Best Western Plus Prince George

This hotel shows really well as it appears to be very new. Food was good, room was awesome and the staff were friendly. Parking is ample with lots of lighting and easy building access from the back. Best of all there is no dark and concealed areas in the back so my truck was safe all night. Would have been nice if it had a restaurant but it's only minutes from many nearby. Overall a great stay!

Clean. Great shower! Best bed on our BC adventures. Pulling in, the hotel sits on a hill and is very impressive. Checkin was easy. Rooms are exactly as described. There are large grass areas in back for the dog. If you park in back, there is an access door directly to the second floor.

Bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast had a good variety and the breakfast area was large. The gym was well equipped with weights, treadmills and other equipment. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are in the PG area

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. Hot buffet breakfast is perfect to start the day. Lots of shopping options close by less than a 3 minute drive away. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Prince George.

Really beautiful hotel . Everything is spick and span . Rooms are very nicely appointed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Many breakfast options. Close to shops but far enough away from the city centre so not to get caught up in the noise and traffic .

Had a ground floor room. Very loud AC vent running outside the room, and could hear it inside the room. Just very noisey overall. If you're wanting to stay there, make sure it's a top floor room. The people above us were SO loud, sounded like they were stomping as they walked. Breakfast was late being put out and some things didn't work.

The room is very nicely decorated with the latest trend in colors. Very comfortable bed. We arrived just at the deadline for breakfast the next day but still had a very tasty and filling meal. Lots of luggage carts available which made check in and out much easier for these two old pack rats.

It was great stay at this best western plus cleanliness is impeccable and staff is very friendly. Breakfast was served hot and all the items are fresh and tastes amazing. All the amenities at this hotel is very well maintained. Price is very worth for the safe and enjoyable stay.

It was a really plesent stay with a good provided breakfast both days. The staff were helpful and easy to talk too. There was a nice looking pool/hot tub available. The room was a different shape/style which we purposely chose and made it more interesting to stay there.

This hotel is one of the nicest Best Westerns we have stayed in.The food and staff are great.We stayed top floor in a king room with couch and the vaulted ceiling made you think the space was much bigger.Hotel is on the east side of Prince George near Highway to Terrace at times during day traffic noise can be heard at night did not bother use.Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall hospitality. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this hotel for a family-friendly getaway!

Excellent comfortable bed, spacious room, good location relative to stores, gas station. Breakfast was a truly full buffet with self-determined choices and lots of them. Only thing missing was proper (maple) syrup for the pancakes. Drawers in the dresser had a tendance to come open on their own when I put my suitcase in the drawer, but we were able to overcome that minor inconvenience. No daily service unless we asked for it (we didn't).

We were there for a convention of Jehovah's Witnesses and the hotel handled such a large group and all the guests were extremely happy with the services that they provided. Our room was nice and large, so it was able to accommodate our large family.

I am reluctant to write this review only because I want to keep this gem undiscovered! What a great new property with outstanding staff, rooms, and amenities. I would highly recommend this stay in the Prince George area for those trusting or for a longer stay. We had an upstairs gabled room - it just felt great.

Very clean and comfortable. Great staff. The location is nice and easy to access. Lots of restaurants and stores in the close vicinity. Didn't use the pool but it looked great and had a water slide. They have a nice complemetry breakfast and a 24 hr high end coffee machine in the lobby

Nice location away from downtown. You don't want to stay in downtown PG because it is infested with drug addicted street criminals. Fairly new building. Nice entrance lobby area with seating. Very nice to have an espresso/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine for free in the entrance lobby, however on two occasions the coffee machine was out of supplies for hot chocolate or lattes. Our room was clean and quiet if basic. The breakfast buffet was poor. Low quality food with limited choices and plastic plates. The E V charger was full three out of our four stays here. Very nice to have a level 2 EV charger to charge overnight but if you arrive in the evening after a long day's drive someone else will be using the charger and you will be out of luck. If they improved the breakfast and added a few more EV chargers this place would get five out of five stars. Otherwise I will not be back

Love this hotel, friendly attentive staff always there to help. Delicious breakfast, nice pool and fitness center. Not to far of a walk to some shopping or evening stroll down a lovely pathway, your out of the downtown core so feels a bit more secure. Laundry facilities available for guests should you need at no extra cost! Beds are comfy and rooms are always clean. Overall love this hotel and will continue to stay on travels!!!

The room was comfortable and clean. Keurig in room with small refer and microwave. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. The exercise room was very nice, as was the pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately th slide was not working during our stay. We did use the internet and printer for our boarding passes. The specialty coffee machine for espresso and latte's was a wonderful bonus. As was the Water Bottle filler. We did take a To Go Breakfast Bag for our early morning return flight to the states. Overall great place to stay with a great staff and amenities. The near by parks were wonderful. We did a day visit to Barkerville and also to the Ancient Forest.

Every time I stay here it's enjoyable, food, staff, cleanliness, all excellent every time! Never had a bad breakfast in the morning for free and I love all the points I accumulate

This location is the best out of all of the BWs that I have stayed!!! The food was hot and plenty, so many options including gluten free. They even have breakfast to go bags for those who are early risers and leave before breakfast is available. The gym is great, lots of options for full body workout. The hot tub and pool are great for unwinding after a long day. Walmart is a block away if you have forgotten any last minute items and if it is immediate hygiene products, they may have them at the front desk, like bamboo toothbrushes and razors/shaving cream. The rooms are immaculate and the cleaning staff are there for towels and needed room supplies throughout the day if requested. The staff here are top notch from the cleaners, right to the GM

We had another great stay at this Best Western. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and check-in was quick and easy. Staff pointed out the 24 hour coffee/tea/lemon water bar. The room was spacious and very clean, with a beautiful little balcony. The kitchenette, including a 4 burner stove/oven was clean and stocked. It even had a couple of wine glasses (thank you). Everything worked well. Internet was quick. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we both had a restful sleep. We didn't use the business center in the Lobby, but it looked fully stocked for any necessary business. This is my go-to hotel in Prince George and I will definitely be back again.

We always have an awesome staycation at Best Western PG. Staffs are so kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. My kids are always sleep like a log.lol. They have all the amenities we need, Breakfast and pool are great. We always chose BW every time we just wanted to staycation in town or treat our family with something special even referring to our friends who wanted to visit PG because I know they will not dismay with their stay.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, was very impressed by it on all levels. Will recommend to others & fully stay there every time I come to Prince George.

Was there for a trail run and found this BW to be a very nice place to stay. A bit pricey but if you are a BW rewards member you do get the discount

On a scale of 1-10, this property was a perfect 10+ meeting all of my requirements for comfort, sanitation, breakfast, staff and property conditions. It's perfect, especially after driving 10-12 hours driving on the Alcan. You'll love it too and so will your pets.

Wish I couod give this hotel 10 stats because it was PERFECT. Breakfast was the best I've ever seen for a hotel. The variety was endless. And, it was fresh and hot as well. The room was spotless avd way bigger than I expected. Staff went out of their way to.welcome us and our snall pomeranians. Not only did they give treats, they had treats for them too! Staff are friendly and go above and beyond. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

Love this best western. The hotel is very clean and modern. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful!! And I mean all of them! Lots of options with the continental breakfast and even gluten free options for the celiac. A fun pool and water slide. Convenient location. I would not hesitate to stay here. We will be back!

Very clean and well maintained pool. Long open hours 6am-10pm great for checking in late with the family and leaving early. Breakfast was kinda lame but the espresso coffee machine made up for it and lots of options for my kids breakfast just not for keto/high protein diet

We were in Prince George on a business trip. Stayed at Best Western for 2 nights and would highly recommend it. The room is clean and comfy, bathroom has all the required toiletries. Iron, iron board, coffee maker, microwave oven and fridge available in the room. Breakfast was complimentary and scrumptious. The lady at the front desk was helpful and cheerful. You could feel a genuine sense of hospitality in the staff.

Would have liked a bathtub in my room however the room was clean and comfortable and the employees were terrific. The breakfast ladies were wonderful and always cheery ! Would recommend this hotel to others

We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Prince George! The complimentary specialty coffee maker was a huge hit with us, and we remained highly caffeinated for the majority of our visit, lol.

My daughter specifically wishes to have a birthday staycation at your hotel, which I didn't give a second thought to as we always had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Excellent service from the staff, clean room, delicious breakfast, plus amazing complimentary coffee. I can't wait for our next visit.

Great family hotel, breakfast included, excellent pool and slide. Very clean rooms, great beds. And the Coffee served is fantastic. Breakfast is a sample of hot and cold options, the pancake machine is a family favorite. Staff is very friendly, easy parking, great views since the hotel sits on a hill

We stopped here since we like the outskirts of cities rather then uptown. The hotel also has great curb appeal. From the moment you walk in you appreciate the obvious effort to keep the place at the top of it's game. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet, with lovely beds and sitting area. The pool room offered a spacious hot tub at a great temp (my opinion), and a pool to cool off in. The water slide was not working, very out of character for the impression of the place so sure it's just temporary. The exercise room looked great but we didn't have time. The breakfast room was quite spacious and offered a wide range of choices. we will definitely consider this place on a return visit. Shopping and eating choices are just minutes away.

Clean, comfy, great customer service, good breaky and 24 hour hot cold water dispenser. I'm sold. A lovely towel animal to welcome us, something I haven't seen except on cruise ships. Shower was a bit of the stinging needle of death type and very high up to adjust but a small thing for all the other amazeball things they get right here. Will have my bookings any time I come to PG. Please don't change!!

Hotel is very well ran breakfast options are great and rooms are very spacious, and clean location of hotel is good close to many amenities and restaurants, service from the staff is very good and attention to deal. Self serve Coffee machine for s a nice added touch.

Love this hotel - have Ben there 2x in the last 3 months. Enjoy my stay, the breakfast, the pool - everything! Breakfast has a sign letting you know what's available each morning, everything is hot and delicious. Coffee machine (in lobby) needs to be fixed though!

Best western plus has stepped up from the normal Best Western. Our room was like an apartment. It had 2 full bathrooms one half of the unit was the master bedroom with a jacuzzi and other room was a full living room kitchen with another full bathroom. The room had a Balcony.

This was an excellent choice for our skating group. Great facility with a wonderful breakfast and located very close to CN tower. The pool has a waterslide for the kids to enjoy and the rooms are very clean and spacious.

Stayed at this hotel Sept 12 2023. I was in town for work and it is close to my jobsite and is also close to dining and stores. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Will stay here again.

Catharine and her team do an amazing job of running this hotel. This location is by far the BEST Best Western that I have ever stayed at. The staff are all very hard working and we were treated like gold here.

This hotel is located close to everything in a residential area which makes everything feel safer. The staff go above and beyond when you need help. My elderly parents just completed a series of stays over the last month and staff were so helpful with breakfast assistance and the like. The amenities of the room like toiletries and the in room coffee maker are just great. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is fab. Highly recommend.

Staff was so accommodating, the continental breakfast was 10/10. The Staff helped these three boys who wanted pancakes so bad, get pancakes out of the machine because the mix was low. We slept in. The beds and Pillows are rated 10/10.

It's very clean and the staff are very professional and they know what they are doing very helpful, I felt like its my second home away from home, surely I will recommend them with no doubt. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and a great size. Breakfast had good options to chose from and we enjoyed the hotel amenities like the fitness centre and pool.

We took our grandchildren on a brief getaway before they return to school next week so this was a first time for us at this hotel. Was a nice room, comfy bed too. We were only staying for a couple of nights. Not long after we arrived, we discovered the tank on the toilet was not filling up with water. Called maintenance and they came to our room to fix I. The next day, it happened again! I called it in and a housekeeper came in but realized it was not plugged (even tho I explained what the issue was and that it had happened the day before). She called for maintenance who came to fix it again. We also had 2 tv's in our room…neither of them worked! When the housekeeper was in our room after the toilet tank incident, she tried to check them out, but couldn't get the remotes to work. This place was recommended to us because it has a swimming pool, but I think we will go back to the place we usually stay. It doesn't have a pool but everything else is always in great working order.

I've stayed at this particular hotel a lot and I have a positive experience every single time. The staff are amazing, my room is always clean, and I love that I can bring my dog with me. I highly recommend this hotel.

I am traveling for work with my family and the only negative thing to note if we absolutely have to suggest one thing for this hotel was that the water slide was out of service and unusable. Aside from that everything was better than expected.

Excellent staff, great amenities, super comfortable beds and nice included breakfast with both hot and healthy options. Get a mini suite! Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Loved the added touches of ice lemon water and espresso machine in the lobby. Highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay! Clean modern hotel with professional staff and great amenities and pet friendly. Staff made a fuss over our pug Murray and gave him loads of attention and treats. The Best Western group of hotels is my regular go to place to stay because I find the rooms are a great standard and consistent no matter the location.

Every time I come to PG I always stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and polite. The property is always in great condition, as are the rooms - they are up to date & modern. It is definitely a Best Western Plus! Highly recommend staying here.

My room had an ant on the bed so was moved to upgraded room that was dirty. They came to clean just the things I took pictures of then promised deep clean for next day which never happened in the 4 nights I stayed

Enjoyed our stay; hotel was clean, rooms were very comfortable. Very little noise inside the hotel, bit of road noise, but was not a problem. Complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of items which were regularly restocked.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels. I have never been as consistently impressed by a properties professional and helpful staff and room cleanliness. The coffee was tasty, the offered breakfast had a number of options.

A welcoming hotel with beautiful rooms, and at an affordable price. Great breakfast, clean pool and perfect if you have a pet. Location is nice, away from the downtown core but close to amenities like Walmart and good restaurants!

The room was perfect for accommodating our dog. Nice looking room and easily accessible from the back entrance! The breakfast had lots of options but was quite over cooked. Staff was very pleasant to deal with on check in and check out!

honestly the beds were comfy, trying new hotel other than marriot where i usually stay. The rooms were nice and big for size. The TV hard to hook up xbox for netflix , prime sorta thing. The parking spots were disability friendly. Toilets were low though hard for people mobility issues. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I didn't have a complaint until i read my email when i got home. I got email for said damages. That's when i had really think about everything i did that weekend. honestly i was tired from driving, working, packing for pg. icy roads to prince george ps: don't forget to take video walking into rooms of the entire room. and if the curtains is working. k am getting charged on credit card for i think maids mistakes or the people before us. they charging my visa $400 for new curtains which i asked they trade in. if i am paying new curtains i want to pick up the ones that are so broken. they can't but even that i can't do. i have asked for a video of broken curtains and with my room number run the video. only because they writing in my bathroom light switch k got blamed for wasn't me. charge was for $370 - curtains $30 for writing on bathroom light switch (i was thinking from people the night before, thinking poor maids prob have a lot on their plate) i was really busy with wedding prep things. The curtains were working the morning of check out because i wanted to let light in. in the email it said that the curtains couldn't even open which was lie because when i checked out the curtains were left open. i wish i had taken video but have never had problems with this sorta thing. i have stayed the coast and the marriot. i have emailed and called for video but no video was sent yet so just check your visa and make video before you leave cause you don't know if that will happen to you next. I'm not sure can try this place again.

Will definitely return. Staff was friendly and the rooms were immaculate and spacious. The continental breakfast was above and beyond most others I have encountered and they even give you a snack bag of juice, granola bar & fruit cup for your return home!! Only drawback - we were on the fifth floor facing the highway and it was a bit noisy;other than that bed was very comfy.

We checked into the hotel today and all went well until we open the fridge up and saw a bunch of garbage in our fridge and dirt throughout the bathroom floor The last time we stayed here was great I think the housekeeping is not good We are long tome best western people and sad about the mess in the rooms

The rooms are well equipped with fridge, microwave, nice tv etc. and tastefully decorated. Breakfast provided was more that I expected and very organized and clean. Staff were efficient and very friendly! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Overall very satisfied with my stay here, especially traveling solo with a pet. I felt safe, welcomed and comfortable. This is why I usually stay at best western hotels...I have yet to have a bad experience. Absolutely good value for the price. Thanks so much PG BW+!!

Nice, clean, new but make sure you book a room at the back of the hotel, for quieter night sleep. The room was comfortable, tv was larger then other hotels, the beds are firm. Easy access to the rooms and amenities.

Our entire family travelled from Edmonton to Prince George. The hospitality and food were excellent. The hotel is close to a major shopping area which was nice, and there is ample parking. One small comment though, if someone is going to run their diesel truck all night, they should not be backed into a stall, against the building, as the air intake was overwhelming in our 3rd floor room. We asked the front desk to ask them to move their running truck, but nothing was done about it.

The hotel was clean and quite. The staff were accommodating. Pets are allowed. Our room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. close to shopping and restaurants.

Such a clean hotel and very welcoming to pets. The pool was great and the breakfast was hot and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Prince George. Although it was at the top of the hill in College Heights, it had all the amenities around it and only a short distance to the mall.

This was new in 2020 (tough timing!), and still looks new. Impressive lobby, breakfast area is great, and our room was terrific. Well designed, spotless, lots of nice features, including 2 TVs. It's at the edge of town, but we didn't mind the short drive to get to the places we were visiting. We stayed two nights - the second morning, the hotel brought back hot breakfast, and it was very good. There's a Nespresso in the lobby, as well as separate hot water dispenser. The clerk who checked me in was so friendly - got me a booklet on the town, gave me recommendations for where to eat, told me about a special free concert that evening, etc. So welcoming! Other front desk interactions I overheard during the stay were all helpful and professional, too. And....the price was reasonable.

Exceptionally stay, attention to detail for all aspects of our stay. Cleanliness was superb, breakfast bar was hot, selection good, staff attentive. Cannot express our satisfaction with our stay. To quote a staff member when we complimented them (kitchen staff) “it is our job to keep the hotel like it is”. Wish I knew staff names, but all staff we interacted with are deserving of recognition. It was obvious the pride taken by all.

Overnight stay. Room was very clean. Looked brand new. Beds were super comfy as were pillows. Very happy with our stay. This truly is the best Hotel in PG for comfort, appearance, cleanliness and location. Check in and check out is always a breeze. I have stated here many times and highly reccommend it.

We were very pleased with our accommodations, the staff, amenities and location. When in Prince George it will be our choice again. This is a new hotel, but you wouldn't know by how well it was run. Very modern, clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was very well planned, and the shower was awesome. Parking lot is large with plenty of lighting. As with Best Westerns the breakfast provided offered a great selection of choices. Highly recommend to anyone.

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast and price was fair. Hotel is by a busy highway, best to ask for room on east side of hotel. To many truckers using Jake Brakes going down the hill in the early morning.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We want to give a shout out to Harry at the front desk for his wonderful hospitality and warm welcome. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. While we were only here for 1 night, we certainly wanted to stay longer. The hotel has an indoor pool and waterslide, but we weren't able to take advantage of this amenity. The breakfast option was top notch and included a pancake maker. Plenty of free parking and convenient location off the Yellowhead highway.

I've spent the majority of my working life on the road staying in hotels all across western Canada and there are very few places that are so good it prompts me to write a review on a plaform. This place is one of them. Awesome staff, the GM is amazing and I'm so happy we switched hotels and ended up getting all of our guys to stay here. If you are thinking of staying in Prince George for the night call this place first, you wont be dissappointed.

It is incredibly hard to feel at home when you're out of town for work. This hotel was a great home away from home. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was superb, parking lot is tidy and large for bigger vehicles.

Hotel offered great government rates and free ev parking. Lovely rooms, very clean, hot tub a bonus. We were only in town for a break and shopping, so it was decently close to Costco and in a safe area, so we didn't worry about leaving purchases in our vehicle.

Travelling with my daughter for a back to school trip. The service was wonderful, any interaction with staff was very positive. The room is nice, I love that there is was no carpet in the room. I didn't enjoy the breakfast, I'm not a fan of microwaving my food…that is a personal preference.

We could bring our dog for an extra fee which was awesome. Room was nice and clean and quiet Internet was very good Friendly staff went to ask for extra towels and they delivered it to our room a short while later.

On a Geocaching holiday. The hotel is very nice and clean. A little bit away from restaurants though but is a nice place to stay. We have stayed here a few times and would stay here again if stopping in town.

We booked the Best Western for our wedding night, as well as for family coming into town for said wedding. The staff were exceptional. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a great addition and the dining area was spotless. We will be back!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. The coffee machine in the lobby was a great treat. We were bringing back processed Coho Salmon and they let us put the cooler in their walk in freezer to keep our fish frozen to get it home.

The room had darkening curtains on the window however the balcony only had a blind the lights from the parking lot lit up our room like a christmas tree. There was something outside our room (possibly A/C unit) that buzzed very loudly all night. The viberation was so intense that you could feel the vibration though all the furniture. We booked here because of the water slide however, the water slide was not working. And had never worked. The hotel after being open for a year has yet to get the inspection done. The pool was super cold as well All in all our stay was horrible. The location of the hotel is very out of the way as well had to drive everywhere.

My husband and I enjoyed our room. It was quiet and we both slept well. There was a breakfast, exercise room and swimming pool. Made our business trip like a mini vacation. I will definitely stay at the Best Western in PG every time we travel there

Easy access travelling across or travelling south from Northern BC. Like the balcony touch to the design of the outside rooms. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Staff know there stuff and welcoming was appreciated.

This hotel is awesome. I will not stay anywhere else in Prince George. The property is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The rooms are always clean. There is a great selection for breakfast and snacks.

My wife and I spent two nights while the BC Summer Games were on. The hotel was completely sold out but never felt busy. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous making check-in and out quick and easy. We had booked a room with a king bed. The room including the bathroom was spacious just like the website photos show. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower that could easily fit two adults. The room also had a microwave for heating food and mini-fridge for keeping things cold. The room had plenty of outlets so finding a plug-in to charge our electronics was not an issue. A complimentary breakfast was provided that had lots of choice from microwavable breakfast sandwiches and wraps to homemade muffins and loaves. If someone couldn't find something to eat and drink, they have a problem. In addition, the eating area was spacious with lots of seating for people to enjoy their meal. The hotel also had fitness center with free bottles of water provided and a large indoor pool with hot tub. Outside the pool area was a patio that had lounge chairs as well as tables with umbrellas and chairs. It was a very nice quiet area where we enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the afternoon sunshine. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in PG as it has so much to offer at a reasonable rate.

Not knowing what to expect in the City of Prince George, the friendly service and cleanliness of our room were a pleasant way to end a long day of travel. Breakfast the next morning had a wide selection and was one of the more satisfying experiences we've had at any hotel we've stayed at in our previous travels. Kudos to the Best Western Plus in Prince George for running a top-notch establishment!

We had a one night stay in the Prince George Best Western Plus, it was clean, quiet and beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool is great for kids and hopefully the water slide is in running order soon!

Great stay. Very accommodating as we arrived very early in the morning and they provided late checkout with no extra charge. Rooms were terrific - clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and they had a wide variety of options. All around great stay.

Once again I stayed there for 5 days off from work, Enjoyed my stay as per staff and room, comfortable room, My complaint isn't with the hotel itself,,, It is with the entitled people that think that rules do not apply to them,, Ok they allow dogs,, (Too Bad) as there were a couple nights of dogs barking inside and out, Ok You have a dog,,, doesn't mean the rest of the world has to listen to the barking inside the hotel and out, And apparently I was not the only one to complain about this, and no I do not hate animals, Just wish people would either leave them at home or in a kennel when they decide to travel, ,, Other than that, good stay, great staff, not sure though I will be staying there again due to the dog situation, will have to think about it, ,,

medical trip for major surgery, I was so comfortable and had everything I needed in the room and in the hotel. The location is nice because it's a good area for walking, which I needed to do after the operation.

We were happy with the selection of items for breakfast which is included. We were worried about the longer commute into town but it had easy access to the highway and was near shopping and restaurants. Love the modern decor. We will stay again.

Great experience overall. This is my favorite hotel when i travel up north for business, and after a long drive i need a good night sleep. They have good size rooms with sofa chair, a desk, a drawer, mini kitchen, the closet and a nice size bathroom with large showers that make me fell home . They have a gim , a pool, a laundry and they offer a buffet breakfast including gluten and dairy free! Stay here for business or family trip!

I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff upgraded us to a suite which put us higher from the road. Room was nice and the breakfast is quite good. They let us park our motorcycles under the front canopy for protection and we liked that. The downside to this property is it's location. If you want to walk anywhere, there is nothing close and the road is very noisy. Everything else is great!

My husband and I stayed here a night suring our trip to the cariboo this summer. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean and new., and the breakfast was really good. Great egg wraps, lots of fresh fruit,and the espresso machine great! We never used the pool and hot tub, but did get a tour, by the helpful staff. We highly recommentd it, but a little far from town if you want to walk to a restaurant.

Stayed for 2 nights in a king room with full kitchen. Beautiful corner room with large windows. The view was so relaxing. Loved just sitting at the table gazing at the clouds and blue sky. There was a balcony as well. I loved the double blinds on the windows. The room was so tidy and clean. Large bathroom and lots of closet space for clothing and storage. There was even an elephant made out of wash clothes on our bed. I felt like I was in my own little private retreat. This Hotel is truly wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful as always. I was sad to leave. I am always impressed by the cleanliness and appearance of this Hotel. It is very inviting and beautiful. Location cant be beat. Starbucks just down the road around the corner and great restaurants at the bottom of the hill. Great experience all the around and highly reccommend. And just to add I am very very picky about where I stay but I have only good things to say about this Best Western. You get 5 stars frim me.

The staff are all great. They do an amazing job at making you feel at home and appreciated. The breakfast is good considering all things with supply chain issues. Pool and fitness center are great as well. The beds are nice and comfortable the rooms are always spotless. Plus very nice views. The hotel is in a great location easy access to the highway and very close to dining and shopping options

After just one visit, I returned two weeks later and they already recognized me and knew me by first name! The rainbow heart on the front door makes people feel welcome and it is noticed and appreciated as a gay man! Kiana (truly sorry if I didn't spell that correctly) has helped me a couple of times now and every time I walk in the front door she greets me with a smile of recognition, knows my name, and knows even my preferred method of payment. I had the pleasure of checking out of the hotel with the General Manager and shared my experience with her as well - letting her know what a great job she does at running the hotel. I have stayed at numerous hotels in Vegas but this hotel in Prince George is not only cleaner but 100% more accommodating. When I am not working, I will be bringing my family up here as well to have a nice little vacation as every time I visit this hotel, it is like coming home. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean with a great pool! Excellent for families. The continental breakfast is great, lots of options and restocked regularly. Conference rooms are super convenient and have everything you need.

I travel quite often and I always stay at this Hotel. It fairly new, clean and super easy to get on and off the highway. Most of the places I want to shop at are on this side of town. I have no concerns parking my vehicle overnight as it's a a little way from the downtown core. Hotel staff are friendly, knowledgeable and checking in and out is painless. Nice new pool and hot tub is a pleasant way to relax as well. I definitely recommend this hotel

If having a pool important for you, Like travelling with kids, you should call this property prior to booking to confirm it is open. The staff are fantastic and if BW opened the pool 7 days a week it may be worth the price they charge.

This was my second time staying here, the hotel is, Clean, friendly, with a good breakfast, pool, fitness center, everything we wanted and more. Sadly the waterslide was closed, but hopefully it's working next time. Highly recommended.

We have always had a pleasant experience at Best Western Plus hotels. We find the service is top notch and the amenities are very satisfactory. Though I have suggested they provide firmer pillows for better neck support.

I am a Best Western member and always stay at a BW whenever it is available. I have stayed in some good ones before. This one was the best. I just can't find one negative thing to say about it. Awesome.

Couldnt get over how beautiful the hotel was. Rooms were extremely clean, comfortable everything you needed was there. Pool and hot tub were also great. Close to town. Quiet area also. Very current since it was built a few years ago.

Our check in was quick and efficient, and our room was clean and ready for our arrival. Beds are comfortable and linen is fresh smelling. Despite the hotel being booked to capacity, our stay was very quiet and we enjoyed a good rest. Pool is now operational, which was really nice.

This place used to be great!! When they first opened, that is. I'm not sure what is going on, but it's not the most pleasant stay these days. Mixups upon checking in, lack of cleanliness, drunk people, street people, so sad. It's a beautiful building too.

The hotel was, as usual, in excellent condition, clean and welcoming. The pool was now operable, means nothing to me but shows there is a progression during relaxing covid restrictions. The one complaint I have is that the TV does not have a sleep timer function as I require that background noise to fall asleep but don't wan it let on all night.

Been here many times since it opened. Very friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Breakfast options are always numerous. It will be nice when the pool opens up again after the restrictions are lifted, as it looks to be a nice one!

The hotel is in a location that you can feel safe in, outside of the city. The lobby is very large and has a large seating area for breakfast. The king room was great and large. The room wasn't very clean, with hair on the bathroom floor and intertwined in the sheets. The bedsheets also had stains in them. We were so tired from our trip we didn't switch rooms but any other time we would have. We arrived to breakfast when it opened at 6 and was greatly disappointed. The hot water was empty and when I got them to refill it, it was not hot enough to make tea or to use with the oatmeal packs. There was limited bread options, no bagels, just toast and english muffins. All the "hot items" were in the fridge and needed to be microwaved. This made them soggy and they really didn't taste great. I know that we are still in "covid" times but I have recently stayed at a Holiday Inn who still served the full hot buffet breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs etc. and was really hoping that the Best Western would as well. Overall, it was quite disappointing because we were driving west and we couldn't hit a drive through as there is no other restaurants on the way out.

We stayed over the BC Family day long weekend at the Best Western Plus in Prince George with my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. It was a busy weekend and things started off on the wrong foot with overworked staff and some of the amenities not up to par, however the management cares about making things better and once the pool is up and running and we are through Covid I am 100% confident that this hotel will rival the others.

Overall, this is one of the better places to stay in Prince George. Its in a great location with many amenities close by. The hotel is pet friendly and non-smoking, It comes with breakfast included and has a good selection of food items.

The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed and with Covid 19 pandemic I really felt safe here the hotel was very clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Quiet hotels very respectful place to stay

Friendly staff at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast - sit down with tasty prepackaged reheatable items - grab and go bag breakfast available. Juice had a terrible odour and flavour so we didn't drink it (did inform staff). 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby area. Pool and hot tub not up and running yet.

I do not recommend this hotel. We were very disappointed, the pool is not open and they are not serving a hot breakfast as advertised and those were the main reasons for choosing this hotel. will stay elsewhere next time

have stayed at this hotel a few times and it is the best place to stay in Prince George. Even with the covid restrictions, the breakfast was plentiful and well laid out for distancing. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is new, modern & clean! Breakfast was great! I wish the pool was open. Not hotel's fault. The room was huge, with 2 huge TVs, plenty of room for my toddler to play around. Will definitely comeback!

My wife and I sometimes need a getaway from home even for one night. Prince George Best Westen Plus is an excellent pace to stay. Comfortable, clean and new! Friendly staff and a modified breakfast. (for now) Highly recommended. Pool is still not finish though. There is way more to come without covid.

Overall, our short stay was a good experience. However, my kids are disappointed that the swimming pool was closed again, and I don't think it hasn't been used since they opened the hotel. In addition, the room was a little bit warm during the night. We are pleased with the front desk person during our checkout; it was friendly and efficient.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The check in was a breeze. They have a cooler there with bags of healthy snacks and some drinks. (I was very happy about that as I didn't want to leave the hotel after I arrived). The room was super nice! Shower hot, big TV, fast wifi. There were many things to eat in the morning in the very clean breakfast area. I wanted to go back for a second night.

Nice & quiet place, out of the noise of the downtown core. Feel safe parking my vehicle overnight and it is a very clean hotel. It is located on Hwy 16 W and is just above the Walmart so just a short vehicle ride for anything you may have forgotten.

The staff was excellent! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly, and made my little girl's stay extra special with treats for Halloween. I highly recommend staying here, I won't even consider staying anywhere else is Prince George now! Thank You!

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Have stayed here multiple times and will continue to. I like having an option that isn't downtown. Close to food and shopping as well. Only downside was them not opting to have bookable times for pool like other hotels - they have opted to close it completely which was disappointing for the kids. Made hotel stay a little boring as well.

My new go to place in PG. clean, great amenities, and convenient location for me. My wife and I have stayed here 5 times in last 8 months. Strongly recommend it. They allow pets. Option for bag lunch is awesome.

A group of 20 of us stayed at the hotel over the weekend, it was clean, quiet, and we felt safe! We found the check in a speedy process even with 10 rooms arriving at one time, rooms were expedited when we arrived earlier than check in, stafff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and clean. The breakfast buffet is so modified that it became not appetizing. Pool facilities are closed unlike other hotels that have made a booking times page for guests to still enjoy. Overall the rooms are great and quite. Staff is great!

Clean, quiet, comfortable. We enjoy staying at this hotel whenever we go to Prince George. Lots of variety available for breakfast, they even have a “take and go” option. Ample parking, guest self serve laundry available.

We normally stay elsewhere in PG, but Best Western had by far the best rates, and included continental breakfast with hot options (egg omelets, wraps, and sandwiches to pop in the microwave). This new hotel is very modern and comfy, spacious, and is a fantastic location just out of town within easy (20 mins) and enjoyable walking distance of many stores and a Starbucks. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel seemed to host lots of workers so was very quiet. BW will be our new go-to place to stay in Prince George for sure!

We spent 3 separate nights over a two-week period at this hotel and the experiences were a little different from each other. However, to clarify, the suite was gorgeous. Very spacious with 2 TVs! The bathroom was generous in size and the shower was something to look forward to! The staff were warm and friendly. The first night we were on the 5th floor. Perhaps we weren't used to it or because we didn't need to turn on the air conditioner, but I found the traffic noise from the highway loud enough to keep me awake most of the night. The second night we were on the 2nd floor and this time the traffic noise was not a problem. Third night back on the 5th floor. By that time, I got used to the traffic noise. But the suite we were in had an adjoining door (with an end table in front of it) to the next suite and we were able to hear very clearly the chatter from the guests on the other side (this was after 11 p.m. BTW). A potential problem for any future guests. For all 3 nights, I found the beds made up to be very smooth and crisp, but personally I wish I could have pulled the covers up to my chin and not just to my armpits. By then it was mid-September and getting cooler. Finally, we have an EV for which we are very grateful to have the opportunity to charge at the hotel. There is only 1 charger and the first 2 nights we stayed there, we were told that no other guests had an EV so we charged up and stayed in that stall all night. However on the 3rd night a gas car was parked in the EV stall. We told the staff about it and they looked into it, but they seemed reluctant to call the owner to move it. Ultimately, we had to park in the driveway in order to access the charger and stayed parked in the driveway the rest of the night. Very vulnerable for any car to be parked in a driveway. So these are our thoughts. My suggestion to the hotel is to mark the stall as an EV only stall and add another charger to their location as more EVs are taking to the roads (and hotels).

Good location, reasonable price for the region. Great business center was able to print documents required for work. Functionally of hotel room was excellent. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was ok if you like micro-wave hot breakfast??? Other cold options were available. Would stay here again.

It was very nice, we had the 2 queens, pull out couch room and it worked very well for me and my kids. There was 2 TVs which was really shocking. Overall very good experience, pet friendly which was awesome!

The team at the best western plus Prince George has exceeded expectations again. For the second time doing a staycation and from the GM down to the housekeepers everyone made us feel very special for a one night stay. they even knew we got a half priced deal and it didn't make a difference in service! :)

Room is well laid out, clean, and has both a fridge and a microwave, which is very convenient. It has a large shower, which I prefer, rather than a combination unit. Plenty of available parking and the included breakfast is always nice to have as an option.

Stayed one night August 2021 while driving back from a business/leisure trip from Vancouver Island/Prince Rupert one week get-away with spouse. Hotel is fairly new, nicely appointed decor throughout the large hallways and rooms and located right off the Hwy 16, can't miss it. Enormous lobby wit 2 person check-in. Free limited standard breakfast fare, but all you need unless you expect fresh eggs and bacon. Our large King room was located at the back towards a residential area so was extremely quiet considering the hotel is off the highway. Clean and well appointed, the only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower, but that may be the case throughout the city. Excellent value for the money. Restaurants located a short 5 minute drive towards the city.

Check in was confusing as somehow I was booked for three rooms when had only reserved 2. Rooms are large( plus sized) beds comfortable. Continental breakfast was a comedy show as the thirty plus guests tried to warm up refrigerated precooked breakfast foods in the one sort of working microwave. The second microwave was there to entertain all of as numerous people tried to get it to work. It never did! Although there is a pool advertised it has never been open. Most disappointing is that though we booked via expedia… online it gave option to pay at hotel so that's what we chose to do…no where did it say that we were choosing to pay a fluctuating rate for our stay. So instead of the $127/ night we were charged $134 for two nights and $144 for our last night( plus taxes)

Staff went above and beyond with anything, room was very clean. House keeping were very friendly. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Wish the pool was open but understand with all the Covid restrictions.

Booked into Best Western Prince George based on amenities. Let's see, after being open for approximately 2 years, the pool is still not open even tho it has water in it, the restaurant and pub are STILL not open yet. Just what exactly is the premium price for a room going to? I don't ask a lot, but I do expect that if you ADVERTISE something, it better be available. Will I stay again? Not likely.

I stayed there for one night, and ended up losing my necklace in the room. I was put on hold, not only for 22 minutes... but, forgotten completely on the line. You don't get a hello upon check in, nor a bye on check out. Save your money, and drive to another hotel. Do yourself a favor, and fire your mornings/evenings front desk staff

We had to travel from our home in the Kootenays for a funeral in Prince George and needed a place which supported our exhaustion. Being a recent build (less than a year old), the hotel didn't disappoint.

This was a fantastic new hotel in Prince George! It was just off the highway but in a quiet area and had plenty of amenities. I was happy with the comfort of the bed, the room and the service. I really liked that they offered pet friendly rooms and were able to provide the room rate at a reasonable price!

The hotel met all our expectations. Clean, great staff. Even though some items were still not available. This is understandable as out of the hotels control. The location is a little way away from stores, restaurants, but not too far. Would we stay again, the answer is Yes.

Stayed here for one night enroute to Rupert. Newer property and well maintained. Only suggestion is the breakfast bar could have expanded choices as we go post-covid. That said they have the best tasting coffee! Can highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

I had a confirmed reservation for a King room but when I got there they did not have any left and told me I would need to make do with a queen. Once I got to my room, I realized the TV in front of the beds was broken, and it had several broken TV receivers laying around on the counter so obviously they had been working on fixing it. I called the front desk asking for a new room with a TV that worked, and they sent somebody up to look at it. He quickly confirmed that the TV was broken, but told me that they had no more rooms to move me to and were sold out. Not completely believing him I went online afterwards and confirmed to myself that both the hotel website, and several booking sites still had plenty of rooms for sale. The hotel is new, but the rooms are average, and the customer service is non-existent. As a frequent business traveler I think there are plenty of better places to stay in PG for the same price.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. The room was nicer than I expected with high ceilings and quality finishings. We didn't watch the tv but it had quite a big screen. The gym was clean and well equipped. Overall, very nice hotel.

Great room for a family - there were 5 of us and would easily sleep 6 people. Quiet and Clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. I would recommend it and stay there again. Plus for anyone with a truck was the great parking. Felt safe and secure with the location.

Beautiful new hotel with excellent amenities. The price was really good too. My husband and I started visiting PG when our daughter went to UNBC, and we hadn't been back since she graduated. We often noted there was a lack of decently priced, good accommodations available. We thought we would try this place and we were pleasantly surprised.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and facilities are very good as it is a new hotel. However cleanliness leaves something to be improved upon. The floors in the bathrooms are laminate and each time I take a wet towel and wipe the floor in a number of places and it comes up dark and full of hairs. Spoke to manager about this issue previously but no improvement is evident. Suggest not going barefoot in the bathroom. See attached photo

Stayed for 3 nights in early June. A little nervous travelling during Covid but felt very comfortable and safe at this hotel. Lobby was spotless, clean and inviting. The room was also very clean and tidy. Everything is new and loved the carpet free flooring. There was no room noise at all. A little noise from traffic, we stayed on the highway side but it did not bother me. The location is great. A short jaunt to get Starbucks and a wonderful deli at the Save on Foods. Great Chinese food restaurant at the bottom of the hill so did not need to go into the downtown at all. The front desk staff were so polite and helpful and booking was a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and it is my go to place now when in PG. I truly felt like I had a private get away for my stay and was sad to leave.

This hotel went above and beyond for us! We had a wedding here all of the staff were great to deal with. Anything we asked for or needed was just done right then and there with no questions or hesitation.

Front desk were very welcoming and helpful. Considering the COVID circumstances the breakfast was all I could ask for and then some!..Nice fitness center which I used regularly. Jaz was so great!! Housekeeping staff were absolutely awesome and kind!

I recently moved across the country at the height of the pandemic with my dog. This hotel was my first of the Best Westerns along the route. I have never stayed there before, instead staying at another dog friendly hotel but I can not speak highly enough about this establishment. I have told all my northern BC friends to stay here! The Covid protocols are TOP NOTCH! The staff were awesome. The room (ground floor as I requested) was amazing. Everything was simply 100% When I checked out to begin Day 2 of the 11 day drive, I was really surprised at the to go complimentary breakfast offerings. Again the Covid protocols were outstanding. Thank you very much for maintaining this newer hotel and making my short stay safe and enjoyable. I gave it 5 stars, but my traveling companion wanted to add, she gives it four paws and wagging tail.

Super comfy beds on all of my stays! Very accommodating and friendly staff, a short walk to stores is perfect to stretch those legs after a day of flights. The breakfast had a nice selection considering the Covid climate. Beverages other than tea and coffee were for purchase but Grab n Go bags contained a juice.

Great location. Easy access to highway. Very COVID clean and all precautions enforced. Very clean rooms. Microwave and mini fridge with a larger freezer. Very comfy bed. Free breakfast with room. Even during Covid , they made every attempt for patrons to warm up an egg meal, and all cereals, oatmeal etc available. Also provide a free grab and go bag breakfast . Only Improvement is for smaller pillows.

This is one of the nicest Best Western hotels I've ever stayed at. Incredibly clean, modern, great amenities and the staff is absolutely outstanding. Due to Covid, I didn't expect there would be much for breakfast as the normal facilities were closed, but it was great.

Whether for pleasure or business the Best Western is a good place to stay. You receive a complimentary breakfast, room is ready in advance if requested, great access for seniors or wheelchair clients, and elderly pets with stair/elevator issues. small kitchen bar idea with coffee maker and fridge. A great walk-in shower. Pet friendly area for doing their business. large parking lot. and friendly staff.

Super clean and modern room. Loved all the USB charging, more than enough for a family travelling with all the common electronics these days. Wi-Fi worked great. The balcony was a nice touch but keep in mind that although all other windows in the room have darkening shades, the blinds on the door to the balcony do not. The door blinds provide privacy but let a lot of light in early in the morning. That would be my only complaint for this room.

Was so impressed with our stay here. Room on 5th floor had the most beautiful high ceiling I have ever seen in a hotel room. Exceptionally clean with a fresh new smell. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This hotel for us was amazing! From the moment we walked in and were greeted we were made to feel like we were staying with family/friends. It is located in an area where I definitely felt safe and didn't worry about my vehicle at all. The room we had was so big and spacious it had vaulted ceilings, balcony, wet bar, jacuzzi tub and a very comfortable bed. Can't wait for our next stay there which will include our Shih Tzu dog as the hotel is pet friendly we are just hoping that includes a jacuzzi suite like the Sandman does then we will never have to stay at any other hotel in PG.

We stayed for 4 nights at this new hotel. The property is very nice and we were warmly welcomed by « Jazz ». She was so professional and helpful with accommodating all our requests to our satisfaction. The lobby and breakfast area was large and impressive. The room was amazing - on the top floor and very spacious. We were impressed with the modern decor, seating area and very comfy king bed with warm duvet and many pillows - not to mention the two large TVs in the room. Didn't want to leave our room! Housekeeping were friendly and room was spotless. Free Breakfast was great (some hot items) and they also offered large bagged lunch to go. Unfortunately due to Covid the pool was closed but did look very inviting. We were amazed at the price we paid - it was so economical - much cheaper than the other newer popular hotels. Best value and best new hotel with top notch accommodations and service. This will always be our go-to hotel. Can not recommend this enough - if you truly want the best - stay here!

What can I say... The location has only been open about 2 years so the place is nice. The staff are always a pleasure to deal with and the rooms are fantastic! This has become my regular stop over whenever I'm in Prince George. Looking forward to using the amenities once Covid restrictions get lifted.

It's pricy but Soo worth it. Huge room, 2 TVs. Big jacuzzi! Comfy bed. We went us a family. Us and our 8 month baby. It worked really well, there's a kind of divider down the middle so we could stay up later and our baby was sleeping!

Excellent Service from the Front Desk Attendant "Jazz" from greeting to providing keys. She was very courteous and professional for the check in and very informative on amenities of the hotel. The Hotel has easy access to the Highway and a nice walking path leading to shops and restaurants 5 mins away. We will definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed here as we had to be in Prince George for Medical purpose. The facility is brand new and all of the staff went above and beyond to make our stays very pleasant. We appreciated the personal touch from the general manager as she always asked us about our stay and if there was anything else they could do plus she was genuinely interested in our medical well being!!!

The room was super clean. My gluten free breakfast was nutritious and yummy. The personnel was friendly and helpful. Our overall experience was great. I would recommend Best Western Plus in Prince George to everyone.

Came to see our granddaughter, daughter and son in law. Stayed here for two nights. The hotel even had complimentary bagged lunches. That was something that for me was over the top. Very clean and safe

I stayed in this place for 6 nights & was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was clean, free of any sort of odour & the lighting was spot on. The decor was contemporary & the hotel was taking extra care during he pandemic. All in all a very good option to stay for both, business as well as family travellers. Very satisfied.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We stayed one night. We were a little nervous about staying in a hotel (first stay since the start of the pandemic), but we'd already been on the road 12 hours and still had 5 hours to go. This hotel looked good online and was even better in person. Very new (or at least looked it) and exceptionally clean in both common areas like the lobby and halls and in the guest room. It had good plugin access for our truck, necessary for -30s overnight temperature. We forgot an extension cord but front desk were able to direct us to a nearby Canadian Tire. The rooms have laminate (?) floors which seem so much cleaner than carpeting and every counter, tabletop, surface, corner, and caulking in bathroom looked sparkling clean. We still used lysol wipes for high touch areas and surfaces, but it was probably not necessary. The bedding was clean, good quality and the bed was comfortable. Breakfasts were individually packaged and there were also sealed "bags to go" in a fridge so minimized the chance of guests contaminating each other's food. I wasn't comfortable eating in a common area since it would mean removing my mask and also exposing myself to others who had removed their mask and who might have come from higher risk areas than our home town. So we took the food back to our room and warmed it in the microwave in our room. Honestly, we'd probably have been ok in the eating area since it was spacious and the hotel already had us feeling comfortable with their cleaning protocols. The hotel had puppy friendly rooms which we planned to use on our return trip, but roads were good, so we pushed though. I was almost disappointed not to stay again, despite being eager to get back home with our new puppy. Great value, and even more importantly right now, very clean.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed our stay. The staff and manager were extremely helpful (even jumped our car when it wouldn't start in the cold). The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in and even the pillows were great. The room also had two Tv's, which may be a little over the top, but were good quality. Thanks for a great night.

One of best Hotels I stayed in. Very new facility and clean. Looks great outside and inside, very modern. We were family of 5 in the room, which had 2 quin beds and sofa bed. Room was very clean, modern furniture and design. We were missing some bedding for sofa bed, after called service desk, everything was brought to our room without any delay. It was a pleasant stay, definitely will stay again.

This hotel is very easy to get to. It's quiet and has great staff. The beds are really comfortable and they have really good bedding. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great for people coming in from the West. Nice and close to Home Depot and good shopping. Easy to get on and off the highway

I hadn't stayed at this property before but thought I'd give it a try. Huge, spacious lobby. Modified grab n go breakfast which works. Excellent wifi and telus optik TV which was great. Huge TV, must have been a 60 inch. Great service from Rachel at the front desk. I'd ask for a room facing the back to avoid highway noise. Very good stay.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Was quiet and bed/pillows were very comfortable. Would have given a 5 star if they had done a better job at cleaning rooms before arrival . Do to covid pool was closed which we weren't told until arrival but was to be expected. I would stay here again.

I am very happy with this facility. The room I had at my recent stay included a couch and I really prefer the large walk in shower that was also in this room. The bar fridge is just a little too small for a pizza box, but having the microwave is an excellent feature.

Room was directly above where people smoke outside and the smell of smoke constantly lingered in the room. Two TV's and one did not work. Told it was a suite but the bed was not in a separate area. Room faced highway side and very noisy all night. Staff did not to care to ask us our preferences. When we phoned for the reservation and told them what we preferred they did not listen.
