Best Western Premier Panbil

Currently a guest in this hotel. When we checked in, all looked great & rosy with check in, room, view however: - went to rooftop bar near pool at 8pm & there were no hot drinks ( and it had just rained heavily) - this morning at 8.50am, while we were still sleeping, housekeeping almost broke the door (pushed door open hard while it was still latched). Husband half asleep opened the door & housekeeping asked if he can clean the room now. We actually wanted to sleep in longer since we are on hols. - Having our sleep disrupted, we went for breakfast at 9.30 and a lot of tables were not cleaned (clearly no staff to be seen or not enough manpower) & food was already finishing and there was no top up. When asked the staff, she said breakfast closes at 11am. Went to the reception to complain about no food top up and was informed breakfast ends at 10.30 but there was still 1 hour to go. Clearly disappointed with entire breakfast experience. We ended up eating fruits & bread (but had paid for breakfast in our booking) Wondering what will happen in the next 24 hours

Last February, I stayed at BWP for two nights. I have stayed there quite often before because of its comfortable atmosphere and friendly receptionists. Especially a receptionist named Fianisa Andini who was truly helpful in terms of check-in, check-out and other needs.

Our stay at the Panbil, Batam was as pleasant as watching the gracious Hornbill. We spent the CNY holidays there. Despite the overwhelming arrivals from nearby Malaysia and Singapore, the hotel did an amazing job by making our stay very pleasant, simply by engaging sufficient front end staff to handle the demand and traffic. The location was slightly away; 7 minutes from the city on top a hill that offered a tranquil view of the vast open lake. There was also frequent shuttle service from the hotel to 3 prominent shopping malls at regular intervals that gave us an opportunity to get a comfortable ride to town while getting a good overview of the town from an elevated position during the drive.

Very good lakeside room, excellent restaurants and bars on site in this all-encompassing hotel. Great location as central for the main malls, sights and ferry terminals. Service was friendly and efficient, with the shuttles to the malls being very helpful too

It was great vacation at the hotel with the only drawback being the breakfast and the distance to town, but the staff and the hotel amenities were good especially the spa as they have a wide variety plus the scenery is calm and nice.

Great and satisfactory vacation. Friendly,helpful,well dressed and well versed hotel staffs. Great view from pool side. Breakfast spread was big and international. We will definitely make return for this hotel.

My stay at Best Westeen has always been excellent ..My family always loved it to .. especially with the standard of the rooms and service of the staff . They are are always attentive to needs . It also adds to the fact that the forest activity is nearby and add more fun ... The newly opened Restaurant inside the forest - Kayu Merah is a Gem and the manager Ariyani is so helpful .

Me and my family's experience staying at Best Western Premier Hotel Panbil from 16th-22nd Nov 2023 was saved and made amazing thanks to this few bunch of excellent staffs. Of course the rest of the team played their part but these names are the ones to really look out for. They truly make our experience a far memorable one. Mr Ade who was previously the Manager of Room's division and currently promoted to a bigger role, yet still manages our stay despite juggling a bigger tasks. The man ensured our stay from the moment we arrived at Batam till we board the ferry back to Singapore. Pure dedication. Mr Perdi is an excellent staff who is always ready to drop whatever he is doing and attend to any guests needs big or small. He also picked us up from the Ferry terminal upon arrival and also drive us to the Ferry terminal on our check out day. We are extremely satisfied with his personalisation when doing his job. Letting us in on informations that helps us know Batam alot more. He is a treasure to the hotel and I hope his efforts will be rewarded someday. Mr Ficky is a name to never be missed. Though our experience with him was short but he knows what when and how to say the right things to make guests have a good time. Not forgetting to mention, he has a very generous and friendly smile which is like an icing to his services. Mr Ilyas Alamsyah is a very passionate staff that goes beyond his efforts to always make guests rooms looking excellent and super comfortable each and every day of our stay. There are many more staffs but unfortunately I was unable to get their names. A highly recommended hotel for anyone to stay as we are very pleased with everything they have and had to offer. Great amenities and very comfortable bed and pillows. Wide range of toiletries. Great housekeeping. Enough mineral water. adequate charging points. Front office and concierge were very helpful. Good location.

13 Aug 2023 i stayed with my best friend at best western premier panbil was amazing. when i arrived in the loby hotel, we are welcoming by the receptionist. they helps us for check in very well and quickly. the FO team very friendly especially Ms Cathrine she super charming and helpful. she gave us a nice of view. when we reached room. aww the room and view very nice. and all the amenities completely. in the morning when we have the breakfast, the foods was nice and many variance. all the service is good, staff, room. food. it was amzing stayed and we will come back next stay. thank you bwp hotel.

This was our 2nd time staying at Best Western. I would recommend this Hotel for anyone wanting or looking for a place to stay. The staff were exceptional, I must personally thank to Lucky, we really had such a beautiful stay. My room was so beautiful and new decorated

Best Hotel I have been in recent times! Service 10/10 Food Quality & Variety 10/10 Front Desk 10/10 Hospitality 10/10 I randomly booked this hotel but I love it! Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights! Worth all the money! I like how it is high up! Soo peaceful, away from City area but not too far.The infinity pool and the view is beautiful! There is supermarket and cafes right beside the Hotel! I have no regrets and no dissapointments at all. I brought my grandparents. My grandmother only eats indian food. Was very worried thinking if I have to order food for her all the time but This Hotel had indian cuisine corner for breakfast everyday! Not 1 dish , it was a whole corner!! Thanks for making my stay there soo memorable!

We enjoyed ourselves thanks for great cleanliness, great hotel staff and We're definitely coming back. Photos aren't good but the actual view is fantastic!!! Breakfast in members lounge has a wide selection from sald to sushi and Western and local delights! Restaurant at lobby has great service too!

Very hospitable and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Superb breakfast in the Executive lounge. However, the bath towels in the room seem to be a bit old and do not appear to be very clean. The sanitizer bottle in the Fitness Centre needs refilling. Very lively good live music in the lobby lounge. Welcome drinks in the lobby lounge should include mocktails and soda drinks instead of only coffee, tea or packet drinks.

check in went smoothly. room was spacious and clean. many varieties for breakfast. would like to thank the staff there as they were helpful and patient with my queries. downside is only the exterior, it needed some improvement but overall, my family had an enjoyable stay here ❤️.

We had wonderful staycation for 2 days and 1 night for my small birthday celebrations, special appreciation for Ms. Catherine and Chef Alvin to arranged unforgettable, surprising decorations with warm-hearted celebration via front office team. It was an amazing experience, we were staying the executive suite and got special breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. As i know this is the only hotel at Batam providing such a treatment. This is a clean and nice hotel, friendly staff. Overall worth for the value paid.

We had a great experience staying here! Location was good (10 to 20 mins' drive to anywhere else we wanted to go in Batam), staff were prompt and friendly, facilities were clean and in good order. Will come back again!

I like the decoration of the lobby, the staff is friendly, the room is also good, for breakfast the menu has many choices, and what I like most in the swimming pool, for the children's pool is good because it is shady so the child does not overheat

Andaman restaurant, breakfast F&B can be improve, by changing the menu day to day, not same menu continuously. a) Kare station, was not top up when it quantity very low and the kare nothing in it just plain Kare. b) recommended to have Indonesian traditional Kueh and Indonesia's traditional food, like satay, gado2, ayam belado etc. Maybe property management might to consider to explore. As the guest mostly tourist and Indonesian that want to taste great Indonesian traditional wonderful food serving in the property. Looking forward to return and recommended to others to patronise the property.

I've stayed in this hotel numerous times. There's still room for improvement on the breakfast buffet food variety and food freshness. Many food items were cold and not hot. Secondly, base on personal opinion, I would not recommend the korean/japanese restaurant in the hotel, I feel the food taste & freshness is way below average.

The room is clean and acceptable. The breakfast has many variety of food to choose as well. They also have a live band from Thursday to Saturday night which attracts crowd to their rooftop bar. However, the room is not sound proof. My neighbour check in around midnight and I could hear their voice very clearly. It seems like we were in the same room and our room has an interconnecting door. And worst still, their alarm rings at 5.30am which woke me too.

Good impression! First timer visit ti this hotel, and you got a good vibes in Batam! Hope to have more interesting experience for the next 2 days. I will recommend for anyone who wants to have a business meeting and gathering. I will try other experience tomorrow!

I can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had during my stay . From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and professional team that made me feel right at home. The hotel boasted wonderful facilities and top-notch restaurants that added to the overall charm of my stay. Mr. Ade, the RDM, His pleasant demeanor and unwavering professionalism left a lasting impression. Mr. Ade consistently greeted us with warmth and ensured that our every need was met. His attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service were truly commendable. I must also mention Catherine, the receptionist, who assisted us during the check-in and check-out process. Her service was nothing short of outstanding. Catherine was always available to address any inquiries we had and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Her friendly and helpful nature added an extra touch of hospitality to our experience.

Booked 8 rooms in total for our family stay. Breakfast was average, taste is out of point and not satisfying. Unable to get seats in the level15 for breakfast as it was full and had to wait very long for food to be served. Rooms are dated and lots of corner stains in toilet and bedrooms. Flooring has worn out too. Overall, this property is below average of a 5-star hotel as proclaimed. Hendra from front desk was exceptionally helpful. He helped to arrange pickup and dropoff from HarbourBay pretty well. Hope such qualities can be polished and made an example to other employees.

So far so good and fun, because I have the privilege of Ms. Anisa (front office/receptionist) who has helped change the smoking room into a no smoking room, thank you very much for the service. I will share this experience to our colleagues, our friends and our family to be able to stay and relax at this hotel

My kids and I had a satisfactory stay here. They love the gym and we had fun at the swimming pool.The hotel was clean and well maintain and up to our expectation. Will recommend100% to family and friends.Will definitely stay at Best western Panbil again if we visit Batam.

The lake view room is clean and spacious the view is beautiful. The staff from the receptionist to the Silangit Lounge is excellent, kind and accommodating. Truly appreciate all the staff that I've talked to . Hopefully I'll be able to come back here again very soon

I didn't expect that staying in this hotel makes some memories. The location it's not in the city center, so you can get the fresh air. if you wannna going to the big mall is about 15 minutes, and they have shuttle to the Grand Batam Mall. I stayed in the deluxe lake view, it's so amazing view. The food was good, I like it. Mai as a receptionist very helpful to explain about the attraction in Batam

I really enjoyed staying at best western premier panbil. The front officer were very kind and friendly, especially when incharge at the front desk with a named mai. The room was very clean. The breakfast menu was delicious. The pool was gorgeous with an amazing view. This is my first time to stay and definitely will comeback again.

The hotel has every facilities you need and has access to Nature Reserve via Buggy (must book first day before). The ambience is good, calm, relaxing. The room is clean, the bed size is big. We are provided with snack and beverages in Fridge for free besides tea and coffee. The swimming pool is large and has beautiful view.

Spent 4d3n at the hotel. Everything was perfect about this place! Best Western felt like a privatised residential area with good security in place. They also have a massage & salon (Eska) located inside the hotel itself, an infinity pool, sauna, spa, lounge with live band and roof top bar with live band. The breakfast was grand with enough food choices, their lobby looks really nice. The room and toilet was really decent and clean too. Happen to see fireworks from our room too as we stayed during CNY period. It is located approximately 15-20 minutes to the malls and ferry terminal. I have been to hotels around the world, and can safely say this is one of the better ones I have stayed in, as in you get exactly what you pay for. Special shout out to the few people whom made our stay exceptionally pleasant: From our appointed driver (Mr Robert) to hotel concierge staff (Mr Ferdy) to the Bellboy (Mr Oka Reinandi- this boy can speak great Chinese!!) to the lounge service staff (Ms Olive) to the pianist at lounge (Mr Robert)! Had a really great chat with Robert on our last night too, extremely talented and friendly uncle :) Everyone was really nice, helpful, polite, warm and lovely!!!! We will definitely be back when we visit Batam :) I seldom do reviews, but they really deserve it!

My 3rd stay here and we booked a standard room and executive suite. I like to compliment Irwan from the Executive lounge for the good service and attentiveness. The hotel also acceded to my request for a birthday celebration by providing a birthday cake and deco in the room upon arrival. My family member was delighted and it brought much joy. We hope that the hotel can look into the maintenance of the executive room. There's visible wear and tear in the room with water seepage below the parquet flooring and sealed with only scotch tape. We had to call for Maintenance multiple times because of several faults within the room. Im glad that the hotel offered for a room change as service recovery though we declined. The rooms arent sound proof and we were awakened by other guests during the night. Apart from the unpleasant experience with the room, we are very happy with the good customer service with the hotel staff , good job!

Service, facilities , and room conditions is very good as compared to other hotels of the same class. Although location may be slightly off the buzzing side of the city but shuttle service to malls are provided in the weekends. There is a mini mart right behind the car park and the security at site makes you feel safe. Very ideal choice for a relaxing getaway stay at Batam.

I am travelling with my parents and wanted to be more comfortable, so decided to spend a bit more on accommodation. Thought a 5 star hotel will be very safe. We had been to Batam more than 6 times and this by far, is our worst experience. The soundproof was bad and the family who stayed beside us was yelling the whole time. We couldn't rest at all. We had to find our own table at breakfast and when we finally managed to, there were nothing left on the buffet trays. The water at the pool was murky and extremely cold. Not sure what's wrong with the lift but it stops at every level every time when we want to go downstairs. We stayed at level 11, so this is very annoying. The location is about 20mins away from Batam Centre which is fine but their ferry terminal transfer cost 150k rupiah each way each person while Grab only cost 40k rupiah for the whole family. This hotel is nothing like a 5 star hotel. We definitely will not stay here again.

The location was ideal, few mins away from ferry terminal and a short drive to the big malls nearby. Hotel lobby smelt good, very clean. Room was also in good condition. Clean but could do better with regular maintenance. Room service was okay but didnt have a good variety in the dining menu. Hotel bfast was a huge letdown. They had white rice, fried rice, fried chicken and fish curry which didnt taste good. Staff took very long do top up food. Long queue at egg station. Overall, service standards, food variety and food quality was a major let down. The food in the malls had more variety. Hotel bfast didnt have that Indonesian authentic touch. Very bland food. But i should applaud the staff from housekeeping, reception, rooftop bar for serving with a smile always and trying their very best. The live band was very good esp the lead singer. Menu at rooftop bar was also minimal. They could introduce more bar bites like, chicken wings, pizza, pasta etc. it should be more ala carte. Currently they have set menu but the portions r very little. There should also be a kids menu available. The wine menu could also be available. Maybe more variety of wines, beers and alcohol could be better.

One of the best hotels to stay in batam, location was abit far but the ambience is nice. Facilities were well maintained and the staff was friendly as well. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Mr. Irfan for going out of the way to help us!

We chose the executive suite room and the room was well appointed and clean. The room service was good. Noisey neighbours in the next room were annoying but the staff did there best to quiet them down. The 15th level bar and executive lounge was great the staff were friendly and could not do enough. Keep up the good work.

The hotel is really good for family entertainments.. Atmosphere very quite and suitable for families. The breakfast recommendad and the price considerable..the hotel rooms very clean and tidy. Don't miss the chances to book this hotel when plan holiday in batam.

Top the Best Hotel experience for us in Batam. Stayed in Executive Room (lakeside view). Room entitled VIP access to VIP lounge at Roof Top. Room includes minibar, breakfast at the Roof Top Lounge as well as High Tea. Spacious room, clean, huge comfy bed, bathtub, powerful internet connection, friendly staffs and a good spread of breakfast. They have their own fireworks for the New Year too! Eska Spa is at level 2 where we had a good 2 hrs massage same level with the infinity pool. There's a separate pool for kids too. I don't mind to stay here again.

Awesome stay for 3d2n. Didn't expect there was a countdown celebration on 31 Dec and the fireworks are amazing. It brings us positive vibe to 2023! Staffs are very friendly and the place are nice to stay. Location abit far from Nagoya but wasn't any issue to us at all as grab is everywhere. Thanks for the great accommodations and countdown celebrations arranged.

booked the deluxe room, it was very big. my 3 years old can sleep on the pillow's that hotel provided, so its good. breakfast lot of variety but the taste is average. good location near panbil mall and atrium (where you can see animals like bird, fish, rabbit). hotel provided electric kettle.

The facilities, ambience, the smell, the staffs completely perfect. I would love to be back to stay right there. The food the celanless were good. Also I experience gym at the fittnes centre and th place was really clean and under the good control.

We booked 5 suites room for our short Christmas holiday. One of the best 5 star hotels in Bintan! Location is great as it is near the ferry terminal (15-20 mins by car) Affordable and worth it the price. The hotel service was forthcoming. The staff are very attentive and prompt to our requests. Rooftop dinner is amazing. Nice food and breath taking view. Breakfast has wide variety. Our group felt we are well taken care off. I would also like to comment one the staff named "Angga". He is really helpful all through out in our stay, from check in, Christmas dinner, breakfast & check out. He is one of the reasons why we had a wonderful customer service experience. Kudos to the team and Angga! Would definitely love to come back to this hotel again.

Will be back again to stay here! Food, ambience, the sea view was my most favourite! I woke up every morning with the best view! My mum was at the other room, she love the view too. Took a lot of picture and video too.

Room was clean and neat, with clean toilet, hairdryer, toothbrushes and towels. Amenities available and serviceable. There were activities that we did not have time to take part in, but given more time we would definitely take up. The breakfast was fantastic, and the customer service is top notch.

Had a great Staycation at the Best Western Premier Panbil Hotel. The rooms were great and had a perfect view. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The view was good as we were overlooking the lake. Breakfast was good. Had some local dishes which were very delicious. A distance away from the malls but if you like quiet and peace.. this is the place to stay. Getting a Taxi or Grab/Gojek is not a problem. Hotel staff will assist you anytime. Will be back again.

Had a great stay at the hotel with helpful staff and clean room! Love the lake view from our room and high speed WiFi. There wasn't any shops nearby so you may need to grab some necessities before returning to the hotel after your day out.

Far away from crowds, place for relax. Good choice for events or meeting with big groups. Many said very far from city however not that far and you still can find your peace environment stay in this hotel and takes only around 15minutes go to city.

Room and overall hotel environment were clean. Staff were accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. Dishes were regularly topped up. Always a pleasure to return to this hotel.

Best stay in Batam. Although it's quite far off the city area, the accommodation and service is superb! Breakfast with a view and luxurious spread. Staffs are friendly. Lucky and Calvin are helpful and shared great places for us to go in Batam and get best deal at their market place for our family.

Service staff was on point with what a good service service hotel should be and met our needs. Travelled with 2 young children and a domestic helper. Room type : connecting room (they do not offer connecting rooms for the executive series) staff took the time to explain localities. Opted for transfer service to and from ferry terminal. Good service. Special thanks goes out to Yana for assisting in our initial enquiries, Ferdi for taking the time and effort to take us to the nearby private nature reserve and for explaining the local area's surroundings and attractions, and to Ficky (and the kind lady whose name I forgot; showed me around to the executive lounge )who welcomed me despite closing the rooftop bar as I was late to explore the top floor of the hotel. If you prefer to be close to the city (where it can get quite noisy during peak timings), this is not the place for you. But if u prefer a quieter location with lush greenery and a view of the lake, do consider this hotel. Oh and yes, Breakfast spread was decent with live stations offering eggs and noodles dishes respectively.

Would totally recommend this hotel as my family and I had a great experience. Service was top notch as staff were really friendly and attentive. Food and Drinks were reasonable. Location was close to the city and accessible. Room was well kept and clean.

Loved the experienced staying in this hotel with my family. The kids pool was something good to have for children to be able to swim in. Free shuttle service was provided to Panbil Nature Reserve which my family had fun enjoying nature hikes for the children to remember for their holiday.

We had a great experience in from 15 to 16 November 2022. When we enter the room we were extremely impressed with bed decoration. This is the first time I have like a hotel honeymoon suite. We recently stayed at Best Western Premier Panbil, Batam from 9 - 11 November 2022. The executive suite that we were in was very clean, spacious and quiet with a lake view. Daily breakfast at the Executive lounge was excellent with a good variety. We had attentive service from the F & B staff. enjoyed the complimentary transportation daily from hotel to Grand Batam Mall. The drivers, front office staff and conceirge were courteous and friendly. Finally, our special thanks go to the RM Mr Ade Kurniawan who made our stay very enjoyable and he was always available whenever we needed assistance in any matter.

Service is very bad compared to pre-covid. I've been staying in this hotel everytime I come Batam, about 4-5 times a year. It's a 5-star rated hotel. I have always stayed in a suite room. Previously there was complimentary high tea everyday of our stay, and a guest relations officer will knock on our door to say she will be taking care of our stay here. We feel really good. Subsequently, there is no more guest relations officer, and complimentary high tea is only for one day of our entire stay. Moving to now, there is no more complimentary high tea for us. But it's ok, we wanted to order and pay for our high tea, but a whole bad experience awaits us. We went to the 15th floor bar to ask about it, and was told that it would be rp150,000 at Kayu Manis bar. The next day, we called premier assistance to reconfirm that the high tea will be available at Kayu Manis bar and was told it's a yes. When we went down to the bar, the lady there says there is no high tea available. We went to the reception counter, the staffs also informed us there is no high tea available. When we continued to probe (since we were told by the staff at 15th floor as well as premier assistance staff that it's available), staff Fitri again called the restaurant. After that, she apologised that she gave us the wrong information when we called the premier assistance (she was the staff who answered the call), and that she thought we were referring to the FREE high tea. And all the while when we were talking to her, in front of her for the past 10 mins, she thought we were asking for the FREE high tea. Even though I mentioned the 15th floor staff told us it would be rp150,000! We felt insulted! She thinks we are so cheap people insisting on free food?! So we finally made our order for high tea, and guess what? We wait for 1.5hrs for it to arrive! Let me remind you this is a 5-star rated hotel. Breakfast buffet has very limited spread now. Previously the spread was fantastic. Now it has gone from bad to worse, it's pathetic now. 5-star rated hotel with 3-star breakfast spread. And the main restaurant only serves Chinese food now, but prawns are not fresh either. Variety is very limited too. And we were told that we have to go to lobby bar if we want to order western food. But there are no proper tables to eat in that bar! And singer sing so loud its noisy! And everytime we order something, we have to wait for about 40 mins to 1 hour! Ridiculous!

Didn't have a great experience during the reservation stage which I don't want to elaborate. Because all the hassle and inconvenient experience have changed by ADE KUNIAWAN when he made the effort to touch base with me prior to my arrival. He assured me that my feedback and request are met. The staffs are amazing. Also, I would like to shout out to the below team member/staff that exceeded our expectations. ADE KUNIAWAN- RDM Very attentive, always going extra miles for his guest- attending to me even off his working hours. FREDY- Belldriver A real hotelier with a great attitude that deserve recognition. Amazing hospitality, very attentive, goes extra miles, make me and my family feels comfortable and safe even though we are not in our home country. ROBERT- Belldriver Very Knowledgeable with a very approachable character , shared with us the history about PANBIL during our buggy ride to panbil nature reserve Without these people our stay wouldn't be as memorable as it is. Overall, my family & I enjoyed out stay there. Would highly recommend this hotel to people and we will be back!

Pros: reasonable room price. Book direct with the hotel than going through third party website. It is cheaper. Big room. Go for the lakeside room if possible as Garden view comes with aircon compressor view which is not pleasing. Cons: location is about 6km away from ferry terminal. No free shuttle. Free shuttle is only from hotel to grand Batam mall and only one trip per day. 10am from hotel to mall and 1pm from mall to hotel. No other shopping areas within walking distance. Soundproofing is not optimal. Can hear kids running along the corridor.

First time staying in Best Western Panbil. Booked for a junior suite and the view was great. Room was clean and tidy and the most importantly, very comfortable bed and pillow ! There's nothing much within walking distance. But with grab/gojek everything is so convenient. Average about 10-15 mins to travel to shopping malls which is not an issue. High ceiling in the hotel also makes it very welcoming and relaxing. Other then that , it was an excellent and enjoyable stay !!

The hotel is very clean and good for business meetings and short trips. The location is also very central and easy/near from Batam Centre ferry terminal. The rooms are big and comfortable. Prices are also very affordable for the high quality standard.

First and foremost, I pretty disappointed with the overall even prior to my arrival. I booked 3 rooms which consist of 1 deluxe and 2 executive suites. Booking was made through Agoda, and the reason why I booked for executive suite is because of the connecting room & bathtub. It was clearly indicated that room comes with connecting set. So, its always my practice to email the hotel to ensure my booking is in order as I'm travelling with an infant, toddler & elderly. And it is extremely important to have the connecting and bathtub. To my shocked, the reservation department person in charge replied that they don't have any connecting rooms for the executive suite. And I explain that it stated in Agoda that the room has a connecting set. And I asked for suggestion to solve as my priority is a connecting with bathtub. The replied I got was the below: Apologies for the inconvenience caused, we will contact Agoda for the error cause by Agoda.com system and ask them do remove the “interconnecting room” for Suite room type because we don't have it. We allow for cancel this reservation without any penalty charge if you would like to cancel your reservation. Please contact Agoda.com I was taken aback there”s was no suggestion from the hotel but was asked to cancel my reservations? Even it's the error from Agoda, as a 5 star hotel this is not the treatment I would expect Therefore, Ive contacted agoda myself to have this cancel and rebook a deluxe room(without bathtub) which is the only thing that the reservation said. This have caused so much time hassle and time wasted. I don't think this should be the standard of best western panbil. I hope you agree with me that this type of service is unacceptable only at the reservation stage, I would like to hear from someone about my feeback and the steps you are willing to take prior to my arrival

Room is not bad, but the cleaning need to take note, also some facilities had spoil, example charger power point, TV, Door, safety box, food on dinner not must chooice, TV programs is old, room door every time spoil, need call engineering dept come to repair or help to open the door, toilet flushing some time no water

Polite and helpful staff. Had to wait a bit for breakfast as there was a queue. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Booked three rooms for fellow family members and no complaints so far. Check in baggage was also good.

We booked a junior suite and got upgraded to executive suite. That was already a great start to our vacation. Check in experience was smooth as well. There was nothing that my wife and I were unhappy about regarding the quality and maintenance standards of the room. For that matter, the hotel building itself. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous and attentive. Ms Lucky, from the reception desk, was very helpful when some stuff that we purchased were late in being delivered to the hotel on our check-out day. Will certainly come back again if we visit Batam again in future.

Stayed here for 2 nights and The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and room temperature is adjustable. A lot of sockets and USB. Breakfast from Western to Indonesian cuisine. There is a swimming pool facing nice view. Recommend to stay here....

It's 1 of the best hotels I ever stayed in Singapore and especially in Indonesia. The hotel gives me a very relaxing and peaceful feel, very friendly staff, room is fantastic. I stayed in an Executive Suite and the room was so spacious, clean and all facilities working very well. The price I paid was very reasonable. Hotel location also near to shopping malls such as Nagoya Hill and Mega Mall. Overall is a very excellent hotel.

This hotel is worthy of a 5 star rating. The price is reasonable and worth it. We are upgraded to executive room and we really enjoyed our stay. The food are delicious. A lot of variety on buffet breakfast. The staffs, especially the receptionist is very friendly and pleasant. She is very helpful and willing to attend to all our needs. We also loved the infinity pool. We would like to come back again on this hotel.

Solo trip for my birthday. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms. Food choices is great and affordable too. Nice location, far away from bustling city center. Try the Rooftop bar for a round of beer at night while enjoying the city lights from the distance. Infinity pool was great too. Staff are attentive, welcoming and very warm.

Cleaniness of toilet poor. Mould at every corner of the toilet. Amenities kit was dusty. Sink was loose. Illogical design on having on rain shower and small pipe to wash feet. Breakfast was atrocious. The staff was weird. Non smiles or greeted the customers Restaurant cleaniness was POOR.

Best place to staycation, a comfy place. Good room, good pool, good food. An unforgettable experience. Close to PANBIL mall which is only 5 minutes away, you can enjoy the cinema there. The room price is also reasonable.

The worst thing about this hotel is the location. There are no shops or places of interest within walking distance. Though Kepri Mall and Panbil mall are within 10 mins by car, I would not recommend either. The hotel does offer free shuttle service to Grand Batam, which is a newish and large shopping center. I have not used this shuttle service myself, so please check with the hotel. The is a 4 star hotel with a grand lobby. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There is an infinity pool on the second level. It is on a good size with nice views. The hot tub / Jacuzzi seemed non-functional when I was there. There is a Japanece / Korean restuarant on site. There is also a ESKA spa near the pool on level 2. There is a small convenience store as well. The restaurant is closed for dinner but there is a cafe / bar on the 15th floor. It boasts good views and food at a reasonable price. I had the burger (120KRp) and Gado Gado (45KRp). The burger was disappointing; the patty was dry and tough. I suspect they used chopped meat instead of mince. The bun looked unpalatable; I left it alone. Coleslaw and fries were average. The Gado Gado was way better. The portion was generous and it was tasty. I would have liked more sauce and keropok though. Tip: Join the Best Western Rewards program. With membership, you get a generous discount on your food bill. The staff were all helpful, efficient and spoke English well. Overall, my stay was more pleasant than my last over 2 years ago.

A regular at this hotel before covid. Despite many changes after about 2 years of closed borders, I am greatly satisfied as standards are still kept high. Room was really clean and facilities functioning well. Breakfast was superb but not as wide spread as pre covid. I believe it will be back to normal when more tourists start to enter more frequently.

Receptionist are very polite even staff pool. But for room service have to more focus, cause I have asked to borrow the 2 plate and 2 spoon, but they're only give a spoon, so i eaten my food so hardly without a plate :(

I've been in Batam for a week for a business trip and I stayed at Best Western Premier Panbil. I can say the staff is really professional, careful in understanding one's needs and willing to help you for any requests. Plus, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good (great variety of alternatives to choose) and the swimmingpool is amazing. For sure, I will consider again Best Western Premier Panbil for other business trips or vacation in Batam.

Over all it was a great stay, we paid for 700.000 rupiah for one night stay, quite pricey for no breakfast/sahoor offers but it was worth because the room was clean, staff were friendly. We even ask for bicycle outside serve hours but the staff gave us access for cycling around. The good thing here you can jogg or cycling around the elite forest theme area. Definitely come back for another staycation. Thankyou for great hospitality.

We have stayed for 1 night at Best Western Premier Panbil, it was an amazing experience that we had last week. Everything was perfect, we booked a deluxe room facing the lake. On the morning we woke up and open the curtain, there was a greenery view, so calming and mesmerizing. Overall the service was excellent too! I forgot my ID card at the reception, then I realized that I left it at the hotel 3 days after check out, I immediately texted Ms. Via through WA, and she helped me to find my ID Card, thank you for the quick action. Will come back again next time for sure.

We stayed at Best Western Premier Panbil for 2 nights for a business meeting. The meeting room and the bedrooms are really nice. The internet connection and sound system were working perfectly for our zoom meeting. The hotel has a really good sevice and the hotel staff was always ready to help. It was a really good experience. Nice service. Nothing to complain about. Spotless Clean. Aircon work well, breakfast is good and have good variety. I stay there 4 nights in a row, and there is no other issues. The only thing that minor was the taste of the breakfast, there are some food taste not so good.

Great Hotel with all the facilities, the bedroom are clean. actually we got double bed with separate bed, but they help us to combine the beds. its really pleasant for us since the kids don't want to separate the bed. For the pool, they have amazing view in there. you have to take the picture for sure.

On December 29, 2021, my colleagues and I had a gala dinner at a rooftop restaurant, thanks to Ms. Luthfia's recommendation. She was correct; the dinner was delicious, and the ambiance was fantastic. Everything is of the highest quality. The entire BWP crew provided us with exquisite service. I'd also like to express my gratitude to Ms. Emmy at this time. During and before the event, she was courteous, patient, and quick to respond. The food and beverage service staffs also greeted us warmly and provided excellent service. We stayed at the hotel on 24 - 27 Dec 2021, previously it was a bit difficult to get a reservation at this hotel due to peak season conditions, but with the assistance of the hotel staff, Mr. Sebayang and also Ms. Emi (Marketing Director), which is confirmed that we got connected room Deluxe type room no. 817 and 818,... It was quite comfortable room with the lake and forest view, very refreshing to the eyes from room, the hotel staffs is very friendly, the hotel is clean, all the facilities in the room are well function, the breakfast and food is delicious, the swimming pool is comfortable for children, even though the noise from the street is sometimes a little annoying and sometimes the sound from other room next to us is heard to our room, but in general this hotel is comfortable to stay, recommended hotel for vacation or business activities. We booked a Junior Suite room for family staycation on 27 December 2021. Upon arrival at 15:00, there were nothing wrong when check in. When we arrived at the 8th floor, we were greeted by a 'room boy' (I assume he is a room boy as wearing white suit and black pant) asking in which room we were and how many kids were with us. We were parents with 13 years old boy, 9 years old daughter and twin 6 years old boys. And he said that kids over 13 years old are consider adult and must pay for extra bed. I explained that not all of us were staying because our house is only 2 km away. 2 hours later there were call from receptionis saying that we must book another room because he said as seen from the hotel CCTV there were too many of us. I explained again that not all of us would stay because that were not possible for us to sleep with so many of us even paid for an extra bed. I told them that my twins 6 years old boys would go home which is only 2 km away and sleep with the father before 21:00 and in fact they went out from the hotel at 20:30. This kind of experience never happen to us when we stay in other hotels. The Junior Suite room is nice but not the services. So if you ask me, are we having a great experience in the hotel, the answer is NO because it was ruined by the customer services.

This is the hotel that I've stay for many times in Batam. The staffs was very nice and helpful, two thumbs up especially for reception staffs that able to manage my room booking even though the hotel voucher is not issued yet. The room is very clean and completed with a high quality and comfortable bed + pillow. This is a highly recommended hotel.

Spent Christmas night here, everything was enjoyable! The impressions were the staff being superb friendly & kind, food and services were all good and as for the room came with a nice view, to sum it up this stay was fun & enjoyable, would definitely be back again!

I must say that I had a pleasant time during my stay in Best Western Panbil Batam. The room is quite big, free and simple access to WiFi, free minibar, great choice of TV channels (as I only watch to music channel in hotel, this is a great point). Great hotel.

I have been stayed for 2 nights with my family and we had great experienced there. We stayed at Junior Suite Room and the view was amazing. Room interior is so beautiful. The location is in the center of the city, near to every place in Batam 15-30 mins prox by car or motorbike. The staff was very helpful too! The food is great. I wish i can return to stay here! Keep it up and beyond !!

Overall service here are very excellent. I was surprised by the room package, it comes with breakfast and mini bar (for free). And all the facilities, pool sauna bicycle inclusive to the room package. And breakfast was delicious too! Will be back again for sure

Last week I stayed in here only by my self. I stayed 3 days, the room was so spacious and amenities provided in here are excellent. Staycation for 2 nights with my family. This hotel has affordable price and excellent service. I was not expected that they were treated us very special. I stayed at Junior Suite Room, upon check in they serves us a welcoming sliced cake and gave us a voucher for hi-tea at level 15. We were surprised by the view from our room. AMAZING! and the food also good at the breakfast buffett. The mini bar in the room is free though! Very satisfying stay. Keep up the good service.

It has been a perfect experience stay here. I went with my friends to celebrate her birthday. Hotel provides the complimentary birthday cake for my friend, we didn't even askes for a cake but they did extra mile service. And we also enjoyed the breakfast buffett at Andaliman restaurant. We had 2D1N stay at Best Western Panel for a staycation. So far the services was amazing, all the staff are very professional and helpful. The swimming is an extra attention for me because my daughter like to play in the swimming pool. The pool for kids is safe and view was nice. Great place and agree with their tagline "a place called home". Nice breakfast although the choice is not much, but the taste is good. Maybe should add more breakfast options. The sunrise view from the room is also very good. The service is very good and the staff is friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights. Nice breakfast on par with its star level. Located in a quiet area next to a nice residential neighborhood. A small supermarket is next door though opens only til 8pm. Well trained, friendly and accomodating staff. All in all, well recommended. I will definitely stay there again next time.

Love the location and ambience. It's not far from Batam's Hang Nadim Airport & Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and near city centre too, but the area around this hotel is so greeny and calm. They also offer free sport facilities such as bicycle, gym and swimming pool. I slept at the deluxe room. It's good, spacious, clean and have beautiful view. The service is almost excellent. A little bit disappointed they didn't pick me up from the airport, even though I already requested it to them, but they directed me correctly how to get a taxi at the airport though, I don't know if it because of this pandemic some of their services are not working, but some of their staff are very helpful.

This Hotel still my favorite Hotel recently and hopefully it always do in many years to come. In our visited at the time we had some medical issue which is me and my husband had a schedule to brought my son for growth check up, and lucky us the Hospital we should going to was near to the Hotel. During our stay all is fabulous, staff so pretty welcome, helpful and very kind to us, until we had a little funny story in the other evening, we had made a reservation dinner for 4paxs at the Arirang Restaurant which is my husband was invites his head department ( Kepala Dinas ) and wife. and when we got through to the Restaurant the staff who was in duty at that time told us that they served Non Halal food, we were quite surprised because they didn't put any sign " Non Halal " or what so ever, but that was okay me and my husband just lil bit laugh and though it was just misunderstood. We decided to moved the dinner into the La Bella Vita Rooftop Bar immediately before The Kepala Dinas and wife arrived at the Hotel, we had great evening, great food great drinks and absolutely great conversation at that night. So me and my family just wanted to thankyou to the Best Western Premier hotel staff for always treat us in good and warm , specially thankyou to Mr. Besrin he is so humble person and quick response whenever we do need his help. We guarantee you that we'll always choose you whenever we visit Batam. Thankyou and goodluck in many chance to come.

I bought 'Pay Now Stay Later' voucher a year ago, and just had a chance to use it now, 2021 still in pandemic situation. This is a 1-day stay including breakfast voucher that i used together with my wife. I have been in BWP hotel before for other activity few years ago, but just had a chance to enjoy staying in hotel room now. We are really impressed with the building, services, facilities, and the room condition even during this time, we have been told that BWP hotel only operates room at 2 floors. We stayed in room 916, nice, clean and big room with good vew of Duriangkang reservoir and met my expectation. Beautiful.. Full toileteries, free mini bar (fanta, juice, snacks), and impressive facilities in the room Swimming pool at 2nd floor was good to use. Front desk, restaurant, security staffs were very kind, helpful and full with greetings. Breakfast was good and tasty...many options of food/baverages available. Keep up the good service.. After this experience, we are planning to stay again in next future...

To be honest this is our first trip as a family during pandemic of COVID-19, why we choose Best Western Premier Panbil, because the hotel is quiet far from the down town so we felt safe from people crowded. The Hotel has own standard of Hygiene as it is necessary in this pandemic times. My families specially the kids very happy and enjoyable even whole day just stayed in the room, did their daring school and sometimes played the games. My opinion about the Hotel, it is one of Luxury Hotel in Batam Island for nowdays, with luxury rooms, luxury swimming pool, huge lobby and absolutely the best view from rooftop that u can't found in the other Hotel in Batam. We stay for holiday with family, good swimming pool and very nice breakfast especially for guest which looking Indonesian local cuisine food. Nice view as it's exactly opposite of the bigger reservoir in Batam, named Duriangakang Muka Kuning, it's one of the best view for batam golden sunrise in Batam.

It's more about the service, i feel kinda boring with the "basa basi" like ( siang pak.. siang buk..) can you guys iust make the staff to have a seat with us and share the experience about anything. Just like the "tuan rumah" having us as a guess in their house. That would be an additional point i think.

Nice place. Good services. Room boy comes on time. I got good response when i make a call for assistance. May be one thing need to improve is TV channel. I don't know what's hotel's policy but they need to provide cable tv channel like HBO and stuff instead of local channels and some free air tv. But the rest is ok

I stayed here with a friend a days ago and I have nothing but praises for this place. It surpassed my expectations. The room was spacious and clean and since we booked a Deluxe room, we had the view of the pool. It was beautiful. staff were really polite and helpful with answering all my queries, especially for HK Manager Mr Aris thank you for your warm and hospitality.

First of all, I stayed at this hotel and got a junior suite with a view towards the lake, a cool view. The room conditions were very neat and very well maintained. Then I tried hanging out at Labela Vita Bar on lt.15, incredible view, very atmosphere comfortable. the employees are friendly. Later when I come back to Batam, I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Best Western Premier Panbil is easily accessible to downtown, room rates are very affordable and the hotel itself has very modern interiors. Each room has free Wi-fi. Amazing staff, foods and view from Infinity Pool and Rooftop Restaurant!!! Will be back again soon.

My friends and I had a great time just before the borders were closed and we were glad to have stayed in Best Western Premier Panbil... We arrived quite early and upon entering the hotel we were welcomed with smiles from the moment we enter the hotel as well as the staffs from reception. We requested for an interconnecting rooms and we were glad that it was ready and available. A very smooth check in indeed. Rooms were great with comfortable beds to sleep on. Breakfast was so so but the spread is still good! And as usual Ima, from the sales department, is forever hospitable and her warmth personality always drive me to return the your lovely hotel. I will definitely return to Best Western Premier Panbil when borders are open again and we miss you much!

It is my first time to stay at Best Western Premier Panbil Hotel and I am very satisfied with the staffs' hospitality, beautiful view outside and luxury interior inside, practicing health protocol and the most important thing is my room at the 9th floor is excellent. I will be back to Best Western Premier Panbil when I visit Batam in the future.

I can say I stayed there almost two months and just felt like it was... Ok.. The rooms were nice the premise nice. The staff ok.. It felt like they had not come to grips w Covid yet and really did not cater to the guest as if the guest was that important. for me- Customer service is everything and even though the staff did there best it felt like management was holding them back. I went on to stay w many other hotels that I will review for the same money that seemed to meet my expectations so much more- Thus for me- Ok

Thank you for warm welcome, hoping I could get chance to stay there again. So quiet and good for solo travel. Facilities are good, foods good. They offer you choices so you can decide, well, unfortunate that Spa facility not open but it for guests safety. So I can accept that

I was a repeater at this hotel (5 to 6 stays per year) but unfortunately I was disappointed at all with the service and quality standards. First of all, my room type preference or requests have never been approved all the times even I am a repeater, they don't have any record of history. Even my stay was on a special occasion, they only ignored and no celebrations. Well this is not the premier standard, same level as only budget business hotel. I wonder how they manage the guest record or guest comments. Secondary the food and bevarage attendant forgot to set up cutlery on the table before the food was served. Food comes first then no cutlery so I wanted to call the staff but already disappeared and nobody else at the restaurant to look after us, I end up walked to pick up cutlery by myself. Unfortunately I found out that cutlery was not only one thing they forgot, they also forgot steak sauce, salt, pepper on side of the steak dishes. This is not professional for hotel restaurant. I have left a comment that steak was already cold and hard because of those reasosns that staff didn't bring cutlery and sauce for long time, but the attendant said "i will send this feedback to the head chef". I think chef did good cooking and nothing wrong with chefs. I liked this hotel for a long years as a repeater but I have found out that this is not a premier class anymore on service standard. The modern facilities and location are still amazing as well as the cleanliness at both public space and the bed room is always well maintained.

It feels like home. Everyone is friendly and their staff makes you feel welcome and while having breakfast, the waiter and waitress did not make you wait for your food. They serve to your table. The staff always ensure they are on their toes when serving guests. I love it!

I recently booked a two night stay at Best Western Premier Panbil. The staff, guest facilities, and hotel room exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh, staff were welcoming and very helpful especially with me being in a foreign country. The complimentary breakfast is definitely something worth getting up early for. There are so many options to choose from they also are willing to accommodate you if you have dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, no pork, gluten etc) I'm already booking a second trip! thanks again Best West Premier Panbil!

Pros Comfortable bed, wide spread of variety of breakgast, very good service by staff, very good wifi, provide free shuttle to nearby industrial park. Cons quite far from nearest Panbil Mall or Kepri Mall and there's no free shuttle to these mall, the portion of restaurant food is rather big.

The hotel location is not within the busy Nagoya town area which was too my liking. Hotel room was equipt with amenities and decor. We woke up to a beautiful greenery view. Love that ESKA has a branch here. Breakfast was a spread.

My mom and i stayed at Best Western Panbil from 4-6 March, we didn't notice that ESKA is located in the same building and was very excited to know that we don't have to go out for our wellness retreat. Few names that I need to mention Dadang (Front desk) for a great check-in experience, Lita (Eska) who assisted my mom & last but not least, Imran (Eska) who assisted me during my time there. Service staff were very courteous, room was clean and had a free mini bar. Even the spa had reasonable prices considering it's a 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was great, with good variety of food available. Ala carte dinner at the same restaurant wasn't as good taste wise, however we got a 50% discount on all food except beverages as the check in stuff signed us up for a free membership with the hotel. Got a room for 75 Singapore dollars with breakfast for two. Can't complain! Overall highly recommended.

We had one of the most excellent stay at the hotel with a clean toilet and bath tub, safe environment and a fantastic view from the swimming pool. Before the check-in, my husband requested for a delightful surprise for anniversary and it was so nice of GRO Yosi to arrange for additional deco in the Junior Suite. Not only me but and even my husband was given a surprise for the upgrade with a GREAT view! It made our morning so special. We would also like to thank all the staff for putting a smile on their faces and working responsibly. Mr Robert, our shuttle driver, was also cheerful and friendly. We felt safe around him. Thank you to the team at Best Western Premier!

A well worth stay at this hotel during my trip to Batam. Highly Recommended if you would like to have a stay with good cleanliness, ambiance and service. They have pretty decent free breakfast to start your morning too!

We actually booked the hotel after reading the reviews online. At first we were quite hesitant as the location was not good according to the reviews. When we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the bellboys. The check in was really smooth and fast. Our room was a smoking room which was located on the third floor. I was really surprised when we got to the third floor and it didn't smell like smoke. We even wondered if they actually gave us a smoking room, usually hotels that have smoking floors, reek of cigarettes, which might be unsavoury to some. The room was really spacious and clean. All the towel and toiletries were provided. They were refilled upon request. There was a mini-mart in the hotel area which was really convenient for us. Taxi services and shuttle bus provided by the hotel were really convenient. Will be good if you ask a bellboy to get a taxi for you as there might be a slight language barrier with the drivers. Overall, I have no complaints about this hotel. The view from the Swimming pool was nice, staffs were friendly and approachable. There are many facilities such as Swimming pool, gym and steam room to keep you occupied. Do check us out on YouTube for a mini-vlog in my profile bio. This was my second time to Stay here. The only thing that marks my stay aside from the Great Facilities that they have Is Their Outstanding Services... Aside from their wide variety of Buffet breakfast, Beautiful and relaxing views at pool and Complete Gym set-up..it is their Friendly Service that Impressed me a lot. The Hotel has a complete facilities that you would like to have...Gym, bar, Sauna, Spa, Free Service Tour, Bountiful Breakfast Buffet and convenience store. The following staff truly deserves some commendation for their Friendly Services and committment to WOW their Guest.. 1. Alda - staff from F&B greet you and approached you with a smile mentioning your name makes you feel at home and special. 2. Andi - Housekeeping Department who aside if keeping my room clean & Tidy gave a message of care in my room and creates a Towel Teddy Bear to lighten up your day. 3. The hotel highlights would definitely be the premium location and great services, The breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic, which includes a wide variety of tasty dishes with a team of friendly serving us! The hotel also comes with an infinity lap pool which was huge and the view was very beautiful which really helps us to unwind. The room was clean equipped with pleasant lighting and comfortable beddings. We would definitely stay there again our next trip to batam.

This is the best hotel that I had stay in batam. All staff are very polite and excellent service Front desk Miss Yogi I guess as forgotten to see her name she was very friendly, polite and had a nice smile to welcome us. Came as short getaway for 2 nights. Main reason to stay here is to pamper ourselves at Eska Spa within the hotel premises. Booked deluxe room. Requested for a room away from elevator, but without question asked, was given the first room upon elevator. Room is acceptably clean, although there are some wall stains and room armchair is stained with wet patches. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We spent most of our time at Eska Spa within the hotel premises. The spa was quite a disappointment. Expensive for the inexperience staff, although staff were very friendly. My husband asked for a GI haircut (how hard can it be?), and was assigned with inexperience stylist who took an hour just for his hair cut and my husband complain the hairstylist keep pressing the shaver down his scalp and he had to control the pain. The same hairstylist blew dry my hair and curl, but keeps tangling on the round hairbrush.. he keeps tugging my hair. Body Massage was ok. I took classic pedicure and again, was assigned with inexperience manicurist. She push my cuticle too far and and cut too deep on the skin till i bled. Took forever to apply nail polish, and had to remove and reapply the all the toe nails again because it was so streaky and messy. Didn't even apply any basecoat and top coat. Pretty disappointed with the workmanship with Eska. For this price, I won't be coming again to Eska.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. I would say this is best 4 star hotel in Batam. Of course price is slightly more however you will sure have a pleasant and comfortable stay in this hotel. It is very clean and staffs are very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend for others and sure I stay in this hotel for sure when come to Batam next time. They have a infinity swimming pool as well which is very nice.

Best Western is a clean, modern hotel with great service. The staff went above our expectations and the shuttle service operator was so caring to take us to the exact drop off place we needed to go. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds are very comfy. The rooms are dark and quite so you get a great nights rest. This hotel serves up a fantastic breakfast with so many choices of Chinese, Indonesian, Malaysian, European, American, Japanese and even healthy drink tonics! Plus deserts, breads and wonderful pastries. The reason I am not giving 5 stars here is because most of the amenities that we wanted to use were out of order....the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi were all not working correctly or just plain broken in the ladies area. It seems to have been this way for quite some time. Otherwise this is an awesome hotel.

It was a very relaxing stay and easy accessibility to the Malls, thanks to the free shuttle service! The pool with the view was beautiful. Everyone was raving about the breakfast and yes! Very nice stay, next time would come again ! The hotel prepared precisely everything we asked for, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Even thought we booked the room from bookings.com, they still had no problem communicating.

The hotel, althiugh away from the shopping centre of Nagoya, is quiet and its ambience very nice. However, I feel that the buffet breakfast especially the western food items could be improved. There should also be more frequent bus shuttle services to Nagoya Hill Shopping centre. The last shuttle service from the shopping centre to the hotel is 4.30 pm. This should be extended to 8.30 pm or 9 pm. Overall, we enjoyed the stay at the hotel as the service by the staff was superb.

I and my wife had an overall satisfying stay. Front office managed to meet our request for exact room view as per advertised. Early check in and late checkout request easily met! Bravo to Best Western Premier Panbil!

The bed is soft and fluffy but the jacuzzi is closed at our arrival. The pool water seems not sanitized as my scalp gets itchy after the swim and there are weird brown spots on my swimming costume though. The variety of buffet for breakfast are awesome and a lot of equipment at gym too.

Comfortable stay at Superior Room. Staff were generally friendly and accommodating. Adequate facilities. Fell short of expectations for the price- location was quite a distance from city and shuttle service was very limited on weekdays. Hot tub/jacuzzi was perpetually under maintenance, and late checkout request (as Best Western Rewards member) could not be granted due to high occupancy rate. Generally pleasant breakfast experience though staff should pay more attention to clearing used plates or cutlery in a more timely manner. An excellent 3-star hotel option.

My family stayed at Best Western Premier last night (on a Thur). Don't get me wrong, this hotel is a very nice hotel, with great pool, good breakfast spread, friendly staff. Just the location is pretty far from places we wanted to go. But I still booked the room thinking it was ok since they have free shuttle services to town and back... I was wrong. Shuttle services to town during the weekday is only at 10am and 12noon. By the time I checked in was past 2pm, so no more shuttle service for us to get to town. Next morning, we checked out before 12noon and enquired about the free shuttle... no luck again because it was full. The free shuttle services only run more frequently over the weekends...and you have to book as early as you can.

Very Cosy space, Rooms are spacious and accommodated 6 of us. Very friendly and well trained staff. Great breakfast. Well maintained rooms and amenities. I will give 5 stars for space and staff. Kudos to all working there.

For all guests, please do note that they have pickup service from mega mall. Can request from hotel by emailing them to pick you up once you arrive by ferry. We didn't know until we reach the hotel. Took cab and it cost us about $7SGD.

Stayed for two nights at this hotel, my first time after recommendation from my daughter who had stayed here in Jul 2019. Beds were so comfy, one of the best in the hotels I have stayed overseas. Complimented to the restaurant manager on the service staff who were so fast and efficient in their work. Breakfast was excellent with good spread of yummy food. Used the hotel's spa for facial which gave 20% disc to hotel guests, better than when visiting the same chain in city without discounts. Due to rain, no opportunity to swim at the infinity pool. Shuttle bus service was excellent. Will stay again in hotel when I next visit.

I had one of the bestest experience staying in this hotel. Just a lil far from the city to have that peaceful time away from bustling city. Great customer service, polite officers greeting you from time to time. Spa, swimming pool, great dining and salon in the hotel. Even if you choose to just stay in the hotel for the whole trip, it will still be worth it.

Very impressive hotel by the service, staff, food, and facilities. The beautiful view from the room, rooftop restaurant, and the swimming pool must be the highlight of my stay. Breakfast is also great with many options on menu. Helpful staff assist us very well. I would always come back to stay here again.

Not disappointed when I picked this hotel for an anniversary staycation. The staff was professional and provided good service. I had a nice spacious room but was slightly disappointed that I did not have any good view from my room. The room was equipped with a Nespresso machine and the mini bar provided complimentary snacks and drinks. The hotel was in quiet location and a bit further from the ferry point/jetty (taxi charged extra to come to this hotel). However, the hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to the major malls in Batam (Grand Batam, Nagoya Hill and Mega Mall) and back to the hotel (twice on weekdays and about 4-5 times on weekends). This shuttle service is very good and will be good for the hotel to keep this up. Many hotels are coming up in Batam and there will be heavy competition in the future. But Best Western has its own selling and service points and will be able to hold its own.

It was an unforgettable moment staying here at Panbil. With some hiccups , the staffs here assisted us through out our stay. I had a fall, and had a big , deep cut on my chin. The staffs were very proactive and ensured my safety. The manager on duty, Victor, drove us to the hospital to get my chin stitched up. He even worked pass his duty time to serve and stayed with us with great patience and sincerity. The front desk staffs were very warm, friendly and understanding. Eventhough , one of the staff was a trainee, I could see that he was equipped with proper training. The staffs there even offered to bring breakfast to our room as we got back late from the hospital. It's very thoughtful of them to do such a wonderful thing. Our trip started with alot of hiccups but they truly made it better for us that it turn out to be an utterly wonderful experience. I experienced a great stay at Best Western Hotel Panbil, Batam. Previously I've stayed a few times at this hotel, always feel the same experience. Grand lobby entrance, updated design room, very clean in every detail, delicious and various breakfast. I got a room with a view to the lake. And most of all, they upgrade my room into a junior suite! Thank you for the hospitality Best Western! Surely will be stay at your chain hotels.

Our stay was memorable with the surprise Anniversary cake by the hotel brought up personally by Mr Ade(FO manager). Thanks to Mr Adit(frontdesk)with the late checkout and providing us the best beautiful connecting rooms 1212 and 1215 with the beautiful gem view of the lake (watch the amazing view during sunrise.Dun miss it)and patiently attending to all our request and Ms Adelina(HOD) which accompany us during our splendid excellent delicious breakfast buffet spread (18Nov) , Special Thanks to the Chefs. Simply the best team ever. Great Excellent job to all BWPP hotel team. The hotel have everything from nice pool with view of the lake and BBQ at night , Eska Spa, Gym, 24hrs room service and excellent entertaning live music at night . All this makes you feel like not going out at all. Hotel also have 2 shuttle services at 10am and 12pm only to Mega Mall is such a great idea. I have just finished a 1 night stay here. All the staff that we met were amazing specially for Mr. Ade (FO Manager), Ms. Corry (Reservation), Mr. Adit (FrontDesk) heading the lobby when we arrived from airport.. If the staff members of the Best Western Premier Panbil Batam are rated 5*, then these them should be rated 7*.. We were delighted with the hotel overall, the facilities, the cleanliness, the food, the views. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely seek to stay here again..

Good service, room is clean, breakfast served with variety of food- fantastic. I like the room designed with all the unique furniture,big screen TV and importantly is the cozy living environment. I would recommend to my colleague and friends to stay in this hotel.

We decided to visit Battam for r and r and loved the hotel immediately with friendly and caring staff. Breakfast was beautiful catering for different diets. The infinety pool was great. A special thanks to manager Ade who personally assisted with our needs. General manager Andrew was a friendly and polite person who took the time to spaek to us and ensure all needs were attended to. Finally a handy large food and beverage shop next door was great. An inhouse massage and beauty salon was used with great massages for around $20 aud for an hour. Very clean and lovely staff. All in all try the stay here, you will love it for rest and relaxation.

Clean roomy and comfortable. Great service staff. Good breakfast. Hotel shuttle available to Grand Mall and Mega Mall. Taxi and Grab also easily available. We had an enjoyable stay. However if you stay on the 12th floor, the ‘music' from the floor above (the 15th floor because there is no 13th or 14th floor) can be loud.

The hotel is new and basically everything is new. The scenery was great for my room. My room also come with breakfast. The breakfast was good and alot of variety. There are sky bar at floor 15th, swimming pool and massage Spa and level 2. The disadvantage might be I can't see any shopping mall around this area. Therefore if you need to buy water or food, this might be a problem for family with kids.

I would rate this hotel beyond the 5 star international hotel rating in view of their good and attentive customer service. The staffs were very quickly in attending to our enquiries and they would always check and double check again to ensure that our enquiry was resolved successfully. The staffs are very friendly and approachable and we would like to say thank you to the General Manager Mr. Andrew Tampi and his staffs in managing the hotel so well. The hotel breakfast spread was huge and again another plus point to this hotel. We will definitely be back again to this hotel in near future. There are certain things that the hotel can improve is to increase the shuttle services in view of the high demand. Also, the hotel can consider open the bar / restaurant until late past midnight to cater for the night owls since there there is no nearby restaurants near to the hotel.

All the staff, without exception, were extremely helpful, kind and courteous. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel and the attention we received from Dewi, our delightful waitress. Every request was met with a smile and she kindly arranged for us to join the Best Western Club and enjoy the many benefits offered. The breakfast choice was amazing with a wide array of Asian and European dishes. We used the pool and massage facilities and loved both. There is also a spa, sauna and steam room but we did not use them. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The free minibar and coffee/tea-making facilities were much appreciated. We took the shuttle service provided by the hotel to Batam Center ferry port on our return and also organized a taxi pick-up at the hotel to take us to a shopping mall nearby. The staff could not have been more helpful in making these arrangements for us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Batam. They will not be disappointed. It offers top-class, professional service at an affordable price.

We booked 3 rooms in total, to celebrate my friend's birthday. The hotel decorated the room with balloons and allowed prior arrangement of the cake. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. We had a good sleep. Breakfast variety were plentiful but the taste of most dishes were not too great for my taste. Didn't enjoy the breakfast.

It my 1st time in batam. We in group of 4. Well what can i said i choose the right hotel to stayed even my friend been in batam for several time, they commented this is the best of the best hotel that they had stayed. Staff were friendly and approachable. Room was clean, bed so comfortable and plus point complimentary minibar. Everything is perfect. There 's Eska salon and Spa, i did my hair and massage there ..price very reasonable. Breakfast was superb! Buffet wide spread !! Definitely i will be back to this hotel

We had such a pleasant stay over here. Service was exceptional, lots of options for breakfasts although it can get crowded, comfortable beds, clean rooms, great water pressure, complimentary shuttle to several shopping areas, lovely pool which was a decent size and a charming rooftop bar. The reception area has lots of comfy sofas and lobby smells so nice. Will definitely book again the next time we're here!

Try their room with forest view. They have incredible view, feel nothing like in batam. Marvelous. The breakfast also good, maybe need to make it more spacious, because sometime too crowded in the restaurant. But we can come earlier, to avoid the hectic situation

Fantastic play today stay rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is close to great golf courses. I stayed in a suite which was great value for money I would recommend this hotel for any stay in Batam.

The food is good, bed is cozy and drivers and staffs are all nice people. The Janpan/Korean restaurant down stairs is also good. Not crowded and have decent Japanese Korean food served. Looking forward for another stay here

As my hotel voucher stated "king size double bed" but however at that rainy - exhausted - night the Front office staff told me that I must choose either twin - non smoking room or single smoking room bed (well It so annoying for me).after terrible 30 minutes waiting for its staff told me that they want to combining twin into one bed but I still found my bed just twin which set side by side only (what was in my mind they would be covering it with bed topper).The only good thing is duty manager gave me warmly greeting to accompany me into my room. Well,readers you would find luxurious hotel with completely facilities from border-less swimming pool with gut views to the hot sauna and jacuzzi and spa to relax your body and soul. You would also find a warm greeting and good service of restaurant staff in the morning especially for whom in diet and breakfast to be taken away. The day after,I left Batam and I realized that my swimsuit has left behind in the bathroom. I have called the hotel for asking it to the lost and found Depart.( I really still remember that I put my swimsuit hanging in the towel holder). What a pity of me, the staff told me that there was no lost and found thing in the room I have stayed for a nite. It is all about integrity and now I really questioning it with BIG QUESTION MARK ?

We had a great time staying here!The service is really good from the time we reach.We would like to thank Robet at the front door-he have been really helpful in explaining in detail on all our questions.The room makeup by Didin is also very good.Although the Malls are not near-it's good that the hotel provide shuttle service to the Malls.I would really recommend and would definitely be back.

Superb service from all the staff. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast has A LOT of options. The infinity pool was also nice with good view. There is also ESKA massage in the hotel, we did not have to go outside for a massage. Except for the slow elevator (one is under maintenance) and quite an isolated location. Everything was superb.

Service was great and staff was friendly and helpful. Relatively new hotel, room is spacious and comfortable. Love the view from the room, we had a lakeview room. Hotel is about 30 to 45 minutes form Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Love the view, tranquility and comfort of the hotel.

Decent enough place to stay, nice facilities like the gym, pool, and spa. Be careful of a few things here: -They dont report your stays to Best Western Rewards. Every time i have stayed here i had to call Best Western to get my nights and points updated. - They keep your deposit. Unless you call and complain they dont return your deposit. - Double charged. Both times ive come here booking 2 rooms, they have asked both myself and my 2nd room to pay the full amount for both rooms. Once the room is paid, they will ask the 2nd guest to pay as well.

I love everything about this hotel. Amazing room, staff, breakfast, facilities. The view & ambiance of the sky bar is really great. There's a great bakery with amazing nutella croissant-style pastry just 5 mins walk away & huge supermarket that has everything. The price is also very reasonable. I love everything about the hotel & will definitely stay here again when I visit batam.

We have been coming here since 2017 and after our first visit this is the only hotel that we have been recommending and coming back to. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the breakfast spread is delicious. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. We came with our aunt fir this visit and upon check-in they arranged for connecting rooms for us. Will continue to come back and looking forward to our next stay here.

Overall the hotel is good. The room is spacious. The breakfast is decent, typical foods of hotels in Indonesia. It is located about 20 minutes from Batam Center or Nagoya Hill. There is a shopping mall nearby, the Panbil Mall. The staffs are nice, they have live music at ground floor. Things to improve is probably the cleanliness of the floor. We feel that the floor was oily like it had not been mopped for some time.

Staff really friendly and warm welcome, fast check-in and check-out, good cleanlines of room. Breakfast food was good and many of choices. Amazing infinity pool with lake view and good view from Rooftop Bar.

The hotel overall deco is beautifully done with class. The rooms are all fully equipped. It is very clean and with air freshener. The staff service is fantastic, never fail to greet you and with a smile. The hotel restaurant food are also delicious and breakfast complimentary food was really a vast spread, which to me is like a lunch or dinner spread. Worth the money spend. Very relaxing

The staff was super friendly and very helpful, especially to our little daughter. The room was nice and well equipped. Other hotel amenities such as pool etc. were good. The food in the main restaurant and in the rooftop bar was very good and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately there was no daily complimentary afternoon tea or mocktail in the Silangit Executive Lounge as it is custom in most other hotels of this category, especially in Singapore.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed. Furnishings and decor were modern and tasteful. The electrical sockets on the desk and at one of the bedside tables didn't work though. I also only got decaf instant coffee in the room. I don't drink decaf. Good selection at breakfast. Pretty good food at the restaurant during dinner and when I ordered room service. I liked that they had takeaway cups for me to get my cappuccino to go. Nice swimming pool and spa was good too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walls were pretty thin though so I could hear the mobile phone ringing in the next room, and even the guy snoring at night. That bothered my sleep despite the comfy beds.

Check-in and check-out on time and easy, staff were very friendly. Food were delicious, rooms were always clean and maintained. We stayed 2 night and was given a slice of cake as it was my birthday. Thanks to the staff, Cecep. Very patience, and efficient.

Everything about this hotel says it's superbly well managed and inspiring to see. Every attention to detail is taken care of without being intrusive. Food is great, breakfast is incomparable. Cocktails are 8/10 and weekend entertainment is pretty much on par with expectation. Staff held a well managed birthday celebration at the table during breakfast and the cake was delish! Just one snag with the ESKA spa on site. It's not as well run. Therapists were no-show or late for advanced reservations with lots of flimsy excuses. Foot therapist was sleepy and nodding off. Shower stall was wet, mouldy and had a broken shower head. Not the best maintained and need a good dose of discipline to bring the spa up to the level of the hotel.

Glad that we choose the hotel and appreciated for having a great view. Watching the sunrise from the bedroom window.. looking forward to bring my whole family here for vacation soon. And hopefully we get the same view..

I feel like sleeping at the corridor as the room was tremendously hot. Despite the technician that came to room 1109 (executive suite) yet,nothing solved! My son was unable to sleep and I just cant wait to CHECK OUT! ANDALIMAN WAS GOOD! LOVE THE BANQUET THOUGH BUT THE REST? WASTE TIME AT LEAST 15MINS JUST TO TAKE ELEVATOR! Will i come bck? NO!!!!

There is nothing to complain about. The executive room is very spacious and the bed is so comfortable. The hotel is clean. Love the pool and the spa. Since the mall is a distance, shuttle service is provided to 3 different malls, booking in advance is required. Great variety of breakfast spread, delicious really. The management and staff are friendly and helpful. They actually went all out to check if we are comfortable and if we had a great time. An excellent service provided by Mr Aris and Mr Ade by fetching and sending us in a private car is really an added service. These 2 managers really made us feel like we are part of their family. I would definitely return.

Stayed At Western Premier Panbil from 24-26 Aug19. It was our short getaway celebrating19th Wedding Anniversary. Arrived at Hotel At 11am and was greeted by The Front Staff . As our room was not ready, we was invited by Duty Front Office Manager Mr Ade Kurniawan to wait at Hotel Executive Lounge on 15th Floor for more comfort and relaxing area with compliments of Coffee and light Snacks. The view from the Lounge was beautiful facing the lake and greenery. Mr Ade iniatiative was commendable and we were impressed. Our room was ready by 1215hrs although Check In time was 1400hrs. Our Deluxe room was clean and the view was just as great as the Lounge area. We were also spoilt for choices during Breakfast. Delicious and varieties of choices to choose from. Staff are always ready to serve with a great Smile. Thanks also to Ms Ima Hikmawatie who handled my reservation and request. Overall experience exceeded expectation and will likely stay here again. Celebrated my birthday over the weekend in Batam. The staff here made a sweet gesture to sing a birthday song and individually wished me along with the complimentary cake. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I even had a pool view. Gorgeous rooftop views. Defo recommending to friends and family. Can't wait to come back again! Thanks Best Western!

This is a nice hotel considering quite new. Everything meets the expectations including Ariang restaurant serving Japanese/Korea cuisine. Good spread of breakfast buffet. The only short coming is the bathroom. The design of shower areas was not practical, water drainage was poor, feet's were soaked with soiled water at all times. The sewage was quite bad with foul smell. The rain forest shower was good to have but impractical. It still needs a removal shower. Pillow had strong sweat smell.

This hotel was an excellent choice was a lovely spacious room with a perfectly comfortable king size bed, nice soft clean sheets, towels, bath robes, slippers, all the necessary toiletries. comfy chairs to relax and read. Free mini bar and breakfast was sensational with an extensive selection of choice. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, our room overview by the Lake and it was so refreshing in the eyes. The lobby was big and a lot comfy sofa to sit. they had live music at night too.The staff all we encountered were polite and friendly. Excellent service from Alda who ran the breakfast room with an unbelievable efficiency, even when it was super crowded (on a public holiday). The managers Ade and Andrew were superb ambassadors for the Best Western brand name. They were able to rectify a slight hiccup with our reservation. And the two gentlemen were present every morning at the breakfast room to interact with the guests and deal with issues that cropped up.

Stayed here for a night, and i had one of the best sleep ever. Hotel is quite new, super clean, staffs are friendly. So many choices of breakfast available. Infinity pool at 2nd floor. Eska spa is also at level 2, another plus point so I don't have to find other spa. Will definitely recommend my friends or anyone to come here.

This hotel was amazing we found. It was inexpensive for us because of the pound being stronger than the rupiah but the lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. We got such a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel manager, Andrew, even welcomed us personally. The manager of the rooms took us to our room and the suite was beautiful- massive and luxurious. We ate breakfast and evening meals in the hotel for the duration of our stay and couldn't quite believe the enormous choice and how good the food was. Again the staff were amazing in the restaurant! The pool was fantastic as was the gym, which I used. The rooftop bar was amazing too and again here the staff were amazing! Overall this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. What made it the best were the lovely and hard-working staff, who couldn't do enough for us. I'd not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Batam City.

I stayed the room No.1205,the temperature in the room is too cold, and the control panel of AC was not any founction. the second was location,I need have long trip to find the beach or other viewpoints. the food were delictious,also was convenience.the wimming pool was good ,the same as GYM. any way ,I have good trip there.thank you!

Just had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Best Western Panbil. Was most impressed with the friendly and attentive customer service throughout the establishment, from reception, guest relations, concierge, restaurant, pool, driver to housekeeping. Our room has a grey with white border colour palette which is lovely. We booked a deluxe room with lakeview which was totally worth it. The other view, I believe, is the tower block of the panbil residences. Our room was clean and adequately stocked with the usual amenities, bottled water, coffee and tea making facilities and slippers. The lighting was good and there are bedside multi-plug and usb sockets for device charging. Strong wifi too. There's a rainshower in the bathroom but no hand held shower head. The food off the menu in the restaurant was good taste-wise, we particularly liked the salmon florentine but we would have preferred if it was served warmer. Pretty good spread for breakfast and we enjoyed the coffees made by the friendly young barista. Liked the eternity pool too - it is great for an afternoon swim because the hotel building blocks off direct sun. All in all, we felt welcomed and highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel quality was good. Check in and check out was fast too. It be great if late check out can be at a later timing and not just an hour later than usual check out time. Breakfast selection at the restaurant downstairs was alright, food could be replenished faster. Only downside, is the bedlinen had an awful smell as though it was laundry not dried properly. Had to endure the entire night, until next day it was changed upon request. There's a mini mart just right outside the hotel too. We tried the Japanese and Korean food at the restaurant in the hotel, food was fresh and good. Will stay here again next time if we come back.

Just came back from our 1night stay. Booked the executive suite which comes with free minibar and excess to executive lounge. What I can say is that this hotel could have been a 5* in my opinion but it just let me down one after another. Heres why: 1. Had to email the property twice since they did not respond to me after few days & I would have appreciated if the property were to acknowledge if they couldn't adhere to my requests. But instead, they didn't & I had to email them to ask if they have received my email the first time. 2. I might have expected too much as I requested for an anniversary setup (I saw a review from someone who had a birthday setup which I thought was nice)which the Reservation officer did mentioned they will do their best to accommodate but I guess not. 3. Hotel does not provide baby amenities- i.e baby tub. So if you have an infant, clean them in the sink or risk breaking your back by bathing them in the deep tub. 4. No shuttle from ferry terminal. Most hotels in Batam offered one. The reservation officer made it clear in her correspondence to me “we are no longer providing the pickup service for the non inhouse guests.” I'm not sure if we were considered “non inhouse guests” since our booking was confirmed but not such a big issue. Taxi cost IDR75k (approx 20mins) 5. Slow check-in. Bellboys were great & helpful though. Welcome drink was a nice touch. 6. Obviously I came up to a room without an anniversary setup but okay, cannot expect too much. BUT, amenities provided were empty. I thought probably just one - I needed a shower cap & the box was there BUT IT WAS EMPTY. And I checked the rest of the amenities in the box, sewing kit missing too. So I think those housekeeper obviously didn't check or replenish missing items. 7. Toilet sink too low, and I don't know how the sink is designed but water is all over the counter when tAp is on. 8. 3 lifts, but 1 was always under service (or atleast the 2 days I was there). And traveling with a pram, I had to wait ages all the time whenever I needed to go up or down from my room. I don't know how a hotel does not have a service lift? I've seen bellboy, housekeeping , room service staffs all using the same lifts so you can imagine how long I had to wait. 9. Will get Charged for an ice bucket. I've travelled quite extensively, that was a first for me. LASTLY, your breakfast service was the worst. Great potential but the lack of staffs and slow turnover made it so bad. The restaurant even had a power trip during the service. We came at 645AM & had no clean tables to sit. The live stations were so slammed that it caused long queues & my omelette was undercooked. Not good. All in all, my anniversary stay was a letdown. It could have been a great stay cause it had all the potential but unfortunately I expected too much.

I arrived at the hotel and found out my room haven't clean by the housekeeping. The problem is i left the hotel at 8am, and went back around 10.30pm. My room still as dirty as when i left in the morning The picture explain everything. Hope the management can solve this simple basic operation since the hotel already given good performance by everybody. Honestly i don't feel that way that this simple basic operation can me missed like this

Was welcomed by Fikri at the entrance of the hotel, welcome drinks are offered too. Adit from the Reception is very friendly and cheerful. Day 2, keycard is not working in the lift but was offered by a man for his staffs to send it to the second floor for us, then came to realise he is the GM for the hotel after he handed me his namecard, we had small talks, very humble and nice guy. Booked for the executive room, very spacious, clean and come with bathtub and complimentary minibar. Infinity Pool have a nice view of the lake! Was spoilt for choices by the variety of the breakfast spread! There is even complimentary Shuttle bus to Megamall and Batam Center!! Staffs in the hotel are all very friendly, keep it up!

Our family stayed 5 days at the Best Western Premier, Panbil and we loved every minute of it. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and our every need was met. A special thanks to Yosi the Guest Relations Manager for making us feel so welcome and looking after us. The breakfast was incredible with a huge selection to suit everyone. We have been travelling for 6 months in Asia and the Best Westerns, Panbil's breakfast is one of the best. We took advantage of the free shuttle offered by the hotel to the near by mall and went to the movies with our young daughter. We also loved our daily trips to the swimming pool and I hit the gym every morning for a run in the air conditioned gym. The hotel ticked all the boxes for us and we look forward to our return one day.

If you stay here, not only must u have the lakeside view, you must eat their breakfast too. I am not a coffee person, but there coffee is good. They provide transport to mega and nyogya. The place is not accessible. So if you are coming arrange for pick up at mega mall. It is free service. Unless you are willing to pay 80000 rupiah for a normal taxi. Yes, pay more for the lakeside view, worth it to wake up to view view.

Stayed here for 3 nights (over a weekend and a weekday). This hotel is located about 20mins from the nearest ferry terminal (Batam Center). There is no shopping mall nearby that is within walking distance. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel which is relatively well stocked. Hotel has an infinity pool, gym but the jacuzzi was closed for maintenance (big disappointment). The view from room either faces a service apartment next door (literally can see into their rooms) or faces a lake. Room (facing the lake) is quite small compared to room facing the service apartment). Wish rooms had balconies. There is a dining (with alcoholic drinks) place with live music and a pool table on the 15th floor. However the layout appears dangerous due to dim lights and odd protruding stairs and low glass panels (which someone can fall over if drunk). Hotel provides shuttle services to Batam Centre Mega Mall and Nagoya Hill (reservations preferred as they will not go if there are no customers). Breakfast is excellent with wide spread of food. Hotel has a Korean/Japanese restaurant, lobby bar with live music, Polo Ralph Lauren boutique, meeting facilities, bicycles for rent, spa and massage services. Room amenities appear to cater for 1 guest (only 1 bedroom robe???). Receptionists need to improve on their English language skills. Overall a pleasant stay however I probably will not return due to lack of nearby amenities.

Great ambience and a clean place. The staffs were very friendly and helpful with their information about the shopping places nearby. The eska spa group was great and a clean surrounding. For the breakfast spread, the hotel can consider to have more variety like Asian local food like roti prata, carrot cake. But overall I enjoyed the stay.

Girls' weekend trip. We had booked a superior non-smoking room at a rather high price and were upgraded to a twin bed deluxe room (610) on a smoking floor. We loved the view from the room. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Shower pressure is strong and wifi signal is good. Safe works well. However, there are little signs of wear and tear in the chipped bedside table and the tap at the bathroom sink which is a little loose. The three elevators for guests can be rather slow though. Our sneak peek of poolside area looked peaceful and relaxing. Spa and gym were on same floor. Gym is well-equipped. That weekend, the owner's daughter held her wedding at the hotel. It was a suitably festive and grand affair and the hotel's function room area was decked out with gorgeous blooms. We were not able to enjoy the pool or the rooftop lounge as the after-party for guests was held at these areas. Breakfast: Hotel offers a staggering variety of Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese and Western dishes. They even have a dedicated "barista" for cappuccinos, flat whites etc. They also offer Indonesian herbal drinks (kunyit asem and beras). You could probably eat both breakfast and lunch (with dessert) in one sitting! However, attention must be paid to food quality and freshness. My friend chose traditional Indonesian fare and discovered that the fried fish with chilli and rendang/curry had gone 'basi' or sour and suspected that it might have been from the previous day's offerings. She alerted the staff who quickly replaced said dishes. Shuttle service to and from Nagoya Hill and Mega Mall was handy for shopping, massage and dining. Booking by hotel guests for either leg must be done beforehand. Interestingly, Go-jek to/from the area only works for those with Indonesian account. Good to know: Had we know that the hotel spa offered 20% discount off its treatments for in-house guests, we would have not booked our treatment at its sister Megamall outlet. Shuttle buses over the weekend are a bonus.

Came here for group event. Excellent service and ample choices for breakfast meal with cappuccino served. Fridge items were complimentary. WiFi connection was stable. No power adaptor needed as their power sockets are universal, with additional USB ports. The technician came promptly to replace TV remote's batteries and adjust the clock. The basin in my room needed to be secured and the sink leaked a bit.

Fast check in & out. Staffs were friendly, courteous & helpful. Breakfast spread was superb & delicious! Clean rooms & comfy bed. The only minus point is when there's a function at the ballroom, loud music & voices can be heard.

I had checked in on 14-18 Jun 2019. The hotel is so nice as well-maintained. The staff was so ofriendly. They do have shuttle buses to and fro to major shopping Malls that you can do your shopping. We likes the hotel very much. Definitely we will visit you again soon.

We stayed for 1 night as a short trip from Singapore. The staff were very friendly upon arrival and extremely thorough as they told us about future discounts & rewards if we signed up to become members (which we happily agreed to). We stayed in the Junior suite which was spacious and clean and had all the amenities one could need for a short visit. The rooftop restaurant was lovely, great food (recommend the chicken tenders)!, picturesque views of the landscapes, and of course, the staff were very smiley & attentive. During the evenings they have a live band who are also very good! The pool area was vast and aesthetically pleasing- although they could have paid slightly more attention to details & cleanliness. There was a member of staff at the pool bar from lunchtime onwards, my only other point would be to make sure someone is there during the mornings as well. We used the spa on both the Sat & Sunday and had an array of treatments, carried out by the wonderful Eska spa staff. We were very pleased with the packages they had on offer! The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was well laid out and plentiful, the food tasted good and the coffee was delicious! Overall we had a lovely stay and the hotel offered more than enough facilities for us to fill our time.

Booked and Reserved Online, check in was smooth and done without any inconvenience. Every staff that attended to us was extremely respectful and friendly. The atmosphere was very peaceful, windy, clean, even the rooms that we got were very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits batam.

This is my very first review on Tripadvisor. For the top-notch, personal service rendered to us, I will not do BW Panbil and the team justice if I didn't share my wonderful experience here. Traveled to Batam for my girlfriend's birthday celebration, and we left the place with nothing but sweet memory thanks to the birthday decoration arranged by Yosi and the team at BW Panbil. Hotel staffs make you feel welcome the moment you step into their premise. They tried their best to attend to guests' queries and requests. Nice to enjoy a glass of cocktail with your loved one at the roof-top restaurant on 15th floor as well. Good place to enjoy the breeze and view with lots of greenery. Bring along a book or tablet, you can easily relax and spend a day or two at the hotel without stepping out.

The service team were polite, friendly and all smiles at all times and very informative with our queries. While the hotel location might be quite far from the shopping mall, they have (fixed timing) shuttle buses to shopping mall. Even within their hotel, they have KTV, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi (but it was out of service the day i went), sauna, massage and a rooftop bar. Nice hotel to stay in to relax. Stayed in the junior suite which comes with free minibar. The room was clean, spacious and with nice view of the skies. Breakfast was really good. Many varieties to choose from and dining area is quite spacious even with crowd.

My boyfriend and i stayed at BWP for 4d3n and we totally loved the comfort level of the hotel room. We were celebrating our Anniversary there and BWP were so nice in arranging for us a mini cake in the hotel. Wifi was fast, Breakfast was good (Donuts and Murtabak) were our favorites. It's one of those hotels which u can really stay-in and not head out as it was too comfortable. Thank you BWP and all those that assisted us during our stay. It was a great experience.

The hotel provides complimentary water, juice and sometimes keropok just next to the reception. The shuttle bus to Nagoya Hills Mall & Mega Mall may be full, so book early. Mega Mall is next to Batam Center Ferry Terminal, and there's a link bridge between the two buildings on the first floor. There's a mall (Kepri Mall & Carrefour) about 2.5 km from the hotel, and another smaller mall 1.5km from it in the opposite direction. But you'll have to walk on the roads as there's no pedestrial paths. There's a pool table, caroom board and table soccer on the 15th floor.

Hotel staff is very helpful and always try their best to assist. We wanted to take photos with the fairy lights in yard but we were a tad late and missed it. The staff helped to arrange and after some time, they managed to get the lights on. Really appreciate that they went the extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one.

Love the service and view from the room. 1st trip to Batam and of course staying in this hotel. But the staff from the hotel are all very wonderful! They are friendly and even came to our room just before midnight to surprise me with a birthday song and cake. As it was our 1st trip, we are glad that they have their own taxi drivers to bring us around for the whole day on the places that we want to go or whichever that they can recommend and it's never disappointing. The hotel is about 20-25 minutes away from the City but it is still ok. Although the traffic is quite scary during peak hours. Their room was spacious but the bathroom, have cements stain near to the toilet. It would be great to either have a door or at least a shower curtain so that the rain shower won't splash out. Room was also very very cold despite us changing the temperature to 30. Had to switch it off eventually. Rate was reasonable and it comes with free breakfast and complimentary minibar. It's not a full set of minibar but it is still adequate. Thank you to the Staff: Adit, Jonedy, Eka, Pasu, Sella & Mire for the great service provided to us! Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel again when we are there! :)

Generally, the hotel is fine with polite staff. Room is ok but room for improvement. Weird design in the bathroom. If the sink was designed to be low to cater to wheelchair user then it's odd that the door way is not wide enough. For the shower room, there is a funny water faucet that is sticking out and ‘threaten to hit the private's' whenever one shower hmmm... The glass of shower room also has a very odd corner detail. Also, if you were like me who can't sleep with lights on, light will come directly to bed in the morning as the curtain does not have a pelmet on the sides. And unfortunately, the complimentary fruits has been recycled too long so much so that it was already mouldy.

The room was well-lit but a bit too cold, so i off the aircon instead. The minibar was sufficient for a quick snack. The room & amenities is clean & good. The pool was breathtaking and the steam room was great for relaxation.

Location not within walking distance to mall or place of interest. But have free shuttle bus to Nagoya Hill & Megamall. The room & amenities is clean & good. No ironing board & iron. Facilities for children only swimming pool. For adult have Swimming pool, Spa & Salon, Karaoke, Gym. Breakfast spread very good & service is good.

Well this is conveniently located with a stunning view. I would have given 5 stars had there not been a few mishaps. I will list the positives first 1) Check in was super smooth even though we were a bit early and they said to come back later. They were very polite about it. 2) The view from the room was breath taking 3) Very clean room and toilet 4) They had a lovely infinity pool. Sadly the hot jacuzzi was not working so we didn't use it. The fitness center was pretty good. 5) Super super breakfast. Very tasty and staff very polite and efficient 6) Excellent roof top restaurant. 7) Great spa which I used and left a separate review 8) the day we were leaving we had an early check-out and requested for a packed breakfast which was ready when we came down at 5 am On the flip side 1) Our wardrobe light couldn't be switched off. When i called housekeeping, they tried to tell me to switch the light off in a condescending manner. I am not stupid to call them without trying that first!!!! I know exactly how the hotel wardrobe lights work. Finally when someone did come, they had to yank it out as it was faulty. i was quite pissed off about this argument at 12.30 am!!!!!!!!!! If a guest says something, just send someone up and get it fixed! 2) Next when I asked the room to be made one evening they said it is the hotel regulation to make rooms only once a day!!! In which part of the world is that????? I have stayed at multiple hotels but never heard of this regulation.... So was quite disappointed but couldn't be bothered arguing with the rude person at the reception. Leaving these aside, we had a lovely stay and I will NOT hesitate to book again. Can definitely recommend even though the hotel is in the middle of no-where. They have a shuttle service to Nagoya and Batam city center or you can use a taxi.

We stayed for short one night but wish it could have been more than one night. The interior of the lobby is beautiful and the room was super comfortable. We had a hiccup upon check-in. We booked for the king size superior (Non-smoking) but the front desk gave us the twin non-smoking (they offered us king but smoking which we didn't take). We assumed that this is a non-smoking hotel because when we complete the reservation, we weren't asked or told that there were both smoking or non smoking room. Unhappy with the option, I went back and asked if they had another option available to us. PUTRI was there to help and very gracefully served us with such professionalism. She upgraded us to the Deluxe room king size, on the non smoking floor. I would like to express my gratitude for Putri for making our stay memorable.

This is by far the best of the best in Best Western hotels in Indonesia. Upon arrivial, fantastic greetings. Airport pickup in a new Innova. Room was great. I enjoyed the food here and today, my Buntuk Bakar wqs one of the best I ever had. Photo attached. Even that this was a business trip, I took my wife and 2 year old daughter. The other day I asked if van go for a ride o the golf cart around the hotel and my daughter was just thrilled. On the 15th floor, there is a nice roof top bar where you can also order food and have great views of Batam. Photos attached. Will I come back to thos hotel? Heck yes. This is now my hoyel of choice in Batam. I have even asked a business partner here to ask about his getting corp rates with the sales director.... Other than my review above, all I can add is, WOW, WOW, WOW....

I was a bit worried when I saw the Best Western was a bit distant from most of the classic touristic areas of Batam. However, after we settled in we greatly appreciated the quality of the hotel: very well furnished and maintained rooms, polite and very helpful staff, great recreational facilities, excellent breakfast buffet and very low price. The gym is first class, large, and with a great view when you are on the treadmill, so unusual in hotels who so often put the gym in a small windowless space. Our room had a great view over the lake area, perfect for relaxation or quiet working. The sky bar is pleasant (though a bit noisy with the road traffic). Regarding the location, actually no problem, as it is easy to get a cab to the malls (only 100K rupiah) or, during the day, their shuttle. One issue though: why no shuttle in the evening??

This place is so clean. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and I have no complains about their cleanliness at all. I called for room service because the room was so comfy. Taxi from Habourbay was 100,000rp. Please do not grab from the terminal because grab are not allowed into the area and you have to walk far out - the taxi driver told us. Hotel has swimming pool and fitness area and spa! Didn't manage to go to the swimming pool but went for spa. Although more expensive than outside, but I was going for the experience as I saw some review about privacy issue at other outlets. Would be a lot more comfortable if they had prep everything instead of kept going in and out of the room. But it was still good. If you're not planning to leave the room much, stock up on drinks and some tidbits (unless you want to call room service). Free bus service but please check with them when you check-in so that you can book the shuttle bus first. If it's last minute, they might be full already. But can try to book for shuttle bus back to the hotel.
