Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport

We booked the sleep, park and fly option. This hotel has a major airport shuttle problem but otherwise a nice place to stay. If you are booking this hotel for the ‘complimentary airport shuttle', BEWARE that you may be paying for a taxi out of pocket!! When you arrive to check-in at the hotel, the shuttle times are ‘based on availability'. We needed a 3AM shuttle for an early international flight. The ‘best' offer we were given was a 1:40AM shuttle to the airport. That's ridiculous! We ended up paying $60 out of pocket for 2 taxis as there was 6 of us. I even called the hotel prior to booking to make sure the shuttle times met our needs. Never once did the customer service representative tell me that it was ‘ based on availability'. The shuttle is not a guarantee for departure! We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle when we arrived back from our vacation. We will choose another hotel in the area next time.

BITE restaurant is located at this hotel. Stopped in for dinner. Excellent food and friendly staff. Great menu with average prices. Dietary items on the menu, gluten free, etc... 2 minute walk from the Hampton Inn by Hilton. Will return...

I don't usually stay in hotels these days because often Airbnbs are quieter... this one is why. I needed something with an airport shuttle & breakfast though, after a long day of travel. 4 a.m. start with a layover and another 5 a.m. start so I really wanted a quiet place and looked forward to getting a whole night of sleep. Check-in staff asked if I had a preference 'where' in the hotel. I said a quiet part, like not near elevator or stairs. I ended up next to someone thumping loud music. Not the hotel staff's fault, but, maybe enforce quiet hours? Around midnight I called the desk and asked if I could change rooms. They claimed the hotel was full -- the entire hotel. (Based on traffic in the hall I was pretty sure it wasn't.) I don't know if they called the other guest and asked him to turn it down. I got into bed, jammed my heavy-duty silicone earplugs in and tried to sleep. No joy. Going on for 1 a.m., the bass thumping still going on, I checked the hotel website which still showed vacancies. A call from a cell phone rather than the room one, asking about vacancies, got "Yes, what sort of room would you like?" Oh. You DO have rooms? Caught out, they then complained that they didn't have cleaning staff and wouldn't be able to re-sell the room I was in. How many check-ins are they expecting after 1 a.m.? Is it rooms by the hour? Eventually, they very grudgingly allowed me to come get another card for a different room down the hall. This one was quiet. But by then it was after 1 a.m. so I got about 4 hours of sleep before another 13+ hours of travel. At the airport pickup (you have to call when you land) the shuttle came promptly. The driver watched me wrestle my heavy suitcase into the back of the van. Granted she wasn't any bigger than I am but maybe both of us could've heaved it? In the morning, it was NOT announced that the shuttle was there, or that it was leaving a few minutes early. People were coming and going; it was dark out so the van wasn't visible. Sitting in the waiting area right near the door/counter I nearly missed it, just overheard other guests' comments. Would have been helpful for counter staff or driver to call out a departure warning. There was not a peep. The rooms were OK and the place was clean; the breakfast was OK. Walking distance to a restaurant or two. The hotel itself is average-ly "OK" -- just not really good at customer service. I wouldn't likely book again.

My experience with this hotel was too-notch, starting with the shuttle. One call to the hotel and the shuttle was at the airport within 20 minutes. The driver was very courteous and friendly, and the trip to the hotel was very quick. Check in was simple, and both front desk agents (one of whom was also the shuttle driver) were very efficient. My return shuttle to the airport early the next morning (6am) was booked without a problem. The room was clean and comfortable, and shower pressure was good. If you're in need of snacks, there is a small convenience store just a couple minutes' walk away. Overall, as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, not too hectic outside. It was quiet and clean. Decent restaurants within walking distance on well lit sidewalks. There is a gas station right next door to the hotel. The parking lot was well lit, and seemed safe.

Great staff, they found my lost passport and forwarded it on to my next hotel. Everyone friendly and efficient. Solid breakfast (although nothing special). Room a bit small and furnishings might need a little refresh.

We have stayed here many times. - free shuttle to airport, and excellent breakfast included. Comfortable bed and good room. However this time a few defects. Namely, only 1 chair in room for 2 people, fridge smelt awful, only 1 bedside table between 2 beds and only 1 socket for cell phone on this table. TV was not set up properly to work. Room lighting ok. (Better than at the Alt hotel which is much more expensive!) Hot and cold in bathroom sink reversed. Quiet and effective bathroom fan. Very quiet room fan for heating cooling. Despite the defects we would stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy and pleasant check-in. Room Was clean with all basic amenities, just as described. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at The Best Western. I would highly recommend for the solo Traveller waiting out a layover, or spending the night prior to a flight.

This is a terrific hotel! We are Hilton Honors Diamond members and booked a multiple day stay at a nearby Hilton Garden Inn. Our stay at the HGI was not good and we checked out after one night. Decided to try this Best Western Plus - an excellent choice for us! The level of customer service and friendly staff were impressive. The room was very clean and we encountered no problems. Our dinner at the attached restaurant (Bite) was incredible. All in all, good experience.

Nice hotel with first class facilities with private restaurant and bar good beddings with nice attentive and caring staff highly recommended if you are travelling to toronto its just 5miinutes drive from pearson airport

This Best Western is as expected of most hotels in most regards. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional though with lots of options to choose from. The room was a bit stuffy otherwise it would have received a 5/5.

The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. On site restaurant, Bite, had great food which was reasonably priced with very large portions. Just beware of shuttle service from Toronto Pearson Airport, there is more than one shuttle with the other shuttle going to another Best Western Plus close to the airport so just confirm which Best Western the shuttle is going to before boarding it.

We stayed for a night while visiting friends. Staff are all friendly, professional. The room was very clean, well stocked with coffee, cups, soaps, etc. Bathroom is showing signs of age - it is an older, but well maintained hotel. Breakfast is decent - hot and cold choices, (cereal, bagels, sausages, waffles), fresh brewed coffee was good. Requested a room at the back and it was very quiet

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and a good price. The staff were robotic and not too friendly, but they got the job done. The breakfast was dry and flavourless but filled me up. There is a good Irish Pub about a 5 min walk that was good. It is close to the airport but I did not hear any planes flying over so that was good.

I often need a hotel near the airport in Toronto. This Best Western Plus is at the top of my list due to its high quality and price. I had an early shuttle to airport and I really appreciated the grab and go breakfast provided between 5:30-6:30 i will book this hotel again and I hi8ghly recommend it to others

First, we waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle. Called twice. Second, bugs in room; employee at front desk insisted they were ants and asked if we could remain in room. They were not ants and not in the bed. Said he had no other rooms but came up with another one. This one had hair one the floor and several in the bed. Gave us new linen and we had to change the bed ourselves. This is not the first review regarding hair in the bed.

One of the mattresses in room 115 (two queen bed room) stank of urine, to the point of being unusable. I informed the front desk staff, did not get so much as an apology. Would not recommend because of that. Everything else was average, OK.

Checkin and out very easy. Room was ready when we arrived. Room was clean and everything was in place. Staff was very friendly. Pros: Bites restaurant just down the hall. Quite. No water noise ( we were on the ground floor). Cons: breakfast was a little unorganized and frustrating. Food selection was limited. Maybe just because it was busy.

excellent for dropping by and just staying for the night. free shuttle to and from the airport. I would definitely be coming back if we travel in the future. there is a near convenience store to buy something in the middle of the night

The front desk staff were very pleasant, friendly and very helpful when we came in. Our rooms were clean and big enough for 2 adult people, bed was comfortably good and the pillows were just right!. Dining staff were also very pleasant and efficient. The food was just right on terms of amount so that nothing goes wasted. They also had healthy options. The person who cleans and fixes our room daily is also very pleasant and efficient! I am surely coming back next time! -Arlene C.

We live north of the city but we travel to Toronto to visit family, friends or to go to the airport. This has been our go to hotel for a few years now. The hotel and the staff are always accommodating. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The included morning breakfast is a good start to the day. I can't list everything that is available from cereal, muffins toast eggs etc.

Nightmare experience. I called for reservation of 3 and inform them that we are arriving 7pm. No shuttle showed up until 8:10pm called the front desk and waited another 30min. When we arrived It was noted 2people and said upgraded already into 3. The linens are full of hair. Called the front desk and said no housekeeping. She gave us plastic bag and linens to change for ourselves. Like seriously! IF I CAN GIVE 0 RATE THEN I WILL. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST to avoid the same experience we had.

Our overall experience was not great the only great thing was the complimentary breakfast and host at the breakfast bar the room was dirty front desk staff was rude and late over an hour for airport shuttle service found out that fixing coffee machine took presadense over picking up hotel guests with reservations at high nightly rates I would not recommend this property if visiting Toronto I would recommend the best western village park inn at Calgary that hotel is great

Clean property. Smallish lobby. Standard rooms with comfortable beds. I did not see a pool (just a whirlpool). Parking lot was being resurfaced when I was there. Breakfast disappointing (it was hard boiled egg day) The hotel would have received a 5 in my ranking but being a BW Plus I expected a little more. Breakfast was highly disappoint

We have been using this hotel for 10 years whenever we travel to or from Toronto. Great access to Pearson and easy to access the rest of the GTA. Lots of free parking with park and stay options. Airport shuttle available

A very pleasant one night stay at this airport hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet - just what we needed after a long haul 15 hour flight from Hong Kong. The lady who drove the shuttle that picked us up from the airport was absolutely lovely - so sorry we didn't get her name. Very nice and most helpful receptionist checked us in. A more than adequate breakfast served in the morning. Simple but everything you needed to start the day. Delightful young lady Jashndeep kept on top of clearing tables very efficiently. Thank you to all who made our one night stay such a successful one.

Hotel is great and good location. Nice and clean hotel with special attention to hygiene. In house dining/bar also available. Staff is simply amazing. Around 15 mins from Toronto Pearson airport. Lot of parking space. Over all a fantastic stay.

Service with a smile! Breakfast was excellent. Snacks before breakfast were timely and convenient. Best portabello burger ever at the restaurant. Thought I was treated royally. Clean rooms, great hot tub. We will stay there every visit.

Shuttle has space limitations, was told I need to pay for a cab. Brutal customer experience/service. No manager on duty. They have two shuttles but only one driver. Shuttle driver was nice and kind but the gentleman at the reception was smug and not very helpful.

We stayed over prior to attending a conference near the airport. One of our rooms was even upgraded at no additional cost! Beds were comfortable with really nice linens and breakfast was a full breakfast -- not just continental.

This hotel is nicely located near the Toronto airport. It looks like this hotel is mainly used for park & ride. Very popular with family staying one night, Airport shuttle is very busy. At the check in I reminded the lady at the countered of my BW Diamond status but that did not seem to make any difference. No warm welcome of offer of bottled water or an upgrade. I did enquire about an upgrade but I was informed that they were fully booked. I think there is no upgrade policy at this hotel. Which is a shame as it shows that they are not bought into BW Elite programme. Breakfast is nice but scramble eggs substituted with hard boiled eggs and Omelette (cooked from frozen) is not good. I think the hotel is over priced for what it offers as a BW Plus. Plenty of car parking facilities available. Hotel staff are very helpful. Housekeeping is excellent. I am not convinced this comes under a Plus banner.

This hotel is dispecettable. My son booked a room, along check in they did not accept tap for his credit card. They needed him to insert his credit card and enter his pin. He didn't have one. We offered to pay debit. Didn't care the security deposit, we were willing to pay. They turned us away, denied us entry. When did cash become unacceptable. We had to call around and found many hotels in the area that accepted cash/ debit transactions. A very stressful situation for us, but thank goodness it worked out. This hotel establishment discriminates against those that don't have credit cards . Avoid them at all costs!!!. I begged them to accept my cash payment and they would nor. I will be escalated this...

Perfect location for airport.. Breakfast included and free airport shuttle. Free coffee,tea,hot chocolate in lobby. Whirlpool. Early check in. Convenient to restaurants.Staff welcoming, efficient. We arrived early and we were able to check into our room.

I had a layover and an early flight out. The airport shuttle to and from the hotel was easy to arrange. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able use the guest laundry with a nominal cost. I also appreciated the take away food that was provided for those of us leaving before the hot breakfast started. Also had complementary tea and coffee in the lobby. The beds were comfortable. I had a ground floor room and the outside lights shone into the room under the blackout curtain so it was hard to get the room as dark as I prefer. Blinds on these windows would help. Small issue that didn't impact the overall experience. Thanks for providing value at a time when everything is becoming overpriced and underserved!

We were spoken to rudely by the check in staff which really.pissed me off. Not a great start to a getaway!! Multiple fans in the room were extremely loud, could not use. The B/F ending at 9am was ridiculous for New Years Day!!! We only got back to the hotel at 2am

The overall experience was excellent. Our breakfast was more than adequate with both hot and fresh food. The shuttle was on time and efficient on the eve of a wicked storm. I was very pleased with my one night stay.

Spent 2 nights with pet pee smell in the room. Non cooperative staff at night shift. 2 girls were on duty one was good and other was very rude, other than that everything else was good. Complimentary breakfast was very good!

Provide breakfast and shultter service to airport, very helpful for a unexpected stay. Price is good compare to other hotels with same need. Really happy to be able to find this place via airport information help desk

i was very disappointed..usually best westerns are much better than this location and when we did have a problem as soon as we checked in we were told we had to wait til next day for toilet to be fixed...if we hadn't been so exhausted already we would have checked out and went somewhere else

The hotel is quiet and clean. The rooms are good size. The front desk staff and staff in the breakfast area are friendly and competent. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport were professional and had good interpersonal skills. Very good hotel to stay at.

Lovely hotel, the location wasn't the best but the hotel was very clean and staff were very Welcoming. The airport shuttle was on time always. The General Manager came around and spoke to me while I was in the lobby asked about the stay which I found welcoming. The breakfast has a very great selection. I would surly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a do a lay over. Keep up the good work staff.

we checked in late and were offered a complimentary late check out the next day. The breakfast was great with lots of healthy options: fresh fruit, mixed beans, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal etc. The bed was very comfortable and gave us a welcome sleep. The airport shuttle was convenient and distance from airport not far. The room was quiet. We were too tired to try the available whirlpool.

Very kind and helpful staff! Big and quiet rooms, internet that was working flawlessly, good options for breakfast. Recommended. The only shortcoming is the absence of a restaurant onsite. There aren't many food options in the area after breakfast so this part might be challenging.

Free airport shuttle, staff courteous, room was clean and updated, free breakfast had eggs, beens, potatoes and turkey sausage, toast, buns, cold cereal, juice, good clean up services, we would stay again.

The staff was very friendly. The front desk staff seemed very busy and understaffed but they were very efficient and nice. The coffee was just about the best coffee I've ever had! The room was very clean and spacious enough. It was perfect for a business solo trip !

This hotel is a fantastic find and it's within 15 minutes of Pearson International Airport. They have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious. The continental breakfast has many great choices and trust me you won't leave hungry. The shuttle bus is on time and very quick so you're not waiting for a long time. Check in and out is very quick. Staff is excellent. Also you have to check out the amazing restaurant called Bite, you will not be disappointed.

This was the perfect one night stay. The hotel was clean and perfectly quiet (once the fire alarm was turned off). The hotel is perfectly located close to downtown Toronto and close to the airport. I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast but that feature is always a plus.

Getting the free breakfast offered by hotel. Worker sneezed all over bread products and continued touching the bread. Told her that was disgusting as she went to put the bread back for serving. She took some of the bread products she sneezed all over to the back room and came back with I assume the same bread she sneezed on as it was the same amount and positioned the same way. She left the English muffins and sure didn't wash her hands as she is supposed to based on the sage food handling guidelines.

This was not our first time staying at this hotel. We use it as a place to park our vehicle in Toronto when flying out of Pearson, and then are able to stay overnight when we fly back in. The parking fees are probably not much different than you would pay right at the airport parking lot, but it is the worry-free convenience and the personal service that we appreciate. We had outstanding service for the shuttle to and from the airport, this time the best ever with hardly any wait time. Direct, without all the stops that were the case from other hotels or parking spots years ago. When you are tired, this convenience is priceless. As well, we appreciate the convenience of parking on-site, no transfers of vehicles, no handing over our keys. The room was great, an upgrade from our reservation, and with all the conveniences we have come to expect. The included breakfast was adequate for what we needed, but fell really short of what we had just experienced on our tour of Spain. The menu changes daily, so besides the usal cereal and waffles, boiled eggs and chicken sausage was not that appealing. Higly recommended for a Travel Hotel. The mangement has it right in terms of service. We would definitely stay here again.

I'm a loyal Best Western traveler and I'm surprised this hotel is allowed to be a BW, at best it's a 2 star motel . The outside of the hotel is not well maintained, the interior is dark and in poor repair. We needed to have the sheets changed on one bed as the bed had food crumbs on the sheets when we pulled down the comforter. The heating system was not working well and the odor from the vents was very unpleasant . Poor communication concerning the shuttle cost me an additional $35, waiting for an hour at the airport after arrival is not acceptable.

Quick service from the courtesy pick up at the airport to the check in at the desk. We were at least 2 hours late but they were warm and welcoming all the same and with a smile on their faces. Nice change when traveling so long. Hot showers, comfortable beds and offers to accommodate any of our needs. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and hot food as well as a delightful spread of fruits and assorted other foods for different appetites. Hot drinks for quick grab and go as well. Car lay over for vacation times as well. I think we found our new fly over hotel

No problems. It was 5 minutes from the airport. 15 mins from the city. Everything from the Restaurant to the TV worked as it should. The staff were helpful. Plenty of parking. Easy to find. Internet worked better than most other places.

ALL staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised that they offered a grab-n-go breakfast in the morning for those guests that needed an early check out. Shuttle service was flawless. Will definitely stay here again !

Free shuttle bus was a bonus so was the spa bath in the bedroom. Breakfast was good so was the facility to collect a few bits to eat if you left early. Bit of a trek into town but that was our choice.

If you're flight leaves early in the morning, consider staying here the night before. Close to airport, safe parking, Bite is an EXCELLENT restaurant, friendly staff, shuttle to/from hotel, grab & go breakfast...highly recommend!

Many things did not work eg. phone, hair dryer, dead bolt. The room smelled like smoke. Restaurant food was not very good. Some staff were very nice and helpful while others were quite rude. No other services near by.

We stayed in this hotel for one night between flights in and out of Toronto. Good shuttle service and breakfast included. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No complaints at all.

Breakfast was below average. While a good selection of items, the sausages were like plastic, the egg omelette, well less than spectacular. Had trouble with my Credit Card as my bank had flagged for suspicious activity, but hotel would NOT take debit as a form of payment. So was left with wait on hold for 2 hrs with CC company or be totally embarrassed & have someone else use their CC to pay for me.

Very satisfied with staff. Friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a good size refrigerator with a freezer section which we were able to put our ice packs. There was also a microwave which came in handy. The only down side was the breakfast. Not many chooses, very limited.

The airport shuttle was easy to schedule on both arrival and departure. It was only about 15 mins away. The staff was also friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Also, the beds were pretty comfortable as well.

Great service, they helped us find our way downtown using the subway. The breakfast was excellent and fresh. The hotel is very clean and the employees are always smiling. The room was very quiet and you could not hear the other visitors.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and the staff is very accommodating. Great place to stay when flying out of person airport with a great shuttle to and from the airport They did very thing that they said they would and I felt very comfortable leaving my car there for a month.

Room was quiet and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast was excellent and shuttle service is provided before midnight. I would stay here again for sure. Front staff were friendly and quick to make changes as I needed to prolong my stay for a few hours as our flight was cancelled and then flight time changes happened. The front staff were fantastic and I was able to stay till 2 pm and get the rest we needed to continue our journey home. Was offered an extra hour at no charge and then $10 an hour after that for extra time. Reasonable for sure and well worth it! I would not hesitate to stay there again when I am in the Toronto area. The staff made a stressful situation so easy. Thank you so much! Note: you need to call hotel for shuttle service for pick up from airport and schedule you return at front desk. All went smoothly:).

Poor respect for privacy. Poor internet. Need to follow their own COVID-19 policy. Showed little remorse for invading the privacy that was requested. Cleaned room two days in a row after being told no room cleaning during the stay. Very unsatisfactory.

The hotel is what you would expect. Our double bed room was exactly as you see in the pictures. Clean, well kept, and in a good state of repair. The breakfast was also very good Every hotel can have its issues, it's how the staff handles them that sets them apart . In this case our room key's stopped working, they were quickly reset at the counter. Then they were out of towels in the hot tub, but easily picked up a couple more at the front desk. Then they were able to go above and beyond with some additional help. Okay, there was one of the airport shuttle drivers that did his impression of Mario Andretti (even drove between the lanes like they do in Italy), but that's outside the control of the hotel itself. So thank you.

We stayed for two nights having flown in from the UK. Althoughwe were staying close to the airport runway we were not disturbed by aircraft noise. The breakfasts were excellent and all the staff were very friendly. Shalini on the reception was particularly friendly and very efficient. We would certainly stay at this hotel next time we visit Toronto

We had a 12 hour layover which amounted to 8 hours in the hotel. It was close to the airport and the shuttle was convenient. All staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean with cozy bed.

We stayed here after our transCanadian train ride from Vancouver. We were advised that the train isn't always on schedule, so we booked the night and flight home for the following day. We much appreciated the desk clerk's efficiency and friendliness. He recommended a good place to eat within walking distance since the hotel's restaurant is presently take our only. The complimentary breakfast was quite adequate and well stocked, but no scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage.

Arriving on a flight from the UK we needed an overnight stay before continuing our journey the next day in Canada. Despite some difficulty in finding the shuttle bus from the airport on a very hot day, the hotel was a perfect haven with excellent service, cleanliness and comfort. The added bonus of the adjacent BITE restaurant meant we didn't have far to go for an evening meal or breakfast. Next morning the shuttle bus back to catch the UP express meant we were able to continue our travels with ease.

Love to stay again in this hotel with lots of amenities and friendly staff I would recommend it to my friends. Breakfast was so good as well as other services. Ot made us an unforgettable trip. Would like to stay again in this hotel.

We stayed here for one night because we had an early flight to catch. Very convenient to the airport and they have a shuttle to bring you to the airport. We used the extended stay parking without any hassle. Bed was comfortable and clean. Ac worked well. We were on the 1st floor and had an outside light shining into the room all night.. Grab and go breakfast boxes were great for early travelers.

Had a wonderful stay, all of the staff (reception, housekeeping, waiter, other staff) are very helpful. The bed in the room we stayed in was very comfortable, they offer great discounts if you stayed there for 2 nights & a lot of different promos to choose from based on your preference. Room is very spacious. They also offered early check-ins and late checkout option, with a very minimal rates compared to other hotels. Shuttle service to and from the airport is every hour which is great. They also offered a wide variety for breakfast (included on your stay!), they have coffees, teas, juices, hot foods (different every day!), waffles, yogurts, different kinds of bread, etc. Hotel is very near to the airport so it's very convenient, I was able to catch my meetings after we have arrived in Toronto because of the location of the hotel and it's shuttle service!

We did park and fly and they were very accommodating and friendly. Clean and good location. Loud air conditioner but worked fine - shuttle good - charged extra for older kids ($10 each). Nice hot tub and workout room. I would stay here again for park and fly.

Hotel was easily accessible, and the checkin took only moments. All staff were courteous and service-oriented. Room amenities were good and lacked nothing. Unfortunately the dining room was closed, but that was the only negative.

They did not clean my room when I checked in (during covid). Absolutely disgusting, when I contacted the manager to inform him of my complaint, I was promised a free room upgrade for my next stay. Against my better judgement, I decided to contact the hotel to give them another try. This promise was not true, I was told that I would have to pay extra to book through the hotel directly and I could only have an upgrade if they had extra availability. I will never stay in this property again and I am bordering on never using the Best Western chain again. I am on the top tier of their rewards program, I would hate to see how they treat in-frequent travelers.

Excellent location, facilities, people. very happy with the service I received. Room was clean, front desk people friendly and accommodating, breakfast was the standard Best Western breakfast, and the airport shuttle was very appreciated.

We stayed in the hotel before our vacation and one night afterwards. Rooms were very clean and staff was pleasant and very helpful.Our flight was late and hotel sent shuttle for us. Stayed the night before our flight and parked for a week. Everything was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Grab and go breakfast was helpful as we took the 5am shuttle. Waited approximately 20 mins for the return shuttle but it was 9pm and I've certainly waited longer so I'd say it was reasonable. Would definitely return.

This is a great hotel with great staff, clean rooms and quiet location while still being close to the airport. There is another Best Western closer to the airport Carlingview Dr.) and have staying there once did not get the same welcoming and caring feeling as this one not to mention they charged me $12 to park and did not tell me and refused to refund me. Now I only stay at Best Western on Eglinton Ave as my main overnight hotel.

The cab driver didn't know which Best Western Airport Hotel - apparently there are two and in fact, in one of the Booking.com confirmations they didn't list the address. Luckily I figured out it was the Eglinton location as the cab ride was $30.00 - without blundering around. . Currently there only seems to be one shuttle per hour. Room was great for a one night stay and some food was laid out by 4.45 am. If you get in late, the Irish pub just down the street has very good food and service.

Our Check In was super easy, very Friendly Service from Andre. He was very helpful and kind. He answered all our questions with ease which is refreshing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will be returning. Thank you for great service.

Even though the bus service was not available at Toronto airport, they made me take Uber and compensate the fare. The receptionists were all good and professional. Breakfast was good . I will recommend everyone to stay here and take advantage of the good services.

This place is super clean and beautiful bedding with comfy beds! The only thing is that our plane was delayed and we arrived at 1am to Toronto - and the hotel shuttle only went till midnight so we had to get an Uber to the hotel which we had to pay another $20ish out of pocket. We had a flight the next morning at 9am to winnipeg, the receptionist told us that we would only need to arrive 1 hr early for a domestic flight - we were thankful that we gave ourselves 2 hours from leaving the hotel - we would have missed our flight if we arrived 1 hour prior - Toronto airport was crazy! But the hotel was lovely and so was the receptionist - just thought I'd pass this info on to be helpful!

We were concerned we might be bothered by the sounds of air traffic all night. Instead, we didn't even hear the thunder storm that rolled in over night. We didn't hear even one plane. Very clean, very comfortable

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis and the staff is always helpful and service is top notch.The location is close to the airport yet there is virtually no noise from aircraft's landing or taking off.

We stayed on both sides of our travel. Local family met with travelling family. Everyone was very helpful! We had breakfast,laundry, hotel shuttle and parking while away. A great one stop for all our needs!

Checking in was a breeze, front desk staff is really friendly and accomodating. Room is clean and comfortable, room facilties works well. Breakfast is nice and food is good. Also the restaurant "Bite" serves good food.

The hotel lobby was dirty, the manager was having a disagreement with a guest in the lobby at the time of our arrival. This made for a very uncomfortable situation. The bed was ok, clean linens, however the bathroom was very dirty, the floor, sink etc. The bedroom floor was dirty. Breakfast was continental, the warm food had been there a while. I would not recommend staying here, there are better options in the area.

Typical BW stay which I usually enjoy however when I got to my room I noticed that the TV remote was left dirty from the previous occupant. This is disgusting on a normal day, however with COVID it is completely unacceptable.

My family enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It was close to many highways and many great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to Freund's.

One of the best hotel, offering wonderful hospitality and super clean environment. Mrs. Shelly at the front desk is a wonderful host, she picked us from airport and assured we had a wonderful stay throughout and offered us a complimentary upgrade at the ground floor. The hotel is packed with plenty of amenities. Location adds icing on the cake. Bus stop is just few meters away. Will definitely consider this place in future.

This location was central to downtown Toronto and other GTA malls. The room the bed and the food was all impeccable. The best was the lobby set up with a Holiday welcoming nicely decorated for the season. Well Done!

I was so pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness & decor of this Best Western. I don't generally consider this brand when choosing my stay. The staff were excellent, friendly , professional. The room was absolutely spotless & the furniture was also very clean. I liked the idea that the carpet didn't go all the way to the door entrance. It was the same tile as the bathroom, so that when you enter, you were on clean tile.

We had 2 rooms booked for Nov 13. They were told on a number of occasions that they were powered chairs. The said they provide shuttle and the gave us a number to call when we arrive in Toronto.so we did exactly that,we called and said we have two powered chairs,they told us to go outside and wait. We waited,someone finally came ,it was very cold out.BUT he didn't do wheelchairs.so we had to call the hotel,first she was saying we didn't have a reservation,but we had the confirmation numbers, we were on hold so long and then finally after a long wait,a lady spoke and she said they transferred us to the states number. So she didn't want to deal with it and put us on to someone in the states. Through it all we had to spend a night at the Toronto airport,not so much as sorry from this person.so here we were at the airport, couldn't get any food, and they had to spend the night in there wheelchairs. I will never book with these people again. To leave two people in wheelchairs at the airport,no food or anything.it was totally unacceptable and with no apologies.

if you don't offer the service don't show it on your website. When people check in Tell them we don't clean the rooms when you stay for more than 1 night, we no longer offer breakfast and the pool is closed. the pool i understand I do not understand the rest. BE UPFRONT ABOUT IT. I had a room with a king bed. the carpets showed where on the back of the door up by the closing mechanism had a stain of some kind. this room is 180 a night you expect a lot more further pool closed continental breakfast not served and they only give you new towels or make the room if you stay 3 nights and say this is due to covid. another company will do less and blaming it on covid. if the customer is not there leaves the room, what is the difference if they clean it after you check out the same sheets and towels the only way they give you fresh towels if you went and got them. O did I say they charge a prime rate for all these services yet do not provide them! And if they are not providing them the Customer should be told before check-in. May be big letters on the front door. O sorry people would go to one of the 5 hotels motels in the same area next door the is a motel. 89 dollars a night the do give towels rugs a worn no stains no pool and no continental breakfast O sorry that's what this site offered. be very clear about what is provided. I check into any hotel I expect my bed made and clean towels that I do not have to go AND FETCH ON MY OWN. And when I pay a Prime rate I expect more. If you take parts out be upfront and tell people. Since you do not drop the rate they will go elsewhere.

The location is great because it is very close to the airport. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly. Greeted us during check in and check out. Best of all, the hot breakfast is great. Lots of choices.

I had just had surgery in Toronto and wanted somewhere close to the airport before my flight the following day. This hotel was very convenient, the service was good as were the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus driver who also worked on the front desk was most helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is located 8km from the airport. The beds are clean but the walls paper thin. Restaurant is closed so only places to eat are subway or a truck stop steak house. (Which is not very good) We booked the shuttle when we checked in for noon the next day. Luckily we checked at 11am as it hadn't been booked. We came down for shuttle at 11.50am and it didn't arrive until 12.15pm. Disappointed.

We left our car parked on this hotel for 5 weeks and stay one night in the hotel after our return .it was fantastic ,safe, clean , organized , wonderful people m excellent service , full breakfast ,great amenities .the shuttle service to the airport it's a bonus and the service is outstanding.

I loved this hotel , check in was quick staff very friendly and accommodating room was very clean left very early morning to catch a flight the only thing I guess that was a downfall was the guy that drove the shuttle was not very friendly but hey that's ok I enjoyed the grab and go as well I would absolutely recommend this hotel

We booked this hotel because it popped up as quite cheap. It included free parking, which was useful. There's plenty of restaurants etc nearby- but you'll need to drive to most of them. The hotel itself was very nice. Clean! Spacious! It was peaceful… we didn't hear any of the other guests at all. Nice choice of tv channels, decent bathroom, toiletries… it certainly felt like a 4-5 star hotel when you were in the room itself. It's just a little outside of town, but realistically it's only a 25 minute drive to downtown Toronto. We would definitely book this place again without any hesitation!

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. A fairly basic hotel, room was not huge, by any means, but was fine for my solo travel. I would stay again. Definitely request to be away from housekeeping room - it was directly across the hall, so there was a ton of opening and closing of the door, and chatting outside the room.

Check in was a breeze and room very clean. Very comfortable king sized bed. Nice soft sheets and pillows. Good sized fridge in a spacious room. Shuttle provided to the airport and lots of items for a breakfast on the run. We stayed there for 1 night and required an accessible room.The accessible shower facilities were perfect for our purpose, lots of space in the bathroom. We had a better than expected meal at the restaurant; breakfast also offered a better selection than the usual Best Westerns. The shuttle bus driver was so helpful, assisting with entering and exciting the bus.

Loved the self-serve coffee and tea in the lobby as well as the free water bottle refill station next to the ice machine. Hot buffet breakfast included with lots of options. Tim Hortons is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive down the road for those of us with ‘that' addiction.

Good breakfast despite the COVID rules. Little too thin mattress on the sofa bed, but there was no other room at the time. Large parking and very clean apartment and facility. Check in and check out were very fast.

This was my first night of a long overdue holiday due to COVID-19. It was very relaxing , comfortable and efficient. I had an excellent shuttle to the airport early in the morning. I was ready for the rest of my holiday, thanks to Best Western Plus!

On July 31, 2021 at about 11:45pm, I checked into my room after 14 hours of travelling, for my room to smell strongly of cigarette smoke. I immediately called the front desk to report it, and the man at the front desk rudely told me "what do you want me to do about it?" I asked for a room swap and he said they were completely sold out for the night, which I do not believe is true. When asked for compensation, he said I can receive a free upgrade when I book this hotel next time, but I will never stay here again. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

First time staying at this location. Upon entry to guest services, felt welcomed by staff,. We stayed here to park our vehicle for the week of our trip west. All was great, clean hotel, friendly, and were very accomodating with shuttle service to airport. Would definately stay there again

The hotel is well presented and clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly. All covid safety protocols were followed and we felt safe at all times. The shuttle to the airport was on time with a friendly driver that got us to the airport quickly and safe.I highly recommend this hotel and will definetly stay there again.

This was a great stay. Clean. Staff was great. Only minus was the bed. To soft for me. Woke up with neck/headache. Had to go buy Tylenol. Breakfast was good. Got a burger for lunch and it was tasty. Ease of check in check out great. They even had a spare umbrella for me.

Booked a park sleep and fly which were told was 24/7 but when called at 12:15 was told shuttle stopped at 12am. Costed an extra $30 to take a cab to the hotel, I'll stick with Sandman on our next trip.

My son and I had two rooms on June 4. My room was fine, but his room (#320) had bedbugs! He was bitten multiple times, and finally had to resort to wrapping himself up in the sheet mummy style to try to get some sleep. We reported this in three ways, and only received a canned form letter in response. 1. To the front desk clerk upon check out. 2. An email to the manager with pictures attached. 3. On the customer satisfaction survey. This is just not acceptable from a Best Western. I would highly discourage any travelers from booking this hotel.

Would recommend anyone to try this atleast once .. Even the Hotel location is away from City Chaos , which makes your stay even more comfortable .. The front staff has been very polite & professional in handling all the queries .. Great job Team

Staff was horrible especially the elderly woman at the front desk, staff watch you while you get breakfast like you stealing something. Staff ask me if im checking out today making me feel unwelcome. The electric turn off for over six hours and I had a disabled family member in their and staff didn't tell no one whats happening. Staff should have give customer a free night or two.

I've traveled to Toronto many time during the past year, during Covid. I've stayed at many hotels, but this is by far my favorite so far. I will be making this my regular stay in Toronto! I will definitely be back.

This will be my new go to Toronto airport hotel. Very friendly staff, room was great, included hand sanitizer/wipes as well as the other usuals. Breakfast was pick up and go with good options, good coffee and a place to refill water bottles. Late check out was accommodated and the airport shuttle runs on the hour and is quick. Couldn't ask for anything more!

One of the best value hotel with budget price. The management and hotel staffs are super friendly and provided us all the supports as and when asked. It is very near to the airport and have all the amenities around the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful with friendly and cordial management team, had very good memories. They maintained a safe distance with all the safety and precautions while providing food, during my quarantine,called me time to time to check up on me or whether I needed anything at the room. The food was good with varieties with fresh fruits all the time. I'd like to stay and even recommend my friends for this very hotel, while visiting Toronto. Overall rating on the service=10/10. It was clean, breakfast was good and fresh even during these times, hotel staff was friendly. My only concern was the internet was slow for my laptop on my phone it was fine. Overall will stay here again.

Cozy hotel room with free hot breakfast and free shuttle services. Very clean, the bed is comfortable. They have cable tv, a microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge. Hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel with amazing food. Very good prices. There is no dining in right now because of Covid. You go make your order and they call your room when it's ready.

We stayed for a week and it was an excellent experience. The front desk managers esp Floral and Shelley were super friendly. I felt like I was at home. Room was super clean and breakfast was really GOOD and FRESH. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers and I would definitely stay here again.

Ok so I stumbled upon this hotel due to the fact that all flights were canceled due to a snowstorm. At the last minute I booked this hotel and I was not disappointed. I loved the hospitality and the service. The bed was the best and the breakfast buffet is ALL OF THAT!

Highly recommended. Excellent service, everything was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was still available (thank you for not getting rid of it completely) but was adapted due to COVID (i.e. bread rolls individually wrapped). Location was very easy to find and get to as well.

Late airport drop off of family member (with cat!) moving west. Long day of prep and travel, decided to get a reasonable room. Great food from friendly faces close to close, nice king bed and a great grab and go for the road in the morning. Highly recommend!

The location and price was real good the beds were comfy the staff was pretty descent so for value of definitely stay there again on one of my trips. To Mississauga.There was no working shuttle which was a bit of a bummer but. I guess due to Covid -19 That's understandable

Eglington Av. near the airport is hard to find but the hotel was worth the extra effort. Reception was great and service excellent. The room was very comfortable and we rested well for a very early flight to Mexico. Airport transfer service was timely. The restaurant bar was relaxing after a long trip and service was excellent

This is a terrific place to stay which is close to the airport and great value! The service is professional, the grab and go breakfast is very nice and they have an airport shuttle that is available either every hour or upon request. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a place to stay but don't want or need to be at the airport.

I was staying foran over night flight from Pearson and reluctant to take a shuttle. This hotel shuttle was operated by the hotel and came immediately to pick me up and dropped me off at the airport promptly at Pearson the next morning. The take out breakfast was huge, the staff friendly and the room an excellent value. Highly recommend. My wife will be staying there next week following my excellent experience.

This is not a fancy hotel. But they make up for it with their services & cleanliness. Loved that they provide little things in the room like mouth wash & makeup remover. The breakfast was grab and go & could definitely use some protein. We were very sad about the whirlpool being closed due to Covid. They could have offered a time limit on the use or something like that. Or even offered us a gift voucher for our next stay. Over all we were satisfied & will definitely return.

This was my second time staying at this hotel- it's a good location for my needs. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated although you could see a few areas that may need touching up- but nothing that affected my enjoyment of the stay. Comfortable bed/linens. All in all a good experience and I would stay here again for sure.

The staff is very helpful (especially during these difficult times) hotel has all the amenities, shuttle service is excellent and location is perfect near the airport. Not easy for businesses to keep operating but they do so keeping a professional level of service with dedicated people.

This hotel was wonderful, clean, friendly service, rooms were great, breakfast was very good, restaurant in hotel was awesome. Easy to book on line, needed a room on the return of our trip and had to change it a second time due to flight changes, called in and had no issues at all, will definitely be back!

Very good hotel, excellent staff. Due to the Covid-19 the restaurant was offering take out for its guests, very wise and considerate decision. I would stay here again, the location is ABIT farther than other airport hotels, but everything you would require is on site.

Who knew there are 4 Best Western hotels all within 10 minutes of Toronto airport. Called number on my reservation to have them send the shuttle to pick myself and 2 young children under age 5 up at airport. Was picked up by Best Western shuttle and when checking in was told they didn't have my reservation. I pulled out all my confirmation of reservation information. Was told I was at the wrong Best Western. Rater than them offering me a room, being that we were already there and it was 11pm. I was told that we could wait for shuttle to return again and take us back to airport and wait for the other Best Western shuttle to take us to correct Best Western, or take a taxi at my expense. So Frustrating.

We had a great 1 night experience before flying out from Pearson. Very accommodating staff and reasonable rates. The food at Bite was fantastic, would highly recommend! Shuttle service was quick and goes very regularly!

Clean and well presented lobby and room. Very friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out. Excellent value for the money. One of the best included breakfasts I've experienced with a good selection of gluten free options. Comfortable beds and pillows - each time I've stayed here, I've slept really well. Will stay here again, for business or pleasure.

I really would recomend this hotel to anyone either taking off or returning Toronto. I have to admit that the staff exceeded my expectation. very kind and helpfull. the hotel is just few mins from the airport and the shuttle service is just great. Upon booking, the lady tried her best to accommodate our needs. like long term parking in high a season. the breakfast area is isolated, so bothers no one if still sleeping. cleaan and good variety of food.

Hotel was clean and had a smart look to front entrance. Room had a nice size to it with a refrigerater, microwave, couch, table and nice chair to sit on and write notes or make phone calls. TV was excellent with lots of channels to choose from.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toronto. Comfortable beds, internet works well, friendly staff and good breakfast with numerous choices. Excellent value for price! Shuttle to airport if necessary. However also an easy drive if you have a rental car. Regards Dave

We booked a room for 1 night including leaving our vehicle for 7 days while going on a vacation. The check-in experience was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean providing a very pleasant stay. Rates are reasonable.

Stayed overnight before leaving for Mexico. Very nice room with a jacuzzi, nice linens and a breakfast included. 24 hour shuttle to the airport was efficient and vehicle clean with a very courteous driver. Return was effortless again with a very courteous driver

We were flying our of Toronto the next morning and staying here the night before, plus left our car for 13 days, what a great place, we ate dinner in the restaurant, and it was good, our sleep was great nice comfy bed, got picked up by the driver on time to take us to the airport, our car was safe, over all would stay here again, great deal.

My wife and I stayed over night on the 12th of Feb. and then fly to Cuba for a week. Check in and out was smooth with great staff on the front desk. Our room on the ground floor (per request) was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The morning shuttle and breakfast in the lobby worked well. Upon return we were picked up in 5 mins by the shuttle. When we fly out of Toronto again we'll be back.

We have been with this place some days ago. Awesome service, super helpful staff. First class breakfast. On checkout they offered the Best Western membership with 10% discount for further visiting. So we returned today. Payed with 10 % discount $164,30. On Expedia the room was $144... What a rip off. Then the staff complaint loudly to me my debit VISA card is not welcome.... They told me to note come back with that card and only today is an exception and if I could give them some cash for safety.... Thank you Best Western, we won't. Not for that 90 days we'll be traveling Canada. We for sure will find places to stay where they welcome guests. If not for the first stay, you would get 1 star only.

Conveniently located close to airport includes free parking and airport shuttle. The room was very clean, had two queen sized beds and was simply decorated. One of the bed was quite bed while the other was a bit too soft, but overall the bed quality was good. An excellent Breakfast was included in the price. The room also had a microwave and fridge. The fridge was not cleaned and it had leftover food from previous guests. Other than the fridge, our overall experience was quite good with this hotel.

They have everything you need to recharge before your next flight. The free shuttle, warm breakfast and workout area are great amenities for this location. The beds were comfy and shower great after a long day of flying.

Very close to the airport, but carpet and general areas looked like they could use some upgrades. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was free parking and we were gone for only 2 days. They said they couldn't accommodate that and I had to find a decent Park'n Fly location at the last minute. Odd as there were plenty of parking spots available both when we left and when we came back. We did forget an item in the room and they were helpful in returning it to us. Unfortunately they gave us what must be the worst room in the hotel. Rm 228, right across from the elevator and vending machine and the view was the back of their sign so NO view at all. Would likely stay again but not sure.

do not stay at this property if you are in the area.. it may be close to the airport.. however if you have an early flight.. the shuttle driver, is asleep at the wheel.. while taking us to the airport.. he had to make a Uturn on the road because he got lost on the drive. He is not friendly, and speaks rudely to everyone

This is the 3rd or 4th time staying here; the staff is very friendly and helpful with everything you need, the rooms are clean and tidy every time we stayed, 1 time issue with jacuzzi tub but they resolved it quickly by moving us to a new room, shuttle service very prompt and van is keep very clean. Anytime my husband and I travel close to this area, we always stay at this Best Western location. The front desk is always accommodating and very professional. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I would recommend this location to anyone!

From the moment I called to announce I was at airport a friendly lady let me know shuttle was on it's way. The shuttle driver Khalid was kind and it was a great ride go hotel. We were checked in and told attached restaurant had great food. Room was clean and exactly what we needed. We went to restaurant and had THE BEST pad thai. The server was on her 2nd shift, it wouldnt show! She was bubbly and fun. The owner Joe has done a great job. This was by far our new favourite sjopever in Toronto!!!! Seamless from beginning to end...

I enjoy my stay. It was a nice experience. I'll be staying here again. Clean room and exterior of the room. The staff were helpful and really nice. The free breakfast was good too with good hours. My son's didn't want to leave.

These guys were awesome… Help me with food, finding drinks… Making me my country boy feel comfortable in a big city... I definitely would come again… The bar on the northside is awesome as well very friendly staff

We stayed at this hotel in transit. Upon arrival the desk agent tells us that no shuttle is available at our chosen time only one 2 hours before and one 2 hours after but he can get us a taxi. We agreed and went down to wait for a taxi at the same time as the shuttle was supposed to leave but we saw no shuttle but many, many taxis were being utilized by guests to go to the airport. This has left us wondering if indeed there was a shuttle or rather, if the desk staff prefers us to use taxis...Next time I will not book a room there, I will spend the extra money on a better hotel. If I had known that staying there would cost me 25$ extra in taxi I would have booked a better hotel for sure. No, I will not go back.

Travelling to Jamaica we were looking for a good Sleep, Park, Fly option. We have tried several properties over the years, first time at this BWP. I was very impressed overall and would choose this location again in the future.

Transportation arranged via phone call to hotel, after picking up luggage from baggage carousel at YYZ. Only had to wait a couple of minutes at the Hotel Shuttle pick-up area when friendly shuttle van driver came by for pick up. Hotel was farther away from airport than I expected, but it still worked out. Arranged for a wake-up call and booked a ride back to Pearson at the desk. Ride back was prompt, but scary, as the driver was wavering in the lanes; thankfully there was little traffic that early in the morning. Had to leave so early, couldn't take advantage of the free breakfast. Room OK - unfortunately an expensive place to lay your head for 4 1/2 hours between flights.

I was very satisfied with my recent stay, clean rooms, nice, if basic, restaurant attached, free breakfast was very nice - full hot buffet. Parking was inadequate - they need to work on that, but everything else worked really well. This is great value for money.

Rated high, other than a lack of parking. (there were cars parked haphazardly all over the parking lot and grass as they had run out of room.) The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and efficient.

I have been staying at this Best Western every other week for nearly two years now! It is conveniently located, the staff are AMAZING, it's clean and quiet 98% of the time! I'd recommend staying here!

We had an early morning departure from Pearson and wanted a hotel with good access. The shuttle ride to the hotel was less than 10 minutes, couldn't ask for any better. The room was comfortable and the comfort of the bed was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here if flying out of Pearson.

Very well kept hotel and central. Good sized rooms, comfortable bed and great breakfast included. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant Best Bites was also amazing their spare rib dinner was amazing.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. We have always enjoyed our stays, All employees are always pleasant and obliging if we have any questions. We have been there so often that it feels like we are going home when they treat us like family.

Most hotels were far over priced for an airport stay we had an additional car with us and they were able to also give us a better rate. They answer the phone personally and dont put you thru to a call center in Texas, great personal service. Far enough from the airport that you don't hear the planes. Shuttle to and from airport. There was a great selection of breakfast foods in the lobby for our 4am departure. Thank you

The shuttle to and from the airport was speedy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and building were clean. The internet was quick. The breakfast was served on time; was warm and tasty. Check-out was quick.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We had to change our flight because of the ice storm and we arrived in Toronto without a reservation. I called while we were waiting at the carousel for our luggage. We got a room and we're told the shuttle was outside and would wait for us. When we got there at noon, we had access to our room right away. We were even allowed a late check-out for the next day. The lady at reception was friendly and accommodating. We had supper at the restaurant on site and the service was courteous and the food very good. The included breakfast offered a nice selection. We will definitely stay there again.

Good day Team BWPTHTA My relationship with best western is around 8 years and I am really happy the way we get along, this time also it was great experience in all regards. The only humble suggestion is regarding the booking of room with 2 queen beds when someone is taking room with 2 queen beds he/she is assuming that we can have 4 adults in the room , but it was not like that , I need to pay for my 2 kids 14 and 17 10$/head extra , other than that everything was superb. Here I want to mention the superb / tasty / fresh / warm morning breakfast it was brilliant , best in any class , lot of choices and specially AMAN and her crew treats us soooooooooo good Thanks for that and happy new year Cheers Aamir Sheikh

Love to visit When it comes to the best hotel review sites in the world, the real winners aren't the usual suspects. They are “none of the above” — which may be good news for discerning travelers looking for accurate lodging advice.

Booked the room on Expedia; rated a 4 star. 2+ at best. Restaurant was void of people; most likely due to the fact that it resembled a cafeteria more than a restaurant. Room was advertised with a sitting area. We had a chair and a lamp!

Superb hotel. Elegant and nicely decorated, very clean with extra care, comfortable bed, excellent WiFi in room, very friendly staff and an easy shuttle bus to get to and from the airport. Breakfast had both hot and cold options.

The service and attitude of the manager is horrible. After booking on Expedia, I called the hotel to make sure if I can store one luggage in the hotel for 9 days after I checked out, at that time the front desk staff was pretty nice who said it's okay and will give me a tag for picking up my luggage when I am back. However, when I was checked out the general manager gave me a hard time. The manager told me they can not store my luggage since I don't have another booking in the hotel. Then I said if you didn't give me permission at the first place, I will not book your hotel since I can cancel the booking free of charge at that time. The manager firstly tried to find excuse that I called Expedia not their hotel and they did not agree with the luggage storage. After I showed them my calling record, they reluctantly agreed to keep my luggage but the manager's attitude is still very mean. The manger emphasized they will not pick me up and drive me back to airport when I am back to pick up my luggage. Since I did not negotiate for this part when I booked the hotel, I agreed. Overall, this hotel and staff are not reliable and friendly. I will never stay in this hotel again which made me very disappointed and ruined my holiday mood.

This BW was great, close to the YYZ airport, great staff, the free breakfast had many options and tasty. The property was clean, the shuttle service was very efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night on my way home to Vancouver from the Caribbean. Great stay, free shuttle that picked us up quickly from the airport, and took us back to the airport in the morning. the hot breakfast was delicious, and had lots of different variety of breakfast items to satisfy any palate. It is definitely my go to place to stay when travelling and having to overnight in Toronto. Nice clean rooms and great rates for government employees and AAA members. Great service by staff as well.

Stayed here to park our car while overseas for 20 days- stayed on the return. The airport shuttle was supposed to be on an every 40 minute schedule- we waited 80 minutes for a ride. Room was adequate but had a chemical smell to it. Was not pleased with the front desk response to our complaints on the shuttle. The shuttle was not clean and was not in good shape. A little expensive for the services provided.

The breakfast was extremely excellent, great variety. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The shuttle to the airport was also excellent and quick to pick us up and take us back to the airport. Would stay there again.

Great hotel to use to catch our early morning flight to Puerto Vallarta. After years of a later flight that we could drive in the morning of, this year's we needed overnight accommodation as it left at 7:40 am. Excellent park ‘fly price with shuttle service at both ends of our vacation. Highly recommend.

With my apartment under construction, I read many hotel reviews and this Best Western was just what I wanted for a long stay. The hotel lobby was well laid out and very clean. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. They offered a great hot breakfast with a good variety. My room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Best Western also has a loyalty program which offers great rewards They have so many good amenities as well as a shuttle service to and from the airport. I am very pleased with the hotel and especially their staff for making my long stay feel like I'm on a vacation. I highly recommend if you need a hotel stay, try this Best Western on Eglinton Avenue West.(3 different locations). They are Great.

Great beds! Good location! Good amenities! Basic breakfast. Nice to have the shuttle to the airport but it is every hour so you have to plan accordingly. Handy Business Center to print airline tickets. Pleasant staff. Would definitely stay here again.

I travel extensively with my work and try to stay at the Best Western as often as possible because of the loyalty program they offer. In this case it was for pleasure. The hotel is clean, reception staff are very friendly and the shuttle service to and from the airport is quick and reliable (even at 1:00am). The breakfast is very well presented with many items offered (hot and cold). The guest rooms are modern and nicely decorated. A very quiet hotel within a short distance to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends without reservation. I will return...

Hotel completed missed our wake-up call - nearly missed our flight. Person checking is out in the morning could have cared less when we complained plus the time they had recorded was 30 minutes later than we wanted and we still did not get the call.

After spending 12 hours in an airport, 2 flight delays and eventual cancellations, Best Western was completely unhelpful and even rude. They were completely unwilling to cancel our reservation with even half of our money back when we weren't even going to make it back to Toronto for the night. I would not recommend staying with them based on terrible customer service! I will be avoiding their hotel chain in the future.

Best Western Plus went overboard for us. Excellent value! Super friendly staff. Gluten-free and dairy-free options for breakfast were an unexpected bonus. Room was better than advertised. This was ideal for a day of relaxation while stopping over in Toronto!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. They gave me ideas on the best places to visit in Toronto to make the most out of my 3 days stay. The location is very practical and accessible. The bus stop is just around the corner. The bus will take you to the subway where you can explore the city easily.

Stayed here because it was one of the best priced hotels. We were in Toronto to go to our first leafs game. The hotel offered everything I wanted. I just wish I had known it had a whirlpool. I would have loved to relax in that.

My flight into the airport was delayed so I decided to book an airport hotel for the night. Best Western Plus Travel has great ratings and airport transportation so booked here. The transfer was flawless even at 2:30 am and check in was very quick. Room and bed were clean with lots of shower amenities and coffee station. Pillows had different firmness which is great for those who hate to stack two soft hotel pillows. Overall great overnight stay.

Although I had stayed quite a number of times at a nearby hotel on the road , this was my first stay at Best Western Toronto Airport. Located on Elginton Avenue West in Etobicoke and I must say, it was a wonderful experience in all aspects! Some of the highlights from my positive experience about this property are as listed below. 1) Strategic and convenient location-- The hotel is situation almost adjacent to the western end of Toronto, bordering with Mississauga. As a result, you get access to both the core city area of Toronto (through 401,427 and Gardiner expressways) and also Toronto Pearson Airport (which is hardly a 10 min drive from the hotel). The hotel has got free shuttle services to and from the airport. 2) It's a well maintained and upgraded property. The rooms are neat and clean, the lobbies and the reception areas look good and pleasing. 3) It has its own in-house restaurant, which may prove to be beneficial for many who don't want to put in the effort and time to go to another place for having lunch/dinner. From my experience, it provided me peace of mind during my stay, as I didn't have to venture out looking for food outside on many occasions. 4) It has parking facilities for vehicles, located just in front of and at the back side of the property, for which they don't charge anything in addition. This is a great feature for those who drive in there in their own vehicles. 5) The complimentary breakfast is quite good and enough, if not outstanding. 6) During my stay there, I found the staff at the reception to be responsive and helpful. 7) For those having their own vehicles with them, there is an added advantage of having a gas station almost adjacent to the property. 8) There is a Starbucks outlet just on the next plot to this hotel and also some reasonably good restaurants/food joints located not too far awat, both on the Etobicoke and Mississauga sides. So, one doesn't have to go far hunting for food at odd hours. 9) I didn't have the chance to try out the public transport from there. But I found that there are bus stations of Mississauga Transitway, located just on the opposite lane of the hotel. The Kipling and Islington subways are located at a distance of 15-20 mins (by drive)

Happy with my stay. Room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Wish I stayed longer to try the gym and pool. Expected a little with the breakfast honestly, but not really complaining. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Convenient - well priced hotel close to YYZ. Room lovely - looked at golf course- bedding comfortable. Window that opens & lots of pillows - always a priority or me. Food- ordered food in the evening - was delicious! Very nice people. And breakfast in the morning in the AM fabulous- fresh fruit / cups & tomatoes/ Delicious bean dish with the scrambled eggs.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. Checkin and checkout were quick. Very kind staff. Had a great meal in the restaurant. Loved the whirlpool, very relaxing after a long trip. The king sized bed was very comfortable allowing for a good sleep before heading back to BC.

We were on a quick layover between Calgary and Cancun. We hastened the ride from the airport with a cab ride to the hotel, a $40 dollar trip. Arriving at the hotel around 9pm and hungry. No problem, being from Alberta, we understood Toronto to be the epicenter of the planet. The restuarant next door was closed, we being told, it closes at 10pm, well 9:30 and lights out. No problem, Starbucks next door too, also closes at 10pm, well 9:30 and closed. How about the "SUPER CONVINIENCE STORE" next door also..... open. Replete with a SUPER CONVINIENT selection of, chips, choc bars and pop. Up early with a grab bag breakfast. Room was nice.

By far one of the best hotel stays I have ever had..The rooms are wonderful with the beds being so comfortable and the one the best bathtubs I have ever been in.There were a variety of choices of both hot and cold for the complimentary breakfast The staff was very polite and friendly...definitely be staying here again and highly recommend staying at this hotel!!

i just got off a 11 hours bus ride from cochrane to toronto then checked in to this very quiet and nice looking hotel and was greeted with open arms the room was extremely quiet and the bed was super comfortable very neat and tidy then at the hotel restaurant was served an excellent supper the hotel was only 3 floors but very quiet it was the perfect rest before i go on my journey to cuba you must try this hotel on next trip to toronto a must stay mike from northern ontario

Arrived at airport at midnight. Called hotel for pickup. Prompt response and 15 minute wait for shuttle. Hotel check in was quick and easy. Comfortable room. Good neighbourhood. Just stayed overnight to catch flight back home in the morning. Had a good breakfast. Shuttle to the airport had a pleasant driver. Overall a good stay.

Toilets are not very clean ,amenities are scarce , breakfast is very poor, Front desk are not cordial and friendly , not helpful. Very expensive rate. It will be nice if breakfast has good amount of stocks and selections of bread and eggs. They only have scrambled eggs , no boiled ones.

This hotel is above excellent service, they care about your needs, and try to fulfill them with a smile, which made my day feel good. Breakfast was excellent and clean, very good ambiance. If you want to have your trip happy and enjoy, this one is the best.

I love this hotel and can't recommend it highly enough. I have stayed at several hotels in the area to catch an early airport flight and they are often more expensive and offer less. This hotel is reasonably priced, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. It is also very close to the airport (and within walking distance of a Starbucks). Best of all, there is a free airport shuttle and a substantial, free breakfast. Even though I have only stayed here to catch a flight, I would happily stay longer if I wanted to use it as a place to stay while I visit the surrounding areas.

This hotel is on a major road and was easy to locate. The staff that checked us in was not very efficient, but got it done. The elevator is SLOW. Pushed the call button and it took over a minute before the elevator arrived, and there are not that many floors. We took the stairs anytime we were not hauling our luggage because of this. The room was clean and organized. 2 queen beds that were comfortable. Bathroom was basic and everything worked well. Hot water was good and good water pressure. There is a Starbucks right next door, so I was able to get a good cup of coffee on the way out for the day each morning. Overall, this hotel is a nice place to stay. Nothing fancy, but the price is good and the location is good. Close to the freeway and not too difficult to get to downtown Toronto.

This is a nice hotel, very clean with excellent breakfast buffett and confortable rooms. This not our first stay in an airport hotel, so we were expecting better shuttle service to the airport. In other hotels the shuttle was constantly moving to and from the airport but not in this hotel. We were told at reception (not very friendly staff by the way) that it was only reserved for check out, despite it was parked at the entrancy all the time. If the main motive of our stay was other than the vecinity to the airport I would give them 4 starts, but with the inconvenience of the shuttle I give them a 3 start review.

I could not be more pleased with my stay at this hotel. The shuttle service was prompt picking me up, and the facility was very clean. The room was spacious and air conditioned. Bathroom very clean and modern, and fresh towels delivered every day. The housekeeping staff were super friendly and always smiling when I passed them in the hallway each morning. Breakfast was awesome! Bacon, eggs, breads, etc. lots to choose from. And the lady who drove me back to the airport was so friendly to chat with! Definitely will stay here again!

I travel on business frequently in the Mississauga area and have stayed at many different hotels. The staff at this hotel are always friendly and accommodating, rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and and they offer an excellent hot breakfast with lots of choices. When you are on the road a lot, it's comforting to book into a hotel where you feel welcomed.

We had decided to use a hotel as a rest-over break on our journey from the UK - with a destination of Muskoka Lakes. Due to journey times it was around 9.30pm by the time we had landed and driven around 15 minutes from the airport. Check-in was excellent and we were given a room upgrade to a suite - maybe because we looked so weary. Our body clock time was 2.30am after all... Unfortunately we had just missed the cut off point for room service from the attached restaurant. Free tea and coffee was on offer in the lobby which was a welcomed relief. Breakfast was basic but good and it set us up ready for our travels ahead. Would I use this hotel again? Definitely.

We went to Toronto to see "Come From Away" and needed a place to stay which was not downtown and yet easily accessible. The Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport was a great place to stay. I did notice a van marked for shuttling, if you need a ride to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with many options from traditional continental, to omelettes, sausage, beans and potatoes. As for the price, excellent value, we could stay here for much less than any other hotel of the same quality in Toronto.

This hotel location was why we stayed there. Close to airport with shuttle service both ways. Easy to get downtown by vehicle from here as well. The restaurant on site was unbelievable quick service and the burger was the best my whole trip.

We went to a concert & enjoyed q night away! Great value, service & amenities with bonus Starbucks beside the hotel. Easy & fast check in, conveniently located off the 401. Stayed in King Suite with jaccuzi - highly recommend.

Stayed here in early August during Rogers Cup WTA Tennis. First impressions, although not outstanding, were fine. In the quick summary of evaluations listed below, take into consideration that only short periods of time were spent at the hotel. Of the additional hotel services provided, only the business centre computers and free breakfast was used. -Checkin experience / Interactions with front desk staff: OK -Public areas / Lobby / Parking: Good adequate, roomy -Rooms: Excellent clean, comfortable, housekeeping well done, an in-room safe would have made it complete -Breakfast: Just OK nice but smallish dining room that fills up fast during busy time... (on second day, eggs available only hard-boiled which kinda sends the message "keeping it simple and do whats easiest")... staff present at all times for servicing guests needs which was nice... couldn't figure out why in such a small space, the one and only door into and out of the room was kept latched shut at all times, the constant opening and closing an awkward, unnecessary reminder of the flow of incoming/exiting guests, the room in general had an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere, the feeling inside was more that of a formal conference room than a pleasant, cozy dining area it should feel like -Price/Value ratio: OK -Property in general / Location: Good coffee shop within walking distance -Safety / Security: Very Good

Bright, clean and welcoming. All staff, from front desk to room-maids, are friendly and smiling. Breakfast is good - especially the mini-waffles - and the young lady on duty is helpful and quick to keep everything clean and tidy. I stayed twice, one week apart, and each stay was perfect. The Best Bite Restaurant, on the premises, is very good, with a menu to suit most tastes. It, too, has friendly staff (who even recognized me from a previous visit and changed the background music to my personal taste!

This was our first time staying here, and because of the service, it definitely will not be our last! For the family vacation, we needed 3 rooms, shuttle to and from the airport, as well as long-term parking. None of these disappointed, surpassed the service we have received from a multitude of other airport hotels over the years. When we arrived on flight departure day, our reservation was acknowledged and we were shuttled efficiently to the airport at our convenience. Parking the cars was easy-peasy on-site without having to leave our keys at the desk (a big plus for us!). At our return, we did have to call for pick-up, but this was the fastest shuttle that I can remember out of Toronto airport. When it is late, and young kids are tired, that type of service is priceless. Our rooms were ready at our return. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade... but too tired to take advantage of the in-room jacuzzi. Next time! One of the rooms had a musty odor, and it was switched, no questions asked. Our room was large, comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. We loved the high quality bedding and the two sets of right-sized pillows. Breakfast was convenient, plentiful and tasty. There is even a breakfast to-go for the early travelers, something that would be appreciated on early flights. The hotel itself is easy to find, and was very convenient for us getting back on the 401 when returning home. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. Coffee and newspaper are available. The staff at the front desk made our stay worry-free at the two ends of our vacation. Thank you!

Rooms are up-to-date and clean, breakfast is awesome, and staff are friendly! If you're looking for a place to stay within a reasonable budget, this is it. We could not have been more impressed. The continental breakfast surpassed our expectations. There were many options for breakfast, it was a really nice perk.

The first room was very small; the bathroom floor was dirty and the tub stained. My room was on the busy road side, and I asked to be moved. I was moved to another room and they charged me more money for the room. The noisey air conditioner kept me awake most of the night. The next day I moved to another hotel.

I needed a room that was convenient to the airport for an early morning departure and my Best Western search turned this one up. Overall I was happy with our choice - the only thing that I missed was the breakfast as it is offered from 6:30 to 10:00 and our flight was at 07:00 so had to be out before 5 am.... the nice part was there was still some light snacks and juice that got us through the morning. Thank you Best Western!!

Far enough away from the airport that you do not hear air planes taking off. Good restaurant attached to get a good evening meal before or after your flight. Very nice breakfast. Despite the busy traffic for our 5:00 pm arrival, the van picked us up in reasonable time - our room was ready - we had a good meal at the attached restaurant which is open from 4 pm to 9 each night

The rooms are fine. Basic but clean. The shuttle doesn't have seatbelts, but it is nearly as large as a bus. It's about 15 minutes' drive to the airport - not as close as we'd expected. The people at the front desk took their time finishing their conversation before offering to check me in, even though I was waiting with 2 small children, and the shuttle was late - I wasn't too impressed by the service. My biggest complaint was the cost of the food. For basic breakfast and dinner it nearly cost as much as our room rate. When booking, the website said that breakfast was available for a "nominal fee" but for one adult breakfast, 2 kids' breakfasts (small), 2 side dishes and 2 coffees we spent over $50. It cost $7 for a simple fruit cup. I think I'd have booked with a more inclusive hotel for that price. We also had dinner there, and the dinner restaurant we felt was also too expensive. At least, it cost a lot more than much nicer restaurants in our Toronto neighbourhood. We asked for a second melted cheese sandwich for our son - the sandwich that came with the kids' meal was very small, just a couple of slices of thin white bread with a paltry amount of cheese between and we found it insufficient for a 4-year-old (even my 2-year-old would have liked more). At first we were told we'd be charged another $10 for this simple sandwich! We requested that the waitress check whether we could have a reduced rate since we were just asking for 2 slices of cheap bread with a piece of cheese. She said she could do it for $6. We went ahead, but felt it was still very expensive, given that we'd already paid $10 for a pretty meager kids' meal and we'd also paid for a room at the hotel. We had no choice of other restaurant that day, and we felt taken advantage of.

The Best Western Plus Travel Hotel is a great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Shuttles every hour, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfy and quiet - exactly what we needed!

The Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel is that perfect hotel near the airport, but on the quiet side, just far enough away you don't realize the airport is near. The rooms are nice,check in fast, a good continental breakfast and a casual hotel bar with an outdoor patio even though it does look on to the parking lot. There is a nice restaurant, London Gate, about a mile east of the hotel on Eglinton Ave, but not to many other choices within a mile of the hotel. The hotel also borders a park area in the back that streches down the street.

Best Wester Plus Travel was very comfortable, clean and friendly service. I have stayed here several times over the years. On all of my trips I was there for more than 5 consecutive days. The staff was very pleasant. It was very quiet and when I set up my reservation I asked for a few accomodations (ie. top floor, away from ice machine and in the back) which they did accommodate. The only negative was the "hot" portion of breakfast - eggs and meat choices limited (not appealing or tasty), but they did offer things like bagles bread, fruit etc. I only had the staff clean my room two days while Overall very good experience.

I liked this hotel, breakfast was good, sometimes food was hard. But overall good. I wish they had a swimming pool. And the bench outside was very wobbly. I liked the golf course near by. Would recommend

We checked in on June 30 for a four night stay.We had no problems at all checking in or during our stay. Although there were four of us all using smartphones and tablets the WiFi was up to the task. Housekeeper was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I felt we received good value for money. We drove in from Ottawa so I had no need for the airport shuttle but they certainly had one. The location near both the 401 and 427 made getting around easy. Check-out was simplified for us but that is where I ran into a small snag. The quick checkout instruction sheet indicated that if you were collecting Aeroplan Miles or Air Miles you should notify the front desk. When I approached the front desk with my Air Miles collector card I was rebuffed as the lady said I was already getting rewards. It seems that if you are a Best Western Rewards Member then you cannot get any credit for the above mentioned programs.

I asked for a larger room on the quiet side of the hotel. They charged more money but we moved since I am a light sleeper. The bathroom was dirty -- I was told by the housekeeper that the floor tiles and tub were permanently stained but when I used a clean tower the dirt came off the floor. The air conditioner was so noisy that I was awake most of the night. They were going to charge me more money for the second night at this hotel. Needless to say, I went next door to the Hilton and switched hotels.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Everything worked perfectly in the room. Very soundproof. 2 pm check in. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Parking was convenient. Very clean and well looked after. Breakfast had a large number of selections. Will definitely go again.

We found the BW Plus on a park/sleep/fly website, and we're so glad we did! So often, these kinds of properties offer borderline quality, but that's not the cast with this hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable - and believe me when I tell you how grateful I was for that coming off a 10 hour flight! The front desk staff, both Khalid and Shala (sorry if I've misspelled!) were friendly and kind. Shala even asked how we enjoyed our vacation! The breakfast offerings were pretty standard, there was also a fitness centre and whirlpool, but we didn't try those out so can't comment. BTW, hint for the shuttle, they leave the hotel on the hour; keep that in mind for arrival and departure timings.

Overall the hotel was good place to stay for the money. We were able to leave our vehicle in the parking lot of the hotel while we traveled out of the country, so in that regards its was worth the money.

We were given a suite room with a two person whirlpool without even asking for it. I was in it for 30 minutes. Very nice surprise. We were able to leave our car for two weeks for less than Park and Fly charge.

Close to the Airport and situated south of the city. Comfortable, clean, spacious and reasonable rooms. Breakfast is decent, and does the job if you are in a hurry and need something quick to get you going.

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel the night before her flight to Florida. The Best Western was easy to find off the 401, and check-in was quick and easy. We enjoyed great service and a good meal at the restaurant. I found the bed to be the most comfortable I've found in a hotel, aside from Animal Kingdom Lodge at Disneyworld! My only wish would be that the shuttle run more often. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Whirlpool is pretty big, the room was basic, not much decor but very clean an very spacious. A few channels to watch on tv, didnt use their wifi so not sure how it runs. Pretty decent for the money. Would stay again.

Excellent spotless accommodation! On-site restaurant --great meal and terrific service. Other restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks next door. On a bus route too! Quiet room....very comfortable bed and pillows. AC quiet. Super hourly airport shuttle service available. Front desk staff exemplary! Excellent accommodations and service! Superb value!

Picked us up at airport (waiting for us when we exited building). Next morning took us back to airport, unfortunately only go on the hour. At least they had a "Grab and Go option" as we left before the continental breakfast opened. Room was great, bed was good.

I stayed at this Hotel cause my girl was coming in from Denmark and I thought I could meet her and celebrate the Raptors big game all at once but although the Raptors lost the day after my stay they still end up winning so it was worth it and the food at the postcard was excellent

My girlfriend and I spent the night at this hotel . Upon check in the girl who was at the desk was very informative and friendly and accomodating. She also made sure I got a rewards card. The ground were very well kept and as I approached the front doors the aroma of fresh flowers was very pleasant. They have a free shuttle to the airport as well.

Shuttle pucked us up at the airport as per the hotels web page instructions. We called and they said 25 minutes and they were within 25 minutes. The lady who drove us was awesome. She also worked the front desk. Very helpful. The room was very clean (however chemical cleaners and I dont get along). The restraunt was great. Fries were actually hot. The only downside depends on if you like aircraft or not (i live them). The hotel is on the glide path to runway 33 Left. So you can enjoy watching aircraft all evening. If you dont enjoy aircraft suggest you might want ear plug if noise keeps you awake. Over all awesome place to stay.

Wanted to spend a day in Toronto on our way back home from Dominican Republic. Chose this hotel for proximity to airport with free shuttle service and because it stated it has recently been update. Have been part of the Best Western loyalty program for many years and was very disappointed with my selection. First of all, when I booked online I advised that we would require the shuttle upon arrival and provided our flight details. Since I did not get a confirmation of pick up, I sent a follow up email request and was sent instructions i.e. call us after you clear customs. Good news, we didn't have to wait too long before we were picked up. Got a room on first floor and it looked nothing like the online photos. Felt dirty to the point where I was reluctant to take my shoes off and even sit down. (See the dirt on the chair seat and the sagging sofabed cushions). My husband being tired from the trip stripped naked and hopped in to the bed, but I couldn't get over the feeling of filth. Then to make matters worse a group of smokers decided to stand right outside our room and were chatting away. While this is out of the hotel's control, I thought there is no way I will be able to sleep here, so I went out the the reception to request a different room. After first being told that they had a full house and no cleaning staff on hand to tidy the room we had been given, we were offered an alternate room on the second floor. This room was better than the first room but still nothing like the online photos. Breakfast next morning was great. Staff made sure to clear off tables as soon as guests were done. Good selection of breakfast foods. We had to reserve a spot on the shuttle to get back to the airport. We were asked upon arrival to reserve our spot but we didn't know if we would sleep in or not. Told if it got filled up we would have to wait for next one. Still on vacation time so no rush to get going. Urged to put our names down, but once we got on the shuttle there was just one other family of three in the shuttle so not sure why it was so important to get our names down. It was all very strange to me.

This hotel was clean, the rooms were well designed functioned without problems. The staff was very helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to service the guests and provide information in a friendly manner. The attached restuarant is a nice feature which allowed one to stay for an evening meal in the hotel. The shuttle service to the airport was also provided.

Their shuttle is not bad and the hotel is not in the direct flight path of the airplanes. Breakfast is included and not bad. WiFi is decent and the rooms are quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. There's a Starbucks next to this location and a couple of nice restaurants further down the road.

Could not ask for better reception, room, breakfast (real dishes) or checkout. Free parking, very quiet room. Flawness internet access. Did not use many of the ameneties but appreciated they were there if i needed/wanted them.

As the property name suggests, it is close to the airport. It is far enough away that it is not in a direct flight path. The Shuttle service to and from the airport was fine. All staff members were professional and friendly. The Front Desk appeared to be understaffed and at times the Agents were overwhelmed. The breakfast while rather mundane was fine. I did have an issue with my room that was not resolved. I would have been fine with this if I was there for only one night, however my stay was for four nights. I was offered a different room upon check-in but the location was next to the elevator and pop machines. As a lite sleeper I elected to stay with the originally assigned room. The Bar and Grill Photos look nothing like the actual Bar and Grill. There are several other dining options within a short walk. In my opinion, this property is on the lower spectrum of a Best Western Plus property. As indicated, it is OK.

The hotel is situated near the airport but not under the flight paths so we got a quiet nights sleep. The rooms are nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are a good size. There is a shuttle to take you to and from the airport if needed. There were lots of choices both hot and cold for the complimentary breakfast. The staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean and comfortable with a very nice staff. Free shuttle pick up, call once you arrive and after you have picked up your luggage. Very nice free buffet breakfast, one of the best airport hotel buffets I've had and I've stayed at several airport hotels. Quiet and close to the airport. Had a long UBER ride into downtown. Might have been better to take the free shuttle to the airport and then catch the UP Express into downtown.

Had to overnight in TO so stayed at the BW+, room was clean and bed comfortable, Staff very nice and helpful, Breakfast was nice, needed a little something for the next flight. Breakfast staff polite and efficient

Ten minutes to the airport and masses of parking in a restaurant rich area of town. Great for those early flights. Friendly management and safe parking for extended times away. Breakfast was varied and well prepared and presented. All in all, a good experience.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, relatively up to date room decor, beds were very comfortable. We were on the main floor and it was very quiet. The hotel had it's own restaurant, the free hot breakfast bar was great start to our long drive home. .The staff were friendly. There were no shops or many things to do in close proximity to the hotel. ,

We stayed there for one night just between our flights the people at the front desk where very helpful the room was clean and cosy we have had a good time there and when we fly to Toronto we like to stay there again

Commendable comfortable lounge with high cleanliness. Room was comfortable with fridge and microwave which was what I needed exactly. The airport shuttle was timely. The staff friendly and still professional. The staff were of tremendous help thoughout my stay.

We have stayed here twice when we have had to do an overnight in Toronto while en route to the Caribbean from Vancouver. Both times we have been exceptionally pleased by the friendly service on the front desk, the cleanliness and modern decor in the rooms, excellent wifi, and the very efficient shuttle to Pearson Int'l. Unfortunately we had to catch our shuttle before breakfast was served, but it was so nice that they had coffee and grab and go bags for some snacks for us to take. Good value and friendly service.

This is our go to Hotel when having a lay-over in Toronto. The BW Plus Hotel is minutes away from the airport. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is very efficient. The Hotel is clean, quiet, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, as well as, the attached restaurant is excellent. We recommend this Hotel.

We came back from Michigan as we stopped by here to tour the city. The price we received was great. the room was in great condition and the beds were comfortable! the breakfast was decent and staff members were bit helpful!

We had an excellent overnight stay at the hotel. We arrived right at 2 pm and easily checked into our room. The room was clean and everything was as hoped it would be. The location is great. Starbucks right next door, Tim Hortons right down the road and all the fast food restaurants are just minutes away and easily accessible. The hotel backs onto a golf course and even though there were jets flying overhead on their way to the airport, when it came time to go to sleep we didn't hear a thing. Parking was free and easy, the beds were very comfortable and the location couldn't be beat for convenience. The room rates were also very reasonable compared to the other hotels nearby. We certainly will plan to stay here again on our next trip to Toronto.

The airport shuttle service was awesome. The staff were wonderful and personable and the complementary breakfast was great. Wide choice of food from boiled eggs to waffles. The wifi signal was strong.

I get the shuttle from the airport and the driver took me to the WRONG hotel, the hotel he took me to was "kind" enough to offer a cab to the correct hotel..$10.75 I should not have had to spend if the driver could understand and speak proper English!!

The hotel was clean, breakfast was Awesome and the staff was very helpful. It's just 2 block from the bus terminal- which take you directly to the subway. The hotel also had great info on site seeing. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was filling and offered a good variety. The location is easy to get to from the 401. Check in and out runs very smoothly. Deffinatley recommend staying here.

When I entered the hotel, we were greeted. I like that! Our room had a TV, a fridge and a comfortable shower. Our beds were perfect for dreaming. However, at 5 A.M. our phone in the room rang. We were taken the bus to the airport. We would miss that room! They have two elevators, a swimming pool, an exercise room and a hot Jacuzzi as well. Everybody we saw were friendly. A must see!

The shuttle service was not available when I arrived as could not reach the hotel, I took a taxi from airport that ten minute ride cost me $49.00 the biggest ripoff I have ever experienced from the TO airport, check before you take the ride. They gave me a late checkout in lieu of shuttle in, the shutout went smoothly for me. The room was spacious, comfortable beds and nice amenities. The restaurant was ok, but nothing to rave about.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived late and because of plane delays, so we were tired and grumpy, the hotel staff were efficient and got us into our room quickly. The room was perfect and we were quickly relaxed and ready for sleep. Many thanks to the hotel.

Spent 4 nights here with my better 3/4. 25 min from downtown 10 min from the airport. Nice clean rooms, Great service with friendly staff and breakfast was very good! Was close to the highway for efficient travel to all the attractions toronto has!

Really good value for the cost. Beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was good, lots of selection, excellent coffee. Friendly staff, quite clean location. Parking was free which is a huge bonus in the area. Will stay again next business trip.

Checkin process is labour intensive and the staff don't seem to know what they are doing. Multiple night reservations are a problem system will check you out each night and you need to check back in (which is a labour intensive process) each day. Breakfast buffet is good, good variety and bed are SUPER comfy!

Once again we stayed with Best Western Travel Hotel on their Park, Sleep and package and once again, it was an outstanding experience. The check-in was quick and easy and our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was very good, as always, and the shuttle, comfortable and worry free, but what was most impressive, was the friendliness and the professionalism of all the staff. As with any business enterprise there is a certain amount of artistic licence employed in the advertising. We were sucked into renting a room for the night. Never again. We were planning on staying here on our return home, but booked elsewhere immediately after the check-in. When we arrived at the airport and called for pickup the personable young man we talked to told us that the shuttle would show up in 10 or 20 minutes. No problem as it was cold outside. It was a bitter night because of the wind chill. As the promised 10 to 20 minutes became a frozen 45 minutes I called again. This time I think that the woman who was mentioned in a previous comment answered the phone. We were condescendingly told that it was probably traffic. She was obviously too busy to call the driver and confirm an ETA so that we could get out of the wind until he arrived. When we finally reached the hotel we discovered that the hotel does not run an actual airport shuttle. More like a one shot courtesy van. Runs only once an hour. If it's full, tough luck. If you have to leave earlier than the buffet you can take a granola bar and orange from the desk. Oh goody. Free breakfast. Not. Upon reaching the room I also discovered that the ambient temperature was 74°F. Too hot for sleep. The AC cooled it down, but created a lot of noise. That and the lumpy bed were what decided us on using a different option that would involve being able to get some sleep. The 'restaurant' portion of the hotel is nothing exciting and also appears to be staffed by some people who do not want to be there, either. Fortunately there are some options down the road to your left as you exit the hotel. Not to be getting away scot-free the next morning the courtesy van driver was more concerned about the cold weather than his driving. He also tried to drive without the seatbelt and was told that he could do that on his own time and not with customers on board (or ever, for that matter). I would not recommend that you stay here. Looking around from the parking lot there were half a dozen nicer looking hotels close to the same restaurant selection. Couldn't be any worse, at any rate.

Only stayed one night for an overnight flight layover . Shuttle service was efficient and arrived in the time frame I was told. Room was comfortable and clean. Only downside was I arrived at 9:15 and went for supper at 9:30 . Restaurant hours posted as closing at 10 but I was told when I walked in that it was closed. Not even bar service .

This hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the airport. One must call them from the airport once one's luggage is picked up. It takes them about 15 - 20 minutes to get there. Make sure you get in the correct shuttle van as there is at least one other Best Western hotel that has an airport shuttle service. The hotel also provides rides to the airport by reservation (on the hour). This is only for people who are checking out and catching a flight (i.e. not for rental car pick up, etc.). The hotel is also convenient to bus stops for those who want to get to the subway system. For those who need a taxi to the subway system, it will cost you about $25. There is free parking for those who have a car, and there is apparently long-term parking available for return customers for a price (I have never used this). There is a free breakfast which is reasonably good. It includes hot items like small omelets. The hotel restaurant is open for dinner, but not lunch. Everything I ate there was good. There are other places nearby to eat . . . a Starbucks right next door (this is new) as well as several other establishments about a 5-7 minute walk to the west, including a pub/restaurant that stays open fairly late. The beds in the hotel are comfortable.

Excellent! Booked directly with the hotel phone number where I was assured that by booking direct, I would get great service with no problem for going over seven days. Thanks Angel and the nice lady that came on shift after Angel. So surprised when we were upgraded to a beautiful Jacuzzi suite. A true highlight ..shuttle service was exceptional...Stormy day so after arriving, decided to eat in the restaurant...great service and food. Too early for breakfast but we appreciated the Grab and Go option. Looking forward to booking again for our next trip. Staff were all outstanding and welcoming.

We did a park/fly/sleep stint here and I would not use them again. The two gentlemen who greeted us when we came back from our trip were lovely, engaging and customer service oriented. The girl the next morning? Apparently did not want to be there. I couldn't wait to leave. And over 200.00 for one night of sleep and no breakfast? Bad decision. I would look around next time. Not to mention the kids running through the halls till late at night. Awesome!

Stuck at Toronto airport late at night. I called Best Western and they went out of their way to make sure we found the airport shuttle. We were able to grab a few hour of sleep in a clean and quiet room before leaving on the 4 am shuttle back to the airport. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.Lr

We arrived on a cold blustery night in January. Free shuttle is nice.. Room was comfortable, nothing to fancy, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were very good. Shuttle runs every half hour on the hour.

Mediocre hotel. Price was very reasonable. I thought it might be a little nicer being a plus. Clean, beds were comfortable. Transportation provided to airport. Friendly staff. Attached restaurant was excellent food. Highly recommend it.

It was just a random stop for a business trip. I was surprised. Everything made me feel welcome. The room was very comfortable and everything in it was in good condition and clean. Breakfast was made to please guests and not just to have "free breakfast" listed. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is very clean the rooms are great and very cozy. The staff are very nice friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good offering many different varieties of food from eggs to sausage cereals and many other things. Parking is free for hotel guests during their stay. There is a gas station next door as well as Starbucks and many other restaurants. The bathrooms are well equipped and come with shampoos conditioners body lotion and other great soaps.

Big clean quiet room, decent breakfast, good staff -- Farah, one of the staff, handled my bad mood brilliantly, didn't take offence when I was just plain difficult and wouldn't take a $5 tip. Real good value for the price. I will stay there again, recommend the place to friends but I would also warn them that the wait for pickup at the airport by the hotel shuttle can be as long as 30 minutes ... I suspect a larger hotel might have a couple of shuttles running with a shorter wait time

Best western Travel hotel Toronto is situated in such a town side area which is quite and calm. It is a fantastic hotel near to Toronto Pearson Airport and easy traveling to down town. Rooms are large and well equipped. Room heater and jacuzzi are available in guest rooms. Staff members are well behaved.

The hotel we stay at now 3 yrs in a row very clean, pleasant staff, and if you have a problem they go out of their way to fix it, We stayed here for park 'n' fly service is great always something to snack on for early flights plus restaurant if flight is later with good food

Well we stayed here, via personal reasons. However, very personalized and clean facility. The facility is not far from the airport and conveniently placed for all locations in and around Toronto. Free wifi, free breakfast. What else does a traveler need?

The staff were friendly and could not do more. The room too was clean with little extra touches....towels etc nicely displayed. The breakfast was well done in a five star dinning room. After two days of travel I was able to relax in the Jacuzzi, and get to bed early. No noise and comfortable beds. The connection with the staff was always great. Feel I made friends and will certainly stay again. I was able to leave my vehicle at the hotel, and the shuttle from the airport convenient . Having a comfortable place to recover after a hectic couple of days was wonderful.

Hotel was very clean, room was quiet, well appointed, breakfast was included and shuttle was prompt and entire staff was courteous. The hotel is not on the airport strip but still close enough for a short ride to the airport. Shuttle was prompt and friendly. Definitely would stay here again

Great spot and location for one night close to toronto. The breakfast was excellent and perfect for quick spot to have something to eat in the hotel. The front desk was very hopeful in list near location for us.

A good Hotel with easy and quick airport access. Clean and modern looking. So many hotel should be like this one. Breakfasts are like most hotels. Surprisingly quiet in regards to the airport proximity even with rooms facing the road and airport. I can easily recommend.

Stayed here for one night going to the Caribbean, and another night on the way back. Great clean hotel 6 mins from the airport. They offer free shuttle pick up at the airport and also from the hotel to the airport, and they were very prompt in their pick ups. The free buffet breakfast in the morning is also excellent! Will definitely stay here again on my yearly Caribbean trip stop overs in Toronto.

Hotel is further away that what I would consider a airport hotel, lobby has been renovated but that is where it ended for us, the rooms was dated and if that and the hard bed didn't convince you, the bathroom was even more ran down and dated.

The best BW we've stayed at. Room was well kept, fresh and very clean Their in-house Restaurant was good (burgers very good). Amenities in gym better quality than most places we've stayed at. And you can see the TV from the hot tub (lol).

Even though we were only there for the night before our flight, our room was spectacular and the bed was so comfy! It was the perfect way to kick off our trip and we felt safe parking our car there while we were away for the week. The shuttle service was reliable and very handy too! I would stay here again!

Everything looks good. Property is very near to Pearson International airport & Hwy 401. Cleanliness is main motive of the property. Staff is very co-operative. Airport pick-up & drop-off facility is an excellent. Breakfast items are very limited for vegetarian.

We stayed her overnight as we waited to connect with a flight the next morning. Our shuttle driver was friendly and very helpful. Check in went fast and I loved that we were on the top floor at the end of the hall. There was a minor maintenance issue with the room and we chose not to say anything till the next morning as we had a short stay. At checkout the staff were appreciative of the feedback. The room was very comfortable and clean. I liked the added touch of a sanitized remote control and also having a bathrobe available. We plan to do more travelling in the future and will stay at this hotel should we need to overnight in Toronto again.

Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were like rubber. Other options were good. Great coffee. Lot's of selection. Very quiet location. You have to buy the coffee in the lobby. I think it should be free. But that's a small thing. Overall, this was a very good experience and I would stay at this hotel again. The price was acceptable for the quality. I didn't use any of the other amenities, but apparently there was a hot tub that is very nice. If I had time I would have used it. It's also an easy and convenient location.

We were in Hogtown for a conference nearby. Friendly, efficient front desk staff, clean and quiet room. Great location at a very reasonable price. The standard BW breakfast hit the spot. We also had dinner at the attached Restaurant, which is an experience that we wouldn't repeat.

My experience at this hotel was very good. Nice lobby decor and very friendly welcome from the staff. Room had everything you needed including refrigerator, couch and coffee table, iron and ironing board, extra bedding, etc. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of variety on offer. Location is about 7 minutes from the airport and they have a large parking lot. Starbucks is right next door to the hotel plus a service station.

My wife and I stayed overnight between flights.When we arrived at Toronto airport we phoned the hotel and they sent the shuttle to pick us up,the shuttle is a free service.It takes about 10 minutes to and from the airport. The lady who picked us up also worked on the front desk check in. Our room was clean,no safe in room, which is unusual these days. There is a coffee/tea maker in the room. The restaurant is open until 10 pm. the menu is okay,just average.the buffet breakfast is free,again,just average. Nothing fancy but good overnight airport accommodation.

Clean modern lobby. Upgraded us to a suite room. Very quiet and clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was average. Prepared egg things and boiled eggs. Lots of other carb options, including make yr own waffles. Coffee at breakfast and in room was not good. Overall, a great stay and recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and well presented. Breakfast buffet was included with hot and cold offerings. The shuttle to and from the airport was also good with minimum wait times. Great place to stay near the airport.

Comfortable and neat room with amenities. Pass code for free internet hookup was provide in room. Room was quiet with few distractions, so ideal for getting a little work done. Staff were friendly and accommodating - this makes the difference for me. Had to leave for a very early morning flight so could not avail of the breakfast. But light snacks and fruit were provided at the main desk - very thoughtful!

Nice hotel, clean, rooms have typical amenities. We had a king bed and was comfortable. Our floor was quiet and had no issues. Breakfast was standard as most. Room was in excellent shape, no wear and tear like some. Would definately use this hotel again. Close to the airport.

The hotel was convenient to restaurants and other services. The room was clean and wifi worked well. The chair and ottoman came in handy for resting after a day out. Fair drive to city(Toronto) for theatre area. But the price outbeat convenience of staying in the city area. BEST BITE restaurant served a hot continental breakfast and we enjoyed a great dinner. The beer-battered fish was filling and the apple caramel cheesecake was succulent. Second stay at this location. There will definitely be a third.

A small, clean, quiet hotel with nice up-dated decor. Shuttles to airport.Many restaurants within driving distance. A new Starbucks beside it.Golf course behind it. A very pleasant setting in the city.

We had an excellent time in this place. The room was very large (2 double beds inside the room) We came very late in the evening, we parked very easily in front of the place main entrance. We decided in the evening to try the restaurant located in the enterance floor of the hotel. We had a good meal and excellent service. Breakfast- was very rich There was an Ironing board and an iron inside the closet. Very recommended place.

Well maintained and excellent business hotel in the heart of the city. Breakfast spread was very good. Patio concept was very cozy and interesting to spend the evening outside enjoying the breeze. All your branches are very good and maintained well. Staffs are versatile with the city information.

The hotel offered a comfortable, quality stay that met my needs at a good value. The location of the hotel was ideal and provided easy access to major highways and local amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable but not as clean as I had hoped. There was dried urine on the floor by the toilet. Other than that, no big complaints. I liked the vending machines with travel essentials. The early "grab and go" breakfast could use some improvement. Juice boxes and granola bars are okay but it would be nice to have some fresh pastries as well. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and convenient.

We booked in because close to airport and thought would be easy to get into Toronto. OK for one night using shuttle to get to airport but not a good base to do anything more. Can't use shuttle to get to train service at airport if not flying out and difficult to use other public transport. Social areas are not very comfortable - very utiliterean. No comfort in bar area. The saving grace in this hotel are the staff. They make you feel welcome, go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and give great service, especially in the very basic bar and restaurant area. Thank you staff for your hospitality. Wouldn't recommend.

Stayed as reasonable price hotel close to the airport. Plan was to use shuttle to catch train at airport to go downtown. I should have read better as shuttle only for guests flying so unless you are flying I wouldn't recommend. Location is not great so you need to drive to amenities.

Stayed here an overnight on a layover en route to Germany. Shuttle pick up from airport was very quick. I was picked up within 10 minutes of phoning from baggage pick up area in Terminal 1. Ride to hotel was quick;less than 10 minutes. Only potential drawback was that I had to load and unload my luggage onto the back of the shuttle. The driver surprisingly so made no attempt to offer to assist in this for me or the other passengers. I found this quite odd. Check in was fast and service desk attendant cordial. Room was on the smaller side but clean. There was a smell upon entering the room but I think it was because the air conditioning system was off all day. The air conditioning system was ok but room was still warm through the night. Not many places to walk to around as it's in a business district. I walked to a grocery store but it was 3.8 km away. Gym is small. Equipment is a bit dated but worked just fine. I am a runner and the treadmill was good enough to let me run 5 miles. Gym was very warm with only a small stand up fan to circulate air. Overall this is a very acceptable hotel for an overnight stay. For the price I paid I can't complain and it was one of the cheapest hotels available at $150.

Really It Was Very Excellent hotel. I was stay that hotel for 18 days . GM MR. KABIR was Very good management and really nice person. all good staff..are very good and they service best. in future i will always stay this hotel. all room is best. breakfast was best.

The staff is very professional! The room was comfortable. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We were not aware the restaurant was being remodeled the night we were there and we did not have a car so that was a bit of an inconvenience...otherwise everything was fine. The lady who handled our check out also drove us to the airport. She was super friendly!

Nice & clean room with all amenities required for transit stay. Hotel shuttle to and fro from Pearson airport was very useful; you need to call them as soon as you reach the Pick up point. The ladies at the reception drive the shuttle, so they normally come (in about 15 to 20 mins) once they get your call. Staff are helpful & courteous specially we were greatly helped by Ms. Shaili Patel of Front office who dropped us to the airport & took special care with our baggage handling. Breakfast was elaborate and well served in their restaurant with proper cutlery. Also other drink & dining options are available nearby (5 mins walk) like an Irish Pub, a Chinese restaurant (great food!), Tim Hortons etc. In all, great value for money!

The hotel was not luxurious. But it was neat, clean and friendly. All reasonable expectations were exceeded. All employees were courteous and pleasant. Not overboard with hospitality, but very straight and friendly.

My company puts me up here and I've had no complaints. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Restaurant had a good selection of craft beer after a long day. Restaurant had a limited menu but food was good and service was quick.

Surprised to find room not ready when check-in was 2 pm and we arrived at 3:15. Manager on duty apologized but no offer for a bit of a break on price. When we got into room, tub had soap rings around it so obviously not cleaned very well. Reported this to day clerk. Again apologies but no compensation. Room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel is quiet in a good location. Breakfast was usual "free breakfast" fare. It was OK.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and picked us up at the airport. Next time I would recommend staying closer to downtown but it was an easy ride back and forth. I like the hotel for the price. The breakfast was good with eggs, croissants and the diner food was good also. We spoke with one of the dinner managers and he was friendly. Overall a good experience.

My wife and I visited the Toronto area early in August after deciding on the BW Plus Travel Hotel for our accommodations; we were very happy with our time there! Our room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was good each morning! The hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast room) we had contact with were friendly and helpful; they know how to look after their guests - excellent service! The location was perfect for us and met our needs! Note: On arrival at the airport, be sure to call the hotel (specify Travel Hotel as there are at least 3 BWs near the airport) for a shuttle pickup. Good hotel and good breakfast, parking at front and back. Front faces Airport and Eglinton Ave. Coffee/tea available at lobby, free b/w 5-10am. About 20-25 mins to downtown T.O. Had room with queen bed and sofa in room was a sofa-bed. Nothing extra special, but we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

We had a great experience with free shuttle from and back to the airport. Only minutes away. Their breakfast is very good with convenient hours, 6:30 - 10:00 a.m. But what surprised us was the quality of their restaurant which is only open for dinner. The quality of the menu items exceeded our expectations. It was delicious and the pricing and the ample portions were fair for the four of us. Anyone who needs to be close to the airport needs to check out the Best Western Plus near Pearson International Airport in Toronto. And you are also a short ride to their Square One Mall, the largest mall in the Ontario Province, we later learned.

We have been using this hotel before and after we go on vacation for a number of years and we are always happy with the service we receive. Their airport shuttle is large, comfortable and runs at convenient times and their book and fly parking program is very reasonably priced. The free internet and breakfast are just added bonuses.

Well I was searching for a hotel close to the airport and thought this one included complimentary parking while we were away but only the first night while we were in the hotel itself. $75 for parking for the week and we were going to be away for 2 days, so parked at Skypark for 41 and honestly doubt I will ever stay here again, as bed was uncomfortable and hotel was noisy and getting up at 5 am for a flight that didnt help us. As well breakfast was not even available for us when we left the hotel. Was not impressed and like I said will not likely stay here again as cost is only slightly better than others.

I needed an hotel nearby Pearson airport. The shuttle pick up was very fast and the room very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and with a nice and good choice of food.

My husband and I stayed in the jacuzzi room last week it exceeded or expectations. It was big and clean, the bed was very comfortable .We ordered room service with was reasonably priced. We would definitely return to this hotel

We stayed here one night after our trip. Before our trip began we parked and and checked our car in. Once we where there we inquired about the shuttle and where told the next one wasn't leaving for the airport for a hour and forty minutes. Although we had extra time we where not comfortable waiting that long before getting to the airport. When we booked we where led to believe that shuttles ran every half hour to 45 minutes. Waiting a half hour or even a hour would have been acceptable. We questioned the person at the front desk and we where not given a answer just that the next shuttle wasn't for a hour and forty minutes. Because the next shuttle was not for almost 2 hours we where forced to take a cab to the airport. When we returned we stayed for one night the hotel is very clean and the people at the restaurant where great. Unfortunately our experience at the start of our trip coloured our experience in a negative manner.

This is an exceptionally fine Best Western. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport and free shuttle service if reqired, Breakfast is served in a restaurant dining area with good selection and proper china and cutlery rather than plastic.

Stayed here before an early morning flight. The extended parking is quite close to the “regular” parking for the hotel. The price for the hotel and three weeks parking was reasonable. The shuttle to the airport was flawless, the way back to pick up the car was a bit of a wait. After calling they came about 25 mins later. It was quite busy at the pick up spot but they were easily found. The beds are so so for comfort. The one big complaint I have was the room facing the parking lot. The massive lights were extremely bright and came through the curtains and lit up the room which made it difficult t sleep. I would stay again just request a room that was not on the parking lot side. No breakfast available As went left at 5 am but they had grab and go items. Apples, juice boxes, granola bars, Rice Krispie squares , tea, coffee .

The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel is definitely in need of updating especially the guest rooms. The outside of the hotel was also outdated. There are some eateries in the area but the quality of these restaurants was questionable.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus for a wedding that was on the lake shore. Central location for most activities in Toronto and the airport. The price was attractive and the room clean and cool with a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast included was also good.

Friendly friendly people restaurant staff excellent made you feel very comfortable food was great portions were very large and very delicious beds were extremely comfortable and the layout was perfect

We chose this hotel because they allowed us to park at a very reasonable rate for 2 weeks. We stayed overnight after the trip. The rooms were clean and of average furnishing. None of the vending machines take credit cards so you will need Canadian currency. Ice and snacks are on 2, 4 and 6th floors. Considering how close it is to the airport (free shuttle) it was very quiet. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this location for the Easter long weekend. We wanted to try a stay for sometime, so this was a good chance to do so. Check in was fast as were were the only one checking in at that hour of the afternoon. We were on the 3rd floor which had an ice machine. Observations: - Breakfast was mediocre. Not many choices. - The thing that looked like eggs were something rather weird. - There was no bacon, only tasteless, greasy, very salty sausages. - Breads, bagels and some sad looking muffins. - Cold cereal, coffee, tea and juices. - You have to pay for the coffee near reception desk, rather tacky. - There is a shuttle service to Pearson airport. - Front desk is usually understaffed. At busy times the line up for check in and check out and quite chaotic.

Stayed at this Best Western during the first week of July 2018. The staff have all been friendly and attentive. They have a great free breakfast that includes pastrys, cold cereal, eggs, bacon/sausage, two kinds of potatos, yogurt, beads and bagels and juices. Definitely up to BW standards! Room is well accomodated, clean and comfortable. They have a new restaurant called Best Bite that is quite good. I would like to encourage travelers and locals alike to check it out. It's a great place. Grat atmosphere, friendly staff and really good food. Highly recommend hotel and Best Bite restaurant.

My favorite thing of this hotel Was the helpfull staff. Smiling people are not always find, but here yes! The shuttle Till the airport is convenient ( better ask before in the reception for this service!). The Bed Was confortable and the room so Clean.

I'm writing this review on the advice of the check-in staff who told me, "If you want something changed, write a negative review on tripadvisor." While I told the person that this solution didn't help either of us, I was told this was all I could do. The shuttle policy is not "24/7" as advertised on the website and as was "confirmed" when I called to check. As other reviewers have noted, they will not take people to the airport for instance to catch the train downtown if they are staying for a few days. The hotel also schedules their shuttle to the airport only once an hour. This situation applies to me. I will have to go 45 minutes early to the airport tomorrow morning, which means I'll need to get up at 4 am to catch the 5 am shuttle. I don't mind the hotel having a restrictive policy as long as it's clearly stated both on the website and when inquired about on the phone. I would have stayed at another airport hotel if I'd known about the policy.

Stopped through for a day while on our way to the Castries. We all had a great night sleep and a wonderful breakfast before setting off to St. Lucia. The service was nice from the time we were picked up from the airport.

We were only there for one night. However, we do travel quite a bit. Check in was easy, finding the room easy and the view of the golf course made a good back drop. There is a restaurant on site with great food and fast service, The airport shuttle was fast and easy to set up. About 15 mins to the airport

We lived in this hotel for two nights? Good service and breakfast. It is about 20 Min from the airport; the shuttle was easy to arrange. The price was reasonable as well, clean room and comfortable beds.

I was on vacation with family and they got a great experience staying at this hotel. Staff were most helpful with info and tips. They ran out of bus and subway maps which we needed in trying out the public transportation of Missisauga and Toronto. Breakfast was included in the package and the spread was decent. I had a big breakfast which made me full till lunch.

We are platinum members of Best Western and when we checked in we did not get our welcome kit. Besides that the whirlpool was closed. Then when we got to the room it was nice but it was not very clean, so we thought it is only one night lets have dinner at the onsite restaurant, just drove 4 hours, and go to bed. Well the restaurant isn't open! There is a sign in the lobby that the restaurant opens at 4 , so when we ask we are told that they are closed!? why is the sign in the lobby? We did the park and fly which was nice. we had to leave at 5:00a.m. so we did not get the breakfast but they do offer a few items you can take with you. Our driver was very nice and got us there quickly. When we returned we were a little surprised how much grass, from mowing was all over our car. We took it through a car wash twice and it didn't come off. I think that if you are paying to park they should have you park in an area that will be safe and protected from lawn care. I would not stay at this Hotel again mostly we felt it was all about money and not service. We are contacting National BW because we do not see why this is a "plus"

We booked two nights at this Toronto airport hotel both going and coming back from Europe. They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are very quiet and nicely furnished with comfy beds. The breakfast buffet has a large selection to choose and is better than most offered by other hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately our car window was smashed (as well as another vehicle) while we were away (we parked it there for a week). The hotel emailed us to let us know but put the wrong name, so we weren't sure if it was ours at first and had to phone them. We had to argue to get our parking fee refunded (which they did do in the end) but they would not pay for the damage. Easy check in with good shuttle service and close to the airport, but DO NOT leave your vehicle here!!!!!!

Overall stay was exceptionally good. Only thing I wish I had known at the time of booking was that I needed to call the hotel for the shuttle pick up at the time of arrival at Pearson. It would have saved me a couple of hours.

Good option to stay close to the airport. Shuttle is very convenient. Hotel is clean and rooms are good. Thoughtful feature is they provide a bite to eat for early morning fliers. Breakfast is adequate not lavish. Rooms have coffee facility and a microwave but they don't provide a kettle for tea and no cups only disposable glasses and plastic stirrers which is very inconvenient for a tea drinker.

Room was clean and comfortable and internet was fast. Room has a fridge and microwave which is useful if you've brought back takeout from a restaurant. For electric car owners, there are fourteen (yes 14!) Level 2 charging spots less than 1 km away just outside a Starbucks at 5019 Spectrum Way. It's quite convenient to leave your car there and walk back to the hotel, then go back later to retrieve it when it's done charging. If you don't have a car, bus stops are nearby with quick connections to the subway. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here during a driving trip. The hotel property is new, and very well kept. The exterior is clean and it has ample parking. It is less than 10 minutes from the 401, and close to Pearson International Airport. The lobby is well arranged and the staff were very helpful and professional. The room we received was the jacuzzi room. The room overall is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. The internet is fast and the room well equipped with power outlets. The included breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a leisure or business trip.

We were satisfied with our stay. The front desk staff were professional and pleasant. The front lobby presents an inviting, modern appearance. There is a lounge with comfy seats and a TV to the left in the lobby so you have somewhere to wait if you happen to arrive before your room is ready. There are ample sightseeing/attractions flyers near the back entrance. We stayed in the King Suite, which is a large room that features a jacuzzi hot tub and King sized bed. The room was spotlessly clean, although could have used more outlets (specifically, on the bedside table) to plug into. The light over the mirrored jacuzzi was an odd lime green, which we felt would have been better as a hot pink. There's plenty of free parking at the hotel for your stay. We found some hallway noise came in under the entrance door, but it was not disruptive. The hotel warns in multiple places on their website that early check-in before 2pm is not guaranteed. Heed that warning. The cleaners were still quite busy cleaning the rooms when we were allowed up to our King Suite (with the jacuzzi) around 1:50pm after arriving early around 1:20pm to see if we could check in early. If you need to kill time while waiting for your room, try lunch at the highly rated Massamune Japanese Restaurant (sushi) on Dixie Road nearby, which we did.

The rooms were clean and the beds really comfortable. We stayed two nights, one before our flight and one the night we returned. It was great to use the shuttle to and from the airport for our vacation since we left so early in the morning and returned late in the evening. The staff was really friendly and on our return stay we were upgraded to a family room. It was really nice.

No power and no back up power generation. Meaning no alarm and a depleted battery for a 4:30 am wake up. Also, no air and windows cannot open, musty and stale air all night. Other hotels on the street had back up generators. Choose them.

We stayed at this hotel because it offered 2 week parking for our car while we went on a trip. When we arrived they upgraded us to a large room with a whirlpool tub. We didn't use the tub but having all the extra room for our luggage was great!...We also stayed there on our return trip and again was upgraded! This never happens to us so it was a real treat. The shuttle to and from the airport is in a new van so the ride was very comfortable and not crowed like other shuttles we have taken. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. Will definitely stay there again.

I stay at this hotel often for business and when I am traveling for personal, it is my preferred hotel as well. Staff here is fantastic! Always friendly and helpful. I never have a problem but I know if I did, they take care of it. Hotel is clean and comfortable every time. Well located for driving within a few mins to restaurants and shopping.

Stranded in recent ice storm for several days. Picked up by shuttle early check in. Best Western saved the day. Great breakfast buffet. Hot tub that is hot. Best beds and comfortable sheets. Late check out. Thank you best western.

The breakfast was the best I've had from any other best western. There was food options for gluten free oatmeal, too. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were really accommodating and nice from the start to end of my visit. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay over at Best West Plus on our way back from the Caribbean. Staff were super friendly and room was quiet, neat and more than what we hap expected. The only disappointment was the breakfast (which was included) which we found cold, soggy and tasteless. I would either recommend a new chef or the staff attending to the great quantity of food laid out, either keep it warmer or lay out in small quantities as apposed to large. Otherwise, we are planning on staying there again because of the accommodation and friendly staff that we had encountered a few times. The shuttle service to and from the Airport was fast and friendly also helpful in loading our heavy luggage onto the shuttle bus.

As soon as I arrived in my room I wanted to move. There was an obscene looking bright red plastic heart shaped Jacuzzi with tacky blue lights protruding awkwardly out of the wall. Not at all like the one shown on the website. I asked to move within 20 minutes of arriving and was told no. The in room phone did not work at all. The fridge did not get cold and the place was full of ants (see attached pictures). I went to complain and was presented with a very nasty attitude from a lady drenched in cheap perfume. So after my child was asleep on two chairs we had to pull together as there are no cots or couches available, I was then offered to move. Well, that was too late. The best they could do was twenty buck off the one night only and have someone come in and spray chemicals for the bugs while I was out. I'm stuck here for two more nights and I am disgusted by the way I've been treated at thus roach motel. To top it all off... When I was heading out for the day I specifically told the front desk not to let anybody in my room... guess What?? They were in my room while I was gone. This place is so tacky I keep expecting Ron Jeremy to walk through the door and do something awful with the bright red Vegas style tub.

Very clean, friendly, prompt, shuttle was quick and easy, Had complimentary breakfast - fresh and temperature appropriate, although my husband, who has a huge amount of food reactions, could only find fruit and coffee. No protein, which led to some problems on the way home. Yes they served eggs and sausages, both of which he reacts negatively to. We will stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed for 1 night before heading to Orlando. The hotel is really nice, clean and comfortable. They have a shuttle that runs 24 hours, so it's convenient for those early morning flights! We left too early to take advantage of the breakfast. We would stay here again!

Always stay at this hotel when heading on a trip south. Great location and the hotel is nice and clean. Shuttle around the clock and the price to stay and leave your car is reasonable. Plus your car is left on site of the hotel so when you return easy to get your car. Recommend for anyone who is looking for a hotel and parking/fly situation.

We stayed overnight on the park and sleep plan that included 14 days of parking (we had to pay for 2 days as we were gone for 16). This was a nice hotel and we were upgraded to a large suite with a Jacuzzi (not used as we were just there to sleep). It is a good place to stay when flying from Pearson airport - quiet, clean and comfortable. A shuttle to the airport and an above average "free" breakfast were included.

The hotel was very comfortable. Unfortunately the restaurant just opened recently and did not have a license to serve alcohol yet. The food was very good and large servings but would have been enhanced by a glass of wine to accompany it.
