. We also have our favorite room, It has lots of room, always so clean and comfortable. The breakfasts in the morning are great. something for everyone. Coffee is always fresh and hot.

Kids had a blast in the pool, rooms were clean and breakfast had such a variety...even gluten free/dairy free options! Only downside was a loud air conditioner unit that squealed but we got used to it.

The hotel is very well lit on exterior, the fountain in middle of parking area was a nice addition. Interior well lit, very clean, quiet, no water ritual or noise from adjacent rooms. First time in the driveway is a little different, it is at the end of a lane ends transition, second time in great. Breakfast was well stocked and hot, good selection for off season traffic. Room was very clean, every thing worked. It appears there is some interior updating in progress.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very good and had many options that changed each day. We used the fitness center as well and it had more than expected in the room. Very enjoyable stay and nice staff!

Spouse & I stayed on an overnight getaway & were happy with the accommodations. The bed was just right, wi.-fi as fast as any I've ever used, staff (front desk & housekeeping) friendly, breakfast options plentiful. We had a ground floor facing the parking lot, but that was ok. It's not on the beach, but faces Highway 101 at the south end of town, if that's a concern for guests. The only thing I think is curious is the early check-in charge that varies according to the hour. Be aware of that.

Don't pay extra for a balcony room like we did, or you may be very disappointed. Our balcony “view” was overlooking the parking lot. All else was good to very good. Room was clean and had plenty of towels. The AC worked well, though the room was very warm when we arrived because it was not on. Not a big deal but would have been nice if it had been on and ready for us. Lots of LED lights throughout the room from the various electronics made the room a little brighter than we prefer, but we slept okay. The bed was comfortable. There is a nice water feature out front, and the front desk staff was pleasant. There was only one elevator, so we opted for stairs most of the time (rather than wait) Breakfast was very good. Loved the pre made sandwiches and burritos, but there were no labels to tell us what was in them. The rest of the food was standard stuff, cold cereals, make your own waffles, yogurt, Otis spunkmeyer muffins, etc. Solidly good stay.

We love this hotel and have stayed on several occasions. The jacuzzi suite on our most recent stay was an excellent respite after a full day of golf. Room was clean. Shower pressure great! Blow dryer great! Close to everything in the area without being in the thick of chaos. Breakfast options the best ever!!! Staff helpful. We love this place!!

Very old dated hotel, but very clean. We had to use an ADA room due to wife surgery, she can not use a tub, must be a shower with chair, this is the room we asked for but did not get. Room was clean, hot and stuffy at times, breakfast was great, the male cleaning up was friendly and very talkative. We rested and got out of their quickly. When we cheeked in they never mention a check out time nor did a welcome package for being members like the other BW we stayed at on this trip.

We enjoy staying at this property because the staff is always helpful and go beyond the normal customer service. This property is also away from some of the congestion of the town but convenient to anything you woul want to see or do .

We often stay at BWs because they are generally consistent in the service they provide. However, I'm of two minds about this particular hotel. First, the good stuff: 1. The hotel is generally in very good condition. 2. Our room was very spacious. King suites offer both a "living room" and a bedroom. 3. As is typical of most BWs, the room was very clean. 4. As is typical of most BWs, the bed was very comfortable. Next, the not so good stuff: 1. The place is kinda far away from the main part of Lincoln city, restaurants, shops, etc. 2. There is no easy walk to the beach 3. Because the hotel is literally right on Hwy 101, it's noisy. 4. We rented a king suite. Those rooms are only on the far end of the building, putting them closest to the road and making them even noisier, regardless of the assurance by the desk clerk that would not be the case. 5. Breakfast offered a good selection, but the eggs and sausages were barely lukewarm. Bottom line: I am not sure we would stay here again. It wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't a great one either. Next time, I would probably pay the difference and stay in one of the hotels on the beach.

Best Western Lincoln City was the best establishment out of 5 others on our Oregon trip. Our room was clean, the laundromat on our floor so needed, Rose at the front desk was beyond helpful, great wifi, and a decent breakfast.

I found the room at this hotel to be clean and comfortable. There isn't too much within walking distance but there is a variety of restaurants to choose from for meals. The breakfast buffet had a variety of things to choose from.

We stayed here for two nights. The room with balcony was comfortable and the laundry room was very handy. The staff were very polite and helpful The garden out the front was very pretty. The breakfast was good and filling, thanks for making our stay enjoyable We will tell our friends about you all when we arrive back in the UK

Great family stay. Walking distance to the beach and several places to eat. When it's too hot out there is an indoor pool that is fantastic for the kids. At the end of the day you can unwind in the hot tub. In the morning you can enjoy a free breakfast that has something for everyone, including picky children.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful the hotel and rooms are clean. Probably the best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at in the last couple years. The selection of items is fantastic!

Stayed here 1 night on a recent west coast road trip. I'd probably say it is a 3.5 out of 5. Overall the stay was good. We stayed in the 2 queen with a balcony (see notes on this later). Clean and comfortable rooms. Used the pool and had no issues; lots of towels, good temperature. We used the onsite laundry room which was a nice amenity to have access to. Easy check-in and check out. Now the negatives. They must have just fixed the brickwork in the unloading zone because it was all ribboned off...which is fine. But to get into the lobby you had to manually open 2 doors in a tight hallway which made it difficult when using a trolley. There was another access door (which says opens with a keycard, but didn't) which could have been used and left open, but it wasn't. Another thing is that the people at the front desk weren't wearing any nice Best Western labelled shirts/uniforms. Instead the guy had on a hoodie sweatshirt and was super casual. Didn't seem right for a place of business. Also, I am pretty sure I paid extra for a balcony room (maybe not?) but all it is was a patio door(on the ground level) with a little patio looking out at the parking lot. Maybe nice for some, but not what I was expecting. With that said, I didn't have any major issues and would stay again.

This crew of folks really knows how to take care of you! The value is exceptional and the hotel itself is very clean, from the lobby, the new spacious and modern breakfast room, to the stairways, hallways and my guest room too. Their cleaners do a great job and the staff is wonderful! I've never been better cared for as a guest at any hotel in Oregon, and look forward to my next stay at the Landmark Inn! When I realized I had left my luggage in the previous hotel (3 hours away), Antonio (desk clerk) immediately called and located my luggage. Then he offered to drive 6 hours round trip after completing his shift at 11:00 PM to retrieve my luggage!! He did and had my belongings waiting for me at the desk when we woke up! Now that's the Best Best Western service ever!! I know your company is proud of him too!! Thanks again, Antonio!!

We stayed in a suite and it was a great experience. The room was clean, the cost was good, and the experience was positive. The room was a bit worn but not bad. Everything was clean and worked, so that was primary. I would stay here again.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our 13 day road trip. A very well-kept hotel. We had a very comfortable sleep--so important when driving. Very friendly staff and an attractive breakfast room.

This motel is a favorite and an anchor for my annual Oregon Coast adventures. The pool was a decent temperature, the breakfast offered variety albeit normal mediocre fare. What can you do with microwave food? Comfortable and friendly landscaping as well as lobby and dining area. The beds in my 16 BW loop were consistently exceptionally comfortable.

The room was clean just very worn. The thread bare recliner was not very nice to look at. Snags on the bed skirt and the carpeting. Breakfast options were the best I've seen at a hotel in a long time.

I thought it was a very nice place to stay clean everyone happy the breakfast was really nice and really big the pool was clean plenty of towels the hot tub was clean the rooms were very nicely appointed

We had a great bed which is pretty important for a 1 night get away. My husband and I went to the beach to do some antiquing which is one of our favorite pastimes, and Lincoln City has a number of places to go antiquing.

Convenient location only a few blocks from the ocean, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast in the morning, wonderful experience. Will definitely be considering this location for our next time in Lincoln City. Thank you so much!

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. Loved that they offered a hot breakfast, most hotels don't anymore. Will be staying again soon and looking forward to it. The location was good and check in and out process was very easy.

We stayed at Best Western Landmark Inn for my daughter's 21st birthday. The room was immaculate and staff were very polite. It is an excellent location in Nelscott if you're coming to Lincoln City for agate hunting!

The staff were really nice and accommodating.. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was amazing! I will definitely book this hotel again in the future! I will recommend this to my family and friends.

Quiet w street view. It was a pleasant stay. I was traveling for work. Stay was friendly and the outside fountain was a pleasant sight. I look forward to staying here during the summer. It was a good distance to various places like the outlets and the beach

Breakfast well stocked (which is rare right now with many hotels still having COVID restrictions). Room clean and comfortable. Traveling alone for a day at the coast, was able to easily make reservation. Price comparable or better than other hotels in area.

They stay was a great experience clean rooms wonderful staff (Anita, Elizabeth, Lindsey and Skyden) will make sure that your stay is complete going above and beyond . Great breakfast. Pool and hot tub indoors. Great location to everything Lincoln city has to offer

We were stuck in the PNW for nine days due to lack of airport employees at the surrounding airports and although this completely devastated our holiday, we thankfully stumbled across this truly amazing hotel along the Oregon coast. In these trying times where the American government is severely hindering the hospitality sector, it was a breath of fresh air to find ourselves accommodated in such delightful quarters. I highly recommend this place. They are in full compliance w/ the ever-increasing safety parameters OR is implementing upon all of its citizens, and are able to do so while also providing service in a hospitable and kindly manner--just like hotels used to do.

Fantastic hotel in Lincoln City! Located close to the Taft neighborhood and just down the road from the city center. Great staff members, as well as, a pool and hot tub made this a family friendly trip.

My husband and I stayed in this fabulous location for Thanksgiving! And the only thing we regret was only staying for 2 nights versus the 4 nights we were in Oregon for! I would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the coast who doesn't want to break the bank!

Landmark is truly that a landmark 8n Lincoln City. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great dining room that was well stocked presented as a hot breakfast. Very clean room and hotel and in a great locality of Lincoln City.

we have stayed in close to 30 motels this year and this was the best breakfast we have eaten, lots of choices. cookies in the afternoon were nice. room was very clean. if i had a complaint it would be that the pool was a bit cold and that the hot tub and sauna were of of order. it is not on the beach but a short drive to the ocean. the walk was about 1.5 miles to the beach. we would stay here again when visiting lincoln city. we have had more comfortable beds.

The staff is excellent. Best Breakfast in Lincoln City. Value for your money is great. The rooms are actually clean. I own a janitorial company, most hotels are not very clean. Except for the Best Western. I highly recommend the property.

This is our 3rd time staying here. Had a great night's sleep, nice and quiet. It's so clean, the housekeepers do such a great job, Thank you to the housekeepers. Now I do have to say this... the coffee that is used in the rooms is not good, tastes yucky, couldn't drink it!!!!. the coffee downstairs is a million times better. The breakfast room was clean, well-stocked, was very tasty. there was something for everyone. Thank you Best Western Plus Landmark Inn, We will be back again soon.

A gem of a hotel! Good service! Nice rooms! We even had a view! It was a great price especially for the time of year we were there. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and delicious! The Location can't be beat especially for the price. Just across the street from the beach! Close to restaurants and shopping.

I used to choose a different hotel in the area because it was "beachfront" and never paid attention to this Best Western - however it is in the historic "Taft District" which is only a couple minutes walk to the bayfront and ocean. I will stay here again. It is a clean and tidy property and everything worked the way I expected it to.

This Lincoln City hotel delivered on comfort and value. Our room had enough space and all the usual amenities. Best of all, the breakfast room had just reopened and we had a wonderful breakfast. Highlights include eggs, bacon, chorizo burrito, sausage McMuffin sandwiches, and a variety of baked goods and cereals. We would definitely stay here again!

Not Covid clean is the biggest issue (band aid covering our peep hole, don't know if it was used or not), poor shower, water pressure, sauna closed, but there are too many to list. I recommend staying somewhere else if you want your gal happy.

Great nights stay in Lincoln City. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Even though the breakfast room was under remodel they provided a nice variety of food choices.

My family enjoys visiting Lincoln City, but we'll stay somewhere else next time. We reserved a family room to sleep six and were provided with two queens and a single rollaway bed. When I asked Scott about another bed as we'd booked acommodations for six, without looking at any information, he said they didn't have any. He offered no solutions. Later that night I asked if I could at least get some extra blankets since my son would have to sleep on the floor. Scott then made a big deal about how he was giving me the last blankets in the hotel. At 9:00 the next morning when housekeeping checked on us, I asked her about a bed and had one already made up in less than two minutes. I couldn't help but suspect it was available the previous night. I reported all this to the General Manager, Anita, who seemed concerned and offered to give us the equivalent of a free night in Rewards points. It's been 2.5 months, and three phone calls later, and we've received nothing to make up for our awful experience. I recently cancelled a BW stay because I'm done with the chain after this ordeal.

We came to the coast to escape the city heat, and chose this hotel based on the reviews and comments on the cleanliness, so important during the pandemic. The hotel deserves this high rating and didn't disappoint us. The staff was helpful and the rooms were the cleanest we've seen on our travels. While it's not on the beach, the public beach was an easy one mile walk and we enjoyed the sand. Congrats to your staff, Best Western!

We enjoyed this trip very much. We ended up at the Best Western Plus after our original accommodations fell through when we discovered the place was beyond gross, my mother in law had us use her points with the Best Western and they by far were incredible and went above and beyond!!! Thankyou

This was a good location if you wanted to walk a bit to the mail part of town. Be sure to return to the hotel on the inland side of the street as it is almost impossible to cross the street anywhere near this hotel. Staff was helpful. breakfast was a bit strange as they were redoing the breakfast room and so the food was part way in the lobby and limited in selection. Yes, you cold make waffles and there were scrambled eggs in the lobby. You then needed to take the food back to your room as no lace to sit downstairs. In order for this to work, you needed to bring the small toys from our room (found under the coffee set up) or you had no way to carry multiple plates and cups up to your room. Some people got this direction and others did not. AS with many other motels, the pool was not open during our stay but the spa wa open. This town is heavily visited on weekends and traffic backs up on the mail street.

Clean and up to date hotel with some of the friendliest staff ever. The room was nice size, with a very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay, hotel was nice and quiet, had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was really good too!

The staff was accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about local eateries. The location cannot be beat. We walked to multiple dining establishments. The nearby Siletz beach access was easy to get to. The pool is being renovated currently, but I expect it will be lovey when it is finished

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Lincoln City. It was clean, the staff was great, the beds were very comfy and the room was quiet. The location was good. I would stay here again. There was a ton of traffic on the weekend but Lincoln City isn't that big so even in the bumper to bumper traffic it didn't take that long to get around.

The room and property were very clean and we slept very well. We were fortunate to have outside access to our room instead of using the hallways. The only issue was that the side drapes on our window were just for show, wouldn't close and all we had for privacy was sheer curtains which was a little uncomfortable.

We went to Lincoln City for a short vacation. I was thinking it might be noisy by the highway but it was only two nights. However, it was quiet. The sound proofing of the windows were good. when I opened the slider it was noisy but not with the door shut. The room was upgraded and very comfortable. It is super close to good places to eat and take a walk on the beach. We just walked to restaurants and on the beach along the bay to the ocean. Love it and also it was a good deal.

this location has comfy beds, has started serving breakfast again, and is in a good location. The only issue was the hallways were freezing, good thing we didn't hang out in the hall ways...I would recommend this location

The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, our room was huge so we had plenty of room for our bags. The breakfast was perfect with lots of individually wrapped hot and cold options. Would definitely stay again if in this area.

The hotel was clean and the hotel staff was friendly and greeted us every time we came in. The beds were comfy and what we needed for the weekend. It was nice to find out that they were still doing a continental breakfast.

Had part closed off to remodel. This didnt affect us. Close to ocean but no view. Room was clean & had a comfy bed. Breakfast had hot food again! Egg Burritos & egg sandwiches & waffles. After 2020 covid, was appreciated.

We are gold members at Best Western and we have stayed at over 50 Best Western properties on our travel over the United States. This time they were actually our rescuers after the extreme late notice from Meredith Lodging - same day after 10am they cancelled our reservation even though we had talked to them several times in the two weeks prior to the reservation about the place. It was a busy weekend however they took care of us. They had breakfast which Seaside the prior night did no. Every time something broke on the property the management took care of it immediately. We would stay there again as the staff is very helpful and nice.

Great hotel to use as our base. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. If we have an issue it is solved immediately. The rooms are clean and have everything we need. Will be glad when breakfast is restored to pre Covid standards.

Very nice for a couples get away. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a hot grab and go breakfast. It was just a few minutes drive to the beach and restaurants and the staff was very helpful recommending places to eat.

Room was clean to perfection even the bathroom faucets were super shiny. Some hotels have a must smell but not this hotel, it smelled nice. I know there were people in the ashamed rooms but we never heard them, it was quiet. The front desk staff were awesome.

Our room was not clean when we arrived, so they made us sit in the hallway while they cleaned it. When we woke up in the morning our room was covered in ants, but their computers were down so they didn't give us any kind of discount. I would never stay here again.

The room they had us booked for was not going to work for my Mom, she had a heart attack 2 weeks prior, and they upgraded us to a family suite for the same price! It was directly across from the elevator and easy for her to get to .

Just got home from a weekend at this location. After a year of staying home in an effort to curb covid numbers we decided to venture out for a weekend. Masks are required in Lincoln City and the hotel claimed masks are required. The sign at entry and front desk reiterated requirement. However, over the course of our stay we saw dozens of people coming and going with no masks. The hotel is under construction so the only entryway is through the lobby. Each time we would enter or leave there was at least one person with no mask. Breakfast is available in the lobby and people were routinely grabbing food with no masks and standing around eating. Not once did staff make any effort to remind guests or the requirement or enforce it. We have a young child that can't wear a masks. Very disappointed by the hotel and the other visitors.

Short walk to a good driftwood beach, shops and dining in Taft. It is near the hi way so there is a bit of road noise. If you're wanting to hear waves stay on the beach side of the hiway. For us, it was a nice place to stay.

I'm no stranger to the Oregon coast, but this was my first stay in Lincoln City. The were doing some remodeling but you would never know it as there weren't any inconveniences. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and always greeted me coming and going. The room was very clean, everything worked. The bed was comfortable too.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was (even under Covid 19 gloom) very good. biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, empanadas, and the usual assorted continental breakfast items available to grab and take back to the room.

First and foremost the staff hee were absolutely great. A wealth of information and great directions around town. The morning breakfast is adequate based on the number of staying and the pandemic. Will be returning in June & September 2021 for events if they are scheduled.

In spite of the covid restrictions, this Best Western provided us with many choices for breakfast: sausage sandwiches, breakfast burritos, cold/hot cereal, bagels, juice, milk, tea, hot, chocolate, coffee AND made to order waffles. We had to eat in our rooms, but it was the best I've had during the pandemic.

The hotel was easy to find and convenient to the highway. Rooms were clean and internet was very fast. The breakfast option wasn't the best, but the Coronavirus mandates have pretty much wrecked hotel breakfasts everywhere

our room was clean and we were upgraded to an area with a kitchen and a table which made eating breakfast in the room much easier; melissa was very accommodating at breakfast by making separate potatoes for me instead of in a burrito and individualizing my husband's burrito; she also made waffles and we enjoyed the fresh fruit options

Good location between historic Taft District and the newer downtown. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but hot items were the same three days in a row (empanadas, waffles, hot cheese & sausage bagel). Could use a small hook on inside of bathroom door to hand clothes as counter space adequate for two people, but limited. It was unfortunate in the building design that the King Suites (bedroom with separate living & dining room did not have a balcony like all the other rooms. Weather was pleasant at Lincoln City, OR and coastal air was fine until last day when California wildfire smoke came north. Staff & other local residents had a rough September with evacuations because of wild fires nearby the city. Lincoln City is great place to visit and easy to drive to Newport, Depoe Bay and other coastal cities in Oregon. Beautiful visit.

Hotel itself seems nice enough, but with everything going on, this was not a great stay. Covid of course has many things shut down (pool, spa, fitness center, normal BW breakfast). During this stay, wind came through and caused power issues. So we had no power, no hot water, no coffee, no breakfast to speak of (some cold bagels and muffins). Definitely not the hotel's fault the power went out, but we also did not receive what we paid for. I would expect some sort of recourse out of it, but nothing as of yet, we'll see.

We have stayed at several hotels during the COVID-19 era, and this hotel delivered better than the more expensive "nicer" hotels. Hotel is near Siletz Bay with a nice sunrise view. For those with electric cars, there is a Tesla supercharger at the outlet - very convenient. Front desk staff very nice and always answered the phone. Great free morning breakfast with breakfast sandwiches/burritos, Chobani and Yoplait yogurt, muffins, oatmeal, coffee and tea , and a guy who made waffles fresh for you. Nice sized fridge and microwave with a Keurig-like coffee maker. Rooms were dated but spacious and clean. COVID-19 related: no housekeeping, had to leave trash in hallways which was immediately picked up. While this hotel may seem modest to some, I was more impressed by what it had to offer than the luxury hotels we've stayed at during COVID!

Due to a Best Western reservation center error we were booked @ the Landmark inn instead of the Sands in Lincoln City. We were disappointed because we had booked this trip soley for ocean watching from the room and this hotel did not have ocean room views. So, we settled on this hotel after making the drive from our home out of the area. Ruthanne was extremely nice and did her best to welcome us and help us get checked in. The room was adequate>it was a good overnight stay just disappointing NO OCEAN VIEW<<the rooms are dated>rennovation was in progress>and errors in hotel booking arrangements is one of my major greivances.....

This place was great - only complaint is the price. I know we are in a pandemic but the prices should be adjusted since we aren't able to use: the pool or jacuzzi no hot breakfast or fitness room that we could use.. the staff was friendly and the room was super clean

The hotel was in a good location and the room was very clean. We use this hotel every time we go to the beach. Their breakfast was still nice in this COVIC-19 pandemic. The pool was closed, but no choice.

Despite everything going on with COVID-19, the staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. They truly seem to care about their guest. They offer breakfast burrito that has sausage, potatoes, eggs and cheese. I do not eat sausage and made a comment and the blond Staff member made me a burrito without any sausage in it. It was very good. This kind of customer service is rare.

This is a great hotel in Lincoln City. The rooms are very clean and fresh. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The rate is excellent compared to other properties in the area. This will be our new to go place when visiting this areas!

Your customer service is the worst that is why you are being rated one star - if I could I would give you a negative number. You called me @2:29 for my 4 pm reservation and told me your city is quarantined and I am not allowed to check in. Why did the reservation go through on April 9th? No one could call me until I am at the beach one hour before I was to check in? Your staff had all day Friday and all day Saturday to get a hold of me, they even had all morning Sunday to look through the reservations? I stay at BW's all over the U.S. this one is unbelievable! How about giving me some sort of future credit or paying my gas for the trip down and back? I might then give you a different rating. The staff clearly needs to communicate and do there job better, if I ran my business the way you run the hotel I would not be in business anymore. I definitely will not be back here ever!

We arrived and the front end staff was amazing along with the hotel being beyond clean! amazing!We enjoyed the hot tub as well! The hotel was clean and ready for our arrival! Did I mention the front end staff was amazing???!!!

There were cupcakes and a card waiting for my daughter-in-law in her room for her birthday. Everyone wished her a happy birthday upon arrival. Breakfast was good. My son and her enjoyed the pool and hot tub but most of all, the jacuzzi in their room.

Came down here for a long weekend. Rooms were clean and everything worked as expected. The staff was helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was typical hotel fare and quality. We will stay here again because the rates are reasonable for a quality stay.

Check-in was fast and easy Scot took care of us(Thank you, Scot)! The room was nice and clean, even smelled nice and clean. It was quiet all night long so we got a good night's sleep. We went down for breakfast in the lobby the next morning... there was such a good selection of food and the breakfast attendant was awesome. He kept everything fresh and stocked. I didn't get his name but THANK you! This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and it was better than the first time.

The front desk staff went above and beyond at check in and to provide a charging cord for my cell phone. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is clean and has up to date equipment. Housekeeping gave me extra shampoo and conditioner and replaced a broken iron in less than a minute. The Manager of the hotel spoke to me about one unprofessional staff member and made me feel better about the situation immediately. I recommend this hotel to others.

Planned this overnight because my daughter was turning 10. Unfortunately for me, I got sick the previous night, but I honored our plans. Checkin was quick and since we got there early Ruthanne at the counter let us check in early no problem. We even got to choose our room to be close to the pool where my daughter and her friend planned on spending a lot of time. The room was impeccably clean and cozy. The pool area was tidy and stocked with clean towels and was refreshing even to me while I was feeling under the weather. We swam and visited the hot tub for about 2 hours before returning to our room. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great and plentiful. Nothing about the room needed improvement. Breakfast in the morning was a full spread of fresh breads, muffins, fruits, yogurts, a waffle bar, oatmeal with various toppings, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, ham and sausages and red potatoes. The sausages looked weird, so I didn't try them. But everything else was great. I have no complaints and would definitely stay again.

We had an easy check in and check out experience. The room was very nice. It had a balcony that provided a view of the ocean. The breakfast was good. There were plenty of towels for our use and there was a microwave and refrigerator. The only problem we experienced was a very slow internet connection.

The hotel is nice but the room had a cheep chain lock and looks like it was bent out of shape breakfast only had sugar free syrup I hate mind you we stayed here twice coming and going so the were not just out that's what they always have yuck and the elevator had a permit on file for the permit I did not feel safe but everything else was good

This trip was not nearly as good as it should havw been. we were placed in a room right next to construction being done. It was bad for my son's one lung and the staff was nice, but really didnt do much to fix the issues. The pool wasnt heated, and the internet was spotty.

Room was great, large enough for group of six, beds were comfortable, area around room quiet, front desk staff was great and very helpful, breakfast was great-different options daily, no fitness room this time, but pool was nice and clean.

Room was clean and the staff was helpful. The bathroom and shower could really use an update. They offer fresh coffee 24/7 which is nice since we are early risers. The breakfast is the standard fare. Good value for the money. We would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was hearty, with more than just pastries, but some of the staples were not very hot. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The pool and fitness center was great, but the sauna was out of order when we were there. The only downside (or upside depending upon what you are looking for) was that it was outside the main shopping/restaurant area.

While not being directly on the beach, it was a 15 minute walk past quaint shops and restaurants to get to a nice park-like setting on the water. Parking was close-by and we felt safe at night. Being on the South end of town it was an easy drive South to Newport, Depoe Bay or North to the Outlet mall or Casino. Great value, this is our go-to accomodation in Lincoln City.

Very nice staff that made sure we knew about the hotel amenities like the free full breakfast, pool, and sauna. The hotel was also very clean and was a good location to local restaurants, shops, ocean, and other local amenities. No complaints here!

This staff is fantastic! Always so welcoming and kind, very professional. The beds are about the most comfortable I've every slept in, very necessary as I am a business traveler. I wish that the eggs could be scrambled and not the pre-heated single/fried kind, and more Greek yogurt would be nice at breakfast, but the offerings are plentiful. Note on current remodeling of rooms: I understand that Corporate is requesting rooms to be changed, but in my opinion, the wall coverings were more "classy" and of superior quality looking than the new paint. The painted walls look and feel a bit more cheap, like a lower quality "Motel 6" feel to me. Just my opinion. Also, the money should be spent on new carpeting, as there are a few fine tears in the carpeting of the room I stayed in...that would be better money spent for sure. Also, the fitness equipment is old and non functioning, needs replacement too.

Wonderful, well maintained facility. We have always chosen Best Western, as our base of stay, wherever we travel. This was a wonderful stop on our travel, to reunite with some old friends. Extremely comfortable beds and very clean amenities. We fully recommend this and any other Best Western to our fellow travelers.

We hat a very good stay at the Best Western Motel.We had been at different Best Western Motels this year and always liked the stay.They have very clean rooms and a very good breakfast.The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large.

When I checked in, I received a free room upgrade as a Best Western member. The room had an alcove kitchenette, which gave extra room for our 5-year-old to explore. The indoor pool was much appreciated. But the highlight was the awesome, comprehensive complimentary breakfast.

This felt like a home away from home. Totally relaxing and nice. We got a suite for a Thursday stay and decided to extend it for another night. Scot was a great help, not only in making sure we didn't have to change hotels or rooms, but also gave us a good rate. Then he helped us find a place we could have dinner after 9:00 at night since most places close up at 9. The breakfast was good, staff was great, sleep was great. Loved the fireplace in the bedroom. The only negative was the fact that I was not allowed to bring breakfast back to my room. My husband sometimes has insomnia and was sleeping during most of the breakfast hours. This is one of the few places we've stayed where he could have actually eaten what was served. When we come to Lincoln City again we will definitely put this Best Western at the top of our list of choices. I only wish we could have stayed here longer.

While traveling the Oregon coast we stopped in for one night. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Best of all was the Full breakfast. A very nice place and I'd stay here again if going through again.

I always try to stay at Best Westerns, especially when we go to the ocean. This one in particular was great. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the full breakfast in the morning with many many options. The only complaint was the internet kept cutting out, but that was not a big deal.

Scott checked us in. He was wonderful, patient, kind and informative as well as professional. Made our stay enjoyable by advising on restaurants and places to experience. We liked the fireplace and balcony. The size of the very clean room was just right. Great shower and plumbing. Keep Scott for our next visit!

Our room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. We encountered no problems. Not sure if all rooms had balconies, but ours did. The breakfast was very good with many options. You would need to drive to restaurants. All staff were very pleasant and were able to answer any questions. I would recommend this Best Western to anyone.

It was more affordable than beachfront property, and the hotel itself was very nice. Our bathroom sink was clogged and leaked all over the floor during the night. We left early enough that we didn't ask them to fix it, just notified them upon our departure.

Stayed there for three nights on our Oregon Coast trip. The hotel itself was not right in town and by the shoreline, and it has its wear and tear for the years. But the staff was very helpful and accommodating. My kids love the pool and the people there.

This is at least our 3rd stay at this hotel. They have never let us down yet. Friendly, polite staff, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast. They are quick to address any minor issues that arise, and seem genuinely concerned that you enjoy your stay. This last visit Ruthanne stood out in her quality customer service. Thank you!

They are having problems with the TV reception at the end of the building we were at so we was kind a sporadic the Wi-Fi was nominal at best. They are also remodeling the kitchen so it's kind a hard to find out where the food was they had it in two different sections.

If you are looking for a beach view and access, this is not it. If you need a decent hotel for the night, this will do just fine. Keep in mind it is on a busy highway that can be noisy. But it appears most hotels in the area are this way. It could use a remodel, but for the price it is a nice clean place. Will consider again next time I am in Lincoln City on business.

Location was convienient yet the rooms are a bit dated. Staff was nice when checking in. Came down for breakfast at 7:00 AM and ALL hot food was empty. Was told it would be just a few minutes. After 15 minutes I just went back up to gather my bags to leave. No one at the front desk seemed concerned about the food.

The Best Western Plus hotels are much improved over Best Western. The bid and room were a comfortable and the check-in and checkout service prompt. We did feel the amount charged for the room for a Best Western was a little excessive.

Wonderful stay! Very close to the beach, had a great pool and hot tub, very friendly staff, had a great selection for breakfast. Unfortunately was never able to connect to the wifi and upon departing did find some left over popcorn from the previous guest on the floor.

The room was very dirty and dated. The sheets did not feel clean. The mattress was not comfortable. We paid for a King bed, and it felt like it had been there for 20 years. The water pressure in the shower was not very good. We will not be staying with Best Western again.

I am a hotel employee myself and have got to say this hotel was great. All the staff were friendly and offered assistance, the whole hotel was clean including my room which I carefully inspected every inch. The breakfast was good and plentiful. My only kind of issue is the room bathroom was a bit small and the toilet was tiny more of a kid size. Over all it was a fantastic stay!

Pool was out of order until about 7 the first evening we got there. Door to room didn't close properly. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and we had a pull out sofa bed

We have stayed at this property for many years. It has always been very clean. The manager and staff have always been very friendly and professional. The breakfast offers many options and is well prepared.

The staff are what really makes this place shine. They always had a smile and were eager to help. Loved the pool and hot tub. Their lobby always stocked with cold water and and hot chocolate. The rooms were nice and smelled good. Most importantly breakfast was so good I didnt need to go to another place to eat!!!

We arrived in town tired and not knowing where to stay. I saw the Best Western hotel and drove in. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in good condition. Price was good. I slept so well! Room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities.

We've always been well treated at Best Western, but this 1 was basically bottom of the barrel. We won't be returning. The staff we came across was indifferent, rules weren't inforced like no kids in the pool after 10. We didn't have a very good experience overall.

The service was great. We went out on the patio of our room but it just smelled like weed cuz all the people outside were smoking below. So we couldn't enjoy the breeze. Our chair had white spots on it--dont even want to get into that. Gross. So once seeing the chair, we figured most of the place wasn't as clean as we were hoping so all the thicker fabric pillows were thrown in a corner too.

The stuff was very welcoming from the moment you walked in the door until we were loading up the car to leave. The room was very clean and comfortable and in a good location. Breakfest was full and hot even once we got down there at 9:45am. We will be back for sure!!!

I was pleasently surprised with this hotel, for the low price. It had an amazing indoor heated pool, hot spa, sauna, awesome free breakfast, and Fox News. The staff were so friendly too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed here several times and the service is always excellent, helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. We enjoy the pool/hot tub/spa each time, and the continental breakfast is great, kids love making their own waffles!

Stopped on our journey north on the Oregon Coast. Stayed one night in pleasant room is dependable Best Western place. Decent amenities and good location. Will stay here again. On the highway, but noise not an issue. Fairly extensive breakfast, though not that good.

This hotel is quite nice, clean and comfortable, but it is a bit out of the way if you are hoping to walk to the outlet mall or much in the way of restaurants. In our case, we were tired enough that we drove to dinner and slept the night away.

The room had a bad odor, which was the first thing that was noticed. The tv's controller wasn't working. When we informed this to the front desk, they came in, but because every once in a while, while holding the controller just right it did work, they told us there wasn't anything wrong with it. So we just had to get up really close to the console to change channels. Later we discovered the microwave wasn't working either. We were already disappointed, so we didn't informed them of this anymore. We figured they would come, try to heat something up, and if it barely heated it up, they would say there's nothing wrong with it either.

The location and appearance of this hotel are fine. The staff was friendly but I wasn't given the room I requested. As a best western diamond member most hotels are extremely willing to accommodate such a ordinary request. Un fortunately I was up most of the night because of noise above me and the noise of pipes and water.

This hotel was a nice place to stay. It was clean and the customer service people were nice. The breakfast is good, however there are two rooms for the breakfast. The smaller room which is cuter and closest to the lobby. It has all the options except coffee which is in the lobby and the other larger room has more seating and the waffles. The larger room was not as cosy and cute, but if I owned it, I would re-do the larger room to make it with better lovely seating and put all the food options in there. Then I would make the smaller room in the front to be a permanent coffee, cookie, fruit, and pastry area so that customers could refresh themselves all day. Then free up the lobby and put in comfortable sofas. Also, the location is good, right on Hwy 101 and it is close to Taft, one of my favorite areas. However, the rooms all face the highway so that you will hear it constantly. At night, the traffic calms down greatly so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

It's tough to put a rating on our stay. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. That being said there were things that didn't go as well as it could have. We arrived at around 2:00 and our room wasn't ready. That's certainly understandable but when we returned around 5:00 our 3rd floor room still wasn't ready. Not a big deal but you would think in a three hour span our room would be ready. They offered us a second floor room instead which we accepted. The alarm clock in our room didn't work and upon inspection the power wire was damaged. We take to the front desk and they say they'll put a new one in our room. It never showed up. Once again not a big deal but it could have been handled better. All said and done it wasn't a bad stay and we'll probably stay there again. The breakfast was typical Best Western and nothing special but it's free so I don't expect special. For the price it was a fair deal.

It was a great hotel with one of the best continental breakfasts, waffles, eggs, breakfast burritos, potatoes, pastries, oatmeal, cereal. Hot cookies in the evening where the kids favorite. Also location wasn't far from the beach and resturants. Would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with her experience at your hotel. Thank you for going out of your way to make it a comfortable and inviting place. The extra large family suites were perfect for our needs. We stayed at for different hotels on this long family trip and yours was the best.

The hotel is nice. Very Quiet. Good internet. The breakfast was very nice and if they ran low on a food, they wee quick to replace it. But... Check in was at 4:00 pm. One issue is that I was to be on the top floor. Only received the 2nd floor. We head up to or room and they haven't started cleaning it. We got in at 4:30 pm. Then, the toilet seat was quite loose. I reported it and it was not taken care of.

Our room was nice. It included a microwave and fridge and a comfortable bed with decent pillows. The bathroom was tiny but shower water pressure was good. Friendly front desk staff. Enough parking out front. The breakfast, however, was substandard. It's what I'd expect from a $58 a night motel, but not from a Best Western. The scrambled eggs were unappealing, the oatmeal was mushy. The rest was the standard oiled and sweetened muffins and cereals. Disappointing.

Meant to post a review much earlier. We stayed 2 nights in December 2018. The staff was awesome! They were very interested in us having an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this location. Be aware it is not an oceanside hotel, but we walked to the beach, also walking distance to Mo's.

Friendly check in - always a good start. We were given a room near the top with a balcony from which there was a partial view of the harbour. The room was clean and the bed comfy. There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as the harbour area. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

I had been there several times before and it is still a good nice place. The staff does seem to care. I was a little late for breakfast and the staff fixed me a plate to take to my room. They called a cab for me and carried on a nice conversation while I was waiting. I do not see this level of customer service much anymore. I am hoping my boss will send me here again next week.

The staff was very friendly and fun! The hotel looked nice and was very cleaned. AMAZING full breakfast. Had an partial ocean view from our room which was nice. There was even a shuttle that was able to take us straight to the casino which was a bonus!

Cleanliness of room was an issue. I had an issue with finding bugs in the room. I had to settle for a room not preferred. I was emotionally and physically turned off at the experience. The staff did try to help and I incurred additional expenses.

I had a great stay here. The rooms were so nice. Had a great time at the pool. I come to Lincoln City a lot. I will be back to stay here again. The beach was close by and a lot of great restaurants in the area. Can't wait to come back.

Breakfast & the pool were great. Front desk was friendly. Rooms are always clean. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. Have stayed with the whole family and just my wife and I before. They are awesome each time. Will will be back for sure.

We were just there. This is a great hotel. Caring staff. Each staff member was very friendly. Our friends loved the hotel as well. We had been there before and it is still as good. No ocean views but still a great place. I love the cookies in the evening. Keep up the good job.

After a long 2 weeks of work I decided to come to the coast to relax and enjoy the beach while I stayed at here and had an Excellence day and I would for sure you staying here once again The pool was great Also the hot tub in the son I were nice as well and and if I wanted to work out they had a great gym but the most important thing was the continental breakfast can it have been he better and I've never had better of any other Place I've stayed

Great price for the coast and all the amenities you need to have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Staff was helpful and friendly, we enjoyed walking to the beach and the local gift shops, we had dinner at the Dory Cove and will be back soon

I just stayed there with some friends and we had a great time. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They pointed us to great restaurants und fun things to do. My wife loved looking for class floates on the beach. I wish I could remember names, but every staff member we saw was friendly and caring. My friends and I will definitely be back again.

Great location, good price that included full breakfast and a pool and hot tub. Staff were friendly and helping, gave me a great dinner recommendation and tips for agate and glass float areas,will come back here again.

My family and I took a trip to the coast for the weekend, We stayed at the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the staff also had fresh baked cookies and chowder in the lobby. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and had a balcony to sit and relax on. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of choices I especially loved the breakfast burritos. We will definitely stay here again.

You'll enjoy the quality of room you're used to with BW. But be advised, you're not going to have oceanfront views. That's the other BW in Lincoln City. What we did is book Landmark but then tell them you are disappointed that you don't have oceanfront views and they just might call the other BW and get you in there for a fantastic rate.

Very nice hotel. Extremely clean. Staff very friendly. Room was very clean and well decorated. Nice breakfast. Had 2 rooms. One with waffles and one with miscellaneous items including potatoes, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Everything very fresh and nicely presented.

There are a lot of motels to choose from when staying in Lincoln City. Although this property isn't on the water, the reasonable price and amenities make up for it. Friendly staff, clean rooms, extensive breakfast (although it's mostly carbs) pool and hot tub. Enjoyed my stay and I would book again.

The full breakfast that they offer is barely edible. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Also the staff who checked us in went on and on about our cheap room because we booked through Expedia. There were a number of guests in the lobby and it was not welcoming or professional.

The hotel was super nice and the beds were really comfortable! We had no problems with the stay! The location was convenient! The staff were all nice and inviting. Check-In was super fast and easy! We showed up and they had our room info all ready for us! I would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely be back!

I prefer to stay in an oceanfront hotel but this location and cleanliness was great. Cleanliness is extremely important to me. I don't know that I will ever stay at a hotel that is completely spotless but this location comes pretty close. It's also quiet.

I really don't know how this wonderful staff could possibly improve my stay?? They are amazing! Kind, friendly and professional in all that they do. Rooms are clean, modern and super comfortable bed, thank you! It was great to have a different breakfast option too, thank you! Stayed here for two nights in late October. The hotel is right on 101 in the Taft area. It is easy to find. Check-in was smooth - no problem with the reservation. The hotel is modern, has amenities such as a pool, in-room coffee, fridge and ironing board. A hot breakfast is provided. The room was good - comfortable bed, spacious, soft towels and linnens, etc.. the rooms have small balconies or patios. However, not much of a view - highway 101 only! The breakfast included hot items along with the usual fare. There are some spots in Taft - a couple of pubs, restaurants and shops that are within walking distance of the hotel. The beach is a bit of a hike but certainly possible to walk there. All in all it was a good stay.

This hotel was clean and quiet. The best part about the hotel was the staff. They went above and beyond what we expected. Including cooking our supper for us. The breakfast was fine and we would definitely stay here again

The staff was nice and friendly, Rooms were clean and very comfy. Love the indoor pool and spa (used in Fall weather). Breakfast had a great variety. Overall the hotel was clean (no funky smells). Close drive to the beach and the outlet mall.

Nice hotel. Upgraded to a superior room with a balcony. Hotel is right on US 101. Lots of places to eat nearby. Our only complaint was breakfast.. For some unknown reason, breakfast is located in 4 different rooms (we were not told this). The "real breakfast room" had the usual hot stuff (eggs, potatoes, sausages etc.) However, coffee was located in the lobby, juice was in another room off the lobby and waffles were in another room which appeared to be a meeting room. This was our only complaint. Hotel needs to rectify this.

This was the best motel stay of the 6 nights of our trip. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was yummy!! Enjoyed pool, hot tub, & sauna. The quality/value was outstanding!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We will book here again!!

The beds are great, the room I always pick is the king suite with a jetted tub and fireplace. Sooo worth it to me on a mommy trip...I needed all of that! Will continue to come back. Only issue was coffee maker in room was not clean enough to use and freezer in the fridge didnt work, my ice cream melted. Was unhappy about that, otherwise it was a good stay.

We stayed here one night and found the room comfortable with all the usual amenities. But the lobby was crummy and the breakfast full of low quality, highly fattening offerings. Many guests seem to wolf the breakfast down anyway. But anyone wanting a decent cup of coffee and some nutritious items should skip the free, and worthless, breakfast.

We were checked in quickly by a friendly and efficient staff. The hotel was very clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable. It is located close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast had all the usual items plus a few more. We are sure to go back.

This was our first time at this hotel, and most likely won't be our last. Anita, who as it turns out is the manager, was amazing. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. When my husband discovered the tub was slippery and called the front desk, Anita was at our room in a matter of moments with a non-skid tub mat. When we checked out the next morning, she was at the desk and inquired about the rest of our stay. She was very caring and personable and it certainly in the right position! The room was a bit noisy from the highway. I wear earplugs, so I was ok, but my husband finds them uncomfortable. A hotel in the town where we live has white noise machines in each room to help drown out the highway noise. So, that's a thought!

Check in associate was great, room was clean and comfortable, amenities were good. There is no view from your window, but that was not a big deal. Don't dilly-dally if you plan to have breakfast, however, it may get pulled from under your nose!

So it's what you expect from a BW except for a couple of items which I definitely did not like. So it's conveniently located on the 101 across the street from a great bar and grill. In what appears to be a safe location. We travel via a motorcycle, so besides raining at the time, I like to park by the entrance under the shelter for security. I always tuck it an area that does not affect other travelers. The desk manager insisted that I move it and park it somewhere else. OK. I complied, but later saw her check in 2 other riders on Harleys which she then allowed to park in my same spot. I was riding a BMW. After the riders left, I inquired about and only received an Oh Well, When I first walked into my room, it was clean, but smelled like an old man........... It took her 25 minutes to come down and spray something. The morning staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was good except we could not figure out what the eggs really were........ Probably will not be coming back to this BW

We love this place. The breakfast is wonderful for a free breakfast. The beds are very comfortable, the staff is always very friendly, and the rooms are very nice. We have 2 young kids and the pool is really nice with a great hot tub.

The gal at the front desk was super-hyper and told me we only had a room for one night, instead of the two nights that I had reserved ahead of time. It turned out she mixed my paperwork up with another customer's paperwork, and I did get to stay there two nights. The room was fine. The balcony was nice. Breakfast items are separated into two different rooms, which is kind of odd. The juice and waffles are in a really hot room, and the rest of the breakfast items are in another room. They said they plan to remodel. The walls are thin in the room we were in. We could hear people in two different rooms, when we were in our room. They quieted down about 10 pm, so we got a good sleep.

Great helpful staff, friendly and accommodating. Room was large and clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was pleantiful, with sufficient choices, but seating was spread out over three areas, meaning we had to go to different areas to get breakfast. Overall was guite impressed, and as we go to Lincoln quite often, have found a new place to stay. A little inconvenient location due to being South of town.

The hotel itself is nothing fancy, but it did the trick for the 1 night we stayed there. The ladies working the front desk were very accommodating and friendly. The beds were uncomfortable, the tile grout in the bathroom desperately needed to be scrubbed, and the breakfast while plentiful lacked quality.

Decent room, really clean, and staff was really nice. We even stayed an extra night longer than planned! Walking distance to Pacific Grind Cafe and Klementine's Kitchen, both the better choices in the south end of town.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was average but filling. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. It was quiet and no one was running in the halls. The parking was adequate but could have used an additional handicap spot. I will definitely stay here again.

Large room, very clean. Location, although not on the beach, was very close to restaurants and the ocean. Breakfast was good, although they said they would be remodeling soon, so that was why the food was in two distinctly separate rooms. Good stay!

The power went out 4 times in our room. Every time my CPAP machine turned off choking me. Phone system did not function. I had to go to the lobby at 1:00am to ask about the power and phone and complain about the noise in the room above AND beside us. I was told there were power fluxuations causing the problems I might have got 3 hours sleep. Later, your rep Anita Haehl only made excuses stating there was no power outage in the area which really confirmed it was the hotel or our room. It is apparent the bottom line means more than the customer. No discount or compensation of any kind. We have stayed at over 20 hotels this summer and this was by far the most expensive and worst. GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!!

When checking in staff was rude and pushy. Once in room there was a half empty mouthwash on the counter and hair all over tub. Checking out morning staff did not want to give me my receipt. Pool area was very good.

We wanted a pool for our little grandson, & he ended up loving the huge spa the most. It was not too hot & entire area was very clean. Beds extremely comfy & rooms are good size. We LOVED the proximity to Taft beach & all the shops in Lincoln City.

I love this hotel! The staff really go the extra mile to provide customer service. Rooms were clean and roomy, pool was fun! Breakfast was good. The check in process was quick and painless, the check out process was so fast!

With a Best Western Plus Hotel you know you what kind of standards you'll receive. The hotel is clean the beds are comfortable and the food is hot, flavorful and plentiful. One thing i like in a hotel is a balcony so i can sit outside and have a beverage instead of just sitting in my room. One warning, if you'll be coming to the Oregon Coast in the summer time, make a reservation. This hotel was booked the 3 days we were here.

This hotel had everything we were looking for. It is very clean and the staff was efficient and friendly especially the front desk receptionist, Erica. She was doing 5 things at the same time and still nice to everyone. Room was large to accommodate for people and clean.

Great location, friendly and caring staff, great fitness center, pool and jacuzzi, good breakfast. The room was large and comfortable ... a fantastic experience. I have stayed in many Best Westerns and this one exceeded expectations.

We made a same day reservation, as we were doing a driving tour of the 101 and didn't know where we would land. Thank goodness we did, because they were sold out when we arrived. We had a one bedroom suite, with fireplace, at the end of a quiet hall, on the top floor. The view over the parking lot and to the roght let you see the ocean when the fog wasn't too thick. The room was clean and the bathroom was well stocked, better than most, as we stayed at a few Best Westerns on this trip. The living room had a pull out couch and tv, which was great for our 12 year old. We also had a separate tv in the bedroom and I turned on the fireplace for a few minutes, which is a nice touch. The pool area was decent and they constantly restocked towels. They have a weird two room breakfast, but I think they are going to remodel the main area to streamline that. I was pleased with the accomadations.

The team under GM Anita does an EXCELLENT job each and every time I come and use their hotel. They go way out of their way to make sure every aspect of my stay is comfortable. I look forward to each and every stay at the Landmark Inn. I also always recommend this location to all my family and friends. Ric.

We stayed at this hotel on a Sunday night. We arrived to friendly people working at the front desk. They gave us all of the info we needed. It was right in town and we were able to walk to the beach, shops, and dinner at a local brewery. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

There was a large baseball tournament in town so prices for rooms were higher than normal even for the summertime. This was one of the few places that still even had a room. When we got there about 9 pm the person at the front desk was very helpful and had us checked in less than 5 minutes,. the bed was really comfortable and the ambience of the room made for a very restful night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and it will definitely be the place of choice for us anytime that we stay in Lincoln city.

A great and nice hotel to stay right on HWY 101, restaurants to beaches were nearby with a short distance of driving. The staffs were very friendly upon our arrival and check out. Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable with many pillows. The continental breakfast was decent, although not quite as great as some other Best Western, it's very convenient to have a bite to continue the trip. I'd recommend it to others.

This hotel is right on 101 and convenient when traveling up the coast. We chose this hotel because it had an elevator and guest laundry facilities. The room was clean and looked over the parking lot. The downside was that this was above the area people went to smoke so cigarette smoke was coming into the room when the window was open. I like to open windows when possible so this was disappointing. We started doing laundry and the dryer didn't work. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she was no help other than telling me where the nearest laundromat was located. Later that night we discovered there was another dryer and washer on another floor. Breakfast was OK, Make sure you are there early because they promptly locked the doors at 9:30.

First of all was guaranteed one price and then it is $20 more at checkout. Vending machines were empty. Staff could not keep the customers regulated to pool hours. Kids in the jacuzzi. Very small room for the price way overpriced. had a room on the first floor the balcony door would not lock and could not secure the room.

Here I am, after staying at three different blue properties, I am walking into a plus. No cookies!!!! What is with that? Clean property. All rooms face one way. Second and third floor rooms have little balconies. Enough to fit two chairs, which are in the room. The Portland property had the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. This Plus had the bar of soap. It did had doubles of all the shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Breakfast had two separate rooms. The waffles and coffee were in an entirely different room with no mention about it. The main room had three tables for two(the other had lots of room) and there were tables in the lobby area. I almost felt this one working towards being a blue. Nice indoor pool and spa. Overall a good over night stop, but if you can afford the beach(another plus property) go for it. the tv needed to be replaced, a little fuzzy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean (as was bathroom), furnishings ok, bed comfortable and quiet on top floor. Room a little dark. Location is good in spread out Lincoln City. Decent location and value.

We stayed one night while traveling up the coast. The room was nice and it was roomy. No issues. The staff was nice to us and the breakfast was fine. Would stay again if in the area. Check in and out was very easy.

Quick stay on our way down the coast. Just needed an inexpensive place to spend the night and leave in the morning. Very nice breakfast with three waffle makers, hot eggs and some fruit. Convenient location off the highway.

This hotel had bed bugs! We stayed on 05/25/18 and I still have scars from bites. Management didn't even apologized or offered to refund money. They didn't relocate all of us, so I had to stay in that room one more night. Manager didn't even have housekeeping change bedding or vacuum. Exterminator should have been called right away. Worst hotel stay ever.

When we got there, we were pleased. The accommodations were nice for what we paid. We were only there for a few hours, as we had charted a boat for a fishing trip, Check out was very quick. As we were checking out, I noticed that I left my phone in the room, so my young son and I ran back up in search of it. We pulled back the blankets, my son nearly put his hand in vomit that had been left from the previous guest. My husband and I slept in that bed. Obviously, we didn't notice until now, because we got in so late. We had to leave in such a hurry, that my husband had to call the hotel on the road, but as we were leaving. They refused to give a discount or refund our money. Absolutely disgusting. Our greatest fear is that we will get sick from this experience. BE AWARE. FILTHY!!!!!

This hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly. It is located right on the main road which makes it easy to find and close to nearby restaurants, shopping outlets, and popular activities.

On the south side of town, right on the east of the main road, really easy to find. Comfortable rooms, well equipped and spacious. Excellent bed and with the hotel pretty much full, reasonably quiet. Excellent breakfast, the usual Best Western hot items, waffles, etc with lots of space and seating. We will be back here for sure!

Tried checking in to the other Best Western in town to only find out we were reserved for this one. This Best Western is on the south side of Lincoln City and a little farther out of the main part of town. ( we had to get back in our car to get to some of the popular restaurants in town) For the price we got for a double queen room at this hotel though, the short drive was no problem. We were very happy with our room. The beds were comfortable with nice comforters and pillows and it was clean. The bathroom was quite small but fine for a one night stay on our vacation down the Oregon coastline. We would be fine staying here again if ever in the area.

Nice hotel, very comfortable room, bed was excellent. Breakfast was awesome, with a good selection of basic items such as sausage, eggs, breakfast burrito, pastries, and juices. Rooms have a balcony which is nice.

Had to vacate my house for a few days so stayed here in Lincoln City. From the moment I tried to make the reservation on the phone with Bobbie, while driving to work, I felt treated like a queen. She made me feel like getting me everything I needed to make my stay awesome was their primary goal in life. When I checked in to their busy desk, no one was impatient because of the calm, friendly, efficient front desk staff. Anita checked me in and was about the sweetest girl ever. My room was very nice and I sat on my little balcony where I could catch a little glimpse of the ocean draped by the bluffs. And here's something really over the top! You know how you want to take the stairs to get in shape but they're behind cold, echoing doors leading to creepy cement stairs with icy cold, metal handrails? I knew this place was unusual because the doors to the stairwells were open. These were double wide, beautifully carpeted stairs with pretty, warm wood railings and bright, cheery overhead lighting; even a potted plant or 2! Can't help but give this place a 5, and blame it mainly on their great staff.

We come back here at least once a year. The location is good, staff is wonderful, and the beds are so comfortable. We enjoy the hot breakfast that fuels us for active days. We appreciate that it is a green property using solar power, since we do the same at home.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. About a minute from Siletz Bay. We didn't use the pool area, but it looked nice. Breakfast was the standard fare. The oatmeal was just short of revolting, but I've stayed in very few hotels who manage to get that one right. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Overall the hotel was clean and well managed.

This is our first choice every time we travel to Lincoln City with our family. The rooms are large, the pool area is great, and a variety at breakfast for everyone to find something they like. They also offer a good fitness area and computer center. The lobby is quaint equipped with a fire place and large flat screen tv, where you could potentially hang out if you don't feel like being in your room.

I have stayed at the Best Western many, many times and have never seen their dark underbelly. Because I've had such positive stays there, when I decided to go on an impromptu overnighter to Lincoln City, I naturally booked there. $200.33. I was forced to cancel because people in my trip said the amount was too much for overnight. And thus began my nightmare with Best Western. I canceled the boooking. Got confirmation and thought I was set. And guess what they did? Charged my card for $200.33 for being a no show. I called the hotel and the manager said since I booked my trip through Booking.com, only Booking.com could help me. Booking.com called me and said Best Western Plus Landmark Inn was refusing to authorize the refund. I spoke with someone at Booking.com (I have his name and it's B***) and I even spoke with his Supervisor (H****) and they told me it was the manager at Best Western refusing to authorize the refund. I called Best Western and the Office Manager (L***) HUNG UP ON ME! I'm beyond disgusted by such rudeness. You got my $200.33 for absolutely nothing but I can promise you you won't get another penny from me ever again. I'll keep posting reviews to warn people of your daylight robbery ways. How can you do that? You can take money within 24 hours of a stay but when one needs to cancel less than 24 hours, suddenly that's not ok? What on earth!

Close to Mo's and J's Fish & Chips. The outlet stores are just a few minutes drive away. Free breakfast. There is a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center. Comfortable bed. Very close to Siletz Bay Beach

Over all, it's the great quality that I expect from a Best Western hotel. The only thing lacking, really, is some better than average hotel fare breakfast. One plus, which I didn't see advertised, is that they offer up loaner DVD players! I asked and had one reserved for me when I checked in so that the kids could watch a movie before bed. Overall, I liked the fact that I couldn't hear the neighbors through the walls, and the room is individually temperature controlled.

This was a great location for my house hunting trip. In the middle of all the locations we were looking at. Staff were very pleasant and willing to help with anything we needed and great on recommendations. Will stay again if I need it.

We stayed in a 2 queen room for 2 nights. The room had plenty of space and a sliding door to a small balcony. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional and had a selection of toiletries including lotion, mouthwash, and makeup remover wipes. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a good selection and plenty of seating. We also enjoyed the great indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. This was a great value for the price we paid. We will definitely stay here again.

First, the staff: They were all so friendly and helpful it was refreshing. The room: nicely renovated with good tv, comfortable bed, clean, everything in working order, all the amenities that you could want. The breakfast: Good. Not out of this world good but Best Western good. Plenty of choices to make everyone happy. The pool: We didn't use it but upon inspection it was a nice pool with plenty of space for families. The Fitness room: It had everything I needed to keep up on my program. Parking: Plenty Bottom line is I would stay here again.

We decided to stay at the Best Western this trip and I'm really glad we did. We ended up getting the Jacuzzi room and it was well worth the price. Location was good since we like to travel to Depot Bay and Newport. The rooms were really nice and the staff was amazing. I will definitely be back to stay at this hotel

This BW+ is very comfortable and welcoming. We visit this hotel often on out trips to the coast. The price to stay here is always reasonable and a good value. The location is great for visiting the central Oregon Coast.

We reserved two suites for a girls weekend. Our stay was great, continental breakfast was a nice perk. Employees were very friendly and professional. The lobby was decorated and very welcoming. Would stay here again.

No ocean view but worth the money if you get a good rate. Continental was good for being a continental, but odd set up. Hallways are old but room was clean and comfortable. Nice quiet location. Casino is nearby.

Very nice hotel. Clean, great staff. Please note "average" is NOT a bad rating. It means the Hotel met my expectations and I would probably stay there again if I had business in Lincoln City. I would recommend dealing directly with the Hotel instead of the corporate website!

Out of all the hotels I have ever stayed at, none have ever left me with the feeling that the staff made us feel at home. This Best Western Landmark Inn Lincoln City, did just that. The staff in the morning in the lobby and breakfast area on Saturday morning November 23rd were the most attentive, caring and friendly employees we have ever had at a hotel. The hotel grounds outside were immaculate. The lobby though not huge allowed for extra seating for breakfast, a tv and couches to hang out with and the free breakfast. We actually took time as a family after breakfast and finished the weather disaster show on the couches. What was fun was the interaction from the lobby staff while we were there. They actually talked to us and made us feel at home. The pool was very large and my husband and son enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and pool. The rooms were large and clean. Perfect for 5 of us. My only sad part was either the walls were very thin or the guy around our room next or above was talking soo loud forever it was hard to get to sleep. But he quieted down around 1am. We loved this hotel and got an incredible $149 rate for a 2 queen and hidabed suite with frig, microwave, 2 tvs. If it had an ocean view I know we would be back. But if you want an awesome low cost option, this is it.

The location is in the south end of town but close to burgers 101 and More's. The front desk staff member was very personable. I love that this hotel has lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and even mouthwash! Upgraded to the fireplace king suite in the 3rd floor.

The staff at the Landmark Inn/Best Western is nothing short of exceptional! They treat me like family every time I stay there. Anita, manager, has this place running like a fine, well-oiled machine...every employee I encounter is very friendly and kind. Fitness room is clean and well maintained, breakfast is nice, but would like to see scrambled eggs. Wifi works well, especially when hotel is not fully booked with guests. You truly could not find a better, cleaner and nicer place to stay at the coast for the room rate. Great Job!!

Pool, hot tub and sauna area is amazing. Internet service is bad and breakfast that is provided is boring, very plain, so don't count on too much. Staff were nice. Rooms were is good condition. overall the stay is not bad, I was just disappointed that the internet was not working all the time and we were required to resign in all the time... plus the breakfast was not what i expected, but that could be just us...

The lobby, outside landscaping and rooms were very clean and well maintained. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, great location,The staff was friendly and helpful. friendly staff. The free breakfast was well stocked and appetizing.

Great Lincoln City hotel with really nice staff and rooms. Great hot tub and pool with sauna too. Used a Best Western rewards promotion with my points and we couldn't have been happier. Stayed in a queen first floor handicap room as I have a bad knee. Made it easy to get to the pool area. Met some really nice square dancer folks from Washington who had their exercise class in the hotel pool the morning they left, really nice folks to talk with. It was there annual trip to the Oregon coast with their group about 20-25 folks. They love the hotel too, it was there 8th year I believe staying here. Safe , clean and great amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Landmark was clean, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was decent and helps to add to the perception that this is a good value. Staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a nice pool and hot tub.

We were very happy they let us check in early. The free breakfast was great, even the gravy. Free newspaper. Bed was just right to sleep on. And they even had a balcony with 2 chairs!! They offered us Express Checkout! We got points from Best Western and I used a coupon I got from BW for $40 off the price and the price was already very reasonable.

My wife and I decided for my birthday we would take a trip down the Oregon Coast (highly recommended). We had to choose a central point to stay for the down and back trip and this was it. There are several BW's along Hwy 101 and they all offer Breakfast. Great way to have a reasonable trip down the coast.

The room was good, as expected. The staff was outstanding. I wish that I could remember the names of the three people that made our stay above expectation. I only wish that I could have plugged in a level one charger, 120v, for the overnight stay. Of the last 11 places I have stayed since we bought our Volt, only two have had access to 120v plugs. Having this access would be a deciding issue for us.

There were small children above us who ran laps until about 9:30 at night and then started again at 5:30 in the morning. The internet kept dropping all night which caused me to miss 2 important emails from my boss.

Satisfied with the service. All that is needed. We have gone to that particular hotel for many years and are satisfied with service and the location.Well, the only thing that I missed this time is that I could not find a Gideon bible. That could be my fault in not looking in the right place.

This hotel was more than I expected. Great staff, comfy room and beds. Breakfast was fantastic, sausage, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, juice, coffee, milk. The hot tub was large and warm. The pool heater was broken but with all the other great amenities it was just fine. There is also a dating but we did not use it. Will definitely stay again

This best western is just off if the beach with quick acess to the ocean everywhere in lincoln city as well as depo bay. Nice big pool and hot tub. Great free breakfast as well as friendly welcoming staff and service people.

we enjoyed staying here, We were our daughter and her husband and asked to be near them in the Hotel well we were put at one end they were at the other end, so I ask to change rooms. when the people in the room next to our daughter left the next day we moved to the adjoining room. everything else was fine. We had a good time in Lincoln city. People at the Hotel were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel only if you don't want to be on the beach.

I always enjoy Best Western hotels. As always it was clean. The staff was friendly. Comfortable and quiet room with everything you need and more. There is a nice pool and ot tub to relax in also. Thank you for another great stay!

We stayed here 2 nights and it was very comfortable. The room was very quiet even though there is a busy street in front of the hotel. The staff was very helpful with what to see and where to have dinner. We'd go there again if our travels take us back this way.

I had a flat tire on my motorcycle and needed a place to stay... I found this Best Western and was treated the way you should be as a guest. They gave me a free upgrade to a King bed, they went the extra mile to help me solve my problem, their courtesy and assistance was un-matched at any place I've stayed before. I'll stay there exclusively when in Lincoln City, and I strongly recommend that anyone travelling for any reason should definitely stay here!!

We traveled with our adult son on a drive down the Oregon coast and this inn had a suite with a separate bedroom for our son, with a door between us. Cost was $126 a night plus taxes. Very good value, very clean and comfortable and quiet.

Only stayed one night but it was clean and the breakfast was awesome. Only complaint was the guest above us had heavy feet and in the morning he was up and moving before we wanted to be. Overall I highly recommend the hotel.

Check-in staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and adequate for 1 night stay. Breakfast and items were horrible. No scrambled eggs, no juices, pastries dry to almost stale! Had to go out to get decent breakfast items.

I almost always stay at a bestwestern because they usually exceed expensive resorts and other expensive hotels. This one was no exception, except that it was one of the cleanest and had the most friendly staff and was located right on the middle of the coast. I would definitely stay here again!

I paid $160 for a “king suite” with unreliable internet, ferocious traffic noise and a chaotic breakfast setup, with food and seating spread over 3 rooms. It was apparently devised to maximize confusion and inconvenience.

This is a very convenient and affordable hotel at Lincoln City, Oregon. The breakfast was very good with several selections, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. Friendly staff and very clean room. Though not on the ocean front, it was close enough to see it and walk there.

My family stared for just on night for my daughtrts 13 birthday so we could visit the coast as a spur of the moment trip . Our stay was nice the room was perfect with plenty of room, thanks to getting a site. Your night clerk guy (09/30/17) was Super. Kudos to him for his cheerfulness . Thanks for a great stay .

it was excellent value for money and we'd stay here again. The location is a little south of most of the restaurants but nothing is particularly far away so it was all good. The bed was extremely comfortable ... we need one of these at home!

The beds are wonderful, the rooms very clean and welcoming, and the air condition was so quiet you could actually sleep without waking up!! No compressor noise, just a quiet air conditioned room with a quiet fan sound. So delightful and such a relief from even the most expensive noise hotel room experiences we've had.

Stayed for one night as we travelled the coast. Upgraded to a king suite which was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. That is all we ask for when we stay at a hotel. Front desk manager checked us in and was very friendly. We would stay here again.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. Most of the rooms had balconies unfortunately my room did not. My only complaint was the breakfast situation is over crowed and confusing. The hotel was full so this was also part of the issue.

Reservations made quickly and easily, using the BW app. Nice welcome at check in, lots of smiles and nice welcome feel. The room was great, nicely decorated and appointed and spotlessly clean, bathroom included. Bed and pillow assortment were very comfortable, had a good sleep. Breakfast was arranged in several different locations around the lobby, but they are renovating and refurbishing the whole breakfast area. Breakfast selection was quite extensive, including biscuits and gravy and eggs, good coffee, well stocked and kept clean by the attendants. After a rather strange hotel the previous night in Ocean Shores, it was so nice to be in a normal hotel again. I would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay.

Best Western Motels - The only place's to stay ! Breakfast is Hot, Fresh, and WARM.. Do you want to know the type of bread if have in the Morning. This should mandate you'r requirements. I will never answer again.

I never give a 10 on any survey, because that would imply there is no room for improvement. The hotel was conveniently located, the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was easy and great tasting. Oh and the coffe e was really good.

We stayed at the BW Landmark Inn in Lincoln City in mid September after the summer rush was over. Not on the beach but a 5 minute drive will get your feet sandy and toes wet. Our stay was pleasant. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Normal breakfast items made for a quick meal before leaving to our daily destinations. We had some issues with the Wifi service and were told the cable company had been notified and they were due out to fix the problems.

Well maintained and well located in central Lincoln City only blocks from the ocean beach. Daily USA Today paper provided. View isn't inspiring but OK. Breakfast is good with decent seating but set up is a little odd with breakfast items and seating in two different rooms. Not a problem unless except for someone handicapped.

We were a group of three, looking for a convenient and affordable place on the Coast. Best Western Landmark in Lincoln City was not only affordable, but appeared to be brand new with all the amenities we needed. The room was spacious and everything clean and in working order. The pool facilities were outstanding. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed in a double queen suite that offers a pull out sofa bed. The breakfast offered has a good selection. There is an indoor pool, wish I had brought a bathing suit.

Staff was great and fast check in made it nice after a day on the bike.I would recommend this facility to friends. The outside access to the parking lot worked out great for us.The breakfast area was not conjested and the food was great. Looking forward to staying their again next time we are in the area

We were at the Oregon Coast to celebrate our friends' 50th anniversary. Our stay was restful and (almost) stressless. Our TV didn't work and they were booked solid so we couldn't be moved but they offered a generous amount of bonus points for the inconvenience which was nice. The staff at this property really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was great. We'll visit again when we have opportunity.

Just what you'd expect from a Best Western, pretty high standerd for a chain, better than the the average motel. But nothing special to write about. Everything is clean and comfortable, but prices a bit on the high side

Clean room, very friendly, helpful employees. Very satisfied with our stay. Pool area was nice and big, grandson enjoyed swimming a lot. Breakfast was good, many different options to choose from. The place was quiet at night and offered several options for TV watching. The microwave and fridge were wonderful to have since we stayed 2 nights.

Great Hotel with courteous staff. The breakfast is always wonderful and the location of the hotel is capital. It is located right in the middle of Lincoln City. You can travel North to Chinook Winds Casino or you can go South to glass blowing and fishing. The beach is nearby and can go for miles and miles.

Great experience, nice rooms, lots of Breakfast options. Had 3 waffle makers, which is a plus. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Friendly staff. I will definatly stay again and would strongly recommend this property.

This is the quietest Best Western ever, with knowledgeable, friendly staff, quality customer service and great water feature to lull to sleep with! Great dining advice and local events. Helpful caring staff! Anyone wanting to stay in Lincoln City, Oregon should stay at this Best Western...balcony rooms with wonderful bay and city views! So worth the money for comfort! The grandparents said, "best bed they have ever slept in!" Great amenities, close to lots of interest!

We have been travelling for about 10 days and this is the first Best Western we were able to get. It was also the first night we slept right through. Nice feel to the room and clean bathroom. The bed was great!!! I would recommend this hotel ....

The property is nice and has some good amenities. The décor is slightly dated but well maintained. The internet had fairly good speed on the base plan. The bed was about average, not great, but fine. Staff was helpful and professional.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. We LOVE that BW offers family suites to accommodate larger families on vacation. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and the sofa bed mattress was very springy but the room had a nice big dining area with a table for 4 as well as a lot of space for us all to move around.

Exercise equipment was in very bad shape. Phone didn't work in the room, and staff sent us across the street to a restaurant that was closed. The breakfast was very good though, and the staff was helpful.

Some of the towns on the Oregon Coast are a little rustic shall we say which means nice hotels are at a premium. We stayed here for two nights and it was lovely and quiet and just down the road from a fantastic mexican called manzanilla..... will definitely return to this place....

Clean, comfortable rooms with air conditioning. I was surprised that most hotels don't offer A/C and it is a miserable night without it! The breakfast staff is especially friendly and helpful here, also like all the places to sit. Make sure to get a towel before getting into the pool/ hot tub, they were out of towels when I went. My major complaint is the rooms cannot be entered through outside, you must walk through the lobby.

Great location that is within walking distance to the beach! Loved the cold AC at night and very comfortable bed! Staff was very friendly! This was our first time to Lincoln City but we will be back next summer.

BestWestern Plus hotel offerings are why I choose to stay at them. The spas and pools (indoor and/or heated) are so relaxing. If they are offering evening soups and bread or wine with cheese its always good and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed and beds comfortable. I've always had a peaceful night rest and here was no exception. The breakfast offering are many and you do not go away hungry. thanks for all your hard work to make my stay a good one!

This hotel is our frequent stop in Lincoln City, along the Pacific Coast. The hotel is not right on the ocean so we can save some money from lodging for shopping & dining. The staff of this hotel is the hardest workers we've seen among all the hotels that we've stayed at.

We really enjoyed staying here and driving along the Oregon Coast. We visited a lighthouse and even got to see a few whales swimming near the coast. We were here at the end of July and the weather was Great.

I like to stay at this hotel as it is not too far from the beach which leads to a better price. The entry and exit from the hotel can be stressful, depending on the traffic and kindness of other drivers. Some of the beds could use replacement and the food is nothing special but the over all experience makes the rating appropriate.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and extremely spacious room. We did a whale watch out if depoe Bay and stayed here. It was perfect. Breakfast was chaotic at best... But it did the trick with plenty of choices.

We had asked for a top floor non-adjoining room and although BW does not guarantee your request, we have found it is not often. As Platinum members we travel a lot with BW as our base, so we were disappointed that the room WAS an adjoining room. After two bad experiences with adjoining rooms and noisy neighbors, we've found it's just best to ask for a room without the doors between rooms. The manager assured us our neighbors would be quiet so we took them at face value and they were absolutely right, we had two great nights in that room. Everything was clean, we had a gorgeous view of the ocean, and the room was nice. The only realistic criticism I could make about this hotel is the breakfast facilities. This hotel has 60+ rooms but there are roughly 10 tables I would guess (didn't count them) in the breakfast room and then more spread out down a hallway leading to an exit door, and another large bench type affair in the lobby. We did not get to sit to eat breakfast as it was just too busy, and you are not permitted to take food out of the breakfast room area. As a result, we stood to have breakfast the first day, and the second day we were able to find one table in the hallway. I think this BW could do better, and hopefully will in the future. We've noticed that the Tumwater BW has made a dedicated breakfast room, as has the Yakima BW which has really improved the breakfasts there. Would I stay again at the Landmark in Lincoln City. Absolutely, but I would make backup plans to have breakfast at a restaurant in Lincoln City in case it's too busy in the morning.

Loved this hotel! clean, nice and super breakfast. We found all the employees to be friendly and nice. The hotel was easy to find. Several restaurants in the area were quite tasty, (seafood). We would definitely stay here again :)

This is a good hotel for this price point. It is clean, has a nice pool, great breakfast and walking accessability to the beach, Siletz Bay, some shops, Mo's Restaurant and a couple other eateries. We got the family suite for 6 people. The sleeper sofa must have been comfortable enough, as I didn't hear any complaints from our 17 year old daughter and her friend. The queen beds were quite comfortable.

The room was very nice, but at check-in we were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait before the room would be available. This was already 30 minutes after we should have been able to check in. The location was great, but getting out onto the highway was difficult if you needed to cross to go south.

Trip advisor let us down when we looked at the reviews for this hotel. Breakfast was disgusting- cold food with limited options. Coffee was watered down. Room was not vacuumed and cleanliness of bedding was questionable. We would not stay here again.

We usually stay at a Best Western Hotel because of there clean rooms, courteous staff and excellent amenities. Our stay this time in Lincoln city Oregon was as usual excellent. It's nice getting up in the morning to full breakfast, avoiding a long wait in a restaurant line and the best part saving money. When we travel again we'll again choose a Best Western.

I went to take care of mothers funeral arrangements, checked in waiting for elevator and heard the manager Anieta saying to another worker that I probably killed my mother myself I looked like a murderer. I was appalled. I walked back around the corner she saw me and her face turned red and as she was stuttering her words to me dumbfounded she said excuse me I have an emergency situation with a house keeper that she needed to attend to and walked to the back. And I didn't see her again the remaining time I was there. People like her shouldn't be allowed to work with people. I was having a hard enough time with my mother's death I didn't need to her something like that at all. NEVER GOING BACK

Beds comfortable, rooms are adequate and breakfast has varied offerings. Parking was free and plentiful, elevators were easily accessible. Internet was easy to access, there was a pool and an exercise room. We enjoyed the King suite for a 3 day stay so we could spread out and be comfortable.

Returning to our room after a long day out our beds had not been made up. Their excuse was that there were things on the beds which was not true. Front desk took off $20 off our bill. Recommend Management/Supervisor check rooms after they are cleaned.

I had booked on Booking.com. They the Front Desk could Not Find MY Reservations Due to Booking .com booked using My Wives Name which is Different from Mine. the Staff Spend 1 Hr with Booking.com. Then Gave ME a room. at the same rate.The Room was Overlooking the Highway with a Balcony. It was very Nice and Quite.The Breakfast was Great Lots of Items plus Coffee Tea Milk Orange Juice. and Waffles Muffins. WE Are going Back Next March for 3 Days. O YES They Have A Ice Cream FREEZER and sell Blue Bunny ice cream for $2.00 to $2.50. Very Handy.

Best Western never fails to impress me! Clean rooms, clean swimming pool and jacuzzi, and great breakfast! Best Western also offers a FREE rewards program which can give you free stays when you reach the points earned from regular stays.

Too expensive for what you get. Access from highway is tough especially with heavy traffic. Front desk is very helpful and courteous. One person in the breakfast area was a little snarky. Family upstairs were bouncing around half the night.

So, 4th of July is my wife's birthday and June 28th I ask what do you want to do on your birthdays? Her answer was, "I don't know yet". We need to make a decision soon or we'll be out of luck. July 2nd she said, "let's go to the beach!" So, I called a few BW's and all but the Landmark Inn were sold out or over priced. Got a great deal as well as a top floor view of the fireworks! Thanks to Delci at the front desk for getting us set up in this room.

This place has the bones to be a decent family-hotel. But it is so lacking! When I checked in the manager was badmouthing another guest (to a staff member) who had just asked for a room cleaning, she didn't even care that I was just standing at the front desk waiting to be helped. We stayed in a suite and it was fine. Smaller than most suites I've stayed at in other hotels, and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen. Had to do twister just to move your body so you can shut the door. But I don't care about things like that as it doesn't contribute to the overall experience. What made the hotel bad? 1. Terrible breakfast--I am not a food snob by any stretch of the imagination. I couldn't eat the eggs or potatoes. Sausage was edible but nothing to get excited back. They have a waffle machine and a toaster for breads. Clearly there is no actual cooking happening here--they just heat up frozen food (including the eggs I'm guessing) and lay it out for guests. 2. We were out of our room from 8:30 am- 3:00pm. Nobody cleaned our room while we were gone, and after we arrived I asked three separate times between 3 and 5:30 for a cleaning. Finally the "housecleaning manager" came to our door with two garbage bags. We left (assuming she would need some time to clean) and came back later to the garbage being changed and new soaps in the bathroom. Some fresh towels were left on a desk. There were dirty coffee mugs from breakfast, the beds were a mess, etc. For the amount we paid per night, a basic cleaning should be included in a room where 5 adults are sleeping. 3. Staff were friendly in the "I'm kind of new here and young and bubbly" but not in a "how can I help you" sort of a way. 4. I think most of it comes down to training, management, and investing a bit more in their resources to make this a better place. I'm just so surprised at the lack of quality given the price we paid. I wouldn't stay here again. Also, the location isn't terrible but it isn't great either. We were here the first week of July and it was sunny one day and the other days were overcast, so hitting the beach wasn't always happening. The one thing this hotel has going for it is a decent pool. My kids enjoyed it and so did the adults. Not too cold, and has a hot tub.

Bad service and grouhy girls when we got there. They were to busy talking to each other. Room was great. Like the two TV. And it was clean . Hot tub was cold.loved the area. They gave us an attitude when wanting to check in.

We don't usually go to the coast in the summer. But we missed coming out in the spring, so we just decided we needed a weekend away. We had no idea about the kite festival, and did not know it was going to be so hot at home. This is a third visit for us and I am pretty sure it won't be the last. What a great staff! They go out of their way to make everyone feel like family. Breakfast is great, the beds are comfy, and the hot tub is a bonus at the end of a long day. Prefer the price in the spring and fall, but it was worth it!

We decided to take a family trip to the beach when the weather was going to be 80 degrees. This was one of the last hotels available for under 300 so we jumped on it. It was a nice stay at the end of Lincoln city. Nice and quiet, clean and right by the beach. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it. It was a wonderful and pleasant weekend getaway.

We always stay at Best Western Hotels if they are available in the cities we are visiting. Courteous, helpful and efficient staff always try their best to make sure all your needs are met. Rooms are attractively decorated, beds and bedding so comfortable (with a very soft pillow I need in the selection of several) and best of all, the in-house full breakfast gets us started off well without having to go out to eat. All around we consider Best Western Hotels the best value for the price.

Great hotel and location. The staff was very helpful. We will stay again. We love the coast and there is a lot to do around this hotel. Recommend this hotel to everyone! go any time of year and you will not be disappointed.

As outlined previously, housekeeping was very substandard. Breakfast was fine, front desk people were courteous and stepped up to the plate when we complained. Was very quiet and bed was very comfortable. Would never stay at this facility again and would not recommend to anyone

The people who worked at the desk were excellent. Breakfast was fine. Problem was not able to sleep because of the noise at 4 AM. Both nights we were there. Called the first night and complained. Told the person next door was showering and had to go to work early. Told that it would not be a problem as there was no one next door .Four AM we were up again! Called and reported it. Told the man above was showering, I will ask for a top floor in the future!

The Best Western Plus Landmark Inn is an excellent option for a stay in Lincoln City. It's conveniently located on the Oregon Coast Highway (road noise wasn't an issue). The room was nice and had a balcony with a view. It featured a fridge, microwave, Standard Definition TV and free Wi-Fi, but no safe. The complimentary breakfast set you up for the day with a good selection including eggs, sausage, cereal, bread, waffles and fruit. Fathom's Restaurant offered good evening dining a short walk away.

The rooms are very clean. Pool area sauna & hot tub a big plus for me. The fitness center a little broken down. I only used it once in my 4 day stay & went swimming instead. The free breakfast WAS ok, but after four days of eating the same thing it got old real quick. A little more variety or different foods on certain days would be nice.

Had booked a Queen Suite but at check in realized they do not have a balcony. They changed my room to 3rd floor balcony with no problem. There Breakfast has a good selection of items and is well looked after. Coffee and Juice where available at all hours which I personally like, All the staff that I encounter over my stay where very pleasant and helpful.

Was not happy with the check in. We paid and booked a king room got a queen instead. Laundry room has no were to sit down had smelly trash in laundry room. Smelled like someone dumped a messy diaper in there and it had been there for days.

Everything about the Best Western Landmark Hotel in Lincoln City met my expectations, and then some. The decor is beautiful. My room was spotless. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. On a scale of 10, definitely a 10!

This hotel seems to be a newer property and was very clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk at check in was extremely helpful and very friendly. Wish all people we have to deal with on our trips were that nice. Keep up the great work.

We stay here every spring following a century bike ride. The hotel is always inviting, helpful staff, clean and updated accommodations. Hot tub always feels good to tired, sore bodies. Hot breakfast with lots of options. Only a few blocks walk to the beach.

Close to shops and restaurants. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. We loved our spacious room and that it was updated. Pool and hot tub were nice and they serve a decent breakfast. We will stay again

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are warm and friendly and always inviting of my arrival, which is weekly for business. I would never consider another location, as all amenities are nice, the room is exceptionally clean, the bed is uber-comfortable, breakfast is good, but the staff, they are utterly fantastic!!

It was a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for! Breakfast was pretty amazing as we had three children and they had a nice clean pool that entertained the kids for 3 hours. When we arrived home we realized we had left our breastfeeding pillow and they shipped it back. Thank you

Beautiful area - drive the coast it's beautiful - lushes and green . Can't wait to drive it again. Got yo see family on the way. Dinners out were great. It was raining most the trip but it was stilll such a great trip.

I was in town for a writing workshop. I wrote for several hours a day in my hotel room. The room was comfortable enough for writing. The internet was terrific--no drops and no need to re-login. It was easy to stay here.

I had read mixed reviews prior to our stay, However we had a great time! The room was clean, the beds were comfy! We paid a little extra for a larger room and it was worth it! Breakfast was ok, not the best but it was free so can't really complain. The pool and hot tub are a decent size and our family enjoyed multiple times during our stay. Front desk recommended some great places to eat which were not a far drive away. We will definitely come back in the future!

Price is high campare with the Quality of the Gym and Pool instalations. Jacuzzy water was so dirty, Gym was close early. However the personel on front desk is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I really think the price is little expensive.

My fiancé and I drove the coast for his birthday and a romantic get away much needed I might add and we totally fell in love with each other all over again and again ...I didn't have one complaint about the room it was perfect the hottub in the room was huge the bed was so comfortable and super clean it was perfect amount of space the breakfast was great staff very friendly and helpful so much that my cooler broke in my car ice and food and drinks everywhere they helped clean everything up with no problem.we def want to come back to this place and it was close to so much we went to Newport to the aquarium and the wax museum the underground garden show we looked for blown glass balls along the beaches we didn't find any bummer!!! but it was still fun I honestly feel that Lincoln city is one of the most beautiful places along the coast we did eat at the chinnok winds casino we were not very impressed at all but we did have a blast in the bar we went to get a drink and danced all night this trip couldn't have been more perfect and the room really made it .....

This is a great hotel. Location, amenities, quality, etc. are very good. But....the staff doesn't understand anything about Best Western rewards, programs, etc. Want a great place to stay - this is it. Want a great place and benefit from your membership in Best Western Rewards program - very iffy.

The staff was great, very friendly, the rooms are nice, and clean, and roomy. The wife and I have been here several times now and love it. The breakfast needs some work, and needs to last longer, because when I am on vacation I like to sleep in.

Clean, we were upgraded. the breakfast is awesome! Scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal: hot and cold, eggs, yogurt, belgum waffles, fresh fruit, sausage, potatoes, sausage and biscuit gravy and juices....Love. Great way to start your day.

This was a couples getaway for me and my fiance. The website ever tized robes sauna and hot tub. There were no robes the sauna wasn't working in the hot tub so full of people we couldn't use it at night then, it was cold at 10 o'clock in the morning... bed NOT comfortable at all.

We stayed 2 nights and had a fairly comfortable stay. The only issue was the front desk staff. The young lady that checked us in was curt and rather unpleasant. There seemed to be no staff present the many times we went by. Breakfast was the usual fair. Room was clean except for a few hairs in the tub. The room and furnishings could use an update. Our stay was very quiet-even for the first floor.

The desk staff is friendly and helpful! The room was clean and in good working order. The hotel was quiet and the room was comfortable in all aspects. We always enjoy the breakfast. Upon leaving the staff can be relied on to ask if there were any issues. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Our first stay in Lincoln City, Oregon for a visit with our grandchildren. The BW Landmark Inn was a surprisingly great choice. The property was well kept, clean and a great value. We would definitely stay there again.

Updated outside, lobby, pool and rooms, clean! Very comfy beds & balconies with chairs. Pool, hot tub and sauna and very nice. Breakfast was fine, lots of options for hot or cold food. Plenty of parking. Fairly close to beach, within 10 walk.

This hotel has taken a nosedive since the GM change. After years on staying here this is the last time. My regular room has not been available the last 2 visits even with the reservation being made in the Best Western site. I am still waiting to receive a call from the new GM from my last visit a month ago. The lack of concern is unacceptable. The best thing about this great country we live in is that I always have the choice of where to spend my money. This is my last stay here. There are many other places to stay in Lincoln City. So much for being a Best Western gold member at this location.

My husband has terminal lung cancer, and wanted to make a final trip to Lincoln City before he passes. He had hoped to be at the ocean when the weather was stormy, which it was. So,making the trip a final time, and during a sever storm, crossed off two things on his bucket list. The hotel was great, great room comfortable in every way, and the staff were out- standing. I will be back again.

We were in this property during the first really strong winter storm to hit the Oregon coast. Had a suite located at the end of the building. LOTS of room! Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were able to rest and prepare ourselves for the drive down the coast the next day. Site staff were positive and welcoming. I would recommend the property for couples/singles or families.

Bathroom is way too small! Two people cannot get ready together - and that's important when you are travelling - you want to get on the road. Carpet could be updated! Bed linens and the towels were clean clean clean! Bed was comfortable.

My wife and I were on a motorcycle trip over the summer and this was our second trip over multiple years. My wife was pretty upset that she booked the wrong hotel, as she expected ocean views. BE CAREFUL. This hotel doesn't have views, etc - it's more on the BW "Budget" side of things. Upon arrival at about 6:45PM, our CC guaranteed room was gone.We discovered another family was given our room and they had a 4000% different name. That name somehow was the second name of the evening (what are the chances? (extreme sarcasm)). The couple that had our room ended up throwing some crazy hissy fit but they got kicked from the hotel for squatting. Our NEW room (meaning: we didn't get anything near what we requested) got re-cleaned while we went out for dinner. Overall - it was a room. This hotel has an EXTREME amount of breakfast people. This is the second time I've been here in multiple years and it was the same several years ago - breakfast is a ZOO. If you're looking for a budget place in Lincoln City, go ahead. If you're looking for a romantic "by the sea" place - skip it. Room was fine, staff bend over backwards after realizing the mistake but.....crap still happened. After 7 hours on a motorcycle, your butt doesn't understand "oops".

An Excellent choice the staff was very attentive and willing to help i will stay there again and again. The pool was nice and warm with a big spa and sauna so if you are looking for a good stay i Def recommend this property.

Very quiet location but just off the 101, good hot breakfast and lots of parking that your room overlooks. Close to restaurants and the area looks reasonably safe. The only quibble would be that the coffee was from a Nestle machine so not that flavorful but hot and wet. The beds were good and the bathroom was a little dated but very clean.

Great place to stay with a large family. Customer service was exceptional. They have and indoor pool, hot tub, and also a sauna. There's also an area to use a computer if you need to do some work if need be. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent service, overall great experience. Definitely recommend to others and will stay again myself. Breakfast was hot, good variety to choose from. Plenty of tables out of the way to sit and eat. Clean. Friendly personnel.

The only thing that didn't feel like home was that it was quiet and I really enjoyed that! Staff were very attentive and helpful. Felt that my belongings and I were safe. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is at south end of town. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The room rate was very fair since our room had 2 queen beds, and a sitting room area with table and 3 chairs, second TV and a desk and chair. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was very quiet even though 101 was in front of hotel. The breakfast choices were sufficient and very tasty. The only downside was the eating area was split into 3 different rooms and the coffee was in a small area which did get congested at times. Would recommend this property.

Was a wonderful stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got a great nights sleep! Check in was easy. Room was already cooled to a great tempurature upon arrival. Bed was extremely comfortable and the fridge was nice to have!

I'm usually pretty critical on hotels but this BW was slightly above average for what I find in the chain. Good sized rooms, decent furnishings, overall the place didn't have the "tired" feeling I find it other locations. Breakfast was good; on par with other hotels who bundle breakfast into the room price. Location was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The way I rated this hotel is based on my own expectation. When I chose Best Western, I definitely not expecting a 4 star or 5 star hotel. I based this review on my expectation for 3 star hotel. We chose this hotel based on convenience. We were driving down Oregon Coast and just need a place to sleep. The hotel has good value. The rate was very reasonable & the room we're assigned to was spacious. The room has refrigerator and microwave & yes, they still have video player (they have DVD player as well). We thought seriously they still have video cassette for us to borrow?? Well, turned out they only have DVD to borrow. But, we consider it fun that they still have video player in a room. My husband keep referring to the hotel as old school (in a good way). The room decor is old style, but what important to us was that the room was clean. After all we just need a place to sleep & shower. The bed was comfy and the shower have good pressure. For the price we paid, we enjoyed our room. They also have indoor hot tub and swimming pool. For breakfast, it's the standard hotel breakfast. I had their egg & donut. Coffee was horrible. I couldn't drink mine. I ended up drinking juice instead. All in all, if you just need a clean place to sleep, this hotel is good.

very good, the comfort of the bed was good. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The free breakfast was very good, I have a suggestion in the future breakfast planning , they should have more choices for meats for breakfast. They should also have the coffee items together in one room. otherwise everything was very good stay.

Our room was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, Interstate Highway 101 northbound turns uphill right smack in front of the hotel. Trucks, cars, motorcycles and RV's with loud exhausts roared by our room, about sixty feet away from 101, as drivers cracked open the throttle to make the northbound incline. We were unable to get a good night's sleep. The free breakfast was in line with the negative reviews that have been posted by other reviewers. We found the scrambled eggs and sausage to be edible but not pleasant with unnatural flavor and texture. We wondered if the scrambled eggs were actually made from eggs or not.

The Best Western Landmark in Lincoln City has been a favorite of mine for many years. As a business man I spent many a night at this hotel and was always accorded naught but friendly and excellent service. As a senior retired I now go on 'holidays' as often as budget allows (generally in off season because of the rates). I have been a member of the BW 'club' also for many years.

Fast check in, room was great and close to the ocean, glass blowing, and the casino. Staff was very professional and friendly. Great indoor pool and a hot breakfast, and fast moving internet. well worth the stay.

I stayed here for one night for a girl's night away. It was very nice, very clean, and they were very accommodating when we asked to be switched from the 2nd floor to the 3rd. Every room has a balcony, but only the 3rd floor rooms will give you any type of view of the bay which is across the street and south a little. The hot breakfast was quite nice. The scrambled eggs were good for being mass produced. :) Though we didn't use the pool we did peak in and it was very nice and a decent size. If you don't mind that your hotel isn't directly on the beach I would recommend this place.

There was something about the staff at this hotel that gave off negative energy. No one smiled, and it seemed like I was bothering them if I had a question. This includes front desk, housecleaning and the breakfast staff. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend.

Our family of four stayed here for two nights while on vacation at the coast of OR. I don't normally stay at Best Western Hotels because many are run down but this hotel was perfect for our family. The hotel is in a good location and they have free parking and wifi. The free breakfast is very good for a hotel in this price range. There is an indoor pool and it seems to get a lot of use but appeared to be clean. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to the area.

The Best Western Plus Landmark Inn in Lincoln City was conveniently located very close to the beach. Each morning, there was complimentary breakfast, which offered a very good variety of breakfast items. The hotel has an indoor pool, spa, and fitness room. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

This was a great place for several nights to just get a way and relax. No complaints. Room was clean and we enjoyed the balcony. Everyone was friendly. I would recommend. this hotel to anyone wanting a place to get away and relax

The workers at this Hotel were all very helpful. They were pleasant and went out of their way to take care of our every need. Sometimes you experience great service. This is going to happen every time when you stay here.

Very comfortable bedding. We had a great nights rest and a wonderful full breakfast. Too bad our time was so short for our stay. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa. The hotel was convenient to an evening at the casino for a concert.

We booked this hotel over Tripwire and were happy to find out it was at Best Western. We have had mostly overall positive experiences with Best Western (after traveling and staying in Best Westerns with our points throughout the western US) and this location did not disappoint. Close to beach and in the heart of Lincoln City, it was a fun place to stay for a quick getaway with the kids. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Would definitely come back here!

Great location in Lincoln City. A bit our of town but okay with car. No ocean view but the price reflects the deal. Breakfast was good with eggs,sausage and waffles,more than just danish and coffee.Very comfortable beds and clean quiet room Had no soap in our bathroom but staff very quickly looked after the situation. Clean indoor pool and sauna. Have stayed here twice.

To be honest I had no idea Lincoln City was as big as it actually is...and I can't even tell you how many times I've been there. That said, this hotel is near the southern end of town, but it is close to the historical area where Mo's is located. The hotel is about 6 blocks from the beach, but it's across the highway, so you can't see the ocean from your room. It is also about 3-4 blocks from some restaurants, mini-marts, and other small businesses. Not really the touristy part of town, but you can dash out and get a cup of coffee if needed. Speaking of coffee, I'm a coffee snob but this hotel has bad coffee! My stomach started hurting after one cup. So we had to go buy some. Otherwise their breakfast is the typical microwaved sausages, eggs poured from a carton, slightly stale pastry buffet served in multiple hotels all over the world. Not bad for a free breakfast, but not a reason to stay here. Because we have an infant we got one of the suite units so we could put her to bed early and still watch TV. The bed was comfortable, the sitting area was spacious, the little fridge froze the food we put in there, and the pool is warm. Perfectly fine place to stay.

Staff is very good and take great care of you and the rooms are very clean and well appointed. I splurged for the in room soaking tub and enjoyed it very much. The only problem I ran into was the Internet service was almost unusable. Very slow connection.

I usually try to reserve a stay at this hotel when I come thru Lincoln City because their staff is consistently courteous and rooms are always very clean. The rooms are also quiet and housekeeping respects the "do not disturb" signs when you want to sleep in. On this stay,had a malfunctioning coffee pot , reported it, and it got replaced immediately with a new one. Front desk staff always follow up to make sure things are ok with your room.

Best Western Landmark Inn is a super clean, quiet and very comfortable place to stay in Lincoln City. We could have given the bed two 10 star ratings since I've not had such a good sleep in a long time. The staff here is extremely helpful, efficient and clean cut. This is a five star establishment in all regards. The rates were great especially considering the high tourist traffic in August. I would recommend this motel to everyone.

I recently stayed here with my family and I enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean. I didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Very close to the beach. My only complaints are that the pool was very cold and the hot tub was not very warm. Also, on two separate days the chlorine in the hot tub was very overwhelming, cloudy and burned my eyes. There were no towels in the pool area and the towels supplied were very small. Overall, my family and I had a great time and would stay here again.

We always chose this hotel for our stops in Lincoln City driving down 101. It's a family owned hotel, the husband & wife work along with the employees to keep the hotel in the best shape: we've seen upgrades done almost every time we stayed. Thank you for keeping up the great effort, everyone!

I stayed 2 nights (3-4 Aug) and it was $245 total for 2 nights with tax, very fair for mid-week. It's not on the ocean but about a 10-minute walk to the bay, on the south end of Lincoln City. There are 2 convenience stores a couple minutes walk away, but groceries, restaurants, etc, are either longer walks or a drive up the 101 to the other side of town. My room was on the 3rd floor in a corner, with a balcony. If you leave the balcony door open it gets very loud with traffic but if you close it it is very quiet. The bed was comfortable, there were lots of TV channels and there was a safe in the room. The pool and hot tub can get very crowded early- and mid-evening with families but I like it when kids must leave at 10 and it stays open for everybody else until 11. It wasn't as crowded after 10, and wasn't crowded at all at noon the next day, when everybody either was checked out or gone to the beach. Also you had to ask reception for towels for the pool; I'm sure the receptionist gets bothered a lot, but I brought my own. One minus was breakfast. The biscuits & gravy and sausage tasted bland, and I didn't like it that you had to consume it within the breakfast area and not take it to your room. One, I don't really like to sit with strangers and another, when it gets crowded and there's nowhere to sit, are you supposed to stand and eat?

Great location to many area amenities from Lincoln City, Oregon. Hospitality & cleaning staff were great, quality breakfast, accommodations were clean and well maintained. A couple user friendly improvements I have suggested in this review to BW. I hope they will utilize. Great experience - recommend this hotel. Aug 2016.

My husband had to come to town on business, so the kids & I crashed in his room. We thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool & hot tub! I enjoyed the breakfast each morning as it meant I didn't have to cook! It was a very nice spread with lots of options to keep everyone happy! The room was nice & our bed was quite comfortable! My only disappointment is that the hotel doesn't have an ocean view, but the beach is certainly within walking distance (or a short drive in our case with young kids).

Good hotel stay on the coast. The rooms were clean, comfortable. The hotel offers an indoor pool, big breakfast and friendly check in staff. Just blocks from the beach. Easy to walk around town. Good option for families.

Aside from the poorly designed bathroom, the facilities & amenities were above average. Thoroughly dissatisfied with billing & refusal to give 10% discount advertised for AAA members (booked via AAA Oregon Tour Book ad).

My wife and I stayed one night and received excellent service by all of the motel staff. We had ease of check-in even though we arrived one hour early. Comfortable bed and pillow that I would love to have in my bedroom at home. We experienced no problems during our stay.

I love Lincoln City and have usually only been on retreats and rented houses. This was a trip with my granddaughters and the room was very comfortable and clean but the bed....was so comfortable!! The kids had a lot of fun in the pool! I wish we could have stayed longer!! Great place!!

Spent a few nights here on a family vacation. Check-in was fairly smooth, and they have a few luggage carts, but the carts are much smaller than I find at other properties. Room was very nice - the suite had two separate rooms: King bed / bathroom / closet w/ dresser and TV in one room (we were on the 2nd story and could see the beach afar off), and the other room had a nice hide-a-bed couch & chair, desk & chair, small "breakfast nook" w/ fridge/micro/sink, and another dresser w/ another TV. We had no problem finding parking, even when getting in late at night. Breakfast itself was plenty of variety, but it was spread out ... some in a room on one side of the lobby, and some in a room on the other side of the lobby. There was seating in both areas, PLUS seating right in the (rather small) lobby itself. Like I said in the title of the review, they squeeze a lot in -- it was kind of like having 30 relatives over to your house for a buffet breakfast, and everyone was making do, finding places to sit wherever they could. Don't misunderstand, it wasn't bad -- it was just different. One of our two nights here was a Saturday, and it seems that here in the summer they are very proud of their rooms on Saturday nights, and they price weekend rooms quite a bit higher. If you can stay here on a night other than Friday or Saturday, you'll save **considerably.** Parking was not a problem, and frankly, you're not too far from anyplace, even though this property is toward the south end of Lincoln City.

The hotel was in a nice location and very pretty outside. But the pool was freezing cold and there were no towels in the pool area and the tv didn't work for the kids and breakfast the next morning was fine but was told that I couldn't take it up to my kids. This was a problem as they wanted to eat and don't do well with distractions. The customer service wasn't that great.
