Best Western Plus Jefferson

Excellent clean hotel, great service, great breakfast. There were homemade Breakfast burritos that were very tasty. Coffee was good and to go cups were provided.

Great place to stay. Very clean rooms and hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast included and free parking. We would stay again.

We have stayed here several times the past few years. Usually have had a decent or pleasant experience. Usually the same staff member would check us in each time and it was nice to see a familiar face upon arrival. We never really had any issues with the room in the past. Stayed for an overnight recently. Was not the best experience. In the morning we discovered an open snack chips bag under the bed skirt. It was a bit hard to fall asleep that night since we could hear the music they play on a speaker mounted on the building broadcasting to the parking lot. Smudges on a light switch plate. Large crowd for breakfast (tour bus contributed to that.) They were constantly running out of a few things and not quickly replenishing. Heater in our room didn't work. We heard from someone that they are under new management. Hopefully new management can make the changes they need to make to keep it as good as it was. Not sure this will be our go to place again when in the area.

Friendly incompetent staff, unclean rooms, poor breakfast. We have stayed in this hotel many times since it opened. This is the first disappointing stay we have had here. In the past I gave this hotel high praises. NOT THIS TIME!

The building and grounds were clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold choices. All around an excellent stay.

Our hotel stays are almost always related to trips to dog shows. This is a very nice, dog-friendly hotel with lots of grass for exercising them. The pet fee is very reasonable. We were generally very pleased and would stay there again. The only negative was we requested a 1st floor room, but were not able to get one, but when we arrived at the site earlier than expected, we were allowed to check in 2 hrs early, which was nice after 4 hr on the road. Overall, a very clean and comfortable hotel.

This quiet, extremely well kept & clean hotel is a true gem to find. Staff were excellent & rooms were very well appointed & clean! Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel has a nice fitness room and pool area. The pantry had a good variety of items for purchase. Easy on & off the main highway and spacious parking. Being located right next to a gas station & fast food joint was a nice convenience too.

Excellent Hotel. Very clean, and the staff is very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean, and offered modern furnishings and amenities. The breakfast offerings is excellent and offered a wide variety of choices. It is a new built hotel and it is maintained and operated well

Beds are literally the most comfortable I've ever experienced. Why don't more hotels prioritize this? Super Comfortable environment. Great Breakfast, changes every day. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Hotel is always clean.

Great hotel. Very clean and updated. Nice options for breakfast. Free parking and plenty of room to park. The front desk people made it easy to check into our room. Our room was ready when we arrived. Nice sized rooms, comfortable beds, good wi-fi and internet. Computers available in the lobby.

The sheets and pillows were so soft. Everyone slept great. Breakfast lasted until 10 am. Which was great. They have a cappuccino machine and the waffles were so fluffy and delicious. Kids loved the temperature of the pool. Very clean and comfy.

the room and everything was clean and comfortable. the staff were courteous and helpful even starting the very good breakfast early for the car show. we didn't use the nice pool or workout room but they were there and looked nice. check in and out were easy

As always, the front desk and breakfast staff are awesome. The breakfast items were hot and very delicious . The rooms always immaculate and super clean. Didn't watch very much TV, but they have tons of different channels. The bathrooms are super clean and well lit. I have to have a root beer float, which is right next-door every time I stay there.

We stayed two nights on a road trip to the Midwest. The hotel is located in the southern part of Jefferson City with easy access to downtown and major roads. A couple of dining options and a supermarket are also within a short distance. The hotel is not new but seemed maintained. Our room was spacious and even though we found a used fork on the floor at the window it seemed reasonably clean. The room was equipped with a fridge, a micro and a coffee maker. The breakfast was okay with a choice of hot and cold items.

Very nice stay. Definitely would recommend. Everything was great. Hotel was in very good condition. Lots of parking. A&W restaurant right next store. Very quiet location, I could barely hear the raging thunderstorm that went through during the night.

Good clean hotel. Big lobby! Good sized breakfast area with a good selection of items. Conveniently located next to gas station with snack/beverage items. Helpful staff!!! Clean rooms with enough space around the room and in the bathroom.

This hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was very welcoming, efficient, professional, and helpful. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was in good working order. The breakfast had good hot and cold options, and the dining area was very pleasant with a variety of seating choices. The entire experience was a good value. The hotel is just a few miles south of the interstate interchange, but well worth the five-minute drive.

Great hotel in Jefferson, easy to get to and centrally located. Hotel appeared to be new was very clean and comfortable. Pool was relaxing. Breakfast was hot and fresh and changed daily. Staff was helpful and friendly. All areas of hotel were very clean.

Clean and well kept inside and out. Easy highway access. Accomodating staff, efficient check-in. Almost new hotel with spacious lobby. Breakfast selection was ample. Parking is easy and spacious. Next to fuel station. I have no hesitation to recommend.

Loved everything about this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and location. The only con is that if you have a room on the freeway side the traffic can be very loud. We woke up several times though the nigh. Otherwise a great hotel.

This part of Wisconsin is beautiful but could use more hotel options and BWP fills the bill quite nicely. From the bright lobby area to the large rooms and complimentary breakfast, this Jefferson location is about 1 minute off the major North-South connector, Highway 26. A&W is adjacent, as is a clean BP station.

I would recommend this hotel! Plenty of green space for exercising a dog. The entire property was very clean and well maintained and quiet.

Room was very clean. Our door wouldn't automatically lock so we had to switch rooms once we were all settled. Very glad we double checked our door to see if it was locked when we were going out for the evening.

Very clean! Everything new and up to date. But did not receive nor was offered a receipt. Breakfast was average. But overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a clean and up-to-date hotel in this area.

We stayed here on the way to visit family for Christmas. Given the low price, we were shocked by how modern, clean, and comfortable the hotel is. Staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Clean, Quiet, and very comfortable! This location is only 2 years and still smells like brand new. Rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was tasteful and had a variety of choice. The heavy fire doors to the room gives you a feel of security. Smoothest elevator.

When booking the room the staff was very helping and exceptional with my requirements. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Really liked the in room coffee and refrigerator. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, muffins, eggs with sausage, juices, coffee, milk, etc...

Beautiful new hotel. The lobby had a nook with couch and TV, couches in main area with fireplace, computers, and area with hot and cold snacks. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold choices. Quiet rooms and located just outside the city.

Overall a good experience of stay. I enjoyed the gym and the hotel was not loud and was comfortable. The location wasn't bad at all. I will definitely stay again if I was in the area. The meat selection can get better as far as non pork.

From the moment I entered the Hotel and attempted to speak to the employee It was a difficult experience and eventually she just walked away and I was standing alone at counter. That was just the beginning once I was informed I had to read micro sized requirements and sign to accept the laws of the hotel and finally got to see the bill of which I always pay cash I discovered the scam game politicians have used to cheat taxpayers out of even more money. . I expressed my shock of the end price different than quoted, it is everywhere but 133 dollars to 170 dollars is extreme. ON OUR 2 night trip home we stopped at dozens of hotels till we found places in small burgs that did not have this BS. The entire hotel experience was not good for us. TV had no sound, no Kleenex Door banging all night and slowest ONLY elevator I have ever experienced. We travel a lot and rarely experience this sort of issues..

Nice and clean hotel. Bed was way too firm for my liking. Front desk clerk was very nice and very helpful especially when sharing restaurant recommendations received from other guests. We stayed for softball tournament so wasn't really in the room much. My daughter really enjoys the indoor pool also.

Love this hotel and will definitely stay there again! Not far from UW-Whitewater. Price is extremely reasonable and the hotel is VERY clean! Every staff member I met during my stay greeted me with a smile!

Excellent newer facility close to the fairgrounds. Wonderful full breakfast, nice pool and loads of parking! Restaurants close by. They welcome pets! Staff is very friendly and you can not beat the location. Rooms are very good size and the bedding is very comfortable. r

We came to town for a friends wedding and after a long (all-nighter) drive we truly lucked out when we found this hotel. Excellent stay and great value. They have a Hot breakfast with lots of variety and coffee and tea 24/7. LOVE the contemporary feel of the hotel

Stayed one night to take advantage of free stay voucher. Hotel is one year old but looks as if it opened yesterday. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent room, solid internet, and nice assortment of both hot and cold breakfast items.Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback is that the GPS folks have not yet figured out that the new hotel, new BP gas station, and new A & W restaurant are there, so the directions we had were out of wack. No fault of the hotel, though.

Great location. Good breakfast. Great staff. We were in town for a funeral and needed to check in early to change and get ready. With eight hours notice they were able to have a room ready for us way before check in time. Room was great. Thanks for a great stay.

Loved loved this hotel. Easy access off 94. It was pretty new and smelled new. Room was lovely and clean. Staff did not wear masks. Swimming pool was rather small. Didn't see a hot tub. Breakfast buffet was in full swing, not sure why with covid??? Only concern very noisy neighbors up very very late when we were trying to sleep… I did tell front desk.
