C Hotel by Carmen's, BW Premier Collection

This hotel and its staff went above and beyond by offering an adorable and fun family stay package that included a welcome bin with activities and treats, a hotel scavenger hunt, smores roasting on the patio, bedtime story with milk and cookies and an amazing pool! We would love to see this at other Best Western hotels.

Maleeha is such a great person at front desk , she is very smart and helpful by nature. She explains everything in details and suggests the best options . Thank you so much maleeha for making our stay awesome. we are very impressed with the services .

I just made a reservation for the C Hotel and spoke to Maleeha (Milly). How lucky they are to have her. She actually recognized my voice from a previous call I made about reservations. Rarely do you find such pleasant people. We are looking forward to our stay. Thanks Milly!

It is always a lovely experience at this hotel, but we were lucky enough to get Molly at the counter, who was able to let us know about special deals that the hotel was offering... She was very pleasant, and I could tell she really cares.. Will definitely be back!

My wife & I were so impressed with our stay at Carmen's BW Premier Hotel! Our room was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful fireplace & jacuzzi tub, complimentary champane and snacks. And we can't say enough about Milly at the front reception who let us know about the special Winter Romance Pkg ❤️ and her sunny & positive demeanor was so appreciated and definitely added to our stay, turning our stay into a romantic get-away! We will absolutely come back!

The service was phenomenal, even with a large event going on next door. The amenities were great, the room was immaculate... just made our stay fantastic, even though we were only there for 1 night, it was a much needed getaway that was made all that much better by the excellent service! Thank you!

If you like loud parties, fake pool closure for phantom events, rude front desk staff then this is the hotel for you. You know it's bad when the hockey team staying at the hotel us not the problem. They said the pool was closed for a private evebt 7-9 no one at said event. No warning prior to booking this was the case either

Bed was super comfortable, room and bathroom was clean with walk in shower, loved the bathroom, big spacious room. Definitely my favorite hotel we stayed at throughout our work trip! Highly recommend this hotel!

It doesn't get any better than staying at the C" Hotel by Carmen's. The rooms are amazing, and the staff is exceptional in ensuring that your time at the hotel will always be remembered as the place where you must return. The Baci Restaurant has amazing cuisine, beautiful European atmosphere, and a staff that is very professional and exceedingly friendly.

Booked a suite and it was fabulous. Two spacious bedrooms and a pullout couch accommodated out party very nicely. Room included a full size fridge and stove which would be prefect for an extended stay.

My family of 4 stayed here two separate times in Dec. 2023 as well as several other times over the past 5 years. We have consistently had great service from all the staff and have found them to be very helpful. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are very clean and updated. The hotel staff have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND many times to make our stays comfortable and easy. We will be staying here whenever we travel to Hamilton.

The hotel rooms are beautiful and I love that they are named after actors. Our bathroom fan didn't work so it didn't make things enjoyable to have stinkiness invade the whole room, I'll leave out the extra details. We did room service and I spent $140 on food plus the additional fee to have the food brought to our room. The prices are high for food and the quality of food wasn't up to par with the amount of money spent. The calzone was super spicy and overfilled with too much food and soggy. I wouldn't have minded spending the full amount as long as the food was up to par. The service to bring food to our room was great, no issues on that end.

From the first meeting with Terry to the actual wedding day, the people at the C Hotel were amazing. Everything was great and for the few hiccups it was taken care of immediately. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a one stop shop. We didn't have to stress on the day of the wedding. Thank you for making this day wonderful and memorable for my daughter and new son-in-law.

What a pleasure to stay at C Hotel by Carman's for an evening. We were able to charge our car overnight, I had access to a clean and modern laundry room, and even enjoyed a fresh cappuccino while I waited. Staff was excellent. There are various opportunities for shopping and dining very close. Would heartily recommend.

Had the jacuzzi room with a disappointing jacuzzi. Tub would only blow on high and drain couldn't hold the water in. Constantly refilling.. over and over. Disappointed we stayed here for our 25th Anniversary

Wonderful Hotel, Clean Modern, excellent rooms, and excellent staff Great access to Parkways and Highways, making it easy to get to many attractions in the city. didint get to check out the on-site resturant during this stay, however prices looked reasonable for fine dining.

The staff was friendly and all had an amazing attitude. Love this hotel, one of my favorite's to stay at and will be back in the future for sure. the restaurant was amazing, great food at great prices

This hotel is in an excellent location, quiet, near many local amenities, and central to regional attractions. The room was sufficiently spacious and immaculately kept, but the walk-in shower was an obstacle to my partner and me. We are in our 70s and we couldn't use the shower because it had no bars to hold onto inside the enclosure. Also, adjusting the waterfall shower appeared impossible. The shower head was mounted at least 9 feet from the floor, and the tap for adjusting the water temperature was about a foot or less from the floor. In between was the valve for adjusting the water temperature. We were physically unable to safely work the shower, and we had no bars to hold onto while showering. A major reason for choosing this hotel was the restaurant on the premises. I was disappointed that it was closed on Monday and Tuesday. All other factors considered, it was good lodgings. Staff was attentive and cordial. I would stay there again if there was a room with a shower I could use, and the restaurant was open.

Absolutely beautiful place to go. We had a good service and the theme of the room are original and unique, we had Capra. The kids enjoyed the beautiful pool. There is coffee at second floor which is a good idea. I absolutely recommend this hotel. The only disappointment is the restaurant was closed that day.

This was a beautiful hotel and an amazing venue for a wedding. Attended my nephew's wedding in the banquet building and everything was perfect. I loved the C-Hotel and all the themed rooms and the decor as well. We stayed in the Madonna room. The only thing was it was right by the elevator and there were several weddings that night so at 1am when they all let out it was extremely loud for 2 hours since the walls are paper thin. I recommend to ask to not get a room by the elevator corridor. Also the front desk clerk was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. She did not welcome us or tell us where anything was or that there was a pool or the hours. I knew there was a pool because I researched the website. She barked at me: driver's licence and credit card. She also did not even direct us to the amenities or the elevator. For such an upscale hotel you should really make sure you have the right kind of person being your first point of contact with the customer.

We stayed here on our recent trip to Ontario. It was a perfect home base for us to explore Toronto and Niagara Falls without having to change hotels. The room was huge, and had a nice little kitchenette and plenty of room for a family of four. There was also ample desk space for us to work when we had to. But the big plus, in my mind, was the free laundry — I don't know that I've ever seen that before in a hotel. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, highways, drug stores, gas stations … pretty much everything you'd need. There are train stations a short drive away, and a lot of waterfalls to explore in the area too. The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. This was a great find, we were very happy with our stay here!

Absolutely the Best place to stay in the Hamilton, Niagara and GTA. This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities. The rooms are impeccably clean and well designed and decorated. The staff are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful with whatever your needs may be during your stay. In my opinion it is the only place to stay to make your trip a wonderful experience.

Maheela made our stay amazing! When rain derailed our plans, Maheela went above and beyond to recommend alternative activities and events. The room and amenities were great, and the customer service was excellent! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel for family fun and relaxation. Took my husband here for a fathers day get away. The hotel is very unique colorful and stunning. The decor and staff are friendly and helpful. We'll kept, clean and lots of things to do. The 24 hour coffee bar was fun. Our room was beautiful The themes are a nice touch. Overall a great stay

I attended a wedding there, the food, service, drinks.....all disgusting. The outdoor chairs were filthy. The portions of food in the plate were so small I could see the bottom my plate. The Chicken was dry and burned on the edges like it was cooked the day before and reheated. I will never attend a function there again. Beware before you book anything at this venue.

Best hotel and best bed you can get in a hotel ! I can actually sleep like at home. Very clean as well. Also, the staff is very welcoming in a genuine way. That's why i won't switch niw to other hotels.

For that kind of money there are many other hotels with all the services in the hotel. From the extremely slow elevators,15$+tax parking that included a 5 minute walk, to the bad cover up of a very old building. All and all very disappointing

To be clear, the staff were great. When I booked I was expecting Best Western plus level QOS, the downgrade to this C hotel was not expected. - Falsly advertising a restaurant. I can understant the difficulty of staffing a restaurant these days. But closing for breakfast and on the same days every other restaurant in the area shows a lack of appreciation for business travellers. At least close on other days (like thursday and Friday) so customers have an option other than fast food. - The Gym was freezing cold. Come on, 10°C! lowering the heat when the gym is closed is good, but it should be turned on during the day. Programeable thermostate are not that expensive. - The HDMI ports on the TV are locked, preventing the use of internet device like Fire Stick. - You can hear people walking in the room above. - Door less showers need to be largeer. Otherwise the splatter end up on the bathroom floor. The water damage on the wall showed it was a bad design idea. - The cherry on top. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND put the toilet paper out of reach of the person sitting on the toilet.

Staying at Best Western hotels for business can get old. I found this BW Premier to feel somewhat exclusive and classy. This location had a nice pool, a good gym and a great restaurant, super happy with this stay!

I have been staying at this hotel about 12 years. People may change but the service remains excellent. This is one of several reasons to stay at this hotel. Rooms are excellent with plenty of room. Breakfast is good from the restaurant or drinks at the bar or a lovely diner. Plenty of parking and location is perfect. Grocery store, gas station, car wash, Tim Hortons, McDonalds ect. 100% worth the stay.

The hotel is lovely, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean. We had a room with the jacuzzi and fireplace. Would definitely recommend this as a quiet getaway. Thank you Maleeha-Milly for all your help!!

This hotel is a 5 star. The decor, amenities and cleanliness reflect the attention paid by the staff in the management of this hotel. We would absolutely return, if travelling to the Hamilton area again. We attended the NYE gala (I will call it a gala, it was incredible) and stayed overnight. I would absolutely stay again, and take advantage of the additional amenities (pool, restaurant, etc.).

My family recently stayed 3 nights at the C hotel for my daughters gymnastics competition in Burlington (12 minute drive). The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and they have complimentary coffee on the 2nd floor whenever you want it. The coffee machine does pretty much any hot drink you want and is awesome. The best part of our stay however, was the front desk staff, especially Millie, who was always available, polite and accommodating. This hotel also had a nice pool and a restaurant on site that we could not try but that looked very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody, the price was right too !

This is a welcoming, very clean, and comfortable place to stay. We had a King suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi and it was like our own apartment. The ability to cast movies to the tv was great. We loved the friendly staff and would stay again. The only disappointment was the pool. It was kind of cool but not refreshing - maybe the room temp was cold? And the former hot tub is cemented in so we didn't swim long because we got chilled. If you rent a suite make sure you have utensils and dishes to eat off if you order take out. Otherwise this hotel is well worth the money and the staff treat you very well. LOVE the complimentary Espresso machine in the second floor! Amazing touch.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights Our room was beautiful! It had a fireplace, corner tub, separate bathroom and kitchenette. The price was very reasonable. The soft robes were a nice touch too. The staff was wonderful. We need to give a special shout out to Milly, (Maleeha) at the front desk. She worked evenings and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Our package came with 2 cocktails each night and Milly did a great job with that, even though she was tending the front desk and trying to make cocktails in the restaurant that was closed during one night of our visit. We will definitely return if we are in the area.

My husband, Garney Henley, and I stayed at C Hotel By Carmen's in early October for an event. Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. It began and ended with the service from the front desk staff. Milly and Merub took extra time to educate us about all the amenities, and teach us how to call an Uber. They seemed to predict all of our needs which made us feel so special. The hotel was also clean, comfortable and very quiet. The bedding was luxurious. But mostly, it was about all the staff making us feel so special.

What a wonderful experience! Stayed here after working a long week in the area and could not have felt more taken care of. The room was absolutely wonderful with a jacuzzi and fireplace. The bed was very comfy and anything I could have needed was provided. Maleeha was so attentive and welcoming, she really went above and beyond. Definitely booking a stay here again soon.

The headboard was covered in handprints, lip prints and other bodily fluids (I travel with a black light). The converter was very sticky, If the converter is sticky I can't even imagine what else they did not clean in my room. The shower has half a door, which is supposed to be modern??? but I froze the entire time I showered. The echoing in these rooms are intense. If you're traveling with a screaming toddler or baby, these rooms may cause deafness. Their window drapes are not for privacy. So to wrap this up, for $285. a night....I won't be returning. *Staff was polite and helpful.

We stayed in a very expensive room for a date night away which was long overdue. Excited to have a fireplace, kitchenette, Chromecast, and whirlpool only to find that all of the above were below standards and didn't work. Our front desk clerk, Domenica, was phenomenal and tried her best to fix the fireplace and chrome cast but to no avail. So, 1) a non-working fireplace we wanted for ambiance, 2) then chromecast identifying with another room and an attempt to put on a YouTube fireplace in lieu of the broken fireplace failed, and 3) the kitchen sink not draining and the whirlpool tub draining on its own was like a Freaky Friday movie. It was a rather downer but we made the most of it. The only employee to show remorse and try to offer gifts and such was our front desk clerk. No word from manager or anyone. This may be a fabulous hotel but unfortunately our one night stay was a nightmare stay especially when I have to foot such an expensive bill. Keep in mind that my rating for service is based on Domenica (our front desk clerk at the time).

The staff are always great. Maleeha was exceptional this time and helped relocate me to a less traffic area. The FRE coffee service is always amazing. I want to know what brand of coffee they use! Thank you to the team for an amazing stay, once again.

While the staff are kind and polite, I sis not have a good experience with this hotel from the get-go. I called twice and left a message to book a room and no one answered or called me back. I had to book online. It wasn't until I replied to a confirmation email that I received a phone call. I was told I didn't get a call back because they had a lot of new staff and they didn't know the procedures. During our stay, we was put in a room directly below where an event was happening. We could literally sing along to the music they were playing, hear heels tapping on the ceiling, people talking, and things being dragged and moved around during take-down until after 3:30am. We called reception twice and nothing was done. The next day, we did get a discount but were told that because we were there for a different event that we should be more understanding. When I book a room somewhere, I don't care why I am staying there; it is completely realistic to expect a quiet environment - especially when there are signs in the lobby asking guests to be quiet and respectful. I'm glad their other guests were having fun, but to put people in rooms below an event is ridiculous and honestly, rude. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend.

This review is overdue. I'm a mom who came here last spring for a couple nights of alone time/respite. It was nothing short of magical! The hotel is very clean and well equipped. I stayed in a room with a king sized bed which was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is right near some good hiking trails (Albion Falls), so if that is your thing it's an easy walk or drive to the trails. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The complimentary coffee/hot drinks were appreciated. Gym was decently equipped; if I had a recommendation it would be to include a Peloton bike in the gym. I am coming back next week for another 2 nights of respite and I couldn't be more excited. I've booked a whirlpool room this time and can't wait to relax at this lovely hotel.

We were attending a wedding at Carmen's and driving in from out of town. We were on a waiting list at Hotel C, so had booked another local inn. We received a call Hotel C had a cancellation, even matched the other hotel's price and gave us an early check-in time. It was great to have all the amenities at one location.

This is a wonderful hotel to enjoy your stay in Hamilton, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was great, clean, and perfect for our stay. Overall, I had a great experience.

Milly was such a lovely professional/down-to-earth lady. Very clean and well stocked rooms. Good sized washroom. Big kitchen! Unlimited kuerig coffees. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Good times!

very nice hotel experience. this was our first stay at this location we have stayed at many hotels throughout North America South and Central America as well as many of the Caribbean Islands usually at 5 star and specialty boutique hotels. the hotel was nice our room very large (deniro) beds comfortable and a wonderful hot beverage dispenser on the 2nd floor offering everything from espresso cappuccino to hot chocolates I definitely recommend this hotel if you need to stay in hamilton

We were so excited to have gotten a suite at this location for my brother's wedding, but I ended up regretting staying here. The "Suite" was an oversized room instead of two rooms. We need a suite so that we can enjoy travelling with our small child. The staff at check in made my small child and husband wait for an hour because they wouldn't let him check in with a debit card and had to wait for me. The pool is super cold and the shower beside it is FREEZING. The water pressure in the shower at the room is non-existent and the water was barely warm. Definitely NOT worth the price we paid for the room. Only brights spots were the restaurant and one concierge who helped us with our TV remote. She went above and beyond and even brought us a bag of treats for our trouble. The restaurant food is amazing and the staff are great.

If you're not part of a wedding, DO NOT stay on the 5th floor if there's a rooftop wedding happening. The noise from the speakers, dancing, etc will keep you awake until the wedding is done (1a?) and the hotel's response was "we have earplugs". If you expect some level of quiet after a certain hour, it isn't guaranteed here. The internet cuts out randomly. The food in the restaurant is ok. but the service is very slow (note i think this is the kitchen and not the serving staff). The parking lot onsite is very small and any event such as a wedding (which this hotel seems to do a lot of) will cause you to circle or be looking for the lot across the street.

We stayed here only one night but would have stayed longer if I did not have to come back to Calgary next day. Room exceeded all expectations priced reasonable way clean and classy . Room had fire place jacuzzi tub, seating area for lounging and dinning dou le sink ser up extra pillow and blanket in your closet fridge microwave and stand up shower in privacy settings also even had a DVD player

The hotel is beautifully decorated, he staff were attentive and quick, and the hotels rooms were clean and modern. We had no issues with the hotel or our accommodations at all...but there is one thing to point out if you are planning on staying at this hotel - the noise coming from the reception hall on the first floor. We were attending a wedding the weekend we stayed at the hotel. We were there for the Friday and Saturday night. The rehearsal dinner was close by so we decided to stay an extra night prior to the wedding night. What we didn't realize was that the wedding reception going on on the first floor, in the hotel's reception hall could be heard all the way on our floor....we were on the fourth floor. The wedding we attended was in the same reception hall, and it was super convenient to just have to take an elevator up to your room after the reception was over and done with, but what we didn't realize was the noise that came from the reception hall does disturb the rest of the people in the hotel. And we were on the fourth floor, so I can only imagine how the people trying to sleep on the second floor.... All in all, a very clean, modern hotel, but if you're planning to stay at this hotel for a relaxing weekend, I would think again. It is more geared towards the people how are attending the receptions either in the hotel's main floor reception hall or Carmen's Hall right next door.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The building lost power for hours Saturday afternoon and lost internet access all Sunday morning or at least until I checked out at about 10 am. No hot water in my room for the duration - literally dripped out of the faucet. Would not recommend.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet. We stayed here to see a concert in Hamilton. It's a bit out of the way with few amenities in the area, but it's a beautiful hotel. The walk-in shower is fantastic. Location is a safe one.

During my stay, I lost my voice and the reception staff were so warm and welcoming. Dominika gave me a bottle of water when she heard me whispering through my mask. She helped me figure out where to grab a quick bite to eat and when I returned, there was a gentle knock on my door and there she was with some halls to soothe my sore throat! I think I may have teared up as I felt she was so attentive and thoughtful. And it only got better!!! The next morning was the morning of the Roger's outage, cutting phone and internet service all throughout Canada, including Hamilton and the airport I was due to fly home out of. My Uber was cancelled and I couldn't make any outside calls to a taxi service or get online to book another Uber. In a frenzy, I called down to the reception and Chris (an outstanding and solution-first angel!) quickly said he'd try and get ahold of a taxi or Uber. Unfortunately the outage prevented Chris and anyone else with connecting with a car service, so he called back with the most heartwarming, panic-quelling solution... At 5 am, in order to get me to the airport for my check-in time, he drove me in his personal car to John C. Munro. I couldn't believe it, am still eternally grateful, and forever appreciative of Chris, his selfless act of kindness and the service he went over and above to help me. I was reunited with my family and got my laryngitis treated and all because of the outstanding staff at the C Hotel by Carmen.

What a pleasure making the reservation and checking in with Jill at the front desk. The hotel restaurant Baci was also delicious and again the staff were superb. We will be back. Ps leave room for dessert.

First time guest. Based on Tripadvisor rating, decided to try it. Arrived @ 4pm & greeted by front desk. Room was ready. Room rate was doubled to include a damage & incidental charge. Found this odd, normally hotels just take the card #. As I'm writing this, my credit card company texted me that another $200 charge was made by the hotel. Have to inquire about this when I check out because no incidentals including meals were charged. Had to park across the street because 2 wedding showers were being held there. I was able to move the car into the main lot after the shower guests left. Room was well appointed & maintained. King bed. TV picture quality was grainy. In this day & age that shouldn't happen. Didn't bother reporting that since we weren't going to watch much TV. WiFi is advertised as fibre but currently, shows medium strength signal. The attached Italian restaurant, Baci is a 3 out of 5 experience but convenient. Didn't swim or use the other available amenities. Next time I'll stick to a hotel closer to the Hamilton airport.

Best place to stay in Hamilton. Book early in high season, always busy place. Great restaurant attached to hotel. Pool is refreshing and clean. Staff are superb. Suites are great comfy beds and pillows.Great location everything not far if need to be on the Mountain up town. near East end of the city and close to the Link for quick city get around. Cheers,

The hotel itself is lovely. Rooms are very clean and modern. Location is right off the highway. Very easy access. Staff interactions were sub par. When I called to ask for an early checkin the person I spoke to was not very professional. All said and done, I got an early checkin but was disappointed in how the staff member spoke to me on the phone. Checkin was very slow and time consuming. Need to streamline this. Perhaps with checkin app, pre ask questions before hand to speed things up.

I stayed on a business trip and the hotel was a great price for the area in a nicer type of hotel. The Baci restaurant on site is amazing and also has great service. I will go back to this hotel when the business takes me back to Hamilton area.

We had a great stay at Carmen's Best Western. Excellent customer service. Very clean rooms. We will stay there again. We paid with a gift card and they made it very simple. No complaints. It's a great stopping place if coming from Toronto for a visit to Niagara Falls.

We were pleased upon arrival at our suite with the size of our room. Much more then we had expected and very nice place to wind down and relax after a long day of travel. I always prefer to stay at Best Western and look forward to future stays knowing that I will be well looked after.

C-Hotel Mother's Day package made our dream weekend fun and affordable. The robes in the suite were so comfortable! I wanted to stay in them all weekend. The Mother's Day Brunch Buffet at Baci Ristorante was exceptional!

We stayed this hotel to attend a wedding in the area. The front staff upon arrival were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with everything we would need for our stay. The bathroom was one of the nicer ones I have seen in a best western hotel. Downside , the bed was very hard and I didn't sleep well. Checkout was quick and easy, with again a very friendly front desk lady.

The beds were super comfortable. Air unit was very quiet. Not too dry. Very clean. Loved the espresso machine. Laundry on-site. Very friendly staff! Restaurant on-site was great! A little pricey, but good food.

I got the March break package and from the booking to check out was nothing but a great experience. Staff are attentive and helpful if needed. Helped me with anything I needed. I would definately return again

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We looked forward to a nice stay with a very nice sit down family meal at Baci restaurant. When we arrived at 5:30 we were told there was a private party and the restaurant was booked until 8:30 pm. We were disappointed as we had a long drive there and looked forward to a nice meal and a glass of wine without having to leave the comforts of our hotel. We checked in and while checking in the private party guests were leaving which was around 5:30 pm. We then left to find somewhere else to eat. When we returned at 7:30pm the restaurant had a handful of people inside. I feel if you advertise a restaurant then the restaurant should be accessible for the hotel guests. They also offer a "continental breakfast" which consists of a sandwich they hand you at the front desk that you put in the microwave and heat up. Very very disappointing as we were heading to my son's sporting event and I was hoping he could of had a somewhat healthy breakfast prior to leaving. I just expected much better from this hotel as they advertise it as a higher end boutique hotel and definitely charge much more than the average everyday hotel. Overall I would not return

I had a business trip to Hamilton and stayed at this hotel. Everything was exceptional from the caring staff to the amazing room. Highly recommend this hotel. Everything was first class. I would stay here again without hesitation.

My room was over the top....fireplace, big screen, TV, separate dining area with sink and cupboards. I especially loves the jacuzzi right beside the fireplace with a separate couch and coffee table. The hotel itself is always stunning - clean, neat, and well appointed. My favourite extra feature is the free cappuccinos, mochas, and chai tea on the second floor.

We chose to book with this hotel because they had a Spring Break package for families, but this is not a family hotel. The staff are wonderful, but from an individual seeming to be high on some substance while they were checking in, to the hotel roof top party they had going till late, as well as another birthday party the hotel was hosting, the noise and party atmosphere was not a family spring break vibe. There was also so much noise from other guests with music coming from rooms. We also heard a child screaming for over 2 hours. Again, the staff was amazing, very caring, very helpful and understanding, but the atmosphere was NOT what we were going for with our little family getaway.

My wife and I had to evacuate our home because of flooding. While repairs were being done we stayed at the Carmen's C Hotel in Hamilton. It was the best experience we have ever had. We were treated like royalty from the day we arrived to when we left. Anna was amazing as were all the staff!! Our room was amazing, the service was superb and anything we were missing, they accommodated. I'm very happy to have stayed here! I highly recommend this hotel for business, getaway or just pleasure! Had a wonderful 8 night stay in this hotel while in Hamilton for work. I was fortunate enough to enjoy a room with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub, and while I didn't make much use of either, the decor and space were both more than enough. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It's not far from the downtown and very close to several shopping venues, if that's your thing.

I had no issues staying here. Rooms were large and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Although can't wait until breakfast bars reopen. Security and regulations regarding Covid were followed as expected.

We got married at this hotel in 2017. We returned back for a one night stay in there most expensive room for 5 year anniversary. We have two little ones and don't splurge like this often so we're very excited. My husband called to let them know that we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and that we were married in that very hotel! We were very excited. They emailed us a package of romance add ons we could do but we emailed back saying that we would pass and we were just telling them as most places like to know when you are celebrating something. They emailed back saying that they would be providing us some extras in the room because of the celebration. When we arrived no one wished us a happy anniversary. We were there to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We literally got married at the hotel 5 years ago and spent over 20 grand on a wedding there. We let them know that it was our anniversary on booking and they said we could pay for some romance package. I told them we didn't want to spend on extras and we were just informing them to let them know as most places we have been to like to celebrate big occasions with you. Especially since we were married at the hotel. They said they would put a few extras in our room. When we arrived, no one even mentioned our anniversary or said happy anniversary. Nothing was in our room as promised. The hall was littered with food and food trays that no one removed our whole stay. Children were running up and down the halls screaming. We had loud noises above us all night. Pushing chairs and screaming. Someone knocked at our door twice in the middle of the night. It was an awful experience. Honestly ruined our anniversary experience. We were very happy with our experience 5 years ago when we were married at the hotel but not anymore. It was a nightmare.

I always try to stay at this hotel when in area. COVID protocols are very good. Staff always trying to do whatever it takes to make you feel exceptional. Restaurant very tasty and service fantastic. Could have a little more protein options. Easy access to the area with everything you could need. Worth every penny.

We have stayed here many times before and we have yet to have a bad experience. The sleep issue had nothing to do with the quality of the bed, but just the usual sleeping away from home ‘lizard brain' listening for noises.

Truly amazing ,whole place and rooms immaculately clean, modern , best indoor pool, heavenly comfortable beds , lovely linens , food in restaurant over the top fresh and delicious , friendly folks , stellar service … we go there for date weekends and weekends with grandkids ! This is a beautiful hotel close enough to many amenities but not in the heart of the city. The room was clean and mostly quiet. My only complaints are that the chairs in the room squeaked on the tile floor and could be heard from the room above. Also that there is no shelf in the shower to hold the soap or hair products so you had to leave that stuff on the floor. Anna at the front desk was amazing and very pleasant. Others seemed pre-occupied. The grab and go breakfast bags were great but really should come with instructions on how to heat the sandwiches properly. If you are wanting to order from the restaurant you are best to call direct and not use the room service option as there seemed to be some communication issues when it was busy. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a truly needed time of relaxation from this crazy world. I will definitely be back again.

I advised the staff this was to relax, and they didn't tell me a WEDDING booked the terrace right outside our window and the reception was below us. Staff didn't offer a room swap nor did they tell me in advanced.I could have chose a different hotel or weekend but i felt that they hid the event from me until i arrived and saw the bride.

The best western is my top pick of hotels to stay in.They are very clean and well kept up.The service is fantastic and the Amenities are very good.The beds are so comfortable and so are the pillows...very hard to find this in a hotel.I have stayed in a few Best Western Hotels in ontario and would recommend this group of hotels anywhere.

This hotel is very well maintained rooms are awesome and great staff. Good location.Italian Restaurant on site excellent food. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is very useful. Also the coffee bar is a great feature.

I have been staying at this hotel since November of 2011. The hotel is great, staff always willing to go the extra mile. Restaurant superb. If within 1hr work zone or pleasure zone prefer staying here because I know it will be fantastic. The Sylvester Stallone suite is my favorite room but there are several others which are fantastic. COVID-19 protocols are 100%. Close to everything you could need. It does not make any sense to stay anywhere else.

- chose this hotel because of its proximity to my business appointment - staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful upon arrival; ready to assist when asked - whole place was clean and attractive including the room - beds and bedding were comfy but pillows were all feather and too puffy for me and my allergy to feathers -pool was perfect to stand/swim in with walk in stairs at the shallow end - good for safe entry - one family books at a time for 45 min up to 6 people - fitness facility next to pool I did not use but would another time if available - restaurant closed Monday and Tuesday so had to drive around to try to find a place to eat outside the industrial area of the hotel (pricey when open Wed. - Sun.) -complementary breakfast in a bag of egg & either bacon or sausage, yogurt and apple juice was a nice touch and tasty - to eat in room or take away HINT: Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel samples burn the eyes and irritate the skin. Personally, I got very little sleep due to pillow allergy and air in pipes noises in the walls and heater cycling on and off. All other amenities, as fine as they are, don't mean much if you can't get a good night's sleep.

Let's start with the positive: Cleanliness - impeccable Rooms - beds very comfortable Pool - excellent Staff - very accommodating. We chose this hotel due to ratings and closeness to Juravinski Hospital. This hotel is in a wholesale distribution area. Even fast food locations are a drive away. Paying a few dollars more for a downtown hotel with nearby local restaurants and enjoyable walks would be better for hospital visitors/patients. Now the not so good: Water hammer noise in our room on the 5th floor woke us up repeatedly during the night. Our surgery was cancelled at the last minute, so we got to go home 1 day earlier. At 12:00 pm at checkout, we were told that we would have entitled to a 1 day refund if we had booked directly with the hotel rather than through Travelocity (Expedia). However if Expedia contacted them before 3:00 pm; Expedia would take care of it. We raced home to get the Travelocity confirm number. We called Expedia. They contacted CHotel and were told that there was a No Refund Policy. What is this .. the typical shell game.. or merely poorly trained staff.

We stayed for over a week, while my husband was having radiation. The room we were given was perfect...clean, quiet. Never ending coffee, tea etc. Breakfast in-a-bag every morning was fresh. The food in Baci was really, really good! Most of all the staff in the entire building were very helpful and friendly.

The four of us (two children) stayed at this hotel - an excuse to get out of town. The room was lovely and clean; the staff (particular Marrick - thanks mate) were friendly and helpful; the location was fantastic for our 'get out of town' purpose, with a large plaza just minutes away, full of restaurants, stores and a theater. There is even an arcade/bowling alley right next door. Kids got to swim and had lots of fun. The only issue might be that there wasn't much flexibility with checkout time. In my experience, usually asking hotels for an extra hour can be granted without much hassle, but when I asked this place, I was refused (may be understandable). I then asked if around 15 minutes was okay and it went straight to, "then we'll have to charge for another hour," which sounded more like a rigid, automated response I'd expect from a computer rather than a human host. No room for negotiation despite the two nights stay. That was the only bummer and the reason for 1 score reduction, but otherwise I liked it there.

we arrived and there were no issues with our confirmation numbers. Smooth check in with pleasant staff. Their breakfast in a bag was a nice option and COVID friendly. Pool and gym time registrations worked well for social distancing but also not too restrictive access.

This was my first hotel visit in nearly 2 years. It felt very clean everywhere throughout the hotel and proper protocols were put in place. I'm not sure if all floors were like it but the 5th floor had a great decor with a mafia theme. The "Roomcast" was fantastic as I was able to stream from multiple different apps from my phone to the tv. The rooftop patio is a really nice touch as well. I would go back just for the fantastic coffee machine they have.

The staffs there are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean. We went on the first weekend that the pool was allowed to open. You can now book for 1 hour of swimming or use of the gym for your group.

This Hotel will not disappoint. Great friendly services. Great value, and theme rooms were a fun touch. We stayed in the Pacino room and my nine years old stated "this is luxury". The coffee machine on the 2nd floor was an awesome way to start the day with a latte, americano, or hot chocolate for the kids. over all highly recommend this hotel. Also, if you do go be sure to Dine at Baci as the deserts are absolutely divine.

I immediately fell in love with the celebrity themed rooms. I stayed in the Sylvester Stallone suite with a Philadelphia-Rocky theme. It was beyond impressive. Being a Philly native, I may make this an annual staycation. P.S. The room was equipped with a jacuzzi.

Hubs and I got married at the hotel 6 years ago. Celebrated our anniversary with a stay in the Stallone room. Walked in to find a nice bottle of red with a welcome card and 2 plush white robes on the bed. It was such a great night away and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic room (fire place, jacuzzi, great views, etc.)

I have stayed at several hotels through this difficult time with the pandemic. The service at this fantastic hotel is always 100%. They have taken several measures in all areas - rooms, common areas, restaurant, patio, roof top lounge, gym - to make sure that all areas are safe. I always stay at this hotel when in the area. It's been almost 10 years since my first stay at this hotel and looking forward to the next 10. Take my advise and stay here you will not regret it!!!

Location was a bit from far where I wanted. The Hotel it self was clean, lobbying was very inviting. I was able to get an hour extension on our check-out at a cost. We check-in pretty late we wanted to sleep a bit

Other then having same person checking me in and asking if I've been here before it was a great stay and thank you for offering the essential worker discount. The rooms are exceptionally clean and its nice to see the different genres on each floor.

We needed a family vacation during this crazy time. We trusted Carmens in the safety of our family. It was extremely clean. Staff was amazing. The restaurant was clean and the food was amazing as usual.

We had our wedding at the C Hotel this fall, and despite COVID restrictions the staff and everything were incredible! We were provided with excellent service start to finish. Food was great, room was clean, and staff were friendly. No complaints!

Not for babies or kids way to pricey for what u get smells of urine and cigarettes so bad !!!! And there was a broken glass pushed back and turned maybe thinking we wouldn't notice and peanuts behind a chair in one of the room's very disappointing!!!

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding function and found it to be quite reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The best part of our stay was the customer service. At the lounge, we were greeted by a very friendly server who was quick to serve us with our bottle of wine for our room. Upon check out, I had wanted to use a gift card but had neglected to register it so the guest services manager actually registered my card for me and then processed it without any complaint! I was so grateful that she did that for me. All in all, my expectations were exceeded in all aspects of my stay at this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended.

I don't know where to start. From the reception to my room and all the in-built amenities to the environment are all exceptional. To top it all is the ultra modern Coffee machine placed at 2nd floor. It was a worthwhile experience. I have been lodging in Best Western hotels but this Hamilton branch is exceptional and outstanding. I hope to return my trip, hopefully on private visit with my wife. Keep it up.

A relaxing few days with my young girls before they head back to school. The swimming pool was the main draw and quickly found out we needed to book the pool in hour increments as they did not want anyone else sharing the pool or fitness room. A fantastic concept as we felt safe without needing to wear our masks in the pool room or the gym! We ended up swimming a few times a day... it was perfect. The staff at the front desk were all so genuinely courteous, friendly and super helpful. Never once did we feel like we were inconveniencing them and they answered all our questions and requests!

Despite COVID-19, the wedding ceremony proceeded and pre wedding preparations were done at hotel. 2nd wedding in a year and everything was wonderful from point of check in, assistance with extra items for 2 bedroom suite, wakeup call and directing makeup, hair and floral deliveries To all the staff, who were fantastic. Next stay is in two weeks for just fun! Yea!

We booked the hotel for our daughter's wedding and reception. The reception is on hold for next year but we stayed for 2 nights around the wedding. The bridesmaids used one of the suites for the night before and for getting ready in the morning (hair and makeup) and the bride and groom used the room after the wedding. We had 3 other rooms for us and family. We will be going back next year for the reception.

Stayed at the C Hotel about a month ago and found the hotel and staff was perfect. We needed a place to stay where we felt "safe" during the covid concerns while visiting family in town. The hotel was clean, the procedures they have adopted made us feel comfortable staying there, and the staff was absolutely fantastic - even letting us into the restaurant area to give us a space to cut up a watermelon we'd brought! Highly recommend this hotel (already have a family member staying there too)!

The staff at the hotel made our stay memorable just like our stay 5 yrs ago to the day when we got married!! They gave us the same suite and had it set up very romantically!! I would definitely give the BW C the top rating!!

Checking in the hotel, a sweet lady receptionist told us that guests coming for wedding have taken most rooms on 2nd floor. We are upgraded to a Premier Suite on the 4th floor. Nice!! Our room named 'Bennett' with photo, LP and DVD of Tony Bennett. Found out later that Bennett had actually stayed at this room in 2013 for a charity concert in Hamilton hosted by the Hotel Group. All in all, the C Hotel is tastefully decorated with all amenities I can think of - pool, fitness, full service business center with coffee machine. Great service. The March Break Promotion price is unbeatable!

Large suite rooms, modern decor, relatively clean. Restaurant doesn't have a lot of kid-friendly choices, but breakfast is awesome. Pool is clean and warm. Weekends seem to be a bit noisy with the wedding/party room being on the top floor. We were on the 5th floor and could hear everything. They did quiet down by 11pm.

Modern Italian themed hotel. Very clean throughout the hotel and especially the rooms. Staff are wonderful....extremely helpful and energetic. Anna greatly assisted me with the planning of our group booking. Derrick patiently confirmed our final details a few days before arrival. Location is close to many stores and restaurants. Will be back in October for a wedding being held next door. Thank you again and caio for now :)

After checking in for a wedding, the hotel proceeded to give our room to another guest. We went to the room at night after the wedding with 2 small, tired children only to find strangers in our room. The hotel staff did little to resolve the problem, & were more interested in nickel-&-diming us on the rate we paid; not wanting to provide an upgrade which was their only resolution. Instead we were offered a smaller room with pull-out couch as an alternative; how classy.

My husband and I booked a 2 bedroom suite for our daughters wedding. The cleaning staff, came in during the craziness and made the beds, took out the trash and again replenished the towels. Any request we made from early check in to late check out was accommodated quickly and without question. This was one of the better hotels with regards to staff and accommodations we've stayed in recently.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean room. No housecoat or slippers provided so bring your own. Hotel restaurant closed New Year's Day so can't comment on the service there. The heater and room fridge were on the noisy side but I have very sensitive hearing; most people would likely not notice. Blind on window was light filtering not blocking, if you wanted very dark room during sunup. Bed super comfortable! Very clean room! Could have brighter lighting, one window was smaller than usual for a hotel room.

The service is quick and efficient and everything is very clean. The main pool and whirlpool are a nice way to relax. The restaurant is good enough Italian cuisine to visit even if you aren't staying at the hotel. I recommend the spa/fireplace room for a getaway.

Stayed at Best Western C Hotel by Carmens for business. Had a great stay. Rooms nicely styled and bed very comfortable. Restaurant food is very good with wood fired pizza. Fitness room smallish, but well equipped.

Received a free nights voucher from Best Western and, after searching many places, opted for this hotel in Hamilton Ontario. What a find! Super professional and friendly hotel staff. Phenomenal king size quiet suite with a refreshing jacuzzi and fireplace; so relaxing and inviting. Baci restaurant on site was an added plus to our overall experience. Highly recommend.

Even if the hotel location is outside, I prefer to stay here when I am on a business trip in Hamilton. Modern, spacious rooms. Friendly stuff. Good Italien restaurant and plenty of other locations for dinner nearby. With a better pillow selection and a more consistant cleaning of the room, it would be even better.

My stay was due to a wedding that took place that weekend. The room was really nice and so comfortable. The front desk staff were wonderful. I forgot a few things after check out and were more than accommodating when I returned.

Very well decorated hotel. Looked like brand new. Rooms were very comfortable. You couldn't hear any movement out in the hall once you were in your room. TV was large. Provided with kitchenette which was well stocked. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and very friendly, they went above and beyond their means. Our room was clean, and had a Madonna theme. The restaurant Bacci where we had dinner and breakfast has phenomenal food.

Stayed here while at a wedding. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Really nice to have the sink, microwave and fridge. We ordered room service and was told it would take 15min. It took almost 1 hr and it was cold when it arrived and no syrup provided for the french toast. When we called back no one answered. It was served onto our tv cabinet with a plastic cover. Historically I have had meals covered with a nice silver or stainless steel cover. A much nicer lol. Also i would have expected the food to be brought to the table that was in the room. I found it odd she left it on the tv cabinet. There was free coffee and pasteries available on some floors. We would stay here again

Modern, convenient hotel. Rooms are decorated after actors/singers. Very nice. Cookies at the front desk are great. We had a large king room with a corner whirlpool in the bedroom. Couch, table and chairs added to the convience. Very comfortable and clean. Large bathroom. Will stay there again.

I had found this location on google maps when I needed a place for the night near the airport. The hotel itself was lovely. Free cookies and infused water at the front desk. My meal from the restaurant was delicious (carbonara). Some websites stated there was a hot tub. I took my tired traveler bones to the pool area in order to soak in the hot tub. Unfortunately it had been covered over and now houses plants. I figured i would just have a bath in my room, but is was a standing shower. An FYI for those looking to soak a tub. There isn't one.

This is a beautiful and unique hotel. From when we walked into the lobby, to our amazing room, to a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant. BACI. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it. We had a great nights sleep, and our room was the Sylvestor Stallone room, which the actor himself stayed in. So cool!

Caters all types of rooms, apartments and many different sized banquet halls for parties, weddings etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was good and tasty too. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking but can get busy when many weddings go on. Gym has few bits of equipment, seems to be not busy, as I didn't see anyone during my long stay. Pool is good to relax in.

Very nice hotel, overall great rooms but no breakfast included. Located close to airport with amenities nearby, nice lobby. King suite was very nice and clean but very disappointed that breakfast was not included with our room.

This is not your average Best Western hotel. This is much better, cleaner, more luxurious, a bit more expensive but so worth it. The bed and pillows are really comfortable and everything looks business class. If BW is upping their rooms like the one we had, I'm willing to try them again. Was there for my son's wedding. They have the perfect venue on the roof top, except when it's raining. Excellent service all around.

This is a great facility with an excellent restaurant ! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is a great location for a business seminar. The suites are excellent and TV is above average for a hotel.

We stayed here on a business trip. Our Indigenous Elder took a bag of chips (it had no price) for his kids after they went swimming and staff at front desk was gone a long time. Kids were cold and wet dripping on the floor. So as a courtesy said Elder brought his children and chips to his room. He came back down after settling his children to pay for them when the front desk man threatened that he was sending a police officer to his door and was glad he paid for the item. They take 150 dollar incidental and knew his room number and still felt the need to call police for overpriced $5 bag of chips instead of calling the room to see if he would like the chips put on his room and apologizing for no one being at the desk to help him. Pool is unheated.

Great place to stay if you're attending a wedding held there. If you're staying here on business or need to be up early, I'd ask for a room away from the dance halls as our rooms were quite loud til 1am with music. Thought the prices can was a little steep but the rooms are immaculately clean and beautiful and spaciousso you get your money's worth for sure. Staff are great too

the front desk staff was awesome...our room was always cleaned to perfection and our week was just wonderful! we flew in on the red eye and had a horrible flight...we hoped for an early check in and the front desk staff took mercy on us and let us check in hours early. I could have hugged her! we stayed a week and have zero complaints. we will be traveling to Hamilton every year for our son in law's race at Jukasa motor speedway and love that we don't have to wonder where we will stay, we know now we just book in with Best Western Premier and are good to go!

The hotel is beautiful and modern. The staff was a great help with my daughter and her family who needed to extend their stay due to car troubles. They were quite accommodating and friendly. We had a great stay!

One of the best, Best western hotels I've stayed at. Rooms were large, had a fantastic restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfectly located for all of our days out and around Niagara and Toronto.

Recently a Family member passed . Steven and Tanya came to the rescue last minute before we traveled to funeral. Front desk fit us into a Platinum suite and our favorite at that ! C Hotel was buzzing with activity full house weddings etc. Kept our spirits up. Great Hotel, our go to while in Hamilton. BACI restaurant attached to hotel always great place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nice outside patio. Ange and Luanna keep it real :) Lots of new shops etc. near by and easy to highway access.

This hotel won me over by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and that the rooms are all named after, I believe, famous Italians. We stayed in the Christofori room, and I learned that he invented the piano. There were piano and music images around the room, and even a book about him for guests to peruse. LOVE the detail. The room itself was comfortable and afforded a good night's sleep. My only quibble would be that the entrance to the hotel from the road wasn't particularly obvious (at least, not after a long day of travel and sightseeing).

We stayed here after our wedding. We had a really fun time the room was awesome and the front desk was super helpful! The patio was great and the hotel is very beautiful. Good coffee and espresso machine in hallway and wow rooftop!

I've always stayed at best western hotels, but this one by the Carmen's was incredible and stood out. Very clean, organized, up to date, and very friendly and accommodating staff. Would 100% recommend to anyone! I would also recommend checking out the restaurant if you're in the mood for some Italian food. The servers were amazing, the food was equally amazing and the restaurant was decorated very nicely and even had a wood fired stove in the middle!

My family and I travel to the Ancaster/Hamilton area every summer. We stay at this hotel every time. We have 2 pre-teen boys so we always reserve one of their 2 room suites. It is perfect for us. Boys have their room we have ours. The main room is very spacious with room for all of us when we are eating breakfast, watching a movie together, etc. Kitchenette is equipped with wine glasses as well as opener (a plus in my book!). The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The fitness center is well-equipped with everything one needs for a good workout. We look forward to visiting Carmen's every year!

The hotel room was very clean. The staff were friendly. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. Good customer service overall. There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel as well. The food was fresh.

The hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed in. It was quite, immaculate and nicely furnished. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The fitness room is clean and offers many kinds of machines. The coffee machine on the second floor is a nice amenity. I really liked the modern shower and the king bed was comfortable.

We were attending a family wedding. We stayed for two nights.The Hotel was exquisite, room was georgeous and the staff was excellent. All amenities were close, surrounding were beautiful. We felt at home & comfortable. The weeding was held on the roof top of our hotel & reception was in the building next to us which is part of the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted with welcome & our room was ready. This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. We would recommend this hotel to all our friends & family. Definitely a five + hotel.

One of the “Best” Best Western I have been in Ontario. The young lady at the front desk greeted us with a beautiful smile and was very informative and friendly. The lobby was nicely decorated and spotless. The rooms and bathroom were very large and very, very clean. The décor was simple but very elegant. The beds were very comfortable. They have an Italian Restaurant “Baci” which has excellent food, with large portions and the cost is reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant décor was also very simple but elegant. Most importantly it was very clean. The pool area and the pool itself was very clean. Towels are available in the pool area for your use. Very nice place if you are planning any events in the near future. There are banquet halls attached to this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel in you are in the Hamilton area. I will definitely return to this hotel in the near future. Thank you

We booked our hotel through Expedia for a 3 night stay, but had to change the the stay to 2 nights. I called the hotel, explained the reason for the change. There was no problem to change the reservation. When we arrived, we greated immediately. Our room was a king suite. It was decorated in a Hamilton Tiger Cats football theme of Angelo Mosca. Very nice and very tasteful . The breakfast at the hotel was tasty and very reasonably priced. Service again was pleasant & helpful. Finally, the housekeeping staff were helpful; we could not figure out how to fix the time on the clock radio, i left a note asking for instructions & it was done when we retuned, with a quick note saying fixed. There is a Cineplex close by and many restaurants & box stores close by. I would recommend The Best Western Premier C hotel by Carmen.

Our stay at this hotel was comfortable, convenient and enjoyable. The wedding we attended was held in the rooftop room which was wonderful. The staff were all exceptional, offering to be of assistance all the time. The breakfast menu is large. (not included) in the room rate and served in good time. Lots of free parking.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The checkin was great and easy. We got in later, around 8:30 and decided after getting settled into our room, we would go down to the Italian restaurant to get something to eat. They close at 9:00 and it was about 8:50 and we were rudely told that they were closing and they would not serve us. I know it was close to closing but they said they were open until 9:00 and we hadn't eaten yet. There were still people in there having drinks too. At least the front desk lady was very nice and was able to direct us to some pizza options although none delivered so I had to go pick it up. If it wasn't for the restaurant, I would have given this a 5.

This property looked promising for my one night stay in Hamilton. The pictures on-line show pretty much what you get - clean, fresh, big rooms with lots of flex space. It's been recently renovated with a 1960's Frank Sinatra vibe. Beautifully done! The on site Italian restaurant was also fabulous.

This is truly a beautiful hotel with it's movie star themed rooms, friendly staff and wonderful Italian restaurant. Also cookies and fresh fruit at the front desk! Close to everything in Hamilton making it a must to stay at!

Our stay was awesome. We have a 4 month old and we were extremely comfortable in the room. There was no worry about cleanliness and it was very quiet (could not hear anything feom the other rooms). We will definitely stay again!

I would recommend this hotel to any traveller. Excellent service from all areas. Rooms are spacious and very confortable. Staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Restaurant great staff, atmosphere and fabulous food. Prices more than reasonable. Area has everything you need.

We arrived at this hotel, located in a far-flung corner of Hamilton, late at night and were checked in by a bored-seeming night clerk. We were charged a hefty (three figure) room deposit on our debit card and sent on our way. The room was over-modern, and frankly a bit on the pretentious side with its theme naming. We went straight to sleep and woke up with stiff backs from the bed. Checkout was smooth and courteous, and we got our deposit refunded within a few days. We were not impressed.

Absolutely love this hotel especially with the price point! Very affordable. Excellent front desk service. Our room was a king bed with a mini kitchenette, microwave,sink and bar fridge. Beautiful full bathroom with an extra sink outside. Loved that a magnify mirror was included. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!!

I stayed at the C Hotel at the beginning of June for my Best Friends Birthday. What an awesome stay, from the check in staff to Baci servers. I want to say thank you so much for your help. I brought my own bottle of Champagne and the staff were so accommodating in getting me a bucket with ice, as well as champagne glasses. We also had robes in the room, and everywhere we went we got smiles. Thank you so much everyone for making mine and by beastie's stay as amazing as we hoped it would. You all were FANTASTIC! :)

Stayed at Carmen's for two nights as part of a wedding group. Front desk staff personel were efficient, accomodating and polite. Rooms were first class and very clean. Restaurant is a great place to dine.

We stayed in the Best Western Carmen's hotel for 25 nights. We were very comfortable. The bed was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The coffee was enjoyable. The laundry was very useful. The swimming pool was excellent, much appreciated. The whole hotel was kept spotlessly clean.

I struggled between a 3 and a 4. Really, everything BUT the bed was def. a 5. The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet, the lobby was nice, check in and check out were great and tonnes of parking even though 2 weddings were taking place at the hotel. HOWEVER the bed was SOOOO uncomfortable which really is the purpose of the hotel. Please put on toppers or replace your matresses!

We used this facility to watch our son get married. The rooms were clean and well stocked, the front line staff was very efficient and pleasant. The venue was quiet and well monitored. The staff accommodated my elderly parents very well.

Cannot say enough about the customer service at this hotel - on every level. The front desk staff are outstanding, the servers and food at Baci is incredible. They have even ordered pillows for us to buy and take with us to have the great Carmens comfort at home :) I stay for work each month and look forward to my stays. Such welcoming and kind staff. The lobby is immaculate and smells delightful. The fresh baked cookies don't hurt either. The gym and pool are great amenities and i never miss a use! Thank you for all that you do!! HIGHLY recommend!

We couldnt have asked for a better stay. The room was perfect. The restaurant was phenomenal. The staff was amazing. The check in was so easy and quick with a great young gentleman. The coffee bar was nice added touch. There was no continental breakfast and the restaurant didnt open until 7am, so for us who had to catch an early flight it wasnt helpful.

The hotel was really nice and modern. Every floor has a theme and our floor was of Italian American actors so each room was named after one. We had Marisa Tomeii! It was hilarious. The room was described as a standard room but came with a king bed, and a little kitchenette (sink, microwave and mini fridge). No balcony but it had an AC unit. There were 3 weddings that weekend so waiting for an elevator took a while. There are 2 elevators available and the hotel is a few floors high. I am not sure if there were any ground level rooms. Staff is really nice. The restaurant at the hotel had very reasonably priced breakfast. Our friends wedding took place on a rooftop which was nice. Next door is Carmen's banquet hall - so this is a convenient location if that's what you're looking for. Apparently it's very affordable compared to other venues. Only thing is, the location is not near much but it's also not far from stuff by car. The parking lot looked small but there may have been more space - I just didn't see it.

Used it to fly out the next morning at the hamiltom airport, also check out Valair for your airport valet parking it was very easy to use and they have great deals for valet parking packages. very close to the airport.

for a high end hotel no breakfast included , there was 2 wedding on and the noise was terrible right outside of my room until the early hours of the morning! The parking lot overfull as the non guests taking up the majority of parking spots for the wedding

Great hotel with a Great restaurant. Rooms well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful, Although the location was perfect for us to visit family and friends. I can see that it wouldnt work for everyone. I would like to see this hotel have free breakfast like many other Best Westerns, instead of the 20 percent off vouchers.

Everything related to the C Hotel by Carmen's is first class; the facility, the staff, the restaurant. I would highly recommend the C Hotel as a residence for stays of business, family, couples - the whole nine yards.

Great place to stay. Close to the highway. Great food. Beautiful room. The staff were courteous. It was a close walk to the gorgeous wedding venue. In room jacuzzi was a nice touch. Pool was great for the kids. And plenty of room in the kitchenette.

during the stay everything was great, booking the stay was horrible. Called in the first time to book a room everything was fine when i called in the second time to add a room the lady on the phone was rude and told me i dont know how customer service works they did not honour the price that was given on the first call and made us pay more with all that being said the hotel was clean and when we got there the staff was friendly

We stayed one night at this hotel. The exterior and the lobby were both very nice. The check in and out were handled very efficiently with very friendly staff. The room was large with 2 king sized beds, a sitting area, and a small 'kitchenette' with a sink, microwave and a fridge. It was clean and comfortable. The cons: The lighting in the room is not sufficient. The internet connection kept cutting out and have to re-connect each time. It was a bit noisy with function at the lobby level. Fortunately it did not go on into the wee hours of the night. We have 3 people but only 2 full sets of linen. However the housekeeping delivered the extras within minutes of my call. Overall, a nice hotel.

It was a part of the all inclusive wedding package from Carmen's. Beautiful, clean, modern and spacious Pavarotti suite with jacuzzi, king size bed, nice washroom and more. Very impressed with quality and price in the middle of the week too (Sunday to Thursday). Best value for your money

We were very surprised when we arrived. The hotel was very nice, very clean. Pool was so warm and clean our baby just loved the experience. Rooms are very spacious. Tim Hortons and McDonald's one block over was perfect locations.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience. I would go back to this location in a second! Everyone was professional, happy and courteous! I had an awesome time! The restaurant attached to the hotel was absolutely delicious too!

From the moment we got there the staff were wonderful- happy, polite, helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and yet still cozy. The whirlpool tub was so relaxing to enjoy and the fireplace added a nice warmth. We didn't get down to use the pool but it looked clean and the area was large and relaxing looking. We ate at Baci - food and staff were amazing; so good we ordered room service breakfast which was so good. Prices are fair for the quality of the hotel and food. Highly recommend and definitely will go back again.

Bright, airy, clean and a great staff. I stayed overnight for a wedding that was held at Carmens in Hamilton. The check in was smooth and friendly. The lobby was clean, the room was lovely and the bed felt like heaven after a long day.

We had privacy ( separate bedrooms) and were able to have/cook meals in our unit due to the full sized kitchen appliances. Loved that they had coffee available on our floor and that they provided baked goods the one morning. Even though we didn't use restaurant it looked as if it was a top place to experience Italian cuisine. Would definitely book here again.

Very nice hotel. Great service and very accommodating staff. Location was near shopping, food and entertainment. Only negative was the snow removal in the parking lot. Overall a very nice place to stay.

This hotel was excellent. Clean, friendly and willing to go to any length to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this location if you need accommodation in the area. The staff were amazing and the service was second to none.

New hotel, nice rooms and amenities. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Odd choice of decorations. There were a bunch of pictures of Christopher Columbus. While he is historically note worthy, last time I checked, Canadians don't really care about Columbus. I would have been more impressed if he had managed to sail across the Atlantic and miss north and South America completely and wind up in China.

My husband and I attended a function at this hotel on February 2nd, 2019, and decided to book a room for the night. I was fortunate enough to be able to use Air Miles for the majority of the cost, but added a room upgrade for an additional fee. The room was spacious, and very clean! Both the jacuzzi and the fireplace kept the room cozy and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Hamilton area.

Greeting when I checked in was wonderful, super friendly. Rooms are big and well appointed, seating area etc. Fridge and coffee maker, bathroom very modern and clean. I wish I could have stayed longer!

From the front desk agents, housekeepers, maintenance, kitchen staff, (both FOH and BOH) and the management team, everyone is there to make your stay memorable. Even though I only had the opportunity to spend one night at the hotel, I will definitely will be returning the next time I come to visit Hamilton!

Best Western by Carmens is by far the best value for a hotel stay in the Hamilton region. The quality of the rooms and superior customer service is over and above all the local competition. Also one of the best Italian restaurants in the area is in house Baci. It is excellent dining.

My large family nearly took over this hotel for a wedding. We came from the States and stayed for 3 nights. The wedding reception was in the same location. I LOVE LOVE LOVED my room. There is an Italian Theme - we had the Pavarotti room, my sister had Sinatra. The suite was HUGE - big enough for 3 people to stay without driving each other crazy. The bathrooms were modern and well planned. My daughter LOVED the hot tub in the corner of our suite. The price was beyond reasonable for the amount of space we got. I stay in a lot of hotels and this surpassed my expectations. Staff was so friendly and helpful - trust me our family put them through their paces. LOL

The room was clean and looked exactly as presented on the internet. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. The pool was very nice and relaxing after a day at a tax conference. Restaurant food and service excellent too. Friendly staff! Thanks to Courtney for the umbrella!

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and easy to get to. Close to the airport. Great price. Wonderful staff. Great restaurant in hotel called "Baci". The first night we stayed at a hotel closest to the airport and ot was a dump. I quickly changed my reservation for our next stay to this hotel and it was such a huge difference for basically the same price. Everything about the stay was exceptional. I would highly recommend it.

We do a lot of business with European companies and as such they are constantly sending their representatives over. We have and will keep using this wonderful hotel. The rooms are very clean with all the amenities you want. The staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. We have also rented some off their conference rooms to host events all have work wonderfully. Great location and easy access to freeway

This is my first time visiting Hamilton, ON. I didn't know where to stay so I ended up deciding on this hotel. I'm certainly glad I did! I booked a king bed room, arrived this afternoon and the friendly guest service agent (Carlos) was extremely friendly and welcoming and excitingly told me I've been upgraded. What an upgrade...this is a beautiful room, and as you can tell by my profile, I stay in several hotels each week while traveling for work. My king suite is very spacious (it could sleep 6 easily), has two king beds (separate rooms), a sofa bed, a kitchenette, desk area and dining area. The shower has a wide shower head and the amenities are ample. The hotel floor (outside my room) has a business centre, coffee maker and area for gathering around overlooking the front entrance. It boasts a nice ambience everywhere in the hotel. This hotel also has a restaurant/lounge which is very busy so I assume it offers good food and atmosphere. Then we have Anna. I went down to grab a water and juice and she reminded me as an Elite member at BW I receive two drinks and two snacks. She was also extremely smiley and friendly and this is not something I experience at many hotels. thank you Anna and thank you Carlos!! Finding this hotel was an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning to this particular hotel and I highly recommend you give this hotel a visit...you won't be disappointed!!

This is a luxurious hotel with a very reasonable price. In fact, my family and I have stayed at this hotel twice! We plan to return next time we are visiting Southern Ontario. Each room is named after an Italian celebrity. Each time, we stayed in the Robert De Niro suite. The suite contains an upscale bathroom, oversized shower, two king beds with very comfortable plush mattresses. There is a separate king bedroom, two televisions and a kitchenette. Everything is immaculate in this hotel. The restaurant downstairs is among the best that I have ever eaten at--woodfired pizzas, homemade gnocchi, excellent caesar salads. And make sure you try the tiramisu!!! It is to die for!

Last year we stayed at C Hotel By Carmen's and were delighted with that experience. Since we were traveling through the same area again this year, we booked a night there. Not only were we completely satisfied with our experience, the magnificent chef at the restaurant and our waitress far exceeded our expectations. We were there the night before Thanksgiving. The chef had prepared a special meal. I chose to have the lamb dinner instead. When I got the idea to have part of the Thanksgiving meal with part of the lamb dinner, both the waitress and chef were happy to fix the meal I wanted. And boy was it good! This is one of my favorite hotels and hope to return again next year.

We attend a fundraiser in Hamilton each year and stay at this hotel every year. It has been consistently great place to stay. Our experience has been identical each year and we have never been disappointed. This time was the same. Wonderful place to stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The room was great and the restaurant downstairs had a fantastic breakfast. We drove to OntarioFirst Centre to a concert and were there in 15 minutes.

The hotel is always in immaculate condition - the staff are ALL top of the mark and I love the consistency! Never a worry when staying here! I travel a lot for work - and with this hotel especially, the levels of quality are always the best!

My husband made a reservation and received a confirmation via email. Then we drove from Cobourg to Hamilton to be told by an extremely rude service person (COURTNEY) that we had cancelled our reservation. Which we did not. As I tried to inquire as to who cancelled it I was told I only deal with Mr. Clark...who was standing right next to me. Not any empathy that clearly an error on the hotels end had occurred. No...no.. according to her she had no explanation and did not owe us one. Because the Male service person who has been employed from the beginning (like that should matter...what is she saying that only employees who are new make mistakes??) cancelled it because he received a call. Clearly we would not cancel a booking and then drive all the way to lie about it????what a ridiculous assumption. My guess is someone else called and cancelled their reservation and now they are not going to show up and yet this hotel will bill them. But that's ok we found a much nicer hotel. Now when my husband is in town monthly he will stay elsewhere.

We stayed last night while attending a wedding, and loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly & helpful! The food at the wedding was fantastic! I highly reccommend this hotel and will stay here again when I am in the area!

great room, great food, large bathroom although no tub,shower only, Enjoyed our stay and accommodations. Stayed for closeness to Jurvinski Hospital,(close by, easy to drive to and from hospital. Hotel had nice sitting area with benches and a fountain to relax beside.

Didn't stay long, only a quick visit but hotel is very clean and private. Would definitely stay there again. Very boutique and staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room suited our needs perfectly.

We don't live too far from Hamilton, but my mom had an early morning appointment and wanted a chance to relax the night before and not be in a rush in the morning. So we chose this hotel based on our experience and knowledge of the very high quality "Carmen" brand, excellent TripAdvisor reviews and also because there was a highly rated restaurant on site. Well I must admit I was skeptical mostly due to the location, but it ended up being a great, comfortable stay! It was several weeks ago and I am still a bit shocked that it was such a high quality spot. The hotel is spotless from the lobby to the corridors to the rooms. I was almost desperately looking for some kind of flaw, but couldn't find anything wrong. Generally even the best hotels sometimes show some wear and tear on the walls, but here everything was almost pristine. The carpets, paint, wallpaper, pillows, sheets, towels, etc. were all in perfect condition. The room is equipped with everything you need for a short or even long-term stay. And even the Keurig coffee was way better than joe average Keurig usually is in my opinion. The room was very large with a nice small table and chairs, a couch, a desk, a mini kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. There are ample plugs and easy to find/access. I really liked the housekeeping cards to confirm that the room had been cleaned and then inspected a second time! Nice touch! Even though the "modern Italian" red and black decor is not my own personal taste - I was impressed with how well put together and well co-ordinated everything was throughout the entire hotel. The theme was very consistent and well thought out. I liked the individualism of each room having it's own musician with real records and all! How cute especially if you can't remember your room number! Although I didn't use the pool - I did take a peek and it also looked very clean and in excellent condition. And I really appreciated the fact that there was a wonderful on site restaurant, but I will write a separate review on that. I don't expect to have to sleep in a hotel on Hamilton mountain again, but would stay here again no question if the need arises. And I certainly would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Personally I think it's the best choice to anyone traveling through the area and obviously for anyone attending an event at Carmen's.

This hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and large. Despite weddings on the weekend the room was very quiet at night. The Italian theme rooms are wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Anna who remembered me from our phone conversations related to the booking. The lobby was comfortable and offered fresh flavor infused water daily as well as apples and pastries. The business centre was clean and always functioning. I highly recommend this hotel and would not stay anywhere else if I was in Hamilton.

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I had never stayed in a Best Western Premier hotel and was actually a bit put off when I saw that I had been booked at this hotel, however was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff seemed very attentive, and had some complimentary light snacks to offer on arrival - something I am accustomed to at Hilton and Drury properties. The rooms are all themed after a different famous musician. My specific room was themed after Louis Prima, who I actually knew nothing about before my stay. All of the decor was themed in jazz/Southern/Louisiana-esque fashion, a very classy room in my opinion. My only complaint about this hotel is the lack of a shower door. It is a walk-in shower, and there is a half-partition of glass that does not move, leaving the other half completely open. I'm not sure how much sliding glass doors would have been in lieu of one floor-to-ceiling stationary piece of glass, however they would have been appreciated.

We had the two king suite. This room was massive and great. Carlos (the manager) was totally awesome from start to finish and made our stay an excellent one. This was our first stay at this hotel and was a total fluke that we even stayed here. We usually stay at a hotel further down the road but it was full. But most definitely we will stay here again

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Each floor has its own theme and extremely modern. I was so surprised when i arrived. Something you would find un vegas. The staff go above and beyond to make everything smooth and all is satisfied. They even called us tell say our room is ready for early check in because of a wedding to attend. It is a definite must to come to this hotel.

The room service is friendly. Room really clean. Half carpet floor and half non carpet floor. Has a table to eat and kitchen. Comfortable bed and great jackusi/hot tub. My stay was great. Pool is big and not too much people. Great Hotel.

never written a poor review however after my experience with the C hotel this one is warranted. I had to stay at the C hotel in Hamilton as a result of a wedding I was participating in and coordinating. My interaction with the Maître D Conceita was amazing she was knowledgeable and organized and professional she was the reason for the 2 star. We attended a wedding and had booked quite a few rooms there were many smokers so we had to be traveling from our rooms downstairs and outside to smoke. Maybe 4 of us at a time the security guard was extremely rude to us he continually picked on the group yet the night before when I was up preparing for the wedding there was a number of residence going in and out of their rooms. We were using our inside voices however just 4 people walking or whispering to each other was still too noisy for this hotel. After charging me over $600 for 2 nights I was told by the old security man that I had to stay in my room for the remainder of the night. It got better in the morning I went to the front counter to address a 192.00 dollar charge that was on my credit card from the hotel. I saw this charge on my credit card a few hours after checking in. I knew I was to have been charged 150.00 for the holding fee and paid the actual bill using my debit card. I went to the front desk in the morning to discuss the 192.00 dollars and the woman working behind the counter was extremely rude to me I have witnesses. I asked about the charge and she kept rambling about being on camera and noise and would not allow me to speak. She says I was speaking down to her because I said that I worked in customer service and the way she is behaving is unaccepted she should not be allowed to speak to some one in such a manor and that I would like to speak to her manager at that point she says manager don't work on Mondays and continued to be rude to me. I kept trying to explain to her that I don't care about the 39.99 I did not know about 39.99 fee for noise I care about a 197 charge on my credit card. When the bride spoke to her and said “Miss your being rude” were is your manager she final said she was looking into charge and it was my fault for not allowing her to do her job. And even thought I was speaking quietly to her as I had not reason to yell she says I was speaking to get and audience. After she calmed down saw the 192.00 charge told me it was a glitch in the system and it would be returned. I she knew this all along why would this not have been the first charge she discussed not some 39.99 fee. The C hotel has a lot to work on people of color are people shocking as it may seem to them we should be allowed the same treatment as every one else. A wedding that ends at 1am with a huge bridal party and many people booking should have been told about the noise policy prior to taking their money people talking to them selves is not noise to me it the equivalent to sleeping beside someone who snores and even that was louder. I find it hard to believe that a hotel that is known for weddings have never had people walking from there rooms outside to smoke. I felt the color of my parties skin had a lot to do with how we were treated. The brides mother who is in her 60s was told to keep the noise down in her room for talking to her sister about the events of the wedding and laughing. My room got charged because he tried to treat me like at child and tell me i had to stay in my room and when I pointed out that im not an idiot and he thought charging me 39.99 would have been punishment. The customer service at C hotel for people of color is deplorable.

We booked our stay at the Best Western Premier C Hotel by Carmen's, as the property was adjoining the wedding venue. Very happy we were able to get in to the hotel as everything was booked nearby. Although we were unable to use many of the facilities, due to time restraints, we were very pleased with the service before arrival and during our stay. The room was lovely. Well appoimted and very clean. Should we ever require accommodations in Hamilton we would stay there again. Highly recommend.

Large comfortable room with whirlpool. Very good italian restaurant on site. Parking was very scarce even with the overflow lot across the street. Two weddings on the day. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Beautiful hotel. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable room. We had the 2 King suite and it was huge. Very quiet. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They printed out maps and directions to the area waterfalls and other places of interest. Would stay here again if in the area.

Very nice place. Spacious, clean, modern, and bright. Beds were comfy and hallways were quiet. This hotel is in a somewhat secluded area so probably not the best location for a bus tour. My only disappointment was when I asked for a later check out. They mention on their website that they try to accommodate later check outs where possible, so when I saw that the parking lot was mostly empty I was optimistic of being granted an extra hour in the room which suited my schedule better. I was surprised though when they said that it would cost an extra $20. Too bad.....

The nicest Best Western hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel and rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, and the pool area was excellent. The staff were fantastic; extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell that the staff enjoy their jobs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Hamilton mountain area.

Hubby and I decided to stay at Hamilton for a change from our other visits due to this hotel and the reviews. We were very happy we made the decision. Hotel is very clean, smells good, staff and service are outstanding! Loved Angie at Baci restaurant every morning for breakfast. Caution: be very hungry because they serve huge portions and the food is amazing! Rye toast and blueberry pancakes are a must try and if you're lucky to have Angie you will have asuper experinece. Courtney at front desk has the most beautiful amazing smile. We drove 17 hours to get there and her smile and positive attitude made a huge differnce at check in. Justin was also amazing! He was able to get us out of a bind with the safe in the room, totally hubby's fault. I cant say enough about the service and staff and although i cant remember everyone's name they were all wonderful. The only downside is the shower. It needs more pressure and a full door. Other than that, you will not go wrong with this one and it should be at least a 4 star hotel!

I booked this hotel based on the pictures, I spent the weekend in Niagara Falls with friends and knew I'd want a nice and comfortable hotel before flying home. I booked a 2 bed queen room for me and my friend and we were incredibly happy with the room. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was spacious with a rain fall shower head. I called ahead and was able to get an early check in and they held our luggage so we could walk around the day of checkout. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and stores as well as only a $20 Uber to the Hamilton Airport. If you are staying in Hamilton I suggest staying at Best Western Premier C!

This hotel is located in a very unattractive part of the city. It also hosts many wedding receptions so it tends to be very noisy late into the night. The quest room was clean and the restaurant was small but the food was very good.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel on May 18, 2018. After a long 8 weeks apart because of me being on a training course for a new job we decided to have a nice night to ourselves before heading back home. On the recommendation of someone on my course I booked a room in this hotel. I also had my Dad and Step Mom stay the night before and they raved about how great the hotel was. Upon arrival I was greeted by Caroline. Caroline was pleasant and got me set up in a room very quickly. Upon arriving in our room we noticed that there was no jacuzzi as I had thought all the King Suites had. After changing we went and saw Caroline again. We asked if one with a jacuzzi was available to which we learned there was. I offered to pay the difference as I had misread the website but was told not to worry about it. A few strokes on the keyboard later and we were moved to the Da Vinci room, complete with fireplace and jacuzzi. We then left for a late lunch and to grab a bottle of wine to enjoy. Upon returning to the hotel we walked into the room to discover that I had left my cell phone charger in our original room and housekeeping had brought it to the front desk. Caroline went out of her way to bring it up to our room and leave it on the table were we would find it with a note. When dinner came around we went to the restaurant downstairs, Baci. We were seated promptly and served by a wonderful lady named Luana. Luana was attentive, polite and offered some great feedback on the dishes we were looking at. Luana really made our dining experience too notch. We can not say enough good things about this hotel. The bed was great, the jacuzzi very relaxing and the staff second to none. When I'm next in the Hamilton/Toronto area, this is where I will be staying.

Amazing hotel. The rooms here are amazing with fireplace jetted tub and kitchenette. Rooms are nicely decorated with a theme of a person. The hotel is quiet and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful experience, excellent hotel and a superb staff all round. We were at this hotel for a one night stay for a wedding which was also hosted right next door at the Carmen reception hall. The reception was one of the best experiences we have had, due to the host ( Darren ), the wait staffs wonderfully executed job and the food preparation and excellence coming out of the kitchen to the tables. The whole experience was above and beyond our expectations.

This hotel location was ideal as our daughter got married at Carmens which was right next door. We had a one bedroom suite which was huge and met our needs perfectly! The hotel was great to deal with as I had to call a few times before with questions and they were always helpful and courteous. I would recommend this location if you have a function at Carmens! It is also super easy to access from the 403/Lincoln Memorial Parkway.

My wife and I decided to go to Niagara Falls and Toronto and we wanted something in between both cities and we discovered this hotel. We felt like royalty from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out. Our room was big and spacious and clean. The property was well kept and tidy. All of the staff members were excellent here. I'd like to say a special thanks to Sara. She was friendly and helpful and took care of everything we needed. She's definitely a good choice for a general manager. And the hotel is in close proximity to a lot of restaurants and stores for added convenience. A+ stay. I will definitely return to this hotel again and again

Attended a wedding at Carmen's next door, took the room for convenience. We were very pleased with the excellent service we received checking in and out. The room was exceptionally roomy and well appointed. We had no need to ask for additional service as all was as expected. The king bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this location anytime.

I have only been here for events such as a bridal shower two years and baptism recently. The dolce rooftop for brunch(bridal shower) and Castelli ballroom for dinner(baptism). Overall nice venues, food was also good.

room was too expensive, food from the in restaurant catering was good though. room layout for wedding wasn't well designed to be convenient to attendees as the only entrance opened was at the far end of the hallway.

I try to always stay in Hamilton at Best Western by Carmens when in the area. Service is fabulous. The restaurant is five star and very reasonably priced. Close to highways and attractions. Whether it is a short stay or long term always great. I have bookings into 2019 at the moment. Little jem.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Hamilton. This hotel has a chic appearance in the lobby and corridors. Everything appeared clean and well kept. This hotel does not include breakfast, but I received a 20% breakfast discount coupon to use at the attached restaurant for each day of my stay. Free cookies appeared at the front desk each day. Front desk staff were courteous, pleasant and efficient. Our room with king bed was spacious with adequate modern looking furniture. Lots of sockets were available. The shower was different, but functional. The shower was in a stall the size of a bathtub. Glass covered half of the outer side and there was no door. The shower nozzle, however, was a rain shower type, so water did not splash out much. The main negative is trying to stay warm while showering. The bathroom had a single sink with a good amount of counter space. The bed was comfortable for us.

Attended a wedding for a family member but did not realize that there was a banquet room above my hotel suite....not impressed with the noise level and the after hours clean up noise. No sleep and exhausted the next day for travelling.

The service and quality was second to none. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and uupdated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Being able to grab a coffee first thing in the morning was a bonus.

The room and bathroom was very clean, the room was super comfortable and quiet. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Workout area was small but very functional and although I didn't use the pool it looked very nice.

Best Western Premier C Hotel by Carmen's is by far the best hotel in the Hamilton area. I stay between 30 and 50 nights per year. Rooms are above standard, Baci restaurant is one of the best Italian restaurants in Ontario, and the staff at this hotel is second to none. Always friendly and ultra accommodating. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Hamilton area. You will not be disappointed. Be sure to go to Baci.!!!

Great service, clean modern room. Chris on the front desk was warm and friendly and greatly accommodating. First time to Canada and the friendly staff including the staff in Baci made our experience that much better. Keep up the great work!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Hamilton area great location easy access off highway and close to amenities like shopping movies and restaurants. There is also a bowling alley across the street that's a lot of fun called splits Ville

We stayed 4 nights in total over two stays. Both times were well worth the effort. Clean rooms and well maintained. Nice bathroom. Fridge and microwave came in handy. Good wifi and TV channels. Staff were nice and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again anytime.

I've stayed at many hotels and this was by far the most amazing experience. From check in to check out and everything in between, I was truly amazed. Anna at check in...you are a natural...you love what you do and it shows. The room took my breathe away...I knew I had booked the Platinum Suite but the pictures do not do this room justice. The size, the cleanliness and amenities make you forget that you are even in a hotel room. A huge shout out to the amazing housekeeping staff for taking pride in what they do...Cleanliness is the first thing I check( literally rip the bed apart and check the bathroom...ALWAYS) We decided to go out for dinner but did get to try Baci for breakfast...AMAZING....I wish I could remember the name of the lady that served us...Love her :) I will definitely be back!!

So my girlfriend and I were looking to stay somewhere in town for the night to celebrate our one-year anniversary. We both have worked in the industry- so we're quite picky when it comes to hotels. From all the stays I've had this is one of my favourite hotels on the list. It brings to a level of genuine service you only expect at 5* with a well-valued price. One thing - since I read the "review" below- while laughing- a team staying in a hotel never equals quiet. So it's evident expectations were far-reaching and very unrealistic. But this hotel is very transparent, from their website, and company page it is evident this hotel strives in providing beautiful weddings on site. Also, from a quick call, they're very open with what events they're having. So if one does even the smallest amount of due diligence you'll know exactly what you're getting for the night. And - if I want quiet the last place I go to is a hotel - I'll find a nice little B&B or cottage in the north. So assuming you're going to the hotel with a realistic expectation - you'll be truly amazed. We stayed in the hotel's Platinum Suite - with a fireplace and bubble tub. This was the cleanest room I've ever stayed in! And the bed - talk about hospital corners you could bounce a quarter off it. Brava to the housekeeping team. The tub is one of the largest I've seen in a hotel room - fits two - it does take some time to fill up but is to be expected being that it is around 4x the size of your average home tub. But it was so relaxing to lay in there facing my gf and us both not be crammed. With each room individually themed you're having a one-of-a-kind stay every time! We were in the Gucci room - but I hear there's a room that Sylvester Stalone that everyone goes crazy for! What I can speak to for noise.. well .. there was none. We were there during a weekday - but being on the 3rd floor (so smack dab in the middle) I find it very unrealistic that I'd be hearing music as clearly as some might try to dramatize. So unless you're there for a wedding night - I cannot see noise being a problem. The staff was truly a shining feature of this hotel. You don't get that fake distant relationship other hotels often give you. Anna and Courtney checked us in with smiles, charm, and a genuine feeling of joy. You can tell they love working there- it made us more excited to spend time at this location. Steven and Tanya were fantastic at check out! The whole experience with the staff made me feel like they really wanted to leave a personalized memory. You won't get cookie cutter service here. I can say I will overwhelmingly be back and have made this location my exclusive spot for Hamilton/Burlington.

Despite an issue with our booking, check in was quick and friendly. When the room we checked in to turned out to be the wrong one, the staff quickly corrected the issue and gave us a new room. We stayed in a 2 king bed suite (Ferrari; 1 separate bedroom and kitchenette). It was clean, fresh and beautifully decorated, which is hard to find these days. The kids had a blast in the large pool and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with stellar service before check out in the morning. Looking forward to having a reason to stay here again!

My daughter's team booked this hotel for 2 nights when we were in hamilton for a basketball tournament. We were looking for a cheap & cheerful AND QUIET place to stay the weekend. The woman who checked us in was fabulous. She asked us to sign their hotel NO NOISE AFTER 11pm policy, which we happily did. Little did we know that they put us on the 5th floor, right below their party room! At 10:55pm I called the front desk to ask them to ask the people above us to be quiet. They asked the DJ (yes, DJ!) to keep it down. I called the front desk again to ask them to be quiet and soon learned there was a 40+ person party going on above our heads. The next day when I asked to be moved to a quieter floor, the woman at the front desk said "we thought there might be a problem." (yes, they KNOW they cannot balance guests seeking sleep and guests seeking a party). The second night, there were parties on both the top floor and the main floor. My daughter and I were literally singing along with the songs we could hear through the walls. What else could we do? (My daughter did suggest checking out and going to a Holiday Inn!) Since then, I filed a formal complaint and requested a refund. So far all I have is an apology from the manager and a comment about it being difficult "to find a perfect balance to ensure that every guest in our facility is enjoying their time”. No kidding - when you stack party floors above sleeping floors...!

I stayed at this property for one night as I was presenting in the conference center next door. The staff were kind and took care of several of our bags and saved us a trip upstairs. The Hot Chocolate and cookies in the office were fresh and tasty. Only regret is that I only stayed one night. Highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

On business so the quiet was great, during the week. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Restaurant on site was lovely. But the shower leaked so badly that it sprayed water into the ceiling of the bathroom. Just awful. They did substitute my coffee for tea which was great! And the gym was clean, quiet and the equipment was great.

Beautiful hotel with theme insprired rooms. We had the DaVinci room and appreciated the art and the books about his works. The king suite was spacious and well laid out to have a separate living room area for tv soaker tub and fireplace.

The restaurant was excellent, the staff were all very courteous, willing to help and highly professional. The check in/out process very quick. My wife and I are very satisfied and will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

When visiting Hamilton area this is always my first choice for hotel. It's clean, comfortable and the staff are courteous and friendly. Every stay I have had here has been a pleasant experience. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. I have only eaten in the restaurant a few times, and used pool area a few times as well...all good!

We have come to visit our family with little children over Christmas and we wanted our own accommodation. It enabled us to have comfortable sleeps and it allowed us to give them space to maintain their daily routine. The facilities met all of our needs and we even had our Grandchildren come for a family swim in the pool. The restaurant serves good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

we stayed at Best Western when we attended a company function at Carmen's { Christmas Dinner & Dance. We enjoyed the evening then returned to the hotel and enjoyed a movie on the large flat screen TV. The bed was King and so comfortable the amenities were excellent. We had a coffee maker with a great selection of coffee's, the room was clean and well prepared, the staff was welcoming and cheerful. we enjoyed our stay greatly, thanks to everyone!!!

This is a great property with caring staff. We stayed in a Platinum suite with amenities like a kitchenette, whirlpool tub and gas fireplace making us feel at home. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless.The walk in shower had a Rain Shower Head. The shower had no shelf to hold shampoo, soap etc.Everything that we utilized in the room worked. I did not see any USB outlets in the room for charging. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant on sight for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

My partner and I went here to be closer to the Ancaster Mill, where we were going to be going for dinner. Basically, we had gift cards and our anniversary was around the corner - and so we ended up here. No complaints. hotel was nice and clean, staff was helpful, bed was comfortable. I would go back in a second!

Booked a room online, then recieved an email saying my room i chose was unavailable. That was extremely dissapointing. If i was able to cancel i would have right then and there. The room they gave me was still nice, but i chose the other room specifically because i wanted a jacuzzi tub. The restaurant was amazing, and the ladies that took my order for both dinner and breakfast were a pleasure to speak with, and the food was amazing. I had the stromboli for dinner, and almost everything on the breakfast menu lol. The oatmeal was my favourite!

My stay was excellent. Hotel was clean and the staff was very professional. They explained everything that needed to know. However, on that Saturday night during my stay. there were so many events around the hotel that we were unable to find a parking spot. They should control that if they want to make customers very happy. Moreover, around midnight, the music was too loud around the hotel.

The hotel was chosen as being convenient to the wedding venue, next door. It was comfortable and the dining room was open for breakfast until 12:00 on the Saturday which was nice. The cost was okay for the breakfast. Not extensive, but good enough. There was a , safe, microwave and coffeemaker in the room. The hotel was quiet. The staff were helpful. So all and all, it was pleasant. It was in an industrial area, so without a car, you were not able to walk to shopping or other points of interest easily.

...because that is exactly the type of heavenly treatment you'll get from the staff, amenities, wine, and experience at the C Hotel by Carmen's. From the moment I waltzed through the front door I felt like Warren Beatty returning to the Beverly Hills Hotel. The staff? Fantastic. Room? Made me feel like Julius Caesar conquering the Gauls. Restaurant? The gnocchi may have literally melted in my mouth. The wine? As alcoholic as advertised. Whether it's a weekend away from your kids, a business function, or a trip of divine pleasure experiencing all Hamilton has to offer I seriously doubt you'll find a hotel stay even 23.879% as awesome as this one. Run, do not walk, to C Hotel.

Followed Tripadvisor ratings we reserved here despite its being a bit out of the way for us. It was worth our getting lost once or twice trying to get to upper Hamilton amid all the one-way streets (but that was due to our poor knowledge of Hamilton). Adjacent to Carmen's banquet hall it is located just off a main drag. Everything was as expected: nice welcome by desk staff, smooth handling of checkin. The room was quite large with a gigantic walk-in shower. Everything was available (including a sofa to sit on as an alternative to the bed) and all was clean. There is breakfast available (and room service) at its restaurant, Proof, but we didn't try it. The only negative (and its a tiny one) is that the TV remote was difficult for these old fingers and the listing of stations supplied was entirely inaccurate. We'd return, even if we have to get lost again.

The hotel was very clean and well designed. I stay in a lot of hotels and by far this was one of the more luxurious places I've stayed. The modern flare was just not my style. Staff was reallly helpful and courteous.

The rooms are clean, services top notch! I would recommend to anyone staying in Hamilton for a short period of time. Food is also really good and the staff are friendly and eager to help. Well worth it!

Hotel is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have a luxurious feel. Rooms have fridge, keirug coffee maker, wet bar, microwave and recycle bins! Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. I was really impressed with my room and loved that each room had its own theme. The facility was up to date and was conveniently located by the banquet centre. Would definitely stay again.

A very well run establishment! A bit pricey, especially with no breakfast included, but worth it in the end. Very cordial and professional staff! Having a nice ristorante on the premises is an added plus. We'd be glad to pay a return visit.

Awesome hotel. Went in with family and booked 2 room suite with full kitchen and the kids loved it very comfortable. Room was spacious and had multiple tv's (3) so we could all watch what we wanted. Staff were helpful. The pool area had few people in it and was very well situated as we could watch the tv from inside the pool and kids watched a movie.

We had a wonderful stay here after our sons wedding at Carmen's. We found the staff at the hotel to be absolutely fantastic and courteous. Our room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. I would recommend staying here!

I stayed here for the first time for a business trip. Wonderful hotel. Clean, bright, quiet. I had a large room with plenty of space at a great price. The bed was comfortable. Great shower. Restaurant looked great but I didn't have time to try it. Staff were attentive, warm and friendly. When I come back to this area of Hamilton I'm staying here.

Was staying at the hotel to attend the wedding of my sister we had a beautiful stay, the room far exceeded out expectations We used the pool twice with the children and enjoyed the jacuzzi as well in the suite

This was a last minute decision/trip to Hamilton to take in a Ticats game. Not only are the hotel and rooms clean and well decorated, the staff are genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. They seem to really like their work and are proud of their hotel. It shows. That, money can't buy.

Hotel is small enough to feel comfortable. Easy elevator access. Close to the highway. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this site to friends

staff went out of their way to help us in making changes in roon clean up times. No problems they went out of their way to help us. Any issues that we had with the events they addressed and always made sure to identify how they could help. Well done will always return

Thoroughly pleased with quality of hotel. In all ways a stellar place to stay the night or a few days. Only shortcoming is no free hot breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when we visit our son in Hamilton.

Loved this hotel! Was a pleasant surprise at the end of our vacation! Our restaurant server was super friendly and helpful even though it was the end of the night. The decor was beautiful and the meal fabulous. Rooms are beautiful, very clean and fresh. Comfy beds.

Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight! Clean quiet rooms near John C Munro - Hamilton Airport at a reasonable price. Front desk personnel were very friendly and provided very explicit directions needed for my early morning departure. I did not use any of the amenities but I did look around the premises- very nice. I wish I had more time to enjoy the pool. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are staying in the Hamilton area!

Hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, room was clean and perfect for what we needed (two separate rooms within one suite). The only minor complaints I have would be the sheets were a little rough, and the bathroom door didn't lock. Overall an amazing hotel and would recommend if staying in Hamilton.

My boyfriend and I decided to have a staycation at a local hotel for 3 nights. I was told that I should book it at best western as they have excellent rooms, and I'm glad I did. The rooms were excellently decorated, and could definitely tell they were renovated recently. The room my boyfriend and I got was huge and very spacious. As per recommendation, we went to the baci restaurant downstairs one night for dinner. The cheesecake was so good and the hazelnut mousse was amazing; both were so good and my boyfriend and I couldn't tell which one was better. Surprisingly the pool was not being used (went down on a Thursday at 8pm), but I still went down. The water temperature was perfect and it was saltwater! I would like to thank Anna for making our stay very comfortable and always asking if there was anything else my boyfriend and I needed. She wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. Will definitely return!

Very clean, well decorated rooms and quick elevators but what really stood out was the staff! I stayed for 2 nights and was helped by both Chris and Amber from Baci for room service. They were so incredibly friendly and professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting Anna at the front desk and she was absolutely lovely. The staff's positivity and helpfulness was infectious and I would 100% recommend staying here!

Exclent hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very well priced with great food. Very clean rooms, close to all amenities. I have stayed here before, every experience has been above my expectations and will be be defiantly staying here again.

The hotel was nice but poorly designed. I was not able to sit on the toilet and reach the toilet paper. While the room was clean that a serious flaw in the design and something should be done to make it more user friendly.

I was expecting nothing more than a good experience by Western! I got a beautiful surprise from check-in by Carlos, to the well decorated room, with the Italian design flair! This hotel is worth trying, for beautiful conference rooms, well equipped gym, delicious food at Bacci's ....

Movie themed the room we were in had pictures of the actress, a jacuzzi in the corner, a high table to sit around, a sofa and fireplace in addition to the king sized bed. Definitely well done and a joy to stay at.

The hotel is primarily for the event venue next door. While the rooms are nice, expect drunken neighbours coming back to their room & roaming the hallways yelling for their friends (or to be let into their room) throughout the entire night. When we were checking out the people behind us said the same happened on their floor as well.

Overall, great experience. Great stay. Nice, helpful staff. Only complaint - need more grab bars for seniors in the washroom, as the floor is beautiful, but a little slippery. Great design of bathroom and dressing area allowing everyone to get ready faster. Beautiful shower.

Mostly excellent place to stay. Book the king bed jacuzzi room suite -- corner room, tons of space. Ask for dishes and silverware at the restaurant. Restaurant service and prices very good. No TV movies: bring your own. Lighting is pretty poor, tho much the same as in other hotels. Seniors should be careful of tile floors and dim lighting. Lighting inadequate for extended business work.

We had a booking nightmare. Two night stay in 2 different rooms. Staff at the front desk assured us that they would do everything in their power to keep us in the same room for the two night. They kept their word and we didn't have to change rooms.

Very comfortable rooms, very clean. The staff were completely professional at all times. Food at the restaurant was delicious and I was VERY happy as a Celiac that they had so many gluten free options. No compromise on taste for gluten free meals. I'd stay there again.

I don't know about the other floors but on our floor each room was named after an Italian musician. i.e. Perry Como, Mario Lanza, Madonna, etc. Our room was the Lanza room and just in case you weren't familiar with his music, there was a cd of his to listen to. Very unique idea.

Visiting family. Enjoyed pool. Bagged remote was nice touch. Mattress was comfortable. Travelled with 2 kids. Kids slept on pull-out couch. Nice washroom with walk-in shower. Would consider staying here again.

Everything was excellent! The staff the rooms the beds the kitchen the coffee in the hallways and the room were very quiet witch was good because we had several rooms in the hotel but our noise didn't seem to leave the room! Only suggestion would be better venting in the bathrooms as they stayed very steaming for a long time after showers.

Nice clean rooms. Nothing much in walking distance. Small, loud restaurant, good breakfast. Small pool, loud air conditioner. Slow wifi. More like a Best Western Plus & breakfast would have been free! The dinner theater is to infrequent.

Had the king suite which was awesome and reasonably priced, but sucked to find out the hot tub wasn't in working order and the pool was cooler and pretty basic. Me and the kids were looking so forward to a swim and hot tub prior to bed time, but we didn't stay long...they enjoyed the room more. Then also sucked to have no guide in the tv, couldn't rent movies and the internet you couldn't even stream Netflix on a tablet. You'd think those are givens is a nicer hotel like that. Would've lived got try he restaurant (looked cute and got milk from it), but didn't have enough time. Also woken up around 3am from beeping garbage trucks emptying out dumpsters!?

I have stayed here multiple times and been very happy every time there. Staff are very good and the rooms are fabulous for the price. Would recommend this for business, pleasure or just a couple's getaway.

WOW, this was one beautiful place to relax and lay my head. There were 2 weddings during our stay but other than a little extra people lingering around, it was more than I expected. From wonderful service to an outstanding king bed, nothing but praise for this place. Didn't try the restaurant on site, so no comment there. Had to drive a little ways for a place to eat. I will be coming back for sure.

What a wonderful time we all had! The staff at Best Western and Carmen's treated us like we were royalty! Our Wedding was perfect and the hotel room was Beautiful. We have had so many compliments towards both from our guests. Thank you !!!

Hotel is incredibly clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite nice. Room service meal from the restaurant and breakfast as well were overpriced for the quality of food. Pool was nice. Location is good. Overall the staff attitudes and room sizes make this place worth the trip.

Clean, well-appointed, very helpful staff, restaurant was used for breakfast with excellent selection, flavour and more reasonably priced than expected. If on top floor and there is an event on roof-top, may need to expect some noise from above but front desk ensured that things settle down by 11-midnight so hopefully not too late for you.

I was so impressed by how helpful the staff were during our stay for my friend's wedding. The fact that they were so understanding and helpful with the groom's sister's children and offered to send her food and wine up to her room with her while she dealt with the toddlers because they were misbehaving. Also the people who came to clean our rooms the morning of the wedding were so helpful and understanding. I left my room a mess while I was getting ready for the wedding as a bridesmaid and forgot to put my sign on the door. The cleaner came in and tidied my room around the mess that I left and I felt terrible for leaving it in such disarray. Also the wedding organizer/server for the head table was so friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, she got it for us and really helped to keep the wedding on schedule. Overall an amazing experience. My only issue as a guest was the lack of parking because of how busy the venue was but it was easy to move my car when the weddings had cleared out.

This Best Western is a perfect example of an affordable luxury hotel. It has a wonderful Italian restaurant on the main floor, an exercise room and pool, and really nice rooms. We stayed for a week in the Pavarotti suite. It had a kitchenette, a king sized bed, a whirlpool tub or two, a big tv and a fireplace. The staff were so friendly and efficient and the housekeeping was perfect. The only small detail (an irritation, really...no, really) was the very poor quality toilet paper they provided. We went out and bought some softer stuff ourselves. All in all, I totally recommend this great hotel.

This hotel is a top notch bargain for the quality it delivers. I am already planning my excuses to have to go back. This was my laid back hub while my partner visited Toronto and it sits in a developing area while the Red Hill Valley offers beautiful trails and networks to the Bruce Trail for cyclers and walkers alike. The hotel itself is like new and the rooms are Italian themed and beautifully appointed. Absolutely loved it!

This is a very lovely, clean well maintained hotel. The rooms are large and beds are very comfy. All the rooms are themed with different performers, which is interesting. Staff were excellent. Would highly recommend. I also felt that the price was very reasonable for the area. Despite many weddings in the hotel at the time we were there, it was very quiet.

This property goes above and beyond with their customer service. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room we had was nothing short of beautiful. Meticulously clean and comfortable. We were there for two nights and used it as a base for a day trip to Niagra falls, and was a great place to come back to after a long day. The only minor complaint I would have is the shower head, its the rainfall type, with very little pressure. Not my personal preference, as I like good shower pressure. You know if thats the one complaint I could find that its an amazing property!

Lovely hotel! We used this hotel to get ready for the wedding and for our wedding night accommodation. Their service was efficient and friendly. The location was perfect, very easy to get to our wedding destination. The room was spotless and full of amenities. When we returned from our wedding, the lobby staff gave us water to take to our rooms.

We stayed at this hotel because of a relatives' wedding. The check in went smoothly - our room was very nice - the only thing that I found a little lacking was the lighting. While I was putting on my makeup, in the bathroom, it was not very bright. The lights in the room were also not very bright. Other than that, we had a great stay with great service.

The check-in staff on our arrival were great. Our room was the best one we have stayed in since our arrival in Canada last week. It looks a fairly new building and it decor is very contemporary. We would most definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. A favorite. Clean, spacious room. Carlos, working the desk at check in, was extremely helpful and recommended great restaurants for us to go to since the restaurant in the hotel was closed that night due to it being a holiday. I highly recommended this hotel.

We attended a Roof Top Wedding and a beautiful Reception in the Castille Banquet Room! The Wedding Ceremony was excellent, the Hotel Staff were very professional and set up the rooftop area very nicely. The dinner was very appetizing and enjoyable. We had a great day and evening and our Room was very well decorated and appeasing. We slept very well!

Exellent all around conditions and service. We wish it was located in a more tourist attraction area,such as Niagara on the Lake or N Falls-Huntsville or Kingston area. Not to much sightseeing to do in your area. We did visit the RBG. We think that the entrance to your main lobby was not too vi-sable as you drive in from the main Rd. It should be better signed at the front to go to the back for" HOTEL" entry.

Needed to spend a night prior to a flight the next day. This provided Hotel had the ideal suite with two bedrooms for our family. Room rate was reasonable. The restaurant was well priced for lunch. Free self laundry facilities a bonus after travel for a week. Good cookies at reception and plenty of coffee in room and on floor

Staff allowed us to check in 2 hours early so we could freshen up before going to the wedding we were in town for. Rooms clean modern and comfortable. The wedding reception took place at the hotel and it was intimate with good food friendly staff and a well stocked bar. We also had access to rooftop patio with great views of city and lake Ontario. Patio had outdoor furniture that you could relax in which made the wedding that much nicer. Had breakfast in restaurant downstairs and had probably the best home fries I've ever tasted. Love this hotel would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious guest room. The Jacuzzi is huge and the staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful anniversary trip! We couldn't hear any other guests in the hotel and had a very good night sleep.

We booked the room with the king size bed and jacuzzi tub. It was the nicest room we have ever stayed in. The cost was very reasonable. Would definitely go back. Oh and free coffee on the second floor.

Stayed here over night after a wedding at Carmen's. The room wasn't and relatively new furnishings. The kids enjoyed the pool area. The only downside I saw was the bathrooms. The shower design was not good. The shower head doesn't project far which you need to basically stand very close to the wall to use it properly but the toe tester is in the way. Very inconvenient when you need to shower young kids.

I booked here for one night while returning from a one week road trip to the east coast with my kids, ages 5 and 12. After a week of staying in over-priced, under comforted, family oriented beach side rentals with my kids, I was looking forward to this stay and a quiet, comfy, good nights sleep! We were in the Machiavelli Suite, which was really lovely. Extremely clean and large, tastefully decorated and a heavenly, comfy, king-size bed! (Plus a pull out sofa for my youngest). There was also a fridge, microwave, wet bar and dining table. Sadly, other than glasses, there were no dishes or cutlery though, which would be a great addition. There was also a high end Keurig machine with a good choice of teas/coffees. I was loving our stay until about 4 a.m. when this strange noise that I can only relate to a dying engine of some sort began to occur intermittently. It was literally vibrating the wall where our headboard was. At first I thought it was the air conditioning unit in the room, but after fiddling around with it a few times and eventually turning it right off, I realized that it was not the source of the problem. After two hours of intermittent sleep, as the noise and vibrations were coming and going every few minutes, I finally called down to the front desk and was informed that a problematic air conditioning unit on one of the upper floors had already been turned off and that maintenance was on their way in. I was offered ear plugs, which I declined seeing as it would not stop the vibration in the wall and headboard. The noise finally stopped at 8 a.m. Upon checking out, I was told that it had indeed been coming from the electrical room right next to our room, and thanked for notifying them of the problem so that they could pinpoint the mechanical issue with the air conditioning. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of concession or compensation offered by the hotel for what was, in my opinion, a rather sizeable issue. For this reason, I would consider booking elsewhere next time.

This place is awesome! Loved the décor and hotel theme. We have never stayed at Best Western before but will from now on. The pool wasn't huge but it was warm and was a saltwater pool - very clean! We didn't have time to try Baci restaurant but it looked awesome. Have been to Carmen's Wedding Banquet center before and food was awesome - I'm assuming Baci would be just as good. This will be our go to hotel when we travel to the area next time! Close to Link and Red Hill Express Way and QEW. Short drive to the falls.

Clean rooms, great staff, nice having coffee available 24/7 on the second floor along with free washer and dryer. Very nice decor as well. Lots of wedding at this location so it can get noise at night with some of the guest.

My best friend had a wedding reception here on the 11th and it was seriously perfect! Everyone was so accommodating! Carlos and the older gentleman from front desk were great and Jennifer in the function room was super great and so professional! The MC they provided was great and the food was amazing! The lady who served our drinks all night was super upbeat and friendly! Thank you for making her day so special!

An incredible experience from beginning to end made so by the amazing staff. Aside from the amazing ambience of this hotel, you will not be disappointed in their very hospitable staff and mouth watering food. We have held two event in the Dolce (Rooftop) venue. The most recent being a wedding. The C Hotel exceeded our expectations during each of our events. We and our guests experienced top quality customer service from beginning to end.. Thank you to each and every one of you.

Best Western Premier C was wonderful to stay at. We stayed in room 612 (De Niro). When we walked in right away my co-worker and I said "oops they made a mistake. There's only one king bed not two" as we turned around I looked over and saw the other room. Silly us! 2 king beds in separate rooms. I really appreciated having all the amenities, such as fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. I really liked the shower, I find that separate showers tend to feel cleaner than the tubes, so I appreciated that and also that the toilet and shower were in a separate room from the bathroom sink. So as one of us was in the shower the other was able to do hair and makeup. How awesome! I went for a walk around the hotel, looking at the names of each room. It was so fun!! What a creative thing to do. I love the theme! I also snuck in and looked at the pool. It was lovely, but as I didn't have swimwear I didn't have a chance to try it out. All the guests seemed happy. Literally had a few chatting with us. And the staff were super friendly. It was nice to just have conversations and get to know the area a little better. Lastly there were computers and even a printer on the second floor where I was able to print off our boarding passes. That was super helpful to us! My only suggestion for improvement is that we drove right past it at first. It seems a wee bit hidden away. If there was a sign perhaps pointing to it or in front of it I think that would be helpful. But perhaps there is and we just missed it. My only other suggestion is for them to replicate the hotel exactly and place it in Winnipeg so we have the perfect hotel for "staycations"!

Stayed here for one night in July. We ordered room service and I had the BEST brucheta I've ever had. It was incredible. The room was clean and modern and the staff was very friendly! I'll be staying again if I'm in the area!

The rooms was perfectly clean. Lots of room. Great water pressure. Able to control own air conditioning in room. Resturant Bali was amazing also... Best hotel in a very long time. I love the BWP C Hotel by Carmens. That it is classified as a three star hotel does not begin to describe the experience from the moment you arrive. I first stayed here in August 2015 because Hamilton is located between Waterloo, where I had business meetings, and St. Catharines, where the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta I was attending, is hosted. I was very impressed by the spotlessly clean facilities, great, spacious rooms and loads of amenities. But it is the quality of service that sets the place apart. Every person on staff seems to be genuinely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The level of service compares favorably to many four and five star hotels in North America and Europe. The hotel restaurant, Baci, is excellent. Last August, I couldn't get a room at the C Hotel and was really disappointed. This summer, even though I am not going to Waterloo, I still chose to stay at the C Hotel, although it is about 35 miles/60 Kms from St. Catharines. I'm lucky I did. They did not have a regular room available, so they put me up in the Platinum (Lombardi) Suite. Great king bed, two person jacuzzi, gas burning fireplace and a very spacious, well appointed room. I certainly hope I get to return.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations glad i chose this one. Will definitely return. The whole place is bright and stylish but the customer experience I witnessed all around was top notch. The two girls working during the day this long weekend were oustanding! wedding staff were attentive & knowledgeable and the chambermaids are very thorough, this hotel is clean! Working in customer service i notice all the small things and was blown away with this establishment

We were there July 21 & 22 for my daughters wedding. The event was well run we had fun, the food was fantastic and the people in the hotel were tremendous. The staff were very accommodating and seemed to really like to help you out with any questions you need to have answered. The servers in the restaurant were friendly and professional.

Everything about this hotel is superb -- from the moment we entered the sparkling fresh lobby, to the time we were greeted by very pleasant and helpful staff, ... to the time we entered one of their beautifully appointed music-themed rooms, we were in for a delightful and "fresh" experience. I stress the word "fresh" as this is one hotel that doesn't bear the signature "hotel smell" of disinfectants and cleaning products, and stale air. Just lovely, from the moment you step in through those glass doors. The rooms were clean beyond all expectation. I defy anyone to find a fingerprint or a speck of dust on any surface. I really appreciated all the personal touches added to the hotel rooms -- down to the fact that even coffee pods and supplies are replaced promptly. I notice all the little things, and it left an impression. We were in town to attend with a family member who was undergoing medical testing ... and although the staff didn't know this ... we were treated with such exemplary kindness that it really made a difference in how the entire experience unfolded. A minor "blip" (no pun intended) is that the wi-fi was more of a hit-or-miss experience, sometimes working really well, sometimes with no service. This, to me, is a very minor item, since, wherever I travel, I expect to rely on my own data provider, and not piggy-back on what may be offered gratis, on-site. For one thing, I appreciate the added secured that my own provider gives; for another, free wi-fi to me is not a deal-breaker, on any level. (For those who rely absolutely on having free wi-fi, this may end up being an issue with you at this hotel, whether you have Apple products or Microsoft. This seemed to be an issue with a number of guests with whom we chatted, informally.) For me, it's a complete non-issue. We will definitely return to this hotel whenever we are in the Hamilton area again -- and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a superlative hotel experience. As you will note from my other reviews, I'm not one to over-rate a place: I'm definitely a hard marker!

We stayed 2 free nights using our best western points. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Very clean, friendly staff. 24 hour FREE laundry room. They also sell beer in the lobby!!! This was different to see.

Brutal stay, air conditioner didn't work room was extremely hot, reported it 2 times and ended up with a small fan! TVkept losing signal couldn't watch anything. Management said they couldn't meet standards

I stayed for one night at the Best Western C when I flew from BC to Ontario to pick up my new puppy. I got in very late at night and was so very pleased to find a clean room with an amazing bed and pillows. One of the cosiest beds I've slept in at a hotel. Everything is modern and clean with nice decor. I'd definitely stay here again

Very clean newer hotel with very comfortable rooms in a quiet area of the city on the East Mountain. Lovely little restaurant in foyer with generous portions. Close to highway. Very helpful, friendly front desk staff. They have a pool but it was out of order when we were there. The chlorine smell was too high. I do not trust hotel pools any longer! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Was staying here for a business event. The room was roomy, clean and well maintained. The location was okay and close to major roads. While service was good I was surprised when I asked for a later checkout. This seemed to be a big request and the desk clerk couldn't authorize it. In all my years I had never experienced this and was disappointed.

Of all the Best Western Hotels we have stayed in this was the most updated, clean and attractive one. The service was excellent and staff was friendly. We were pleased in every way except that we missed the complimentary breakfast which is offered at other ones.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. As we were hosting a Wedding there, I did have quite a few requests from the front desk and the agents were so accommodating and kind - never an eye roll or attitude. All staff were very friendly! Cannot thank them enough!

If you ever have to go to Hamilton, make sure you stay here. Restaurant is great and the room is awesome. My kids and wife all loved this hotel. It has everything you need, from the pool, the room, the excellent staff, and the restaurant. I have told all my friends.

This is the best BW hotel we have every experienced. From the professionalism at check to the food in the restaurant. Amazing and comfortable beds. The view from the hotel is also great. I stayed at a Best Western Premier in Hamilton, Ontario recently and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The food is great, the employees are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean, the beds were comfy.

Had to wait for the room and the business center was very noisy as it is open to the lobby. The friendly helpful staff upgraded us to a suite due the delay and the noise. One major problem with this otherwise pleasant hotel was the lack of parking. The hotel shares the parking lot with the banquet center and due to its business park location there are no real close alternate locations to park since all the lots are private property.

Absolutely amazing little gem! I called out of the blue while on the road just touring with my husband for the day. Anna at the front desk asked if it was a special occasion - it was our 1st anniversary! She gave us the last room available - the Bridal Suite! Absolutely gorgeous - truly, truly an amazing room - amazing restaurant - and absolutely amazing and lovely staff! We most definitely will be back!

We were just at this hotel for a wedding, we went for a King suite with jacuzzi. This was a very large room with a nice large jacuzzi tub, nice high seat table with 4-chairs, large sofa and coffee table, large king bed, very nice and elegant kitchenette, Keurig coffee maker with a good selection of drinks, mini fridge, microwave, sink and pull out faucet, two sinks for bathroom, one in and one out as well as a large rainfall shower. The entire room "Tony Bennett" suite as it was called was absolutely beautiful and one we will for SURE book again even though we are only an hour away. Our stay was perfect from the hotel reception, to the room, to the entire staff, to the hotel and most importantly the room. Perfectly clean and elegant in all aspects, truly a great hotel and very good price for it. There was also a fireplace in the room, not that we could use it as it was a warm weekend but for the wintertime this would finish the perfect setting. PS, there is a lot of room in this suite, we had family coming for the wedding that visited with us for a few hours and there was more then enough room for all while we talked.

We stayed here one night as part of a family vacation/road trip. It was very clean and well kept. We happened to be on the 2nd floor by the lobby so there was a bit of noise that carried from the lobby. Not an issue for us but you might want to ask for a different floor if that sort of thing is a concern.

Good location for the Hamilton, Niagara area, easy to get to. Second time I've stayed there, and look forward to another opportunity to stay again. Easy access to Hamilton airport and to the major highways.

This was a great place to stay. The whole complex was modern and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was spotless and the beds were great. I would recommend this establishment to anyone travelling to Hamilton.

Everything about this hotel is A-1 except the location. It is in an industrial park area and if after driving a long distance a person is looking for things to do without driving this is not the best. That aside the hotel is well kept, nice and clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly. The pool area looked good but I did not use it. I did notice the hot tub was out of order. The restaurant on premises is a nice touch and the food was good. Typical Italian restaurant. Try to book a room away from the elevator as it made noises during the night when it was in use. I would stay here again as the plus features of the hotel outshine the location. One thing it could use is offering a free breakfast as so many hotels do today.

Wonderfully decorated and up to date Room was lovely, very comfortable. Didn't have a chance to use any amenities as it was a late check in and short stay to fly out next morning. Staff is absolutely amazing, Pat on the back!

A nice hotel with very helpful staff. A free breakfast voucher, to their restaurant, would have been nice for the price paid. Coffee area was appreciated. Close to some of the pretty waterfalls in Hamilton and a doable distance to Niagara Falls.

Very satisfied with my last stay at this hotel for 5 nights. Great desk staff. Clean room overall. Only regret: kitchenette come with only 2 sets of glasses, so even if you have a fridge and microwave in the room, you still need some basics to eat that are not provided. Luckily they have a restaurant downstairs where you have to go to get plate and cutlery.

If you are looking for top quality service and a hotel restaurant with great food then there is no other option while in or close to Hamilton. Staff always looking to go above and beyond to meet your needs. Restaurant a great place for any occasion, meeting or just a great night out.

Great rooms with cool decor. The check in was quick and efficient. The gym is reasonably equipped with some machines, cardio, and dumbbells. The restaurant called "Baci" has wood fired pizza, lots of pasta/salad selections and the food is excellent. There is a nice pool with a hot tub to boot. Internet is ok, can be a bit slow sometimes.

We would most certainly recommend this hotel to others. It is easily accessed from the Hamilton airport and then to various sites within Hamilton. The additional feature of having a top notch restaurant on site is a most welcome feature. The service in both establishments rank in the higher end scale.

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are clean, organized, there are plenty of additions you won't see elsewhere. That being said it was an awful experience. We arrived with our luggage and were forced to carry it up and down the elevator 3 times because the key card wasn't working and the front desk person didn't know why. We went back up and frightened a woman who thought we were trying to break into her room. We showed one another our cards and it was the same. They double booked our room. There was a party going on next door and the clerk told us that it was fine because they were celebrating a pending wedding the next day. She wasn't willing to do anything until at least 11pm. Next we were moved down to the second floor (rather then the top floor we booked) and were placed beside the electrical room and elevator. Every time that someone came onto the floor the elevator made a terrible noise in our room and woke us up. We got very little sleep and were very dissatisfied. They gave us 10% off our bill which was no consolation for having to go to an important meeting with no sleep the night prior. We wanted to love this hotel and it had potential but it fell flat. I wanted to make this our go-to spot when travelling but now i'll have to keep looking.

Excellent hotel. Feather pillows seem to be the standard but were changed on request. And some gluten free bread products esp for breakfast would have made my stay perfect. The pool is nice but the hot tub was under repair during my stay.

My husband and I stayed here mainly because of it's location to Carmen's hall. We were very pleased and found it to be an excellent choice. The front desk staff were polite, professional, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms were very clean, equipped, and welcoming. The only negative is that it is a little difficult to find.

Location of this hotel is perfect for our travel needs. Restaurant is the best in the area and the staff makes sure that u are well taken care of....we travel there twice a year and have never been disappointed

I stay in a lot of hotels for business and personal travel. This was my first stay at C Hotel and I was blown away. Exceptional service from every employee I was met with from front desk, to cleaning staff to restaurant to room service. Rooms are large, comfortable, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I will be back!

Room was large and clean. Barmaid at RoofTop dinner hall was lacking people skills. Waiter made up for her lacking. Hard to locate because of lack of signage in and around property. Actually passed it and had to come back.

Clean comfortable elegant and friendly staff. Lots of places around to eat as well as the Baci restaurant. Which is awesome. Location perfect. Room is so inviting and relaxing atmosphere. I will certainly return. Not surprising being a best western. I have yet to stay at one I do not like

Great venue for my meeting, clean, roomy, very comfortable. Excellent food. The restaurant meal was amazing. Hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to all needs. Hotel check in was smooth and room exceeded my expectations.

We stayed at this location for one night following our son's wedding reception at Carmen's. The fact that this hotel is conveniently located next to Carmen's is brilliant. At the end of an extremely long day, it was very nice to simply walk next door to a hotel. No driving/taxi required. Our guests that stayed over appreciated this feature as well. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. I would recommend using this location - especially when booking the venue next door.

Stayed here after a wedding at Carmens. Perfect distance as it was only a 2 minute walk from the reception. Entire building was immaculate. And the rooms did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable. Modern style. Would highly recommend.

I'm glad I did a little research and chose this hotel instead of the options suggested by my training course. Very easily accessible and near a developing business center area with lots of amenities. The staff are incredible - very friendly and accommodating. And the decor feels more like a boutique than a major chain hotel. Clean bright room. My only disappointment was the hot tub not working. But that was fairly trivial. The restaurant Baci is a great addition and does excellent room service.

We stayed this past weekend at the Best Western Premier C - 3rd hotel in 5 days! Our first room was very clean and comfortable and we were extremely impressed for the price. This hotel caters many weddings and so you should know, that it's a busy hotel on weekends and there are a lot of celebrations going on (parking can be limited). None of these are huge concerns for me when staying at a hotel. During the night we heard odd noises coming from what we thought was the heating/ac unit. We asked to be moved. They said they would be happy to take care of us - and they did!!! They took care of moving our luggage! They moved us to a 2 room suite! While that was unnecessary (we would have been happy in another comparable room and I would have given a great review), it was a total surprise when we opened the door to the suite! It was a beautiful treat! I would have recommended staying here anyway because of the cleanliness and general appearance of the hotel, however, it isn't often you run across people who are genuinely willing to be "of service"! Thank you to all!!!

We had rented a 2 bedroom suite, and overall our family was very impressed. 2 gorgeous bedrooms, plus a pull out sofa. Fully functioning kitchen with everything you'd need. The bathroom was stunning, walk-in shower... everything was beautiful. We thought we didn't have enough towels (we didn't look hard enough!), reception was very nice and he promptly brought up more for us. Very kind reception. Didn't have a chance to explore the rest of the hotel as we were only there for the night but it was a very enjoyable stay.

can't say enough about this hotel. It was my first stay at this Best Western hotel Carmens, stoney creek and it did not disappoint. thank you to all,the staff members, restaurant staff. this hotel will not disappoint anyone.

Terrible service! Wifi wasn't working!! Not fixed by time I left! They want to charge extra for 1 hour late check out when I checked in at 11pm. The staff didn't help with anything. I wouldn't go back to this hotel again.

Overnight stay before heading to the airport. Clean, modern hotel, nicely decorated. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Our room had a minibar area with a small countertop, sink, microwave and refrigerator. Front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant. This hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Free onsite parking.

Good quality hotel, friendly helpful staff. Only problem was that we had a room close to the elevators, on the second floor, open to the lobby which was sometimes noisy. The sound carried up the open foyer to the second floor.

Booked the VIP roof top room "Dolce" for mom in laws 50th, cocktail reception 50-60+ guests. Finger foods and cash bar. Great time, food and service, great feedback from family. Ally enjoyed, thanks to Sammy Jo our server and Pam on the bar, professional whole way through. 5/5 Definitely book again, thanks
