    « Average experience »

We stayed 2 nights and had a fairly comfortable stay. The only issue was the front desk staff. The young lady that checked us in was curt and rather unpleasant. There seemed to be no staff present the many times we went by. Breakfast was the usual fair. Room was clean except for a few hairs in the tub. The room and furnishings could use an update. Our stay was very quiet-even for the first floor.

    « Consistent excellence! »

The desk staff is friendly and helpful! The room was clean and in good working order. The hotel was quiet and the room was comfortable in all aspects. We always enjoy the breakfast. Upon leaving the staff can be relied on to ask if there were any issues. Thank you for a great place to stay!

« Very Nice Hotel - Good value »

Our first stay in Lincoln City, Oregon for a visit with our grandchildren. The BW Landmark Inn was a surprisingly great choice. The property was well kept, clean and a great value. We would definitely stay there again.

« Clean, quiet, good stay »

Updated outside, lobby, pool and rooms, clean! Very comfy beds & balconies with chairs. Pool, hot tub and sauna and very nice. Breakfast was fine, lots of options for hot or cold food. Plenty of parking. Fairly close to beach, within 10 walk.

    « Mr. »

This hotel has taken a nosedive since the GM change. After years on staying here this is the last time. My regular room has not been available the last 2 visits even with the reservation being made in the Best Western site. I am still waiting to receive a call from the new GM from my last visit a month ago. The lack of concern is unacceptable. The best thing about this great country we live in is that I always have the choice of where to spend my money. This is my last stay here. There are many other places to stay in Lincoln City. So much for being a Best Western gold member at this location.

    « Final trip »

My husband has terminal lung cancer, and wanted to make a final trip to Lincoln City before he passes. He had hoped to be at the ocean when the weather was stormy, which it was. So,making the trip a final time, and during a sever storm, crossed off two things on his bucket list. The hotel was great, great room comfortable in every way, and the staff were out- standing. I will be back again.

    « Snug stay »

We were in this property during the first really strong winter storm to hit the Oregon coast. Had a suite located at the end of the building. LOTS of room! Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were able to rest and prepare ourselves for the drive down the coast the next day. Site staff were positive and welcoming. I would recommend the property for couples/singles or families.

    « Needs an update »

Bathroom is way too small! Two people cannot get ready together - and that's important when you are travelling - you want to get on the road. Carpet could be updated! Bed linens and the towels were clean clean clean! Bed was comfortable.

    « Second time here - "meh" »

My wife and I were on a motorcycle trip over the summer and this was our second trip over multiple years. My wife was pretty upset that she booked the wrong hotel, as she expected ocean views. BE CAREFUL. This hotel doesn't have views, etc - it's more on the BW "Budget" side of things. Upon arrival at about 6:45PM, our CC guaranteed room was gone.We discovered another family was given our room and they had a 4000% different name. That name somehow was the second name of the evening (what are the chances? (extreme sarcasm)). The couple that had our room ended up throwing some crazy hissy fit but they got kicked from the hotel for squatting. Our NEW room (meaning: we didn't get anything near what we requested) got re-cleaned while we went out for dinner. Overall - it was a room. This hotel has an EXTREME amount of breakfast people. This is the second time I've been here in multiple years and it was the same several years ago - breakfast is a ZOO. If you're looking for a budget place in Lincoln City, go ahead. If you're looking for a romantic "by the sea" place - skip it. Room was fine, staff bend over backwards after realizing the mistake but.....crap still happened. After 7 hours on a motorcycle, your butt doesn't understand "oops".

« Lincoln city best westran »

An Excellent choice the staff was very attentive and willing to help i will stay there again and again. The pool was nice and warm with a big spa and sauna so if you are looking for a good stay i Def recommend this property.

    « Nice Older Hotel »

Very quiet location but just off the 101, good hot breakfast and lots of parking that your room overlooks. Close to restaurants and the area looks reasonably safe. The only quibble would be that the coffee was from a Nestle machine so not that flavorful but hot and wet. The beds were good and the bathroom was a little dated but very clean.

    « Comfortable and affordable »

Great place to stay with a large family. Customer service was exceptional. They have and indoor pool, hot tub, and also a sauna. There's also an area to use a computer if you need to do some work if need be. You won't be disappointed.

    « Excellent »

Excellent service, overall great experience. Definitely recommend to others and will stay again myself. Breakfast was hot, good variety to choose from. Plenty of tables out of the way to sit and eat. Clean. Friendly personnel.

« Felt Right At Home! »

The only thing that didn't feel like home was that it was quiet and I really enjoyed that! Staff were very attentive and helpful. Felt that my belongings and I were safe. Would definitely stay there again.

    « Nice Stay »

This property is at south end of town. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The room rate was very fair since our room had 2 queen beds, and a sitting room area with table and 3 chairs, second TV and a desk and chair. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was very quiet even though 101 was in front of hotel. The breakfast choices were sufficient and very tasty. The only downside was the eating area was split into 3 different rooms and the coffee was in a small area which did get congested at times. Would recommend this property.

    « Wonderful »

Was a wonderful stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got a great nights sleep! Check in was easy. Room was already cooled to a great tempurature upon arrival. Bed was extremely comfortable and the fridge was nice to have!

    « Above average for a BW »

I'm usually pretty critical on hotels but this BW was slightly above average for what I find in the chain. Good sized rooms, decent furnishings, overall the place didn't have the "tired" feeling I find it other locations. Breakfast was good; on par with other hotels who bundle breakfast into the room price. Location was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

    « Pretty Decent Stay »

The way I rated this hotel is based on my own expectation. When I chose Best Western, I definitely not expecting a 4 star or 5 star hotel. I based this review on my expectation for 3 star hotel. We chose this hotel based on convenience. We were driving down Oregon Coast and just need a place to sleep. The hotel has good value. The rate was very reasonable & the room we're assigned to was spacious. The room has refrigerator and microwave & yes, they still have video player (they have DVD player as well). We thought seriously they still have video cassette for us to borrow?? Well, turned out they only have DVD to borrow. But, we consider it fun that they still have video player in a room. My husband keep referring to the hotel as old school (in a good way). The room decor is old style, but what important to us was that the room was clean. After all we just need a place to sleep & shower. The bed was comfy and the shower have good pressure. For the price we paid, we enjoyed our room. They also have indoor hot tub and swimming pool. For breakfast, it's the standard hotel breakfast. I had their egg & donut. Coffee was horrible. I couldn't drink mine. I ended up drinking juice instead. All in all, if you just need a clean place to sleep, this hotel is good.

    « very good »

very good, the comfort of the bed was good. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The free breakfast was very good, I have a suggestion in the future breakfast planning , they should have more choices for meats for breakfast. They should also have the coffee items together in one room. otherwise everything was very good stay.

Our room was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, Interstate Highway 101 northbound turns uphill right smack in front of the hotel. Trucks, cars, motorcycles and RV's with loud exhausts roared by our room, about sixty feet away from 101, as drivers cracked open the throttle to make the northbound incline. We were unable to get a good night's sleep. The free breakfast was in line with the negative reviews that have been posted by other reviewers. We found the scrambled eggs and sausage to be edible but not pleasant with unnatural flavor and texture. We wondered if the scrambled eggs were actually made from eggs or not.

    « Quality »

The Best Western Landmark in Lincoln City has been a favorite of mine for many years. As a business man I spent many a night at this hotel and was always accorded naught but friendly and excellent service. As a senior retired I now go on 'holidays' as often as budget allows (generally in off season because of the rates). I have been a member of the BW 'club' also for many years.

    « Great stay »

Fast check in, room was great and close to the ocean, glass blowing, and the casino. Staff was very professional and friendly. Great indoor pool and a hot breakfast, and fast moving internet. well worth the stay.

    « Very nice »

I stayed here for one night for a girl's night away. It was very nice, very clean, and they were very accommodating when we asked to be switched from the 2nd floor to the 3rd. Every room has a balcony, but only the 3rd floor rooms will give you any type of view of the bay which is across the street and south a little. The hot breakfast was quite nice. The scrambled eggs were good for being mass produced. :) Though we didn't use the pool we did peak in and it was very nice and a decent size. If you don't mind that your hotel isn't directly on the beach I would recommend this place.

« Room satisfactory, bad vibes from hotel staff »

There was something about the staff at this hotel that gave off negative energy. No one smiled, and it seemed like I was bothering them if I had a question. This includes front desk, housecleaning and the breakfast staff. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend.

« Very good hotel for a family vacation »

Our family of four stayed here for two nights while on vacation at the coast of OR. I don't normally stay at Best Western Hotels because many are run down but this hotel was perfect for our family. The hotel is in a good location and they have free parking and wifi. The free breakfast is very good for a hotel in this price range. There is an indoor pool and it seems to get a lot of use but appeared to be clean. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to the area.

    « Lincoln City Hotel »

The Best Western Plus Landmark Inn in Lincoln City was conveniently located very close to the beach. Each morning, there was complimentary breakfast, which offered a very good variety of breakfast items. The hotel has an indoor pool, spa, and fitness room. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

    « Great Getaway »

This was a great place for several nights to just get a way and relax. No complaints. Room was clean and we enjoyed the balcony. Everyone was friendly. I would recommend. this hotel to anyone wanting a place to get away and relax

    « A great place to stay. »

The workers at this Hotel were all very helpful. They were pleasant and went out of their way to take care of our every need. Sometimes you experience great service. This is going to happen every time when you stay here.

    « A great nights rest »

Very comfortable bedding. We had a great nights rest and a wonderful full breakfast. Too bad our time was so short for our stay. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa. The hotel was convenient to an evening at the casino for a concert.

« Comfortable stay, close to beach »

We booked this hotel over Tripwire and were happy to find out it was at Best Western. We have had mostly overall positive experiences with Best Western (after traveling and staying in Best Westerns with our points throughout the western US) and this location did not disappoint. Close to beach and in the heart of Lincoln City, it was a fun place to stay for a quick getaway with the kids. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Would definitely come back here!

« Lincoln City Best Western »

Great location in Lincoln City. A bit our of town but okay with car. No ocean view but the price reflects the deal. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and waffles, more than just danish and coffee.Very comfortable beds and clean quiet room Had no soap in our bathroom but staff very quickly looked after the situation. Clean indoor pool and sauna. Have stayed here twice.

« Decent Location, but Not in the Touristy Area »

To be honest I had no idea Lincoln City was as big as it actually is...and I can't even tell you how many times I've been there. That said, this hotel is near the southern end of town, but it is close to the historical area where Mo's is located. The hotel is about 6 blocks from the beach, but it's across the highway, so you can't see the ocean from your room. It is also about 3-4 blocks from some restaurants, mini-marts, and other small businesses. Not really the touristy part of town, but you can dash out and get a cup of coffee if needed. Speaking of coffee, I'm a coffee snob but this hotel has bad coffee! My stomach started hurting after one cup. So we had to go buy some. Otherwise their breakfast is the typical microwaved sausages, eggs poured from a carton, slightly stale pastry buffet served in multiple hotels all over the world. Not bad for a free breakfast, but not a reason to stay here. Because we have an infant we got one of the suite units so we could put her to bed early and still watch TV. The bed was comfortable, the sitting area was spacious, the little fridge froze the food we put in there, and the pool is warm. Perfectly fine place to stay.

« Great place to stay »

Staff is very good and take great care of you and the rooms are very clean and well appointed. I splurged for the in room soaking tub and enjoyed it very much. The only problem I ran into was the Internet service was almost unusable. Very slow connection.

« Clean room and polite staff »

I usually try to reserve a stay at this hotel when I come thru Lincoln City because their staff is consistently courteous and rooms are always very clean. The rooms are also quiet and housekeeping respects the "do not disturb" signs when you want to sleep in. On this stay, had a malfunctioning coffee pot , reported it, and it got replaced immediately with a new one. Front desk staff always follow up to make sure things are ok with your room.

    « We'd do it all again »

Best Western Landmark Inn is a super clean, quiet and very comfortable place to stay in Lincoln City. We could have given the bed two 10 star ratings since I've not had such a good sleep in a long time. The staff here is extremely helpful, efficient and clean cut. This is a five star establishment in all regards. The rates were great especially considering the high tourist traffic in August. I would recommend this motel to everyone.

    « Great Hotel »

I recently stayed here with my family and I enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean. I didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Very close to the beach. My only complaints are that the pool was very cold and the hot tub was not very warm. Also, on two separate days the chlorine in the hot tub was very overwhelming, cloudy and burned my eyes. There were no towels in the pool area and the towels supplied were very small. Overall, my family and I had a great time and would stay here again.

« Cleanest hotel in Lincoln City »

We always chose this hotel for our stops in Lincoln City driving down 101. It's a family owned hotel, the husband & wife work along with the employees to keep the hotel in the best shape: we've seen upgrades done almost every time we stayed. Thank you for keeping up the great effort, everyone!

« Not Quite on the Beach, but Very Comfortable »

I stayed 2 nights (3-4 Aug) and it was $245 total for 2 nights with tax, very fair for mid-week. It's not on the ocean but about a 10-minute walk to the bay, on the south end of Lincoln City. There are 2 convenience stores a couple minutes walk away, but groceries, restaurants, etc, are either longer walks or a drive up the 101 to the other side of town. My room was on the 3rd floor in a corner, with a balcony. If you leave the balcony door open it gets very loud with traffic but if you close it it is very quiet. The bed was comfortable, there were lots of TV channels and there was a safe in the room. The pool and hot tub can get very crowded early- and mid-evening with families but I like it when kids must leave at 10 and it stays open for everybody else until 11. It wasn't as crowded after 10, and wasn't crowded at all at noon the next day, when everybody either was checked out or gone to the beach. Also you had to ask reception for towels for the pool; I'm sure the receptionist gets bothered a lot, but I brought my own. One minus was breakfast. The biscuits & gravy and sausage tasted bland, and I didn't like it that you had to consume it within the breakfast area and not take it to your room. One, I don't really like to sit with strangers and another, when it gets crowded and there's nowhere to sit, are you supposed to stand and eat?

    « Coastal 101 ... »

Great location to many area amenities from Lincoln City, Oregon. Hospitality & cleaning staff were great, quality breakfast, accommodations were clean and well maintained. A couple user friendly improvements I have suggested in this review to BW. I hope they will utilize. Great experience - recommend this hotel. Aug 2016.

« Great place to stay! »

My husband had to come to town on business, so the kids & I crashed in his room. We thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool & hot tub! I enjoyed the breakfast each morning as it meant I didn't have to cook! It was a very nice spread with lots of options to keep everyone happy! The room was nice & our bed was quite comfortable! My only disappointment is that the hotel doesn't have an ocean view, but the beach is certainly within walking distance (or a short drive in our case with young kids).

    « Good stay »

Good hotel stay on the coast. The rooms were clean, comfortable. The hotel offers an indoor pool, big breakfast and friendly check in staff. Just blocks from the beach. Easy to walk around town. Good option for families.

    « Unknown »

Aside from the poorly designed bathroom, the facilities & amenities were above average. Thoroughly dissatisfied with billing & refusal to give 10% discount advertised for AAA members (booked via AAA Oregon Tour Book ad).

« Excellent service, comfortable bed »

My wife and I stayed one night and received excellent service by all of the motel staff. We had ease of check-in even though we arrived one hour early. Comfortable bed and pillow that I would love to have in my bedroom at home. We experienced no problems during our stay.

    « Oregon Coast »

I love Lincoln City and have usually only been on retreats and rented houses. This was a trip with my granddaughters and the room was very comfortable and clean but the bed....was so comfortable!! The kids had a lot of fun in the pool! I wish we could have stayed longer!! Great place!!

    « They squeeze in a lot -- but ... »

Spent a few nights here on a family vacation. Check-in was fairly smooth, and they have a few luggage carts, but the carts are much smaller than I find at other properties. Room was very nice - the suite had two separate rooms: King bed / bathroom / closet w/ dresser and TV in one room (we were on the 2nd story and could see the beach afar off), and the other room had a nice hide-a-bed couch & chair, desk & chair, small "breakfast nook" w/ fridge/micro/sink, and another dresser w/ another TV. We had no problem finding parking, even when getting in late at night. Breakfast itself was plenty of variety, but it was spread out ... some in a room on one side of the lobby, and some in a room on the other side of the lobby. There was seating in both areas, PLUS seating right in the (rather small) lobby itself. Like I said in the title of the review, they squeeze a lot in -- it was kind of like having 30 relatives over to your house for a buffet breakfast, and everyone was making do, finding places to sit wherever they could. Don't misunderstand, it wasn't bad -- it was just different. One of our two nights here was a Saturday, and it seems that here in the summer they are very proud of their rooms on Saturday nights, and they price weekend rooms quite a bit higher. If you can stay here on a night other than Friday or Saturday, you'll save **considerably.** Parking was not a problem, and frankly, you're not too far from anyplace, even though this property is toward the south end of Lincoln City.

    « Vacation »

The hotel was in a nice location and very pretty outside. But the pool was freezing cold and there were no towels in the pool area and the tv didn't work for the kids and breakfast the next morning was fine but was told that I couldn't take it up to my kids. This was a problem as they wanted to eat and don't do well with distractions. The customer service wasn't that great.

    « Excellent hotel »

The best hotel stay of our 8 day Hwy. 101 trip. The desk staff was very friendly and gave us great options for dining. Our room was on the first floor and we had a door directly to the parking lot for easy access to,our vehicle. The room was spacious and very clean and the bed was cozy & comfortable. They offer free wifi and have many outlets for charging your devices. The laundry facility was clean and reasonably priced. They offer complimentary breakfast which was very good.

« Great location on Oregon Coast »

Really liked this hotel. It was in a perfect spot towards the center of the central coast. Many things to see on the Oregon coast and the drive either north or south wasn't very long and was beautiful. Will stay here again next time. They told me it didn't have a ocean view but my room on the 3rd floor did have a view of the bay there in Lincoln City. Loved sitting on the balcony at night.

    « Great Attractions »

This location is centrally located for easy access to both N.& S. Oregon coast. We enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere. Close to beach, hiking, quaint artsy shops, glass blower, and beach food as well as Mo's famous fish and chowder restaurant. We visit this location spring, summer, and winter and it is always pleasant to be greeted by such a friendly staff, who are professional. Come join the experience, you will not be disappointed.

« just what we wanted »

My husband and I were staying at this hotel for July 8-13. The room was amazing!! Great bed, linen and thick towels..The staff was great to deal with...Trying to give us just what we needed! We felt like we were "special".We will spread the word that hotel.Great hotel brand, trip advisor, Look forward to coming back again.

    « Mother's Day Weekend »

We stayed here Mother's Day weekend. Originally our reservation was just for Saturday night, but we changed our plans last minute and called to see if we could reserve Friday night as well. The hotel clerk was very accommodating and moved other rooms around to get us in for both Friday and Saturday. She also was able to extend the low price I booked with through Trip Advisor to the Friday as well. Clean and quiet hotel with a decent morning breakfast. The kids loved the pool. We will be back

    « Great hotel @ great value »

We had a great stay @ the BW Landmark in Lincoln City! The only thing that could have been better was an ocean view--but we also didn't "pay" for it. The ladies @ the front desk were helpful multiple times to share good places for kite flying & sunsets.

    « Kids loved the pool ! »

This hotel is fantastic! The staff helped us with any request, the breakfast was great, and the kids loved the pool ! I loved the comfortable beds and set up of the rooms - perfect for family traveling.

    « I liked the Landmark Inn »

The Best Western Plus Landmark Inn was a good place to stay and I would recommend it to friends and family if they were going to be in the Lincoln City area. The staff members are very helpful, not just regarding the hotel, but also with local tips.

« Good clean, nice hotel »

This was exactly what we were hoping for--a nice, clean hotel with good service. Not a luxury hotel, but it was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was nice, the staff were kind and genuine. Our only complaint was the breakfast was a bit weak. But we would definitely return here, if in the area.

    « What I expected. »

Clean room, building, and grounds. Plenty of parking. Decent breakfast but the coffee left something to be desired. Friendly staff. I mean really, it was exactly what we expected and as advertised. When the coffee at breakfast is the only complaint, things are pretty good.

« Great location ... miss on details! »

This is a fantastic location and MUST STAY if you are traveling to Lincoln City. There is a beach walking distance from this hotel. The view is spectacular. Some details I would expect Best Western Plus quality hotel to take care of. The breakfast placement is not ideal, the variety of breakfast was much better at Best Western Holiday Hotel in Coos Bay, OR (we stayed there after our Lincoln City stay). The pool could be cleaner and need the water to be bit warmer. Again comparing to Best Western in Coos Bay which had an really clean and enjoyable pool.

« we will be back »

room very clean, staff above board, breakfast sausage gravey very flavorful, moist biscuits, sausage, waffles fruit etc...parking great, pool area clean, traffic noise loud during day but minimal at night, besides the units have nice decks with deck chairs and the fresh ocean air overrides noise all the time and not to be mentioned Lincol cit a cool pace to visit

« Excellent staff and comfort »

The check in and out process was excellent. The indoor pool was great for the kids and the breakfast was better than most hotels we have stayed at. Everyone on the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located in an area with many dining and shopping attractions nearby.

    « best hotel in lincoln city,OR »

This hotel goes above & beyond in cleanliness and the staff is awesome, The price for this hotel is the best value around. I almost do not want to say how great this hotel is because if I do they will be booked up all the time, good for them if this happens it is really a hidden gem. Congrats on a job well done.

    « Nice motel »

I had a first floor room near the lobby. It was quiet, even though the motel was full. Very clean, Love their big, fluffy towels. Enjoyed the recliner-type chair for TV watching; much more comfortable than sitting on the bed. This motel is not on the beach, so if that is important, look elsewhere.

    « Basics well done »

The Landmark best Western plus in Lincoln city has their game well done. Nothing too fancy here. But just a good stay and a good value. The rooms are clean and well furnished. A very nice quiet stay. Friendly staff and a good breakfast every day. If you're staying long term The breakfast menu is the same every day. But the breakfast is very well done and enjoyable. If I find myself working in the area again, I will be sure to stay at this best Western plus landmark inn again.

    « We'll pass next time. »

Lets start with some positives. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The seating areas in the guest room was comfortable and everything worked including the in room Wi-Fi. Nice balcony area where we could see the ocean from our room. HOWEVER, the rate was high considering that the bed was really uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrible (I have thick hair and water pressure makes a huge difference in a ten or twenty minute shower time. Ladies am I right?!). Finally the breakfast was off, from the food tasting funny to the juice being watery and a lack of organization, the whole breakfast was sort of a hot mess.

    « Extremely clean »

I always try to book this particular hotel when I travel thru this area. The rooms are extremely clean which very important to me. Although road has much traffic, the rooms are fairly quiet at night. The staff has always been extremely friendly and courteous. I enjoy the amenities such as the fitness room, sauna. Breakfast in the morning is a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

    « Landmark Inn »

This hotel was comfortable quiet, and clean. Chairs for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sunset over the bay was a great way to end the evening. The staff was very helpful, especially the clerk who handled check in. The indoor spa and pool were very relaxing. The breakfast provided a delicious and satisfying repast.

    « Where's the heat control? »

Hotel right on Highway 101. Lots of traffic noise. I could not find the thermostat to reduce the heat in the room. Hot tub jets were not working. Hotel nicely landscaped and maintained. Weird, separated set-up with breakfast area. Nice hotel, generally.

« Wont recommend staying here »

We booked Lincoln beach on kind of short notice and this was the highest rated place with availability on Memorial day weekend. The staff is awesome. The location is lousy at the far south end of town and off the beach. Everywhere we looked as we cruised around there were resorts on the beach or with beach views so seems like a bad choice on my part to stay outside of town and not on the beach. I am not a travel snob and Best Western is my default for economy travel but there were a few weird things here that I haven't run across in my travels, one was a paper towel on the counter in the bathroom (pic attached) it has written on it "complimentary guest towel" Take this towel with you on your travels and use it however you like. It is literally a paper towel that is kind of insulting, we had fun taking pictures of it in various applications all weekend so I guess it was mildly entertaining. The other was the dear guest sign in the bathroom (see attached) both of these items made me feel like i was in a very crime ridden city not a beach resort town. My brother called Lincoln City the armpit of the Oregon coast and after spending the weekend here I think we agree and will stick to Canon beach and other places we have visited.

« Nice Stay in Lincoln City »

We stayed here on a brief trip to the coast. I was slightly disappointed that it was not in easy walking or view to beach. Nice staff and quality we have come to expect from BW. Breakfast was good but a bit awkward with items arranged in several rooms. Overall a good experience.

    « Family Time »

The staff was very helpful, the room great. We had 2 rooms that were close so we could visit back and forth making for a great family gathering. The kids swam in the pool and had a great time. We all slept very well on the nice linens and beds.

« Nice clean hotel, good value for the money. »

The hotel is unique in the sense that the rooms are arranged only one room deep - all face the street, with an interior corridor behind - no rooms across the hall. I think this reduces noise from doors closing, traffic in the hallways, etc. Our room was clean and quiet, comfy bed, the staff was pleasant, the breakfast selections were ample. I'd book this place again if I was in the area.

« Plus: clean, spacious, updated, early breakfast. Con: the noise »

We stayed in a spacious and updated room with double beds. The room was very nice, good vibe and clean. Well taken care of all around. We very much liked the early breakfast (from 6 am) and the many choices, especially as we headed out very early. Staff was friendly. So nothing but good things, however we were unpleasantly surprised by the noise from the room above us and next to us whenever they would use the bathroom or shower. The noise of the toilet flushing or the water from the shower being used was so loud it actually kept us awake. Especially when our upstairs neighbors decided to shower at 2 at night. The noise is what kept us from giving better review. This is the second best western where the noise was too much to make our stay as pleasant as it could have been, especially with the room rate. Too bad..

« Buisness or Family Vacation »

This was an great option for me both times that I stayed. Once for work and once for play with the children. It helped in cost with the breakfast. The Hotel is clean and quiet and I felt totally safe.

    « Nice stay »

Easy to get to, nice staff, decent decor, quiet, comfortable bed, hot shower, fast internet, OK hot breakfast, indoor pool and gym. 4 block walk to beach. No view. Adding 200 characters. Foo bar. Foo bar.

« Great location to shopping and beach »

Great location to shopping and beach. Clean rooms. Breakfast okay but a bit crowded. Breakfast ends at 9 am so you need to hurry if you are sleeping in. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer convenient.

    « Spring Trip »

We have stayed at the BW Landmark Inn on several occasions. A clean motel with no surprises. Close to everything that the Oregon Coast has to offer. Breakfast was the usual fast in and out items. Nothing extra fancy just a very good place to stay that offers a excellent value for your dollar. We will return.

« Good Place to Stay »

Very comfortable clean rooms with a good full breakfast. If you do not mind being in a motel without an ocean view a great place to stay. Just a few blocks off ocean, and bay area. Only a few minutes from most sight and recommended sights in the area.

    « a long drive »

we had a long drive that day (6 1/2 hours) and the pool was open late. Perfect for letting the kids unwind. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. My kids loved the make your own waffle station for breakfast

    « Exceptional as always »

We have stayed at this particular Best Western several times on our visits to Lincoln City. Although it is off the beach it is in a location that offers several beach access areas that are seldom visited by outsiders. The rooms are clean, breakfast has a variety and the service is outstanding. I have never been disappointed.

« Operations are okay, hospitality is not there. »

We stayed here last weekend and we were not very happy with the hotel. I know that tons of tourists stay there, but all the signs and rules are a bit condescending. Then it made sense why they have signs, it's because some people need them, especially the parents who took their child swimming right after breakfast, and then the child threw up in the pool and hot tub. Ruining it for all of us. The breakfast was not that great but it was free. The older front desk woman was not very friendly, we didn't feel welcome, the TV is very poor quality and we had never stayed here so when we called before hand and asked if we could have an ocean view room, they made us feel pretty stupid for asking since it's located on the east side of highway 101. Overall it was clean and besides the noisy highway right outside the Window and faint smell of cigarette smoke from people in the parking lot, it was a place to sleep. I probably would have told the front desk agent my issues with this place before I left but they didn't really care to ask about our stay, in fact they checked us out before we checked out. They are really getting away from the hospitality part of a hotel.

    « Comfy bed »

This was a second stay for us because we enjoyed our last coast stay. We were able to stay 2 nights, giving us more time to explore. The only downside to our stay was the spotty internet.Breakfast time was busy and very lively. But staff did not miss a beat and it felt like a big family. We had spectacular weather, too, always a bonus on the coast!

« The Best Place to Stay »

We have always been very pleased with this Hotel The place is very well kept , and clean . The breakfast is very good and the employees are friendly . (In all it`s the best in the area)The location is central for the city and not far from the Casino .The price is very good for what you get.

    « Spring Break »

We stayed at the best western PLus land mark Inn for spring break. and it was great, breakfast was always warm and tasty the front desk personal was very friendly. It is NOT walking distance to the beach( we taught it was) but it does have a nice pool area. My kids (5yr old, 10yr old) really enjoyed it. We would reccomend this hotel.

    « nice place »

This was a nice place. Clean rooms, comfy bed, yummy breakfast. We weren't there long enough to enjoy any other amenities. It's in a convenient location, but no ocean view (at least from what I could tell).

« Wonderful stay for our 50th anniversity »

We enjoyed our stay at the various Best Western motels on our 10 day trip along the Oregon Coast from Woodburn, OR to Dexter, OR - the staff we very helpful and knowledgeable about the many points-of-interest -

    « Nice stay »

We stayed here New Years 2015. Nice stay! Free breakfast was decent, but expected a bit more for a Best Western Plus (maybe that's changed?). Pool was so nice to have, kids loved it! We usually prefer having an ocean view, but price here for a "holiday" wad very decent.

    « Motel experiance »

My wife loves it, because it's clean and well maintained. I like the breakfast, and the rooms. The rates are also good, and there's a selection of movies to rent. The views are great from the balcony, and it's easy to get to the beaches!

    « Average Hotel »

Breakfast and internet were subpar for value. My family stayed at hotel for three nights in family suite, which fit our family. The hotel staff had odd rules about not taking breakfast back to room, which was more annoying than anything. Also, our bathtub did not drain well.

    « Spring Break »

Stopped in for a two night stay during spring break. The place was packed; youngsters everywhere. The staff did a great job in managing the rooms, breakfasts, pool and traffic. We were very well pleased with the stay.

    « A high three »

Aside from breakfast everything was fine - The room was clean and it didn't stink. It certainly isn't luxury accommodation but it was inexpensive and inoffensive. Breakfast on the other hand was almost inedible. The coffee was bad in the food was worse.

    « Best Western Stay »

The staff were professional and courteous. We could ask questions, and the front desk knew the answer. They would refer us to someone who could help us when they did not have and answer. The cleaning and food service crew were accommodating as well.

    « Look No Further »

There may be other options in Lincoln City, Oregon, but none can compare to the price, comfort, and cleanliness of Best Western PLUS Landmark Inn. The staff treat you like family and the breakfast is better than any restaurant in town. It is conveniently located and offers a quite rest.

« Extreme peace and quiet »

We checked in online to a king bed and thought a nice room was in order. When we arrived, we were shown a king suite, the entire end of the hotel, top floor. This is who we are... This is what we are made of... Royalty, treated like royalty, finally someone noticed! :-) There was NOONE in the pool/hot tub/sauna after 10 pm, adults only till 11. What a peaceful steal! I woke before my wife, so I was able to go into the en-suite sitting area and read for awhile peacefully without disturbing her.

« GREAT bed slept well. »

Best Westerns have become a favorite, quality rooms, with good beds! Clean and well maintained. We were so pleased with the bed we want to get one at home. slept great! The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive.

    « lost things »

the food was okay very dry most days. pool was one of the best parts of our stay. the room was clean and nice. although we had some rude comments made to us by the front desk manager when we checked in due to the fact i had my wallet stolen in portland she thought it was funny how i lost my id and not my card to pay for the room. when we had checked out i had left my make up witch coast about 400$ in all. they seem to have no clue where it could be. i left it on the counter in the bathroom witch concerns me that they may have un-honest people in house keeping.

« great motel great service »

great place to stay, will stay again very nice rooms and beds where great lots to do around the hotel went to the beach love the beach area..lots of great stores and restraunts to eat at they have a lot of antique stores all over the place love the casino great place to relax

« nice stay reasonable price »

We rented a king suite, it was a nice room the bed was super comfortable, the living area could use some updating. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The pool was a little on the cold side and the hot tub needed cleaning, but there where a lot of kids in it, so I imagine it is not normally like that.

    « Affordable and comfortable. »

Typically reliable Best Western experience. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and nicely cared for pool and hot tub. Affordable and centrally located. Easy to walk to some locations, though not in the "Heart" of town.

    « Canceled but..... »

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 13 years. We had a reservation for Valentines weekend but canceled a month before as we decided to take a trip to California instead. I received a call Friday asking if we were still checking in. I informed them that we had canceled a month ago. Apparently if it wasn't written on the paper they use for cancelations, I didn't happen. We scrambled to find someone to take the room Saturday night as we would be in California by then and we stayed Friday night since we were going to be charged anyway. This was a very stressful situation and we paid for a room that we CANCELED which cut into our vacation budget greatly and we had to give up a couple of touristy things we had planned on doing in California. We were married at this hotel and as much as we love it, It has gone downhill. The boiler is out so the rooms are heated by space heaters. The ocean views are FANTASTIC! Sadly, we feel that this is now the 2nd bad experience that we've had and we feel its time to move on to a new hotel. The change in management 4 times in the past 3 years hurts the hotel greatly. The new managers are nice so other than the cancelation issue I have no complaints about them. I'm sad to give up my 2nd home after all these years. However, I will say that its family and pet friendly.

« Convenient, friendly, clean, reasonable »

That's about all you can ask for in a hotel---reservations, check-in, check-out went smoothly, the room was clean, well maintained, well appointed. Front-desk folks were friendly, quick. One caveat about the "reasonable" rates: for the time of year, the day of the week, and for a one-night stay, it was among the cheapest in the area. The little town is on the ocean, the hotel is just a few yards away, but I was there for a concert and had little interest in the ocean this trip.

    « Always a comfortable stay »

I don't care, so much, about ocean views and cutezy gimmicks. I want a clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price. That is what this hotel does. I have stayed here several times and have never been, even a bit, disappointed. From the staff on, everything is as it should be.

« Trip with my hubby »

We were getting away for the weekend my daughter bought us a night at the coast to enjoy. The hot tub jets could of been better. The pool could of been open 24 hours which would of been nice. THe breakfast was okay.

« Comfy visit, super friendly staff »

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location in the center of the city with good places to eat and fun things to do close by. I will definitely return!

« Bustlling with kids, but still quiet »

The staff here are conscientious about putting children on one floor so that the other guests are not disturbed. We were able to enjoy a restful night. Staff are accommodating for even the smallest needs. The fitness center, pool, and spa are all well maintained and clean. The rooms have a modern, inviting but simple decor that is tasteful. We plan to stay here again soon.

    « Very Nice! »

We stayed only for one night, our stay was great. The room was spacious and very nice. The Jacuzzi tub was wonderful! Breakfast was better than the usual fare. The bed was very comfortable, and amenities were great. My only wish was that it was an oceanfront hotel with a view. We had a small view of the bay.

    « Best Western coast »

Employee and management very helpful, I had booked wrong I was supposed to be in another city and they took care of my 2nd night reservation, Very pleasant, My phone call was promply returned and my situation handled.

    « Birthday Stay »

After a full day of exploring the coast, my husband and I decided to spend the night in Lincoln City. I chose this hotel for convenience and price. It is much cheaper than properties with ocean views but still very nice. Neil checked us in and was very friendly. When we came back from dinner and went up to our room we mentioned we'd be back down to utilize the sauna. Towels for the pool are available at the desk and as we got off the elevator and started to walk to the desk Neil anticipated our needs and had 2 towels ready and in hand. He was very kind throughout the stay. The pool and spa were a bit dingy looking but the sauna was very nice and helped us relax from a long day. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows very plush and lovely. The appliances are a little outdated but we didn't really need them anyway. Very nice Bath and Body Works soap and lotion samples in the bathroom. The "clean remote" is a cool concept but I was slightly frustrated that there was no guide button to help find shows. A written channel guide is in room, but I guess I just like the on screen ones better. Not a big deal. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. Super nice leather recliner in room too. Payed about 120 after taxes and enjoyed our stay. Thanks BW team!

« Avoid if you want to sleep during the night »

Our room was in the ground floor. The noises started at 8 PM and didn't stop until past 11PM. Took 3 phone calls to the office, which did nothing. The room was OK. We had a door so it was very convenient for the suitcase, without going through the lobby. The hotel is far from the beach, and in the wrong side of the freeway. Doesn't have HBO, but they rent movies. The space to have breakfast is very small, there were no tables left, we has to sit in the sofa, not very confortable.

    « Landmark hotel »

Great service, very nice hotel, not beachfront but nice place to stay. The hotel is well located, and has a good breakfast with hot food choices, but coffee could improve, pool and hot tub nice and warm and well kept

    « Another great stay! »

We always stay at this Best Western when travelling the Oregon Coast, which is about twice a year or more. The staff is as good as it gets, the prices reasonable, and the hotel well appointed, immaculate, and without some of those "cleanser odors" you often get at other road hotels. We will stay here again and again.

    « would definitely return »

very gracious staff, new stylish rooms, great pool, nice breakfast, very handy location, yet quiet, check-out videos, unbelievable low price for all the amenities provided, Lincoln City much improved overall since last visit. Impressed.

    « Wonderful Hotel »

Best beds we've ever slept in away from home! Amazing customer service! Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub were very nice. We didn't want to leave so soon! Can't wait to stay here again!

    « Really Nice Hotel »

We love this hotel because the room we stayed in is really nice. It's kinda big and beds were comfortable. I like that we have a heater and an air-condition. Breakfast wasn't as good but it's okay. I wish the dvd movies were free to rent but we had fun overall!

    « Great hotel »

Stayed in King Suite- 2 rooms. Best western always a hit- clean, good repair, helpful staff, free breakfast, pool. My 3 year olds favorite part of the trip. As we went to the beach, explored the town, he kept asking, "could we go back to the hotel?"

    « repeat customer »

this hotel has it all, service, proximity to events and staff are great, the overall experience here is great. We have stayed here before and have had the same experience each and every time. Front desk staff are fantastica and care for there customers very much

« A very nice, reasonable hotel on the south side of Lincoln City. »

We chose this Best Western because it was reasonable, looked nice and was not too far from the center of Lincoln City. We had not planned to stay overnight in Lincoln City for sure when we left Vancouver, but decided last minute not to drive back. We were very happy with the accommodation. The front desk was nice, the room was in good condition and up-to-date, and there was a free breakfast in the morning. Wifi worked well, and there were enough TV stations to keep us interested. It was also pretty roomy, and the parking lot had plenty of spaces. Compared to some of the properties we looked over more in the center of town, this one looked pretty good on the outside and inside. I'm glad we chose the BW, and we'd gladly come back. The room rate we had was $85.07 including tax, very reasonable for what we got.

« Awesome Hotel in Lincoln City »

Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, room with a fireplace and a view of the ocean. All at a very reasonable price. I couldn't ask for anything more. Very nice hotel. There is a very good selection of restaurants nearby.

« Great value on a busy coast weekend! »

We waited until the last minute to make reservations for the Chowder Cook Off weekend. Prices on most places were inflated for the weekend. Not here. We received a great price for a king room. We spent some time in the hot tub after getting soaked at the beach. Bonus was that there was a laundry room, so we did not have to deal with wet clothes. Breakfast will probably bring us back again. The biscuits and gravy were very good.Much better then prepackaged sweet rolls. Staff were friendly and welcoming!

    « Rainy Night Stay »

Went to the coast this weekend..Friday night, so we could see the stormy waves today ( Saturday), we booked this hotel because the price and the good reviews. Have to say i could find little wrong..the check in was fast and efficient..the lady very nice. The room was smallish but very modern and very clean. Swimming pool and hot tub area also clean and fun for the kid. DVDs available in the lobby also bottled water for 50 cents. Only downside was the remote for the TV was a bit of a hassle to use. Would certainly return

    « Clean & Comfortable with Breakast »

The hotel was sold out for this Saturday night only stay so we were glad we had reservations. The room was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed such as plenty of pillow choices, enough towels, a coffee maker, and assorted cleansers and lotions. A hair dryer was also included. The room had a decent TV, microwave, and a small fridge. The shower had one of those bump-out shower curtain rods so the shower felt large enough and the water pressure was good even though the bathroom itself was pretty small. This upstairs room had a small balcony overlooking the parking area so if you needed room to spread out or a little fresh air you could do that while still keeping an eye on you car. The breakfast was decent with pastries, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, etc. There was also hot food such as oatmeal, waffles, eggs, and biscuits & gravy. More than enough choices to fill everyone up and get on the road. The staff on the phone with reservations, and at check-in and check-out were all very pleasant and professional. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting Lincoln City and the beautiful Oregon Coast.

    « Worth »

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. This hotel is well worth the price of the rooms. Although I had a small dislike to a couple things shouldn't mean that someone else will. The sauna, hot tub, and pool were wonderful. I had a lot of fun on my business/ leisure trip. Thank you Best Western

    « Great Service »

Had great service when checking in and checking out from the lady and the gentleman at the front desk. Hotel room was very nice and put together very well. The gentleman that worked the graveyard shift was a little on edge, but nothing to extreme just probably very tired. We did mention in reservation we were going to be there on a honeymoon and wanted a honeymoon feel to our room. They didn't notice we were going to be on our honeymoon until we arrived in our wedding attire, the lady at front desk was very apologetic and said she didn't realize there would be newlyweds or they would have left something in our room. Other than that little thing everything was a great experience.

    « Pleasant stay »

Courteous staff. Clean hotel in decent location of the city. Unfortunately the location lacks an oceanfront view. Parking can be difficult during peak times. The free breakfast was a nice addition to the hotel stay as well.

« Great place to stay in Lincoln City »

A very convenient place to get to Lincoln City attractions with excellent staff and service. Also a very good breakfast with a wide variety of items The location is right off 101 with easy access to 101in either direction.

« Good Stopping Place in Lincoln City »

Comfy bed & pillows. We were on the ground level and very lucky that we had a balcony so sit out on which seems to be rare. Only downside was that if sitting our a lot of noise from the road. Decent breakfast off eggs although one morning they had run out but I asked if they could make some more and they did. Front desk staff very friendly.

« same view better price »

This is a great hotel. There are two in lincoln city and this one is a great value. All rooms have view of the ocean and harbor. Short distance to the beach. Has a great breakfast with eggs sausage and a host of other goodies. Best value in town

« Home away from home »

We were late on arrival-the staff held our room per phone call and were very cordial-you could actually hear and smell the ocean-we enjoyed our stay-the breakfast area was in two rooms-kind of different

« Nice stopping place in Lincoln City, Oregon »

While traveling down the rugged Oregon coast we spent a night in Lincoln City at the Best Western Plus landmark Inn. Not all best westerns are alike but this turned out to be OK. It was a little late and we got a decent price on a room, which of course ended up being the handicapped one with all the grab bars, but it was nice and probably larger than the other rooms.

    « Beach vacation »

This hotel is located near the beach in Lincoln City Or. and has easy access to many restraurants in the area either casual or more up scale. The beach is great for walking. The hotel has a lovely indoor pool and the rooms are quite comfortable, great place for a quick get away. Located 2 hours from Vancouver.

    « We're not picky, but... »

The front desk gal at night seemed nice, and helped with a good pizza delivery place. We slept well, and the room was "mostly" clean. Unfortunately we realized one of the pillow cases had a dried on blood stain. Needless to say.... Gross. We were exhausted and there were two beds, so we just tossed the pillow and went to sleep. The next morning, we brought the pillow to the front desk. She was extremely apologetic, and embarrassed. She wanted to do something for us, however we had pre paid and weren't staying another night. But I appreciate the effort. Breakfast was Meh... I'd just eat the cereal and be on my way.

« Great Place to Stay »

Very nice place to stay. The staff was very warm and inviting, and the rooms were cozy. Our room had two TVs, a fireplace, a refrigerator, microwave, sink, couch and desk. The bed was in a different room, which was nice as you could shut the door if necessary to create some separation if desired. The breakfast was terrific. There were eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, etc. The location was very convenient to the beach as well.

    « Fall Getaway »

Our stay at the BW Landmark Inn was excellent. Nice place to anchor our site seeing trips on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, large and quiet. We have stayed here before with family and always enjoy coming back. Please note is that you are close to the major highway and you may experience some road noise and a local fire department station is located very near the property. We experienced no problems and enjoyed our 3 day getaway.

« Great service, can't wait to go back! »

My husband and I stayed here for four nights, for his class reunion. Lincoln City has so many hotels, it's hard to decide. We are very pleased we picked this one! From the moment we placed the reservation, to the moment we checked out everything was perfect! The room was nice, and clean, had a nice balcony. It was right by the road, we didn't hear anything, the rooms were quiet. The beds were very comfy, had a breakfast, and a lovley pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. I was there for hours, and it was clean, and relaxing. Loved no kids running around, or people being loud. It was a very quiet hotel. All of the employees were so kind,,and hard working people. Debbie was a gem! We can't wait to go back! Thank you for the great stay! Five star service! ??

    « Excellent hotel-quality and price! »

This particular Best Western is great! The entire staff are all very welcoming and accommodating. The pool and spa were clean which is a must for us. The breakfast selection was great! Waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage and even donuts. All with coffee, tea, and a selection of juice. Can't beat the price and quality in Lincoln City!

    « Best Western »

An excellent Motel with lovely staff. from this experience we joined up to be members of Best Western. It has the brand and you know what to expect. Since leaving Lincoln City Motel we have sort out other Best Westerns and stayed there. The servic3e has been excellent at them all.

    « Excellent rooms »

We were traveling the Oregon Coast and found this hotel through web search and tripadvisor reviews. The room was amazing and very clean. The front desk workers were friendly, helpful, and hard-working, making certain no detail was not up to standards. Recommended restaurants that were fabulous - close as well as those that were a little further away for us to choose. Best hotel we've stayed at in the city.

« Great Hotel with the BEST Staff »

Clean , great rates, great breakfast and the BEST staff . Location was perfect . Quiet too . The beach is right across the street , easy access . Nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi . Lincoln City , Ore. has a gem with this Best western .
