Stayed here for one night for a fly-in-fly-out. Booked this place for its proximity to the airport. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle which you can book in advance. First things first. This place is spotless clean. I was given a room on the ninth floor. It was a spacious room with modern furniture, I enjoyed the view and the minibar. TV is satellite with a receiver, so that's a bit tricky but worked out in the end. The bar (and restaurant at the same time) was populated yet not noisy, the staff was super nice and quick. I've enjoyed a fantastic Bulgarian white wine. I haven't had dinner but what I saw on other people's plates seemed delicious. I ran into a little issue concerning the airport transfer so I ended up taking a cab (€10). When I addressed this to the shift leader Nora, she upgraded me to a Junior suite. Very professional. Would definitely come back!
Nice enough airport hotel. Large room with view of airport. Quite quiet. Very friendly professional staff. Easy to get from airport via free shuttle bus or via metro into centre. Good amenities. Nice tiled bathroom with plentiful hot water.
Disappointment from beginning to the end. Our flight delay led and after a call to reception I was left waiting forthe shuttle with my luggage at the airport. After a hone call reception with attitude told me to wait and shuttle will come. Arrived took care of our luggage on my own and same receptionist just show me the direction of the lifts. Room clean, reasonable size with super small bed pretend g to be king bed. Check out was somehow better however could not compensate the checkdissaoointment neither the small uncomfortable bed. Awful service or more accurately no service at all. Won't use it or recommend it at all even is new relatively new facility
The hotel was nice and clean. Why the 2 stars? I did extensive research to make sure all of our hotels had independent AC in the rooms. My family and I had 2 different rooms...and both were incredibly hot. I called to reception to tell them that the thermostat wasn't working, only to be told it's only central. Our rooms were facing west, so it was hot all afternoon. Luckily they jad free rooms facing the other side. Also, a free airport shuttle is included (only reason why we stayed here). The 5am shuttle was over booked and the hotel was nice enough to have scheduled taxis for free for everyone...expect...the taxi drivers don't speak English (why would they?) So a bunch of different people of various nationalities were trying to find "their" taxi...and none of the hotel reception staff who spoke English came out to help. I have no expectation that taxi drivers in any country speak English, but if a busines/airport hotel orders them for the overflow business people, they need to help the drivers and the hotel guests. I would not stay here again.
No personal AC control. Cigarette smell in all common areas. Unhelpful staff. Noisy because of proximity to airport. Difficult to get to other than taxi. Unclear how to get the shuttle to pick us up. The way to the airport is by a dirt road riddled with potholes that has been in construction for three years.
The entrance is poorly sign-posted so you may go into the wrong place, they take forever to pick up the phone, room temperature is set to 24⁰C and cannot be controlled by the guest in spite of the room thermostat. On a hot 29⁰C (about 84 degrees Fahrenheit ) day, 24⁰ C (75⁰ F) degrees is too high. This will, though, surely earn the hotel some kind of ”green" property label, to the detriment of the guest, of course. The room I got smelled like a barn and was boiling hot, there was no water either (this, supposedly was a premier room, too); in the second room there was NO water either, NO information provided about the wifi password, the tv had been unplugged by the previous guest and not plugged back in by housekeeping, there was no sign by or on the phone informing the guest how to call the front desk, etc. The button labeled front desk on the phone did not work (it turned out dialing a "9" gets you to them). The room was relatively clean, but not by premier hotel standards, the choice of channels was poor, and in the said premier room, there were no USB ports available. They do have a robot delivering you things (it doesn't seem a very smart robot), though. No free airport shuttle either. There is nothing nearby. Look for better options for a stay longer than a few hours.
Excellent hotel. Friendly service. Lovely room with all amenities. Nice bar and restaurant with good food. Staff were very helpful including providing phone charger. Robot room service was fun and efficient! Would highly recommend this hotel.
To be honest the best western chain aren't exactly the best hotel chain so I was worried when I booked this hotel however I must say I am very impressed when I booked the hotel they send u a form and link to book the airport shuttle bus we arrived at terminal 2 when u come out of arrivals turn right and there is a bus stop that's where the bus picks u up from the shuttle bus has the name of the hotel on it literally 5-10 mins and ur at the hotel first impressions it looks lovely on the outside I had Booked premier king room with free water and wifi tea/coffee facilities check in was easy and quick we were on the 5th floor the room we got given must of been adapted for wheel chair as we had a wet room for the bathroom the room was a good size wardrobe safe slippers the room was really warm so we had to open the window to keep it colder!!! Bathroom lacked shelving or storage shower water was hot enough bed was really comfy and the pillows were comfy as well the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and very took pride in their work the breakfast area was lovely and contemporary lovely choice off food hot and cold loving the fact that they had smoked salmon!!! So I was happy tea/coffee juices if u want the shuttle bus bck to the hotel u need to pre book this with reception what I liked was that they offered early breakfast which is served from 3-7am and then normal breakfast is 7-10.30am I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone great value for money We popped out to the shopping mall literally 5 min taxi ride from the hotel they don't have Uber out here they use yellow taxis but for some odd reason it didn't work on my phone but still managed to get a taxi!!!
Very comfortable hotel near the airport. We stayed for one night before driving to Bansko. It was easy to park and the room was a nice surprise - oerfect for a family with two adults and one child. We had a Suite room with one king bed and a sofa bed. The bedroom was clean and spacious with a bathroom with one shower and one bath tub. There was a door to the other room with the sofa bed, which was prepared when we arrived. There was a second toilet in that room. The only minus was that they seem to put perfume all over the place. It smelled way too much and it is definitely not a place for people with allergies.
I am giving a 4 to call attention to the trip TO the airport - see below. I had two stays. Property seems fairly new. Rooms were decent. Fairly close to the airport. 7 minute shuttle ride from the airport and a bit longer in the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle takes a shortcut on a dirt road, with a lot of potholes, through a sketchy vacant lot to get to the airport. I had a rental car to return, and being an experienced off road driver, there was no way I was going to chance the same dirt road in my infant rental car. Therefore, if you are driving yourself to the airport, you need to plan on 15 minutes and that is if you don't miss the rather confusing highway ramp situation. If you miss the turn, add on a few more minutes as there is no place to turnaround. Stay one – I was upgraded to a true suite. That was a nice treat, but strangely the bedroom did not have a TV. Stay two, even though I was eligible for an upgrade, I specifically asked for a regular room as I need the TV to fall asleep. You are a captive audience if you don't have a car in terms of meals as there is nothing obvious in walking distance. While the food menu is limited, the bar is decent, and the two meals that I did have were fine and reasonably priced. I only had breakfast once. The buffet was quite good and there were eggs and omelets made to order. Although breakfast does not start until 7 AM, quite late for an airport hotel, there is some type of grab and go available prior to 7 although I did not try it.
This was an excellent airport hotel to stay at the night before our flight to the UK. We booked a king size bed and where very surprised when we got to the room to have a separate living room with a kitchenette area, the bedroom was enormous and the bed one of the comfiest we have slept in at any hotel we have stayed in. We decided to eat in the restaurant and I cannot understand how some people find this expensive as the quality of the food was excellent and for 2 starters, 2 mains and 1 sweet with a bottle of wine a large sparkling water 2 beers and 2 shorts with mixers it was a grand total of £98 a real bargain. The breakfast is also very good for a hotel so would highly recommend this hotel.
Good location, close to the airport We got a big and comfortable room The double bed was comfortable, the sofa bed for the kids was not comfortable at all We ordered room service, the food was delicious and the waitress was very nice Breakfast was ok We arrived late in the evening after a flight, the receptionist who received us was impatient and unfriendly On the other hand, when we left the next day the guy at the reception was very nice and helpful
Not overly impressed with this airport hotel. The a/c barely worked and the hairdryer only worked on the lowest setting. On the other hand, the food in the restaurant was surprisingly good and the airport shuttle was on time. It's just 5 mins from the airport.
We stayed here one night in September 2023. Excellent location if you have an early flight. Nice room with water cooker, tv, minibar, good WiFi and excellent airconditioning. One of the windows can be opened which we really liked. Restaurant is a good place to eat and early breakfast arrangements are great. The bed is ok but disappointing pillows. Bathroom is small, shower floor is filled with mold and shower hose is broken and needs replacement. The sink in the bathroom also needs repairs. The airvents of the airconditioning really need urgent and thorough cleaning. It almost seems a health risk in my opinion.
Have stayed here a few times and always been clean functional and good value. This time however 130BGN or 65 Euro for a steak in the restaurant is just ridiculous. Unfortunately it's near the airport and away from the city so once you are at the hotel for an early flight their are no other options for food. They hook you buy the room rates and airport convenience but restaurant prices are just crazy. Spend the extra money and taxi fair on a nice 5 start hotel in the centre of Sofia - you will make it back my saving on food
I'm very pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and the welcoming I received after a long flight. In addition to that, the rooms were clean and refreshed. The only thing that may have require improvement was the comfort of the bed. I strongly recommend this hotel!
Dear new comers to Hotel Premier, Please have in mind that the hotel is no longer what it has been before, even 6 months ago. We were always negative "welcomed" at the reception desk, but now its an absolute nightmare and total chaos. Noone knows anything, there a new Manager called ''PLAMEN" ot similar, there letters on his badge are quite small to read without my glasses, who is the most rediculous person I have even met worldwide. My Husbands said cold bad mannered clown. He did not do any of the things we pleaded for - breakfast early leave package, wake up call for our too early flight, we missed one shuttle just in front our noses, good still is that airport is that that close, that the shuttle bus took us in another 20 minutes, which almost caused us a heart attack, imagine to have missed our flight . By the way the restaurant team is quite nice though, food we were recommended was exceptional, drinks top quality. They change the menu on regular bases and vegetarian choices always exist. Not that we are veggie lovers, but you can absolutely satisfy a special diet or hungry eyes. Oh Gosh its that cheep, down town we a light lunch and we paid a fortune. We still long for the burger they prepared in the past. pp. as a whole we would not choose this evil place again, than have in mind towels are used at least twice as well as pillow covers, no mini bar, no restaurant menu in the rooms
Below average airport hotel. Poor restaurant, rather a three-star hotel, nice and professional bar staff, rooms from the end of the last century. Services not worth the price, even if you are traveling on business. Nothing around, in the middle of nowhere.
This was my first time here. I was upgraded to a suite. Check in/out was very easy and quick. Staff are really nice everywhere you go in this hotel. It seems like that they do have shuttle from airport to hotel but it's not clear in their website.
A perfect hotel for those who want to be near the airport. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. There is a free shuttle to the airport every hour. And those who have an early morning flight have breakfast.
The hotel is conveniently located for the airport and has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Rooms are large, and staff is nice, with a restaurant that offers a good variety of items and fast service. There is evidence of wear in the hotel, such as worn hallway carpets, and in-room lamps with bulbs missing. Staff is very nice and helpful. I have mixed feelings about staying here. Downtown hotels are a fairly short ride to the airport, and taxis are inexpensive. And rental car companies will often pick up your rental car from a downtown hotel. So I'm not sure whether there is a great advantage to staying at an airport hotel in Sofia.
This is a beautiful hotel... great, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful spacious bathroom, free shuttle to the airport. I highly recommend this conveniently located hotel when flying out of Sofia, Bulgaria
I always stay at the hotel when I'm in Sofia. Great beds, clean and great service. I really enjoy the breakfast especially. Car parking is a little erratic but I managed to find a space. This time I was upgraded to a suite without any mention - it was so nice to see loyalty rewarded!
I needed to stay overnight in Sofia to catch an early plane. This was perfect. Quality clean rooms. Hot water that worked. Good bed. Decent internet and a quick shuttle to the airport. I did not use the restaurant.
Spotless, quiet, close to the airport for an early flight. Perfect for what we wanted. There's a restaurant on site with good food at prices that are a high as you might expect at a business hotel. There's a shuttle for those who don't have a car.
This a good hotel with friendly staff. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport, although, if travelling lighjt, you could walk the mile or so. Despite arriving late in the evening, snacks and drinks were available. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was good.
Good service - good people - good stay. Very well managed Business Hotel. Well organized in-time shuttle to airport at no extra cost, small traveler breakfast ready at 5AM !!! A very nice reference for the Best Western Group. We'd love to come back !
Some rooms need renovation. Service was great. Breakfast delicious. The location is next to the airport, but getting there is hard, the street on the map which is going there is actually a offroad gravel road. Alternative way is to ho 2 km to sofia and then make a u,-turn. But I still recommended for one night stands close to airport.
Close to the airport with regular shuttle service. Staff helpful and taxis that were ordered came on time. They use very safe and reliabble Taxi services, so you feel really safe. Beds are so comfy with spare pillows if needed.
Always thoroughly enjoy staying at this hotel, staff are very helpful and courteous. Rooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean as always. Restaurant excellent value for money and shuttle bus to the airport terminals is an additional bonus
A nice hotel close to the airport, with friendly and competent staff, prompt shuttle service, and a surprisingly good restaurant. Perfect after a driving trip to Bulgaria before an early morning flight.
Nice hotel with relatively decent prices. It's worth staying here before catching your flight as the hotel is next to the airport. They provide shuttle to the SOF as well. The restaurant is good and have wide range of wines. It's really worth staying here especially if your flight is early at the morning.
This was my first time at this Hotel and the experience was all positive. Friendly, but professional. I would certainly recommend staying here, it is pretty close to central Sofia (about €9 taxi) but excellent for airport.
Due to awkward flight times, we had to stay overnight in Sofia before travelling on to Istanbul. The Best Western was cheap and cheerful, but it was in an easy location that was quick to get to from the airport (the taxi driver told us to just ‘pay whatever you like' because it was such a short journey). The hotel offered a free, and mildly odd-road shuttle bus service the following morning. The room was 7/10. Pretty comfy, pretty clean. The view of the airport and the fact that you could order Domino's were particular highlights. If I ever find myself stuck for a night near Sofia airport again, I'd absolutely go back.
We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were ready for a good night's sleep and wow - the bed was sooooo comfortable. We arranged a late check out as our next flight was not until late and enjoyed a yummy lunch / brunch in the hotel restaurant. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Our 3rd stay here. This is the only true airport hotel. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient. The restaurant is good. The suite is large and clean. The price is on the high side for Bulgaria but inexpensive compared to the rest of Europe or the US - our bill for the Suite came to roughly $135 US.
We stayed in a suite. Very large, well furnished. Lovely bathroom with Villeroy & Bosch basin. Nice kitchenette. Plush comfortable bed. Lovely linen. The room seemed clean and neat. No visible dust. Bedding spotless. Room smelt fresh. It is a new hotel. A very large hotel. You can get room service served by a robot for some like a friend who visited me very entertaining. For me a non plus. Breakfast is enormous but a little hit and miss. Occasionally cold toast, or burnt toast or burnt eggs. I think the breakfast omelette seemed successful every time I ordered it. Being Bulgaria coffee was first class. Room service, lunch and supper was very good. Fish very tasty. Pork also very tasty. Pasta was my preferred with dried tomato and beef. I highly recommend the restaurant. Price wise middle of the road for Sofia, and a little high for Bulgaria in general but not exorbitant. The downside is a tiny mouse entered our room one night. The staff did not know how to handle this so chose to offer me a different room. I declined too much effort. I was refunded one night for the inconvenience. My own take on this is the hotel is very quiet, very few guests. Plates are left in the corridor after eating encouraging a small mouse. And the door to what I will call the apartment is not flush with the rug/floor. I watched him sneak out there. It also lets in light from the corridor and would allow noise to enter if the hotel were every really busy. The rug in the corridor I suspect is clean but badly stained and needs to be replaced. The garbage bin is stored at the bottom of the corridor with a black bag resting next to it. This is not acceptable. Particularly at this price range. I took photos but have chosen not to include them because the hotel is still good despite these issues. I may actually consider staying here again but there are also several first class hotels equally convenient at that or a slightly lower price that appeal to me and where I have stayed before.
We are never disappointed with our stays here when in Sofia and wouldn't stay elsewhere. The facilities, service and staff are first class. The airport shuttle service is always available free of charge and is very prompt and efficient.
Close to the airport, well-organized shuttle. The rooms are big, quiet, clean. I didn't like the heating, the hotel was generally cold. The bathroom didn't have any heating option, even the water in the shower wasn't so warm. One night there was even an issue with the room heating. It took two hours going back and forth, till they give me a heater. Generally, I was freezing, after staying there I catch a bad cold. Breakfast had poor options, the good thing is it's available from really early in the morning. If depart so early, you can grab a croissant, coffee. Good ala carte choices, nicely prepared food. The staff was polite and helpful.
Great stay yet again...have been to Best Western in Amsterdam, and twice in Bulgaria and each time have remained pleasantly surprised by the sheer spaciousness of the rooms or appartments, super fast internet, excellent service and food; brilliant fast room service, welcoming and very friendly personnel, and beautiful hotel surroundings. My son, small pet dog and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Best Western Premier, you will not be disappointed.
Excellent hotel next to Sofia Airport for business trips.Breakfast was more than enough and they provide 24hrs free shuttle bus to airport. They have a robot for room service which was a great experience.i highly recommend for future stay.
I really like this hotel, it's a new build which is very modern in design. I always use this for 1 night stayovers, each stay has been great though. The room is very modern and clean. The hotel offers a good fitness centre, offering nice views. It's nearby the airport (short shuttle bus) journey so its really handy for them early morning flights. Its still just a short taxi ride away from the city centre too. I was really impressed with the restaurant food too!
This is a recently opened hotel very near the Sofia airport, in a quiet location overlooking empty fields. It was our second visit. We were very pleasantly surprised by the dinner in the hotel restaurant, with limited choices but excellent quality. We really enjoyed the two appetizers: a baked cheese with fruits, and smoked salmon with avocado. The sea bass was also excellent. And we were grateful for the spacious underground garage with plenty of room for our SUV. Just note that the fastest way to drive TO the airport is over the bumpy dirt road across the field next to the hotel.
I always use this hotel when staying over before or after a flight using Sofia airport. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant service is first class and never disappoints. Rooms are well appointed and offer every amenity.
I had the pleasure of staying in Best western Premier hotel Sofia for few days so far and it was the most amazing experience. For me it is really important who I surround with and and the staff is amazing, especially Hristo who is always smiling and very professional and helpful. He is the kind of person that delivers high customer service. The rooms are very spacious and nice and the breakfast yamiii!! I really recommend this hotel!
Vey good and clean hotel.Nice parking area good transportation to and from the airport. Very clean rooms and quit . The only two bad things are The guy on the reception Not polite looks like he don't want to help you And the second thing is the mattress Must be replaced
We stayed at the hotel for three days. Hotel is new/updated and very clean. Very close to the airport. Staff is great. We very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast and Hristo (the person taking care of the breakfast area) made sure that everything was well stocked and clean. We asked Hristo for a cheesy omelette, which needed to be prepped separately and he brought it to us very fast every morning. Awesome service by Hristo! Thank you for the wonderful stay.
I just completed a short business trip to Sofia and stayed at the Best Western due to it's convenient location to the airport. Would greatly recommend staying here should you be staying a couple of days or so, the staff were so friendly and helpful in organizing transportation to and from the airport and also arranging taxis to the city center. The restaurant has a great variety of food and drinks to offer on their menu and the service was exceptional despite the the head of the restaurant looking after all the guests and room service too! Covid times definitely hit all of us hard. I thoroughly enjoyed the service and kindness from the restaurant manager, well done and keep up the good work! A special thanks to everyone as they made my stay very safe and special.
I've been in Premier hotel for 10 days. The location is perfect, because its 5 min from the airport and there's a shuttle bus provided from the hotel! The driver was amazing, super kind and gentle. Also the personnel of the intire building, receptionists, house keeper and especially the waiter Hristo!! He was great!! He took care of us during breakfast and also for afternoon teas and coffes!! I would reccomend it hundred times!
We booked a single night at the Best Western Premier as it was close to the airport for our Journey home, I had booked an apartment for our chairman and a double for myself and the Hotel upgraded me to an apartment. The staff are very helpful and speak excellent English. The rooms were stunning, very large with a huge comfortable bed and large bathroom, the food in the restaurant was superb, overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
Nice business hôtel 5mins to the airport (they provide free shuttle bus). Rooms are nice although it misses some warm touches. Very friendly staff. Nice take away breakfast room for early departure free of charge.
Great hotel. Very quiet, even being close to major road. Great breakfast. Our flight was canceled and we only were able to arrive the next day, the hotel did not charge the cancelation fee and let us just move the day. Thank you.
Who would think this is perfect hotel close to the airport must be crazy. It is difficult to find a way to get in if you are not passenger who just arriver to Sofia. There are no signs from the town and it is really complicated to get there going not from the airport but from city in you want to be next to airport returning for example from other parts of the coutry. If you choose apartment like me, you would have wonderful view, if you ar in 11th floor. It is perfect opportunity for suicide, as windows have no barier and it is ease to jump out. If you thing, you booked apartment with kitchenette to prepare your own meal, be informed that there are no pens or dishes and you won´t prepare scrambled eggs, as there is no electric cooker. There is nothing to wash the disches, notning to dry them. There is just microwave owe and cuttle for tea or coffe. If you look for a fridge, you find it in the sleeping room. Why to put it in the kitcher, when you could distrurb by noise od the compresor in the sleeping room. How logic. If you want to work in the living room by round table (with PC or so), be aware there is a lamp low above the table. No way to escape hit by your head. If you would look for switcher of light in the bathroom, you will find it not on the side of opened door, but on opposite side of it. Why do things easy? Do you want to hang your coat or jacket when you enter the apartment? There is big mirror but no coat holder. Go to the sleeping room to put it in wardrobe. Enough. Around midnight wifi connection was totaly lost. I had to use my data. Crazy, crazy, crazy. Highly unrecomanded.
I will recommend Best Western. Nice and excellent accommodation, perfect service from the staff. Accurate transfer from and to the airport terminals, on time and comfortable. Well done and for sure I will use the hotel in the future!
Another great stay at this hotel before an early flight. Shuttle service to and from airport to hotel. Upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Clean rooms and comfy bed. Restaurant was closed but room service menu was ample. Had the 3 courses combo deal and very tasty. Friendly polite staff as always. No hesitation in booking again and highly recommended.
We stayd in this hotel on an overland trip, and choose BW near the airport as it is easy to find, and is known for a good service. We arrived at 2am (with 2 small kids) and the check in guy was really friendly and helpfull. We made the reservation through telephone during the ride towards the hotel and the receptionist told me he would be there on arrival. He did everything to make our stay enjoyable, and even upgraded our booking to a big room so we could sleep well with the kids. Hotel is new and clean, and a great open buffet breakfast. Worth choosing if you have an overlay trip in Sofia!
Excellent service from staff - very friendly and cooperative - delicious tastes in restaurant, very clean, spacious rooms, lift from and drive to the airport, safety & speed with taxi bookings. Highly recommended.
Booked a room through booking.com and chose to pay a higher price (for an already over-priced room) in return for a free cancellation option and no pre-payment. Nonetheless the hotel demanded my card details, proceeded to access my card (where I had deliberately not left any funds) and cancelled my booking for lack of funds! I wrote to the GM to complain and received a rude reply from a junior flunkey dismissing my complaint offhand. The management of this hotel is clearly completely free of any notion of customer service, is greedy and not terribly bright either. The hotel itself is nothing to shout about: definitely not a four-star standard. Severely overpriced rooms (you can get better deals in city-cenre five-star hotels), shockingly expensive food and drink, basic bathrooms lacking even a hook to leave a towel on, tiny bath, dirty shower-head and curtain. Access to the hotel is difficult, signposting is non-existant. If you need an airport hotel, go to the Novotel or any other for a superior deal and service.
Dear Hristo and Stanimir, It's been a pleasure to have enjoyed! Food, cooking and service amazing and impeccable. Can highly recommand this place with its once in a lifetime experience. Keep it up - All the best! Milen from Germany
It is definetly not at the standard of what is expected when booking a 4 star hotel. It is a 3 star definetly not a 4 star hotel. A horrible problem solving process. The simple problem solving took very loong time. The communication problems with the reception staff - no smile no client focus. Very unprofessional. The hotel and the room are definetly the most dirtiest that I ever stayed in. Pillows and matress were very uncomfortable. The staff wasn't nice !!! Solid breakfast. I definetly don't recommend it. Overpriced !!! I really had higher opinion for this hotel but I am not recommending. There are many nicer and cheaper places in Sofia
I can't praise this hotel enough. It was superbly clean and the various staff I encountered were always very pleasant and polite. My room on 11th floor was spacious, the bathroom huge and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had good selection of hot and cold. Will definitely stay here again.
Due to Covid-19 and government-imposed travel restrictions, the airlines canceled all flights to Europe, including ours. We canceled our 1 night stay at Beat Western hotel as soon as I found out we won't be able to travel - 41 days before the reservation. They immediately charged my credit card on file and would not honor the fact that we were not able to physically to even be there and it was not even due to our decision. They were the only single merchant from our three week-long trip planned to Europe that is still fighting me and the credit card company on that charge. We have received refunds for the rest of our non-refundable tickets and reservations. Best Western Sofia is the only one that charged us on the day of cancelation and is treating it as if we had a choice in the matter. The worst “hospitality” establishment to work with. Very far from “best” and complete disappointment.
Thank you Hristo for your excellent service in best western restaurant. After a really long hard day this nice service made our day. Thanks! We had the risotto and the steak; very nice ! Best regards from holland
Very good hotel. Near to the airport of Sofia The room was spacios and with a separate room for the children; two wc, shouwer, etc In the room we had gratis fruits, water, etc The shuttle servire Washington very goog.
Can't fault this hotel. Close to the airport with regular and frequent, complimentary shuttle bus. Perfect as an airport hotel but not a great location otherwise! Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Great restaurant and bar. Very novel room service robot called Roomy! Taxi into town is cheap and quick and most taxis take card payments.
We always stay at this hotel when we travel, Extremely clean rooms and great breakfast, we had a later in the afternoon flight and the hotel let us keep our room later at no extra cost. Well done premier Inn keep up the great work.
I stayed for 2 weeks for work, with an Ideal location next to the business park and only 10 minutes from the airport. Pickup and drop off can be arranged by the hotel free of charge, just contact them with your flight details. Food and drinks quality are as expected for such a hotel. However the bar/restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful. Charges for laundry and room service are very reasonable priced, much better than other hotels I have stayed in. Nothing with in walking distance regarding entertainment but that was fine for me, and hotel arranged a taxi into the city centre which cost €5 (10BGN) at the weekend.
Stayed a few times. Always excellent. Room service is an experience you will remember. The complementary service bus to the airport is always on time and the minibus modern and clean. The driver has always driven responsibly.
It was a last-minute booking, but it was such a wonderful surprise. This hotel is a jewel hidden next to the Sofia International Airport, only 15min away. The hotel is stylish, well furnished, and it has everything a family might need for a comfortable stay. The service was perfect, the hotel's staff were extremely warm, polite and helpful. It was really pleasant experience. My family and I were chosen as Guests of day and we received a free upgrade. The apartment we've stayed in was really spacious, with two bathrooms, a big king size bed with wonderful mattress and comfy pillows, an additional sofa bed and a relaxing area with mini bar and two TVs. It was really something!!! I highly recommend this hotel!
The room are clean and quiet even if that next to aireport. The personnel are nice and helpful. We didn't like the food, that wasn't what we expected from the kind of hotel. We hope next time will be even beter.
5 minutes away from the airport with free shuttle running every 20 minutes. Large rooms, very comfortable with great walk in shower. Try the restaurant with a reasonable choice and very good service. Easy check in check out with professional personnel. Just a bit noisy in the rooms if you have someone next door you can hear them through the communicating door. Just remember it's an airport hotel so there is activity 24/7...
The hotel has very comfortable accommodation with large rooms. There's a good restaurant with a varied menu and pleasant helpful staff. Very efficient shuttle bus to the airport and an optional shuttle bus to a shipping mall.
If you have overnight flight, the hotel location is great! The room was really nice, clean and the view is great! The beds are soft and comfortable.Breakfast was very good. There is a free shuttle from hotel to airport .The staff were all friendly.I'd definitely stay there again!
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. Just overnight . Very comfy bed and pillows, fab breakfast and very friendly staff, shout out to Vladi and Nora on reception. This is our new favorite hotel after our night flights !
The hotel location is great if you have a night flight, especially since there is a free shuttle from hotel to airport and also to the city centre. The rooms are light and comfortable, the beds soft and wonderful and the staff is efficient and really friendly.
Great Hotel and excellent attendance on the restaurant, especially with Hristo. The rooms are great. And everything is always clean. Very near to the airport, should be the best choice when you come to Sofia
Excellent hotel with good facilities and freindly staff. Food is excellent, especially the breakfasts, and you can even have a robot that delivers room service. Rooms are clean and comfortable with very little noise filtering through, leaving you fresh and awake the next day.
This was our second visit and like the first time - it was great! The hotel is nice and clean, the bed is ridiculously COMFORTABLE - the comfiest bed I've ever tried!!!! Rooms are really nice and the view is great! This time we had room service - food was great and it was delivered quickly. Breakfast was very good, plenty of food even for a fussy eater like me! We will definitely be back!
Food in hotel reception was very good and also the breakfast was a great selection. Was advised by waitor- Hristo that special steak was good, and it really was. Albeit expensive for Bulgaria, it was very good. Service was pleasant and will eat there again.
Located near to airport, the hotel offers free transfers in 30 minute timetable. Free parking lots. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free and fast wireless internet both in rooms and common places Average good breakfast,
Chose Best Western Premier because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. Didn't wind up needing shuttle because I was picked up but I saw it picking up other guests. The service in the hotel was very good and the room was spacious. We paid for the breakfast with the room and it was worth the price, good variety. Overall we would stay here again as it was good value for price.
Excellent location for the airport and also close enough for a short taxi ride to the city or a decent walk. Unusually for an airport hotel, the food at this place was excellent. When travelling to Sofia again I will book this hotel just based on the food. The staff were all friendly and excellent you could sense the training they had received.
Great value for money... a free shuttle collected us at the airport when we arrived and brought us back to the airport when we departed. It's a great hotel for a stopover for an early flight. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The food was delicious even if it is a small menu. The bedroom was really comfortable... I'd definitely stay there again. They also had great meeting facilities & I observed a number of international meeting groups...
Booked this simply because it was cheaper than The Ibis, but what a pleasant Surprise, it blew the Ibis out of the water, great shuttle service to the hotel, beautiful lovely helpful young Lady on the desk named Kriss who I cannot recommend enough, upgraded us to a lovely room, with a lovely vue, it had 2 rooms tv in each room so great as my Son watched His cartoons whilst we watched our own tv, we had a good sleep in a lovely bed and then had a very nice breakfast, great hotel, cannot sleek more highly
It is an excellent airport hotel. Good room, clean, good bathroom, excellent breakfast. It is close to the airport, but it need a transfer and the hotel provides free transfer. Staff professional and attentive. Downtown Sofia isn't too far and there is a good shopping mall five minutes by car if you need something. Very nice stay.
For the first time I visited a Best Western Premier Sofia Airport Hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Clean and cozy. Responsive staff. The proximity to Sofia Airport is a great advantage. The hotel is well worth it and I recommend it
This is a functional hotel, a few minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, there were a number of downsides for me - the service at the front desk was unsmiling, the air-conditioning could not be turned below 20 degrees, and the mini bar had very limited stock and choice - one can of Pepsi - what if you want two?? The information on Sophia provided in the room was very limited, and i couldn't get the TV to work - no instructions, and all i could get was the short promo video for the hotel on a loop. The shuttle bus is free and runs every 20 minutes, though apparently you have to book pick up on arrival in advance. The city centre is only 15 minutes away from the airport by taxi - which will cost around 7 euros - and in my opinion offers a far better area to stay, with better hotel choices
the hotel is 15 min from the city center. The breakfast was good. the spa area is amazing, most of the appliances are included in the hotel fee. The was a wedding during are stay but there wasn't a noise!!
Had I very good experience at the hotel restaurant. The food was good but especially the service rendered by the waiters especially Hristo was excellent. We had a business dinner and he went out of his way to serve us all night long until closing time.
The hotel is in good shape and the rooms are of a nice size with a modern bathroom. Unfortunately, the air conditioner is pre-set to not go too low and we could not cool the room to a temperature that was comfortable enough to sleep. Spent a long night in a warm room, waiting to leave for an early flight. A shame, as it had great potential to be a nice hotel, and we enjoyed our dinner here.
It is a good hotel but missing swimming pool, sauna and cleanliness of the reception area. Receptionist providing excellent service. Breakfast missing smoked salmon and fresh juices. The hotel free transport services between city center and hotel has limited schedule and not flexible.
I stayed 4 nights just recently and could not have been happier with the room or service. The free shuttle to the airport was invaluable to access other parts of Sofia using the metro. Evening meal in the hotel was very enjoyable as was breakfast. If I am ever in Sofia again I would definitely stay here as first choice
Excellent hotel that's closest to airport. Good restaurant and bar. Room was spacious, modern, with nice bathroom & shower. Pleasant & helpful staff. Shuttles leave every 20 mins around the clock for very short trip to airport. Price is right. Can't go wrong here.
I had one day of meetings in Sofia, and have spent two nights at this hotel. I had an early morning departure to Vienna, so proximity to the airport was an advantage for me, as well as the free shuttle and early breakfast option. I have to also thank the hotel front desk for last minute shuttle arrangements upon my arrival - i forgot to notify the hotel in advance, and have called them at 23:00 for the shuttle pick up. The hotel was very kind to send the driver just for me. The room was great, room service is really affordable. Breakfast is very rich and have kept me through the day. I would stay here again. P.S. Ivan provides fantastic service, his welcome is amazing, and he deserves the promotion to General Manager :)
This airport is a good option when heading out of the country as it's close to the Sofia Airport. Has a good breakfast, which is a small addition to the daily fee. Hourly shuttle to airport is convenient. Short taxi ride to the nearby mall or if wanting to go into the city. Restaurant and room decor is nice. Restaurant prices are a little steep in my opinion and water can be hard to come by. There's nothing within walking distance of this hotel so pretty much just coming to sleep, get some breakfast, and take the shuttle for your flight the next day.
We highly recommend you to choose only the best business hotel in Sofia Close to city center, free shuttle service to the Sofia international airport and to Sofia Mall for shopping as well. If provides business people all facilities needed (conference rooms, fitness, good restaurant Le Baron and free underground parking space for hotel guests... And very comfortabel noice free rooms.... Eols Gruppo Take Away Ltd
1 day trip, excellent hospitality, great food, good local beer , had along with risotto, chicken filling and asparagus . Front desk very very helpful, kind and considerate. Rooms , I was given 6 Th floor, big and decent, good WiFi. Bulgaria there is no Uber, you have to download a local yellow taxi application. Most of the taxis accept credit card. Shops don't accept Euros it's illegal. Nice visit.
The general build quality of the hotel is exceptional for Bulgaria, and my room is one of the best I have had over the past few years. It is spacious, well laid out, with a really wide desk area for example. There is a hushed quiet that you associate with premium quality. The best option if you are flying out the next day. But although we booked the shuttle from the airport terminal in advance it took over 15 mins for the luggage to appear on the carousel, and I just missed a shuttle. Not to worry, I settled down to wait in case it came back after 30 mins. It did, but didn't stop and I came out the door from the terminal to find it disappearing down the road. I had made the mistake of stepping just inside because it was over 30 Celsius. Rather than wait again, I decided to pay 10 lev for a taxi, but I wasn't happy. I told my tale of woe while checking in and they give me a voucher for a free drink, specified as either a cocktail, soft drink, beer or wine. I read the description of the cocktails on a sign at the door going in to the restaurant and decided to choose one. But it is Wednesday, and the head waiter explains that they serve cocktails only on Thursdays! It goes on! I asked for a lemon soft drink, which was acceptable. A few minutes later a waiter appears and serves me a sparkling mineral water. I decide not to contest the issue - too hard. I call for the bill, only to find that the mineral water is listed on it. I call over the head waiter to protest, who thinks it was something additional I ordered after the lemon soft drink: 'did you get the lemon drink?' 'No'. OK, they remove the drink from the bill. I retire to my room exhausted.... They really have to do something about the service in this country.
Excellent service and facilities, if staying for more than one night we would have needed a car as a bit isolated but great for airport and the staff could not have been more helpful and the airport shuttle was made very enjoyable by the driver pity the trip was so short. Menus a little restrictive but was great quality.
Very nice Hotel to stay because it is very closed to the airport, also free shuttle to the airport and Hotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms with free Coffee and tea. Very good and big quantity of choice.
Excellent place to be. Shuttle from and to the the airport is very well organized. The hygiene is very good, the stuff is helpful and polite, the breakfast was really nice. This hotel is really a good choice.
Fabulous hotel very good for airport. Lovely well equipped large and comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurant facilities with good menu. Attentive staff willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is a good experience. Staff have the ability to make you feel special. Buffet breakfast is perfect whatever your appetite and food selection very varied. Airport shuttle spot on for transfer to terminal buildings. We have stayed before and will certainly be staying again.
Top quality offering from Best Western Premier. The room quality is hard to beat and the value is top notch. Same goes for service quality. My only reservation is about the breakfast value which leaves quite a lot to be desired. While of decent quality, the breakfast price for two approaches 45% of the room price we paid, which I find excessive. Other than that, I have only the words of praise.
Very nice hotel, clean, friendly, silent and with a great breakfast. Check in was easy to do, especially as I came at midnight. Even being close to the airport, you didn't heard anything, when an aircraft started.
Easy check in. Rooms were of good size, modern and clean. Comfy bed. Gym available and decent for an airport hotel. Food was good and staff were friendly. Bar area is decent and drinks selection good.
very nice big rooms clean and modern, friendly personal, good food in restaurant, free shuttle to the airport terminal. I do stay there all the tome when I fly to Sofia . close to ring road and highway to black-ease / istanbul
This must be our shortest hotel stay.We arrived at 3am ( our flight was delayed) and had to leave at 9.am.So only 6 hours !!!!!. Fortunately the check in was fast and friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable The breakfast was excellent and obviously we would have been happy to stay longer. We requested a 7.30 am wake up call which we didn't get until 7.50 which meant a bit of a rush. However, we managed to get away on time.
I was pleasantly surprised on my first trip to Bulgaria that the Best Western Sofia offers an experience comparable to the best hotel in the City at a much lower price. From the seamless checkin and the friendly staff this hotel ticks all the boxes. For an airport hotel I was also surprised how quiet it was; no airplane noise and excellent room soundproofing. Lastly the restaurant offers an excellent choice of international and Bulgarian specialities at reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet is of a high quality. All in all an excellent stay.
We stayed here for a night on our way to Bergamo in Italy. The hotel offers a complimentary pick up and drop shuttle to the Sofia airport. This was a relief and I chose the hotel because of this facility. But overall the hotel is a very nice one. MOdern, clean and helpful staff are what describe this place. Rom size is good, toiletries and linen are great. Staff are helpful and smiling. Didnt have any food/breakfast here. This is a good option if you want to transit thru Sofia airport or if you are comfortable with th edistance to the city center (I dont think it is far).
We arrived at the airport after midnight and because we had e-mailed the hotel about our late arrival, they had the airport shuttle van waiting for us. We got checked in very quickly and found the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice stay. The next day the clerk arranged for a taxi for us so we could trust the fare we would be charged. Apparently taxi scams are common in Sofia - we were warned about them by a local person on our flight. The hotel is very close to the airport and it was quiet because there aren't many buildings or streets nearby. A taxi ride into the city center cost only 5 Euros.
We didn't expect too much from a chain hotel, but were pleasantly surprised by this Best Western. Our main criticism was due partly our own fault: we didn't spot on the hotel website that we had to book the free shuttle from the airport, and ended up with a taxi. But it was fine on the return journey. We had an adequate room, with a reasonable bathroom, but the carpet wasn't as clean as it could be. It was quiet and comfortable, and we slept well. We ate dinner in the restaurant, which was very good although quite expensive. (The hotel location, on a network of main roads near the airport, meant that it wasn't feasible to go out and find an alternative.) Again, the breakfast buffet was vast, with an enormous selection.
Outstanding comfort and restaurant in Sofia. Warm welcome and attentive staff all speaking excellent English. Very comfortable beds and spotless room as was rest of hotel. Great value too. Free and secure parking at hotel .
The hotel location is 5 minutes from the airport and good for the night before take off. The rooms are very nice and clean. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices. Free parking in the hotel area. The staff is very nice and helpful.
Great location to the airport, free shuttle, friendly staff! Since traveling to Bulgaria, this hotel has become where we stay before I fly back to the states. Very clean, nice restaurant, and not too far from city center if you wish to explore.
I am very pleased with the service! Very nice rooms and extremely friendly staff. They also have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I'm definitely impressed! I hope to see you soon friends !!!!!
We stay here often and are always very pleased. Pleasant helpful staff offering good service and always willing to help with any query. Good food and free shuttle bus to and from the airport. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
I have been visiting the BWP Sofia Airport Hotel quite frequently in the past year for business travel. The hotel is situated close to the airport (5 min drive), it is efficient, clean and has a good restaurant that can even offer vegan options, not on the menu. It has several conference rooms of different sizes and the whole atmosphere is modren and comfortable. It is a 15 min drive from the city, and there is a free shuttle to and from the airport.
Highly recommended! I greatly enjoyed my stay. Free shuttle to and from airport. Free parking. Great view of Sofia. I will definitely make this my first and last stop when I came in and before I leave. It is literally walking distance from airport.
Fantastic hotel. Fast and reliable transfer from the airport to the hotel or vice versa. High quality rooms & amenitiesand amazing breakfast. The best option for Sofia Airport. Helpful staff and multilingual.
It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in so far. Why I said so it is because of the hospitality given by the 5 star team. I was sick during my stay and I could not thank any better to the amazing receptionist whom have helped me out a lot, many thanks to Krissy, Brian, Theodor, Ivan and the rest of them. They were very helpful and knowledgeable staff i must say. They are so approachable and made me feel like home during my stay here. Besides that, the room was so comfortable, the bed especially. One of the quitest hotel I have ever been in, you could hear no sound from other rooms or from the corridor. So peaceful. It is a definitely to book place if you are planning to visit Sofia. Location was great too, not too far from the city and just a drive away from the airport.
We arrived at midnight and easily walked to the hotel (free shuttle was available). Checked in quickly with no hassles. The check in time is midday which is so nice to relax and use the gym before leaving. Great staff
Staying in the hotel during business trips to Sofia. Clean, spacious rooms and good breakfast. Bathrooms requires improvement, takes ages for hot water to run. Housekeeping as well did not replace shampoo and tea station for 2 days.
Stayed here for one night on stopover before getting a flight the next day. Reception staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Used the gym which was spacious and had a reasonable number of machines. The bedroom was a decent size, good sized TV and wifi was good. Breakfast the next morning had a good choice of hot and cold food with nice coffee available too. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the airport which is approximately 1 mile away from the hotel. Booking of the shuttle is advisable in advance. All in all a good hotel for a stopover and I would use it again if travelling through Sofia.
New-ish property with free shuttle to the airport, but it is a bit isolated if you don't have a car as there are no supermarkets or restaurants within walking distance. Rooms and facilities including the restaurant are clean, new and well run.
A nice welcome Service at check-in desk. Easy check-in. Restaurant only till 11.00 o´clock p.m. open. Rooms are very clean, well designed and silent. Breakfast a good mixture from continental to local food.
Close to the airport with free shuttle bus both ways. Nice large bedroom and bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the room Excellent 24hr gym Breakfast restaurant spacious and smart, breakfast was comprehensive with plenty of choice An excellent clean smart well run hotel extremely good value.
Pleasant stay before taking your flight with excellent breakfast. Suite room was very good and all hotel services have been nice! The hotel stuff is very friendly and eager to help. There is free transportation from hotel to the airport and versa. Recommend!
Excellent airport hotel. Clean, large rooms, nice shower, good amenities. Welcome relief in a country where service and accommodations are spotty at best. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going in or out of Sofia.
the stay was arranged by my local partners. it is a clean, business hotel. it is not close to the city centre, so to me it's not suitable for tourists. the room was quite cold and it was not possible to warm it up with the a/c as it was centrelised. they sent me a tiny heater which helped a bit. i had colleagues staying in other rooms. i asked them about the a/c. each was set to a different degree and they couldnt change. mine was 18, another was 22, other 25. i think they have an issue with the heater. rooms were clean. breakfast had good continental choices. there is an airport shuttle every hour. so for a business stay it was good.
Inspite of informing them over email that I missed my flight and will checking a day later they cancelled my reservations due to no show , hard time convincing them after 48 hours of flight , rooms not cleaned everyday , had to call them everyday , bed sheet not changed even once in 7 days of stayv
The best business hotel in Sofia excellent service, truemendous good breakfast, good organised shuttle bus free of chage, free car parking underground hotel, highly recommended by Eols Gruppo Take Away Since it's opening at 1st november 2016 it became better and more and more better
A brand new hotel close to Sofia International Airport that offers a frequent airport shuttle service to both Terminals. Highly recommended if travelling to or from Sofia. The room I was in (a King Room I believe) was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was no airport noise and the shuttle to and from the airport were both excellent.
If you are looking for something close to the airport, this is where you should stay! Lovely rooms, good size, staff very helpful and the bed was so comfy not too big not too small. Breakfast was great, nice selection for everyone. Airport shuttle is incredibly handy. Very good value for the price.
I enjoyed my stay. Clean nice room. Hotel is new. Very quiet, I never heard the airport. They have a free shuttle from the airport- too far to walk. Hotel restaurant was very good. Buffet breakfast was included with my room rate. Had traditional Bulgarian items and more “American” eggs and bacon as well.
This new hotel is ideal for those who travel to Sofia for business. Near the Airport...very clean..nice decorated and the stuff is very kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit this city.
Airport hotels are often pretty basic and rely on their location. This is not one of those. Great modern rooms, efficient and friendly staff and perfect location about 1km away from the airport including a free shuttle. If you need a hotel close to the airport, look no further! Highly recommended
The hotel has an heating system made through air conditioning system. And that aircondition is so noisy.Even on the low level fan.So if you want to sleep during night you need to switch it off completely. But that means no heating. Of course staff can bring you external heater witch will not help you so much. I was expecting in 4 star hotel at least not to have cold in the room through the night.
I'm not exactly sure how to rate this hotel. It's quiet, clean, new and reasonable with nice clean spacious rooms particularly the 2 bedroom suite we had for the family with comfortable beds. There's an airport shuttle that runs every 15 mins that is fine if you don't mind loading suitcases into it yourself and can cope with 5 minutes of off-roading to get onto the main airport access road. However the reason for the low rating is the bizarre and potentially life threatening experience at check in. Whilst we were at reception a 10 foot by 4 foot plank of wood crashed down from the ceiling, smashing into a lobby seat and missing my 5 year old daughter by about 8 feet. The reaction from the check in staff was to behave as if nothing untoward had occurred, to completely ignore our well being and carry on with check in as if the sky falling in was a normal every day experience. Given that these planks are numerous and appear to be affixed to the ceiling via one flimsy wooden raw plug only perhaps it is. We made light of the incident at the time so as not to upset my daughter any further who was visibly shaken, however if she had chosen the wrong seat to sit in rather than the one she did I dread to think what the outcome might have been. For the hotel staff not to even acknowledge this incident and check on our well being was inexcusable hence the rating. If you do decide to stay here I'd recommend extreme caution at check in and make sure you are not standing underneath one of the wooden planks that adorn the ceiling. If you do get hit by falling carpentry I can't guarantee you'll get any assistance to dig yourself out from under the debris.
We stayed in this hotel for overnight because it's closest to the Airport. Room was big, very clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They offer free shuttle to the airport. Maybe hotel entrance could be marked better because we entered in some company office first and hotel is next to them.
Having a free shuttle service to the airport is rather convenient. For this class of hotel, some problems should not have occurred: road entrance and exit to the hotel were not well signposted, there were only two teabags per room and some rather strange and discomforting sound was to be heard from the piping located right above the door. Excellent value for money (booked cca. 3 weeks in advance).
I traveled for business and stayed for one night at the hotel. After traveling for so long I was far from disappointed. The staff was extremely welcoming. We were given vouchers for the lounge and an upgraded room for my colleague. The staff was very helpful in providing recommendations for places of interest. I have recommended this hotel to my colleagues.
This hotel is the closest hotel to Sofia airport. The restaurant offers good meals and rooms are comfortable however the water saving shower is really an unpleasant experience. Airport shuttle is great.
We loved our stay at the hotel from the very beginning. We got a very warm welcome by the guy at the reception, Miro, and our triple room was upgraded to a business suite as we had been chosen as "guests of the day" which included complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is amazing, well maintained and perfectly located close to the airport with a quick checking in/out and strong wi-fi signal. The suite, the bathroom and the lavatory were very spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. A kind touch was the couple of complimentary sweets in the suite. The breakfast was lavish with enough hot and cold options. If you have an early flight (04-07 AM), you can order a packaged breakfast. They also offer a free shuttle service to the airport and a paid "park & fly" car parking but it is pricey compared to others close to the airport. The use of taxi is compulsory for the location is a bit isolated and there is no walkway from/to the hotel. My family and I will definitely stay again at this hotel and higly recommend it!
Best airport hotel, rooms are big and extremely clean, the stuff was amazing friendly at the lobby and in the restaurant. Very good and delicious kitchen on the 1 floor ;) With shuttle only 5 min to sofia airport, free Wi-Fi ;)
The hotel is amazing, atmosphere is fantastic, rooms are so comfortable and clean, lovely place for me, if you staying in Sofia I really recommended this place, is not near to downtown, but the taxis is not so expensive
I have stayed twice at this hotel. The staff are fantastic and can't do enough. I stayed for the second time in December, I had booked a disability room however when I booked in I was upgraded. The room was fantastic with big walk in shower and a high comfortable bed which makes it easier to get in and out of bed. The distance to the airport is minutes and the free shuttle makes everything seem less. Would not go anywhere else.
We stayed in July and Aug 2018 and again the quality of the hotel and the staff's helpfulness and friendliness were unchanged. It's nice to see a high standard kept steady. We and especially my son were impressed by the few sweets and chocolates arranged on a small table, during our return stay in August. I am not sure if that was specially made for 3rd time return customer or just an act of thoughtfulness and appreciation to all customers. Whatever it was, we liked the kind touch. Another thoughtful act was the provided breakfast for customers leaving very early before the official breakfast is on, i.e. 4-5 a.m. We got packaged breakfast to go, before our flight. Keep up the good work guys. I have been in 55 countries around the world and can assure you, you are a bright light in my battered motherland. Thank you! Gradimir
Very very near to the airport, hotel is nice, well lighted, and rooms are comfy. No Uber System in Bulgaria, so you might have to call for a yellow taxi, hotel has a free shuttle to the Centre, as per the time tables.
My family checked into the hotel and the staff informed us that we were selected as guests of the day. We were given a free upgrade to a spacious suite and given free drinks at the bar. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and food was great. All staff were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
I stayed several hotels in Bulgaria. Bestwestern Premier was by far the cleaest,modern,well-kept hotel although price is moderate. The staffs respects guests. Breakfast restaurant has wide selection foods. The room was modern, spacious, clean like top bland hotels. If you are staying in Sofia, this hotel is the best choice.
The hotel is very good but not perfect, very very clean but not spotless....I suppose this may be close to the best you can get in Sofia. The breakfast is amazing, with everything usual plus a fresh juice bar of different kinds...overall very pleasant although a bit expensive place
We had a 6:30 AM flight out of Sofia so we decided to stay here to catch our early flight. The hotel is well kept and appears new. Went to bed early. The hotel was quiet so we got a good night sleep. Had a good dinner at the in house restaurant. The free shuttle took us to the airport at 4:00 AM. A grab and go breakfast was available. Would definitely stay here again. The people at the front desk and restaurant spoke English.
My wife and I stay often at the Premier Hotel. It's welcoming, efficient and comfortable and perfect after the evening flight from Stansted. The point of this review, however, is to pay tribute to the extraordinary lengths the manager and staff went to recently to recover an item of luggage I lost in the airport. This included checking cab numbers on CCTV, calling the taxi company and airport and, after two hours, letting me know the bag was found. They were both unstinting and understanding. The quality of management matters so much in an hotel and here the manager, and staff, are first class. Thank you.
I have stayed there 3 days during a business trip. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast and lunch were very basic and not that good. It is located in industrial zone and U have to take taxi to the city (there is a metro station 15 min walking distance but there is no sidewalk and the were a lot strayed dogs on the way). Be careful with taxi. OK taxi ripped us of. We used yellow taxi after that (10 levs to the centre).
Stayed here for 1 night with my boyfriend and his cousin. Originally I booked one room with queen size bed and a sofa for the 3 of us, but on arrival we were told that we were guests of the day, so we got upgrade to business suite and complimentary drink. What a pleasant surprise!! The suite was excellent, very modern and clean, with amazing views. We also had breakfast included- it was nice buffet with plenty of things to choose from. In general with had an amazing time, the staff were very professional( thanks Brian for checking us in), the hotel is minutes away from the airport. I will definitely recommend this hotel to any friend visiting my country and if I ever need to stay in Sofia again I will stay here again.
Having a late arrival in Sofia airport, I decided to book here and was perfect in my opinion. I requested a free shuttle before arriving and everything was arranged: as soon as I landed and came out from Terminal 2 , I rang the hotel but actually the shuttle was already there waiting for me. Checked in to a large room with lot of space around, minibar and also coffee machine (De longhi) with capsule coffee (lovely!!!). First day I went for breakfast due to an early appointment in city centre;breakfast was cooked and continental, costs 12 euro. I booked a taxi with them which was called Yelllow taxi. I paid only 10 Lev, very cheap. Taxi dropped me off in Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. I returned to the hotel by metro till terminal 2 and from there you can get easily taxi to come back to the hotel, which is a stone's throw from ( 1 km). Hotel was very good and staff are excellent (only criticism would be that they should improve cleaning the toilet, as there were many long hairs on the floor and also on the carpet by the bed.
After "roughing it" away from this wonderful national capital, our single overnight in the Best Western Premier was excellent. From the room, the quiet solitude, the easy access to the Metro into Sofia, and the breakfast, everything was excellent.
The staff at this airport hotel was superb from the check in staff to the shuttle service, to the business center, to the expedited check out we could not have been more pleased. One incident stood out when the business center was tied up by folks in there, the desk suggestedwe e-mail our documents to the desk she would print them and give them to us after breakfast. Such going beyond the min. to this really impressed my wife the consultant who has almost 3,000,000 miles on airlines and many hotel stays.
This is a great hotel for a quick business stop in Sofia. I checked in twice in three days and both times had the same room strangely enough. Internet is fast, rooms are clean, there is a mini bar in the room, water is hot and employees are extremely friendly. The gym is a bit of a disappointment but i managed to find a run along the pavements. TV has plenty of english channels available.
I took it on my Business trip to Sofia. Good hotel with pleasant stuff. I would say mid class hotel but is good because is not old. Good location and good restaurant. Free wifi, and everything you need for short stay.
Perfect hotel, efficient, nice, good food, applauses. Well organized, everything neat modern top notch. You do not feel you are at an airport hotel, but at first quality destination. The only problem es to get there, as roads are in works, anyway not even with the GPS I could make it easy.
I have been there during a business trip and I chosen this hotel for the location close the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, Continental breakfast is ok. Smokers are not welcome and there is not any smoking rooms or areas inside the hotel. A bit expensive.
A modern, high class hotel with friendly, proffesional staff members. Perfect with excellent shuttle bus service to the airport if you have an early morning flight. The rooms are very good. In my last stay I were chosen to the Guest of the day and were upgraded to one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. Pleasant surprise!
I stayed twice this year at Best Western Airport hotel Sofia and can highly recommend it. Very nice luxury rooms and business suites, clean, well maintained, free shuttle to/from airport both terminals upon request. Breakfast is amazing, perfect customer service. I plan to use book it frequently when travelling to Sofia.
Modern hotel just 3 minutes drive from the airport. Stylish despite the dull grey area where is situated. Excellent ratio quality/ price. Good WiFi and decent breakfast. Perfect for 1 night and go or few days on business.
Depending what you want there are others (Sense hotel - great service - style and price) Marinela (old school charm and bling) but if you want exactly what it is says in the box the best western premiere does it all. Great staff - friendly and helpful. Functional but good quality restaurant. Mainly with single seat tables due to the hotel catering for business travelers and not much atmosphere but that is not what this hotel is about . Proximity to the airport however is the win. By far the best hotel near the airport for early morning departures or late night arrivals. All round a great choice if you want ease of access friendly staff and good amenities
We had prebooked the shuttle but it never came. We ended up catching a taxi. We mentioned it at the front desk along with the fact that he didn't run the meter. They apologized and upgraded our room as well as gave is a certificate for 2 free drinks in the restaurant. Room was very nice, view of the mountains. Comfy bed, safe, mini bar, tea and coffee maker, even complimentary truffles. Breakfast was included and there were many choices. Lots of different juices. Both hot and cold food and even honeycomb.
We stayed in this hotel because a member of our family had a very early flight and we didn't want to drive late at night so we decided to give this quite new airport hotel a try. It went above our expectation. When you come by car, the access is easy and there is a good car park for the guests. I think there is an underground car park but we didn't use it, it would be good for the winter when there can be a lot of snow. Sofia airport is not far from the city center so it is easy, if you want, to have a nice evening and a meal in a restaurant in the center and come back for an early night. However, the hotel has a very pleasant restaurant where we had breakfast. The rooms themselves are excellent, large with high ceilings, nicely decorated in beige and brown colors. The beds are big and comfortable, the bathrooms are large and very good; I would only suggest to put a little more place to hang the towels; there is a hairdryer in the cupboard and reasonably good shampoo. The view from the room on the city and the mountain was really beautiful and the room was quiet despite being near the airport and a busy road, there are good thick curtain with black out lining so the sun doesn't wake you up. In the room there is a good espresso machine (and a delicious slice of complimentary carrot cake and chocolate cake) so our family member could have a good coffee before running downstairs at 4.30 am to take the airport shuttle. This is an excellent facility at such an early time in the morning. The breakfast was better than what I expected, a very nice and good choice buffet in the restaurant. There was everything you could wish for, and very good coffee and cappuccino. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay and we will certainly use this hotel again.
Stayed here on the way home from a trip to Stara Zagora as I had an early flight. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, both the staff on reception and the guys in the bar/restaurant area. The hotel is pretty big but I have been very pleasantly surprised how helpful everyone is. Really enjoyed my stay here and will use this hotel again when I'm back in early January.
We stayed at this Best Western at the end of July having arrived on a very late flight. The driver of the transfer bus was waiting in the arrivals hall and hotel check-in was quick and easy. We booked a 3 bedded room as our daughter was travelling with us and were surprised to be given two beautifully furnished adjoining rooms. Some little cakes were left on a plate on small table which were greatly appreciated. The beds were very comfy and we slept really well. The breakfast buffet was excellent...basically anything you could think of was on offer. We travel to Sofia up to three times a year on the same late flight and this is definitely the best Sofia airport hotel we have stayed in.
It is a perfect hotel close to the airport. I liked the coziness in the room, it is spacious, clean and the beds are also comfortable! I liked everything from the reception which is quite fast with check-in and smooth check-out, till the shuttle service which was punctual at 4am for my morning flight. One advice for the menagment though, to update it and to improve the early departure breakfast-box! What they offer right now is a shame, and should not be considered a breakfast-box option at all! -That was the only thing that disappointed me, because i specially book a room with a breakfast option - which was quite pricey. Everything else was perfect, i travel a lot trough Sofia, so i will be back for sure.
The location of the property was absolutely fantastic... only 10 mins taxi ride to the city center and walkable distance to the airport ... the hotel is new and had all the best of the amenities... we traveled from dubai and it was such a great place we slept very peacefully like it was back home.. the staff is amazing and super helpful...
The only good reason to stay at an airport hotel is to ease the pain of a late night flight arrival, or an early morning departure. This one -- unlike some -- is well aware of its role, and fulfills it quite competently. The room was fine, the obscenely early wakeup call was punctual, and the airport shuttle delivered us to the airport in plenty of time for our 6AM flight. What's not to like? Well, one thing -- the restaurant. Nothing wrong with it, food-wise, but its prices are more than double (and in some cases triple) the going rates anywhere else in Bulgaria. Better idea, if you have the time/energy: Take a short cab ride into Sofia and dine somewhere -- anywhere -- else.
Absolutely superb hotel. We had an issue with our flight delay in July. The went out of there way to help us. Transporting us to and from the airport and reallocating ourbhotelbroom to us at 5am after the flight delayed.
Arrived at Sofia Airport late in the evening with three collegues. Arranged for the Best Western airport shuttle to pick us up. Advised by the Hotel that the restaurant shut at 23.00 and room service was not available. Collected some drinks and snacks at a airport shop and less than ten mins in the hotel lobby. Check in very fast, all staff spoke English and quickly to our rooms for a very short sleep. Up very early, before breakfast to check out for an early flight. Too early for breakfast, but a good selection of snacks and drinks laid out. Coffee machine was broken, so no hot drinks. Check out very swift and back into the shuttle to go back to the airport. A longer journey back to the airport due to road works. Would use this hotel again, best used for transit stops.
High class, clean, beautiful design, quiet, close to airport, excellent breakfast, highly recommended. Smiling service We came as a group of 11 people- all of us were very satisfied. One child said the bed was too soft.
First the positives: Teo at check-in was great, very helpful, clear and made me feel welcome. Also I had an upgrade given, which was appreciated. Negatives: I booked the complimentary shuttle and the email I was sent made it look like I could only use this from Terminal 1, not terminal 2 (my arrival). I was delayed on arriving to terminal 2, waited for the shuttle to terminal 1, then my hotel minibus. A clearer email stating that I can wait at terminal 1 OR terminal 2 would have saved me about 40 minutes waiting. Secondly, the hotel had advertised that a wedding was taking place in the Conference Suite of the hotel. I could hear the music noise well-past midnight, even on the 9th floor. Even with earplugs. I dread to think what people on lower floors could hear. I do understand that renting out a space for wedding makes money for the hotel though. Small things: my waiter at the hotel restaurant could have poured the bottle of water he got for me - a nice touch which was missed. Cleaners had missed the big bit of hair on the bath where it meets wall...but everything else was in good clean state. I think there were not too many guests staying, as food at breakfast was either not very hot (sausages, potato) or warm (yoghurts in big bowls) These things come under "attention to detail". Overall, an adequate hotel, but my stay this time could have been better.
Staff on the restaurand and the reception not profesional . The rooms and the hotel is very nice Next to the airport. 10 minutes highway to the city center . We visited it in the winter and the dont clean the parking from the snow .
My family of three had a layover in Sofia. We stayed here. We arrived and at check in they told us we were chosen as guests of the day! We were upgraded to a business suite, given a free drink in the bar, and special desserts for our daughter in the room. The staff were knowledgeable, spoke several languages, and were very friendly. Thank you to the manager and everyone who made our stay extra special. In addition, my parents stayed here the week or so before us and feel the same way. The airport shuttle is free and 24 hours. There are breakfast items prepared for take away beginning at 3:30am. It was all wonderful!
I've stayed here 3 times in the past 2 years on business. A great option that is on the high-end for Sofia. The rooms are a good size and the beds are excellent. Everything is clean and new. The only issue is the location. It's 5 min from the airport, but not near anything else. You'll have to call a taxi to get anywhere else and it takes a long time (15-20 min) for taxis to arrive. The front desk will call for you and say that a taxi is "5 min" when it typically takes a lot longer, so you need to plan ahead. Otherwise, if you can manage the transportation situation, the hotel itself is very high-quality.
I stayed for one night before my flight to Cyprus. The hotel is extremely good with very friendly staff. The room is big enough and well equipped. The restaurant is very good with outstanding food quality. Amazing early breakfast and convenient free shuttle to the airport.
Dirty hotel. Overdo the airfresheners. Will cause you allergic attack. Found long hairs in my bed and in the shower. Discusting. The only acceptable things were the quiet, the nice staff and the parking,
This hotel was great, good service from the reception, clean and very nice room! The bed is super, loads of pillows. Breakfast is tasty and also the restaurant in the evening! Good service with the shuttle bus. Easy to call them and get a ride to the airport!
We stayed two weeks here with our baby! The rooms are lovely, big and clean! The housekeepers are very nice and they do a very good job! The restaurant offers very good choices of dishes! Congrats to the Chef! However I would say that the dessert menu needs more variety! Everyone was really helpful and polite except of a few waiters but that didn't really affect us! I would have given it 5 stars if only they were a bit more environmentally friendly! They change the bed sheets and the towels EVERY DAY even if you didn't put them on the floor! Nevertheless great experience and we are definitely coming back :)
The hotel is close to airport so dont expect much around but it is rather classy inside. Hotel offers free shuttle to airport even for your super early flight which was a very good thing. Restaurant inside is bit expensive according to Bulgarian standard but that was alright. Hotel offers very nice views to the amazing thunderstorm and the landing/taking off planes which was great!! Definitely a good airport hotel
I haven't previously had amazing experiences with airport hotels... they are normally very expensive and not nice at all. However, this hotel was reasonably priced and the hotel, rooms and staff were super lovely.
In June I was coming from California. It was a long flight. My plane to Sofia was late and was worried that I was not going to be picked up. Ivan the Shuttle driver was inside the baggage claim waiting for me. Very nice gentleman. Got to the hotel the front desk was supper. Room was clean and lots to choose from for breakfast.
Very nice stay at 1 km from the airport. Shuttle service included. Very good breakfast with delicious food and very nice Fitness room. the staff at the reception were very kind. Very nice stay. I will come back soon. C
One night stay before travelling onward to Veliko Tarnovo. Arrived about 1:30 am, tired and frazzled to be given a very warm welcome by reception staff. They were polite, well presented and extremely helpful. Lovely to see that this level of customer service still exists. Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast fresh and tasty, Croissants to die for. Will be staying here again
Rooms comfortable and staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has an extremely limited menu and prices are high . The wine list is very poor . Breakfast cold buffet was good but the hot breakfast was appalling. It was all cold and over cooked eggs. To leave the hotel and get to the airport is it easy. You have to do a u turn but easily missed on google maps and you can end up in a mess. We made it but took 15 minutes and a bit of stress. Probably better to drive to airport the night before, leave your car and then get the shuttle bus from hotel to airport the next day.
High level of accomodation, rooms are big , comfortable, clean and completely equipped. WiFi powerful, really. Good breakfast and, if you have to fly away early in the morning, a small room for special breakfast is arranged. Staff is nice. 10 minutes from airport.
Hotel is new and well situated, close to the airport. Easy to access the Sofia's center or the highway. Very polite and friendly personnel meet you at the reception to make you feel home. I would say all staff I had interaction with was very professional and helpful. Clean and big rooms with a beautiful view to Sofia. Very good breakfast and delitious international menu in the restaurant. Free parking is a good asset as well. Would be happy to stay again in this hotel.
I stayed at Best Western Premier in Sofia for one night between connecting flights. The staff were all very nice and the hotel was new and modern. The rooms were very spacious. For some reason the room keys were actual keys, which I found odd considering the hotel is new. There is a free shuttle service between the hotel and the airport 24hrs a day. The only issue I had was with the shower. I noticed there was a bar of soap that had morphed into a block of mold. It was there for some time to get this way. The rest of the bathroom and room was spotless. I cannot understand how this bar of soap managed to be left in shower for however long it was there. As I was too tired and had an early flight I ignored the issue. Upon check out I presented the gentlemen at the desk with a picture, with which he replied "Is that a banana?". He then said that he would leave a note for house keeping. That really was not a solution for me. I was checking out. For this reason, I personally, most likely will not return.
From the moment I was met at the airport I felt my holiday had begun. Courteous and welcoming staff encouraged you to rest and relax as soon as you entered. The room was spacious and comfortable with tea coffee and toiletries provided. If you wanted to stay in hundreds of tv channels in every language. Only about a fiver in a taxi into town. Nice and varied breakfast. Good selection of evening meals served by attentive staff. I would definately stay here again and recommend this to others.
The hotel is new and very nicely appointed, good beds.. Most of the staff were top notch. Breakfast was awesome. Great business hotel, airport shuttle available. WiFi was good. Two issues I would note, the hotel advertises Air Conditioning, however the "cool" version of this feature is only turned on during certain months. April isn't one of those, so they only had the heat on. So we turned the unit off, and the room was 20 degrees Celsius (about 70 F) and muggy all night even with the small window open. Just keep that in mind if you like to sleep in a cool place, clarify that fact if you are traveling here. We went to the restaurant for dinner and found they don't really have a kids menu.... after asking the waiter if they had options for our six year old he said "hamburger", so we ordered that and found out that it was 20 Bulgarian Lev (12 Dollars). Overall the food in the restaurant was good, we thought it was overpriced for Bulgaria. Our dinner including the burger, two pasta dishes, two cokes and a water was nearly 70 Lev.
I was traveling to Sofia for a day and needed it to stay near the airport. The hotel is very nice with amazing rooms. I had dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing. They provide free shuttle to the airport and this is very convenient. I was very impressed from from staff. I want to recommend the reception staff and especially the housekeeping. Very clean rooms. I would book again on my next trip to Sofia.
I was on a business trip in Sofia for two days and stayed at Sofia Airport. The hotel is amazing, brand new with excellent rooms. The staff was very friendly and provide very professional service. Breakfast was very good with cozy atmosphere. I would recommend the hotel for any business trip in Sofia. They provide free shuttle to the airport.
We arrived late in the evening and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Very nice, clean room with comfortable bed and very good pillows. Service was good and breakfast selection ample with fresh produce and good selection. Great for when you are in Sofia for a couple of nights. We
As title hotel says it is nice hotel but in the middle of nowhere. If you are without car you must use taxi. Another problem is if you want to go to walk it is hard because there´s no sidewalks. Breakfast is OK could be better for 4* hotel. Main objection is Wi Fi, signal in some rooms is very bad you need to go out in hall to catch signal and go back to you room to have it. I noways at least signal amplifiers are not so expensive. Nevertheless staff is really great and polite
Very conviniently located next to the airport and at short distance to the city center. Polite and effective staff who were always ready to assist me during my stay. Concierge made a lot of effort helping me to send different parcels and ensure that all were received by my business partners. Restaurant breakfast was fantastic and the waiters accomodate my request for latte with soya milk.
excellent hotel located near Sofia airport, you can either take advantage of their free shuttle bus or free parking hotel is literally within 3 minutes from the airport with direct access to the highway and to the city centre we have been upgraded to the business suite which is a great deal if you're travelling in a group or want to stay in a room with a separate bedroom and living room and kitchenette. they've got 24 hour fitness service and breakfast is served already from 4 am for those taking an early flight. breakfast's got everything you may want; from fresh juices to pastry selection, healthy corner with soya milk and gluten-free products and etc if you arrive on a late flight, you can also head to the restaurant on the ground floor cooking till approximately 10.30pm which is a good deal rooms are designed in a modern style with bathroom toiletries and everything. you may need. I definitely recommend this hotel not only for those staying for one night but also those who'd like to explore the city of Sofia :)
A lovely hotel, close to the Airport. The rooms are really nice and clean. The hotel was very quiet. Staff was helpful and breakfast was delicious, big variety and choice. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Sofia again.
We selected the hotel for one night stay because of our very early flight departure time. The place is great, the room beautiful and extremely clean! The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They also offer a breakfast box if you depart before 7am! Congrats to all of you!
We arrived at midnight at Sofia airport and called the hotel to send us a car, were informed that we should book a pick up in advance, however, the receptionist Victor made sure that a driver will be available for us and he sent Ivan, who was very kind and professional. Ivan also brought the luggage up to our room and was very polite the whole time. We found the room to be very spacious and clean and a great value for money.
Arrived to this hotel for an overnight stay before an early flight the next day. 2 adults and a kid. Booked via Hotels.com The hotel is modern and very nice. Rooms are nice as well. We were provided a room with one king size bed. When I asked about a room that can accommodate a kid (two twin beds) we were told that there is non to be provided. So we made a makeshift bed from the arm chair and leg rest plus and extra chair (...) and I went to the reception to ask for an extra blanket and bed sheet to place on this "bed".. The answer shocked and embarrassed me - ?we do not have extra blankets and sheets in the hotel..." said the receptionist after consulting with the other receptionist.... I asked again, "sorry we can't " said the guy... So we had to use a towel as a replacement for the bed sheet and use a coat as a cover. I have travelled the world up and down and never have I ever seen such a thing. Would you imagine a big hotel not having an extra bed sheet and blanket??? To all you readers out there, stay away from this hotel until the time they can prove that their hospitality is shinny as much as their hotel's appearance.
I spent here over 40 days for business purposes between February and March. The hotel building is relatively new with nice and big rooms, very clean and with good quality furniture. Rooms are also very quiet and always grant a good sleep/rest thanks also to the bed's good quality. Hotel is basically located in the middle of nowhere, 15 minutes away (walking distance) from Airport's older Terminal 1 and 5/10 minutes by (very cheap) taxi away from Sofia downtown. Hotel staff is young, friendly and always extremely professional. Nice breakfast as well as good quality restaurant though with a little reduced menu. Highly recommended!!!
The Pros: The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfy. Nice shower and bathrooms and minibar and laptop safe in the rooms and decent internet speeds (19.7 Mbps Download & 10.9 Mbps Upload) and English TV options. Good style and within less than a mile from the airport. The breakfast is adequate for most tastes and included. The Cons: The restaurant doesn't have a lot of selection and there is no ATM in the hotel and the front desk couldn't change Euro's for the local currency and no other food options close by. The hotel is isolated in an industrial area with no walk paths or restaurants in the vicinity.
We were returning from a ski trip and had early morning flights home from Sofia airport. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were modern, clean and the water pressure good. We checked in and left our bags in our rooms, went out for dinner, and just came back to sleep. We didn't have breakfast because we left very early. Everything was perfect for our needs, the price was good value and there's a shuttle to the airport that runs very regularly.
Everything fine, not so big which was nice. Expensive to buy water. Helpful reception. Ok breakfast good coffee. We had an extra bed since we were three with my two kids. Nice with gym and sauna (10 Euro).
My wife is Bulgarian and we often stay in Sofia the night before we fly out the next day. It's nice that there is finally a new modern clean hotel that's a stone's throw from the airport. I like Sofia, but the traffic can be bad. It's great having a stress free place to stay before a flight. The rooms were huge - clean - quiet - and very well appointed. The restaurant was quite good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was well-trained and friendly.
Reserved on HRS website, where I found an great price. This is a right 4 star category hotel. First of all this is a completely new hotel, with big and clean rooms and very nice staff. The bed is excellent, so I would say that I can give a 5 star for quality sleep! Quality food at the breakfast and excellent Wi Fi connection. The hotel is also provide shuttle to the airport by the schedule.
Stayed here from January 2nd for work at Sofia airport, location was excellent and only 5 mins from airport in the hotels courtesy bus. The hotel and all the staff were friendly and helpful, I went into the city Saturday and Sunday afternoon and the lad on reception, sorry can't remember his name , wrote down five or six places to visit each day which was really helpful as this was a first time visit to Sofia. I had breakfast each day which was very good and loads of choices also had dinner on most nights and again the food was excellent and staff always on hand to recommend from the menu, the prices were reasonable but if you went into city there were cheaper options available. The hotel is a bit remote with nothing around it and unfortunately no pathway to anywhere, other than that had an excellent stay and would recommend.
The location is fine if you have to spend a night immediately before the flight. Though you can not walk to the terminal (it is ~ 1.2 km from terminal 1 and no footpath, more to terminal 2) but a free shuttle is available every 20 min. The hotel has good facilities and efficient front desk office. They provide early breakfast with some packed items for early morning flights. The room size is sufficient and soundproofing is OK. However, the bed was uncomfortable as the mattress is very hard, though the pillows are OK.
Conveniently located for airport, clean and functional hotel bit rather charaterless. Restaurant serves a reasonable.menu of food and the breakfast buffet is above average. Ideal hotel for business trips but not to be recommended for a pleasure trip unless location near airport and away from downtown is a priority.
An unexpected get away lands me at the best western premier Sofia . First site is pleasing,a nice modern building situated only a few moments from the airport . As I enter the lobby am greeted by the warmth and friendly staff who check us in and give us our room card . A quick shower after the flight in a nicely laid out bathroom with a lovely room with all that you will need including views of the snow tipped mountains is a joy to behold , longing only now to fire off a few snow balls as we did many moons past . Breakfast was lovely with a fine selection of hots and colds which was sampled by all that attended this morning . Overall a wonderful hotel to stay at highly recommended, but the strange fragrance upon greeting in reception reminds me of my school days body spray I was gifted at Christmas by my in-laws.
The location is 5 minutes from the airport, they offer a free shuttle service both ways. Fro the hotel for 12lev local currency equivalent to €6.00 you're downtown. Breakfast is good to average, service a little slow. Rooms are really spacious, decent TV channels, bathroom is spacious I usually stay at the 10th floor, if you have a car there's free parking underground which helps during the cold winter. Overall a good hotel and I really enjoy my stay every time I visit Sofia.
I contacted BWP for there pet policy I was informed that pets under 8KG no problem.I informed them I was traveling with my Labrador Service dog. Front Desk Manager responded to my email immediately not a problem. Service was excellent all staff friendly and professional. Transfer to the airport the driver made a special trip for us as we have the Dog Crate. The only Hotel I will stay in Sofia and would recommend it, close to the airport clean rooms and great service.
I stayed here after my flight being cancelled. My room was spacious, kettle, tv and an amazing shower! Wifi is really good! Breakfast and the restaurant was great. I would recommend the lamb shank on the menu. Free shuttle bus to the airport which you can book. Would recommend.
Enjoyed our stay at BWP , the rooms were spacious and very modern. The hotel is relatively new so most things are in good condition. Bathrooms again work well with decent pressure and space. Equipped with most basics (no iron). Breakfast was nice, decent selection. Staff are polite and friendly. 2 minor niggles which stopped this hotel from getting 5 stars from me: 1) Complementary Shuttle bus was late and we were in the cold waiting for a while. 2) we had an altercation with a scamming taxi driver who tried (and failed) to charge us 8x a normal fare, i went into the hotel expecting a little backup. Although the girl at the service desk very sympathetic she didn't really back us up.She went to ask a supervisor but they didn't come out. I know its not the hotels job to help us in these situations but i was hoping she would argue with the taxi driver on our behalf. Overall though i was happy and would definitely stay again.
This is a brand new hotel very close to the airport and half way into town. Service was fast and friendly. The rooms are brand new, well equipped with good beds/pillows. There is a free shuttle from and to the airport which was nice at 5.30 AM! Would stay again
Close to airport, but no airport noise. Rooms good, breakfast basic, staff able to assist when required, bar open till 11.00pm, airport shuttle, take away breakfast available if needed to leave before 7am when restaurant opened.
If your flight from Sofia is early in the morning, this hotel is the best place to spend the last night in Sofia (Bulgaria). It is situated close to the airport. It provides every 20 minutes shuttle from and to the airport. Because at 5 a.m. the passengers were many, thanks to the driver, an extra shuttle was provided at 5:10 a.m. and the next one was available exactly at 5:20 a.m. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are very, very good. Even thou the hotel is new (about 1 year after its opening), the stuff is good, polite, and understanding. Thank you, Nora! Nice and quite place! Thank you!
This is a nice looking new and modern hotel. It's not far from the airport but it's not walkable. The hotel do offer a complimentary shuttle bus but you must pre-book by emailing the hotel. We stayed for 1 night and overall we found the bed comfortable and the room quiet which was good. That being said we had a few problems. As stated in other reviews the room a/c doesn't go below 20. It also didn't seem to work that well in our room as it felt stuffy. We settled for opening a window. Not ideal as you can hear traffic but it didn't bother us. We also don't think the washroom vent was working that well as we never heard it come on. The shower is one of the worst I've experienced in a hotel as it wasn't high pressure. Not a power shower I don't think. Also, never experienced dirty towels in a hotel so that was a first. We noticed one bath towel, which was neatly rolled up, had 2 big dirty stains on it when it was unravelled. Grim. I moved the footstool in the room to find it was hiding what looked like a big red wine stain in the carpet. More grim. Worst of all, we ordered 2 x cheeseburgers, with wedges along with 2 bottles of Pepsi from room service. When we cut the burgers down the middle we found they weren't cooked through, and were raw and cold. Inexcusable. We sent them back, and the replacements were fine. Waiter said sorry but feel they could have done more. The Pepsi's on the house would have been a small but welcome gesture. The lady that greeted us for breakfast was a little cold and unwelcoming as she walked over to us while we waited to be seated and just said “what?”. Not great. We presumed this to mean she must want our room number, we gave it to her and she wrote it down. Lots of options at breakfast but no orange juice, only orange squash from the machine. There was bread and rolls but no toaster. Also, there was a board near the cooked buffet saying order eggs the way you like them so we tried ordering poached eggs (which is generally what we like to eat in a hotel), and they said no - maybe the guy just didn't understand us. Other than that the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle was swift and on time. On balance, sorry to say I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again, or would wait a while before trying it again.
Everything nice...!! Buuuut they need to learn a lot from other big hotels regarding guest confort in a lot of matters... but the hotel is nice and the breakfast is fantastic but again nothing around the hotel..., just traffic and nasty roads full of dirt. I hope it helps.
We stayed at this hotel only for few hours before our early morning flight. rooms are decorated nicely. they used good quality materials, the bed is of a good quality but it is way too soft. the room and hotel are very clean. good parking lot. nice lobby. Didn't like that the hotel had charged my credit card. I wanted to pay cash since I had a lot of local currency left. when I did check out they told me that they blocked the amount from my credit card and I cannot pay cash due to the early hour (3 am). they told me to change the currency at the airport but at this time the change is closed so I now have local BGN cash and nothing to do with it. I did not expect for a fancy hotel like that to block/ charge an amount before check out and without my consent. Room are very very quiet but not sound proof enough, we heard one neighbor taking a shower and the other snoring and even planes taking off(the only thing I need from an airport hotel is soundproof but it wasn't). The bed was extremely soft (too much for my taste) so my wife and I could hardly sleep. shower water pressure is almost none existent, why is that? so we didn't enjoy a good shower before our flight. The rooms climate control could not go under 20c and it was too hot for us so we had to open window and hear the airplanes taking off. The airport shuttle service uses an old van, and you cannot take it on anytime you wish, it has a schedule and you need to fix YOUR schedule according to the hotel airport shuttle's (what I would expect from a motel and not a high-end hotel). so you need to wait (like a bus) until it arrives on the schedule. it was very hard to locate this old van at the airport but it was exactly on time. we thought to take a taxi to the hotel since we just missed the time for the shuttle. the hotel is located on one side of a highway to the airport, if you are on the other side it is 10 minutes drive to make a u-turn. and if you need to go to the airport you need to drive to Sofia make a u turn and then go back. The room's mini bar is the most expensive I saw in Bulgaria (felt like they wanted to steal your money rather you enjoying your time). too expensive for what you are getting. Nobody helped us with our luggage. Don't get me wrong it is a good hotel but not something you would expect from a fancy hotel. Next time I would look for another place to stay.
Beautiful hotel, not overly cheap, but great rooms, beds and breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport, takes 5mins, is super convenient. Did I say how good the breakfast was?! haha. If you have an early of late flight, or are looking for a little luxury after roughing it around Bulgaria and Macedonia for 10 days like I was - stay here. I'm sure I looked a right mess wandering in covered in dirt and carrying my backpack, but they didn't even bat an eye haha.
Well maintained and excellent presented hotel! Staff were professional and polite. Rich buffet breakfast and nice dinner meals. Only two minutes from the airport private free parking on the side! Well done!
This was by far the best, Best Western hotel I have stayed in. The executive rooms rival that of the best hotels only at a fraction of the cost. The only complaint was that I could not get the temperature less than 20C, but I got lucky because it was cold outside so the room got comfortable quickly. The restaurant is just so so but they have a nice bar. Overall, a great place to stay especially when flying the next day.
I'm happy with the hotel, professional staff, room and all hotel really clean, comfortable bed and pillow. The only bad point is not enough facilities for the 4 stars hotel especially in the bathroom. Thank you all.
Great hotel and room but the restaurant food for dinner was far to expensive for what it provides and a very limited menu. You could but two better dinners in Sofia for the same price and have a much better menu choice. Unnecessary to be so expensive and limited. If you are going to have a restaurant then make sure it is as good as the rest of the hotel.
We stayed one night prior to our trip around Bulgaria. As others have said the amenities were excellent, however the one thing that let the hotel down was the restaurant. Sooo slow - we were tired from our travels and would have liked our meal to come out within a reasonable time which I would define as less that 1/2 hour. Not so - the overall time to eat was 2.5 hours. The restaurant was not full, however it appeared to be short staffed. Very frustrating. The meal itself was excellent
This is an exellent hotel - modern style, spacious rooms quiet though close to the airport - very friendly staff - good bar, very good menu and service at restaurant - and exellent breakfast buffet - we had a very pleasant stay
We were one night at the hotel. We arrived at 22:00. We had written in advance to the hotel and a driver with a sign was waiting for us. We had a free shuttle to the hotel. The room is good, clean, the service is excellent. A quiet sleep. An excellent breakfast is included in the price. Good price for a good standard hotel. The hotel is new and opened a few months ago. For those who arrive at night or need to fly in the morning, it is highly recommended.
Thank you to all the staff again. My 4th successful stay since the hotel opened. The rooms are excellent. The food and bar are great. The staff are very professional and friendly. Kiril and the team in the restaurant and bar offer excellen friendly and professional service. I will return again. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Sofia ..... the staff are EXCELLENT.
At first I thought this hotel was good value, but in reality, as a business traveller, I need 3 simple things: Breakfast in time for the international departures, dinner served quickly and simply, decent quality quiet and clean room. The bedroom was great; very clean, modern and spacious. Excellent. The dinner ( a piece chicken and a small risotto) took 35 minutes to arrive and 5 minutes to eat. Just not good enough for an airport hotel (there were 6 other people in dinner and it was 1.5 hours before restaurant closing. The breakfast was awful. (a plastic box with a basic continental served in a tiny store room next to reception, with one single table is not breakfast). As two people were already sat at the only two chairs I had to eat mine standing up. Not acceptable for this level of hotel at an airport. Why bother booking it if you can't get breakfast in time for an international flight? Staff were friendly, efficient and checked me in quickly and settled my bill quickly. They gave me good accurate information and did an excellent job with regard to my expectations. I will probably have to use this hotel again, and for the room alone that is okay, but as I will arrive late (after 11pm and leave before 7am) i really cannot expect to get a good hotel experience. Can I please ask that you revise your hours or breakfast offering: Breakfast from 0500 would suit the majority of early departures, OR, allow guests to use the restaurant area and put out a proper, but still basic, continental breakfast so they can help themselves and sit at a table properly. Rather than standing eating out of plastic boxes? Nice modern building. Location fine and staff excellent.
Huge bed. Big Shower. Great choice at breakfast. Not good if you like to walk places. It is fine to get taxis but next to a motorway and there are no pavements. But the soundproofing in the rooms works well. Staff were helpful..Special thanks to Nora on reception for her kindness and patience as I worked out how to spend five hours before going to the airport for my flight.
Very nice new hotel very close to the airport. Very friendly personel and good breakfast. Also the evening card for diner is very nice and good and delicious food. Wifi is strong en the rooms are very comfortable.
This hotel is located about six hundred meters from Sofia's airport. Their breakfast buffet is incredible, their service is flawless and their rooms and value could not be better. All of their front desk staff were friendly and helpful but Brian was specially attentive. We highly recommend this hotel!
Great hotel on the edge of the airport in Sofia, we landed late evening and the staff were great, food was really nice, rooms were very modern and comfortable, we only stayed the one night but would be great to spend more time there and see more of Sofia and would definitely choose this hotel again. Don't try and walk there from the airport though, pavements are not the best, get a taxi it's not that expensive and it saves your legs and your mind.
i was upgraded and that is nice to know. The room was large and confy, nice bathroom, coffee and tea facility. breakfast is included and some of the organic options are good, excellant the coffee!! the TV however was not working properly, or maybe to hard to use and find english channels. the sheets are very hard and the bed is not tucked in which is funny. To get there you need a taxi (at night you do not have shuttle), it cost about 2 euro but they will charge about 5, which is ok because it is very close.
I was in transfert in this hotel between two flights, I'm so sad to spent only 6 hours on this great, confortable and modern hotel with very large and quite rooms. Everything is new, and very high quality. The bed is amazing and the view was also nice if you love airplanes. I test the room-service : very quick, nice food and very good prices. The team is very professional and happy to welcome you. There is a transfert shuttle service for free to and from the airport. The only mistake was the shower wall not clean as it should and also the windows, quite dirty to be honest. Go for it, it's a good place to relax before or after your journey. Romain from France
Long soulless corridors, no decoration detail in rooms. Facilities are fine, new, and work well. Bed ok. Very close to airport, but access a pain. Roadworks out front and it's on a dual carriageway, so you have to do a circle to get in, or out. Room service efficient. Burger was tasteless.
Visited the hotel last week and was very impressed by the service. It was a great value for money. The reception staff were really proffered. The room was really cozy and spacious, it had very comfortable mattress's. We were impressed by the breakfast diversity. We really recommend this hotel.
The hotel rooms are new and very comfortable but cheaply made so maybe in year or two it want be so pleasant place. The level of cleanliness was not satisfying, especially the bathroom. The service on reception was dissatisfactory-we were informed that we have included breakfast, but in the morning when we went in the restaurant it appeared that acctually we don't have one. In general the hotel is nice but there some thing which need improvement!
We had a single night stay on our way from Thessaloniki to Rome. The room was spacious and well decorated, everything was brand new. The cafeteria was nice and the staff was friendly. The shuttle bus to the airport was free of charge and on time schedule. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to Sofia.
Clean, new, friendly staff and very good & rich breakfast. If you are planning to take the shuttle from the airport you should know that on certain hours it arrives only upon demand. However, it's easy to call it. We arrived at 21.30 and went to the information booth in the arrival hall (blue booth on the left after you pass all the rentals on your right). They called the hotel and the shuttle arrived after 5 minutes. This hotel is a great option if you arrive late to the airport or need to reach it early in the morning.
Planned to stay here for one night on arrival but then had to add an additional night. First night cost £60 pound upon check out our second night cost us £115, both midweek days. The hotel was empty both days. Its disgraceful the price can double. Phoned and emailed prior to arrival and provided flight details of when we were arriving. Arrived at the airport and every single other hotel chain had a vehicle there waiting to collect their customers except for Best Western. When I phoned the same person I had spoken to only a few hours prior acted surprised that we were there, ridiculous customer service. Ended up getting to the hotel at 00.30 and we had to be out the door for 0800 in the morning absolute waste. The following night arrived back at the hotel at 4 in the morning, tired we made our way to our room only for the key to not work. Again the incompetence of the staff at their best. Despite telling them on check in that we had two separate bookings for two nights this was obviously too difficult for them and our key was only activated for one day. May not sound a big deal but when you have been out since 8 in the morning arrive back at 4 am the last thing you want to do is get back in the lifts and head all the way back to reception for some gormless incompetent member of staff to activate your card again. If all other hotels are fully booked next time I am in the area id rather hire a car and sleep in that than give this establishment another penny of my hard earned money.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights total, one night on our way to Greece from Bucharest and two nights on our return trip. Our first night was in a lovely room, very clean and comfortable with a walk-in shower that was really nice. We got in really late that night and one of the staff working in the bar was very kind and let us buy a couple of beers even though they were closing up. I got the impression that his colleague wasn't happy with him for that but we were certainly appreciative and there were still a couple of other guests in the hotel bar. We paid extra for the breakfast the next morning and were satisfied with the selection and quality of the food - eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausages, as well as cold cuts, veggies, cheeses, and pastries. We weren't so impressed with the help at the front desk, which was abrupt and not very explanatory when they informed us that we had to pay extra for a second person in the room as we had prepaid on Expedia and had accidentally paid for only one person in the room. I don't think the Expedia website was very clear on the fee and so we were confused and I'm not sure that the hotel is used to prepaid rooms as it was a bit challenging to get an accurate receipt from the hotel. We were worried that they were charging us a different rate than we had prepaid or that they were charging us a second time. Like I said, it was confusing. But a more experienced employee stepped in to help clear things us, which was good. The stay on our return trip was also decent overall. We booked through the Best Western website and did not prepay so everything was was smooth and easy that way. Our room was nice, but not quite AS nice - no walk-in shower and it had a set of connecting doors with the next room and although the other room's door locked, ours did not. Apparently we were informed that there was some sort of problem with the lock and the key that couldn't be solved. We were a little worried about the security of an unlocked adjoining door on our side, but decided it was probably ok since there didn't seem to be guests in the other room and ultimately we didn't have any problems. One big plus of the hotel: it has a nice gym that we enjoyed using. The hotel is probably most convenient for travelers flying in and out of Sofia, but there was enough parking if you drive in and it was also an inexpensive taxi ride into the city centre. All in all, we would stay again but we would book again through the Best Western site instead of Expedia and we would ask for a room without an adjoining door.
We were tired from a long flight when we arrived and it was very hot. The front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly and delivered excellent service in English. We loved everything about our stay there. One suggestion: plant more flowers, remove the refuse piling up against the hedges and create an outside sitting area like the Best Western Expo hotel. The hotel's service were really great otherwise. Well-organized. The staff really took great care of the guests. We stayed three days.
If you are looking for an airport hotel in Sofia, look no further. This hotel is beautifully appointed. Very modern. Conveniently located. Good restaurant. Highly recommended. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
Gorgeous hotel with great sized rooms, AC and comfy beds (I have stayed a couple of times on business for good reasons!). Depending on the room you may enjoy a stunning view of Vitosha Mt. Free shuttle bus to/from the airport (less than 5 mins). Staff are very friendly and helpful. WIFI is super fast and reliable. The breakfast is excellent, really really excellent. Restaurant has a great selection of food too. Taxi to the city is 10-15 mins (depending on traffic) and can be arranged at reception or via Taxime app and is approx 10BGN (5EUR). One of the best hotels I've stayed in.
From my experience this is the best hotel so far in Sofia and maybe in entire Bulgaria. it's modern, clean, comfortable, breakfast is much better than other hotel's, 5 minutes to the airport, quite area, very high standers maybe above 4 stars. Some staff doesn't understand English and you many have miscommunications so you have to repeat and request confirmation for every message you say or better ask another staff. Massage is not available anytime as you have to request and confirm availablility before long time.
Hotel is very close to the airport, they operate a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport and back free of charge. The hotel is very modern and the beds are very good. If you book online you can stay at this hotel for a great price, it's one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, It will cost you about 11 lev for a taxi into the centre of Sofia so the location is good for the airport and the city.
(1) A/C working as it should, (2) no cigarette smoke smell at all, and (3) reliable WiFi: and all those three in the same hotel! Pretty unusual for Bulgaria. Besides this, very clean place with courteous staff. The fare I paid was very low for the class of this hotel. The only downside is that it is isolated from the civilization. The restaurant is on the expensive side even by Western standards, without traditional Bulgarian dishes. There are a few affordable choices however and the pasta I tried was really good. I had to catch an early flight and could bot try the breakfast,
Realy nice hotel, but some problems with nonstandart guests. If you will visit hotel after 22:00 you can not find any meals in restarants or bars. You can not find anby info about hotel shuttle bus on web, but it really work.
As someone who has not been back home for many years, this hotel brought a ray of hope for my native country. Sparkling cleanliness, tasteful inferior, frendly personnel who speak very good English, excellent breakfast and most convenient location - just 3 minutes drive from the airport. Just a small note - a note pad with a pen in the room would have been helpful. Thank you and keep up the excellent work! Regards from Vancouver and we will be back!
The room was very comfortable, and quiet despite proximity to the airport. Price was very reasonable. We appreciated the free airport shuttle. We almost never buy from a mini bar, but did here because the wine was priced very reasonably.
I planned to fly back from Tel Aviv into central Europe, but the travel schedule did not allow a one day return. Consequently, I needed a place to stay in Sofia overnight. After looking on TripAdvisor, I chose the Best Western Premier Hotel near the Sofia Airport. I was glad that I did. This hotel opened within the last year, and it is a quality facility. My room is very large, and it's also well equipped with great technology. There are many ports to connect electronic devices as well as a generous work area. The bed was great. The bathroom is also quite large, and includes a generous supply of branded toiletries. Access to the airport is simple. I opted for the breakfast, and it was very nice. There is a Technogym work out facility on the second floor and expansive conference areas. I strongly recommend the Best Western Premier Hotel near Sofia Airport. It deserves its 5 start rating!
We stayed at this hotel for night . We were on our overland trip from Dubai to Europe. We had to fly to India for an emergency. We found out that we can park our car at their hotel on rent . Which was quite convenient. The staff was very prompt and all our questions were answered. On our return we stayed here. There is free pick up and drop service to airport which is barely a km away. Nice helpful staff. Breakfast was good enough . There was fresh honey served directly from the bee hive , a first time for us.
Firstly, let me say that I use this hotel regularly, around 3 times a month. I have used a few in the area, such as the Metropolitan which is about 3km and is pretty good too but I prefer this one. It's a new hotel, in a great location for the airport. I catch the first flight to London on the Monday which leaves at 6:30, and the 4:30am free shuttle service is perfect for this. Although I don't have the breakfast, there is the "early bird" breakfast with coffee, tea, croissant etc. Most of the staff are polite and helpful, even to an English speaker like me :), and the rooms are nice and spacious business rooms, double bed, desk area, pretty clean etc. All sounds good right? Unfortunately the reason for me writing this review is because of my first negative experience there. Now me and my partner are experienced hotel users, staying in hotels every week for either business or leisure, and one thing pretty pictures don't show you is cleanliness. On this occasion, there was more than the cleanliness below the minimum standard. Here were the list of problems in my room: No tea/coffee No laundry bag No shower gel Pillow with stains on it Several hairs on sheet/bedcovers Bathroom was not clean When I walked down to reception, the lady was very quick to move me to another room - amazing, just what I wanted, a quick resolution. However the new room was also suffering from dirty bed pillows and lack of shower gel, so off I went back to reception where the lady (who must be getting a bit embarrassed now) informed me there was no more shower gels until tomorrow morning - amazing. Pretty frustrating that the new room had cleanliness issues and lack of shower gel, but around 20 mins later the elusive shower gel was brought to my room (apparently a supply was sourced from a nearby hotel, lucky me!). Overall, would I use again? Definitely - good price, good location, staff are eager to help and resolve issues. Areas of opportunity? More quality control needed on the rooms being cleaned - if I am complaining that my room dirty has dirty pillows, it's really bad that the new room I get moved to has dirty pillows too. Attention to detail! Neil
We stayed on 2nd June and enjoyed our stay at this modern, very comfortable hotel. We were very pleased to see the free shuttle (pre-booked) that was waiting for us when we emerged from Sofia airport shortly after midnight, thus avoiding the need to queue for a taxi. We hoped to get one back to the airport at 12.30 in the afternoon the next day, but for some reason, the shuttle only went on the hour. We think everything is great about this hotel, particularly the way the management acts on comments and constantly wants to improve the service to guests. This level of customer service is to be commended. We found that the hot food was cold, in common wih another reviewer, and my husband did the quick survery at the check in desk and mentioned this on our departure. Therefore it is great to know that this has already been rectified and we look forward to our breakfast on our next stay towards the end of August. We like the hotel so much that we are thinking of booking another few days in September, as a base to have a look around Sofia centre before we leave for the UK. The only criticism is that we didn't have any chocolate cake left for us in our room!!! ;-) ;-)
Excellent, pleasant hotel close to the airport. Friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to airport every 30 minutes, works well! Early breakfast available, not in the restaurant, but still possibility to grab something before going to airport. Delicious chocolate cake was waiting in the room.
I was absolutely amazed at the hotels quietness within the room. We used this hotel for a night and I was worried that being that close to the airport would definitely ruin a good night's sleep but I was wrong. We stayed in a King bedroom and the windows are soundproof beyond belief. The beds and the pillows are comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was large and spotless. One minor thing I would say is a negative is the water pressure (our room was on the 5th floor) but other than that everything was great. Decent breakfast with an acceptable variety of options.
the hotel is nice, very close to thr airport with shuttle, the crew is very helpful. the breakfast is really great, nice choice of everything, food is fresh and tasty. the price is low. we stayed 3 nights, we had a car, parking is free, and the distance from Sofia center is about 10 minutes. very recommended.
We stayed at the Best Western Premier Hotel at Sofia Airport for two nights one on our arrival in Bulgaria and one for our departure eight days later. This hotel aims to please in every way the Staff couldn't be more helpful and the rooms were fantastic we has free transfers to and from the Airport terminals and free Wifi with a strong signal in the hotel. The only problem on both trips was the Breakfasts ! A fantastic selection of high quality food but what let it down for us was the Hot ? Food ,eggs, bacon, sausage, mushroom, whilst the quality was very good it was barely warm enough ! We also used the Restaurant. for Dinner on our last stay and the food was fantastic in every way. But having said all of that we would have no problem recommending the Best Western Premier Hotel Sofia Airport to others and will defiantly stay there again on our next visit.
I am staying often at the hotel. I am willing to say that the hotel keep the high quality service even is getting better. I reccomend room on upper floor facing the Vitosha Mountain. Also i reccomend to book directly so you can get better price and better value for you money.
Stayed one night as our flight was early am. The reception staff were wonderful and one in particular who came out of the hotel to our taxi with an umbrella as it was raining and we were heading into Sofia to have a look around. The rooms are well decorated with very comfortable beds and pillows. The restaurant was comfortable and the food was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend and I will be definitely be returning.
We recently had an over night stay here. It's ideally located near the airport. There is no airport noise. The shuttle bus is convenient and takes 10 mins to the hotel. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. Our room was sited on the 7th floor, it was clean, stylish and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable with good quality bed linen provided. The bathroom was stylish and had plenty of towels for use. Breakfast was served in light and airy restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient. There was plenty of choice on all items. It was all very appetising. Coffee machine was a bit problematic. But once you had the measure of it, the 2nd and 3rd visit was fine. A good all round hotel, suitable for business and tourism guests. Would certainly use again.
Ideal location close to the airport. Has a free shuttle service to the terminals. Staff is friendly and speaks very good English. Compliments to the nice waiter at the bar who gave us good tips about the area. Clean and comfortable rooms. Really good beds! Breakfast very nice and complete. Best luxury hotel we visited in Sofia. A taxi to centre is not expensive (€5) and can be arranged by the hotel.
The room, the service, the view from room, everything is good. There is a shuttle bus service that is very convenient but the time-slot is not much to choose. The only disadvantage is that the bus station is too far from the hotel.
I stayed here for one night. First I was disappointed as they said on the phone that the free shuttle wasn't available for some reason. But taxis aren't expensive. The hotel is quite nice and close to the airport. Rooms are clean and provide a good view towards the runway if you like that...I do. The breakfast was pretty good with quite a big variety.
I spent 4 nights here, its a relatively new property and the staff are very cordial. The hotel facilities are nice and the price wasnt bad either. Breakfast served is also decent. I didnt have the opportunity to try the restaurant for other meals. There was free wi-fi in the room.
we stayed only for one night but the hotel was extremely clean, high standards and great service. Highly recommended to anyone who needs to travel and recharge batteries at a good price and quality. We departed really early so we did not have time or opportunity to rate the BF buffet and its selections but I want to believe it must had been great. Maybe next time.
Driving back to Sofia from Plovdiv with a flight the next day, is it worth going back into town for that one night? No - not with this new Best Western Premier hotel a stone's throw from the airport. They have a strange shuttle system (only works until 10.30 AM for free shuttle - after that it's much cheaper to get a taxi (about $2.50/€2.50) to or from the airport. The rooms are quite sizeable, Wifi works perfectly, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is sizeable and tasty. We couldn't help but wonder why the little signs for each dish are written exclusively in English - this was helpful for us after 12 days of finding so many things only in Bulgarian - but seems like an insult to the country not to have anything written in the local language. We were stunned at how inexpensive this hotel is, especially compared to comparable hotels at airports around the US and Europe. For price and convenience, it makes sense to stay here and catch a taxi into town.
We booked the hotel for 2 nights. At the night of arrival we wanted to eat some snacks but the restaurant was closed. At the bar they told me to come back in 45 min to give the order again (to the same waiter). I said I knew what I wanted to order so I could pick it up later. The waiter send me away anyway. I was not amused to say the least by the unfriendly way of handling my question. Not what I aspect from this world wide chain of hotels. The second night the door key didn't work. Went down to the reception. Until now I still don't know what the problem was. On Garmin (the GPS locator) never found the address from the hotel. We we're looking for the Best Western Hotel. Never found the logo and the name was changed. I think they overcharge for the service they give.
Does anyone really look forward to staying at a Best Western airport hotel? Now I do. Seriously, if I visit Sofia again, I might just stay at this hotel and take a (cheap) cab ride into the city center. It's pretty much brand-spanking new. Rooms are large, really comfortable (the bed, the linens, the towels, the bathroom, the electric outlets…) The Barillon restaurant downstairs is really well designed, and, offers a good continental meal (I enjoyed my salmon encrusted with olive). Inclusive breakfast can't' be beat with plenty of offerings. And, all this can be had for about $60?? (You'd pay 3 times as much for this quality in the states.) Good job, BW. ps. My only criticism, is they should have two up front at reception at all times of normal business hours.
We stayed at the Best Western for a couple of nights over Easter. The hotel is huge and brand new and the rooms are large and modern. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. The service at reception was OK if somewhat sporadic. Some staff seemed to know what they were doing more than others. The hotel is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle that you can book at reception is great. You cannot walk to the hotel. It would be a 5 min walk but you would have to walk down a highway or through a park. There are absolutely no shops, restaurants, bars or anything within walking distance so come prepared. You cannot even access the metro without taking a taxi down the highway. A taxi into town cost about 10 Lev. We had trouble getting back from the centre though with taxi drivers trying to charge us over 60 Lev with add ons to the meters. I know this has become standard for chain hotels but I don't think they should be able to get away with it - The restaurant is SO overpriced for Sofia. It is about 3 or 4 times what you would pay anywhere else. It is a bleak and soulless place. The food looks good but is average hotel quality. The room service menu is strange. We had a different menu each day with a 'night snack' menu one night. We called but nobody answered so went down to the restaurant and were offered room service items that weren't on any of the menus and told we could carry them up ourselves or pay double to have it brought up. The gym is small and has an unusual mix of equipment and also feels a bit old especially compared to the rest of the hotel. No towels or water in the cooler. Overall the rooms are good and the location is good if you need to be close to the airport but I wouldn't stay here unless you have an early flight and need to. The service was pleasant but just seemed to me like people were making things up as they went along.
I arrived with two cocker spaniels - my dogs best dogs - hmmmm we'll , lets say that they are not easy to handle - very active - not friendly to other people . Hotel mangement let me take them into my room . Of course i had to pay extra . Hotel staff did everything possible to make my life easy with my two "angels " . I know the hotel from before , always good service in a very beautiful hotel . I came to the hotel with my dogs because i didn t have other possibilities - At that moment you see what a good staff is !!! This was sublime - thank you for helping us in this difficult situation .
My one day stay was all I could expect. The stake I had at the hotel restaurant was unbelievable. The hotel is near the airport and there is a convenient shuttle between the hotel and the airport. Also breakfast was very good.
This hotel is as close as you can get to terminal 2 Sofia Airport No way to walk so short taxi ride of 1 kilometre. The service was good generally but the breakfast very poor by British / American standards
We stayed here for our first night in Sofia because our flight landed at midnight. The shuttle bus driver was waiting for us in the arrivals lounge - marvellous! That was typical of the great service provided by this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - everything top class. Would definitely stay here again.
Our company used this hotel for 1 night as we had to fly early out the next morning. At all we had about 32 rooms and this morning I received the feedback from my colleagues which was 100% positive. This was also my impression right from the beginning when I contacted the hotel asking for the group booking. Alexandra who was my point of contact there is 150% Professional, Supportive, service minded and always was thinking 1 step further with regards to the requirements the group had. Everything was organized perfectly without any complaints. This hotel can be recommended in many ways, the location, the rooms, the breakfast but first of all the employees who are so motivated and service minded. Full score from our company for a perfect way of handling 32 guests! We definitely will use this hotel in the future and will recommend it to our colleagues, family and friends. Thank you again Alexandra and the Team from the reception!!! GREAT JOB!!
I was impressed with the size of the rooms. The cleanliness and how the hotel was able to accommodate me so well. The shuttle bus proved to be very handy indeed. Mihail in the lobby proved to be especially helpful. Thank you guys, it was a pleasure.
I book the hotel as it was recently build and it shows new property. I booked thru British Airways It is new but not maintained lack of hotel management. All sit in lobby but no one sees the lobby was dirty. Staff does not demonstrate good English. Carpet in the room heavy stained cigarette found from previous guest no luggage assist no even guidance to the room as if I work there and supposed to know everything I did addressed the issue the lady at front desk said oh sorry and continued her paperwork Poor customer service
I've stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Staff knows English pretty good to understand you. Hotel has nice rooms, everything is clean. Breakfasts are tasty. Conference rooms are pretty nice organized. The good choice if you want staying near the airport.
I was very suprised about the service. Food was very bad. I ate fish two times and was not that fresh. Room looks fantastic bed is very comfy. Breakfast is great but for dinnerband lunch I would not recommend it.
We stayed here two nights on a recent trip to/from Sofia. After flying all night from the U.S., it was a welcome sight. New hotel and close to the airport. Staff was helpful and meals in the restaurant were excellent. Breakfast buffet was fabulous! Room was clean and well appointed. Hotel offers free shuttle to/from airport.
In an otherwise great business or commuter hotel the lone distraction was a window that whistled. Room 815 has a whistling window. The room otherwise was very nice, well appointed, comfortable bed. Excellent wifi that once connected worked in room and restaurant. This hotel is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle that is great. They also have a nice restaurant with an adequate offering. I found the service an the hotel and restaurant to be very good. English spoken by all staff. I would definetly stay again.
Near new hotel close to airport. Friendly staff and easy checkin. Ample free parking. We had dinner in restaurant. Menu offered enough good options but was a little pricey for Sofia in our view. Wine and beer options were also plentiful. We booked a business suite which was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Bed was great. Air conditioning for heating was a little noisy and not that effective. (Room was cold even with a/c on 28) Breakfast was typical good quality European and was plentiful. Would stay again when needing close to airport hotel.
I made a reservation true Booking.com and this hotel overcharged my card. I never see something like this before as the explanation was that "this is the practice " . How discussing to treating your customers like that! Pity, because I really like Best Western around the world but not Bulgaria! If was up to me I will not give them even 1 star! Shame!
This hotel is new and very large for Sofia. It's about 500 metres from Terminal 1 Sofia Airport, but don't expect to walk there, it's impossible without walking across scrubland and dark paths. It's not a hotel for people who love to use public transport, it's a long way from the Sofia Metro, via a very long and dark at night concrete path, not to be recommended after dark. However the hotel is excellent value, the rooms and very large with modern and clean bathrooms, the whole hotel is spacious and furnished in a very modern style. Check in is friendly and efficient, the breakfast from 7 to 10 am is good. Beds are comfortable and Internet TV is provided. Most important is that the wi-fi is good and seems to work well all over the hotel. The transfer bus only runs every hour, 20 minutes past the hour, with his I think is a little to infrequent. All in all recoded this hotel as being good value in a quickly developing business district. Very comfortable and quiet rooms.
Great Airport Hotel. Is the best Airport Hotel in Sofia. I have tried all 3 of them and I am willing to state that this one has best value. The hotel opened few months so everything is new and clean. Staff is polite and professional. The rooms well equipped and furnished.
Contemporary rooms with very comfy beds. Easy access from the airport, being around 20mins taxi with a fare of around 15-20Leva(€8-€10). We had a very nice, included bfst on our rate and the staff were lovely. Hotel is around a 10min walk to Serdika Metro and the start of The Vitosha pedestrian mall. We would stay again at this hotel. Parking is available next door at a fee.
Rooms are large comfy beds good wifi and a large modern bathroom. The hotel is very new and modern. Breakfast was included and was very good. Front desk was very helpful. They helped us with a car rental company that did not deliver.
Super modern Good restaurant with fair wine and food selection and quality Spacious and Nice room Time to reach Airport 7 min Time to reach Center 15 min Staff helpfull Would recommend for biz travelers vut also for tourists could be ok as the taxi os not expensive
Building work seems to be ongoing even though the hotel is open for guests. Poor craftsmanship visible everywhere - in bathroom tiles and faucets installations, in carpet installation, etc. Insufficient toiletries and empty mini bar on arrival. The kettle in the room is a good idea but only two teabags of herbal tea provided - no black tea, no coffee. Cleanliness of bathroom and room needs improvement. I booked this hotel because previous reviewers gave high ratings on cleanliness; in my experience, though, it needs improvement. The general impression of this hotel is that it is not a four star hotel but is priced as such. On the good side - it is very close to the airport.
New hotel and younger. Modern design and smart. Fast and efficient service. Young and energetic team. Reception staff very courteous. A free shuttle service to the airport with a great driver. Breakfast is rich and varied with excellent room service. Go visit.
It's very rare to find helpfulness of the standard provided by Best Western in Sofia and such service is to be celebrated. We had been at the Black Sea working with FSCI, a foundation that does charitable work in Bulgaria. A lift back to the capital left my wife and I on a roadside, our whereabouts a mystery. Fortunately, not far away, I saw a Best Western Hotel - the Expo Hotel. Cheekily, my wife and I went to the lobby where we were met by the manager. I thought he would be alarmed by our dishevelled appearance, but not a bit of it. I said that I had to get to the BW Premier Sofia Airport and that I wondered if he could help by calling a taxi for us. "I can do better than that sir: I'll take you myself". And he wouldn't take any payment! We found that this man's kindness was matched by the staff at the Sofia Airport hotel. We were offered excellent friendly service by every member of staff we encountered from the reception to the lovely young woman serving in the bar/restaurant in the afternoon and evening. The breakfast staff were equally accommodating. Truly outstanding. The hotel is spotless, airy and cool. The bar is roomy and welcoming, the breakfast varied and well presented. Rooms are beautiful and the shower a joy after a week working with orphans at the seaside. The bed like sleeping on a massive fluffy white cloud. An armchair and foot stool more comfortable than some hotel beds I've slept on. Really an excellent hotel. There were a couple of tiny issues but they were sorted out immediately and politely. My only comment that is less than 100% approval is, I guess, the restaurant which offers a fairly average menu of fairly average quality at very high prices. I would recommend this hotel, though, and the manager at the Expo without any qualms and shall certainly plan to return.
Brand new hotel with great customer service, something that is very rare to see in this part of the world. Rooms were very clean and decent size, but nothing in the mini bar. Hotel restaurant was very clean, comfortable and piecefull in the morning. Breakfast buffet with about 20 different type of food was amazing as well. Also the restaurant host was entertaining our 11 months old baby while me and my wife were having a breakfast. I have only one compliance regarding an email that I sent 2 days prior arriving to ask about airport transport and I did not get any answer, however I used a taxi that cost me 4 Bulgarian lev which is around US $2.3. Later on they told me they have a bus giving a free transport to the airport every 30 mins. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
I will absolutely recommend this hotel. Brand new and perfectly clean. We slept in a business suite and had two big rooms with a spacious bathroom and one more toilet for the second room. Complimentary water and cookies, full mini bar. We enjoyed comfort, quiet night and wonderful services. All staff was very helpful and responded to our needs on the minute. It truly feels like in a modern place in North America. The conditions are in fact better! There was nothing missing at breakfast. Home made pancakes which tasted great, warm and cold food. Everything was really good. The lady who was looking after us was a charm. Very professional service at dinner time too. We started with the soup of the day which was one of the best ones I have ever eaten. Their risotto and tagliatelle ware also good. The only thing that made me give them one point less was the sea platter. It was a disappointment since the rest of our experience was excellent. Only one type fish in it was good. The salad and cherry tomatoes were not fresh enough and the octopus, shrimps and the rest of the sea food was not eatable to my taste. It needed to be excellent for its small size. I would just recommend they rethink this dish and present it right and they will have my 100% which I have never yet given for any of the hundreds of places that I've visited. Everything else was just perfect. The parking was close and safe, airport was only a few minutes away. There was no noise and it smelled nice and clean everywhere. I would recommend this hotel not only if you are flying or are their for business. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!
Incredible hotel and staff! Super clean. Very friendly staff. Restaurant was superior! Presentation of food was beautiful. Breakfast had many options and was very good. Very American in look and quality. Exceptional! Highly recommend. Opened two months ago. Higher quality than most Best Western hotels in America.
Had to stay there for a night between my flights, and ti was wonderful. The room is brand new, big and the beds are very comfortable. The lady server is the restaurant is super sexy! The reception staff are very friendly. Would defensively visit again. Peace!
I visited the place for one night in a connection from Macedonia. Very nice hotel. The staff are very nice and doing their best to please. The place is super clean and taken care of. It is located very close to the airport and there are shuttles every hour - just schedule one at the desk and they will make sure that you will not miss it.
We stayed here just one night since we had an early morning flight and I was pleasantly surprised at how modern and nice this hotel is. We stayed in a business suite and it was very spacious, and came with 2 TVs and 2 bathrooms. There was free parking and a free airport shuttle that leaves once an hour, or you can pay 5 euro and have it pick you up at any time. The free wifi throughout the hotel was very reliable. The restaurant had a great steak dish, but the prices were a little high relative to elsewhere in Sofia. We visited the breakfast buffet after it was already closed, but the food was still out, so we only had cold dishes, but it looked like there was a good hot selection had we come earlier. The gym didn't have too many machines but it was spacious and modern. The staff was friendly and everyone we interacted with spoke very good English. Will stay here again if we need to be near the airport. A few items that could be improved: - There were no shelves in the shower, so there was no where to put shampoo/conditioner - The maids knocked on our door to come clean even though we had the "Do not disturb" sign on, well before checkout time. - They apparently don't take your card for incidentals at check-in, which made the checkout process a little unnecessarily long - There should be some signage pointing to the gym, we had to ask someone to find it. It could also be improved by adding a water station and some mats/foam rollers.
The hotel is new, rooms was good, bed and pillows was comfy enough. On the arrival there was not enough towels for two. I had to ask the maid for one more set. The only problem for us was the twinkling light in the bathroom, making us dizzy, not very comfortable but we stay only for the night so we didn't complain. Shuttle bus was not available so we had to take a taxi to the airport.
This is a very new hotel near the airport. Easy to access, clean and nice rooms, free parking, friendly stuff and good breakfast. The rooms could be bigger, but it is ok. Some facilities were not open yet.
The hotel is located nearby Sofia airport (free shuttle is available), the meetings rooms are very nice and the whole experience is very efficient, good internet connection and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant, the prices are a bit high for Sofia but the quality of food was excellent.
I have stayed in this hotel from Sunday 12th June until the 16th June. This hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in all aspects. Very clean, very nice and quite rooms with opening windows, exceptionally friendly staff, very nice food. No comparison at all with the other BW Expo hotel. Minor things if added will make it a 5*+ hotel, like a box of tissues, hanger for the towels and a place to put shampoo etc in the shower (instead of having them on the floor). Otherwise, this hotel is a MUST, if anybody finds himself in Sofia. Not only as an airport hotel but even for holiday makers. It is less than €5 by taxi to get into the city centre and €2.5 to the nearest Mall.
Hotel is close to the airport. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They speak english. Food at breakfast was delicious and fresh. Rooms are big enough, clean and beds are very comfortable. Definitely I would go back when I am visiting Sofia again.
We stayed here for an overnight stop on a recent trip to Bulgaria. The hotel was only two weeks opened and everything was still very fresh. The quality of the building work was very good but there were a couple of minor errors in the design that we picked up during our stay. The room we booked was an accessible room as my wife is disabled but there were no grab rails in the shower area. The shower area also requires a soap tray as there is nowhere to locate the shower consumables. Many hotels we have used throughout the world have also provided either a shower stool or shower mat. The hotel was advertised as being disabled accessible but someone in a wheel chair would find it very difficult in gaining entry to the hotel without a push-button being provided on the external doors. At least one disabled parking space is now also being provided at the majority of hotels. We found the staff were still a bit green in their duties, this was either down to there lack of experience with the hotel being so new or lack of training by senior management, only time will tell. The bar/restaurant was very modern as you would expect for only being two weeks old. The food provided was very good quality. Come on Best Western for very little extra expenditure you could have a really great hotel.
