Best Western Copper Hills Inn

Room was perfect. Employees were terrific. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel. Linda in the dining area was really great !!! Location on highway 60 entering Globe from the East was convenient. Dining and fuel just around the corner. Only minutes to downtown Globe. I highly recommend this hotel for the traveling public.

A great location to base from to tour the surrounding area, Fort Apache, Tortilla Flat, White Mountains etc. Great service from a very friendly staff. Breakfast each morning was included with our stay and allowed our group to get an early start on our adventure tour. Great gym room to get warmed up for the day ahead.

From the time we registered we experienced wonderful customer service. Alyssa was wonderful checking us in and welcoming us. The trip was a weekend anniversary getaway for my husband and I. The room was in prestine condition. Super clean. The bed was very comfortable and linens and towels very clean no stains. Breakfast was a real treat thanks to the cook Linda. Linda was very nice and made us a wonderful Breakfast. We checked out, but had to turn around and come back due to weather conditions, Alicia checked us back in and was very understanding and very nice. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. We ran into the cleaning crew a couple times they were friendly and asked if we needed anything. We stayed a total of three nights. I was even able to do laundry in their convinent guest laundry room. I highly recommend this Inn. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic stop on a road trip. Staff was 100% great. Helpful and accommodating. Personal service and friendly attitudes all the way around. We had a problem we caused with TV remote and the front desk came and solved it immediately!

The staff is always pleasant, welcoming and the rooms are always clean with comfortable beds, quiet air conditioners. The clothes washer and dryers work very well. Whenever I'm in Globe, Az I will always stay at this hotel.

Great place to stay with the best staff at least in the midwest. The fitness center has everything that you need while traveling on the road. The breakfast is really good with friendly staff working. The pool is clean and refreshing. You feel like you are at home here and I will keep coming back.

This hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and quiet, especially for a Saturday night. The pool and hot tub were great. Free breakfast was a plus. Staff members were friendly. It felt like a safe and clean place for my family and I to stay.

Everything about our stay here was positive from a clean and comfortable room to the clean and comfortable temperature outdoor pool and hot tub. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to-order. We felt like we were in a little resort, tucked away just off the main highway that runs through Globe. We will definitely be back for another little vacation in Globe.

We wanted to love this hotel. Based on the reviews, we assumed we'd love it. Dawn was sweet and helpful at check-in. We felt very welcome. The lobby is clean and adorable. The exterior of the hotel is quaint and inviting. Would have been 5/5 at that point. The room was dated, but okay, except for the very loud air conditioner that did not circulate the air well. Probably would have still been a 5/5 if we could have slept. But we didn't. All night it was one thing after another. A really loud motorcycle was speeding through the parking lot, a large truck kept backing up (with back-up alarms on) in the parking lot (1:30 am) an alarm of some kind went off at 2. More motorcycles at about 5 am. Really all night! The air conditioner didn't have a chance, despite how loud it was! I mean, again, I really expected to love this hotel! But if sleep is the objective good luck. There was a cleaning product smell when we entered the room. It wasn't overpowering, but we noticed it. I “woke up” congested, but that wasn't the deal-breaker for me. I fully understand that the hotel can't control the really loud trucks, motorcycles and alarms in the middle of the night (all night), but we didn't sleep, despite the loud air conditioner. We got up a little after 4, opened the door to let the slight breeze in, and listened to yet another really loud motorcycle taking off. It is hard to write this, and I only write it for my fellow sojourners who really want to sleep well.

Very nice, newly remodeled rooms. They have a big patio area that have tables and chairs with an umbrella. The pool and hot tub were very clean and had a little cabana area you could lounge in. The breakfast is great too. I will definitely be staying at this location again when visiting town.

This BW is awesome. Pool was clean and hot tub was perfect. Nice, clean and very friendly staff. Asked staff for recommendations to eat and we were given 4 fantastic places that were awesome. Spent a night walking downtown and came back to a nice quiet room with clean amenities.

Clean and efficient room. Air conditioning worked fantastic. And the best breakfast I've had in a hotel in years. Showers were wonderful, TV and cable was very enjoyable. Front desk was always available for any questions we had. Just a plain great stay.

For the SCAR Swim Challenge we finish late at Roosevelt Lake and booked this accommodation in Globe to have a resting place after the swim. It was perfect - easy to find, reasonably close, really nice mattress! And the staff encountered at every turn was friendly and helpful. This spot is also close to the historical section of downtown, which was a nice surprise.

Paper thin walls!!! Don't expect to sleep in late as housekeeping starts early and large carts rolling up and down walkways make it absolutely impossible!! This isn't a traditional hotel, more an old style motel where doors open to walkway, even the elevator is outside

Checked in at the hotel at 1300hrs; room was ready, but I was charged $15 for early check in… felt this was unreasonable. Room is ok, clean and sufficient size. Cars parked outside the room, so early starters can wake everyone up. Breakfast served 0600 to only 0800hrs ( what!) Breakfast was disappointing no fruit, instead cereal, cereal bars and coffee. Heated up hot food which was disappointing.Only 4 tables available.( inadequate). Felt the staff worked hard here to make a positive impact, but it was a struggle. Felt that the professional photos on Tripadvisor do not really represent the hotel. Globe meanwhile is a place in decline, which is a shame. At least half of the shops etc are shut down and empty, the remainder that are still in business were mostly shut on the Tuesday. A local said a few open later in the week.

Best Western is not a luxury spot but we felt it was the best option for accommodations while in Globe, AZ. Best Western exceeded our expectations. No the rooms aren't fancy, but they are clean and the bed was comfortable. Alicia at the front desk and Linda who served us breakfast made us feel welcome and we were treated to a great breakfast of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruit, sausage and homemade salsas. Thanks ladies for your top rate customer service!

Stained towel, hair dryer didn't work, outside door to room made it hard to unload luggage as it was raining hard. Front desk too 15 minutes to check us in. No accommodations for breakfast when I let her know we had to leave at 4:30 a.m. Very tiny bathroom to change in as I was traveling my adult son. Overall, not worth the $147! Choice hotels we had stayed in previous 3 nights were half that and twice as nice.

Polite, knowledgeable and helpful employees. Clean comfortable room. Really like flooring and not old carpets. Breakfast was good with many options. Good parking With clean grounds. Located close to restaurants And shops in Globe.

I suspect this hotel was rehabed from a low standard hotel. It is noisy from both adjoining rooms and the plumbing (when we weren't using it). They should have spent more money on the conversion when changing over to a Best Western.

We have stayed her a few times but now things are getting old. The bed had little to no support, the pillows were so old they were bunched up and very small. The sheets had a grey tinge like they weren't being bleached and you could tell they were very old with no body at all.

great breakfast and staff. Owner onsite personally engaging with each guest to ensure one has a memorable visit. Comfy bed nice room. accommodated our car club well. When there was a noise disturbance the staff was actively engaged and successful in quieting down the noisy party. Our visit was so nice that we are planning a return.

Stayed in other hotels in the area for work and this one is by far the best hotel in the Globe area . Everything you want and need is within walking distance . This best western is clean,quiet and comfortable .

We were in Globe, Arizona for a class reunion this weekend. We stayed at the Best Western Copper Hills Inn. Our time there was a great experience. We were greeted by a friendly staff member when we arrived, and check in was easily done. Our room was ready, and very clean and comfortable. Our bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we slept very well both nights. We had a parking space right in front of our downstairs room, so getting our things into the room was very easy. We found everyone on the staff to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served every morning from 6 to 8 a.m. Both Linda and Dawn were friendly and always let us know what was on the menu for the day. They checked to make sure we enjoyed what we ordered,and offered to bring whatever we needed. Breakfast was really fun because there were always friendly people to visit with while we enjoyed our breakfast. All the guests we met seemed to be enjoying their stay. We will definitely return to this Best Western Copper Hills Inn whenever we are in Globe again.

What a great experience we had at this clean and comfortable hotel! After a long day of travel, we were so very grateful for the hospitality provided by each and every staff member we encountered. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed and comes from my decades working in hotels and resorts. The beautiful flooring in the room was a nice change from smelly carpets that some hotels can have. The extended shower rods, the comfortable pillows and overall cleanliness of even the concrete walkways and stairs was a pleasant sight. There was a new large grill being installed on the day I arrived and cannot wait to try it out on my next visit. The gym, hot tub and pool were immaculate and seating at the pool was very comfortable- large well kept chairs and loungers were a comfortable treat. Wonderfully kept landscape around the property was beautiful to look at. Breakfast in the mornings was such a pleasant experience as well! Linda was serving breakfast and she was just so kind and friendly- the homemade salsas available at breakfast were simply the cherry on top of an amazing experience! Do yourself a favor and stay here the next time you're in Globe- do not forget to taste the homemade green or red salsa at breakfast!

This is a very typical Best Western but it has rubber matting floors and high rates. They seem sticky to me. I stayed at a Sure Stay(budget BW) once with rubber mats...I thought they were part of that franchise.

A very comfortable place to stay while attending a family memorial service. Staff were very kind and went way above and beyond the call. We stayed here just last year for a reunion. It's my first choice for a hotel in Gila County.

What a lovely surprise to find this place. The accommodations are clean and modernized, and the landscaping makes it a pleasure to hang out in. The staff is MARVELOUS--the owners are very sweet and helpful, and the woman who made breakfast was so helpful and fun to talk to. This would be a great place to stay if you want to hike and visit the archeological sites nearby.

Nice hotel with outdoor pool and fitness center. free breakfast but only from 6-8. I know when I'm on vacation I don't want to get up that early. Denny's next door and hotel guest get a 10% off the bill. Easy to get around with a couple of bars and restaurants very close by.

Driving home on 2 Jul and they had 2 rooms left. Alecia was great at check in. Recommended several places to eat. We had a bit of a problem in the evening with 15 people in 1 room above us, but Tabitha took care of it. Rooms were very clean and so was the property. They even offer a military discount.

very nice and cozy and like the trails up the road from there and the weight room was very nice as well the parking lot was great as well and it was next to a great restaurant as i like the food as well

Rooms were a little small for the price of the room but once we got there I was happy with the stay. Clean and plenty if towls. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Plenty of options and the breakfast lady seriously makes your day with her kindness and attentiveness.

Perfectly clean hotel with the nicest staff! Comfortable room. Nice little breakfast served! And a beautiful pool area. Very nice if you're staying in Globe, AZ! The most beautiful little winery is across the street that has something for everybody. You can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views of the vines. A delicious little restaurant around the corner is there called Irene‘s Mexican food! You can you can walk to these places.

The hotel was very clean. I appreciated that they had vinyl flooring rather than carpet. The beds were fairly comfortable. The woman at the front desk wasn't very friendly. We missed the breakfast because it was only 6 to 8. We were only in Globe one day so it served the purpose.

We have always enjoyed Best Western hotels, but now we have one that was a disappointment. To only serve breakfast from 6:00 AM until 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning is insulting. We're talking about SATURDAY morning! It can only mean the hotel management wants to force guests out of the hotel early, or they want to save money by not serving many guests the breakfast they obviously paid for as part of the room charge. Keep in mind, this was a Saturday morning! The event we came to Globe, AZ for did not start until 10:00 AM, so to get the "free" breakfast, we were forced to get up early, which we did not do. This meant we had to take time to go to a restaurant and pay for a second breakfast. This may sound like a little, trivial matter. However, its the little things that drive away customers. To say it was a shortage of workers is insulting. If you can serve breakfast until 8:00 AM, you can certainly serve it until 9:00 AM! Never again at this hotel. It doesn't appear the management at this hotel takes hospitality as serious as other Best Western Hotels, which we have enjoyed over the years. We are still loyal to Best Western, but will not recommend Copper Hills inn.

Great hotel up in the mountains away from Phoenix. Only an hour away from the Arizona renn faire. Rooms were immaculately clean and a great value. The only problem I encountered was a loud neighbor from 230-430am one night. The night auditor Josie was super professional warning the noisy guests and removed them from the premises when they did not want to respect the posted quiet hours.

We were only planning on staying one night but enjoyed this quirky mining town and the incredibly comfortable stay at this BW so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Seriously the most comfortable bed and pillows ever. And Linda, the woman taking care of the breakfast room, is a treasure, treating everyone like returning friends instead of strangers passing through. A bonus is that a delightful winery, Waggin`, is steps away from the front door of the hotel. If you are visiting this town during the week remember it is a working mining town and it gets loud and busy EARLY in the day. Embrace it and enjoy your breakfast between 6 and 8 a.m.

A very dated and reconditioned/remodeled motel. This place was way overpriced for a basic motel. The door to the outside did not seal (there was a 1/2 inch gap under and around the door) so the cold air and noise flowed in all night. The so-called free breakfast was only served from 6-8am... not customer friendly. The locking mechanism would stick so you could not easily get in and out of the door. Definitely would not return!

The staff at this facility are some of the most friendly and helpful we have ever encountered. The cleanliness was of the property was impeccable. They were responsive when we reported a slow draining tub and fixed it that day. The breakfast was good given the COVID restrictions that remain. There was a new Denny's next door and plenty of fast food chains within a half mile. There is not much in the way of fine dining anywhere in Globe. My only real compliant was that the WiFi speed was very slow <2 Mbps.

This is probably your best bet in Globe. The other motels we saw looked pretty sketchy, whereas the Copper Hills is clean, safe, and has good size rooms. The lady on the front desk was helpful and friendly despite having to deal with multiple tasks by herself. The breakfast was OK, pretty standard covid-era offerings.

The hotel has many restaurants at walking distance a denny's restaurant is next door service was good , Hotel's has fitness room,swimming pool, also a gas station next to the hotel and the hotel staff was friendly

Easy check-in. Personable employees willing to help. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Modified breakfast (due to COVID) was great. Thanks for such a great overnight stay. Hope to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at a 5 star resort in Scottsdale for 2 nights. When we arrived at this room - not much different than the other room! These rooms are clean & comfortable. Feels like home away from home! ALL the staff are awesome! This is not the first time we've stayed there and it is definitely NOT the last! I would not stay in any other place! I think the owners of this property should train other Inns - from the front desk service to the cleanliness of the entire place! Great Job to all and Thank you!

This was a last-minute stay and we were thankful there were rooms available, especially for a Saturday night. Both the Front Desk staff members at arrival and departure were pleasant and professional; give them a raise! We will return to this property the next time we are in the area

We always stay at this hotel. The staff is great especially Shauna Cameron. All of the people there are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and nice and the location is good. Have never had a bad time staying here.

We were warmly welcomed, the room was impeccable (included microwave, refrigerator, a safe) the landscaping was lovely, the pool was beautiful. We really could not have asked for more. Attention to detail rarely seen in a chain hotel.

This seems to be an older hotel but it was clean. The pool was open and clean. Pool towels had seen better days but they were clean.Tabitha at the front desk was awesome. BUT don't be a second late for breaksast or you are out of luck.

Clean rooms, friendly Staff. Short term or extended stays due to work, I wouldn't recommend any other motel in the area as much as Best Western. Several Restaurants within walking distance of the rooms. I have stayed here many times & will continue to use Best Western when in the area!

This is with out a doubt the best hotel experience I have ever had. For work I regularly stay in hotels and I've never left a review but after this stay I just had to. The employees went way over and above what is expected. Also the room was spotless, the WiFi worked great and the parking was well lit and safe. Thank you Dawn, Alice and Jess.

This is a pretty average Best Western. Located just off the main highway, it is next to a Denny's restaurant. The beds were fine. Service was okay. Relatively quiet despite a lot of mine workers coming and going late at night and early in the morning. In the morning, skip the Best Western breakfast. It was really inadequate and had very few choices and sparse offerings. Go to the Denny's.

There were six of us in 3 rooms and we were all smokers. Rooms were non smoking so we found seating outside in the parking lot over 300 feet from the front door in the parking lot to smoke and Socialize. I brought an ashtray so no butter or ash would be left. We were told we had to stand in the road to smoke and I was charged $150 for smoking outside in the parking lot

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel had ample parking, and was clean. The staff was welcoming and kind. Breakfast was juice, coffee, yogurt, fruit and bars but you cannot expect much more in this time of covid.

The room was nice and clean. The evening desk clerk was very helpful in telling us restaurants to choose and giving directions. The daytime owner/manager is one of the best. She told us things to see and do in town. She is a good ambassador for the city. We definitely recommend staying here if you visit Globe.

What a wonderful surprise. I've stayed at Best Westerns before, and my stay has always been good. Here it was great!!! All because of Alicia. She was so helpful, went above and beyond helping us and made our stay perfect. The rooms were spotless. So clean you could eat off the floor. Nice, updated, great bed and location so easy to find. I would definitely stay there again. And a special thank you to Alicia.

Stayed at this hotel July 14 & 15,2020, The manager (DAWN-MICHELLE) was exceptionally professional, very pleasant, accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met upon arrival, during our stay and upon check out. I was to meet up with a friend from Phoenix at the hotel, he arrived before myself, DAWN-MICHELLE was so gracious, approached my friend, asked if he was waiting on “LULU” and he was, so he was so happy to meet her, appreciated her hospitality and now just loves DAWN-MICHELLE, her professionalism, kindness, to include her hotel staff everyone, is so kind and helpful. We will certainly return to this hotel, did I mention, we just love the cleanliness so very much. We preferred 2nd floor or higher due to less foot noise, we were accommodated, if you will be staying in Globe, AZ, be sure to meet the Manager DAWN-MICHELLE, she is a true asset to BEST WESTERN COPPER HILLS INN, she will ensure all your needs are met.

this hotel is amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure my little family was well taken care of! When I called in about rates Shauna offered me a great deal! And checking in i met Alisha who was super attentive! And let me tell you about the rooms!!! AMAZING! The floors are beautiful everything is clean! I could smell the fresh cleanliness!! And the beds were so comfortable! When checking out Dawn-Michelle was fantastic! She asked all the right questions and best of all her smile made my day better. Thank you best western copperhills inn! We will be back!

I came here for the Blue River Fire and all the motels were booked as was this one for the nights I needed. Dawn worked her magic to find me a room that met all my needs. I was being booked for a few nights at each motel then having to check out and return. Dawn made my visit work and I left early due to personal reasons. They accommodated my drama. Internet works fine and they provided some yogurt, fruit, and granola bars for COVID. Parking is tight and rooms are comfy with a fridge. It's hot there. I'd stay again.

Was a great stay. Staff was very helpful. Room good for the price we paided. Service was better then expected. Only problem really was the refrigerator. Our freezer was done completely. They helped some on that.

I stayed here for the month of october for business. Just like the best western in cottonwood. Wonderful amenties so i can feel at home. The front desk associate was really help exspecially alicia. She was absolutely on top of making my stay and coworker stay the best it could be even if we bugged a little too much.

Truly an excellent value, this hotel has anything one living on the road, or traveling for work might need, laundry, fast internet, breakfast, easy check in, super friendly staff. There is a Denny's next door that just opened, it is very good as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the Globe AZ area.

Rates were great as we were spending New Year's Eve at a dance across the street. Staff was friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean and neat. Tho I got to breakfast at 9:00 am (breakfast was served 6-9), food was available and there were still people coming in. No problems for anyone.

Our family was traveling over the Holidays, and it was such a treat to stay in Best Western Copper Hills Inn! We could visit and sight-see, and then relax in the room with such wonderful amenities there at the Hotel. The kids especially loved the movie choices on TV, relaxing beds! I loved the smokefree room, and the comfortable beds too! The staff is wonderful, and the breakfast was a hit! Every staff we were in contact with, was super sweet and accomodating! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we'll be back very soon!

This BW has many good qualities, including cleanliness, hot tub, fitness room, breakfast included, but the best feature is front desk receptionist, Alicia. From the moment we arrived, Alicia engaged in a sincere, helpful and interactive manner. She was very accommodating, going to extra lengths to ensure that we were satisfied with our room location. She was informative regarding the area. She expressed an attitude of appreciation for her job and employer. How pleasant to meet a young woman with a welcoming smile, grateful heart and sense of humor that enjoys conversation with those passing through. She is a valuable ambassador for this BW! Always a good experience here as the management and staff go out of their way to assist us. We travel on business and often have to send products ahead of our arrival. Here they always accommodate us in a friendly, efficient way. We're grateful for the help.

This place is ok if you dont mind noise. The is a bar right on the corner next to this hotel. The get a lot of drunks that come there to stay after hours. Not pleasant if you are trying to get some rest.

Room was very clean and pleasant place to stay.. The outside area was very neat. Staff were very friendly. accommodating. Breakfast area was very clean and there was a good selection of food.. There was also a good Denny's just within a walking distance.

Not the best hotel but pretty good for the area. The staff is friendly and helpfu. The rooms are clean and the AC works. The breakfast leaves much to be desired especially with the lack of good breakfast places in the area. One suggestion would be to up the game on breakfast.

Copper Hills Inn is always a pleasure to stay in. Front desk staff is consistently friendly and accommodating - have encountered a few different people with no concerns. Rooms are clean and updated. The breakfast service manager(Stephanie) is always exceptionally sweet and easy to talk with. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone has what they need and keeps the room tidy for the next person. Housekeeping does an amazing job. Grounds are superb.

I spent 3 nights at BW Copper Hills and enjoyed it. Room was clean, had comfortable bed, large shower, full amenities, also pool and fitness room. Setting was quiet at night. Breakfast room pleasant with hot and cold choices available. All rooms open to outside. Denny's restaurant next door. Would definitely stay here again, if in Globe-Miami again.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. I have stayed here 5 times in the last year. The breakfast has fresh salsa, warm tortillas, it great. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable.

We stayed in Globe last Saturday night as part of our weekend on Roosevelt Lake with friends and couldn't be happier with our hotel choice! There is absolutely a reason why they are rated higher than the "newer" hotel that is almost directly across the street. The staff was wonderful (it's obvious that they actually LIKE their jobs) and the rooms had upgrades/amenities that are rarely found in ANY area and almost NEVER in large metro areas without astronomical prices attached!......in room safe, the mini-fridge wasn't actually "mini" but more like a college dorm fridge (at least twice the size of anything that I've seen in most hotel rooms), full DirecTv programming INCLUDING movie channels (HBO, Showtime etc) and the bed was super comfy as well, which is a huge win for us due to both having physical conditions from younger years that have made us "bed snobs" in order to still work and function the way that we need to for another 10-15 years until retirement! LOL Additionally, while walking the outdoor corridor the next morning, I saw that there was not only a small pool and hot tub but that they also have built-in hydraulic lift seats for those who are disabled to enjoy! I have traveled extensively in my life and even though myself and none of my family actually need anything like this, I DO know that this is a RARE amenity, that although may be active sought after, is very difficult to find!

My stay was a joy. Trina was very pleasant and most helpful with check in. Room was clean well kept. Easy to find, front door parking. Breakfast was great. Put out and serviced by Alicia. Who provided top rate service and was most helpful. All with a friendly smile.

Best Western Copper Hills Inn is well located. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Indeed, they share an already prepared list of things to do and places to eat in and around Globe. Breakfast offers savory items we've never seen before like the stuffed omelet. Rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. In fact, toilets are so clean, we urged the manager to put either tread strips or bath mats in the tubs for guest safety. What's more, while prices change depending on time of the year, they are fair.

I stayed here at the Best Western in Globe As and I have to say I have stayed here before and it was great. Now they are doing a lot of upgrades I stayed in one of the rooms with the new hardwood floors, and it was awesome very clean and a great New look. The rooms look brand new and very modern, keep up the great work you all are doing. The staff was awesome also!!!

I stayed at this Best Western in Globe Az last night and I have to say that my stay was amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful even the housekeeping. The one person that stood out to me was Holly in housekeeping she was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and wonderful to stay in. When ever I'm in Globe again I will be back to stay here, I love the way the staff is and how friendly they are, and I want to thank housekeeper Holly for doing a great job.

My experience at Best Western Copper Hills Inn was a very memorable stay, from the time I walked in Alicia greeted me with a smile and informed me of all the great local attractions, the staff was very genuine and helpful. Also the breakfast was fresh with an array of variety, I will definitely stay here again.

Got together with oher Radio Free Phoenix deejays for an anniversary celebration. Fun times. Got to celebrate the network's 15th years in existence. Met the other on-air personaltiies and got to hang out with them, at the hotel and in town.

Quiet, comfortable stay this past weekend. Great staff, very clean property and a very nice breakfast! We'll return to enjoy more nights here. I recommend the rooms on the east side of the hotel in the summer to avoid the evening sun on hot AZ summer afternoons.

The Best Western Copper Hills is a convenient and comfortable spot to spend a night or two in Globe. They serve a good breakfast in the morning, and were taking good care of the firefighters during our recent stay, when a bunch of Arizona was on fire. Keep up the good work! The outdoor pool and spa appear to have sort of a crane arrangement for handicapped folks! Never saw that before.

I have stayed here several times on business and Dawn and her staff have always been very gracious. I like that it's very close to a trailhead of short hikes I can take. And I love the breakfast, just ask and you will be given a nice warm tortilla to go with your homemade salsa, beans, potatoes and eggs. Last week was a fantastic addition of another homemade (by Dawn) Mexican dish, it was amazing. I also love that they infuse their water and I can fill up my bottle before running off to meetings. Thank you Dawn and staff, hope to see you again soon!

The rooms are fine, but the walls are thin and the exterior doors as well. You can hear everyone next to you and all the traffic noise from the street. Don't plan on getting sleep as you can hear everything. For the price compared to other hotels, this one should be a lot cheaper.

Nice looking hotel. The beds are comfortable and the shower has good water pressure. But beware of moths, mosquitos and scorpions. You will find them in your room. The breakfast was limited, the food was cold and breakfast is over at 9 am. The walls are thin as we heard the neighbor's television all night long. Be prepared to be awake by 7 am as the neighboring Denny's receives trash pick up and food delivery. The day staff is pretty unconcerned as well. The night people are more accommodating.

This motel is very old and in need of renovation. Beds were comfortable, pillows small and non-supportive and the bath very small. The ac unit was somewhat noisy. Parking for the units at the back of the motel (very far from the elevator) was limited and noisy. A redeeming characteristic? Close to Denny's for breakfast. Not saying much..

This was a wonderful property and a good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. The breakfast hostess, Mary, went out of her way to make sure everyone was enjoying their breakfast, and she prepared very good breakfast foods. There was a nice fitness room. The trail head for Round Mountain is right by the hotel and is a nice easy hike with great views. The only suggestion I have is to warm up the pool. It was way to cold to even get in it. I would definitely stay here again!

This basic hotel had nice linens and was quite clean with excellent staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the room as we were expecting a low level experience but it was better than expected. Breakfast in the morning was good and Mary who was the “hostess” was beyond nice and helpful and even made us a warm wrap to put our eggs into for a to-go meal. Good value.

Overall, nice and quiet stay. Very friendly front desk staff. Check in was easy along with our other requests for places to eat and extra towels for our room. Breakfast was hot with typical hotel choices. Mary - who helped with breakfast - was extremely kind and friendly. Only downfall was the pool. It was a large outdoor pool that was not heated.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a road trip through Arizona and were very pleased with this hotel. All the staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't the biggest, but was very clean and comfy. We appreciated having such a large refrigerator for a hotel room and a microwave. The pool was outside and not heated, but we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and the pool seating on a nice warm sunny day. Very yummy breakfast with lots of choices- waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, bagels, muffins, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and cold cereal. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and staff but a very small town in Arizona, near 1 restaurant, nice room and comfortable bed, nice pool area. My husband went down to the breakfast area and said it was nice, but wished it was open a little longer.

We stayed here for 7 nights while on vacation in Az. They have a guest laundry, which is very handy. as stated in previous reviews the breakfast is good. Can't say enough about Mary! She puts her own spin on the breakfast items, so you aren't eating the same thing every day. The rooms were clean. My only concern was the bathroom. It was so small the door barely cleared the stool. There was hardly enough room to towel off after a shower. I caught the maid every day and told her we did not need service, just clean towels and empty the garbage. They were happy to oblige. I did think the price was a little steep for being located in Globe, Az and the fact that we did not require service our whole stay. Also we had a trailer and when I made the reservations asked if they had room to park it. They said yes, they do not. We had to park it across the street. Overall, I would probably stay here again, just wish it was cheaper.

The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The TV remote was even cleaned. The housekeeping was honest as they found something that we had left behind and reported it and we received a call very promptly. The breakfast person, Mary, was very accommodating asking if she could get us anything else. The breakfast had nice choices. All in all a good place to stay.

Stayed here for a night kind of on the Fly while traveling through Globe. What a great choice. The rooms were clean, beds super comfy, refrigerator and microwave, nice hot shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They opened the pool area for us so we had a nice spot to relax and enjoy the Desert Breezes even though it was out of season. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. For a corporate Continental, I was very impressed with Mary's salsa and beans. Lots of stuff was made from scratch. The hospitality was really incredible. We grabbed a local taxi to go downtown in the evening to enjoy some of the bars. I highly recommend this place if you are a fan of regular hotels. Globe seems like a pretty cool town. Will definitely be coming back.

The property is clean. Inside and out. All staff were friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate the onsite guest laundry...a lifesaver! We really enjoyed the breakfast selection but Mary was the star of the breakfast room! She introduced herself to everyone personally and made sure each person had what they needed. She even made waffles for us!! She's a gem and our day was awesome beginning with her. Such a sweetheart.

This place has an employee (Mary) in the breakfast room that provided amazing service. You would think you were at a nice restruant. She catered to our every need, not bad for a self service breakfast.

A quick overnight trip in Globe. We really liked this Best Western. Very well maintained and cared for. Nice clean rooms. Everything was in good shape and clean (I hope it stays that way). It was a quite nights rest. No complaints at all. Breakfast was also good, they had a great variety of food. We would definitely stay here again!

Getting away for a much needed trip with my family from all the hustle and bustle of our crazy lives. We enjoy the freezing cold pool, and the hot tub. Even though its was cold it felt good. My kids and I really enjoyed the dares to jump in. We had a great time at the rodeo and great sleeps on the comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious. We never go for 2nds but it was really good we had to.

Very nice Hotel within walking distance to restaurants and a very quaint bar. The Hotel staff was exceptional at check in and check out. House keeping was wonderful and breakfast was nicely displayed and very good which was surprising.

Good staff and comfortable room, but plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast. Is this the best you can do Best Western? Not good for the planet or the guest! This isn't the policy at your other hotels so why here?

This motel has obviously been recently updated, though the rooms are a little small for king size beds. Nevertheless, they are comfortable and pleasant. We stayed in a ground floor, corner room with a large walk-in shower, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is very good, not just the standard fake eggs but real eggs and bacon. The only down-side was that the TV in our room did not work.

We stopped here for the night. It is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The breakfast was good, a little better than the usual. The walls were a bit thin, but not terribly so. A short walk for dinner was a plus.

Decent stay at miami globe area. Good clean old hotel with exterior hallway. The room is good sized but already showing aging including the furniture. The bed is comfy but the lighting definitely needs improvement. The reception staff is good with quick checkin process. May or may not come back again considering other hotels nearby.

Recently I had occasion to stay four nights in Globe with my dear aging mom. Best Western Copper Hills offers rooms outfitted for people in chairs, and they went out of our way to make us comfortable. Mary the Breakfast Lady is justly famous--you'll read glowing comments all over various sites. She is a shining star, going out of her way to make breakfast special during your stay, and yes, she makes the Best Waffles, with the BW logo baked right in! The only thing I would change if I could would be to add a hand held shower. Otherwise... GREAT stay! Thanks to all at the BW Copper Hills Inn! We will look forward to our next visit.

What a great place to stay! Fantastic breakfast (much better than other best westerns)! Comfortable beds, good linens, comfortable pillows. Most importantly, great people. The owner, the desk staff and the woman who makes homemade salsa and beans for the breakfasts are all amazing people. I will stay here anytime I come to Globe and need a hotel.

Morning clerk had most of the breakfast out 1 hour early so the early birds could get a bite before leaving. The shower impressed me because it is huge like mine at home and does not have a shower curtain rubbing up against you when you turn around.

I never though that I would write about a Best Western, but this property deserves a review. The renovation that was done two years ago was outstanding with rooms that sparkle. Reasonably priced with a nice pool and a good breakfast. Conveniently located on Highway 60, close to downtown. If it is open, visit the Historic Gila County Jail.

When I was there, they were just finishing up a major renovation to the property. Rooms are on the small side, but, for a weekend place to sleep, the price is right and quality above average. I highly recommend BW Copper Hills.

Very clean and decorated nicely. Beautiful views. They have a pool. It was quiet, didn't notice the other visitors. They offer a full breakfast. It would be nice if more hotels would offer a recliner. The staff we're polite and professional.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Best Western. Our room was spotless and quiet. The pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room is set up nicely as to avoid being overcrowded and chaotic. The lady who runs the breakfast room is just a gem, she is so friendly and accommodating. She will go out of her way to make sure your breakfast there is top notch. You do not see that level of service very often so it was a positive experience that made our stay there even more pleasant.

We stayed one night here just two of us, there were 2 Queen size bedas in the room which were very comfortable also a fridge. All in all I can recommend this hotel. There was a great little bar at the end of the street about 2 minute walk from hotel and there is a new restaurant being built near the hotel. Ver good for a night stay on the way somewhere.

Have stayed other hotels in globe and so far this one is the best. Nice clean rooms and great customer service. It was a fast check in with no issues. And check out was fast too. The breakfast area was great.

We stayed at 4 different BW's on our vacation and this one is our favorite! Mary the breakfast host is amazing. She's personable, funny, attentive and a joy to see. Rooms are clean and newly remodeled and the front office staff is polite. There's not a negative thing to speak of at this hotel. Mary is just GREAT! We can't wait to come back and see her again.

Just the kids and I stayed here, we drove all the way from North Idaho. Room was nice and clean, and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Very nice scenery around the hotel. I stayed for 3 days. Staff was friendly and the hotel is also in a great area. Food close by and a grocery store as well. Nice hiking rmtrsil nearby.... I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting this area!!

check in and out was a breeze.the room was nice, lighting was excellent the room clean, the beds slightly soft, but i got the best night's sleep i have had in months! the shower was also great. price was nice as well! would be happy top stay there more often!

Overall, all of the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, easy access with elevator and quiet. Also, good WiFi signal, TV channel selections and friendly front desk staff. We went to White Mountain area and stopped by Globe on Thanksgiving night. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience to stay in this place. It was around 6:00pm when we reached Globe on Thanksgiving holiday, There was no restaurant opened at that moment. Unexpectedly, we were having a nice Thanksgiving dinner with their other customers together. It becomes a warming Thanksgiving in my memory. It makes me to think about my friends during the old fashion days. Not only that, It was a wonderful opportunity to show the good American tradition to my boy. Someday, he will do the same to the others. Especially, I wish that I had chance to say THANKS to Mary and Anthony.

On our way north from Tombstone, this location was a convenient stopover. Motel style rooms, but well appointed. Comfortable beds, modest sized bathroom. Added bonus was a safe - so rare we find in hotels in the USA. Good breakfast and a very friendly hostess. Clearly a hotel that attracts repeat visitors on business and one we were pleased to find.

I had a good nights stay, hotel quiet, price point high for location. If you have difficulty navigating stairs request a lower level room - second floor has no elevator. Night staff were wonderful - sorry I missed the name.

Enjoyable, we were interested in taking a trip back in time and found some great places to visit in Globe, AZ. In particular we enjoyed the first aid station which was established to serve four mines and now it has been restored and holds the local museum. We also found local people were very helpful giving advice about restaurants etc.

We were very impressed by the service at this clean, comfortable Best Western. The Front Desk receptionist, April, was so pleasant from the moment we arrived, ensuring that our request for a quiet upper floor room was met. When there was a noise problem with some other guests, she dealt with it swiftly and effectively. The breakfast was decent with hot and cold food options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The environment was clean, I felt comfortable and safe traveling alone, the breakfast was great, staff was friendly, kind and helpful, the front desk clerk Anthony was wonderful, nice and professional, a breath of fresh air, I enjoyed my stay the utmost :)

For our stay of two nights, this motel rates 5 stars from us. That is something because most motels are not this good. Read on and see why. Our room was very comfortable, king size bed, comfortable mattress, two person sofa, huge tv, free wi-fi, large tub, nice shower head, clean room, friendly helpful staff, quiet nights, very quiet air conditioner, large room refrigerator with freezer, easy check in and out, good price, free breakfast, good fresh food and the room coffee wasn't bad either. The only negative thing was that the outdoor jacuzzi was not on, hence the water was cold. When I inquired about it, a friendly staff turned it on for us, but by the time it was hot, it was too late in the evening. Definitely would stay here again.

During our first visit to Globe, AZ we spent the night at the local Best Western. The check-in was easy and we got a quiet room on the back side. My husband liked the fact that we could park the car right outside our room and enter from the door there compared to having to haul luggage through a long corridor with an inside entrance. The server at the breakfast was friendly and told us about places to visit during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

From reservation to checkout we had an exceptional experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. At breakfast there was good variety and very helpful staff. there is a very nice hiking trail just a block from the front door of the inn.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and clean. The decor is really nice. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We were in a room with a king size bed. The bathroom gad a nice shower with glass brick. There is an elevator to go to the second level however we were on the lower level.

Very modern motel but walls are very thin. One person was taking a shower at 4:15 am!!! and you could hear EVERYTHING! Truck guys were also extremely loud outside at 6 am. Definitely not a place where you can bring your family during the week as you travel! The lady in the breakfast room was extremely nice and the laundry room was very small but functional. I paid $2 for washer, $2 for dryer and $2 for detergent.

Was passing through on an excursion through eastern Arizona. I stayed one night on a slow travel day (Sunday). I have never been treated so well in many many years by this hotel. Excellent service and treatment by a nice staff.

Staff very helpful, I had a reservation and they were expecting me, room was perfect and away in the back - quiet. Some Internet connectivity problems with the hotel's provider - ie. they were down so no WIFI and the hotel was knocked off their corporate rez system for a 'while'.

Standard size rooms and accommodations. The breakfast is your typical cereals, bread, waffle, egg, & meat that most hotels are now offering. We had an end room which was quiet. The front desk staff gave us good restaurant choices. With a limited supply of hotels in Globe, you choices are Best Western or Days Inn, either would do, just comes down to price

Comfortable stay for a quick stop of 1 or 2 days. All personnel are very friendly and always trying to help you! The place doesn't have the greatest view but, its conveniently located off the main highway and makes it a quieter to stay a sleep.

I initially chose to stay at the Best Western Copper Hills Inn because, after spending an evening calling around to all the hotels in the area, it was the only one that didn't seem to have a bed bug problem. My family traveled a lot when I was a child. I've stayed in hotel rooms probably hundreds of times in my life, and that includes Best Westerns. They were always fine, "middle of the road" hotels -- essentially, a place to crash. Not bad, but not necessarily impressive, either. I wasn't expecting anything more when I checked into the Best Western Copper Hills Inn. I don't know who manages this location, but whoever it is, they are on point, and they deserve a fat raise. They have their logistics down to a perfect science that accounts for every minute of their guests' experience. From the moment you walk into the cozy, inviting lobby, it's like you're in a real-life commercial for Best Western, with everything being presented at its best and every detail meticulously looked after all across the board. The staff members are unerringly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Doesn't matter if it's noon or 3 a.m. If the CEO of Best Western ever sees this review, those people deserve a fat raise, too. They reflect quite favorably upon Best Western as a whole, because they are excellent at their jobs. I got checked in quickly, received my card key and a demonstration of how to turn on the shower (apparently this confuses a lot of people), and directions to my room, which the gentleman at the front desk pointed out to me on a glossy laminated diagram of the hotel. When I got to my room, first of all, let me just say, the card key worked on the first try. This may not seem like anything impressive or worth mentioning to you -- that is, unless, like me, you've stayed at all kinds of hotels over the course of your life, in which case you're probably like "really? On the FIRST TRY? Was it blessed by Jesus first, or??" Because like, card keys pretty much NEVER seem to work on the first try. You're doomed to go through like 4 to 7 card keys after repeatedly being denied access to your room while standing in the hallway with luggage strapped to your shoulders and bags twisting up your arms if you stay at any hotel other than this one, it would appear. When I walked into my room, the first thing I noticed was how tidy it was. I set down my luggage and drew the privacy shades over the windows. Then I just kind of went about the room to get a sense of how it was set up, where things were, etc. the way you always do when you first walk into any hotel room, and I found myself marveling at how immaculately clean every square inch of that space was, including the bathroom. Sleek appliances, polished surfaces, not a speck of stray dust or a hint of grime or a single scuff mark in the whole place. The linens all seemed to be high quality -- thick white towels thrice-folded and hung neatly over polished towel racks, soft, billowy, fresh scented sheets and blankets tucked over the bed, pillows like puffs of lazy white cloud pulled right out of the sky. There was free guest wifi, tons of TV channels, plenty of hot water (and I take long showers), free toiletries and breakfast, and as much peace and quiet as you could ever need. I didn't hear a peep from any neighboring rooms the whole time I was there, though that may just be a matter of having courteous neighbors more than it is a perk offered by the hotel itself, but still. It's a detail. Anyway, I think I paid like $100 for the night, and the quiet, restful enjoyment of the experience in general. Well worth it if you ask me. Worth more, in fact. I have since returned to this location when visiting Globe, and will continue to do so whenever I'm there in the future. I say that as someone who has worked too heavily in advertising to ever develop brand loyalties again -- I'll be going simply because the Best Western Copper Hills Inn is such a charming place to stay, and I couldn't recommend it more to anyone who has Globe on their travel itinerary in the future.

All year I travel to different states and cities stay at different hotels I stay at copper hill for 3 months and I enjoy my stay the hotel is new rooms are nice and clean their fitness center was my favorite has little bit of everything treadmill,bike and free weights also a exercise machine with different types of workouts. Breakfast was decent roberts have all the stuff ready early morning all the staff is very nice (helpful)

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to help. Rooms were clean and amenities were excellent. Breakfast was great. Had an excellent selection. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I would change would be not having to watch Fox News during breakfast

The staff is extremely courteous - especially the woman hosting the daily breakfast bar. The exercise room was a surprise. It had up-to-date equipment and was very clean. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms made our stay in Globe pleasant and restful.

Our arrival was in late afternoon and the front desk was staffed by by a young lady who was training a new employee. Both greeted us very cordially and got us the best rate available by using our AAA card. She answered our questions on the age of the property and shared with us that it was remodelled in 2016. The property itself was spotless, the room extremely clean and the new pillow top beds very comfortable. The complementary breakfast the next morning was hosted by Mary who most charming, helpful and a delight to chat with. We found no cons at all, and would enthusiastically recommend this hotel as a place to consider.

I have stayed her twice and both times the management and staff have been outstanding with questions or more towels or anything that I needed. One night the man next door snored so loud he kept me awake all night. The next day i spoke to Dawn and she had me moved into a beautiful room on the end of the building which was very nice.

This place is great... stay here, clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast. The lady at fronr desk got us checked in quickly so we could catch up to our group. The pool was clean and inviting, easy to get to. Staff new area and had great recommendations of wherr to ear and what bars to go to.

I frequently travel to Globe, and have stayed at numerous hotels and motels, the best by far has been Travelodge. The three times I have stayed there the place was always immaculate. The rooms are comfortable and pleasing to the eye. There is a generous breakfast in the morning with numerous choices. Staff is available and polite regarding any requests you may have. I highly recommend if you're traveling through Globe stay at Travelodge.

Our stay was for a meeting so this location was excellent. Best Western provides good service and amenities. Would have liked comfort height toilet. WiFi seemed to not be adequate for my kindle. Others had problems as well.

This is a comfortable,attractive place to spend a restful night. The rooms are large enough to move around in and the beds are very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to tend to your needs. The distance to the meeting we were attending was minimal. Places to eat and shop were nearby and easy to get to.

Wonderful rooms. Everything works. The free breakfast was good with eggs and sausage. The hotel is located off the road so it's quiet. The lady at the front desk was quite helpful in giving us a room that met our needs.

My partner and I stopped over at this Best Western on our last day of a camping trip, derailed due to extreme heat. The receptionist who met us at the front desk, Dawn Michelle, was incredibly friendly and helpful, sharing local knowledge of all the dinner spots in the area and going out of her way to print us directions and suggesting we call her if we got lost. All the other staff members, from repairmen to breakfast and pool attendants, were attentive and outgoing throughout the stay. We stayed only one night, but we were sad to leave this surprising oasis.

Not much to say -the room was a good size and clean -what you would expect. We were there on a Sunday, and so the restaurant next door was closed. We walked to a Mexican diner at the end of the parking lot, which was OK. The restaurant recommended by the lady on the reception desk turned out to be closed on a Sunday! Front desk was unable to supply us with a map of Globe, which was rather poor service. Television didn`t work, until the front desk told me to switch the button on the side to a different input - as if I should know that! Breakfast was fine - Mary was great!

Awesome!! Service is outstanding. Rooms are very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The four pillows are very nice. For anybody staying in Globe Arizona I would highly recommend Best Western Copper Hills.

We had a very nice stay at this BW last month for Memorial Day. Great staff, clean property and a good location. Our room was on the street side of the hotel and it was still nice and quiet. Excellent response from the front desk and maintenance staff repairing a squeaky air conditioner fan in record time. Excellent breakfast every morning hosted by the delightful Mary. She truly takes care of everyone, so nice as you start your day. The pool, hot tub and fitness room looked nice, but we didn't have time to use the facilities. Highly recommend the BW Copper Hills Inn.

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was awesome, DirecTV with a 42 inch flat screen ALL the channels and the complementary breakfast was excellent. Elevator even if only 2 stories. Wish all Best Westerns were like this one!

We stayed 6 nights in the Best Western Copper Hills Inn and experienced a wonderful week! The room was big enough and clean! The bed was comfortable, we had a big refrigerator and a big TV. The breakfast every morning was made with love from the Lady Sher.... ! She was my everday sunshine, thank you from the Germans! The pool we joined was perfect, we were always the only one using it! Fresh towels every day and clean and cool swimming water! I can recommend to stay here, we will be back! Globe is more than we aspected, the nature is breathtaking and there is lots more to do, like the appache museum or the old city of globe.

Reasonably priced hotel, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast, while not being anything great, was completely typical for a free breakfast at a chain hotel.

They opened breakfast extra early to accommodate our group's early departure. Furthermore, they went out of the their way to bring us ice, water, and tasty treats to get our day off to a great start. Thank you!

From freshly baked cookies at check-in, a clean and comfortable room at night and excellent breakfast the next morning, this is a first-rate place to stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast hostess, Sharon, saw to it that all food items were immediately restocked and kept the place neat and clean. Everything (lobby, pool, gardens, exercise room) is well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the large bathroom featured a glass block walk-in shower. Definitely recommend the Copper Hills Inn.

JD wow what can we say but she kicks Butt. She went out of her way to sign us all up with the Harley Davidson reward cards. She knew exactly how to handle our wild boys she got us checked in and comfortable in our rooms.She even called her friend at the bar next to hotel to take care us well we enjoyed the refreshments and food. She is honestly the most blunt person we have met. Reading all the great reviews about her we had to toss in our own. Definitely will recommend this hotel to our other rider friends just because they to will experience the awesome JD.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast attendant (Mary) was very friendly and engaging. Bed was awesome, pillows were great. The only negative was the teeny tiny bathroom. The door swings inward, and just barely clears the toilet and shower. If you are a larger person, or have mobility limitations this could prove problematic.

After a long day of travel in the desert of Arizona we found a real oasis in Best Western Copper Hills Inn in Globe, AZ! The staff was friendly and welcomed us with suggestions of local restaurants and places of interest. Room was comfortable; delicious breakfast and overall very pleasant stay. We told our Arizona friends to come and enjoy a pleasant time in Globe on their way to the Petrified Forest!

This property was well kept with clean rooms, big tv and comfortable beds. The in-room refrigerator was larger than usual. The breakfast was also better than the usual chain breakfast. The staff, especially Amanda, was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

I left the Globe Holiday Inn Express primarily due to theft and a myriad of other issues. Moved into Best Western where I haven't experienced any negative impacts to my stay. The place is immaculate the staff professional.

I made reservations for two rooms at the Best Western - Copper Hills Inn, a few weeks ago, the reservations were made online with who I thought was Best Western, but soon learned was a sub-agent or contractor called "getaroom.com". I was concerned about the veracity of the transaction so called the hotel directly to confirm the reservation. Indeed, only one room was reserved. I tried to call the contractor back to correct the error, but never again was able to make contact with them. The Manager of the hotel, Shauna, was also unable to contact the "getaroom" people. Shauna solved the problem by making new reservations for two rooms, and canceling the "getaroom" reservation. Excellent outcome for a messy situation. Our rooms were clean, quiet, and well appointed. The breakfast was substantial and healthy. and the breakfast staff was very attentive and cheerful. All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Copper Hills Inn. Thank you, Shauna.

This motel had comfortable beds, a laundry, and free breakfast. However, there was no place to sit in the breakfast room. They need some small tables for two. The receptionist was initially not very helpful, but she was very warm and friendly during our second conversation. Globe was just a place for us to stop on our way to Tucson, but this place worked out very well.

Very easy to locate and beautifully maintained grounds, this hotel is spotless and has great amenities. They are very cheerful and accommodating. We got an end room, bottom floor near the pool and found the noise level to be a little to noisy for us.. The pool, spa and exercise area are very nicely done.

On a trip traveling around Arizona, I finally got a great night's sleep on this hotel's comfy bed. The hotel is very clean and in a quiet location but convenient to town. The staff I encountered were all very pleasant and helpful - sharing important local knowledge to the benefit of several guests. I definitely would choose this hotel again on any future visits to the Globe area.

If you are visiting Globe, this is a very good place to stay. The staff are very friendly and courteous. They will do anything to help you out. The rooms and breakfast are what you would expect for this type of hotel, especially in a small town.

We had a room with a sitting area. So much nicer to relax in the room & not have to sit on the bed. Walked to Subway to buy dinner to eat in the room. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Hot breakfast was good.

Very nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is easy to get to, the room was equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator (plus the standard staples: hair dryer, iron, etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard fare; eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereals. Help yourself, although there was a woman who came around and cleared plates when you were finished and refilled your coffee. I would recommend the hotel.

After traveling on the beautiful back roads of Arizona all day, it was wonderful to see a very clean room with a refrigerator and microwave. There is also a fitness center, pool and breakfast. Staff is friendly!

This hotel met my expectations and then some. The staff was great, they were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. They had a great variety of things to satisfy everyone. The hotel was close in to town so we didn't have to drive far out of the way.

Well coming from a horrible experience over at the Holiday Inn. Best Western changed our outlook on tremendous customer service and friendly staff. Check in was perfect the young lady at the front desk had greeted us with a friendly smile the second we walked in even took a split second to recommend cold water and coffee to us well we wait for her to check in another customer. My wife and I our wise in age the young lady quickly accommodated us in a room on the first floor and a steal of a price she even looked around for discounts for us. They don't have carts for your bags but the young lady was more then willing to help carry our bags to our room i must say above and beyond. Rooms are spectacular and comfortable. Young lady had great dinner options for us and she helped us plan our trip to the Grand Canyon she gave us tremendous ideas on Places to eat, visit, and sleep. She made our vacation that more fun. Everyone in the hotel from the Owners down to the housekeeping made you feel like you are family. A Must Stay .. Thank You all for the experience and a big thank you to jd your recommend ideas was well worth the adventure you made us feel young again.

I hadn't stayed here for quite a while. Newly remodeled. Very comfy beds. Excellent tv-clarity was awesome. Breakfast was served, but I didn't get to try anything due to previous plans but do plan to try next time. I would highly recommend this Best Western. Check in was a little slow due to computer issues but the 2 young ladies were working through it with complete courtesy. Check out was great-I signed up for the reward program. They were that good! Plan to stay here again!

Our room was very clean. They provide a great breakfast with lots of options including waffles that you can make on the spot The breakfast made the price of the room more reasonable because if you went out for breakfast it would run a minimum of $10 per person and you would not have near the food. Larger TV. Sofa/Hide-a-bed made it a little tough for getting into/out of bed as it was against the bed. Great chocolate chip cookies served around 4 pm in lobby.

The friendly staff were more than ready to give us the room that would meet our needs (close to pool so we could sit out in the morning) and to point us to good restaurants. Located at the east edge of town, so not so much traffic or noise.

The rooms are very clean! The bed clean comfy and the room was clean. Remodeled bathroom was a little small but perfect for our needs. Outdoor pool and hot tub is nice. The breakfast was a little cold but was good.

New owners have invested in a staff of caring people who go above and beyond the expectations of typical hotel customers. The new owners are truly concerned with the experience their customers have both in the hotel and out around such a cool town. This is the hotel to choose in globe! It may be a bit more money but worthy every dime!

So glad I chose the Best Western Copper Hills, I travel to the area often as my parents live in the town. I've stayed at other properties and have been underwhelmed. This Best Western exceeded my expectations for the area. Clean, comfortable and quiet! Having experienced the other motels that the town has to offer, I would highly recommend this location for the perfect balance between value and price.

Very nice room set back from road, Quiet, New elevators added to property , very nice staff, limited parking for truck and trailers. Has good tv,very comfy bed, big refrigerator great shower with water pressure to get the shampoo out of your hair. Handicapped toilet so you are off of the floor

Stayed at the BW Copper Hills this weekend while attending a meeting. Great room and staff. Amber at the front desk always ready to help and answer question, Elaine in the breakfast room put on a great breakfast and made sure our coffee cups were full. We were meeting there and Elaine and Amber made sure we had everything we needed.

The location is more on the east side of town but was still pretty convenient for our pupose. Everything was clean and in order and we had a nice size room. Our requests were honored so we had a quiet location. We felt warmly welcome by the front desk.

This is our second year in a row staying at this hotel for a square dance festival. Not only are they the closes hotel to the festival, they offer a very low rate to square dancers that stay there. Everyone from the front desk staff, housekeeping and breakfast room are friendly, efficient and genuinely interested in making sure your stay there is a great experience. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Couldn't ask for more than this!

My family and I stayed for the weekend and didn't have one complaint. We used just about all the amenities.... the gym was roomy and well maintained, the pool was relaxing and comfortable, the laundry facilities were clean and fast, and best of all is the complimentary breakfast!!! outstanding.

We went to Globe Arizona for a family wedding and stayed at the Best Western Copper Hills Inn with other families from the wedding. It was a very nice hotel. Excellent rooms, nice large double queen beds, and great service!

Typical Best Western, Clean, weel kept. Friendly staff. Easy to find as youu drive on the 60 at the outer end of Globe. Breakfast included. The breakfast room was kept spotless. Reasonable selection of warm and cold goodies. Good base for a few excurtions in the area.

I travel quite a bit for work, and really appreciate it when people do a little extra to make me feel welcome. The staff here did that, even calling me by name when we chatted about dining options. The room was clean and quiet, the bed very comfortable, and the hotel easy to find. I would stay here again if I am working in the area.

The registration staff were welcoming. The room was clean and neat. The bed was the best I had been on during our 10 days out from home! I was not able to get into the exercise room because there was a key code, but I am sure I could have if I asked. Instead I ran 3 miles on the roads...a challenge because the hotel sits on the side of a small mountain! Breakfast was typical but I was not hungry when I left. We would stay here again! We asked for an upper room and got one facing west, which worked out well for late sleepers!

We picked this hotel for our last night of a week+ road trip, needed a place where we could get to PHX conveniently the next morning. The hotel was clean and comfortable, seemed to be relatively new. The room (a king suite) on the second (top) floor was quiet, well, once you leave the A/C on a steady fan, the on/off seems to disturb me more than a constant sound. Breakfast was available at 0600 and was just what we wanted, good cereal selection, yogurt, coffee, juice, ability to make waffles ... pretty much what you'd expect from a BW ... all good. Several restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the historic downtown is a little farther away, but really only a few minutes.

Stayed 1 night when visiting Besh Ba Gowah museum as part of our long holiday trip. The reasonably priced room was nice with warm atmosphere, spacious and well-equipped. Wifi worked fast and the included hot breakfast was not bad. Friendly staff (Oct. 2 years back).

Recently, my truck broke down right outside the BW parking lot which precipitated an overnight stay at the hotel. Both Brandy and Amber were very helpful in making my stay a pleasant one - including finding me a taxi service to drive me to the Greyhound station so that I could get home to Phoenix - over 100 miles away. I will return to Globe and to the hotel thanks to their kindness. They even allowed me to leave the truck (van) in the parking lot for the mechanic to pick up!

Relaxing 3 night stay over the Labor day weekend. Made use of a patio right outside our door. Room was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Pizza Hut and Subway are within walking distance. Will be back soon.

Stayed a couple of nights here as we wanted a rest day from our Arizona road trip. As soon as we walked in the receptionist was very helpful and cheerful. Room was clean and tidy, and the pool was just what we wanted.

Amber O. greeted us and took exceptional care of us. When she was aware we had a trailer to park, she suggested where and moved our room to be closer and to have a view of it from our room. Nice place weird parking set up. The restaurant next door is closed....again. but, besides that a great place with a great staff. Globe appears to be on a rebound - I had heard the mine was slowing down? 200 yet?

I have spent many nights in Globe for family visits and have tried almost every hotel there. I do travel a lot and have found Holiday Inn to be my most favorable brand. But i have since switched because of the Best Westerns lately with the enhancements and consistency of quality the brand as initiated.The price is good and you get so much more for your dollar. I will continue to now stay at the Copper Hill Inn, because of the great amenities, such as the fastest broadband I have ever used at a hotel, the great pool and spa, the fitness center and wonderful waffle breakfast. The staff was incredible from the front desk to the pool guy! Highly recommended!!

We have been coming here for years. Always clean and the beds are very comfortable. Really enjoy making our waffles at breakfast and the breakfast selection is great. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff is always so friendly!

The staff were extremely helpful especially when I was trying to redeem my $50 Travel Reward Card, Although the hotel was full, it was extremely quiet. We especially enjoyed an "earlier than usual" breakfast since we needed to leave at dawn.

If I'm going to stay at a hotel that costs less than $100 I get nervous about the quality. But I was very happy with Copper Hills Inn. Our room was out front first level, and it was all updated, very high end for my taste.

When you step on the grounds of this hotel you feel you are somewhere very nice. Compared to the rest of the hotels in town I felt this was the nicest one around in town. The staff went above and beyond with how nice and accommodating they were. It is more money than a lot of the others in town, but very nice as well.

Nice new renovations! Very clean! Friendly staff! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Close to great places to eat, too! Be sure to take the drive over hwy 60...great scenery.

The rooms are always so nice and clean! The staff is so friendly and helpful all the time no matter how difficult the customers are being. I have been there multiple times and don't have one negative thing to say! The complimentary breakfast is very good and always freshly made. The manager, Shauna, is great and very professional!! Ask for her if you need anything and I guarantee she will take care of any questions or concerns you have. I am very picky about where I stay and can honestly say this truly is the best hotel in Globe.

I enjoy staying here. This is the place I prefer to stay... It's better than any other place around. The beds are really comfortable and I get some good night's sleep. Breakfast is really good too and it saves me time before I go to work.

It was a long day and we were looking for a spa and comfortable bed. We found it here. The staff was friendly and helpful and we will be back. We had not been to this area before and were not sure what to expect. We stopped at two other hotels but did not find their prices or amenities to our liking so we moved on to this one and are glad we did. We do plan to go back to the area and there are some great attractions. When we do we ill plan to stay at this hotel again.

My geology groups have stayed at this location on several occasions, and each stay has been not only quite comfortable, but the hotel staff has been exceptionally helpful and accommodating; the level of service is first-rate, and management, desk staff, and service staff have been and continue to be top-notch. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, the location is convenient and off-main-road, and the staff are willing to go the extra distance to assist travelers with their needs - overall, a very nice place to stay.

Nice hotel that is reasonably priced. This Hotel is well located for exploring this area to the northeast of there and to the northwest of there. The area is full of state & national parks, massive stone cliffs and mountains. Then there is the mines and other points of interest.

The staff was friendly and alert. Very helpful to these dusty travelers. Clean! Good beds! Breakfast was fresh and on time. In fact, a bit early even.. The property was immaculate. As birders there were a lot of nice birds on property. Would definitely stay here again.

I come to Globe once a month. Every single time I have had a wonderful experience over all. I enjoy staying at this location because of the great service given by all staff. There is a certain room that I like to get every time and the staff has been able to accommodate me every time.

All raves, no rants all due to the 3 staff people. A group of cyclists gathered to start a bike trip from Globe and they far exceeded expectations to accommodate us at breakfast. From the moment we walked in the reception desk person (Dawn?) greeted us warmly and seemed delighted to see us. She made suggestions and asked if we needed anything to let them know. Then the wonderful lady in the breakfast room on Saturday morning ( Name??) was full of good cheer and kept things plentiful and spotless. What a wonderful attitude this staff has and certainly not what you always get at this price.

Called other motels in the are and the price was the same as BW and we get points so decided to stay. Was glad we did it was a great place! Quiet and clean. The staff at check in was very helpful and friendly. The lady that did the breakfast was fun to visit with and had a great meal prepared. We would stay again when and if we go through Globe again.

This property is gorgeous! It's just not something you would expect tucked away in Globe. I was very pleased with quality and cleanliness of the rooms. The front desk greeted me with a GENUINE smile and seemed like they really cared about our stay. We've stayed a couple of times, and they keep adding more amenities! The last time we went, we got to use their new workout room. My boyfriend and I used the workout room and then went to the pool right after to relax. We've stayed at other properties in Globe, but nothing compares to the quality and service this team provides.

Very clean and quiet site. Staff is helpful and available at front desk. No outside noise from busy route nor other guests. The city is developed along a major route(s) and the center of Globe is a few miles away. This BW has been carefully remodeled from another brand and the improvements are significant and comfortable. When in the area, I would return.

We booked our room and I was very impressed with the modern decor and how quiet the room was. This was one of the two nicest places we stayed and the price was lower than many of the others. The breakfast had lots of options including toppings for waffles that my kids loved and blueberries, eggs, sausage, and granola for the yogurt. We also used the laundry facility to clean a load of clothes. Everything was really clean and the staff very friendly

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choices to accommodate any diet. Beds were comfortable and room location provided a quiet night's sleep. Clean, beautifully decorated, updated room with modern shower. Clearly ownership takes pride in providing a quality experience. Good value!

Pleasantly surprised. Nice selection at breakfast and friendly attentive staff, clean comfortable rooms, and nice shower. I couldn't get the in room safe to work but that wasn't a big deal. Didn't use the pool, so I don't know how that was. Room had a refrigerator and microwave so that was nice. If I'm back, I will definitely say again.

Our room as very nice and clean. The WiFi worked and the staff was awesome. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection. The pool has mechanical chairs to assist older or handicap people in and out of the water. Also had a nice fitness room.

A long drive was made more relaxing by a good night's stay here. Our room was clean and quiet. We were able to park right in front of our door to unload. Brandy was the smiling lady who welcomed us. Our room was large and the walk in HUGE shower was pretty neat. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast good - full breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, etc, etc.... No complaints. Hotels in Globe are more expensive than those in Tucson (supply and demand, I guess).

Our room was on the second floor but the outside elevator was a great help with the heavy luggage. The breakfast was typical for the better class Best Western's. My only thought would be to keep it open till 9:30 or so, to reduce the line ups. The room itself was well appointed and spotless. It was not the hotels fault there were a number of rooms of Harley riders who began starting their bikes at 7 am. There is an outdoor pool which we did not get a chance to use.

I stayed one night on business. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the desk in the room while I tried to work. The breakfast buffet the next morning was pretty skimpy, but I have seen worse. They had a waffle maker and bacon for hot food. I opted for a cup of coffee and some yogurt. If I am ever in Globe, I will stay again.

It's always difficult when you are just picking a hotel sight unseen and we rely heavily on Tripadvisor reviews and reviewers did not let us down! We were pleasantly surprised with the location and overall condition of this Best Western. Our room was upstairs and facing the back. It was a very quiet room. We never heard road noise or any of our neighboring guests. The room was exceptionally clean. We did not eat breakfast at the facility, but it looked like a nice room for dining. The young lady at the front desk had some of the best customer service I have witnessed upon our arrival. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and exploring the town of Globe and surrounding areas. We would definitely recommend BW Copper Hills Inn and would return.

This is an excellent hotel; our room and breakfast area were extremely clean. Breakfast had several hot and cold choices (but we wish the time was extended another hour.) The gym had a good variety of equipment. The pool area was lovely (but unfortunately not open for the season). The entire staff was very efficient and friendly.

This hotel is really a gem in this small mining town. The staff was attentive and helpful.The room was clean & nicely furnished. Unfortunately the pool was closed, but we were too busy sight seeing to swim. The breakfast was nice-similar to other Best Westerns. Nice view of the Mountains out our window. This hotel and Globe was our favorite spot during our Arizona vacation. A taste of small town life!

We enjoyed our stay. Had a nice meal in the restaurant next door and breakfast in the hotel in the morning. The gal on the desk when we arrived was very friendly and eager to please. We had trouble with the tv and she was there in minutes and fixed it for us.

When you need a hotel to relax and still feel like you are at home - this is the place. You are treated like family and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Lots of pillows on the beds, a wonderful variety of breakfast items, and a cozy atmosphere make your time away from home the best it can be!

Very nice hotel. Right next to a restaurant and within walking distance to other. Friendly staff and the breakfast was fine. This hotel was surprisingly quiet. Staff answered all my questions being that I wasn't from the area.

Very nice motel clean and helpful staff would highly recommend this motel. We stayed several nights. Microwave and frig were a nice added feature. We have stayed at several Best Western motel on this trip and were happy at all.

My husband travels with his company year-round and stays in a variety of different establishments. Sometimes I visit him while he is on the road, and the lodging isn't always the greatest. From the moment I checked in, I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service and top-notch cleanliness of the Copper Hills Inn. This Best Western may be the nicest place to stay in this area. Rooms were perfect and clean. Free/Hot breakfast is very good to excellent for this style of hotel. Internet was very good and fast enough for my VPN connection to my office server. Ask for a room in the back - it will be more quiet.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet, nice décor, fridge, microwave and coffee pot, plus an in room safe. Always quiet. Staff very nice. Breakfast is not bad for a hotel breakfast buffet. Coffee and flavored creamers available in the lobby all day.

Our hotel stay was very enjoyable, the room was very clean and the Television and Internet were in good working order. The Hotel is located close to the beautiful Roosevelt Lake area and the fantastic scenic drive there. The next door restaurant also had quality meals making our trip a very nice experience.

I am a traveler so there are things I look for like how clean, comfy, how many electrical outlets, how quiet it is - these are the main things. Décor is nice, but if it doesn't have a painting i don't care for its no big deal to me. This property has the cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillow - even though i do travel with my own. I liked the breakfast spread - something for everyone to chose from. They just remodeled the rooms so that was even nicer. I would recommend and stay again

Can't say anything negative about this hotel. It is nice a updated quite hotel that is off the highway. There is no road noise at all. Their beds are always comfy, excellent breakfast, and great staff.

Great hotel, good location, easily accessible. Our group came up to Globe for a horsemanship clinic and enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. Liked having a microwave & refrigerator in the room, the breakfast was nice, too. The rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff was courteous and friendly.

I travel quite a bit for business and in and out of hotels, so this one here in Globe Arizona was amazingly clean!!! the front desk staff was extremely sincere about customer service, check in was fast and they offer express checkout. the biscuits and gravy were extremely yummy will definitely be back!!

My room was ULTRA clean! The staff were all pleasant, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delightful with all the "start your day" options. Very impressive. Thank you, Laci, for the painless reservation, quick check in, and bright shiny "Best Western" smile.

Front counter staff was very knowable and friendly. Breakfast was good. Staff was very accommodating to our needs. Room was nice. The only issue we had was internet kept dropping. Trying to work from the room after hours was hard. Location to Businesses was excellent.

Both the person who checked us in and the person who was on duty the next morning were very courteous. Our needs were quickly attended too in a very friendly manner.The location was very convenient for our meeting and we informed the desk attendant that we would return in January.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure my family's stay was outstanding. From the friendly greeting upon arrival, to ensuring our room key worked, to making sure we had something to eat at breakfast, even though we arrived just as breakfast was over...I felt well taken care of. The hotel was clean and quiet. It was a wonderful stay.

housekeeping a little negligent room kinda small, had whats necessary but found some "debris" and cleaned up myself. it kept me fr using the bathtub other than for a stand up shower rest of the room was okay

This hotel is excellent..... I stayed there twice, and the experience was the same both times... The second time, Thanksgiving night 2015, I purposely detoured to Globe just because I knew it was a really good place to stay. The property is in excellent condition with specious, nicely appointed rooms. It's very clean, quiet, has a good breakfast, wifi works great as does the TV service, plus the staff is great. Also has a very functional fitness center. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

We stayed in this Best Western while we were experiencing the Globe area. What a friendly place! The hotel has two floors, but not to worry, it has an elevator. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. There is a restaurant on the grounds that is equally as friendly and with American fare. We had a great experience and the concierge even gave us a hug when we left. Awesome!

Not having been to Globe in decades, we were impressed with how much it's grown and especially the Copper Hills Inn. The staff were So Nice and the property is beautiful. We were especially impressed that they recently added an elevator to help guests get up to the 2nd floor. That's no easy feat but it really shows their commitment to a great guests experience. They also added a fitness center that's accessible for wheelchair users...including a weight machine that you can roll right up to! :-) The amount of food they offer at breakfast was incredible and the bed...wow! We both have back problems and often don't sleep well when traveling but the beds, bedding and pillows were Amazing!! This is the only place we'll stay when traveling back to Globe! ?

Without exception the best experience I have had at a Hotel this year. The staff was ever present and attending to something. Easy to find and always helpful and cheery. I was greeted nicely throughout my stay. My room was wonderful. Clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large and roomy with a glass block wall separating a large step-in shower (easily 3 person size} from the rest of the room. with over 350 nights in hotel rooms annually I will remember this stay for a time.

I stay at this Best Western frequently on business. It's a great experience, the staff is just wonderful, the rooms are spacious and the bed oh so comfortable. The staff works hard to accommodate our company at all times. Extremely pleased.

On our way from Jerome - in the middle of nowhere - my husband and I found this hotel. Excellent service, excellent rooms, really good breakfast, nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi - we couldn't ask for a better stay in Globe. I highly recommand it!

We decided to spend the night in Globe after spending the day hiking. Had a wonderful experience here. Brandy greeted us with a smile and got us a "sorely" needed room. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Will plan on staying again.

We were in town for a funeral, but our stay at the BW Copper Hills Inn was a pleasure from the time we walked into the lobby until we checked out. Every member of the staff that we encountered went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly. While the room was a tiny bit small, it was clean, decorated nicely, well located and the beds were very comfortable.

Our stay was a very pleasant experience. Resterants were within walking distance. It was easy to find. It was quiet. After a long day of driving it was nice to relax in a clean room. We would surely stay there again. P.S. Dairy Queen is real close too.

Had to get another room as someone had smoked in the first room that was provided. it was not a big problem. Globe Arizona is an interesting place and we slept just fine. Probably will never be in the area again. Accommodation was incredibly average. The only spooky thing that occurred is that someone knocked on our door several times during the night. I looked out and saw a man but did not open the door.

We spent three nights here and we're very pleased with the hotel. The staff were very friendly , helpful and attentive. Brandie went out of her way to help us. The room we had was on rear side of the hotel and was very quiet. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is completely non smoking, which is great and also non pets. The breakfast was ample and the breakfast room was spotless. Would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful time! Very lovely accommodations. Jenn at the front desk even showed us how to use the shower head! Smart idea! The grounds are lovely also. Really well thought out breakfast selection. would definitely stay again!

This Best Western is one of the best places to stay in this part of the state. I was surprised with how they have upgraded the room appearance. We had wonderful interactions with the staff, and enjoyed our stay.

We rode our harley from CA to this place and when we arrived we were hot and tired. We were welcomed with a smile. They had a big glass container of ice water and glasses at the check. That was so refreshing. We were given a great room on the ground floor for my husband to park his bike in front of. The room was nice and cool with a great walk in shower. It was very clean and comfortable. It had a fridge. A full breakfast was included (from 6 to 9). We went down there at 5:30 am to use the computer and the breakfast was all set up. The guy told us he likes it ready to go for those who come in early. The food was good--scrambled eggs, sausage, and lots of other things. All the staff was friendly and helpful. They all seemed happy to be working there and happy to have us there. I

I was born in Globe and made a recent visit and played tourist. This is the nicest place in town. 45 minutes from Roosevelt lake and dam,(a must see) and 35 minutes to Salt River Canyon,(beautiful). The Globe area is worth a 2-3 day stay. The room was quiet and clean. It is all new since it was recently renovated. Skip the breakfast and go to Jerry's about a mile away. I would highly recommend this hotel/motel. Globe has many Mexican restaurants. All good! We are Elk Members and the Elks Club is 200 feet away. Friday night steak dinner was very good for $16.

Everything you would want in a room is like new. The Safe for valuables is a nice touch. The obligatory hair dryer is stowed in the closet and not dangeling, unused, in the vanity area. Beds are really comfortable pillow tops. TV channel selection is super for the 42 inch TV. Breakfast room is a little small for seating. The selection of foods offered will accommodate any diet. The kitchen help is friendly and runs a tight ship. Pool and fitness room is well done. Overall a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were very friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. The remodel was nice! I also liked the free breakfast. Everything was great. I will stay here again!

We stated at the Globe Copper Hills Inn on 8/5/15. This was one of the nicest hotels we have experienced. The young lady at the front desk, Jean was very professional and friendly. The rooms were new, neat and clean. The breakfast host, Debra obviously,took pride in her work. She had everything neat and tidy. The variety was excellent. One suggestion - provide nicer paper plates. They were thin and flimsy and didn't fit with such a fine breakfast display.
