Best Western Port St. Lucie

From check in to check out the staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel it self was clean and the room was clean and comfortable, plenty of room. Tge location was good, easy to get to and around other businesses.

Great old style motel that is very clean and well maintained. Surprisingly quiet in our room. It could probably do with new furniture but truthfully I've stayed in newer places that weren't as clean as this Best Western. Definitely will return.

I shouldn't have had to ask 3 time for our room to be cleaned, from 7 am till noon while my husband and I were waiting outside in the rain. The guest services agent did not understand what customer service is and was terribly rude!!! I had to call Best Western customer service before our needs were taken care of.

I stay at this hotel often with friends for a fun crafting weekend. The staff are excellent - they quickly help you with any needs and are very accommodating. The rooms and the property are very clean. Lots of restaurants close by. We love our weekends here!

Check in process was good. It was last minute and didn't want to drive back but having roaches in my room i could have saved my 10,000 points. We traveled with a year who picks up everything. We left.

I stayed here for two nights. Major problems with this place. I am a Best Western Highest Level Reward Club member so I stay in a lot of Best Westerns. I have never experienced some of the things I did at the Best Western in Port St Lucie. 1: HUGE Safety and Security Issue. I was getting ready to leave at around 2:15 AM and carried some items out to my vehicle which was parked in the front. (When I checked in the guy advised me to park in front where they have cameras) I put the items in my vehicle and started to walk back to my room when someone yelled out at me in a very loud voice an obscene homophobic slur. I look around and saw an occupied SUV with what looked like two males in it and the windows down. When I looked towards it once again someone (I believe it was the driver shouted out again "Ya You, you" obscene homophobic slur. I kept walking towards my room and once again the same male shouted out "you better keep walking you obscene homophobic slur." I am not printing the exact words he shouted at me three times because TripAdivsor would never let it be published. But both words start with the letter F. This male was yelling loud enough that others who may have been staying in the front room were probably woken up. I made it back to my room and called the front desk where what sounded like a younger female answered. I told her she needed to call the Police as there were some males in a white SUV, parked in front near the office yelling these things and I told her exactly what they said. To my surprise she stated "I'll go out there." I then gathered up the rest of my belongings and went back to my car parked in front. I observed a younger female (the desk person??) standing on the driver's side of the vehicle talking to the persons inside. Then I observed a male exit the passenger side of the vehicle, walk around to the female, put his arm around her and they walked in the direction of the office. I didn't see if they entered or where they went. The vehicle then immediately started up and took off. The impression I was left with based on what I seen and what the female desk employee said was that these were friends of the employee hanging around at 2:15AM. I then left. 2. Check in Problems and Potential Identity Theft I had used two Best Western Gift cards when I made the reservation and the male desk worker who checked me in had no idea how to handle it or check me in. He even read off explicit instructions left for him by the manager telling him that I was using two gift cards totaling $100 and to charge me the difference. He couldn't understand these simple instructions. At one point as I tried to tell him that the cards had already been applied when I made my reservation he got smart and said he had to take care of other people who came in behind me while making me wait. When I asked for the manager he got smart and told me I could "cancel my reservation if I wanted to" which I didn't appreciate. I am a Highest Level of Best Western Rewards member and this is how this guy was treating me. He told me he has worked there for 18 years. After checking in the person who came behind me he went back to me and followed the instructions he was left. I then caught him as he was going to make a copy of my ID on a copy machine and stopped him. There is no reason whatsoever that hotels should be copying your ID and this can lead to identity theft. I refused to let him copy mine. 3. Health/Safety Violations While I was staying there I saw an interesting article on-line from a local source about recent health/safety violations at restaurants in St Lucie County. Well guess who had five violations during a recent October 2023 inspection and was given a warning? You can look it up yourself. 4. No response from Manager. I called twice and asked to speak to the manager Lisa Thomas. The first time she was on another line and I left my name and number. No return call. I called a couple days later and this time left a message on her voice mail asking her to call me. It has now been well over a week and no call. This is extremely poor management so I can guess why all this other stuff is going on. She could have looked at the cameras and seen the vehicle and the actions of the employee. The room itself I found OK but due to all these other issues you should really consider if you want to stay here or not.

This is an older property which has been very well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Continental breakfast with good coffee! We didn't use the pool or patio but it looked inviting. Great location on Hwy 1. We enjoyed our stay

I came into the lobby at night to check in was found by me too be very clean and well lighted. I was greeted by a very polite and efficient staff member giving instructions that was easy to understand. My room was very clean and enough room for me to feel very comfortable and I rested quite well.At breakfast I was greeted by a staff member that helped me find the selections I was looking for and having struggled with peeling my orange, assisted me with that too.

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly & welcoming, pool area is fantastic along with a jacuzzi. Suites are quite large with a sitting area and 2 TV's, bed was really comfortable. Lovely Mexican restaurant right next door and many other conveniences in close proximity. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The room was very comfortable, love the room layout and high ceilings! Breakfast the best I have had in quite some time. Wish we would have been there longer to enjoy their beautiful pool. Could not complain about anything!

Misplaced my glasses that were found by staff (Lisa Thomas) after I had checked out and was 2 hours north of hotel. Lisa dropped what she was doing to find them and sent them to me immediately! This is living proof of EXCEPTIONAL customer service! All other areas of the hotel more than met my expectations and as a rewards member highly recommend this Best Western!

Older property with a lovely pool area. Despite 100% occupancy, very quiet at the pool. Free breakfast. Daily housekeeping. I spent over $400 at another hotel/city and no housekeeping due to Covid in 2023. Nice to have service. Staff and even guests very pleasant. There for the Mets game and very close, fun to talk with co-fans.

This isn't the newest or most luxurious Best Western we've encountered, but it's well kept up and staff are pleasant and efficient. The room was lower priced compared to other options in the area. Beds were comfortable, there was good water pressure in the shower and, importantly, the place was quiet at night. The complimentary breakfast was about average with decent selection. The motel is located conveniently to local restaurants, businesses and attractions. Recommended.

Good location for trip from north to port everglades for cruise Only takes about 2 hours from there plus price was reasonable compared to prices near Ft.Lauderdale.Have stayed there 2 times before and will use again on further cruises.

Stayed at this hotel for about 2 hours on 11/18/22. checked in to the room, which smelled like mold and noticed turn of the century Televisions, old furniture and a dirty bathroom that has not been updated in quite a while. Finally, ran into several dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff was not friendly and I left after 2 hours.

Not very accommodating especially being a club member. Better hotels out there. Breakfast was nothing to speak of. Room was clean but the street noise is terrible. Front desk didn't even try to help with a better room

We had a great stay at the Best Western, the staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed having a place to relax and watch television. We also spent some time in both the hot tub and pool which were both very clean. Also, an added plus, the Mexican restaurant next door was amazing too!

Staff friendly, breakfast good. The door lock was broken and difficult to open. Staff said maintenance would fix, but that never happened. For the first time at this hotel, I saw roaches in the room..

From the start everything was great. The staff was super helpful. It doesn't look like your typical hotel. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is great close to many great restaurants and shopping. You can't go wrong here.

Awesome super friendly staff. Breakfast was great. The rooms were cozy. Pool and hot tub were clean. Top it off there is a great Mexican restaurant next door. If I'm ever in this area again I'm definitely staying here!

The stay overall was great. The breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable. My only negative comment was getting out of the parking lot. Eventhough, I could exit by the light it was a very long wait time. This is nothing that Best Western can fix and it's not their fault.

We drove 12+ hours to see spring training in Port St. Lucie. Stayed three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The “suite” part is a bit outdated but the beds are comfy and the shower had great pressure and plenty hot water. The pool and hot tub are fabulous. Location was quiet and close to all we needed. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. Overall really good stay.

The room was ok for what we needed. It was peak season and regularly would have stay closer to where we needed to be, but this was ok for the price. The room had a smell and was addressed within the hour but returned the next day The staff was friendly and helpful in trying to make us happy. Gean at the front desk was especially helpful.

The hotel rooms were very nice. Hotel staff was top notch and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this place to others!! They are close walking distance to some great Mexican restaurant and also they serve several selections for breakfast. Omelet was very good.

My Husband and I always say that this has to be one of the Best kept Secrets that the Best Western franchise has. It's close to the beach and right next door to “casa Amigos “ serving the best Mexican food we have ever tasted!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Wee were on a big road trip and had stayed in motels for 10 days when we came to this property. It had the best suite room layout of any we had stayed at previously (HI Express, Comfort Suites, Hampton, Hilton Garden). Huge room had a room divider with TVs on both sides that was perfect for any couple that has 1 late nighter or early riser. Living room area had a sofa, arm chair, ottoman, and desk with chair and still felt roomy. Frig and heat/AC unit were quiet. The place was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast had the usual fare (eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc.) PLUS more healthy options than we had encountered (oatmeal bar, light yogurt, herbal tea and plenty of fresh fruit). We have payed much more for much less.

The rooms are always clean and fixtures in good condition. The divider TV set up is awesome for someone like me who works remotely. At times there may be a room with bugs but it seems they have taken care of that since.

It was a family trip that went well. We loved the hotel and its amenities. The breakfast was lovely and the gym new and inviting. If we were to visit Port St. Lucie again, we would definitely return to this BW.

Port St Lucie Best Western. We found this to be a clean, comfortable place to stay. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. This is a reasonably priced hotel in this area, and located near many restaurants, beaches, and stores, etc. Highly recommended.

Suites very clean and roomy. Hot breakfast. Pool with a little gazebo. Very polite employees. Close to restaurants and shopping mall. At the time of our stay they were fixing the landscaping around the pool.

This turned out to be a very nice motel. My only issue was that the staff did not wear masks when meeting the public. A bit concerning given current COVID conditions. Rooms where clean and everything in working order

The outside is a bit off-putting. It's an old style motel, 2 stories, no elevator. Outside access. However the room was extremely clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless, my acid test. Breakfast was adequate, as you would expect at a Best Western, only criticism there is that the food section is very cramped. Certainly a good place to stay on the road.

Everyone friendly and helpful. They also make you feel welcome from the time you enter the lobby. It's great to be greeted with a smile. That made my day go very well. They explain how to locate my room and places around me to eat, shop, ect

Bed Bugs and or Insects bit me for 3 nights, I couldn't take it anymore, along with the room smelled like mold, it was damp and musty. after the 3rd night i was moved to another room. This place hasn't been upgraded since the 1970's. they have prostitutes' hanging out all hours of the day and night. gang members / Pimps / Drug Dealers also hanging out and sitting in cars. Someone is on the take in this place as how could you let this go on ? Its so unsafe they location is behind Bullitt proof glass after a certain time of night. No access to the lobby. DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND HEALTH.

The room's décor and raggedy furniture was a throwback to the 1960's. The carpet in the room was so dirty that I didn't want to walk barefooted. The room's aesthetics need to be updated. The room smelled like it had been shut up for decades. The odor was excruciating. The room was so humid that it felt like an August day at high noon. The ventilation and air conditioning in the room needs to be updated. The bathroom was also a throwback to the 1960's with that old tile that had dirty and moldy grout lines. The bottom of the shower curtain was covered with mold. The room needed to be cleaned properly.

Overall great place. We stay once a month for business. Always very friendly staff. Hot breakfast is a plus. Mexican restaurant next door is very good. Pool is always clean. We will continue staying there every time we go to Port St Lucie.

If you call or book a room online make sure you request a first floor if you have luggage, as there is no elevator and the steps are very steep. Also, you have to request a microwave beforehand. Being in my 70's this was a problem for me.

I've stayed several times at this hotel during the past few months on business. Pretty quiet, pretty safe, & well lit. Mondays are busier, Tuesdays could be either. Tuesdays rates are usually lower, get it online early. No bed bugs. Rooms are hit or miss dusty. Rooms are clean most of the time. Sheets and pillow cases clean, remotes work, most of the time. Furniture stained most of the time or dusty. Hairs found half of the time somewhere. This place is pretty clean and quiet that's why I prefer to stay here. Better the known than the unknown. This hotel has better reviews than others around.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and been very satisfied this time standards have really been lowered. Large groups of guests were congregating around the pool playing loud music, screaming yelling splashing jumping in very disruptive to other guess. There was no supervision at the pool guest we're smoking in several areas not just the designated area. Guest were seen standing outside their room smoking in the hallways. The room we were assigned on arrival had a horrible smell, had to change rooms. Very disappointed this stay.

Nice clean and comfortable room with friendly front desk personnel! Breakfast was great with mini omelets, bacon, pancakes, pastries, bagels, cereals, fruit, juices, and coffee. Have been coming here for over 20 years.

This is one of my favorite Best Western properties! Their “suites” aren't true suites, but the room is separated down the middle with furniture making it suite-like. There is a tv on the sitting side and a tv on the bed side (not a single shared tv) which is a bonus. The pool is quite large. There is also a Mexican restaurant on site that is quite good. There was a fire in one of the rooms this stay resulting in evacuation of the wing we were in. This was handled very well, with no unnecessary drama. Cons: the fire alarms should be louder and there is no elevator.

The Room was very clean, …and the bed very comfortable. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel this year. We will be back one more time before this year is out. Dan at the front desk along with the rest of the staff were very pleasant and helpful

This location was quite nice. The staff were very helpful and pleasant as well as courteous. The room was a good size and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was good although I wish the condiments did not have artificial sugar.

front lady said we would have one bedroom and a pull out couch however its one room seperated by a large tv cabinet.. also there was no elevator so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs after a long day of disney. also the place seems really outdated from exterior and interior, not bad but not exactly what we paid for.. not even a microwave in the room. just saying we couldve found something better for 150$ a night :/

The motel probably dates from the pre-interstate days. It has recently be refreshed on the exterior. The rooms are similar enough to suites to be called suites with the sleeping area partially divided from the living area The room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom a little dated but clean with no black mold (wife's first check). Grounds are well maintained with a nice seating area. Breakfast was the normal powered omelet, greasy sausage and rubbery pancakes. Desk staff was very friendly. A side benefit is that its nextdoor to the # 2 ranked restaurant in Port St Lucie (Amigos).

If your looking for new this hotel was here when ponce DeLeon discovered the fountain of youth and this was not it old and outdated and room smelled of mold decided on another hotel luckily a day earlier so we were not locked in on reservation. Sure hope they use the money and update this hotel. When we arrived our reservation room had a guest extending stay so even though all rooms are simular, that is what a reservation holds the room, guests extending should be given other rooms. Had we been on arrival day and decided not to stay we would have been charged for room. Also the room viewed had a flordia resident lizard in the room (wondering what he was feeding on).

This hotel advertises as "all suites," but the room we were given was not actually a suite?! It was a living room and bedroom separated by a large built-in dresser that did not go to the ceiling. It was quite disappointing. We are a family of six that chose your hotel based on the ability to fit our needs with separate living and sleeping spaces. The breakfasts were delicious and our children enjoyed the pool!

Room smelled like mold. Raccoon hiding under coke machine. Solicited for sex by another guest at the pool. Unsafe. Had to scramble and move with my senior mother. The worst experience. Manager did not follow up. Paid to be scared and uncomfortable. Manager did not help.

Very good hotel and priced very fair. Stayed here for jumping off point for Spring Training Games on the Atlantic side of FL. Room was very nice and beds were extremely comfortable. Continental breakfast served each morning was excellent, despite the COVID 19 restrictions (Self-serve room service). Pool area very nice also.

The room was super clean! A tv in bedroom and small living room! Staff was exceptional!! The lady that cooked breakfast was so sweet and food was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area!

This hotels staff is always cheerful and helpful. It is not new so no fancy digs but, it is always clean and the beds are comfortable and bathrooms large. It is on a major road but, I have never noticed a noise problem.

This is a clean comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was exceptional I hope to go back to stay. It close to all amenities and reasonable price to stay. Hotel is family friendly and has a great Mexican restaurant beside it.

My longtime stay at the best western in port st. lucie florida was the worst stay of my life. The front desk and the manager was so rude with me. That after staying with them for over a month i had to leave. With no time to plan which hotel i was going to stay at to complete my visit with my family.

Covid aside, guest customer services should have been better. Staff is doing less as far as direct guest contact therefore any contact should be amicable and pleasant. Most everyone front desk seemed put off by requests and or questions. No real information or inclination to help.

This was a very nice hotel. I would definitely recommend it even though I didn't stay the first night because I could not enter the lobby and didn't look very nice from outside. I'm glad I ended up staying the next night!

The staff there is wonderful. Very helpful. I loved that there was separated areas for the bed and a sitting area. Both with their own TV. We had two small maintenance issues and they were addressed within minutes.

Room was clean and spacious for 2-4 people. Price was reasonable in comparison to the surrounding area hotels. Two TV's in the room which makes it great when travelling with kids. Breakfast area needs to step up on what they offer. Pool area was small but neat and clean. No Hot Tub. Mattress was to soft for my preference and the pillows need to be queen or king size not standard.

This is an older hotel which has ben updated, our room was very clean and roomy ( it's a suite hotel) perfect for an extended stay. The staff is excellent and the breakfast is great. Easy access and parking, with outside access to your room, we prefer that over lobby entry to a high rise. Just a nice place to stay.

Helpful staff. Clean and safe room. The only reason I chose average for value, was because it is in season here in Florida and the room was expensive. But all hotels are at that time. Great hotel. I have the hotel booked for next week again.

Driving through south Florida and stopped for three nights to explore area on our way north and booked based on prior reviews. We found this BW to be very well maintained and spotless in all respects. The bedding was new and comfortable. Parking was ample and close to our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was spotless, selection was fine and a complimentary USA Today nearby. Pool was very large and poolside lounges comfortable. Would book again and recommend without hesitation.

If you go to Port Saint Lucie for the Spring Training then its a place that is good. Not great because its not close to the stadium. It had a hot tub which was the perk for me. My husband was the baseball fan, I am the hot tub fan. There's a drive to restaurants and the ROOF was being put on and its metal so every other person should have a good stay for the next 10 years. Ours was the that paid the price.

Great choice when passing through The Port Saint Lucie. It is a little off the path when traveling Interstate 95 but very much worth it. There is an awesome restaurant right beside the hotel that is a very easy walk.

The staff and management of this location excell all expectations on what is to be considered a "modest" property. The accomodatins clean and spacious. The breakfast full of choices from yogurt to toast to oatmeal to egg omelets and, the best coffee service to be found in any range hotel.

We stayed here for one night New years eve. The room was very clean. Nice hot shower. Great comfortable bed. Big room, We dint go to the pool are but it look like a nice pool area. Will definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice both at check in and check out.

Loved the bed and the bedding. The breakfast was better than usual and the breakfast staff person was great. The breakfast area was too small and the window shades were kept down making the small room less inviting. The landscaping was pretty. We were there for 3 days and they failed to service the room one day. The pool area was nice. The room had a good work desk.

I don't understand the negative reviews with this place. Stayed here for three days during thanksgiving and it was great. Room was large and clean what more can you ask for at 80 bucks and change a night. It looked like the right area of the hotel was getting its roof done so maybe that is why the rooms where so cheap but I don't know. If they were working on the building I didn't hear any noises. The pool area was very inviting and I saw some families swimming. I thought the water might be cold but as I looked closer you could see the pool was heated with the heat rising from the water. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but it had your basics, egg omelets, sausage, pancakes, bagels, muffins, boiled eggs, jellies, peanut butter, oatmeal, juices and water. The pancakes and omelets were the microwaved type that the nice lady who worked the breakfast bar would heat up and place in a warming tray. The sausage were the links style which was kept warm in a steamer tray too. The employee had a tip cup which I should have left her something ( my wallet was in the room) because she was friendly, kept everything stocked up and clean. I only went once for breakfast and it hit the spot. Just a couple of notes, I didn't see an elevator so if you have knee issues or have a problem climbing one flight of stairs get a first floor room. Make sure the soda machine is stocked before you put your money in. I wanted a bottle of water for a buck and when I put my money in it flashed sold out. I don't drink soda so when I pushed the money return it didn't work. I told the front desk and they were willing to give me a bottled water but they are warm. Overall if you are looking for a centrally located hotel on US1 between fort pierce and Port St. Lucie east this is the place for you. Oh yeah the bonus for staying here too is the Mexican restaurant right next door. That place has huge servings and the food is delicious. Their free salsa is one of the best I've had.

This hotel exceed my expectations by far.It was very clean and organized ,staff was amazing breakfast was great. Great place to getaway.Pool area was so beautiful. It has a large meeting room to for any eventpp plus pool access. Nice Price very affordable

I am reposting with collaboration with Trip Advisor as this is my personal real experience. When I tell you that I've had the worst customer experience ever at this horrible Best Western in PSL, just know that this is an understatement. My experience was simply egregious. The rooms are smelled moldy and weed (I had to get moved twice, ugh). They have no luggage carriers, no elevators, no gym, and no jacuzzi. All of this might have been forgivable, until you deal with the staff and it's management. The checkout experience was lousy and the staff at the front desk are VERY rude and condescending including the manager. They messed up my reservation badly and it was like pulling teeth to get this corrected. Travelers beware.

Great location for us while visiting nearby family. Clean, extremely friendly. Spacious rooms. Sleep quality was good. The pool was very well kept and great to relax in after a long day. Second visit here and we will stay there again.

This is a hotel with outside corridors, which you can't tell from the picture. We checked in and got a room on the top floor as requested. The room was a great size- divided in half with a two-sided tv cabinet. The first room we were in had a freezer compartment. Our second room (noisy guests on the first floor) had a refrigerator that didn't have a freezer compartment but ended up freezing vegetables that we bought. The comforter in the second bedroom looked like it had tennis balls in it. The poly fill in the comforter had bunched up during washing. The desk clerk was pleasant and moved us to what she thought was a quieter area. A family came in late with several small boys. They were permitted to run up and down the corridors laughing and talking loudly. I'm sure they needed to get off some energy, but the place was inappropriate. Breakfast was OK. The area was small so the offering wasn't as extensive as other BWs.

Soft towels, clean room, excellent bed and mattress, honored our request for a 1st floor room, excellent staff, easy reservation, ... what else could you ask for? A breakfast? Yes, they have an excellent one, thanks to Anna! This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at for $71 + tax. Yes. I would stay here again!

Two of us went from Pompano Beach to Pt. St. Lucie to check out real estate. The say at Best Western was fine for our needs. It was a rather older place but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and was a lot better than just coffee and crumpets. We would go back.

Hotel was nice and clean with two tv in room. Very much enjoyed staying there and would of stayed longer. If price was a touch lower.. thanks again. A group of us stayed there while we played in us Amatuer pool championships at shooters billiards and will. Stay again next year.

We travel a lot and this is the first time we brought bed bugs home. Should have known there might be a problem when the sheriff was there upon arrival. Needless to say we had to move and treat everything in the house. End result 4 days of moving, three weeks of treatment and 1600 dollars. Moral of the story is dont try to save 30 dollars a night and check your room.

I was greeted with a very helpful young lady who made sure I knew all of the services available to me. The room was clean and comfortable. Although it had a refrigerator there was no microwave. The breakfast area was clean and while the offered items were good there were not as many options as I am used to.

BeautyRest pillow top mattresses in room, unusual at this price. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was being serviced this time but hopefully it will be up and running next visit. Great hot breakfast every morning included.

The room here at like suites, bed is comfortable, breakfast has bacon, except on Saturday. The internet isnt the greatest, my room was close to the front desk and the signal strength was very weak at times. Also the cable could use a few more channels

Excellent hotel, clean, quite & reasonable. Location was convenient to most areas. Request a room in the courtyard, so there is no roadway traffic noise. Great pool & breakfast did the job. Will stay again, if in the area.

Stayed at the best western in port saint lucie twice in the last few months ,and i couldn't have found a better motel.The staff goes out of the way if you need anything. The rooms are large and spotless,and the breakfast was great.

Stayed 1 night at this Best Western Hotel in Port St. Lucie. While not a fancy hotel, it is nice and very clean. What really stands out in my experience is the excellent customer service and friendly vibe of this hotel, The outdoor pool looked inviting but unfortunately I didn't have time to use it My room was very clean which is important to me. The price point is really good. I was very satisfied with my stay there.

We stop 1 night and stated on this hotel and we had the best experience on our stay. We love the suite that they gave us in a reasonable price, the breakfast was really great! The room are clean and very nice. We will come back when we are in the area.

We stayed here as a halfway point between Orlando and the Florida Keys for one night. Absolutely loved this hotel! Can't fault it! The check in process was smooth, the rooms was clean, modern and comfortable, the staff were friendly. Beds were really high though! Really loved the pool area - pool was clean and warm, hot tub was bubbly and comfortably hot. Breakfast was good, but can we please get rid of the single use plastic plates and cutlery?! It seemed so wasteful, I at least hope some of it gets recycled. Only other thing to note for potential guests is that there's not a lot of restaurants/bars within walking distance... you'd need a car to go out for a meal or for drinks really. We'd definitely use this hotel again as a halfway point.

I was surprised that the photo on Trip Advisor does not look anything like the hotel...but in retrospect, I am glad it did not. From the outside, this location looks like an old 1950s beach motel, and I would never have selected it. But from the inside - wow! It's an all suite hotel, so you get a very large room. Although it is one room, the furniture placement gives it a feel of a separate living room and bedroom. The couch was comfortable to sit on; the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The room was clean; the air conditioner was quiet and effective, and the staff was extremely helpful.

My mom has lived in Port St. Lucie for over 20 years so I've tried most of the local places. That includes the really cheap places that you usually second guess your decision to stay there as you are laying in bed listening to too many unexplained noises to the main name brands at $250/night across town. The balance in value is Best Western! Clean, safe, great people!! Pool area and breakfast room is spotless. When relitives ask where they should stay we always tell them to stay here. .

We were given a lovely spacious room on the first floor of this hotel. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and facilities for making hot drinks. A safe in the room would have been nice. The hotel offers plenty of parking spaces and has a lovely family friendly pool. They also provided towels for the pool area. Breakfast is ok. Unfortunately, I can't get away from the plastic plates and cutlery as they are impractical for cutting up fruit and this was a common feature at most of the hotels we stayed. There are a couple of places to eat within walking distance however, we drove to Fernandos dockside Grille which offered nice food. (please see my other reviews)

clean hotel, room. Front staff friendly and abliging. Overall the hotel is a little dated...70's. I have noticed this dated but clean hotels at all my recent stays at BW. Gives me the impression that they are not updating their hotels like their competitors Holiday Inn, etc.

The front desk staff are always accommodating and friendly. We stay here at least 4 or 5 times a year when visiting family. The queen beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a decent size. I like how the sleeping area is separated from a little sitting area and each area has it's own TV. The free breakfast is not bad and the coffee is great and always available.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this particular Best Western, the location was great for what I needed but it left a little to be desired. The water pressure in the shower was lousy, not very many channels on the TV and not so great reception. Bed was pretty good and the room size was good too. Check in was fast and courteous as was the Express check out.

Service in at the front desk was nice and friendly she explained everything on a map so we could find where everything was . We had the king size bed and I loved it. The morning breakfast was nice had everything from muffins to eggs and bacon and oatmeal. We will be back next month for sure

I just felt this hotel was average. Or at the least the room we were in was average. It was kind of a deliberate retro 60s look and I really didn't like the fluorescent lights. There are windows, but they face out on an exterior walkway so I didn't feel comfortable keeping them open because anyone can look in the room. It's convenient to the highway, but there's not much within walking distance except a Mexican restaurant. There's a nice pool. Service was very friendly. The A/C had a problem but they fixed it quickly. The breakfast included sausage or bacon, small omelettes, cereal, baked goods, etc.

The best hotel experience we have ever had. We now stay only at Best western. The staff are so friendly and helpful, ( Amanda, at the front desk at the Best Western in Port St Lucie, Florida is a sweetheart). There hotels are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is awesome, real eggs and crispy bacon and so much more. The pools and hot tubs and always clean and very nice. These hotels are more like a resort, the amenities are endless.. I was very pleased with my stay. The suite was clean, comfortable and the bed was tops...I slept like a baby! The staff was wonderful and moved me from a street-side room to one away from the highway traffic, as I am very sensitive to noise. I will return and recommend this property to others.

Our room was very clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was not the best but sufficed. Air conditioner was hard to adjust to our liking. Really liked the way the room was divided into a bedroom and livingroom and having two tvs was a nice option. Very quiet even though there was a large pirate convention in town and the hotel was sold out. One down side was there was no elevator and our room was on the second floor, hauling luggage up and down stairs was a HUGE disadvantage The hotel is in a very good location close to many major shopping and eating establishments and not too far from the beach

Fridge tiny and not really working, Bathtub small and water pressure not to good. Beds comfortable, room and hotel clean, neighborhood good, staff was cordial. Breakfast was good nothing special but filling. Place was clean.

I am not a Best Western type person. Stopping there just for the night , we were stunned at the comfort level of the bed. It was soooooooooo comfy, and when you've been traveling for as long as we had been it was a gift from God! The breakfast was fair/good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and there was no smell of mold as I can smell it a mile away. This experience certainly will make me rethink this chain when traveling.

This place lacks a lot. Where do I start? The rooms have no microwaves! That is a setback when forced to stay over one night! The bedspreads are wrapped inside a sheet and they are very heavy and HOT! Not a good choice linen for Florida heat! The Channels For tv are limited and no HBO or anything related to it. The internet fluctuated in and out and where I stayed multiple days and didn't notice it I went over my data limit thinking was connected when wasn't. I am paid for by company so unlike most who will still honor the points because room is in my name this one won't. Good reason alone not to stay! They have charged my personal CC even tho room was prepaid and it was hard and time costly to get refunded. The last free times I stayed there were cops galore and I felt very j easy!! I don't believe I will waste my time or effort on this motel again.

I took a chance on booking a suite at this hotel. After reading the comments, it seemed like half the people loved the place and the other half thought the rooms smelled bad. Well, I can tell you that my room smelled very musty. We tried leaving the door open for awhile and then opened the window for awhile and it got slightly better, but still not great. The lobby of the hotel also smelled musty. I should have cancelled my reservation the minute I walked in. It's a shame because I liked the hotel otherwise. The suite was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, the suite faced a courtyard so it was quiet with no traffic noise and the grounds and pool area were well kept. Looking at the comments, I see that complaints about smells go back to at least 2016. I don't understand why the hotel hasn't addressed this issue as of yet.

You can't get much closer to Miami and stay in a really nice place for under a hundred bucks! This must have been a Holiday Inn or something. The layout reminds me of my childhood trips in the Sixties, BUT...just like a cruise ship, they must have pulled her into “dry dock” and done a wonderful transformation. The suites are spacious. The beds and linens are Five Star, and the place is very clean. The breakfast is basic, but good, and the staff are super!

We were visiting my mother in law who lives in Port St Lucie and needed a place close by. This was perfect! The rooms are clean and don't seem to be warn, even tho' the decor seems outdated. The bed was comfortable and there's a frig in the room. They have a large entertainment center that separates the living and bedroom area with a TV on each side. Their breakfast is fine - you won't go hungry! We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they're very nice! We sat by the pool for breakfast. All of the staff was great!

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a great all suite hotel in Port St. Lucie. Amanda at the front desk was extremely professional and made our check in and out painless! The room was very comfortable and "homey". The only thing we found a little difficult was getting in out of the beds as they were very high off the ground due to the large mattresses but otherwise the room was great. The shower head also was very good and the room was very clean. Would stay there again!

The hotel is not worth the cost. It needs a serious upgrade. The place is very dated and our room had an odor to it. The bathroom door barely closed because the door scrapes against the toilet, that is how small the bathroom is.

Every room is a suite & it was great to have a little separated area for the kids & to be able to relax. Great value & nice rooms. Dan was great & loved the heated pool & hot tub. Quiet at night, well lit outside.

The room was smelly which made the whole experience unpleasant! Other than that it's just standard no frill motel. Breakfast was standard. The cheese omelet was gross. But there is plain Greek yogurt which is impressive.

Very convenient located place, just off highway US1. However very quiet as all rooms face a courtyard. Offers spacious rooms and includes (rather simple) breakfast. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Clean though room smelled strange, probably because of an insect repellent.

We stay at this location yearly while visiting family and have always found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful and the accommodations comfortable and spacious! The rooms are large with a sleeping and sitting area. Breakfast is included and the pool/hot tub area is beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel!!

the moldy smell in this hotel in terrible I call it the room from hell I will never stay here again the hotel looks nice from the outside n the breakfast is good n the kitchen area is very clean n nice the only problem for me is the moldy smell in my room n the ac makes the smell worse never again not for me! so anyways the lady at the front office she is very nice!!

It was a great place to stay. Lovely rooms, great facilities and a very nice pool. Breakfast was included as well. Best WiFi for a while so was able to catch up on correspondence and send a few holiday photos home. Would stay again.

Good location for visiting Port St Lucie and the surrounding area, clean spacious room and a nice pool, the hotel is well laid out and attractive with friendly service, we will choose to stay here again on our next trip.

Room was actually a suite with two rooms and two televisions. Bathroom was divided into two areas so the shower and toilet were separated from the sink so two people could work at the same time. Beds comfortable. Nice exterior setting.

Got to room to find it was flooded with water. Had to pack up 120 lbs of gear and move to room #2. Room #2 A/C was broken and would not cool. Had to pack up 120 lbs of gear and move to room #3. Upon check-in arrangements were made and notes were left for morning desk clerk to allow us to get continental breakfast 30 mins early before we had to go to work. 6:35am doors were locked. Desk clerk gave nasty looks and refused to speak to me. All she did was hold up 7 fingers and go back to her conversation with the other person inside. Come to find out later when I went back that afternoon to address issue, that she could have offered us a bagged (on-the-go) snack. Completely inappropriate and rude woman. She should not treat hotel guests that way and should pay more attention to instructions left by previous shift / staff. Most likely if hotel management does not remedy this issue and offer voucher to Comp a future stay ... we will never use this hotel again.

We checked in for a few days. Local people just wanting to get away from the nasty water issues in Martin county. We liked the PSL BW wish hot tub was working. Staff friendly, professional, clean & grounds kept nice.

Overall it was a good stay. My fiance and I drove down for a reunion that one of the guys he deployed with put together. Our first day there he came over and said how amazing it looked compared to how it used to be so we were thankful for that. The main reason we booked this hotel is because it was 5 minutes from our friend's house but we ended up being very satisfied with the stay. The only complaint from my fiance was that he wished it was a little cheaper.

This property was most likely a motel prior to joining the Best Western Brand. While never on the top of the hotel chain, BW's standards really went down to include this property. The room looks like it was renovated a few years ago, but the minute you walk-in, it smelled of mold and cigarettes. There is a sign stating that the guest will be charged extra money if they smoke in the room. But that didn't stop someone doing exactly that. This property is sandwich between a trailer park and a main road. While the main road offers conveniences like fast-food and gas stations, it also had lice removal and bail bonds. Don't waste your money. Find another hotel--for your health and sanity!

It was a great experience. The pool is wonderful! The breakfast had omeletts which were fantastic. I was worried about the room quality because the doors opened to the outside, but the rooms were nice.

We arrived late. they had a room available.It had a pull out couch. The bed were super comfy. the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.The pool was very refreshing. The hotel is close to everything.When we go back to Flordia,I look forward to staying here again.

We were in area specifically to purchase a home. The places we were looking at are right at the entrance to hotel- Spanish Lakes. We had a one bedroom suite and bathroom. Very roomy, well kept, comfortable. Breakfast and paper every day. Even though people are rude and "grabby" staff still maintained their professionalism and friendly attitude. Pool was nice, grounds well kept. We stayed a week and were pleased overall. We will have our family stay there when they come visit as we DID buy a home while thete! Thanks to the staff for mski g us feel welcome!

Stayed here while working in the area. Nice clean rooms. All rooms are suites, meaning they have separate sitting and sleeping areas with a TV in each. Staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is nice and the breakfast is quite good. There is also a laundromat on site which is nice. The only things I didn't like about this hotel is that there is no microwave in the rooms and there is no fitness center.

My wife and I arrived in town late and were greeted by a very friendly member of the staff. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and provided a great nights sleep. The breakfast was great with both hot and cold options. The staff in the morning was equally as friendly as the night before. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifully remodeled rooms, great pool area and great free breakfast. But most of all friendly and attentove staff. will e staying there again for sure. Don't pass up a chance to stay here. Easily available to shopping, great restaurants and the beaches.

Door card reader and latch were broken. Wi -fi didn't work, phone in room was broken, water pressure was terrible, air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. On site laundry room dryer did not dry out clothes. No microwave in the room. Overall a miserable stay.

My daughter's travel team stays here for a local tournament...rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, pool area is nice, and breakfast is hot!! The management staff opened up breakfast an hour earlier so our girls could get a hot meal in before starting a long day of games. We will definitely return!!

When we 1st entered the room, it had a musty odor as if it had not been used in a while. Running the air got rid of the problem. The beds were marshmallow soft but provided a comfortable sleep. The price was excellent for the value. Breakfast was good and the selection was limited but nice. The pool looked great and besides a minor problem with the staff(they forgot to tell the morning crew we had a late check out, and they came in the room with the do not disturb sign up), they were extremely friendly. Overall it was a great value.

A convenient location and quite a good hotel. Good Breakfast, spacious rooms. Met our expectations though we could not get a first floor room even after explaining that one member in our group had mobility issue.

Needed a place to stay last minute, called this property and they gave us a great deal. Staff was very friendly.Pool was heated. Breakfast was great. Everything in room was in working order Very well kept for older Motel.

Easy check in, welcoming staff, The room is spacious and smells fresh, walls clean, haouskeeping staff good, Front desk staff pleasant, grounds men helpful, espcially since I'm scared of black snakes. The pool is clean and well maintained, towels are clean and white. maybe pricey dependent on time of visit.

We really enjoyed our stay over Spring Break. We stayed for 3 nights and liked the divided rooms, gave us all a bit of space. We enjoyed the breakfast, good way to start the day and also spent time at the swimming pool. We found the staff very friendly and informative, Dan on front desk was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel but a little pricey for what it is. Rooms are nice and spacious but the air conditioner is a bit loud and the wifi wasn't great. Breakfast was in a small area but the options were good with both hot and cold choices. Overall I would stay here again but the price was a little high.

We stayed here for one night and that was plenty. It wasn't the worst place we have ever stayed, but definitely not great. Let me give you the pros and cons. Pros- Very friendly front desk staff. Checked us in quickly. No frills, but nice and quick. Lobby is older but has been updated and looks nice and clean. The rooms are large and you can spread out. We are a family of 3 and had enough room. Calling it a suite is a bit of a stretch, the large room is divided by a large entertainment unit that has a king bed on one side and a small living room on the other. The living space has a small couch that pulls into a bed, a desk, two chairs, and a few lamps. There is also a flat screen mounted to the entertainment unit. The king bed side has its own tv, a mini fridge, and the bathroom. Nothing fancy but clean and tidy. The room is updated with nice window coverings and decor, but you can tell the hotel is old. Breakfast was included and was decent. Free parking. The pool is outside in the middle of the hotel and was nice. It reminded me of Merose Place where the apartments surround the pool. Nice chairs and tables out by the pool. The pool is heated and large enough have plenty of room. Close to tons of restaurants and other necessities like Walmart etc. Cons- Their was no bedding for the pull out sofa bed in the room. When I pulled out the bed it was dirty with crumbs and other stuff. It was so gross we just had our son sleep on the couch. Breakfast is in a very small space and was crowded. The food choices were decent but it wasn't nearly replenished enough to keep up with guests eating. There was ready made omelette, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee pie and juice, assorted breads. The jacuzzi was tiny and looked gross and murky. The water level in it was really low and way too Luke warm for us. The hotel sits right on Highway 1 and we had room 123 north and it was very noisy. Luckily, or unluckily, depending on how you look at it, the AC unit is super noisy so that drowned out the traffic. Overall, ok for one night. No more than that. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on our experience.

This is a good hotel but does show its age. I throroughly liked the room arrangement; large and divided, it felt like a small apartment. Perfect for the business traveler. I had a handicapped room in the back. Updated bathroom is four stars. The two reasons I gave this 3 stars instead of 4 is the smell of the room and the parking. When I walked into the room I was overcome with a musty smell, like it used to be a smoking room that no longer is. My mom is a heavy smoker so I know the smell. I saw the nonsmoking sign on the door. The second issue is parking. There was a semi truck and a car transport taking all the parking on the side and front of the hotel. These two alone took up well over 16 spaces when the hotel was full! I know they have to park as well but I had to park on the other side of the hotel. Not cool when you Check-in after driving all day. I would stay here again but would need a different room.

My husband and I stayed at Best Western Port St Lucie while on vacation in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and extremely accommodating when we had to change travel plans due to flight cancellations. I appreciated that the desk clerk, Dan(?) was cautious about renting us a room at 3am, when we arrived earlier than expected. Once I explained that we had an existing reservation he was gracious and helpful, which we greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was huge and clean and we loved that it was divided into sleeping and living areas, with flat screeen TVs in each area. We were in a room facing the main road but it was very quiet and restful. The pool and hot tub area were really nice, clean and well kept. Breakfast was standard and adequate. Staff did a great job keeping items stocked despite it being really busy. Location was great. We were about 20 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes to Mets spring training at First Data field, which were our two PSL destinations. We will definitely return to Best Western when we are back in Port St Lucie.

This is an old-style motel with rooms opening to the outside. Rooms have been updated with granite in the bathroom, nice light fixtures with charging ports for your devices—actually the only hotel that had enough for both me and my husband— a desk with chair, extra chair, and couch. It also had two TVs. The room was very clean, which is crucial for me. The only negatives were the toilet was the lowest I've ever seen, built for a kindergartner. The breakfast was simple but adequate. It was quite crowded, however. The pool is really nice, and the landscaping quite lovely. We sat out by the pool several times.

Really loved our room! The wall unit divider was great and allowed my husband to keep watching tv and not disturb my sleep. The pool area look great but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it as we left early in the morning. The hair dryer died as I was using it in the morning. My husband ran into a Maintenance gentleman and mentioned it...within 5 minutes a new one was installed.

Found 2 hypodermic/needle syringes under the mattress of the pull out couch. Terrible..... Disgusting...... Filthy. Waste of 5 minutes in the room. Don't stay here. Couldn't even confirm we would get a refund because we "booked with corporate." What the hell?!?

Found on the road between Cocoa Beach and Miami after late finish at Kennedy Space Centre launch. The room was extremely large with a separate living room area and 2 TVs. However, it did smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I told reception in the morning and she deducted $15 from our bill, which was nice. Not many eateries around so ended up taking McDonalds and beers back to room.

Average place. More like a motel. Please be aware that there are no elevators. All rooms face outdoors. Rooms on second floor require you to use the steps. Vending machine did not work. Pool area seemed nice. Quite a few people using it. I did not have the free breakfast so cannot comment on it. Location in a busier part of town but nothing negative about it. It was quiet except for someone banging on a door at 2 in the morning. Had a party going on next door to us. I was afraid of a problem but never heard a sound, just be aware the some of the guests appeared questionable. Would not stay there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is older but kept up, rooms are nice and breakfast was very good as well. Pool looked really nice but didn't use it. The employees kept everything nice and clean. The manager was exceptional, anything you needed she took care of it immediately. We would stay here again for sure.

This hotel has multiple rooms .. very clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub are great. The breakfast was ample. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It is in a good location. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean, the employees are very hospitable, like most people in Port St. Lucie If you are in a budget and need a clean place to stay near by the Civic Center, this is a good choice, includes hot water, breakfast, parking space, towels, pool...

My room was divided so that it was a mini suite. There were two 32" flat screen TV's. Outdoor pool Heated For our guests enjoyment, our oversized swimming pool is heated during the winter months! Complimentary full breakfast, choice of breads, cereal, fruit, hot eggs, hot breakfast meat, other hot items, yogurt, juice, and coffee.

Just a quick trip to the other coast to visit the National Seal Museum. Decided to stay overnight rather than drive back. Property is located on A1A, a major road. Check in was easy. Our room was on the ground floor, clean and everything worked as it should. There is a pool, it looked well maintained. Traffic noise might be a problem for some, it did not bother us. Breakfast was in a smallish area with the typical hot and cold choices. I would stay here again.

On positive side, this hotel is located in walking distance to where I was visiting. And, the young woman who checked us in was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. The housekeeping seemed to be effective in cleaning the room. BUT, many people were standing around smoking in the walkways, at staircases, and yes, in front of our room!! People were housing dogs in their minivan next to our car. Dogs barked ever time we came around our car. Breakfast was sparse, many items missing i.e. Bananas. Bedspread was thread bare. Bathroom door hit the commode every time the door was opened to enter. The toilet looked like it was for children, small and low? I have never seen a hotel in such bad condition charge so much????

Only stayed here one night,was visiting family. . The room was a suite, a king size bed ,a room divider and a living area. Two tvs and a tub/shower. The room was clean and comfortable. They have a breakfast and parking. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. The Cottage Inn was excellent for dinner. They have a pool and a hot tub. The area is quiet and convenient . We got a nice deal and were very happy. Nice place to stay for awhile .would come back again ...also staff was friendly and helpful...

I travel full-time for work, and this was the nicest hotel I've stayed at. Spacious rooms, with updates out the wazoo. The rooms are split into two sides: one side had a king size bed, and the other side had a couch, desk, and chairs. The dividing wall is an entertainment center with tv's on both sides. There is a lot of cool, tropical foliage outside the hotel, and a well-maintained swimming pool. The breakfast was good by hotel breakfast standards. Staff was kind, and helpful. The one bad thing was that it's right off a busy road. I like to walk to places, and this hotel isn't in a good location for that. It does, however, have a pretty nice sports bar right next door. All in all, this is an excellent hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling thru Port St. Lucie.

Have stayed in the past and will stay again! Staff is friendly and rooms are very well kept. We stayed two nights this trip on the way to the Florida Keys. Location is quiet and thera plenty of places to eat nearby!

I frequently go to Port St. Lucie to see my dad and always stay at this Best Western because of the location, staff, amenities, pool / spa, breakfast, and especially the price! It has been consistent each time I stayed there. Usually it is the lowest price but occasionally it may be $1 or $2 dollars per night and still worth it!

We decided that we would get away for the weekend at the last minute, we have never been disappointed when we stayed at Best Western . We have a 3 year old son who loves to play on the floor, and as a parent we know that the floors are always clean and vacuum to perfection. So we have no worries when we enter the room.

We stayed at "Best Western " in Port St. Lucie U.S. hwy 1. We really enjoyed the newly renovated room! Super clean and reasonably priced. Also enjoyed a really quite night. We'll be back when we are in the area again.

Giant room divided with wall unit was super clean, comfortable & well thought out. Gal at the front desk was super efficient & explained everything very quickly, but not too quickly. Rest room was great too. Only complaint is in room coffee was weak & they put out disposable cups instead of glasses & mugs. But, for $99, such a big room, such a safe & quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great room with good breakfast. We had a very roomy suite that easily slept 6. There was a good selection of breakfast each of the 3 mornings we were there. There was a huge pool that we enjoyed as well.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The breakfast is also very good. They had a computer in the lobby that I was able to use and printed some documents for work. I like the layout of the room and every room is a suite so there is plenty of room to stretch out

Called Best Western 800 number between cities on our travels, and didn't want to spend a lot of money for one night stay Hooked us up with this one. turned out to be very nice with good bar/resturant right next door.

We had a sudden death in our family and had family and friends coming in from all over the country. I took care of organizing hotel rooms for everyone and the people at the front at this Best Western were very helpful - in fact they were over the top booking 10 to 12 rooms with different number of nights. They could not have been kinder and more helpful.

I try to stay here when ever I am in town. always pleasant staff. Rooms always clean, good value for your dollar. Only down side is poor cell phone service which isn't the hotels fault. Plenty of food choices nearby, beautiful new breakfast area in lobby

Clean, spacious suites. Nice pool. Absolutely great breakfast buffet. Desk knowledge of immediate area without consulting a map was beneficial too. Lush landscaping deadens any road noise. All the additional amenities are there as well.

Warning. Do not stay at Port St. Lucie Best Western! I was there in July 2017. I returned home with bedbugs from the room! I unpacked when I got home and put clothes away, closed up my suitcase and left it in my apartment. I woke up with bed bug bites all over my arms, legs, feet neck…. I immediately called my super who came up and examined my suitcase where he found bedbugs. The next three+ weeks were a nightmare. 3 weeks of extermination; throwing out mattress, Lazy Boy chair, Suitcase; having to dry clean and launder every piece of clothing in my closets. Not to mention having to take everything out of drawers, wipe them with clorox wipe and put them in sealed bags. Having to take every music score/book I own off the shelves and wipe down. This cost me thousands of dollars and lost work. I contacted the manager of the hotel about this and asked that they help me with the costs. She denied they had bed bugs. I told her that I packed my bag in their room and did not open it until I returned home to my NYC apartment. The bedbugs definitely came from that room and I have witnesses. I will not stay at a Best Western anywhere again. If something happens and the local owner doesn't make it right, there is no recourse except a bad review.

When visiting family in the area, we always stay at the Best Western, it's clean and comfortable, a great price as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean and well maintained, parking is never a problem and it is a very convenient location.

Have stayed here often on our drives from NJ to Miami. Bed is comfortable and the Suite roomy. There is a good sports bar restaurant next door. We have a service dog and there is not that much grass to walk him.

We were forced out of our rental home due to a house fire. We stayed at a Super 8 the first night and had a very bad experience with staff and were not offered a disaster discount. BW came through with a discount and the employees treated us well. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. All in all our stay was a good experience in the midst of a disaster.

Wonderful stay in this hotel. Would definitely go back. Was here with a group of 24 softball players. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The girls had a great time and enjoyed all the emenities.

Toni at the front desk went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed as well as suggesting different locations to eat depending on what I felt like eating that day. She was amazing...The rooms were spacious and had high ceilings that you wouldn't typically see in a hotel let alone one priced under $100. This place is top notch in its class without doubt.

The hotel was clean, attractive, well-maintained and the staff was friendly & helpful. Access from the highway was easy and parking was available close to our room. Everyone in our group enjoyed the available complimentary breakfast. We'll definitely stay here again!

I travelled to Port St. Lucie to visit a good snorkeling beach with 4 tween age girls. The hotel was clean and the staff were all good but I would choose a place closer to the beach next time. The breakfast room was too small to accomodate the number of guests attending breakfast. Some of the guests seemed to possibly live there, they seemed to stay longer in the breakfast room than guests who are "just passing through".

Booked this hotel sight unseen online. Was pleasantly surprised by the very large rooms and well maintained pool. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel offers "all suites". Plenty of room to store your stuff. Suite with pull out sofa separated from bedroom by a long cabinet, that has a TV set on both sides, a fridge. Large clean and well maintained swimming pool. Gardens and surrounding areas kept very neat. Breakfast is what it is, quite simple, but I have nothing bad to say about it.

This hotel has a Friendly staff. It is an Older hotel but clean and nice. Roomy the rooms are larger than a regular hotel. The Location is in a good area. No crime or feelings of crime. The price is good for the type of room.

This two-story hotel is spread out on a site with lots of greenery and trees. Outdoor pool with pretty surroundings. Older hotel, enter room from outside. No elevator. Our king suite on the second floor had a high slanting ceiling, two big rooms, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and very comfortable bed. It had screened windows that open, always a plus for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. Busy location on US1. Free breakfast was adequate. Helpful, nice front desk staff.

Recently well updated main building, but rooms still need attention, dark old fashioned tv units don't help the darkness of the small windowed large apartments. Bathrooms basic, but functional. Cleaner didn't notice the unhinged toilet seat during our three day stay. Nice high ceilings on second floor but cobwebs weren't attractive. Great pool area but was surprised smoking was allowed, it made a messy ground area. Another issue seemed to be security. Whilst we were sunning ourselves a young man came into the gated pool area dressed in normal shorts etc. Put down a few bits and jumped into the pool and then into the spa for a good while. When he got out he came over for a chat. He was a homeless rough sleeping alcoholic !!! After an hour or so he just walked out again. Not good. No wonder the Hotel doesn't charge for breakfast ! Being British we expect more than paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery. The food may well have been plastic too ! The kitchen was a store cupboard with a microwave. We observed deliveries of pre cooked hard boiled eggs and multiple omelettes in a big plastic bag. Yuk !!! Come on Best Western, surely you can do better for the price charged ? Then there's the desk staff. Very mixed bunch. Some in some sort of uniform, others in scruffy clothes chewing gum and blowing bubbles !!! Wake up management !

Everything was excellent except the smell of smoke in my non smoking room. The room was very large and divided in two by an entertainment center. This would be a great room for a small business meeting.

The person on the overnight shift (I did not get her name, short older white lady) was extremely rude. She tried to turn us away and say that we were charged for the room, but couldn't stay there because we hadn't called to say we would be checking in late. She actually made the comment that "I was waiting here all night for you and you never showed up". This woman never reached out to us in order to check and see if we were coming or would be late or anything. She just wrote us off as no show and charged our card. If we weren't so desperate for sleep (we had been driving for 7 hours) we would have left and found somewhere else rather than tolerate her terribly disrespectful behavior. Thankfully the other lady there (a young black woman) was nice enough to give us keys for the room we had been charged for and let us stay til normal check out time so that we could get a nap before finishing our drive. Upon getting into the room, it was beautiful, the bed was glorious and soft (and that's not just the sleep deprivation talking). The blackout curtains were also very appreciated. It was a much needed rest.

We really like this place. The pool is great. A great place to relax after a long car ride. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Nice restaurant next door! We plan to return if traveling this way.

Warm pool, great service, good breakfast and very reasonable price. Room was huge with two beds and a sofa in a separate space. Staff were really good at dealing with the minor issues that we had. After travelling from the Florida Keys where service was terrible and over-priced we were pleasantly surprise to find this place.

A motel look off a busy County roadway...all rooms are suites, and they are spacious. The furniture is Walmart grade, although there are two big screen tvs in the room. Nice pool area, and decent breakfast. Friendly staff and clean looking property. A respectable choice in the area. One drawback is lack of a fitness center...really? In 2017? If you want a modern hotel feel, this is not your place. But the price is right, and you will not go wrong to stay here.

Love the complimentary breakfast though I wish they used Eggbeater or White Eggs for Omelettes. Also love the heated swimming pool near our room though I didn't use it (schedule didn't permit it and it once rained all day) but it looked beautiful and saw some swimmers in the pool. The room we stayed in was amazing. Couldn't ask for a better hotel.

We love this inside court and those peoples who are so gentle with us. You know what they do recicle and we appreciate it. Quiet and charming, not far from beach and good price Try that nice place with friends or lover, it`s the right pace.

We stay here on our drive to Miami from the North. The motel has a very nice pool which we did not use. All the rooms are suites which is great. The king bed was comfortable. There is a Sports bar restaurant within walking distance from tye motel and the food was good. Will stay here again. One negative is that it is not just off I-95 exit 121. You will have to drive fro about 15 minutes but it is worth the drive.

This Best Western is very clean and beautifully landscaped with a gorgeous pool area, which accommodates smokers in a special section. (Hard to find). The lobby area provides coffee, juices and water day and night. There is also a breakfast of eggs, sausage, bagels, etc. It is very comfortable and relaxed. My only complaint is lack of security of any kind. There are no cameras or any patrol at all. It is wide open.

This hotel is very clean. We stayed on end room and the room smelled of smoke as people smoked outside our door. The rooms are updated and look nice. The breakfast is one of the vest we have had while traveling.

I picked this hotel based on location, price, and Trip Advisor reviews for a trip I was taking with my sisters. I usually stay at Marriott's because my husband travels with them, but thought this sounded just as good, and closer to family we were visiting. While we had a good enough stay, I thought this motel was only average. I didn't care for this being a motel as compared to a hotel with an elevator and inside corridors. Both nights there were people just sitting on the stairs outside and although they were probably guests, I still did not want to be walking around outside alone. The rooms weren't plush in any way, but were fine for sleeping and relaxing at night. Every person on the staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was very good. All in all it was a nice stay, in a nice size room, with a friendly staff.

I was very impressed with this location. Price was surprisingly reasonable, very clean, nice reception area, complimentary wifi, breakfast, large clean pool, ample parking, accessible to all kinds of shopping. My husband and I liked our room. It was very clean, had a very good air conditioner, nice decor, ample appliances (blow dryer, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, plenty of electrical outlets, two tv's and plenty of window space to allow good natural lighting. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my "go to" play to stay when doing business in Port St. Lucie. The property is very clean, the staff is friendly (enough), the breakfast decent (precooked omelets, sausage, small precooked pancakes, bagels, cereal, etc.) and they've got a very nice pool. I have always felt the beds are comfortable but I'll throw in a "negative" or two; Pillows: I've slept on worse but, I wish someone could come up with a comfortable hotel-grade pillow; Shower: Plenty of hot water but it seemed like the pressure was really low (a little more volume would have been nice); Wi Fi: As with past experiences (at this property) the wi-fi signal is pretty weak in the rooms farthest from the main office (where the router is located). I've noticed this in the past and forgot to request a room closer to the office. I ended up sitting in the lobby (relatively comfortable) when I needed the wi-fi. All-in-all, I like this place and will continue to stay here when in the area. Their rates seem to be very fair, location is good and as mentioned, the pool is very nice and the beds are (in my opinion) very comfortable.

This is not my first stay at this hotel, I have business in the area which requires me to stay overnight many times per year. I have always stayed at this hotel as the amenities are good, the price is affordable, the room is always clean and the internet is always available.

Hotel was only 6 miles from the ballpark on which made it nice place to stay. Staff were terrific. Breakfast was ok at best but the coffee was great. The pool was situated in the middle of the compound and the water was great,

Very impressed with this hotel, there are two rooms in the suite, each with a TV. Nice landscaping and freshly painted, large pool with gazebo. The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast server, but all were helpful, gives the sense of a hotel that is managed very well - thank you for a wonderful visit. We were over there on business and decided to stay an extra day since we felt so relaxed there.

My first time staying at a best western and must say I'm impressed. When I checked in young lady was very nice. Ordered a pizza I didn't give my room number went to lobby and the two ladies of the evening shift were super cool and friendly. Beds are comfy my son loved it. Would recommend and come back again.

My sister found this hotel described as "hidden gem" it was. Perfectly located for my needs, clean, comfortable, excellent value and the staff were extremely nice. Breakfast could have been a little better but was ok.

We had a room with two double beds. The beds were comfortable, and the motel was clean and quiet. My kids loved staying here because the room was divided into two sections and there were dual tv screens. That meant each kid could watch tv without having to look at a sibling. Vacation nirvana. Our room also had a couch which they liked because one of them could sleep on the couch instead of sharing a bed. Every motel we stayed at after this was a letdown as far as the kids were concerned. We'll definitely stay here on future trips.

I had been traveling for work, got a really bad cold, needed a place to crash. The night before I stayed in Clewiston and had to stay at an average looking and bad smelling motel. The nice places were full. I really needed a decent place and this was great. I didn't feel the need to check my sheets like the night before. (I found a few tiny ants) My room was great, clean, neat, comfortable. I will be back here if I have to work in this town again.

The room was spacious. Pool area was great, breakfast was great... No microwave... asked for one... never got one. Fridge didn't work... but by the time I figured out about the fridge... I was checking out that next morning. Told front desk about microwave, was written in log book... to my knowlege, no action was taken on this item. My hotel is my home away from home... and I need it to have some of those same things.

"Tow room suites" mean they broke one medium size room into two smaller rooms with a dresser/tv stand. That being said, For under $100/night it's a pretty good deal and the location was perfect for me. I had gone down from Massachusetts to Visit my Mom and do one show and then head out. It was a 5 minute drive from my Mom's house. Never saw the breakfast. Comics tend to see evenings, not mornings....... I would use it again. Wireless worked very well. That's always a big plus. I stay at $200-300/night hotels and then have to pay for internet service?????

Reserved room last minute for overnight stay and was pleasantly surprised how nice the suites were for a very reasonable price. Breakfast included and the separate living and bedroom areas are nice. I was able to work and the amenities are very accomodating. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again when in the area.

Very good experience at this hotel. Wi-Fi signal strength needs to be improved, otherwise no complaints. The breakfast was ample and nicely presented and the food was good quality. Enjoyed the pool as well.

This is the fourth stay at this Best Western and it was top notch as usual. Clean, nicely decorated rooms, a nice pool and capable, friendly and accommodating staff. I would recommend it without any qualification.

Stayed here with husband and daughter in March 2016. We were in FL to see the Mets in Spring Training. Although this hotel is on a very busy road, it is hidden away by large palms trees and has a tropical feel. It was a bit of a drive from the Mets at Tradition Field but that gave us a chance to see the Port St. Lucie area. The room was comfortable with two TVs and a nice bathroom. Only thing I didn't like was the couch which was scratchy to sit on. The pool area is very pretty just remember to wear lots of sunscreen! Very nice hot breakfast in the morning.

I usually choose hotels based on these reviews. I've been selecting hotels from another ownership /rewards group but none of their properties in the Port St Lucie had good reviews so I was looking around and found this Best Western. You guys were right, this is a great hotel. My king suite had a TV in both the bedroom and living room area. The room was clean, comfortable, the air conditioner function flawlessly, the bath was well appointed and stocked, and their free wi-fi was great. I didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub for my one night visit but it looked very inviting. Topping it all off was the hot breakfast with cheese omelets, sausage links, and hot oatmeal! I had a great experience thanks to Trip Advisor reviews, and I hope you do too!

If I could give this Best Western a score it would be 110! Nice rooms and a beautiful pool. I really enjoyed my stay. The landing scape was really pretty. The management was wonderful and very friendly and helpful.

Everything about my stay at the Best Western, Port St. Lucie was an A+! The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are in the process of a major remodel, but you wouldn't know it because it never intruded on my experience. The pool and hot tub are always crystal clear and clean. The staff and wonderful and are always willing to help in anyway they can. I highly recommend this hotel

Stayed here for two nights with our kids. The area around the hotel is safe, restaurants were pretty close by, rooms were big- 2 beds, 2 TVs, couch and chair. Pool and hot tub were great! Pool is huge, kids loved it. Breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly.

I had never stayed at a Best Western, so I did not know what to expect. I was genuinely impressed with the quality and value. Highly recommended. Well furnished, clean rooms. Plenty of space and a very helpful staff.

We stayed here in January for 2 nights. The front desk people were not very friendly. The rooms were fairly clean. The worst part was the odors in the room. We shouldd have switched but we were out all the time except for sleeping. The room was a no smoking but it reeked of smoke. It also was very musty smelling. We got in late the first night and just didn't feel like changing but I regretted that the second night when we got back in the room! The price was not enough to compensate as it was not a bargain. If you stay here check out the smell of the room before you settle in!!!!

My son and I stayed here for 7 nights, we went to see the Mets during spring training There is a bed and a pull out couch with a divider between the two . A TV on each side so we each had our own TV.The pool was nice and there is a hot tub. Breakfast was good enough to get your day started,omeletes, cereal,sausage,muffins,bagels,toast, juices and coffee and tea and a free USA Today newspaper. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. And it is about a 15 minute drive to Tradition Field there are plenty of places to go for dinner within a 10 minute drive.

We chose this Best Western on Rt 1 in Port St. Lucie because it was convenient to Tradition Field and it was reasonably priced. We were a little disappointed when we pulled into the parking lot. The outside of the hotel looked very dated (like an old Jersey Shore motel). The check-in process was easy and we were given a ground floor room as we requested when I made the reservation (note there are no elevators in this 2-story hotel). Our earlier disappointment was dispelled when we entered the room - it was actually quite nice. It was large with separate bedroom and living area divided by a large credenza with drawer space and a TV on each side. The bathroom had the toilet & shower in one room with a large granite topped sink outside. The air conditioning worked great, the room was cool and comfortable within a short time (and we like it cold). The best part was the bed (Beautyrest hotel line) - so comfy and firm enough for him but cushy enough for me. The property has a nice-looking pool area but we did not have time to use it. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so I can't comment on it. With the hotel being right on Route 1, it was very convenient to Publix and restaurants including Perkins, Applebee's and many others. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the Port St. Lucie area.

Great place to stay when you are going to Mets Spring Training. Only 10-15 minutes to Tradition Field and everything you need is around the hotel. Just 20 minutes to the Hutchinson Island beaches which are gorgeous! The breakfast each morning is good and you can take it and eat it poolside. The pool was heated and the deck was big enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The front desk people are very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. We enjoyed our experience at this hotel and I am sure you will too.

Came in very late and spent an extra 20 minutes trying to find the clerk to check us in. People drying clothes on the railing driving up. The tub did not drain and the bed was worn out. Would have stayed somewhere else but this was the only option due to some event. Overpriced for what you get.

Stayed at the Best Western for 2 nights visiting the Mets Spring Training at Tradition Field. Check-in was quick and easy. Booked a room in the back of the hotel. Plenty of parking. Our King room had a sofa area, desk, two flat screen tv's and mini refrigerator. The room was spotless and cleaned both days. Tradition Field is about 6-7 miles away. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Outside entrances to the rooms. Would stay again.

Very clean and nice. Staff excellent. Only negative about the whole experience was the low flow shower head. Prefer to have a shower with some force vs supposedly saving water? Other than that, stay was excellent

Had a great stay at the Best Western, Pt. St. Lucie, Fla. It is an all suites motel, and is very close to most businesses. The staff is great, as well as the help. Nice breakfast, with plenty of choices for everyone. Pool is adequate and kept clean. Rooms are also very clean.

We needed a place just to stay the night and found this great spot. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, great heated pool and hot tub, updated nicely. We had a ground floor end unit so couldn't be more convenient. This is an all suit facility - two double beds, two TV's, separate sitting area. Very nice. We arrived late on a Friday night the office was friendly we got a very clean room that looks newly remodeled. Everything was tidy the towels were good the shower look new and clean. It was a very quiet good nights rest. The outdoor garden areas were also very well-maintained.

Plenty of parking, facilities attractive, well kept, nice pool. The staff were very helpful. The services, internet, breakfast were well done. Very clean room and an overall good value. I travel to this area frequently and when I do, I stay at this location because I can count on all of the above to meet my expectations.

We have now vacationed here two years in a row. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Our only real complaint this year was some people playing their radios so loudly by the pool that we could not hear our own.

We Stayed 1 Night, and Our Toilet Over Flowed. We Had to Take Our Showers At a Family Member's Home. The Outside Is Not Appealing, But Inside of Room is Decent. Some Cosmetic Fixes Would Improve Overall Rating. Bottom Line, Fix the Plumbing Before Having More Guests. Even the Pool Bathroom that We Had to Use Was Overflowing.

i find too many bw hotels to be noisy. whether is is leaf blowers, pressure washers, lawnmowers, staff talking loudly, all going at 8 in the morning. these hotels are getting too pricey and run down. the staff are often blase and unfriendly.

A very nice hotel. Clean, neat, comfortable. Separation between living room and bedroom was great with 2 TV's, free WI FI, refrigerator, coffee maker in room. Staff was exceptional. Can't say enough. Will be traveling there again this week and will definitely stay again if in that area.

We came down for my sisters wedding and they tried to book us in a very upscale hotel. We choose this one as a fluke. What a wonderful surprise . It was clean, large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The management was so pleasant and they never forgot our name. They greeted us every morning with a big smile and their breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this motel.

Visited this hotel twice in 2015 and was really impressed. For an old Florida hotel you can tell the owners really care about their property, it is kept up extremely well for its age. The property has nice spacious rooms throughout and a very good free breakfast in the mornings, for a very reasonable price. It also has a nice swimming pool and hot tub me and my family enjoyed very much. Don't expect too much luxury, it is a Best Western after all. But I will definitely be back next time I visit the area.

Nice hotel to stop at. Rooms had separate sitting area which was a nice touch with another TV in it. The pool was heated and was excellent as well as the hottub. Landscaping around pool area was enjoyable. No microwave in room but one in nearby lobby. The breakfast was one of the best on our trip. The front desk were pleasant to deal with. .

This hotel exceeded my expectations from a budget hotel. The rooms were clean good sized had a small lounge room and great bathroom. Everything in the room was very good clean and very well serviced. They have a complimentary breakfast which for the size of the hotel was very good standard. A range of fruits and healthy options with some hot buffet as well. Nothing here to complain about I would fully recommend this hotel for a long stay or short stay. The staff were excellent to communicate with and very helpful with any questions we asked.

Great value and a great location. Due to bad circumstances, I needed a place to stay on Christmas eve with my speical needs son. He thought we wouldn;t be able to due Xmas, but I made sure it happened. It had plaent of space for the few gifts I got him and a mini tree. They are even pet friendly.

Need to change breakfast items to bacon & scrambled eggs. Maybe use different cereals. More bagels and more pastries. These are things that are easy to change. Maybe a guide on the television to see what is on. We always stay at this hotel & everything is always great & service is excellent!

This is a nice sprawling hotel. It has a large pool and pool area giving plenty of space for the visitors to relax and swim. All of the rooms have a living room and bedroom. The did a nice job of putting 2 rooms together to create this. It is on a main road, but noise was not a factor. The free breakfast is adequate. The free Wi-Fi is fast! The staff was friendly and helpful. It is not too far from the beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. Downside. The hotel is dated. It is clean but dated.

We stay at Best Western hotels almost exclusively and are mostly happy, but at the Port St Lucie, we were really wowed! Great room, very clean and roomy with an excellent king sized bed, the grounds are lovely and relaxing and the staff was awesome!! I could not have been more pleased.....we were here 3 days and for the money and the service I would have thought I was in a "luxury" hotel. This was absolutely a five star experience at a 1 star price.

impromptu business trip left me scrambling for reservations. My normal hotels were all taken. Upon pulling in I was not impressed. Yet, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The are was quiet and conducive to a working environment. I must say it was not what I had expected. The room was open, nice sized desk for laptop and notes. I have put this in my contacts as a potential accommodations when my normal hotel is unavailable. I have refrained from staying at Best Western since my last stay when I had a hoard of ants invade my room. Yet, this location, was very nice. I would recommend for short business stay.

This is an older motel on the outside, but clean, comfortable and friendly on the inside. My family stopped here o our way to Duck Key and the service and breakfast were excellent. The rooms are clean and roomy. The front desk staff on very customer focused.

We have been staying in budget hotels in the Keys for the past three days so this was a very welcome relief at the same price. The room was large and comfortable. The room had a king bed and two TVs. We could park close to the door so that was convenient since we had to unpack a lot of stuff. There are no elevators, but the very cordial front office agent gave us a ground-floor room. The motel now offers a breakfast which is a recent upgrade from the continental breakfast previously offered. They have a nice and quiet pool and hot tub deck. Would stay here again.

Sometimes, you get what you pay for when you are looking for a hotel to fit your budget, but our stay at Best Western in Port St. Lucie, FL was an exception to the rule. At first, I was a little put off because we were given an upstairs room (no elevators), but when I looked inside the room, I was a little impressed. It was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The nice sized swimming pool area was well kept, and the hot tub was the right temperature and felt awesome!! For breakfast, I had an egg and cheese omelet, pancakes and syrup, sausage links, toast, with nice glasses of apple juice and orange juice. There were also oatmeal, pastries, and fruit, but I was much too full to venture further, and the food was delicious!! The staff was very nice and helpful, and I have to admit that I truly enjoyed my 3-day stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and for the very affordable price, It was definitely worthwhile. I will definitely be back!!.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were patient while answering our questions. The hotel room was enormous and cleaner than most houses. There was a lot of nice landscaping as well as a very inviting pool. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was well stocked with hot foods and many choices. I would recommend this hotel.

Several Malls, Restaurants, Brand Pharmacies, Fast Food Stores in the area, location in US 1, complimentary breakfast and front desk available 24 hours for checking in and out, makes this hotel very convenient. Easy to find.

I was very pleasantly surprised, especially with the room size. I haven't stayed at a Best Western in a while and this was by far the best experience I have had. The lady at the check-in counter was very personable and accommodating and the set up of the room was also very nice. Overall great experience.

We were on vacation for 2 weeks, stayed in many hotels. Best Western were very clean, helpful, very comfortable. We would stay there again when in the area. The staff go out of their way to be of help to make sure your having a good stay.

i have stayed in this hotel every year because of it has beautiful rooms and the best environment with really delicious breakfast. it is located minutes to shopping centers. my special impression is its best management and the team. any negative comment about this hotel is unfair and simply untrue.

Considering that it was for a sedated dental procedure! Didn't get done. Coming back next week. Hopefully, the internet will work a little better, and water pressure, too! Very hot very quickly, just low pressure.

This Best Western's rooms were all suites so you had more room than usual. The bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. Next door within walking distance was a very good Greek restaurant, the Athena. The only negative is that it is on US 1 which is about a 10 minute drive from the I-95 exit. We will stay here again.

It was fast and easy to register and check out. No trouble whatsoever. The rooms were clean and fully stack. My only recommendation is that you have microwaves for long stay clients. I will rebook again in January for another trip and will not hesitate to stay in your hotels again. Thank you,

I stayed here for a second time this past weekend (Room 208 South which overlooks courtyard but away from pool area). The hotel room was very clean and quiet, the beds were comfy, seemed to have some sort of pillow top, and had the double sheets covering the duvet ... very comfy! Pool area looked very nice although I didn't get a chance to use it. The pool is quite large and there is a nice deck with lounge chairs to relax. Breakfast was fine - the basics, but perfect for me. There was always fresh fruit out (even at the front desk) which was nice. The "orange water" in the lobby is great - try some! There is a computer in lobby which came in handy for me. Only unpleasant thing was one of the desk clerks was unfriendly and I could tell she did not want to be there. Saw her several times and she was always the same ... grouchy. Oh, I also want to mention that there is a great Greek restaurant next door that you can walk to. I went there 2 times for dinner. It had inexpensive prices and the food was excellent!

When we checked into the room I washed my hands in the sink. The sink was clogged and as it was slowly, very slowly draining, this black stuff that looked like tobacco came back up through the drain. I went to the office and the attendant gave me another room. When I walked in the room it stunk of smoke, and I mean stunk. I reserved a non-smoking room and this was unacceptable. When I went to the front desk (again) and asked for my money back the attendant didn't bat an eye, and credited my credit card. Apparently this was the norm. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else!

I stayed here before a few years ago and loved it. I think it has the biggest pool at a hotel in the Port St. Lucie area. So when my family planned another trip we decided we should stay here again. Myself, my brother and my boyfriend arrived before my mother and grandmother. I knew I couldn't check-in since the reservation was under my grandmothers name. But we went in the office to inform them that we were there so they didn't see a few people just hanging out in the parking lot. The two Front Desk Agents were very nice. The Front Office Manager has an attitude and told the front desk agent to make sure she got photocopies of all our ID's. She looked at us like we were a bunch of trouble makers and like we were beneath her. Not a good first impression. We didn't mind giving our ID's but when you work in the hospitality industry there is a certain way you should talk to your guests and obviously she does not know that. The guest rooms are basic with two double beds and a pull out sofa. I did have a problem with the dead bugs on my window sill and the AC that was falling apart. The pool was the best part. Very clean and very big. Luckily for us, we were the only ones in it. Unfortunately, it does close at 10pm and the aren't shy about telling you. We were sitting at one of the tables and she made us leave even though we weren't in the pool. The tables and chairs near the pool are the only place at the hotel where people can't sit and talk. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Love the staff...very helpful and friendly. But on a really hot day the air conditioners in the second floor rooms just can't do the jobl After two hours waiting for room 216 to cool down, we couldn't survive the heat. We were finally settled with relief in 104 North. The shadier rooms in the back of the ground floor seem to have newer amenities and so our stay was quite pleasant after all.

Needed to pull off the road unexpectedly and found this place as a Pleasent surprise. The size of the room, the two televisions and the comfort of the beds were great. The price was quite reasonable as well. I'll be back if I'm the area. The breakfast was adequate. For me personally I'd prefer some meat on the menu and an ice machine on the first floor would be a plus.

Stayed with my wife and 2 young kids coming back from cruise. Room 112. Had 2 beds and 2 TVs (1 facing beds and 1 facing couch and work desk). I found this very convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was typical contenental and good to start off our day. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it. Front desk was very friendly.
