« Beautiful stay for our first time visit to Paris »

This hotel was very nice for our 4 night stay. It was my boyfriend's birthday and although our room was small it was still very comfortable for two people. The elevator was one of the tiniest I've ever seen but because the hotel is more of a small boutique one, it never posed a problem. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful, unfortunately I don't remember anyone's name specifically. The location wasn't bad, the train/bus stations are in very close proximity. We didn't utilize the breakfast buffet until the day we checked out and it was pretty decent. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again.

« Amazing!! I will stay here anytime and I would recommend you do too!! »

The best place to stay in Paris, super friendly staff, great location, great breakfast. One of my favorite stays in Europe. Special thanks to Sandy in the front desk. She is the best! Within walking distance to the Meteo, RER and The Arc de Triomphe. Nice shops and restaurants in the area and mini markets minutes away by foot. If you drive there you can even get a discounted rate at a nearby parking garage.

« Lovely place home from home »

This hotel is a hme from home, a lovely place with extremely kind and helpful staff. We enjoyed fine breakfast, clean rooms and a cosy atmosphere. Very close to public service and shoppiing facilities.Travelling with a baby was very easy.

    « Absolutely Brilliant Hotel! »

Booked in January 2018 for a 3 night break at the beginning of April. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and was very, very reasonable. The room was absolutely lovely - very clean, cosy and there was a fantastic range of food and drink in the mini bar. Bed was very comfy and slept fantastically all three nights. Breakfast was good quality - range of cereals, pastries, cold meats, cheeses and hot products. Location - very good location if you do not mind travelling to the city centre by Metro Staff & service - Without a doubt the friendliest, most helpful and nicest members of staff I have ever come across. The service was outstanding and no task was too troublesome. Cannot wait to visit again!

« Cozy, cute, and comfortable! »

My friend and I enjoyed our weeklong stay very much! In fact, she decided to stay a few more nights and the hotel was able to accommodate her. The staff were all very warm, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, near a little park and the Metro and RER, so you can get to anywhere you want to go in Paris. The rooms were small and cozy, but very comfortable. The shower was great, even without washcloths--just turn to your desired temp and relax on the shower seat. The dining room was the perfect place to plan your day while enjoying your morning coffee and breakfast. The elevator was probably the tiniest I've ever seen, but that was part of the charm of our stay. Overall, wonderful hotel. If you are ever in Paris, stay here.

« Beautiful Quaint Hotel with Convenience »

We stayed at this hotel for a week with another couple for our trip to Paris. It's conveniently located to the RER, Metro and several bus lines. This was a plus for us as we often stayed out late and always had an option to get back safely. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We Americans bathe with face towels (not hand towels or our hands :;) and though that wasn't a custom in French hotels, they were able to give us some type of face towel to use! We truly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone!

« Great hotel for the price of Airbnb »

Book this hotel early - it is not large, and you can get better prices in advance. We booked in December for March, and our friends would have paid almost double when they tried to book in February. Unless you are more than 2 people, using Airbnb was not cost effective - for only a few dollars difference, you will enjoy staying at this hotel. A summary of the features: - Fantastic, helpful staff. - Clean, but small rooms and bathrooms. Small refrigerator and safe in the room. - Well located - near the Perriera and Wagram Metro stations. Near the Perriera RER (train station). - A few minutes walk from a Franprix (grocery store) and Boulangerie (bakery). - A few minutes walk to several restaurants - 15 minutes walk from the L'Arche de Triomphe. We had a bad experience with the airport shuttle on the return trip - they were 30+ minutes late - so Uber comes to mind... To summarize - stay here for your Parisian experience.

    « Over & beyond in Paris!! »

This hotel was an excellent & perfect compliment to our stay in Paris! The staff members are amazing, each provided an experience that went beyond the basic customer service of a hotel. Both Abrahams were excellent hosts & representatives of the Best Western Plus brand!! Another staff provided individual attention in helping us with navigating the city & even provided us with an umbrella when the forecast predicted rain. The cost of our stay was reasonable & comparable to other hotels. The hotel provided an intimate setting, attention to detail is second to none. Finished with a wonderful view of the location and our window opened up to cool city air. The hotel was very clean, excellent housekeeping services, very clean bathroom, plush towels, wonderful rain shower, comfortable bed & clean plush pillows & bedding. Location is central, near to metro & bus. We travelled the entire city for 3 days our our total stay via train!! Location is close by major city & tourist attractions, Eiffel tower, arch de triomphe, local restaurants, grocery stores and outdoor markets. Location is within a really nice community & pretty safe & easy to navigate. My partner & I had a wonderful experience at this hotel!! Thank you all so much for making our stay in Paris amazing and most memorable!!

    « Fantastic stay »

Hotel is very convenient located, 2 min away from Metro and RER station. Rooms are big enough, very clean, pretty and have everything you need. Staff is very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back and recomend anyone to stay here.

    « great service. »

staff was very helpful and friendly! front desk answered any of my questions and provided helpful tips. location was near metro and small shops. if I ever go visit Paris again I will be certainly staying here again!

    « Lovely hotel »

The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the metro. There was a supermarket, and nice restaurants nearby. The room is small but it was perfect for two people. The staff was wonderful and tried to help us with anything we needed. I'm glad we stayed in this hotel.

« Lovely well situated hotel »

Hotel rooms and bathrooms were spacious enough. Beds were comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Close to a number of restaurants and within walking distance of Arc de Triomphe. Tiny lift!

« Wonderful boutique hotel & amazing staff! »

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, charming and the staff is phenomenal! We ran into a struggle while shopping and were pickpocketed. Khadija one of the managers immediately went into action to help us connect with police and arranged taxis as well. We had a quick resolution and were able to get on with our plans. Breakfast was good, and the service from Ibrihima and Sandy was top notch! We felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The hotel is close to grocery stores, bakeries and dining. We also found it very easy to reach the metro as well. We can not wait to return to Paris and we know exactly where we will be staying!

« Great place to stay »

I am pretty late in writing this review as I stayed in this location in August last year, but i had to mention how much of a great staff they had, including Abraham & I'm sorry I do not remember everyone else's name. The location of the hotel was also great because it was quiet and peaceful and is close to the RER and Metro stations and there are a few restaurants within walking distance, as well as the Arc which is about a 20 minute walk. Overall, it is a great place and a quiet area and I would definitely love staying here again.

    « Marky's Birthday Bash »

This hotel is in a quiet spot away from the hustle. You are located circa 12 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is lovely as are the staff. We were here for my birthday and they made our stay even more special. So attentive, well mannered all. A credit to the hotel and the Best Western chain. Eating is limited around general vicinity of the hotel, but you are within striking distance of many areas. A+

    « Wonderful stay »

Great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff who also spoke very good English as a nice bonus. Clean, warming atmosphere and the breakfast in bed option is brilliant. 2/3 minute walk from train station so very easy to get to and from all of the popular attractions. Restaurants also just as close if you want to eat locally.

    « Marvelous stay »

I want to thank Kadisha and especially Abraham for assisting with a last minute request. The staff if phenomenal and the overall quality is excellent. I will recommend it to friends and family and will stay there again. Thank you again Abraham.

    « Lovely boutique hotel »

I love my short stint in this hotel. The staff (Khatija) was very genuinely helpful and resourceful in assisting us with the route in Paris. The room, though small, has a lovely view of the street and i love the look and feel on the room. Very local and smells great too! The shower was amazing and is the best part of the room. Location wise, it is centrally located with a train station nearly. Highly recommended for couples only as the flooring was steep and the lift was small and not handy for small children.

    « A quiet Paris stay »

We loved our stay at the Best Western Plus de Neuville - it was a gorgeous boutique hotel in a quiet and nice neighbourhood. The room we originally were checked into hadn't been cleaned but we were quickly switched into a new room. The bathroom was amazing - the shower was really nice and the towels were so fluffy. The metro and RER were just a short walk away making this hotel really convenient for enjoying Paris. Would definitely stay again!

« Three Days in Paris »

Small boutique hotel (28 rooms), newely renovated, very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was well prepared and plentiful. Comfortable beds, quiet location and excellent Italian restaurant around the corner. Other restaurents within a five minute walk as well as two nearby Metro stations. Staff went out of their way to assist in planning and booking activities.

« Awesome value in Paris »

This was the top rated Best Western in Paris and the best value. We upgraded to the larger best and found the room perfect. Clean and comfy, smaller than what you might be used to in the US. The bathroom looked updated and the shower was awesome. Great shower head and water pressure, as well as hot water. The staff here were all so nice. English speaking. They went abov and beyond to qssist us with suggestions for markets around the area, directions, instructions for using th local metro station, shuttle service to the airport. Can't say enough good things. 24/7 front desk, so the hotel front doors are never locked. Breakfast service avaliable, bar, and helpful staff. Guest bathrooms in the lower floor were clean and looked new. Originally we were worried about being farther away from the center of Paris attractions, but we found between the metro, uber or cabs, and walking - we were within a stones throw of almost eveything. 20 min walks to Alexander bridge let you see the Eiffel tower, several museums, the arc, and all the shopping of champ elysees. We also walked from Montmontra, which was our favorite area of Paris. Great Hotel stay and would suggest to friends and family.

« Best Western Plus de Neuville Arc de Triomphe very enjoyable stay »

Best Western Plus de Neuville Arc de Triomphe booked for a short stay in Paris to see the sights. Not dis-appointed Free Wi-Fi. All clean and modern with all the facilities we needed. staff very helpful in booking taxi's and giving written instructions to show taxi divers if required. Managed to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumphe, river Seine trips etc all within reasonable walking distance as well. Would recommend to anyone. 5 stars on all aspects but can't get them to fill in?

« Stay in Paris without the noise of the city »

This hotel is wonderfully located. Only a few blocks from the metro and a dozen shops, boulangeries, and cafes, and yet a very nice quiet stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (we arrived early, but they were able to get us into a room anyway, though they will hold your luggage if no room is available). The room was clean and the bed, though labeled as a double, was about the size of our queen size at home and super comfy. Additional pluses, wifi and air conditioning. Only negative, breakfast is an extra fee (not uncommon in Paris), but they do have complementary coffee and tea in room. 10/10 would stay here again.

    « A truly wonderful experience - first-class hotel and staff! »

The location of this hotel is so peaceful and convenient - just minutes walk away from the metro and RER stations and some wonderful bars and bistros. A steady 30 minute walk through beautiful streets and a delightful garden also brings you to the Arc de Triumph. Our room was spotless and beautifully presented. The facilities were extremely high quality - the shower was amazing and literally 'drenched' you, the pillows were like sinking your head into fluffy clouds, and the breakfast in bed we treated ourselves to was sheer luxury. Staying on the top floor we also had an amazing view of Paris' skyline, and to see the sunset and sunrise from our huge windows was a wonderful experience. Practical facilities like air conditioning and wifi in the room were also very reliable. The overall unique selling point of this hotel however is the thoughtful, polite and very professional staff. Sandy and her colleagues really add to the first-class experience. It is very rare that every aspect of a hotel stay is faultless, but here at Hotel de Neuville, they have got the 'magic' ingredients just right! Thank you for helping me make mum's birthday celebrations extra special! Will certainly return on our next Paris visit.

« Quiet, clean, beautiful and awesome staff »

We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful gem. From the moment we walked in the door, we were made to feel welcome. We arrived early, so our luggage was stored and later taken to our room. We were given great instructions on how to get around on the trains, where local restaurants were etc and enjoyed our day in Paris. We came back to discover a lovely room with great wifi, air conditioning that was fabulous, a cute Juliette balcony and quiet ambiance. We had a nice breakfast in the morning and enjoyed chatting with the staff and owner. Highly recommend, lovely neighbourhood, short train ride to Eiffel Tower and tourist areas.. quiet, clean, friendly and quaint. Awesome staff and the renos are well done. Room was small but well thought out in design. Shower in our bathroom was marvellous. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. We will come back!

« Beautiful, practical and well located. »

We staid here for the first few nights of our honeymoon and the wifi works great and they have markets nearby, so you can shop for food or whatever else you need. It's steps away from the metro station, and 20 minutes walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe. Supremely well located and in a very beautiful neighborhood =)

    « excellent hotel »

Excellent hotel in nice quiet area outside of city. Lovely comfy beds and all amenities catered for in rooms. Recently refurbished and very tastefully done. Not far from restaurants and bars. Metro only a few minutes walk. Highly recemmended and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in Paris

    « Very nice hotel »

It was my first time to stay at this hotel. Before checking in, I didn't know what to expect but turned out we really like it. We had a group of people stayed at this hotel. The location is very convenient; closed to RER C and many nice restaurants in walkable distance. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was OK. Room is very clean and comfortable. I will stay there again!

    « Amazing staff »

The staff here were the best. The took the time to visit with us and share history and ways to get around Paris. Our room was clean and quiet on the first floor. We had a window that opened up to the court yard. The morning breakfast was extra but worth it. It was a great spread and i really enjoyed the crepes. The fabulous staff was worth it.

« Great hotel to stay, relatively close to the conference center! »

Nice smaller hotel on a good and silent location. RER station across the street (you need to go around the corner really to get there). Breakfast for 15 euros worth the money, express available for 7 euros. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood, Le Comptoir D'Alphonse in the nearby roundabout with warmth recommended!

    « Terrible hotel, »

We ordered taxi to the airport, made it clear to be on time, didn't come on time, waited for 10 minutes, the taxi driver informed he had to go somewhere else to pick up another passenger, we informed him to go direct to the airport otherwise we will miss the flight but refused, after heavy fighting and screaming we decided to take the train, The staff of the hotel couldn't speak English at all, couldn't regulate the temperature in the room.

    « Great Service »

First time in Paris and first time at a Best Western, Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at De Neuville, staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and the en suite was amazing. Bed was comfy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in the area.

« Cozy hotel in a nice locality »

The hotel is undergoing renovation right now, but it didn't disturb us since we were out in the streets of Paris during the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful and make every effort to help. The hotel is a mere 5 minute walk from the metro and bus stops and is well connected to anywhere in Paris. It's in a nice neighborhood, with lots of cafes and bistros and one supermarket around. The room is a bit on the smaller side, but I'm assuming that's normal for Paris. The bathroom is modern and adequate. The only complaint I have is that the double bed was actually 2 single beds, and so was a bit uncomfortable. The lift is ancient, and claustrophobia inducing, and the winding stairs are uncomfortably narrow too, but in some ways adds charm to the old building. We didn't have food from the hotel so can't comment on that. Breakfast buffet is available. Overall, a very pleasant hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff.

    « Tre Bien »

I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. The room was nicely sized and done - and comfortable. The immediate area has plenty of Boulangeries and Restaurants.

    « Love it »

My boyfriend took me to Paris for my birthday and we stayed here and I loved it! Although we didn't spend much time here because we were sight seeing it was still a lovely place to stay. Good breakfast in the morning, nice rooms and really close to metro so easy to get back into the centre of Paris quickly.

    « Cozy little getaway »

Nice little hotel, staff is very friendly the room is comfortable and the bathroom amenity is good, two minutes walk from the subway and RER C ,where u can get connection to anywhere in Paris few stops from pigalle and the Sacre ceur , TV screen with canal + subscription Transportation service to the airport costs 18 euro However the elevator is two small barely enough for one person feels scary and old but u can use the stairs instead

    « Be careful »

I and my husband booked this hotel as the accessibility was good to monuments. We stayed 02 days. We r used to staying in Paris hotels and with best western but this time we were quite disappointed. False information about the parking was given by receptionist while booking the hotel and we arrived we realized it was almost 15 min walk. We were given a nice corner room but when we saw the room, it started and ended (very small) for even 02 people. Bathroom was ok but I keep banging all time becs of lack of space between the bath and wash basin. The hotel was doing renovation and had no courtesy to inform the clients about it. Morning at 8:30 the drill machine noise would start, impossible to sleep. I think the other critics I will leave here as I can continue more on cleaning and billing part etc. In small words be careful before you book this hotel. I am surely not going to return.

« I enjoyed my staying very much »

People are very nice and do their best to help in any problem and at any time of the day. the room was nice although it had no view. It has aircondiiom which was very important on this week of august. The lobby of the hotel is very comfortable and a place where one can sit with friends. Also there is a compurer to the use of the visitors, and a free wi fi. The hotel is close to the Metro. Brackfast is good with good cheese and coffy, but there are no vegetables.

    « Nice little hotel »

It's a nice place to stay for some nights. Even though it's pretty small it's sufficient and the room was clean and beautiful decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and you can easily walk to the next metro station. Overall a good place for a visit to Paris.

« Nice hotel in a clean and calm area »

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and i really liked. It has a special atmosphere, the building is classical, and inside u can feel yourself like at home. My room was nice and elegant, clean with AC. The staff was really friendly, helpful and flexible! I will visit again. ??

    « Hotel in Paris »

Small, but lovely hotel. Further out than we expected but RER is close by for easy access to places. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Had an independent trip problem which they helped sort out for us. Small bar and cosy lounge Quiet location. Plenty of restaurants near by on the square.

« Value for the money »

We stayed there for 3 days in a row. The staffs were really friendly and tried to do their best to make us feel comfortable. In total, the room was okay, but was not so clean. Our room was at the topest floor with a nice view to the sacré-Coeur. There was a small plaza in front of the hotel that was mainly a rendezvous place for alcoholics. Moreover, there was a heavy traffic in close by streets during the rush hoursmeaning that beeeeeb, beeeeeeeeb.....

« Excellent hotel, pleased to have found it »

I stay in Paris on a regular basis for business (2-3 times a month) so finding the right hotel is important for me - I need to sleep well, feel safe and be close to the office (St Ouen) as well as have easy access to the Paris centre. De Neuville ticks all the boxes. I have stayed there twice and from now on will be using it every time I spend a few days in Paris. The staff are very welcoming, professional and listen to their guests - I requested a quiet room and they gave me a very pleasant and comfortable room. The breakfast is expensive (EUR 15) if not included in the rate but that is the same in every Paris hotel and this breakfast is at least very extensive and serves great coffee. The local area is also good, lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Overall it is highly recommended and i'm happy to have found it. (I only gave 4 stars for the rooms as the decor is a little dated but this is not an issue for me).

    « Excellent »

Excellent hotel to stay in both day and night staff were very helpful. The location was great it's about a fifteen minute walk to the arc de triumph which is just beside the main shopping street (can't spell it ). The metro station is less then a five min walk. The bar in the hotel is quite limited to what you can order but it does the job. The rooms were lovely and clean and spacious enough for everything we had with us . One thing I did like was that there was a safe in the room and unlike other hotels I've stayed in they don't rip you off to use, it's completely free which j thought was very good so we didn't have to carry around important things like our passports and that . Overall lovely hotel and will definitely be coming back for another stay

    « Pleasant »

It is a perfect base for when i visit the city. The personnel is delightfull and helpfull, conveniently located and the rooms are the right size for short stays. One inconvinient, if you come with your own car, it is hellish to find parking....

    « Stupid reception »

I come with a baby and the room is very small. I didn't like the reception that keep calling me of making noisy while it is only a baby who is talking not even crying. I think they make poor hotel construction so even small voice can be heard.maybe it is a place for meditation.

    « Very average hotel »

The hotel is clean and in a calm neighbourhood. The rooms are cosy, although not big. The bathroom and the bathtub are very small. The elevator is also incredibly small and rather scary. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good value for money especially because I booked with Hotwire. Good opportunity!

    « business /leisure trip »

Combining a short business trip with a leisure day sightseeing in paris this turned out to be real gem of a hotel staff were very friendly and informative and we really enjoyed our short stay i would definately stay here again and the hotel is very well placed for nearby restaurants if you fancy eating out the continental breakfast was more than enough for us with a very good choice of food

« Good value for money, but cramped »

One night at the Neuville while in Paris for work - the hotel is small and somewhat cramped, but clean and comfortable and more than served its purpose. Good access to the Metro and friendly staff, but very little to mark it as anything special. Rooms are tiny, bathrooms smaller and the elevator even smaller still - be wary of this if you are on a higher floor with a heavy suitcase and don't like cramped spaces.

    « Clean and cozy »

Nice, friendly and english speaking reception. Clean and cozy room. Good location close to the RER and subway. In general a small, clean and cozy hotel - I'll stay there again. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special.

    « Great Service! »

Hotel staff were very friendly and sincerely helpful. I didn't have to ask and they anticipated my needs. Although the lobby, elevator, hallway were very tight with not a lot of space to move around, my room was immaculately clean! I would not advice this hotel if you have young children traveling with you because there's really not a lot of space to move around. However, if you travel alone or as a couple, this hotel is the best place to be. Somehow I felt, there is romance in it because of the setup and the size of the place. Not commercialized but very private and intimate.

    « Very good »

Very nice hotel Will definitely come back for next stay Very good breakfast Friendliness and care of staff Location very convenient for my place of work in Levallois Location close to Parc Monceau for rumning

    « A great stay »

Lovely Hotel in a really nice area of Paris. If you travel by metro, make sure you know where you are heading as all the avenues look similar and with my phone lacking internet access we wandered around for a bit before jumping in a taxi - i can think of worse places to get lost! I believe the room sizes are all different but we had a lovely room looking out of the front of the hotel - the rooms are a good size, if you have stayed in a London hotel you will know a small hotel room! Very French decor, this hotel is a great location for a city break as the metro station is a 5 minute walk (if you know where youre going!) It isnt as central as many tourists would like, but if you appreciate the Parisian lifestyle and architecture and like to explore different areas, this hotel is great! We didn't spend a huge amount of time here as Paris has so much to offer but the staff were friendly, wifi worked well, rooms were clean and the bed was comfy, A lovely stay.

    « Great stay »

We stayed here just one night at the end of our travels. We made through the whole vacation with Airbnb but Sunday for just 1 night was hard to find so we ended up here. Great neighborhood, looks like a pretty wealthy area, so it was nice to walk around at night and see a glimpse of beautiful homes. Nice little restaurants in the area, they seem to have more American tourists in the neighborhood than some of the other places we stayed in. Room was definitely cozy, reminded me of the nyc hotels, but was updated and pretty clean. We signed up for a shuttle to the airport - it was 18 EUR per person, which for us was worth is (it's 20 EUR for 2 people by train). This way we had no worries on carrying luggage around. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

« The hotel was nice and comfortable, the area was great! »

We stayed 8 nights here and it was comfortable. We had a superior room and it was very quiet and cool to sleep. The area is wonderful for walking around and only a 30 minute walk to the Tower. If we have another chance to visit Paris we will stay here again. The staff was awesome too!

« coquette hotel in a nice area »

The rooms are very small, but very pretty decorated and extremely clean. At the end of the day you'll need just a bed to throw yourself in, and this hotel will do the work. Is quiet, clean and coquette! The elevetor, on the other hand, is very small. I don't believe I've seen a smaller elevator. The breakfast is basic (omelet, sausages, coffee, tea, butter, jam, cheese and croissants) an a little bit expensive (15 euros), but these are the prices in Paris. The area is very quiet and if you go straight to Avenue Mac-Mahon you'll reach Arc de Triomphe, by foot, in 15 minutes. There, near the Kleber metro station you can take the L'Open Tour Bus (the green line) which, combined with the yellow, blue and orange line, will take you everywhere in Paris. It's an easy reach to the Paris city centre and a charming hotel!

    « Perfect Parisian hotel. »

Beautiful, clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Situated in the heart of Paris, with only a ten minute walk to attractions like the Champs Elysee and the Arc de Triomphe. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a hotel centrally located in Paris. Marcus (Manchester, UK)

« Very clean hotel, good location and great staff »

Very clean and quite hotel, just a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. There are a lot of typical French restaurants nearby and also a metro station, just 2 minutes from the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, gave us maps and changed our room as requested. The breakfast is delicious, especially if you are a croissant lover. The price was 17 euros. The only thing that was an inconvenience was the small elevetor, which is probably the smallest in Paris. If you have many suitcases you don't want to book a room on a higher floor. I would definitely stay there again and would also recommend it to friends and family.

    « Last minute reservation Sept 2015 »

My Fiance and I booked a room here the night before our stay through TripAdvisor. Our reservation online went through. However, when we got to the hotel the next day our reservation had not been processed through the hotels computer and the room we booked had been given to someone else. The receptionist there was more than accommodating. She found us a room in another near by Best Western and called a cab for us which was put on the Hotels tab. Our rate didn't change and they were extremely efficient about transferring our information. The room was beautiful as well. It was overall a good experience.

« Clean hotel & friendly staff... but no easy access for large luggage! ... the smallest elevator in the world :) »

I was there for one night on a flight layover. The location is good, room was clean, and all staff we met were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a Parisian cozy boutique building that is renovated. The hotel has the smallest elevator I have ever seen, which was not bad. I just wished there was an easy access for large luggage and wheelchairs from the door to the lobby area.

« Short Business Visit to Paris JUL15 »

Location of the hotel is good, close to a train station and with access to couple of choices of restaurants and bistrots. it was an interesting experience for me, first time to try a hotel established in one of Paris traditional buildings. As such you will find managing the space in the hotel being challenging. Also first time for me to try the smallest elevator yet; the entrance to the floors is managed through separate door. i loved to use the stairways. Breakfast offered was fair and the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite spacious for a business traveler, with the essentials available. Clean and comfortable sleep. The bathroom is clean and practical with essential amenities available. Definitely a value for money hotel in Paris.

    « Exactly as Described »

This hotel was exactly as described in the reviews. Very clean. Very nicely appointed and phenomenal staff! Yes, it is some what dated. The rooms are very practical and without a lot of space but that was expected. It's my understanding that this is a former mansion/private residence turned into a hotel. It was clearly designed to maximize space. The elevator is tiny and, to me, somewhat claustrophobic so I used the stairs. The strairwell is circular and also very small. There is a daycare or school across the street. The hotel is also very close to private residences. Some in our party complained or commented about the noise. I'm used to big city living and wasn't bothered by it at all - and I left my windows open. Very close to a subway station which was very convenient. The staff was always helpful and accommodating but particularly so when we had some transportation issues.

Fantastic stay in a wonderfully French surroundings and French neighbourhood. Exceptionally helpful staff. The room we stayed in, could do a bit with an upgrade, but the room was very clean. I would certainly recommend the hotel to my friends.

    « Good hospitality. »

The room was clean and enough size for two people. It is a little far from center of city. But it is good to stay, because it locates quieter town and also there are some restaurants. Their hospitality was very good.

Thank you for a perfect week away. We could not have asked for more from the Hotel or staff. The rooms were small but more than adequate for our stay. There were much bigger rooms available but we wanted connecting rooms with our children. So these were perfect. The Express Breakfast was more than enough to set us up for the day. Travelling to the centre of Paris to only 10 - 15 mins by Metro, which was a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. We would certainly use this hotel again when in Paris.

    « ?????? "?f?m`4 »

We were staying for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. All clean, very friendly and helpful service, located only a few minutes walk to the next metro and a variety of restaurants. Can't say anything about breakfast as we did it the french style somewhere on the way through the streets of Paris ...

    « Quaint and Charming »

Clean, comfortable, and safe. Nice view! Front desk staff very helpful. Walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, and market. Breakfast was good. Loved the coffee and breads. Elevator very tiny!!! Not good for elderly guests. Stairs were not well lit.
