« Great location, amazing staff, yummy breakfast! »

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Best Western Hotel Ohm by Happy Culture. To start off, the staff were so helpful and willing to have a chat at any time of day (even at 12am) which made me so much more comfortable. The rooms were perfectly clean which was very important to me. The lighting in the room was great which is also quite important to me. The unlimited use of the hot drink machine was great, I had quite a few yummy hot chocolates. Best Western Hotel Ohm also provides you with a map of Paris which I used to plan my days. I would highly recommend it anyone staying in Paris that wants to stay in an area that is not so busy and slightly away from the city's hussle and bussle.

« Good value for money »

Stayed here for a weekend as my friend was running the Paris marathon. Good location, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room was nicely decorated, shower was a bit temperamental but that didn't matter too much. Would definitely stay here again.

    « Perfect location & lovely staff »

Pleasantly surprised! We were booked in for 4 nights and didn't expect a lot as we got it at a discounted price from lastminute but arrived and the bedrooms were beautiful, not too big and not too small. Lovely decor and the comfiest beds! Also had a large bathroom which was amazing! Rooms had cool features from the project down to the lighting system. Read some reviews about rude staff which couldn't of been further from the truth, the lady who checked us in couldn't of been nicer providing us with reccomendations on where to go and how to get there, all speak english which makes communication easy as a tourist. The cleaners were also fabulous, coming back to fresh sheets and clean towels with no personal items being touched. Also a safe inside the wardrobe if you're worried about valuables. Breakfast at the hotel is lovely, its an area which can be busy but we never struggled to get a table and also found out it was included in our fee of the hotel which was a bonus, otherwise definitely worth the €5 if it isn't included for you. Bus stop just outside the hotel takes you right up to all the attractions and for €2 you can't go wrong. Would definitely reccommend this hotel to anyone who's looking to stay in Paris, lots of lovely surrounding restaurants etc to use and overall a lovely place to stay. Will be returning!

« Some sort of scam? »

Pretty good location, nice room, and good breakfast. The reason for the 3 stars, is the hassle we had to go through while checking in. We booked through a 3rd party site and the manger was trying to tell us that the reservation was cancelled so they didn't have the room we reserved at the rate we reserved, and tried to get us to pay a higher rate. When we called the 3rd party site they confirmed the reservation and said they have no record of cancellation. I believe this was some sort of scam so be careful and make sure you can some way to contact any 3rd party site 24/7.

« If your looking for space this is not the hotel »

Hotel room was very small. I was in room 201. The bathroom door couldnt open fully as it hit against the bed which was a very small double bed. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom ive been in as you sat on ther toilet pan and your knees hit the shower screen. I put the air condition on and it must be on a timer and cut out so i woke up a couple hours later sweating as it had cut off. In the morning i was woken by hourendous drilling before 8am which lasted until i checked out. I spoke to the manager who told me he wasnt aware that next door where going to drill and offered me 20% discount on my stay!! I literally could not make conversation with my daughter or make a phone call as the drilling was that loud. I understnad the drilling will not be forever but if you are looking for space & comfort this is not the hotel. The staff (apart from the hotel manager) where lovely and breakfast was nice. He also told me if i write a negative review he has the power to delete it which is not fair as then we cannot have an accurate view of the hotel :) I will not stay in this hotel again :(

    « Amazing! »

Came here for the weekend for my birthday with my boyfriend and would defiantly stay here again. The room was small, but there was enough room to get around, everything was lovely, the bedroom, the bathroom, the tv was amazing. We also had a little balcony that looked across the street which is right outside the door, I found this very convenient as plenty of supermarkets, cafes etc just outside. Staff were lovely and very helpful, they even gave us a map and drew on suggested places and metro lines for us. There are plenty of things within walking distance from this hotel, we walked to the Eiffel Tower on one of the days, took us about half an hour (one way) The only downfall we had was finding places to eat, there is a McDonald's down the road but we didn't really want to be eating there. We didn't really have a good time getting food, even by the Eiffel Tower, this was because most places were completely packed and the places that weren't didn't have the best food choices, but other than that we had an amazing time, the weather was gorgeous for the time of year as well.

« No, will not come back to this one »

I will start from things Iliked or didn't mind. Location is nice, not very close to the metro station but off the main street. The room was small, bathroom tiny but that is fine. We came to Paris just for one night. We always use Best Western hotel, this time it was dissapointing. We had Krups coffee machine in our room - it didn't work. No problem, we could use the machine at the reception. Instead of tv we had projector, which actually was very cool because we plan to buy one and it was great to see how it works. There is no restaurant at the hotel, they offer only breakfast (many cafes, restaurants, mc donald's nearby). Thepillows are uncomfortable but every person like differend kind of pillows. BUT. The room was very noisy!!!!! Not beacause of traffic. We heard tv from another room, everytime they used toilet or shower we heard water running just above our heads. Believe me, in the middle of night when you are half asleep and confused and suddenly you hear sound of water next to you head, I woke up terrified something's leaking on my head! It went all night! We also could hear sounds from reception and the worst sounds of all- I think someone was moving furniture in the room above us all morning!!!

    « Coming from OSL »

After arriving from OSL, Paris was a reprieve affordability. Booked a RoyalTransfer private shuttle from CDG to BW Hotel Ohm. Check in was straightforward. Concierge were friendly and social. The elevator was small, 2 ppl and medium sized luggage and it's full. We got switched to a double on the 7th floor. It was peaceful. The elevator car does have a foul smell of garbage per many reviews stated. So we took the stairs down and only rode up. The rooms have a/c and does require adjusting. There are no USB charging ports. TV projector, no fridge, small shower stall which drained very slow so a pool forms on your feet, continental breakfast in a very small nook, weak WiFi maybe due to 7th floor far away. The hotel is about 600m to the Port de Saint Cloud metro. Grocery stores and boulangerie near by. The area is safe at nights to walk. I would stay in this arrondisement again.

    « Good small hotel »

The hotel is located in a good location in a nice neighborhood but a big problem is if you come by car, because there is very little parking in the street and there are no garages nearby. The hotel is small, the rooms are very nicely decorated. The staff is relatively hospitable, but the problem is a low level of knowledge of the English language, at least a part of the staff. Breakfast is OK, but I would be more diverse and richer. All in all a very good hotel.

« Best location , But room very small »

Location of hotel is very good. Many restaurants around hotel. Public transport access is very good. Very near from tourist attractions. Can easily travel by Bus to all attractions. Hotel is very congested. Room are every small. Even the reception & lift are very congested. Complained about coffee maker many times, but no action taken.

    « Avoid... »

There is a constant sewer smell in the elevator, unfortunately management does not seem to care at all. Also small rooms, narrow hallways, no laundry service, unpredictable internet. After three night stay decided to move to another hotel.

« Very Nice and Clean!!! »

I stayed there for 6 nights,, Hotel is very well located, very near from a Bus stop,(80mts). The Ladies in the front desk are the best, they provide a very good service, There is one ladie from Mexico that provide an excellent service and she speaks English, French and of course Spanish. Breakfast is simple but enough to start the day. Happy hour available, and the Pizza restaurant beside the hotel is awesome!!, The Rooms is clean, No strange smells, or something like that, I can stay there again.

« Good, but could be better. »

This hotel is nicely located for a trip to Paris, not right in the busy touristy parts but still close enough to the action. The Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and other popular attractions/areas (I would recommend the Latin Quarter) are within 20-30 minutes via public transport. A metro station, bus stop and supermarket etc are all around the corner from the hotel. Local food wasn't too exciting, we ventured out further for evening meals. Staff were very warm and welcoming, took an interest in our visit and spoke good English (and Spanish too!) - the breakfast as others have described is basic, the sitting area is quite cramped. There are 7 floors I believe and around 6-8 rooms on each. There is free wine in the evening should you desire. The room is a good size and clean. Comfortable bed and projected television. The curtains are electronically opened and closed via a switch next to the bed (fancy). There's a coffee machine with no option for tea. The bathroom was a disappointment. Very cramped! The toilet seat doesn't stay up on its own making for awkward peeing if you're a male and it has to rest on your back when seated. This was due to the way the piping behind the lid was designed. The shower door was broken. Towels replaced daily and beds made. The wifi is free however kept disconnecting. I would stay here again, however not for longer than a short trip.

    « A nice little hotel »

The hotel is small, and the room is quite small - it's clean and fresh though. The breakfast is a non-cooked French breakfast- bread, coffee, meat, fruit, cheese etc. Each evening there is free wine, cheese and bread provided for free which is lovely. The walls are a bit thin so you might need earplugs. The location is fantastic - nice and close to Porte du St Cloud and Exelmans for the Metro, and close to the river and to some nice restaurants. You can also walk to Ile St Germain if you want a picnic. You need to bring your own toiletries as there is no shampoo etc. My hairdryer was broken and there was no coffee machine. The staff were very nice and spoke English even though we were trying to speak only French!

    « Not as described »

I had researched this property online and when I arrived the room wasn't ready no portable wifi available no happy hour. Was offered compensation when I complained but that didn't happen. This was my dream to travel to Paris and as a single mom waited for years and this hotel had me in tears as I shouldn't have had to complain and although the director apologised things didn't change. A self catering option would have been better. Dashed my dreams.

« Very small rooms, great location for Parc de Prince »

The positive: very comfortable beds, breakfast, very clean, location great to visit stadium for a soccer game, apperitiv with some cheese and beverages, TV Beamer. Dislike : made reservation for a room with two separate beds for two people (two guys going to a so cer match). There were two beds put together with one piece of sheets and blankets. When we complaint we were told they will separate and have separate sheets but when we came in the evening nothing was done. In the bathroom they were only towels for one person . If you would like to sleep in, this might be difficult as the walls are so thin that he will hear every noise from other people and in the morning the cleaning lady started her radio and cleaning the room next-door.

« Clean, friendly and quiet! »

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights from 2nd February 2017 and both loved it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Charlotte who helped us find places to eat every night which suited our taste. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and had a projector instead of a tv which my partner was very happy with...very modern! We were both surprised it was only a 3 star. The room was cleaned daily and always looked immaculate. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Paris with small restaurants nearby, however, is just a half hour walk to the busier, more touristic part of the city where the Eiffel Tower and Louvre etc are located. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel taking you right outside the touristic places in about 10 minutes. There are a number of supermarkets nearby too if any essentials are required. Neither of us ate the food from the hotel but there was a breakfast buffet every morning for €5 which looked good! There was also a happy hour every evening from 18:00-20:00 which included wine and cheeses which was great! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again!

    « Clean and Comfortable »

Nice room for the price, I love the Projector for the TV. WiFi a little spotty at times, Ala carte Breakfast nice. Used UBER to all destinations. Restaurants and food stores in walking distant. I would return.

    « Bad customer service »

Stayed here for a few nights beginning of September - and was not too impressed. At first glance the room was very nice, well decorated and clean however I decided to use the coffee machine and when I woke up the next morning the room was covered in hundreds of ants. In shock I went to reception to explain the situation (expecting them to apologise at least and perhaps allow me to change rooms) however the rude receptionist implied that it was I fact my fault and told me there was nothing he could do and left it at that. I was very shocked by the attitude of the staff when I was asking them to sort out an evident issue with the room.

    « Great! »

Stayed here for one night and our room was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable and good for activities. Metro station is 5 minute walk and the area is residential and seemed friendly to us (Young couple) Breakfast was of continental style, toast, cereal, tea, coffee, bla bla bla. Breakfast area was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful with any requests/questions.

    « Poor service »

Room is small but clean. However customer service is terrible. We booked a room for two nights and were not told the a/c is not working on our floor. When we got back and complained the room was 35 deg Celsius, they just responded with an "oh the a/c isn't working. Just turn off the unit and open your door to the hallway." Also they are not sure when it might be fixed. We have asked to be moved to another room but the said they are booked and are not providing any more help. Horrible and unhelpful or sympathetic service. Stay somewhere else.

    « Feedback »

I have been surprised of the services offered taking into consideration the also the price for that period. Mostly, I liked that the personnel was very kind and offers us valuable information. Also, the free hour is a great idea.

    « Great spot! »

My husband and I recently spent a week in Paris and stayed in this hotel! It was perfect! Great location, we walked everywhere. There was a great cafe across the street where we had breakfast almost every morning, if you needed an American breakfast you could even get a great omelet! The room is typically small but very clean, great bathroom with great water pressure! Even the blow dryer worked well! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, our room was cleaned and bed made every afternoon when we got back to "refresh" and get ready for the night! The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. We would definately stay here again!

« Very small rooms and shower. »

I have been in this hotel in order to attend the TOP RESA tourism fair. It met my basic accommodation need. I had to walk a little bit for the bus. The room and the shower were very small. The breakfast was basic.

    « amazing customer service. »

very good customer service .excellent location.friendly staff nice and clean rooms.good breakfast.there are many restaurants around and bus stop is right in front off hotel .metro station is near and bus drop you right in front of eiffel tower

« Good location & happy hour, poor accommodations »

Even by European standards, the rooms are unbelievably small. And the elevator! OMG! Supposedly 4 people can ride the elevator. Only if you are touching the other three people! There is not enough space in the "double" rooms for 2 people plus luggage. Staff was nice and helpful. It's an easy walk to Roland Garros and the bus to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre stops right outside the door. No English TV stations, not even BBC or CNN. Free nightly happy hour with wine and appetizers; free breakfast is pleasant.

    « Small rooms »

The rooms are very small. 2 is the most that can fit in the room and really only 1 suit case, but can make room for 2. Not enough space if have more luggage. They do have a small happy hour that is complementary and breakfast in the morning that may or may not be included in the nightly rate. Hotel not that near for metro, tram, or RER, about a good 10 min walk from a station. Though a bus does stop within a minute walk from the hotel. Rooms are clean. Beds are low, more like how handicap rooms are in the USA.

« Small, but excellent service, location and value. »

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending French Open tennis at Roland Garros only 20 minutes away on foot. Also, ideally situated for Paris St.Germain football and Stad Francais rugby stadiums. Excellent Italian restaurant next door La Cantina.

« Perfect location for Parc De Princes and Roland Garros »

We used this hotel for a trip to Roland Garros for the French Open and the hotel is in a perfect location. It is within easy distance from a number of Metro stations (we used the Port de Saint Cloud - 500m away from the hotel). The walk to Roland Garros is about 20 minutes and Parc De Princes about 5minutes - so perfect for sports event. The staff we very helpful and the room was clean and well presented with a video projected TV. The only negative that I would mention was that the room itself was very small, as was the lift (someone commented that it was the smallest lift they have ever seen). The door to our en-suite didn't open fully as it his the bed. I should also mention (back to positives) that there a couple of good restaurants in the area (esp Italian) and a good French street on the street, almost out side of the hotel,

    « Great Price/Great Staff/Great Location »

Booked this hotel, rooms are a tad bit small but cosy enough, right around the corner from the Metro and the Stadium where we watched rugby! Excellent customer service - Awatef is a great host and full of ideas and recommendations. Great place to stay.

« OK but small rooms »

Stayed for 2 nights paying just under £200 for a double room. The room was tiny at less than 10 square meters. Beds were comfortable but very dusty due to renovation work on the floors below. All the staff were friendly enough but I would not stay here again as i would expect more for the money i paid. Shower was tiny and the toilet seat did not stay up so it rests on your back whilst you are going about your business.

« Reasonable for the price »

I stayed here for work. On the up side, the reception staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful (especially the night manager who checked me in, lovely man). They have a nice breakfast, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is well located. The room was small but this is usual for Paris. The rooms had bottled water which was great. On the down side, the room was very hot and the air conditioner broken, there were 2 small pillows which were really uncomfortable. The TV didn't have any English channels and the wifi didn't work in my room. Colleagues have rated this hotel as OK, apparently the higher up you are the better. It was OK, I'd stay again if they get better pillows!

« Good value and comfy stay »

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities were good, and my room was cozy and comfortable. The location was also good for me, convenient to travel around Paris.

« The worse ezperience ever »

Beware!!! The hotel steal money from the card after leaving the hotel. We were a group of 9 - they pulled me from the account tax for 10 people and breakfast but they don't know who ate It. I wait two weeks but they still not refund money and don't answear for emails. Definitely I don't recommend this hotel.

    « Decent Stay »

It was a decent stay although there was a very rowdy bunch there which kept another couple up all night, other then that it was very good and good service. Very impressed with the Happening, good value for money.

no ice at this hotel at all, no ice machine, no ice period which was a downfall for us when trying to have mixed cocktails in our room or even in the common area and just relax in the evenings, no functioning microwave which we were a bit surprised even in the dining area. high speed internet connection was so slow I had to log out of it and use my own and got better connectivity just using internet from my cell phone carrier. The bedroom was VERY small which I expected being in Paris but it was still smaller than what I imagined it would be, bed was basically on the floor and very few towels, toilet paper offered during our stay.

Room was not ready when I arrived on February 17th; and the excuse was that there was a soccer game the night before between Psg and Chelsea. Ask me if I care ? I ended up going to my 1st meeting with my suitcase. On 2nd day, cigarette smoke filled my room although it is a smoke free hotel. I called reception about it and I was told that the culprit was warned. 2 messy days in that MOTEL !

    « Excellent service »

I stayed three days in Paris with my son at the Best Western Eiffel Auteuil. It was a cozy hotel and we were offered excellent service by the staff. The breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. Every evening we were offered cheese bread sausage and wine free of charge in the hotel lounge. We will definitely come again.

« Great stay at this hotel »

The staff speak english very well, they are kind; the petit dejeune is good for the price (considering the prices in Paris); the room was perfect, it was cleand and hot water all the time, the bathroom was clean; and they change everything every day. I think everything was very good since the moment I arrived.

« Friendly staff, good location »

The hotel was great, quite a small hotel. The room was clean and tidy, modern with a flat screen TV, with its own kettle, tea and coffee. Bathroom was small but we didn't mind it was ideal for what we needed but still clean and modern. On an evening they provide free wine, cheese, bread and salami for snacks. Great location with a bus stop next to the hotel, if you catch the 72 bus line it takes you through to the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame, which only cost €2 each. The hotel has many cafes, restaurants and shops close by. If you fancied a walk, we walked from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower which took about half an hour, but was easy enough to get too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked out and needed to find what the best method was to get to the airport, the gentlemen at reception called Walid helped us by showing us on a map where the closest train station was and showed us what lines to get on. Overall stay was great!! :)

    « Not worth it! »

When I got into the room, the window was open, useless to say it was -4 degrees outside. I then tried to heat up the room and it was just impossible, although the AC system was working and some hot air came out of there. No other heaters in the room though. So practically no heating at all in the room!!! I slept with my winter clothes on! Room is incredibly small for a 3 star hotel! Although there is WiFi, it doesn't work in the rooms! So no internet connection! The only positive thing I can think of, is the complimentary snacks and wine offered by the hotel in the evening and the reception desk staff who was very nice! I made other reservations in advance not knowing it would be like this, so I expect serious compensations from the management on my next visit there!

    « Perfect! »

Our first time in a 3 star hotel and it couldn't be better. The room isn't luxurious but it's great for people who just need it for sleep, like us. The room is very warm and the shower is great too. Breakfast is amazing with a little bit of everything. Thank you Walid for your help and kindness.

    « Brilliant New year's eve »

Stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend as spending new year's eve in Paris as a surprise to her. Really great surprise this hotel. Simple, efficient, great staff and very helpful. metropolitan is only 6 minutes walking and therefore location is very good. Outside the city centre but close enough. Will stay again for sure. Thank you for your hospitality!

    « Brilliant stay »

We stopped here two weeks ago. The room was spotless, small but most comfortable. The hotel staff could not be more helpful and informative. In particular the receptionist Awatef, she could not be ore informative, friendly or professional. The continental breakfast was good, with fresh croissants, yoghurt, fresh fruit etc. Altogether a very good stay and would definitely stay there again.

    « Feedback »

The Hotel was so good & also the location is good , its near to the metro station and supermarkets , on the other hand i'd would like to thanks the receptionist team specially thanks to Awatef & waled for being helpful and committed and know the meaning of customer statisfaction

« You get what you pay for :) »

Knowing that we'd be out & about sightseeing 90% of the time we spent in Paris we wanted something cheap & cheerful. We got the hotel for a very reasonable price & found it basic but perfect for all we needed it for. The rooms are small but for two people spacious enough, the location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the metro which took us to the Eiffel Tower in less than ten minutes, very easy accessible! The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. Only complaint would be the walls seem to be v.thin, we could hear our neighbour snoring! Apart from that I would definitely recommend this hotel & would definitely stay again :)

    « Good neighbourhood »

The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful; the breakfast was good, even if not very diversified, as we stayed 7 days, we could notice that it was pretty much the same every morning. The rooms was cleaned every day, therefore the accommodation was very satisfying. We particularly liked that the hotel was placed in a very good neighbourhood of Paris, close to metro stations, and even a walking to Tour Eiffel was accessible on a good weather. All in all, I would recommend it to a friends looking for a hotel in Paris.

    « Terrible choice »

Very old building, poor maintenance, strong cigarette smell in the room (impossible to stay) and in all dependencies of the hotel, unsatisfactory service. The location is very good, with subway station near and a good neighborhood.

« The "BEST" Best Western Hotel in Paris! »

I have stayed in virtually all of the Best Westerns in Paris and this is by far the best. Here are the reasons why I will always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Paris : 1. The staff are amazing tour guides, they know all the tricks on how to have the best vacation in Paris without spending a fortune. Want discount dinners cruises, and bus tours? Want to know top secret places to visit in Paris that few people know about ? Just ask Nawel, Walid, or Awtef, on the staff ....they know the secrets to Paris that no other hotel staff I have met in other hotels know about. 2. The location is fantastic , everything is very close, you can take a stroll along the Seine river and end up at the Eiffel tower, or hop on a bus and be at any top tourist attraction in minutes 3. The rooms are great with AC and Wi-Fi , not many hotels in Paris have both . 4. Great breakfast. If you want the best vacation in Paris .....stay here!

« Nice staff shame about the breakfast »

Overall the location of the hotel was good and allowed us to get to the centre of Paris using public transport. There was a nice Lebanese restaurant round the corner El Mina which served home made food.

    « V Small rooms; bad experience »

I stayed in this property for a night. All I can say is it was a forgettable night. As soon as i entered the hotel, a huge lump of dust/garbage from construction welcomed. The hotel was being renovated. All of this was happening at the expense of guests comfort. The guy at the reception had little idea about rooms. The showers were tiny. So much so that you cant really turn around in them. The breakfast is a takeaway type. You go to a room and take your croissant/muffin and coffee etc and have it in your room. Next day we came across another lady at the reception(she was the manager); she was much warm than the last guy, she was helpful.

    « not very pleasant »

i reached the hotel and there was a lot of construction going on in the lobby, paint and noise, rooms are very tiny, especially the bathroom, the shower is very tiny and suitable for kids, the ac was not functioning , the reception was one single lady, she was kind and helpful

« Worse hotel I ever stayed in Paris »

I stayed in so many hotels in Paris for work and this one is by far the worse. I don't even know where to start. It was 39 degrees in Paris when I stayed and the air con was half working and I was still boiling in my room. The staff didn't help and had no clue. But the worse was the noise it was making. It felt like I was in a helicopter. So bad that I had to sleep without the air con. The room was tiny. There was nothing to hang my clothes, I had to leave them in my suitcase or hanging on a chair. The shower room is tiny too and having a shower is rather uncomfortable. There is nowhere to put your bathroom stuff, I had to put my bathroom bag on top of a tissue dispenser stuck on the wall. The whole thing is a joke. And to top it all off, the wifi doesn't work on the 5th floor obviously. Don't bother, there are much better options out there for the same price.

When a hotel has to face a restructuring of this magnitude it has to close for the time of work because the inconvenience for customers is huge. If you can not set up a room for breakfast this must be brought to your room and you can not force the customer to go get her purse for the picnic and eat in the room where there is no room for rest and you are forced to sit on the bed with the risk of soiling the laundry. We used a smartbox that had also included a welcome cocktail which obviously we have not seen. The elevator was so small that two people with suitcases were struggling to stay in it. In the bathroom there was not even an electrical outlet (how does a man to shave with an electric razor?). The bathroom in addition to being small was also poorly lit (one light bulb that was too little light). The experience has been decidedly negative.

    « Terribl hotel »

This hotel is worth 1 star. You really have to redo the insulation of the walls and the windows. You hear everything as if you were in the street. The rooms above each flight should be changed to carpeting!! As you hear everything too. Plus the toilets and the water running. The reception and the breakfast were good. Don't be deceived by the name Eiffel Autueil its not near the Eiffel Tower.
