Sure Hotel by Best Western Spanga

The hotel smelled strong of cigarette smoke when we first arrived - although signs said it is a non-smoking hotel. Our room had a slight smoke smell as well, but opening the window for an hour helped. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was basic - primarily cereal and a few cold cuts and bread rolls. The staff was friendly. The location is odd. It is a very industrial area, and the hotel itself is in a building with other businesses.

This is the best hotel my family and I have stayed at. The room wasn't expensive at all, the wifi was great, the beds were super comfy, and it was decently clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly kind. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good hotel, nice straff and clean rooms. Great value for the money and not that long from town. I was looking for some advice on things I could do in town and the staff were very helpful in giving suggestions.

The hotel is a budget Good quality service. Pricewise is a really worthy stat. Personal were helpful and service mindes. Close to Spånga metro station. Good att the restaurant of THE hotel is very Good quality with very low Price. Strongly recomended.

It was a great experience staying at the Sure hotel Spånga. The location is really good. Free paking. Lighting in the room is so nice and romantik. We bought a white wine from the bar, which was very delicious. Breakfast included.

They have such Good Price. Happy tog be there. Nice personal. Free parning. Reception is open 24 hours. You van get free coffee att the reception. Room was clean. Hot water for shower. Kitchen is open 24 hours. Recomended.

I had a very good experience during my stay at your hotel. The service was excelente and the staff was very helpful and kind It was very clean and there was also free wifi. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it warmly

Calm and quiet naighbourhood. Very easy to access by buss (No. 517 towards Kista). Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms but they offered free coffee to my friend who came to meet me in the lobby. Wifi had a good coverage in my room and its speed was impressing. High value for price. Definitely recommended.

As a budget hotel, I was not expecting such a service. I was given the chance to pick my room from 2 different ones. All such spacious and quiet. Rooms were all fresh. Free hot coffee at the lobby area. Breakfast time frame suits with my business schedule which was very important to me. Service minded Receptionist. In the near future I would definitely go back.

It has an excellent atmosphere, very clean and calm. Very comfortable room and excellent bed. Amazing breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and the train station. A wonderful place for a mini-vacation in Stockholm! Highly recommended!

Loved to stay in the hotel for a night. Spacious, neat and clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is amazing feast in the morning with loads of options. Staff super helpful, friendly and informative. Very close to the main city and also to the Arlanda airport.

I spent 3 night at the Sure hotel Spånga last week. Spacious room with fresh sheets and towels. The big window in my room to get daylight as much as possible was appreciated, because at this time of the year daylight hours are so short in Sweden. They charged me 200 Sek extra for my dog which is a normal rate to have your dog with you in a pet friendly room. They have free parking right infront of the hotel. Breakfast items were a bit limited but all fresh and good quality. Bus stop is 10 steps away from the entrance door of the hotel. Definitly recommended :)

I was there with my children and my dog, we got a big room with parked floor because of the dog with no carpet, which was a very good idea on the same floor where the reception is. They were very helpful to us it was late and I got very good attention on the phone even that we did have dinner. The menu is simply but enough for us. The breakfast was also good. It is not a luxury hotel, but correct the personal is a plus, excellent attention. I will be back for sure

The room was big and nice. 1 double bed and 1 single bed wich is nice. Free parking and coffe. Staff was kind. The room is cleaned every day and smelled nice. I recommend this hotel cuz its central and close to fun activities

This hotel has very big spacious rooms which is good if you travel with your family. Kind and friendly staff. Free and fast wifi access. Bathromm is clean. Good daily house keeping service. Very quiet and calm atmosphere. Breakfast is good for what you pay (60 SEK). Free and fresh coffee available 24 hours. Reception desk is at the second floor of the building. Easy to use the public trasportation because of the bus stops right in front of the hotel's door. I highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant time on hotel ibis when we were on a friends trip to Spånga. Kind stuff and nice rooms. The little one was suplied with colouring book and pens. They were very helpful and the jreakfast was good. The jeds and rooms were perfect. Very nice!!!

Rooms are good with lots of space. It's a quiet area. People are very friendly and overall a nice experience. It's very much value for money. I have been here 5 times / 10 nights in October and November.

The hotel as been fully renovated and looks really great now, modern rooms and nice little mini bar in the dining area. And the beds feels like sleeping on a cloud, they are super comfortable! The hotel is not too far away from the airport and easy to reach by taxi (no need to cross all of Stockholm). Best part was the service, as I had issues with my flight ticket and the lady in the reception was kind enough to call the airline and go through the whole process of changing my flight to the correct one. Breakfast also very nice, good selection, clean and fresh. And in my case, as I needed earlier breakfast, they were kind enough to also prepare a few sandwhiches for takeaway. Highly recommended and I will come back again!
