Have stayed here several times and quality remains. They thought of everything in the room and the bed is comfortable. The food is delicious and prepared on demand. But what really sets them apart is the customer service: everyone is polite, smiles and helpful. Special shout out to Leonel, D'Aquin, the valet and room service teams. Truly the best in the city

Please stay away from this Hotel as the staff is actually a group of thieves!!! They work together from the security guy to the receptionist and the floor staff. I left my room for the dining room and they got in my room. I had a stack of 100usd in my bag they took out a few. I didn't realize it when I returned but the next day when I went out for shopping I found out they actually robbed me. I felt as If I was being watched while eating in the dining room. It's only when my money was missing that I connected the dots... Very poor problem resolution skills, customer service skills non existent. I'll never stay here again while in Douala.

Best hotels in nearby locations it was walking distance from airport. Everything was right, as i was vegetarian so i experienced little bit sad about availability of vegetarian food else everything was very good.

There were cockroaches aplenty. The room was horribly smelly Smelly room and corridors. Noise from a wedding party downstairs. What else? Very disappointing stay last week Saturday 4 to Sunday. 5 march at Best Western Soaho. Get your act together or you risk pushing clients out.

Please do yourselves a favor and do not stay at this hotel. I travel for work and have stayed in many hotels. This one is not worth visiting. It took us 3 hours to check into this hotel on December 30, 2022. It was absolutely embarrassing as guests who came after us where given keys to their rooms. We were patient but the staff took advantage and one of the receptionists even asked me if I can do what they do. First of, staff should never say this to their guests. It was the worst experience of my life. ALL the staff needs some serious training. Best Western is a lower end hotel for most of us living in the US but in Cameroon it is one of the nicer hotels. However, Best Western corporate needs to take a closer look at the practices in this hotel as it does not meet their standards.

The room was comfortable, dining quite nice with a variety of dishes. Wifi reliable, hot shower, and the power stayed pretty constant which is a bonus in this region. They even had a bit of entertainment The gym was a bit weird, a shack with bike and running machine. Better than nothing I would stay here again if in Douala

Very convenient location to the airport so you won't have to fight the chaotic Douala traffic to get to your flight. Nice pool and patio area. Room well appointed for business travelers. We would definitely stay again. Good buffet breakfast.

I was on holidays in Douala and little did i know there was a hôtel called Best Western plus SOAHO just around thé viscinity of thé Douala international Airport. It was really mémorable, Thé Rooms are clean and neat, nice breakfast. I was well treated by thé staff especially thé night manager Jules. However i have promised to take my children once more there during holidays.
