They take care of you here, the staff is friendly and helpful, great location and the breakfast is top notch. The pool and hot tup are great for relaxing, lots of parking and a great location close to many things.

Everything is spotless, our housekeeper was out of this world. The breakfast is better than most. We like the fridge options, fruit, yogurt, apple slices etc. The gravy is unfortunate but better than most continental breakfast. Its a great dining room. Spacious and comfortable.

We went to the Eastern Idaho State Fair and concert, the hotel was conveniently located and the staff friendly and helpful. We received recommendations on parking for the fair and local restaurants. This all made for a great experience and will stay again on next visit.

The beds were good and slept very well. There was a good hot shower. The WIFI was adequate for personal use. The breakfast included cereal, milk, eggs, sausage, yogurt and chimichanga. There was enough seating for those eating. The check in process was quick and without problems.

The wife and I both like a comfortable bed and clean room and a good breakfast before heading out the next day. The Blackfoot Inn met two of our requirements, the breakfast was NOT that good very disappointing.

Breakfast would have been good if someone would have put more out @ 7:30 all eggs and bacon & coffee were out, Room was fairly clean but AC was either too cold or Too warm thermostat would stick either full on or not come on at all Water in pool & hot tub were too cloudy to even consider using . The beds were clean and comfortable, Pillows on the hard side. For the price we paid I would expect a little better q

The front desk woman was helpful, The rooms are clean, small bath rooms. The young handyman was very kind/helpful, he helped my husband and I. I appreciate it and how friendly the staff are. I could tell how hard the women and the man work on keeping it nice.

This hotel had nice rooms that were quiet. There is a heated indoor pool and guest laundry. The breakfast was the typical with omelettes, biscuits and gravy and make your own waffles. They had a sign indicating they offer gluten free options. The only issue is there are two floors and no elevator.

Front desk associate at checkin was very kind. Breakfast staff was rude. Room was not clean. But overall it was ok for the night. Kids had fun playing in the pool. At breakfast the janitor lady was very rude to my girls. But the front desk associate was very kind. . Beds were comfy. Bathrooms are tiny. Glad we only stayed one night

We choose this hotel travelling back home from Vegas. Pet friendly was the reason we choose this hotel, plus the great reviews from other guests. We stayed at another chain going down to Vegas, pet friendly as well, but not as clean, poor breakfast with not as great of reviews for cleanliness. We will be back. Oh, maybe a suggestion for the hotel, "DoDO bags would be nice, we ran out of the ones we brought and noticed the outside area for dogs was NOT being picked up by "some" guests. Poo bag dispensers near each exit door, right by the garbage that are already there would be a plus to keep your grounds cleaner. Thanks again for providing the pet friendly rooms, we and our pets enjoyed our stay.

Good price on the room , but they didn't offer king beds , and their queen beds seemed awfully narrow! Had fast internet , good breakfast - But , heater in room wouldn't heat , had it turned to the max and still no heat came out! And it was 14 degrees (Fahrenheit) outside when we left!

Our stay was peaceful and quiet. No noisy traffic. The breakfast was one of the best we have had with cheese omelets, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy,waffles, bagels, and muffins. Just a well supplied selection of breakfast options in a clean room with plenty of tables.

Great place if you are traveling with your dog. Lots of grass area. Friendly staff. Usual breakfast fare but it was good. Easy check in and check out. Close to many services. Was unable to connect to internet.

As others have mentioned, an elevator would add so much value to this place. I was on the second floor in the room right by the top of the stairs. Still, a nightmare with overnight luggage. The included breakfast was good. The room was one of the nicest which I had on my trip. The woman at the front desk (Brenda? Barb?) made a great supper suggestion of Tommy Vaughn's, which is nearby. (See separate review...) The hot tub was excellent. Summation: If they add-on an elevator, I'd stay again.

It was a nice hotel but the lack of an elevator and being placed on the second floor was a problem. No offer of help from the staff and elderly people packing heavy luggage up a large staircase was not a good situation.

This is a nice hotel. Clean. Good parking. Great customer service. The beds were comfortable. Temperature was easy to regulate. The hotel was full when we were there and the noise level was non existent.

The fan in 118 in the bathroom needs fixed it's very loud and sounds like it's gonna break. We loved the swimming pool and hot pool. The breakfast was great and had plenty of options to choose from. Betrice was very kind and welcoming.

No elevator! We 3 old ladies (one was frail 90 year old) had to try to carry luggage UP THE STAIRS to the suite we needed. No staff offered any help. The luggage carts sucked and wouldn't steer. Nobody let us know when breakfast ended nor offered ANYTHING when we were 6 minutes late. We begged for a 3:30 check out so my mom could rest after the funeral we were attending but no accommodations were allowed. This was a very slow weekday and I'm sure the hotel would not have been full in case the room couldn't get cleaned. We could hear lots of noise from a pool party on the other side of our wall until 10 pm so we couldn't sleep anyway…. They were just bad bad bad all the way around.

Our stay was easy and trouble free. We were able to push our checkout back an hour without any trouble. Pool was great and my kids had fun. The hall was quite and we felt the beds were pretty comfortable too.

We decided to try the better of the two hotels in Blackfoot while visiting our Grandma. After the visit we rested briefly and started to get ready. At which point we found a bedbug on the bed. Quickly exited the hotel and headed for a different town.

The best Western in Blackfoot Idaho was a wonderful hotel. The Breakfast was amazing and delicious! We completely enjoyed our stay and plan on staying at this Best Western again in the future! We love the Best Western in Blackfoot Idaho!

The beds in this hotel are horrible. I cannot believe that they are charging as much as they do when the beds dont have a mattress. It is just a box spring with a mattress pad cover. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Are all Best Westerns like this?

Fast check in I mean like 3 minutes literally! Check out even quicker. Friendly staff. Accepts pets. Hot breakfast in the morning made hitting the road again alot easier. Totally recommend staying here.

i like the Best Western in Blackfoot. Its next to a lake, a park and golf course. My main concern if you are advertsing a hot meal then serve one. If you are serving a grab & go then lower your price.

The Location is pretty nice it's quiet and has places close to eat and stores fairly close if you need to go and get anything which does make it nice. I have stayed there before and will stay there again

We wanted out of the house during spring break so we booked a stay at the Best Western and enjoyed the night stay staff was friendly and even opened the pool early the next morning so the kids could swim

This hotel was easy to access and our room was more spacious than anticipated. The staff were all so friendly and helpful when needed. The room and bath were clean and all the amenities worked. The only minus was one of the beds was a little more worn in so it was uncomfortable to the adult but the kid slept fine on it. This was the first time I have used a heated indoor pool anywhere that was actually warm! Huge plus! The kids enjoyed the pool and my toddler didn't turn purple from cold water. We had a struggle to get her out because she didn't want to leave it! If you are passing through or just need a little getaway check out this hotel.

The hotel was hotel. For the town of Blackfoot it is probably the best option. I stayed on the 2nd floor so not noisy. The hotel carpet and furnishings are dated and need an update. People are nice a d my room was clean.

this is one of the best Best Westerns I've ever stayed at it looked kind of plain from the outside when I first got there but on the inside it's very much a Best Western in my occupation I travel a lot I've spent 130 nights this year so far in various hotels all over the place and this is one of my favorites

Having stayed 4 nights, I feel I was given a great opportunity to make a fair decision on reviewing this hotel. I would like to start by how clean my room was, and I once owned a cleaning business and tried to find dirt and could not. Not only was the room spacious, very clean, but had comfortable clean beds and plenty of pillows and towels. It was very quiet and had close parking and plenty of it close to my entrance. I was greeted at the desk at check in, by a very pleasant desk clerk and it took little time to make the transaction. In regards to the staff and I am talking about all I had contact with in the 4 day stay, I was totally impressed with their not only being pleasant , but more than willing to go above and beyond what one would expect. The room service was fantastic and helpful. I would stay here again and would hope I should be so fortunate to find this type of service in every hotel I stay in , in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel to any and all, and will say the very competitive rates is not the reason.

The whole hotel felt clean to me. My biggest complaint is that I felt that the price I paid for our room included cleaning and breakfast and I was never informed that I needed to request a room cleaning, nor was I informed that breakfast options besides the mealy apple and sugary pastry provided in pre-packed bags were available. I also found the front desk lady brusque. Other than this, we were very comfortable and this hotel was in the perfect location for us.

I thought the room was a little smaller than normal but everything worked fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are a little thin but not really a problem. They do have nice grounds and the appearance of the hotel is good.

After driving 14hrs from california. We were exhausted. We checked in as soon as we arrived. No problem. We stayed for 2 nights we had 2 rooms. They were very accommodating to our needs. Very helpful in directions and they had exceptional customer service skills. Would definitely recommend this place.

Excluding the things changed for the covid situation, im sure almost everything would have gotten a 5 star rating. I had some issues woth my back in the bed, but that is not their fault. The pool and the continental breakfast was closed (due to covid), but they did offer a grab and go breakfast, which is a nice alternative, although i did not take advantage of this service. I did not have much interacting with the staff (once again, due to covid), but what little i did have was pleasant.

Beatrice at the front desk had the worst attitude. Not just with me, but with my wife, sister, dad and mom all at different times throughout our stay. There was no hot water and when they claimed that it was fixed, it wasn't really fixed. Apparently towels are the most expensive part of a hotel, so bring your own towel. And it might be more enjoyable for you to just skip the free breakfast believe me you will thank me later.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms are very nice, breakfast delicious and good variety. VERY friendly Front desk staff and housekeepers are amazing and will gladly help you should you have a request if you need extra towels, soap, etc. Great place to stay!

I used the phone app for booking and the day of check in they texted and let me know that a request I had made could not be made but she had an alternative that was better for me and adjusted the rate accordingly !

Convenient location with a friendly staff but this is an older property. It has been kept up as well as possible but the bathroom is extremely small, the TV was small and had a bad picture. The noise from upstairs was almost unbearable. The breakfast was average at best. The price was good but I would probably try somewhere else next time.

We stayed here for a couple of days while we were in town for my wife's grandfather's birthday. The rooms were clean, smelled nice, and were very spacious. The bathroom was a bit small but adequate. The breakfast was pretty darn good for a continental and I was amazed to see little packets of Nutella for the toast. The kids loved the cereal selection at breakfast and playing in the pool after breakfast. Great little hotel for families.

Do not stay here! Bed bug found in bed at 1:30 am, had to change rooms and was not helped by staff in doing so. Head house keeper said that I was carrying bed bugs around to hotels! Rude staff. Manager refused refund! Manager never took the time to speak to me directly. Rude staff!

We enjoy staying at Best Westerns, but this one was a bit lacking. The fact that there were no stairs was a surprise-lugging our luggage up the narrow flight of stairs was difficult. Two people could not pass on the stairs. The towels were thin, small, and rough. There was a nice variety of breakfast foods.

It was pouring rain when I checked out but I was able to park under the driveway canopy while I loaded up my stuff!. I love the mattresses that BW buys!!! VERY comfortable for my bad back. Pillows are too soft but I bring my own. The full breakfast is more than excellent!!! Wide selection will satisfy everyone and it's kept well stocked. The Blackfoot Inn is off the Interstate and in a quiet location and fairly easy to find. I've stayed here before and will definitely be back!

I love to stay at best western. The people or friendly and very accommodating!! The beds are comfortable! The breakfast is always good! It was just my wife and me. She really NEEDED a break!!! We did do laundry, I thought was free but it was $2.25 a load!!!

This is a comfortable hotel to stay in Blackfoot, ID. It is far off from the main street and it cuts down on the traffic noise. The parking lot is easily accessible from the hotel rooms and that is always a plus!

We stayed at the Blackfoot Best Western for a few nights while traveling to SE Idaho to pick up our son, who had just graduated from College in Rexburg, ID. It was a little ways away from Rexburg, but was a hotel that was not filled due to the graduations. They had a last minute opening and we were able to get it. The stay was very nice and the staff were excellent. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat.

It was a good hotel with a great breakfast and good personal. The rooms are clean and have many standard amenities, but their bathrooms are in need to renovation. The bathroom I used was plain and old.

We ended up calling this Best Western Property on short notice, when another Hotel had failed to meet our needs that we had previously made a reservation at. When we arrived the staff was very welcoming and rooms were clean and it was a very pleasant experience after a very stressful previous hour at another facility.

So, I checked in to this property last night. The front desk clerk was amiss but a sign present said they'd be back in 5 minutes. Not too bad. She was quite friendly and efficient, and got me checked in pretty quickly. The room I was assigned on the 2nd floor had garbage in the garbage cans and one slightly mussed up bed. Back down I went. Waited a few moments while she was helping other guests and quietly mentioned the issue. She apologized and said it had "been quite a day" and she would have words with housekeeping. Room number 2 was ok. No issues. When checking out this morning I was met by another person who walked out into the reception area while talking to a co worker, and she dropped the s**t word right in front of me. Thought that was a little...crass. I mentioned my issue from the night before and my minor inconvenience, but said the rest of my stay was pleasant. She told me I had received a 10% discount, which I had when I booked the room. (AAA member and Diamond Select member with BW). I had thought they'd either give me a small discount or offer some additional points toward my stay. She was rude and abrasive, I honestly can't say different. Customer service means listening to a guest and offering a happy solution when reasonable, not greeting the guest with attitude.

We were on our way home from Disneyland. I wasn't sure where we were going to stay but I've always had great success with Best Western. This was our 14hr day of driving. I booked the hotel hoping there would be no surprises. We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, dog tired and ready for bed. It was awesome! Great Value, clean and quiet. Thank You!

Get the rooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a sofa bed. The bathroom sink, as well as the kitchen sink are both outside of shower/toilet area, and the bathroom fan is separate from the bathroom light so that you can have some white noise all night. Plenty of room for 2 portacribs, or to make a bed on the floor, which is so helpful when traveling with toddlers. This hotel also has coin operated laundry, adjacent to the pool/hot tub area, and separated by a glass window so that you can swim with kids and still keep an eye on your laundry machine. Jenson's Grove is across the street, and Walmart, fast food options and a great Chinese food restaurant, Hong Kong, are all super close.

This is the kind of property that makes me wish that TripAdvisor allowed for half stars. Because this doesn't rate four stars for me, but three seems a bit low. It's a decent hotel, but there are also some anomalies. First, the pros: The room was a good size and well kept up. It was quite clean, which I always appreciate. I liked some of the decor, including the bed shams and nature photos on the walls. The price was reasonable. On the downside, the bathroom was narrow and felt cramped. When I showered, the pipes made a hideous, high-pitched noise. Yikes! The breakfast was OK, but nothing to write home about. I had a second floor room and there was no elevator, so I had to lug my suitcase up a flight of stairs. So some good and some bad. The weirdest thing for me about the property though was that the building itself was not well signed. From the parking lot, I had to walk all the way into the lobby before seeing a Best Western logo. From the outside, this hotel looks more like a retirement home than a commercial establishment! Still, Blackfoot is not a large town with a ton of options. This is probably one of the better choices you'll have there.

Stopped here on way to Tetons and read some restaurant reviews so thought it would be nice. No one mentioned it is a Mormon town and most all the restaurants in town are closed on Sundays. People are nice but unable to get close to the snake river in any easy way.

We thoroughly enjoyed this dog-friendly hotel. It's clean, spacious, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The location is ideal - close to a lovely restaurant (Tommy Vaughn's) that prepares meals to-go.

Maybe not the newest of the Best Western hotels but not in bad order, clean rooms, pleasant staff and standard light breakfast. It was easy to locate and the room was quite which offered a good night's sleep.

This room was very nice. The bathroom was especially nice. Very large and had handicap bars everywhere. That was very helpful. The breakfast was also very good with lots of variety. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We thought the room was clean and the breakfast selection was great. The bathroom was tiny! Didn't love the pool/hot tub experience, it was crowded and really loud. Our room was near the stairs and exit, and we heard a lot of hallway noises. Didn't love the location of our room.

Overall this was a nice and comfortable place to stay, Dusty walls, lamps, pictures, tops of TV, and shower all dusty. Property seemed to be well maintained, They do offer cooked to order omelettes in the morning and a social in the evenings that would have been nice to try. Hotel was full!

After staying a less expensive hotels on the road across country I can appreciate that the BW brand has a standard, and it is appreciated. The facility is clean, up-to-date, professionally run. Yes the rooms are the standard American interstate rectangular repositories of bad art and a TV, but there is a difference between standard and "clean, new/remodeled standard". Easy to find off the interstate, and lots of places to eat, get gas, stock up on supplies nearby. Only negative is that receptionist checked me in and handed me a "gift" bag for my BW Rewards instead of asking me - and my preference on the BW site is listed as "points preferred". I was too slow to correct and I regret it, but should not have been up to me. Minor.

Recently remodeled rooms, very courteous front desk reception, and highly attentive breakfast staff made our visit to Blackfoot enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, easy to find and close to plenty of dining and shopping options.

The rooms are very clean. The freshly remodeled pool area looks fantastic. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is amazing with new options every day. They also offer gluten free and lactose intolerant options on the menu. Convenient location and great price. We'll be staying here every time we come to Blackfoot.

Used Expedia for booking and they got it wrong and they charged my credit card even they knew it was wrong. They then refused to refund my money due to the fact that they say they don't have a refund my money. Don't do business with Expedia or Best Western.

Blackfoot has little to offer as far as hotels. This location is decent and near the lake. Only real issues were the bathroom floor needed more attention, the bathroom door was warped and the toilet was low to the ground.

Over all it was a great stay quiet and relaxing with a restaurant in walking distance that serves a pretty decent ribeye steak and a cold beverage and Chinese food down the street and other services stations

The grounds and lobby of this hotel were very tastefully done. They had us in a 2nd floor room, but my husband has difficulty with stairs. They have NO elevator. They were able to put us in a ground floor room. The room itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Even though we didn't use the pool, the indoor pool and area were one of the nicest I've seen. Breakfast was above average for Best Western.

The hotel was very nice it had a great breakfast and was very comfortable but they had no hot water and that made it impossible to have a bath or shower .I was so looking forward to a bath after a long days drive.

Great hotel. Unfortunately there is no elevator so we were lucky they had a 1st floor room. My husband is unable to do stairs. The staff was great, price was right. The room was clean and bed good. The breakfast was good also. We will back here again. (as long as there is a ground floor room)

I stay at many Best Westerns in North America. This one definitely is well worth it in every way.Quiet, reasonably priced, excellent staff.Whenever I'm in the area again this will be my place to stay.There's a Walmart, a lake/park and easy access off I-15.

Family traveled to Blackfoot for a funeral. Very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable. I loved the pillows. The entire staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Would recommend highly.

I was especially impressed with the breakfast assortment, the friendly efficient staff and the cleaniness of the room. I was disappointed there was not an elevator in the hotel since I am elderly and we were on the 2nd floor with no 1st floor rooms available. Luckily I had helpful family along to help.

Very hospitable staff, clean rooms and pool and an amazing spread for breakfast. Note there is no elevator but no big deal. Close to a great restaurant, fairly quiet area and lots of parking. We were a big group so they let us gather before going out for dinner in their breakfast room.

Although our room was only on the second floor, the absence of an elevator made it difficult for the seniors in our group to take their luggage to their rooms. Otherwise, the accommodations were acceptable.

After check-in we discovered our assigned room had been smoked in by the previous occupant and smelled awful. I phoned reception with the problem. They immediately brought keys up and changed us to another room. The kids enjoyed the somewhat cool pool, and breakfast the next morning was excellent. The options included bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pre-wrapped sausage sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, waffles, pastries, bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Coffee, juice, and milk (even almond!) rounded out the beverages. Right across the street is the public park with a lakeside “beach,” walking trail, frisbee golf course, cement skate park, swings, and play area. Great location and great staff!

We always stay here when we visit family in the area and have stayed here several times through the years. The employees are warm and welcoming and offer you warm cookies and several beverage choices when you arrive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is FANTASTIC! When we've been there in the past they always offer scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, waffles, yogurt, bagles, toast, fruit... list goes on. They really do a nice job!

We were only in our room for a few hours because we were visiting sites in the area. ?? With that being said, both the check-in and check-out experiences were quick and smooth. We stayed in this inn on night seven of our nine day road trip. It, by far, offered the best breakfast. The bar consisted of eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, fruit, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and pastries.

As a flight attendant, I have stayed in many hotels all over the world. I have had some tough stays but mostly all good! This stay was quite a test of my stamina and I was sure if it turned out the way it did I would share with all of you! First of all you pull up to this hotel and it looks great on the outside! It is supposed to be the best in Blackfoot! WOW what on earth are the rest of the hotels like!!??!?!?! We were greeted by a very nice front desk customer service agent. She was pleasant and gave us our keys. We enter our room and it's okay. Typical Best Western. The next morning....our vacation turns!!! I get into the shower at this hotel and see all little black curly hairs all around the bath tub and walls of the shower. I cringe but am in a hurry so I just try to stand in the middle and not touch anything! As I get out of the shower and try to turn off the shower there is no way of turning it off!!! I try to push it off and try to turn it off. Finally with the help of my travel mate we get the shower turned off. We go downstairs to eat breakfast and it is bustling. Seems this hotel is on the stop for the tourists from China as they go into Yellowstone. They arrive late and eat breakfast the next day and leave right afterwards. I stop by the front desk and explain a about the shower. She says oh yes we are having bad problems and going through the hotel and trying to change them out when we can. I asked to have mine changed and she told me she wasn't sure if the manger was going to bring more or not. I told here not I can't turn on or off the shower. She was sympathetic but not helpful. We try to get something to eat but weren't successful and I remember to tel the front desk about the hairs in the shower. I go over and talk to a blonde girl and ask her if she could please tell housekeeping to clean the tub as there was hair all over the walls and tub. I look better at the girl and realize oh oh....she is housekeeping! When I get in the car I tell my friend I think I just made the housekeeper mad. Sure enough I must have made her mad! When we got back to the room late that night (after having to go back down to the desk and get a new key...) our room had not been cleaned at all! I checked and we hadn't left the do not disturb sign on. She just got mad and skipped out room! There's no new towels, no bed made and yes hairs all over the tub. I try to call the front desk but then wind up having to go down stairs as they weren't answering and ask to have the room cleaned. I told them I thought I had made the housekeeper mad and sure enough she skipped my room. They again were very apologetic and said there was no one to clean it there at night.! Well shoot I had used my one shot on the key so after I went back to tell my friend no cleaning......I had to go back down and get a new key! You only got one usage out of the key. I tried to get in the shower but it wouldn't work so I called the front desk and asked for another room. I was told no room as the tourists would be coming in so they were sold out even though it didn't look like it. the next morning I was super worried about my items so I packed up my room so housekeeping wouldn't do anything else vindictive. I didn't want to even leave it in the room....she wouldn't clean my room so who knows what else she would do. I got back that night and the front desk said you got a new faucet! I rushed up to my room and was so very happy to jump in the shower! I open the door and saw it was clean and started to jump in the shower and OH MY GOSH the hairs were all over the place still!!! Uggghhhhh.... When I checked out you would think they would say sorry and maybe give me extra points for all my inconvenience or something like that Nope..The girl at the front desk said how was your stay...I said horrible and she said oh that's too bad. So that is why I am writing on Trip Advisor. They offered nothing for my inconvenience. They really don't have to..they are pretty much the only hotel in town....they are full of one night tourists on a tour group....so my recommendation is stay some place else if you are looking for good customer service!

Stayed at the hotel on our way to Montana. Good affordable halfway point between zion and glacier NP. Quiet place. Good variety for breakfast. No fitness room but nice pool and hot tub. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat near by and close to highway. Only issue was walls were thin and we could hear next door occupants. We would stay here again.

I noticed there was a promotion that I had not signed up for. The lady checking me out, was able to look up my reservation number, and add me on for the promotion since I had not checked out yet. That was so great! Also, they had an indoor pool that I would have loved to use, but we got there too late. The free breakfast was really good, with scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy, as well as hot meats, waffles, and the usual cereals. They even had almond milk for me. We would definitely stay here again if we visit this area again.

Very nice hotel and very economical. The rooms were quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was well catered and sufficient. We have decided that we would stay at this Best Western the next time we need a hotel in eastern Idaho.

We were in the Handicapped Room and overall the room was good. However the accessibility of the tub needs attention. There is a transfer bench in the bathroom and a curved shower curtain rod. The shower head is stationary so the water hits the cloth shower curtain and FLOODS the bathroom. The shower head needs to be changed to a hand held head to reduce the flooding and to enable a sitting person to shower. Also, a vertical grab bar needs to be installed on the wall above the taps to enable a handicapped person to hold onto while stepping out of the tub. The floor is tile and very slippery when flooded. Beware, this bathroom is an accident waiting to happen.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with good beds and linens. And they take dogs! Breakfast was well above average. It is off the interstate just far enough to avoid highway noise.Quiet and comfy motel.

We came into town late at night, traveling with 2 small kids, and had a bad experience at the Super 8 in Blackfoot. The staff here is super friendly and helpful! The room was clean and fairly quiet. The pool is under construction until April 2018 but it was clearly stated on their website and we were not inconvenienced by the construction. Their breakfast was great and it was nice to be able to feed our kids before having to put them back in the car.

This was a good place to stay the night before we went to Craters of the Moon. It felt a little off the beaten path, but had the perfect location. There was no gym. We had rooms on the main floor, so they were very easy to get to, and allowed for easy loading access from our car.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and as awesome breakfast. The tv could use some work, but overall it was a great experience. Best pool in a 100 mile radius. The hot tub was great after a long day as well.

This place is not ultra fancy, just a clean, comfortable hotel, from top to bottom. Everyone there gives 110% to make sure your stsy is perfect. The breakfast ladies are the best... we stsy there every trip thru area.

Easy to get to. Very good staff and clean, comfortable accommodations. Near restaurants and easy access to Pocatello and Idaho Falls. Parking was adequate even late at night. I will probably base here from now on rather than fight tje traffic of the bigger towns.

We were a late arrival and called about 1130pm to make sure to let them know we would be there. The desk clerk was very friendly and assured us it would not be a problem. When we arrived she was welcoming and friendly and had our room waiting. We had a king and queen room. It was very large and sort of a strange set up. Had a nice bar counter for coffee with a refrigerator. The strange part was the TV was small and by the bed not the couch area. Then we realized why everything was crammed together at one end...there was not any electrical outlets at that end of the room. The bed was comfy and the room clean. The only complaint would be there is no elevator and we were on the second floor. The breakfast was FANTASTIC, we have never seen such a layout of food. It was by far one of the best just short of a sit down and serve you. Fresh food, eggs, fruit, breakfast sandwiches, beverages, Danishes etc. etc. Everything neat and clean. The staff was friendly and the outside to inside was well maintained and clean. We will stay here again.

Despite being a bit older than what you'd expect to work there in the morning she was the best.even though we showed up pretty much just as breakfast was on it's last leg before it's closure at 9am she offered to make us more biscuits and to make us some omelettes! i unfortunately did not have cash on me to tip/reward her otherwise i would have!

The customer service from everyone is great!! From check in to a delicious buffet breakfast. The quality focus was very evident during our stay. One employee named Tina stood out in a warm and friendly way. This began with the start of making the reservation and talking to her from our home in Sandy.

I always enjoy staying here. It is a smaller place but with all of the facilities. There are many eating establishments within walking distance of the hotel which is really nice. It is located close to the hwy, and is easy to find and access.

Stayed here three nights. Very friendly staff from the front desk staff to housekeeping staff and breakfast room staff. Room was very clean and housekeeping staff did an excellent job tidying up room each day. Ony complaint about room was the poor lighting with the exception of the bathroom lighting. They had a nice looking indoor pool although we did not use the pool. Wish they had a fitness room.

This was a change of locations for us and it was definitely the right one. The service, quality, and staff says that in a big way. Dillon used to be the stop of choice but changes had to be made over distance for better quality, service and rate. Thank you Blackfoot! Your staff was caring and helpful and went out of there way to make for a pleasant nights stay away from home.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great! The staff at the front desk were very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed after being on the road for a few hours.

Blackfoot, ID is way out in the middle of nowhere. I was surprised to find a motel in that area that was nice, quiet, and convenient to food and gas. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. I recommend the motel.

Hotel was in a great location, very quiet and clean. The staff was excellent and very friendly anytime we needed anything. The beds were not as comfortable, could be better and need better pillows. Overall, the hotel is nice.

The hotel is located right off of I-15 within walking distance of Wal*Mart if you need anything. The staff were very friendly and everything was nice and clean. The free breakfast in the morning was excellent with the usual stuff plus make-your-own blueberry waffles. Eggs, bacon, etc. were also available. We stayed the night before the eclipse, so the place was packed but we had no problems parking, with the WiFi, or getting seating at breakfast. One odd thing, our toilet was backed up and they provided a plunger. I suppose that is better than waiting several hours for a plumber but still . . .

I felt like it was average at best. Maybe a little below. The service was great. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. We stay at a Best Western for cleanliness which I felt was a little weak. Pretty bad stains in our room carpets. The maid service was very friendly. They gave us anything we needed more of. Towels etc. since we were there 2 nights and did not take the offer of cleaning our room again. The hot breakfast is good here. We will probably try and reserve a handicap room next time. We never did find any kleenex but maybe we missed it. We will stay again and hope after the fair it will get a good scrub down.

Completely satisfied with my stay at the BF Inn. Nice location and easy access. Pool was a refreshing break from traveling. Decent breakfast and there's a Wal-Mart very close by to stock up on traveling supplies. Would stay here again when traveling through or staying in the Blackfoot, ID area.

The Best Western Blackfoot Inn provided us with a place to hang our hat at the end of the day. The room was clean and well supplied. The Wifi worked well enough to allow us to get caught up on our email.

Clean the carpets...it smelled like a wet dog....you can also see the pee stains. I wanted to leave, but the only reason why we did not...my husband was very very tiered, and I was healing from surgery. We reported this after the stay, because the rooms were full, due to Solar Eclipes. Overall the Front Desk Staff was Great!!

This is a great hotel. From the minute we walked thru the door Tina who was at the front counter spoke in a very happy upbeat way. She took all of our info and we had a room. Reasonably priced and a very clean nice room. Did a little laundry while here the laundry was clean and neat. We will stay here again when in the area.

Take an average hotel and put superior staff in it and you have Best Western in Blackfoot. This makes the difference for a leisure stay ;) Due to the eclips, our credit card was rejected and we could have lost our room, but professionel staff kept it for us and we stayed for 2 nights as planned. Very professionel staff.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we received nothing but outstanding service from all staff. Ms. Tina at the front desk made us and our pets feel welcomed right away. Hands down the best hotel, service, breakfast & accommodations. Not to mention convenience of location for us and my pets. There's a great park with a lake close by (Jensen Grove Park) where you can take your dogs for a walk/run/picnic. Also Tommy Vaughn's is walking distance. Great steak place and service is excellent! All in all visit in Blackfoot, ID was amazing! Wished we could stay longer.

We loved our very brief, one night, stay at the Best Western Blackfoot. We arrived on the later end and the staff was super helpful w/restaurant recommendations. The rooms were nice and updated. There's a small-ish indoor pool, but is enjoyable if not too many people are in there w/you! Highly recommend!

No one at the front desk when I showed up, but a quick phone call brought someone. Only 2 stories with no elevator, which isn't an issue for me or my husband, but if stairs are an issue for you, make sure you get on the first floor. The room was big and internet good. However, in two different parts of the room, I found peanuts, and then stepped on a plastic stirrer when getting into bed. Made me wonder what else wasn't clean. Breakfast option were many and plenty of seating.

Clean room and clean pool in a safe, quiet location near highway, stores and nice city park. Good breakfast and polite staff. Good amenities and comfortable sleep. Great stay, plan on returning next year.

Just good enough for one night. Standard lower 3-star hotel fair. Chatty staff at breakfast (terrible) - all guests know their life stories now... Indoor pool. Nothing wrong with it but don't expect a 4 or 5-star hotel.

I've never stayed at this Best Western before and was very pleased to find this place during my travels. it is very clean and the breakfast bar had way more options than most hotel chains, keep up the great work.

Across the street from a nice park to exercise dog. Lake water quality may not be suitable for dogs due to posted swimmer's itch warning. Good options for restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet.

If you are a light sleeper: Stay away from room #221 (or any of the adjacent odd numbered rooms). There's a huge exhaust vent below your room. It will sound like a large diesel truck parked outside your room and will cycle the engine on and off all night. Bonus: No WiFi and no waffles available during my stay either. I suggest ask before check-in, because they said they had issues for days.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were incredibly clean and the staff was the most helpful we encountered in a cross country trip! Awesome breakfast and fresh cookies when you check in :)

We stayed two nights and both nights the people staying in the room above us made extremely loud noises walking across the room after midnight. They were also loud before midnight but I expected them to calm down after that.

We made a last minute reservation while on the road. Pet friendly was a requirement as we had our little pooch with us....not always easy to find. Staff was very attentive and friendly. We don't usually stay at Best Western but I would not hesitate recommending this one.

On our way home from Disneyland we opted to try Best Western in Blackfoot Idaho as the previous 2 hotels of same chain were awesome. Very clean and quiet. Only issue was no internet on our floor as front desk attendant stated they were in process of switching internet providers. Would recommend this hotel.

Clean spacious room, ample parking, this 2 story building has no elevator. While the staff was quite friendly, the breakfast ends at 9AM, which for our late morning was a bit early. Free coffee in the lobby and hot cookies at night.

I loved this hotel. The breakfast was awesome (They had bacon!). The pool was really nice and clean. The laundry room was also very nice. The rooms were comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was not ready until 3 hours after the check in time. Also, they ran out of Breakfast foods before 8am on both the days we stayed. The motel was at full capacity, so they should have prepared appropriately.

My family and I were impressed with the service and the room. The breakfast was great. They even had vegan options available. We used a roll-away bed and it worked out great. We would definitely stay here again.

this is a nice hotel for this small town. unfortunately the owner evidently knows that the only alternative is a Super8 so they have performance less than expected for a BW+. the wifi was non-existent for the first two nights and i was lied to by staff saying they were in the middle of an upgrade. other staff stated that this was not true. the third night we had a very low end capability for the 2nd floor wifi. i like the hotel but i really hate being lied to.

I have never had a bad experience at Best Western and this one was no different. A fantastic location just across from a beachfront city park, with a heated pool, extensive breakfast selection, and safe, quiet, comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly as well.

Hotel was under remodel on the outside but the inside was nice and updated. Room was pleasant and clean. The breakfast was the best i've had at a hotel. For a free hot breakfast, the eggs were good, the biscuits and gravey was good, lots to choose from with fruits, yogurts and breads.

Good value considering prices in Idaho Falls (30 minutes north) were close to double. Wi-Fi non existent (was advised but this is NOT a complex issue to fix - "renovation"). Outside being remodeled but saw no evidence of any work during three day stay..

Staff was nice, apologized for no internet, offer to cancel with no penalty. Place looked terrible outside and dingy inside. Room and bed worn but cleaned as well as possible. Multiple lights in room didn't work.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating of my special needs. I had surgery on my foot and needed a ground floor room. The staff bent over backwards to move me from a second floor room to the ground floor even having a room cleaned early and moving our bags

Acceptable hotel but no wi fi! No one at the hotel seemed concerned that the wi fi was non existant. This was the day of the Manchester bombing, we had no way to contact home except by an expensive phone call. Other than that the hotel was clean, quality was good and rates were very good. If they had wi fi they would have had a glowing review.

We had a clean room. Free breakfast. No elevator. Friendly staff. VERY close to a Walmart. Toilet/shower was really small but did the job. Fridge and microwave available in room. 2-3 hours away from west gate of Yellowstone.

This hotel is gross, I would not recommend it. The walls are so thin, you can here everything from rooms around you and above you. Staff was in helpful and it was under staffed. Nothing to do in the town around the hotel.

Outstanding Customer Service; a very quiet stay and a very good breakfast. Would stay again without any doubts. Easy access from and to I-15. Many places to eat around the Hotel for lunch and dinner. I found the employees very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

We can't praise this facility enough. Not only is it exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds, nice bath linen, delicious hot breakfast in a fastidious dining room, an inviting pool area, and minimal traffic noise, the staff is extraordinarily helpful, friendly, and kind. While in Blackfoot, we experienced a medical emergency, and these wonderful, caring people almost became our family....they bent over backwards in their efforts to help us, to make us as comfortable as possible, and assist us in any way they could. I do not hesitate to recommend the Blackfoot ID Best Western as an exemplary place to stay, and I would stay there rather than anywhere, even in Pocatello or Idaho Falls.

Easy access from Interstate highway. Friendly staff at check in counter. Comfortable bed and large room. The breakfast is above average. Bathroom looks a little run down. Thin walls but fortunately or neighbors were not noisy all night. Appreciate the fast checkout process.

Recently stayed at the Best Western in Blackfoot for my son's basketball tournament. We had an amazing stay! Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they had a great spread for breakfast! They are also very reasonably priced! Would definitely stay again! Thank you Best Western staff!!!

We were heading North to Montana and decided to book a place in Blackfoot instead of Pocatello for a change since it was only 20 minutes further up the interstate. What a mistake. After checking in, I was advised that by the way, no WIFI. A typed notice was on the counter, indicating such, and that customers would not be charged if they decided not to stay. Small consolation considering it was almost 9pm and the lack of other properties in the Blackfoot area. I also found out that the WIFI had been unavailable for almost a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although not critical, I had expected to be able to access the internet. Our room was large, but to our dismay there was leftover food in the fridge. Ewwwwww. The coffee was the one cup type with the slide in portion for the coffeemaker; however, the coffeemaker did not accommodate this type of coffee pod! I had to take the coffee insert out of the slide in and place it into the coffee maker, which in itself might not be a huge deal, but taking it out to make a cup for my partner was since the pod was boiling hot. So we got our hot beverages and settled in to watch some telly. At precisely the stroke of midnight our phone rang. It was the front desk asking us to either turn our telly down or off. She DID NOT indicate a complaint, nor should she have since out telly was at a normal volume for listening. WTF????????!!!!!!! It was like the gestapo. I felt like I was in boarding school. No worries since it was turned off at that point anyway, having just finished watching the end of a program. In the morning I went to the brekkie room and it was about 8am, brekkie is served until 9am. I managed to get about 3 slices of bacon, no eggs, no sausage, no coffee in lobby, it was a joke to me. Considering the rates and "stars" this property lists it falls well below expectations. My last visit at a BW in Sheraton WY had serious issues as well (see review) so the adage of once bitten twice shy comes to mind. Would definitely not recommend this property whatsoever.

This is a nice hotel but if your neighbor is watching TV or talking on the phone so are you. I have stayed in many hotels, even on this particular trip and was surprised by how thin the walls were. I didn't go to sleep until our next door neighbor turned off his TV. Bed was nice, room was clean, people were incredibly friendly...

The air conditioner had filters that looked like they had never been changed. I would say that it was so dirty that it could be considered a health issue. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she is gone for the week. I then asked to speak with a maintenance person and was told he is in and out but not sure what day he works.

The room is large, the pool is warm, good sized and clean, the hot tub has a great temperature, and there is a great selection at breakfast. Would refer anyone to this hotel. The hotel is in a great location.

We did not have very far to go for meals or our purpose for being in Blackfoot. We were in Blackfoot for a state Women's Gutter Gussie tournament and we had a great time and met with good friends that we had not seen for awhile.

We travel with our two pets. This location is perfect next to a large park with lake. Interior Corridors, so privacy is great. The check in clerk gave us a room next to the exit door making it very easy to walk dogs without disturbing other guests. Upon arrival we received a great little BONE Appetite package with treat and waste bag for ease of cleaning up after our dogs. A very important item for us. This will effeminately be on our travel radar when we are returning to Montana from any trip south.

Our room (2 queen size bed) is pretty roomy but unfortunately the bathroom (with a bathtub and shower head plus a toilet) is so small that even I am a petite size woman find there's not much room. Once you closed the door, the only space on the floor can be covered by a medium size bathroom mat. The breakfast was very disappointing. Bacons were really paper thin. Scrambled eggs didn't look like from real eggs. Sausage was not much better. Cheese omelet was prepared from the microwave in the breakfast room. When we arrived around 10:30pm there's nobody at the counter with a sign saying back in 5 minutes. Same when we left around 9:30 am So basically a nice clean room with decent price is the only plus.

Newer hotel and room was great. Location was a little bit hard to find as it was behind WalMart. Lots of traffic in the area but the room was not affected by the noise. Good breakfast and efficient staff.

Really ugly brown interior decor is one thing, but hair all over the bathtub and bathroom floor, sink stopped up with someone else's nasty Q-Tips, toothpaste smeared all over the sink...cable tv converter box and remote control both quit working. Eggs on breakfast bar were cold, the sausage gravy/biscuits however were fantastic. Pool closes at 10pm and they lock it up...lady was kind of rude to the guests in the pool at closing time. Vending machines do not take debit cards but that's a very minor complaint. $85/night too expensive for this hotel experience.

We are Best Western rewards DIAMOND members. You have to stay a lot to become diamond, and you expect the rewards that you earn! This motel gave us the smallest room in the place but charged us the same price that our parents paid for a room nearly twice the size. The bathroom was so small you could barely fit inside to close the door. Staff was not friendly. Internet was painfully slow, slowest we've seen in years.

I stayed here for an overnight trip and had a great experience. The hotel is clean and has modern amenities. The breakfast was good and hot. Close to Bingham Memorial hospital and several other retail areas.

Accomodations and staff are excellent. Make sure to check if there is a tour bus coming and if so plan on not being able to access the breakfast food. If no tour bus the food is excellent and the service great. The not tub and pool are OK, but not excellent. Watch out for a loose handrail accessing the hot tub.

This a a nice facility, in a good location and a very good price. The only thing that kept it from being a perfect stay was a bus load of inconsiderate foreign tourists that swarmed the breakfast room before the stated starting time and to say the least were very inconsiderate towards the other guests. I do not hold the staff responsible for the status of breakfast for the rest us and I will stay at this hotel anytime I am in the Blackfoot area.

If you plan on staying in Pocatello or Idaho falls stay a this place as it is way better value with all the same amenities very close by very clean and friendly staff and lots of parking. Very good restaurants nearby

The stay at this hotel was pleasant and restful. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. They helped us with ideas for dinner and offered a good breakfast. We would gladly stay at this hotel when we are back in the area. We have recommended this hotel to others as a great place to stay.

When we travel, we have always tried to book accommodations at a BW..... Out of all the BW properties that we have stayed at (anywhere from the bay area to the east coast and points in between) this property was the BEST..... The staff were the BEST..

The hotel was clean and easy to find. We were only staying for the night on a road trip, so it fit our needs. The front desk staff was helpful and the breakfast room was large and had a good selection.

In a 2 week trip across the US we found this hotel our best value. The room had fridge & mic and WiFi-all which we needed. Comfortable bed and pillows with white linens/ good location off the highway.

Check-in- quick, easy and staff member very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Staff answered any questions as if it was the first time they were answering, even though I am sure they had answered those questions over and over that evening. Location is good - we were able to stretch our legs after a long day of driving by walking to El Mirador restaurant. Nice surprise of fresh, warm cookies met us when we returmed to th hotel from our dinner. Breakfast is okay, more than enough to get your day started. We will definitely stay here again, if passsing by in the future.

The BW Blackfoot Inn was a great place to kick back and relax after spending all day in Yellowstone National Park. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was heaven! Got a great night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was awesome!! Very well stocked and a large selection of items. I'll definitely put this motel on my travel list for the future! Best to make reservations. It seems to be a popular area summer and winter.

Clean, convenient to the highway, easy check in and out. Very near the Walmart Supercenter. There's a pretty little lake with a walking path very close that we enjoyed in both the evening and the early morning. Breakfast was average but not bad. For the money, hard to beat if you are passing through.

We had intended to stay in Pocatello but everything was full so we motored on to Blackfoot. The Best Western was clean, easy to find, and pet friendly. There is a nice lake next to the motel for walking. Look elsewhere for decent coffee, though.

From a most unwelcoming check in to a breakfast attendant who put food away a full 15 minutes early and loudly threw items onto the floor, making guests jump in discomfort...I can no longer suggest this as a good place to stay. The front desk staff allowed this person to continue their angry aggressive ways in the breakfast room. Had they insisted he take a break, it would have showed that staff here cared, but he was allowed to continue expressing his anger to all. Beds and bathroom were clean. One lightbulb was out and front desk was very unhappy to be bothered when I requested a new bulb. Wifi was slow. Location right by a park is lovely.

Although this BW is on the older side, it's been well-maintained and our room was clean. Slight negative is that the sink is literally right next to the (room) door - and the toilet/shower room is very, very tight. But - really - no complaints as we had a quiet night on comfy beds. Without a doubt the best part of this hotel is its proximity to Jensen Grove Park. The park has a big lake, walking path, frisbee golf course, picnic tables, skate park, and playground. (Good because there is no fitness room at this hotel.) What a treat to be able to walk ourselves and the dog in a beautiful setting steps from our hotel.

Arrived on a Wednesday evening, mid road trip from Los Angeles to Helena, MT, and had a great stay. My friend and I were traveling with a dog and were very pleased to get a pretty good rate. The staff were all very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect (right off the 15). There's a lawn behind the hotel to let the dog out, but it was also nice to walk across the street to Jensens Grove Park. Everyone I encountered in town was very nice too!

Staff very welcoming. A diamond in the rough. Rooms clean and beds very comfy. Will definitely return to this hotel. Hotel just in off I-15 so not hard to find. Didn't have a change to use the pool but looked nice. :)

A very friendly staff. Everyone seems to be very attentive to the needs of their guests. The value for the price is very good. Very quiet at night time for a good night sleep. Fresh fruit each morning at breakfast which is so appreciated when traveling.

The rooms were clean and accommodated our larger family by bringing us an extra roll away bed. Breakfast offers many choices from eggs and bacon to waffles, yogurt, and fresh fruit. There were several staff making sure the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Hot coffee was available 24 hrs. Two thumbs up!

I would have been OK if I had not been spoiled the night before at Abbey in St George. Hotel needs some insulation between rooms. I think the person at the desk could have been more knowledgeable about the rewards program. I think staff should not start taking down breakfast early. Abbey in St George, set the standard for me, now I expect this at every Best Western.

The hotel was not bad, but it was very noisy. You could hear everyone going down the hallways even if they were just talking or even then when they weren't talking. You could hear them walking. In the end it was the exhaustion of that day that won me over. For the price it was really not worth it.

Best Western at Blackfoot was comfortable, clean and affordable. Nice indoor pool and a good breakfast. Lady at check-in wasn't friendly at all, but the amenities and quality of the hotel made up for it. I rated service as poor as she was cold. However, other hotel staff were friendly. Perhaps she was having a bad day or sat on a tack.

This hotel is in a good location when visiting Blackfoot. It is right by the park, a restaurant and walmart. The hotel has a nice hot breakfast with everything I wanted. The ladies who work at the breakfast are nice and accommodating. The rooms are looking a bit worn with the grout in the bathroom almost black in the heavily traveled areas. Unfortunately we stayed there when they were full and had loud people upstairs who were loudly walking around til 1:30am and more starting at 5am.

Very nice setting. Modern amenities. Smells good. Pretty rooms that are very clean. Takes pets and good area of town. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of rooms! Staff friendly and price was good. Would definitely recommend this Best Western!

We recently stayed here and found it very enjoyable. Everything was nice even though they were extremely busy and full for the night. Our family enjoyed the breakfast waffles you make with the waffle maker. They had not only the regular but also chocolate waffles and a toppings bar including strawberries, blueberries, etc. Also blueberry syrup besides regular syrup and whipped cream. It was a very nice and tasty surprise at breakfast.

The room are fairly big and clean in this small about 50 rooms hotel. But the carpet need indeed to be cleaned. Many, many big and small spots all over. The bathroom are very, very small. The location is in a quirt area, with little or no noise from the outside. But for the inside it's a completely different story. Very noisy if your room is next to the hotels laundry. The problem is, that they do their laundry during the hole night 7 nights a week. They only have enough linen and towels for 1 day, so they have to do laundry during the night, to be ready for the next day. (Cheap!) These huge industrial laundry machines are really, really noisy. I complained about it, and they were not really concerned about it; it was what it was, and there were nothing to do about it. I could get another room, which I did. NEVER STAY at ROOM 115 next to the laundry on first level. It must be a problem for 1 or 2 rooms on 2nd level as well. There are a very nice guests laundry with new machines. To avoid disturbance to the other guests in the rooms next to the laundry, it's only allowed to use the laundry between 9 am and 10 pm. Interesting. There are no places to sit or relax outside. No benches, no tables or chairs. Not even a small playground for the kids. Just a huge parking space. There are an inside pool with spa. It looks very dirty with sand or gravel or what on the bottom. The water was turbid and cloudy. I would not let my kids swim in that water. The breakfast is OK for a BW hotel. But there is by far too little tables in the breakfast area. Many people are sitting eating breakfast on the couches in the front desk area. Strangely because there are a lot of space, so they could easily place 4-5 more tables. But of cause it cost money. In stead the manager are walking around, throwing excuses for problem with seating.

Stayed for a week because of an event at the fair grounds. Easy access to them through neighborhoods. The lake and park across the street gave us something to do close to home. Breakfast food was fine. The breakfast helper made it great. He kept things refilled and clean all morning long. We knew he was the one working hard because his one day off things were not nearly as nice. The room was big enough- vanity outside the bathroom. The bedding was cozy and clean if you asked.

We had no issues with check in or booking. The hotel was clean and modern. The rates were quite a bit cheaper here than in Idaho Falls. The hotel is located within walking distance of quite a few places to eat as well.

Clean and accommodating place to stay coming and going to Yellowstone or Craters of the Moon. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant within walking distance. Shaded park across the street with an extensive walking path. Off the main drag leading to s very quiet and restful night.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided a variety of different foods from breakfast sandwiches, eggs, pastries, cereal, fruit,and very good quality yogurt.

First we had to get use to traveling 80mph then when we found our hotel. we got there early, but they said they were already for us so we got in about 2 hours ahead of time. relaxed and got ready for our trip to Craters of the Moon about 80 miles out then back and into the pool

We only stopped for the night but the rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice quiet location good place to stay for the night. It's located next to a golf course and you have Walmart and restaurants close by.

I loved my stay in Blackfoot! The staff at this hotel are amazing! So helpful and accommodating! The breakfast is the best too! Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Excellent location as it's walking distance to the lake/park!

Nice spacious room and bath room. A large variety of breakfast items, but the quality is average. A large breakfast room, on the other hand. Friendly front desk staff. There are no pet free rooms. Good and quiet location.

We were on a big driving vacation and stopped here after visiting the awesome craters of the moon national park. It's handily placed and it was undergoing extensive modernisation when we were there. We were allocated a huge room with coffee and a phone in the room, plus fridge, microwave. Pool was very good. Room was very clean and reception staff very helpful. Had a good quiet night and free breakfast included hot and continental style offerings. For people who need Gluten free food ( which we needed ) they have gluten free cereal plus Sausage, omelette and bacon. Good place to stay.

When I reserved my room I specifically asked for a non-smoking room as the smell of cigarette smoke makes me sick. I am a Best Western rewards member and had accrued enough member points to cover my stay for the evening. After checking in, I ventured to my room and as I walked through the door, the smell of cigarette smoke was SO overwhelming that I almost couldn't breath. I immediately called the front desk to ask if they'd given me a smoking room by mistake. The lady at the front desk informed me that my room had previously been a smoking room at that they realize this room, along with 3 others, still contained a quite obvious odor from it. I explained that the room would not be a good fit for me and that I had specifically asked for a smoke free room. She then told me that she had no other rooms available. No vacancies whatsoever due to a high school tournament this weekend. Which also gives me the pleasure of screaming teenagers up and down the hallways outside of my room. I've been sitting in the room for less than an hour now with the window wide open and I can already feel myself getting congested, not to mention the pounding headache. I stayed in a similar room with a different hotel company years back and woke up completely sick with congestion and a head cold. I'm not, whatsoever, looking forward to the restless night sleep accompanied by a sinus infection in the morning. I will no longer be visiting any Best Westerns considering this is how they treat their loyal rewards members.

Great reception staff - room was nice and big with very comfy two queen beds and pillows. Breakfast was great - lots of choice compared to other Best Westerns - the morning staff very helpful by opening the inhouse laundry 2 hours early for me to enable me to get my washing and drying done before heading out on our road trip.

Amazing people staff this hotel! Stay here, even if it is out of your way. They are attentive, friendly and always willing to help. This hotel could use an elevator. I would stay here again, if in the area.

I stayed 2 nights at the Best Western in Blackfoot and, overall, enjoyed my stay. No frills - but the room was quiet and clean, staff was friendly, and I had all the amenities that I needed. I would consider staying there again the next time I'm visiting family in Blackfoot.

Basically it's quiet and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location is convenient. From an organizational point there could be improvements. Unlike any other hotel/motel in every price category there is no channel guide in the room - and they do have a lot of channels. Had to get one from the front desk. Dining room furniture set up awkwardly around perimeter with nothing in center - leaving very little room for people to access buffet,and there were not enough tables for the large crowd. ? Coffee is in a very small area - had to wait for 1 person to finish adding ingredients? just to reach for a cup. People also put their food in that area while getting coffee - watched someone hog the area for several minutes. Breakfast offered good variety, excellent waffles, even have cheese omelettes, but Bacon was really floppy, Unsanitary process to clean tables. Watched attendant clean tables, then chairs, then using same cloth to clean more tables and chairs? dining room set up. I mentioned those shortcomings to the front desk attendant, who didn't seem too willing to pass those comments on to the owners. Hope they check Tripadvisor.

Clean and quiet plus pets stay free, cant beat that. Close to freeway, food and a Walmart. I did not have breakfast so I am unable to comment on that. The staff was professional and made me feel welcome. The express checkout is also a plus.

Hotel was very nice and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I extended my stay by two nights and was given a ground floor room as requested. Breakfast and treats were provided by hotel. hotel room was clean and fresh with plenty of lighting. Towels and bedding were nice. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well cared for.

Newly remodeled, clean hotel. If you need more space in the bathroom, ask for the handicapped accessible room. The bathrooms in the other rooms are tiny, seriously TINY. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Having hot food (eggs, meat, biscuits, gravy, waffles) is convenient if you are in a hurry in the morning, but it's not top quality. The coffee however is delish.

I stayed here a few weeks ago and unfortunately my 11 year old son left behind his wallet. The wallet contained a $100 Canadian dollar bill he got from his grandpa and $35 USD. The hotel called to let us know they found it the next day. I had them verify the money was in there and asked if they could keep it until we could get it. When we showed up to pick it up the wallet had all of $2 in it. I was obviously upset because it was now apparent that it was a member of front desk staff who stole it. I was told I would have to speak to a manager in the morning. Of course I did not want to stay there but there were no available rooms for that night in Blackfoot. I was sure they would understand and comp my room. After waiting for the manager to finish smoking and chatting to people outside she came in to tell me they weren't doing a thing about it. Not comp my stay, not return the cash, not give me a future credit, not an apology, NOT EVEN INVESTIGATE A THEFT!Which means the thief still works there. I'd be very careful about this place. On another note, the walls are paper thin and a snoring man kept me up all night long. I was also awoken well before check out around 6:30am by a loud drill across the hall. What a nightmare. Personally, I won't support any business with this example of customer service.

This ended up being a great stop over for us and our pooches.... very, very pet friendly with doggie bones handed out at check in, tons of grass area for play and poop, could use another garbage can at door exit. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was meh....... but enough to get by on. Service and employees were top notch and really nice also a fab location right beside Walmart and lots of fast food outlets.. We would definitely stay here again.

I thought this hotel did a great job for the market it serves. It is a little dated and is being remodeled. The staff is more that helpful. I thought is was a pretty good hotel. Price was fair from what the hotel.

Was surprised to see that a great breakfast was offered and the different options available that were included along with a very low rate for the room. When we got to the room, it was very clean and we were very happy with the appearance.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Blackfoot, a block away from Walmart. The staff is friendly and, as the hotel is currently doing some remodeling, the lobby is usually busy. There is a nice-looking, clean indoor pool and hot tub that certainly attracts kids. Plenty of parking around the hotel which appears to be well landscaped. There are about 40 rooms on two floors. Our room had two queen beds, a small desk, a couple chairs, a small table, a dresser, plus a refrigerator with microwave. The bathroom was very small, almost claustrophobic, but having the sink separate made it more convenient for the two of us to get ready. The TV is set inside a cabinet/dresser and is somewhat hard to see from the sides. Lighting was good and the in-room heater/A-C Unit worked well to quietly maintain a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was good, set in a large dining room, and had the usual cereals, danish, juices, coffee, oatmeal packets, yogurt, and fruit. The "hot" entrées consisted of pre-made breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and hot pockets that needed to be heated by a single microwave. There were also hard-boiled eggs. The breakfast area was well-maintained and was not promptly closed up at 9 AM for late-sleepers. Free newspapers included the USA Today and the Idaho Falls Newspaper. Our biggest complaint was the magnetic card lock on our room. Despite having our cards replaced several times over a four day stay, and having the maintenance man reprogram the lock, it typically took 5-10 swipes before we could get the door to open. The maintenance guy said something about the Front Desk's card programmer having dirty heads. Don't know about that, but this is definitely something that needs to be fixed as I'm pretty sure our room wasn't the only one.

Both ladies at the front counter were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, if we are in the area. We didn't get to use the pool, due to our late arrival. We stayed on a Monday night, so it was quiet.

Everything was new! Even the towels! Very comfy & clean. Front desk gave us a room that faced the parking lot so we could watch our vehicle. Would stay again. We did not get up early enough to have breakfast but I'm sure it was good!

Not the best, not the worst. Convenient to the interstate. Restaurants in the area are few and less than satisfactory . The hotel staff were unenthusiastic. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was not worth the effort, but given the lack of decent restaurants in the area it provided some get-out-of-town food. A nice comfortable room. The Best Western Blackfoot Inn was conveniently located off I15 after a long day on the road.

We primarily stay at BW when we travel. Have not had a bad experience as of yet. Staff have been polite and helpful when called upon. We will continue to use BW in the future. That is all I have to say at this time. Maybe more in the future, but for now that is it.

Clean, comfortable, nice location, great staff. Small town of 12,000 this is the best local choice. Staff is friendly, Facility is clean, close by decent eating facilities. Located just off I 15, easy access. Indoor pool. Did not do breakfast, so no comment on that.

My family and I stayed here for one night. It was clean, comfortable, and they had a great continental breakfast. We also swam in the pool and it was clean and a good temperature. We would stay here again when we visit Blackfoot.

They didn't really seem concerned that we had no TV service for our entire stay as we were offered no remedy. If you pay for a service and only get a portion of it, you should be refunded a portion. Breakfast was nothing special.

This hotel is the closest to our daughter's home, so we always stay there when we visit her. It is clean, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is usually clean and the breakfast is okay for a continental breakfast.

The evening staff is superb, always going out of their way to ensure we, the customer, has a pleasant stay. The check-out service is another matter. The morning clerk is very condescending, acts like a complete ditz all 4 times I was there. I've had enough. She needs to go. Next time I come to Blackfoot I am staying at another hotel, because of the morning clerk.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. This hotel is clean and the staff is great. Easy to find off the interstate and close to gas stations and restaurants. They offer a nice breakfast and lobby area.

We stayed one night and found it comfortable. Adequate parking and breakfast was good. We visited the South Idaho State Fair and the Potato Museum. The town is worth seeing. We had a private bathroom and the facilities were good and more than satisfactory for our purposes.

Always clean, and an economical stay while visiting family. The pool and hot tub are a huge benefit with the grandkids. The continental breakfast is always ready on time, and if the grandkids stay with us, they love the food.

Good enough value - only good option in Blackfoot. Spacious room, would stay again. Check in and out very easy. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was typical but plenty of choices. Now if they could just do something about the weather...

Thank you for making my stay very comfortable. I am a night shift nurse and slept at the hotel during the day. It was quiet and comfortable. All the employees that I asked for assistance from was nice and friendly and totally willing to help me with what I needed.

Great Staff, Clean rooms, quiet location. Excellent Motel in a nice quiet Idaho town. Good value. My first choice in Blackfoot Review says I need another 10 characters so what can I say god place nice stay good staff, nice town. It is close to several fantastic senic sites. SE Idaho is incredible.

This hotel is clean and the staff is nice. The location is great - within walking distance of many restaurants, Walmart as well as a nice park and walking path. After a long drive it's nice to be able to take a walk in a safe and pretty area. The hotel has a refrigerator and nice TV, and the breakfast buffet has everything I wanted - hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal packets, many sweet rolls and breads and the great breakfast/sausage/egg sandwiches to heat up - oh, and don't forget the waffles! I will stay there again.

This motel was very nice. Clean Rooms, nice breakfast. Local restaurant is within walking distance and very satisfactory. I would recommend this motel to anyone and will stay there if in the area again.

This was a nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Shower was a little messy though (water sprayed on floor). Updated TVs, breakfast included, AC worked amazingly! Would recommend and would stay again if I was back visiting this town. Cute little town

Very happy to get a room for a great price (aaa) rate. Nice clean large room with king bed. Spacious seating area with table and chairs. Large bathroom area also. Good location near the highway but quiet. Great value.

If you are traveling between Yellowstone and Craters of the Moon, this facility is a prime location to stop. Good size rooms, clean and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Typical breakfast fare, well presented and filling. Prices increase dramatically as you get close to Yellowstone and this facility is very reasonable and within a few hours drive.

A nice hotel with reasonable price. Clean room, very good quality breakfast in my opinion. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend it to everyone if you are visiting Yellowstone or Grand Teton.

For something simple and not to expensive, this is your place. Very neat and clean and nicely appointed. Rooms were not cramped and beds were comfortable. Kids spent lots on time in their indoor pool and hot tub. It was a weekend get-a-way with three 13 year-old boys. Could be a problem some places, not here. Jordan & Heidi were extremely helpful and accommodating.

This motel has the potential to be exceptional, however the all non-smoking motel was previously a smoking motel and some of the rooms are still saturated with an overwhelmingly unpleasant cigarette smell.
