The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful, particularly Stefan. He did everything possible to help us. A true gem of a person! My only suggestion is to make sure that the air circulation system is working. The days we were there were warm and it would have made our room more pleasant with air circulation. The open windows were a sufficient backup though. I would highly recommend the Harmonie to Vienna visitors.

Once we checked into our room, we discovered the plumbing was malfunctioning and were moved to a new room right away. The hotel is beautifully appointed, and everyone working the front desk was willing to help answer our many questions. But the award winner was the daily breakfast buffet!!! Every day began with a bounty of of gorgeously appointed food selections and outstanding coffee!!

We loved our stay at the Harmonie Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and there was even a bathtub in the bathroom, and it was wonderful to have a bath after a long day sight-seeing. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff lovely. The hotel is only a short walk from the centre, and located in a quiet part of town. We would definitely come back.

This is a gem of a hotel. The staff are very friendly and helped us a lot , nothing was too much trouble. It is in a quiet area , easy to walk to center , go on a tram or underground. Rooms are very quiet and the hotel is spotless. The afternoon tea was a lovely touch. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Vienna. Can't praise it enough!!

This place was so lovely and nice to our group of 8. There is a buffet breakfast that is healthy and nice to have; a lovely afternoon tea with local cakes that made my kids' day; a gym for me; and it is in a perfect location for seeing the city. My sons got up and ran every day and saw everything he wanted to see from this hotel.

Very friendly staff, always available and helpful. Beautiful comfortable and quiet rooms. Great Breakfast - any wish was taken care for. We also loved the area around the hotel, nice bars, Restaurants and bakery's. We will come back soon again. A price without breakfast would be nice; our son lives just around the hotel and prepares also a delightful breakfast for us :)

The hotel is excellent value for money, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Whilst the hotel is not right in the centre of Vienna, the tram stop is nearby and there is an underground station a short walk away making it easy to get round the city. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I received VIP treatment. I was delighted to get a room upgrade to a king bed with extra space . I slept like a baby during my stay! The staff are exceptionally helpful particularly Louise who gave me a map & lots of info on what tours to book in Vienna. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious with lots of variety. Very centrally located to all the historic sights including the Sigmund Freud museum. Overall one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I look forward to returning in June!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive to detail in giving advice both about the local neighbourhood and attractions to visit in the wider Vienna area. Breakfast is very good and we also enjoyed spending time in the bar in an evening and the afternoon tea.

All staff were so serviceminded and friendly. We felt really welcome. In the reception we were given good advice about public transport and restaurants. The breakfast was well organized and had tasty options. As we celebrated our wedding anniversary we appreciated that prosecco was available. Central and yet quiet location.

Home from a wonderful long weekend in Vienna. We stayed at the Harmonie Hotel which we booked via Jet2 City Breaks. On landing we took the OBB S7 train to Wien Mitte. We brought a 72 hour city public transport ticket from the OBB airport ticket office for 17 euros (activated when purchased) plus the S7 ticket which was discounted to 2 euros (the S7 ticket stated a time which was actually the activation time, it was valid for 2 hours). The OBB S7 trip is not covered by the 72 hour ticket as it only covers the city underground, buses, trams, trains. Once at Wien Mitte we took the U4 underground to Robauer Lände station . It's then about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. On arrival at the hotel, 1pm ish we checked in quickly, the staff were very welcoming and our room was ready. Our room 113 was lovely and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows extremely comfy. The room was really quiet, we slept with the windows open and apart from the Monday morning didn't hear any noise, amazing for a city centre hotel. The bathroom was great and included shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, slippers and bath robe. The breakfasts were delicious, a good choice of hot and cold dishes, coffee, tea and juices. The hotel also provided complimentary tea and cake between 3-6pm each day which was a lovely treat. The hotel's location is brilliant, as well as the U4 Robauer Lande underground station which you can take to the schonbrunn palace and zoo, tram D is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel, we took this tram to the Karlsplatz stop and transferred to the tram 1 to travel the Ringstrasse. The hotel reception staff were excellent, always ready to answer any questions. I really can't think of any negatives, everything about the hotel was perfect.

Fantastic service and very friendly front office staff who go beyond the call of duty to make her stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place to stay . Only minor issue parking is not available at her hotel but a short distance away . Fantastic spread of breakfast

Friendly helpful staff, good location, good selection of food for breakfast, rooms and beds comfortable, bathrooms clean with lots of hot water. Tea and cake provided until late afternoon if we required a break before heading out again. All perfect. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay and would return.

The suite we booked was maybe not enormous, but very comfortable, well equipped and quiet. The bed was excellent and the bathroom squeaky clean. The buffet breakfast, to which you can add some specials from a menu is hard to be topped by any other hotel. Wow!

An absolutely first class hotel in every way. The hotel is modern and clean. Great facilities like tea and cake offered. The breakfast was a delight. So many choices and such quality. It was a very great experience, with nice staff, hotel, location, very close to the city center - aprox.15 min walking. The breakfast was delicious and each day between 15-18, a tea and a cake is served in the lobby. For sure, we will come back again to this hotel.

Big room with very confortable bed anda nice pillows. Awesome breakfast, with amazing coffee. Its near the downtown (15/20 minutes walking) anda 5 minutes from a public transport to go see Belvedere or Schonbrun. Really a nice place to stay, highly recommended

Harmonie was a top choice: peaceful location, yet close to the center. Good public transport connections are just around the corner. Our room (suite) was comfortable and quiet and the bed was really nice. In the room there was also a Nespresso machine with plenty of capsules. The breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties to choose from. The complimentary afternoon tea was a nice treat. The hotel staff is so friendly and smiling, we really felt ourselves welcome. Harmonie is a great mixture of little luxury and relaxed, friendly attitude. When choosing a place to stay in Vienna, do not hesitate to choose this hotel.

The Hotal was booked as part of a package with Jet 2 however I would certainly return - ALL the staff were amazing reception staff went out of their way lettting us know how to access places and printing tickets off for us . I really cant recommend the reception staff enough during our stay they were amazing .verything 10 mins from the hotel The Room was again first class everything and the bathroom rode superb my wife loved its softness . Breakfast at another level fantastic everything including Prosseco And finally the location out of the centre but tram D is the key.

As always - stuff, room, bed, breakfast - everything is excellent. It's always my favourite hotel in Vienna. No matter whether i'm there for business or private reasons. A clear recommendation for my friends, family and business partners.

Since retirement I have travelled extensively both with my wife and as a solo traveler. Flying solo last week, this was my first trip to Vienna, but it will not be my last. My accommodations at the Harmonie were superb. I cannot say enough about the staffs helpful and friendly spirit and the overall atmosphere in this lovely boutique. The breakfast each morning was very worthwhile and being inclusive in the rate made the daily tab an attractive offering. Part of my reason for the visit was love of music and dance. I took advantage of the hotels well positioned place within the arts community and asked that Opera and Symphony tickets be secured in advance. Stefan became a hero among men when on entering the Opera House I discovered the excellent seat he was able to book. Same was true a few days later at the Vienna Symphony where a perfectly positioned Loge seat was a fine location. I will certainly stay here again and I applaud the performance with great enthusiasm!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful experience. Staff are very helpful and kind, breakfast is excellent (all homemade food). Beds were a little firm for my liking, but have found that to be true in many parts of Europe. Location was convenient for walking to many of the sights we came to see, and public transit is nearby for those places a little further away.

The hotel clean and room with all needs. The breakfast very good. The staff very gentle and friendly. The front desk was particularly competent and helped me in any request with patient. Maybe the distance from the center is a small problem but it was nice to walk .

What can I say... The room was always clean with everything you needed, always warm and cosy with a pinch of luxury (more than a pinch actually) and the view amazing (the 5th floor helped) .Breakfast had everything. Personel was kind and polite. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. Stay as you are!!!

This is an amazing hotel! Cozy and beautiful. The staff were insanely friendly and answered all my questions (I had a lot). They helped me with directions, brought food up to my room, and helped me with laundry services. The rooms are well kept and the beds are super super comfortable. The hotel has free breakfast, which is mainly the same core food items but differing meat and sweet options. Lots of different options for vegetarian and vegan as well. Everything in the breakfast was good- I could not get enough of the fresh bread and the fresh fruit smoothies they would make. The hotel also has a “bistro” option if you wanted to buy lunch and/or dinner. Free hot tea in the afternoon and a small bar open in the evenings. Small but clean gym open early in the morning till midnight. The hotel isn't right in the center of the “inner city” of Vienna, but is quite literally a 1-2 minute walk from one of the bus lines and the red line D tram line. About a 12-15 minute walk from the U line metro. I could get anywhere I wanted from the D tram which was very close. Grocery store (Billa) and CVS-type store (Bipa) also a few minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants nearby and the staff are happy to help recommend places as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Definitely a highlight of our trip, highly recommended because: - Location is great, more peaceful than most central hotels in town. It's got really interesting things around (including Freud's museum) and is a VERY short and pleasant tram distance away from everything - Classic architecture, yet very functional. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable .. excellent space to relax after a full day walk. - Breakfast is quite complete, at this time of the year still served on the sidewalk or indoor. Service very attentive. - Stephan was the person in charge of the reception. His advice on places to go / how to get there was simply top notch. He anticipates your needs and resolves them. He is the best host we had in our trip.

Fantastic room, very quiet area at night. Within a few minutes walk of a metro entrance, grocery store, and many restaurants and cafes. Phenomenal breakfast with great coffee and pastries. The staff were very friendly and prepared to help guests in multiple languages.

Ok I'm going to get the very minor negative out of the way. It's a little bit out from the city center. So, the positives. Room was excellent, bed was super comfortable, well stocked mini bar, clean and spacious bathroom, desk staff are simply excellent, breakfast was outstanding. Free afternoon tea in a very nice lounge is a very civilized touch. Would definitely stay again and would have no hesitation in recommending.

The hotel reception staff were great on arrival, helping explain how to navigate the city and gave us some great maps and guides - this was really appreciated as we had never been to Vienna before. The location of the hotel is great for access to travel (covered below) and is near to some nice bars and restaurants. The area feels really safe to walk around and it's nice and quiet in the evenings. The room was beautiful, daily cleaning and perfect for relaxing in! The pictures don't really do it justice. We booked a suite which has a sofa and tv area, we enjoyed having the extra space to relax and get ready which if you can afford, I would recommend. The breakfast was lovely, wide choice of options - everything was nicely presented and we really enjoyed this. Travel - The hotel is located close to a tram stop (5 minute walk max) which we used to travel for the 3 days we spent in Vienna. Passes can be purchased from the hotel reception which was really helpful and they cover both tram and underground which is genuinely all you need to get around. The trams run every few minutes and are clean / easy to use. We paid €17 per person for a 3 day pass. Whilst in Vienna we enjoyed visiting the Schronbrunn palace, the Prater theme park, the opera (I had never been before and it was a great experience) and just generally wandering around. 3 days wasn't enough, we could have easily filled 5 or 6 days.

The room was perfect, the breakfast was divine, but it was the people at the front desk who won our hearts. They were always there for us, and assured that our stay in Vienna was a success in all respects.

The hotel is great, located very centrally but in a quiet side street, very nice rooms, spotless clean, great organic breakfast. On top of that, the ballet/dance theme of this hotel is so charming - not only for ballet fans as we are but for sure for everyone who loves to see an individual touch in a hotel. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Vienna next time!

What a perfect hotel, stylish, in a quiet area. We wish we stayed there longer! We arrived at around 3pm and enjoyed their free afternoon tea and sweets. Luise at the front desk was very welcoming and gave us tips where to have lunch and dinner. Both places turned out delicious. The room itself is beautiful and the mattress is very comfortable. Breakfast has lots of choices. I want to come back to Vienna to just stay at The Harmonie.

We've stayed in numerous hotels over the years, and this was one of the rare few that was the full package! Warm staff who go the extra mile, spacious and clean hotel room, and lots of places to walk to. Tijana, the concierge, was especially helpful and welcoming. Tijana took the time to show us a map on our first night and wrote down locations to see, and even gave clear directions on how to get there (e.g., drawing lines on the map). She also made a reservation for a local restaurant on our behalf, as we couldn't call them ourselves due to international fees. She was overall very thoughtful, friendly, and responsive. Stefan, the manager, was also very helpful and professional. He addressed our questions promptly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Thanks to the outstanding staff and facilities, we truly felt at home in Vienna. We will definitely come back to Harmonie Hotel when we visit Vienna again!

Such a lovely hotel. Super clean, they had a very nice breakfast buffet plus extra a la carte choices. The ambience of the lobby and coffee bar was also relaxed with nice music, and the friendly staff really make a difference. I loved it. The location is also perfect, nice neighbourhood with many choices for dinner and drinks, also within walking distance to center and well connected with transportation.

The stay was very good. The rooms were perfect. The housekeeping took very well care. The staff - personal of the reception were friendly and well informed. In general your hotel is a great experience i gladly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at the Harmonie Vienna. The staff was incredibly kind and helped us with transportation and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is a bit outside of the main area of Vienna, but has a tram stop nearby which was easy to use. The breakfasts were wonderful! We would definitely recommend.

This was a great, memorable stay. The only hitch was the A/C not working properly in our room. It did not always work, and I had to call about it a couple of times on our 5-day stay. They tell you that you need to close the window, but that was not the issue as we don't turn on A/C's with the window open. The breakfasts are really good. I really enjoyed their fresh baked breads, variety of cheeses, and cappuccinos. The tea time each day was fabulous as well, which starts in the late afternoon. I always looked forward to this each day, including a different type of cake each time. I commend how patient the breakfast staff were with unruly tourists. People can be so disrespectful - like a large family that were loud, did not control their children, and had the nerve to ask for tin foil from staff so that they could use the breakfast buffet to pack lunch for their family of 10. This hotel is very, very close to a couple of attractions: Sigmund Freud Museum; Josephinum (museum for anatomical wax models); and the The Narrenturm (former insane asylum now holds a pathological anatomy museum).

In my countless travels, this hotel is a standout. Here are the reasons: Super Clean Friendliest Staff - everyone! Warm and Welcoming Comfortable Rooms - with all amenities including: top notch bathroom appointments, refrigerator with full bar complex, safe, flat screen TV, super fast WiFi. Proximity to all Vienna has to offer. 10-20 min. walk. THE BREAKFAST! This is a gourmet experience. Too much to list. You have to experience it for yourself. One slight negative, the mattress need to be upgraded.(although this may be due to preference) Overall, great experience top to bottom. Highly recommend!!!

Very clean hotel and scrumptious breakfast. Also close to centre, various restaurants and provides car park (at a charge) which is only 1-2 mins away. Staff is really nice and helpful. The only downside is that it doesn't have a restaurant.

We had a warm welcome from the staff at the reception and our room was ready earlier than the 3pm check in time which was a huge releif for us because we were all tired. Breakfast was lovely everyday, this hotel is exceptional.

Lovely comfortable hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Nice varied breakfast. Good air conditioning which was essential in the 35° Viennese summer temperature. We have stayed here three times now visiting our daughter - excellent every time .

Charming boutique hotel located 20 minutes from most tourist attractions. Prices are terrific after incorporating slightly remote - but peaceful, quiet - location and smaller than average room size. No interconnecting rooms offered. Terrific choice for business and leisure travelers. Attributes -modern, quaint and comfortable design. Lobby and rooms are tastefully appointed -peaceful location. No road noise -very strong air conditioning, room darkening shades enable peaceful slumber -excellent Buffett breakfast. Includes numerous yogurts, mueslis, perfectly cooked eggs, espresso, smoked salmon. Tea time also very nice -easy access to public transport with D tram 3 minutes walk Deficiencies - shower head installation is puzzling. The handheld nozzle doesn't fit the holder, and the entire fixture is mounted at an odd angle, making it extraordinarily difficult to shower comfortably. It's awkward, uncomfortable and peculiar for a relatively new hotel -room layout is strange. Access to closets awkward. Desk could be unusable depending on room type

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location with wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby. Since it is a small boutique hotel, it feels cozy and intimate. The afternoon tea in the library is also an added bonus. The staff are knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Breakfast is also great. We stayed in 5 different hotels during our 3 week travel in Europe and Hotel Harmonie was definitely a favorite.

Husband, wife and two kids, 6 and 3 years old. The room supposed to be 30 sqm but the plan of it was just perfect, the kids had their area and bed and could sleep without getting disturbed. A welcoming chocolate was appreciated after a long trip:-) It was clean, had high standard, good breakfast, good location, and helpful staff.

With family of 3 members- travelled to Vienna. This hotel is little away from city center- ring where you have museum, opera, parliament and other monument. But you can easily travel via local transport which is about 7-10 mins walk. Check in- very friendly staff and manager Victoria was amazing. Kudos to the staff and management Room Fantastic room - very comfy and nicely decorated . Good bed including extra bed for my teenager son. Only issue - there is a little step up from bathroom to bedroom and we hit our legs on it multiple times almost tripped and also hurt ourselves. Not sure why that 2-3 inch step up which is not easy to notice. Apart from that absolutely lovely boutique hotel. Includes Breakfast big plus. Amazing food and service. Friendly staff was bring food and coffee to us on table as well. Being vegetarian- they made attempt to make vegetarian omelet which was plus. Management staff helped to get us day pass for local transport and also directions to key locations. Overall 4 star because of step up issue that I hit my toes 3 times and did hurt me. But management staff got one extra star.

The customer service was lovely - the hotel rooms are beautiful and clean, the beds, pillows and doonas are extremely comfortable, so nice to stay here. Breakfast was outside and peaceful and food was fresh. So glad I stayed here, the pizzeria down the street was also lovely :)

The three night stay at Harmonie was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful to book taxi or answer any questions. The hotel is very close to the central location but is still in a quiet area. Breakfast had plenty of options. Highly recommend for a great stay.

Good looking and comfortable room, it has everything you might need. The bed is also perfect for us, but there was also an option to make it “softer”. The breakfast is also very good and tasty (both sweet or not). The staff is very friendly, and they were also capable of speaking Italian. Overall it's situated in a very quiet zone even if close to the center of the city. It makes it a good place to stay as it's also very simple to get to/from the center. That would be my pick again i happened to visit Vienna again!

We stayed hear for four nights and right from the first moment loved the hotel. The staff were exceptional and on arriving Stefan took the time to explain how to get to all the major sites in Vienna. The room was a good size, complete with mini bar and kettle. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel had placed a card and a bottle of Prosecco in the room for us. The room was impeccably clean and the bathroom a good size with everything you could need. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice including juices, fruit, cheese and a variety of hot dishes. The position of the hotel was perfect for us. About 15 minutes walking from the centre but quiet at night. We can't wait to go back. The only thing we would really like the hotel to add is food in the evening.

This boutique hotel is outstanding. The staff was very professional in each task they preform, from a highly friendly check in to helpful check out. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide selection of choices of cold meats, several types of eggs, sausages, and at least seven types of fresh bread. The staff made enjoyable restaurant recommendations. Not a bad one in the lot. Helpfully information about local sites to visit and mass transportation. We will return for a much longer visit to Vienna. Beautiful city..

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The room was very nice, fully-equipped and comfortable (although on the first floor). It would be nice to have some more hangers in the wardrobe. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. You can walk to the city center but it's quite tiring (at least 20 minutes) but the route is beautiful! We really enjoyed staying there! Vienna is amazing!

We had a wonderful, stress-free stay at this warm, charming boutique hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the daily breakfast was consistently good, well-organized, and with a sufficient variety of food and coffee choices. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The size of the room was on the smaller side, but did not feel cramped at all and was within what you might expect given the hotel's location in/near a city center (where standard hotel rooms are typically smaller). The fitness room is small, but again, did not feel cramped. It was rarely occupied and I had no difficulty using any of the machines when I wanted to. The equipment was in good shape and the room has a door/window for natural light. The hotel is well-situated--walking distance to the center of the city and public transport, but out of the fray enough to feel like you are retiring somewhere quiet at the end of the day. Would love to stay at the Harmonie again if we have another occasion to visit Vienna!

We were so delighted with everything in the hotel. It was clean, organized, and in a quiet street. The staff was amazing; so helpful and friendly. Victoria at the front desk, and Sonjya in the dining area were the best. The breakfasts were wonderful, especially the selection of food and the service. We stayed 7 days but wished we could have stayed longer!

The perfect place to say in Vienna, everybody works there is more than nice, they all try their best to make you feel comfy, the front desk are pretty helpful and saves no effort to help you with a big smile.Also, there was that asian woman that we have seen at breakfast time she takes really well care of everybody, we had our flight early in the morning so we had to leave early, she didn't let us leave till she gave us breakfast box.. I just wanna say a big thank you for everybody there.

For a 3-day trip to Vienna, we chose The Harmonie hotel and had the most wonderful experience! We had a lovely room with everything we needed, comfortable bed, bathtub, nice natural light in the room were things that we really appreciated. The hotel has a quite varied breakfast buffet including local savory and sweet options, carefully picked and set up. We enjoyed the hotel's tea time in the afternoon, where we would come back from a day of walking in the city to enjoy some tea and fresh cakes in the well-decorated lobby. We found a lot of these extra touches in the hotel and their hosting that made our stay very memorable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even suggested that we could have breakfast bags arranged for us to pick up at the reception since we were checking out at 5 in the morning and would miss breakfast. The hotel is close to the “ring” and innerstadt of Vienna. We would normally take the tram from a tram stop a minute away from the hotel to get to the places we wanted to visit around the ring but we normally just walked back for 20 minutes to the hotel, it's a lovely walk :) Overall, we loved our stay at The Harmonie Vienna and we would happily come back for a second visit there.

Stayed a few days as a tourist. It is a fine hotel at a very good location. Can walk to many city attractions but tram stop is minutes away. The room we have was a bit tight for 3 people but expected in Vienna. Staff is very professional and kind, and breakfast is great.

We really liked the location because it was just out of the very central, very expensive part of Vienna but close enough to walk everyday. No need for public transport.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Totally quiet. Nicely designed furnishings, bathroom. Every fixture was in perfect working order (not true of some hotels I've stayed at), was perfectly new and clean, and was well designed. Totally comfortable bed (comparable to Marriott's beds). Gym was small and basic but satisfactory (treadmill, elliptical, cycle, one cable machine, limited free weights). Not in the center of things (e.g. center of Old Town), but a short cab or tram ride away. Overall, excellent and highly recommendable for the modern and designerly and new feel of the hotel. Excellent service as well.

Everything about the Harmonie was divine, but above all, their staff were unbelievable. Every little detail was taken care of, and the level of accommodation was so impressive that while I never write reviews I felt compelled to write one here. Two staffers in particular, David and Aleksa, took care of absolutely everything I needed - from recommendations of points of interest to me, to directions, dining options for my specific diet, and room amenities. I could not have asked for a more exquisite stay.

Very nice hotel near center of Vienna near public transportation which brings you to main city attractions. All of the staff is very kind and helpful. The room have all the necessities and everything is very clean and well kept. Bed is also very comfortable. We appreciated very much the complimentary afternoon tea and delicious homemade cakes which gave that extra feeling of warmth and welcoming of the hotel. Not to forget the excellent breakfast in the morning! We couldn't have asked for more and will certainly return if again in Vienna!

Staff provided excellent recommendations on places nearby to eat and off the track interesting sites to see close to the hotel, Although the location is not close to the center of town Vienna is small enough to get everywhere of interest within a 25 minute walk from the hotel, I will most certainly return.

Excellent hotel with fabulous breakfasts which include Proseco, and additional services such as afternoon tea and chocolates on the bed. The little touches were much appreciated. Staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to make your stay positive. The area is also very nice and away from the city centre which I really enjoyed. The GM has really put a lot of time and effort into making the hotel special. Absolutely no complaints from me.

Children (9 and 12) were superhappy, residential area very quiet in the night. Air conditioning in the room a bit noisy but only in few moments. I booked here while in Vienna while my father was in a conference and we had a budget so I decided to book here primarily based off reviews as price was of no concern. Service throughout my stay was exemplary: the staff were responsive to any needs and operated efficiently but in a friendly and sincere way. The room itself was quite expansive given the location in a relatively confined building. The room was pretty much as close to spotless as you could get. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable, especially the sofa bed. Usually the sofa bed in most hotels tends to be on the hard side but this one was quite soft. The air conditioner was fairly effective and there was a nice desk area with a good sized table and chair. The bathroom was overall pretty nice and again without blemishes similar to the room. It was nicely size and the toiletries provided matched the level of accommodation. Similar to the hotel we stayed at in Rome, the shower was only half enclosed, but this time the partition was immobile which provided much better shielding. The only real complaint was that there was no separate conditioner in the shower. Internet was excellent and stayed connected. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, probably the best complimentary breakfast I've ever experienced at a hotel. There was a smoothie that was made fresh every day that rotated along with juices and milk as well as a number of types of breads, pastries, and cold cuts as well as hot and cold options of all types and cold yogurt. The selection was expansive and very filling. The Harmonie is already unbeatable as far as hard product comes: the rooms are large and without a blemish but the soft product in the form of the terrific free breakfast and staff really elevates the experience to a level that very few can match.

Very good location Friendly extremely staff, albeit quite overworked. This made it a bit difficult to get boiling hot water for breakfast tea, if guests were allowed to brew their own tea it would be easier and more effective. Nice complimentary afternoon tea. We've been coming back to this hotel for a few years. It is located in a quiete lovely street, not far from the center. The interiors are very pleasing and tasteful. This property is immaculately managed and the stuff is very attentive and always in great spirits. The breakfast is delicious and in warmer months you can enjoy it outdoors. I recommend to book the hotel directly as they offer better rates than other platforms. Great Hotel and always a pleasure to be back!

We visited hotel just before the 2022 Vienna Marathon festival. I was amazed from the information I received from the reception (thank you Stefen) how to get in the places of our interest. The hotel has a mini guide of the nearby places of interest which I found to be very helpful since it was our first time we visited Vienna. The room was cosy with a spacious double bed and a very nice bathroom. The daily cleaning service was very good and the ladies were discreet. The breakfast buffet was nice with the ladies that served beverages very helpful fulfilling requests from our children. In general the hotel is an excellent choice and that we will make again in our next visit in Vienna. Thank you Harmonie for all the good memories you offered.

We stayed at the hotel for six days. Located in a quiet and nice location, not far from the city downtown. It is a very high-level boutique hotel, clean and well designed in a very special way. The crew was very kind. Breakfast is very good and changing daily, with a huge selection, there is even an option to order a Japanese breakfast. I stayed for a week in Vienna at this hotel. I was a bit hesitant as it's part of Best Western, a chain. However, I needn't have been: it was superb! It's independently owned and run. I couldn't fault it. The breakfast, in particular, was really fantastic. A wide selection and delicious! Location is just a few minutes walk from the centre, but it far enough out that it's nice and quiet. If I come back to Vienna, I'll definitely be looking up this hotel to stay in again!

We have been privileged to stay for the past 4 nights as 2 couples at this wonderful hotel. From the excellent personal service offered by all the hotel staff we came into contact with , through to immaculate condition and standard of the hotel generally and the high quality of our rooms , we could not fault one aspect. The quality and variety of the breakfast provided so capably by Gemma and the team is also well worthy of mention . Overall we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who like us , wish to enhance their vienna experience.

I loved the hotel. great room and location. the breakfast very rich - however, an incident in the last night casted a shadow over my stay - I got back from few drinks in town and I forgot something in the cab. I returned to the Lobby to meet the cab but forgot to take a mask with me. The night keeper got up from his sleep and actually talked like a very rude policeman. I apologized for not having the mask but he didn't offer any mask or solution, and just scorned me. The next morning in the checkout, I mentioned it to the reception manager and he justified this behavior. Only when I shared my insult of a German speaking worker talking rudely like a policeman to a very tired Israeli guest - he apologized without taking any other action. I think an hotel be this standard should improve and have polite staff and any hotel should have

All Staff are very helpful and friendly, with no exceptions. Breakfast is very good, and you can order especially made breakfasts, all included. There is also an afternoon tea and cake time, included. Room size is good, and very clean. I would say, this is one of the cleanest hotels I ever been to. Bed was good and the heater is working and can be adjusted according to your need. Excellent modern shower, and large, clean bathroom. Wi-Fi was good, easy access. The room also has a good TV set, that I couldn't enjoy as much, given most of interesting channels were in German. The hotel is also environmental friendly in a smart way, without compromising your comfort, for example, the room heater won't start if the window or the curtain is not tightly closed. Location is very good, it is In a quite residential area, yet, just 10 minutes away from the center. You will not need to use transports to visit central Vienna attractions. We have had an amazing stay (2 nights) at the Harmonie Hotel! The room is very comfortable, has good room sizes, (the one we've got had a bathtub), super clean and quiet, even the ones on the street side. The hotel is based in a quiet area, yet close to public transportation and within walking distance from the center. Perfect location for exploring Vienna. Garage parking is just nearby, 2-3 minutes walk. Breakfast is wonderful (organic/bio buffet breakfast). The staff is lovely and very attentive. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Located in very quiet neighbourhood, this boutique hotel is a very good choice for your stay. Very clean, they paid much attention to my requests regarding the allergies. The rooms and the public spaces are all decorated in a very harmonious way, giving you a glimpse of Vienna as great art center. The breakfast offered a large variety of choices, hot dishes and cold cuts, vegetarian options and a delicious coffee. The staff is helpful and very kind. I really loved the interior design of it and the balet videos filmed in.

Returning to the U.S. after a business trip I unexpectedly was diagnosed with Covid. This turned my plans upside down. To my great relief the Hotel staff was extraordinarily considerate and helpful. The hotel staff made my mandatory quarantine notably more tolerable. They were most thoughtful and made every reasonable effort to insure my comfort and address my needs. Stayed over 3 nights in this hotel on our weekend trip to Vienna. The hotel is centrally located within 20 minnutes walking tour to all main attractions. Metro, tramp and buss are available within few minnutes walk. Located in very quiet street so we could enjoy night sleep without noise. The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good with variety of options available both from the buffet og from the menu. Staff were super kind and friendly. Note that hotel doesn't have restaurant og bar. But there are plenty of restaurants/bars/cafees within short walk. Overall we enjoyed out stay and will definitely come back. Good value for money. Perfect hotel for everyone who wants to live central but not too central.

The hotel is located 20-30 minutes walk to the center. Although there was convenient public transport we enjoyed walking. The room was very clean. Breakfast was more than sufficient. But the greatest thing was service. We would like to thank everyone but especially night shift front desk administrator Can, who is extremely customer-oriented and super professional. Can helped us to resolve different issues even beyond his direct job duties. We really appreciate his kind assistance!

The Harmonie was a great place for our stay in Vienna. The hotel lobby was well decorated and pretty, and we looked forward to their daily offering of tea and desserts. They also had an excellent breakfast selection each morning. Our room was fairly small, though clean and cozy. Their staff were friendly and spoke English, which was extra helpful as we don't speak German. The free COVID testing available on-site alleviated the usual international travel stress for us, saving us from having to search for pharmacies or places that would test Americans. Overall, I would recommend the Harmonie for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, relaxing stay in Vienna!

I stayed at this hotel for about 5 or 6 days during a workshop and the staff were very nice. It was a clean hotel, located in a nice area and accessible by transit. The reason I would stay here again was the attentive staff (Kumari at breakfast remembered me each time and that I was vegan). I would stay here again if I return to Vienna.

I stay in Vienna a couple of Times per year and I always Love to come to the Vienna Harmonie. The staff is very friendely and helpful in every Single Departement! the receptionists, housekeeping and the breakfast ladies, every Single Person here makes your stay lovely and comfortable! The room are spacious, clean and friendly, the breakfast is really good, fresh(!!!) eggs in different Variation (which is really rare in lost Hotels) and even for my vegan colleagues, there are a lot of special choices. I can highly recommend the Vienna Harmonie, for Business Trips and also for a vacation in Vienna. Thank you for giving me a place, where I feel like having a second home ❤️

Stayed at this hotel with a group of 3. The room came with two double bed and one of the bed had a nook of it's own. They were generous with providing extra towels and toiletries. The bathroom also had a heated towel rack. The staffs were all really pleasant and kind. Breakfast buffet had a great variation of selections. The only cons is that it's far away from most of the sites.

Since the first minute we arrive the late Night Shift concierge received us amazing. The breakfast service was always delicious and with many options and the location of the hotel is great, about 10 minutes from the city center. Our flight was at 6 am so the concierge care to have us hit coffee and box lunches ready to go

This is the most amazing place to spend your weekend in Vienna. The hotel is situated in the Vienna old town, so from the very beginning, you feel like part of a history movie. The hotel is very close to the main attractions on foot and also has great public transport connections. The place by itself is very quiet. Rooms are spacious and classic-chic. Breakfast is amazing as well - a variety of eco-product for any taste, fresh juices and you can even have a Prosecco for breakfast :) We were leaving very early and the hotel staff organized a breakfast-to-go for us! From 3 to 6 the hotel organizes a small afternoon o'clock tea + cakes. The staff is also very helpful. Can't dream of anything else - everything we wanted we found here. 5 stars!

In the room you can find everything you need, includes slippers, shower accessories, tea and coffee, etc. The room is clean, the bed is large and very comfortable, very soft pillows. The hotel offers to make bedding according to softness and hardness as it suits you. For us it was so comfortable for sleep on this bed. We have only the most positive feedback left. We advise everyone to enjoy the comfort and pleasant atmosphere of this hotel!

The hotel is in close proximity to the tram station and city bike which is very useful to get aroung the huge city center of Vienna easily. My family and I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights. The reception desk was very successful, kind and helpful. The reception desk made us forget we were on a touristic trip. Never had I seen such brilliant reception personnel before. The hotel has decent breakfast. The personnel that serves you for the breakfast are very rapid and kind. As said, the hotel is not far from the city center (about 15 minutes by foot). We can come to Vienna again just to feel the comfort of this hotel. At the hotel, I witnessed how a brilliant group of personnel can make a vacation more beautiful.

We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of the city centre and are so glad that we did. Everything was absolutely superb. All of the members of staff were friendly and helpful. Reception staff in particular went out of their way to make sure that arrangements were made for Covid 19 tests for us. Not only translating but helping us do the tests and then making sure they were taken to the lab. They arranged tickets for us, airport transfers and suggested places of interest to visit. The hotel was spotlessly clean. A very good breakfast was served with attentive waiting staff. Tea and pastries/cake were served in the afternoon. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay there again.

I couldn't choose better , i felt so welcomed in this hotel , the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay , is a boutique hotel so they is no crowds , is a hidden jewel close to main attractions and museums , but away from the noise of the tourists , super quiet hotel for rest and comfort , delicious beds and pillows , this place is extra clean and sanitized , everything is beautiful inside and outside , this is a historic building from 1400s but completely restored , they parking is close by is not attached to hotel , but didn't bothered us , and is pretty reasonable 18 euros , the highlight of the stay is the breakfast wich is included with your stay , is delicious and fresh , a lot different options of food and beverages , the service at the breakfast was on point , can not wait to go back one day , best experience in vienna

The staffs were very friendly and the rooms was super clean. The breakfast was very nice also they have for vegetarian people. The location is near to shops ( super market , restaurants , pharmacy etc…) also the train station and bus stops. This place is good place to stay with family .

Great hotel if you are coming to Vienna to visit the city and their monuments - the hotel location is perfect if you like to walk to the center rather than using tram/underground. Staff was really kind and helpful, specially during the breakfast. Totally recommend it!

It is my first time travelling to a European and I decided to visit Vienna, and so far the best thing I've seen here is this wonderful hotel! Everybody is so helpful, especially Mr. Aaron Bell and the Manager Marcos! They are super kind and are always willing to give you a hand in whatever you may need.

Being in Vienna for a congres, this hotel was perfect: good, quiet location (well connected with public transport), excellent wifi, clean comfortable room and very friendly staff (on every level: reception, cleaning staff, service at breakfast). The breakfast was excellent with high quality local products, and enough choice to cater every diet (I am a vegeterian, trying to avoid sugar). The hotel offers a free afternoon cake and coffee between 15:00 and 18:00. This gives a very homeIy feeling to the hotel. Besides this, I especially enjoyed the fitness room with a spinning bike, fresh towels and refrehments. This shows how attentive they are and have an eye for details. I definitely recommend this hotel! Vienna is a beautiful city and when I come back for a tourist trip, I will rebook a room here.

The hotel is located around 2,5 km from the center in a quite neighborhood. The rooms are relatively big and nicely decorated. Everything is quite modern but still cozy at the same time. The breakfast offers a lot of choices and it is worth to spend some time enjoying the breakfast especially when you can sit outside. The employees are very helpful, frinedly and charming.

A wonderful hotel located in a beautiful area with lots of nice resturants and bars. Amazing staff: friendly and helpful. Super-yummy breakfast. There is also afternoon-tea with something sweet served daily in the hotel library. Beds are great, water preassure is strong, ac works super, everything is clean. The only downside was the slow wifi in the rooms which my colleagues and I had recurring problems with as it made video conferences difficult at best and impossble at worst. But I am sure they will do something about that.

A lovely min-sized hotel, all new and clean, with extremely nice and attentive service. Reception staff is most helpful and will immediately offer advice on how to best get round. This said, the city centre is a 30 minute stroll away, public transport is great and available a few minutes walk from the hotel and a taxi to the centre is some 8 €. The breakfast is super, there is always a home-made dish worth trying, and there is free tea and delicious home-made cake waiting for you in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay very much, we absolutely recommend it and will be back ourselves.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while visiting Vienna. This hotel is worthy of every complement. The front desk staff is friendly, extremely helpful, and considerate of guests' needs. The rooms are spacious, full of light, comfortable, and quiet. The beds are very comfortable; and various types of pillows are offered (we requested allergy-free pillows that were delivered to our room within 10 minutes). The bathrooms are large and spotless. The breakfast room is lovely with seating both inside and outside under shade. The choices are varied and delicious. Hotel also offers teas and cake for its guests in the afternoon. Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the popular D tram line into the city. Special mention and thanks to front desk officer Luka Saric for his caring, cheerful, and efficient service!

This hotel is more of a home away from home. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming and full of insider's information and advice. The concierge knows the answer to anything you might need and makes sure that you have everything you need. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast team makes us look forward to seeing them each morning. There's a reason we've come back 3 times so far and intend to continue! They have an excellent vegan breakfast as well.

I stayed at this hotel several days in fall 2020 and was impressed by their high level of personal service and the hotel`s safety concept. I felt warmly welcome despite everybody wearing face masks, breaktfast was served in the room by a charming lady who almost anticipated my orders. I am very much looking forward to returning to this hotel soon to see what if offers when all services are back to normal.

The staff was very kind and really helpful. The room was absolutely clean. The breakfast was good enough. The location is not a problem, although it takes some minutes to get to the metro station of Schottentor. There is also a bus near to the Hotel, that someone can use to arrive to the Schottentor metro station. Of course, walking to the city center is a nice experience because it is a lovely and safe neighbourhood. I would like to express my gratitude to the receptionist of Harmonie Hotel for helping me with the Passenger Location Form at 10:45 approximately on 3 October 2020. A really great location, quiet and yet not too far to walk to town. Great reception and very nice room. The breakfast service was excellent and they also provide afternoon tea and cake. Highly recommended, we really enjoyed our visit to Vienna and we stay here again.

Returned from a 3 night stay at the Harmonie with my teenage daughter. We had a very comfortable, clean and quiet twin room with a little seating area and a well appointed bathroom. The location feels safe with nice places to eat and transport links to the city centre are super easy once you've bought your transport pass. There is a tram stop moments away that takes you most places and an underground about 10 minutes away. The breakfast was copious and catered to a wide variety of diets in addition to the normal bread-and-cheese-on-a-roll fare you'd expect. The staff were really helpful and attentive when required. They gave great recommendations for neighbourhood eateries that were bang on for mum and teenager after a long day of sightseeing. We both felt very safe walking around at night and I'd elect to stay at the Harmonie again when I return to Berlin for business.

I recently stayed at the Harmonie for about 5 days and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were helpful and the hotel was within walking distance to many of the city sites. If there were attractions that were further away there is a Tram stop nearby. There are also many restaurants relatively close.

We have just come back from a 2 night stay here and would highly recommend! Hotel is in an excellent location in a quiet but trendy neighbourhood. Street is very quiet which is good for light sleepers like me! The street along from the hotel has lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from so you don't need to go into town to get a good meal. We went to an Italian called Scalla which was delicious and well priced. Great transport links, we particularly liked the tram which took us straight into the city centre in about 10 minutes! You can also get bus, underground etc which are all very close. You've very near all the tourist sites in the centre of the city so don't think it's too far out of the way. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Beds were big and very comfy with options of different pillows from the menu. Big bathroom mirror perfect for doing hair and make up. Lots of storage space too. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food. Organic products which I loved! You were welcome to have a glass of Prosecco too which was a nice touch. The afternoon tea in the cosy lounge a great idea! Choices of teas and lovely cakes on offer for some down time. They provide a luggage storage service which was really helpful to us as we had an evening flight. Staff were always very helpful and happy to help, made us feel very welcome.

Lovely boutique hotel in Vienna within easy reach of the centre with good local transport links. Staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. Checking in was fast and efficient and the receptionist was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips. Room was cosy and very quiet (we were on the top floor). Pillow menu, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries included as well as a mini bar. A special mention to the lady in charge of breakfast she was very polite and has a great memory. Highly recommend this hotel. Afternoon tea was a very nice touch.

The hotel is in a quiet location but only a short walk from the historic centre. The beds are very comfortable with quality pillows and linen. The breakfast is delicious as is the cake every afternoon which is a nice touch.

This was a perfect stay in Vienna. the hotel is very clean and cosy and located in a quiet area, and close to the tram station. the staff is very friendly. the breakfast is divers and full of bio stuff to eat, all fresh. they also have a complementary tea amd cake time every day in the afternoon. the room was nice, the bed comfy. we enjoyed it very much.

The hotel is situated just outside the old center of Vienna. The entourage is very nice and the rooms are modern decorated and very well maintained and cleaned. The staff is friendly and very service minded. Breakfast is very complete with different offerings to serve everyone's wishes.

Stayed for 5 nights in a standard room on the 5th floor. Although fairly small, it was very clean and incredibly cosy. It's in a very quiet and safe area, with many eating/drinking options close by. Transport links are superb, with bus and tram stops within 50m. Complimentary tea and cake from 15.00 to 18.00 is an afternoon treat. All staff were great, but Rodrigo on reception/bar and Kumira on breakfast deserve a special mention. Would love to stay again !

This hotel is just outside the centre but is 6-7 walk to the metro, and 1-2 mins to trams and buses. Location is good for some restaurants and local bars so it's no too touristy. The hotel is down a dead end road so there's no road noise. Hotel is cleaned and looks likes recently refurbished throughout. Rooms are comfortable with quality bedding, comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast as great, good selection and quality good. I've been fortunate to stay in some of best hotels in the world and can say I'll return in a couple of weeks with my wife for a few days. Thanks very much to all the smiling staff, very friendly. Vienna's little gem hotel!

Value for money was not okay, Breakfast was very good with biofood, friendly staff, maybe a little bit stressed, we cannot sleep well in the bed, the room was extremely small, in 20 minutes on foot in the center

The hotel was lovely. Located 5-10 mins walk north from Schottentor ubahn station, in a quiet side street. The hotel itself was very plush and modern and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The location is just north of the inner stadt but if you enjoy walking the inner city is in reach without the use of public transport. We only used the ubahn to get from the airport and to get out to Schönbrunn Palace. All in all, cannot fault the experience. The hotel is definitely exceeding their star rating.

This boutique hotel is well appropriated. Room is very well put together. Staff in nothing short of accomodating. Breakfast is great. They even offered tea and dessert in the afternoons. You could not get a better hotel for the price in Vienna. Book it!

Stayed in this hotel whilst visiting the Vienna Christmas markets in December . Very nice hotel , the service and staff were very welcoming and good . Hotel is ideally located to the markets and the city centre.

We stayed 5 nights in the run up to New Year's Eve. So glad to have found it. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean, the staff are very efficient and friendly. The suite included a sofa bed for 2 kids which I thought was much more solid and comfortable sofa bed than you get at many places. It felt like a normal bed with no obtrusive metal parts sticking out. Large TV and decent wifi (which does have a limit on the number of devices you can connect, 2 or 3 I think) The breakfast team was led by a great lady who was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast is buffet style and was very good quality. The serving area is a little cramped and some items are kept on higher shelves so be sure to check on all levels or you might not see everything that is on offer! We did try the restaurant for dinner and it was fine, although a little plain. But is was great to have the option of eating within the hotel to save time. They also serve afternoon eat and cakes from 3-6pm in a nice little lounge area. One of the cakes I tried here (poppyseed?) was actually one of the favourite ones I tried in Vienna! Location is a very easy walk to the nearest tram stop, and a slightly longer walk to the Metro. But it was pretty easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The area right outside the hotel is very quite. I didn't see many bars etc. It was still a very interesting area and if I had time I would have looked around more. Really nice place. this clean and friendly hotel with a very nice healthy breakfast has a comfortable location: quiet for night rest, but still in the close neighboorhood of restaurants and eveningbars! Also in walking distance to university but also to the city centre, There is not a real close metro from the CAT to metro then a little walking distance. I took a taxi 9 euro from the CAT to the hotel.

Hotel located in a very quiet district of Vienna, 15 minutes walk from the historic center and with good public transport links. Very friendly and attentive staff. Room comfortable and clean. Noteworthy is the buffet breakfast and tea time. We will be back.

We stayed for 5 nights in December for a Christmas markets trip. We were welcomed at reception and given lots of info, maps etc and told where some of the main Christmas markets were. Our room, right at the end of a corridor on the 4th floor, was lovely - spacious and quiet with windows that opened wide and a fantastic shower. Breakfast each day was fresh, tasty and generous and the ingredients felt such good quality. We probably ate too much! We had a couple of requests while staying - an adaptor (ours had been carefully left out ready to pack, and somehow forgotten!) and some different pillows as we found the ones in the room too soft. Both were dealt with charmingly. We had afternoon tea at the hotel twice and thought it was a lovely touch. In terms of location, we thought it was fab - easy to get to from the airport, a nice quiet street but plenty around in terms of shops etc. Public transport is very close by although we often walked at least part of the way to our destination. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and would most definitely stay here again!

We were a party of 7 from the UK and Australia staying for a city break and to visit beautiful Vienna which had the added bonus of the Christmas markets. The hotel was very well located and easy walking to the major attractions plus a good selection of restaurants, spotlessly clean and everything you could require invtje rooms. There is such a wide selection of options for visiting and we were very grateful for the help from Stefan Telser and Andy Kan nothing was to much trouble for all the staff. One of our party received news that she had won an award and there were nice touches from the breakfast staff to help us recognise this. Highly recommend for a visit.

Spent a fantastic 7 nights here. Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff were amazing. Really friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even brought my wife a candle lit cake for her birthday! Room was spacious and well equipped. Beds were really comfortable. We slept like logs. Breakfast was amazing. Local tasty sausages, free range eggs, scrambled, fried and boiled, smoked salmon to die for, wonderful hams and lots of cheeses, prosecco, and fresh fruit. Lots of fresh pastries etc. etc. Pity there was no bacon except on our last morning. Can't have English or American breakfast without bacon! Afternoon tea was provided free, but with coffee cream. No one drinks tea with coffee cream! Tea must be drunk with fresh milk. Just a couple of tips!

First visit to Vienna and will be sad to leave such a lovely City. The hotel was great, away from the crowds but only 15-20 minutes to the busy main areas. Good breakfast and great rooms, thank you Harmonie.

I stayed two nights and everything was perfect. Service was friendly by everyone, but my special thanks and greetings go to mrs. Kumali in the breakfast room! The breakfast itself was in a rather small space but had everything you might expect. The breakfast tables were nicely situated so that it was never feeling busy, even in busy times. My room was spacious, clean, well equipped, quiet and had an exceptionally good odor! The afternoon tea in the library room was a nice surprise, and I have perhaps never got such a delicious cake as there.

The hotel is small but beautifully formed. Excellent and very very helpful staff. The room was immaculate, breakfasts were very good indeed. There is a small bistro serving light meals and snacks and excellent restuarants nearby. The"D" line tram is very close with trams running through the city centre as far as the Belvedere Palace and a weekly ticket is only €17. Various web sites will entice you to buy on line and spend more, but the local Tabac will sell you the weekly ticket. In fact a 3 day ticket is also the same price. The tram is an excellent way to get around, there are 29 different lines.

As a regular visitor to Vienna, I decided to stay somewhere new this time. Very pleased with my choice of the Harmonie! Our room was on the smaller side, but very comfortable and extremely quiet. Great bed and a nice wardrobe to put everything in. We also appreciated the many hooks in the room and bathroom - most hotels never have enough! Excellent rain shower, although the bathroom itself was very compact - especially the shower stall. Wifi was great but one small issue with the TV - despite claims of English options, we found that most of these, as well as the extra features like the Staatsoper and BBC News apps, didn't actually work. Not that TV was a priority for us, but the very big, flashy 'smart TV' delivered little value. Breakfast was a highlight - very good range of hot and cold options and plenty of seating for guests. Everything was run smoothly by an efficient staff. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea and cakes in the library lounge. Hotel location is great if you want to be central but a bit outside of the tourist mayhem - tram stop 2 minutes away that runs down most of the Ringstrasse and to Schloss Belvedere, and it's a short 8-10 min walk to two different subway lines. You can also easily walk to the city center if you prefer, ca 25 mins to Stephansdom. Neighborhood is residential and safe with a good variety of small shops and restaurants. Overall this is a great choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-run smaller hotel in a quieter area just outside the ring.

The hotel was an easy tram-ride to the centre of Vienna, or a nice walk - 30', The staff could not be faulted - a cheerful and fully informative reception, always welcoming. Rom staff equally good. The room was of good quality, down pillows and duvet. Windows opened, so the room could be cool at night. With the window closed, the room was very quiet - we could not hear any other guests. The TV is odd: seemingly a couple of hundred channels, but only 3 in English; and only about 20 or so in German; a few in other languages. Most were not working. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide range of food stuffs. Clean and bright surroundings. A specialty of the Hotel is their free afternoon tea and cakes - too tempting, but very enjoyable. There are international newspapers, fresh daily, available too. Highly recommended.

I didn't realise that I had actually stayed at this hotel before although over 5 years ago and its just as lovely now as it was then. When the lovely gentleman on the front desk recognised I was a returning customer he upgraded me to a superior room. The rooms are well appointed and very good size. The only negative for me was the room service...from a very small menu only half the options were available but what I had was nice and I guess I could have gone down to restaurant. Other than this I'm sure I'll return soon!

The hotel is modern and comfortable. A short walk from the centre of Vienna (10-15 minutes). I thought the staff were wonderful but I particularly wanted to thank Rodrigo who was especially kind and helpful, as apart from visiting some of the tourist attractions, I had also planned on visiting the beautiful coffee houses whilst I was there. Rodrigo gave me lots of wonderful tips and advice of where to visit and no question was too difficult or too much trouble to answer. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

It was very nice to stay here and visit Vienna, the hotel is very closer to the Centre. Very warm, excellent employees, wonderful and comfortable room. Good idea the tea time in the afternoon. We hope to come back.

Hotel is on an excellent location, U2 is just 10min walk, tram maybe 5min. Room is very clean, bathroom is big enough with everything you need. Receptionist guy is very polite and pleasant. First day I arrived at the Hotel two small chocolates waited on the bed, and on the second day pack of nuts and dried fruits which is soooo lovely and nice. And on the top of all breakfast is amazing...you have literarly everything. Really I can not find any minus to this Hotel and it is for every recommendation.

This was a pretty hotel a bit off the beaten path, but not difficult to get to Old Town. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent service from the front desk to the wait staff in the breakfast room to the guestroom staff. Everyone was professional, courteous, pleasant and eager to help and accommodate our requests. We had to leave in mid-morning to catch a train and a lady in the dining room fixed a take-away breakfast for my husband to eat on the train since he couldn't make it to breakfast - that was highly appreciated. Excellent location. The hotel is located on a small street with little traffic so it's very quiet. It is close to the tram stops and restaurants. Not walkable to Old Town in our opinion but Uber is widely available and cheap. The decor in the lobby is beautiful - modern, clean lines, neutral muted soothing colors. There were different types of pillows to choose from which was nice. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea. There were all kinds of tea to choose from and the cakes were good. The quiet reading room next to the lobby was nice. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Set in a quiet side street away from the main tourist hustle and bustle, but only a few minutes by tram to the main attractions of Vienna. Bedroom was very comfortable and well-equipped. Good choice for breakfast, served by charming staff, and the free afternoon tea was the perfect refresher after several hours of sightseeing - sets you up for the evening! Front desk staff deserve a special commendation - they were really helpful and knowledgeable.

We are retired and come to Vienna every year or two and look forward to staying at this hotel. Decor, arrangement, food and especially the friendly helpful staff are exceptional. We recommend it very highly.

My friend was the traveller and was extremely satisfied. I had in invited her to a family wedding. And it was not the first time that I recommended the Harmony Vienna to friends visiting the town. 'In a quiet street, close to public transport, easy walking distance to the city center and further public transportation. Coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and drugstore in easy welding distance. Staff and service very professional and kind.

Very nice modern hotel with good, relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are clean, comfortable with wide beds, a lot of space. And bathroom is spacious, clean and usefull. But best part of the hotel are members of the staff - very nice, welcoming and always ready to help. Hotel location is superb.

I stayed 2 days in this elegant hotel and it was perfect! The location is great, near the center of Vienna and getting there is so easy, especially by foot. The staff is very friendly, helpful and the welcoming was lovely, with a session of tea time in their cozy lobby. This was held every day during 15-18 and there you could eat their fine delicacies and have a cup of tea, while listening classical music and watching ballet at Tv. The room was very clean, cozy and large. It was a fine experience with a taste of vienese life!

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minutes away from major landmarks. The staff were extremely helpful and tried their best to make us feel like at home. Breakfast was big and good quality food. Will definitely go back there again. We particularly want thank Stephan and Luka for their help!

The room felt a little cramped - we were on the top floor and the window dormers/roof line really encroached into the room space.The bathroom is tiny - almost impossible to turn around in the shower stall. Breakfast buffet was very nice - just do not touch the coffee machine. The staff is very protective of it. The free afternoon tea and cakes service in the lounge was nice - lots of newspapers to browse thru. The hotel is not very close to the touristy areas, but lots of little markets and great restaurants in this residential area. They have a reasonable wash and fold laundry service nearby too - Eva Gottschalk Putzerie is a 5 minute walk on Seegasse. Best local tramstop is Bauernfeldplatz to get to/from this hotel. OK value for the price paid - would not stay here again though.

I loved this place! Professional staff, friendly and efficient. The place is well located and a short distance from the hustle of central Vienna. The rooms are well equipped and nicely appointed. Good breakfast. Would return.

Went here after reading great reviews and they we absolutely right! Wonderful staff, comfortable and clean room, and a great breakfast. Nobody had our suit the night before so they let us check in at noon - unheard of but so kind. Our toddler and us could take a noon nap following an intercontinental flight. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed for 1 week at the Harmonie Hotel. From check-in until we left, the service was superb. Front desk always happy to help. Located very close to the tram stop and U stops. Showers are slightly small, but otherwise rooms are very comfortable. Would stay again for sure!

Visiting Vienna for 6 days ~ seeing 'all' was my intention. Staying at The Harmonie was an excellent location to just do that. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful when discussing our planned days sightseeing. Also, no hesitation in printing our return air flight requirements. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with high speck bathroom. Breakfast out in the terrace each morning was delicious. Enough to set us up for the day ~ lunch not required. The restaurant management were impressive. Remembering room number and individual requirements was praiseworthy. The tram stop was literally a couple of minutes walk away from hotel, straight into the centre (stopping outside Opera House) ran frequently and cheaply. Metro was 7 minutes walk away. Loved being able to eat out at night a short walk from hotel in or around a small vibrate plaza. Restaurants good value.

We only stayed one night at this hotel (pre river cruise) but will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Vienna. My spouse and I arrived well before the official check-in time, directly off a transatlantic flight. We were so happy to find out that not only was our room available but that we had been given an upgrade as well. Stefan, at the front desk was charming and made us feel very welcome. Stefan also provided us with loads of information about where to go, how to get there and what to see.

Great service and recommendations for sightseeing in the neighborhood of the hotel just outside of the center of Vienna. Very nice little shops in the area as well as beautiful churches. Good beds and spacious bathroom.

I loved this hotel , the area is quit and nice , 3 tram stations from the city centre and the opera and the shopping street , excellent costumer service friendly staff specially Kumasi she made our breakfast extra special, would love to stay at it again

The hotel is located a bit outside the immediate city, but the tram goes nearly outside and takes you to, for example, the opera in 7-10 minutes. Friendly, helpful staff and clean, nice rooms. The breakfast was really nice, and you can actually start your morning with prosecco/cava if you want! Good Austrian restaurants in the surroundings. We would definetively stay here again.

We were warmly welcomed by the front desk and they immediately provided maps of the area, to the tram, walking directions for dining and the sites. All spoke perfect english. The breakfast is ample and delicious. Located just a a few blocks outside of the old walled city, great location. Best of all, the water pressure in the shower was excellent!! And they have shutters which make the room completely dark which is so wonderful to help recover from jet lag. We highly recommend the Harmonie Vienna.

I am so grateful to have chosen to stay in this hotel. The service at the front desk was excellent - very helpful and obliging! The room was comfortable and sleep quality wonderful. Breakfasts were very good and we enjoyed trying the unusual items too. Free teas and cakes each afternoon were a welcome touch. Whilst the walk to the centre of town took us about twenty minutes, the red "hop-on bus" had a stop a couple of hundred metres from the hotel. Other public transport was also available very close by. Escaping the busy centre to return to the hotel's location was a welcome option each day. There were enough good restaurants within 500 metres of the hotel to meet anyone's needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel with its artistic dance theme. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff is very professional and helpful in all aspects. Fantastic breakfast with reasonable hours. Less than 10 minute walk to the Hop on Hop off bus system located at the Votivkirche (Votive Church). Red line to yellow line to see the Schonbrunn Palace. Walking distance to St. Stephens Church and the high end shopping district as well as Hofburg Palace. A bit North of the central city but the bus gets you where you need as well as public transportation. Restaurants where locals eat close by and the food is amazing!(Gasthaus Wickerl)

It may be a mile away from the ciity centre , but its lovely and quiet. The rooms are bright and clean with amazing artwork. The on suite is first class and have everything your need. The breakfast area is large and spacious with a good selection of hot and cold food. Just around the corner from the hotel you can catch the monorail. Tickets can be purchased at the front desk. The staff are very frendly and knowledgeable. I have stayed here three time and have already booked for December this year. I'll give it 5 stars any day of the wee.

Cosy hotel, with super friendly staff in a quiet area of vienna. Large, quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Plenty of restaurants around and just 20min on foot to the center. Good breakfast with variety also for kids. Highly recimended

Hotel is clean, comfortable rather small. Nicely decorated with interesting books in the lounge. Our room was lovely, comfortable bed, well made by the smiley maid every day. Very informative on checking in and spent alot of time talking through transport options. Shower was a bit uncomfortable as the head is on a side wall. We paid £450 for 3 nights which seems expensive, but perhaps thats the going rate in vienna. Not exactly in the city centre, but in a quiet area, not far from restaurants and a Spa store. There is free tea and cake at 3-6 pm, cakes consisted of sponge cake, pay extra for coffee. Breakfast was limited in hot choice and got very busy, we had to wait one morning as it was full. One of the female servers seemed to get very stressed and was always frantically cleaning tables and talking loudly. They are also very precious over the drinks machine - which you are not allowed to touch. We would stay here again and had a comfortable stay.

We had booked a family room to sleep 4 but the bed for the children consisted of a corner sofa that was pushed together to turn in into a bed so it didn't really count as a bed. Also the room was very noisy at night with clicking sounds repeating themselves every once in a while. Airco didn't really cool down enough either. On the plus side: it's located in a quiet neighbourhood and hotel staff is very friendly.

We recently stayed at the Harmonie in Vienna and it was wonderful. The staff were really nice and happy to help with anything. The rooms (we had 2) were really clean and good size. I would highly recommend this hotel for work or family travel. It is a block away from the tram line and really easy to get to. The breakfast was really good and both kids and adults liked the food. Great hotel and reasonably priced.

Extremely good hotel, comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, friendly, competent and helpful staff, good location slightly off-city-centre but in a very nice area. I have stayed here every year for several years, and have always looked forward to it. Prices have got rather steep this year, so perhaps it's getting less attractive than it used to be on the price-to-quality front, in a city that does have quite a few hotels that are both good and affordable.

Wow! We were made to feel like royalty from the moment we walked through the door. The staff , and I mean the entire staff were fantastic. More than willing to help with questions about there beautiful city or hotel features. Would love to stay there again!

Stayed for 2 nights during a city break hotel. Staff were very helpful, room was very comfortable and well appointed with air conditioning, coffee/tea facilities, safe, hairdryer etc. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of options. Hotel is 10 mins walk from the old city and the Schottentor Metro station. On arrival at the hotel we were quickly informed about the D line tram stop at Baurenfeldplatz which is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel so was ideal ffor visiting the city and it's numerous attractions.

I've stayed at many BW hotels but this on is the best I've seen! Recent renovations made and you could “feel” the freshness of the decor! Staff are cordial and helpful; breakfast was excellent! Very nice residential like neighborhood..

While I don't usually like to stay in Chain hotels, I have found that BWs in Europe are in historic or nice buildings and are a much more upscale experience. The only reason that I would stay in BW in the US would be because I was on a road trip and needed a dog friendly hotel. The Harmonie was lovely and a boutique property. The room was a large suite at a really good price. We stayed 3 nights. The front desk people were really helpful and did what they could to get us in with an early checkin. They were also helpful with questions. The breakfast buffet is great with tons of healthy choices. While I still prefer family run hotels in Europe, this property was so nice and in a quiet yet convenient location that I would for sure stay there again.

My other half and I recently stayed at the Harmonie Vienna twice, at the beginning and end of our European vacation. The hotel is located in a very nice section of Vienna, and it not far from two u-bahn stations and the D tram). All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and incredibly helpful (a special shout-out to Aaron at the front desk, who was particularly helpful to us). Our room was surprisingly large, very quiet, and the bed and pillows were the comfiest that we had on our trip. The a/c was very good, as was the water pressure. We had a minor issue with the wi-fi (the router in our tv needed to be re-booted), but the problem was quickly fixed by staff. Both the room and hotel were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a good selection of coffees and egg options. We had to leave early in the morning on the last night, and the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us to take (each contained 2 sandwiches, water, orange juice, an apple and a breakfast cookie), which was a very nice touch. The hotel also offers tea in the late afternoon (tea and cakes), which was very welcomed after a day of sightseeing. We loved this hotel, and would definitely stay here again during our next vacation in Vienna.

I usually stay in boutique hotels which I assumed this was. Had I known it was part of a chain, I probably would have passed. And boy would I have been wrong to do so. The hotel was great in so many ways. The location was quiet but easily accessible to all the major sites. The room was large and well appointed, bed was comfortable, all amenities. Vast number of breakfast choices in a pleasant airy light filled room. But what puts this hotel over the top is the top notch desk service. Stefan, George, Aaron, and Kan are extraordinarily gracious and helpful. They went way over board to ensure my comfort, secured tickets for me, gave me good advice, offered help with keys, made reservations. It was like having my own staff. As I was traveling alone, they really took extra special care of me. Bravo to the hotel for hiring such an exceptional group of people.

We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring Vienna. Our only niggles were the two heavy single duvets on a king size bed. Ideally would have liked much thinner summer kingsize duvet. Also the plug sealer in the bath was faulty. Finally the choice of TV channels was dire!! We enjoyed the afternoon tea on the 2 occasions we happened to be in the hotel at the right time - but don't go out your way for it. A couple of different cakes and brew your own tea!! Coffee was extra!! The hotel is clean & comfortable. The staff are great and the location is perfect.

Very nice hotel. Slightly far from the city center/tourist sites (but still walkable), but Luka at the front desk explained that there is a tram stop just around the corner that would take us where we wanted to go. He gave us a map and marked the stops for us, and we were also able to buy tram tickets right there. We also got some good restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay there again.

The word that defines my stay at hotel is disappointment. I had to face many problems but the worst was your ironic front man named Aron. To name the problems I faced: 1- my room was next to the service room and I was disturbed at 8 am in my holidays. On holidays the last thing I want is to have a certain time to be awaken. 2- The front man wasn't polite and didn't seen to be worried about my demands. He unpolited answered that he was sorry not smile in the moment I arrived. Is it a good answer for a customer? 3- When I arrived at night , tired after sightseeing I realized that my daughter extra bed wasn't ready. Actually I found the sofa exactly the same way and furthermore the extra towel wasn't at the bathroom. “ attached photo I took at 10 pm.” 4- The air conditioning wasn't working properly To sum up, I finished my stay at your hotel one day earlier and really disappointed.

We'd been searching for a hotel for a while and on a whim booked this one. From the moment I walked in a knew it would be a wonderful stay! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff coupled with the atmosphere of the hotel made it such a wonderful few nights stay. The room was comfortable and the breakfast delightful (as well as the afternoon tea). There's a supermarket a short walk away and to get into the main town it's a short tram ride (at €2.50 if I remember correctly). Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! The only criticism I can think of is a slightly loud air con but if you have it on low it's not noisy and the cold air suffices. Thank you for a great stay!

We stay at 10 different bestwestern locations and all were excellent. This locations was one of the best. The staff was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend visiting this location it was also convenient

The location is excellent in a "cool" neighborhood. 3 minute walk to the D tram , Bauernfeldplatz stop ,which is perfect for tourists. Easy multiple connections to the U bahn. "Cool" decor with the theme of dance evident in the displays and decors of this hotel. "Cool" breakfast dining area with a great breakfast buffet included in the room rate. All staff members were extremely helpful , bilingual , trilingual , or more. "Cool" in that everything feels brand new , and is extremely well maintained. We were in Vienna during the record heat wave of July, 2019 and we were always completely cool because it was so "COOL" that the Harmonie has A/C !!!!!!!! Five stars is not a high enough rating! One last "cool" thing , our total bill with all taxes included for three nights was 459 Euro$ , as in 153 per night. That was really "COOL."

Excellent and welcoming hotel in a quiet road. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good choice of breakfast and helpful service. Tea and cake facility in the afternoon. Room very comfortable and plenty of room with air conditioning.

Everything was excellent, hotel personnel were extremely helpful and very friendly. Our room was very nice, clean and plenty of room. Location was close to the tram and bus stop, less than a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was outstanding and lots of good eats to start the day. The neighborhood was very nice and clean and we eat and had a couple of local craft beer. Nice to go to a local restaurant and pub.

The hotel is located in the center of Vienna, however you have to use public transportation (most recommended is Strassenbahn No. D). More attention should be devoted to the thoroughness of housekeeping.

Easygoing elegance in the interior design/interior decoration. A place to call home whenever you're in Vienna.

We were so pleased by this boutique hotel nestled in a quiet Neighborhood only a short tram ride away from the hustle and bustle. The front staff was well prepared with any questions armed with helpful maps etc. Immaculately clean and a delicious breakfast managed with brisk efficiency by a woman from Sri Lanka. Even a mid afternoon tea and cake break is offered for the weary tourist. Fantastic!

If you want an excellent hotel with a staff that really knows what good service is, has a really good breakfast buffet and nice rooms with comfortable beds in Vienna, The Harmony Vienna is an excellent choice.

Front desk was professional and the lobby rooms were classy with a great color scheme. Happy Hour daily 3-6 with pastries, teas and coffees. Two blocks to catch a cable car or to see the historical Votivkirche cathedral with its haunting displays of WWII. Short walk to the Rathausplatz building which is a great site at night.

It's the nicest hotell I ever been in. Good service, nice rooms and good atmosphere. Not to fare away from attractions and beatiful parks and buldings with beautiful architecture. I want to go back there soon.

Had a wonderful few days here, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, from giving advice on how to get places, what to see and responding to requests. The choices at breakfast were amazing, and the rooms comfortable, modern and stylish. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is on a side street, far enough away from hustle and bustle to ensure a quiet night's sleep ( the supremely comfortable beds help,too) while being within easy walking distance of the city's many attractions. An Andre Rieu concert, the main reason for our visit, was on the outskirts of the city. A taxi to the venue cost 12 euros. Apart from that one pre-booked event,we spent three happy days strolling around, sampling the history of Vienna and its wonderful food.Which means the only hotel food we ate was the tasty ,varied and plentiful breakfast. Staff were exemplary. An excellent hotel, and a perfect base for exploring this marvellous city. Recommended without hesitation.

Just returned from a five day holiday in Vienna where unfortunately weather was not so kind.... but saw a beautiful city with magnificent buildings. The Harmonie Vienna is a small hotel but with a big and justifiable reputation. Just a short walk to the D5 tram line which puts all of Vienna within easy, efficient and speedy touching distance. Do visit St. Stephen's Cathedral right in the heart of the historic area. The Opera House is a most imposing building but a hidden gem just across Karntner Strasse is the historic Gerstner's Salon where you can enjoy a light meal or just coffee and cake! However the Harmonie Hotel did make up for the disappointing weather. A small but stylish bedroom and bathroom with a most comfortable and sizeable bed. Breakfast was lovely with such attentive staff and afternoon tea and cake - an enjoyable Austrian tradition. The staff at the hotel were so helpful to this Irish couple. They made us most welcome with the front-desk staff providing impeccable and friendly guidance throughout and on departure we even received some “Gaelic” farewells!!! Well worth a stay!!

This hotel is such a pleasure to visit. They redefine individual customer service. The rooms are large well furnished. The morning breakfast is excellent. But what I cannot say enough about is the highly professional team you meet every time you enter the hotel. Thank you for maintaining such high standards.

We have enjoyed our stay in The Harmonie Vienna and noted it for our next stay over. Separate bath and shower, quiet sleep, friendly personnel, excellent breakfast and so on. Extreme nice was the "Kaffee mit Kuchen" at 4pm, a German and Austrian habit.

The hotel is perfect. The rooms are very cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is not that big but everything is delicious and it has the friendliest staff.Only 15 minutes to the city centar.

Spend here 4 days. Very nice hotel , rooms are big enough given the size of rooms you get in Europe. Breakfast is buffet with fresh eggs. Everyday at 3pm-6pm the hotel serve tea and delicious cakes as refreshment FOC. Very friendly staff . Helped us a lot and gave great tips. Don't forget to go to Sofitel hotel to the Bar roof !!!

My wife and I stayed at the Harmonie Hotel in Vienna for 4 nights. What an excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much. The room was very clean and there was a great variety for breakfast. It was in walking distance of most of the main attractions but for 8 euros you could a day pass for the public transport for hop on hop off which the hotel could provide. Also, each afternoon the hotel provided tea/coffee and cakes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was torn about the review I was going to give this hotel but I had to settle for “average”. Maybe it's the recent stay I had in an amazing Barcelona boutique hotel or comparing it to the Meridien in Vienna which I moved on to as part of a business trip. I suppose when you book a boutique hotel you are expecting attentive service, thoughtful touches and a unique ambience. I didn't quite find any of that. The main issue was really the service - it was OK - some of the staff seemed nice but most barely raised a smile, the in room dining was very limited, the breakfast was OK but nothing to really write home about and the location isn't fantastic (unless you can take taxis around as I did as I was on a work trip), I had staff knocking on my door presumably for cleaning but my room had already been made up and when I opened my door they said “it's ok!”. Just was very odd and it happened every day & strangely twice on the morning I checked out (that I assume was housekeeping but my checkout time was noon!). Just didn't quite hit the mark for me - not quite the level of service or atmosphere that you'd expect in the new age of boutique hotels where uniqueness and attention to detail tend to be key.

A really good hotel in Vienna. The staff were excellent with all our tourist questions. Breakfast was good and so was the complimentary afternoon tea. I also used the gym which had everything I needed for a weekend away.

I use this hotel up to 3 times a month when I am in town for business. Excellent location, friendly staff, room are nice and big. Breakfast amazing. The location is quiet at night and the comfortable bed gives you a nice rest after a busy day

We chose to stay at the Harmonie for a number of factors, firstly the positive reviews and the location. The location is great, the hotel is located on a quiet street within the 9th district. It is only around 10 minutes walking distance to the edge of the old city walls. There is a tram stop close by, a bus stop close and two U bahn stations too. So getting to and from the hotel is no problem. The rooms are tidy and well decorated. The bed is large and is actually comfortable. If the pillows are not to your comfort preference, then you can choose others as per a pillow menu. The bathroom is large and we had both a bath and a shower. There are automatic shutters on the window so you can have pure darkness in your room at any given time. The rooms are also air conditioned. The breakfast is buffet style and it is plentiful. The food is all organic and caters for many dietary restrictions. I was please to find that they even offered kombucha here and if it takes your fancy, prosecco is also an option of drink. From 3pm to 6.30pm tea and cakes are offered, complementary in the library. The staff here and genuinely very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Vienna and we would certainly stay again if we are visiting Vienna again.

The Harmonie is a nice hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The area has some decent restaurants. And it is close to public transportation: 2 tram lines, a bus line, and the subway is a 10-minute3walk.

The World acclaimed Vienna Ballet theme is in a class of it's own. Beautifully designed rooms and extremely comfortable for sleeping or just relaxing. The hospitality received from front desk employees is evidence of a constructive team, with priority bestowed upon guests to ensure a welcomed and locally informative experience. Breakfast was typical of the European buffet spread, delicious selection part of which included cheeses, fruits, cereals, eggs, hot & cold meats available; also juices, sparkling wine and table service for coffee and tea. The breakfast room provides an inviting, bright and cozy nook. In a similar room, there was a complimentary afternoon tea available. My only issues were the air-conditioning struggled to cool, it's possible it was turned off for the Winter and Vienna sported a few warmer winter days. And the shower was quirky, it was ergonomically difficult to wash my hair without water spraying the bathroom floor. The bathroom was otherwise well accommodated, impeccably clean and modern with ample counter space for personal items. The one elevator was a little slow and reminiscent of the age of the building. The rooms have black-out blinds for a solid rest, and the windows also open to enjoy fresh air. You will also find soft robes available. Although the location is a good hike, or quick train/bus journey to the downtown portion of Vienna, there is a lovely quiet vibe of the local area, still within a few blocks of unique things to see & explore. Such as oldest restaurant in Vienna(?!), this one is for the locals, and just a few minutes away; also, Johann Strauss museum, Liechtenstein Palace (impressive, yet sadly not open to public), and a strangely quiet historic Jewish cemetery hidden in the back streets, to name a few. For genuine hospitality and a cozy and restful stay, this hotel is a must!

I was a bit torn between 4 and 5 stars for this stay. Overall we liked the hotel a lot. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable, and helped us make the best of our time in Vienna. The hotel is nicely appointed, is very clean, and has an above-average breakfast. The location is away from the tourist hubbub, but still easily accessible to most points of interest, especially using the convenient "D" tram line. It's also very convenient to the university, where I had some business. I eventually settled on 4 stars due to some minor inconvenience: there was a nice big tub, but it was impossible to take shower with getting water all over the floor. There were minor issues with both the sink and tub drains. Hot and cold seemed reversed on the sink faucet. When they cleaned our room, it seemed like they moved our toiletries all over the bathroom. We also struggled a little bit getting the climate control to our liking, although we succeeded eventually. The internet connection was a bit slow and some overseas websites rejected its proxy setup. In the scheme of things, these were not big issues. Overall, we really like the hotel, and I would certainly consider staying there again if I am back in Vienna.

The Harmonie is the best hotel I've stayed in for decades. Perhaps the biggest shock was the (apparently sincere) helpfulness of the hotel staff. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and had a wide set of questions answered in detail, and throughout the 7 days that we stayed we found all the staff to be attentive, courteous and informative. (These are people that should go out to other hotel chains and give seminars on how to treat guests.) One evening, we found that a small chocolate cake had been left in our room while we were out, even though we had made little fuss about our stay in Vienna coinciding with my birthday! Astonishing. The hotel is well maintained; it has a motif which runs though the lobby and individual rooms, one that centers on the impressions left on paper by the footsteps of dancers. I found this theme to be both highly original and tasteful, although, obviously, other visitors' reactions to the style may vary. We booked the room which has the bedroom separated from the living area (so a small suite), and we very much enjoyed the illusion of the extra space. Both bed and pillows were "firm". The hotel also offered (free) afternoon tea and cakes in a large and comfortable guest room next to the lobby - a delightful ritual that made staying in the hotel a pleasure. Breakfast was a buffet that included a wide selection of breads, meats, and fruits. The hotel is situated about 15 minutes from the center of the historic district of Vienna, so is a good camp for being a tourist, and Uber rides to destinations slightly further away are relatively cheap. The neighborhood seems to be safe, and contains several restaurants close by (we tried a Thai take-out and an Italian family restaurant, both within a 5 minute walk, and both were good). A decent convenience store is located ~2 minutes away. Is any hotel perfect? In our bathroom, the shower space in the bath tub was too small, but this was offset by the overall quality and good design of bathroom itself, and the shower was able to provide hot water at a stable temperature; in the lobby, the wifi was difficult to access with MacOS, but as if in compensation, the wifi in our room was stable with relatively fast download speeds. Many hotels present themselves as places to "relax and rejuvenate", while actually providing sterile and boring atmospheres. Staying at the Harmonie was the first time in a long while that I felt the hotel was a significant component of an enjoyable holiday experience.

We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful providing us with maps and lots of tips about what to do in Vienna. The hotel was also just a short walk from the centre of Vienna. The breakfast was great too!

I came here not knowing the language or my way around and I was alone. Georg was the best. He checked me in early because I arrived at 8 am. He would call and make reservations for me, checked for tickets to shows, helped with my luggage always, and would give me honest advice about what to see and where to go. There is so much to see in vienna and some days some places are open laterer than others. Its easier planning these things when you are there and know what the city offers. Problem is there is so so much to see...with his helped I've literally saw everything my vienna pass offered and more. The hotels where clean, better than some 5 star ones I've stayed at. The breakfast is amazing and the people serving it are fantastic and learn your name. I loved my stay there and if you have any issues they are more than happy to help. I find especially in Vienna, you need a hotel where people are nice ( especially especially if you are a foreigner). Besides georg there was one other person who was also very helpful and very nice. All of the people who work there can speak English. I found georg was better with Americans and Canadian since he really gets us and actually smiles!

A very good breakfast which consists of organic products. Underground parking is located nearby. If you want to rest in the room, you'll have to inform the reception, otherwise you'll be disturbed by the maid to clean your room and she'll bother you more than once.

Well kept, super clean and tastefully decorated, small hotel. Breakfast is very good quality and in a cosy, sunny room. I have always felt welcome by the staff and never been disappointed in the many times I stayed there. Good Italian restaurant nearby.

Just had a 4 night stay at this hotel. Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Friendly, welcoming staff, lovely room, everywhere well maintained and spotless. The breakfast was fabulous. Had a great stay here during our recent trip to Vienna. About half a mile from the inner ring although if you dont like walking the "D" line tram is very convenient and will you get to the inner ring as well as the major connection points. Clean comfortable room. Good healthy breakfast options. No problems at all. Room was on the smaller side but comfortable. Bathroom only had a shower also, no tub. Would stay again.

Harmonie was a very nice place to stay for a week in July 2018. It is a bout a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town or you can take the tram, which is very near to the hotel- just take a left and another left at the corner. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is very nice and the lady running it is super friendly, with a great selection. Staff is nice and rooms area good size. Enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel is about 1.5Km away from the center which is easily walked. Thanks to this small distance, the hotel is in fact pretty well priced especially when taking into account its high quality. Service is excellent, helpful and thoughful. This has become my standard hotel in Vienna both for private and for business stays.

I stayed here in January for a short weekend holiday with my dad. I'd liked the look of the hotel from the photos, it looked modern, fresh & stylish but I couldn't tell how much more than stylish it would be! From the very first, the man on reception was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful, explaining tramlines to the attractions we were interested in, suggesting walks and organising tickets. (It has proved to be a brilliantly situated hotel if you're interested in going to the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Opera, or Belvedere, as the D-Tramline is a direct route.) Once we got to our rooms, deluxe doubles, they were very spacious with high ceilings, modern interiors (a welcome change from a lot of Vienna's stuffy & dated interiors), calming and bright, with comfortable beds, very generous and handsome bathrooms and easy to use heating/air con, lighting and facilities. The street is very quiet and the night sleep very good. The TV is rather a mystery to unravel but I'm not that interested in watching German language cable anyway! The breakfast room is gorgeous and the food delicious, the selection of cereals with all manner of seeds and fruits is so unusual and a welcome healthy option in a place famous for cake! All in all, just what I want in a hotel, I wouldn't hesitate to say the best hotel I've stayed in. Style is nothing without service and this place has delivered it without over-attentiveness, but with real enthusiasm. I would recommend it for couples, gay and straight, (I'm sure they'd be welcoming to all), older friends, family groups, business trippers, and art/design enthusiasts, perhaps not children or young families so much as it's quite smart and they might break the peaceful atmosphere, though I'd hate to put anyone off! The Harmonie Vienna is an excellent hotel.The room was big enough clean and the bad was very comfort.The breakfast menu is excellent ant the front desk team help us to fined restaurants, concerts, recommendation places to visit and a lot of impotent tips.

When I think of how I felt about a hotel stay the first thing that comes to mind is always the staff. At the Harmonie, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I asked a specific question about an out-of-the ordinary activity and Luka at the front desk went out of his way to research and come up with options for me. They were always cheerful and friendly. This really made it special for us. Aside from this, the location of the hotel is good, the rooms comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast good. There is a lovely afternoon tea with complimentary drinks and snacks for guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Abolsutely lived the place from the time I got in to the time of leaving. The staff were awesome, especially one guy on reception working the evening shift. He went out of his was to help me get some cigarettes when it was pouring down with rain. The room was always clean, the breakfast offering was great, the gym had what you needed and just all round really amazing experience. I can't wait to go back again just for the purpose that it's a lovely place to be.

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel during my visit to the beautiful Vienna. Unfortunately, my stay was quite a let-down. First and foremost, my "classic" room - for which I paid more than 200 US$ per night for - was TINY!!! The bed was glued to the wall, and in order to get to the bathroom I had to walk sideways, like a crab... Second, the service was lackluster. Georg at the front desk was very helpful, but the rest were indifferently polite. Third, as soon as I walked into the room, I encountered a few minor issues, that seperately aren't that severe, but when viewed together they put a serious cramp on your holiday: the TV wasn't working, and when it did, there were only news outlets in English and no entertainment, unless you consider an episode of "the Big Bang Theory" in german entertainment; there weren't enough toiletries (just one big dispenser for your body AND your hair - big no-no for me); the "Do not Disturb" sign was missing; there was an ice bucket in the roon, but the ice machine was located near the front desk and not on every floor; the lights in the hallways automatically shut down, which to some sounds environmentally sound but to me it looks like the hotel was nickel and diming me. Every time I walked out, the lights turned on and off along the way - I felt like Michael Jackson in that "Billie Jean" video... Fourth, one day, when I came back to the room, I noticed that housekeeping neglected to change the used glasses in my room and didn't replenish the tea facilities and the toiletries. Eventually, the front desk guy had to do it himself. I considered it a violation - no less - because it made me wonder: if they didn't clean the glasses, what else didn't they clean? Fifth, the breakfast and the amenities were really basic and generic. Furthermore, since it was Christmas time, the bare minimum was to inform the guests through a bulletin board in the lobby or via e-mail which Christmas markets are recommended or what's happening in the city that night.

Excellent small hotel in 9th district. The staff is friendly and professional. The lady responsible for managing the breakfast is awesome - she will remember your name, room, coffee selection and have it to you pronto. The breakfast is really extensive with something for everyone. It is convenient to walk to the 1st district/city center. Small Gym. I wish they would add a small spa!

This Luxury 4* hotel in city of Vienna!Hotel located on tram line D which bring you direct to the city centre,metro lines (U ) with in walking distance too.The neighbourhood of this hotel very quiet and a few min walk to Sigmund Freud Museum. We were welcomed by professionals and friendly staff at the reception,check in was fast and pleasant.We had a beautiful-room on the second floor.I was amazed by the decoration of the hotel and a room,attention to details is second to none.My special thank you to the Management of the hotel for bringing a ballet dance decoration all through this amazing property, this created unforgettable atmosphere and cosiness! The room had all necessities you need,tea coffee making facilities,iron,iron board,pure herbs toiletries,sleepers,dressing gown sitting area etc. The breakfast was nice but limited for vegetarians,I guess thats where small improvements needed also staff serving the breakfast was a bit grumpy. And the bonus was a complementary afternoon tea with homemade cakes,I really enjoyed that. Overall,I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna!

Stayed 3 night here using my Best Western points. I have stayed in many hotels all over Europe over the last 15 years, and I can honestly say this is one of the best. From arrival to leaving it was excellent. Staff, friendly, polite, very helpful. Room was as I booked, not down graded because I used my points. It was large comfortable, exceptionally clean. Breakfast was very good and well organised and free. It's only a 5 min walk to the U bahn, and 15 mins to Stephenplatz. This really is a great hotel to stop in. Very highly recommended.

Very nice hotel located bit further from downtown Vienna. Still just 10-15' walk. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet fine with nice variety of things served daily. Great touch and very clever the 3 hours daily tea time they do with free tea and pastries. Would stay again if back in Vienna. Recommended.

We have stayed in many hotels around the world, and the staff here are by far the most helpful and attentive we have ever experienced. They go above and beyond to make your stay extra special. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The location is perfect for exploring central Vienna, with a wonderful breakfast to set you up for the day. We would highly recommend this hotel, and if we are ever lucky enough to visit Vienna again, we will definitely be staying at The Harmonie.

A very quiet place in a very good location, serves excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. The receptionists were wonderful. The hotel provides a non-expensive parking place in a garage round the corner, which is a big plus. I would highly recommend them.

Superb front desk professionals. Helped with every detail concerning the complexities of my business trip. Unique decor, quaint breakfast buffet. Coffee and locally sourced food. Outdoor seating, with generous breakfast hours. The staff allowed me to park my bicycle in my hotel room?! Very excited about that indeed. The showers and all amenities were on-point. The location is great. However, the parking in Vienna is really bad and somewhat exclusive in this area. The hotel staff made the voucher system clear to us and made sure we did not infringe upon city codes. I really cannot day enough about this hotel, location, design, food hospitality; a home away from home aligned perfectly with my disposition. Thank you!

Stayed here for three nights a few weeks ago. Cannot say how much we enjoyed our stay. If anyone can find a more informed, nicer and welcoming staff I'd like to know where. We were greeted warmly every time we passed the desk and any questions we had were answered, staff made great recommendations. The afternoon tea is a great way to unwind after a day of walking and the breakfast was great. If in Vienna again, will stay here.

We have been traveling all over Europe for the past 6 weeks and found this hotel to be one of our favourites, tied for first! The rooms are modern, well equipped and nicely decorated. Quiet and full of amenities as well. The morning breakfast is unbelievable for both choice as well as quality of the food. The service by everyone from the breakfast staff, housekeeping and front desk has been amazing. We would like to express a special acknowledgement to Luka at the front desk for his exceptional service and help and advice from transportation,sightseeing, Recommending restaurants and anything else we asked. Service above and beyond. The afternoon tea and cake room is so awesome and sets the hotel apart from many! Stayed 4 nights and loved Vienna and would definitely comeback to both Vienna and this hotel. Very convenient location for sites and transit as well. You won't regret a single thing staying here.

Within 10 minutes walk of the Votive Church this small hotel in a quiet side street was an excellent but inexpensive base for our brief visit to Vienna. It is not far from one of the Hop On - Hop Off bus stops that make it so easy to get around and absorb the atmosphere of the city. The breakfast offered a good choice of fare and the rooms, though not large, were well equipped and comfortable. Above all the reception staff were extremely helpful and charming. A cup of tea and slice of cake was provided gratis mid-afternoon, very welcome after walking back from the city centre.

We only stayed two nights at The Harmonie but could have happily stayed much longer! The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 5 minute walk from Strassenbahn D, which takes you on a ring around most of the main sights. The room itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with artistic touches alluding to the balletic theme of the hotel. The bed was absolutely heavenly - so comfortable with the goose feather pillows and thick duvet. Breakfast was also fantastic! I am lactose intolerant and there were plenty of options for me such as lactose free yogurt and milk. The staff were also incredibly helpful when asked about the lactose content of the other products on offer, which made such a difference to my experience. Overall we had a wonderful time at the hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

This hotel is beautifully presented, comfortable, breakfast was amazing and accommodation cleaned daily. We recently visited for our honeymoon and upon check in were asked to pay for our room up front. I found out 2 days later that the hotel had charged me for the room, twice... this left my bank account overdrawn and bills unpaid back home. It took a lot of conversations with various staff to eventually get a refund which was paid in euros on our last day... The problem here of course was that my refund didn't cover the room as the GBP exchange rate was so bad I lost about £60 of it when changing the euros back to pounds. This could have been easily avoided and certainly rectified more efficiently and fairly by the staff. It wasn't the most pleasant thing to have to deal with whilst on honeymoon. All that being said, a truly beautiful hotel that couldn't be faulted elsewhere... just be careful when paying!

We visited Vienna about 8 days back and stayed at this wonderful small but lovely property. Let's begin with the staff, all of them lovely individuals, very helpful and kind. Congratulations to the owner for hiring these wonderful men and women. The room was comfortable, very clean with all the good additions. We had chocolates waiting in the room to welcome us. Every evening there was coffee and cakes served complimentary between 3pm - 6pm. And breakfast had almost all the options you could think of. The staff helped us get the local transport tickets available at the desk for us. They booked our train to Salzburg and advised us against over ambitious travel plans. I truly thank them for that. All in all you would be thankful to take my advise To stay here when visiting Vienna. Thank you for making our stay a super comfortable one. Vinni Mishra

Located in a quiet area just off the Ringstrasse. Easily accessible by walking or public transit. Full service (umbrellas when it rains). Good breakfast but only modest dining facilities. Friendly staff - some even get to know your name. Comfortable rooms; offer 5 different types of pillows. Fully recommended.

You will not find a better hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast Is the best in town and the complimentary afternoon tea is an added delight. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. It had a very modern bathroom with shower and bath. Tea and coffee were provided and a mini bar was available. The location is ideal and an easy walk into the old town with good connections to all the trams and buses. The staff at reception and the maitre de could not have been more helpful and were very knowledgeable about local amenities. We loved our three day stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in Vienna. Very new, excellent WiFi, and contemporary design. Aaron and Georg were simply amazing - super friendly and helpful. Our only downside was checkout. The man at the desk “demanded” travel vouchers which should have been requested at check-in. We appreciated the apology and we would return to the hotel due to bright stars like Georg and Aaron.

The front desk was super friendly and the area around the hotel was very quiet. Now finding the hotel was a challenge. We took the metro and of course none of the streets are straight and I had downloaded the map prior. In the end we did find it with help from a person walking on the street. Would NOT recommend the local restaurant at the end of the street but the seafood one that was near by was excellent.

The overall breakfast choices were all of high quality and many to choice from. The overall staff for the entire hotel were very friendly and customer focused. Our room was very clean and comfortable.The only thing missing is a bar to enjoy cocktails in.

I stay in many hotels and Harmonie is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. Yes, it is not a luxury hotel but other than that it is perfect! The loacation is great, the décor is contemperary and makes you feel at home, the room was spacioous with a great bathtab and shower, all well equiped with coffee and tea, the breakfast is rich and amazing and most important, the staff, these guys are working tirlessly for you, they were very friendly and helpful and just wonderful – if you look for an amazing hotel in Vienna this is the place. This hotel has lovely comfortable beds and pillows ! Great nights sleep, but the stand out was their breakfast, absolutely amazing, organic produce, kombutcha, hemp seeds, I could go on, but I was too busy eating, even a glass of bubbles if you wanted it, fantastic, also the afternoon tea with cake was a lovely touch as well

We chose this hotel for our 2018 trip, as we had enjoyed our stay in 2017 immensely. Our stay in a Double Suite was for 4 nights and once again our spotless room was perfect. Breakfast at this hotel is superb. We rated it the best breakfast of our 5 week trip! The breakfast staff are to be complimented on the quality and presentation. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea and cake in the lovely lounge, on our return to the hotel after sightseeing. Again, one of the very best things about the Harmonie was their staff. Everyone we met during our stay was friendly, welcoming and made us feel "at home". We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The Harmonie is just off the tourist path, yet close enough to walk into all the beauty Vienna offers. This was perfect for me, as I do not enjoy being a typical "tourist." The hotel is immaculate, rooms divinely decorated and extremely comfortable. The gym small, but it works! Food and services, fantastic. The team at the front desk, Marcus, Bernd, Stefan & Martin all exceeded my expectations and bring customer service to a new level of extraordinary. Cosy and comfortable hotel. Perfect for a walk into the old city. Ten minutes to the Herrenstrasse and the Hofburg Palace. Afternoon tea provided bu the hotel nice and tasty. Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. It is a little walk for food but only ten or fifteen minutes or so.

I stayed here for one night for a 2 night stay in Vienna. My first BW collection stay and it was wonderful. Breakfast is beyond incredible for free which makes the rate fair. Room is small but very clean and comfortable. Be careful to not bump your head (i did numerous times) with low ceiling in one part of room.

From the moment Stefan greeted us so warmly to the moment of our departure 4 days later everything was perfect. Lovely décor throughout, bedroom spacious, clean, quiet and stylish. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even complimentary afternoon tea served in the lovely library every day. Breakfast - big selection and option to eat outside. A fifteen minute walk into the centre of the city but very pleasant route. Highly recommended.

We just spent a night at the Harmonía Vienna, a BW Premiere hotel and were blown away by the quality. Recently remodeled in a 200+ year building, we had a very large room with a rooftop view, wonderful decor with a ballet theme, and a full breakfast and afternoon tea included. Forget Marriott and Hilton, stay here. A two minute walk from the trolley, a five minute walk from the hop-on, hop-off Big Bus Vienna. Concierge service and very helpful staff.

My family stayed at The Harmonie Vienna in August 2018. Staff was amazing, especially Stefan at the front desk. Hotel is not in heart of Vienna, but only a short tram ride away. The breakfast was incredible and by far the best offered by any hotel I've ever stayed. Rooms could be a tad bigger, but all in all a very lovely hotel.

We loved this hotel, we visited in December and found it handy to walk in to the town centre. Breakfast was good but it is not set up for dinner at night as this is more a boutigue hotel and I think the food is just done by reception staff at night time Rooms were comfortable and clean There is a small shop for purchasing snacks Afternoon Tea was a nice touch with a selection of cake and teas to choose from

The theme and the style is good for this hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated. Staff are kind and helpful. We have much information from them. They are friendly too. One suggestion is about the choice of food for breakfast.

It was only for one night but worth to stay much more, great hotel, well located, parking a little bit expensive, great quality of the room and breakfast, recommend to stay walking distance from City center.

Finally, after 2 weeks on a luxury tour of Germany and Austria and 10 hotels, we are staying in a wonderful hotel I don't want to leave. Harmonie has it all, including things apparently unheard of in the two countries like working a/c, good quality pillows and a tea kettle. Everything is new, clean, spacious and well designed. The price was very reasonable, too. Customer service at the reception is absolutely amazing. I wish every hotel on my tour was like Harmonie. Especially the very first one in Berlin...

My husband and I had a fantastic time at this hotel! It is in a great neighbourhood on the outskirts of the city (10-15 min walk from centre) where it is quiet and you will get a good nights sleep. The beds are very comfortable. You will feel like a local. There is a train and bus and tram all nearby too. The hotel service is outstanding, all staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. They take time to talk to you. They are genuine people. Big thank you to the reception staff in particular! There is delicious cake and tea/coffee in the afternoons and it is a delight after a day of walking in Vienna. It was nice to sit in the lounge area and look through some of the books from their library. Presentation and decor is beautiful and modern. There is internet and a printer you can use. Small gym downstairs. Breakfasts were fantastic, lots of choice and high quality foods and ingredients. You can also sit outside for breakfast, very nice in warm weather. There is a beautiful park nearby (15 min walk) called Augarten, where we went jogging in the mornings, make sure you go there, it is gorgeous. Supermarket around the corner and many cafes and restaurants close by too. Beautiful boutique hotel, highly recommended! We will be back!

We had a most wonderful stay at the Harmony Vienna. The hotel is super clean and the staff and management are top notch. Breakfast was perfect, huge selection of fresh and delicious food. We will definitely return.

Pros: The Rooms were excellent, with great features. Very clean and modern. The breakfast was good as well, and breakfast staff, very courteous. Cons: We have stayed at many hotels in Austria / Switzerland / Germany. We travel with our child who is now 4 years old and shares our double bed. In every case, there has been no extra charge for a child below 6 years of age, in an existing room. However, this hotel insisted on charging us 50 Euro per day extra for a child to be in the room (no extra bed). He didn't even eat the breakfast, as we had cereal and milk in the room for him. The breakfast staff were kind and gave him a hot chocolate every day, on the house. 50 Euro per day extra worked out quite expensive for us. Other similar hotels have 15 or 20 euro as extra charges for a child who uses and extra bed. This hotel needs to seriously look at its children policy. I do not recommend it for families. Only for business travelers.

The Harmonie is a nice, intimate hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, lovely afternoon tea and great rooms! Very luxurious and tidy. The hotel gym is small but has all you need. Close to the city centre in a nice quiet area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

We stayed in this hotel in July , it had a well decorated comfy room although a bit small for three people. Good breakfast and was not far from the historical landmarks. Staff was always very polite and in a good mood. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

In today's day and age where warm and coordial behaviour is a rare luxury, you come across a hotel like The Harmonie, Vienna. Aaron and Lisa, the most helpful people who always went way and beyond to help us with very small, even mundane requests. Our stay wouldn't have been this awesome without their immense contribution. This was a very nice hotel with a walking distance to the beautiful centre. So easy to reach from the airport also. Located near the Votivkirche. A very helpful and service minded staff and the manager Stefan Telser was so helpful and professional. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Vienna.

Of the many hotels I have been to on busieness and pleasure, the Harmonie is the best ever, great breakfast, friendly staff making you feel at home, free tea/coffee and cakes in the afternoon, com comfortable rooms.

The staff is so friendly and their front desk receptionists are just the best. They even spend so much time with you to get you what you want and their suggestions where to go are just so helpful. Rooms are so clean. Had a wonderful time!!!!!

we stayed 5th till today 8th july. and room was small but clean... breakfast bread was out of date.... need to improve breakfast menu. not so much variety selection. and location is not that bad. you can walk to center in 15 mins.

Had a great city break last year in vienna and stayed at Hotel Harmonie . Said we would return and just back from another lovely trip staying at Hotel Harmonie . Such a great hotel we decided to return . Very comfortable lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast . However big factor for returning is the staff . Nothing a problem and so helpful and good at what they do. From front desk , breakfast staff to the people who keep place spotless . Taxi company they use are also very good. Lovely location 15 mins walk to start of centre . Would not hesitate to recommend .

Beautiful place, quiet with good tram links into the centre. It was a very restful hotel. There was amazing art work linked to dance! There was a wide variety of food to choose from at breakfast including soya alternatives to milk. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely 3 nights here. Staff were all lovely and helpful, breakfast was really good, hotel is lovely and clean, we had a suite on the 4th floor which was amazing, very comfortable beds and really liked the separate sitting room. Also in the afternoon they do free tea and cakes which was a very nice touch if you have been out for a few hours and fancy a sit down. Although not right in the middle of the city it was a convenient 20-25 minute walk which we did a couple of times otherwise the hotel called a taxi several times for us and they all arrived within 5 minutes. Can also catch the yellow/green hop on hop off bus although it is not outside the Freud museum but about 4 roads further up on the main road turning right at the bottom of the road from the hotel. Hotel never felt very busy and is a nice change from some of the large hotels and quiet as away from the main road.

This is a great hotel located in a quiet area, close to a tram or metro station. The room and bathroom are excellent, modern and clean. The breakfast was very good. Not a huge selection, but enough. Definitely an European selection versus standard North-american breakfast served in most Caribbean resorts... Loved especially the baked items, dried fruits and nuts... There is also tea and cake in the afternoon - I'm not sure the exact time for that - but I assume 4-6 pm. The city center is 15-20 min walking distance (I did walk to Hofburg Palace, Kunsthistorisches Museum, St Stephen's Cathedral). Other attractions can be reached by tram or metro (Belvedere, Schoenbrunn). From the airport we took a taxi with flat rate (36 euro) as indicated at the Info center to reach to the hotel. When we left we asked for a taxi in the lobby (45 euro). The personnel of the hotel was very helpful and attentive. One of the best experiences in the last 10+ years of travelling in Europe.

The rooms are lovely, in our party we had people staying in a standard room and superior. The superior is bigger and has a bath and a sofa but all the rooms are lovely. The minibar is well stocked and not expensive. It has wine, beer, water, wafers, nuts and Pringles. Only suggestion is for fresh milk to be supplied by the hotel for teas and coffees in the room. There is also a small gym on the ground floor. If you are in the hotel between 3-6pm, there is free coffee and homemade cake provided by the hotel. We need more characters to post this review so hopefully this entertained you.

Really lovely and big room. Fantastic service. Lovely breakfast and extremely comfortable beds. Will go back again we were very happy. The placating was really good also and close to the old town. Staff were very helpful.

Nice and quiet place just 15 walk from center. Nice aeria with small bars an restaurants. The hotel we can recommend for people who want no noice, during your sleep, with open windows. Breakfast with large buffet, we loved it.

Clean , an Attentive Staff from front desk to breakfast staff. A very classy and elegant nice touch was Happy Hour Tea time which we enjoyed each day ! Vienna was such a lovely city and The Harmoni hotel was a lovely walk from the Old Town section. Easy transportation was 2 blocks away but we also enjoyed walking back to the hotel each night. very safe and clean city to wlk around at any time of day.

The harmonie it's situated in a quiet residential area of Vienna near local shops and restaurants in five minutes walk from the Strauss Museum in about 20 minutes from the city centre. We cannot recommend to highlight the staff are wonderful and helpful and the place is kept beautifully clean And breakfast or you could ask for and well presented and kept tidy at all times. Highly recommended we will be going back.

The family room was big enough for four of us. There was an ironing board and iron in the room. Bathroom was also specious. Air Conditioning was not too loud and was able to condition the room temperature.

The Harmonie Hotel in Vienna is a real treat. We were celebrating a 60th Birthday and visited this hotel. Its staff are amazing and will help with any issues you may have and will go over and above to help you in any way they can. Our party had wanted to be booked in to stay here buy the site that we used to book our weekend city break had booked us into the apartments next door, without explaining that it was a different business and had nothing to do with this hotel. Our accommodation turned out to be substandard in the extreme in comparison, and it was too late to do anything about it. The staff at The Harmonie Hotel helped sort out the issue and although we were not resident with them, provided a cake for the birthday boy, together with a bottle of Prosecco for out party and all the help we could possibly need to make the most of a dreadful situation. During our weekend they telephoned for taxis and helped book our day out to Bratislava, giving advice about train times and printed out tickets for us when they really didn't need to do anything. The Harmonie Hotel is beautiful, is everything it seems to be from the photos and more. it is spotlessly clean and you can eat outside under the shade of canvas I can recommend it as 5 star plus

The staff here is outstanding. The location is very good, about 1.5 km walk to the Opera house and other tourist spots. The rooms are nicely appointed and well thought out. The staff was great with recommendations on local spots.

This is a very comfortable, welcoming hotel. The rooms are well laid out and air-conditioned. The facilities are very modern and well maintained. The hotel is in a very pleasant, quiet location, just outside the centre of Vienna - about 15-20 minutes' easy walk from the old town. What is better still is the standard of service. Quite outstanding. My party was the victim of mistakes made by a booking agency (not Tripadvisor). The staff would have been perfectly within their rights to have done nothing: the problem was neither their fault nor their responsibility. But they gave us all the help we could possibly want in such a friendly manner: we really could not have asked for more. They also gave some excellent recommendations of where to eat, and they made the reservations for us. So five stars for the hotel; even more for the service. Very highly recommended.

A good situation, when visiting the city , use tramp line D or subway U4. We visit during our stay also thr Schonbrunn Summer concert, which is a happening to visit once in a lifetime. Buy the Vienna card, make sense.

Enjoyed my stay at The Harmonie Vienna very much. The hotel itself is in a great location with all the Christmas markets in walking distance. The reception staff were very friendly and of course all spoke perfect English. The room was really nice and the hotel is really cosy - it was winter so you can normally find some hotels drafty and cold everywhere, but certainly not this hotel. There is a nice warm lounge area with fire and the decor is all modern and contemporary. We had breakfast here too and all the usual kind of things you would expect with a comprehensive selection of Austrian smoked meats and salami. After you've filled up on this, you're set to brave the December winter weather (assuming you go in December) and it's only a short walk to the start of the Christmas markets. After filling up on mulled wine and käse krainer sausages, you feel very homely when you arrive back at the hotel and are always welcomed by the reception staff and the hotel porters. Some hotels you kind of stay in, but you don't really get a connection with them. They are a base while you're away, but for some reason, you feel like you're home when you arrive back at The Harmonie. It's hard to explain but I would guess it's a combination of the staff, the atmosphere that they create and the relaxed surroundings. I guess a lot of the guests pick up on this and not many of the hotels I've stay at are the kind of places you reall chat with other guests, but you certainly do at The Harmonie. I'm not sure when I'm going back to Vienna, but if I do, this would defintely be top of my list to stay at. Excellent value and excellent stay.

Pros of the hotel: Location: The hotel is located in the walking distance from the main centre of Vienna - 10 min walk, 3 min by car - Kohlmarkt -it is a street full of exclusive boutiques as we came for shopping. The design of the hotel: I've stayed in a lot of places but this hotel has very cosy interior decor - the lobby is warm and welcome. Rooms: They are spacious enough, well decorated . Breakfasts: I judge it 8/10, service is very good. Service: perfect Cons: You will be addicted :) I will definitely come back to this hotel

As soon as we stepped into this hotel, we felt welcomed. The people at the front desk looked us in the eye and smiled. The floors are shining, nothing is out of place, and the tea room is inviting. The hotel room is large and well appointed. There is a sofa, chair, and sitting table; a desk and chair; bed and side tables; a closet; iron and ironing board. The bathroom is relatively large and we .appreciated the magnifying mirror. All the staff are excellent at their jobs and all are helpful. On the day we left, we had an early train to catch and appreciated the breakfast staff accommodating our early departure.

The hotel checked all the boxes. Staff are very helpful, friendly with a great service mind. The room is also comfortable and clean. Location is in a walking distance to the city and shops. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with our 4-day stay in this very clean, convenient to transportation and outstanding staff service of this hotel. We chose this hotel over other possibilities for our 3 day visit to Vienna because it had a slightly better price, but it was such a delightful experience, we would now return to it even if the cost were a bit higher than others. Our room was immaculate, tastefully appointed and extremely comfortable, the bathroom well designed and spacious enough with both tub and shower. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood with quick and easy access to all sites in the city by tram, bus and subway. The breakfast buffet, included with the room cost, is one of the best we've ever had: homemade granolas and mueslis, superb breads and pastries, several kinds of eggs, delectable waffles, delicious European yogurts (so much more satisfying than our insipid oversweetened yogurts in the states), cheeses, and a spread of meats and smoked fish. We were satisfied enough by breakfast to limit lunches to snacks and in the evening, when we returned to the hotel after a day of fabulous site-seeing, we had a range of restaurant choices in the area that were plentiful enough for our short stay, even though we are not meat eaters. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable seating areas on the ground floor. Only complaints were that our bed, though very comfortable, was made up of two twin beds joined by a single headboard, not the queen or king mattress we prefer, and it was hard to find a place for a drink or snack after 9:30-10 pm. But these were small drawbacks in light of an overall fantastic stay.

Recently we spent two weeks at this wonderful hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room which we really appreciated. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very convenient location - about a twenty minute walk to downtown and a short walk to public transportation. Very helpful staff. Quiet. A very enjoyable stay! Heartily recommended!

i was stay in this hotel for five days, and the staff was very helpfull, answered all my question and also gave my tips on how to get when i want with the public transit, and also the two days that i didn't ate at the breakfest room the told me that's fine we'll arrange you with lunch box, because i was taking a tour in 07;15 and the driver pick me up in 06:30, and the lunch box was very helpful for me in this two days

First off, my husband emailed a couple of weeks before check in to ask if there was anything special they could do since we were staying there for my birthday. He heard nothing back. I believe he emailed them again. He asked at check in (he told me this later) and the receptionist said she had just read the email that morning. She left a bottle of bubbly in the room which was a nice gesture but I think my husband was disappointed. He would have gladly paid for decorations or something fancier. The dance theme was of particular interest since we work in the arts field but we found it a bit lacking. The room was a little squishy but beds were soft and linens nice. The shutters on the windows kept out the light and the noise. The A/C worked well. The bathroom was fairly spacious but the tub / shower combination was odd. The position of the shower head made for a tight space to shower in and even when careful, water still sprayed all onto the floor. It was also awkward getting in and out of the tub. Hot water and pressure were great; and we had washcloths which many hotels do not seem to offer. The WIFI was an issue. Every day, we had challenges (not connecting, disconnecting, and/or very slow). I received help three times and we finally gave up. The reception just kept telling us that some Apple devices won't connect easily to their WIFI. If that is the case, then they need a new system. We've been traveling 9 months (so the internet is our connection to home) and never have we had such problems. The location was good. Close to the tram and restaurants; although far from the metro. There were a couple of staff members who were awesome: friendly, pleasant, helpful, and always smiling. However, some were not. On check in, the male staff member in the dining room seemed overwhelmed until help arrived, then he was more pleasant. A few female staff members seemed to go on the defensive when I approached them about the WIFI. The two older ladies in the dining room were super intense and often very brusque with guests. One morning, I witnessed one lady scold a teenaged boy for putting something on the table he shouldn't have. She spoke very loudly to one guest because she mistakenly opened the door to the kitchen, and she was quite brusque when my husband tried to get his own coffee. Another lady seemed to be chastising the younger server (whom I really liked) right in front of other guests. I could go on. For a place called The Harmonie, it was a bit ironic that there was so much stress first thing in the morning. Saying that though, the breakfast food was delicious: lots of variety and all very tasty. The tea service in the afternoon was peaceful and greatly enjoyed. I think if some of the staff received more training and learned to relax more, this place would be a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Management also needs to look at their internet issues. With these improvements, I would happily return.

We stayed in Vienna for two nights and we decided to go with Harmonie Vienna based on the positive reviews it has. The room was a bit tiny, but that did not take away from the overall good experience we got in the hotel. Room was tidy and well equipped and room service was spotless. The only fault was that the mattress was on the rather soft side, but that's just my personal preference. Breakfast was also good, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes to suit every taste. And coffee was surprisingly good!!! Rooms were also quiet and the hotel itself boasts a very nice lounge area where to sit down, drink and relax. All tastefully decorated with modern themes. We loved it. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation for staying in Vienna, and myself would stay again given the chance.

A charming boutique property in a peaceful part of town with all the major Vienna landmarks within the walking distance. Great (organic) breakfast, nice staff and great property maintainance. The only soft spot would be the lack of parking possibilities - there's a parking garage just across the street but charges almost 30 euros a day.

We stayed at the Harmonie for two nights which was easy to travel to by CAT to the city and then the U4 for a couple of stops and short walk from there. We had a great welcome from a friendly and very helpful receptionist who confirmed our room was ready despite the fact we arrived early. The room was a great size, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and choice of pillows. The room and hotel generally were spotlessly clean, and well decorated. After an amazing variety of options for breakfast, we strolled for around 25 mins to the city, and returned late afternoon for tea and homemade cake at the hotel. Super easy to get to the main train station by tram with a tram stop just a few minutes on foot. Absolutely recommended!

Unlike the pictures on the internet, the room is dramatically smaller and a wall crosses it in the middle. Horror The distance from the city center is 20 minutes wallk and it is even longer time to use the public transportation.

I had emailed the hotel prior to our visit and asked if they could arrange something special for our anniversary , the staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a sweet room with a very lovely note greeting us ( will be kept in my memory box from the trip ). Very lovely gesture ! The staff is generally very welcoming and happy to assist you in any way , i would like to point out Kumari who made our mornings so pleasant during the breakfast. Very comfortable beds and pillows , i have forgotten last time that i have slept so well. Rooms are very well kept , i would highly advice this place for anyone. Would deffinately be coming back if i visit Vienna again .

The hotel is within walking distance from the city center. It is quiet, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. From the top floor you have a view of the Votiv church. The room was clean and big. Only the fitting carpet needs some freshing up.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The D tram drops you off about a block away. The D Tram also transports you to the area of many tourist attractions. I like that the hotel is away from the nosy and more expensive city center. There are less restaurant choices but I like walking in this quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe and had no trouble getting around. The room was divine with a soaking tub, frig, comfy bed, a/c, etc. The daily breakfast service in the lounge was excellent. You can't go wrong at the Harmonie.

This is a really nice hotel, conveniently located near the inner city of Vienna. Breakfast ist good, the rooms are spacious. But the a/c is turned down low during the night hours. In a typical hot Viennese summer when the walls are warm and heat the interior during the night this is not funny.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff, they were nice enough to give us an upgrade. Had an early check in which was great since we had a good 10 hour flight. Their breakfast was made special by one of their staff named Kumari, I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit.

We had a very good stay in The Harmonie. We had a large room with bath. The breakfast was exellent, everything you wanted was on the buffet. There was also sparkeling wine !!!! From 3 untill 6 you got cacke an tea for free, The negatief was the carpet in the room, and the last day the room was not cleand well. The left the dirty cup and did not change the toiletpaper.

Breakfest Great, even better without kids. Tip: kids under the age of 5yrs forbidden. Staff at the desk sweet and friendly. Make terras availible when good weather. Provided some summer sheets for the beds.

Beautiful hotel in nice area, near city centre. All looks very clean and new. From the airport take the train (Schnellbahn) to Hauptbahnhof and then take tram D to Bauernfeldplatz, thats around the corner of the hotel. Very easy and very quick. We took a weekcard from monday to monday for € 17,10 per person, all tranportation within the centre included. When got back to the airport we bought a ticket for the outhercentre for € 1,70. Buy at a bigger station at the kiosk.

I had a fantastic stay at the Harmonie Vienna. I was here for 9 nights on a University trip and then came back a few days later for an additional night. Location The Harmonie is in a good location. The area is quiet however is only a 5 minute walk from the city. Train stations are close by and it is easy to get to and from the airport with the CAT Train and the metro system. The tram stop is 100m away. Room The room I was in for the first 9 nights was a twin room. It was great. There was plenty of room for two people with two big bags. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The bathroom was good too. The room staff did a great job cleaning our room and were efficient. When I returned to Harmonie, I was in a double room. This room was also great and the large bed was nice and comfy. Breakfast The buffet breakfast is fantastic. There is wide range of organic selections. There are waiters on hand to serve you tea, coffee, hot chocolate ect. Overall Nothing was an issue for the staff at Harmonie. I travelled to Salzburg for 3 nights and the hotel was more than happy to store my large travel suitcase whilst I was gone. Harmonie was more than happy to do any printing we required. When I return to Vienna, I will be staying in this hotel. I will also be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you Harmonie for a wonderful stay!

The Harmonie is a small friendly hotel in a quiet district of Vienna. 5 min walk from Underground/ team and a 15/20 min walk to attractions. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable and the breakfast was a wonderful choice of hot and cold. The Staff are the STARS... friendly and helpful... we had one morning with a very busy service at breakfast but the staff efficiently organising the residents in and out and quickly moved us to the lounge and provided tea and coffee whilst we waited on tables to be cleared.. couldn't have asked for better... ??????

It was lovely the room was so comfortable with everything you might need the staff were very kind and always there to help you the breakfast is an open buffy that included an afternoon tea with cake which is very relaxing so I would absolutely recommend staying in the harmoni hotel and I'll definitely come again while visiting vinna

The hotel was immaculate, the breakfast exemplary and the afternoon tea and cakes were a lovely touch which we really appreciated. The whole team were friendly and helpful. I had no idea what to expect when booking this hotel. Let me just say, we were beyond satisfied. Check in was easy with a friendly staff. The room was well appointed, super clean and new feeling. There were even chocolates on the pillow. Breakfast was included and was literally the best I've ever had during a hotel stay. We will go back next time we visit Vienna.

There are three things I look for in a hotel for a quick city break. The most important is the bed. It must big, comfortable and provide me with a good sleep after a night out and a busy day ahead. The second is the breakfast buffet. Here I aim for healthy options that fuel me with energy and a lovely atmosphere to start the day. And last but most definitely not least, is the location. And the Harmonie Vienna boutique hotel ticked off every box on that list with ease. I've been to Vienna a couple of times already and do know my way around. The hotel is tucked away in a lovely little corner and hidden from all the buzz and rush of the city – something I personally did love. From there you can easily access the busses, trams and subway stations and the area around the hotel is quite beautiful to explore by foot too. We also found various supermarkets and drug stores around the corner, which is perfect if you forget to bring toothpaste – like we did.

Stayed three nights and just loved this hotel. Beautifully decorated, great room with comfortable beds and high quality pillows. Bathroom also newly renovated and very nice. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and help navigating the city. Tram 'D' stops just 1-2 short blocks from the hotel and it is very easy to get in and out of the city -- we purchased the 48 hr pass at Tourist Information at the train station). Take the Nussdorf (or Nubdorf) D tram to Bauernfeldplatz stop. Best part of the stay was the amazing breakfast buffet -- best I have ever had in Europe. I would definitely stay there again the next time I go to Vienna!
