Best Western Premier Hotel Kapital Opera, Paris

This hotel needs some attention to fix several issues. We are in the middle of a five day stay and today is the second day that the hotel has no washcloths. Their provider didn't send them any, and evidently there is no plan to do anything about it. They clearly don't have enough towels to accommodate the number of people staying here. Also there is some construction going on which is noisy in the courtyard. Room service also dumped my suitcase on the floor while cleaning the room and just left it that way. The staff has been friendly but not really able to help with issues.

This little gem exceeded all of our expectations. First of all, the location is excellent and pretty much walking distance from everywhere we needed to go. It is located on a quiet street and we were fortunate to have a room with a balcony overlooking the street. Woke every morning to the smell of freshly baked bread and the breakfast was really good. Rooms are well serviced with coffee, water is provided daily and other amenities such as robes and slippers. The staff are really helpful and arranged a late check-out for us for a small charge. The hotel is clean, functional (good Air-conditioning) and ideal for our long weekend getaway. I will certainly return to this hotel whenever I next visit Paris and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Paris. Thank you Best Western Premier Kapital Opera for the perfect stay!

Our stay at the Best Western Premier Kapital Opera was great! We arrived after flying most of the night and were surprised when we'd been given an upgraded room. Check-in was quick and easy, rooms were quiet, and the extra drinks/snacks in the room were awesome! Great location near both the Palace de Clichy & Leige Metro stations which easily link with the Eiffel Tower and the bigger Metro stations. Would recommend!

This was a great hotel to stay at. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was nice and close to restaurants and the train station. Coffee in the room was so so good. We had a great stay and would recommend.

Great experience:) Perfect location with easy access also to Metro station, clean rooms and great service by the hotel stuff. We enjoyed as well the coffee offered in each room with coffee machine with capsules :)

Sophie from the front desk is an awesome manager, and she will walk an extra mile to make sure your stay is great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is great, walking distance from the opera and there is a metro station nearby.

Me & my husband stayed at the Best Western for 2 nights while we're we're in Paris. The stay was perfect from the staff to how comfortable the bed was to the beautiful Parisian balcony. The nespresso machine and the free drinks and snacks in the mini fridge were great. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay as great as possible. We took our breakfast to the room to have on the balcony and it was perfect ! I would definitely stay here when I visit Paris again ?

Had a 3 night stay in a “junior suite” for me, my wife and son. The room was in a building through a quaint courtyard out the back. It was wonderful with an incredible bathroom downstairs. Best walk in shower I've ever had! The room had a small fridge, hairdryer, USB ports for charging phones as well as 2 very comfortable beds (the second in an annex room) and everything you'd expect. Breakfast was very nice, the place was spotlessly clean and the staff all very friendly. I'd definitely pick it again for a trip to Paris.

We loved our stay here. It was a beautiful hotel, with wonderful staff. The location was perfect for us to feel like locals and not tourists in Paris! Convenient to excellent restaurants, shops and public transportation.

This was our second time to Paris, but first time staying at the Kapital Opera which was recommended by a friend. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival and was offered tea and coffee while we waited. The receptionist was polite and talked us through the procedures of the hotel. Our room was wonderful. We had a ground floor room which was more like a suite. It had a large king size bed, a small lounge area and a downstairs bathroom including a bath and separate shower (which was a pleasant surprise). We were also able to help ourselves to the mini bar and macaroons which were complimentary I believe. We only had the breakfast once - it was continental with pastries, cheeses and meats and was enough to start the day. We had a lovely time and would stay again.

This was my first time traveling to Paris and I researched multiple hotels before settling on the BW. In the US, BW is a lesser brand, but this hotel in Paris was great and met my expectations. We arrived early so the hot held our bags until we could check-in. Then we explored the city. The hotel is very close to numerous bakeries, restaurants, and anything else you'd need. The pharmacy where we got our health pass from was a 6 min walk away. The area around the hotel is less touristy and it felt safe and I felt we experienced Paris as a quasi local. The hotel room is very spacious for European standards and the bathroom was huge. There were usb ports on both sides of the bed and the TV was the appropriate size for the room. There weren't many English channels available, but I'm not going to be that American that complains about channels in English. The hotel staff was very accommodating and they went the extra mile to help us get to the train station during an unexpected protest. I can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't indulge, but it looked nice from a far. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. No complaints or regrets.

The BW Kapital Opera is definitely my favorite hotel on the right bank of River Seine. The hotel is a getaway treasure of tranquility, cleanliness and hospitality after a day in the Parisian hustle and bustle. The inside courtyard is a unique feature and allows to meet with friends/family in a clean and quiet outdoor environment, emphasis on clean and quiet! The hotel is within walking distance of Boulevard Haussman, the Opera and a lot of the Grands Magasins. It is also strategically close to the Place de Clichy, cutting down on traffic fighting to the CDG airport. Last but not least, the hotel staff is top notch, courteous, knowledgeable, super-helpful.

Our room was good and exceptionally clean, bathroom was nice too, sparkling clean, absolutely loved the Nuxe collection. Balcony was small but not bad, had two chairs and a table. Staff was polite and helpful. Specially the receptionist, very professional and friendly lady. Metro station is pretty nearby, walking distance. And lots of good eateries, banks , shops around. Breakfast was average, very limited variety, could have been better. Overall , we enjoyed our 4 day stay here.

Very nice staff, very helpful. The rooms are not too large. But all comfort is there. Clean and tidy. Breakfast could be a bit better (ex: fresh pancake and fruit salad in stead of industrial ones) but then again, there s enough choice. Complementary minibar was very thoughtful. All the charm of a mansion in Paris.

Modern, clean and excellently located hotel is a hidden gem in Paris. Closely located to many different metro lines makes getting around the city easy. Rooms are nicely equipped and clean with modern amenities including Nespresso machine, flat screen TV, and USB plugs make for settling in easy. Offers a continental breakfast for 15 euros but there are so many bakeries and restaurants near by you have lots of options. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

As a young couple visiting Paris for the first time we couldn't have had a better hotel! It was perfect! The location is in walking distance from loads of great places such as Galeries Lafayette and the Moulin Rouge and even the Arc de Triomphe! Room was very cosy and had a beautiful view! All receptionist were very helpful and spoke in both English and French with us. Room service was great and they make a great pizza for a night in! We have no complaints, it was brilliant! This hotel is very conveniently located and was very clean and comfortable. The manager and staff were excellent! Everyone went out of her/his way to accommodate our schedules. All of our questions were met with immediate and efficient responses. Would highly recommend this charming hotel.

We had a wonderful visit at your hotel. The junior suite we stayed in was incredible, immaculate and very spacious. We were within walking distance to many wonderful affordable restaurants. There were 3 metro stations minutes away. The breakfast was nice and Sandra was very helpful.Sophie in reception was very kind, warm, and helpful. The only negative was the bathroom was in the basement with a curvy spiral staircase. We should have been informed of this when making our reservation. Too bad because it was the nicest hotel bathroom I have seen with an incredible shower. We would stay here again in a minute.

First time in Paris and was a little nervous when this Hotel was chosen for me. Following reviews everything I read was accurate. Rooms are cozy with comfy mattress and pillows. Refrigerator was replenished nicely and we were offered complimentary drinks and treats on our first night visit. Shower although small was a treat, good pressure and heating towel racks was a treat. Super quiet, nestled away from the hustle and bustle, in a residential area....I appreciated the quaint quiet court yard which I enjoyed every evening with a complimentary Nespresso coffee at the lobby and where I could enjoy a drink and coffee before bedtime. Amazing restaurants all Within walking distance. Subways stations and transportation was easy from here. Would highly recommend. Only downside is there's no aéroport shuttle.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area of Paris and was within walking distance of several metro stations.The room was on the smaller side(It's expected in Paris) but it was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and I loved the showerhead. Staff was very nice and helpful with directions and offered many suggestions on things to do around Paris. Not much to do in the hotel itself but we there to explore Paris and only stayed in hotel room when it was time to sleep because we were out enjoying Paris until late at night. However, the time we spent in the hotel was nice and pleasant.

What a splendid room in a nice neighborhood! Very quaint facility with modern bathroom (shower rocked!) and fabulous bed! Close to metro and rail. Yummy breakfast. Best part was the courteous staff. Excellent language skills and attention to detail. Sophie was particularly helpful, patient and kind. She offered great assistance on a day trip to Rouen. I would stay here again in a minute.

Our stay was great! The hotel was beautiful. The shower was wonderful. The room was very nice. The bed was so comfortable. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The hotel was in an excellent location. Close to 3 different trains and several buses. Great shopping was within walking distance.

The hotel welcome on arrival was excellent, the staff very helpful on explaining wifi, transport and good eating areas, room was a good size with a great bed, our only moan on the room was lack of wardrobes to hang clothes, one wardrobe in room but unable to hang anything in as very small and also contained a safe that didn't move( small moan )....overall the hotel is in a good location, very close to metro, which we found very easy to use and very CHEAP !.....overall we would love to stay here again

Very comfortable hotel, extermely clean and knowledgeable staff. We could not have had a better stay and it was so relaxing coming into a calm environment after walking the streets of Paris! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel as it was a good value for the money.

We liked the location of this hotel. It is a short walk to 3 metro lines. The hotel staff, especially Sophie, were extremely helpful with our cell phone problem, directions & suggesting places to visit. We felt they wanted to do whatever they could to ensure our visit was exceptional & memorable. The rooms are clean & very nice. We found housekeeping to be friendly & accommodating. The bathroom has a rain shower that immediately dispenses water at the desired temperature, and has a towel warmer. The breakfast buffet was excellent, serving croissants, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, cold cuts, juice, sausage, crepes, scrabbled & hard boiled eggs. We hope to come back to Paris & will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it.

So, the positive. The property was nice, clean and quiet with great bakeries and trains nearby. They even offered the entire bridal party umbrellas for the entire wedding day! THANK YOU! The negative. I ALWAYS put “Do Not Disturb” on my door bc I never want to be disturbed, PERIOD. I even brought my own towels to prevent a disturbance. On the very 1st night of my stay, one of the ladies in our bridal party was violated. Her laptop and jewelry were stolen and the hotel claimed that no one on staff went in her room and stole her belongings. I told her that night, they would never admit it but, they're not supposed to, right? So, not only was the hotel/management/staff no help but, neither were the police. 2 days after the aforementioned incident, I could clearly hear people in the hall. So I waited in my room bc I wanted to see if they would really not disturb me (sign still on the door). Well, not only did they knock on my door but, they proceeded to come in and wouldn't leave even after I pointed to the “do not disturb/ne pas déranger“ sign on the door. I KNEW they were going in rooms without permission but, I wanted to witness it with my own eyes in my own room. I immediately went down to speak with someone about it and before I could tell them what happened, they were already aware of it. Their excuse, my husband told them they could go in. NEWS FLASH, I was in my room, ALONE. No husband, no boyfriend, no strange Parisian man. JUST ME! They're other excuse, there's a language barrier. The sign clearly says in English AND in French, DO NOT DISTURB! This goes back to my previous hunch. They allow their staff to go into areas they are prohibited from going then, they deny any wrong doings on their part. I literally slept with one eye opened, packed my bags daily, and set my room up a certain way so that I'd know if someone had touched anything that belonged to me. That's no way to feel when you're in another country or in a local motel. Do better Best Western!

My Wife and I decided to visit Paris at the end of a cruise, we were very unhappy with the hotel our travel agent booked for us. We went online and found the BW Kapital was a few blocks away. We went with no reservation and were greeted by a lovely Lady named Sophie, she went above and beyond to find us a room , even taking the time to show several to make sure we would be happy. The rooms were clean and decent size (for Paris), although Sophie was a real stand out helping us with directions and transit options, the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody planning a stay in Paris

I stayed at the BW Premier Kapital Opera from May 23rd to May 28th, 2019. On the first day, my computer was stolen out of my room. I was gone from my room between 5:35 pm and midnight and when I returned, my bags were not where I left them and my computer, power cords, earphones and silver and diamond necklace were missing from my room. The police were of no help and the hotel manager and staff were not that helpful. I was given a new room that night but it was a downgrade from the balcony room I booked and paid for. The next day, I was moved to a larger room but again, it still wasn't a room with a balcony. The doors do not spring shut fast enough and I believe the hotel staff is aware of this and take liberties to enter your room when you are not there. I should be able to have my belongings in a room without them being stolen from me. I went to the police station the next day to file a report and they weren't of much help either. The experience soured my trip for the next few days and I refused to let the staff clean my room when I wasn't present. I do not suggest staying at this hotel unless you are absolutely desperate.

Dear Mrs Brathwaite, We would like to apologize for the situation you have experienced in our hotel. But, more than any other comment, this is very important for us to give you an answer and expose to our future guests what really happened during your stay. The night of your arrival, at 01 :15 , you came to the Reception to inform us that your computer was missing. The Front Desk agent immediatly called me and my assistant and I was present in the hotel early morning to investigate. Be certain that we all took the situation very seriously. As a first explanation, we told you that, after 5pm, all the housekeeping staff was already out of the hotel. Only the front desk staff is on property 24/7 and always stays at the Reception to welcome our guests. All this has been double confirmed by the CCTV recording our hotel. On a second time, I have used my computer to read the key control unit of your room with you. I have showed you directly that none of the staff came in the room beside you during the afternoon. The only key that open the door from 3 pm to 10 am the mornign after was yours. As per your request to change the room, we moved you directly to the last room available on the evening which was a Superior room without balconny, but much bigger and more expensive than the standard room you booked. Then, we moved you again the day after to a Deluxe room (which is a double upgrade). As a solution we offered you the posibility to take back the room with the balcony. Solution that you refused. Concerning the Police, the french law explains clearly that any belonging in the room of a guest is its own responsability. The safe needs to be used to keep valuable items. At this date we didn't received back the declaration you made to the police, not even our internal loss form which is part of our procedure. You left the hotel without giving us any information about the declaration at the police, which is for us the real proof that something is missing. To conclude, you told me that the last time you saw your computer, it was at the airport, maybe you should have a look to this direction. It's sincerely not fair for my staff to be accused by something they didn't do even more when you have no proof and you made no formal declaration to us as well to the police. Best regards,

As a first time visitor to Paris from the U.S. our 3 night stay @ this wonderful hotel far exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend it. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Hotel is very close to metro/train station and some great restaurants. The property is impeccably maintained and a very well run establishment. We had a balcony room with a large, comfy bed and the shower was amazing! Thanks to all the staff for making this a wonderful experience.

Upgraded room at no additional charge without even asking. Hotel was charming and staff was exceptional. Gave us perfect instructions for using the Metro and helped us understand the area. Would stay at this Hotel anytime we would visit Paris. Location, amenities and staff were outstanding!!!

Great stay for a few days. Location is great. Pros Shower is awesome after a long day touring the city. Free snacks from mini bar when you arrive (crisps, toblerone, coke, peach tea, sparkling water) Great coffee machine USB plugs to charge phone (2 ports) Plenty of charging ports Location is great from Rome metro 2 min walk Tv had a few English channels Cons Pillows not comfy at all -requested for firmer but they did not have Breakfast we paid for one day £15 per person is expensive for what you get and choice however filled us up for the day. Note there are two Boulangerie extremely close by that serves breakfast and tarts with meal deals. May be a lot cheaper to grab a coffee from the hotel walk to the Boulangerie and grab breakfast or some pastries. Very small room - and was a struggle to find space to even put suitcase down. To the point we actually were blocking the slim wardrobe so couldn't hang anything inside it. Room service food seems to be ordered from another Resturant close by (pizza) where we ended up walking to it ourselves and got a much better rate (8 euros approx for a pizza 15cm pizza) whereas 30cm pizza for 16 euros directly with resturant. You also get much more choice walking to the resturant and they have pasta as well. Overall great location and room for a city break. Tip: Uber is cheaper (depending on time of day) to go back to Gare du Nord. Hotel was charging 19 euros for a 15 min journey. Whereas we went from Statue of Liberty to the hotel (20 min) picked our suitcase up and than to Gare du Nord for 21 euros

But, you can book one of our Deluxe rooms, which will answer your expectations. We would like as well to kindly inform you that, any services provided from an outside company will engage extra charges for delivery, which is why it is cheaper to eat directly at a restaurant or book a taxi on your own. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Ensured our requests were met and were multilingual and very friendly. Great location between 2 metro stops in a safe area. Hotel was clean and modern and great for a family.

What I like: Great location, comfortable bed, good quality of toiletries. Coffee machine in the room. Good size of TV. What I didn't like: slow WiFi. Small room. No soundproofing rooms. We could hear lots of noises from upstairs and from the corridor.

Perfect hotel for visiting paris. Excellent location, right next to 4 metro stations. extremely clean and modern. Wifi is brilliant, highly recommend staying in this hotel. One brown haired receptionist with glasses (didnt catch her name) was extremely helpful with our trip.

They expect you to get a seperate room for your toddler cause of hotel policy, even though we had a king size bed room booked. We had to look for another hotel after a 12 hr flight and 40 min taxi ride. Really rude and dumb receptionist.

Furthermore, upon your arrival at the hotel, our receptionist offered to find a solution to the issue by offering you connecting rooms for a heavily discounted price. I was lucky to get to stay with with the best Western capital hotel in Paris. My arrival to the hotel was early and I was checked in immediately and had an upgrade to my room. The reception staff were pleasant, professionals and make sure that they give their best attention to the clients. The hotel room that we stayed at was big enough the bathroom was also big and for your first-time guests stay the mini fredge drinks are for free. As for cleaning services I would recommend that you ask for the front desk staff help if you are not satisfied with their work and they will make sure to handle it. The area is safe with a nearby pharmacy and supermarket, caffes and metro services that are available. Special thanks to Sophie who is one of the excellent staff Stephan, Caroline and Leo I am sure I have missed on some of the names but all have an amazing service quality. For those who need Arabic speaking person you will have Sulaiman at the breakfast service. At one time I had an incident with the Disneyland bus who picked us up from Paris and failed to pick us up from our Disneyland location. I was furious and disappointed but not for a long time as Ms. Sophie investigated the issue in my behalf and made sure that I was paid back for the fare and got an apology from the company. I strongly recommend that if anyone traveling to Paris to stay at The Best Western Kapital. Thanks

New hotel (2 years) with comfortable modern furnished rooms. Good location close to several metro lines and Saint-Lazar train station. Very quite street. Street parking available. Some problem with Internet access that we're solved immediately.

This is a lovely hotel, the room was very modern and well appointed. They even stocked some treats in the mini-bar which were free unless you wanted them restocked.There is a (european) coffee maker in the room with coffee, tea, and some biscuits. We chose this hotel as part of a Delta Vacations package so I really cant speak to the prices but the entire package was very reasonable. We were here for six nights. My partner uses a wheelchair and this room was specifically booked for us by the travel agent to be sure we would have an accessible room/hotel. Most hotels (even American) don't really totally "get" what "accessible" means but I would give this one good marks for effort anyway even if it was not perfect. What really made our stay though, and the reason I would come back here in a heartbeat, was the amazing friendliness, helpfulness, and 5 star service from the staff. I want to single out Sophie who did battle with the cab companies for us and even sent a cab to fetch us when we were stranded after a cruise on the Seine. She also arranged said cruise for us and made sure it was accessible. Caroline also is deserving of commendation for coming to the aid of my partner when he could not get into his chair from the bed and fell on the floor. She assessed the situation and grabbed some burly fellow guests from the breakfast room who had him put right in a flash! When we got downstairs we offered to buy them breakfast but she told us she had already given them champagne! Thanks for all of your help ladies!!!! <3

My daughters and I recently stayed at this hotel on our recent girls trip to Paris and absolutely loved it! We had the mini suite which was perfect for us. The bathroom was beautiful with a rain shower and aromatherapy pods. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

It's by far the best staying experience I've ever had in my Europe trip. The location is excellent, closed to many metro stations. The environment was quiet, and the hotel stay experience was great! Friendly staff and helpful with questions.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Well what a fantastic find, so glad we booked this hotel. Everything we could wish for. Lovely room (yes it's not massive but it's comfortable,clean and nicely decorated) the bed was amazingly comfy, tv had some good English channels, a good coffee machine, and the most amazing shower! We would 100% stay at this hotel again. It's on a quiet street which is nice, But Around the hotels streets are cafes/bars/restaurants/supermarkets etc. The Moulin Rouge is a 10min walk away. The other attractions are also walkable (The Louvre about 45mins) so it's ok and lots of nice sights to see on the way. We didn't use the metro system but we did use Uber's occasionally,download the app before you go! Well worth it! The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Couldn't fault them. There is a computer and printer on site to print off boarding passes which is great and the receptionist was so helpful. The staff also very kindly booked us a taxi to the airport fixed price of €55. There is also a room to store luggage if you arrive early or are leaving late. Loved our stay in Paris and so glad that we chose this hotel. There is also a Tourist Tax we only paid €10 for 2 nights, but good to know and budget that in. (I also recommend the restaurant Hippopotamus couple of minutes walk away, had the nicest burger from there).

Honestly the location alone for this property was entirely worth it in itself. Your closer to the city center, only about 5 minutes walking to metro lines, a market up the street on both sides of hotel. I was also thouroughly empressed by the quality of the room. As an American this room was actually pretty open compared to other European room.I am not sure if the property has specific rooms without these but if you do make a reservation make sure you ask for the Italian shower head; that was honestly the highlight at the end of the night! Everyone from the desk staff to cleaning staff were so helpful and freindly, honestly we might make this a regular property if we continue to come back to Paris. Honestly 10 out of 10.

It is not exactly in walking range of all the biggest attractions, but as I would recommend using the subway a lot as it is a great and relativly cheap way of transportation, the hotel is very conveniently placed between two central subway lines which, with some line transits, can get you anywhere you want. The hotel is placed in a quiet street, so even if you get a room facing the street you will not be bothered by noise. The hotel and rooms are very clean and neat. For Paris the rooms are also relativly large and the shower is definetly a highlight as it is a rainfall shower. The air condition is not noisy either, but it is not an instant change to the temprature either, however it will gradually change. The breakfast is really great. The food is good, and the staff serving are lovely. Some may find the variety to be a bit small, but for hotels in Paris it is not bad at all. For bigger variety breakfast I think you should look for hotels that offer American style breakfast if I have understood that term correctly. The staff at Best Western Premier Kapital Opera are all so polite and helpful. They are very proficient in English so there is not much misunderstanding when communicating with them. They will gladly help you with as much as they can if you ask. If you ask them for directions or recommandations relating to tourist attractions or places they will give directions that are easy to follow and even print you a map if you have trouble remembering. Also, they are quite up to date regarding where you might benefit to walk from to catch as much of the beautiful city as possible. I mentioned that they are proficient in English and that came in handy one day when I had to go to the Pharmacy at night. The staff at the Pharmacy did not speak English nearly as well as the Hotel staff and it was a pain to make myself understood, but eventually I got something to treat my sick girlfriend. Upon arrival at the Hotel again the friendly receptionist translated what the packaging said (On the one I got non off it was in English). In hindsight I should have asked them to write down some keywords in french on a piece of paper to give the Pharmacy so communications would have been a little easier, but you live and you learn. There are probably a lot of staff in the pharmacies who speak english very well, but just in case you are unfortunate. Also, it is not mentioned, but the hotel does have a room to keep your luggage before and after chek in/out.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small, but had everything we needed and was convenient to many sites and transportation. Stores and restaurants were within easy walking distance.

Beautifully appointed clean rooms, excellent breakfast, conveniently located and superior staff. Recommend City Sightseeing tour and staying more than 2 nights. Be careful with taxi drivers from the train station! We were charged 75 Euros for a 15 Euro trip! We should have contacted the hotel beforehand. Room rates were a little more expensive for a Best Western employee than expected.

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of August and let me start by saying the air con was a god send with the blistering heat! The check in was easy and quick with very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were cleaned daily and were fresh and airy. There was a free mini bar with about 5 cans of pop in there and a packet of crisps. They even had a computer that we used to print our return boarding passes. The location was quiet with a few bars and restaurants around but was so close to 3 metro stations so easy enough to get to the ‘popular' parts of Paris. Would definitely visit again!

We arrived early, approximately 10 am, from Vancouver and needed a place to do a site change for our son who has Type 1 diabetes. We had warned the hotel in advance and to our surprise, our room was ready early. We were thrilled. Our room was fantastic. It was the Junior suite. The only room type that can accommodate 3 people. The mini fridge was stocked with non alcoholic beverages as well as a Nespresso for tea and coffee, all complimentary. Warning, there is a spiral staircase down to the luxury bathroom. We found it charming but a little treacherous in the middle of the night. Julien, the hotel manager, was a delight as were the other staff. Always pleasant, attentive, and eager to chat. The cleaning staff were also very attentive. The hotel breakfast, 14 Euros per person, was wonderful. Those from North America will be delighted at the breakfast offerings. Our apologies to anyone travelling from France to North America, you will not find breakfast this nice in most hotels. The area surrounding the hotel is terrific, vibrant, with lots to offer, yet not noisy. It was in a safe area and only a half block to the Metro station but also an easy 50 min. walk to the Eiffel tour or the Louvre. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in Paris.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The check-in was smooth and prompt. The room was clean. The mini bar is free for the first night (no alcohol). The staff were professional and accommodating. The only drawback is that the rooms are little small compared to other hotels of the same standard.

This was my third hotel in a 2 week trip in Italy in France and though this room was probably the smallest of the 4, it was probably the nicest. I appreciated the modern updated design of the room and the fixtures, especially in the bathroom (the towel warmer and that rain shower shower head, yes please!). The beds were comfortable, but there was too perhaps too much furniture in the room making it a little cramped: a desk chair, a luggage rack, an accent chair, and a little accent table. With a king sized bed and 2 people and their luggage, we could have maybe done without the accent chair and table. My fellow travelers also appreciated there was more than one English TV channel (it happened to be cold and snowy in late March 2018 which kept my elderly grandmother inside an afternoon or two). The staff was really nice and accommodating and perhaps patient with my inexperienced international travel mates. We had the breakfast one of the morning we were there. It was OK, but not worth the extra cost when you could pick up a pastry or sandwich from this amazing bakery about 2-3 blocks down the street. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet residential street so you didn't get much street noise. There were 2 grocery stores less than a 5 minute walk in either direction and the metro stop was also less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There were a few restaurants in the area, the "best" (and I use that term lightly) one located a few doors down from the hotel.

This hotel is in an amazing location that is close to all touristic areas. The hotel entrance is beautiful, nice lounge and free coffee offered in the lobby. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and professional and speak English!

It is a small hotel with a few personnel, all kind and helping. I'm really thankful for assistance of the nice woman in reception, whose name unfortunately I don't know, in doing some registrations in french websites which I couldn't do.?????? If you don't like sloping type of roofs don't go to 6th floor rooms. Everything good for the price. Back to there soon hopefully)

This hotel was recommended to me by a colleague and didn't sissy any of our party. Hotel was clean and the staff were more than helpful. Quite often going above and beyond to help. Liked the free minibar and the nespresso machine in the room. Room was perfect for our stay; with a fantastic shower I was in heaven. The room was clean and kept clean and replenished throughout our stay. The location for us was perfect. It was close to Montmartre district and either a pleasant walk or ease of access to the metro. Thoroughly recommend hotel.

I stayed at Best Western Premier Kapital Opera for a month and was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms are very beautiful, big enough and clean and the shower are to die for! The hotel is in a great neighborhood, close to major attractions and the Metro lines/ stations.I would highly recommend it.

Fortunately, I had the opportunity to stay in Paris for over three months on business, one month of which was at BW Kapital. I'd say without question that of all the four star hotels I stayed in this trip, this was by far the best of the three. The level of service, amenities, location and overall friendliness of the staff were miles above the other two. Location was key - Gare Saint-Lazare train station, Liège and Rome metro stations are only a five to ten minute walk from the hotel. The Monoprix grocery store and laundromats are less than five minutes away. Ideally, it's also located on a quiet street so it doesn't get the usual night time traffic street noise other hotels closer to the Champs-Élysées will definitely guarantee. Best of all there are dozens of different restaurants, pubs/taverns, and shops a close ten minute walk at Place de Clichy and Boulevard de Batignolles. The password protected private room wireless internet was reliable and had a consistent 8Mb Dl rate day and night. My deluxe suite was small however it was very comfortable with a Fully enclosed shower area with a ceiling rain shower attachment which many other hotels certainly can't boast and was a great extra. Amazing shower ! The deluxe room was lovely , very clean and neat. Nice decor in the room .Housekeeping does an excellent job. near to shops and restaurants. staff are friendly too. Really amazing room with balcony. Spacious !! complimentary minibar snacks n drinks . Nespresso machine in room and in reception for use. Totally recommend for an amazing stay in Paris !

I stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. On arrival the lady at the reception quickly arranged for me to be booked at the local coiffeur. All rooms come fully equipped with its own Nespresso machine. A bonus for a coffee-holic such as I. You will get free WIFI. Ask for an international plug and pocket WIFI if you need. I paired 3 devices and still enjoyed good fast connection. The rooms are generally small, but neat and cosy. The bathroom is refreshing with its own rain shower. Vanity mirror is small.Good comfy bed with great linen. If you need air take a stroll, with Champs Elysees a mere 15 mins away.

I stayed another hotel for 6 nights in france, but I needed one more day. because my flight was suddenly changed. I had a terrible morning that day. so I wanted to stay and relax in the hotel. I got there around 2pm. But they asked me waiting 1 and half hour. I didn't hear any reason. I didn't want to make a noise so I just went out. When I back to the hotel................ This is what kind of welcome to the guest..... Even this room was a disabled room. I do not think people with disabilities can go in comfortably.

Hotels in Paris are usually very very small. This Hotel is way above the average size in Paris. At the check-in you will be amazed with the kindness of receptionist always prompt to help you. Location is great, very close to metro station. Breakfast is complete.

Great hotel for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. We had an interconnecting room which worked really well for us all. Our room was a generous size with a great balcony and the girls room was smaller but it all worked really well. We loved the free mini bar snacks and the size of our bathroom. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Short walk to 3 different metro stations was a winner too, plus the area the hotel is in is lovely. Close to Galerie Layfayette too. Couple of things let it down. The hotel bar is a bit soulless and rather than being a bar it was just the breakfast area with some bottles of alcohol, our room could have done with more cupboards/drawers as there was only a small cupboard with 1 shelf. But I'd certainly recommend this hotel as a good central, great value place.

We're there for the DecoOff and M&O fairs. Good location, close to subway and parking lot. Fast check-in, good breakfast, good beds, only smaller bathroom but close to some fine restaurants. Quiet street, very good value for money.

Staff here was very nice and we really appreciated them. However, I won't stay here again because the rooms are too small. I get it...rooms in Paris are on the small side, but this was a bit extreme. Just moving around in the bathroom required a concentrated effort. Perhaps a higher class room would alleviate this. Also, the a/c doesnt work until it warms up in the season. Understandable...just passing on info. To cool the room off, we had to open the windows, and that may let in noise from outside. Another note, if you have a car, the property will offer a nice discount on parking at the nearby garage down the street.

Everything like in the best Dreams. I booked by bestwestern with the fidelity card and I got a free update: a fantastic deluxe room, free room service and minibar! Receptionists are very nice and professional to help you in every needs. The hotel is not so far from the city center and if you like take a walk it's the right place. Very close to Montmartre and Place du tertre. The best hotel ever!!!

My girlfriend and I visited the Best Western Premier Kapital Opera in the middle of February for Valentine's Day, we found the hotel extremely comfortable and also found the staff very friendly and helpful, when we arrived on the Tuesday night a very polite member of staff welcomed us and checked us in and also let us know that our room had been upgraded from a standard room to a Deluxe room which was much appreciated. The room size was rather large with a very well sized and stunning bathroom. The location of the hotel is good if you don't mind walking but if you're not a big walker than getting a taxi is no problem and your destination will most likely be less than 10 minutes away. The only criticism I have about this hotel is that I requested roses to be delivered to my room on the morning of Valentines Day for my partner and this did not occur for some reason which I was rather disappointed about but either way my partner and I did thoroughly enjoy our stay and would definitely recommend it, as the price is very fair and the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable.

We stayed two nights and our experience was super! The staff was very nice. They agreed to keep our luggage after checking hours which help tremendously. I will definitely come back. The location was great. we found a cafe 5 minutes walking distance with great food. The rooms were super clean with coffee/tea maker which was great. The bathroom was very nice and bigger than what I usually see in Paris.The internet was fast. Perfect stay! I have no negative comments about this hotel. We were super happy and will be back for sure!

We have been here for the last 3 nights. It's 2 years old cosy boutique hotel. The staff is very polite, speaking good english. The rooms are very tiny, but efficient. The Nesspresso coffee machine is great. The refrigerator is full of free products. We'll be back to this hotel.

We stayed here for 3-nights! the room was quite small but everything was comfy. Every room has a coffee/tea maker, that was very useful and easy use. The bathroom has all your needs, from shampoos to hair blower. We even had our own Iron&iron board in the room, however we weren't able to use it. I suggest you to request for a room on an upper floor and with balcony to enjoy a nice view. The staff were nice & helpful. For the location, it is easy access. The hotel is near to the Moulin Rounge & Sacre Coure are. There are two metro lines in 5mins walking distance, these will bring you directly to Arch de Triomphe & to other main attractions in Paris.

Clean, comfy, super staff, high value for money. Favorite business hotel in paris. I booked it regularly every week to enjoy this perfect place. The beds are an absolute must. I have never slept on a more comfortable mattress.

Spent 6 weeks at the hotel. Very clean hotel with great service and accommodating staff. The manager, Julien was outstanding, always there to assist. Location was perfect for us, lots of restaurants in the neighborhood and grocery stores. There are 4 train stations within walking distance, which served our purpose. Will definitely stay there again.

It has an elevator which was a definite plus. Limited staff so late night meals or room service was not an option. If you needed a bottle opener or extra plates or tv remote or adapter you had to go down to the reception to get it. Smoking was restricted to the courtyard only which was lovely. The hotel was a two min walk from Rome metro station that connected to the entire rail network. Not all metros have escalators so with luggage or shopping bags the commute is a pain - choose this hotel for leisure purposes or Paris styled luxury where you don't mind walking or giving up stamina during commute. Staff was brilliant, locality felt safe with grocery stores and cafes close enough. If you want to walk up Eiffel Tower or walk around the Louvre or any other museum/monument take a taxi or Uber back to the hotel no use getting tired with the commute.

We stayed 7 nights in a balcony room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were renovated, loved the comfy bed and pillows. The rain shower was fantastic after a long day of playing tourist. Breakfast was the usual continental, no cooked food of your choice, but there was hot buffet of bacon, scrambled eggs etc. The even sent us a bottle of champagne and macarons on your last night.

This was my first time in Paris. Thanks to Caroline the best employer on this hotel I find Paris very interesting. She help me with location,restaurants hair salon, best places to go. Anyway this place is just magical like the french culture.

We found a great deal online for this hotel in Paris. The AC wasn't working but they offered other rooms. The room wasn't big, but we were fine. The bathroom was really nice with a good shower and amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. The breakfast buffet was pricey at €14 but it was worth it in my opinion. You can find other cafes in the area if you want to try to find cheaper options. The hotel has bus stops and the metro near by so there is easy access. We used Uber quite a bit as well; we never payed more than €10 to get around town. Overall this was a good place to stay because we found a good deal online.

This is our second stay at this hotel and both times we have stayed in the Junior Suite. These are both on the ground floor and have no view and are very dark. The bathroom is downstairs and there is only a very small radiator so it is always freezing; not good after getting out of the bath! And there are other little things like the lights not working next to the bed, only one switch that turns on/off all lights etc. Wifi doesn't work in the downstairs bathroom (where you might like to stream music). Other than that it is a good hotel in a good location. We will be staying again but we will try a deluxe room and not pay as much, as we would like windows with some sort of view!

This was my first time in Paris and it all started with a great experience in Best Western Premier Kapital Opera. We arrived at 11am after an overnight 8 hour flight and to our pleasant surprise the room was ready for us even though we arrived before the check in time. The front desk was extremely nice, spoke English and welcomed us with a smile. Being able to go straight to the room and take a nap made our trip just so much better. We booked a standard room, so it was quite small, especially compared to American typical hotels. However we expected it and were pleasantly surprised that our tiny room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bath robes, sleepers, free mini bar with snacks, Nespresso coffee machine...The front desk staff provided us with silverware and plates and helped with directions every morning. I was sad to leave because it was just so cozy and nice. Thanks to the staff for making our trip so wonderful!

This hotel provided top notch accomodations, a welcoming staff and a lovely room with a nice floor to ceiling window. Providing a stocked (but non-alcoholic) mini-bar-gratis for the guests is a nice touch. While we generally only travel in the US and Europe-this is one of the very nicest places that we have ever stayed. A great contrast with the impersonal Hyatt Regency Etoile that we moved to to visit with family.

I was staying at this hotel in Paris during my family vacation and I absolutely hated it .having travelled 15+ countries in the world I have never experienced this pathetic of a behaviour from the highly uncooperative and rude staff(except for 2 people who checked us in) We visited during the summer months and our air conditioning was broken the whole time we stayed here. The staff said we can't help you with this ("just open your windows") is what was told to us in a very rude manner.overall stay was really pathetic would never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel.trivago usually doesn't misguide us but this was an epic fail

This hotel is very charming. The modern decor is beautiful and the intimate feel of the hotel made us feel like we were the only guests during our 4 day/3 night stay. Julien was extremely hospitable and very helpful in helping us figure out what to see and how to get there during our short stay in Paris. The rooms are small, but the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel staff made this hotel one of the best I've ever stayed in. The hotel is super quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable. I would most definitely stay there again should I be lucky enough to visit this beautiful city again in the future.

We were originally planning to stay at an Airbnb, but two days into our trip we changed to this hotel. It was the best decision. Nothing was wrong with our Airbnb, but given the amount of time we were out of the apartment, it was better to be in a hotel. The price was the same. This hotel is located in the middle of two different metro lines, one is just two blocks away, the other was about three blocks out. Hotel staff were amazing, very friendly. They serve breakfast, not free, but pretty good. The hotel is a former apartment building. Our room was very small so would caution anyone on big&tall side to request bigger rooms.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel and I was very happy: good room, good bed, good breakfast, good service and excellent WIFI. The decoration is very cosy and the rooms are nice. No restaurant in the hotel (only breakfast)

We spent three wonderful nights at the hotel. The staff was exceptionary. They gave helpful recommendations, made reservations, gave directions. They gave us water bottles every time we left and returned. It was a rainy week and they provided large umbrellas. We were provided electric socket converters and a free mini bar. The room was not large, but I did not expect that in an European hotel. Very convenient to the Metro.

We booked a superior room and it was absolutely lovely. Yes, it was indeed a little smaller than expected, but definitely comfortable enough for two people, with reasonable wardrobe space, a free mini bar and Nespresso machine, an absolutely gorgeous marble bathroom (with an incredible shower) and a very comfy bed. However, a problem arose at night-time; the pipes were so so noisy that we simply couldn't bear it. The staff were incredibly courteous, and offered us a free upgrade for the remainder of our stay to the fifth floor, where we had our own terrace and views of the street and it was a lot quieter at night. The staff were absolutely incredible, so smiley and friendly; I cannot thank them enough for making our stay in Paris as enjoyable as possible. They went above and beyond by booking us a private car, lending us umbrellas when it rained etc. Thank you!

I thought I was going to have a budget like experience when I booked this hotel; however, I was pleasantly surprise by the upscale feel and service. The hotel staff speak English and were very courteous during our three night stay. The hotel elevator was tiny, but functional. The vintage, yet modern feel to hotel was desirable. The rooms were on the small size, but everything was well designed. I loved the bathroom luxury feel. The french doors to inner patio court were functional and beautiful. The bedding was really nice and mattress was soft. Pros: Within walking distance to the Liege and Europe subway stations. Very quiet and safe location -- sometimes too quiet Excellent restaurant next door and several markets on the corner Saint-Lazare Shopping Mall/Station within 10 minute walk from hotel Cons: Air Condition didn't work while we there and no one came to fix it after being reported broken. Weather was cool during our stay.

Great small hotel in a good location in Paris. Rooms small but very nice and new, so are the restrooms. Great value for money for Paris. Stayed here for the second time this weekend and will defiantly come back.

We booked the hotel through a 3rd party website but when we got to the hotel, the front desk stated we didn't have a reservation there due to the way the room was booked. Celia who works at the front desk was amazing and helped to locate our reservation and a room as they were almost entirely booked when we arrived! The hotel's room is typically European (smaller room/smaller bathroom) but by far had the best shower of the hotels we stayed in Paris. Most of the showers/tubs do not have shower curtains but the shower here is self contained. The room also had a safe, an electronic door key, windows that opened to the scenic Parisian street (but no screens), Nespresso machine (the only decent coffee machine out of the multiple hotels we stayed at) and on a side street which was initially a little difficult to find. There is a convenience store around the corner and was great for water, soda, alcohol, etc. The location is good for visiting sacre cour and the Montmartre area but walking around at night is somewhat Parisian scenic and a little too quiet. The other different thing about Parisian hotels is that the temperature was hard to change in the rooms and though it was March when we went, we had warmer weather.

Myself and my boyfriend spent his birthday in Paris. We contacted the hotel before arriving to make sure we were in the deluxe room with balcony. Shortly we received a message back to inform that they had put us up in the best room they could offer and they didnt disappoint. The hotel was in easy reach from the metro. Staff were curtious, friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully furnished, modern and clean. The size of the room was perfect i don't think you need a bigger room tbh. The bed was super comfy and queen size so lots of room to starfish! The shower was one of the best showers I've had a massive cubicle with ceiling shower head. The balcony had no chairs but was just a extra touch to be able to open our balcony doors with the gorgeous weather we had. A mini bar also filled with cold drinks of all sorts and chocolate bars were free for our stay(bonus). On our last day the train was to leave later in the afternoon so we rang reception to see if they would be able to keep our luggage safe whilst we went out for the day he said of course that's fine you can leave them aslong as you need to which was great! I would easily stay again at this hotel.

We loved this hotel. The workers were nice, the rooms were updated, and the location was great. The free mini bar was really awesome, too! The nearest metro station was just a few minute walk from the hotel. There are neat cafes near by, too.

The hotel was clean, modern and quiet. The room was very small, more so then we were expecting but it was well laid out and had everything we needed, including coffee making facilities. It was circa 15 -20 min walk from main attractions. We would stay here again if we got the same discounted price.

Fantastic hotel. Good location right next to the underground. Rome is the stop and then it's a 5 min walk from the station. Very clean rooms and so quiet. Paris is lovely and would definitely go back.

Location is the key. It is close to restaurants, metro (3 different lines), cafes, bakeries and even a supermarket. It is also fairly new inside, clean and comfortable - a little small but other hotels in Paris are similar in size so this is not really a negative in Paris. Staff are quite friendly and reserved which is good because it does not make you feel awkward and will help you out if asked. Internet is free and very fast as well. Good hotel and I would definitely recommend it

Excellent room for the price we paid. The beds were large and comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was modern with an amazing shower. Free internet access, TV, complementary minibar and Nespresso machine all present in the room. We had the option of two different types of rooms so we chose the one with a balcony overlooking the street, it was nice having the choice.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel, we paid for a delux room, however we got a horrible room with no windows on the ground floor, the staff were not helpful when we complained espeacilly since the central system was set on heat so we were suffocating at night without even a window to open. Plus when we checked out I forgot a jacket and 2 expensive body care products, and even though we came back to the hotel after 5 hours of checking out to collect our luggage they did not bother to inform us of the forgotten items. And having stayed in many hotels before we know that they call to report any forgotten item the minute they go to check the room or the minibar after checkout. So the only positive thing about this hotel is the location.

There are so many options for hotels in this city that it can be overwhelming. We selected this based on Trip Advisor reveries and it did not disappoint. The front desk couldn't be more gracious and helpful. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and quiet. The coffee makers and small refrigerator are very nice and the TV features several English language channels. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well as 3 Metro stations. We were able to easily get around (I recommend the Metro app - the route planner is indispensable!) to all the sites of Paris. The breakfast is ok - and the service there is not up to the level of the front desk. But we will definitely return!

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about the many places to see and go. The rooms are small and hot. You'll have to open up a window to get your room cooler. The breakfast buffet was great. It is centrally located to all metro which is how I got around. Very easy to navigate.

My first impression of the hotel was one of horror.... there were roadworks next door which meant that the pathway had been closed off with barriers that allowed people to use the road. There was also a pile of dog muck on the ramp a metre or so away from the front door. I wondered what I had let myself in for and entered the hotel in a bad mood. However once inside, the small reception area was perfect and was staffed by someone who was polite and courteous. I asked to see the room before I would check in as I had researched a lot of hotels and found the room sizes really small and I had chosen the kapital Opéra because of its larger rooms. The receptionist accommodated my request (even though I was informed by my partner that I had been rude whilst doing so). The room was perfect at first glance and was big enough.... We were then informed that everything in the mini bar was free of charge... which was a bonus. During our stay there was a few things that could have made our time better but these are the little things that are of little importance. We had occasion to ask for an iron... one turned up after a long wait and a second phone call but with no ironing board and as we were running late we made do. The mini bar was never refilled... this was a very small inconvenience. I would rather have paid extra and had a bottle or two of water on hand when it was needed. As it's a small hotel there always seemed to be laundry trolleys opposite our door. This was an unwelcome sight but probably very little that the hotel can do about it due to the size of the corridors... We were next to the lift but this was not a problem as it was noiseless apart from a few people talking and once again there is nothing that the hotel can do about it. The breakfasts were amazing and hosted by a very polite member of staff. All in all I found the hotel clean, hospitable and very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were always helpful and the beds were comfortable. Checkout times were very convenient as well. Oh and the dog muck was cleaned up very quickly...

We stayed in the Hotel for three nights. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Big, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Upon arrival we were told that we just got a free upgrade. The minibar with softdrinks and chocolate was complementary. We even got a city map and were introduced to the surroundings and where the nearest metro station is etc. The Hotel is located not to far from Sacré-Coeur and many other interesting sights. We never had breakfast but they offered a breakfast buffet for around 14 €, which I think is a fair price. This Hotel is worth every star it got!

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, the bed was comfy and most of the staff we came in contact with at the front desk where friendly apart from one lady on check out that did not even ask if we enjoyed our stay she just asked for the payment and that was all, my invoice was not put in an envelope it was just folded and handed to me I thought this was very rude. I would like to say the guy who works at night is very nice and speaks very good english. When we booked the hotel they asked us if we would like a special request so we asked for some fresh fruit and 2 drinks for when we arrive, every other hotel I have stayed in on mt travels, this has been complimentary however they charged us 30€ for 2 drinks and a bowl of grapes which was very disappointing. The hotel is situated in an ok place that is close to a metro station to get to the centre of paris! The area around the hotel is very intimidating at night, I was walking around with ny girlfriend and had people say things to us in french and then laugh and we felt violated, never experienced this in any other country!!

Great hotel, suprise... Paris has nice staff anyway!! Service was perfect and perfectly English speaking! Would book the same hotel again next trip! Clean rooms, small but clean and with a very comfi bed!

This was my third time staying in this hotel, overall was good. However, I am disappointed to their after-sale-service. I booked a taxi through hotel to airport. The front desk told me the night before the taxi fare would be €55, so I gave the same amount to the driver. The driver was not able to give me the receipt when I took off, but sent by email afterward. Later I checked email and discovered the price was €45. I called the driver immediately when I was still in airport, who committed to follow-up. After I returned to HK, I wrote email twice to driver, no feedback is received, neither feedback from hotel even I sent emails to them twice, they should have connection with that driver, but offered no hands on this case, I am very disappointed on their service.

Just perfect, a great hotel. Location was good and close to the metro-stop. Good breakfast, and very friendly helpful staff. Room was beautiful and especially the bathroom was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel, we loved it and certainly come back!

Clean, nice room, friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel. Its placed in a calm area. But still close to shopping and sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went as a couple and had a very romantic weekend at this hotel. Must give credit to the cleaning staff, it was lovely to come "home" to a fresh and clean room after long days in Paris.

I was extremely impressed with my the hotel. I'd filtered my search by 4* hotels only (5* is a little unessessary) but honestly this hotel had the 5* look and feel. Only opened in December 2015, it's very fresh and right next to Rome Metro station! Loved it.

We booked the Best Western Kapital because it had really good reviews & the rooms looked nice. The hotel is within minutes of a tube stations either end of the road & easy to find. The neighbourhood was nice & so quiet it was lovely. We arrived & check in was a little slow due to 1 computer available to check people in. This could be something they could invest in as I can imagine its very time consuming if alot of people arrive at the same time! We finally checked in to be told we had been upgraded to a superior room so that was a good start. The room was nice & modern. The room was not huge but enough for us with a nice modern spacious bathroom, flat screen tv, mini bar & coffee machine. The bed was huge & so comfortable. Usually beds away are like sleeping on bricks but the beds here were like heaven. The shower was a spacious walk in shower which was perfect. The hotel overall is modern & the staff were friendly & helpful. Would definately stay here again & recommend the hotel to friends. Thanks for a pleasant stay in Paris....

Brilliant hotel. Perfect location and great service. 10 minutes walk to La Fayette, 1 minute walk from Rome subway station. Staff was great. The superior room was good in size and the bathroom was fantastic. Absolutely recommended.

This hotel is situated in a small remodeled typical Parisian building. There ere two metro stations nearby and a convenience store at the corner. The neighborhood is familiar and calm, and it's a few blocks from all the main stores. The rooms are very comfortable, with very well equipped bathrooms, a mini bar and nespresso machine. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the very beautiful boutique hotel that was perfect in every way. The rooms were beautifully and newly appointed and the staff was lovely. The hotel was central to everything and prices were great. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Staying there made me feel elegant. The hotel Mgr greater us after our long day out and made us feel special. The hotel was spotless!

This a 4 star boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. Very quiet street but close to 3 metro stations and almost all major sightseeing places. We easily walked. The breakfast is very rich with high quality products. You will find everything. Excellent service and staff attending all your requests. There are many restaurants around including many ethnic ones Italian, Chinese, Lebanese, Japanese, Vietnamese etc. This will be our place in Paris.

I've been in a lot of hotels in my life, and this one is definitely among the best 4-star hotels. Big rooms, VERY nice beds and linen. Impeccable and comfortable bathrooms. Very nice staff, close to a metro station.

As you may know by now i love to take a little weekend away in Paris every now again, and even though i do have family over there sometimes its nice to just book a hotel an feel like a tourist. So i came across this hotel and thought mmmm interesting the Location is perfect and easy access from Gard Du Nord , prices are good and the rooms looks really cosy...so what this i do went ahead and booked it. Upon my arrival i was greeted my the lovely receptionist Miria, she was really helpful and sweet...we even manage to squeeze in a little chat *yes i know i am a chatter box* before i forget ....the reception area is mesmerizing . she handed me my key and up i went to my lovely DELUXE ROOM (302) . Now let's talk about the room....i am a bathroom selfie freak *haha* and i fell in love with it straight away...i mean how can you not love a rainforest shower ( that is how i call them ..you know the overhead showers ) i couldn't wait to jump in and pretend to be BEYONCE singing to her fans *haha no judgement pls * not forgetting to mention that the toiletries are from NUXE * so far winning on every level * The room is really cosy ..i looked at the bed and i could hear it calling my name ..i resisted went for dinner before indulging , i also met Darwin at the hotel bar , really helpful and polite. when i finally lay down....heaven...the pillows ....the matters...the duvet...i could have fallen into a voluntary coma. The street is really quiet which only made my sleep even better. i would love to tell you all about my time in the bathroom/shower but i will spare you the details :-) lets just say that 45mns in the shower was totally justified, another half hour in the robe ....so soft :-) Went for a quick bite * as i wanted to make the most of my room * where i met Nawarat , attention to details , polite with a lovely face and must i say her ice tea is the best. This hotel really worth going to , the staff is so helpful * best customer service * , friendly and smiley, and i love the decor *Russian theme art work* and the location. Our initial accommodation fell through so we booked at Best Western. When we arrived the lovely girl at the desk was so attentive and even escorted us up to our room because she empathised with our busy day. The room was clean, great shower and lovely staff always smiling and would greet you with a lovely Bonjour! - without fail. Great place to stay when in France and so close to the Rome metro station, montematre and Sacré Coer. We definitely landed on our feet with this place :)

The Best Western Kapital Opera is in a prime spot, located a short distance away from three metro stations and with a plethora of eateries nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful - even leaving us a lovely gift to celebrate our honeymoon. The room was spotless and had a wonderful view of the street. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Paris!

I am was solo traveller and was visiting Paris for the first time. I wanted a place that was a reasonable distance from all the tourist places and landmarks but still relatively quiet. I chose BWP Kapital Opera for these reason. On arrival, i was greeted by a friendly reception staff that checked me in quickly. He also assisted me with a few of my questions about the city and also booked a taxi for me for a few later in the week. The room was compact but had everything you need an expect from a good hotel. The room was well appointed, bed was very comfortable, it was clean and had a kind of retro, 1920's but with a modern and sophisticated feel. Bathroom was the highlight for me with a great shower (I love my showers). There is not much around the in the immediate vicinity of the hotel so you would need to walk a bit to go to a lot of placed which i didnt mind as this was always my plan. It took me 30mins to Sacre Couer, 30-35mins to Arc de Triomphe/Champs Elysees, 50mins to Eiffel tower and 35mins to Louvre and 55 mins to Notre Dame. All very reasonable.

I booked the hotel through booking.com, I reviewed earlier opinions in trypadvisor, it was all true to reality. The staff attentive(special petitions can make it possibles), pleasant, struggled to explain in Spanish, or apologized and spoke English if you do not know french. All people in Paris very nice. The hotel is located in a strategic area. Near the bulevar Cliché which will gives you to the Moulin Rouge (10-15min walking), and Sacred Heart Basílica. Europe underground 100mts from hotel, with connections to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysées (15 minutes), the rooms really clean 10 out of 10. I chose a king-size bed, extra-comfortable, extra-great! I said goodbye to my wife at night before sleeping with smoke signals ... In reception you have tea área every day posting, internet wifi quality in hotel, a computer with printer, breakfast área did not stay but smells very well every morning, hotel really quiet. You have bycicles shuttle of Paris, at 50mts from the hotel, if you loves to meet Pris by bike. The hotel was the best I have been in recent travels in Europe I have done. I will come back again, sure.

I think I slept better in this hotel than I've ever slept in a hotel. The bathroom is very nice, with a rain showerhead. The staff was very helpful and friendly -- they even replaced our TV remote at 22:00 hrs. The hotel is only one block from the metro. There are to mini-markets and a bakery within one block of the hotel. Excellent location!

Comfortable and great location ! The nespresso machine in room was a very convenient feature. Very comfortable bedding and very attractive decor. The location is very close to the metro several grocery stores close by.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Rooms are so nice and it was probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Location is nice and in a "local's" neighborhood. Staff was super helpful. All in all a great stay.

Fortunately for us, the Best Western, we had originally booked for the Jimmy Buffet concert weekend had no rooms left and they offered to transfer us to the Kapital.This is a brilliant deluxe, modern, boutique style hotel. Everyone of the staff were fabulous, professional, friendly and made our stay a pleasure. Rooms are immaculate and the bathroom and shower, the ultimate in luxury. Breakfast was superb, perfect set up for a busy day in Paris. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Central location. Close to three metro stations. Quiet surroundings. Clean comfortable rooms, though small (usual for Paris). Very friendly front office staff. Daily housekeeping. Definitely recommend for stay.

This is a very new hotel, and everything was clean and tidy. The rooms are pretty small (although probably normal for a small-ish Paris hotel), but very comfortable and a very good value. Location was great as three Metro stations and the huge Gare Saint-Lazare train station are nearby to get you almost anywhere. We opted for a cab ride from CDG airport (50 Euro), but could have used public transportation if we had to. We especially enjoyed how close the hotel was to the Montmartre neighborhood that has soo much charm and great little bistros and shops. The hotel offers a nice, but expensive, breakfast that we skipped since such good coffee and pastries are abundant everywhere.

I only have good things to say about this hotel, I enjoy every moment. I went to paris in holidays, to revisit it. This year I broke my leg, and I have some dificulties with my left leg, and this hotel accept to remark my first stay, something that I enjoy a lot. The room was large, the bathroom very good, and the mattress was very good. Reception personal was very atentious, it was raining the next day and they lent us an umbrella for our turn around. They care for their guests. We had the express breakfast, served by a simpatic lady. The room was always clean. The hotel is at a nice street and nearby we have coffes, restaurants and snacks, as a supermarket. Metro and bus stop are nearby too. A very nice localisation for those who want to visit Paris. I really recomend it, and if possible I like to return to it.

Excellent hotel - great bed, lovely shower, big windows. Close to 3 metro stops. We stayed 2 nights and would defiantly stay here again and recommend it to others. Only negative was no English channels on TV but there was meant to be and reception tried to get them. I am sure they have fixed that by now.

The location of the hotel was perfect, a block or so from the Rome Metro Station. We used the Metro extensively to get around the city and found it very easy and similar to DC's Metro. The hotel staff was super and went out of their way to help. We expected a patio and a Queen bed but got no patio and a King bed. I'll take that swap any day. The one concern to me prior to the trip was safety but at no time did we ever feel unsafe in the area we stayed. In all I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. A great value, a great location and a great staff.

We have enjoyed very much your stay. In Best Wester Kapital Opera the rooms and bedroom were renovated and were very exquisite In the neighborhood we can find restaurants, pastry shops, supermarket The serviçe was very good, the location is near the metro and gare saint Lazare,

The king size bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. We spent two days just relaxing in the room and also because there was heat wave on..and also, we drank too much wine. The staff were very friendly. The location was great. We were in 107 so we heard no noise except the AC and sometimes someone showering upstairs but other than that we had the best sleeps. I recommend this hotel.

It was such a clever/pleasent decision to have choosen the BEST WESTERN PREMIER Kapital Opera. Iuliana and her Staff make feel at home!. It was also remarkable that most of the peolple at the front desk speak Spanish. 100% recommended.

We love everything about BW premier kapital opera. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect! The location was amazing too, there are three metro station within 5mins walking distance from hotel. It is very convenient location to go anywhere in Paris. The most favourite thing about this hotel is the staff. Especially Darwin, very helpful, friendly but super polite. Every night when we came back to hotel we had a little conversation with him. It was our routine while staying there. We really enjoyed having chats with him.

What a lovely surprise after a long day travelling. Staff were helpful and generous with a comp. upgrade. Great coffee machine in room. Beautifully furnished and super comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the fit out of the hotel and would highly recommend.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in till date. - Perfect in all ways: Excellent location close to 2 metro stations - Careful & thorough attention to detail- Quality of rooms, beds, mattresses, bathrooms, breakfast, toiletries, cleanliness, hygiene, service all are absolutely top. -Best part about the hotel is the staff and level of service. No request is too big or unreasonable for them. - Darwin gave us free upgrade from Standard to Delux rooms. Thanks Darwin! - Juliana and Aude helped out with many requests including changing one of the rooms at the last minute to make it more comfortable for our parents as they have a problem with steep stairs. - They helped book taxis whenever requested at no extra cost. - All the staff at this hotel is efficient, friendly and well trained staff, probably one of the best we have ever come across in all our travels in many countries. - The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts with hot and cold options and the most efficient staff handling it. - The bathrooms, shower, toiletries are all excellent quality. Excellent attention to detail, top service & staff. We highly recommend this hotel for all travelers especially families with children or older guests in the group.

We feel good in this hotel. Staff were so nice and helpful. If the bed is a real double bed (not combind by two bed), that will be prefect. The location is great, metro and restaurant are very close. We will stay in this hotel again when visit Paris again. Thanks

The hotel was excellent. The room was fairly small but contained everything we needed. Everything worked! A special mention to the 'James Corden' lookalike on Reception who helped us out with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast is fairly expensive, and there's a supermarket up the road that sells croissants, so we bought those, had a coffee in the room and were set for the day. The bathroom was spotless. Only problem was that you could hear the cleaner in the morning through the door, which obviously wasn't sound proofed and we were woken earlier than we wanted.

The Kapital Opera hotel was an ideal choice for our stay in Paris. The location was quiet but close to the Metro and to a wide range of restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful without exception. The room was adequate in size, quiet and with an openable window (important for me). The facilities were all we needed. We would happily come again.

Great location of hotel with 3 Metro-stations close by, close to Place Pigalle and Montmartre, newly renovated public areas and rooms in 2015, very well-furnished room, great marble bathroom, friendly staff; room a bit small, but I guess that's the way it is in Paris!

It's a very nice hotel, very clean, comfortable rooms, near everything & near 2 metro stations, near carrefour & monoprix, the staff is polite and helpful, we had a wonderful stay and wished we could stay longer.

Spent 9 days at this hotel and it was one of the best I've stayed in. The staff are excellent and happy to help with any request and spoke English which was fantastic as my French was bad:)The rooms are clean and modern and the shower wonderful. I would not hesitate booking this hotel in the future.

We stayed at the Best Western Premier Kapital Opera on our last couple of nights of our 4 week honeymoon in Europe and we are so glad we did. The check in staff were so lovely and welcoming and we were very happy with our complimentary upgraded room! The bed was the best bed we had the entire 4 week holiday and the location was perfect! Great location, great rooms. A little noisy at times due to the central location but a very good place to stay in Paris. Would visit again when returning to Paris. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY STOLEN, STAY HERE! Deceiving description We booked their biggest room called "Suite with city views" from a big travel website. The pictures showed an apartment on a top floor with a balcony and views, which was one of the reasons why we booked our romantic stay in Paris at this specific hotel. Once we arrived at the hotel we were given a room on the ground floor with views on their interior courtyard and their gutters. There was no light in the apartment. Plus the bathroom was in the basement( yes you read correctly, we had to go down some very unsteady and steep stairs to use the bathroom...not very convenient at night...or ever for this matter). Because of that we requested another room. They gave us a "Deluxe room" (which is a downgrade from what we paid for, remember we paid for the "Suite") on the 4th floor. It was rather small- I don't want to imagine what a Standard room looks in their hotel (probably like a closet). Poor condition Even if this hotel was newly opened at the time of our stay, the bathroom was already in poor condition with walls peeling and shower drain being nasty. Bad cleaning One day we came back to our room and someone (probably the maid) drank from our paid mini bar and left half the bottle emptied out on the table. Noisy The isolation is bad and you can hear people argue, have sex, use the bathroom, and come back at night. If you want a peaceful stay, well..do not stay here! Bad service The hotel never reimbursed us for the downgrade from "Suite" to "Deluxe" room, despite the numerous calls we made to them and to the website on which we bought our stay. The manager was always "busy", and "in a meeting" and refused to talk to us. They owe us money and it's very appalling that a chain like Best Western is trying to steal from their own customers. We are still waiting to hear back from this hotel six weeks after our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE I do not recommend staying here because despite all the good reviews (probably paid reviews to up their score), this hotel is poorly managed, will not help you in case of problem, and there is no real value for your money. Paris has a lot more nice hotels to offer, where the staff is actually willing to help.

When I chose this hotel, I had no idea where I'd be staying, but had a gut feeling it'd be at least good! To my surprise, it's literally a stone's throw away from the subway station.: it's easy to get to the hotel from the airport as well as the train station. The flea market on Saturday is pretty cool and about 300 feet away from the hotel. The breakfast is very decent, i.e. acceptable. I found it was within fairly easy walking distance from downtown. The only thing that left me perplexed was the size of the elevator: max 4 people and I barely fit in there with my small wife and 1 bag! The footprint is about 3x5 feet! One other thing to mention: they did not clean the room floor very well!

What an amazing hotel for value, service and cleanliness! The staff were so incredibly friendly. The rooms were cleaned so well! We were so impressed with the service I would definitely visit again and again. Modern, clean, and professionally managed hotel. Approx 1-2 km from key tourist sites, and very nearby metro stations. Staff were super helpful and kind to make our stay enjoyable. Only issue the rooms are quite small, but we understand this is very typical in Paris. We would return to this hotel very happily!

A gem hidden amongst the locals. Metro closeby, far enough away from the bustle of the touristy areas, great local eating, don't hesitate to stay here. Brand new hotel and the service is very good. Room 402 was great, windows opened onto the street but was still very quiet. No bathtub but the shower is spacious and the water is always hot. Rooms and hotel are spotless. Breakfast has great variety and service.

I was moved to this hotel by The Holiday Inn Paris Gare d lest as they had oversold the rooms and when I tried to check in at gone midnight they moved me here. Well every cloud has a silver lining as this hotel is brand new and the rooms are lovely. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Hotel is located between 2 metro stations so perfect location for business or a city stay. Breakfast is served daily and great choice. Rooms have coffee machine, hair dryer lovely bathrooms and really comfortable beds. This is the second Best Western I have stayed in whilst in Paris and I have had good experiences in both. Good free wifi also.

Great hotel, VERY CLEAN and amenities quite beautiful. Very close to the Rome metro, but not my favorite area of Paris. We were at a different, non Best Western hotel 2 nights prior in the St. Germain area and it was great area, but hotel not as nice.

When I booked this hotel, I mentioned that I would like to stay on the upper floor. So, when I arrived, on my papers 4th floor was mentioned, but the girl decided to put me on 2nd, promising that it would still be quite.. In the morning I woke up from my neighbors alarm, from another room, and there was no sound even, just never ending vibration. Breakfast has very limited choice, and! Limited amount of tables. I waited for a few moments, but had to take yoghurt and go to my room. There was not much left on the serving table anyhow. So, this is my bad experience in Paris. My friend actually told me today that here they have different stars system. If hotel has 4 stars, it doesn't really mean you'll get you great experience. Really good hotels are the one who have palace title.

The room was very comfortable, clean and quite. The location is more or less good. You can walk to Concorde squre in 20 minutes. The railway station is 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is OK

We visit Paris second time. This time our stay were 10 out 10, absolutely different amazing experience. Best Western Kapital opera hotel was best choice we have done. Very friendly staff,ready to help with any questions and any time. Rooms big,clean,very modern,huge shower and bathroom.Very close,within 20-25 min.walking distance,to all major attractions. We braved transport and other strikes for a few days in Provence and needed to break our journey home. Paris seemed ideal. We were delighted to find helpful, friendly staff after a long train journey north and that our room had been upgraded and was on the ground floor adjacent to a small courtyard. The Nespresso machine was useful for hot reviving beverages and we spent the next twenty four hours exploring Paris. We went out for a meal at a local bistro and had a very quiet and comfortable night's sleep. The hotel looked after our baggage between checking out and our onward journey via the Gare du Nord so we could travel light for some sight-seeing.

Good address in Paris Excellent service Nice breakfast. Quite and very comfortable. Near to public transportation Nice address of restaurants and bar to have a lunch or dinner. You can catch the railway station saint Lazare by walk in few minutes.

My husband and I enjoyed a 2 night stay in this lovely hotel.The room and bathroom was very clean and well-appointed. Included in the bath was a hairdryer and toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, lotion, and a small personal care kit. The staff was friendly and very helpful, suggesting places to eat and advice for navigating the Metro. Our plane didn't leave until late in the day so they were willing to hold our luggage in a locked room for safe-keeping while we continued to enjoy our last day in Paris. The only drawback to possibly staying here might be that it is not located close to the places we like to visit. But it was a wonderful hotel and we enjoyed our stay there.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Nice clean and quiet rooms in a pleasant part of town. Staff were always friendly & helpful. Nice and new too ! Plenty of nice cafe's and easy walk to shops to pick up a beer or bottle of wine to enjoy. Close to 2 metro stops which makes it easy to get around.

Hotel is situated in a very quiet street - slept with the window open and no noise. Room was very clean, neat and spacious. Didnt have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Okay location in a quiet street but a bit non-central. Nice room, clean and fresh, small bathroom but very nice shower with optional water source from handhold or roof. Very friendly staff. Very small breakfast room(in the bar/reception) but normal on the small city hotels. Breakfast had small selection but pluss for fruit and musli and yougurts.

The hotel is new and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and the service impeccable. My entire experience at this hotel was nothing but satisfying! The area of the city was new for us -it was a relatively calm street and a 3-minute walking distance to the nearest metro. It is close to Place de Clichy where are breakfast cafes and good seafood restaurants. We would visit this hotel again.

I had initially made a reservation at a different location and was sent here because of the overbooking in my first choice. BUT apart from the rooms being small over all the service, cleaning and the hotel team were great. The hotel staff was very friendly and assisted us when we needed advice/service etc. Breakfast is a limited but well arranged small buffet with more than enough to enjoy. The bathrooms were perfect / good size modern / trendy Well stocked minibar. Well managed climate control in the rooms. Sheets Towels imaculate ! The street is so quite, residential area, 15 min walk to Blv. Haussmann What can I say, I think I d go and stay at this hotel if I go to Paris again in the near future.

We came for three nights to enjoy Paris and this hotel was exactly what we hoped for: Great location - afew metro stations minutes away and walking distance from some sttractions. Very clean - Rooms and other areas. Efficient and helpful personel, Elegant, and comfortable - A?though the toom seemed small it is well designed and has plenty of space.

The hotel is very clean and new and the staff were more that friendly and courteous. The following comments are intended only as a constructive critique and not a criticism: We stayed in your Superior room which had all of the modern conveniences and a lovely king size bed. There were two of us however, and the actual size of the room was so small that there was no room to place our luggage but on the bed. It was a constant task of moving luggage around on and off the bed depending if we wanted to sleep or get something out of our suitcase. You provided a luggage caddy in the cupboard but there was no available space to place it. We even had to move a chair to behind the room entrance door to be able to place one piece of luggage on the floor. This meant that the second piece of luggage had to be located next to the bed, causing one person to have to climb into the bed from the bottom because the aisle was blocked with a suitcase. The only other suggestion I would make is that you provide instructions for use of the coffee machine. It was completely foreign to us and we never got it to work. Our opinion was that the room was too small for the price you are charging for it and it certainly did not look that small in the pictures we saw online. I understand that the hotel was not even open when we booked our stay last October but I would think that the photos should have represented the reality of the room instead of the deceptively large room indicated in the picture. For the most part, we were only there for two nights and we didn't spend a lot of time in the room so we were prepared to brave it out! I also have to comment about the front desk staff who were exemplary and many hotels we've stayed in could learn a lesson from your staff. Michaela, in particular, made us feel very comfortable and welcomed but all of the other staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Very close to subway station, very comfortable. Not quite, European contracted style. Room is clean, very quiet.And my husband's honeymoon trip which choose two days here, feel good?there is a supermarket around the corner.

Thank you very much for the good stay. The room was always clean, the furniture was new and of high quality. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious and varied It was a lovely honeymoon stay for me and my wife

The hotel is newly renovated and the fresh looking rooms resemble this. Easy to find and access, the personnel welcome you with a warm smile and are eager to answer your questions and are very helpful. Our room itself was on the top floor and offered a roomy bed, writing corner, coffee machine and highclass bathroom. The hotel has not many rooms and therefore is rather quiet. We used the small inhouse restaurant for a breakfast only. This was small but satisfying. We would come again.

We stayed for 10 nights. Got an upgrade from Standard Double to excellent big room of really high quality. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot. Special thanks to Juliana, Michaela, Dwane and Roma. The included breakfast was good and gave a vast field of opportunities. Location was excellent, close to 2 metro stations of different lines and generally speaking not far from the centre, Monmartre and Arch. To almost every place was possible to come by foot in less than half an hour. The hotel is highly recommended. Thanks to all the team.

Everything is wonderful! Wi-fi, Cleaning, Room-service, views, design of the hotel, placement, personal was very pleasure, coffee-machine, comfortable shower. Recommendation for couples, especially 6-th floor.

We stayed here just for a night, but it was a perfect experience. Saw a lot of hotels over the world, but this is one to remember! We got upgraded to a bigger room, nice big comfy bed, GREAT shower, and everything was clean! Very nice staff down at the reception, and a check out at noon is also very relaxing! so overall a great experience! We will come back for sure, thank you!

This is a lovely hotel. It is very well located and just a few minutes from the metro but also walkable to central Paris. The staff were excellent, good rooms, a brilliant shower and decent breakfast! Couldn't fault it!

This is the kind of hotel we want in Paris; in a quite street, close to the metro stations (even not 2 minutes); nicely decorated, renovated rooms!.. The staff is very friendly and helpful; they are English & Spanish speakers and do their best to make your stay memorable. They provide also free wifi.. Small hotel, small rooms but very clean and very comfortable. We randomly chose this hotel but we were surprised, we didnt expect this quality. Its really perfect for this price. Generally I prefer big hotels but I can definitely stay again in Best Western Kapital.. There is metro station at close point.

Everything was perfect , location , service, staff were very helpful thou they helps me with everything as I was traveling alone and my first time in Paris, providing all the information and advices , special thanx to Robin at the reception and the guy at the night shift , very close to the metro (Rome metro station) 4 mins walk, and the coffee machine at the room it just makes the stay amazing , I would like to go back for sure .

We stayed here for three nights early April. Lovely clean rooms comfy beds and facilities. Yes the rooms are small but have all they need in place to feel a little bit luxurious and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful we stayed here to be near the moulin rouge and sacre couer it was ideally placed for this. The moulin rouge is a must if you are here. The metro is brilliant too and so easy to use we even made it to Versailles in the train network after talking to staff. Breakfast great too a really lovely small hotel

We came for a business trip and the hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff were very helpful and the stay was extremely comfortable and smooth. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice indeed. Thank you!

The staff was outstanding. They accommodated my needs, even when I was not feeling well. The receptionists from checking in and checking out were completely outstanding, even had a free upgrade room upon check in and brilliant shower with great hot water (important to me). Breakfast was good but bearing in mind I really don't eat and if I did I would be happy to eat the selections provided. My main gladness us that they understood my English as I don't speak French. Keep up the good work and do not lose that special touch you give your guests.

Nice hotel close to a metro-station ("Rome"), parking-garage nearby, supermarket round the corner and even restaurants close by. Excellent for a short-stay. Rooms was very clean and comfortable esp. cushions and bed. Breakfast was way more than just coffee and croissant. Fresh juices for a good start in the day. Very friendly staff all around.

The overall experience was positive. The building is well maintained and the room is up to expectation except for the size. I guess it is the normal to have small rooms in Paris. It is located near metro which made it easy to get around. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

we stayed 2 nights in this newly refurbished hotel. We had an excellent and fully equipped room. the bed was absolutely wonderful. The reception and common areas on the small size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is located in a small quite steer with plenty of shops and restaurants near by. 2 metro station are within less than 10 mins walk. very nice place to stay in the capital. highly recommended.

We stayed here when we went to Fra v Eng Brilliant hotel the staff couldn't do enough Awesome shower and great restaurant! a few doors up called A l'AFFICHE.stayed in room 102 very nice room,also terribly convent for exploring the delights of Paris. We all will be coming back;-) They got it right!

All the staff, especially Darwin and Romain, bent over backwards to help us get where we wanted to go. We do not speak French; however, with their help, we were able to navigate throughout the city. They made dinner reservations for us, printed out maps for us, and directed us to markets and bakeries. If we return to Paris, this is where we'll stay!

The rooms was quiet, nice decor. The bed was very comfortable, like the extra cushions you can choose from. But most of all the location of the hotel is perfect. You can enjoy the Opera, Louvre etc. by walk or metro. Park your car 500m from the hotel in the parking of Rome-Batignolles for 30 euro per day.

Loved the hotel. New, clean, friendly. Location worked for us. Was both a biz and romantic trip and we were delighted to get an upgrade. Some internal noise woke me up due to poor internal soundproofing. Still the plusses outweigh this. Would come here again.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Upgraded to a Deluxe room for free of charge. Romin who was at the front of desk was very helpful throughout our stay and professional as was the rest of the team. Great rooms, clean and recently refurbished. Perfect location if you're looking for a quiet nights sleep in Paris. Well situated, not far from Champs-Élysées. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you all from room 502. Room was "ok" size wise but very clean and neat. Great shower, friendly personel. Breakfast was somewhat plain. Good value. Wifi is very stable and easy to access (single time login). Location is near Champ Elyssee, LayFayette is within walking distance.. Eiffel tower would be a long walk.

A perfect stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was absolutely pristine, and the breakfast buffet was varied and very good quality. The hotel is extremely handy for the Metro, as well as a local supermarket, pharmacy and other shops. Highly recommended, and will be my first choice when I return to Paris.

We stayed at BEST WESTERN PREMIER Kapital Opera for 3 days... The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with details when requested. The breakfast was a good sumptuous and the spread was good too... The front desk and the rest of the staff were always warm. The rooms are so silent, after a tiring day had the best sleep..Our stay in Paris was truly memorable and thanks to BEST WESTERN PREMIER Kapital Opera for that... Cheers!!

Absolute ignorance of hotel staff regarding money questions! Amount was blocked at once since my reservation, but no one unblocked this amount when it was supposed to. Some money laundering and fraud should be happening at this hotel. When I ask about my money back, no one can give me a definite answer! Terrible.

Wonderful experience, Hotel situated perfectly, ideal for our needs. Beautiful Hotel, not too near and not too far from Town and ALL the sites. Staff, so accommodating and friendly. Have recommended it to several people already. Lovely little Restaurants quite close too. Will be back.

We loved this hotel. The staff is outrageously helpful. Matthew the Director, couldn't be more professional. Darwin night staff answered every email promptly and I had quite a number of emails and questions. Prior to our visit staff made reservations and accepted mail on our behalf. Everything was in order. The rooms were beautiful. The neighborhood wonderful. Can't recommend this hotel more highly.

I would highly recommend this hotel! Stayed 2 nights here by myself in a standard room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pristine! Very neat/clean with pretty decor (although small). The shower was excellent. Close to the Rome metro station and only a 10 min walk from the moulin rouge (exciting for me as it was my first visit to Paris). Very close to the bustling Place de Clichy. I'm a young female and I felt completely safe walking to places near the hotel at night time (I was a little worried before as I'd never been to Paris). They also stored luggage free of charge on my last day.

I spent there 2 nights, and I was very happily surprised by the calm of the room (in this noisy area I was not sure...), the high quality if the bed, the very warm welcome at the reception. I appreciated also the coffee & tea available in the room as well as the welcome tea at the reception. For sure I'll recommend this hotel !

Hotel is excellent, clean, well organized, staff are extremely nice and of very good hospitality. Fire Alarm system is working very well, I woke up at midnight due to false fire alarm (some fumes I think) from one room :)

All great, completely new and refurnished. Micro-location pleasant and quite. Only a bed was little small for two. Personnel extremely kind and helpful. Metro is very close, so you can save your power for sight-seeing.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and nice room. Staff is good and helpful. Hotel is close to metro station. Only think that can be mention as not perfect is that room is a bit smaller than expected.

There are two things that it is almost impossible to find in a Paris hotel : space and quiet. But, the Best Western Kapital Hotel Opera has both in bucket-loads. Situated in a quiet, residential street just behind Opera and a 10 minute walk from Montmartre, the hotel is in a great spot to benefit from peace and calm but also all the best things Paris has to offer. We were even able to park our car in the street just below - again, almost unheard of in Paris! The welcome was warm and smiley and the lobby sophisticated. The hotel itself is newly refurbished and the finish is high quality throughout, with the interior design nodding to the Russia of the street name (Rue de Moscou). Our room, 606, was lovely. The best things - a separate wc from the bathroom, a little lounge area away from the bed and high quality Nuxe products...yes, even a little bottle of the brand's famous 'Huile Prodigieuse'! We had breakfast in our room which was delicious, delivered on time and discreetly (as I lounged in bed!) Honestly, can't fault this hotel and I have stayed in some shockers in Paris. Enjoy!

Had a great time at this hotel. The rooms are lovely and clean, and perfect for a short stay. The hotel is just few steps from the underground station “Rome”. Good located if you would like to visit the Opera or the romantic quartier Montmartre. Really nice welcoming by a Rumanian girl. Even if we arrived early we could use immediately our room. Even if we booked a superior category the room was really small: no space where you can put the luggage and really small wardrobe. In two you cannot really move in the room. It was not a big issue for us since we spent most of the time going around. Furthermore I heard that this is a “typical” aspect of the hotels in Paris. Anyway, the room was really silent and we could sleep well. The staff attitude was always different: usually there were friendly people but there was a lady (unfortunately I did not notice the name) who never greeted us. Not a good attitude if you work in the hospitality world.

The hotel is conveniently located, offers tastefully designed rooms with modern equipment (including bathrooms with a great shower) and decent breakfast. The staff was very polite and helpful. Definitely a great choice!

A little bit off the beaten path which for me was great bc I hate the touristy hustle. Very close to 2 metro stations which is perfect. Rooms a bit tight but u should expect that in Paris. Will go again Call directly they said bc u can get better deals than online

From the start of this trip, we had a fantastic stay, the staff were so unbelievably helpful offering us tea and drinks on arrival and our room was made by midday. Then, the rooms was really clean, beautifully decorated and we had a benefit of the nespresso machine. Additionally, the shower / airconditioning worked really well and whatever we needed during the stay it wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend and it is certainly worth the money spent!

Very good service and good quality hotel for the price nice location and quiet close to all famous shops. Service is perfect and rooms very clean. Bed are as well very confortable. Will definitly come back again to this hotel.

The service is perfect and front desk officers are friendly ! New opening but full equipment! The location is very close to metro station and train station. Breakfast is a little bit simple. The front officer are very patience since we booked a king size room but needed to change to double room, they helped us change the bed the day after. Very nice !

This best western hotel is new and I had a great experience. Despite a late check-in I had a warm welcome. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable with free internet access and a large tv screen. The bathroom was big and very well done with a big shower; Finally it is very well located in a quiet street and therefore an ideal place to stay.
