« LOVELY PLACE AND GOOD LOCATION »

The hotel is pretty cozy. We had 3 double bedrooms but they only had 2 available so they upgraded one of our rooms for free. The normal rooms size were very small, but well EUROPE, and the bigger room was like a regular room. Our only issue was that the shower splashed a lot of water out of the bathtub and it made a mess, so every time you get out of the shower you had to clean it, otherwise you might fall. You have souvenir stores round the corner. Louvre and Notre-dame so close (10 min walk)

    « Breakfast! »

Whilst we had a wonderful stay at this lovely compact hotel the breakfast was something else! I find it hard to complain about anything as this hotel as it was immaculate and the staff absolutely wonderful and so helpful but, breakfast was like a scene from Faulty Towers. The food...wonderful...the ambience....wonderful but organisation is needed. every few minutes things ran out leaving people waiting whilst one lady served replenishes and washed the dishes! Get this right Great Western and you have one beautiful hotel to be proud of. Very convenient for the the Louvre and open top tour buses and all of Paris.

    « Excellent service »

My wife and I stayed here for three days over the Easter weekend on the first part of our honeymoon. The hotel is in an excellent location and perfect for visiting all the tourist sites and close to a couple of Metro stations. The room was large by Paris standards and it was very comfortable with a very large bed and a huge bathroom. All the staff were very pleasant and very helpful especially William who arranged a taxi for us when our pre-booked one never appeared. Next time we are in Paris this is the first hotel we will check for availability. Thanks for a lovely start to our married life.

« Lovely staff and convenient location »

We arrived early in the morning to be checked in by the very welcoming gentleman who works nights ( sorry can't remember name) . Olga who was there during the day is also a pleasure. The elevator is very tiny, but as we were on the first floor ( or called the second floor in the US), we took the stairs except when checking in/out with luggage. The room was modern and clean, very comfortable bed, in room safe, large bathroom, we looked out on the inner courtyard so it was very quiet, and only one other room on the floor, so not a lot of hallway noise either. My only complaint about the room was I found the bathroom lighting a bit dark for my taste, but there was a vanity table with magnified mirror that helped, and I prefer simple shower controls with one faucet and a standard shower head, rather than having with my jet lagged brain do trial and error with three faucets to determine what controls what, and I don't like hand held showers and did not feel the rain shower head had enough pressure for washing my hair. We included breakfast in our room rate, as I like the convenience of not having to go out in the morning, and we were pleased with the quality and quantity of what was offered....eggs, sausage , bacon, beans , could grill a croque monsieur, fruits, cheeses, variety of breads/ croissants, yogurt. Both of the ladies who serviced the breakfast room during our stay were a pleasure. Location- a metro stop about a block away. We took the train back to the airport as the RER B stop at Les Halles was a short walk. The hotel will book a taxi if you prefer for 57 euros. We walked most places, and found this location convenient for visiting the main Paris tourist attractions. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel a comfortable place to come back to , and would not hesistate to stay there again.

    « Fantastic location »

Easy walking distance to Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, places to eat and shopping. The staff was very helpful in finding places to eat and visit. The room was comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay. We even did some shopping. Easy walk to grocery stores for a quick bite for breakfast.

« Perfect Boutique Hotel close to Louvre »

We checked into this gem of a hotel after a bad experience in another nearby. Our room was superb! Great size bed, immaculately clean, lovely bathroom, coffee-machine, bathrobes and slippers and very quiet! Breakfast was wonderful! Buffet-style with usual croissants and pastries but delicious extras including pancakes, scrambled eggs with herbs, wraps and warm fresh bread. All this less than a 2-minute walk from the Louvre, 10 mins from Notre Dame and 15 from the Musee D'Orsay. This is the perfect location for exploring Paris on foot - we never needed to use public transport apart from our return to Gare De Nord. Highly recommended especially the delightful Manageress who made sure our stay made up for the awful first night we had in another hotel.

« Best Hotel We Could Have Chosen »

It's always a bit nerve wracking to show up in a (foreign) new city and wonder how your lodgings will match with online information. But we couldn't have been more delighted with this choice. The location is superb. The staff was super warm and friendly and very helpful with many questions we had throughout our stay. The room was absolutely wonderful?plenty big enough and tastefully appointed. And quiet too! Everything was spotlessly clean. And the breakfast was terrific. Would highly recommend with no hesitation for your next Paris visit.

« Great place to stay in central of city »

Great location quiet street near Louvre and Palais Royal, such a good area ! Nice compact hotel, very nice well equipped room, well furnished, decorated to high standard. We were on top floor at back of hotel in a very quiet room. Comfortable beds and good nights sleep was had ! Very clean hotel in all areas. Did not avail of breakfast as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area to sample French breakfast! Very helpful and friendly staff assured us of a great stay. Highly recommend !

We stayed at BW Premier Lourve Saint Honore in October 2017 as part of a mother & daughter birthday European holiday. The room we had we clear, beds comfy and staff very friendly. We chose to stay in this hotel due to its amazing location and its boutique charm and we we're not disappointed. As it was both my birthday and my mother's birthday during our stay we where presented with some lovely champagne, champagne flutes, chocolates, macaroons and French perfume which was a wonderful surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

« One night stay - ok experience »

Me and my husband booked the hotel for 1 night. Our check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room we booked was small (this is Paris after all so nothing out of the ordinary :) ) but clean and nicely furnished, with coffee machine and mini bar. One remark - we had only 2 coffee capsules - 1 decaffeinated and 1 short espresso. It would be great if we had 2 capsules with caffeinated espresso so we don't have to share. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect - near the Louvre museum. It can be a little noisy - the hotel is just on the busy boulevard, and it is overall a little noisy so this is a thing to be considered. Also, you won't like a room near the elevator or on a lower level. We had an OK stay with no problems.

« Excellent, quiet, clean, friendly and central »

We are en route home from a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were in a superior double room which we found very spacious (particularly for Paris), clean and with excellent amenities (nuxe products in the bathroom, dressing gowns and slippers). The room was quiet and the bed really comfy. The shower worked very well too. Staff were incredibly friendly - Hassan checked us in and kindly stored some treats we bought in the hotel fridge. Great location, just behind the Louvre and close to lots of good shopping. Didn't have breakfast there, so unable to comment on that. Will definitely return.

« Shamazing break in Paris »

I needed a mini break from my the festivities , and what best city to go to if not Paris :). As per usual no complains at all , from check-in to check-out the staff offers you an amazing easy stay at the hotel and in Paris as they are always helpful if you need any suggestions as to what to do during your stay . If you are still hesitating to book this hotel ,let me save the headache .... just do it ;). PS: there is a lovely Italian restaurant next door ,it is simply bellissima. Once again thank you to the entire staff for making my break easy and enjoyable, I shall be back soon .

    « Lovely stay »

Everything was lovely from check-in to check-out. The hotel was perfect as usual. Nice little Italian restaurant next door. The staff where very attentive and nothing seemed like too much for them. Will be going back and next time with a few friends.

    « Great Hotel Staff + Luxury + Accessibility »

What an awesome 8 days stay at BW Premiere Louvre St. Honore in Paris! We Experienced world-class service under the leadership of Jahna Chevi, who is very professional, competent and sweet. She even sent a bottle of wine with matching flute glasses when she learned that i just celebrated my birthday. Her equally friendly & sweet staff Abby is also godsend. Room and other facilities are very clean, luxurious (i love my bath robe) & consistent supply of essentials (toiletries and coffee) + the 24/7 availability of delicious hot choco at the lobby bar. We mostly walked to all the must-see sites and went as far as the eiffel tower. I've been traveling for 25 years but this hotel, i say truly offers the real value-for-money in Paris!

« Awful breakfast, bad service and attitude »

Ordered room with two beds. They changed the room before arrival to room with one large bed. We accepted that. Arrived At breakfast 9.30am (breakfast was until 10.00). A breakfast with very limited selection and clearly with a staff that lost overview of their guest completely. Uncooked bacon (put in a pile) and a few sausages. Egg that was not at all fresh and no crossiants etc. I waited 20minutes to get my coffee! That was day1! At day two there were no bread at all, no juice, no bacon, no sausages...the so called breakfast was completely empty. The time was 9.45 and when I asked the waiter/host Helene about the status of the buffet she just said ?you are here very late?, now comes the best part! When she asked for our room number so she could charge for the breakfast and I tell her that I'm not going to pay for the missing food, she then goes to the kitchen to refill. She then puts a pile of uncooked bacon and sausages in the buffet and one baguette. She refills the juice and then look at me with a ?Tadaaaaaaa here is your buffet mr!?. The most rude staff ever seen and the most bad breakfast experience ever!

    « Great! »

Great location! Comfortable bed in queit room! Extremely friendly staff that truly was doing everything they could to make customer happy! Definitely recommend this place! If I could ask for one improvement - that would be a real fridge with cooling and not just a bar that stored the beverage but didn't really cool it. Good idea to store the fois gras or pastries!

« Paris hotel in an excellent location »

We recently stayed at the Best Western Premier Louvre Hotel in Paris and were thoroughly impressed! We were within walking distance to the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, les Champs Elysees as well as the Opera Garnier and the Galeries LaFayette. The room was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was wonderful! We were even treated to complementary Beaujolais Nouveau on two of the evenings we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris. Recommendation from the hotel: Book your room yourself online and you will get the best rate as well as qualify for Best Western Points.

    « thoroughly enjoyable stay »

Great hotel, great location, terrific staff. Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Staff was very helpful in making restaurant recommendations and activities to do. Room was very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for future travelers and would stay here again.

« Great staff, superb location »

Very nice, small-scale hotel with wonderful staff at the reception desk. The kind of people that make you feel really welcome and ready to help - the front desk manager Hassan is unbeatable and his colleague in the night shift when I arrived was great as well. Location could not be better next to the Louvre and Royal Place and also close to metro and RER. Unasked they upgraded me to a nice and spacey room - makes you feel good when arriving at midnight and having been on the road all week. Will come back for sure - price/performance ratio is very good (specifically considering the location in the heart of Paris).

    « Love this hotel! »

OK, this hotel is quirky but the rooms are lovely, the service is excellent, the towels and housekeeping is excellent and yes the lifts are quirky, but they work fine.....even in room 711. Just the occasional stop at floor 4 for some reason. Overall the recommendation if we were in Paris again,we would stay here again, our third visit to this hotel. On your doorstep, Le Louvre, Palais Royal (beautiful), St Eustache church passing one of the best cookery shops E Dhillirin - amazing equipment if you cook or bake. Lovely bakeries. We tend to eat in Le Fumoir. Louise cafe just around the corner and lovely cafe Realais du Louvre on the corner. Looks like a nice pizza restaurant next door to the hotel but we never got there..saw the flour arrive for the pizza bases, no pizza express here! So you can walk everywhere if you can manage around 18000 steps per day...or take the metro. Notre Dame about 15 mins. Left Bank 15 mins, St Sulpice about 20 mins, lovely hotel fab location... enjoy!

« Fabulous Location and Wonderful Staff »

We stayed here on a Mother/Daughter trip in October for 5 nights. The location is amazing...very close to the Louve. Staff was incredible and extremely helpful. I injured my knee the day before check out, and asked if I could use the room longer and as our train didn't depart until 8:00 pm. That wasn't possible as they were booked. But, they set me up in the lounge where I could elevate and took care of me all day! They were all wonderful, but Jahna was absolutely incredible. I will never forget the kindness she extended to me! I would certainly recommend this hotel! They really care about their guests.

    « Petite hotel »

This petite hotel is located just blocks from the Louvre. The Metro is just 1 1/2 blocks away. The staff was helpful and pleasant. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and a particularly good one named the ?Smoking Dog?. Being a small hotel, it comes with it small problems. The elevator in the back that serviced our room (311) dropped each time it reached the second floor which can be alarming. It only held two people or one person with luggage. The other alternative is a spiral staircase. There is not a full-time repairer on hand so things like a stopped-up bathroom sink took days to repair. The late-night desk person eventually took it apart and pulled out a huge ball of hair. The safe did not work the first day. After we left, the hotel adjusted our bill for some mini-bar purchases which we did not make. I did notice the frig was becoming more spacious each day. I keep my insulin in there. I would recommend you ask the staff to empty the minibar of its contents if you are not going to make any purchases. There was another situation that arose when we first got there that I have yet to sort out. When we first arrived, the hotel told us that they checked on our credit card two days before we arrived. It was declined for suspicious activity. They cancelled our reservation. For a moment, I thought I would be sleeping on the streets of Paris. Then the innkeeper said he had this ?deluxe room? we could have for an additional 40 euros a night. We were staying for a total of 6 nights. He eventually lowered it to 30 euros. Confirm your reservation at least week ahead no matter what Expedia says.

« Great location, amazing staff! »

The location of this hotel is PERFECT! two blocks from the Louvre Museum & rue de Rivoli, surrounded by lovely restaurants, brasseries, bars, etc. Our room was huge for Paris, toilet was big as well and had a lovely courtyard. The amenities in the room were perfect, a expresso coffee capsule machine, a welcome bottle of water, big screen plasma TV, very comfortable bed & room for luggage which is usually rare in Paris. All staff were so efficient, polite & friendly. It is worth to mention one of the best receptionist I've met in my travels, her name is Olga and she is AWESOMELY EFFICIENT!!! I have to say that the Manager was also fantastic & very professional. Thank you all for a great stay in your hotel!!!

    « Position! Position! Position! »

Literally only a 5 minute walk around thw corner and you are at the start of the Louvre. Lots of shops nearby and highly recommend Rives store for leather handbags (Tax free available @ airport redemption). Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Pays to book and pay up front months ahead to get extra value as well as Breakfast included. Breakfast was by lift or stairs to Basemwnt with huge variety of cold and hot foods all inclusive. Only negative in our Deluxe room was the shower in the bath, but next time I will ask for separate shower & there definitely will be a next time. The Hotel kindly organised a driver for airport pick up & drop off also to any venue we wanted. Yes more expensive than taxi but we liked the safety and reliability (ask for Enzo as the driver).

« Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good beds.m »

This was our first visit to France and we didn't know where to book for our visit. We lucked out and got a great little hotel with the Best Western Premier Louvre Saint Honore! Our group booked 3 rooms. Two were deluxe and one was classic. There is a definite difference. The two deluxe rooms were larger, had large bathrooms, and our AC was active and worked perfectly. The classic room was tiny and no AC on that side of the building. I don't know if we were just lucky but the hotel is two small towers across a little square and the entire other tower had their windows thrown open all night or it was very stuffy and warm. This would not of made me happy if that has been my room. From our side of the tower it made for an interesting view ;) The elevator is tiny but we were just happy to not have to drag suitcases up 5 flights of stairs. Both types of rooms were exceptionally clean, amenities were good, beds comfy, and wifi worked well. I'm now promptly ordering a towel warmer when I get home. We didn't have the breakfast and had the option to add it on for 19€ but when we looked at it it was basically some fruit, a few pastries and coffee. Definitely glad we didn't choose to add that as there are great cafes on either side and Pret a Manger just across the way great coffee and breakfast options. I would happily return to this hotel on future Paris visits

« Worse Customer service ever!!! »

I stayed there for 7 nights. I must say that the location is perfect. Few minutes walk from the Louvre museum. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants. However, the staff was careless about my concerns. 1-mosquitoes flying around. 2- the toilet wouldn't flush 3- my bed sheets were stained with some yellow stuff 4- spiders webs on the ceiling, lightbulb. I requested many times for a different room. No body cared to act on it since they had already gotten their payment for 7 nights. This guy named Jean-Pierre was harassing me for 2.48 euros " taxes" he said I owed at checkout time. Jean-Pierre always seemed unhappy when I asked questions. Worst Customer Service etiquette.

« Excellent location and good value »

We booked two rooms: a Junior Suite (king bed plus sofa bed) and a Deluxe Room. Our rooms were located in the rear "tower" of the hotel looking into the interior courtyard, which meant they were very quiet as we wanted. Both rooms were clean, newly furnished and comfortable. The Junior Suite was located on the top floor and was the size of two regular rooms combined. With the sofa bed unfolded, it was a little tight to walk around the room, but it was sufficient. The bathroom had a tub and a shower, but not much counter space. The toilet was located in a separate room. The elevator is very tiny (two people with one suitcase filled it to capacity) and occasionally would not go past the floor below ours, so we usually walked the stairs to our room. The included breakfast was nothing fancy but certainly met our needs, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the car transportation requested from the airport to the hotel, but we made it to the hotel in a cab, and there was no problem with our departure transportation. This hotel was a few blocks' walk to the Louvre and near several good neighborhood restaurants. Hard to beat the location for the price!

« Great Hotel in a Great Location!! »

this hotel is unique. don't be afraid of the extra small lift! the hallways are also very small; because they have kept the original design of the old building and build around that. one up to the floor and to our room door; we are do delighted to find our very large room with plenty of space, large windows with doors opening to look out to the avenue. The bathroom was also very spacious and had everything we needed. We were only there for a quick 3 days; way too short! but the hotel is in a great spot, just a few minutes walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame and the strip. The Lego store, public transportation, many restaurants and bars on the strip are right there. I would definitely stay here again!

« Mid week city break at this lovely hotel »

Needed a quick mid week break from my hectic running around schedule and decided to hope on the Eurostar and head out to Paris. I stayed at the Best Western Premier Louvres Saint Honore , the location is perfect as it is easy to get to and i loved the deco , the cherry on top was the staff , they were all extremely friendly , welcoming , smiling yet professional. They made my stay a lot more pleasurable . A big thank you to Olga and Valerie :) Do not hesitate to book a stay at the BEST WESTERN PREMIER LOUVRES SANIT HONORE.

    « Below average hotel... »

When we arrived at the hotel we noticed we were given a deluxe room. We booked the superior room but for some reason it wasn't available. The deluxe room was supposed to be an upgrade. As soon as we stepped into the door it didn't feel like an upgrade - the room was small, and the cabinetry and facilities didn't look like finishes that would be installed into the second highest tier room in a hotel. We honestly felt like we were given a downgrade because they overbooked the superior room. The cups in the bathroom were used as an ashtray. How do we know? As soon as i flipped both cups over to put my tooth brush in it smelt like one! Disgusting! The fridge had orange juice? On the bottom of the fridge guess the cleaners didn't were too lazy to clean it. The positive thing about the hotel are the concierges, especially Jean-Batiste. He was friendly, greeted us everyday and was proactive in asking us what we needed even if we didnt need anything.

« Great hotel in good location »

Great 2 nights stay here. Room was comfortable and clean with the bathroom very spacious and well appointed. Location is very good. Breakfast was OK cooked food not that appetising but cold items good. Staff were friendly. Wi fi seemed to disconnect on morning of departure. Would recommend this hotel.

    « Fantastic Location »

We planned to use the Metro, or walk to most places in Paris itself.  To simplify this, we chose a centrally located hotel, near the Louvre and a Metro Station (Louvre Rivoli).  The Best Western Premier Louvre Saint Honoré is a small boutique hotel, with only three rooms to a floor. The booking was made directly through the hotel as their rates were better than we could find through online booking sites. The staff we all very friendly and helpful.  Breakfast was served in a room downstairs, consisting of breads, pastries, cereals, hot food, cheeses and yogurts and some fresh fruit.  Nice strong coffee was also provided.  The room opened at 7:00AM, which was OK for half of the time we were there, but we often left earlier than this for some of the booked trips. The room was small but comfortable.  We expected this, and were very happy with it.  The bathroom was also up to expectations.  Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night.  We heard little or no street noise while we were there.  As there were only three rooms on our floor, noise from other guests was also minimal. Due to size restrictions, the lift was extremely small, fitting only two people with a suitcase each.  People with lots of luggage or families, made several trips to get to and from their rooms.  This didn't bother us as there was only the two of us. Overall we were very happy with our choice of hotel.

« No need to look any further for a fabulous place to stay! »

This was my first time to Paris and needless to say it was hard trying to find the ideal place to stay but I did! This place is literally in the most central and ideal place because you have everything within sec or min of walking. The 1st arrondisement is as central as you can get. You're seconds away from all attractions. The hotel is very clean, the people who work there are respectful, helpful, cheerful and at your complete disposal. Especially Hassen and Olga! Breakfast was in abundance and service was impeccable! They even gave us bath robes, slippers, valet service and birthday gift free of charge! Big hearts, great service, good food, affordable prices, nice size rooms with balconies and fantastic location! See for yourself but you have to try it to believe it! I'm going back without any hesitation whatsoever!! It's the only way to go! Merci!!

We stayed at Best Western mid June and had a great time. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect (close to everything) and the service was awesome. Jahna (the general manager) & Hassen were so welcoming and helped us with any questions or things we needed. Highly recommend!

« Poor attendance and costumer care »

Paris was the final destination of our Honeymoon and we stayed only 2 days in town. As soon as the check in was done my wife and I put the luggage in the room and went to the street. When we came back, at night, we noticed that the room was really hot and the air conditioner wasn't working. I immediately went to reception to complain and the recepcionist told me that he couldn't do nothing on that day and that on the next day they would solve the problem. We spent the night on an oven, sweating as if we were in a sauna. Extremely frustrating for the first honeymoon night in Paris. On the next day first time in the morning I came back to complain and the other recepctionist said that they would fix the air conditioner, so by the time we came back, at afternoon, everything would be ok. When we came back about 3PM, it was all the same, we were still in a room as if we were in a sauna. I came back again, furious, demanding a room change. The room change was done, but for a room with THE SAME PROBLEM... unbelievable. So, for the third time, I had to complain and demand again for room change, which was made. After this second change the problem was finally solved, they gave us a room with an air conditioner properly working. In my opinion, the Hotel Manager should had solven the problem on the first day, with a way better support than the poor one that was given to us, specially after I told then that we were there for our honeymoon one.

    « Great hotel »

This place was a total surprise. I booked it because it was relatively inexpensive in a very expensive centrally located area. The check in was fast and professional. The room was large for paris hotels. It was clean had great bedding and every amenity in the room that you would expect at a 5 star hotel room. The bathroom room was totally updated with a great shower. Book this place.

    « Nice hotel »

The location was really good for accessibility to the subway, Louvre, and some nice restaurants. The room was spacious, had a nice towel warmer and large, thick bath towels. The elevator was tiny but worked well. The breakfast was ok. The staff was excellent! The general manager, Jahna, even sent some lovely gifts to our room for my daughter's graduation. We really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I had such a wonderful time in Paris, staying in this hotel! All the staff was really really kind and the room was clean and neatly organized! I stayed in their Junior Suites room number 811 for 4 nights and received this wonderful VIP gift amenities, perfume soaps named 29 St.Honore! The hotel is easy access to numerous places and in walking distance to Louvre, Jardin de Tuleries, etc.

« Nice location by Louvre »

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while we were in Paris. The location is perfect. Very close to the Louvre, shopping and lots of restaurants. We went to La couleur des Bles for pastries, which was less than a block from the hotel. We also went to some of the other restaurants within a couple blocks of the hotel. There were a few different Metro stops and trains nearby. The Les Halles stop takes you straight to the airport. We had an easy time checking in. The woman at the desk directed us to the elevator closest to the desk. If you're lucky you can get more than one person plus luggage on the elevator. Two people and two carry on luggages barely fit. It's so small and can feel very claustrophobic. The rest of the trip we went up and down the stairs since our room was on the 2nd floor. The hallway by our room was also very short and narrow. Our room itself was nice. A queen bed that was pretty comfortable and had fluffy pillows. The bed seemed shorter than those found in the US. I'm 5'3" and it seemed like my toes were close to touching the end of the bed. The bathroom was a decent size and had a nice shower. We had our room cleaned daily and the towels were always replaced. We didn't try the restaurant or any other services available. Overall, the issues we had were very minor. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

« Nice Hotel, But Lacks Space »

We spent 4 nights at the Best Western Premier Louvre Saint Honore and had a comfortable stay for the most part. LOCATION: The hotel is in a perfect location just behind the Louvre, near other tourist sites like the Palais Royale, and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. It was undoubtedly a great home base for exploring the city in any direction. There's also a metro stop nearby which was very convenient for getting around to some of the further areas. ROOM: This was actually the smallest hotel room we stayed in during our trip to Europe. I had to squeeze by the end of the bed and the wall on which the TV was mounted just to get around to the other side. It was quite possibly the smallest room on our floor (room 703) so it's likely that all rooms ending in a 3 will be on the small side (and there are only 3 rooms per floor). There also wasn't enough space to store two suitcases without having them in the way. I had to move the chair in the room and push it against a nightstand just to be able to squeeze my suitcase into a corner. Despite the size, it was tastefully decorated and had a very comfortable bed. It was also quiet. BATHROOM: The bathroom was a good size and clean. The rainshower was great and the hair dryer worked wonderfully. Not much counter space though so I would recommend packing your toiletries in a case that can by hung up. HOTEL: Modern decor and very clean. At night the front doors are locked if the attendant steps away from the desk so you may need to wait to be let in. The lift is VERY small and only fits 2 people or 1 person with a suitcase. The floor hallways were also very narrow so it can be a nuisance when coming and going with luggage. SERVICE: Staff were pleasant to deal with and our room was cleaned well each day. We didn't have breakfast included in our stay, but it is available in the breakfast room on the lower level. It was about 19 euros per person. We simply walked to one of the many cafes each morning and got a typical Parisian breakfast for about 8 or 9 euros. OVERALL: Although it was a nice hotel, I would have preferred a bit more space to settle into so I will probably look for other options when returning to Paris or specifically request a larger room if we decide to return to the Louvre Saint Honore. This is no fault of the hotel itself because they can only work with the space they have. It just comes down to personal preference.

    « Wonderful Hotel »

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is just steps away from major attractions and great bars and restaurants. There are also lots of reasonable places to eat breakfast, as the hotel was expensive and we didn't have it included in our price. There is a small lounge area for the evening if you want to have a drink etc, but we tended to stay out as the atmosphere in Paris is wonderful. The front desk is close to the front door, but sometimes is not manned, late evening it does mean that you can stand in the street for a few minutes before anyone arrives to let you in (even when you have a key). I would stay here again. Rooms are very nice, clean and not too overpriced if you book early.

« Remarks of a long-standing customer of Best Western Hotels. »

Problems: 1. We arrived at 1 p.m. and were told, that the rooms will be ready at 2 p.m. This is ok. We left our luggage and returned to the hotel at about 3.30 p.m.. We got our keys, went upstairs and found out that the rooms were not ready. . We complained at the reception and were told it will take 5 more minutes. It took about 30 minutes. 2. Later the day I called the front desk from the room telephone using the number 9 (to be used also for an outside line and for emergencies). Nothing worked, no reply!! No outside line! Later I complained at the front desk to find out, that there was temporarily nobody at the front desk and that the instruction to get an outside line was wrong. I think that the above problems are not acceptable for a 4 Star Best Western Hotel!!

6 night stay. Engaging staff, fantastic central locale. U.S.- learn electric & cafe machine. Buses : great mode of transportation with Karnets, learn the direction they travel. Hotel clean, staff is very caring. VIVA L.A. FRANCE, Mercy Beaucoup!

    « Great location »

The hotel is in a prime central location which makes most places easily walkable. There is a metro station 2 minutes walk away so even going further out from the centre is very easy to do. The hotel is clean and convenient and has a boutique feel to it. The lifts are small but as the hotel is not the biggest it is more than sufficient for the number of guest. The only issues I did have was that the rooms did get very warm and the air con was not able to cool the room fast enough. The breakfast is also not great and I feel I would have been better off going to a local cafe. Would recommend the stay purely for location, cleanliness and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

« Fantastic Honeymoon Stay- Great Location! »

We spent 5 nights here in April to kick off our Honeymoon and had a fantastic time! The location of this hotel could not be better - only 1 block from the Louvre. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the manager even sent a personal letter congratulating us. Our room was very spacious and overlooked the street in typical Parisian fashion. We could not have stayed at a better hotel!

    5
« Great place to stay »

The hotel is conveniently located near major sites like the Louvre and also near the train and metro. The room was very nicely furnished - clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in providing direction and answering questions.

    « Great location »

Used this hotel for a three night stay and loved it's location. Just minutes walk away from the Louvre and other attractions but tucked away from too much hustle and bustle. Our superior room was very well appointed and comfortable with minibar and coffee making facilities There are plenty of restaurants in the area to take breakfast and avoid the hotel charge which is a bit steep Have stayed in Paris several times and this was our best choice yet

« New Home away from Home »

My new Home away from Home. And yet another Paris break , well overdue if you ask me. I stumble across this beautiful Hotel as i was planing a Paris Break with my friend and within 2sec....{ ok maybe more like 20secs} our mind was made...we are booking the BEST WESTERN PERMIER LOUVRES SAINT HONORE . The location is perfect , who wouldn't want to be close to the following : Place Vendôme , Tuileries Gardens , Sainte Chapelle , Saint Germain des Prés , Champs-Elysées , Notre Dame de Paris cathedral and obviously *yes it is obvious as the clue is in the name haha * the world renowned Musee Du Louvres . Exactly...and with both Metro and RER to access to gem we couldnt wish for more....but the universe did give us more. The rooms are stunning , the decor is what i call soft and peaceful . The beds.....OMG i could have laid until my entire body was imprinted onto the mattress. The bathroom have a clean finish and a overhead shower....now...i felt like a wild child under the rain in the amazonian forest , no exaggerations there im a lover of overhear shower ...makes it so much easier to wash my hair while pretended to be Beyonce performing in a sold out concert *no judgments needed here haha * Then is off to get some BKF :-) *yummy* loved the fresh pastries in that lovely and friendly breakfast room . And then off we go to get some site seeing under our belts, no not the kind that you are thinking about ...i wanted to see more of the hotel as we arrived in the evening and the staff were absolutely great with my request. I mean the lobby left me mesmerized those lights on the walls....i want ....i need ....i want i simply loved the added touched that this features added to the lobby. The bar are once again ....wait im lost for words *insert the worldwide known Italian gesture to closed fingers to lips and mwahhhh * if you do not know that gesture...well book a trip to Italy after your visit in Paris at this FABULOUS hotel . The decor is really unique yet homely , and i love the "outside inside " section *can someone please add those features to my imaginary house please, thanks * I had the privilege to be able to see the other room categories and they are Shamazing , suitable for families or couple that simply wants to indulge. Now let's talk about what makes an hotel the perfect Home away from Home , yes of course all of the above are necessary , but without a good , friendly , polite , warm , welcoming and very helpful team it doesn't matter how fabulous the hotel is because without those element , without a good team your stay at any hotel will take a turn for the worst. The team at the BEST WESTERN PERMIER LOUVRES SAINT HONORE made our stay so pleasant , very helpful , attentive to details , friendly yet very professional and that includes the Directrice , she was always smiley with a nice aura :-) . its rare to be able to connect with the team during a short stay/city break but on this occasion it was not the case. I will highly command the BEST WESTERN PERMIER LOUVRES SAINT HONORE to anyone that is travelling to Paris regardless if this is of leisure/pleasure or business. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay at your hotel . Until next time BWPLSH Team.

    « Terrible property management »

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I stored my luggage when I checked out in the morning. When I return in the evening after a full day of activities and couldn't wait to get to my next hotel and sleep, I found out at the lobby that someone lost the key to the luggage room and they are trying to figure out how to open it. Without the property manager on site, they were helpless. No one was trained on how to deal with this situation. And their attitude was bad, they asked "you don't need your luggages tonight right?" I was furious by this attitude, maybe it's me not understanding their humor. The only solution they had was to call the property manager and the manager remotely taught them how to open that door. I'm truly disappointed by the following issues: 1. No one on site knows how to make a new key. If I had lost my room key, probably that means I won't be able to get to my room for a very long time. 2. They don't offer any help. They basically asked me to either wait (but they had no idea how long it's going to take) or come back the next day. I asked if they can send the luggage to my new hotel once they solved the issue (the new hotel is < 10 euro away by taxi). I got a straight NO. 3. The property does not know how to deal with unexpected events at all. I waited 40 mins at the front desk, right in front of the 2 employees. No one tried to explain to me what was their plan unless I asked (and their response was I don't know). No one offered water or anything while I was waiting. No one cared if I was there waiting. It's my fist time staying at best western, with this level of property management, it will probably be my last time. If they were willing to spend the 10 euro and send the new luggage to my new hotel, this would have been a 5 stars review. But similar to the famous United denied boarding event, front line employees just don't have the authority to use their "common sense" to improve customer experience.

    « Perfect location! »

Being centrally located is always one of my top requirements for a hotel and this hotel is in a perfect location! The room and bathroom were a good size, especially compared to some of the other tiny hotel rooms that I looked at for this trip. There are plenty of options for food nearby- the little pizza place next door was amazing! There is some high-end shopping just a short walk down Rue St Honore. If we come back to Paris, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

« Lovely room and ideal location »

The location is wonderful, walkable to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Orsay, and close to various transportation options as well. We skipped the hotel breakfast and opted for enjoying the local cafes instead. It was nice to have the lift. Our room was on the street and there was some road noise but it mostly did not bother us. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The bed and room were quite comfortable. Staff were helpful when we needed a taxi. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Comfortable rooms with tea / coffee accessories. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. The price is high due to the location. We had breakfast outside of the hotel. Near a lot of café and restaurants

    « Wonderful Experience »

Stayed here for 3 nights commencing 17th March for my birthday. From the outside the hotel looks exceptionally small but once inside it opens up and is very impressive. The reception team were extremely friendly and polite and were always available to help. We stayed in room 612 which was a deluxe twin. Its was at the rear of the hotel which helped minimize any street noise and we enjoyed 3 wonderfully peaceful nights sleeps. The room was extremely well decorated and the bathroom massive with a full bath, shower, sink and plenty of toiletries. In terms of location it could barely have been better. We were one street back from the Louvre and within easy walking distance to Notre Dame and Seine. We took a walk along the river up to the Pont de L'alma bridge and then up to the Arc De Triomphe coming back along the Champs -Elysees. A long walk but well worth it when you can go back to this hotel and soak in a hot bath with a glass of champagne. Breakfast was fine but could be improved and the provision of coffee pods in the room seemed to be monitored rather strictly. 2 pods only and if more needed we needed to ring reception to request these. Overall view is this was an excellent choice. A hotel that is well run and managed by a great team. We will be back Best Regards Mark O' Donnell

    « Great location »

This is a fine property with an attentive staff. The breakfast has a good selection. The elevator is tiny and slow. The bed was comfortable and the room had a window that opened. The location is very near the Louvre Rivoli metro stop and within walking distance to all of the key art museums. The rooms are quite small and the room temperature is set too high for me. The shower is small. The facility is clean but small by American standards.

    « Belle Paris »

We have just arrived home after a wonderful 3 day visit to Paris, the city of lights. What an experience. From this lovely hotel, so well appointed, with its great ambience, staff so pleasant and every facility one requires to a memorable visit to The Louvre, a visit we hope to repeat soon. We loved every minute of our stay. Breakfast was excellent with staff so helpful and obliging. The room, ours was 411, Was spotless, bright, comfortable and with a bathroom that was so big and had every facility. There was any amount of Bistros and restaurants close by, all excellent value, our favourite was The Louvre Brasserie. Au revoir Paris, a bientot, till we see you again, Merci

« Trip to Paris was Exceptional »

From the moment we checked into the hotel with the assistance of Jean Baptist, who was a delightfully friendly and most accommodating gentleman, to the moment we checked out, with the assistance of the kind & courteous young man who helped me arrange our airport transportation, our two night stay was exceptional. Although the elevator is "smaller then small", with only enough room for 1 person with luggage, and our 6th floor French Balcony window only had a view of the inner courtyard, it was still a great experience. The location earns 5 stars, and was perfectly situated in a great neighborhood, with wonderful shops, cafes, restaurants and of course, The Louvre in close proximity. The Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what was offered, but the food quality was nice. I would happily stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

« Wonderful location and great place to stay »

The location of this hotel is close to the Louvre and is walking distance to Notre Dame and to the Seine. It is a modernized hotel in and older area and the nearby pastry shops and restaurants are wonderful.

« Modern, cozy and amazing location »

I stayed there for a single night but it was a great experience. The hotel is modern and clean, the staff is really courteous and helpful ( they help me book a taxi, gave me options and suggestions how to get to my flight ). The rooms are modern, all new furniture and all the appliances work really well ( especially the AC since it was the hottest day in all summer ). Location is great, walking distance to the Louvre, two metro stations and a lot of restaurants and cafes.

    5
« Fabulous Location close to 3 metro stations! »

Room was very nice and clean, well decorated and with nice amenities, well worth the price. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I will stay here again when I'm in Paris! We walked to almost every place we wanted to see. We did not have the breakfast as breakfast was easily available at many cafes for 8 or 9 euros!

    1
« Terrible Hotel with fake 4 star »

How hotel are getting stars should be reviewed carefully that when we pay for a 4 star hotel we get a 4 star service. Breakfast service was like a bed & breakfast accommodation and the staff who are serving breakfast were the most rude people I have ever seen, air-condition of the room could not be fixed for 5 days while Paris temperature was 7-10 degrees in night

    5
    « Wonderful »

I went to Paris for a short weekend. The hotel has an excellent location, with proximity to all of the best stores, great cafes, and the Louvre of course. The Palais Royal is walking distance too. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, and very peaceful. What I will remember the most is the staff, so friendly and caring. They definitely made my stay even more special. Thank you very much, I hope to be back soon!

« Nice hotel, very kind service, location right in the city, »

I was there with my daughter for some holidays and I also for a businesstrip It ist a nice little hotel with very nice service. They are very kind and friendly. The rooms are fine and very clean. It was no so big , also we had a Superior Room, but it was big enough for us, because the hotel is quite near the city and there the housespace ist rare. We also book the breakfast, which was not included in the roomprice. I think, it would be nice, if they offer a little bit more selection for the price of 19 Euro.

    « Perfect Parisian Location »

We originally booked into another Best Western close to here but due to building work we were moved to the Louvre Saint Honore. What an absolutely fantastic trip!! The rooms were beautifully decorated and huge compared to similar prices hotels in Paris. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The location is perfect and only a short walk to Pont Neuf for a picture perfect photo. Thank you so much for making the trip so special I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanted to visit Paris.

« Best location, best service, best staff »

Just one block from the Louvre in the heart of Paris, it is close to everything and yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The veteran concierge staff are the best I've ever met. Paris is the most beautiful city in the world, and the experience my mother and I had at this hotel was equally wonderful.

    5
« Great hotel, excellent service and attentive staff »

Just checked out of an overnight stay at this hotel with my mother. The location is great, just a block away from The Louvre and within walking distance of many of the places you will want to visit. I cannot say enough about the staff, very helpful and accommodating. The manager brought my very tired mother a glass of juice while we waited for our cab to the train station. Highly recommend.

    « Absolute joke »

My partner booked a room here for a romantic weekend, a superior room, we were given 301, room was nice, good location with a comfortable bed. After a shower we noticed the bathtub was blocked, we told the lady at reception but nothing was done about it. The second day we went to the louvre, when we came back we found the bathroom completely flooded with loads of water coming through the light instalations on the ceiling. We called reception and we were moved to another room. No apologies, just pack up your stuff and we'll give a different room. Said room was on the 6th floor and no longer a superior room, it was a lot smaller and no bathtub. We noticed the bathroom mirror was broken and hanging from 1 screw, we told the cleaning lady who said they were tired and fed up about broken things that never got sorted. To make matters worse the lift also broke! So we had to go 6 floors of stairs up and down. We were told it was going to be fixed on Saturday night but never did. We said we had heavy suitcases and that we were checking out the following day. We were told someone would help us. This morning we brought the cases down ourselves as noone came to help. My partner complained about everything that happened and the chap at the reception, who by the way was the first person to apologise to us, said that because we had booked through hotels.com we couldn't get any refunds. So we paid for a superior room we didn't get and we got absolutely no help with anything. I'm fuming, I feel really bad for my boyfriend as this was his treat and spent a lot of money on it. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have it there, although a lady was complaining the morning we were checking out as they didn't have enough pastries.

    3
« It is not worth its 4 stars »

The staff is freindly but most of them not very service minded or maybe they just need a more strict manager - at breakfast they do not fill up with new bread etc it took a while before someone asked if we wanted coffee - we were the only guest at that time for breakfast and 2 staff. Furhermore which is more disturbing - the security was sloppy - No one at the frontdesk and no checking my papers when I arrived - I just told the guy at the frontdesk that my wife had arrived before me and her let me in - 4 stars for this hotel is a joke

« Nice hotel, very friendly staff, good location. »

We arrived to this hotel after refusing to stay at Best Western Duc de Bourgoigne. Received very friendly by the staff and got a nice room. Breakfast was very good. There was a cab strike and we had to go to the railroad station. One of the attendants (sorry I forgot her name) was kind enough to offer her credit card to pay for UBER and we repaid 10 days later when we return fro la Provence.

    « Great hotle »

We enjoyed our stay here! The room is small, as to be expected, but clean and very comfortable and a great location. Housekeepers were great and the lady at breakfast was amazing. She had our coffee ready for us after the first day. Everyone was great at this hotel.

« Excellent, Ideally situated hotel for Paris »

Stayed for one night June 2016 Excellent hotel Very well presented, both in rooms and rest of hotel Rooms on the small side but ideal for a single traveller, ours were immaculately Clean Very helpful staff (put up with my awful French then spoke excellent English) No parking on site (We parked in a secure underground car park around the corner - on Rue Croix des Petits Champs - 36 Euros 24 hours) We didn't eat there so cannot comment on food. Would very much recommend this hotel for a visit to Paris

    1
    « Tiny and overpriced »

Double bed that was reserved turned out to be two twins pushed together. Room was very very small. Shaving mirror light did not work. It blinked like a landing light at DTW. Curtains overhung onto the floor and would not close. Hallways are 32" wide and dark. The occupancy sensor did not reliably work in the hallway to turn the lights on. Elevator was small and cramped by anyone's standards. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.

    4
    « Pleasant Stay »

The location is excellent. This was my third stay at this hotel, which speaks for itself. Unfortunately, with the latest renovation the rooms lost somewhat their style, but that is obviously subjective. Overall, a good experience again.

    « Good value »

Hotel was under some construction but it wasn't a problem. There wasn't any noticeable noise. Room was clean, aircon worked and the staff were friendly. GREAT neighborhood and a 5 minute walk to the Louvre. This room was 50% less expensive and was an excellent value.

    « Deceptive business practices. »

When I booked no one told me they had on going construction. Had to walk thru it every time we went ok or in the hotel. At booking, nor when I dropped my bags off, nor when I checked in did anyone tell my room would not have air conditioning. When I called the first time I was told the GM would take care of it the next day and she was aware that there were problems with the AC that morning. I asked for another room but was told they were all taken. When I called the next morning I was told the GM would not be back for several days and the AC was not scheduled to be fixed until next week. I asked to speak with the GM and was told they could forward an email for me. Which they did and redid this morning as I have had no response at all. We had to sleep with the window open and it rained the entire stay. Thus everything in the room was damp. Both my wife and I now have an upper respiratory condition do the sleeping in the damp conditions. I will never stay at another Best Western property ... Totally destroyed the brand for me.

    « Great location »

Wonderful service, there was some remodeling of the hotel's common areas while we were there so we were upgraded to a beautiful, large room. Next to the Louvre, central to all we wanted to visit. A perfect place to end our trip to France. I will recommend this hotel to all my traveling friends and family.

« Small Hotel in Great Paris Location »

I spent two nights here and really enjoyed it. What a great location, right around the corner from the Louvre. The hotel is small, but my room was very nice. The breakfast had a good assortment of items that even I can eat (gluten and lactose-free). The hotel staff members were very nice and helpful.

    « Highly recommended »

Convenient location. Clean. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. We were able to walk most places, but it was also very close to a subway station. I will definitely here stay again on my next visit to Paris.

« Two nights in Paris »

The hotel gave us easy (walking) access to Tuileries, Louvre, Isle de Cite, Place de la Concorde ..... all the places we like to walk around whilst there. Metro and RER-B stations are not far away. Friendly staff (map directions and pronunciation issues!). The lift is small (cosy) but we only had hand luggage so not a problem for us. Many restaurants on the same street or round the corner. We used the one next door and the boulangerie 5 doors away - delicious.!

    5
    « Very comfortable beds »

Lovely hotel. Would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located hotel in Paris, with cozy rooms and very comfortable beds. Be sure to ask for a room away from the main road though. The Hotel Manager Mickael was particularly helpful!

    « People Before Things »

In my view the Hotel does not deserve 4 stars. I have stayed in 4 stars hotels that were much more comfortable . The space is extremely limited, a few things do not function properly ( shower, light, elevator etc..) . The only reason I would go back is the staff at the Reception Desk. Each one of them has been more than helpful , gracious and welcoming. Each one of them is imy best souvenir of Best Western.

    « Excellent »

I went to this hotel asking to see the room prior to book it. Because I was staying at TimHotel down the street which was a really bad hotel. The reception staff here was very nice and showed me the room, this hotel was a heaven compare to Timhotel. Very nice, updated room, clean, large flat screen TV. Perfect location to the Louvre, short walk to shops and a few choices for restaurants all around. I would stay here again on my next visit.

    4
« Nice hotel, very good location »

Good hotel. Book a superior room if you need more space in the room. Standard rooms are very small, as in many hotels in Paris. Very helpful personnel at the reception. Clean rooms. Bed quality and size could be better (I'm 1,85 m tall and the bed is not so confortable)

    « Thanks »

I was warmly welcomed by reception staff and the service through my stay was excellent. Hotel is good and they provide nice range of breakfast. Sleep quality is good and hotel staff is good. Location is convenient to go to Paris City center. Close to Metro & train station and bus stops. Thank you.

    « A Hidden Gem »

We felt we were very lucky to find this small but jewel-like hotel in the perfect location near the Louvre & within a few minutes walk of delightful locally-run restaurants & a metro station. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, our room decor was immaculate & sophisticated & the breakfasts delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

« Very good location but very small inside »

We were literally a short walk from all the shops and the Louvre museum. there's even several restaurants that do takeaways nearby. The service was very good from staff, but the rooms are on the small side and the lift can only fit two people. If you don't mind these things though, it is the most convenient place to be. The hotel is also very close to the Opera, where the airport bus goes. We would go back there again if in Paris.

    « Location, Location, Location »

Wonderful location as five minutes from the Louvre. Staff were friendly and helpful in booking museums and taxi. Room was clean. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Also a supermarket round the corner. The bar is rather nondescript though.

    « Weekend in Paris »

This hotel was recommended by friends. It did not disappoint. The reception staff Alice/Elise were friendly and helpful. When our tv didn't work the General Manager even visited our room to apologise and offer a room change. We stayed in the room as it was a lovely room, overlooking a typical Parisian street! This hotel is very close to all the sights and even closer to a great metro station. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Paris.

« Great value for the location »

This Best Western is located within 1 km of the Louvre and walking distance to many great restaurants. The hotel is very quiet, clean, and the staff are very friendly. My room was large by Paris standards, and I quite liked the walk in shower.

    « So angry »

This was a trip to celebrate joint 60th birthdays. We booked a superior room and on arrival the receptionist confirmed that we were booked in for four nights in a superior room. We were very disappointed with the size and quality of the room but decided to make the best of it. Just before we came to check out I got sight of the room opposite which was twice the size and indeed far superior. When I queried at reception whether we had indeed been allocated a superior room the receptionist on duty said no it was not and why had I not complained. Having been confirmed on checking in that my booking was for a superior room why would I query it. The bill we had was for a superior room. The receptionist did refund the difference between the two rates but no real apology was offered. It was as if it was our fault because we had not complained. I emailed the hotel but did not get the courtesy of a reply. On the plus side the hotel is in a good location for sights and museums.

« Very nice hotel in a convenient spot for touring the city »

We booked this hotel with plans to arrive from the airport via Metro and then tour the city. We were very pleased with our choice! It was easy to find from the metro stop and the perfect location to walk to many attractions. This hotel is small, but our room was very comfortable. We had a king size bed and the bathroom was quite modern. The staff was extremely helpful to give directions and provide us with information on how to plan our day at the Louvre. We were able to walk to lovely restaurants and plazas. Great shopping nearby as well. The breakfast room is quite charming and the food was great. Overall, we were very pleased with our one night stop.

« Warm Welcome in Paris »

I am writing to express my appreciation for outstanding service and professionalism by the staff at the Best Western Premier, LOUVRE Saint Honore. My wife and I spent five days at the hotel from October 14-18, 2015, and were so pleased, we returned for three days from October 25-27,2015. Based on my experience at the Louvre Saint Honore, I would eagerly recommend this hotel to everyone on the basis of comfort, cleanliness and excellent customer service. We knew that this hotel was not a huge luxury hotel, but everything from the breakfast service to the warmth and care from the staff who work at the front reservation desk was first class. Everyone went the "extra mile" to provide a warm and welcoming environment after long and weary travel. I appreciate the efforts of the daytime and evening staff and in particular Alice, who stands out as an exemplary member of the Best Western international team.

    « Pleasant hotel »

The staff are very helpful and friendly-it is a small hotel more like a premier inn but clean and functional. I didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment but I thought the price was steep. There are many places within a couple of minutes walk that serve breakfast.

    « Fantastic little gem! »

The location is outstanding within ready walking distance of the RER and Metro. Well positioned for covering key Paris attractions, and access to transportation for business meetings. The rooms are cozy, but very functional. I had one issue, which management stepped up and addressed. I would recommend this hotel.

    « Paris Trip »

Nice hotel, clean, the staff was very helpful. Location was excellent, next to the Louvre, lots of small shops and restaurants. We were able to walk or bike ride to all the attractions. We found a great little bakery within two blocks of the hotel.

« Great location, amazing staff »

This is the perfect hotel for a Paris stay, with a great location and some of the best staff of any hotel in the world. Travelling with a small baby is always a challenge, but the staff at the Best Western went out of their way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.

    « Nice location! »

We had a very nice experience at this small hotel. We spent two nights here before taking a river cruise. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had breakfast at the hotel (15 Euros per person per day because we purchased it for two nights; otherwise, we were told it is 19 Euros per person). Choices were OK, though somewhat limited. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was big and newly renovated. The only shortcoming was drawer space, though there was a nice closet.

« Nice hotel in a great location with helpful staff »

Stayed here for 2 nights as a stop off on a longer holiday. Perfect location for a lot of tourism sites nearby, and not bad distance to the metro. The hotel is a little strange layout, kind of long and narrow. Our room was big enough, large bed, nice bathroom, and most importantly the window opened onto a quiet courtyard, which gave me a great nights sleep (I'm a light sleeper, so the black out curtains and quietness were much appreciated), which is amazing in a city hotel. Breakfast was included with our stay, there was plenty of choice, some cooked options and everything was clean and nice (the breakfast room is just down the set of stairs next to reception), We noticed that things started running a bit low towards the end of breakfast time, but that's not really unusual - on a busy day, I'd get there earlier. All the hotels in the area are quiet expensive, but this is central Paris after all, and it's so much easier than commuting from outer areas (we booked an express Lourve tour at 9 in the morning) and had a very packed day, ending at Notredame and a short walk back to the hotel. If I ever visit Paris again, I'd definitely consider booking here again.

Excellent. The Room was huge. And near everything. Great metro stop on the 1 line. Near the Louvre and park. The Seine was steps away, darn had to walk through the Louvre grounds to get there. Just excellent. Of the many places I have stayed in Paris and Europe, this was the best by far.

« The staff was very accommodating and helpful »

My room was not ready at check-in time but the staff went out of their way to make up for it. They helped me find my way around Paris and the room was very nice. The location is great as there are bars and cafes etc. up and down the street, the Louvre is in walking distance. I really liked staying there.

« Do not choose this hotel »

This hotel has no business calling itself a 4 star hotel. The room was very small, and the white plastic patio chairs they used for seating hardly fit - the carpet in the hallways and the room was threadbare, and the desk was extremely small. The elevators were tied up most of the day by the cleaning crew and dirty laundry was piled up in the hall. The location was good, and the front desk personnel were very nice.

« Excellent hotel in a great location »

Just a few steps to most of Paris famous sites, close to public transport, make this hotel an excellent place to stay in the heart of Paris. The room (a deluxe room) was spacious and, being in the rear building, very calm. The service was excellent and in particular the people at the front desk very nice and friendly. It is also remarkable how the Best Western group helped in a somewhat difficult situation. Due to problems with the credit card (between booking and guaranty) led to the situation that the originally booked room in the Best Western Au Ducs du Bourgogne (just around the corner) encountered difficulties and the booked room was not available, only a very small and not really suitable one. In a very flexible and non-bureaucratic way another room (even with an upgrade) in this hotel was found and offered. I was impressed about the way this situation which was not really the fault of Best Western was handled.

« Shocking room and deceitful staff »

Stayed there before upgraded to superior room which was dark, tiny and situated over metro so every time a train passed through I felt like it was in my bedroom Very little sleep so please don't stay here for business ! Second visit was through no choice of mine due to being stuck in paris because of Calais strike problems All of the descent hotels were full! So I booked through last minute and arrived to be told the had over booked ! They told me they had arranged taxi to take me to one close by! This was the first of many lies to me. I was driven 20 minutes by taxi away from the louvre and no where near anything or more importantly where my offices are! I reported them to last minute customer service. They then lied to last minute saying it was a computer glitch! At 9pm calling me to say my room was ready! They really are faulty towers! Rubbish rooms, and very unprofessional management Felt like a bad take on faulty towers! Avoid! There us a very lovely best western managed my fab team close to les halles and chatelet , much nicer rooms too

« A quiet, small hotel in a good location »

Despite Amoma.com making the wrong booking for me, the hotel staff were very accommodating and they changed my room. We had a nice stay in Paris! A quiet, small hotel in a good location, walking distance to Louvre, museum d'Orsday, Place de la Concorde and les Halles.

« Lovely lobby and breakfast is pretty good! »

This place is quiet a small place to stay, but all the interior is pretty good in a reasonably size. Very thankful that the staff allow us to check-in early and prepare our room at second floor. It's a waling distance to the Louvre and other places. We have to get up early the next day and ask the staff call the cab. The taxi driver ask us which airport we are going and additional fee. Hotel also collect the service fee. I would suggest that just call the cab on your own.

    « Great location! »

Rooms were good and pretty reasonably sized for Paris! We had 1 wheelchair accessible room which was reasonably equipped, however you have to provide seating for the shower yourself. No big deal as we always take a shower chair with us.

« Great Value and Location »

I stayed just one night in this hotel, but would be happy to return for a longer stay. The hotel is quiet, well located on the Rue St. Honore, with plenty of restaurants and shopping and within easy walking distance of the Louvre, La Concorde and other sights of Paris. The staff was very helpful, and directed me to a charming restaurant just down the block.

« Paris- Recommended hotel to stay in »

If will keep the price and service which I received - good for couple for combined leisure and/ or business Very central located, with good connection by RER to the airports 15 min walking between touristic attractions on both sides of the Seine.

    « Great just great »

We always stay at the Best Western Premier Louvre Saint Honore in Paris. Prior to this hotel we had tried some other 4 stars hotels in Paris, different locations in the city but none could match the service of the Best Western Premier Louvre Saint Honore. Great service, friendly staff, great location

« Best Western Premier Louvre St. Honore, Paris »

Excellant location, friendly and helpful staff, and quiet room for being in center of city. Only discomfort was temperature of room. Had to open and close window to regulate temperature of room. No top sheet provided for sleeping and comforter made it too warm. However, we have seen the sheet is becoming less available as more hotels go with the comforter as the top sheet. We will probably start packing our own top sheet in the future. However, even with the temperature problem and room being very small we would still return to this hotel because overall it was very good based on our prior hotel experiences.
