Room was nice, staff was friendly, early check in was accommodated, hotel was well coordinated with the wedding we were attending nearby. Was only there for an overnight stay but would recommend it for sure.

We love this hotel. The hotel and rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your next stay. Easy access to 35E and 35W; shopping and dining. The attached restaurant is excellent.

"Nice place but over charged"

Our visit was nice. Good restaurant good pool area except for all the stinky plastic plants. However the bill was $145.35 and they charged our account $174.42 just in case she said. We called and that is what the clerk said. Our account should be credited in 3 to 4 business days she said. That is what all hotels do now she said. That is not good business in my book.

Modern, Clean, Comfortable Close to the Mall, movie theater, restaurants, and grocery store. It was a great location. Even though it is near a freeway there was no noise in the room and no noise by neighbors.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. We only planned on staying 2 nights but added another because we enjoyed our stay so much. It was located close to the mall of America and the zoo. The kids loved the pool. The restaurant was very good also. Melissa our server was so great. And went out of her way to help us get a deal on tickets.

This was my first time staying here and I was very impressed! Jason and Taylor were very engaged with all of your guests, and they were very friendly. Both of them obviously work well together, and are a wonderful reflection on your hotel. Stoped in at the restaurant on site and I had the best turkey, bacon, avocado wrap that I have ever had!! The room is very nice, and very clean. Well done by all the staff at the Best Western Premier Burnsville!!!

This is a very nice & modern hotel in a great location. I've stayed here a few times and the rooms have always been clean and quiet. They have the standard amenities including a fridge and microwave in the room. I ended up on the fifth (top) floor this time, possibly because of my status with Best Western, and there is a snack center right outside the elevators with bottled water, fruit and various bagged snacks - trail mix, pretzels, etc. There are a number of really good eating choices within walking distance. Morgan's Farm to Table is located inside the hotel, The Roasted Pear (which I have also reviewed) is right across the street, and the Original Pancake house is just a little further down and offers amazing breakfast and other food. Also, there's plenty of shopping just across the Interstate. Overall, the price, location, rooms and service are hard to beat.

This Best Western Premier was fantastic! Employees were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond in helping me extend my stay last minute and hold my bags so I could grab lunch after checking out. I highly recommend staying here!

"Enjoyable stay"

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while we were vacationing in this area. We were supposed to have a first floor "terrace" room, but when I tried to check in, our room was not ready, so we were put in a room on the fifth floor instead. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room and the hotel were clean, comfortable and quiet. One unique feature: when we got on the elevator, we were required to insert our room key card into the appropriate slot in order to send the elevator to our room. Although we did not take advantage, I know that the hotel had an indoor pool and a fitness center. We did take advantage of the on-site restaurant, which will be the subject of a separate review. Although there was no free breakfast, we did discover muffins, energy bars, fruit and water in the public area of our floor in front of the elevators, which was apparently put out early in the mornings. The hotel is actually located just off the interstate in Burnsville, which is a suburb south of Minneapolis/St. Paul, but fairly close to the Mall of America in Bloomington. There was lots of free parking and we did enjoy our stay.

Lovely hotel with helpful friendly staff especially at the front desk, Very comfortable bed and large rooms. Very quiet area but still convenient to shopping and many places to eat. Can't complain about anything. Parking on site.

"Great pet friendly hotel"

We were meeting our granddaughter so she could puppysit for us while we travelled on to Iowa. I am familiar with the area and I like the location of the hotel so gave it a try. Very convenient to be on the first floor and go out the side door where they had plenty of green space and a place to put your pick up after your dog. Room was great, front desk was great and had a nice stay. Would stay there again, pet or no pet.

"Good Hotel - But Bad Night"

We stayed here for one night during our vacation traveling around Minnesota and North Dakota. We had to leave very early the next morning so were looking forward to a short but good night's sleep. The amenities at the hotel were great, staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and all was very clean. The reason for the low rating is the noise we could hear through walls/door which went on until the early morning hours. The room next door had something going on and we could hear the voices and their door constantly opening and closing until after midnight. The air conditioner was also noisy as it went on and off, but we took care of that by taking it off of auto and leaving the fan on. So in the end we had only a few hours of sleep as we had to be up by 5:15 am. It was disappointing as we usually have very good experiences at Best Western. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was great. Very nice hotel other than the fact that you can hear noises from neighboring rooms.

We are so glad you rate us as a good hotel, but we are sorry about your neighbors and the noise issues. We do have an Executive Level that is quieter. On a Saturday night in the summer and a full hotel, there are going to be some louder rooms as everyone has a different reason for their stay. We hope to see you again soon!

We stay here a lot for trainings we conduct. Ample meeting space. Excellent service. The bar/restaurant has a great menu. The rooms are immaculate. Would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. Close to a lot of other restaurants and shopping. Just off the freeway. Easy to get to.

This hotel is a 10 out of 5. I travel often to the Twin Cities and always stay here regardless of the location of my work. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The front desk staff are the best! Sincerely friendly and committed to making sure your stay is great. An extra bonus is Morgan's, a very good restaurant located inside the hotel.

my Family and I visit this hotel every May Long Weekend for a dance competition! The location is second to none..minutes from all the shopping you could want, close to all of the downtown action yet far enough away to feel very safe and comfortable! The price is great the staff is excellent and the restaurant is amazing!!! Will be back again next year!

We are seasoned travelers, and starting with Kelly and Barb at front desk, we received superior, kind service. Suite was as described, clean, comfortable, lots of room to work and relax with good internet service. Housekeeping was responsive and generous. Marv and Melissa were knowledgeable and attentive at Morgan's Farm to Table, and guided us to amazing dinners and breakfasts in the onsite restaurant. Meals are thoughtfully designed and superior, based on our experience from San Diego to Washington D.C, eating in some of the best restaurants! We will stay here again, especially for Morgan's Farm To Table restaurant with their support of local farmers, and award winning cuisine.

I found the staff at this hotel to be very kind, helpful, and accommodating! Our room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the microwave and refrigerator are in the bathroom area which I found unappealing. I feel there was room for these outside of the bathroom! The swimming pool was decent in size and I found the area to be adequately clean. The front desk staff was especially helpful and patient. There was a winter storm during our stay and the staff remained patient and helpful throughout the chaos of the storm. I also really enjoyed the restaraunt connected to the hotel. When all local food options were closed down due to weather, the restaraunt staff treated us with a smile! Will stay again!

4 day stay with mixed feelings- Get into our room and notice some stuff (food I think) on the thing that goes across the end of the bed and a stain on the sheet that appeared old. Pulled the dirty thing off the bed and left it on the floor hoping housekeeping would take care of it the next day. Nope still lying there on the floor, room had not been vacuumed, and stain was still on the sheet. The next day, same thing- so my husband had asked housekeeping to change our sheets, she replied "I changed those yesterday". So, I called the front desk and they were up there immediately and got everything changed. Then, that night our heat was out and the room was quite chilly. We notified the front desk and they were quick to respond and set up a portable heater in our room. If it weren't for the response when we notified them, I would have given a 1 star, but as very happy with their efforts to go above and beyond to fix the issues. Pool and hot tub were very nice and hallway/front desk areas seemed modern and clean. Beds were very comfy and I'd probably give them another chance and stay again.

The best sleep I've had in a while, black out curtains quiet and classy!!! Staff was polite and responsive, I've stayed at a lot of hotels and I don't have not one single complaint in any area and highly recommend this hotel!

Had a great stay at the hotel in the record setting blizzard. Rooms were great and staff was even better considering what they had to go through just to get to work!! Very clean and comfortable. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was also great! Enjoy your next stay here!

I'm torn. I'd love to give this hotel a 5. But I'd also like to give it a 1. Bad- 1) refrigerator/microwave in bathroom. Talk about disgusting! Seriously? How is this even allowed??? 2) called for room service on Sunday at 7:30 am but couldn't get room service because they were busy with Sunday Brunch. But wait...brunch doesn't start until 9. So go hungry or eat somewhere else. Really??? Great- 1) Super friendly staff. Seriously these people are always smiling. So very helpful. They must have a great work environment and it reflects to the customer. 2) Rooms are clean. 3) rooms are quiet. Not a lot of excess noise. 4) food at restroom was amazing. And staff was great to interact with. 5) Room supplies were generous. I would love to stay here again. Unfortunately, the whole food in the bathroom thing means I won't be doing so. If that ever changes, let me know!

"A Real Let Down!"

I am a Travel Agent for AAA and I received a free stay at the Best Western by completing the Best Western Training Academy. My wife and kids and I booked a room here and upon arrival there were problems with the voucher. The front desk woman was extremely disingenuous and not compassionate at all to our needs. Everything seemed to be smoothed out and we continued on to our room. This was the middle of winter and this location was about an hours drive from where we lived. We thought we were going to be able to have a mini staycation and just enjoy a night away from home. Ten minutes after getting settled into our room the phone rings and they tell us to pack it up and get out. Really? I am a Travel Agent with a Travel agent Voucher from Best Western. Surely there is some sort of mistake, which there was on their behalf. I begged them to please let us stay the night and I'm sure management would take care of it Monday. No Chance they made us leave. I have never been so Disgusted and Embarrassed in all my life than to have turn around and have to leave with my wife and a 4 year old and 2 year old in zero degree weather. I am so pissed off at this place and i would never ever send any of my guests or clients to this location!

Having always spent Xmas in my home I was apprehensive to stay in hotel. Turned out it was an enjoyable 2 night stay over Christmas. The room was lovely, service was great. Look forward to eating at the restaurant next time. Will definitely go back again!

Was pleasantly surprised. Hotel has been nicely updated is very clean and possibly the most helpful and attentive staff I've experienced. I would definitely stay here again when in Burnsville/Minneapolis area. Only complaint was that most of the cable TV stations were standard def low quality. Somehow I survived.

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. They were able to check me in early w/ no issues. I also had unexpectedly needed to check out earlier than I intended to stay, and they were able to check me out at no extra cost! The staff is great, I highly recommend.

"Premier Classification ?"

The room was clean & quiet--my main requirements. However there was no one at the front desk at either the check in nor at the check out---had to wait. TV channel selection is very limited. No breakfast included which is disappointing considering other BW properties rated lower (i.e. BW+ or just BW) includes it. Nice property, but not sure why it has the "Premier" designation.

Very friendly staff! Food at the restaurant was good. Room Service was reasonable and quick. Amazing room, pool is a little undersized, but great for adults. Wish there was free breakfast, but oh well.

We stayed an overnight traveling home from Christmas Eve celebration. The hotel was very nice and accommodating but we werpe disappointed that no accommodation was made to have some sort of continental breakfast available. Yes, I understand it was a holiday with all other lcal restaurants closed, including the one in the hotel, but juice, muffins or dougnuts out in the lobby would have been appreciated. We drove home to make breakfast.

This is a great hotel. It's part of the Premium line of Best Western hotels. The location is very good, being between the I-35E & 35W ramps. The hotel restaurant is very good and highly regarded in the area. The hotel is very clean and modern with a great staff as well as decent amenities including a workout center and an indoor pool. There's also plenty of very good restaurants in the area and a good shopping mall across the street.

Used this location for a two day meeting for our company. From the beginning, everyone did a great job and was very accommodating and professional. Working with Katy for the even planning was very easy and the process was effortless. Food options were very broad and went over well with all that attended our meetings. We will look to continue to use this location for our annual training and meeting event.

Super clean! We rented out the conference room. The staff kept the water fresh and room tidy. They had us in a little ballroom for our meals. Buffet style food of sandwiches, chips, soup and salad. Pretty good. For dinner, we had salad, pasta and lasagna. ALL the staff we encountered were very nice and courteous, except the bartender during the day. He seemed like he could use a happy pill. The drinks in the bar were a little steep - $7 for a small pour of house cabernet and $7 for other foo foo drinks. The room with two double beds were comfy and the room was SUPER clean for $108. The microwave and fridge are in the bathroom and that seemed a little weird. I didn't stay for the Sunday brunch, but I hear it is delicious. If I traveled to Burnsville more, I would stay here. I will recommend and I would stay again .

I've stayed here many times over the last few years. It used to be a really nice place but the maintenance has slipped. Threadbare funiture, lumpy bed, clogged shower head, poor TV signal, and gunk in corners in the bathroom. Not the high quality place it used to be.

Clean, quiet, elegant--just what you want in a hotel. The hotel location is easy to get to for those of us who don't often drive in the city. The only downside is that it is about 8 or 9 miles from the I90 businesses and MOA.

Nice large hotel just off the Interstate south of Minneapolis. Clean, quiet, very comfortable beds and nice room decor. Not overpriced. Has restaurant I did not use. Overall satisfactory. Two nitpicks were:, very limited TV selection and HBO never worked? Also I returned at night and the lighting around the front entrance was off. Seemed strange. Other than that it was OK.

Wonderful hotel! Very convenient location - easy to get on and off the interstate and yet very quiet. Paid a small fee to upgrade to a suite and well worth it! Very large room with two entry doors and doors to separate the sleeping and living areas. Suites also have an extra half bathroom which is great for groups. Room was very clean and comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice bonus, since many hotels with restaurants on-site don't offer it. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Staff members are helpful, profesional and friendly. Hotel is in great location. Near Buck Hill for skiing, Burnsville Shopping Center and the Ames Center. Hotel restaurant Morgans has great food. Otherwise numerous dining options in the area. Easy access off I-35. Hotel and rooms are clean and well kept.

I was very happy as the motel and the accommodations as always at this motel are superb. I really appreciated the change in the menu at the motel restaurant with the sandwiches and burgers. This really made for a pleasant evening upon arrival. The staff as usual were courteous and willing to assist in every way. Paul the server was extremely kind.

We were here for a wedding over the weekend. We were very pleased with the overall stay, clean, nice, comfortable. But we were extra happy due to the bar services. The weddings mini-bar bartender was very nice, humorous and remembered me, my guest, and my entire side the family and all of our drinks after the first or second visit to the bar! Because it was an open bar, he was limited and my one cousin only drinks Bacardi Limon, so I wondered into the bar inside their restaurant and explained to him the situation and he was happy to help, got me all set up with a couple of drinks and let me take them into the reception hall! The only disappointment was the hotel Price... I have stayed in many similar quality/ rating of hotel and have had breakfast included for the price. I paid 149.99 after all the taxes and fees. They wanted another 20 for the buffet in the restaurant. We opted out and went to Cracker Barrel a few minutes down the road, and ate a huge breakfast for less than 15 a person including tip.

We fly Into this hotel for an event . So we fly in at 740am get there by 8 just to have the nightmare of not being able to check in . The front desk tells us to check in every hour... so we do that 9 times until 5pm when we are finally able to check in. 9 hours people, they offer no accommodations at all, not even complimentry water bottles .. aside from that we try to accommodate a surprise family friend who came to support the event the following day; just for the hotel to tell us we can't order a foldable bed to accommodate our guest because it's a fire hazard for out 2 queen bedroom room that we were staying at ..our guest had to spend an extra 160$ for his own room. Terrible 1st and last time we try with the hotel and brand. Stick with the renaissance hotels and brand ..

With all due respect, our check in time is at 4 pm, just like most hotels. Our checkout time is 11 am, so we have to wait for people to check out before we can start cleaning them. If you need a room at 8 am, you are gambling that there will be one clean and available. We were sold out the night before, but I do not understand why it took so long to get you into a room. For that, I am extremely sorry and would like to apologize on behalf of our entire team. Unfortunately, we can not go against fire code in regards to a "foldable bed" and we will not. Excellent service, comfortable and clean rooms, good location. The gym is a bit small but it has the basics. I definitely recommend it for a business travel in the Burnsville. They also provide trasportation to the main companies in the area.

Excellent! Went on a trip (Family of 5) had an fantastic stay. All of us were very impressed with the hotel. Very clean, staff were wonderful. Extra touches by housekeeping were noticed! WiFi was very fast for us, had 5 devices on it) Had the 2 Queen suite. Worth it!

"A Gem"

Stayed overnight at this location on 10/18/17. We were in town for a funeral in Burnsville. Our large dog was welcome. There was an easily accessible clean-up station and a lot of greenspace for our dog. The room was cozy and comfortable. Some would say small but this pet-friendly room was priced accordingly. There was a tiny microwave and fridge in the bathroom. There were plenty of towels, a comfortable bed and a huge TV. It was quiet and WONDERFUL. The food at Morgan's Farm to Table in the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. Really a great experience.

The hotel was pretty good, very comfortable with nice facilities. The location was little bit out of the city, but not too far. Plus it has restaurantes and big stores just across the streets. They have a indoor pool and a hot tub, which unfortunately I didn't have the chance to use, cause I stayed for just one night.

The wifi did not work at all... my 3G coverage was faster, so I had to turn my wifi off to actually do anything on my phone.... the rooms are actually quite small. The fitness center only has 4 cardio machines (2 bikes, 1 elliptical, and 2 treadmills) but it does have some free weights and one cable machine. It has a pool and hot tub, but no sauna.

This was my first stay at a Best Western Premier and I was very impressed. Definitely not the Best Westerns I remember of the past! I travel extensively and this hotel is as nice as any Marriott, Hyatt,or Hilton. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the on site restaurant had good food and service. I highly recommend the hotel for business or pleasure and will return when in the city for business.

We stayed two nights to attend a wedding. I was expecting a typical hotel experience, but from the minute I walked through their doors, I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms were exceptionally clean and quite and the bed was very comfortable. We had lunch at Morgan's and the food and service was excellent! Recently I reserved a room at the Premier Best Western hotel on 14301 Nicollet Avenue in Burnsville Minnesota for September 16 and stated that I wanted a room in the block that had been set aside for the Stouff-Dehne wedding. The woman said she would have to charge me more because they were so full. I said that was OK if I was on the same floor as the other wedding guests and she assured me I would be. Strike one: On September 16 when I checked in I was given a room 2 floors down from the block of rooms reserved for the wedding. Strike two: There was no Room Service menu in my room. When I went to the front desk to ask for one, she showed me a piece of paper with writing so small I would have needed a high powered magnifying glass to read it. I told her I couldn't read it and was told to go next door to the attached restaurant to ask for one. I am disabled and walk with a cane. Strike three: At 9:00 PM on September 16 I called room service to find out how long they would be open. The woman told me they were open until 11:00 that evening. At 10:00 PM I called to place an order and a man came on and told me they were closed. What? These employees don't even know what hours they work? Strike four: A Continental breakfast was available for $8.00. Is there any other hotel chain in the world that charges for a Continental breakfast? Strike five: The bill that was slipped under my room door had an amount of $154.16 on it. My bank statement showed that a total of $184.99 was taken from my account. When I called and asked why the lady said it was some kind of surcharge and told me it would be refunded in a few days, which it was. Fine. But shouldn't this have been related to me sometime during my stay so I wouldn't have had to call to ask about it? On top of everything else(and I realize that no one except the little creep who did it was responsible)some kid pooped in the swimming pool. This was about 8:30 on Saturday night. The next morning, a Sunday, there were guests swimming again and I'm not at all certain the pool could have been sufficiently cleaned in that amount of time. All in all it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my life and that is sad because in the past I've always thought of Best Western as one of the higher quality hotel chains. I travel to this area relatively frequently and I have stayed in all the nearby hotels. I think this is the best overall hotel value by far. It is nicely appointed with a delicious restaurant, nice indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms were fine and the beds were very comfortable. Meeting facilities are more spacious than expected for a hotel of this size. What really makes this hotel shine though is its staff from top to bottom. All were friendly, attentive, knew their roles and make me feel at home.

Wireless signals were strong, but Internet connection was constantly dropping. When a connection was present, data rates were well below 1M, even when using the "premier" network. Skype meetings and web conferences were impossible. I do not recommend this hotel to business travelers who need reliable connectivity.

"Good looks, but careful where your room is"

We were delighted when we pulled up to this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was quite nice inside. But the NOISE at night was, well, way too loud. We had a room that was JUST next to the pool, practically in the lobby- I had never seen room placement like that before. We fell asleep around 9:30pm, by 11pm both my husband and I were woken up with the voices of folks walking by from the pool, or coming in to the lobby, or the DING of the elevator. I called for another room, they were fully booked- then I went out to the front desk in my pj's asking for a solution. Finally, a staff member dug up some earplugs for us. I was able to sleep after that. Never had to get earplugs for a hotel room before...

We stayed one night after a day at the Minnesota Zoo. We stayed on the 5th floor. Rooms were nice and clean. The refrigerator and microwave in the bathroom was a bit odd. We loved the feather pillows but thought the bed was a bit firm. The in room Wi-Fi kept kicking us off so we just switched it off and used mobile data. We also went down to the pool and enjoyed the pool and hot tub they have available. The pool water temperature was on the cold side and hot tub was very small. Overall our stay was ok nothing great but nothing really bad.

We had to print outr boarding passes for our return flights on the hotel office computer. Lighting in our room was not adequate. Everything else was superior!! For the price I paid, I expected everything to be outstanding and superior to other hotels that I have stayed at.

Simply a marvelous stay! Every employee we had contact with went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best it could be! We had family in Vermont, and always stayed at a Best Western, and now that they've relocated to Minnesota, we'll definitely be back. One thing I would add would be all day coffee/tea in the lobby. Small detail, but we certainly missed it.

The outside looks a bit old and out dated, but once you get inside it's beautiful and updated. Staff were excellent at providing prompt and friendly service. The room was clean & well maintained. I thought the bed was a bit too firm, but I prefer a soft bed. The restaurant was clean, friendly staff, and the food was very good. The conference rooms were cold (set to 65 degrees). Catering staff were frequently cleaning up so dirty dishes weren't sitting around for too long.

While staying here for a wedding, we had a mishap with the iron in our room. The front desk not only got us a new iron, but offered to compensate us for the ruined shirt. When we made a reservation for this hotel we asked if there was a pool and hot tub. When we checked in we found that the pool was very small and the water was very cold for being a heated pool, also the hot tub was not working. We should have been told that the hot tub was not working, we did call the hotel direct. Very disappointed. Don't get me wrong the hotel itself was very nice, rooms were clean and quiet but not a place for children.

The hotel was beautiful and had a nice lobby. There was a sitting area on each floor near a big window. The elevator was quick. Pool is of average size same with the hot tub. I did not go swimming, but my sister took my kids and it was a good size for them. The hotel restaurant is pricey and we went there for brunch buffet. The food was good and fresh though so we personally did not mind paying it, just ended up being quite a bit more then we expected. The staff was friendly though. Check out feels early (11 am). They should give a free brunch coupon per person for the restaurant in the morning or at least half off. Only rating a 4 because we found a dirty sock under our beds when we were packing up and there was no offer to compensate for the feeling of an unclean room after we stayed. I would go again. The room felt clean otherwise

I found this hotel very comfortable, but very pricey for the amenities. the buffet on Sunday morning was $ 18.95 per person and was sparse at best. If you had a floor on the 5th floor you had to unlock the floor everytime you wanted to access it.

The hotel was clean, the staff was great! We used the WIFI and constantly got kicked off. The TV package the hotel had was poor. it offered 16 sports channels, and 4 for family viewing other than their local channels. We weren't there to watch TV, but did use it every night when we returned to the hotel. No continental breakfast, on site restaurant. A discount should be offered for guests staying at the hotel. The restaurant was very popular with the town people. Some nights it was hard to find parking.

Visited for three nights at the BWP Nicollett for a reunion. The room was very nice and the hotel staff amazing. The restaurant served fresh farm produce, properly prepared, and served. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only flaw was the lack of a courtesy van to get guests from the airport or union station to the hotel. That isn't a big deal, but, it would be nice.

The hotel is very nice and clean, great farm to table restaurant, decent pool/whirlpool area and, moderately priced. Unfortunately, our experience was spoiled but a party going on above our room and a room full of small kids running and screaming in the room directly above from 1 to 4 a.m. I called the front desk and they were going to try to locate the noise but it never stopped. I located it myself at 3:30 and went to the front desk but there was no one there and no one answered the office door. No offense intended but a blind and deaf person could have located the noise. As I said, the hotel is nice, unfortunately the lack of sleep we were afforded and the lack of help from the front desk staff left a bad taste for me.

"Worst hotel experience of my life."

The front desk girl Audrey was by far the most rude, condescending, passive, aggressive, individual I have ever met. I have 35 years of being a corporate COO/CEO and had anyone in my organation ever spoken to anyone in that manner they would have been in Human Resources immediately. She does a great diservice to your brand. Jordan was a redeeming young lady, had it not been for here I would have walked out. She has a tremendous skill set and deserves to be moved up within you organzation. You're missing an untapped resource for management.

"Nice hotel and friendly staff"

Gorgeous lobby area. Had a hot tub king room, seemed a little dated and was able to feel coils in the king sized bed. Hoping for something a little more for the price paid. Might return in the future if in this area. We were referred from another hotel that we had booked and they over booked at.

"Lost reservations, loud rooms"

The rooms are excruciatingly loud. You can hear people having conversations on the opposite end of the hallway. It was impossible to sleep with the amount of noise level that was occurring in the hallway, including groups of people hanging out past 1:00 am. The walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbor having soft conversations. The unprofessional staff lost 2 room reservations for our party (reservations that had confirmation e-mails showing reserved rooms for that specific date.) People traveled 8 hours to find out they had nowhere to stay. Their fix was trying to combine two couples into a single room with a pullout sofa. In the end they admitted the reservation was manually changed to a date earlier that week by a member of the staff. We left the hotel tired and exhausted with lack of sleep and a long car ride awaiting us. This was our first and last stay at this hotel.

"Over Priced"

The room was decent, the water pressure is horrible. "Kitchenette" is inside the bathroom and totally inconvenient... Fridge was barely above room temp. $140/night is not the right price for this hotel.

"Too much for too little"

There was nothing wrong with the hotel. It was very quiet, clean and staff was very nice. But for over $150.00 a night I expected more; Larger room. HGTV would have been nice. A free breakfast. Something.

Great location, service, and very clean. The restaurant was a great choice for breakfast too. We'll stay at this hotel again when visiting Minneapolis or the surrounding area. Beds were comfortable and the room was pleasant.

I was in Burnsville to assist my family in coping with the unexpected loss of my son. The hotel staff was very compassionate helping me with my stay. I heartily recommend this hotel, the staff, facilities, and restaurant are all just excellent.

Stayed here for my sister's wedding. The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. I was able to check in early when I arrived, and there was no problem checking out a little late so the kids could swim a little more after brunch. Speaking of brunch, it was amazing, I highly recommend giving it a try. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfy and best of all, tons of extra pillows for my pillow crazy family. Only downside, and not a fault of the hotel, is that the road in front of the hotel (CR 42) was closed eastbound, making it hard to get to the hotel coming from the west.

I liked most everything about this place. Friendly staff, clean, pretty modern, etc. Pool area was nice, but, weirdly, the hot tub is only 2 feet-6 inches deep. It's the shallowest hot tub I've ever seen. Other than that minor detail I liked this Best Western. Pool Area is open until 11 p.m.... so that was nice.

My room was on the first floor adjacent to the lobby and you can hear every conversation that takes place in the lobby--all night long. The hotel was sold out so they wouldn't move me to another room. I slept very poorly. I also had a problem on my bill and the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and even passive aggressive. I was shocked at the blatant rudeness and terrible customer service.

The hotel is well taken care of and the staff were great. Being the mother of the groom, I requested access to our room early to get ready and they were very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, even though there was a wedding reception on premises, plus most of the guests at my son's wedding were staying there too. They have a secure floor for bride and grooms so they are not disturbed which they really liked.

We stayed here two nights for my cousins wedding. Very nice rooms, I liked the beds but my husband complained they were too hard. So depends on what you like! Quiet didn't hear neighbors. Downside is since the restaurant is connected they don't have complimentary breakfast. But there's other places close by that you can eat at that are cheaper then the restaurant!

"Impressive Facility and Staff"

We were visiting our first grandchild who was in the NICU in Burnesville, MN. The hotel was clean and the staff were not only friendly but actually cared about our stay being comfortable and everything we wanted it to be. They even listened to our response when they would ask what brought us to town by asking us how our grandson was the next day. Very sweet!!! We felt totally at home here. We WILL return!!! :) ND Grampa & Gramma

The hotel is well laid out and easy to use. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Everything worked very well. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. I used the restaurant only for breakfast. Most of the food was good, but avoid the oatmeal - terrible stuff.

"Nice hotel"

I travel for work and stay in hotels about 300+ nights a year. Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Overall Quiet considering they do weddings here. Had fire alarm go off 1 time but i was told it was from cooking for the wedding. Internet worked pretty good in room. Water had good pressure and was hot. No Free Breakfast was a disappointment considering the cost per night of about $130. I was just staying down the street at another chain that was just as nice with a great free breakfast and that room was $79 a night. So if I ever return to this area and budget is a concern I won't be staying at this BW

"Staff lies"

Don't bother with this place. The hotel has been "refurbished", but it hasn't added important items. The original single king-size bedrooms now have 2 beds crammed into them, so there is no way to walk through the room. There is no cable TV - only cable news. There is no air conditioner- left this on all night and the temp in the room actually went UP! There are no bath fans, so bring your own air freshener. For your clean freaks, you will hate it. They have the microwave and refrigerator IN THE BATHROOM! It's disgusting. Same with the coffee pot. And there is NO room for you to open the door AND walk in. It's one or the other. The worst part was calling ahead to confirm that the A/C worked and that the hotel was wheelchair accessible. They outright lied and admitted as much when I called to complain about the room the first night! Oh, and the "upgraded" rooms on the concierge level. Having been in two different rooms in this hotel, I can tell you exactly what this means: You get a metal trash can, a metal kleenex box, and a metal ice bucket instead of plastic ones. The deco is the same, the size is the same. No breakfast, no extra amenities- it's all worthless. Even if you're just there to sleep, you can forget about it because the room cleaning with the loud pop music and vacuuming starts at 6 AM!

Spent a week here the week of May 8th to May 12th came for a business trip therefore didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. However Room was alway cleaned and staff was very pleasant. Food at Morgan on site restaurant was very good. Would definitely return and stay here. Was pleased with the service e provided.

During my stay the staff was very helpful in any questions or concerns I had and that other guests had. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and they remembered me. I can honestly find nothing bad to say about the staff or hotel. I checked out one night earlier than my scheduled departure date and due to unforeseen circumstances needed to stay the full time and the staff had no problem finding me a room for the final night of my stay.

The staff all had amazing helpful attitudes. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Beds comfortable. Only slight dislike was the pillows being to fluffy but I was able to make it work. The pool is heated and the kids didn't really get cold while swimming which is always a positive. I would highly recommend this hotel again.

This location has been a mainstay for our family for many years. We have family that live nearby and for those of us out of town it's a convenient location to stay with relatives from out of state. The rooms are very clean. A furnished microwave and refrigerator were nice additions. The rooms have been refurbished since the last time we stayed here. The entire staff is friendly. The restaurant / bar is very welcoming as well. We did not eat here but the prices look reasonable and the food looked very appealing.

Thanks to all who made our daughter's 10 year old birthday a great experience. The flexibility of the hotel for check in time, confirming connecting rooms, use of the pool area, etc. was wonderful. Loved the room set up as well. First time at this Burnsville MN property and we were impressed.

After our last visit to this Best Western a few months ago I posted that although we liked the hotel we wished there wasn't such a strong disinfectant order in their wine glasses. Well we are at this property again, checking in April 13th, and were so impressed that management actually took my post seriously. Nathan, the front of the house manager, came out to greet us upon arrival and explained in great detail how they had rectified the problem of the strong disinfectant smell in the wine glasses. That evening we stopped in the cocktail lounge and, Michael, the restaurant manager, introduced himself and also explained in great detail what steps they had taken to fix the problem. We are big travelers and have stayed at many "high-end" hotels both in the U.S. and abroad. The service we received at the Best Western Nicollet rivals any of those establishments. Thank you to both Nathan and Michael, as well as your wonderful front desk staff, for making our Easter weekend a fun stay. See you again in September!

We stayed one night in a 1BR/1-1/2BA king suite with the breakfast option. We picked this hotel because our daughter had a doctor's appointment a few blocks away. The suite was two rooms remodeled into a bedroom with full bath and a sitting room with fridge/microwave counter, 1/2 bath, and sleeper sofa. There was ample room for the three of us. King bed was clean and super-comfortable. Room was a bit dimly lit at night. Everything was clean and in good repair. The breakfast-included room rate comes with a limited breakfast menu, not the full restaurant menu. This was not made clear online when I booked the room. The choices were ok (the breakfast burrito was, in fact, excellent) but I think the better value would be to book the room by itself and order a la carte from the full menu. The service recovery aspect came into play when, while sitting in the booth at breakfast reading the newspaper and waiting for my meal, a large ceramic vase fell off the shelf behind me, struck my head and broke, and then crashed to the floor. I have no idea what caused it to fall and I was not injured, just surprised and sore for a few minutes. Needless to say, the commotion got us a lot of attention. As a gesture of goodwill, the general manager invited us to come back for lunch after our appointment, on the house. We returned for lunch, took full advantage of their generosity, and were truly surprised at how good the food was. My daughter had a strip steak and potato, my wife had a cedar-planked salmon on a sweet pea purée, and I had bacon-wrapped scallops over rice and a salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, expertly prepared and artfully served. We were truly surprised at the excellence of the meal--far better than anything I've ever had at any other Best Western property. I would not hesitate to eat there again, and it would be a good choice for entertaining clients or for a family gathering. Overall this hotel is an excellent mid-priced property if you need a south side location while in the Twin Cities. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

This is a very old building. A/C and heating are central, meaning that the entire building has to be turned on before they will work. Our room was very hot at night and the only solution offered was to open the window. PASS ON THIS PLACE.

On a relocation trip. Was looking forward to the cold, but the hotel has a central HVAC system, so the temp was 71 to 74 in out room. Window only opened 2 inches so getting the cool air in was difficult. I really was looking forward to sleeping at 68. Other than the temp of the room, hotel is nice. Older but clean. Feathered pillows, rare, but if uou have allergies they accommodate. Plenty of restaurants close. Nice to have. Hotel had very nice service, friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay and would recommend it to any one. Great rates, The shuttle van was on time and accommodating. I had a room on the 5th floor and next to the stairs, At first I was not liking that but the room was very comfortable and quiet.

The staff were friendly and helpful from the maids to the front desk. The room was spotless and well-appointed. I was there for a seminar and the food was excellent. I didn't give 5 stars before there was no internet in my room due to problems with their servers. They were unable to correct so it made my ability to handle business in the evening impossible. I was also in the restaurant. The food was very good but the chef is a little heavy handed with the salt. They also forgot my order so I ate after everyone in my group. Overall everything was excellent. I was there three days and nights. Pool was clean and well-stocked with towels. Hot tub was nice and large.

We drove to Minneapolis as a treat to reward ourselves for entertaining company for 10 days! Saw this listing on Bookings.com and decided to stop to see if we'd like it! IT IS A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! And even better...THE STAFF WHO WORKED THERE ARE AWESOME ALSO! From the front desk check-in to drinks and snacks at the bar...to breakfast in the restaurant....everyone was cheerful, friendly, and made us feel very welcome! WE LOVE IT HERE and will definitely return. Nice pool and hot tub too! Rooms are wonderful and very clean.

NO 2 bedrooms here. and they can not help little people every thing is to tall. bathroom sink forget it to tall . eveen if you are just short. asking for a stool will get you nowere i asked 3 times. "Nice Rooms; But A Few Suggestions"

The rooms here are very nice and clean. A little strange having the microwave and fridge inside the bathroom. The TV channels are very limited. LOTS of sports channels, HBO, but not much else.... never anything to watch, really. This hotel has a pool and hot tub as well as an exercise room. The pool had very cold water, and no steps; only ladders... the hot tub did not seem to have enough water in it... in order to really immerse yourself, you had to sit on the floor. Hot tub temperature was also not very hot, so it didn't really work out. At all. My biggest complaint, was the exercise room.... treadmills and equipment there are older. Functional, but older. But I absolutely HATE when they have the exercise room all encased in glass windows so you have no privacy... and this one was even worse because it is situated on a main hallway, so business people, staff, people coming in for conventions, etc., can all walk past and see you.... when I was using the equipment, they actually held some sort of staff meeting IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE the exercise room, with everyone watching.... VERY uncomfortable. The restaurant here serves all grass fed beef, which we do not like, so we were not able to order room service or use the restaurant... it did not appear that there would be anything with meat that was not grass fed beef... also it is a bit pricey. Overall, it is a nice property, but it would have been nicer to have more privacy in the pool and exercise areas.... and more attention paid to the maintenance of the hot tub, etc.

The facility was excellent and very convenient to all the places we had to be. Staff was exceptional from the check-in to the restaurant. We had asked for a couple of rooms to be available for early check-in in order to change clothes; all six rooms were ready when we checked in about 1:30 p.m. Beautiful facility, tastefully decorated rooms and very clean. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Our room was great, but I am very disappointed in the service that was provided regarding the coffee machine that I reported and was not fixed. Further, I accidently left some valuable items in the hotel and called to check and see when I could pick them up. They stated they did not find anything. This is lie and I would like to know how I can be refunded for these items.

When trying to book online with my corporate discount, I had a bit of trouble. There was a lower price seen prior to clicking "confirm." After choosing the room, the price went up. I called customer service to discuss my concerns with pricing change and the hotel had a current promotion that was even better than my corporate discount. Hooray! I wanted it to be clear that I would be staying at the hotel for an extended business trip and there were a few items I needed. I needed desk space, microwave and refrigerator. Even though I originally wanted a king size bed, the only availability I could reserve was 2 queen beds. The gal on the phone was amazing. Upon arrival, the front desk gal was super nice and very accommodating. she informed me that my room was upgraded to a king size bed and all of the accommodations I requested, i.e. microwave, refrigerator and desk space, were fulfilled. I was grateful. She put me on a special floor that required my room key on the elevator for access. At the top of the elevator were water carafes and a snack, either in the a.m. or early evening. I usually refilled my water there everyday. Because I was there on business, I occasionally required the use of the computer in the business center and the printer located behind the front desk. I also asked for the 3-hole punch about 6 times per night. Never once, was the front desk staff annoyed by my repetitive requests. Nice conversations were had. It was nice to talk to someone during my stay. One evening I returned to the hotel and immediately after I stepped off the elevator on to my floor, I could smell something as if it were burning. Once I got to my room, I quickly realized the smell was coming from my AC unit. I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away. The front desk attendant apologized repeatedly and he was very clear that he was NOT an expert and that his engineer had already left for the night but that he would call him immediately to see what could be done. He told told me that the hotel was fully booked and he was unable to move me, but to shut off the AC for the night. He assured me he would make it right. Later that evening, i happened to be down by the front desk and we spoke again about what could be done. He said that since my card was already debited for the week, he couldn't offer me a discount. *This is not typical that your card is debited for the full amount, but at check-in, this is what happened for me. Not sure why. He did, however, offer me free breakfast vouchers for the remainder of my stay. That was nice and I was happy with this offering since he couldn't discount me any for my stay. This was a convenience for me. The next morning, i wanted to take advantage of my breakfast voucher, so I got up a little early to go down and sit for breakfast. I'm glad I did because it took quite a long time for french toast and coffee. The next two mornings, I ordered the breakfast up to my room and made it clear what time I needed to leave so that I didn't have to shovel the food in my face quickly. The first morning, the food came as I correctly ordered it, but only gave me 5 minutes to eat it. The 2nd morning, the food came in plenty of time, but I was missing silverware, a napkin, jelly for my toast and the fruit that I had ordered extra. The girl felt awful and ran all the way back downstairs to make it right. She did. I did order dinner there once night...the Fettuccine Alfredo. The food was ok. The room was very nice....always super clean, but I'm not one to leave my room a mess at the beginning of each day either. I do wish the hot tub was opening a bit longer in the evenings. I didn't have the opportunity to utilize it and it would have benefited me greatly since I was at a school for swimming for my stay...lots of swimming every day. Finally, my parents frequently visit the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and I recommended them to stay at this hotel. It was very nice. There are lots of restaurants and shopping so close by. Great hotel, nice people. Will definitely stay at the hotel again.

This hotel was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, had friendly staff and was in a nice area. We were also pleased to see that our room would include a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. However, we could not understand the decision to place these kitchen items directly in the bathroom. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom area for all three of these items. To me, a registered nurse, this amounts to poor hygiene. Please reconsider this decision for the health of your guests.

This is an older building that is mostly concrete, which is great in a lot of ways, but was very restrictive when trying to add proper electricity to add a microwave and fridge in every room, which is a must in the hotel market today. The front desk arrival and departure is filled with welcoming and humor. They go out of your way to make things right and check in with you as you pass by to make sure you are happy with your stay. This hotel has great location and access to services and shopping. Back side of hotel is quiet. Walls are a little thin. Wifi not running the best in room in 500 block. We were grateful as they were one of the few Best Western hotels with availability. Hotel was clean and the other folks staying in the hotel were polite and kind.

My sister and I wanted clean and quiet, and that's what we got. One-night (09-22-16) stay on a Thursday in room 425 at the Best Western Premier Nicollet Inn, Burnsville, Minnesota, just north of Co Rd 42 and I-35E. Two nights ahead, I booked directly on the hotel's website. $154.16 with taxes, not including housekeeping tip: 2 adults, 1 room, 2 Queen beds. Room 425: Two comfortably firm Queen beds, four super squishy pillows each. Wide window with marble sill and great light-blocking curtains. Overlooks parking lot and Fairview Ridges Specialty Care Center. Barb was courteous at check-in. Two professionally dressed staff at front desk at check-in. Two different professionally dressed staff at front desk at check-out. Receipt under the door in the morning without having to request it. Courteous check-out at front desk. Ample free parking. I saw at least two luggage carts. Newer finishes throughout all areas. Ice machine on every floor! Accessibility: Two small/average curb ramps in curb. One in front of lobby, one in front of restaurant. Not easy to see. Not marked with yellow paint or other distinguishing marks. Auto sliding door at entry. Well-tiled ramp in lobby next to two steps to access elevators. Pool area behind front desk, accessed with room key: two doors, one each for ramp access or stairs down into the pool area. Small pool (3-5 feet) with no steps: Two ladders, pool lift under blue tarp. Small, shallow (2.6 feet), two-tier hot tub with steps, pool lift: nice warm bath for belly button and lower, my sister reports. Lots of fluffy, long pool towels. Door by the towels looks like a single stall unisex restroom, but is a door to another hallway—take your key so you don't get locked out of the pool area—with doors on the left to men and women's restrooms (didn't go in), and a set of stairs beyond that to another hall. Room 425 bathroom: Marble counter. Some scuffing in bathroom on “wood” finishes. No good place to hang suits/wet clothes; made do with towels over the curved curtain rod and side of tub, with suits draped over them. Box of tissues in a fancy cover by the sink. Soap dish. Shower walls nicely tiled. Shower pressure adequate. If you're tall enough, you can twist the head for more concentrated spray, but it's not hard pressure. Three hand towels, four bath towels. Two wash cloths rolled up between soaps and small vanity mirror. One makeup removal cloth. One shoe mitt. Hair dryer in a bag on the shelf. I lightly heard forced air through the HVAC vent over the shower; no switch by the light switch for another fan. Sounds: Pretty quiet stay. From the bathroom, I could lightly hear water run in bathroom next door, but I didn't notice it from the sleeping area. I couldn't hear the light hum of the fridge from the sleeping area. No luggage rack in room. One bench under mirror, to right of massive TV, where'd I'd expect a refrigerator, but the fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and ice bucket are inside the bathroom, to the left of the sink. Room service: One cheese pizza ($16.07 plus tip) from the attached restaurant, Morgan's Farm to Table. It was very thin and limp (other than the over-crispy outer edges), without much sauce. The (fancy? squeaky?) cheese was nicely browned on top without being burnt, but I'd rather get a more main-stream restaurant pizza. It was like a cheap, generic frozen pizza cooked in an inconsistent oven. After looking at the menu and prices, I probably won't bother with Morgan's again.

The hotel was nicely updated. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was very good. A cheeseburger and fries for $14 was very reasonable. They had many more options that topped out with steak and lobster for $50. I would stay again but I thought it was a little overpriced - $275 a night including taxes. Thought it was close to a $200 room than a $300 room. It was Ryder Cup weekend so I am not sure if prices were inflated. I would stay again for a little less money.

I stayed at this Best Western with my daughter for a pageant recently. We arrived much too early as I read the check in time incorrectly. The hotel staff was more than accommodating, letting us go into the pool area to swim until our room was ready. Mitch at the front desk was very helpful and allowed us to have a late check out time the following day for our convenience. This hotel is more up to date than other best westerns that I have stayed at in the past and very clean. Less than 15 minutes to the Mall and located close to a Target.

We use this Hotel every time we come down to the Twin Cities. We have never had a bad experience at any point during any of our stays with the Best Western Premiere. Our room did have one vent that did not blow warm air but it wasn't that big of a deal for us, I just cranked the other one up and kept the doors open between the living room and bedroom. There was also a wedding that weekend so the noise level was considerably louder than usual, but it's to be expected when you stay at a hotel that is so beautiful for such a great price. We traveled up to the State Fair early (5:30 am) Saturday morning of our stay. It was a straight shot and took only 20 minutes to get there. This Hotel is quite literally in the perfect location because you have I-35E to the left and I-35W to the left which makes the convenience of getting to where you need to go that much easier. We come from Duluth which is North of the twin cities, but we wouldn't trade staying at this hotel for any other hotel around, even if it is closer to home.

The hotel is just the perfect distance away from Minneapolis International airport & close enough to restaurants. Upon arrival I was greeted as a Best Western Rewards Member and everything was ready, as it should be. The Front Staff were very helpful and politely suggested I try the in-hotel Restaurant - which I did and it was amazing! For a Best Western hotel I am blown away! Comfortable king size bed, fluffy pillows, double sheeted beds (no unwashed comforters), the hotel shuttle driver Greg was an outstanding guy, and the hotel restaurant Morgan's is fantastic! You can definitely taste the farm freshness in the food. I had the best pancakes in my life there, the pretzel crusted walleye was ok. Looking forward to having a grass-fed burger for dinner tonight. Not much scenery except you can see Buck Hill where they going skiing at in the winters.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we received outstanding hospitality. We purchased a Valleyfair package deal and it was a great deal. We also took advantage of the other discounted tickets available to purchase, for the zoo. Our room was extremely spacious and clean. I made a repair request when I left, it was documented and I overheard the front desk contacting maintenance immediately. The staff by far exceeded my expectations. They showed great teamwork and cared for their guests. I look forward to the next time I visit this area.

everything about this hotel was excellent! we were able to get early check in (so I could get my wedding dress in the room becore we ran our errands for the evening) the shuttle drivers were amazing. the staff at the front desk was awesome at answering questions and accommodating to requests we had. the restaurant staff for the buffet in the morning were very friendly and polite. the bar staff was excellent. This is a wonderful hotel with fabulous service personnel. The restaurant is a great dining spot with excellent food and staff. Unusual gourmet meals are serviced and the food is delicious. Service is outstanding, and Morgans (restaurant) serves outstanding food and has a quality bar. If you're visiting the Burnsville area, you really need to stay at this Nicollet Best Western.

We stayed here for 3 days just before moving out of town. The hotel was very close by and convenient for our purposes. The room was very comfortable, as were the beds. It was nicely decorated and furnished. The hotel is pet friendly which was important for us with our two small dogs. My only quibble was the side door to the pet exercise area only let one outside and to go back inside one had to walk around to the front entrance to get back to the room. Not ideal for the early morning potty walks. We requested and got a first floor room. There was not a view, but as there is a hospital and clinics behind it, and all we saw was green grass embankment and a couple of full pine trees was just fine. There is some faint noise from the freeway right next to the hotel but it was not bothersome. Overall a very nice stay.

Due to available flight times, I arrived SUPER early for check-in (9 am). I stopped by the front desk to see if I could leave my luggage behind the counter until check-in time, but since my room was ready, they allowed me to check-in right away. Very friendly staff. Always helpful and courteous. Facility is very clean and accomodating. The front desk was always helpful and knowledgeable of the information that was solicited from them. The hotel shuttle driver (Gregory) was one of the nicest gentleman who was very courteous and cheerful. An overall great experience. WiFi was he only slight complaint. It was slow and sporadic at best.

I travel all of the time. I have stayed at this hotel 60+ times this year 5 stars to all of the employees. Food is over the top! This hotel really cares for it's guests and makes you feel like family. They have a chef in the kitchen and the food is high quality. They have one awards for best taste of Minnesota several years running. If I ever stay in Minneapolis, there is only one hotel for me and its Best Western Nicolette

Our stay was wonderful. Our daughter recently had her wedding Open House Celebration in the area. The staff at the Hotel couldn't be more accomodating. All our guests (a room block of 10) enjoyed their stay and were very complimentary of the Hotel. Downside---the restaurant! We waited for more then 1 hr. (we had 2 toddlers in the group) to get served. Only part of the 10 at the breakfast table got there food; the others had to wait. The toddlers were served last!! Coffee refills NEVER came out; food was just so so. The service was horrible. There were only 4 small tables other then us with plenty of staff to serve. Couldn't believe how bad our service was when the Hotel staff were so great! Really!!! This happened more then once during our weekend stay. Live and learn and go down the highway to Cracker Barrel or across the street to Panera Bread.

Décor, front desk staff, and rooms were all great (clean, equipped, etc.). Internet didn't reach our 4th floor room consistently. Cleaning staff didn't refill our towels and soap properly, but they were friendly in solving the problem. Coffee in the rooms is not good (weak and flavorless). Pool is clean and fun for kids. Restaurant is not recommended for any meal (poor food and service).

I am a travel agent in the Twin Cities and booked this hotel for my elderly parents from Atlanta. They had a 2 room executive suite since they were staying 13 nights. The room was on the first floor and handicapped accessible. It was perfect for them. My mom has great difficulty with stairs and with this room she did not encounter any. The suite had 1 1/2 bathrooms which was very handy when there were several of us in the room visiting or changing to use the pool. The pool & hot tub were great, the kids really had fun. The hallways & lobby were very nice. The hotel did not have the typical hotel odor. The staff was great, friendly & professional. I do want to share a few less positive items: The WIFI was hit or miss in the suite. The lighting in the rooms was not bright enough. Even with the curtains wide open it felt like dusk during the daytime. The lighting of the table lamps was poor. However, this does not seem to pertain only to this hotel, but to many hotels in general. Lastly, when I booked this for my parents I didn't realize that breakfast wasn't included. That was a bit disappointing. I would highly recommend this property for Mall of America visitors because it is a quick trip on the freeway to the mall and away from all the traffic that surrounds the mall. In addition there is every type of shopping and restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel.

It doesn't happen often, but this was pretty much the perfect stay. Great checkin, quiet floor (5th floor), great room, super comfy bed, room service...what more could you ask for? Special shout out to shuttle driver Barb, who was a dear. And their Sunday brunch was fantastic. I'd return in a heartbeat. Oh, and super convenient location next to TJ Maxx (last minute clothing if needed), Taco Bell, BK, etc.

"Excellent place for a family"

Front desk was always very courteous and went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. Pool was used every day by our kids and always kept clean. We stayed for 10 days as we were between houses. Only concern was that the floor in our suite was not vacuumed regularly. Beds were very comfy and with the exception of some drunk baseball moms on one night, it was always very quiet. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

So stayed here for a week, getting off the flight, super tired, but the first night I stayed awake until 1 or 2 am due to the loud sound possibly from the party, and shouting, running in the hallway. Thanks to my noise-reducing headphone, I put it on in order to fall asleep although I really feel uncomfortable wearing it. And hoping the following days wouldn't be like this. Well, weekdays were more quiet , occasionally I did hear the neighbor knocked the opposite door loudly several times. The wifi was very unstable, so better have patience to keep connecting. Another thing I don't like is how cleaning staffs cleaned my room. There is one day when I noticed my trash bin was not cleaned at all even though it's half full. Not to mention the cleaning staff didn't replace some of my used items nor cleaned the floor sometimes, I have to say, this kind of room cleaning service is not impressive. My friend stayed in another room, he seems had quieter room and better cleaning service than I did, but no luck when one day he wanted to get a quick breakfast. First he came down at 6:30, it's closed and said open at 7 or so, so he came back again at that time, still, nobody was there, so he had to drive somewhere else to get food. I myself would not consider staying here again, but if I have to, I would choose weekdays to avoid the possible noises.

"OK if there's not a party"

This hotel would have been fine had there not been a party going on. All you could hear as you were trying to sleep was the bass booming away. I can't believe they let it go on until midnight. Maybe they could care a little about their guests that are paying for a night's rest. I do have to mention that the gentleman at the front desk during check in was fantastic. When I mentioned all the noise to the lady at check out, however she just said that "yea, there was a big party".

The staff was beyond helpful, very pleasant group. I had a local procedure done and the hotel was more than accommodating. The food at Morgan's, hotel's restaurant, was very tasty too. I stayed at the property for one week and it certainly made my recovery smooth sailing. Audrey was extremely helpful from the time I walked through the door until I checked out. I would recommend this property to anyone and stay again if ever in the area.

Staff was excellent. Beds and pillows were really comfy. Only downside was the fridge and microwave are in the bathroom. Not the place you want to share steam and smell with your food. Don't expect to eat at the restaurant on Sunday between 1:30-4 only have pizza after their brunch and before dinner menu starts at 4pm.

I travel to Burnsville multiple times a year on business and always stay at the Best Western Premier Nicollet Inn. The entire staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Morgan's is a great restaurant with a menu that offers a wide variety of options and everything is delicious. Great location to.

There was not really anything to complain about, it was an excellent experience. The restaurant features local fresh food of the healthiest form available. The staff are very accommodating to any request we had. Any last minute plans like booking a shuttle or anything was well organized any a great benefit to the clients needs.

Nice hotel that is updated with great restaurant! Location was perfect for what we needed. Adequate parking despite there being a wedding on location. Pool was warm and clean as well as the gym and hot tub. Did I mention the restaurant had great food and drink specials? Staff there was wonderful!! Definitely try their homemade pizza! Also had a patio perfect for cocktails in the sun.

I recently stayed here for business travel and was quite surprised with the stay as I normally do not stay at Best Western. The rooms were clean and furniture was in good condition. They have a bar/restaurant connected to the hotel which is convenient. Plenty of other food and shopping options right by the hotel. Easy access to the highway.

We had a party of 8 for breakfast. The Restaurant didn't seem that busy, but the service was extremely slow. Some of us need to ask for water, refills of coffee, etc. The food was very good. Maybe it was just an off day for them. Had an appetizer the previous night at the bar. Very good service.

This was an excellent hotel with nice décor and comfy beds. One thing that I especially enjoyed was the very comfortable lounger chair with ottoman. Was so nice to watch TV and drink my morning coffee from that comfy chair instead of the bed or desk chair.

I stayed in a king size suite. Very nice and clean. Great location. Coffee maker in the room which is always nice. Since I stayed 9 days having a frig and microwave helped a lot. I loved that there was free wi-fi service. They could have better TV channels, too any sports channels.

We usually do not stay at a Best Western and I have to say that this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. EVERYTHING was just perfect. From the time we checked in to the clean updated lobby to entering our room which was updated and tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. Definitely will recommend to others and consider Best Western Hotels based on this experience.

I have stayed here several times and have ways had a good experience. Helpful staff, clean rooms. The location is convenient for shopping and eating, plus, there is a restaurant inside the hotel. If the restaurant is closed there is a room in the lobby where snacks and drinks can be purchased. Nice indoor pool area too. Small exercise room.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. I'm not quite to diamond level but opted for the $10 up charge for 5th floor. The lounge area was nothing more than four chairs at the top of the elevator area and access to a muffin in the morning. One of the elevators would not go to the 5th floor for some reason so you played roulette when you pushed the button to see which one opens. Not worth the up hate. Room ac did not get the room below 71... In March... Ended up having to open window. Hard bed, nice linens.

Stayed here for the location, amenities and because the property is pet friendly. The rooms designated for pets were on the first floor, called garden rooms, right across from the pool and fitness room. It has two doors, one lead to a very nice private patio with table and chairs and the other door led to the hallway which led down to the end of the building to exit to the pet area outside. The inside of the hotel property was in excellent condition, floors immaculate, sparkled like they had just been cleaned, the room was great. We loved sitting on the "patio" with our kids and our dog, and being able to interact with the other guests. The front desk staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The noise level overall after 10 pm was very, very quiet. I got up in the middle of the night around 2 pm to take my dog outside and there was an employee sitting at the front desk. The parking lot was very well lit although there was no trash receptacle outside the front door. They did have one in the pet area though.They also provided complimentary copies of the Wall Street Journal, the Star Tribune and Pioneer press newspapers which was really nice. The pet area was very clean and kept up. Overall the property was five stars in my book!

We came to the twin cities for weekend away with the kids. Hotel suite was perfect!!! We had 2 bathrooms and room for all 5 of us. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast at Morgan's was very good. Plus, the location was good so we could easily get to multiple destinations. Exactly the place we were looking for!!!

Our family had this trip planned and then we got 2 very young foster children, the staff upgraded our room to a suite for very little extra money. Very noisy guests, and hotel doesn't seem to issue any consequences to those guests. Bedding had big stain and when housekeeping came to change it, they said (in Spanish, thinking I couldn't understand) "what else is she going to want now" Internet was poor...kept kicking me off. No breakfast included. Also, security is poor. Desk clerk gave a room key to a friend's husband who arrived late without asking for ID or asking who he was or anything! Refrigerator and microwave is located in the bathroom....not great for cleanliness, nor is it appetizing.

I visit family in Burnsville and this property is just too nice to pass up. The grandkids can play in the pool. I sit in the hottub. The resturant is just grand. Please pardon my spelling, I'm a product of the public schools of the 60's. Everything I've ever needed in a store or shopping is very close and Mall of America is not that far up the interstate. The helpful staff makes this place!

My mom and I stayed in November and had an amazing stay while visiting my daughter. On February 20, came back with my husband for another visit with our daughter. We were upgraded to executive floor. Room was spotless, bed was wonderful, and Morgan's brunch was amazing. Down side: There was a wedding that day at the hotel and there were kids running and yelling everywhere. The room next door was running a food service for the wedding party and people kept coming and going from other floors (executive is keyed level) to get sloppy joes. At 1:41 am everyone returned and were very loud waking us up. The kids were up in the morning by 7 making loud noise. At check out, Mitch, a manager, listened to my feedback and was helpful. I know this was not his fault and appreciated him talking with us. We I'll be back and hope for not a return incident.

I stayed here during a winter storm last week. Hotel was impressive, rooms beautiful and cozy, bar and restaurant awesome! The ladies at the front desk were awesome! I was so impressed as I was leaving that they shouted out my first name to say goodbye and to have a nice day. This was without me telling them my name, and she 100% remembered it from the day prior. Soooooo refreshing to deal with such nice, friendly people. Loved it, and would stay again anytime. I do wish they would have had a continental breakfast, or at least a piece of fruit available. I did not have time to stay for a sit down and order type of breakfast. But overall loved my stay!

Find another hotel if you are in town for business. Staff did nothing to quiet the kids so the other guests could get some rest. I was told this only happens this time of year, and we are sorry but your promised room was booked 2 years ago, nothing we can do. A warning before I checked in would have at least set my expectations of a loud crowd. I could have then booked another hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for a swim meet and it was a pleasant surprise. It's a big hotel. Beds are comfy. It has a pool and a restaurant on site. The only con is that breakfast is not included and is not available before 7:00 am Very close to the highway, very well located.

The night I stayed at this hotel, it snowed. There was a gentleman from the hotel that cleared off the vehicles in the morning! Anyone from an area with snow can appreciate that gesture!!!! We stayed at the Best Western Premier for a wedding. The staff were very nice at check-in. Unfortunately both of our rooms were not ready when we arrived but the front desk called to let us know when the second room was ready so there was no issue with that. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food was excellent and the room very nice.Very nice location, easy off the highway, a lot shopping and restaurants nearby. Would definitely come back.

I had not stayed at a Best Western in a long time. We made these reservations with short notice to meet some friends and ski. We were not expecting much, boy were we wrong. The staff greeted us with smiles, and called me by my name before I even told them who I was!! They were efficient, kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom is always my concern, this one was perfect for my family with lots of room and again very clean. Anything we needed we called for and had within 5-10 minutes. For the price and location I would stay here time and time again. My kids (ages 12 and 14) are already begging to go back!

This is our new favorite hotel in the Minneapolis/Eagan area!! We will stay here every year that we come up to visit my husband's family! Great rooms! And Great Staff! Always polite and friendly clean rooms! Love the rooms on the 5th floor and the privacy the double rooms offer with a teenage daughter and the 1.5 bathrooms make life so much better!! We stayed for a week this year and this hotel is just amazing!!! See y'all at Thanksgiving 2016!!!

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The room was clean, very nicely decorated and quiet. We ate in the hotel restaurant for both Sunday brunch and a dinner. The Best Western Premier Nicollet Inn in Burnsville, MN is a nice property. Rooms are very nice and the hotel restaurant is a wonderful facility as well. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The service was outstanding from the very friendly and professional desk staff to the restaurant team, even the maids. The room was large, clean, and quiet. Hotel: the building is very nice and clean. Service: front desk staff were nice and helpful. AS we were loading the truck a staff member came out to help us load it, so nice. They went above and beyond. Room: We were offered a quiet room accessible only with our key. As we got off on floor 5 there were welcome snacks and drinks on the landing, very nice touch. We noticed that other floors did not have them. Fitness room: nice and clean and well equipped. Pool and whirlpool/hot tub: very nice and clean. The hot tub was a little different and seemed not to be as deep as they usually are but we enjoyed it and swam a bit in the pool. Nobody around to disturb, it was very relaxing. Price was great for the service we received. Wonderful stay at this hotel :)

We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. The bride and groom reserved a block of rooms at a discount which was a good thing because the hotel at regular price is not worth it. The parking was horrible and they have a big lot. They said they were totally booked and that's why. The room was not clean to my standards. I ate at the hotel restaurant and ended up in the bathroom getting sick during the night.

great service--many smiles from staff--enjoyed my stay--clean rooms--nice showers--I would definitely stay again. Wonderful comfy bed--And a Keurig coffee maker iin room. Also a secured floor--needed a card in elevator, so it would stop on the 5th floor.

always excellent---- The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. The building and rooms are always spic and span. The location (near but not bothered by) the freeway system is convenient. The view, while partly of the parking area, is a wide vista. The beds are immaculate. the layout of the building includes a swimming pool plus other amenities. It is a popular location for wedding receptions, as well.

Stayed for 27 nights recently while in Burnsville on business. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and were always helpful. Would fully reccomend this hotel to anyone.Special thanks to Greg for driving us to work each day. An absolute gentleman and a first class representative of the hotel..

We had called for early check in and were told we could check into our suite at 2:00. The time came, and we were told it would be another 45 minutes, we had an event to get ready for and leave, so luckily another room of our groups was open and we all had to cram into there to get ready. Don't give a customer a deadline that you cannot meet, or if you do give a deadline, please make sure to have the room clean and ready by said time. Tables and TV console were covered in a layer of dust, so not sure what was actually cleaned. Not worth the price to stay here.

We only spent one night at the Best Western Premier (we were there for a wedding) and our experience was great. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the staff helpful and cordial. We decided that next time we needed a gateway 20 minutes from home we would stay here!
