    « Great location,great value for money »

Myself and a friend stayed here for three nights in March. It is Within walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and buses/taxis.Perfect location tucked away in a nice side street away from all the busyness of the city. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable, room cleaned everyday and clean towels.Rooms are small but for the amount of time you would be spending in them it did not bother us. They make great use of the space they do have.Mini fridge in our room was stocked with complementary cola and water and snacks which was a lovely surprise as in Ireland a bottle of water could cost up to 3 euro. Staff were very helpful and friendly. great value for money overall.would defineatly recommend this hotel

It's a nice cozy hotel good location the employees are so nice and helpful especially Claudine the only thing is that the breakfast needs a little upgrade but overall it was a good experience I would stay there again

« This hotel and the wonderful staff saved my weekend »

I was let down by a dreadful Airbnb booking, the evening before the Paris marathon. This hotel had 1 room left and couldn't have been more helpful. I was a solo, female traveller and starting to get worried I would have no where to stop. Not only did they sort a room for me, they kept my bags the next day whilst I ran the race and allowed me to use a room for a shower afterwards. I can't comment on breakfast, as although it was included in the price, I had my own pot porridge. So, yes the rooms are small...it's a 3 star hotel in a prime location in Paris, they will be! But there's a kettle in the room, so could make my morning coffee and porridge, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful, the location is perfect, 2 mins walk to the metro and Arc. I can't recommend even and a reasonable price for the centre of Paris. Thanks very much lovely staff-you saved my weekend.

    « Not Good Experience »

Location is good, champs elysees and arc de trimophe is at wakable distance apart of this hotel is very congested and has small room. They dont even have complimentary water bottle although house keeping staff has provided one bottle with no additional cost.Average rating is only for location and for the house keeping staff!!

    « good experience »

the room was a bit small especially that i'm 190cm i honestly could not fit in the bathroom ,the service was good i had no problem with it , i loved the location of the hotel but did not like the rules as i mentioned before especially that i can't bring friends even though i come once or twice / year and the whole purpose is to spend time with them

    « Cracking! »

Stayed in January in room 609. Stayed in Paris a couple of times and room sizes are generally quite 'snug'. This room did not disappoint at all, the size was bigger than I have had previsously. I think we paid roughly 250euros for 2 nights and the tarif on reception for out room said 300 per night. So obviously we were happy about that. Room: Spacious (for Paris), clean and tidy. Location: Amazing, right by the arc and on the champs elysees. Close to good bars and restaurant. Staff: Only really dealt with the guy at the main desk but no issus. Breakfast: We didnt take it as it was expensive in our opinion. Overall, very satisfied with this hotel.

    « Marcos Millians »

Good facilities and great location. The room is small, however it's comfortable. The employees are polite and every time we need assistance we got in a satisfactory time. I'd be back to the hotel and recommend to friends.

    « Really nice hotel »

Nice hotel with good location and price. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The wifi isn't the greatest though. Also, the breakfast seems a bit average. Would recommend you to eat at any local place nearby instead.

    « Great stay »

Great stay! The staff was phenomenal. Very helpful and spoke good English. Ordered cabs for us when asked. Breakfast was also very good. Rooms were small but clean and perfect for our 3 day stay. Good area, close to attractions

    3
« Good Stay. Housekeeping can be improved. »

We had a good stay. Very helpful staff, especially Pierre and the associates who helped us during our breakfast. Housekeeping can be improved. On one of the days the room service was not done. Breakfast can be improved, on all the three days the spread was the same. It will be suitable to have more options for vegetarians.

    « A Hidden "Star!" »

This little boutique style is definitely worth another stay & another & another! Great location- easily walking distance to metro near Arc & Champs. The hotel is very clean w old world charm. Rooms are small like most are in Europe - beds are great as well as a large bathroom. The blackout curtains are fabulous! Clean and very quiet hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Phillip @ front desk was super helpful & spoke English well as did other staff. But he was a "star" indeed. Called us taxis, gave excellent directions & recommendations.Croissants, juice & coffee were always in foyer for those of us who missed breakfast. I'm always staying there from now on. Restaurants, bars & shops in abundance. The hotel made my trip truly great.

    5
    « Great location »

Nice clean hotel, great location close to all major attraction & close to metro stations and nice restaurants would recommand to friends, value for money., English speaking staff who were very helpfull

    5
    « Great hotel ! »

Loved this hotel! Will def return loved mirrored doors but if you can add a full length mirror for checking outfit and make up etc would make our room really perfect ! Nice find super location and great value

« Very Happy with this Stay »

I think several people are extraordinary in this hotel. I will start with Ahmed, Kabul who arranges the breakfast in the morning--he is simply exemplary, greatly calm and a great human being. I have seen him going out of his way to help if needed. Never has a concern in his face. Ahmed should be seen as an assett to your institution. Another person and all of them in the front desk--mostly Farid, Prasanna and Madam---they are each are great. Farid also helps tremendously all customers. Prassnna was great is giving directions and getting me know the city and Madam was great in helping with internet connections when things were not working for one night. I think this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Europe.I thank each one of you, to have this great service. I consider if possible, when I am back myself with family, I will stay back in your hotel.

    4
    « SMALL BUT NICE »

The way I figure it, many of these small Paris hotels were built in a time when the "facilities" were installed one to a floor. Later, when customers wanted a full bathroom with each sleeping room, the baths were put into the already-small rooms. Now, we get very small rooms with an awkward bathroom. That seems to be the situation at this hotel (which is not on the Champs Elysee). Except for smallness, the room was OK when we stayed there recently. It was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were good at their jobs. Location is great, transportation is not far away and the neighborhood is pleasant with restaurants nearby.

    2
« I would never stay there again »

The room was amazingly small for two people. Also, the morning breakfast staff were some of the most rude, unhappy people I ever met. Perfect example- one morning I kindly asked for more coffee and the waiter's response was "well, you just had some." TOTALLY the wrong response on so many different levels. I won't bother to go any farther, you can make your own judgment on that one. Also, the room cleaning staff did not refill the empty bath soap or toilet paper, TOILET PAPER. Come on, people, you saw that it was virtually finished.

    4
« A cozy spot in great location »

A cozy spot in great location, helpful at reception however staff could convey a lot more warmth and genuine hospitality. The evening duty manager was quite terse on two occasions unfortunately. And on another day the cleaners forgot to clean our room which was disappointing. It was very close to transport and in a cute neighbourhood. The room was generally well presented and clean.

    5
« Great hotel in ideal location »

Fantastic hotel. Small, but ideally located close to Arc de triomphe in a quiet neighborhood. Room was small, but had in all that was needed. Reception very helpful and always available. Breakfast was ok, but didn't have a lot of choice for the price.

    4
    « Good location »

I stayed in the hotel for 1 night. Very nice staff, very good location near metro and RER station CDG Etoile. But the room was very small maybe because I reserved late (1 week before). Did not try the breakfast but overall it was good.

    3
    « Vacation »

Liked: --Location was great 2 - 3 block from Arc de Triomphe --service was satisfactory, staff could have been more engaging Least: --room was small and dated --telephone had no explanation on contacting main lobby or other staff

« Great Location very nice hotel »

Hotel is location very close to Arc De Triomphe, close to bus, train line etc.. It has very nice size rooms with modern finishes. Looks like it has recently been redone. Breakfast was ok, with tea coffee etc.. and some hot food. Will stay here again

    5
« Met all our expectations »

We decided to extend our trip to Paris, and needed to leave our airbnb as it was booked for the additional days we needed, so I found this Best Western in Star Champs Elysees on Trip Adviser for the 4 additional days we needed at a reasonable price. Though we are from the USA we never stay in Best Westerns and are do not have loyalty cards with BW. We loved the location, just a few blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, and convenient to great restaurants, shopping, bank ATMs, and a main branch of Orange, where I was able to get a sim card for my phone that I can use everywhere in Europe. Our standard room small, clean and the bed and linens very comfortable. We only ate their breakfast once as we felt the value of nearby restaurants was better. Their WiFi was included and worked well. Would definitely stay here again if offered a good Internet rate.

    4
    « Lovely property »

Property was lovely and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and polite. Very good breakfast. It was in a superb location. Close to restaurants, pubs, shopping, metro station, and attractions. Elevator was very small, but it was no problem to take the stairs most of the time.

    4
« A very nice 3 star hotel minutes away from the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe »

I stayed at this hotel from 14-16 June. My room was clean and quiet. My bathroom was rather small but it was clean and modern. The internal decoration was nice. The breakfast was very good. I would happily stay at this hotel again. The property retains its 3 star rating for a period of 5 years from 2015 to 2020. I would rate the neighbourhood as very nice and the hotel is very close to metro stations and buses. The hotel is excellent overall.

    4
« A surprisingly pleasant hotel near the Arc de Triumph »

A pleasant hotel near the Champs D'Elysee. On a very hot day the room was cool on arrival, which makes a very pleasant change. The air-conditioning and the wifi actually worked well. Breakfast was OK, with good croissants but terrible coffee. Mind you I can only count on the fingers of 1 hand out off the 100 or so hotels I have stayed in one with even drinkable, let alone good coffee.

    5
    « Value for Money »

Location is very very good, near to Champs Elysse and the metro. The staff is excellent, very helpful, very cooperative and polite. They were very informative and helped us to schedule our daily itenery.

    4
    « Business Trip »

Overall I had a very pleasant stay. The value was pretty good. The room was very clean, however a little small. The service and the breakfast were excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect, near Champs Elysees.

    5
    « Champs Elysees Review »

Great location! Excellent service! There was plenty of things to see and do. It was easy to access the Metro and the area was safe. The breakfast was fantastic! I will return next year for another visit!

    4
« Lovely hotel in Paris »

The hotel is set in a perfect position in a quiet side street but two minute walk to main road with bars and restaurants. You can walk to Arc de Triumph in five minute. Rooms are spotlessly clean and beautiful bathroom. Customer service is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful. Only two slight points. Safes in room 102 and 103 are broken. And, we arrived on 22.5. 17 in 22 degrees heat but the air con is not switched on every year until the 23.5.17. Therefore, the Monday night was an uncomfortable sleep even with the windows open. This is no fault of the staff but a managerial decision.

    4
    « Tracy »

Room was clean and front desk service was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was located about five minute Uber/taxi ride from the Eiffel Tower and right up the street from Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was included and was a pretty nice spread.

« Nice place and near to main street in Paris »

the hotel is very close to main street champ elysees ... the room is very small and about to fit for one person the breakfast is limited and no choise as well the reception staff is not cooperative with hotel guests

    4
« nice, convenient, reasonable option in heart of city »

very good location, 2 minutes from arc de triumph. 2 minutes from metro. Nice breakfast, very nice staff. Hotel and rooms itself bit old and typical of city centre hotel. Small lift. Visited with family, so booked triple occupancy room- which had almost all amenities. Overall very good option in very good location

    5
« Comfortable stay , centre location. Feel like a princess on champ elysees. Near to arc . Centre location »

Wow wow centre location , comfortable, champs elysees is very near . Cleanliness has its own marks. Some small shops near it. Lovely stay. Most importantly worlds famous " street " is there. You can get hopin hop off near it. Rental bikes are also available. Station is also near. Amazing place to stay

    4
    « Good break »

In Paris for the marathon. Hotel was only a short walk from the starting point. Very handy for metro and sightseeing. Receptionists were very helpful. Room was very clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was fine.

    4
« Very clean - Near Metro and Arc De Triomphe »

Very clean. Near the Arc De Triomphe. We stayed here with friends in adjoining rooms 109 and 110. It was reasonably priced. We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms haves safes for valuables. Room 109 was very small and quiet with NO view. VERY CLOSE TO THE METRO STATION. Breakfast was included with our stay. Continental buffet with eggs, meat, pastries, cheese and yogurt.

    4
« Great stay near the Arch De Trimophe »

We stayed here 2 couples rooms 109 and 110. Very reasonably priced. We stayed 2 nights. Maid service was provided. Both rooms were clean. 110 is a decent sized room. 109 is very small, but fine for a short stay. The rooms have safes for valuables. Very closed to metro station. Shower has good water pressure. Rooms 109 was quiet but no view. Breakfast was included in our rate. Breakfast was good continental buffet with eggs and meats. Croissants and baguettes with cheeses. Fresh fruit yogurt and juice.

    4
« Small rooms, great location »

The cleanliness, staff and location were all great with this hotel. The room is very very small but for a couple on vacation staying for a few days to store bags and sleep it's fine. The front desk was friendly and helped us when we asked about somewhere to get ice cream and medicine. Within 5 minutes of the Arc du Triumph and the area felt safe.

    5
    « Great Location »

Great location just steps away from Arc de Triomph and Champs Elysees. Plenty of food and markets in the area. While a bustling area this is on a quiet street and we had no issues with noise. Americans will find the accommodations smaller than they are used to but this is normal for Europe...and there was plenty of room for our needs, including a large bed. Nicest bathroom we had while in Europe and looked recently renovated. Be aware of the small elevator. Was tough to fit both my husband and I with our backpacks. Only used once and took the stairs thereafter (which I'd recommend). Breakfast available for purchase but we passed. Free wi-fi in room.

    5
    « Wonderful »

My boyfriend and I stayed here just over a week ago during our romantic trip to Paris. The hotel was great, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, confortable bed, fantastic shower. The room although small had everything we needed. The hotels location was superb, only a few mins walk to the Arc de Triomphe and several metro stations. Surrounded by delicious bakeries, cafes, restaurants, it was in the heart of things but also felt tucked away too. Would definately stay again! :)

    4
« Very good. Excellent location »

Right on the Arc de Triomphe so an excellent spot for going on a sightseeing walk. Rooms are clean, comfortable and good value for money. Staff were friendly and the metro station is very close by. I would recommend it if you really want to take in the sights

  • 4
    « Hidden gem »

If you want a large room and a river view then this is not for you. Paris hotel rooms are generally small. I like this one. It has a great faux antique foyer and well appointed (small) rooms. The staff are extremely helpful and will even teach you French if you want. Breakfast was included and its always good but gets a little boring. I suggest some slight variations now and again. Its clean and tidy, not far from the Metro. Its quiet.......all you need really!

    5
    « Value for money »

15 euros in taxi from Gare du Nord. Booked through booking.com. Stayed there for the Tour de France. Arrived early, so we were allowed to drop the bags off and go out for the day. 5 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Good breakfast. We were on 5th floor. Looks like rooms had been refitted recently. Beds were comfy, room clean and tidy. Price very good compared to other hotels close by. Would defiantly recommend and stay again.

    5
« Great value great location »

Amazingly cheap compared to other rooms in the surrounding area. Booked last minute and room was ready and clean all with great interior and amenities. The staff were all friendly and fluent in various languages. Breakfast was also tasty. Much recommended

    5
    « Pleasant Stay »

My husband and I stayed here for two nights to attend a convention. The reception and staff were friendly and accommodation, we had no problems checking in and out. Rooms were clean and the location was near a metro station, the Arc de triomphe, and around the neighborhood there are restaurants, cafes and shops. There was also a good breakfast selection.

    5
    « Excellent stay »

My husband and I checked in the hotel after being cheated by airbnb. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and we're immediately given a room for three nights. The staff is very polite, helpful and fun to interact with. On several occasions we would leave the reception smiling. A courteous and polite staff makes all the difference. The hotel is five minutes from a very well connected metro station :CDG Etoile. The hotel is also ten minutes walking from arc de triomphe, next door (lane) to champs de elysee and about half an hour from eiffel tower. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is sumptuous with very refreshing tea. Overall a very pleasant stay.

    5
« Friendly and very well situated hotel »

This house is located in a very calm street although you are 5 minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms are not big (although a suite is available) but very good value for money, very well situated (only 7 minuts from Etoile metro station ) and very friendly staff. Good Amercian breakfast. flat screen tv, free WiFi, Access to PC in the entrance.

    5
    « Well located »

Perfect location - so close to arc de triomphe, eiffel, etc. If you are looking for a unique artsy hotel but also one that is a reputable brand - this is the way to go. The service was incredible, the front desk gave us guidance on what to do and where to go. The rooms are small but romantic - perfect for couples!

    3
    « Well located hotel »

The hotel is very well located near to the Arch the Triumph and the Av. Ternes. Breakfast service is good and with some options. The quality of the people servicing at hotel is very good. As a common factor in Paris well located hotels the room's confort is not something to be highlighted. In our case we requested a double room and we don't have enough space to arrange our luggage (2 small and 2 regular).

    4
    « Nice stay..! »

Room quality best. Room service was also good. Room size was ok. Food was tasty. Also life balcony. Location from roof looks very good. Bathroom was clean. One thing i don't like is curtains of that room which they to me. In the end i want to say my stay was very good.

    4
    « Loved it!! »

If I could fault the hotel on something, it would be a lack of breakfast options and the room and bathroom size. But other than that, we absolutely loved every minute of it. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and made sure any requests we had were accommodated. The hotel is within walking distance of the Charles de Gaulle Etoile station, as well as the Arc de Triomphe, there are also many nearby restaurants. All in all, a lovely experience!

  • 4
    « Small but accessible »

We stayed for three nights. The hotel is cute. We were given top floor. We had a small rooftop balcony. It was something a little extra. The room itself was so small it will be difficult for big people. The suitcases had to be placed on the bed in order to open. But the bed is comfortable and the room is very clean. The toilet is small but adequate. The shower stall is too small even for small people. The location is very close to the metro and bus stop. It is very convenient. There are enough restaurants nearby.

    5
« Great location, wonderful staff »

We recently rented a suite for a week at the Best Western Star Hotel in Paris. It was terrific! The rooms have a bit of an odd shape, but offer plenty of space for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel staff is quite remarkable, friendly, knowledgable, and always happy to provide help with anything from mailing a letter home to picking a good local restaurant. Best of all is the location. It is an easy stroll to many of Paris' most famous landmarks and/or public transportation that will shuttle you all around the city.

    5
« Very Nice Paris Experience »

A wonderful location in Paris, near the Arc de Triomphe and a Metro Line 1 station, but off the main streets in a quiet area. Lots of restaurants, bars, boulangeries, and stores nearby. We had a "triple" room as we were traveling with out 20-year old son, and it was big enough. Nice, clean room. Plenty of good choices for breakfast. When we arrived late in the evening, the staff were very helpful in getting us settled and finding a place for us to eat. Very happy with the hotel.

    5
    « Excellent mid-range hotel »

Just off the Champs Elysees this was a perfect location for seeing Paris. A short stroll took us to the Arc d'Triomphe and access to the Metro. The Hotel bedrooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Clean towels every day and new sheets after second day. We had a superior room which allowed us to have towelling robes and coffee making facilities as extras. The breakfast room is small, a bit of a crush when the Buffet is busy. breakfast is served from 7 til 10 and is excellent. Fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, hams & cheeses all available and you can boil your own egg! Bacon, sausage & scrambled egg were also available daily. A good selection of teas for those who don't take coffee was appreciated. The hotel, does not have a bar or restaurant but there a plenty of bars and eateries within a short walk. Reception is manned 24hours and the consierge was informative and extremely helpful.

    4
« reasonable dependable accommodations within walking distance of many attractions. »

Rooms are small by American standards but possess the basics. Breakfasts were very good. Staff was responsive and made us comfortable. All had at least a basic grasp of English. A practical place to stay.

    5
    « Very Convenient Location »

The BW Star Champs Elysees is located just a short walking distance from the Air France bus stop making it very convenient. The hotel itself is staffed with very polite and helpful individuals and the room , while small, was very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay here very much and will return.

    4
« Tiny rooms but otherwise great »

The rooms are very small and cramped but comfortable and a great value for the area. Steps away from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysées. Excellent wifi! The room runs a bit warm in the winter (even adjusting the thermostat) but not uncomfortable. Definitely recommended for the mid range vacationing / holiday traveler.

    5
    « quiet and cosy »

I have stayed solo for 3 nights, arrived at 9am first day and it took one hour to get the room while welcomed by coffee. the street is quiet and only a few minutes walk fro the Arc of Triumph and Champs Elysee, the room is cosy and it was only small bcz of my large baggage which i kept on the floor, otherwise perfect size, clean and beautiful colors, nice staff, i would recommend

    4
« Hotel with Great Location »

This Best Western had modern, clean, updated rooms. They were VERY small but tidy and just what I needed. For Paris, the rates were VERY reasonable and the location was perfect; a block away from the Arc de Triomphe. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

    4
« Stay at Best Western Star Champs Elysees Paris »

Overall stay at hotel was good. Location was perfect. access to the most of the attraction was comfortable. Faced some issue related to cleanliness of the room but well attended after information. staff was co-operative. Premier rooms are better than standard rooms. (size wise).

  • 4
« Great location, good price »

Perfect location right by the Arc de Triomphe. I visited years ago and decided to go back, the rooms had been redecorated and brought right up to date. Very comfy, very clean and helpful staff! Breakfast was good too. We tried to visit in January but due to channel tunnel problems didn't make it, the staff were so helpful and booked us in for March at a great rate. The hotel is near a couple metro lines which is very handy. Would definitely recommend!

    4
« Good value for money »

My husband & I have stayed there for 5 days with our one year old baby. The rooms were comfy and clean although it wasn't spacious. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lacked variety and the dining room was very small. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to l'arc de triumph, champs élysées and to an underground metro station. We would definitely consider staying there again if we're visiting Paris.

    3
    « Reasonable Hotel »

We stayed 6 nights at the hotel, the Hotel location is very good, just 10 minutes walk to Champs Élysées, just 2 minutes walk down you will find a mini market and lot of good restaurants around the Hotel, the room very clean, 2 small issue with this hotel, 1st: the room size is very small. 2nd: the breakfast is very poor . Otherwise everything was fine, and not to forget the hotel rate is reasonable.

    4
    « Compact but good »

Location is very convenient to L'arc du triomphe. Best western hotel set on a small side road. Room was very small but perfectly good and bathroom was clean and compact. Didn't sample breakfast but staff where very polite and helpful. This hotel is perfect for sightseeing across Paris and would recommend.

    4
« Excellent hôtel pour un weekend sympa »

We had a wonderful cosy room on the 5th floor with a nice balcony. (from which we could see the Eiffel tower). Room, typically Parisian (not too spacious) but very clean, fresh, modern. Free WiFi available. Bonus, the breakfast was offered in August ! The hotel is ideally located in a calm street in the very close vicinity of the Arc de Triomphe and metro. You can find many restaurants around Price/quality, you can't beat it !

    4
    « Value for money »

Great value for money if you think that you are in Paris and in such a central location. The room was very clean and very cosy. The strange thing was that the shower room and the wc were different rooms. Anyway i had great time there. Everything are in walkin distance.

    « Brilliant! »

Loved my stay at this hotel. Room was small but clean and comfortable, great walking distance to the arc de triomphe and champs elysees, staff were friendly and helpful and the internet did work in my room although it was a little slow. Would definitely stay here again!

« Good Location but poor internet connection »

Good Location and room but poor internet connection. Good value for money. Reception staff half of them are excellent but night shifts aren't very well trained and unprofessional. Haven't try the breakfast but heard its not bad at all from friends who tried it

    « Very good location »

The Best Western Star Champs Elysees is in a perfect location to see all the highlights of Paris within walking distance. Very clean rooms, great staff and a very enjoyable experience. I would stay here again
