    « Great 1 night stay »

After an atrocious night at another Best Western this was a refreshing stay. It's a quick 10 minute walk to the BOK Center as we were in town to see a concert. The girls at the front desk were very nice and suggested the place next door, Baxter's Interurban Grill, and it was great! Parking was easy and well lit. The hotel itself was updated, clean and had a modern flair. Our room had 2 queen beds (comfortable), a mini fridge, microwave. It was comfortable stay for our entire family and should we find ourself in Tulsa again we would definitely stay here!

    « Jh »

We spent two nights, Oct 29 & 30. Housekeeping needs improving. We left Saturday morning at 6:30 am and returned to our room at 3:00 pm. Our room had not been attended to. I went to the desk twice and was told they would get to our room when they got to the floor. One of the housekeepers was outside our room and I asked if she could clean the room but she didn't understand English. I probably would not stay here again. The hotel was fairly full and management should have had enough staff on hand.

« Living on Tulsa Time »

We got a suite and it was nicely decorated, lots of room, and very clean. The hotel is located right across the way from a restaurant that is good and is centrally located in the city. The desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and helpful making our stay a delight.

« Friendly place to stay and very handy for R66 »

On arrival greeted by friendly, welcoming receptionist. Good room, good location but I don't think you'd know you were in a "Route 66 hotel" if you hadn't driven from there - I didn't see a lot in the way of memorabilia, etc, but as my partner was unwell on arrival I was maybe distracted. Baxter's Interurban Grill is right next door and a good bar-cum-restaurant with excellent beers, great food & especially dessert (bread pudding...yum!) and friendly staff.

    « Excellent »

This was our 4th stay at this hotel. We really like staying here for our downtown activities, it is walking distance from the BOK Center and other venues that are downtown. We will return here often,we always ask for the top floor. Excellent choice

« Personal Stay with Family »

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the BOK Center. This rooms were clean and the staff was great! We loved the location and did not experience any issues while there. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay in Tulsa. We recommend this hotel and will stay there again if we need to be in Tulsa.

    « A very good choice »

Very nice hotel, modern, clean, friendly, and comfortable. Breakfast is served until 9am which includes several hot and cold food choices, really liked their coffee. They even offer a 'Grab & Go' package of fresh fruit and bottled water for those who missed the breakfast, and an ATM machine by rhe entry door.

« Friendly professional service, clean and bright! »

I came here with my daughter to spend the night because we are both flying out the next day. They were friendly and welcoming when we checked in,The lobby was clean and pleasant. The rooms are clean and it looks like new Decor throughout the hotel. There was a handy little area in the front lobby did had snacks and drinks for purchase. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator. There was a breakfast buffet that included waffles sausage eggs cereal toast juice coffee and much more. My daughter's flight left early the next day but mine did not leave until 8 PM, Miranda at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. Not only did she offer to hold my luggage for the day, she also gave me a Maps of local walking tours and places of interest. Next time I am in Tulsa I would definitely stay here again

    « Great Location »

Located right off Highway, convenient access to downtown Tulsa and hospitals. Extremely clean. Beds with pillow top and pillows very comfortable. Full hot breakfast was great with excellent variety. Staff was courteous and helpful. Will stay here again.

    « Good choice »

Modern hotel with nice rooms. No pool. Basic breakfast. Would not consider the breakfast a reason to stay. Close to very good restaurants, night life and the Brady theater. Also close to i44. Free parking at the hotel.

« Good but not great »

The hotel was nice, staff could have been friendlier, breakfast was good but with limited parking I can't see myself staying at this hotel again. There was no fee to park one car and a small fee for the second one was understandable however there was limited parking and when trucks, SUVs and cars are pulling trailers taking 2 or more spaces it limits parking for other vehicles that may have paid to park. Even if there were just one car per room there still wouldn't be enough parking for all guests.

« Always nice and meets expectations »

Always meets expectations, the rooms are clean, the staff is professional and accommodating, they are always willing to assist and work hard to make things right. There were guest in the next room who were loud. The staff at the hotel were very apologetic.

    « Traveling Route 66 »

Great place. No complaints. Very nice accomidations. Comfortable beds... Walked across the parking lot to eat dinner at Ruby Tuesday. Good food there. Very friendly young lady checked us in. She went above the top to help us the next day when we checked out!

    « Stop on Route 66 »

This was an overnight stop. Excellent checking with helpful receptionist who gave us maps and info. Decor modern, room clean and offered everything we needed. Good toiletries, good bath and shower. We walked the downtown tour. It was still hot at 5pm so kept to the shade. Had a good sleep. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and toasted bagel. There is yoghurt, fruit, waffles, coffee and juice. Easy checkout and back on road.

    « Great Stay »

Location was close to the airport and all of the restaurants and other places we wanted to visit in Tulsa were all within 10 minutes. Place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and room was comfortable. Great place to stay.

« Good value for the price »

We attended Tulsa for a business event and stayed at the Best Western primary due to the fact they were the cheapest of the hotels within 1 block of the Cox convention center. We were pleasantly surprised by the tidy appearance and modern amenities (in room microwave, refrigerator, free internet...) Breakfast was free and it was definitely above average compared to other hotels we've visited. It was great for a business traveller but it does not have a pool or restaurant, which might be more important for family travelers.

« Another great Best Western Plus »

Really enjoyed staying here. Convenient location in downtown, close to the BOK (walking distance). The parking is not great, not many spots. We ended up having to park at the physicians building next door. Otherwise we had a great stay.

« Great stop off on route 66 »

Great hotel clean tidy we had the family room for 6 and it was great value for money. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles at breakfast. I would recommend for leisure or business trip. If in Tulsa again I will stay again

« Good basic downtown option; no frills »

Recently revamped, the hotel is modern and clean. Access via the lower level parking is a bit complicated. Checking in requires you to go via lobby because access to elevator is key-based. Rooms are clean but a bit cramped. We were close to a AC generator which meant there was a constant low hum. Bed had nightstands on only one side--inconvenient if you are a couple. TV rather small. Bathroom cramped. Once you are in there --no space to back up to close the door

    « Sightseeing »

The hotel was clean and convenient. Located in downtown within walking distance to a number of places. Very close to Route 66 which was nice. The front desk person was very professional and knowledgeable. I would stay there again.

« Easy Access to BOK Center »

I was there for a concert at the BOK Center. It is a short walk from the Hotel. The hotel room was clean. The beds are soft. The complementary breakfast has a lot of choices. The parking garage was full but they allowed us to park at the check-in area so it all worked out.

    « Excellent Best Western »

The hotel and staff were very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. Informed me of everything ie breakfast at the hotel etc. Beds were comfy, room was very clean. No stale smell in the room. All the amenities were great and working.

    « Great location! »

Quick 3 block stroll to the BOK for the Dolly Parton show. Great location. Wish there was a pool! The rooms were clean (if smallish) and the staff was friendly. Never felt unsafe, even with the warm back, but there was plenty of company.

    « Great place »

This is a great place to stay when in Tulsa, Ok for a concert at the BOK Center. It is a short 3 block walk to the center and we felt very safe. The hotel DOES NOT charge for parking and since the hotel is so close to the center, you save money there also. The rooms were very cleaned and updated and modern and the staff was also great

    « NIce downtown location »

We stayed here when moving our son into The University of Tulsa. The location was very convenient - just off the freeway and a short, less than 10 minute drive to TU. THere was plenty of parking either in the garage or outside on the property. Rooms and breakfast were excellent.

    « Nice, but pricey »

This hotel is nice. It was clean and the breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly. However, the rooms and bathrooms were small, and the view was of another building. It was very pricey, even with a AAA discount.

    « Great Stay »

Never stayed at this Best Western before. I very glad we decided to stay here. The staff was great. The room was very clean. We were in a rush to leave the house and forgot the tooth paste. I asked the front desk agent where could we purchase some. The front desk agent gave some and saved a late night trip to Walmart. I will stay here again when I am in Tulsa.

    « Excellent Location! »

The hotel allowed us to check in earlier than expected (2 instead of 3) because I room was ready. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast area was well maintained by an extremely pleasant young lady. There was a convention in town while we were visiting and the coffee was always ready and we never ran out of breakfast items.

« Downtown Tulsa place to stay »

It was my 1st time staying at this Hotel. Really nice rooms, very interesting decor, very clean room. Oh yes free parking ! This was a very pleasant surprise for a Downtown Hotel. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of items and the staff was keeping everything nice and neat.

« Wedding weekend in Tulsa »

We booked a corner suite for three nights and it was amazing! There were four of us and the room was huge. Our son slept on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. Very clean room, comfortable beds, and lots of towels. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts each morning were amazing. Hot items and cold, with fruit and yoghurt. We were very impressed and definitely would stay there again........It certainly made our stay that much better!

    « Perfect location! »

This hotel was perfect for our visit to family homes, only 10 min away. Close to downtown and other attractions. Make sure you ask the front desk about the walking tour and the tunnels under the buildings downtown!

    « Tulsa Overnight »

We booked a one room suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed and it was huge...clean room, nice linens and towels. Front desk (Miranda) was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was just fair - typical eggs, meat, make your own waffle and assortment of cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries - but free! Location was good, right on the edge of downtown. No complaints about our stay; it just didn't have the downtown ambiance I look for in a city hotel. No views (I believe it was only 5 floors), it is a new building etc...parking lot is very small and not gated or secure but you do have to have your key card to enter the elevator to the hotel (if you do not go through the lobby). The regular rooms were only $100 but we paid a little more for the suite - this is a nice, clean option for downtown Tulsa.

« Memorable stay in Tulsa »

Our stay was made very pleasant by the friendly staff. The breakfast lady was very helpful with instructions on getting around town and places to eat. We enjoyed the handicap accommodations to be excellent. I enjoyed the roll in shower instead of having to deal with a tub.

    « Cleanliness Makes a Happy Traveler »

If you are looking for the cleanest hotel, this is it. The eclectic décor screams cleanliness and is followed up with a spotless, shiny bathtub. The buffet breakfast was good. It included, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, juice, coffee, milk, etc. Its a small hotel-I think it was only 5 stories and is situated in downtown Tulsa and near the River Walk Festival grounds and the OSU Medical facility. Well worth the price.

    « Comfortable/convenient stay visiting Tulsa. »

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Downtown Tulsa when making a quick trip to visit family. Our room was clean and accommodating for us and our two small dogs. Although it was a very hot day, the room temperature consistently stayed at about 71 degrees no problem. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom was clean. (Hotel maintenance was very friendly as we rode the elevator with him.) Parking was a little tight. We were worried about having a space when we got back to the hotel late at night, but there were no issues finding a spot. Overall a very good experience. The only thing we didn't like was the amount of people gathered outside the front entrance; especially at night. Luckily, there was a convenient elevator right underneath the hotel at ground level that we could take to avoid the loud cursing and smoking going on out front. We were little surprised the hotel would condone that activity right outside of the main entrance. (The next morning when we went to check out there were two police cars at the front entrance.)

« Gorgeous mid-century style with ample modern comfort. »

The Best Western Plus Downtown Tulsa / Route 66 Hotel is one of the coolest and nicest hotels I have ever had the privilege to sleep in. From the architecture, to the lobby to the large, mid century styled rooms I didn't want to leave. The bed was so comfortable, fast internet, well designed and ample bathroom, the room had everything I needed and beyond! The complimentary breakfast was fantastic as well! Highly recommended whenever your in Tulsa as the place to stay! ?#?Tulsa? ?#?greatnightsrest? ?#?route66? ?#?bestwesternplus? ?#?midcenturystyle?

    « I love Tulsa »

We stayed at this property for several nights in May for business and really enjoyed Tulsa. The staff was extremely nice, the property is immaculate and it is pet friendly. Although I was told by BW's reservation center that all BW's are pet friendly this is not true. Our job was in Sand Springs and we had our dog with us but the Sand Springs property does not accept pets. This turned out to be a good thing because we ended up at the BW Downtown. We didn't try the breakfast but Room 222 was clean, beds were great and the furnishings are modern. The front desk clerk even held my dog while I went in to the breakfast room for juice. My only cons were the HVAC system is really noisy in 222, no shower cap in the bathroom and the tiniest soap bars ever :)

« Clean rooms and friendly staff »

The room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would need. The front desk clerk was very friendly and got me a room despite my reservation being lost. The parking left something to be desired but considering the way they are set with adjacent buildings there's not much that can be done about it.

    « Thought I was in a luxury hotel »

Thought I was in a luxury hotel, and I was. The architecture was modern, extremely well done. The room was as large as a suite. Everything is new. Absolutely a great experience.. Great location. Staying here could be a vacation by itself.

    « Great Hotel »

Spent a night here, the rooms were clean, with all amenities that Best Western offers. The staff was very courteous. They offer free parking, breakfast(hot & cold) and wifi. It's very centrally located which made it easy to get around town either walking or driving. We had a rainy night, so we drove everywehre, but it was a few minutes drive which would translate to a short pleasant walk on a nice day.

« Great Customer Service and Newly Renovated »

Stayed here twice in the last 6 months for competitions at the convention center across the street. Neat, clean, super-friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Literally, walk across the street to convention center. Fabulous location. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here for all Tulsa convention center events!

« Clean room, nice staff, great location! »

We stayed here for concert at BOK center; suite with 2 queen beds. The room was great! It was clean, big, nice corner with lots of windows, and walking distance to the BOK. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was great! Definitely would stay again!

    « Great Hotel »

Very clean, friendly staff, easy parking. Great location for events at the BOK center. Within walking distance of downtown. Easy check in and check out process. If you are staying a day or a week I would recommended this location. If I ever have to go back to Tulsa for anything that requires a overnight stay, this would be the Hotel I would stay at.

« Good rooms, good service, limited amenities »

The location is near downtown, but not within short walking distance to most attractions. There is a Doubletree next door with an OK restaurant/bar. The Best Western does not have a restaurant, lounge, pool, or exercise room. The room was large, clean and had a good mattress. The breakfast was hot and good (avoid the burritos). The service was friendly.

    « Wonder helpful staff. »

We had driven 14 hours and needed food.i have serious celiac and they called Mexican restaurant next door to inquire about food. We only had to walk across parking lot. No more riding .we have a small dog and the manager took our numbers and said if there is a problem we will call. They said she was perfect and even asked how our meal was. We will definitely stay there again.

    « SkillsUSA »

Greeted warmly by a very helpful and friendly front desk staff member. Always received a pleasant greeting from other staff members. Room was comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Tulsa.

    « Quiet and comfortable »

Travelling to Arizona and this was a stop over. Very nice room, comfortable beds. Thanks for allowing pets, made it easy to travel with a pet. There was a hospital across the street but I didn't hear a thing during the night. Not a lot near the hotel in terms of restaurants but we ate next door. Great service and friendly staff!

    « Amy Schumer »

Stayed here to see Amy Schumer at the BOK...was about a 10 minute walk there, but ubers were readily available in the area. Awesome rooms, friendly staff, big breakfast, free parking (but cramped and somewhat limited for large vehicles). Was very impressed w this hotel and would def stay again if in the area.

    « JB world tour »

this hotel was easily accessible to BOK center, we had a group of adults and teenagers, the rooms were clean and comfortable, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety, even for our picky eaters

« Cute Rooms; Located Close to Cox Business Center »

We were put up in this hotel for a conference at the Cox Business Center and were pleasantly surprised! The rooms were cute and clean and the staff was very pleasant! We did not spend any time in the room due to the conference we were attending (two minute walk to the convention center). Conveniently locate

  • 5
    « Nicely renovated hotel »

This hotel has been updated beautifully. The staff are excellent, extremely personable. The continental breakfast is fantastic. The presentation, the room, everything is well worth the reasonable price for your stay. The location is great as you are close to all major interstates.

    « Best staff »

This was our third night on Route 66. My husband and I checked in and Jami was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and bathroom was large. We went back down to talk to Jami and ask about local food and attractions. Not only did she tell us about the area but she also told us about the history of the hotel and building. Large selection for breakfast and it was super clean, the had everything from yogurt, pastries, eggs, biscuits and gravy, ect. The hotel is very clean the only thing that would have made it better was a hot tub or sauna for travelers to relax in.

« New, Modern, Clean, Friendly! »

We had to make a last minute trip to Tulsa for a funeral. We found this hotel was available in downtown Tulsa. This hotel is very convenient. It is easy to get to. It is just down the street from the BOK center. The facility is new, very clean, very modern and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel whether or not you are staying downtown Tulsa.

« Very comfortable hotel across from Cox Convention Center »

We stayed one night at this hotel so that we could attend a concert across the street from the Cox Convention Center. The front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. The room came with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. There were sundries downstairs that you could purchase if you needed a snack but there weren't many healthy options available. This is also a really great location. The door to the Cox center is literally right across the street and in warmer conditions you could walk several blocks and get to different clubs and restaurants. We used Lyft though as it was cold and late at night. The front desk had coupons for it which made our short trips to Max RetroPub and back, virtually free. We didn't eat the free breakfast in the morning but we did look at the area and it was nice and clean. We will be sure to stay at this hotel again when we come back to Tulsa!

    « Best Western Tulsa »

The Best Western Downtown Tulsa was a great place to stay. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, the entire place was clean smelling. Staff was friendly. Location was great, right across the road from the Cox Business Center and right down the road from the BOK Center. Was trying to stream video on the WIFI and it froze up quite a bit, that was my only complaint. I was pleasantly surprise with the hotel when we arrived and with the location.

« Nice room, terrible breakfast »

I really enjoyed the room at the Best Western Plus in Downtown Tulsa. Front desk staff was fantastic and very helpful. However, the breakfast was absolutely terrible. Stay away from the hot items such as the breakfast burritos, sausage, eggs, etc. I wish that housekeeping didn't leave notes in my room that said "Tips :)" on it. Came across as unprofessional in my opinion. Beds and pillows leave something to be desired. Would much rather stay in a Holiday Inn Express for that reason.

    « Great!!!!!! »

A buddy and I went to Tulsa to the BassMaster Classic and stayed at the BW Downtown. BW helped make the experience great because once we arrived and parked we were done driving. The Expo center was right across the street and the BOK just beyond it. Hidden on the other side of the Hotel was a restaurant 30 yards from BW doors that had good food and priced right. Staff was great and breakfast good. My only small complaint was the parking a little cramped and on a first to come basis but once we parked we were good. I would recommend this highly to someone going to an event at the BOK our the Cox Convention Center. Hard to comment on price because they more than doubled the price for that weekend. Supply and demand. Staff was very nice and helpful and kept it clean. Would definitely go back!

    « AWESOME!! »

Being a seasoned traveler, I have stayed in good and bad. I can honestly say, the 4 nights I spent at the Best Western PLUS Downtown Tulsa were the best. It's super clean, quiet, and the staff is second to none. I give them 5 stars and definitely recommend this hotel.

    « Uncleab »

This place looks new from pictures but then we arrive and it looks old. Get our room and look at the beds and they are unclean with hair and lint all over them, stains on sheets. Upon looking at the room more looks like they haven't cleaned it in months.

« Great location in downtown »

Needed a hotel near a conference in downtown Tulsa. The hotel is new. The room was very spacious and nice. The elevators were a little scary (shaky) since it was a remodel from a previous building. There are two restaurants in both sides of the parking lot. This made it very convenient for traveling. The breakfast was good. But I have had better at other Best Westerns. I would definitely stay there again.

  • 5
« Nice place will stay here again »

Bed was comfortable. Normally stay at the Hyatt, but we had our dig. Hyatt charges $50 per night for the pet fee. Best western only charged $10. Great staff! Very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. Very close to downtown as we went to the ballet.

« Nice surprise and wonderful room »

Had a doctor's appointment at OSU Medical Center across the street. What a nice surprise! Clean, quiet, reserved parking. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Our room was a corner room on the top floor with two Queen beds and sofa bed complete with nice business desk/free Wi-Fi, fridge and microwave. The room was very large and beds were SSSOOOOOO comfortable. Full breakfast was nice with comfortable seating, TV, plenty of food and selections. We will definitely stay here again.

    « Comfortable »

Overall this place was comfortable and had a good breakfast. The bathroom was clean and updated. The decor and room size was nice. The only issue was the noise through the door (I was near elevator), but the walls seemed well insulated.

« Don't let the exterior fool you »

This hotel looks like a parking garage from all angles except the front corner/entrance. However the interior is very nice. It is done in a modern vibe. The front desk and breakfast staff are very nice and helpful and the beds are comfy. I enjoy having a fridge and microwave in the room and being able to walk to the competition at the cox center across the street. We have stayed there multiple times and will stay there again.

    « Cheer Competition »

Stayed here for a cheer competition. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Conveniently located across the street from the convention center. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, great value. Only downfall is sporadic internet and very limited parking!

    « Nice Get Away »

This was a quick trip for us. The Best Western PLUS Downtown Tulsa/Route 66 was a great location for us, since we were in town to see a play at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. The Location was easy to find. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Would use this hotel again.

« Clean & comfortable with friendly staff »

The girls at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a convenient downtown location. The room was a tad small but nice and clean. This is a great hotel for the price. We were able to easily walk to a concert at the BOK center. Ubering from here to downtown spots was easy too. Parking was acceptable at the hotel but was at capacity one night of our stay so they didn't recommend leaving with our car or we would have to find our own parking elsewhere, understandable. My only complaint would be that our room was close to the elevator so you can hear the ding every time the elevator arrives. Great spot for the price, would stay here again.

    « Best Western Surprise »

Quite delighted with the hotel and will book it again next year for the same event. The staff was personable and helpful, even down to the breakfast staff, who wanted to make it hot and delicious. The hotel is easy to access, easy to depart, and nice in between.

« An ok spot to stay »

Glad we only stayed at the hotel one night, it was ok, nothing special but the staff were extra nice. The room was good, very comfortable and clean. The hotel had earlier had a water issue which had caused some flooding so there were fans going to dry the place. We were warned there might be some noise but it was not an issue. The lift not working from the basement car park was very annoying as it was very cold carrying our luggage around the outside of the hotel to the front entry. When we raised the issue at the front desk we were told it was a known issue and that they didn't know why it wasn't working. It would have avoided us wasting time standing around in the basement lift area waiting for a lift that wasn't working if one of the staff had put a sign warning of the issue. Overall it was ok, maybe a little expensive for the value.

« I visited here in 2015 for Tokyo in Tulsa »

Loved the hotel's breakfast option. A bit disappointed that the hotel didn't have a pool but not a big detractor from it. Beautiful Lobby and Rooms. A bit disappointed when finding out the 'regular rooms' were almost exactly the same as the 'suites'. It would seem for the pricing you would get more bang for your buck and the tub came with a learning curve for people not used to the push down style of drain stopper (I had to show my friends how to use it cause I have one in my apartment.)

    « Nice place »

nice motel, nice room convenient location. Outside signage should be improved. not readily identifiable in all directions. Need more signage in parking area as to who it belongs too. and how to get to check in area.

« Nice, clean and comfortable »

This hotel is very nice, and very reasonable. The location is great. It is clean and the decor is done in very good taste. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean and affordable place to stay. The breakfast is good as well.

    « Great hotel »

We visit Tulsa often. We will be using this hotel again and telling our friends about it. A great experience from the first time we called about parking to check out. We travel frequently and were very impressed with the staff.

    « Route 66 Tulssa »

Very nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, great staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff always had a smile on their face with great attitude atmosphere. Nice location and easy to get to. Very nice parking place to keep vehicle out of the weather. Very good adjoining restaurant. I give this hotel a 5 star rating.

    « Fingernail »

For the most part I really liked this hotel, until I found a fingernail/toenail in the bed. I took it downstairs and nothing was done about it. This hotel was very convenient for what we needed it for and the breakfast was good. The elevators are a little scary.

    « Nice Experience »

Overall, clean and comfortable with friendly staff from check-in, service and check-out. Felt safe and underground parking was a nice option given rain and other elements. Breakfast was good, not fantastic, but good for a family looking to save duirng travel.

    « Nice Surprise »

Very nice, modernized hotel for the price. Beds are more comfortable than most hotels I've stayed in recently, and the Best Western Plus offers free amenities (gym, wifi, breakfast). The walls are a little thin (I could hear periodic traffic and some noise from my neighbors), but that's my only complaint. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

    « Pleasantly Surprised »

I've stayed at a Best Western before, it had been a few years ago and it was nice. This time I was blown away, this is a very nice and clean hotel. We had a Queen suite corner room. It was very spacious and decorated nicely. I would recommend this hotel highly. You will not be sorry if you choose this location.

This is a great hotel! The building, staff and amenities are very classy. This hotel has a great downtown location and is a newly completely remodeled existing building. The staff here is incredible. Breakfast and fitness center are nice.

    « Excellent hotel - amazing service »

I stayed here with friends for the Route 66 Marathon. The hotel staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. They always had a smile on their face and were always willing to help. The room was clean. The overall hotel appearance was great.

« Great Place to Stay »

Close to downtown, very friendly staff, best hotel bed I've slept in, and very clean. The rooms are very nice, the location is ideal. The cost of the room was more than I would like to pay. But the experience was good.

    « GREAT STAY »

Great Hotel, AMAZING staff, super great location for what I was in town for. I was staying for a marathon run in Downtown Tulsa, I appreciated all the support the hotel gave to the runners. I just wished I could have gotten up in time to enjoy the breakfast.

« Best Western downtown Tulsa OK »

Very large suite. Everything appears to be new. The mattress was great. I'd stay there again. Easy to drive around the city. Lots of places to eat close by. The rooms are very clean. There is refrigerator and microwave oven.

« Poorly trained staff and $8 parking »

Check-in was unpleasant as we learned there was an extra parking fee. When I told the front desk person that I didn't see that when I booked, she informed me that it was in "teeny tiny print" at the bottom of the page. If you have something to hide, write it in teeny tiny print. Slimy business practice. The front desk agent didn't know how elevators worked-long story, too stupid for words. Bedside lamp didn't have power to it so not only did it not turn on, but we couldn't plug chargers into it. Only a 3 foot wide window in the room. The picture doesn't do it justice, the curtains are covering 2 feet of the wall. Only just checked in and realized why it had a competitive price. Hope the night is quiet and breakfast goes well.

    « Parking is 10$ »

The room is fine. The breakfast is the same S.A.D. offerings that are common with this chain. They did not match the internet room rate after showing it to them and they did not tell me of a parking charge that showed up on my bill in the morning. Beyond that the staff tells me that it was explained in the contract I signed while checking in. I'm glad that they did not stipulate that I would be donating a kidney during my stay. If I wanted to spend $20.00 more I would have stayed at the Hampton.

    « workers just didn't care »

We went to visit my son at the University of Tulsa. The room was NEVER cleaned over the three days we stayed there, the coffee was not restocked, the shampoo was not restocked, and when I went to the front desk to tell them, no offer to clean it, no apology, just given a handful of coffee packets to bring back to my room. The last night of our stay was miserable, a party was going on in the next room for HOURS! After 3 hours, we checked out and got on the road at 3:45 a.m. When my husband said we wouldn't pay for that night's stay, she told him she didn't know how to correct our invoice and she would "take care of it." Can't wait to get my credit card bill and have to call and argue about the charges. Will never stay here again. Totally miserable.

« Wonderful hotel and value!! »

My husband and I spent one night at this Best Western and had a great stay! The room was very nice and very clean! And the price was good! We had a very cozy evening of just hanging out in the room. I would highly recommend.

« Centrally Located and Comfortable »

We have stayed at a variety of hotels during the past few months and were very pleased with the Best Western Downtown Tulsa/Route 66 Hotel. The staff was very helpful, and we would stay there again if we need another overnight stay in the downtown Tulsa area.

« Good for the price »

I received the AARP discount and it was a great price for 5 people. We weren't in the room much, but it was pretty comfortable when we were. A second sink in the outer entry would have been nice to have, though, especially with 5 people trying to share one bathroom.

    « Great Room »

The room was great, decorated nicely. It was clean and all around good. View from our window was pretty grimy, looking down on a rusted roof and across at a rusted parking garage, but I didn't care about that. Parking seemed expensive to me, since I've never paid for parking at a hotel before, what made it worse was the lack of parking spaces. The lot was tiny, my car barely fit in the spots, and the attached parking garage had no way to turn around in it. I wasn't happy about paying for parking in such a lot. At breakfast one of the heaters wasn't working so I ended up putting cold diced potatoes on my plate and kind of ruined my breakfast. The elevators felt old and would rock excessively.

    « A+ Staff »

Great staff. Had a wonderful stay with a clean spacious room and very helpful staff. Location was great for a trip to the historical downtown or the Cox Business Center. Was staying Tulsa for a convention so the location was great. Places to eat were just a short drive away.

« Great Concert Location for Accommodations »

The hotel is in easy walking distance to the BOK or the Cox Center. It's been renovated recently so the decor is nice. It is very reasonably priced. We did have to ask the cleaning staff to return since they had been rushed to complete the room. Not to mention the hotel was 'recovering' from a Comic Con convention.

    « Great Experience »

Very clean, friendly staff, walked to BOK for basketball game. Room was clean, comfortable temperature, and bed comfortable. Good location off 244 downtown. Parking $8. Breakfast was nice touch, several choices

    « tulsa »

The hotel is in the middle of town. accessible to all roads. Service was super excellent, but cleaning personnel need to improve and verify floor prior to leave the room. breakfast was excellent, but need to vary. Every time serve sausages, I like bacon instead. But aside from that the excellent service we encounter was very superior to other hotel I stay. Felicitaciones GREEEEAT SERVICE

    « Lovely hotel »

New, spotlessly clean hotel within easy walking distance of downtown museums, bars and restaurants. A great place to stay to explore this very nice city. Great manager, Shaun, was very helpful in suggesting places for us to visit. Good sized room, reasonably priced parking.

« The buck stops here! »

This particular Best Western is located downtown Tulsa and it was conveniently located net to the event I attended. The staff was professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Rates are awesome for Veterans and Perks members. There is a hot breakfast served int he morning, and the location has a mii workout facility. Definitely will rebook next time we are in the area My husband and I are

« Excellent Choice....Very modern and high end looking Hotel »

This hotel feels very different from your typical Best Westerns, it has a very modern contemporary look and feel. It almost feels like a condo more then a hotel. The king room we had was very nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. We had an awesome sleep. The internet was very good and breakfast typical of your standard Best Westerns. It is conveniently located to the Convention Centre however is a bit of a walk to the 3 food districts (Blue, Green and Red districts) where there are arts, food, etc.. There is a separate parking charge ($8), however the price of this hotel was very reasonable even with this extra charge. Regardless this hotel is awesome and I would have no issues recommending or staying here in the future.

« My First Choice in Hotels in Tulsa »

I stayed at this hotel for the Center of The Universe Festival in July. When I booked I was a little skeptical of it since I have not had good experiences with Best Westerns before. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was the friendliest I've ever dealt with and the manager (Shaun I believe?) was a great guy. I talked to most of the staff and got to know a few of them and they were all great. The hotel itself was very nice. The building is in great shape and everything was really clean. The breakfast was nice, and had a very comfortable dining area. The location of the hotel is very convenient, being walking distance to the convention center and BOK Center. Also had some good restaurant recommendations from the staff. Baxter's Interurban Grill is right across the parking lot and was a great meal (I recommend the bacon cheese fries). The only complaint I could possibly think of is that the parking lot is a little small and hard to get out of when it gets crowded, but even then they allowed us to park in the lot next door which is convenient. I don't blame the staff or management for this problem seeing that it's a little out of their control, but they do a good job of accommodating for it. If you're looking for one of the best hotels downtown, I would highly recommend. Only place I intend on staying in Tulsa from now on. 10/10 would recommend
