Best Western Spring Hill Inn & Suites

The management at this hotel is obviously excellent. While not a new building, it is maintained in excellent condition, and every possible detail for guest's comfort and convenience is provided. The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly, outgoing and helpful, too. Book with confidence of a pleasant stay.

This Best Western is old and does not match other Best Western Inns we have experienced. It should be removed from the Best Western system. The breakfast was of poor quality and you will find other locals inns much cleaner and more up to-date. This Inn is used primarily by contractors and related personnel working in Spring Hill during the week. They come and go at odd times, with the related noise. We extended our stay by 2 days and the room rate was increased with no notification. I DO NOT SUGGEST STAYING HERE.

We were at Best Western Opryland right before we came here and I swore we would never use Best Western again. We had reservations at this hotel and couldn't cancel so we went ahead with it and we were pleasantly surprised. It was definitely a different experience from the one near Opryland. It was cozy and homey and welcoming. We loved the breakfast and hanging out in the lobby at the end of the day. The bathrooms are not fully updated but it didn't bother me at all and I am very picky. I would stay here again. I learned that not all Best Westerns are bad.

Stayed in a room overlooking the back of the property. Room was clean, lobby was a little heavy on perfume, otherwise ok. Somehow our reservation wasn't in the system but desk attendant was helpful in honoring it (better than most hotels would be). Saw a pair of cats in the back-clearly locals, clearly knew how to look cute enough to get a good meal from guests. Fed them (obviously, also left some water cos it was gonna be a hot one). Hotel staff knows them (the cats). Would definitely book again. Breakfast way above usual hotel standards.

Dishonest, deceptive and bad business. The hotel was loud at night and overpowering with carpet freshener perfume, or whatever it was. You could hear every door open and close and footsteps and people's discussions from everyone outside in the hallway. Seriously lacking insulation in their rooms. We paid for two nights and at 8PM on the second night, we come back to the hotel with food and ready to watch the big game and the hotel management taped a letter from the power and water supply company telling us to expect a power outage from 11PM to 8AM the following morning. I sleep with an electrical powered CPAP and told them we couldn't stay there with an all night power outage. Here's the dishonest part. The letter was from 5 days earlier which meant they knew this was coming but didn't post it where you could see it when you checked in or even tell us about it when we got the rooms. They just taped it to everyone's doors the night of. I told BW management that we would've never stayed there if they would've notified us before hand, instead of having to pack up and move twice. So we had to repack and move to a hotel in Franklin at 9PM and miss our game, all because they decided money was more important than being upfront and honest beforehand about the impending electrical outage. When I asked for a refund, they said they wouldn't charge me for the time we were leaving and not staying there. Really?? That's their idea of a refund? So I had to take it to Best Western “customer relations” which was a very poor experience. They did nothing but refund us $75 from a $222.34 mistake. I had to call “customer relations” multiple times along with emails and send them the letters taped to our door, etc. it was horrible customer service from beginning to end. I really tried and I went through all the proper BW channels to give them a chance to make this right and they showed me what type of business they are. One that will trip over dollars to save pennies! I would've been happy if they would've refunded us just for the one day instead of both days but they wouldn't even do that. Poor customer service and horrible support. I will never stay at another Best Western again. Ever. I'll be there this upcoming weekend but I can promise you, I will NOT be staying at the Best Western in Spring Hill!

The good. The hotel was clean and in a nice location. The bad. The bed was hard. The pillows were hard. Not comfortable at all. The walks are super thin. We heard the front door to the hotel opening and closing all night!! Don't stay in Roman 211!!!! We barely got sleep at all. The breakfast sounded good. Biscuits and gravy. Yeh. But it was only biscuits. There was no gravy. They had French toast but it was all steamed in one pile. The fruit had one big molded orange in the middle. Which means they all had mold. Not a nice stay at all for us.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable and clean. A definite plus was the friendly, reasonable and delicious restaurant right next door. The staff knew the area and helped us find a church for Sunday morning service.

Very quite area lots of stores and restaurant's close by. Hotel rooms were nice could use a newer mattress. Toilets were very low down to the floor. Nice pool and breakfast Good value for the money Double beds were really small will request king next time. Bathroom door are very tight to get in

Hotel is beautiful , clean , and has great staff . It is very conveniently located close to shopping and dining . The front desk staff was friendly , professional and efficient . Our room was immaculate , very comfortable . Room was quiet , provided a good night's sleep .

(Stayed May 6-7) This is a very very beautiful hotel and property. The inside smelt really good on arrival front desk worker morning and afternoon were amazing. Room keys did not work when we first arrived but the did fix it. The room has very high ceilings and comfortable beds. Bathroom has a heat lamp and that was so amazing. Bathroom could use some renovations but you know it was still good. Pool is closed and the fitness/meetings centers are locked. The breakfast was very good with lots of great options (my favorite is the pancake machine). Overall, I give this hotel an amazing 5 stars.

We stayed in a ground floor room that was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet at night that made for a wonderful night's sleep. The location of this hotel is near shopping, dining and attractions. Just a short drive to all.

GREAT customer service. We had reservations for 3 days but thought that was changing. They allowed us to pay one night and then figure out. After a family member got sick, we extended our stay one day and they were very accommodating. The hotel is very clean, very quiet and in a good location for restaurants and shopping. Breakfast had fewer options than other hotels we've stayed at but the hotel was what we needed.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful facility and beautiful rooms. Staff are so professional, polite and pleasant. We are return customers and this is our go-to place when we are in the area. We highly recommend stay here!

This past week has been very stressful and emotional for my family. We lost a loved one and needed to get from Virginia to Texas quickly. After hours of driving we needed a place to rest at the halfway point. Best Western is our "go-to" hotel and this location did not disappoint. We were pleasantly surprised that an attendant was present to serve us our complimentary breakfast (probably a change implemented by Covid) but non-the-less we enjoyed the extra amenity. Thank you Best Western for your continued service.

Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Lobby was spotless and hotel appeared well maintained. Room was very clean and fresh. Bed was really comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast had several choices and hot food was good. The area was safe and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We visit family in the area and have stayed here through the years. The hotel has been refreshed and we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely will be back to this hotel in Spring Hill.

I was very pleased with the concern, caring and helpfulness of this property. Anytime I needed something or had questions, Peter, the manager, was extremely helphful. He allowed me to use a hotel chair to use at a service I was attending.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Every staff member was very friendly and accommodating. This is my first stay in a best western and I will be using them more after the great experience I had at this location. I will be back.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel staff were nice and the place was very clean. I had a wonderful experience considering this was the first time I have ever stayed at a Best Western Hotel. We stayed for 2 nights & our room was very clean & spacious. Enjoyed our stay while visiting family that just moved to town. It was the first day of hot breakfast since COVID. It was a good breakfast with several choices to choose from. Will definitely stay here again. The lobby was nice & the grounds were very pretty & well maintained & the staff was very friendly.

We stayed here for a month while our House was being renovated. Peter went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of and made sure our room was getting cleaned every day and that we had an amazing trip.

My husband and I came here for a week, he worked at gm. I stayed at the pool and studied.. We were very pleased with the kind staff, and house keepers. One house keeper specifically touched my heart.. Her name was Marcia Calder, she has such a trustworthy kindness about her,, and was always eager to help in any way. Such a great staff,, and the absolutely Beautiful grounds full of flowers, trees, bushes, and grasses that were stunning for a fellow herbalist. Impressed us enough to recommend this place that is truly so beautiful, to our fellow Iron working friends. This will be our #1 place to stay and not just because of the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Thank you Marcia Calder for not only what you do. But WHO YOU ARE!

Very clean, easy check in & out. No breakfast as of june 6 2021. The double beds were smaller than expected. But we made it work. The shower was great with the rain shower head! & the hot water didnt run out!

We checked in around 10:30 on a Thursday night. I waited at the desk for about 5 minutes and had to call the hotel TWICE (no answer the first time) before front desk staff Peter “Decoster” walked through the lobby. He was pleasant and apologized for not knowing we were there. (I found it very strange throughout our stay that 3 out of 4 times that I walked through the lobby there was no one at the front desk.) Peter informed me that they were not serving the advertised hot breakfast due to covid restrictions. That was an inconvenience but not a huge deal... but the grab and go option the next morning consisted of a paper bag with a water bottle, small apple, and a granola bar. On some days, there were also juice boxes and packaged muffins to the side. We didn't even try the lobby coffee because The Fainting Goat Coffee Co was just down the road and much better than anything we could get at the hotel. We went there all four mornings during our stay and it was by the far the best aspect of this hotel location for us. Peter did not mention the pool upon check in so we went to explore and found the pool roped off and without water in it. We were staying the weekend before Memorial Day and the weather was sunny and mid to upper 80s all weekend. The outdoor pool was a big part of our decision to stay at this hotel and I feel that the hotel website should clearly state if and when the pool is open. Our room was OK. It was clean. The large fridge was a nice feature as was the large bathtub for our 3yo son. This is the only time I can think of that I've stayed in a hotel that doesn't stock an extra roll of toilet paper so we ran out and had to request more. The air conditioner in room 209 seemed to come and go, at times very cold and at times quite warm. We think they have motion sensors because it would be 74 every time we got back into the room from time away and then the unit would kick on when we walked in. Overall, not a big deal but definitely something we had to continuously adjust. Because we were in town for a funeral, my brother and cousin also got rooms at this hotel when we told them it was where we were staying. They both agreed it was very average and did not meet anyone's expectations for $140 - $150 per night in Spring Hill, TN. On the day of check out, I voiced my concerns directly to front desk staff Peter Decoster and requested a discount. Interestingly, the General Manager's name is Peter but this Peter insisted that was not him. He not once apologized for my displeasure. Not only that, he became defensive and argumentative with me. “Can you not see we are working on our pool??” He offered me $15 off our nightly room rate for a total of $60 and told me that beyond that, I should contact corporate. I believe the way that someone handles a dissatisfied customer says a lot about the establishment, and he was absolutely unprofessional. That is why I am leaving this review. Bottom line: it seems that this hotel is trying to cut corners and save money while the customers pay full price.

Checked in quite late at night due to traveling from out of state, pleasant staff Cleanliness is important to the staff/owner. Masks are worn for customers' safety which is very appreciated Will stay again

Just need a bed for the night? This inn will do if you're not expecting much. As a diamond member I've been to many of the basic Best Western inns in the past, so I know what to expect when I stay in one. They are basic budget inns, usually cheaper than other brands. Some are well maintained and very nice, and some suffer from neglect. I really had nothing to complain about with the actual accommodation (bed, shower, etc.) with this one. While not luxurious or especially remarkable, it was comfortable enough for a one-night stay for our road trip. The inn seemed to be well maintained. The basic Best Western inns don't seem to serve breakfast anymore. It would be nice and convenient if they at least served fruit, cereal, and milk. I suspect that they have now found a new cost cutting method by not serving any breakfast. Don't let them tell you it's due to COVID. It's not. I have stayed at many hotels over the past year that have served a good breakfast. If you desire a hot breakfast, you will need to call a hotel before you make a reservation to determine if they actually do serve breakfast. In the morning this inn gave us a snack bag with water, granola bar, and an apple. Favorite feature: Rain spray shower faucet

Dated hotel with small rooms. When I turned the bathroom exhaust fan on, black debris sprayed down all over the floor, toilet, and onto the clean bath towels. When I reported this to the clerk, his response was a non-empathetic "I'll have someone check that out later.” The Covid pre-bagged breakfast consisted of a water, old apple, and a fruit/nut bar. Extremely poor value for the money! The only perks of this stay were the friendliness of the woman who checked us in and the comfort of the bed.

During a pandemic they maintain social distancing and all employees wear masks. From the minute you walk in your are treated as a family member that go out of the way to ensure your comfort during the stay.

Look forward to staying at this hotel whenever we are in Spring Hill visiting family. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. Everything works. We never have any issues with the amenities. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, and nice decor, This was one of the nicest Best Western hotels we've stayed at. Location was excellent and not far from Nashville. If we head south again next year, we'd most likely stay again.

Very good accommodations for overnight stay while traveling. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and peaceful. Clean rooms, good breakfast made for a pleasant overnight stay. Internet service was good.

Worst bedding/towels I have ever experienced at a Best Western. Uncomfortable mattress. Sheets were like sandpaper. Mattress pad was bunched and lumpy. Towels are small, thin, rough. After the first night of misery, my husband told them to replace the sheets. They did, with sheets that were only slightly less rough and put them right over the bunchy,lumpy mattress pad.

Stayed here as a pit stop as part of a long road trip. Nice quiet town and hotel seemed well insulated - we slept really well! Breakfast continental style, but sufficient for our needs. There is a N Italian / pizza restaurant next door, but it was only 1 mile to an out of town mall down the road which had a large range of eating choices and restaurants. Special mention should go out for the lady who was working on reception the night of our arrival, she was extra friendly and helpful, making us feel really welcome after a long day and drive. (For management so that she gets the credit, sorry I can't remember her name, but she was originally from Michigan and we arrived about 8pm on Sat 26th October). Would definitely stay here again - it was friendly, comfortable and clean and felt calm.

We stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel's decor is very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the hallways were quiet which allowed for a very restful night. The breakfast offerings were very complete; I couldn't think of anything that I wanted that wasn't provided. Check in & check out were handled by very friendly and competent people.

This is the 3rd or 4th stay at this hotel since March '19. The rooms are a nice size, have all the basic amenities, beds are comfortable and the staff is pleasant. Breakfast is good and I appreciate that they heard my only complaint regarding the oatmeal. :) It was perfect this trip.

I chose this location because its reviews were better than other BW locations in the Nashville area. We were not disappointed and only wish we could have stayed longer. It is well maintained, and though not a Best Western Plus, it is very up to date and attractive. It's evident that the owner cares about his property and serving his guests.

If you want to experience southern charm while still having a modern feel this is the place to go. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The man who checked me in was awesome and so was Anderson who was working that night.

We stayed for just one night on our way to Florida. This hotel was clean and reasonably priced. We did not take time to use any of the amenities as we got in late and left early. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

We were there for a quick trip. Outside of hotel very nice and well maintained. Friendly employees and check/out quick. Our room was clean and spacious but the bath needed a little updating but it was clean. Didn't have time to swim but pool was big.

After receiving terrible customer service at Hampton Inn Spring Hill, Best Western did not disappoint. We had to find another hotel immediately due to the fact that Hampton Inn cancelled our reservation that we booked a month in advance. There was no wait time. The rooms were clean and ready. The front desk attendant was empathetic to my group. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you for turning a terrible experience into a great one by extending help and providing quality service. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is not far from Crossings Dr where all the shopping and restaurants are. It's amazing how you can book a room month in advance and have to struggle to get a room, but walk right in another hotel and receive two rooms with ease. Thank you again!

This property is great. Even gave it excellent review on Best Western.com. Until I discovered the hidden antics with my credit card. Booked reservation online with points for 20,000 points. Upon check-in was asked for credit card for "incidentals". (Love the way hotels misrepresent with that term.) Amount? $35.18, which I could live with until it drops off. Checked out next day around 10am. Great stay, all good with points. Come back, we will. Till I checked my credit card and found a second pending amount for $116.07. Now in meantime, I had made a second reservation there, again with points. I called about the second amount. Was told it would drop off as well. But why was it made? Was told that was the rest of the cost of the room. Didnt know why it was done, but it will drop off. I then ask how I can avoid the same thing happening on my next upcoming stay, so my money isn't held up. Told no way to avoid it---for incidentals. Ok $35.00 I can live with, but not the second amount. How do we avoid that happening again. Now it's not "dont know why", now its "unavoidable!!" Mind you I stay in hotels 50 weeks out of the year, with Best Western being my hotel of choice. As a Diamond member of Best Western rewards, I rack up a lot of points and use them often. I have run into the $35 bit before, although BW tells me that's the amount they pay the hotel for housekeeping when someone stays on points. But never the full amount of a room. Just the prior week I stayed in Pigeon Forge at the Best Western Plaza Inn with a mountain view room with balcony, for 3 nites (72,000 points AND they never put a hold on any money. Just took the credit card info and put it on file. Hmmmm!!! Mr. Peter Patel at Spring Hill must have his own little tricky dicky policy going on. BEWARE of what you are not told!

We needed to be in Athens, Alabama for an event and new of the Spring Hill area and decided to stay there. We booked the Best Western Inn and Suites and were not disappointed. We got a great price through AAA, and asked for a late check in (10:45). We were greeted warmly by the young woman behind the desk, and were given prompt and friendly service. They even had some fresh cookies available. We had a room on the second floor, which was clean and fresh. We stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fine - eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, juice, breads, cereal, fruit, coffee. So, a selection to take care of most anyone. There was plenty of parking and it was not difficult to find even at night and in a storm.

Found the hotel to have a very noisy room air conditioner and had a bad smell coming from it. The beds were comfy but couldn't sleep due to noisy air conditioner and smell. Rooms need updated bad. Carpet stained and soiled couch soiled. Bathroom needed redone and re caulked. Over all very unhappy with over night stay.

This place is very clean and very quiet. In a great location as well. The bed was really comfortable which isn't usually the case in a hotel. I would definitely stay again next time I visit spring hill! The only negative is that i got a suite and it was pretty pricey for the size of the room. I was expecting way more. The suite part of it was a really tiny little room off to the side with a tv and a small loveseat. I will not book another suite next time. Ill save my money and just book a regular room.

Perfect location in Spring Hill. Don't let the exterior throw you off. The interior and the rooms are very up to date and comfortable. Large rooms, big bathrooms with plenty of storage. Walk to just about anything you want, antiquing, food, or just enjoy the area. The rate was somewhat higher for that time frame but I believe that was due to the NFL draft being in Nashville--I could be wrong. Overall, I'm planning on being back in Aug.

While Sasha went out of her way to help we had a lot of people coming from out of state and management wouldn't allow me to even hold rooms. I am a premium member. All the amenities and which were good . Breakfast was better than most. Still have old 6:00an to 9:30 hours

This hotel is right in the middle of Spring Hill. It is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean. This hotel is a very good place to stay for the price. My overall experience was a positive one.

Everything about this "Best Western" was excellent, altogether! Everyone was pleasant and polite to my wife and I. The location of the Best Western was convenient to all of the locations which we needed to visit. We will stay at this Best Western again!

Stayed at the property while spending Christmas with my daughter who has an apartment down the street. When we went to check in, some guy whom seemed to be high on drugs was in the doorway and wouldn't budge and the desk clerk had to call the police. This is a really nice property. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The property was quiet. Everything was great except the first day they didn't bother to clean the room. I was overcharged somewhat because the Best Western Reservation system says the tax rate is 14.25% and the property says it is 17.25%. I enjoyed the property and wouldn't definitely stay here again.

Stayed for two nights while visiting family. Room was well appointed and clean. The hotel was not as quiet as The Best Western Franklin in which surprised me. Could hear the people in the rooms on either side of us and the person upstairs walking around. We were close to an exit door and heard the door slam every time it was opened. Hated the pillows on the beds, they were the small square very firm pillows. The room had a the smell from a cleaning agent. There is a good Italian restaurant next door which is good for weary travelers. Overall I just think this property is overpriced for what you get.

Having stayed at the Spring Hill Best Western many times, we have always been highly satisfied. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Rates are reasonable.

If you are visiting Nashville area, check out this hotel. It is an easy drive south of the city, yet much more comfortable and better for families who don't have a huge budget. The building itself was constructed to match the plantation era of the area, and they found a perfect balance between keeping with that mid-19th century era and modern decor. Beds clean and comfortable, bath clean and roomy enough, rooms good sized. A couple really nice touches; 1-the bathroom has a nightlight on a timer-perfect for those with children or those who have trouble falling asleep in unfamiliar environments; 2- an actual closet- not sliding door or cutout - and a second full length mirror inside the closet door-great for us with 2 teenage girls; 3-desk and chair, plus chair with ottoman, and another bench so you don't have to have to only sit on the beds. If I were to suggest anything to management it would be to extend your great breakfast to 9:30 at least on weekends.

Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was very quit and clean. The breakfast was hot and fresh with a lot of options. The staff very friendly. Would stay again if in the area.

It was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The room was made up everyday. Breakfast was served hot every morning. There was a fitness center that I didn't have time for, but I did make it to the pool for a little relaxation. Parking was close and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

We opted for this BW rather than stay in Nashville proper since we were just passing through. It was MUCH less expensive but don't let that fool you. The hotel was fairly close to the highway and had plenty of free parking. The lobby was nice and we noted a very spacious breakfast area with nice decor. Our room was a good distance from the lobby area as this is a large property but not at all a problem. The room was nice, very clean and had super comfortable beds with very nice bedding. It was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was the typical BW fare, egg patties, sausage, assorted breads and cereals. Fresh fruit was offered too. Very nicely presented and organized. Be aware though...breakfast is served from 6am only til 9am so if you want to sleep in you'll end up at McDonalds! A side note: a restaurant named Frankie's shares a parking lot with this hotel. EAT THERE! Fantastic pizza and Italian food.

We were searching for a place to stay just off the interstate, and found this hotel. Very quiet, and up to date. The grounds are pretty and hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. Excellent restaurant adjoining. Complimentary breakfast more than adequate.

Hotel used to be for old GM saturn workers .large rooms two ac units .has a laundry room with 1set of machines .pool was clean and clear Mexican restaurant was next door breakfast was ok they had a pancake machine not bad overall.

We checked in on Monday night the 27th-30th woman at Check in was nice. After that went to crap. Found cockroaches in room 224 was moved to 218 with urine stained sheets. Was refunded 10% disgusting. Then never gave us our 20$ gift card at check out which was told we were getting for staying one night

The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The only thing I didn't like was the toilet was very low in the bathroom. The rooms had a very large closet. Nice refrigerator and microwave were included in the rooms. We had high speed internet service available also. Nice full continental breakfast available for free.

One of the few hotels in the immediate area. They obviously take great care of the place. Nice little restaurant next door that serves decent Italian food. Very convenient for people that have business in the immediate area.

The room was very nice. The lobby good. The pool a little dated but okay. The hotel has a restaurant next door and it is very good. Very enjoyable stay. The only real problem was the handicap parking. There is a hedge next to it that needs trimming.

Thus is a nice affordable hotel in the Spring Hill, Columbia, TN area. Unfortun5, we had our small dog with us and after we left a $250 charge was posted on our credit card bill. This might have been handled better by ourselves and the manager, who has not been available for our calls. Again, this hotel is clean, convenient and affordable.

Stayed here for a night in a king size room. The bed was fine, ac was great and thermostat gave you precise control over room temp. Directv gave you tons of viewing options. Above average complimentary breakfast options (pancakes, sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits & gravy, etc.) available. Had a nice looking pool but did not use. The biggest knock was the bathroom which wasn't super clean. There were some dead bugs and debris by the toilet. The shower water temperature and pressure was also below average. Overall, I would neither recommend nor discourage stopping by if in the area.

Although the hotel was situated about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville it was the perfect place to stay away from the high traffic and easy to get to downtown. This was the perfect place that also had many shopping areas and great restaurants close.

We have stayed here several times. Upon arrival we walked inside to check in and found no one at front desk. My wife and i started checking for someone to help us. After waiting for 5 min, no one around. 10 min, i go behind counter and pound on door. I'm sure it's on camera. Wife found house keeping, and she started helping us. 12 min mark. The manager walked in and we ask why no one on front counter. He looked at my wife and said. Well i got to have a break sometime. After explaining our wait, he didn't seem to care. Poorest manager I've had in a longtime. Room was clean, house keeper was nice and friendly.

My husband and I stayed May 17, 18 2018 for our grandson's graduation. Absolutely AWESOME Hotel. Suites was like an apartment. Immaculately clean, friendly and efficient staff, very tasty hot breakfast, our first stay but definitely not our last! Our daughter lives in Columbia. We are already looking for excuses to come back and visit, lol.

We come several times a year from AZ to visit our daughter; hotel is close to her house, and has always been clean, comfortable & quiet; close to shopping & multiple restaurants; rooms are large & breakfast is good; bathroom is nice & clean; staff is always friendly & helpful! Rates are fair if you use AAA rate request. Much more convenient than driving 20 minutes to Franklin for a lower rate!

Not the most modern but clean. The lobby/dining area for breakfast has been completely renovated. Much nicer now. Comfy bed. Ample parking. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. They always give us a first floor room as we request.

Room (along with lobby and common areas) were VERY clean. Linens were fresh and clean along with a very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful with exception of one person (younger gentleman working nights would lock doors and gate {pretty sure this was a fire violation}. It was visably clear that he was sleeping and he would come to help with no shoes and looking disheveled) Aside from this one young man, the stay was great. Breakfast was a 2.5 out of 5 and did the trick but nothing to write home about.

We stay at hotels all the time for business room was not very clean my dog found a pair of socks a half empty water bottle and a few other things bath and sink did not drain good shower head was broke we mentioned these things at check out and was not even offered a discounted rate we are platinum members of bw room not worth the rate

I have been going to Spring Hill once a month for the last 3 years and have stayed at this hotel 95% of the time. This Hotel has the best staff and everything about it is top-notch. I have at least two more years of coming down there and this will always be where I stay.

Stay several days for work. Close to small mall, target, places to eat. Easy access to highway. Only 40 minutes away from Nashville. Franklin close by. The weather was a little bit warmer then Michigan.

Hotel looked decent on the outside however once inside it had a creepy feeling. Service was less than stellar. Breakfast was tasteless and the eggs were cold. The coffee was excellent. Beds were rock hard. Secondary door locks were of average, at best, quality.

Sue welcomed us and so did the owner later. The entry is so open and welcoming. As the breakfast area has many tables for 2 which is nice as so many are 4 to 6 at a table. Many choices and well stock breakfast. Our room was just in back of the Check in Desk and never heard a sound. It was quite and the room spacious. The refrigerator was larger than most. Had a micro, coffee maker and anything else one would want. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a good stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast service was great. Unfortunately I forgot the lovely lady who was helpful during breakfast. Front desk staff were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room had dirty bed linens with poor response by service staff to correct the problem. We were told that there were no more clean linens and they would not let us change rooms, even though some were available. The night clerk was not very accommodating. We will not stay at this particular hotel again.

This Best Western in Spring Hill Tennessee is old and slightly outdated, but very clean! We stayed in a suite, because it was the only room left. It was very roomy and comfortable! It has some great updates... nice shower head with great water pressure, new tile floor and shower walls. Great lighting over the sink and new counter tops and painted cabinet. The furniture was clean, but outdated and showed lots of wear. The mattress was a little soft, but not horrible. It's a quite hotel, so we slept well. New, big, flat screen TV's were nice (two in the suite). Kitchen needs a serious update, but again it was very clean and bug free. Our suite was in the second building on the second floor and there was no elevator, making it difficult to get our heavy suitcases up the steps, but for younger people that's probably not an issue. The staff as this hotel is very polite and friendly, even the maids. They all smiled and said hello in passing. If I'm ever in Spring Hill again, I will probably stay here again. Maybe the furniture will be updated to go along with all the other nice updates by my next visit!

great place to stay! Clean, cozy and extremely friendly! The owner, Peter and his gal Sue were kind, fun and helpful. we enjoyed our two stays there!!! wonderful restaurant next door (Frankies). the hotel is easy to find, yet a tad out of the way.

Nice hotel , good location, service just average. The room was clean , but the house keeper was a no show on Sunday. Breakfast was good but I'll go to Waffle House thanks. Parking and grounds were nice . I very much disliked the sign in the room list the cost of items that you would be billed for if you should choose to break or steal one of them

Nice large suite. Rooms were recently updated with new carpet, paint, crown molding and furniture. Kitchen and bathroom was not updated. In general the rooms were clean and lots of room if you are traveling with kids. The bathtub had mold around the edge.

This is one of the better Best Western hotels and a good value for the money. It is in a good location for visiting Spring Hill, TN and surrounding areas. The amenities are good or at least average for hotels in this price range. Rooms are plenty big enough, beds are comfortable, and the staff tries to do a good job in serving the guests.

We have stayed here several times to visit our daughter . Nice motel overall ; pleasant & quiet. The bathroom smelled like urine this recent trip & shower curtain smelled sour; we did not mention to staff as we were gone most of the time , but I'm sure it would have been remedied if I had told front desk; rooms are large & updated! Will certainly stay again!

OK Best Western in Spring Hill! I've stayed there before and so have family members at other times. You have a nice facility, but there is false advertising on your Google site. You have "pets" listed without the word "service" . My sister and her husband were hoping to stay there again next weekend, but they have their poodle with them! Too bad, you lost some nice customers!

We are currently evacuating from the military base in Georgia due to Hurricane Irma and before booking yesterday I called to make sure it was okay to bring my puppies with me. They said that is fine we accept pets. I said ok and I went ahead and booked online. I called this morning to double check because my anxiety gets the best of me and they were so rude saying they would never say that and what not. I do not care what they have to say today I care about yesterday when I was lied to. We now have nowhere to go and we cannot stay here. The sad thing is they have a place to sleep at and now we do not I hope they enjoy their nice bed while we have to now stay in our car!

Room was clean, so no problem there. We have stayed here at least once a year for the last 8 years. We booked on AAA. Upon leaving there were 2 charges that were not on the AAA receipt. When ask they said it was AAA fault. When ask what a vendor fee was, the manage didn't have a clue. Well i didn't use a vendor. Lets charge people, and not know what its for. Yes they have smoking, which you can smell walking down the halls. Then you have the manager standing at the front door smoking. If they want to smoke, how about away from the door.

This hotel was perfect for our 2-day stay and was convenient to our daughter's house. The room was just lovely and had recently been remodeled with new carpet, furniture, small fridge, microwave, etc. The bathroom had more than enough towels for the 2 of us, and the complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. We will most definitely stay here again on our next visit to Spring Hill, TN!

From the moment we arrived to our departure all we can say is our stay was "AWESOME" !!! We stayed two nights. We did NOT have ONE complaint !!!! The Hotel was SUPER Clean. Staff was SUPER Friendly . The breakfast area was elegant and the decor was awesome !! LOVED the atmosphere !! The Breakfast was BEYOND what we expected !!!! I could Not leave without Thanking and Giving a Big Hug to the young lady that was there to assist. !! She was SUPER AWESOME !! The Location was Perfect . Close to shopping centers and restaurants. Our room was SUPER Clean , and VERY Comfortable we felt like we were right at Home !!!! We would definitely Recommend this Hotel to ANYONE !!! While waiting for our new home to be completed we had the pleasure of staying at Best Western Spring Hill for 13 nights. This was a pleasant and flawless experience the entire time. Innkeeper Peter Patel, his family and staff really understand how to deliver genuine hospitality. I will recommend this property whenever I can.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff was excellent and friendly. Very clean, updated, lobby area is beautiful and true to the area. Laundry area came in handy. Rooms were clean, as well as the pool. Breakfast offered a variety of options.

Once the staff realized that I had confirmed a reservation and was only asking for 1/2 days stay the conversation turned very polite and they couldn't be more accommodating. At first, they didn't want to allow me to check in at 7:00 since check in is at 11:00, until I explained my situation. Working 2 hours one way from work takes a toll on ones body. I explained that I would stay more often if they could accommodate me. The staff was happy to make my stay as comfortable as they could. Thank you again Peter at Spring Hill location for assisting.

Quick trip. Arrived at 9pm. No fuss check in. Room was a little musty smelling but once we turned on some air the smell was not noticeable. Bed was comfortable. Glad we picked this hotel. Will stay here again in Oct.2017

Got stranded on I-65 when my car died and had it towed to the closest auto shop, which was in Spring Hill. This was at 10pm and this BW was the closest hotel, so it's not like I did any analysis of best place to stay, I just ended up here and fortunately, they had a room. I travel about 50% of the time to DC, FL and TX and I usually stay at "better" chains like Marriott and had an obviously distorted view of Best Western. In fact I was on my way home from the Nashville airport having just been at Courtyard in Orlando and Comfort Suites in Cocoa Beach when my car died and frankly this BW was superior to both those hotels. Very clean, nice amenities - it just seemed complete down to the extensive number of movie channels on their DirecTV. If you need a hotel in Spring Hill, this is a great choice!

The rooms look better since the upgrade. I think it is high for a B/W property. The new ac units are either too warm or too cold. The free breakfast is basic, carb heavy. Up until recently, it was the only hotel in Spring Hill.

Some of our family stayed at this hotel from Monday - Sunday for softball tournament. Others arrived on Thursday. Nice hotel. Nice, friendly staff. Great Breakfast. Clean. The only issue we had was that they had very few large rooms - rooms with more than one bed. And the rooms that had double beds were small. We managed with a King bed and a few air mattresses. Nice area - convenient to lots of restaurants and a very clean 24-7 Walmart. I definitely recommend this hotel if in the area!

Satisfactory place to stay for our quick trip to Spring Hill. Air conditioner didn't keep the room at an even temperature so staying longer than one night would have been more of a problem. Was told it was a new system that sensed movement and reacted accordingly. Controlled by a central computer. I'd stay again after the system was better calibrated.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast offered was not what I expected, having stayed at other BW's, Also the building is about 30 years old and was very noisy from adjoining rooms. I expected a little more due to the higher price for the room.

We booked an extra day on the morning we were originally scheduled to check out. Later that morning, the desk clerk that booked us the room barged in unannounced just as my wife went into the bathroom to shower. Imagine my shock when she yelled at me that a man just opened the door. I went and opened the door to see what was going on and the clerk was in the hall "checking rooms". He apologized and stated the he "forgot" we were still there even though he filled out the paperwork for the room.

We were delighted to see all of the upgrades. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. We always return to this hotel when in Spring Hill.

It wasn't so much that we disliked the hotel, but the attitude of the night desk attendant just compounded everything. Knowing that we'd be checking in late and not up early, we requested either an upstairs room, or a quiet area, but because they were full, we didn't get either one. The attitude at the front desk was "maybe you can find that somewhere else, but I doubt it". If it weren't for the lack of sleep, we'd probably have enjoyed the hotel and the stay, but since the bottom line was sleep, we were pretty unhappy when we left.

Best Western is usually a good moderately priced motel. The quality of the motel was excellent, spacious rooms, quite. Located next to a pizza restaurant and in an excellent location. Breakfast is included with the room, however, we went Sunday morning close to 9:00 and a lot of the warm food was gone, and had not been replenished.

Great job from entire staff. They all were wonderfully professional and their costumes were amazing. The zombie festival they performed for the guests was terrific. The blood and gore was extremely refreshing and fun.

This will be my go to hotel when I visit Franklin TN. Well -kept, spotlessly clean, and super nice staff! My room was amazing. Courtesy breakfast was adequate. I don't like fake eggs so I passed on those. Coffee was excellent and the fresh fruit was tasty. I love this hotel!

Most things in this motel are renovated. A new temperature control runs the old style room cooler. Not user friendly. The breakfast room is newly furnished, but still too small. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. The frig and microwave are helpful for multi-day stays.

Great rooms and TV was beautiful. very clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again in the future. I use a wheelchair and the room was perfect for my needs. The breakfast was very nice, too, and I felt well rested. I recommend.

Family friendly hotel- very nice lobby. Breakfast every morning basically same everyday but not a big deal. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. We stayed here in Spring Hill 3 times. Convenient location close to everything.

nice accommodations, no loud noises, great breakfast spread. i would definitely go back. The front desk staff were very helpful and always pleasant. Parking was easy. It was convenient to where I was staying with family and just a short drive from the expressway.

Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel staff very helpful with accommodating us as we needed a room for another night, and though booked up, they were able to allow us to reserve the room we were already in for the 3rd night we needed.

Usually stay around the Franklin exit when traveling thru Nashville on the way to Alabama. The hotels this last weekend were over priced and most very tired looking, we drove 15 min south , to the Best western. Great property, clean, nicely decorated, hot breakfast, pleasant staff. We will stay there again.

Would have liked an indoor pool during cold months, usually we won't stay at a hotel that doesn't have an indoor pool, but had enough points for one night out of the two nights we stayed. After checking the hotel's web site and seeing how nice everything was we decided to book here

The outside of the hotel looks like a nursing home but the inside does not. It is newly renovated. The rooms are spacious and nice with a nice size fridge and microwave. The morning FREE breakfast is awesome. The eggs aren't so great but there is hot oatmeal, fresh pancake maker, eggs, hash browns, just tons of choices. Its as if you are at Denny's. The staff is friendly. Just an all around great stay.

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years and have always been very pleased. However, at this stay we were very disappointed with the customer service & lack of concern to our issues. The bed was the most uncomfortable we have every slept in (soft & lumpy), the toilet was in need of repair, housekeeping didn't clean bathroom and replenish tissues.

This was my first time ever I believe staying at a Best Western Hotel. The hotel was very clean and looked immaculate. It looked more like a grand hotel and the staff definitely were great. We worked late at night so we didn't get to partake of the breakfast offered but it was there if u wanted it. And it was fairly quiet in the mornings for sleeping late. There is also a nice looking little pizza place right next door to the hotel. (They are practically connected). I want to give the pizza place a try when i return. I have to return to this area after Thanksgiving and I will be giving this place a call. Thanks again Best Western for a great stay!

This hotel is one of the better Best Western hotels we've stayed at. It has been remodeled, rooms are nice and clean, staff is friendly, and amenities are good. It is is an overall good value. They have recently installed an elevator so second floor is easily accessible. Although they just have an outdoor pool, it is nice and kept clean. The breakfast offering isn't great, but better than some hotels in this lower price range. It is easily accessible in Spring Hill and good for either families or individuals on business.

Nice clean place to sleep, great free breakfast, eggs, the works. I have stayed for Business and a Hot Date with the wife. They have sweets with hot tubs ands a nice place to eat at the end of the Hotel.

The place was clean and quite. It is located in a convenient area and there is a nice restaurant right beside the property. The service was very good from the front desk to housekeeping. The breakfast was a welcome touch that we appreciated very much.

We stay frequently at this hotel, as it is near family we visit. The hotel has always been clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay at this hotel whenever we visit our daughter and her family.

Excellent location as well as quality of stay. Clean and pleasant rooms, good choice of Breakfast (Very impressed with the "Pancake Machine"!), all the shopping near by, and the best of all, in the midst of historical, civil War battleground surroundings. Southern hospitality and friendliness, as standard features. On the radar for the next visit.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel is very clean and well kept both inside and outside. It was remodeled and they did a good job bringing it up to the 21st century. Room was excellent, bed very comfortable with all the amenities for this class of hotel. The breakfast had many, many choices from fresh fruits and cereals to hot eggs, biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. It was serviced well and kept clean during breakfast. The workout facility was adequate. I didn't get to use the pool, but it looked well maintained and clean. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area for a few nights or a lengthy stay. Hotel management and staff were very accommodating, courteous, and professional. Maid service was timely, efficient and thorough! I stay in allot of hotels, and have managed a hotel. This is a good one. The only negative were the taxes that were levied, over 17% for City, County and State Taxes. Management advised they were just raised a month ago from 14%. Thats excessive.

It seemed to be a remodeled motel and there were still small signs of age, but all in all it's a good night's sleep in a safe area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even the cleaning lady was very pleasant which is unusual. We ate breakfast one morning while we were there and it was the typical motel breakfast with better than usual orange juice and oatmeal. The attendant was very pleasant!

First time staying at a Best Western in about 20 years and I can honestly say that it was a much better experience. The hotel was clean, the room was a very nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was standard fair....nothing exceptional. The hotel was easy to get to and was very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Got a suite and enjoyed our stay. The pool was fine and we were the only ones there at the time. Breakfast was only okay. We skipped it entirely one day. The room was clean and neat every day. It was a separate building which seemed strange at first.

We chose this hotel because we had enough points to get one of our nights free. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and room and the comfortable bed. The breakfast was better than you get at most hotels that offer a free breakfast.

Stayed a week and had two rooms while we were here. One up and one down. The are installing an elevator right now, should be functional in a matter of days, so fear not.. They have an elevator. They also have done upgrades to the door locks, new system put in throughout, and most importantly... the staff is simply amazing. They make sure you want for nothing while you are here, very helpful if you're lost and not from the area, breakfast was plentiful and great selection that changes a bit daily. The kids will love the pancake machine. Beautiful decor, beautiful property, beautiful pool...and very well kept throughout. We will stay here anytime we are ever in the area. Thanks to everyone.. Sue, Peter, all of you, for a worry and hassle free stay!!

People next door making so much noise it woke me up several times. Called the front desk and was told that the noise could be heard in the lobby!!!!!!!! I asked why she didn't address the issue. She said that she had received several complaints. It was already midnight and she could hear it in the lobby and had received several complaints, and yet had done nothing. She said she would go to the room and asked me which room it was. She called and asked them to be quiet. After another 30 minutes the noise went down. I am awake now and no chance of getting any sleep tonight. This is the second night in a row. I paid for a place to SLEEP. Why am I paying 130 a night to NOT sleep? Of course everyone is sorry, etc etc. Why are we not pro active in these cases? Why did hotel staff wait until midnight to do anything? And then only after I called and several other people had already complained? What are they waiting for? I expect this level of noise and staff at low end motels, not the Best Western.

Excelent place to stay. The staff is very kind but Peter Patel is an excelent host. They offer a good breakfast with fruit, egg, bread. There is a gym in there and washer and dryer machine in addition outside pool ¡¡Great option to stay!! Thanks Peter !!

We booked the hotel and hour before we arrived. From the moment we stepped into the reception area and was greeted by the reception staff we felt welcomed and at home. The room was great, clean and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable we asked what brand it was as we are in the market for a new bed! The pool was clean and the location was great. I had two lovely afternoons swimming with no one else there! Breakfast had a good selection, fruit, pancakes, sausages, eggs, muffins etc., along with coffee and a good selections of juices. There is no elevator in the hotel so if you can't cope with stairs make sure you get a room on the ground floor

We recently stayed overnight here for a work conference. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable, those are the 2 must for me anything else just adds to the benefits of staying. Breakfast was comparable to most other hotel breakfasts (eggs, bacon, oat meal etc.) they do have a waffle or pancake maker. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. There is a nice Italian restaurant next door that was nice for evening drinks. Some of the people in our party used the pool and said it was well maintained. My only suggestion would be consider updating the furniture, it looks a little dated. I would definitely suggest staying here and would stay again. If you are in the area, just a few minutes down the road is a small restaurant called Delta Bound- it was AWESOME! It is not necessarily "authentic cajun food" but SO good.

We recently stayed at the Best Western Spring Hill. The hotel is quite nice and in a reasonable area for walking. One of the best things is Frankie's Pizza and Grill attached to it. Great food. The Best Western had very friendly staff checking us in. They were doing maintenance when we arrived so the upkeep of the hotel is ongoing. We liked that.

The best western Spring Hill Inn & Suites is my go to hotel when I'm in Spring Hill, the staff is fantastic, and the host Peter is a wonderful person, the rooms are always clean and the suites are fantastic, wi fi works great and Breakfast in the morning is always outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about this place, my loyalty to the brand is permanent.

This is a neat looking hotel. (it doesn't look like one) Service was good and had a pleasant short stay. Breakfast was good, but would like to see more variety. Great central location in the state. Good Value.

We booked this hotel at the last minute the weekend of Memorial Day. The hotel itself is dirty and in desperate need of a complete remodel. The hotel does not have an elevator. We booked three rooms and all of them smelled like a cigar bar. The air conditioner did not work properly. None of the lamps in our room worked. Cigarette burn marks on the tub. Furniture looked like it was purchased at an auction after 20 years of use. The list goes on and on. Do not stay at this hotel. Side note, the weekend cleaning ladies were nice even though they did not clean my room.

Nice quaint hotel with two floors. Very nice customer service. Beds are very comfortable. Room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom very nice and clean.The free morning breakfast is very nice. Lots of items to choose from. Coffee tastes excellent.

We stayed here for a family wedding. Not our first time staying here. Our room, including the bathroom, was clean. There was ample floor and closet space for the 3 of us. Not sure why there was a second air conditioner in the room as it wasn't connected, but the room temp was fine once we got the one turned down and cooled the room off. The breakfast was ok. Several choices. Second day was better as the food (that should have been) was nice and hot. They are doing some remodeling. Looking forward to the updates. We will be back to stay.

Booked these reservations months in advance. Asked for room on the first floor. When we arrived was told they only had one dolly and it was broken. Next, we were not on the first floor. My husband asked where the elevator was located. They do not have an elevator. I have a bad back, had to walk the steps. So, I guess the dolly wouldn't have helped in any event. Room had 2 air conditioners, only one worked, somewhat. We had to unplug it and re-plug it in several times for it to function properly. Called the front desk, were told no maintenance man at night. It was then 7:30 pm. Decided to stay since we were exhausted from driving all day. Asked if we could be moved to a first floor room in the am. Were told they didn't have one, hotel was booked. When we decided to leave the next day to stay at another property, there were many empty rooms on the first floor. We were also told someone in management would call us about the issues. Still have not heard from anyone. Will never, ever return to this property again. Absolutely no effort to accommodate the clientele!

We has several rooms as we traveled for a family wedding. My sister and husband booked a suite that was 'non-smoking'. You could still smell the smoke in the room. There was also cigarette burns in the rugs of the room. Horrible. Needless to say, they left to book another room at another hotel. I choose to stay with the rest of my family. Every time I left my room, my door key lost it's strip code. Even when I went straight from the front desk to my room....it still would not open my door. The desk clerk blamed me. Stated I must have ran it against my credit cards or phone. I carried them in my hand and pockets....very rude to blame the customer. Stairs were dirty, a table for smokers was set up right outside the side entrance door near the stairs I had to use. Breakfast food was ok. Would never stay at this hotel again.

We were in Tennessee for a wedding and I had rented four rooms, One King suite, Two King rooms, one Double. We went to our King Suite and it was awful. It was dirty, it smelled of cigarettes, the carpet in the bedroom was soaking wet and there were giant cigarette burns in the carpets. My husband went back to the front desk and complained. The young man at the front desk came to our room and remarked "I don't smell anything". My husband said "Then YOU stay here. We are leaving." And we did. The rest of the family didn't want to leave because their rooms were really not that bad (their rooms were in a different building).

I have stayed in hotels all over the world. Everything on my stay at this Best Western was excellent. The people, the room, the breakfast, the check in, you name it all great. I will stay there again, next time in Tn. Mike Simpson

The room was very nice. The shampoo was the best I have had in any hotel. I did not need any conditioner which is unusual for my hair. I loved the cover over the remote. Have not seen that in any other hotel. The staff was friendly. They had a great breakfast, a good variety. We were very pleased with this hotel.

First room was dirty. carpet soiled, and smelled musty and smoke filled. Second room was nice but I was not allowed to stay in it because it was not in my price range, and was told I had to move to lesser quality of room. Thus three unpacks and repacks in 18 hours. Was told by the owner first room had just been sprayed with a disinfectant. Why was the room rented if this was so.

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, and we enjoyed our stay- as always! The breakfast was very good. The addition of the pancake machine was great too. They are in the midst of some construction, but this was not an issue at all.

The staff at this hotel are awesome. They were very friendly and ready to help in any way they could. It is a very clean hotel with a friendly housekeeping staff. There are lots of items on the free breakfast buffet. Plus I heard they were remodeling and installing an elevator. We will definitely stay here again when we travel through Spring Hill!!!!

I would relish the opportunity to stay at this Best Western again! It was clean and the beds were comfortable...and above that the staff and customer service was outstanding. The free breakfast was like a buffet as so yummy and Sue at the front desk made our stay top notch by recommending places to eat and visit while in town and became like a friend of sorts during our stay...a stay we wont soon forget :)

We had stayed here before and must have been in a newer section. This stay was not as nice. Broken mirror, musty smell, hole in curtains, stains on tub, leather chair falling apart, very outdated, and stairs leading to our floor needed vacuumed.

good but need's upgrading, the out side of building is in great shape, the inside looks very nice, but the rooms need some upgrades the beds are small . i am not and expert but i know what would like.

This is an excellent Best Western - the best that we have ever stayed at! It is spotless, totally soundproof, and the staff is extremely accommodating We certainly will try to book into this location whenever we pass through Nashville. We have recommended it to friends, and I can't say enough good things about it.

My husband and I stayed two nights in early March. The hotel is clean and nice. Our room was comfortable. It was nice having a fridge in the room. It is conveniently located to a variety of restaurants and shopping. We were in town to visit friends and attend a wedding shower. We were pleased with the accommodations and will be staying here again when we come back in April for the wedding.

It was a nice hotel, however, it could use some remodeling update. The stair treads were at a slope, and carpeting pretty worn down. Bathrooms were very nice and large. For the price you pay, it's a little steep for the amenities/condition of the hotel. Unfortunately, hotels in the Nashville area are not cheap. Breakfast was decent, nice variety, but the same thing offered both days we were there. Note, there is no elevator, but I overheard they are getting one put in sometime.

My room was comfortable, clean, and very nice. When I had to stay an additional night unexpectantly, there were no vacancies. The staff was kind enough to call my cell to give me a room that had a cancellation. It was a suite and I received a free upgrade. Very satisfied. Will plan to stay for all of my business activities at your hotel.

This facility is upgrading and does not have an elevator at present. They do plan to install one in the summer of 2016. If you need a lower level room, contact the hotel directly. We were accommodated with one as an upgrade.

Good location of hotel in Spring Hill and close to family. Also close to shopping. Beds/mattresses need updating....last visit was very saggy and soft. Rest of hotel was fine. Breakfast, appearance of hotel, etc was fine.

Ive been staying at this hotel for many years now for work. The interior is a little old as of now, bus is going to be all replaced summer 2016 and I am excited to see what they are going to do! This location is a family owned hotel and the owner, Peter, is a very avid business man and loves to take care of his guests. Many would say that a "boss" would not do much work himself, but peter is always doing much of the work and making sure his customers are happy. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only downside to a business man traveler is that most of the rooms do not include a kitchenette...(I know its not a long stay hotel)

Clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast provided in the morning. And on the go breakfast if you have to leave prior to 6am. Staff very helpful. Price is a lower than the normal rate. 20 mins from Franklin and 45 mins from Nashville.

Only drawback to hotel is that it is a ways off of the interstate. Otherwise it is a nice hotel....Clean and has friendly staff. added convenience of having a restaurant very close. I would stay at this property again.

We travel from Indiana to Florida (round trip) once a year. Tennessee is one of our stopping points and this hotel was a great choice. The building is in excellent condition. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our journey at motel/hotels. The dining room is very spacious and pleasant. The TV in the room is excellent. Very clean room.

Fantastic hotel. I will continue staying there on my trips to Spring Hill. The service and the rooms are great. The breakfast is one of the best that I have had at a hotel. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the Spring Hill area.

I LOVE THIS TOWN. It has quaint shops, tons of restaurants, Convenient to Columbia and Mount Pleasant. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff, SUPER FRIENDLY. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean and well decorated. Amenities are good. Breakfast had many options and was good. We always stay here when we are in Spring Hill, TN. Frankie's Pizza was great and Pancho's is very good too. Both are walking distance from the hotel. It's conveniently located to the highway and other amenities.

We stay at this hotel every year when in the area visiting family. Have watched it improve every year. Owners are very interested in upgrading this property and making your stay pleasant. Appearance is good, rooms and bedding are comfortable, breakfast is traditional, breakfast area is maintained well. AARP discount honored.

The staff at this property were extremely polite, friendly, and courteous. I travel frequently and this was one if not the most relaxing business trips I have had in the last several years. The property was clean and comfortable.

The hubby and I stayed 1 night at this Best Western while visiting our son. Both the evening and daytime staff were very friendly and helpful. Our King room (#108) was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was also pretty comfortable. The only negative I had about the room was that there weren't enough accessible plug in for all of our electronics. It would be helpful if the hotel would upgrade to those lamps that have the plug in the base. Other than that, and a tiny issue with a handicap parking space. Our stay was excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Spring Hill, TN area.

This is a good place to stay to avoid rush hour traffic going through Nashville. It's a bit dated but has a very nice lobby and breakfast area. As always the Best Western staff are very friendly and helpful.

Front staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. Room was very clean and "higher tier" than I expected. Room included Microwave and refrigerator even though it was the lowest rate room and they worked well. I would definitely stay again!

I was in Spring Hill on a business trip for 6 weeks, and the maids ensured my room was immaculate on a daily basis and Peter was very friendly and also extremely helpful. Thank you for everything! KR Helena

We were looking for a hotel near Nashville, but not IN Nashville when we found this gem. We stayed in the all suites building. The room was larger than the apartments we lived in before we bought our first house! It had a living room, nice kitchen, and bedroom. The area is quiet with a nice restaurant next door. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

My family and I decided to come down to visit some relatives a few days ago and we chose this hotel to stay at. We were very satisfied with our choice because this hotel was very clean, friendly, and had an amazing breakfast. There was a very good variety of foods available during breakfast, and we even got to go swimming this weekend which was always a plus! All in all, if you are looking for a very clean, well kept, friendly staff hotel, this is the one for you! We will definitely be staying here from now on every time we visit our family.

This hotel was not my choice, but it was close to the client. Room was clean and done for the night. This hotel has 2 floors but NO elevator. And of course, my room was on the second floor. Your bill isn't slid under the door in the evening so there is no express check out. Evening your on the second floor you will be carrying your stuff downstairs for for breakfast and the process of checking out.

We have stayed here several times. It is always clean and quiet. This last time we stayed, the hotel was full, but it was so quiet you would have never known. The décor and carpeting do need some updating. They have updated the breakfast area, however, by replacing carpet with hardwood or laminate floors, and replacing the long fancy dining tables with smaller individual tables. Much nicer! Breakfast is good.

A totally beautiful hotel, inside and out! The room was terrific...plush décor and quality appliances. Everything you could possibly want. A fun, nice restaurant is attached by a walkway. Live music at the outside dining area was so enjoyable. The pillows couldn't be more comfortable and I absolutely did not want to leave the bed in the morning...such a terrific mattress. The complimentary breakfast was way above average...Lots of hot options. I had homemade oatmeal with brown sugar, almonds and cranberries...people were raving about the biscuits and gravy.....One of the nicest places I have ever stayed...and the cost was reasonable for a holiday weekend.

For over $100 a night, you can usually get a decent hotel. However, the breakfast was disappointing and the gym was so outdated. I would probably find another hotel to stay at if you're coming to the area.

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly, great rooms and location. The breakfast was really good too. Housekeeping did a great job and the everyone there was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, liked higher counter in bathroom and granite counter top. Upon arriving, I entered the lobby and the smell of smoke was overwhelming!! I knew I was in trouble as I had a smoking room as all non smoking rooms were booked. I needed to stay in Spring Hill, and had there been another hotel in Spring Hill, I would have left. My clothes reeked of smoke just from hanging in the closet. I certainly hope your renovation will take care of this. Oh, coffee was made available in rooms and the glass pot was missing from my room.
