« great hotel, great location »

Hotel is very nice, clean and modern, value for money. Rooms are quite big, very comfortable bed, Staff is very friendly. Hotel is situated not far away from the old town, very close to the big shopping centre. I recommend this hotel for business travellers and tourists,

« Comfortable hotel with fine features »

Stayed at the hotel during a conference that also took place there. Rooms were functional, clean and very well kept. Staff was helful and generally nice - only set back was the lack of language abilities and the following confusion but it was a minor issue. Restaurant actually quite good with 'new' Polish cooking.

    « Nice, friendly, comfortable »

A nice, modern, clean hotel, close to the center (10 min walk). Great breakfast, superb restaurant, big rooms. Very friendly and service-oriented staff. I tested several hotels in Wroclaw, but this is my favorite one!

    « Nice and clean »

Nice and clean hotel. Large rooms. Great breakfast. Though unfortunately badly designed as to necessity of parking a bus for the check in of the group. The staff does not seem to be helpful and accommodating while a bus groups arrives

    « Clean and comfortable »

The breakfast is fabulous! Fresh fruits, cereals, salads, breads, sweets and hot food is more than you need. 15-20 minute walk to the old city center or train station. Very clean and efficient rooms, adequately spacious. Underground parking is convenient. Great friendly and helpful staff.

    « excellent breakfasts »

Rooms are very comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. You will get what are you pay for and even more. Restaurant is very good. Food is fresh made. Breakfasts are brilliant - full of choice, everything what you need.

« Great value for money & excellent staff »

I stayed 10 nights in August 2016, finding it easily meet my needs: clean, comfortable, good location, nice helpful staff, good menu at very reasonable prices. The smart tv meant I could watch programs via YouTube with ease which was great as I don't speak Polish so the tv would have been useless. Wi-Fi in the room was fine for my phone using Facebook etc but not so good for streaming programmes on a tablet.

« Great place to stay and eat !! »

Absolutely amazed by the place. Stayed for 3 nights. New hotel in town city (15 min walk to main square or you can take tram that can you take near city centre in few min time ) close to beautiful shopping centre. Hotel is located next to busy main street- but very quiet so it will not disturb your sleep. Comfy bed and clean and tidy with good shower bathroom. Delicious breakfast and yummy dinner that we had one night in. Chef choices and waiting staff made dinner worth to dine there. Friendly staff at the reception. Defo would recommend this place to stay and enjoy Wroclaw as not that pricy as other hotels in this area.

    « accommodating and a good 4.5 stars »

arrived here as a large group, well overdue for our check in (due to unforeseen roadworks) - at 2330 they hotel staff managed to check in and feed 120+ people with quality food, a glass of wine and minimum fuss! not an easy feat. the rooms were spacious and comfortable - there was a room safe, fridge, air con - that I couldn't manage to get cold enough despite putting it to the lowest temperature, and as a result had a couple of restless nights..... the bathroom was lovely - walk in shower with excellent water pressure. the breakfast was varied with hot and cold dishes, but it was the meals they served our whole group that were really lovely. the hotel was a bit of a walk to the centre, but had a shopping centre approx 500m from the entrance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    « Excellent! »

Just stayed one night here. The room was clean and comfortable. A bit on the small side had we been staying longer. The bathroom is fine. The air conditioner worked well. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Their knowledge of the local area is great. A huge plus is being right on the tram line. The hotel is a little out of the main tourist area so the tram works well. Breakfast was okay. Not exceptional - just what you would expect and perfectly adequate. My only complaint is a nasty smell from the bathroom - perhaps from a drain? With door shut the bedroom was fine. Something the maintenance team could look at. I'd be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

« Everything great except one thing »

Nice, modern, clean hotel with nice staff and good food. I would have given it a grade of 4 or 5 if it wasn't for the fact that the traffic was very loud and noisy in my room. I had to wear earplugs and was afraid of missing my flight because I wouldn't hear the alarm.

    « Good one. »

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking to the city center. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nice staff. We did not try breakfast there. The heater did not work properly, it was tricky to control it. It might have been good to have an additional blanket.

    « OK Business Hotel »

Stayed here on numerous times for business. Hotel is a little walk (20 mins) from the main square and is comfortable and modern. Breakfast is good and the wifi OK, but in some rooms the performance is poor. For a short stay this hotel is more than adequate.

    « Professional »

This was a comfortable hotel near the city centre. There is a tram station opposite the hotel that takes you whenever you want and there are many trams going to the old town (3-4 stops). Otherwise, it is not an interesting area. The room was spacious (standard double room) with comfortable bed and pillows, and spotlessly clean. We had lunch at the restaurant. The staff were polite and they offered us a free appetizer. The food was of really good quality and the prices reasonable. The hotel is environmentally friendly.

    « Modern and busy »

Maybe this sleek, modern hotel suits a younger clientele but it wasn't to our liking. The building presents as a block of tinted glass on a main road. Although there is a large sign about two stories up on the outside, there is nothing at street level to indicate that it is a hotel and we walked straight past it when we came from the station, thinking it was another ubiquitous office block. It was only when we were scratching our heads and thinking that we would never find it that we glanced up and realised that it was our hotel. The ground floor is open plan with a reception/lobby area, a bar area and a restaurant area. On our first night we tried to get a table in the restaurant but it was impossible as it was full with large groups of people. The bar was busy and the television had a crowd around it watching a football match. The combined noise from the bar, the lobby and the restaurant was appalling. However, away from all of this our room on the seventh floor was comfortable and quiet if a little on the small size and we slept well during our three night stay. As in a lot of modern hotels, there was an infuriating lack of proper storage space (not one drawer!) and we had to leave most of our clothes in our suitcases. It seemed as though style had been prioritised over functionality. The hotel is a straight 20 to 25 walk down the main road to the old square and a 15 minute walk to the station. There are no restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. We never ate in the hotel, partly because we thought the dining room was noisy and because we thought breakfast seemed expensive compared to what we paid at our hotels in Krakow and Poznan. However, we got a good deal on our room rate and overall it was good value for money.

    « Very good »

The hotel is great. Very comfortable bed. Noise proof windows which is a plus. Close to Arkadia galeria if you want to do some shopping. But the most amazing is breakfast which I would give 6 stars! The only minus was that when we arrived I wanted to make some tea and when I boiled watter it was brown. Somebody has burned the cattle and nobody bother to replace it....

    « Nice Hotel »

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel Nice clean room and well appointed The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Close to shops and walkable to the old town of Wroclaw, depending on your fitness (15-20 min). Trams stop outside for the less fit ! The food in the restaurant was fantastic , The only complaint was the food took an age to arrive, so we pre ordered the next meal which was delivered promptly on time.

    « Q Hotel - I will be back! »

I stayed at this hotel for one night a couple of weeks ago. this review will be brief, as I arrived late due to the flight times from the UK and I did not eat at the hotel during my stay. I can however confirm that the room was very comfortable and clean, with all the facilities that I expect from a modern hotel - tea and coffee, water, fridge, safe, etc. The location was great too, just a short walk to the market square and restaurants. I am staying here again for 3 nights in June and will give a more comprehensive review, but must finish by saying that there was nothing negative to note during my stay and I am looking forward to returning. I almost forgot to mention, A/C and opening windows!

    « Great Location »

This hotel is a short walk from the train station. Public transportation is located in front of the hotel. Old Town is about a 15 to 20 minute walk or a few minutes by tram. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. This is a non-smoking hotel which was great.

    « Very good hotel »

The hotel was new when i stayed there (03.2015). Facilities were brand new and very high quality, breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The rooms are quiet, unless you open the window in the morning rush hour (the trum can be a bit noisy).

« Nice location, great breakfast »

American tourist do not be turned off by the brand name. Best Western in Europe is not the same as in America. This hotels has the comforts and décor of a Hyatt, Full Bird Marriott, or Hilton hotel in the states. It offer an impressive breakfast buffet, great menu at night or room service if you prefer. Internet was good enough to stream movies. Beer at the bar is reasonable. Its 1/2 block to grocery/liqour store, a huge mall that has a wash and fold service on bottom floor (40euro to wash 2 weeks of clothes). There is a new residential skyscraper down the street that has another mall and high end places to eat. Underground parking is available, the staff would reserve a spot for me every night. The staff was also very friendly. I really like the top floor cardio room, new equipment. 2 treadmills, elliptical, bike, and row machine. While u run the entire city is viewable. The town square with all the bars is about a 25 min walk.

    « Good fitness room »

Hotel is nice and staff very helpful. If you like rowing exercise at 7th floor is gym with good equipment and nice view. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only thing I didn't like was parking. Their garage was full another option was 5 minutes walk (not funny when raining) and paid approximately10 EUR per day. But if I go to Wroclaw I will definitely choose this one.

    « Wroclaw in spring »

Hotel is well located and staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning service is also good. What I liked the most was the fitness room at 7th floor with view on town through big window wall. Breakfast is wast in variety of different food. The negative was parking. Their parking garage was full and another option was in a garage approximately 5 minutes of walk and I had to pay extra for it. Another option was to park on street.

    « High quality stay »

Just stayed 1 night, but found this hotel of a very high standard. The restaurant has 'fine dining' and presents dishes very elegantly. I ordered a breakfast to take away, as I left early - and it was plentiful! Enough to keep me going for lunch as well.

    « Clean »

IT is very new . Very Clean. Perfect hotel to stay for business. This is what you need. The bar and resto as well very decent. Breakfast very good . Big selection of products. Important to stay on high Floors as all ?ów Floors are laud. And This is for sure disadvantage of This place. I woke up at 5am due to traffic. And was sleeping from the quiet side. Almost impossible to call to reception. No one answers.

« Good Value, Good Location »

Best western Q Plus is a new hotel which is clean, good location (10 minutes walk to the center). Everything you would expect from a reasonably priced chain hotel. I also ate here, the menu is fairly limited and the food it fine. I had to leave pre 6:30 am (when breakfast starts) but the hotel did a pack up breakfast.

« Great Place to Gather »

We were traveling as a choir and lived staying at this new and modern hotel. It was an easy walk to the city center and Cathedral Island. The walk will take you past many dwarfs and statutes along with places to stop for coffee or a drink...if needed. We found it a lovely walk each evening from the city center. The hotel staff were inviting and even allowed us to gather as a large group and drink vodka! The rooms are small and the beds low to the ground but overall a very pleasant stay. We loved that the staff came out to the sidewalk and waved as we drove away! Definitely one of our best of cities and hotels.

« New hotel 10 minutes to the city center »

Brand new hotel with all amnieties and conveniance expected. Hotel is located 15 minutes walking distance from city center. In front of the hotel there is tram stop any you can be in 5-8 minutes in city center. But most important is friendly and proffesional service.

« Short weekend stay, nice place with convenient location. Really good restaurant. »

Short weekend stay, nice place with convenient location. Really good restaurant. Very good standard of quiet and clean rooms, as well as facilities avaliable. Short distance by tram or bus right to the hearth of town, also very good conection with motorways system. In general highly recomended.

« Long weekend in Wroclaw »

We arrived late of a Saturday. We were checked in by a friendly receptionist that was very helpful. We found the bar staff quiet unfriendly. On our first night we literally had to ask were they going to serve us at that point 3 bar staff had severed approx 6 people that were there after we went to the bar. This was not a good start. The hotel states that it's 1.7km from the centre. We actually didn't find it this far as the hotel is located a complete straight walk to the centre so it's in a lovely quiet location. THE hotel is very modern rooms are on the small side but have everything that you could need. The room had a safe that was free of charge this really is a bonus. We didn't eat in the hotel as we found food to be quiet expensive compare to locations in the centre. Overall I would return to this hotel as rooms are so modern also have air-conditioning/heating that you can control yourself. This is perfect as most hotel rooms are usually quiet warm.

« Great for Kids - but one tiny change would make it better »

The hotel was a surprising good option for families with children, and the option of interlinking rooms worked for us and our family of 4 young children (6 months, 4, 6 and 8 years). Rooms were modern and bright and to a very high standard and the breakfast option certainly worked for us. 10 minute easy walk to the main train station and 30 minutes (children speed walk) to the Rynek (Main Old Town Square) with Tram Options. Tram 2 is a great option to take a family to the Wroclaw Zoo and Aquarium (Aquarium is very good) - Very good visit in late December to visit the Wroclaw Christmas Market. One minor issue - we keep our kids active throughout the day, but in a hotel room, it would be good if there was one or two children's channels on the TV so Mum and Dad could relax for a few minutes. The TV selection for children (irrespective of language) was non-existent - the addition of one or two TV channels for young children would really be a good idea to help tired parents after a long day out of the hotel!

« Excellent, functional hotel close to the city centre on foot »

This is a great hotel. The room was spacious, cosy, modern and impeccably clean. High speed free wifi in the room (in fact, in the whole hotel). The food was very good, dinner and superb breakfast. My stay could not have been better. The city centre is just a 10-minute nice walk away. I fully recommend it.

    « Great hotel »

We stayed here for 4 nights. The double room we had was spacious, modern and clean. Couldn't fault it. WiFi in the room was excellent plus over the whole hotel. Hotel is 15 mins walk from town centre, with a local shopping mall a few minutes away. Staff on reception were brilliant, spoke Good English. They booked us taxis with a local taxi company called Taxi Daniel, which were great prices and friendly service, especially with Tomek. So thank you Best Western for making our stay effortless and relaxing.

« Nice hotel BUT NO HEAT »

I stay for 3 nights, after the first night with no heat and sleeping in cold, i change the room after huge debates with the staff and .... surprise.. i received a room across the first one .. guess what.. no heat. The problem was that, when you start the heat it's working for a few minutes and then it's giving you cold air . The third night i was lucky because i ask the staff to send somebody ro check heat and, when i return to the room in the evening, it was warm but, after i enter the room and start tv and light, it start to spread cold air so i stopped the sistym to preserve the heat till morning So .... enjoy

« Great hotel for room, service, and location. »

After a long, delayed trip by train, bus, and then train again from Dresden, Germany, it was a real pleasure checking in at the Best Western Plus Q hotel in Wroclaw. The room was spacious, sparkling clean and quiet, and had very comfortable beds and lighting. The breakfast buffet was superb, and customer service at the front desk and restaurant was fantastic. The location was also great-- only a 10 minute walk north to the Rynek (Old Town Square) or east to the main train station or Polski bus depot. The hotel was a great value too.

    « Perfectly Lovely!! »

A relatively new property. Staff was extremely cordial and efficient. Rooms are well maintained and appropriately sized. Had a bit of a problem with the TV but was resolved in a matter of minute.s. There is a restaurant on site that is quite good. I had a bit of a disagreement with kitchen staff about a soup, but it was quickly resolved. Non issue. Breakfast was crazy stupid with selections......and the eggs were awesome. The entire place literally sparkled. Will absolutely return. One note of criticism....this is a non smoking facility...which is fine. As most of these establihsments they make no accomodation for smokers other than "go outside"...outside was pretty sketchy. just a comment.

« Perfect hotel for a few days in Wroclaw »

I spent two nights in this hotel. The room was spacious enough and very clean. Complementary water is available in the room. Big tv. My room was facing the main street, but I was not really bothered by street noise. The hotel is conveniently located on main road, some 15 minutes walk away from the main square. There is a tram stop just in front of the door in case you don't fancy the walk. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's an ATM in the lobby, which can be very useful. I will probably visit Wroclaw regularly on business and I would be more than happy to return to this hotel.

    « Very helpful »

Great modern hotel, near the town centre. Room are well equipped and spotless. The restaurant is very nice. The underground car park is very handy. Also, the reception staff were very helpful with booking taxis, giving directions, printing boarding cards etc. I happily recommend this hotel.

« Good hotel with some improvement needs. »

This is a new hotel, located 15 min walk from Old Town Market Square. Facilities are new and clean. Rooms are a bit small for 4* hotel, but still ok. We've suffered quite a lot of problems with check in, internet and TV, but all of them were solved and compensated by room upgrade and voucher for dinner - very positive attitude. Restaurant is really excellent - breakfasts are one of the best I've ever seen in my life - all vegetables, marinates, selection of meat, cheese, fish, breads, cakes, plenty of fruits incl. raspberries, good coffee etc. Underground parking is small and very tight. Every time I was entering / exiting, I was scratching bottom of my car, even though it's Mercedes C-class, so it's not low suspended sport car.

    « Over the expectations! »

Great hotel. Rooms were nice and clean and trendy. Fitness room opened 24/7 with a nice view. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location just a short walk away from the city centre (15min), close to shopping centre. Trams stop basically in front of the hotel, so easy to access centre with public transport as well. Most suprising was the breakfast, so delicous and extremely various and rich. Have not had such a good breakfast even in 4-5* hotels. Loved it for sure!

« Great hotel, excellent service »

Very nice, modern and clean hotel. Few minutes walk from Sky Tower, and Arkady Galery, not too far from the Old Town. Street car terminal is just in front of the hotel. Even number rooms face the main street Powsta?ców ?l?skich, I am not certain about the street noise, but the view will be definitely much better than the rooms with odd numbers facing some offices.

    « Great stay »

Great stay in this nice hotel. Nice rooms, nice breakfast and close to the office where I had to go so very convenient. Large room, nice TV, good bathroom. Lost of choice for breakfast Cheap price for the quality, I would return there.

    « Nice new hotel »

Stayed at hotel for a family wedding. Nice hotel, 15 min walk to centre. Very modern, good service and nice drinks at the bar. Breakfast was really excellent, as good as i have seen in a long time. The rooms were clean and modern but the air conditioning was broken and it was 38 degrees C! I asked reception to look into fixing this for us but they didn't appear to do anything about this. This was the only disappointment. Would stay again.

    « Fantastic wedding venue! »

Stayed here for one week for family wedding. From beginning to end the service was impeccable; the staff went out their way to ensure the wedding party and all the guests enjoyed the day to the full. The rooms were comfortable and food was of the highest standard. Guests who attended the wedding from various parts of world commented this was one of the best hotels they had stayed in. The location was excellent with easy access to the centre of the city on foot or by tram.

« Nice modern hotel and good value »

A nice modern hotel, situated on the edge of Wroclaw within easy walk of the nice old town (about 20mins walk). Hotel was clean, well equipped with all the normal items you would expect plus free WIFI and Fitness room. The staff were friendly and helpful..
