    « Charming »

A lovely and charming hotel ideally located within walking distance of Les Champs-Elysees and close to a metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. Would definitely use this hotel again.

« Nice Staff Is Not Enough »

This hotel is nicely located near the metro, good restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. We stayed for one week to celebrate our birthdays. We arrived in the morning and we were allowed to check in. Our room was on the 6th floor. It was small, as Parisian hotel rooms are. The room was a bit tired, including stained carpet, but was generally okay. The bed was very comfortable and we were not bothered by street noise at all. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. Now for the negatives. The first morning we woke up to discover the radiator had dripped water onto our clothes that were in a suitcase placed in front of it. Housekeeping came daily in the late afternoon. A couple of times we were in the room when they arrived so our room wasn't serviced. One night, at midnight, our door was opened by a woman. Of course it woke us up. She identified herself as an employee (later confirmed by us) and was surprised to see us. She told us she was delivering a comforter to a customer and had the wrong room. She never knocked on the door. That seemed strange and we had trouble falling back to sleep that night. We also accidentally discovered that our door wouldn't lock. We reported it and supposedly it was repaired, but the repair didn't work. That made us nervous. Ultimately I believe the entire lock system replaced. It took 3 days from the time we discovered it until it was fixed. One day as we were leaving we discovered the elevator was out of service. We had to walk down from the 6th floor. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but my husband had injured his knee and was in quite a bit of pain. Fortunately the elevator was repaired before we arrived back in the evening so we didn't have to walk up all those stairs. If only one of those things had happened it would be easy to overlook. But all of those things? I don't think I'd stay there again.

« Great Location in the heart of Paris »

We arrived and were welcomed by friendly staff and an easy, smooth check in. The rooms were small and a little tired but had everything that you need. There were ample shops, cafes and restaurants in walking distance as well as a metro stop and bike access. We were able to walk to all the main attractions with ease and every request was dealt with immediately by staff. I would gladly use this hotel again.

    « Great location »

Excellent location and very helpful staff. Small rooms, typical of Europe. Just down the street from the closest Metro stop. Staff provided free breakfast buffet on last day due to noise of roof renovation. This was appreciated since it saved time on our way to airport.

« The worst experience ever »

This has the worst rooms and terrible service. Their rooms are cheap and corridors are red and tacky. The service of the manager and reception person Jonathan is horrible. They are extremely rude and unhelpful and will not help with anything at all. Complete waste of money. There are lots of hotels around the Eiffel area which have great rooms and service and are hospitable. Pick those and avoid this at all costs! A bad hotel can ruin a holiday and this one is just not worth it.

« Wonderful location. Average room and cleanliness. Construction on site. »

I just returned from my trip to Paris couple of days ago. I have never been to Paris before so this review is entirely based on my feeling towards this hotel. No comparison to other hotels in Paris, as it is impossible. The best thing about this hotel, I'd say, is its location. I particularly love the fact that this hotel is located in the safe area, as it seems, and it is near many landmarks of Paris e.g. Eiffel tower. The shops and streets nearby are nice and it seems many Parisians live here. I particularly like the fact that all taxis I have taken during that period of our stay said that this avenue (7th) is a really good area and safe to walk. The not-so-good and under-expectation things for me, as well as my father's I guess, include many things, especially the rooms themselves. We did not know that there was a roof construction on site so we woke up earlier than would have been since the construction began around 8 a.m. every morning. Another thing is that as my father's room was on the 6th floor, he could see the construction staff working early in the morning everyday when he was still in bed, and they could see him as well since there was no curtain! How strange. The lobby could have been furnished better. The elevator was small and apparently was allowed to carry only 3 people at maximum at a time. The rooms themselves were small. Regarding the room size I compared them with a hotel in London (the Piccadilly West End which was also located in a very good area, very close to the Oxford Street and China town) which was much better furnished and taken care of (however, the hotel is the 5-star hotel itself). The staff were somewhat ok. I wouldn't rate them with 5 stars but probably 3.7. Another thing would be that the hotel seems not to have an email. I tried to email them once that we forgot our photos in the lobby room the day we left the hotel for London but haven't got any email back yet.

    « BW T-Eiffel »

Rooms correct. Service at the reception very good and prompt. Lift a bit small for a wheelchair but no worries if you can fold it. I could leave it downstairs as I can take a few steps alone. Newspapers in the lobby. Just of from the rue Saint Dominique where you have quite a many shops.

    « Hotel in Paris »

Very nice hotel, small but comfortable rooms and good location. We enjoyed it very much. The staff was extremely helpful. It was quiet. It's a small with maybe 30 or 40 rooms. I would recommend it. Great value for Paris.

« Small hotel but great »

We arrived at the hotel quite late but they were very welcoming and we saw shown to our room within 15mins of arriving at the hotel,it's a good job there was only 2 of us because the lift is very small. The room had a queen size bed but was very small compared to other rooms we have stayed in but was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well which had a bath with a shower and toilet and a very big window which you couldn't open.We had a courtyard view with very big windows which both opened which was great because it was very warm. The rooms are air conditioned and you also have a tv but the only English Channel was the news and you couldn't change the language or put subtitles on which was a bit disappointing. The wireless internet was great though and had no trouble connecting. The breakfast was served between 7am-11am and was ok for a continental eg bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, croissants, cakes, meats, cheese, breads, jam, fruit, crepes, tea and coffee. The hotel is in very good location with buses and metro to get around to see the sights. We bought a 3 day zone 1-3 ticket and I think it was about 25 euros but we used it loads because we visited a lot of attractions and you can use it on the metro, bus and train.Make sure you download google offline maps and the Paris subway map and save it to your phone or tablet because it is very useful when getting around to find the different metros where you have to change to get to most attractions. We found it really easy. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed and so is the area and there are quite a few places to eat and shops as well, most restaurants have the menu's in English as well.

    « Great place »

My friend and I were in Paris this August. We loved this hotel, very clean, the staff was very helpful, always wanting to make sure earthing was ok. The rooms are small if you compare to Canada or USA hotel rooms, but that's what you get in Europe, we have a room facing the inner courtyard, away from stairs and elevator, on the third floor, bathroom was new. Yes the walls are thin and you can hear people talking a little. But not bad. The elevator is very small, but again got the suitcase up. We didn't try the breakfast, just down the street is the best bakery you will ever find. Eat breakfast and lunch there save money, and the desserts are to die for. Try the apple pie. Thank you for a great stay. Will be back.

« Noisy but good location »

Locations wise it is fantastic. Quick 10min walk to the Eiffel Tower and there is a metro stop 2 min away. When I checked in the room I was originally given one that had a broken air conditioning unit and missing tv remote. I was shifted to another room. Be aware the rooms are very small but perfectly adequate. Very noisy nonetheless - there is a buzzing noise from the main air conditioning unit outside and you can hear your neighbours loud and clear!

« Enchanting time in Paris »

Several months ago, my wife, infant daughter and I rode the TGV from Germany to Paris and stayed at the best western. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Albeit a walk to the sites or a short metro ride, we found the location to be quite central and lovely. The rooms were cozy for the three of us - none of us are particularly large. The hotel staff were great, and the old lady who cooked and served the breakfast was lovely (not to mention I practiced my French while she adored our daughter). My wife and I are already talking about going back and staying again. I've stayed in far more expensive and posh places in Paris on business which were nice, but this little place is special to my little family.

    « Ideal »

Ideal hotel, great location, friendly staff, our room was small but you don't come to Paris to stay in your room do you. The breakfast was nice and a varied selection and some very fresh and tasty pastries. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

« Awesome location. Everything else was mediocre at best »

I arrived at the hotel and had an argument about my wife and I and our baby sharing the same room. Apparently the policy at this hotel is for me to sleep in a separate room in what was a clear cash grab. After a very long semi heated argument with us and another French couple arguing with them on our behalf they reluctantly allowed us to share the room. Over the 2 week holiday in 5 different hotels this is the only time this issue occurred including another best western in Paris I stayed at. The room itself wasn't good and was barely adequate but being Paris I excepted this as being normal. I found out later this was not the case and the room was definitely below average. The location was incredible. I love this area with all the restaurants and bakeries in the area and of course the Eiffel tower a short walk away. I would not stay here again even if it was free. I love the area but hated this hotel.

    « Short, sleepless stay. »

Good location for the price, couple of bar/restaurants very close by. Staff were lovely. Room clean and nice en suite. Room was tidied each day and fresh towels left if we wanted them. We didn't have the breakfast, but it was good to know we had the option. The stairway made us giggle, it is in desperate need of a freshen up, the deep red walls and carpet look like the setting of a porn film. A regular buzzing, and double banging sound disturbed my sleep both nights. Whenever next door came in or out it sounded like my own door was being opened. We were in room 11, it's possible other rooms are quieter. Shame about the noise, but I suppose you can sleep when you get home.

    « Great location »

We stayed 4 nights here. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Our room on 6th floor was small but adequate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff spoke English and happy to help us. Would definitely stay here again.

« Consistent solid value with very good location »

After three or four stays, I continue to be pleased with this property. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, the prices are good, and the staff are helpful. The rooms on the 5th floor that face the street have a tiny balcony you can step out on from the windows (which are like French doors), which is nice to get a little fresh air and enjoy the street scene.

    « Disappointed »

We checked in on a Monday. Staff was very nice through out our 9 day stay. Rooms were not as pictured. Very small, I must say the bed was comfortable!! Air barely kept room cool. The shower stall was the worse. It was open and water would spill onto floor and out onto the rug in room. We kept several towels on floor to avoid the mess. Had to call front desk cause the shower was clogged. Housekeeping would come late in the afternoon. We skipped it several times finding it was not ready after being out most of the day In addition the patio was closed it was being renovated. The workmen started at 7AM banging ang make all sorts of noise. I would find a better place since it was not cheap.

    « Cheap and cheerfl »

Stayed here on the opening night of euro 2016 Great location, well priced and helpful staff. Room was spacious with a good bathroom. Minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower with pubs and restaurants close by. Would consider staying here again if in the area.

    « Really small »

The Hotel is in walking distance from 2 metro stations. (One takes you directly to Versailles). The reception staff was friendly and served us in English. The elevator taking us to the 5th floor was Tiny but we managed even with 2 huge suitcases. The room however was really small not to mention the bathroom. I am inviting the CEO of Best Western Hotels to go and take a shower. I'll bet the he/she will find it as frustrating as I did. It was not pleasant. The room was clean. We did not eat breakfast in the Hotel as there are very nice affordable restaurants close by. I do not recommend.

« Great location, very nice staff. Small room but workable »

I've stayed in the Paris historic district many years before so I was prepared for a small room. I was in a single room, so it was perfect for me. I was not in the room that much. Great location. I thought it was charming! I even ate in the basement the last morning because it was raining and to save time. Very nice and the a great spread. Staff spoke English and were very helpful.

    « Great Paris Hotel »

Our family had a great two-night stay at this hotel. We would definitely stay here again. We had two adjoining rooms which worked well for a family of four, although the way the doors worked was a bit odd and required us to prop the adjoining doors open with chairs to prevent them from closing and locking us out of the other room. We had reserved a true family room, but for some reason it was unavailable. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and nice and typical for European rooms. We didn't need AC, but based on the thermostats the rooms appeared to have AC. We had nice large windows overlooking the leafy street. The beds and linens were pretty standard. One room had a bathroom with a shower, the other room had a bathroom with shower and bath. Plenty of hot water. Very clean. The location was fantastic. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Easy walk to two separate train stations (Invalides and Tour Marburg) which provided great access to multiple metro lines. Quiet street, very quiet at night. Felt like a safe area. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. With the relative chaos of multiple transportation strikes and trains shut down due to flooding, their advice and assistance was invaluable. They made quite a few calls for us. We didn't try the small breakfast restaurant, but there are multiple very good bistros within two minutes of the hotel. The free wi-fi was great. Very fast. They have two computers in the lobby that are available for guest use if you didn't bring your own. We would highly recommend this hotel for a Paris stay. Obviously a 5-star rating doesn't imply a 5-star hotel (this isn't the Mandarin Oriental), but it was a great hotel for our needs.

    « Great stay »

This hotel is all about location. Of course the service was excellent too. Plenty of places to eat and close to Eiffel Tower - can walk to it. Metro station one block away. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Elevator is small, but that is normal in Europe. I will stay here again for sure when we return to Paris.

    « Location,Location. »

Loved Paris, first time there,so much to see.The Hotel is in a great location, central to attractions and lovely restaurants. We had a ground floor family room, pretty basic and television didn't work, beds were comfy though and staff were polite and friendly.

    « AMAZING!! »

We were visiting Paris for the first time (lifelong dream) When we arrived, the hotel concierge knew who we were and greeted us by name! The room was comfortable and cozy. The only scary thing was the narrow bathtub and sloping sides. I have bad knees and legs and I was afraid of falling. A handicap rail was near the edge of the wall inside the shower, but one right in the middle of the wall above the soap dish would've helped with my balance.I felt like we got personal service since it was such a small hotel. There were two windows that opened out to the street, which was a quiet street most of the time. I really appreciated being able to open them to get fresh air. The view was very quaint. I loved being so close to the Eiffel Tower. We went there as soon as we settled in to our room and then everyday at the end of our touring. It was just s short walk back to the hotel. We wanted to experience different cafes for breakfast so we didn't really eat at the hotel in the morning, but the smell was wonderful when we rode the elevator back down to the lobby. Every day we came back and on the morning of our departure, we had very lively conversations with the concierge who was at the desk. They were all very informed and helpful. Thank you, for all of your wonderful welcomes and hospitality!!!

    « Bon voyage a Paris »

We had a wonderful stay at the best western tour eiffel. The hotel is located in a very nice part of Invalides near the old military hospital. Surrounding the hotel are several good restaurants and a metro stop so we had no issues with a 6 month old baby getting around. We stayed in the superior room which was comfortable even with a pack-n-play - it just took a little rearranging of the furniture. The breakfast was great and the staff were fantastic. I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a low to mid-ranged priced hotel (in other words, have a family and aren't looking to break the bank on a weekend in Paris). We enjoyed our time in Paris and at the hotel and were sad to leave.

« Good value for money »

The hotel offers good value for money rooms for the superb location where it is, near Invalides and two minutes walking distance from the Metro. The room I had was not particularly big, I would say it was small enough... but everything was ok in the room. The interior was not new, but this can be ok if you are not looking for super modern furniture. The breakfast was good (you can choose between an express (cheaper) version or the full buffet. The breakfast room was small, but I never had to wait to seat down. The staff was very nice for all my stay. Globally a positive experience, even if I consider this a 3-stars hotel: I cannot understand the official 4-stars rating of this hotel.

« Cosy, warm, great value »

A small, cosy, pleasant, warm hotel in a superb location with all the amenities you will need. Large, clean, refurbished bathroom with hairdryer, shower/hair gel, conditioner, hand soap and moisturiser provided. Tea/coffee/water and kettle provided. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is rather expensive. Friendly bilingual staff. Best of all, there are computers in the foyer which you can use free of charge, and the reception staff will print for you free of charge, if you forward documents to the hotel email. This was great because our Paris Cruise/Bus Tour e-tickets had still not arrived before we left home, and we were able to check our emails each day and then get them printed when they did arrive. I would definitely stay here again.

« First time in Paris! »

The hotel staff and manager are friendly and attentive. All staff members spoke good English. My room was fine, although I would have liked the room to have a small fridge, as most hotels do nowadays! Breakfast was okay (breads, spreads, fruits, yogurts) enough to fill you up nicely; though the scrambled eggs were not good at all, these should not be served as they are not pleasant! I decided to watch the Moulin Rouge show and paid €110 for show and half bottle of champagne: the show it's rubbish and it contains too much female nudity. Definitely not adequate for those who may like the same male sex! Other than that, hotel it's within easy walking distance from the Invalides Metro station which is about 15-mins from the hotel. Travelling from the Eurostar station Gare du Nord to Invalides it's relatively easy and straightforward. I would stay at the hotel again.

    « Excellent value »

Small hotel, a little tattered, rooms are small, but beds are comfortable, showers are very good, rooms are clean, location is great, nice and quiet. Staff is very helpful. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

« Excellent value for the money »

Don't be put off by the tiny elevator. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, showers are excellent, and everything is clean. It's a little tattered, but so what? The location is excellent, very good value for the money.

    « Hardly a 3 star but nice staff »

The facilities need an urgent upgrade, it's quite a mystery how this hotel is still rated a 4 star. Very old facilities, room, furniture, gloomy breakfast room, noisy elevator shaft...ouch ouch ouch. The staff is trying so hard, it hurts for them. Great location of course is only advantage.

    « Turism »

Small but tify, clean and good. Good service and friendly staff. Close to restaurant area. We did not have the hotel breakfast so we do not comment that. Not far from taxi and Metro station. Walking distance to the Eifel tower.

« small (very) but fantastic location and lovely staff »

I was in Paris for work and I stayed in a single room and it was TINY - barely had room for my bag (OK, but I got to be in Paris for work, so can't complain too much) I must say, I was a little apprehensive at the "Best Western"- as it doesn't bring to mind much charm - at least in the US - but it is clearly an old French hotel that Best Western must have bought. Quite charming. There was a bed - slightly larger than a single and smaller than a double. Very comfortable. Bathroom was also tiny - but there was a shower with a shower head attached to the wall with good hot water. The staff was very nice - and the location was AMAZING! Easy walk to many places. Cute bistro (don't remember the name) at the corner.

« Very Quiet Little Hotel Perfectly Situated »

My partner and I stayed in the hotel in August, it was perfectly located, only 5-10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower (with plenty of cafes and bakeries on route!) It is on main road but you wouldn't really have thought so with how quiet it was, we were in a room on the upper floors and had some great views towards the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the subway so perfect if you want to get out to different parts of the City. We tended to walk everywhere. The hotel was also very reasonably priced for 2 nights in August.

« Nice place in good location with great staff! »

I travelled to Paris for a quick 3-day trip with my 2 young children and a family friend with her children. The rooms we had worked great for each of us. There was a little noise, but that's to be expected when you're in the middle of the city. I was in the family room, which had two sets of twin beds pushed together. There was plenty of space for our quick stay, though there is not much storage space if you are planning on a long stay. The water pressure was great, and the double sinks a pleasant surprise. A little refrigerator would have been nice, but our stay was short, so not necessary. The staff was fantastic! Everyone at the desk was extremely helpful. We skipped the 15.50 euro breakfast, so I can't comment on that. But the local Casino mini market (right around the corner) had plenty of snacks, drinks and fresh baguettes (yum)! There are lots of restaurants and we were able to walk to many sites in less than 20 minutes (Eiffel Tour, Invalides, Rodin Museum, Orsay Museum and more), and the metro (line 8) was less than a block away. Bottom line, this was a great place and I would stay here again with family or friends.

« Close to the Eiffel Tower »

The hotel was a bit hard to find, even our taxi driver couldn't see it. However it was a nice hotel in an old building in Paris close enough to walk to the Eiffel Tower and to the Seine and many other areas. There were 6 of us and each room had enough space for 3 to sleep so we saved a bit because we didn't need an extra room. Breakfast was in the basement but it was cozy and the woman who runs it was extremely concerned that we had everything that we needed.

    « Comfortable stay »

We stayed here for four nights and considered this hotel as reasonably good and fulfilled our basic requirements. A small hotel with a few but friendly staffs. It has the smallest lift I ever seen which hardly accommodate four persons at one time. We had breakfast once at the basement floor(-1) and it was okay though choices were limited. The location is quite strategic with the Esplanade behind and the Eiffel Tower about ten to fifteen minutes' walk. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby. Probably due to inadequate staffs, room service was slow although they made prompt response to our requests whenever our room was not cleaned upon our return in the late afternoon.

« Continues to be our favorite Paris hotel »

My husband and I returned to the Tour Eiffel Invalides last night before a river cruise, and we were again very pleased. The location is perfect for exploring the 7th arrondisement and for reaching other important Paris sites. A metro stop is about 100 steps from the front door and a taxis stand is even closer. We have not tried the breakfast, but a number of restaurants and coffee bars are very close. A number of excellent restaurants for dinner are also very close. The Eiffel Tower, Army Museum, Rodin, lovely rue Cler market and shopping areas are also easily within walking distance. The staff are very cordial and helpful and the rooms are quite comfortable. The rooms on the 6th floor where we have stayed previously are more compact, but our room last night was roomier, very quiet and clean. We will likely stay here again for our next visit.

« Christmas shopping with friends »

Upgraded room with a very comfortable huge bed. Nice bathroom but shower over bath, not separate, which was a bit of a struggle to get into because of where it had been put in the room and the shower head was pointing the wrong way, but lots of hot water, so can't really complain about that. Breakfast had everything you needed and was self-service in what looks like the old wine cellar, very quaint. The best bit of the stay was the extremely helpful reception staff, excellent English spoken and couldn't be more helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. Good location for underground and central to Eiffel Tower. The area was very quiet for Paris and we had 2 good nights sleep there.

« Clean, nice bathroom, no parking »

I satyed at this hotel for one night in november 2015. The location is fine, close to the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower, with metro nearby. A big problem is the absence of parking: the closest public parking is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and is quite expensive. There isn't even a parking space in front of the hotel entrance where you can park your car a few minutes to unload the luggage and check in without being in a hurry; you have to leave your car in the bus lane which can cost you much if you get a parking fine. Besides this, the room was nice and quiet although the decoration was not modern. The bathroom was large with a nice bathtub. Kettle and instant coffee (not Nespresso), complimentary small bottle of water. Free and working Wifi. The hotel was booked by my company, but given the price and the lack of nearby parking I wouldn't have booked it for myself.

    « Hotel's location is perfect. »

Nice hotel to start exploring Paris. Many attractions are near so you can reach them by walking. Distance to Louvre was quite long though... Subway station is also near. Hotel's breakfast was good - we didn't think it was expensive at all compared to other restaurants nearby.

« Shocked to see the high reviews here - and I'm not that picky! »

Maybe I am biased because my company paid for two nights in a different (and three star) property - the Petite Balloy. This room is larger, but that is really the only positive. The first room I got reeked of cigarettes - though they were nice enough to change it. But for two nights, I have dealt with paper thin walls - you hear every conversation like they are in the room. And when the person next door showers, it sounds like someone in my room is showering. Considering that 3/5 rooms on my floor are next to the elevator (and all are sharing walls), you are at a 60% risk of hearing every single time someone gets on or off the elevator - and you'll most def hear your neighbor shower. Also, the last hotel had a free champagne hour from 5-7pm, as well as free 24/7 nespresso coffee. These were really nice touches that I'm missing in this 'upgrade'. I don't know how this possibly could count as a 4 star hotel. It's fine, I got it on hotwire (which usually has the faded glory hotels - which this most definitely is) but if I paid more than $90 us per night, I would feel really ripped off. The service is very friendly, but there is absolutely nothing luxurious or 4 star about this hotel. Also, the windows are covered with plastic sheeting on the outside to protect from the scaffolding and construction - so don't hope for a view. There is none.

    « A Good Stay in Paris »

Very nice hotel. Great location. Great breakfast to start the day. Some construction work in the courtyard while we were there. Not a problem as during the day and we weren't there. Rooms (and elevator) and little compact but beds good and internet connection good (and simple). Recommended.

« Great Location and Great Service »

My husband recently returned from a 5-day stay at the Best Western Tour Eiffel. The location was very convenient to many attractions. We could walk to the Eiffel Tower. Public Transportation was nearby and cabs right outside. The staff spoke English and helped us with a wonderful dinner cruise along the Seine as well as a tour up the coast of Normandy which we really appreciated. Although the rooms are somewhat small they are exceptionally clean and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was delightful and well worth the price. Thanks again to Alexandre and Jonathan for making this trip a beautiful memory for us.

« Good, great reception, people speak Spanish and English fluidly. Breakfast is very complete in a quiet private place. »

Great location, great reception, excellent breakfast. Walking distance to lots of places. Reception is incredible People speak English and Spanish fluidly Easy to get cabs Breakfast is good in a quiet simple place Room are small but have all the comodities

« Mostly great with a few improvements needed »

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of most major sights and convenient to bus and metro. Our room was very comfortable and larger than many we've stayed at in Europe. The furnishings were old but the room was very clean. It had a balcony overlooking a very pleasant street, fairly quiet especially considering the number of restaurants and small stores. The bathroom actually had a cabinet large enough to hold all our toiletries. The staff was polite. One downside for us was the adherance to the housekeeping schedule. Most days during our 5 day stay we were out sightseeing from about 9 am until 6 pm. Arriving back at hotel, we looked forward to a rest and shower before heading out for dinner. Unfortunately, the hotel planned that our room be serviced after 5 pm so we arrived back to unemptied wastebaskets, damp towels, etc. One day we went to sit in lobby. One day we went to get our own towels and skipped the late afternoon visit from housekeeping. The hotel provided a nice coffee/tea set-up but failed to replenish used items. We only used the regular coffees and creams...didn't touch the decaf coffee, teas or sugars. Once the reg. coffees were gone, we had to fetch replacements, which were readily provided. Cleansing gel in shower and bath was also not refilled.

« Another great experience in Paris »

Just returned from a trip to Europe with my daughter and granddaughter. We had 5 great days in Paris at the Best Western Tour Eiffel Invalides. The staff of this hotel is the greatest and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is my place to stay (3rd visit) when in Paris. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience.

    « City Break »

The hotel staff were the best features of this hotel, they were very attentive and courteous. The rooms however(of which we had x2)were somewhat tired minor things such as a toilet seat was broken and obvious score marks on the bath. We would however stay again as the location in relation to the major attractions such as Eiffel and Invalides, Louvre etc etc cannot be faulted. This is a good budget hotel and we enjoyed our stay there

« Nice place to stay in Paris »

We have stayed in serval of the Hotels in the Eiffel Tower area - typically 3* ones. Often the hot water does not work, the showers and rooms are very small. The West Western has lovely rooms and great bathrooms. We recommend

    « Tourist Convenience in the 7th »

This small hotel is very conveniently located on the blvd de la Tour Maubourg in the 7th. It is in very easy walking distance of the Seine, les Invalides, and the Tour Eiffel. Not much further afield is the heart of Paris. If walking is not your sport then try the buses or the Metro. The 69 and 28 bus routes are only paces away from the hotel and both cover a very large portion of the tourist sites of Paris. The Metro station is equally close and is only two and three stops away from the Place de la Concorde and the Madeleine respectively. The hotel is in a Haussmann building so the rooms are not large but they and the bathrooms are perfectly acceptable. The air conditioning is effective and all rooms have double glazing which proves very useful as the morning and evening commutes thunder past the hotel. Breakfast is available at the hotel but there are five coffee bars serving fresh croissants within fifty yards of the front door of the hotel. This part of the 7th is very rich in restaurants all within easy walking distance. They range from tourist comfort food types to excellent bistros to one and two star Michelin establishments. The decor of the hallways and stairs is dark and perhaps bordello like but the staff are very friendly and like most Best Western hotels the Wifi is free.

    « Great Location »

A fine boutique hotel in a nice neighborhood and just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Surrounded by local stores, fine bakeries and all kinds of fabulous restaurants.! Nice rooms, a garden to enjoy your morning coffee and a small but very nice breakfast area with typical European fare

    « Wonderful Staff / Great Location »

The staff at this hotel could not have been friendlier if they tried. Great location close to Metro and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Our room had a balcony which was great. The small elevator was a little scary but to be expected at a European hotel.

« Just right for a family on a budget »

We stayed here (room only) for a week at the start of April and were very happy with everything. The hotel isn't luxurious but is clean, comfortable and just right for the price. Our double studio...

all was perfect, personnel very courteous and sympathetic We are very satisfied. It is very clean and quiet. All personnel at the réception is very attentive with the guest. If I go back to Paris, i'll choice the same hôtel; the 7ème is near of many things.and restaurants.

    « 5 days in Paris »

We had a great time in this hotel. It is very close to all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms were small, as all in europe, but very clean. I recommend this hotel.

    « Convenient Nice Place »

Away from the Champs in a more quiet neighborhood. Everything was nice but they have placed a 21st century room layout into a 200 year old hotel. Clumsy. Maid staff communicates by yelling at each other. Noisy.

« great paris hotel location »

We stayed at the Best Western Tour Eiffel in June 2014 and were extremely happy with location and reception staff. I highly recommend this hotel. its centrally located and a block from the metro. It is within walking distance of all major attractions.

« First class and great value »

The air conditioning on a very hot evening was divine! The hotel is in a very good neighbourhood. I booked at very short notice and the price was very good. The staff were excellent and looked after my gag for the afternoon after I had checked out.
