« Amazing home away from home »

This hotel has it All! Amazing location, amazing Staff! Juliette, Vivien, and the lovely lady at the desk on my departure day ( forgot her name). I always stay at this hotel when I am in paris and wow room 301 was Great! Amazing shower and the most technologically advanced toilet. Also, the breakfast buffet is well worth the euros. I will only stay here when I am in Paris, can't wait to return in April 2017 and see the complete rents.

    « Suberb friendly hotel »

Used this hotel twice a year for 11yrs. Just returned from latest visit and stayed in newly refurbished room. Well furnished, new beds, new bathrooms and if you've this hotel before a nice new big lift. Staff friendly and welcoming as ever. Hotel is well placed for major attractions, Lourve, Notre Dame, good metro and bus access. After staying here 1st time never looked for another Hotel to stay at, a lot of that credit due to the staff.

« Bitter Taste in my Mouth. »

I originally thought that I had the best deal (50% off on however once we arrived we saw why! The hotel is under renovation inside and out. We were lucky to arrive on the weekend when there is no construction but it's 8.00am on Monday morning and you can hear builders inside and out of the building. The air con doesn't work and thankfully the lift is now working as other reviews I've read have said it wasn't. I would have liked to be notified that the reason for the special was because of renovations but nothing was mentioned in the months leading up to our stay. It definitely put a sour taste in my mouth. We also didn't get our room serviced as our family staying in the same hotel at the same time did. Quite disappointing. In other reviews I've read (one we checked in) they said the staff were very apologetic but we didn't get one sorry, we got a "as you can see we are renovating" I really do think they least they could do is give you a free breakfast for this inconvenience. Not worth the 50% off deal and it was still over £200 a night with the special. Otherwise the hotel is in a great location and very central.

    « Disappointing »

Rooms were booked early in year based on location & price. We were no aware of any renovation work at all until we arrived at hotel. We thought as it was the weekend it shouldn't be too bad. It was relatively quiet. No air conditioning do we were given a fan. All that did was move warm air around. Couldn't leave window open as the scaffolding was fight outside window. Couldn't tell what the weather was like. Very small room. No hotel information in room. TV on wall on an angle. Staff were friendly enough. Suggest that guests should be told if the state of the hotel & perhaps offering free breakfast may have helped.

« Bad Mistake - Shameful Best Western »

If ever there is a reason to use Trip Advisor beforehand, this could be it. I'm sure this hotel was good, and will be good, when it not BEING RENOVATED. We booked through Booking.Com , where the hotel description had not been updated. Meanwhile, over on the Best Western website there was a one-liner saying that renovation was being carried out. Our reservation was confirmed with no mention of the potential disruption. On arrival, we were met with full-height scaffolding outside the main hotel entrance. Over the next 30mins, the reception staff did her best, but she must have been well-practiced at apologising. She advised us to view our room before checking-in, and that the lift system was not working. She explained that there was no air-conditioning but that a portable fan had been provided. Thankfully, our allocated room was on the first floor (one up from reception). There was small portable fan, so we went to the window to improve the ventilation, opened the curtains and found the window obstructed by even more scaffolding up the rear of the building. We immediately returned to the reception, the reception staff found us another hotel in central Paris, and we left totally dis-satisfied with our experience of Best Western.

« Great location but under renovation »

The 2* is for location only. Room was very very small. Elevator is out of order due to renovation. Our room was on 4th floor and had to climb stairs everytime. Day time construction noise. Breakfast is good but not worth 17 euros. The location is great with lots of food options and train station nearby. Louvre and notre dame are walking distance. Eiffel is little over a mile away. We used the train for commute, very convenient.

« Great location and price »

I stayed for 1 night and the location is great for shopping and walking around Paris. Safe neighborhood for solo travelers as far as I could see. Lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Has 24 HR reception and the staff are lovely. The reason I gave it a lower rating was due to the renovations. We were not told prior to arrival. There was noise and dust between 9-5 which in itself would have been no issue as my room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom small but suitable. However Paris is currently going through a heatwave and due to the renovations they had no lifts or aircon. My room was on the top floor (90 or so steps!! ) and luckily I did not have to carry my luggage but I couldn't open my windows during the day as there was construction outside and the fan they have me was not really helpful until the sun came down and even then the night was so muggy! For the price and location and as I only stayed for 1 night, it was fine but if I was there any longer I'm sorry to say I would have moved hotels it was just too hot in that room. I'm happy to come back when the renovations are finished!!

« Great boutique hotel in lesser traveled area »

Traveled here with my wife on a tight budget. We decided to stay in a hotel around the major attractions to save transportation costs. This hotel was perfect for us. Just a few blocks from the Louvre and Notre Dame. About a mile walk to the Eiffle Tower. Perfect location for us. Don't be discouraged by the pictures of the hotel though. It is not a "modern" hotel with all those amenities. This is a boutique hotel meaning smaller rooms, less excess, etc. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and suggested several great restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. If you want a hotel that is not a tourist trap but still close to the major attractions, go for this one.

« Booked and Paid BUT NO ROOM »

We booked this hotel with the accommodation reservation desk at CDG airport When we arrived at the hotel they said they had no room available they had sold it and offered us a 3 star hotel a fair walk away it was cold and raining heavily. So we refused and booked another 4 star hotel. They have kept out money, no refund .

    « Clean & Perfectly Located »

I stayed here last week. I will preface my review by saying, yes, it is under construction. They told me this and apologized for it three times during check-in to make sure I was aware. My room was on the second floor, so they also told me there is no lift while it is under construction. They are very upfront about this. I don't think you'll find a hotel that is as clean and well located as this one, especially for the price point. You are a 10 min. walk from the Louvre, the Musee D'Orsay, and about a 12-15 min. walk from Notre-Dame & Saint-Chapelle. You are right by the Metro and several great places to eat. My room was average city size so smaller than in a non-major city, but comfortable and had all that I required. Construction did start at 7:30 am and there was noise, but I was already awake and heading out for the day. Bottom line is if you hate noise or not having a lift, don't stay here right now. However, if you want a fabulous deal in a great location that is clean with great customer service, this is the place with you. Everyone I talked to at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Very happy with my experience here!

    « Escellent Hotel »

The hotel is very well situated and the staff friendly and helpful;. The room was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and was totally quiet. Gluten free breakfast was provided for my husband. We did not know about the renovation work and there was no lift but luggage was taken care of and we were not incnvenienced

« disappointing hotel in an excellent location »

While the hotel is beautifully located, it was being renovated when we stayed (2-6 June 2016) which meant there was no lift (one of us stayed on the fifth floor). No apology was offered and the noise of the renovations was relentless. There were no public spaces to sit and talk, no bar or other public facilities. Out two double rooms were tiny even for one person. It is definitely not a four star hotel and while some of the staff tried to be helpful, and while they gave us a 15% reduction on the price, on the whole there was a 'take it or leave it' attitude, most unacceptable.

    « Paris Vacation »

Comfortable European style hotel. Quite expensive but given it is in the centre of Paris and close to all the great amenities then overall value for money. Refurbishment work was ongoing during our stay which meant that staying in bed after 8am was impossible but the hotel will benefit from the work in the future as it is currently a little dated. Staff were great and very helpful can only give the hotel a big thankyou

My family has been staying at the Ducs de Bourgogne for close to 30 to 40 years on a regular basis. I, my family, and my parents have always found the staff at the hotel to have been a great help with any request and absolutely wonderful as managers of the hotel. We have had special requests in the past and the request have been performed with an impeccable manner with the utmost attention to courtesy and with a professional manner. They are an excellent example of a truly well run hotel and I will continue to stay at the hotel. Thank you for you excellent service. Tony Taquey

« Just what we were looking for »

The location was perfect & the price affordable. Yes it was under construction but I found that it was little or no interference to us as we spent most of time in the city. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Staff was quite helpful & friendly, all spoke excellent English. They surprised me with champagne on my birthday.

    « I'm sure it's a nice hotel...when it's not a building site! »

I'll be brief. We arrived late on a Friday to find the hotel hiding behind much scaffolding. We were then informed major renovations were in progress. No **** Sherlock! The lift was not in service...we were on the fourth floor. The room was small, approx 7 by 11 feet. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. The view was scaffolding. The bathroom was small, well appointed and clean. The maid service was good. A safe was advertised...there was no safe. Breakfast was a disaster. The dining area is minuscule. We went down in the middle of the service. Three hot food trays were empty. There was one crepe, no plates and not one clean table. We sat for five minutes. Nothing was attended to and we didn't darken breakfasts doorstep again. There were no workmen Saturday morning - we slept well. There were no workmen Sunday morning - we slept well. Half eight am Monday morning...WORKMEN. Thank goodness we weren't there mid-week. In summary then I think it's unforgivable to not be informed of major work in progress and to be charged full price. To end on a high, the front desk staff are very friendly!

    « marriage proposal »

could not fault any of the staff, They were all very helpful and friendly and went out of there way to help us,we cannot fault them. The hotel is in a beautiful location. We would highly recommend this hotel. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Nathalie, Celine.Tiana and staff for making our visit extra special.

« Book and paid at CDG airport hotel booking desk »

Arrived at the hotel's crowded tiny reception and was told there was no room available. They had emailed me that they had booked us in to a none Best Western 3 star hotel 10 minutes walk away. We didn't accept this and told the man on reception to refund our payment. I called a friend who arranged another hotel. We didn't get a refund, we over heard the receptionist's conversation in French basically saying they had resold the room at a higher price and booked us in to one of their partner hotels..(Je revendu à un prix supérieur les ai un hôtel partenaire) Contacted Best Western UK, who said you must call the help desk in the USA who said they can't help call Best West France ........... No Help

« Best Western Ducs De Bourgogne Stay »

They location and cleanliness was very good and so as most of the staff. However, your hotel is under renovation and this should say on your website so as a customer I have a choice to book or not. I did not have any view from my window as the scaffolding and a sheet was covering my view. Lady at the reception after taken all the details including my credit card details explained to me that I have room at 5th floor even I have issues with my knees but there were no other rooms available. I requested for a English electric plug so I can use my laptop and she said I have to come down from the 5th floor to get my plug :-)

    « Valuable Hotel »

I stayed 2 nights on April 2016. Positive : Location is very close to RER (very convenience if you go to/from CDG or Orly just one intersection from the RER Chatelet station ) and also the hotel locates in the hub of of PAris city ,It's just 5 mins to Louvre ,Opera or Notre Dam church or else, one metro line direct to Gallery Lafeayett ,Bathroom have bathtube ,hair dryer, soap ,body lotion,Bed is also comfort from the tried day,Staffs are also nice and helpful. Negative : room very small but I think it's as same as others hotels in Paris .In the room it's space for 2 big luggage (20" and 24") and then I couldn't walk in the room ,have to stay on bed. There are TV ,wardrobe desk and a couple bed tables and refrigerator. No drinking water for guest.

    « Not a 4 stars hotel »

It should be a 3 stars hotel. Small rooms with small poor bathrooms. No welcome kit at all. Old rooms and half of the hotel under refurbishment, so really noisy all day long. Elevator out of order for all my stay (3 days). Poor breakfast, but very expensive, in a dark room.

    « Dissapointed »

I really cannot give a true review of this hotel as the lift was out of use due to refurbishing. My designated room was on the 6th floor so I used the stairs "phew" to say the least I was out of breath. I asked to change floors but unfortunately the hotel was complete. Celine, the lovely receptionist, found me an alternative hotel room Best Western on boulevard Sebastopol which had undergone refurbishing and was delightful. I sincerely hope, when the work is finished at Ducs de Bourgogne, I will have the opportunity to stay at this hotel.

    « Excellent location »

The rooms are a bit on the small side even the superior rooms but all nicely decorated and maintained. The staff were really welcoming and the hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to all part of the city main attraction.

    « Renovation stay »

We were staying near Disneyland in Paris and decided to spend one night in the heart of Paris to enjoy shopping and tours. Location is the key to a great vacation. The hotel bed was large, the room is small and bath. The decor was nice, the hotel is going through renovations.

« Exactly the kind of behavior I hate! »

What I hate the most is being fooled ... and this is exactly what happened to me at this place. First, I would like to meet he person who gave this place 4 stars, no way. Second, this hotel is under construction and the elevator is shut down. They obviously did not mention it when I booked the room but, don't worry for them, they charge the full rate! To be fair, there is one positive: very good and central location.

    « Disappointing »

Hotel looked great in the pictures, but we were allocated a box room in the attic on the top (6th) floor - very pokey and ill-appointed, and very different to the nicely furnished rooms shown in the pictures on the website. The bathroom was tiny, with the smallest bath I've seen... It didn't help that the lift was out of order - apparently they've been having problems with it for some time - but that's quite significant when your room is on the 6th floor and you have suitcases to carry up and down... Fortunately we were booked for only one night. Check-in was quick & easy and we were given Wifi logins which worked well, but check-out very slow: the clerk seemed to be checking multiple systems to track down that we'd prepaid. It would be helpful to publish honest photos of the smaller, less well-furnished rooms (and bathrooms) and make clear their categorisation, so people are not misled into thinking that they'll get a room like those currently shown on the website. If those rooms are cheaper, then some people may be very happy with them. Unfortunately, we'd expected something very much better.

« Great stay in Paris during COP21 »

What truly made the stay at the Ducs de Bourgogne exceptionel was the staff at the reception, always super friendly, full of connections and eager to assist in any way possible to make your stay easier. This time of the year, a few weeks after the attacks and with another 40,000 registered people attending the climate change conference at Le Bourget, my stay at the Ducs, made all the difference and allowed me to enjoy Paris to the fullest with its ideal location in the 1st Arrondissement right next to the Louvres and 2 minutes walk from the RER and metro - plus an amazing restaurant life in a radius of 300 metres! The rooms are exactly what you see on the picture, furniture and decor included. They are typical small Paris hotel rooms - best to be single - but they had fridge, and a good desk, free wifi in rooms and a very comfortable bed and bathroom. The breakfast provided is full breakfast - which is not the norm in these smaller hotels and excellent. Overall, perfect for a business trip while enjoying Paris to the max. I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to the City of Light.

« good but not exceptional »

Stayed in Superior room. It looked pretty standard. Furniture in absolute need of renovation. Matress was perfect for my taste. Did not have breakfast, so cannot comment. Helpful staff. Excellent central location. I have stayed in several hotels in Paris as I travel frequently for business, this one did not stand out but I would not complain either. The price would be easily plus 100euro per night if the place is renovated. So three stars overall to push to that direction.

    « Very good! »

our stay in Paris was pleasant. the hotel is very comfortable, clean, very comfortable bed and room, although a bit small. The hotel has one perfect location to traveling and the staff is polite and helpful. My opinion is absolutely positive

« ideal location in Paris »

Central location to the Louvre and other sites as well as to various means of public transport.; very friendly staff. The (small) size of the room correlates with the location and the price. For me this package was well acceptable.

« Liked this hotel because of staff and location »

We would stay again because we loved location and staff however there were issues. The first room we were put in had no heat, tv did not work, and some of the lights did not work. They did accommodate us immediately and moved us to another room. The breakfast room is in the basement - very dark - we never ate there. Hotel is in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and many great restaurants. Mixed bag. You have to love the location though.

    « 3 day break »

Central hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice ,clean although small had everything needed. We got a special rate ,not sure we would have paid the going rate. But all in all we had a great three days. Can't rate breakfast we did not eat in 17 euros each seemed steep. But in fairness we only wanted coffee and croissants. If we see another offer we most definitely will go again.

    « Very pleasant stay »

We were very pleased with the hotel, the staff and service. Sleep was the big problem - the room was hot and we didn't seem able to use the air conditioning well enough to cool it. We threw open the windows onto the little balcony but of course being in such a central area there was the sound of revellers at night and then the building works starting up in the morning. There is clearly a lot of development in the area!

    « Good hotel »

I stayed in this hotel because of business porpoise. Hotel have perfect location and good access to subway. Reception was really perfect speaking many languages. Room itself was small but OK if you stay only for night. What was really terrible was view from window to central dirty and dark light well. What surprise me more that my room wasn't tide up after first night. Overall hotel is good with really nice price in Paris city center.

    « Very central hotel »

Rooms needed to be redecorated. Especially the carpet and the bathroom. Very friendly personell. They are ready to help, if possible. Breakfast could be improved. The hotel is in the middle of the most interesting sights, just a walk away.

« A nice place to stay in Paris »

In Paris on Business - a very nice hotel - clean, comfortable. Wifi in the room was easy to set up. The bed was very comfortable - i slept well!. I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff, who were very helpful...what more could i ask? - Right in the heart of Les Halles! recommended.

    « I love Paris »

Had a great time. Location excellent right beside Pont Neuf exit of Chatelet station, so access to everything. Local restaurants excellent. Easy walk to Louvre, Notre Dame and Pompidou centre. Really handy position and good value for Paris. Very happy

    « Typical Paris hotel »

People were nice and accomodating, but rooms are quite small. Some furniture in need of repair. From what I have been told, a typical Paris Hotel experience. Location is great for Notre Dame and the Louvre. Car to and from airport about 60 euros each way, but worth it

« Small room, great hospitality. »

Like some of the other reviewers I though the room too small - at the price I think one should get better, even if it is in a prime location. The lift was the smallest I have ever seen! Apart from that, I ended up really enjoying my stay thanks mainly to the great staff, the fantastic location and the cleanliness of the room. I also requested a quiet room - which I got, and slept well.

    « Great location »

This was our first time visiting Paris as a couple and we were most pleased during our one week stay. The hotel was a 1 block walk from a Metro/RER station and a short stroll to Pont Neuf. We love to walk and enjoyed being able to walk along the Left Bank and Ile de la Cite, to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Conciergerie, Pompidou Center. Our 1st floor room had no view but was cute, quiet, private, and very clean. It was similar to boutique hotels in other European capitals. We enjoyed the room's seating area, the Internet connection, and the queen size bed. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful in providing us with clear directions to museums, etc., as well as what Metro stops and metro changes we needed to make. There were plenty of nearby cafés for breakfast and a market, as we considered the hotel breakfast too dear. An excellent value, we would highly recommend Best Western Ducs de Bourgogne and would stay there again in the future.

« Great Location, Great service »

This was my first visit to Paris. I travelled with my family and we had taken 3 rooms in the hotel. The hotel is centrally located close to the Louvre , Notre Dame, etc and the Metro station. I stayed there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Best western. The staff at the front desk, Floriane, Tiana and Tibhout and their manager Ms Nathalie were extremely helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable. I would like to suggest that the breakfast menu could include a few more vegetarian options, since we stayed there for a week and found the choice of items to be the same. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

« If you need AC this is NOT the hotel for you! »

First off let me start by stating that the gals at the front desk were unbelievable. They were extremely helpful in all aspects. This was our first time in Paris and they helped us with booking some of the tours that we wanted to go on, had great recommendations for places to eat and were all around helpful. With that said, as my title states if you are in need of an air conditioned room this is NOT the hotel for you! When we got to our room we immediately noticed that the AC wasn't working. Figuring it needed a bit of time to cool the room off we went exploring and when we came back the room was just as hot as it was when we left. The next day we let the front desk know and they came in, fiddled around, looked at the vent and declared that the "vents were pointed in the wrong direction" (they weren't). To try and rectify the matter they gave us a fan which, while the gesture was greatly appreciated, the fan was sub-par as well. We ended up leaving the window open while we were in the room to get some air circulating through. Halfway through the trip we decided we just couldn't take it any longer and they moved us to the room next door. Which had no air conditioning as well. While we were moving our items from one room to the other I stood in front of the vent in the first room and it actually felt as though HEAT was coming through the vents instead of cool air!! We bumped into another person staying at the hotel on the stairs and asked about their AC and she said that they didn't have any either so I think it's something that is wrong with the system. Upon check out we let the girl at the front desk know that neither room had AC to which she replied that it "was not possible". They did, however, deduct money from the bill to compensate for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. If they were to fix the issue with the AC in the rooms I would definitely stay there again. It was in a central location within walking distance of a lot of the attractions and again, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Had the AC been working this review would have been 5 stars.

    « BASIC ROOM »

I stayed in a basic room and it was very pricey for what it was. Although this is right in the city centre! The door was too short comparing the hight and light was filtering in, disturbing my sleep. The room is very small. I like the hotel because it's a very convenient location and has very accomodating staff. I am going back in January. Hopefully in an upgraded room.

    « Great Hotel in the 1st »

Staff was exceptional. Room was small but clean and perfectly fine for what was needed. Only issue was some of the power was off at times. Some lights/TV did not work after the first night but outlets worked for charging electronics. Still a great stay in the heart of Paris.

My two friends and I (three eighteen year old girls) were in Paris a couple weeks ago and had booked two nights in this hotel months in advance. Upon arrival in the morning we checked in our bags and the lady at the front desk said we could come back any time later that evening to check in and get our room. We came back to the hotel around 10:30 PM and to our surprise the man at the front told us that they didn't have a room for us and the whole hotel was full. The man was not helpful one bit. None of this was our fault. We showed him all the confirmation and booking e-mails we received and it was ultimately their mistake. We were shoved out to the street with no other option but to call numerous other hotels in hopes they weren't all booked. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

« Technically 4-star but you will be very disappointed ! »

Google the star rating system for Paris hotels to understand why technically this is a 4-star hotel but in reality it is a very poor quality hotel in a fairly decent neighborhood for visiting the Louvre. The rooms are tiny, beds are horribly uncomfortable, the bathrooms are motel quality, the AC didn't work, the walls are paper thin, the elevator is even smaller than a typical Parisian hotel elevator, the carpet in the room was filthy, the fluorescent light bulbs in the room were different colors, the breakfast room was dingy and dark, the wifi was poor -- and all this for a big price! They charge 4-star prices because they are allowed, but it is a travesty. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

« Ducs Is at the Center »

A great location. Close to many bus lines connecting all of Paris, avoiding Metro and RER long walking and stairs. Only negative the air conditioning sometimes did not cope with the heatwave. My double room was ample size, contrary to reviews I read prior to my trip.

    « Wonderful staff »

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Ducs De Bourgogne! The location is amazing, close to many sights like the Louvre, Notre Dame, and there are many restaurants and shopping nearby. Metro and supermarket also just around the corner. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay!!

« many thanks for wonderful service »

The room was small but completely adequate and beautifully decorated. The staff went out of their way to help me in a variety of ways. i would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would stay there again.

    « Positive review »

Great location in the center of Paris. Staff extremely available and kind. Just a note about our room which was located on the attic: it was a little bit too small, but anyway confortable and clean. Good international breakfast. I recommend a stay in this hotel.

    « Great location »

Great location for all tourist areas of Paris. Back rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was inconsistent. Many restaurants in surrounding blocks. Pricey but all of Paris is expensive. Overall a good value.

    « Nice experience »

The hotel was pretty good, Rooms are small for 4 star hotel. The breakfast was perfect. All the employees are really helpers. The best thing is the location, really close to the Louvre. In front of the hotel you could rent bycicles, this is other advantage.

« Good spot in Paris »

Hotel is in convenient location, close to transport and cafes. Directions to hotel are not good. Traditional furnishings, comfortable, windows that open and air conditioning in room. Very busy front desk but helpful staff.

    « Location Location Location »

Best Location, walking distance to some of the major sights, lovely to walk along the river bank day or night, lots of people having picnics or just watching the world go by. The hotel is very clean the staff are excellent & only to pleased to help in any way, kettle in the room for tea or coffee was great. Please note this is a small hotel in the middle of Paris and hence the rooms are small do not let this put you off unless you intend to spend a lot of time in your hotel room. Lots of places to eat close by ( ate breakfast by the river in the sunshine) Did not use the Metro just walked or used our two day tour bus pass (they will book you this at the hotel) I look forward to going back

    « 2 nights in Paris »

Staff is very courteous and helpful. Room is small as you would expect in Europe, but it is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is excellent and very clean, also has a good shower. Hotel is a great value for the location, which is one block from the Seine and one block from the Louvre, and very close to a Metro station. Internet was also good and reliable. Overall a great choice in central Paris!!

    « Very Kind »

The stuffs are very kind and it made me happy. One stuff kept smiling all the time and had a humorous. I naturally talked to him. And I felt comfortable like being in my home. I'll stay in this hotel again when I visit in Paris.
