Best Western Plus Williston Hotel & Suites

This was the best hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. But I have to say that the best part of breakfast was seeing Nasheer. Nasheer is such a pleasant man always smiling and saying good morning to everyone. And always working very hard to keep the food out and the area clean. I booked an extended stay at BW Plus for my work. My kitchenette room was well appointed and spacious. The front desk staff, particularly Xander, have been incredibly helpful. Maintenance and housekeeping have promptly addressed any concerns I have to make sure I'm comfortable. The location gives you nearby options for shopping and dining. A hearty breakfast is included in the rate. There is an evening social on weekdays that provides beer, good food and company, I just wish that wine was also a part of the offerings. All in all, an outstanding place to stay!

Hotel is decent. Totally disappointed with Best Western Corporate. Mistakenly had 2 reservations for the same night, probably due to many changes during the bad artic cold they had in the first part of January. They refused to refund the second reservation because it was my mistake and wasn't caught ahead of time. I even asked them to just move to my next trip 2 weeks later. Sorry NO REFUND OR MOVING even though you are an "Elite Member", guess we know "Elite Members" have little to no perks LOL!! After a number of stays at this hotel, we like it for the ease of getting to the field in the mornings, restaurants, and walmart (a necessary evil for supplies). Well the joke is on them. We are working in Williston area, contracted thru Aug 2024, every other week. We travel in pairs and I am to be on all trips as the field leader. Guess where 2 of us will not be staying every trip. The 4 Points Sheraton is only a bit further away, I can't walk to wally world to get supplies but still reasonable and slightly cheaper (watch the hole below the entrance door if you stay at 4 points though).

Clean rooms, pool and fitness room open 24 hr as it should be. Great Job people! Quite and clean rooms and just a hop away from shopping and Doc Holidays. No paper as stated, but where is a daily paper these days....

Great staff and service. Always clean and never disappoints. The breakfast is very well prepared with a good selection. Hotel is across the street from Walmart so shopping is a breeze. Huge elevators and hallways are wide with lots of room.

Hotel was clean and staff was very welcoming.. Room was clean. Breakfast could of had more options and be warmer. I will definitely stay there again if passing through Williston. The hotel was well situated in the city.

Brenda (Manager) is a liar. Neither the hot tub or the swimming pool were operable. They have both been neglected BADLY. The hot tub had algae in it and the pool heater was on the fritz. Prior to our stay here, I was hoodwinked over the phone to prepay for my room. I tried to get a refund and go elsewhere to find another hotel but Brenda (the manager that lies right to your face) would not give me a refund. Supposedly she's going to give me a partial refund in lieu of no pool or hot tub. I signed up for a pool and a hot tub not a discount for lies. Bad experience.

Firstly, Williston is not a tourist destination at all. We were passing through which is what most people do here, I'd imagine, unless it's work related (oil). Having said that, this BW seems to be the best of them. It's across the road from a huge Walmart. The nearest diner (Doc Hollidays) looked decent but was closed when we were there. Rooms were fine if a bit dark. There was a good clean laundry on site. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very average but there are facilities there to knock up what you want. And of course, there's a McD's round the corner.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable stay. Nice breakfast and snack time at night. I checked all around town when I made my reservation to make sure they had a pool. I always call the day before check in to confirm our reservations with hotels, no mention of pool closure. Was disappointed pool was closed and expressed why I was upset. I was told it was being worked on and would be ready that night or in morning. this was important part of our stay to have our grandson with us and enjoy the pool . Checked several times and Never saw anyone working on during our stay. Wish staff would of been honest with me and had been told it would not be working so I could of canceled and tried to find another hotel. . If pool doesn't matter to you, I would say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in.during our travels.

Swimming pool was on the cool side but the hot tub was wonderful! Breakfast was great...French toast in addition to biscuits & gravy & waffles. Staff were friendly all the way around. And, the hallways smelled clean & the carpet was decent!

Greeted by friendly staff with a guest gift bag with water and snacks. They also had some left over spaghetti from dinner that they offered us which was a welcome treat after a long day of working/flying.

This is my 4th week in a row spending a night here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You walk in and there's a complimentary beer. They make a meal every night and of course the continental breakfast, not your usual breakfast, very good and filling. All part of the room cost. The rooms are very clean and modern. Hot tub is a little hot though. Stay here!

We were in town for a family gathering. We chose this hotel because it's location on the highway and very close to shopping. The hotel is clean and well managed. The staff is very friendly and works hard to make your stay enjoyable. Every request was taken care of immediately.

Very nice motel except for the lack of water pressure for the shower. My wife and daughter could barely rinse their hair. The beds and pillows really need a upgrade. We didn't get a very good nights sleep.

My children, grandchildren and I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! Brenda, GM was so sweet and made us feel so welcomed! Amad in Food Service had everything so nice and clean. The breakfast had so many varieties to choose from. The breakfast was excellent! Will stay here again!

It was everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and it was clean comfortable and quiet. The pool was clean and ready as well as the fitness room. I watched the Astros win the World Series and I preached a two weekend seminar.

For the first time on this trip following Lewis and Clark up the Missouri we found a hotel that had no negatives whatsoever. Booking online with Best Western was easy, and they offered a AAA discount. On arrival we were welcomed, offered fresh cookies, and sent right to our room. Location was fine—no great restaurants nearby, but good enough. The bed was very comfortable, the shower excellent, and there was a wide selection at breakfast. This is an excellent hotel and great value for money. Would use again if ever in this area again.

Stayed one night as a family of 5 adults. Modern hotel with nice pool area and hot tub. Our room was spacious and included an extra sink outside the bathroom, which made getting ready in the morning less of a hassle. Less waiting time. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of hot foods (bacon, eggs, sausage, waffles, French toast, biscuits and gravy) and beverages (juice, milk, etc.). We highly recommend this hotel!

Was extremely satisfied with our stay here. The staff are very caring and polite. The rooms are so clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend staying here. Mon thru Thurs they offer a free supper which is incredible

"heated" pool was ice cold! Received chemical burns from hot tub. No opening windows for fresh air, fan in bathroom didn't work, Shower rod ready to fall down. Metal bars sticking out from sides of bed frame were a trip hazard not to mention a hazard of tearing skin. Breakfast was lukewarm at best. No one ever around front desk to make complaints. Staff at check out when told of our complaints just stood there staring at us , did not apologize or comment,. Stairwells had very dim lighting, and pipes in stairwell for sprinkler system were covered in dust.

The hotel is clean and breakfast is good. The laundry facilities sucked, no washers worked. Also there was never anyone at the front desk. I stayed here for 2 nights before I got into my Airbnb. On the morning of checkout, I called front desk for late checkout. The lady said yes until 12 would be fine. THEY FREAKING CHARGED ME ANOTHER NIGHT!?!? I called and talked to Victoria and she had to get the GM's approval to change anything. It's been two days and nobody can tell me anything. This trip was actually a personal trip for a family emergency. However I come to Williston often for work, my employees and myself will never stay here again.

Go for the king suite. Our room was large, modern, and very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a long days drive. We walked over to a nearby restaurant for dinner which was handy after being in the car all day. Breakfast was the usual stuff.

This is a pleasure to write. While traveling across country on motorcycles we accidentally stopped into a Harley dealership on a Sunday that looked closed. Needed to find a room for the night and pulled around back to turnaround. Low and behold they were having a riders class. We walked in and checked it out. They were actually closed but were so nice to us as we were traveling. Gave us recommendations on lodging and restaurants. We took the advice from the locals and so glad we did. Here's the great story, call Best Western Plus and spoke with Jazmine about a room for 3 for the night. She had 2 queens and a rollaway available. The price she quoted didn't match the website on google but was still a good deal and we booked it. Checked in within 15 minutes and Jazmine was amazing. She is the benchmark for how quest relationship should be. Pleasant, accommodating and just an all around good person. Hey Best Western, do what you need to do to keep and promote this lady! And, this hotel is super nice, clean, modern with no complaints. Thanks to Black Magic Harley for the tip and to Jazmine for the excellent service.

Such friendly staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff in the hall way. Very modern, all appliances worked well, the free Wi-Fi was great. Quiet air conditioning and no road noise. We knew we would get their free hot breakfast, but the free light evening meal was an added bonus. Right across the street from Walmart for shopping.

We stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas. Excellent complimentary Breakfast by Williston standards. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and Fridge & microwave were well sized. They had treats around 5 Mon-Thu that were simple like tacos or chili but were tasty. Pet friendly too, with Pet rooms on 2nd floor only.

This was a great place to stay for myself and my crews. The staff is/was great. Kayla Brittany and Brenda did everything they possibly could to make our stay a pleasant experience. We stayed through the Christmas and New Year Holiday and they made sure we got Christmas Dinner going above and beyond for sure!!!

To whom this may concern I recently purchased a room at the best western plus in Williston north Dakota to rest from my travel .it is not the first time I have stayed at this location but unfortunately it will be the last time I have never been more grossed at a best western hotel EVER.I have always held best western hotels to a higher standard of service and sanitation of there rooms at this location . 1) hair on bed 2) paper trash in and on furniture 3) dirty carpet 4) stained floor in shower I was so upset and tired I left the hotel and went to another after thorough examination of the room

Great location, the room was nice, large, included a 3 burner cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, clean, good water pressure and plenty of hotwater, lots of breakfast options, coffee is great, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, pet friendly without pet odors in the room. We will stay there again

The hotel was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The only problem we had was the air conditioner didn't work really well and was noisy. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Everything was well kept and clean from the exterior to the lobby to our room. Room was calming and welcoming. There was an issue with the lock on the door for our room and housekeeping tried to assist us since they were right there, but it wouldn't work for them either. They directed me to the front desk who promptly changed our room. Definitely staying here again when I'm in the area.

Outstanding staff and management! Very helpful, friendly, efficient and hard working employees! Housekeeping was great and very friendly. Very comfy beds. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms with nice TV channel selection. Hotel grounds and lobby are very well kept. Warm cookies in the afternoons in lobby. Free taco Tuesday and also food on Thursdays. Great hot and cold breakfast. Very short walking distance to Walmart. I can't say enough about this place. Last, but not least, my key worked every time!

Nice big room , internet worked fine , no problems Best Western stay - Breakfast was the best we've had since "the bug" came into being! Everything was individually wrapped inside the heater bins - Great selection , tasty breakfast!

We enjoy Best Western hotels, we feel we get great value for what we are spending. The hotel in Williston, ND is clean, the staff is helpful, and they have one of the better breakfasts around. We will be back.

I usually never write a review on hotels, but with what is going on in this country right now I just wanted to say that this hotel really knows how to be there for their customers. Their prices were a little high for my budget at 1st but they did what they could to work with me. They had a nice hot breakfast, pool was open I didn't use it but I liked having that option, and the room and well everywhere really was very clean! There was someone constantly cleaning and trying keep us safe cause of this corona stuff. I appreciated all of it so much. The staff was very friendly and the front desk girl was very funny and kind. I will be staying next time I come to see family.

Good location on Williston north side, quiet, wifi network 72 Mbps solid, washer & drier $2 ea, many area restaurants, gasoline, Wal-Mart across the street, HVAC works good, decent hot bkfst, 24 hour coffee, good bed & furniture. Everything worked good. My only gripe was the low light level 40 watt equivalent bulbs.

I have now stayed in 3 hotels in the town. This place has been the cheapest. The room is nice and clean. They had a dinner available and included breakfast. You couldn't ask for more. Plus it's located next door to Walmart. Room has fridge and microwave.

Do not come here if you like clean clothes, laundry room continues to have broken machines, general maintenance and general manager was notified several times of the situation and continue to neglect the maintenance aspect of the hotel. Water temperature is barely hot because of conservative issues at the hot water tank. Very basic TV options that you would not normally watch at your house. To save money hotel opted to go with Direct TV satellite with nothing worth watching, when asked at the counter of the decision of swapping, I was told cutting back. Very disappointed in this hotel. And don't get me started on the filthy condition the pool water stays in. Overall it's an overpriced situation with bare minimum standards.

We called to ask specifically if the hot tub was working and were told yes. When we arrived we were told it was not working. Pool was ICE cold and pool area walls were covered in black mold. Rooms are nice and breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay very much the breakfast was amazing the most options I've ever seen at a hotel You won't go hungry That's for sure. The only thing that would deduct points for me was The hot tub and pool were basic but that's OK the thing about it was the hot tub was very hot which was amazing but it had just a little bit of a funky smell to it. So if they were to drain it clean it up a little bit sanitize it I don't think there will be any more issues. The beds were nice but they were a little hard for my taste but if you like hard mattresses this is the bed for you. But over all this was a very nice hotel and we would be more than happy to stay here again.

Recently spent several days at the Best Western Plus in Williston ND. Hotel was well kept and clean. Many of these business hotels have breakfast included as did this one. This particular hotel has a kitchen manager (Shannon) that truly made you feel like you mattered. Her hospitality gave reason to remember my stay and this hotel. Thank you.

So it's a newer hotel, nothing wrong with the room besides the shower curtain not fully closing on the side closest to taps. Breakfast was alright. It's next door to the busy WalMart.The other major issue was the pool and hot tub. When the kids and I got in the pool area, it smelled gross. Then we learned the pool was like 100 degrees F. The hot tub you couldn't even put your feet in it was so hot. Kids went in the pool for a few mins but took them out because I felt like it was probably unbalanced and too hot. Ended up telling the front desk and they just said “oh, the maintenance man has been sick for awhile”. Note the pics and how green the water looked.

Another good experience with Best Western Plus hotels. This one appears to be fairly new, and it is quite clean and well served by its staff. If you are following your AAA Tour Book for directions, it really is NOT across the street from the Walmart. We were looking across the street in FRONT of the Walmart and this hotel is actually across the street at the right END of the Walmart. Hope that helps.

We had to change from a one story "suites" hotel that smelled like smoke and was musty. Best Western was friendly and put us in an attractive room upstairs that was fresh and clean at slightly higher rate.

Had a little issue at check in. There is a female employee at the check desk before 3 pm on 9/11 who has a bad attitude. We came back after having lunch at Lonnie's restaurant next door and she was gone. Room was very nice. Breakfast was nice as well. Bacon sausage scrambled eggs omelet biscuit and gravy yogurt etc. And then the piece de resistance. Cinnamon rolls. We stayed five days. Shelly in the kitchen was outstanding. She was off Saturday and breakfast was not so good. No cinnamon rolls no bacon. Only instant oatmeal. About half the choices as when Shelly was working. Nice hot tub and indoor pool 24 hour availability. They also have dinner M to Th. We did not try it as we were visiting family. There is also a grill available for use. All in all I would stay there again

It is a nice place, but no restaurants close by. So if you are on a bike after riding 6-8hrs I advise to eat before you get here and check in. We checked in about 2100hrs and to tired to get on the bike to eat. WallyWorld is next door so it had to do. The breakfast was alright, room was nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I booked a King room on BestWestern.com. The pictures on the King room I viewed, clearly showed a bath tub, so I made a reservation. When I got there, Shannon, the front desk clerk gave me a room with a roll in shower! Unbelievable! When I went back to the front desk to get the room I erserved, first she told me, "we don't have bathtubs". When I told her I had stayed there many times before and ALWAYS get a bathtub, she changed her answer to, "did you put that in your request?" Seriously? I didn't put I want a TV and a King bed in my request, but got what I reserved. Why should I have to list everything BW offers in the room selection? Unbelievable! I was "blessed" again when I had to deal with her AGAIN at checkout! More fun dealing with, "I have an answer for everything Shannon!"

Hotel is new and well maintained. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was well prepared and is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. If the cinnamon rolls are available, don't miss them. I have no hesitation is in recommending this hotel.

The room was well set up with 2 queen beds, refrigerator, stove top, microwave, coffee pot, not only was a sink in the bathroom but a sink & mirror outside plus a sink at kitchenette area. The only problem I had was with housekeeping not coming in enough (but I didn't complain about it & probably should have). I would definitely stay again!

walking distance to airport very comfortable lobby with many options to meet and greet people nice laundry room on first floor. breakfast was very good and ample places to eat staff was friendly and they had cookies 111 no issues with anything we actually came back a few days later for another stay

On check in the room we were put in had AC problems. We asked to be upgraded and after checking out another room we found it had very squeaky beds and the AC did not work there as well as the coffee pot was missing the correct parts.. On to the 3rd room. The beds were quiet and the AC worked. We also found that refrigerators did not work and neither did the phone. We were also quoted a price of $98 per night and was charged $112. It is too bad that this property has issues as it is nice at first glance.

very nice hotel and staff near all types of businesses and walking distance to the local airport about 2 blocks very happy and will stay again when visiting this area. they also have a very nice breakfast with many choices.

Our second stay here was quite different from our first 6 years ago. We asked for a second room after the first looked liked it had been visited or not finished off by housekeeping. 8:30 breakfast had no milk, no cereal, no yogurt, until someone went to buy some milk which also provided cereal. Still no yogurt so the choice was powdered scrambled eggs which were yucky or waffles which we did not eat after those bad eggs. Bacon was good but the biscuits were barely warm. Don't know what is going on. The room was comfortable though.

First, this hotel is convenient to US 2, the main highway through town. Lonnie's restaurant is about a 5-minute walk away, and should be experienced to be believed. The hot breakfast was both extensive in its choices and fine in its quality. The front desk staff were both friendly and helpful. If you must visit Williston, this is a fine place to stay.

This is a terrible place to stay. Unfortunately my company forced me to stay here because of a special rate they received for an extended stay. After the 3rd day I inquired why my room hadn't been cleaned. I was told that because I was on night shift and I slept from 7 am to 3 pm that my room wouldn't be cleaned. 6 weeks in a room that isn't cleaned. I was told if I get up early and let them know by 2 pm that they will clean the room. I cut my sleep by 2 hours a couple of times so that I could get fresh sheets, but they didn't change them. Just tucked them back in. I have to go downstairs and collect clean towels for myself. When i mentioned this to the manager, she seemed completely unimpressed and just mentioned that their workers weren't scheduled to work past 4 pm. She also gave me plenty of attitude. The ladies that do clean the rooms yell at each other down the hallways and play music on their carts right next to my please do not disturb sign, waking me up almost daily. I wish there was an audio recording option on Trip advisor to help describe how loud they truly are. The gym equipment was so dirty that a coworker of mine brought in his own cleaning supplies to wash the equipment. I tried to get my company to put me back in the Ramada (excellent) up the road, but times are tight, so I was forced to suffer through it. i wish there was a zero rating.

New, sparkling clean and beautiful hotel. Across the street from Walmart. The pool has a hot tub but no slide. Breakfast was great with the selection of hot and cold items. 24 hours coffee on the main floor.

Staff was very welcoming n friendly, my original trip was for only one night, but my boys was so comfortable we stayed another night. Once a month my boys n I would travel all over north Dakota just to get them away from the xbox. And this was the 1st day ask to stay another night. We will be back!!! Was there during the polar freeze and must say that the staff and this hotel was GREAT! This is in a very good location and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of will and would recommend anyone to stay here!

We arrived in the evening from Saskatchewan. This was a great nicely decorated hotel. It was easy to find, and close to amenities. Walmart was close by as well as restaurants. Breakfast was a wonderful treat too!

Great hot breakfast. Super fast check in. Room was nice and clean. The pool area was warm. Easy to find the hotel. It was a team trip and they accommodated our groups' requests very willingly. The smell of breakfast in the morning was awesome!!!

The staff is absolutely incredible! We have had employees from our company stay and they always say great things about the hotel. Margarie is an all star employee! Each and every time I call with questions regarding receipts she is always happy and ready to help. She definitely makes the process go by smooth and is quick to respond! My room was immaculate the bedding was perfect. My favorite part was the shower. Every detail of my room was gone over every day by the cleaning staff. The politeness was genuine of the staff and helpful in all details.

I am currently staying here with my company as we are working in Williston. I have to say the staff here are awesome. Everyone is friendly and willing to help in any way possible to make it feel more like home. With that being said Tea and Stephanie are the ones taking care of my room. These ladies rock, they are amazing at there job and do the little things that make the stay away from home better. They definitely go above and beyond. Thank you Tea and Stephanie for the hard work you do.

We stayed for one night to get away for our 39th wedding anniversary. It was the best stay there yet. The hot tub worked, the internet worked almost all of the staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the food was hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel the price was right. It was quiet and just across from Walmart. There is a diner just down the road from the hotel within walking distance.

What an amazing hotel! The staff is very friendly and constantly going. I must have seen the mop the floors (which was needed with all the snow) dozens of times. The rooms with beautiful and spotless. I will definitely be back.

We spent one night in Williston on our way from Wisconsin to Montana. We pulled into the Best Western Plus after a long day on the road. Kelcie at the front desk checked us in quickly and efficiently , then gave us a great recommendation for dinner: Doc Holliday's place a few blocks away (walking distance, a great choice after many hours in the car!). When we returned she had fresh cookies at the desk, just right for dessert. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. A great place to stay, great service, and a great value!

Tonya and Jennifer were soooo Awesome. This hotel is great. Totally loved my stay. Very nice place even for just a getaway. The beds are super cozy and clean!!!!!!! I will be back. This is the only place to stay in Williston

if you stay here dont plan on using pool or spa. if some one breaks the rules instead of taking care of the few they will lock everyone out. they should have told the ones breaking the rules to get out so others could use there nice facilites

Clean room,comfortable beds. Quiet. close to eateries across a Walmart parking lot. Breakfast adequate. staff friendly. Not a pretty location but just what we needed for one night. Would recommend for short stay.

Location: A bit off the beaten track. Within easy driving to restaurants and shopping. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Provided rewards gift bag, cookies and cheese nachos in breakfast area upon checking in. Property: New Elevators: Two elevators for four floors. Quick service. Room: We got a disabled room for no known reason. It was celan and large. The A/C unit was well positioned and quiet. Good mattress. Breakfast: The breakfast was very well stocked. Sausage+bacon, Greek, lite and regular yogurt, six types of flavored creamers, etc. Large room, plenty of seating. Fitness/pool: Open 24 hours a day. Fitness room had one of each type of equipment. It was cramped. Equipment needs to be staggered. Free weights plus universal machine. Hard rubberized floor, but need mats.

Great place to stay. I stay there frequently, probably 25-30 nights per year, while I travel for business. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is always good. I would recommend to anyone.

First of all I'm glad I doubled checked my reservations. They didn't have it anymore and when I gave them my confirmation number it was under someone else. This stay was for 14 year old state baseball and two other teams were staying there so three teams of 14 year old boys. We were not aloud to use the lobby on a Friday night at 7:00/7:30 for a team pot luck. We had to do it in the parking lot opening the backend of a suburban to set the food out. The “24 hour pool” was closed on a Friday night by 8:00 because of noise level the day before because of another team. The manager was very rude to us parents when we would ask about these situations. I think her name was Jennifer. Our whole team checked out of the hotel to love to a different one for the rest of the state tournament.

The hotel is nice. Your night auditor Denise is wonderful. However you do have an employee by the name of Desiree who can never be found on the front desk. Either outside smoking or on the couch on her cell phone. I would give this hotel 4 stars but because of this employee will only give 1 star

Our room was clean and newer and large. Bathroom was good size and clean with not very good water pressure.Plenty of plug ins too. Breakfast room was nice size with plenty of seats, but the food should have been cooked a little more. The sausage was not done at all. Wifi was good. The pool and hot tub are clean .

The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. The room also seemed larger than the typical hotel room which was nice. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, but for my tastes, it was not as tasty as some other places.

This is by far the Nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at!! The staff went over and beyond at all times. Not only did they have a complementary breakfast but they had a Taco Bar in the evening. Highly Recommend this hotel!!

Williston, in the Winter is extreemly cold, it is a quaint town with very friendly people. During our stay we got to know the locals very well. We stayed at the Best Western Plus .5 miles from the airport across from Walmart. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. If you visit enjoy your stay!

We stayed here one night. Hotel and staff are very good. Location is easy to find and handy for shopping. The staff were very pleasant and profession. Breakfast was very good and the area was clean, which we appreciated very much. This is one of the nicest BW Hotels we have stayed in.

This Bestwestern was actually a surprise to me to find such a great place in such a harsh environment and I would recommend it to anyone going to or through Williston ND! I don't know what else to say so have a great day!

This hotel pleasantly surprised us. They gave us a senior discount upon request. Our room was very clean and spacious with a nice lay out...great amenities! Not only did we receive a free HOT breakfast, but they also served delicious suppers both nights of our stay, all included...not to mention free cookies whenever!!! The staff was very friendly and always busy doing something...ie: cleaning or greeting us. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely book at this hotel again.

This is our "go to" hotel whenever we are in Williston. We have never been disappointed. Its a great hotel close to shopping and eating. Staff is great and the facility is spotless. There is also plenty of parking.

I'm always impressed when I check in here, they always have a friendly face and warm cookies on the plate. Rare commodity these days. From the lady cooking breakfast to the maintenance man, everyone asked if they could help with anything. I had kind of snafued my reservation and they didn't bat an eye and fixed me up immediately. I recommend this Best Western to anyone looking for a very clean, well operated establishment, where the do everything in their power to make you feel that you're at home, rather than far away from home.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Freshly baked cookies and a friendly girl greeted us st check in. Comfy bed, clean room and a super breakfast to get us started on our day. A clean pool to refresh us after a long day of driving. Highly recommended.

This was the most awesome stay we have had at any of the Best Western Plus . All of the staff we came in contact with were smiling and friendly and would talk to us. The breakfast had so many hot and cold choices it was just awesome. This place also know how to look after their staff they are doing such an awesome job we cant wait to stay here again.

We traveled to Williston to visit a college student. The stay was in winter and was close to the airport and the college which made everything accesible especially in bad weather. Hotel was very accommodating and served breakfast everyday as well as dinner three nights a week!!

First time at this Best Western and not disappointed in anyway. Very comfortable and clean and if you are in Williston ND for shopping, we live in Montana, the Walmart's is across the street and places to eat are close by. We had a great experience.

Awesome! Everything was good and everyone did whatever they could to make our stay as nice as possible. The breakfast was spectacular and they truly care about the guests. It has easy access to the main road.

This was the best part of my vacation/trip other than watching my son in law and daughter getting married. The food was exceptional and the staff was great all my needs and wants were full filled. The pool was exceptional and the fitness room was great.

We were working for a week in Williston, ND and we stayed at the Best Western. The Best Western appealed to us because of the Best Western brand and it had a kitchenette. We eat out so much it's nice to be able to cook a quick meal. Unfortunately this was not a very well stocked kitchenette, it had 2 pots and 1 frying pan A plastic cooking spoon, 2 of the basic silverware and dishes. No dish soap but they did have a dish washer but no sponge to wash your stuff out with before you put it in the dishwasher. No paper towels, hot matts. But the room was clean and everyone was super nice. We would definitely come back and stay next time were in Williston but just not try and cook.

I spent a very pleasant night at the Best Western Plus. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to the airport, and the person who checked me in made sure to tell me where the nearest restaurants were. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was fine. It would have been nice to have some real oatmeal along with the instant stuff. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this property expecting a nice breakfast in the morning. We were offered an evening meal (chicken pot pie) and extras. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintains. The hotel was quiet but still busy. Overall, this is the best value in the Williston Basin area.

This is a great hotel to stay at. The person at check-in was awesome. We were exhausted from a long day of travel. She picked up on it; showed us where to park and even took me to my room to make sure it was adequate.

The 1st thing that stood out above the rest of the places I have been staying was the people working there. Gina the sales professional was very friendly and helpful when I stopped by to look at changing from the hotel I was staying in. She showed me the room and explained the services they had to offer in a way you could tell she enjoyed what she was doing. Also Cheyenne and Tabitha the two young ladies that worked at the front desk were always friendly and very helpful when I had issues getting some clothes washed. They also have breakfast and dinner if your work schedule allows you to get there, I missed most meals, but the ones I was able to make were very good! The rooms were nice, up-to-date and clean, the housekeepers did a very good job and always left notes which I thought was a nice personal touch. All in all, everyone that I came into contact with at this hotel was very nice and friendly and the rooms and facilities were great too, making this place in my books a definite stop for me anytime I'm in Williston. I went to Williston ND to talk to a couple companies about using our services. Checked into the Best Western for a couple nights stay. I went up to the room and OMG it was unbelievably large, clean and comfortable!! I got up the next morning to eat their FREE breakfast and I swear it was the very best breakfast I have ever gotten for FREE from ANY motel. Big Variety of great food. My meetings went great for both days I was there and I give credit to the Best Western for making it so comfortable and accommodating for my entire stay. They knew the area and referred restaurants and even called a taxi for me because I told them I may have a few drinks. Thank You BEWST WESTERN for making my trip successful!!!!!

If your path should have to cross with Williston, North Dakota then this would be a good place for you to stay. It has everything you would expect from a Best Western, and then some.What more can I say?

Very nice clean hotel, room was very nice we were upgraded to a suite at check in as there was vacant rooms, hotel has nice amenities pool jacuzzi etc. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good big selection food service lady was very professional and friendly they also have supper some nights and if there isn't certain nights there is at least a snack. Overall very nice stay would go back again!

Housekeeping knocked once and tried walking in at 8am but we had the door blocked. Good thing. Only one ice maker on the first floor of a 4 floor hotel. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was slightly below average. They ran out of forks. Eggs where over cooked.

For the price and the quality of stay I'm going to give the Best Western Plus a 5! It is a fairly good sized hotel, the lobby is nice and our room was very nice and modern. The breakfast was as expected and check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this hotel is you are staying in Williston.

One of the better hotel breakfasts I've had at this level of hotel. Clean and quiet. Updated decor. Overall very nice. Close to restaurants. A couple within walking distance. A restaurant in the lobby would be handy. Lots of parking.

We arrived in the evening after a long drive from Saskatchewan, and the lovely young woman at the front desk greeted us like we were family. She offered her assistance throughout the evening as we passed through the lobby and helped ourselves to a coffee from the breakfast bar. I wish we had asked her name so I could share it here --we enjoyed our stay in the hotel for a number of reasons, but she is the top of the list! The location is great, right across the road from Walmart, and the rooms are comfy and clean. We will return on our next trip to the US.

I have everything great to say! From the staff, to the food to the 24/7 fitness, pool and hot tub! I have never stayed at such a comforting hotel. I will only stay at B/W from now on! Hotel was excellent and we would stay again. Right now there is alot of road construction but employees were able to give us best directions to get to hotel and also best route to continue on our trip.Breakfast was good. They also have evening food complimentary but we came in after 8PM when it ends. Staff is very friendly.

We were on a motorcycle trip and on the way back from Glacier NP and selected this hotel for a night's stay. Looks like a relatively new structure so everything looked nice. Room was good size and clean. Breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast. Room rate with AAA or HOG discount was very reasonable. Located near a Walmart (for beer) and walking distance from a restaurant.

This was a very nice hotel that I would stay at again. Access to and from the freeway was a challenge due to road construction.. I feel there should be more people working the evening shift for such a large hotel. There are only two and one left due to illness which left only one to handle the front desk and guest requests from their rooms the night I stayed.

The staff there was rude and inconsiderate. I got in the room and the bathroom was falling apart. Handicap Handel on wall was falling off and shower bar was going down. Then they blamed me for all of it. Because there staff did not check the room before anyone came in. The next day I reported it and still they blame me for it and charged me extra for damages. So if you think you are going to stay there I would not.

We had a great stay at hotel and will stay again if passing through. Breakfast was good, though clearer markers for brewed and instant coffee would be appreciated. The staff was excellent, courtesy and in appropriate business attire. Location was great, close to gas, restaurants and groceries

Very nice hotel. Extended breakfast. The staff is exceptional. 1st floor has no carpet in hallways and this makes for very loud noises from shutting doors especially from pool area. 200 characters is an awful lot when reviewing a hotel.

I had the opportunity to spend the night here last night and WOW am I glad that I did so. I was stunned to find out that the hotel provided the the guests a dinner also. The staff was great and I talked to several ladies at the front desk, Gina Carpenter who is the director of sales, and I was even able to speak with Terra Corscadden the General Manager who was diligently working in the food service area. The hot tub was hot and amazing and boy did I need it after a long 16 hour day of driving and working. I have been coming up to Williston for 4 years to work and I have tried many different hotels. I can guarantee you that as long as The Best Western Plus Williston continues to give me a competitive rate I will never stay anywhere else. These people know how to operate a hotel, the staff is amazing, the food was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was perfect. Good job all and I will introduce myself next time I am in Williston.

Hotel was great. None of the family had any complaints. Breakfast had many choices and a cook on site. Beds were comfortable and clean. Pool area was always stocked with towels , which was great since we spent both nights there. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice property on the road from Chicago to Seattle! We were traveling to visit National Park Service sites along the northern tier of states, so US Highway 2 was our choice route. This hotel is ideally located near Fort Union NHS on the North Dakota-Montana border. The rooms are excellent and the people are very helpful!!!

These people were wonderful the moment I called for reservations: very caring had cookies ready for afternoon tea. The place was immaculet, couldn't have found a dust bunny if I tried. They were cleaning when we got there and was still cleaning when we got up in the morning. Everyone knew their jobs and did it well. I heard no bickering, everyone was pleasant to one another. They had 3 nites that they fix a little supper for you, too with great pleasure. It was quiet too. I told them I would give them a excellent review and here it is!!

This hotel takes great care of me when i come to Willliston, plus they give me a decent rate where the other hotels would not even begin to deal with me!! The rooms are very nice, the breakfast choices are plentiful, plus the pool and weight room are first class.

We got in very late, after 3 in the morning, but the front desk clerk was very accommodating, and our room was very modern, clean, and welcoming. Lots of parking, nice pool and work out area, close to shopping and restaurants, we'd definitely stay here again. A nice breakfast every morning, and during the week at evening time, there was a nice dinner served free to everyone; taco night Tuesday, etc., simple fare each evening, but I thought it was very thoughtful, and a sign of the hotel's appreciation towards their guests.

Excellent service and great location! The hotel staff here is amazing. They do everything possible to make sure your stay is comfortable. Tabatha at the front desk was so helpful. Hayline made sure our room was spotless every day and even did the dishes!

The staff was so helpful and personable to make things like home. Breakfast and a nice light meal at night really made things comfortable and more like home when stuck working away from my home state for extended periods of time. I was only going to stay a night, but I opted to stay for three.

Just recently returned from a baseball weekend in Williston and had a great stay at the Best Western Plus. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and they had an excellent hot breakfast with waffles, pancakes, hot sausages & ham, scrambled eggs, yogurt and so much more. The kids loved the 24hr pool & hot tub. We had an issue with checkout and when Gena Carpenter, Sales Director, found out she immediately came down to the hotel on her day off to resolve the issue. After resolving the issue she delivered the proper paperwork to us at the baseball diamonds. I also received a follow up phone call from Manager Kory Shields to ensure customer satisfaction. It's great to see people working in a large chain hotel take the time to ensure that we were satisfied with our stay. Thanks again Gena & Kory, we will definately return to this hotel.

This hotel was very easy to find and they let me park my Harley Davidson under the canopy so we sleep a great sleep that night. The king size bed was really comfortable and the room was on the large size and very clean .

Best Western in Willison is a great place to stay! It is a fairly new hotel and much better than other places in town! The price is very reasonable and the location is perfect. I have stayed at several places in town in the past but once I stayed at the Best Western for the first time I have stayed there ever since! Clean rooms and comfortable bed! Can't go wrong with this place!

We came here for two nights due to a family funeral. They went out of their way to take care of our large number of room bookings. The complimentary dinners Mon through Wed were a sweet surprise. It took so much stress off of us during our time of grief. They were amazing. The staff was friendly and would stop to chat with us and make sure we were doing ok. We felt at home here. I own my own cleaning business. So I'm picky when it comes to clean hotels. This one was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. My only problem I could see as a picky cleaning business owner was the mirrors and windows had some dust and a few streaks at times. Other wise the rooms, pool, lobby and every where else were clean and fresh. Thank you for Taking care of us so well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Williston area.

The people went out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. Was pleased that Monday-Wednesday you get a free supper as well as breakfast. the entire place was spotless and very comfortalble..

I stayed here over a weekend on a recent business trip. The hotel staff were very friendly. The shower in my room had no place to put soap or shampoo bottles. There was soap stuck to the wall from a previous guest. The shower liner smelled horrible. The night stands next to the bed would not stay closed and when you get out of bed your leg could catch the corner of them like mine did. The outside of the hotel had trash around the building but they did have it well lite up at night with a lot of parking. I did eat at Doc Holidays next door that wasn't bad.

Great location, close to highway but very quiet rooms. Breakfast was great as usual and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean but internet was not very fast. Breakfast had a good variety of food and drink. juice could have been better.

Rude blonde front desk employee. I asked a couple of questions and she said I already told you?? Really? If I had been told, I wouldn't have asked. She made me feel uncomfortable and stupid.... Excuse me!

This is one of the newer motels in Williston and they have done a very nice job with their presentation. Curb appeal is very neat and tidy, as well as up to date. Inside lobby is stylish, yet practical. The room we stayed in was had a lot of amenities for the price and was very well kept. The bed still felt new and the room was comparable with what you might expect in Las Vegas.

I was there for 2 weeks it was great! The hotel looks and feels brand new. Rooms are fantastic . They have kitchen nets in the suites . Love their perks. Free Breakfast wow eggs omelette s biscuits and gravy waffles or pancakes. Sausage, ham English muffins. Variety of Danish or muffins. And 3 days they have free supper. Omg the best Parmesan chicken I've ever had. Walmart, 3 bars ,restaurant Verizon, lots of different business all within walking distance. Not to mention the best staff I've ever been in contact with. They are fantastic. The manager although young has a great business sense all pointed towards the customer. There were no problems only solutions. It literally was the best stay I've ever had. I rate them a 10 . I've never given a ten. I've always had some thing a little off . But not here. Good job Cory Keep up the good work. Best price too. Would have paid at least $40 to $60 more to stay at a comparable hotel. But the services from the staff the other hotels can't match. When I left it was like leaving family. I miss them and will be going back to stay there again.

Was in the hotel for less than twelve hours. Check in was great and was even given a nice bag with water and snacks for my stay! The room was excellent, very clean, and beds were comfortable. My only "negative" thing would be the pillows. WHY have hotels moved to the mini square pillows instead of just standard ones?! They were comfortable but I would roll off of them at night.

This is the only hotel we will stay in Williston! The manager, Kory, is most accommodating and personable. He always makes us feel welcome. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was great and they even have an evening supper. All of the staff members treated us kindly and offered their services to make our stay comfortable. We will always stay at the Best Western in Williston!

This is the only decent hotel in Williston. If all you TA Reader start staying here I won't be able to get a room. Please go to one of the other dumpy hotels in town. Ones that don't have a decent breakfast, a free dinner on weeknights, nice comfy beds, updated rooms, and a nice quiet location. I travel frequently and consider myself a discerning traveler. The Williston Best Western is among the best I've stayed in. For $89 a night it is tough to beat. I would characterize the rooms as near luxurious. They are among the largest. There is a sink in the bathroom and one in the living area. The beds are high end. The flat screen television is the largest I've ever seen in a hotel. It is quite as well. No single mom's with unruly kids that they refuse to control. No hillbillies slamming doors. It really is a higher end hotel (I saw airline pilots at breakfast). The night desk person, Heather, is a gem, friendly, extroverted, well dressed and ambitious. Believe it or not, these attributes are not often found in hotel employees, and I've been around. Most range from perfunctionary to uninterested in their jobs. Heather was a pleasant change.

Great location, I wa primarily away about 15 hours per day. It was quiet, comfortable, and pleasant. Close to restaurants and amenities. The parking was icy and it made it a little difficult getting in and out..

Here on a sports trip for our children. Clean, friendly staff, nice modern rooms, has a decent workout room, and a pool and hot tub, Stay includes continental breakfast. Walmart is close by and not far from resturaunts. Minutes from Williston University

I have been in ALOT of hotels in my line of work and this is honestly one of the nicest best westerns that I have seen. This hotel the staff is nice and the rooms are nicer. I would definitely recommend staying here only thing that I can complain about is there is no cellphone service here so if you have t-mobile keep that in mind but that is definitely not the hotels fault 5/5 and would definitely recommend

We had a few minor mechanical issues but the room and the staff were very nice. The staff was even willing to negotiate a better price when we asked for it. The only down side, there is not a whole lot of tourist things to do in Williston.

he waffles were better than all the other hotels I stayed in. And this was our favorite hotel of all the hotels on our trip. The price was priced right. It had a nice selection of tv channels and it was easy to look at from the bed. I felt the people and the service was top notch.

When i first arrived to the Best Western inquiring about their service I was assured by Antwann Brown that this was the closest place to home without actually being in Louisiana. I can absolutely say that my stay here was excellent. I highly enjoyed the hot tub and pool area as well as something as convenient as Walmart being right across the street. The breakfast served by Gladys was great and of course we received a grab and go bag to bring with to work. We were kindly greeted by Jennifer who already had our grab bags ready for us. When we returned to the hotel Hannah and Heather were preparing our dinner and pleasantly asked us about our day. The weekend was made better by Antwann with his high spirits! All in all it was a fantastic stay, and because of your staff there were four more employees including myself from our company that changed from one hotel to the Best Western Plus.

This is boomtown and you see it everywhere. The oil derricks, storage tanks, oil rail cars, and the man camps of single wide trailers for the roughnecks. This hotel will reinforce that. Our room had a sitting area and kitchenette. A place to live for a little while. The bed was just as comfortable as ever. Breakfast was more hearty and diverse bacon, sausage, omelets, hash browns, waffles and pancakes.

Best motel I have ever stayed at. So roomy. Nice kitchen area. 3 sinks! Wow! Plenty of space for family to get ready for functions. Very comfortable beds. Large television. Love the carpet in sleeping area and the hard floor in kitchen and table area.

We stayed an additional night here because we were so comfortable. There is nothing they could improve upon! There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The service, the staff, the accommodations and the amenities were absolutely perfect.

Once we figured out the cable boxes shortcomings (and goings), really the nicest hotel I've stayed at in North Dakota. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was friendly, the food was pretty good for the breakfasts. They had snacks and even pizza one night, complementary!

First of all, this was very nice hotel room - but due to circumstances, our stay turned out to be barely acceptable. We feel that some of the issues encountered were outside the control of the hotel, but other issues were clearly a problem with the hotel. We had been on the road for several days and decided to pay a little higher price to stay at a higher quality place, and so we reserved a room ta this hotel Upon arrival, we were informed that the city would be shutting off power to the building in the morning - at breakfast/checkout time. The hotel staff did manage around this fairly well, and we had a decent hot breakfast. However, we were double charged for the room and the clerk at checkout could not/would not rectify the acknowledged miscue. We eventually did get this straightened out a few days later (we had to do the follow-up). The hotel should have had more front desk staff on duty at the power outage time. While the room was clean and comfortable, there were issues with the TV (which they poorly followed up on), the clothes iron, and the A/C was noisy. All in all, not our best night's stay, but because of the extenuating circumstances, we would be willing to give them another chance.

Good beds, Pillows too small, clean rooms, food decent. Nothing more to say. Wonderful hotel. Clean, clean, clean. HD tv and Nyerere furniture in rooms. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. They even have a dinner hour. The chicken wings were on point. Would have given 5 stars but had trouble staying hooked up to the internet. Hotel is smoke free FYI.

Jen was awesome!! Handled any issues we had and answered all our questions. This hotel has remodeled in the last year, minor finishes are in process. Both rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast needs to be stocked more at 6am, had to wait for some items.

Very seldom are we disappointed when we book Best Western and this establishment only added to our opinion of Best Western. As usual the breakfast selections were outstanding as was our motel room. If ever in this area again, if possible we'll set out butts down here once again.

Great hotel, friendly service, and clean. Breakfast was outstanding! Pool area was clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Kitchen suite had nice variety of items (nice bonus). Great price when booking on-line.

Roxy & management will not refund my credit card . I will not stay future 2 nights for credit as I only wanted my reservation held not used for the two night payment. Calling several times to be told management will take care of error and following request for a fax of payment & credit due from payment receipt then simply refunding on credit card would be fair.

My husband and I was on a road trip and we stayed at this property. It was one of our better stays! The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was very good and the room clean and spacious. We loved our stay!

Beautiful hotel in the land of Mordor that is northwestern North Dakota. Not sure there's much of redeeming value to visit in Williston if you're not in the energy business, but we stayed here for one night because of its proximity to the north unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park (an hour away). The hotel is located next to a Walmart and industrial buildings. We had to drive to dinner. But the hotel itself is great. Very friendly and helpful staff, and fresh baked cookies upon check in. Our room was modern and huge, with a full kitchenette. The free breakfast was also quite good. Warm pool for the kids.

You have to understand the recent history of Williston to get why this is an unusual place to rate. Because of the oil boom, this was a hotel that went up fast and took a beating. Based on some earlier reviews, I was a bit apprehensive. However, it does appear to have been recently remodeled. The decor was very nice. I do understand that this would be a difficult place to maintain, but I would suggest that the manager pay a little more attention to the details. Things like a broken pancake or waffle maker, very beat up luggage carts and a snack and toiletries sales area that had not been stocked. An earlier reviewer remarked that there was no landscaping outside. When we were there, some basic landscaping had been done, but not maintained. Black plastic was sticking up all over. The ditch in front of the property was overgrown with weeds. This may be a city responsibility, but it did not give a good impression. Also, the front entrance appeared to be a gathering point for all of the oil workers who smoked. They were all appropriate and friendly, but not a good first impression. The front desk staff was friendly, but we had a strange experience that we have never had before. When we were quoted the price, I remarked that the online price was much lower. The desk clerk suggested that we go back out and book it online and then come back. What?! We booked a King Suite that we were very happy with on the whole. The only thing we thought was strange was that the bathroom had no exhaust fan. It did appear to be clean except for what looked like mud splashed on the outside of the bathtub. I took a wet towel and tried to wipe it off, but it did not come off - so I don't really blame the maid. I think it was clean, but stained. Since it was porcelain, I suggest trying a pumice stone - that would take off the stain. Would I stay here again? Yes - but I would not wait too long. When little details start to slip, the whole thing will eventually slide.

Stopped off in Wuilliston during Chp 8 of the motorcycle journey. Found the BW to be an excellent choice. Close to several restaurants (although most were closed the evening of July 4th) and conviently located next to Walmart. Staff was cheerful and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Pool was a great after 422 miles on the bike. Breakfast was well presented and tasty.

WOW - My experience here has been incredible. From the incredibly nice front desk team, to the amazing breakfast (served fresh and changing in variety) - to the dinners - 'Yes' I said dinners provided. Last night was Hawaiian chicken and rice, and tonight is Spaghetti. Trying to be a bit skeptical, I sat in the lobby for over 2 hours, waiting to see if the amazingly friendly and pleasant service I recieced was consistent - and it was. Jennifer (who is a pure Joy, and provides levels of customer service like one would recieve at a Ritz or a Botique hotel) greeted every guest with enthusiasm, addressed many returning guest by name and talked to each person coming in and out of the lobby. This is one of the 1st hotels where I saw people hanging out in the lobby, talking with the hotel team like all were at a family reunion. It was truly a home-away-from-home experience... and it came at the perfect time in my life. Thanks Best Western - you have been a Blessing to me, and from what I have seen - to many others. We stopped here for one night on a cross country trip. It was a very good value. The property is new, although I suspect it was put up quickly during the boom years and may not weather the bust well. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable: I slept very well and I usually do not in hotels. We had a full kitchen in the room, but we did not use it. Still it was good to have a refrigerator to store our drinks overnight. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was reasonable and had several good options. The location is very convenient to several restaurants and a Walmart.

This could have been a 1 time thing! Manager was very good at trying to accommodate. Breakfast needs serious help. Pool area too hot to breathe in room, hot tub too hot to sit in. staff's ability to fix problems that needed immediate attention. made us feel like we were imposing

We had a double queen suite, same price as double queen through TripAdvisor. Very nice room - huge! For a good price. We stayed 3 nights. One of the days, we came back from doing touristy things all day, and the bed wasn't made! They'd replaced the towels, but apparently forgot the bed. Also, there must be a soap shortage as I had to ask for a bar by the 3rd day. Breakfast was better than some. The hot choices change from day to day, which is nice if you're there more than one night.

Hotel is fairly new and attractive. Check-in was actually enjoyable. I had rewards certificates, and using them was very easy. Light supper certainly added to the value. Do not trust your GPS. The hotel is the street East of the Walmart.

This is our first visit to Williston, but we found that we chose wisely. The staff was wonderful. The lady who checked us in offered help more than once. The hotel offered a light supper the evening we were there. We didn't stay for it, but it smelled wonderful. The breakfast was a bit of a mess by the time we got there, but we slept in, so it was toward the end of serving time. The room was lovely: clean and looked new.

Great staff and comfortable rooms. Makes a good home away from home. It is not the usual to have an evening dinner or snack available for the guests. I am impressed with the care and ownership of the staff, they are friendly and go out of their way to meet your needs.

I've stayed in many Best Westerns in the past but I was particularly impressed with their staff. From the young man who checked us in with his sense of humor to the morning breakfast staff where we had two people ask us how they could make it better. One young man, who said he made the breakfast that morning, genuinely was proud. I enjoyed this aspect and yes, the room was nice and clean

The property looked brand new. Kory Shield, the general manager was at the desk and could not be more caring and professional. The rooms were large and the beds were great. Breakfast was very good. Would go back there in a flash.

Nice place. Easy to find. About 3 minute drive to airport. Serve chips & salsa, trail mix etc. from 5-7. Had small frig, cooktop, a few pots & utensils & a dish washer. Would have liked an oven instead of washer. Only negative: you only get two bath towels. I like to use two myself.

This property is exceptionally well kept. The staff is outstanding. You will not find a better value for the money. The first time we have gotten a complimentary, light evening meal at a Best Western.

We recently traveled to Williston so I could see my old hometown after being away for 48 years. We pick this hotel completely by chance and hit the jackpot. The room was huge,extremely clean, very comfortable and the bed was about as good as it gets. The tv was awesome as well. Breakfast in the morning was extremely good and the best free breakfast we had ever had at any hotel. The variety of food offered was outstanding and unlike many places I have stayed other than the main courses food and drink were available all day. The staff were all outstanding and I need to give a special shout out to Jennifer who was there to great us and shove the freshly made cookies down our throats every evening on our return. Two of the days we were there she also had prepared some dinner which was made available to anyone staying at the hotel. With the cost of eating out in this town that is very much something to consider if you need to keep your trip cost down. My brothers and sisters who also have been wanting to see the old town again are insisting we all meet up there in a year. When we do I promise this is the place we will all stay for every reason I gave and many more that I don't have the time to go into. We won't even shop around I know a winner when I see and experience it.

On the edge of the city and so relatively quiet the complimentary breakfast options are extensive and the wifi is fast and reliable. I think it's relatively new and is a good exqample for Best Western.

Everything was just perfect. Couldn't ask for better service!! Nice new, clean hotel with great staff!. The Manager, personally, transported us to the Amtrak train station to meet our train for OR. They upgraded us to a King Suite. Nice large room. Lovely new decor.

This hotel had everything going for it except breakfast (more and that in a bit). Great front desk staff, spacious room, comfy beds and pillows, just a great place to stay. Breakfast:we are runners so went out to run at 6AM, ran for an hour, showered and hit the breakfast before 8 AM. Eggs and bacon gone. Yes, gone. And not many cars in the lot at 6 AM...Okay, I can make do with the pancakes so not that big of a deal. When we checked out at 8:30 AM i peeked in and the eggs and bacon were still empty. Hum, guess they just make one batch and that is it. Not a good thing...I would give this 5 stars but the breakfast issue brought it down.

very friendly staff answered any question i had . will stay here every time i come to town. breakfast was ready 30 mins before they said. they had hot dinner in the evenings when i got in from work at no charge. easy access to get to the motel.

Stylish hotel...clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. I missed the waffles..biscuits and gravy. Shower walls needed cleaned.. but otherwise overall very clean room. One of the better hotels I have stayed at in a while. Easy to find. Staff was wonderful.

This hotel is fairly new, and is probably the nicest one i have found in Williston. The hotel staff is very friendly. They often offer snacks or pizza during supper hours free of charge. This hotel would've gotten an excellent rating from me if there were dining options within walking distance.

Excellent hotel! Comfortable beds. Nice big rooms that are very clean. Large flat screen TVs. Has a guest laundry center that has 3 washers and dryers. Indoor heated pool. And a good workout facility. Great hot breakfast as well! Wal-Mart is right across the street and a very good home cooking type restaurant is just down the block (Lonnie's Roadhouse).

I have never been to a hotel that offers complimentary breakfast AND DINNER! The food, the room, the people and the location were amazing. The close proximity to the airport was great. I would definitely stay at this hotel for my travel to Williston ND again.

Fantastic staff, excellent breakfast, even dinner from 5 to 7 some nights! Spacious rooms, updated decor, LARGE screen TV...only one thing missing here...a place to plug your vehicle in when it's 20 degrees below zero....surprised no one though about that....

I called to make a reservation, under a company as I have an interview with them this upcoming week. Eric (I believe) answered the phone, the rudest 'Guest services" rep I have ever dealt with. I will not stay here or deal with these people ever again. They make the Brand Best Western look bad. What horrible people and horrible service. Maybe they need a refresher on what Customer Service is.

Had to back and forth to get my $25.00 rewards credit off my bill as no one knew how to do. Had to call back and forth with no response. the staff at night didn't know the procedures at hand. This should be a easy transaction.

The hotel was easy to locate from the print out - easy access to shopping and places to eat. Very clean and quiet. Nicely decorated and well kept. The selection for breakfast was wonderful and the display was arranged for persons ease. The room accommodations were great. Made for a comfortable and relaxing night.

I meet the definition of a road warrior. Going to and returning to a nice clean hotel at the end of the day during field projects makes all the difference. I would stay at and recommend this location.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was kind and helpful. We would recommended this as a number one place to stay during your visit. We will be back! Great meals, they serve dinner. This made it nice to not leave the hotel to look for dinner. The pol area is clean and kid friendly.

The room was very nice, comfy bed and spacious area. A good value for a good room. I came once and the pool was not open, upon this arrival the staff had informed me that it was. The entire hotel staff was very helpful. They had a decent breakfast, and served dinner! I had a wonderful stay.

This hotel is one of many to choose from when visiting the area. For many families, coming into town is primarily to spend time together in one location while hubby is working. This hotel is my recomendation to those women travelling with children. The pool is open 24hrs a day and a breakfast buffett is included as well as a well stocked snack bar available for purchases. Mon-Wed the kitchen puts out a free dinner. We enjoyed taco's! The staff at this hotel are unbelievably professional. Phillip, in maintenance, was very helpful and was a welcomed friendly face each day. The rooms are modern, very clean and the front desk staff ( day and night) are wonderful. Good job Best Western, Williston.

Went to the hotel to visit Williston for a few days really enjoyed my stay here. There is Breakfast and Dinner! High speed internet an walking distance to Wal-Mart also there are two great restaurants with in walking distance couldn't ask for more.

This is a terrific hotel. The suite that I was in was fantastic. Able to cook in my own room. Brand new hotel, very spacious rooms, very nice small town, and very friendly staff. For business to Williston this hotel is terrific. They provide complimentary breakfast in the morning and dinner at night. Love thoes extra details this hotel focuses on.

Hotel prices in Williston are high in general. This hotel is as close to the airport as you can get! Walmart is also right across the street. Personally I didn't like the dark brown decore in my room, it made the room look older than it is. Due to location and price this hotel is worth the visit.

Appears to be new. Nice mini-suite type room with couch, chair and large TV. Continental breakfast, good reception staff and located across the street from WalMart if you need to pick something up. My room #110 was very clean and quiet. No parking issues.

Bad check-in experience. Person had to call supervisor to determine nightly rate and how to apply discount (AARP). Deadlock bolt broken, - had to change rooms, washer and soap dispenser out of order, incorrect posted room numbers signs, loose toilet seat (both rooms), used dental floss in chair. Will not return.

This is a new hotel which is a good overnight stay. The outside is what now appears to be a typical square box with no design and thrown up as quickly as possible. As I say in the dark it's ok. The rooms are a very good standard with all facilities you would expect. The niggles I had was that the room only had a walk in shower, and the pool and spa was closed for repair. As a 'plus ' BW the staff need a uniform to smarten them up. All these small points may be of no interest to you in which case you will enjoy the stay and the hot breakfast is good.

This was our first stay at the Best Western Plus in Williston, ND and we will probably return. The hotel is everything a traveller could want, and could not be better situated for any visitor to Williston ,ND. We took a King Corner room for the three of us. It was a very large, quiet room with a king sized bed, and the couch pulled out as well to create a bed large enough for two adults. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was happy to deliver extra pillows and blankets when we needed them. The bathroom was extremely clean and well maintained and stocked with all needed products to satisfy the most discriminating traveler. We were very pleased to receive coupons for two free bottles of water from the hotel. Maid service was efficient and friendly, giving us the extra towels we needed, as well as keeping our room clean and fresh every day. Wifi in the room was easy to sign on to and lighting fast. The front desk was always helpful and courteous. The Best Western Plus in Williston ,ND is extremely convenient for all types travelers walking distance to the Airport, Shopping, Restaurants and for exploring the area on foot Because the hotel is so conveniently situated it is easy to reach most of the central places in town and easy get on the highway-2. We were very happy with our stay at the Best Western Plus in Williston ,ND. Awesome place to stay with friendly staff.

We stopped here for one night on our way east after a long day's drive. It was a little way off the main road. Once we found it hidden behind Wal Mart it looked nice. Our room was clean. Though there were a lot of scuff marks on the walls from furniture being moved about. There was a repair job done to the bathroom ceiling that was left unfinished! Breakfast was good. Internet was good. The towels in the bathroom were very SMALL!!!! The price for the room was way overpriced! They get the price because of the oil industry and railroad people! Sad for the rest of us!!!!

My husband and I stayed one night here, we had a ground floor king suite room. The room and linens were very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Unfortunately our rooms location was close to the breakfast and reception area, I was woken at 5.45 in the morning by staff, speaking loudly and setting up for breakfast, all this could be heard very clearly from our room I got back to sleep only to be woken again at 8.00 by housekeeping to clean the room, our checkout was at 12.00. The location of the Motel is 5min drive from town not that there is a lot to do in town, so the location is not really an issue, it is close to the airport and there is a Walmart straight across the road which was convenient. Breakfast was included with our room, which was substantial enough. The reception staff were pleasant enough, a comfortable clean room which was let down by the early morning wake up of surrounding noise. Overall I would rate our stay as just above average.
