« Great location and unbeatable customer dedication. Excelente ubicacion, inmejorable trato como cliente »

At our arrival to this small but nice hotel we faced problem with the reservation made through Travel Agency (it was not confirmed) Far from letting us down, the hotel manager himself made all arrangements possible to realocate us into a nearby hotel, he even accompanied us to make sure we would be well attended. I believe that problems might occur but only reputable firms are able to respond. This makes the difference for future recommendations. The assistance received from best western has made the difference and surely we will trust and recommend it.

« Cozy Little Hotel in a Great Location, Minutes from the Louvre!!! »

The was a small little hotel very close to the Louvre Museum, and many great restaurants, stores and much more. You can walk around this area and explore for hours. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the services was great. The room are a little small and cozy, but have all you need as you will be spending most of your time outside exploring the city and taking in the beautiful sights around Paris. Great hotel, great location for it price!!!

    « Location, Location, Location »

This was a few minutes walk from the Lourve, tonnes of stores, cafe, restaurants etc....The service was fantastic and the breakfast was good. Food everywhere was expensive so getting it at the hotel was very cheap. The rooms are small, however very clean. If you want a clean place, great location at a great price, this is perfect. If you want a big room and hotel frills, pay lots more in this area.

    « Great Location. »

Really enjoyed this lovely boutique hotel. It is in a great location-the Opera district, but in a quiet street.Breakfast was more than adequate and staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

    « Very Good Hotel »

Nice location, clean room. The only complaint is that shower did not work properly so I had to call front desk. Try to eat breakfast in the bakery in the front of the hotel, pretty good and reasonable prices compare with hotel breakfast, too pricey.

« Lovely boutique hotel in a great but quiet location. »

Excellent boutique hotel located in the opera district. Spotlessly clean, excellent staff (Alexandre was particularly helpful). Breakfast simple but more than adequate. Rates good. Rooms quite spacious by Paris standards - had Junior Suite. Wifi a bit weak although we were on the top floor.

« Stayed there one night and moved to another hotel »

Location is quite good. Rooms are super small (it's normal for Paris, so just take into account, it's not that bad). Smell in the room. Very noisy, I could hear everything that other guests were doing in their rooms. Internet didn't really work. Nothing offered for holding a BW Diamond tier, even a breakfast.

« Really nice place to stay. »

Good location - easy access to Metro and a number of sites to visit. Nice, clean rooms, though some are a bit too small and have very limited storage space for unpacking. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with nice place to sit and eat it. Alexandre, the concierge, was wonderfully friendly and helpful. He made our stay even more memorable.

« Excellent hotel in the heart of Quartier de l'Opera »

We had an excellent stay in this small yet excellent hotel with my wife and our youngest kid. Recently renovated, top quality equipments (beds, furniture, bath room). We often stay in Paris with the family, for 3-4 days during the summer, generally in this area, we've been to several similar category hotels but this one is in our top 5. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clever idea: free minibar ! Breakfast is simple and could be improved. Will be back.

« Well located hotel; clean and no nonsense »

We stayed at the Paris Louvre Opera for two nights at the end of July with our two children of 7 and 5. We had two rooms that shared a door separating them both from the landing of the hotel. This worked very well with the children, so they could be separate, with their own bathroom. The rooms are really pretty small (we had, I think, 103 and 104) with not a great deal of standing room around the bed. However the rooms were clean and looked to be relatively recently updated and the bathroom was absolutely fine with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The room faced onto a relatively quiet street and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel is within easy walk of things like the Louvre as well as local public transport links. Overall, I would recommend and it did work for our family.

    « No Complaints »

All the staff we encountered at reception were super friendly and helpful. Small room (room 210) but clean and we didn't really need much more space as we were out and about all day, every day during our visit to Paris. On a nice quiet street so getting to sleep and staying asleep was never an issue. Short two minute walk to the main drag for taxis, hop-on/hop-off buses and about a ten minute walk to the Louvre. Would definitely recommend if you're coming to Paris and planning on spending your time exploring the city :)

    « Nice Little Hotel »

Great location, a 30 second walk from the metro which can get to all the main attractions; Disneyland, Eiffel tower, Louvre etc. Mcdonalds kfc and other restaurants very nearby. Helpful English speaking staff which made the experience a lot easier. Would definitely recommend!

« Charming Hotel in the Opera Neighbourhood »

This is a great little hotel in the heart of the Opera District. We have stayed at 5 different BW Hotels in Paris , but definitely prefer this one. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating! Rooms are small, but clean and efficient. Location is superb! Price is reasonable. Good towels too!

« Very pleasant little hotel in central Paris »

Great central location in easy walking distance to all the major sites. The rooms, whilst small, were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. There was a mini bar stocked with free water and soft drinks, which was much appreciated. I didn't sample breakfast, so cannot speak to that.

« While in Paris on 2 seperate occassions »

First I have to say that the managment (Alexander) is amazingn as well as the receptionist Melody but are so friendly and accomadating and exceed any expectations I have ever had. They go out of their way to make sure you know how and best ways to get to your destinations. We cannot thank you enough. Rooms are typical European on the smaller side but very clean and well maintained daily the breakfeast in good dont'd miss out on this diamond in the rough Jim & Marsha

« "It's not the size of the bateau..." »

We were one of six couples staying in this location two nights prior and two nights after a week long barge trip out of Paris. Melody, Alex and their entire staff could not have been more accommodating with all of us arriving and departing with too much baggage, special requests, reservations... Of course the rooms are small but great beds, fresh duvets and big fluffy towels await your weary soul. You are only steps away from whatever your heart desires and my favorite - "Monoprix" is just across the street! We would absolutely stay here again and feel we are returning to see friends. Merci beaucoup, Best Western!

« Disappointed in the end »

Although the room was very small the ambiance was lovely and the location as great. Short walk to louvre, opera , and metro station. Staff was very nice. However when I realized the day after my stay that I left an item in my room, the hotel has been unresponsive to my request to pay to have it returned. I was very disappointed. I am a best western frequent traveler and usually find their staff extremely helpful.

    « Wonderful Little Hotel »

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in late May, 2016, and had a great experience. Our room, though small like most Paris hotel rooms, was nicely decorated with tall ceilings which made it seem bigger. Everything in the building was spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young woman who is at the reception desk in the daytime was especially considerate of us in getting our room ready at noon so we could get some rest after a long overnight flight. We very much appreciated this. The hotel is on a quiet street so noise is not a problem. It is only 1 block from a metro station and 3 blocks from the Louvre. The location is perfect. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we return to Paris.

« We had a most enjoyable stay here, stayed for two nights, recommended. »

Stayed for two nights when we flew into Paris from Atlanta, great place, comfortable and close to the sights! Breakfast was decent, comfortable beds and close to transport hubs, a little noisy sometimes in the evening.

« All the comforts with a taste of Paris »

This hotel is perfectly located for walkers in the heart of scenic Paris. The rooms are small, but have all the conveniences. There's even a small bar fridge with free pop/water. Located on a quiet street, with easy access to may stores, sights and restaurants - this hotel has a small understated front entrance. You really feel like you're living in the heart of this great city. Highly recommended.

    « Excellent! »

No hesitation in recommending this hotel. It's conveniently located from Eurostar (10 mins in a cab), it's very clean and tidy, and the English-speaking staff are courteous and very helpful. The hotel is also within ten minutes walk of the Opera House.

    « Wonderful staff »

Room small as befitting a 17th century mansion, but clean, and staff excellent. Good English spoken but I was able to try out my rudimentary French; reception staff helped with booking taxis and with my access issues. No onsite restaurant but many good eateries in close proximity. Excellent free wifi. Would thoroughly recommend.

    « Akbar Hafeez »

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for a night and also full day Although we were very apprehensive but when we arrived their by Taxi we were greeted by Melody the morning Receptionist and we had some issue with our room bed booking which to our surprise Melody immediately took on to herself to get the other room cleaned and ready for us within in half an hour Seeing how clueless we were she wrote detailed directions of trains and metro so we would not get lost The same evening we happened to meet Alexander who was there from late afternoon What a wonderful and helpful person he is We kept bothering him win question. and. he was kind enough to help us The room is cozy and very nice and the beds are very comfortable over all I would that this place was a wonderful It even had a beautiful French balcony with tall doors opening out We would definitely stay there again"amazing location by the way about ten minutes walk from the Louvre It has a lot of Japanese goof places around it You can even do hot tea and coffe in the room the staff is friendly the place is spotless I love the people they make you feel at home Beautiful gem lovely people Great hotel for families as well as for business travellers

    « Intimate Gem »

We spent two nights in this intimate gem. This is a small hotel that is well-located where the manager-concierge Alexander provides excellent and caring attention to every detail, whether it is giving the guest detailed directions, making very appropriate and personalized restaurant recommendations, assisting with transportation needs to the airport, to seeing that every detail of the morning breakfast is perfect. I highly recommend it.

« An Excellent Hotel In Paris »

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable accommodations. Hotel is in a excellent location for visiting Louvre and other Paris sights. Good restaurants are all around as is easy access to cabs and public transportation

    « Great »

Having read previous reviews, I was expecting a small room, and it was, but it had the biggest most comfortable bed. Massive window overlooked the street, which was incredibly quiet given its position just off the busy Avenue de l'Opera. Hotel itself was quiet, no banging doors, or lift operating sounds, and even the bathroom extractor fan didn't wake up half the neighbourhood. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. All staff friendly. Great location, really easy to get around by foot or public transport, with a few decent places locally to eat ( try Bistrot Victoires 5 - 10 mins walk, really cheap, for Paris). Anyone with a taste for running, superb location to get some runs in before breakfast and see the sights before they get too busy. What beats running under Tour Eiffel as the sun comes up with no one around? Suffice to say, great hotel for the Paris marathon runners.

    « April 4, 2016 »

This hotel and staff were excellent. The manager went above and beyond my expectations helping me with restaurants, directions and tickets. I would definitely recommend this hotel and have done so with others. The location between the Louve and the opera house could not have been better.

« Perfect for Family weekend in Paris »

Hotel has very friendly helpful staff. Children feel very welcome. Small, clean and well located. Well kept, clean and nicely decorated. There are 20 rooms so it never feels busy and it's very quiet at night despite its central location. The interconnecting rooms work very well as the 2 totally separate rooms share a third front door but have their own totally private lock too.

« Perfect location, silent rooms »

Small hotel with perfect location, silent rooms and friendly atmosphere. Personnel at reception were really helpful. Many attractions are just some minutes away by foot. It is easy to recommend this hotel and visit it again.

    « Great location »

Perfectly situated hotel next to Opera Garnier, Gallery Lafayette and a few minutes from Louvre. Bus towards Musee de Orsay one minute from the hotel. Nice, but very small rooms. We booked a superior room which was supposed to be spacious. It was not. You could hardly walk around the bed. Also many of the rooms have windows towards a tiny inner yard - so you felt like being in a box. But the service was perfect. Very helpful people working there.

  • 4
    « Excellent Location »

The hotel is within a 10 minute walk to the Louvre Museum. Many other attractions are a short walk away also. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are small, but clean. There are many cafes and restaurants and shops in the nearby vicinity.

« Cozy hotel in the center with very small rooms »

Very nice and helpful staff. Great location. Close to the center of the city. Many restaurants and shops around. The room was very small, even difficult to open a suitcase. Windows just into the porthole.

    « Just great »

Quaint and very friendly, this hotel is an excellent option in the well-located opera area. Alexandre ensures fantastic attention to the guests and the hotel is on a quiet side street without much noise. Very happy with this choice, small cozy property and filled the needs.

« Hotel sympa dans le centre ville »

A good hotel close to Opera at a fair price for Paris standard. I have been at this hotel a few times and the stay has always been nice and the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are small but clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good. In general a good place for a business stay.

    « Location and intimate »

Cracking hotel in lovely part of Paris. Tiny hotel but perfectly formed. If staying in Paris and want to be within walking distance of La Fayette, the seine then this is perfect. Rooms were as expected, small but all in order. Alexandre on reception was a star. Great value for money. Ok no bar or food other than breakfast but everything is on your doorstep so not a problem. Lovely initmate hotel....perfect!

« Central location, friendly & helpful staff »

Small rooms,s ome noise in the morning but nice and near the Metro and main attractions. It is sorrounded by Japanese restaurants and other fancy places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is very friendly and kind.

« Excellent hotel, great location, friendly staff »

I've spent several weeks in this hotel while working in Paris and was extremely pleased with it. Excellent central location, just off the underground station Les Pyramides and with lots of good shops and restaurants within walking distance. Located in a very calm street and I've always slept perfectly well. Very clean rooms with small but comfortable bathrooms, kind and friendly staff with lots of personal attentions such as free newspapers and magazines and I got even a box of chocolates at New Year. I've been more than satisfied with the way I was looked after.

    « Nice »

Small but nice and near the Metro and main attractions. It is sorrounded by Japanese restaurants and other fancy places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is very friendly and kind. They gave us suggestions and helped us to rent the city_bikes. They give you tee and coffee every day with milk. There is a bath tub in the bathroom so it is a very relaxing way to recover after a long day in the city.

« Central location, friendly & helpful staff »

I have been to Paris 4 times already and this is my favourite hotel so far. Its location is very central and there are many tourist attractions like the Opera House, Louvre museum, and Jardin de Tuileries. Last Summer, I stayed at a less central location hotel and due to the limited time before I had to go to the airport, I used Uber to go to a few of the tourist attractions. I think if I stopover again in Paris, I would stay here again as the attractions are within walking distance. Also, If you book more than a week in advance online, you can save 25-30% off the room rate. The front desk staff are usually very helpful and explained how I can go to the museums and also gave me a map. The staff on duty on the last day of my stay was extra nice and friendly. He is from the Pyrenees and recommends I go to his hometown which he said is a beautiful place i.e. when I visit my friend again in South of France but unfortunately I'm not good at recalling French names of places. He brought my luggage to the storeroom and already booked a taxi for me to the airport when I came back from my walkabout. Some walk-in customers came in to inquire about the rooms and he was very courteous to them too. Well, I wish more hotels have good customer service like this one!

« Quality hotel in great location »

This Best Western has all the qualities one seeks in an ideal hotel. Great staff, good, clean lodging, nice breakfast, and an outstanding location. Walk to shopping, museums, classic sites, and easily accessible to the Metro.

  • 3
« Great location, Room size »

The hotel is centrally located and with in easy walking distance of museums and shopping the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was fair for the price, but if all you want is coffee and pastry there are two bakeries within 200 feet which have a better selection and will save you a few euros. The rooms are small which is the norm for europe. That said I had two rooms, 418 and 419, for my family room 418 was at least 33% bigger than room 419 which even by european standards was small, but I paid the same rate for both rooms.

« Great location and smart hotel »

The main plus point of the hotel is its location. Quite close from Pyramid Metro Station. Since your days in Paris will be completely hyper-active in terms of visiting its numerous attractions...this is surely a great advantage. Louvre Museum is within walking distance (and you know, walking is the key as you are travelling in European cities :-) Tourist information bureau being across the road is an added advantage for the 1st timer. The neighborhood has many Japanese restaurants and those famous Cafes. Special mention about the Hotel staff...extremely helpful and maintains uniform level of service 24/7. Hotel room is rather tiny even for 2 people but smart enough!! By the way....who goes to Paris to stay in the hotel room? ;-)

« Absolutely perfect, will be returning! »

Myself and my boyfriend picked this hotel for a weekend trip to Paris this November. The location is absolutely perfect for everything you want to see or do in Paris. Pyramides metro station is a two minute walk from the hotel and from there it's so quick and easy to get to all of the main attractions and districts. The hotel is located just off Avenue de L'Opera which itself is full of bars and restaurants. The Louvre is a five or ten minute walk. This is easily the most comfortable bed either of us have ever slept in, ever. As soon as your head hits the pillow you fall asleep. AMAZING. Room cleaned and towels replaced. Very clean and tidy room. Toiletries are provided, bathroom is a good size, very modern and absolutely spotless. There is a safety deposit box included in the price of the room which is super handy. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and I would recommend it to anybody looking to stay in Paris centrally without spending a fortune.

    « Good location »

We spent 2 nights here good location for louvre and nearby there was excellent Restaurants and bars also nearby to Metro .Room good size and very. Clean with plenty of towels Breakfast the usual continental but plenty of choice .Staff helpful and arranged taxi no problem .We would use again when we visit again mainly for location .

    « Another fantastic stay »

We travel to Paris every fall, and have stayed at this hotel for the past 8-9 years. Fantastic location, great staff, and superb accommodation. We just returned from a 7 night stay, and will definitely be back next year! Wayne and Glenda

    « Perfect location »

We spent three nights at the hotel. Our room, although rather small, was extremely clean and had great towels and even wash cloths! It provided all we needed after long days touring the city. The breakfast for 12 Euros was very good. There was a wide selection and was much better than going out to a bakery. The location was near the Metro but off on a quiet side street. There were lots of restaurants close by and it was close enough to the museums. We felt that it was a perfect place and would not hesitate in returning nor recommending it.

    « Disappointing stay »

During our visit to Northern France, we stayed in 4 different hotels from 3 different chains - and this hotel was, not only the most expensive, but also the most disappointing. The room, although clean and serviceable, was extremely small and - as an interior room - quite hot and stuffy. Choice for breakfast on the first morning was limited at best - but fine on day 2. Staff were, on the most part, were polite and helpful, but due to language barrier, one member of staff came across rather abrupt. I will find a different hotel on my next stay in Paris.

    « Paris stop over »

Ok. So Paris is going to cost you. This one is quite central and quite well located. We found parking indoors at 23€ or the night. Otherwise parking is impossible. The bed is big and comfortable and bathroom well appointed. There is a lounge beneath a mezzanine bedroom. Has all the essentials but all looking a little tired and dated. Not bad and quite Ecco omicron for Paris

    « Feel like home »

When you are to stay in an Hotel for more than one week, the only thing you need more is to feel like home. During my last long stayng at the Best Western Paris Louvre Opera I feel like spending one week with my family. The room was clean and comfortable, the service is gentle and rapid, the staff is kind and discreet. What else?

    « Location & Service »

Excellent location...only several blocks from Louvre. Desk staff very helpful with making restaurant reservations and taxi service. Rooms are small by American standards but worth the sacrifice for the location and reasonable price.

  • 3
    « Reasonable Hotel »

Rooms are adequate, as long as they don't put you in the sole basement room; room 100. Staff very helpful. Breakfast surprisingly very good. Location very convenient. Many sites are within walking distance. Best bathroom we had in Europe.

    « 6 night stay »

This hotel is in a wonderful location. Would definitely come back. Alexandre and Melody were exceptional. My friend left her passport and credit cards in the taxi and they were unbelievable with their help and compassion. The Best Western is clean and free wifi which are two things important to me.

« Great hotel, great location! »

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary and our first visit to Paris (that wasn't euro Disney). The hotel has a great location easily within walking distance to all the main attractions. Visiting in December we enjoyed visiting the department stalls all dressed for Xmas. There was also a Christmas market which was lovely. The hotel staff were lovely very helpful. The hotel rooms were small but from what I've read that is standard in paris. The hotel is perfect for a base to expire the city. We throughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

« Fantastic Location and Staff »

We are experienced travelers and I can truly say in all my travels that I have never seen such a small hotel room ever. With that being said, the staff and the location made up for it. Our king size bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and the black out curtains were very nice. The bathroom was also very very small but clean. The elevator can barely hold two adults. Wifi was very good and was free. We did not eat here as so many good restaurants very close. We bought an all day metro past and traveled very easily anywhere in Paris we wished to go. A few blocks to the Pyramides Metro stop. Hotel is located 2 min walk to the beautiful Opera House (recommend taking the English guided tour) and the Louvre. We hopped on the Metro and went to dinner at a great little tavern style restaurant near Notre Dame called Au Bougnat (two nights) as the service was excellent and the food wonderful. I want to thank Alexandre who helped us countless times from the front desk at the Hotel. He was invaluable. The first night there they called a taxi for us to go to dinner. I accidently left my umbrella in the taxi. When we returned to the Hotel after dinner, I found that the taxi driver had brought it back to the Hotel for me. What a lovely thoughtful gesture!! Hotel has twenty rooms. Location can not be beat and all the staff very friendly.

« Affordable and quiet hotel »

This is an functional ,affordable option for Paris : rooms are the typical small European style but clean and very quiet . Staff is helpful and fluent in English . It is 1/2 mile walk to the louvre and a block from the metro . They offer breakfast but there are several close cafes if you want a quick coffee and pastry in the morning and there are many lunch options as well .A small consideration may be the opera area is a business center and in general not " charming ". Although the area did not feel unsafe at night, it's not a place for an evening leisurely stroll. The hotel is on a small side street a block from the metro and can be initially hard to locate .

« BW Paris Louvre Opera, Paris »

Great place to stay, very central but quiet. We stayed in a superior room and had a good sized bed. The room was very big but the hotel isn't new, it's in central Paris so the buildings are not big. The size was as expected. We would definitely go back and stay there again.

« In the heart of Paris »

I just wanted to say a big "Merci" to Alexandre and the wonderful staff at the Best Western Paris Louvre Opera. During our holiday we stayed there two times once at the beginning of our holiday and again at the end. We chose the hotel because of its central location, and because it was more like a boutique hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, but what made the stay more enjoyable was the helpful staff who assisted us to find our way around Paris and also recommended restaurants etc. It was the perfect combination of Location with everything at your finger tips, and delightful staff who made us feel very welcome. Many thanks again, we would go back anytime, as it was so easy to get around Paris from such a great location, and you could easily walk to the louvre or Opera house. Thank you again- we look forward to our next visit. Jackie & Robert from Australia

« Right in the heart of Montemarte »

Wife and I booked a vaca through They have packages lined up. We did London Paris Rome. Had a great stay at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious. AC was a wall mounted unit that was dripping. Small room but nice. We had a bifold door that opened up to a great view of the Sacre-Coeur. Walking distance to everything. I was nervous that we wouldn't have an authentic experience staying at a BW but it was great. It was June 2014 when we stayed there.

    « Fantastic Hotel »

Just back from a mini break at this lovely hotel situated 2 mins walk from the louvre museum. Room was huge, staff lovely and so helpful, we have booked again for April. Great location. The hotel is small with just a handful of rooms. Very clean, an all you can eat style buffet is set up every morning. Our room had air con too.

« Awesome Location, Great Value & Wonderful Service »

As a past resident in Paris for a number of years, I'm sure it's almost impossible to find another hotel comparable to this one, value wise. Also, the breakfast and coffee are both great and help well with travel budget. The rooms are rather tiny but then it's Paris. Definitely will return to this hotel again.

« Excellent value, easy access to Paris, VERY helpful staff »

I stayed with my family of five for five nights in August. Great time overall. Hotel is very clean and well located. Very close to Pyramides Metro station and many good restaurants and stores. Easy walking distance to Notre Dame, Museum D'Orsay, and The Louvre. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with restaurant, store and travel recommendations - all were great. We stayed in three rooms - family room setup and top floor suite (highly recommend). Good value for the $

« Great Location, Quiet and Clean »

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Louvre Opera. The name really says a lot about the property. It is close to the Louvre and the Opera in Paris and has the amenities I can trust to find in a Best Western affiliated hotel. The hotel is actually a "boutique" style hotel, small and located in a small street in an old area. But the room, although quite compact, was very up to date and comfortable. I was happy to have excellent air conditioning and have a quiet place to relax. I recommend!

« next to Garnier Palace »

Very clean, but small room, functional bathroom, bed was comfortable. Very close to Garnier Palace (reason for my stay) and the metro to everywhere. Nice places to eat within walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

« Best Western Paris Louvre Opera, Paris, FRANCE »

Good hotel, great location in a quiet side street halfway between the Louvre and Opera house. Our room was surprisingly small/tiny considering it was described as queen-sized but was spotlessly clean and functional for a short siight-seeing leisure trip.

    « A Real Gem »

Beautiful surroundings, ideal location and welcoming and professional staff, this hotel is excellent value for money; breakfast is tasty with a good, healthy choice and service which is attentive but unobtrusive. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the ambiance quiet and conducive to relaxation or concentrated work.

    « Best Western - Paris »

The hotel was difficult to find on a side street. People asked for directions were not aware of where the hotel was located. The room was extremely small and the breakfast offered did not provide much to choose from

« Another Week In Paris »

Just returned from our annual fall trip to Paris. Have stayed at this hotel for the last 7-8 years. This is an outstanding small hotel in a fantastic location, and we plan on returning for many more years.

    « Would definitely recommend »

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the Louvre, Orangerie, Champs Elysees, Petit and Grand Palais, and the "happening:" Marais area. There is a branch of the Paris tourist office close by, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Paris.

    « Over priced »

The room was cramped and tiny. Had a problem with water leaking from ceiling which seemed to bedevil staff. The location however, was close to metros and the Louvre. So we made the best of our situation but was less than ideal as we had just left Reims, France from a stay at a Best Western that was 180 degrees better and less costly. Also, hotel was on a small indiscreet alley and difficult to locate. Some of the staff tried to do their best.

    « The Perfect Hotel »

Excellent hotel in the heart of Paris. Very close to both the Louvre and the Opera house. Many restaurants, cafes and boutique shops in the area. Very charming European style hotel. Newly renovated modern rooms. Great service from the hotel staff.
