When we got to waycross we were looking for a hotel with laundry. We mentioned this to the night clerk and he accommodated us with a room next to the laundry machines. It was late at night and we really appreciated this. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet eggs were a little salty to my taste but the coffee was hot and fresh....

Great hotel in the Crossway area and good location as well. Breakfast was typical, but the coffee was better than expected. Beds are comfortable and the hotel in general is very clean and updated. My only "complaint"... we upgraded to a junior suite... the king size bed is very close to the A/C unit and wall which made it very difficult to exit the bed near that wall. You had to crawl to the end of the bed to get off of it. Im sure the regular king size/queen rooms do not have that problem...(or at least hope that they dont) We enjoyed our overnight stay.

Upon check in there was a horrible odor. Then it took several minutes for a clerk to come to the desk. The next morning my key wouldn't work and he was very rude in reactivating it. Instead of a smoke detector I have wires hanging out if the ceiling as well as blown bulbs in bathroom. The mattress is not very supportive. On the positive- the carpet is new.

I have stayed here once or twice a year for many years. Each time I have returned, the appearance and cleanliness have declined. Hopefully, the owners will put more effort into keeping it up. It could be exceptional.

Booked a king suite for a funeral I attended. Everything was clean and well taken care of. My room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and I appreciated it. Would certainly stay again. Thanks!

Although the hotel is undergoing a renovation, our stay was very comfortable. Excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Great internet! Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Good place to stay if you're visiting Okefenokee Swamp.

We stayed in four different Best Western Hotels during our week of travel and by far this was the best. This hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Unlike a couple of other locations the A/C works well and the breakfast area is above par. Located right across the street from hotel is a mall for those that like to shop and a host of restaurants within walking distance. Conveniently located and well arranged.

Clean and very comfortable. Great coffee, decent breakfast. Very clean and well maintained rooms. As has been stated in other reviews, the owners appear to live ion premises and there is a wait at the front desk. Several of the family members are not particularly friendly, but all are very efficient. I had a maintenance issue while I was there which was resolved promptly and efficiently. Would recommend without hesitation.

Management came to my rescue when i couldnt get the tv remote to work, and fixed a light that was out in the bathroom and brought extra coffee and even explained to me how to get the water to switch the tub to the shower...all with a smile. Excellent!! They passed the test with flying colors. I awoke with nostrils clear as can be...unlike many places where i cant breather after a night in the enclosed room. Another very important plus: they must actually CLEAN their rooms! The bedding was clean and fresh, the pillows were firm and yet comfortable. I awoke well-rested and very much refreshed. Finally, their breakfast room was itself very inviting, the food was ready and waiting, and was hot and their was plenty of it. It was not a sit-0-down breakfast but came very close to being just as good. If im in the are ill be back here again.

I stay at this hotel about 2 or 3 times a month for work. The prices for the quality of room is unmatched by any other best western i go to. Ive gotten to know the owner and his wife pretty well over the last 5 years and they are always extremely nice and helpful. They are currently going through some changes and updates so everything will be even nicer in the future. Also it is pretty close to a few restaurants if youre willing to walk

We stayed a couple nights traveling back home from a trip. Hotel was clean, well maintained and staff were fantastic. Our king suite was wonderful and on par with the standards I have come to expect with this chain. However, breakfast was a major disappointment to me. Yes the eggs were good, sausage and bacon fresh, waffle iron hot. It definitely was not like I had seen in our previous stays in other BW hotels. There was no butter, only a "whipped" spread that when I opened a packet it looked like it had turned. It was lumpy and nasty looking. I usually forego on whipped spreads preferring butter. I don't know if this is the local preference but most places usually give a choice. I would probably stay here again but bring my own butter.

This hotel is run by a franchisee who doesn't care about any sort of guest requests - all they say is that you can call . The hotel lacks many basic amenities and hasn't even switched out old bedspreads to triple-sheeted beds. Best Western is all franchises, which means the quality is highly variable.

Needed a one night stay on the way to Florida. Found this gem off the main highways during a busy time of year for half the price of Interstate hotels. Room was pleasant and clean. Located near restaurants in walking distance. Free Internet. Excellent, well presented breakfast.

My stay here was less than enjoyable. It began with check in. The lady who checked me in was not friendly at. When I got to my room, it was freezing cold and had a terrible odor to it. I went back to desk, a very nice gentleman helped me secure a different room. To top things off, the hot breakfast that advertise was completly cold. The eggs were cold and watery...even had what appears to be ice chips like they were frozen and then thawed. Most guests threw the breakfast away.

The hotel was clean and easy to get to off US Hwy 1. Room was clean and comfortable and the bed was nice and the TV had all the channels I need.. I liked having the little refrigerator in our room. The bathroom was nice and clean and the tub/shower was big and it had double shower heads which was a very nice addition..

I did not have a bad experience either time I was at the hotel. I did get a chance to enjoy breakfast on the first visit....the food was good. The staff was friendly and courteous. I did say this else where in this survey.....but there does seem to be a difference in the rooms for AAA members and non-AAA members. I used both options on either visit.

We only stayed one night at the Best Western Plus Bradbury Inn & Suites, but we were impressed with the quality of the hotel. It's not a large hotel--only two floors, but the hallways remind you of grand hotels from the past with curved ceilings and bold light fixtures. Our king suite was nice and spacious with fairly modern, yet traditional decor. The tub/shower combo was quite spacious as well. The bed was pretty firm, and I woke up with aching neck and legs due to the firmness. That was the only drawback of the room. Free breakfast included options such as waffles, eggs, bacon, cereals, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, and more. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Waycross.

The hotel is across the street from a shopping center as well as Cracker Barrel and Olive Garden restaurants which makes it really convenient. It is set back from the highway so noise is not an issue. The staff was very pleasant.

As refugees running from Hurricane Irma, I chose this property for it's middle location between Cape Canaveral and Augusta, GA. It was located on the far southern end of Waycross, quite a ways down from the center of town, but was otherwise clean and quiet.

This is the third time I have had to rewrite this and I have photos they keep deleting because they do not want the truth about the hotel on TripAdvisor Fact bleach spills up and done first floor hallway that delivers a very disgusting greeting. The management cares little for the care of the hotel or the customers that come. I have photos that have been deleted on how dirty the rooms are. with filth piled in edges and corners after not being cleaned in months. I have photos of the drinking fountain that has not been cleaned in weeks and exhibits scum and lime abundantly in break area. When no toilet paper in my room I went to desk and there was no one available for over 10 minutes so I took the paper from the public bathroom to my room. Up on arrival several arrived at the same time. We rang the bell and the fellow came out when his tv show had a commercial. One person told her son to stop the uber from leaving as it looked as if they may be full or something. I told her I had reservations. Lastly and I have no photos but could be checked daily by health department or any other person. They only pick up food from breakfast area so people cannot continue. They do not clean tables, countertops, remove trash, remove remaining food left behind by clients an hour after closing. I do not have photos of the last item/ Photos have been deleted twice of other items by Tripadvisor

Stayed with grandchildren during the hurricane Irma. The management went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Under the circumstances people were stressed but all the requests of the totally booked hotel were met with understanding, attention and well wishing. There was no shortage of food, drinks or snacks for included breakfast, hot tea or coffee and snack were also available 24 hours. The place is clean and very well taken care of. Thank you, Mona for always sharing a smile and readiness to help. The quality of the services are tested during the force major situation and this property proved to be excellent! We will not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend to everyone who is traveling to GA to stay in this hotel with clean rooms, good hot and cold breakfast, free internet and the best location in town with walking distance to the eateries and the Mall.

"Superior port in a storm"

We fled the wrath of Hurricane Irma and stayed at this Inn in Waycross, Georgia. It is not a new facility, having been remodeled and 2006. In fact, it will be going through remodeling quite soon. However it could not have been cleaner, or in better shape. We had a king suite and it was a godsend in a terrible time. The nice size refrigerator held things that we had saved from home and the microwave cooked many of them during the time we were there. There was always coffee available and the breakfast was quite delicious each morning, even during the storm. The amazing owners manned the desk at all times for a completely sold out facility and their help worked around the clock to keep us all in good shape. Not all the help was available in the morning that the storm struck Waycross, but the owners and their family and the staff did everything possible for us. They were smiling and helpful and even their children participated in keeping things running. A common occurrence in such situations is that the icemaker runs out of ice and there is no hot water for showers… Never happened to us! In fact our dual head shower was fabulous and the tub was a big size tub with a vertical bar for ease in getting in and out even though it was not an "accessible room". DirecTV suffered occasionally but the bulk of the time it was on and we were able to keep informed with our local situation on it… Perhaps more than we wanted to know! The day after the storm, with rain still falling, the family was out cleaning the pool! Though many restaurants close to briefly because of the storm, in normal circumstances there are many choices quite nearby and the town itself is not large so there are lots of easy choices. We may even go out of our way to and from the North Carolina mountains just to stay there again!

We have stayed here many times in the last several years. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is decent...but most importantly the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Right on US Hwy 1, but tucked in enough that you get no traffic noise...always get a great nights sleep at this hotel.

We always stay here if we are going to the greater Atlanta area. It is on the main road through town; and close to shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. The staff is friendly (I believe it is family owned.) It is one of the least expensive of the chains, and it is always a comfortable place to stay.

Report, and this will do well to bypass lower district management as it appears to have a management problem, unless upper level has told lower lever to elevate motels without respect to the actual hotel to PLIS. We stayed Sunday Evening 5/29/17 at the Best Western Bradbury Inn and suites, Waycross, Ga. Arriving around 6 pm to a registered reservation. I have photos to back up all I am telling you except in the morning. On arrival three was no one on the desk and another couple followed me in as they had arrived by Uber taxi and had luggage with them. I looked all around and finally rang a bell on the counter and a man came out of the apartment adjacent and took care of my reservation. He needed a credit card because he said that there was a $5 fee. He also said he had no rewards for a Platinum person so he would give me 500 points (I immediately thought I wonder if I am paying $5 for those points). We were given 111 room down the hall from the desk. My reservation was for 2 queens and the room had 2 regular beds. We went out to eat at Applebee's down the highway and then returned. I decided to get ice and on walking the hallway I could not believe the filth of not having been vacuumed along the walls for over a year probably. The drinking fountain (photo) was so filthy and also had not been wiped or cleaned in probably weeks. I got ice and walked back to the room noticing all the stains on the carpet like bottles of bleach had been spilled everywhere (Photo). Upon return to the room I noticed that the carpet throughout the room had maybe never had a sweeper run in the corners or along the walls everywhere. I sat down and used the bathroom to look at the toilet tissue and it had two rolls on two holders with both probably less than 50 sheets. So upon finishing I went up to the front desk approximately 10 PM and noticed that if this was a PLUS motel, that they no longer expected 24 hour desk clerks. The door was closed not to his apartment so I simple cleared my throat several times to see if in fact he could hear someone at the front desk and they not see his tiny 3 inch bell. So I now realizing that Best Western must be unaware of the MOTEL SIX substandard going on here to not waste much time because it is clear that to question this tragic disgrace to BW and send photos and photos. I went in guest bathroom which made a noise to open the door beside the desk, and saw an extra roll of toilet paper, so I left my empty one there and closed the door making a noise and no one came to the desk. I returned to my room and got my camera and started taking photos and I guarantee you that the district manager is in firm cahoots with this owner or it goes even higher. I arose in morning to take a shower and wash my hair and to my amazement there was 2 conditioners and no shampoo. I thought maybe they cannot read English so I simply washed my hair with the bar of soap.(photo). Breakfast was normal BW fare. There was no butter, but there was 2 kinds of margarine. The Peanut Butter was very old and stale (I put it on my waffles with syrup). It was so stale that it had oil floating on top and I mixed it up because sometimes at home it will do it when 3-4 months old. It had a bad taste, or old or maybe rancid. We went back to our room and packed up when I noticed the sheets on the bed had been put on upside down (photo) Top at the bottom. PLUS? (photo) Every time my wife or I used our electronic room key to enter the building or our room both evening and daytime it would take 5 to 6 tries to get a green light instead of red or nothing. We left our keys in the room and decided to exit through the front door and the same man who checked us in at 6:30 PM was on the desk with the same clothes. As we walked by the closed breakfast room with the lights out. I went in just to look around. Trash on the counter, oatmeal and cereal, and only the food had been removed. The waffle batter container sat on the stand. It was clear that the same people who clean the hallways and rooms clear the Dining room. Because of business I have to go to Asheville several times a year and we try different hotels and B & B's looking for a more permanent stop. This will never be our stop again. FYI (now this maybe gossip and hearsay) but we still heard it and chose to not stay here and probably have a cancellation in my account to verify it. We stayed at Edenfield Inn B & B on the way up and was told by the owner that the BW in Swainsboro, GA is in bad repair and needs a new owner. He said it was half closed down. We had reservations for this one coming home. We went to eat and were told in a restaurant that we are far better off in the B & B as people all the time come in complaining about BW. Now we cancelled that the following day. FYI the owner B & B, the next morning has the girl (30's) served our food from the kitchen barefoot (seriously) and as she did so he told us his daughter had brought her to him and she would commit suicide if he did not keep her there employed after 2 years (he said all this with her standing right there!) (We thought maybe we were in the Bates Motel) We never complain about the small stuff like the two double beds instead of queens as I can live with a lot at my age. But when other items become available like I saw that really does not even qualify this motel for a BW and horribly less than a Plus. This really appears to be area management as these two are within a few miles of one another.

"Not happy with checkin or out"

The hotel itself was fine. Location was excellent with restaurants & shopping right across the street. Pool was clean however no towels offered. The front desk staff at check in and check out were not friendly at all. The man at check in said he was the GM. NEVER cracked a smile, no hello, no have a nice stay, In no was made me feel welcome. Did not mention breakfast or pool as a matter of fact the only thing he did say was "how many people in the room?" I answered honestly saying two & a possible third later. (I stayed three days) He replied I will charge you an extra $10 for the extra person. He was so unfriendly, I found it hard to believe he was a manager. A couple of times a student was at the desk & it was a breath of fresh air! Smiles, conversation & all around good customer service! In the morning the GM's wife (I believe it was) was worse! I had money in my hand to pay the bill. Without even looking up She asked me my room number and handed me my bill. I said "oh sorry, I'm paying cash" She said "you should have told me & slid the receipt back at me!" I told her to please reverse it & she was very angry. Then she asked me how many people in the room. I told her just two stayed. She looked at my sister in law (a local women) & said I count three & will charge you $10 for the extra person! I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life. I know Best Western is known for good customer service and was appalled at the attitudes of the two main agents. Housekeepers were wonderful.

"Not super friendly but great breakfast"

Front desk not well attended. Outstanding breakfast. Two lights burned out in room. Did not seem busy. Garmin had hard time finding. Foreign owned and run. Usually have bad experience with this. but this place was clean and well run for now.

"Wonderful accommodating staff, well cared for facility"

The facility was clean and quiet. The placement of the outdoor pool out back was a great choice as it was away from any road noise. The staff were accommodating. We were in a large motorcycle group and they let many of the bikes park in the covered entrance but out of the way of traffic. Breakfast was the usual hot eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc. there are lots of opportunities to shop across the highway if that is to your liking. Restaurants are walkable.

A surprising value. Very well appointed facility for the price. Large comfortable rooms, Large shower with dual heads, quiet, very clean throughout, free breakfast had ample choices. It's a mile or so away from the cluster of hotels on a Memorial Drive but worth the drive.

While traveling to Florida for a much needed vacation we needed a rest from driving. Not too many hotels available. For some reason all rooms booked. After finding this hotel and reading the reviews (which seemed acceptable) we made a reservation for the night. When we arrived the "curb appeal" was very pleasing as well as the entrance. Then we got to the room. It was just ok. Needs some TLC. Bed was alright, but decor is dated and wallpaper in bathroom coming undone in places. DON'T look underneath! Why would you put wallpaper in a bathroom with no ventilation?? (If that gives you an idea). On the positive side, the breakfast was ok. Typical of hotel breakfasts. We will probably not be staying there again.

Sounds like helicopters on the roof. Man at desk could not hear it. Wow. He did offer to change rooms but we were settled in and didn't no if it would make a difference. I could hear it all over the inside but it was quiet outside. Won't stay again.

Outdated Hotel. The first room was cold, heater did not work. Had to get another room and it smelled old and 'musty'. Several light fixtures were either not working or bulbs were burned out. Had to call front desk to get toilet tissue. However, the female front desk clerk was very nice and helpful and apologetic. The free breakfast was also nice.

When I checked in, the guy at the desk was rude. Never even smiled. Every time I came back to the hotel there was either no one out there or they just stared at me. There was no welcoming feeling of any kind. The side door to the parking lot didn't work. The bed was a typical hotel bed. The bathroom was updated although upon looking more closely, I found 3 of the 5 towels they supplied badly stained. The bathroom mat was threadbare and had holes in it. The hair dryer was filthy and gross and I had to hold the button down while I used it. There was a ton of mold on the shower curtain. However, there was a dual shower head in the shower which was really nice. Later, I got a Coke from the second floor vending machine and it wasn't even cold. At 5 am the first morning, the neighboring room decided to move furniture I guess so there was no way I could sleep through that. The AC didn't cool the room at all. Overall, this hotel has had a few updates but it's clear no one keeps up with general maintenance or takes any pride in ownership at all. Waycross has very little options so this is the best rated one, I believe. I will just try to never stay in Waycross again.

If you are in the area, I highly suggest staying here. The owner or manager was very nice and check in was very smooth. The room was comfortable and clean and the free hot breakfast was quite good. They do have a nice swimming pool outside. There are several good restaurants nearby.

Booked via TripAdvisor app /Booking.com. Late night arrival but still greeted warmly by night staff. Overall appearance suggests newness (less than 1yr) but staff indicated it was much older. Room was spacious, climate control was good, and breakfast was better than usual for "value-priced" offerings. I would highly recommend this to business or family travelers to Waycross.

We had to evacuate from our island home during Hurricane Matthew. The hotel was a perfect haven for us for 3 nights, and even when they lost power for a while, the staff never lost its cool. There was a generator that ran the lights, although we lost a/c, elevator, internet, and TV. The rooms were spacious, the housekeeping staff friendly, and overall we were pleased with everything. There were plenty of breakfast items available as well.

The motel is nicely kept up. Has an elevator which is good. We had accessible room and it was nice. I commented to mgr. that I didn't like the new B.W. signs and he replied it was a corporate decision. Very easy to drive by and miss.

Motel has a great presentation. The room was comfortable and spacious but a bit dusty. The beds were very comfortable, the room very quiet and the breakfast was very good. Had to push a button to get a front desk person. Wondered if this was a security issue or other?

We had a lot of family was in town for a funeral. The hotel was able to accommodate all of us in nice comfortable rooms. The breakfast was ok - most of us were unsure of the eggs or egg product. The coffee was always hot and plentiful. We all enjoyed making waffles. The beds were soft and comfy. We all appreciated the housekeeping staff and the hard work they put into making sure the rooms were nice.

Newer hotel in the sprawl of local businesses and Walmart. Helpful staff, clean room. Shower head was loose, but it worked fine. Outdoor pool which we didn't use. Breakfast was not good. A/C was good and cold. Easy access from the road. Overall it was fine

Maid service was very good . Breakfast was included . As with so many hotel free b-fast you could see thru the bacon , what's the point ? Stick to quality foods is my suggestion , if people have to have see thru bacon let them go out and eat. Overall , i would stay here again ... nice place Best Western !

I really do like this property. The rooms are comfortable and they serve a good value breakfast. The dual shower heads were pretty nice. Had just a few minor issues. The sink wouldn't drain. Housekeeping left two conditioners and no shampoo. Didn't notice until my hair was wet. Oh well. Of the four dim bulbs in the bathroom, two were out. All correctable, just not up to the level of excellence.

This is a fairly new hotel. It was in excellent shape and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast area was nice and they had a nice variety of items to select from on the buffet.

Went to Waycross to visit Okefenoke Swamp. Arrived at the hotel and the Receptionist was new. Did not know the checking process. Had to call someone to explain what to do and it took forever. Then we had problems with the door key. Also took time to solve. We were expecting a much nicer room for the price we paid per night. The Room was very dark with old carpet. We needed to have a safety deposit and the one in the room did not work. We asked and they said they needed to be fixed. We stayed two nights, but would not recommend the hotel and would not stay there again.

Clean motel at affordable price. As seemingly the trend for BW properties, the coffee was machine dispensed and while ok, was not the fresh brewed taste I prefer. The mattress gave an excellent nights sleep!

Stayed 3 nights on business trip. Very clean and comfortable! Cleaning crew was always couteous and accommodating. The only downfall is there is a bell you have to push to get someone to come to front desk....so you have to wait. I believe the owners live there and I understand that there would be a lot of wasted time just sitting at the counter, but it just makes it a little inconvenient for the guest. Breakfast was complimentary and coffee is always fresh throughout the day. We stayed in roon 203. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel that is not expensive. It was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. The lady that assist during breakfast was very friendly and helpful especially after I made a huge mess. The breakfast was delicious and they have many options to choose from. Great place to stay.

Convieniently located close to the restaurants and stores. This hotel is very clean and well kept. What I appreciated most is how quiet the hotel is, Apart from train whistles, but that goes for any location in Waycross GA. The breakfast is basic but they do offer eggs (not very good) and breakfast sausages additional to cheaper hotels.. Overall I think the hotel is slightly overpriced, I have found other cheaper hotels providing similar rooms in terms of comfort and services.

Have stayed here many tomes and this hotel is always consistently high quality and is an excellent value. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are clean and very pleasant. None of the overpowering air freshener smell that so many motels have. Only caution that only affects a few people is that while the bedrooms are spacious, if you use a 4 wheeled rollator for mobility support, there is not enough room in the bathroom to roll in, turn around and close the door behind you because the door is very wide. Had to collapse the rollator, tuck it by the toilet and then close the door. Or I used my cane or few steps and left the rollator in the hall. The taller slide walkers without a seat would fit more easily. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful here. Dozens of stores and restaurants. The breakfast room s is spotlessly clean and very well thought out and presented. One of the best I've ever seen at a BW.

After reviewing several hotels in the area for the trip down to move my Father, we chose this one! Furniture upholstery was torn, I can deal with that. Wasn't in the room long enough to really look at it too long. But, the bathroom, was DISGUSTING! The I didn't want to touch the sink handle because there was dirt and mold under it, the shower curtain had mold growing on it... Yeah, for a newer hotel, yikes!!! We advised the guy behind the counter when we checked out, not a word. Not an apology, nothing! So, we WON'T be going back to that hotel EVER again. Yuck!

Nice hotel with easy check-in and very helpful desk clerk. Breakfast was the typical continental with some extras. Food was all fresh and kitchen area very clean. Desk clerk was very helpful in locating a place for dinner.

"Nice beds and service"

We had a very nice room with two very comfortable queens. We were always able to get hot water to make tea, which was very helpful because my daughter caught a cold. I had to print something in the small business center and once again it was easily accomplished. We used the lobby and the breakfast room after hours to read and all was peaceful. We often felt on our own. We had one day where neither staff or other guests were there for breakfast. Overall a very comfortable, satisfactory stay.

"Going down fast"

We stayed here in June, 6 months ago. It was better then. It is not being very well taken care of. In our room alone, peeling wallpaper, (this is a newer hotel) broken lamp, light bulbs out, broken curtain & dirty coffee pot. And man oh man the smell when I walked in the lobby to check in about 4pm. Garlic, curry, something. VERY STRONG. Permeating to the 2nd floor. We will most likely not stay here next time.

"We were pleased again"

When traveling to this part of GA, I never know what to expect. We have stayed here a few times and we returned over Thanksgiving. Once again, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall. My complaint again is that they seem to lump everyone together so the noise can get quite loud. I wish when the hotel is not full they could spread us apart. For example, there was a crying baby next door to us that kept us awake. Then the couple on the other side was watching a very loud movie. If there had been a room between us all the noise would not have been noticed as much. But overall it is a good place to stay in this area. When we return this will be the place I choose to come back to. Thank you for keeping it clean and neat! It matters!!

Room 216 was nice king size bed room that had just enough space. But on our last day, the AC went out and it was over 80 degrees in Waycross!! They couldn't fix the air but did allow for late checkout which was both good and bad. Good because I event was at 1 but bad because it was HOT in the room!

This hotel is clean , has a good breakfast and comfortable beds. Is close to the main streets and very clean. The food is available starting at 6 am which is great for early risers and it is very very clean in the breakfast area...Great waffles. A/C in rooms works great and really cools off quickly...beds and bathroom very clean as is hallways and rest of hotel

great appearance really pleased with everything , the staff at night was friendly and pleasant. the young girl at desk in AM at check out was shy and never left her i phone alone. I explained the room ac and told her to notify maint. and she went back to her i phone . so we just walked to breakfast and eat and left

The hotel was fine, but the breakfast buffet was subpar. We have stayed at other BW Plus hotels and the breakfast was pretty good to excellent. The breakfast at this location was not that good. The room was pretty nice and spacious. The room had a nice sized flat screen vwhich was great for viewing.

Well lets be honest. You need a truck to actually make it in to the parking lot considering the 15" step there is. After entering the hotel itself, you need to ring a bell and wait for somebody to show up and help you (day or night doesn't matter). Asking for a good local place to eat like I did you will get an answer, all the restaurants we got are out there on this road. Finally making it in to the room, the wallpaper is pealing of the wall, the internet crashes every 15 - 20 min, the doors are corroded, and you get to look at a dumpster outside your window. But I have to say it was quiet in there. Thats just about the only plus I can find.

This is one of the smartest BWs which you will find and is situated on the strip outside the historic centre, (which appeared to be close to derelict). It is quiet and set back from the highway and is convenient for the Swamp Park which is a few miles further out of town. We found 2 good restaurant close by - a Mexican one further towards the town and an Italian one directly opposite. I have two criticisms of this hotel - firstly the reception desk is only manned if a bell is rung, so it feels a bit like staying on the Marie Celeste at times and secondly we were charge 5$ for using a credit card. I do not find this acceptable as hotels bills are normally paid by credit card and this is the only establishment which has a made such a charge in our ten years of travelling around the USA. I do not think that Best Western should allow this. Despite that I would stay again because it was a very comfortable place to stay.

This hotel is set back off the highway just a little and it is quiet and clean and the breakfast is great. The price was the reason we went here instead of the competition. And we were greatly surprised how nice it was.
