Best Western Plus The Inn at Sharon/Foxboro

DO NOT stay here. I also have a video of a (bed) bug crawling under the mattress. We left immediately and they had the nerve to suggest we “brought bugs in a vile” and planted them there. We said what about the shi&-#* stains on the mattress?!?!?! It's repulsive and that is putting it politely. We're at a Marriott now for 1/2 the price (they charged us $1100 for 3 nights bc of the Army Navy game).

I stayed 2 nights for business. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, parking and room access from parking lot was very convenient, beds and pillows very comfortable, room was clean and efficient, Breakfast was Awsome! Price very reasonable! Location was convenient for my purposes.

Overall a pleasant stay. Complementary breakfast was satisfactory with ample supply of scrambled eggs, bacon (which I don't eat but others were scoffing up!), and home fries, along with yogurts, pastries and juices. Coffee pf course!!

I'd be unlikely to recommend this location to anyone. Hotel is well located off the interstate, but in great need of updates. Musty air in the bedroom wasn't welcome. Will be looking for a different hotel next time I'm in the area.

This was a nice place to stay. The room was clean, had a lot of pillows and a comfortable bed. They offered a continental breakfast that was very good with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Unfortunately there is no pool, but it is a good comfortable place to stay.

This hotel has been downgraded from a Best Western Plus to a Best Western. As per the front desk, within the last 30 days the sign out front has been changed to Best Western. Although the BW website/app is still advertising the hotel as a BW Plus. Although our room was clean, it was old and in dire need of a refresh. Carpets, furniture, toilet seat were worn. I called BW corporate to let them know that i was disappointed to arrive and find out it was not a BWPlus as advertised. They should update the App and website with correct pictures and signage.

Hotel state that they are smoke-free hotel, but rooms has very intensive odor of smoke. We requested to change the room. Mostly when you want it, they say that hotel is full and you need to push them to change it. Rooms were not that clean, especially bed sheets.

Needs a lot of work!! Looks old & tired! The fan in the bathroom was loud! The help was across the hall and you could hear them talking so loud it woke me up in the morning!! The breakfasts were the best part of the stay!

Front desk staff was either not there or not helpful. Even the GM made a promise to get us towels while we were out at a funeral. She forgot about it and staff when we returned refused to help. Front desk manager was defensive and rude

Our room had everything we needed. It was clean with comfortable beds, linen and pillows and plenty of towels. The location is great for attending anything at Gillette Stadium. For our event there was a shuttle running which was fantastic, eliminating the need to drive in the traffic and find parking. Our "host" David was extremely helpful and answered our many questions with assurance and confidence.

This was a great choice and convenient for a brief stay for a concert or any other reason. Not a luxury hotel and not a vacation destination. Neighborhood was ok, not terrible not great. But felt safe enough with lots of people around. Room was very clean, decor dated with bright oranges and unattractive carpeting but that's just a matter of taste. Cleanliness was what mattered. Checkin was speedy. We arrived 1.5 hrs early and could only get early checkin for a $25 fee. If rooms are available this shouldn't be required. Shuttle to Gillette, which was offered by hotel but not affiliated with it, was somewhat convenient altho $30 pp round trip to travel 2 miles and then have to walk an additional mile with sketchy pickup after on a dark neighbor hood street wasn't great. But better than waiting 2-4 hrs to leave the stadium parking lot. Breakfast was very good and convenient. Good food selection and attendant was pleasant, hardworking and thorough in a very busy setting. I would definitely stay here again for 1-2 nights.

Great customer service. Hotel was clean and quiet! I got a very good nights sleep!! Coffee was a bit too strong. It came from a weird machine. There were lots of choices for breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here! I will stay again if ever back in the area!!

The Staff was very accommodating from the front desk to the kitchen attendant. When my credit authorization form didn't appear on Aida's screen, she trusted me enough to let me check in without making me bother my friend who's credit card was on file. I checked in very late (3am) after driving from NY, and to my great pleasure the nighttime Mgr (big fella; can't remember his name) designated me to a room that was a hop skip and a jump away from the lobby entrance. And that was super cool. But then in the Cafe they had this sweet Colombian lady attending to the breakfast bar who worked diligently to make everything work smoothly. And parking was super convenient & spots were open pretty much all of the time.

Was in the area for a family wedding, and my usual hotel was double its usual price that one weekend. This is a motel, not a mid-class hotel, no matter what the marketing and price imply. It's also musty, dingy, dated with *loud* A/C. Rooms have a small fridge but no room safe. Pluses: It is clean, has reasonable security (pass cards to open the back doors so you can take a short-cut to your car), and the front desk attendants were VERY helpful (I had car trouble). The breakfast was generic, but the coffee was undrinkable. While the location was convenient, it's not good value. I'm glad it was just one night.

Only needed to stay here for 1 night when visiting family so it got the job done. The hallway smelled AWFUL and our room smelled like cigarettes. Found a pile of trash under the chair when we moved it and the toilet was dirty.

Down to earth, friendly staff gave directions to get us around the area. Room was clean. Breakfast was a light and filling with a variety of options- warm and cold. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

This was a great stay...just needed a place to crash after a party nearby, and these folks definitely gave me everything I needed and a bit more. The breakfast was well above what I usually expect from a stay this reasonably priced...and I could not fault the condition or cleanliness of the property or the room in any notable at all...I even slept better than I usually do in a strange bed.

The room stunk of smoke and must. The linens were filthy, and the windows were dirty. These rooms were something out of a horror movie. The only thing worse is the customer service. DO NOT STAY AT THIS “Hotel”

Great experience. Outside of Boston but much more affordable. Not a lot of frills but the room was clean, the staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. Standard queen room had a desk, a fridge, a microwave and TV.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but the bed was horrible. It was probably 5” thick, hard, and sagged in the middle. I had a hard time sleeping which left me exhausted for the day. The fridge was very loud and not vey cold. The tv remote was broken. The sink was clogged, but they came the first day and fixed it. No one came to clean or throw trash the whole week I was there. I would probably stay there again if there was a better more comfortable bed. The bed is the most important part of staying in a hotel!

Upon arrival I was welcomed and informed. My room was cozy. The breakfast was good. I will likely return for another stay. There did seem to be an odd/annoying noise coming when the room door opened and closed but it did ruin the entire experience.

Not sure why there were a few recent bad reviews...I was starting to think about looking for a new hotel... the issues were dirty, smoke smells, rude staff and check in issues...We had a fine stay...check in was fast, service was great...breakfast was good , fresh coffee ( I am a coffee snob) We stayed 2 nights while visiting my son and have no complaints, maybe could use a touch up of paint here and there, but that stuff doesn't bother me ..If it's 5 star you're looking for maybe this hotel isn't for you..It was clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff and the ride into Boston was easy... to be honest this is not our usual area, but we booked late fur our visit and most hotels closer were booked..I'm glad we didn't change hotels based on the recent reviews if we needed a place in the area we would definitely come back

Negative experience. I did not even complete the check-in process nor stay overnight, so can't comment on all aspects except the check-in experience. Called the hotel asking about the check-in requirement to ensure I was comfortable. Anna said 1) they only needed to see my ID to ensure it matches the reservation, 2) a credit card for incidental, and 3) No need to disclose address, emails, and phone numbers. I felt comfortable so made the reservation through Expedia. Upon arrival, showed Anna my ID and credit card. Anna then asked for more where they must make a photocopy of my ID, which I felt uncomfortable, and explained how this added requirement was not what we agreed upon nor something I wanted to provide. I shared that I could provide my Best Western number so she could pull up my profile and all updated information would be there. She still insisted on wanting my ID photocopied. She said it's the Massachusetts law. I then asked her why she did not tell me that when I called two to three hours ago? and I stayed in two other hotels in the greater Boston area for the past two nights, both hotels did not ask for my address. Anna then changed her story to it's the requirement of Town of Sharon. She said the entire village wanted my ID photocopied. I did not feel comfortable. I told her I would call Expedia to get this reservation cancelled and hopefully to get full refund. As I was texting Expedia in the lobby, she also got upset saying I was not being cooperative and phoned her manager provided distorted truth saying that I refused to provide my ID, which was not true. I showed her my ID, but she's not satisfied with the info she got, and wanted more. That broke trust. A few minutes later, two police showed up. I spoke with Expedia, and it apologized and asked me to follow up again to work on the refund since it's late at night; I felt the same so ended the phone call and left the property without speaking a word. Anna broke trust. She did not fully disclose what's required and added more requirement at check-in, that's crooked. She also provided distorted truth accusing me of no providing photo ID when showing her my ID was very first thing I did upon my arrival. Anna phoning the polices and the polices siding with her made the entire situation very unpleasant. I used to respect and appreciate what police do, but after seeing repeated pattern of them ganging up with the hotel or property managers to kick guests out, I've lost all respects for the police or security people. While it's not uncommon that a hotel is next to a major highway as is the case for this hotel, but what makes its location even more unappealing is it sits on a triangle with only one way in and out. If you miss the turn from either direction, you must drive another 3 miles and turn back, total of 6 miles. Very confusing. There are other hotels and motels nearby that have easier road access.

Many problems with check in. A member of our party was escorted by police to another hotel because his room change was not noted and the night clerk called the police. Then, when it was corrected, they refused to honor a reservation for the next two nights citing lack of rooms. However, when I called, there was room availability

This Best Western is a bid dated, but everything was clean and functional. It is very convenient to Gillette Stadium, and the check-in and check-out process was quick. Online reservation process was also seamless.

First time staying at a hotel and booking a hotel. It was as good as I hoped it to be. It was easy to check in and out. Lady at the front desk was awesome made me and my girlfriend feel comfortable. Everything in the room worked and it was very clean

We came to Boston to help my son move into apartment for college. Hotel was nice and well kept. Complementary full breakfast with eggs,meat and hash browns. Yogurt, bagels, croissants, muffins and other items were available.

Easy access to this hotel from the highway. Rooms were very clean, bed was very comfortable, Breakfast was a bonus with many choices of food to choose from. Check 8n was extremely easy and staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Good hotel for the price. Fitness center was adequate and they are actually serving breakfast unlike other hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to a lot of different areas and attractions. Would stay here again!

I've been a regular guest for patriots games at this hotel. I like the location, rooms and amenities are nice, staff is friendly. I also understand that weekend rates are higher than during the week, especially during fall season when there is large demand. Thats good business, I get that. But almost tripling the price to 429$ before tax is simply outrageous. It wasn't this extreme pre-covid. We are not talking about a luxury stay in downtown Boston here. Unfortunately I will have to look for a more reasonable stay in the area.

This hotel was a great find. We booked it last minute when we decided to head to Fenway park to view a game. The location was perfect as it provided us only a short drive to Riverside station to catch the T. The room we had was large, clean and conveiniently located right near an outdside entrance. This hotel was a reasonable price and saved us having to deal with the crowds in Boston for marathon weekend. Finally, breakfast provided us with a variety of items to choose from and there was plenty of space to sit and comfortably enjoy our breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location - just outside of Foxboro on way to Boston.. Very quiet. I do not think there were many guests staying that night. Room a bit small - but comfortable. Easy chair, good TV and bed. Bathroom was not perfectly clean - but acceptable. Breakfast was not good - not because of the hotel - but a previous guest made a mess! Had to look for milk on their dirty table! Would definitely stay there again if I am in that area!.

This hotel is only a couple miles from Gillette Stadium. There are fantastic restaurants within a few miles (Mick Morgan's is right across the road--fantastic) The hotel is clean, quiet, breakfast is included. Prices are reasonable, and the front desk makes sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This very affordable motel was only 27 miles away from Logan Airport and there was easy access to all areas in the greater Boston area. The motel itself was well maintained, the staff was very efficient,helpful and friendly. The room was clean,comfortable and well supplied. It was close to the interstate, but it was very quiet. Overall a very nice place to stay, close to many stores and resturants.

There are 5 items that are "must haves" for me whenever I stay in a hotel. These items include: friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, and breakfast. Unfortunately the Inn at Sharon/Foxboro only provided 3 of the required items. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast (continental style) was filling. However, our room was very small and looked like it had not been cleaned for some time. The desk chair was tilted to one side on its pedestal. Upon closer inspection I discovered that there were three bolts that needed to be tightened. The door knob on the closet fell off when we tried to open the closet (a painted plywood free standing rectangular box). There was a nasty looking yellow/brown residue above one of the tiles near the shower (loose tile glued without glue clean up?). And, I couldn't get the shower control to produce the water needed for a shower. I reported the shower control issue to the receptionist during check-out and was informed that "you need to pull very hard to get the shower to work". Unfortunately, my experience at the Best Western Plus The Inn at Sharon was not typical of my other experiences at Best Western hotels in the USA and in Europe. I have always been satisfied with Best Western hotels until this recent visit.

Solid basic mid priced hotel. Room was clean. Staff was very accommodating to our unique needs traveling with older adults. Definitely recommend if you are traveling in the area. There is a brunch but we did not have time to stop to enjoy but it looked good basic continental breakfast.

Conveniently located this hotel exceeded our expectations of hospitality. Accommodating our needs (room location, business requirements, late check in, and a tasty breakfast, we are sure to return to Best Western Sharon in the very near future.

Clean, efficient price for efficient services rendered. Keeping it simple and a customer happy at the same time so vital in one's stay experience. Have stayed here before and was not let down then, breakfast a little more improvisation could be used.

We recently stayed for a nearby event and were rather disappointed. I would feel better if rates were considerably lower. I always start reviews with positives when I can find them. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. But, the day we departed the person on duty couldn't care less and was surfing his phone basically ignoring us. The hallway carpet is really dated and gross. Lots of stains. Legal in MA, I am not opposed outdoors, but the place also smelled like pot smoke. Overall the inn reminds me of a battered college dorm. The toilet had dark water rings and stains making me wonder if it had been recently cleaned? The double beds are really narrow. I don't suggest two sleepers except for maybe small kids. Hard to believe they can charge these rates. My advice is to look for alternatives. Or pay slightly more nearby for a better experience. This property was disappointing for the price.

Terrible hotel . We stayed for a wedding and the moment we walked in - knew we were in trouble . Filthy , dirty , disgusting common area and rooms . Hotel smelled of smoke and vomit . Rooms were run down and had the terrible odor . Employees were rude and not helpful .

We checked in before we were going to a wedding but we were in a rush and couldn't check out the room. We went to the wedding and when we came back we went to check in. The halls and our room smelled terrible of cigarette smoke, the rugs were stained, and there were wires hanging out of the ceiling all over the place. The bed was also very small but we paid for a queen. We ended up immediately leaving after seeing the state of the room but we were not offered a refund despite how we didn't stay or touch anything in the room.

Clean, well appointed (not glamourous but good) with the necessities for a several day stay (frig/microwave/desk & adjustable chair for work/arm chair for relaxing). Reasonable covid grab & go breakfast. The breakfast bar was especially good, better than expected. I asked for a room with good internet. It worked great, no issues during day and evening work meetings. Staff friendly and accommodating. Good location for where I need to go during my stay. No issue with noise, able to sleep well/easily and work in room during the day/evening. As another reviewer commented, had a 1st floor room and think it had less highway noise.

The services at this hotel are very limited due to covid so plan on going for a walk rather than using the workout room. Grab and go breakfast is dismal but there is a Big Y grocery store down the street and a refrigerator in the room, so plan in advance.Leave the room fan on constant so truck traffic is dimmed.

The hotel was very accommodating as I was in need for a later checkout, as I was waiting for someone to finish surgery in Foxboro. They gave me a 2:00pm check out which was very helpful as I am not from the area

Nice hotel and a coinvent location at a great value. Friendly staff and very helpful. I would recommend staying there. When they where able to server breakfast, it was one of the best. I plan on staying there anytime I'm in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would return. There were a few things to note that none mentioned. It is between Rt 95 ( a major highway) and Old post road. We asked for a room that was quiet. The front desk gave us room 244. She indicated it was quiet. NOPE...we could hear the noise from Rt95 all night if the air conditioned was not on. I would recommend a room on the first floor. The second thing was the refrigerator was awesome (it had a separate freezer section) it rattled when running so we had to turn it off. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was in a paper bag due to Covid (contained a bottle of water, fruit cup, packaged danish and energy bar. It was ok. Good location for getting into Boston, Patriot place, restaurants, etc... Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful

We have always had a pleasant stay at this Inn. Never any problems and a helpful staff. Just stay away when the Pats have a home game. IT does get noisy and a bit crowded. The breakfast has a good variety, both hot and cold offerings. Best to get a seat early, especially if you have a family crowd.

We stayed a night at the Best Western Sharon /Foxboro. The hotel was nice. It was easy to check in and far enough from Boston that the rate was reasonable. The free breakfast was good. In the morning it was an easy drive to Riverside T station to take T to Boston

Loved everything about our stay As usual. The staff was great and accommodating and quick to help when when we asked for something. Breakfast was so convienent and everything was really good! My kids also loved being able to use the pool.

Very easy to get to after show at Foxboro. Little over a mile from stadium. Much less traffic northbound rt 1 than southbound. Great food across the street at irish pub. Reasonable prices compared to other hotels in area, realizing all prices highwr for a Stones show

Best Western at Sharon was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The maids were very polite and did a wonderful job. The desk employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was a delight. The food was very good and was always replenished. The young lady that worked the breakfast room was pleasant and seemed like she took pride in making sure that everything was displayed in a clean and appropriate manner.

Great location. Spent three days in the area and every place was a short drive away. Including our travels from and to the Boston Login. We will return next year when the weather is a little warmer. There is a great place to eat across the highway from this Best Western and only a ten minute drive to Gillette Stadium.

Just fine! Standard everything for this level hotel, however the bathrooms have been renovated from tub to glass walk-in showers and that is nice. We found the breakfast to be the best of all equivalent hotels. Also nice. Staff very pleasant.

Great location and facility when going for a weekend at Foxborough. Nicely located less than 5 km away from Patriots Place this hotel has nice amenities and good breakfast in the morning. Bathroom is very clean. Only watch out is the size of the beds if you are more than 2 adults in a room (double beds only)

We needed an affordable hotel to stay on short notice for a long weekend to deal with family matters. The Inn was way above our expectations. It is very clean, well managed and run by the most friendly and helpful people. The complimentary breakfast buffet is generous and offers plenty of choices. In these days of rancor it is comforting to know that all around us there are such people going about their work with professionalism, good nature and grace.

We stayed overnight for a Patriots game and the hotel is well located for Patriot Place. There is a shuttle service on game days. The hotel ticked the boxes for an overnight stay, efficient at check in and staff friendly and proactive. Room decoration dated but room clean and bed comfy. No useable public spaces in the evening. Disappointed with breakfast. Food adequate but not great and for some reason I couldn't understand was on plastic plates and with plastic cutlery. This feels cheap and I can only assume this is disposed of so not environmentally friendly which in this day and age does not sit well - why not ‘real' plates and cutlery?

This past weekend we stayed at the Best Western in Foxboro/Sharon. We had a lovely stay. The building was in good shape, hotel staff helpful and friendly, nice free hot and cold breakfast daily and really good coffee!

We stayed at this hotel from October 20 till 21 in room 158. The hotel is squeezed between the NH 1 and the I-95. So expect a lot of traffic noise. The breakfast is good but not special. The room has no bath, there is a shower cabin. The refrigerator is very noisy, but the A/C is one of the quietest we have had.

We stayed here during a road trip through the area. Very nice hotel - great check in and check out desk clerks. Room was very quiet, clean, comfortable...all of the important things. Breakfast was also very nice. We would stay here again.

A very friendly place. The room was spotless and the room amenities were just about perfect. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night sleep. The breakfast room was spotless and provided a wonderful variety of tasty items. There was even outside transportation to and from Gillette Stadium that was very convenient. If in the area this is the place I would always stay.

I need a hotel for business 3 times a week. My stays are short but always comfortable. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are always clean and ready for me. I am so happy I found this hotel with very competent staff.

For the choices in this price range, convenient to Gillette this is a good choice. Comfortable beds, clean rooms & close to all shopping and highway. The breakfast is fresh and variety. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Found myself on an unanticipated layover in Boston and was guided here by Good reviews. Was not disappointed. Late night reception was efficient, suggested late check out without me asking. breakfast selection was great and eating area bright and roomy.

Our room was clean, but the elevator smelled like smoke. The hotel is very close to Patriots Place. My son and I appreciated the close proximity of the hotel to the stadium. We saw other vacationing families in the hotel. There was a large complimentary breakfast in the morning. Coffee, tea and cocoa were available all day. The staff was very kind and helpful at check in and check out.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast with bacon, ham, bagels, etc. was really good. The only issue was the hallway leading to my room and my room smelled strongly of marijuana.

Travelers looking along the I-95 and I-495 corridor south and west of Boston can get sticker shock when they go searching for a night's lodging. $175-$250 seems to be the going rate for good chain hotels, and the 'independent' properties are downright scary. The Inn at Sharon/Foxboro, now under the Best Western Plus flag, is an outlier: a reasonably priced inn ($145 including breakfast) with pleasant, quiet rooms. The hotel underwent a recent re-skinning and freshening. We recently steered two friends there; they reported a good night's stay. The hotel's physical setting would seem to be cautionary: wedged between US 1 and I-95, there is a total of 12 lanes of traffic around you. But the soundproofing apparently works. Our friends said their rooms were quiet. Considering the price and the location, this is sufficient reason to stay.

Good location, and room was clean but definitely needs an update. Breakfast was good-lots of choices and staff were friendly and helpful. No pool or laundry room-both things we would've liked. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

Nice, up to date hotel... room was clean and comfortable bed. Hotel staff was good, helpful, and knowledgeable.Had a gym but wish they had a pool especially for the amount of money we paid. Also continental breakfast was good and had choices but only one meat so us NON Pork eaters had to pass. So hopefully you can think about us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was greeted warmly at the front desk and the check in process was quick. The decor in the room made the room feel cozy and it was modern at the same time. The breakfast was also good with a variety of option.

We had to make an emergency trip to Boston and found that there weren't any hotels that had a room for the entire stay that we needed. I called this hotel and a very nice gentleman named Zack answered the phone and proceeded to help me through numerous phone calls so that we were able to stay In the same room for the entire time of our stay. He was amazing! The room was extremely comfortable! The bed was nice and firm and their were multiple smallish pillows, which were so comfortable!!! We will stay again, for sure.

This is a pretty good hotel, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was good. Rooms on the east side towards the highway can get a little noise overnight from the highway but not terribly so.

This property was clean, everyone very friendly and helpful and conveniently located. Breakfast had great options and the attendant cheerful and friendly. The gym was perfect for my daily workout. Also there is complimentary coffee that is provided for the guests 24 hours a day. The sundry shop is very convenient if you do not want to leave the property for lunch and dinner they have a variety of options for frozen meals at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Sharon and Foxboro area.

Good value- clean, rooms were nice, breakfast was wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff, very easy to get to and from Gillette. Bed was comfy, shower and bathrooms clean- room seemed recently remodel with newer decor. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

Have had employees staying there for a few years. They are happy, so I am happy. Good Breakfast. Mick Morgan's across the street is a great Irish Pub with good food. There is a Beverage store across street as well, that is an excellent sandwich shop. Dunks is next to them. Win, win, win !

Stayed at the Hotel for 2 weeks for a job conference. was Welcomed in with a Warm Smile from Sabrina, She Checked me into my room fast, Had 1 tiny issue with the toilet the next morning and the Lady from Housekeeping Jess came to take a look she tried her best to fix it but had to call in the Expert Raf the maintenece man. He fixed it in 5 mins. Breakfast was Great Penny the Breakfast attendant always had the breakfast hot and ready. and at Checkout the Front Office Manager Ida was so nice to me. gave me a few idea for the woman in my life. Was a little nervous after I read some of the reviews but. Whatever was up there butts they WERE DEAD WRONG.. Since maybe they didn't have a pool maybe that's why those people put bad reviews.. Anyways General Manger Kevin I just wanted to say You have a Fantastic Crew Everyone of them. I wish I could get points for knowing all there names but I'm not young anymore...

The Hotel Management and front desk staff, Ida (Asst. General Manager) in particular, has absolutely no idea that they are in the HOSPITALITY industry nor do they understand the concept of the word GUEST. This is NOT THE PLACE TO STAY with any age child. As it turns out if children are in the halls without an adult, the police will be called and removal from the hotel will be threatened. This actually happened to us when were were there for a hockey tournament. They were also apparently upset with 2 different teams that wanted to use the breakfast room/common area at night and management didn't want to stay to clean up. We offered to make it look just like it was when we arrived but that would not suffice. The hotel management apparently got their wish as both teams checked out a day early and went elsewhere. Best decision I have ever made. The hotel lost I would guess in the vicinity of $3000 because of that and Ida just smiled about it when I mentioned it. They also disconnected the computers in the lobby because the kids were playing on them and would not turn them on when I needed to use one. I spend approximately 70 nights a year in Hotels and i have never seen such a smug, arrogant and disinterested attitude from the manager of any establishment I have visited. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR ANY BEST WESTERN AGAIN AS THERE IS NO CORPORATE OVERSIGHT OR PLACE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. tHE BUCK STOPS WITH THE FRANCHISEE AND THEY JUST DON'T SEEM TO CARE.

We recently stayed here for a long hockey tournament weekend. It is not a place to be with a group of kids. There is NOTHING to do and no where to do it. No congregating area to meet up or hang out other than the breakfast area that was off limits after the breakfast service is done. The lobby is 2 chairs in front of the desk. We were there when a storm was hitting and didn't want to be on the road with the kids. We wanted a place for them to get together to watch a game and the answer was no. You basically have to stay in your room. I should have known things weren't right when we asked about a popular local restaurant and were sent in the wrong direction with an incorrect description on our first day there. If you are looking for a place for the night right off of 95 this place might work for you. Our room was a double queen which was fine for us, it was clean and we weren't bothered by traffic noise from the road. They put out a nice variety of breakfast foods to get your day started. However more than 1 night......keep heading up the road towards the stadium. There are newer places for not much more with many more amenities to keep you and your kids occupied. We did all check out early but not early enough! It really was a shame for the kids. These weekends are meant to be fun but this stay was not. Other hotels have been very accommodating for the families very customer service oriented but this one needs a few lessons.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff is terrible! They were rude to us and all the other guests. Two large groups all checked out early and went to others hotels just to get out of there! The rooms are small , old, & dark. There is a breakfast area and no lobby. This hotel will not allow you to sit in the breakfast area at any other time of day. There is no place to sit in this hotel!!

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed out. Rude front desk and management and just a horrible place for families and groups. If you're looking for a place to dump a body, this place is for you.

Horrible. It was not clean and beds were small. We stayed here for a hockey tournament. They were an affiliate hotel for tournament. They were totally not family friendly. We were hanging out in family dining area and they were all over us. We were doing nothing wrong. They blocked off the area open for morning only. I've been to multiple tournaments and this hotel was ridiculous unaccommodating. Especially considering it was such a dump. I'd think they would want to make their groups happy. I will be emailing tournament requesting they remove the hotel from their stay and play list.

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I liked location of the hotel near the major highways and destinations but without the traffic noise. The motel provided everything I required as a guest and more at a bargain price. I plan on staying here whenever I'm in the area.

the rooms are clean and well maintained, all room appliances worked as expected. bathroom clean and function well. large and luxurious towels. we were guests during a Patriots home game, there were no disturbances from the fans.

Stayed at hotel to attend Pats game. Unfortunately, not enough people to run the shuttle, which I was counting on, however, the front desk was very helpful in letting us know that Uber was available and easy to use for game day. Great place- just a short hop, skip and a jump to the stadium and a great Irish restaurant across the street for after the game :-)

After a long day of travel from Maine heading home to Florida the Best Western Plus in Sharon was a great surprise just off the main road. Looks like a new hotel and the front desk team was very friendly and helpful. Asked about restaurants in the area and the one across the street came highly recommended. Was an Irish pub that had wonderful corned beef and cabbage. The room was very clean and spacious with a bed to fall into that made for a very restful night. The Breakfast was very plentiful and staff kept up the requests of the quests. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Nice little uncomplicated hotel--right near the highway for easy on and off. Great restaurant across the road made getting a bite to eat simple as well. Transportation to/from Gillette was manageable and drivers were on time as promised. No complaints...would stay there again.

The Hotel is minutes to Gillette Stadium, Wrentham Village Outlets, and close proximity to all major highways. The Hotel staff is professional and knowledgeable with both the Hotel and it's surroundings.

We were greeted by a friendly desk clerk and our room was ready!! Had a lovely evening on our way to Cape Cod! Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great!!Across the busy highway is a wonderful pub for dinner & drinks!!Stephanie

The hotel met all of our needs. It was clean, affordable and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was an added bonus as was the use of the common room. Any question or request to the front desk was handled courteously and professionally. The entire staff was accommodating and polite. We highly recommend this hotel.

This was a last minute stay as my family and I need to travel to Ma for a quick stay. The room was nice for the most part, we had got a 1 bedroom suite that faced 95 highway and we heard every car that pasted by all through the night. They did have a free continental breakfast that was nice, and the staff was friendly. Overall the place is nice I don't think that we would come back just because of the noise from the highway.

This hotel was perfect for a recent trip to Boston. We didn't want to deal with the hassle and prices of downtown Boston. This hotel is a 10 min uber ride to the train station. There are frequent rides to / from Boston for just $8 and about 35 min. Free breakfast and parking, friendly staff. Will return again.

Excellant staff and amenities. A healthy and large variety of choices with the Continental breakfast. Location was very easy to get to. All staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel to anyone who is visiting the Boston, MA area.

Hotel is ok, staff, administration are slow and totally not able to handle administrative decisions. Staying with large group over 20 rooms, needed one more room. Staff could not make any decisions without discussing with manger. Left 2 messages with no calls back over 3 days, third call was told manager out of town. just to be told no. which I am semi ok with but the delay was silliness.

Stayed here for Patriots game weekend of September 29 for 2 nights . Hotel very clean and check in process was quick. Room was very clean and a good value with it being a football weekend . Bed wasn't the most comfortable but it didn't ruin the stay. Highly recommend

We stayed here two nights while visiting Boston. The place is probably 40 years old and is beginning to show its age. The room was comfortable, the breakfast average, and the price fair for the area. Near Gillette stadium and about 6 miles from the commuter rail line.

This hotel is about 10 minutes away from Gillette Stadium, Dunkin Donuts across the street. Fitness Room has 2 treadmills, elliptical, bike, weights, weight bench, stability balls, and 2 televisions. Room was clean.

I have stayed in this motel in the past and it slowly deteriorated to the point that I have avoided it the last few times I have been in the area. This visit I decided to give it another try and was pleasantly surprised st the improvements, the welcoming staff, the cleanliness of the room and common areas, and the great breakfast room. The breakfast was delicious!

If you are planning on going to Gillette Stadium (like we have) this hotel is a great option for you. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and professional, and room is clean and has all you need. Breakfast is pretty good too! I'm picky about where I stay and I never leave this hotel not happy.

My friend is a Best Western stayer. The cost of our room, two double beds was $160.....which seems high to me. Just before going to bed, after we watched a movie on HBO, I noticed the bathtub drain seemed to have what looked like blood, and a dead bug around it. The next morning I rubbed the two offensive "things" and realized they were merely construction debris. I did NOT notify hotel management when I first noticed the problem.......I am SURE they would have given us another room. Check in and check out were wonderful, and the woman supervising the breakfast was particularly nice and helpful to me. (I was unable to figure out how to use the waffle maker........turns out somebody had just set it and the time had to run down) We were on the first floor and heard guest walking across the floor upstairs. Also, around 11:30 I could hear people speaking in the hallway. We were in room 113, near registration. As with many hotel experiences, if one things sets me off, I find all sorts of other problems. If one wanted to stay in this area (close to Gillette Field and Patriot Place) this hotel may be very good... I have noticed it received many 5+ ratings. This is merely one person's, one time experience.

We got to park the car for 40 dollars for a whole week, while we went to Cancun! Recommend ?? clean rooms and the restaurant food was true New England taste!! Will stay there again for sure!! Not to mention the super friendly staff!

Hotel room and overall facility was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and accessible. The free breakfast was a good start to the day. Local restaurant (right across the street) was a good place for lunch, dinner, drinks.

After touring NYC me, my girlfriend and the kids decided to head to Boston so we could Visit the JFK library. We took the long drive and on the way after a few delays we arrived rather late so we decided to quickly book a hotel for the night and drive straight there. The gentleman at the front desk was awaiting our arrival as we called beforehand to say we would be later than the check in time. He was very nice and checked us in quickly meaning we could head straight to bed. The room was spacious and very accommodating. We managed some good sleep and we all got up to make it to breakfast which was every kids dream, (pancake maker, toppings of different candies) it also had plenty of things for the adults , lots of protein and healthy snacks. Check out was quick and easy and we were soon on our way to the Library. If we ever pass by Boston in the future I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a very fine hotel but it's greatest asset is being only three miles from Gillette stadium. It was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. There are restaurant options nearby plus a dunkin doughnuts. We did not try the breakfast as we left early morning. Room was clean and well kept. Check in and out was fast and efficient with a friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 1 night (literally just slept there) for an early morning game at Gillette. Check in person was friendly. The room was clean and modern looking. Had a fridge and small microwave. We had a two double room (forgot how small double beds are! compared to queens). Internet worked well and was fast. Breakfast didn't start until 7 and we had to leave at 7, so we stopped by at 6:55 and were able to grab a couple muffins/pastries and glasses of juice to eat in the car, so I can't really comment on the breakfast. They had the usual muffins, pastries, toast, bagels, yogurt, etc out when we left, and there was a warmer set up for hot food. This was a good option for us, only a couple miles from the stadium, and less expensive than both the 'fancy' hotels right at Gillette as well as the 'budget' hotels nearby that didn't have very good reviews. No pool and not much common space, so I don't think I'd want to spend a week there, but it was a good fit for our needs.

We went to Sharon, MA to visit family and this was close to where they live. It is a very clean and comfortable Best Western Plus. Good TV in the room. They have a modest but adequate breakfast included and the two women that were staffing the kitchen on 2 different days were very helpful and polite. I would give it a 3+ if that were available. It is not a grand hotel but totally adequate for our trip.

The hotel was clean (although the hallway rug needs to be replaced, noted a little fraying where the two types of rug meet, not a game changer for me as it happens! :) ). Room was a nice size, bathroom was clean! Amenities in the room were nice, even gave ear plugs for light sleepers! Nice touch. The two ladies at the front desk were super friendly to everyone and one of them was trying to accommodate someone who was also seeking a warm place to stay due to massive power outages in the area that had some specific needs. Very friendly.

Situated close to our daughter's home in Sharon, this hotel is a perfect place for us to stay. Convenient, comfortable and most importantly, extremely clean, we are always happy with our stay. But be warned - the breakfasts are nothing to get excited about. But who cares, when you can get a great room at a good value, a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee will do just fine.

Front desk staff professional, friendly and helpful! Ronnie the shuttle driver was fantastic and helpful ( we didn't know they offered shuttle service and were pleasantly surprised when the front desk told us) rooms were clean, maybe a little out dated for some but we are not picky as long as a room is clean. Breakfast included was excellent and servers were efficient and pleasant! The staff is the reason I would stay here again! We also got a good price with our Military discount!

Stayed here during 2017 Christmas Holiday. This Hotel was very convenient, clean and a comfortable room with more space than I expected. I have never stayed on the first floor of a Hotel before and I was concerned about noise however I was surprised how quiet it was. If I need a room in the future I would use this Hotel again.

Price of the Room was very low considering that it was during a Patriots game. Only 3 miles from the stadium and under $100, I will call that a great deal. Rooms are a bit small but with everything we need. Breakfast was very good. Hotel situated between two high passing highways wich make it a bit noisy at night but it was not a real inconvenience. Next Patriots game, I will return there in a heartbeat.

I stayed here for Thanksgiving. It was clean, comfortable, with a friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Also, well situated if you need to uber around. I never waited more than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in best western hotels before with no problems but this hotel is aweful we stayed here for to attend patriots game had two rooms booked paid outrageous price due to first game of the season. Room was musty and moldy but the worst part was big black ants maybe even termites all over the room we had two rooms booked on second floor and both rooms were crawling with BIG black ants I counted over 30 ants in bathroom -alone. they came out at night when lights were off then go into bathroom and they were crawling everywhere! YUCK

first time we ever had complimentary ear plugs provided in our room...nice gesture and thoughtful...however,didn't think we would need them to tune out leaking water from tub,noisy refrigerator and very loud heater all night

The location of the hotel is perfect for my purpose and the staff was great at meeting my special needs( handicapped room) I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be staying at this hotel evrry time I visit my son and my new grandson

I have stayed at this location probably over 50 times in the last few years. It is always clean and has a pleasant aroma when walking the hallways.The linens are as clean and white as can be. great attitudes from the staff. I would recommend that management from other hotels visit this location so they can see how it is supposed to be done. I keep returning because it is such a pleasant experience. It is my home away from home.

Lobby upgraded, but rooms look old. Generally clean, and fine for the price. Some highway noise, and they are aware of this as they include ear plugs. AC/Heater old and noisy. Good staff and breakfast. If you are on a budget and are not a light sleeper this is a great choice for the area.

If you don't care about the look of the place your staying and only the cost then this is the place for you. If your attending the football game and just want a place to drink and party before or after then you will be OK If your on the road and need a place to be home for the night this place isn't it. Spend the extra money and stay in a modern place

This hotel was on the list for a block of a wedding.the price was 100 dollars less than where the wedding was taking place,thus more cost friendly for my daughter and her family.i also needed to put up my son and my nephew because I didn't want people driving back home an hour away.driving the boys back to hotel from wedding was easy,a loop.very convenient if you are going to patriots game.

Best Western is truly a great place to stay with a friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a good and plentiful breakfast. We were there four nights and each afternoon upon our return, we found a cleaned room with little extras like ear plugs and candies waiting for us. Everything one looks for in a room away from home was found at this Best Western.

Upon arrival I was treated to a room upgrade without asking for it. The check in check out experience was very nice & friendly as well. The room was clean and updated. Very nice breakfast as well. A very refreshing stay at this Best Western. Can not say enough good things about this hotel. Best stay I had in a hotel in a while. I have paid more for less a number of times. Will definitely be back when in the Sharon area. Very impressed in how all the help treats you like they care. Great job as far as the management goes!

The hotel was clean and had a very good breakfast. I would not stay here again. It was a good drive to Boston and a bit noisy. We were given a handicap room. Why I have no idea. We didn't request it and definitely didn't need it.

High priced, over priced, out dated, smelly rooms. Close to stadium, but that is not why we stayed there. The air conditioner cover fell off numerous times, the remote would not work without extra effort every time of a change of station. Handicap accessibility in and out of the hotel was so far from the handicap rooms. Extra doors to manage, long hallways. Not easy for those with handicap accessible issues.

Great room, it was cleanand comfortable,excellent breakfast, nice choice of pastries, eggs, meat, bread and cereals and great experience checking in late night and checking out in the am,I had some gift cards from work that I needed to use up at some other locations they had problems with them not here she zipped right through as though she did them daily, the staff really made this place feel comfortable for us.Great job!

Passing through Boston area and wanted something outside the city, reasonably priced and on the way into NYC. This property had good reviews and was right off I-95 and US1, both convenient. Clean rooms, fresh décor, friendly staff. Pub right across the street for dinner.

Great location and great value for the dollars paid. Clean room, excellent hot breakfast selection and great front desk service. The only not as satisfy item, was the cable and wifi was unavailable during our stay. However, we were informed by the front desk during check in that the provider was working on the resolution. We stayed for one night and the service wasn't restored until 9am on the day we checked out. A bit disappointing.

I have stayed in several Best Westerns in the past and have never had any issues. I have found them to be reliable and reasonable. I booked this hotel for a weekend away to see the Patriots. Walking in to the room felt musty and I immediately could recognize mold in the air. I began sneezing and had a runny nose and cough. These symptoms were immediately better as soon as I stepped back outside each day. The room came with complimentary ear plugs... which was a bad sign, but as my boyfriend and I sleep with sound machines on and in general are not light sleepers I was not overly concerned. I was proven very wrong as I was woken up repeatedly throughout the night with the loud interstate noise. I have stayed in several hotels in the foxboro area and did not have any hesitation booking the best western, but I absolutely will not consider it for our next stay. The staff was very kind to me but that cannot make up for the overall accommodations.

an $89 room for $239. clean. nothing else worth noting. only stayed there because family member was there. should have stayed at Hilton 7 miles down the road... better quality for $50 less. Breakfast isn't included at the Hilton but I still would have saved $30.

We stayed here the night before a Patriots game. Easy to get to Gillette from the hotel. The front desk was very helpful in telling us about the Boston area and how to get around. Room was clean and breakfast had good options. Would definitely stay here for our next trip.

Bad smell, ac broken, tv not clear, bad smell like Cheech and Chong village Bad experience ridiculous price for a poor quality hotel. Will not stay again at this property. I am staying in a best western in Kentucky in November I truly hope it's a better experience

Hotel room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Easy off and on to I-95 for travel to Boston. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful with suggestions about travel.

Had the opportunity to stay at this BW while attending a wedding in the area. Found the hotel to be clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. The price was quite reasonable as other hotels in the area tended to be more expensive. Would suggest this is a good spot if attending an event at Gillette stadium.

Awesome Location, free parking, free hot breakfast that was actually tasty. Every single one of the staff members was friendly. Room had everything we needed including fridge/ microwave and the room was very clean. Sure the room could use some very very minor renovations but I can live without. Cant wait to get some tickets for the Patriots again and I will always choose this hotel.

Clean, well-appointed room. Appreciate the in-room refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Problems, although rare, are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Complimentary breakfast bar is not great but does include eggs, fresh fruit, pancakes, juices, breads and pastries.

We choose this hotel being we were going to a concert at the Xfinity Center. Hotel is centrally located between Boston and Center. Train station a quick 10-15 minute ride, great Irish Pub across street, 30 minute ride to Boston. Minutes unto a major highway. Staff friendly and quite helpful with directions. Breakfast area good, food was average.

We spent the night on our way to Maine. This property was very clean, modern and conveniently located to I-95. The room was very modern, clean, nicely decorated, had strong wifi and had everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very quick and attentive. Ample parking and other food options close by the hotel. Morning complimentary breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot and cold food. We literally only spent 10 hours on this property, but it was money well spent.

We asked for a quiet room. Ended up in the back of the building where they allow semi-tractor trailers to park. Unfortunately, one of the trucks decided to park outside in the parking lot next to our room and run the diesel motor all night. It was loud and vibrated our room until about 5:00 AM when it decided to leave. The breakfast was not good, we travel a lot and we can say that was the worst even. Room was clean and modern.

Let me begin with my experience with making the hotel arrangements. While making these reservations, I expressed that I wanted a hotel that would shuttle to and from the Xfinity Center for the Brad Paisley Concert on 8/5/17 and he said yes this hotel does shuttle, so I booked my reservations. Prior to Saturday, I called the hotel and was told NO we do not shuttle to/from the Xfinity Center. So I kept my reservations because this was an anniversary gift (1st anniversry) along with the concert tickets. We arrived and the gentleman behind the desk was very nice and said that he had a shuttle for us. We went to our room and he called the desk and gave us a price of $70.00 for both ways so we said perfect. We got into the shuttle and the driver said these will be $70.00 for 1 way and I said to him that was NOT what we were told so he turned around and took us back to the hotel and before we got of out the vehicle, he said I will charge you $35.00 but you will have to find your own way back. So what were we suppose to do at this time (6:15 and concert startes at 7:00) so we had him drive us there. He did not even take us to the entrance and we had to walk to get into the concert. THE CONCERT WAS AMAZING. So while Brad Paisley was on I went on my phone to find a Uber driver and None was available at I panicked but did not let on to my husband because this was his night. About 10 minutes later I reached a driver and told my husband and he said we better take it. So we had to leave the concert before Brad Paisely finished. The uber driver was great. We then get back into our room and the rugs smelled of mildew and the pillows ARE TERRIBLE. They are 4 couch pillows NOT bed pillows. So I guess before you book any hotel and need their transportation, please be careful in how you do this. We will never go to another concert in Mansfield Mass again and rely on hotel reservations through a 3rd party. In the good old days, people were able to call the hotel directly to make their reservations. NOT ANYMORE Tammy

We went to see Coldplay at the Gillette Stadium and wanted a place nearby. The hotel is great, check-in was efficient and they have a parking for oversized vehicle as we had a trailer with the motorcycle with us. They have a shuttle service which is really convenient! Drops you off about a 10 minutes walk from the stadium and picks you up after the show. We were back at the hotel in no time ... my friends were still stuck in the parking lot!

Typical stay, people were very pleasant and nice. Room was quiet and A/C worked super, bed was comfy.. Only down spot was breakfast, I wasn't expecting much and it was worse than that. Employee working was grumpy and not friendly, pancake machine was broken and no one was trying to fix it. No fruit to speak of. Although it came with the room, think I might do better elsewhere.

Stayed here last weekend while seeing a concert at the Xfinity Center. Was able to catch an Uber to and from the show and was in close enough proximity that it wasn't extremely expensive. This was a pretty average hotel. Rooms were a little on the small side. Our AC could have been a little stronger. And the noise from people passing in the hall woke me up once. I wish it were a little more sound proof as I am a very lite sleeper. On the upside, the staff were very friendly, the room was also very clean and I liked that they had a convenient little shop to get some TV dinners, drinks and toiletries you may have forgot. Breakfast was decent, I really loved that they had personal size Silk Almond milk for drinks. The hotel is also close to the T and there are convenient stores, Walmart, drug stores and restaurants in the area as well. Checking out was a breeze! I wasn't there for check in, but I'm sure that was too. :) Thanks for having us!

We were traveling to a hockey tournament and this hotel was central to the three rinks we used (Canton, Rodman, and Foxboro). The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend it!

Stopped at hotel on our way home, half way between Bar Harbor and Philadelphia. Very nice hotel and very employees very helpful giving us information about restaurants near by, front desk also gave us information about the closet hospital.

Standard hotel room. Clean and in good working order. Breakfast was pretty basic, but serviceable. The hotel did put a hold on my credit card in the event of damage and I am still waiting for it to come off. I did check out on the weekend, so I hope it comes off on Monday. The location was great for the Chowder Cup hockey tournament in MA.

We chose this hotel because of it's location outside of the Boston traffic area, but close to Boston area towns. Check-in was easy and welcoming, with complementary bottles of water and chips. Freshly baked cookies ,lemonade, and coffee were set out nearby! Accommodations were comfortable and roomy. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

The hotel is fairly old, the carpet and decor are fairly old. The internet was not reliable. The location is excellent if going to a Patriots game. The location is also great if needing to go to any of the cities below Boston.

Met friends of ours in Boston, saved a ton of money staying in the outskirts of town, plus located near Patriot Place. Shopping, Restaurants, and location of Gillette Stadium. Cost of parking your car at downtown hotels is around $50. Suggest parking at Boston Commons Parking garage if going into downtown Boston ($32 for 10 to 24 hours), then using the subway from there.

We rented two rooms. One we changed due to flies that staff called "flies on steroids" and bugs. All rooms had bed bugs and other bugs. Horrific experience! They even tried to blame my service dog for the bugs (WHAT! - NEVER!)

Overall the hotel and staff was affordable and provided nice accommodations; the only down fall was no pool and cramped space in rooms. The hotel was located south of Boston and there was some difficulty accessing the transit system if no vehicle was rented; at times it took almost 1 1/2 hours to reach Boston due to traffic

My Mother and I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The staff is super friendly and helpful. On our first night we showed up really late and checked in very quickly thanks to the nice front desk girl. When we had an issue with our TV she came right up to our room and tried to fix it. After messing around with it for a while she offered us a new room we decline the offer wasn't that big of an issue for us but it was very kind of her to offer and show true hospitality. The next morning the maintenance guy came up and fixed it for us. The hotel is VERY clean Great location if you plan to travel to Boston only like 30 minute drive. They have a bunch of stuff to choose from for breakfast hot and cold. The also offer other types of food which you can purchase like hot pockets and hungry man TV dinners. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one.

On Route 1 within an hour from Boston airport a good stopping point enroute to Connecticut and Long Island. Also ideally located for visits to BassPro and Gillette Stadium. Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff.

I stayed here based on Trip Advisor reviews. Needed a place for one night only near Norwood MA and this fit the bill. Most places in Norwood were double the price and appeared pretty 4 star so I tried it. Caters to a blue collar working crowd for sure. I'm rating it average because it's an average place. PROS Easy to find Nice reception/ check in Price Comfortable bed Breakfast included They left candies in the room with welcome card- NICE TOUCH Huge TV, fridge, coffee maker in room Cleanliness A+ Concession room by check in for snacks CONS No hairdryer in the room UGH EVEN CHEAP HOTELS HAVE ONE ON THE WALL- HAD TO GO WITH WET HAIR. HONESTLY. Dark outdated decor in room IMHO. Bath towels are small, toiletries cheap. This place is a maze! I'm not directionaly challenged but I couldn't find the elevator again from 2nd floor to first after squeezing past enormous housekeeper. I walked down the stairs then had trouble finding the door to the lobby- yikes! Breakfast was crowded & a bit of a motley crowd at that. Blah room with TV news blaring. Not much variety. I took my Raisin Bran to my room to eat- that's a first! Upon coming back to my room around 8:30 am someone from management was banging loudly on the door across the hall with sleepy people inside saying "come in" He kept banging. Very very odd. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR USUALLY and this is no exception. If you just need a cheap place to rest your head it fits the bill.

Was a nice place, could hear people walking up stairs so many seccond floor rooms may be a better idea. But we got a room with the pull out sofa and the room was huge. Went to a wedding not to far and uber over there for like 6 bucks each way. Was nice place but breakfast was very ehhh the pancake maker was broken. All the was eggs and ham and some bakery stuff nothing spectacular at all. All in all was happy.

Have passed this location en route to Foxboro/Gillette Stadium for more than 20 years. Knew it catered to Patriots fans. Figured they wore the place out. No. Our one-night stay in late June was a revelation. Spotless room, more than adequate breakfast that was consistently refreshed/restocked long before the eggs or bagels or yogurt ran out. Most of all didn't expect the eye-to-eye contact and genuine smiles from staff. If they were acting, get them to Hollywood. Sleep quality was average simply because of location right next to I-95 and Route 1. Eighteen-wheelers do make noise. Room and bathroom were small by today's standards but exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed. Everything worked.

We've never stayed in a BW hotel until very recently. The location served us well and the value was very reasonable. Desk clerk, Stephanie, was an awesome help! There is plenty to see in the area and was a great place to stay 2 nights while touring the Boston/Salem area.

Nice place to stay easy to all things and sites the patriots stadium right down street plusonly a hour from salem great food all around and we spent time in Boston that was awesomeboat water etc and in Salem there where lots is sites and you can pay the red trolley to take you to all the places

Absolutely no complaints. From the time we walked into the door until we left this was exactly what you expect a hotel visit to be. Very pleased. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and ready for us (cooled), breakfast was a surprise with quality very well kept and clean areas, very satisfied overall.

Overall very pleased. Couldn't get a late checkout because too many had already requested it. Added stress to an already long busy day. Live and learn. Will request at time of booking in the future if we every stay again.

My family & I stayed here for 1 night as we planned to visit the Hall at Patriot Place the following day. Check in was fast, all agreed beds were comfortable and decent breakfast provided. Location was perfect as it was just a few minutes to get to our destination the following day.

Great location for an event at Gillette Stadium - impeccably clean - free breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage, muffins and assorted breads, juices - 24 hour coffee - the staff is very friendly - they offer a third party shuttle that will take you to a spot that is a ten minute walk to the stadium - $10 each way and first come first serve - don't worry, they keep shuttling until all are accommodated - I would definitely stay here again

We had several rooms the night before son's graduation at Gillette Stadium. We had a family get-together and pizza the night before in the breakfast room. The staff was helpful and we had a good (but brief) stay!! Breakfast was good!

My friend and I attended a confernce with the Massachusetts Association for Pupil Transportation. Due to graduations and a hockey tournament, rooms at the conference site were nearly $100 per night more. We were there for three nights that culminated with a trip to Fenway. I thougth we were further away from Dedham, but as it turns out we were 15 minutes away. It was perfect for all our actiities which included visiting Gillette Field that was maybe a mile away on the same road. The staff was great and suggested dinning places and shopping areas. I would go back and stay there in a heartbeat. We were on the I-95 side of the motel and slept through the night soundly.

Ok stay, but for $120/night I would expect more. Cons: The interior is a bit dated, it smells like an old and cheap place. Non-smoking, but I could feel smoke in the lobby when we came (smoking area too close to entrance, or personnel smoking). The cleaning staff woke us early on our check-out date. My skin is itchy after staying in that bed for 2 nights. Pros: Personnel in the breakfast area is nice and helpful.

The hotel is "okay." I have stayed here in the past and had better experiences. A grocery delivery truck was parked in back of the hotel with the refrigeration unit running all night. Be sure to ask for a room toward the front of the hotel. A discount coupon I presented when I checked in had not bee applied when I checked out. The desk clerk confirmed the discount should have been applied.

This is definitely one of the most pleasurable and well kept Best Western's. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are spotless and smell very clean, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The room décor is modern and pretty. The breakfast area is very clean and filled with delicious items to eat. If you like oatmeal, they have a lot of toppings on the side to add to it. I would definitely recommend and stay here again, when in the area.

Made a difficult trip much easier! Other than the wet cold weather, our trip was very comfortable. Saying goodbye to a family member is always a time, but a hastle free stay at this hotel was a tremndous diversion.

So I didn't expect to be leaving a review raving about a Best Western Hotel, but this place was really good for the money! First, in case you don't know, hotels in the greater Boston area are ridiculously expensive. This hotel was about 20 to 30% cheaper than everything around. I'm normally a Marriott\\Hilton kind of guy. So, I was a bit intimidated to be staying at a roadside Best Western motel. I'm not knocking Best Western, I've just never stayed at one before. So I didn't know what to expect. First off, the exterior of the Hotel was very clean and well landscaped. It was off a main road, but appeared to be in a safe area. The staff was extremely attentive and caring, and check in was a breeze. They will put a slight hold on your credit card for incidentals, but I don't remember the exact amount. It wasn't much. The lobby was nice, and did not seem to be too dated. The room had everything you could need. I had a king size bed with a ton of extra fluffy pillows, and lots of clean sheets and comforters. As silly as it may sound, it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It has a large flatscreen TV with all the cable channels. There was a coffee maker with regular, decaf, and several teas available. There was a microwave and a mini fridge/freezer. There's also a telephone, with plenty of lighting and outlets available. There was an ironing board, and an iron, and dry cleaning services available. There was also a guestbook in the room with delivery options for eating, and information on the local area. The bathroom included soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and plenty of towels. The bathroom had granite countertops, a nice walk in standup shower with glass sliding doors, and plenty of hot water. The hotel is near a main road, but I never heard a thing inside my room. The hotel includes a free breakfast which is actually one of the better free breakfasts that I have ever had at a hotel. There was plenty to choose from, and the food seemed to be good quality. If you're looking for a good, clean, safe, hotel with all the amenities at a good price, this is the place! I'm still amazed at the value that you get here. I am giving this place five stars based on what I expected from a best Western, versus what they actually had to offer. Obviously, this is not a Ritz Carlton, and you should not expect this to be. But if you want to stay at a good safe place with great value for the money this is it. I can't recommend this place enough. If I had to list some cons there were only two. First, the coffee pot was a little bit dirty, so I didn't use it. But there was free coffee in the lobby with breakfast. Also, the free Wi-Fi was slower than my cell phone service, so I didn't use it either. But those are really my only two complaints. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Poor service from Hotel.com after pricing discrepancy. Could not understand agent or his supervisor due to heavy foreign accent. Best Western gave me a price break after they also became frustrated with Hotel.com (they tried to help me with an obvious pricing error). Disappointed that the handicap room still had a bathtub and was very far away from the elevator on the second floor.

You won't believe how this hotel is run, I wouldn't be surprised to discover each person was an owner. From the cleaning staff to maintenance and the front desk, they're all very high quality, caring people. I also have to mention the value for what you're getting is the best in Boston.

This is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. My only complaint is the road noise but that's not anything the hotel can control. The included breakfast is good and there is some variety from day to day. I will stay here again when we visit family.

Stayed overnight to shop at outlets with teenage daughter for birthday. Location was fine and had good access to shops and restaurants. Checked all the boxes with cleanliness, good shower, comfortable beds, good included breakfast. Only criticism was the proximity to highway noise. But even with that would definitely stay here again.

Checked in late on a Thursday stormy night in early April. The desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. The room was rather small but clean and functional. Great location for close proximity to Gillette Stadium and surrounding entertainment complex. I would have enjoyed my free Diamond Elite upgrade but none was available upon check in. Still, I will return.

Stay here every time I am in Foxboro. This is great hotel, pleasant and courteous staff and good rooms with comfortable beds. breakfast is included and they greet you with warm cookies! Close to many fine restaurants and the Foxboro Stadium Plaza.

Transferred from Minnesota . Needed a place to stay that was a good value with a decent room, hot breakfast , close to my new job that was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I was not on vacation, so I did not need to be pampered.

This hotel was nice, it had a free breakfast which, was a nice spread. I really liked where, the room was located, and how it was quiet, and private. It only has a fitness center, so if your looking for more amenities they don't have much. There are ice machines, but no vending, but they have a small store at the front desk with a little of this and a little of that. The location is a good location, I found the staff at check in to be friendly and fast, which is always great. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would stay again if I had business in the area and needed a hotel.

Stayed for two nights on my way through Vermont to Canada. Typical Best Western, out of town hotel. The room was big and the king size bed massive. TV and wifi in the room were superb and the complimentary breakfast was just right. Overall a ver pleasant two-night stay.

Stayed here in September for 2 nights, came up for a concert. The room and bathroom were nice, clean and comfortable. Everything was in a working order. The wifi was good, free and reliable. The breakfast was basic but good and included in our stay. We were able to use points for both nights so that was nice. Considering that this town is in the middle of nowhere, their regular rates aren't that cheap, but I guess that's due to their proximity to the Patriots stadium. Overall a fine stay and if we'd ever have the need to come up here again, we would stay here again.

I had business in the Walpole area and stayed 2 nights. I brought my 85 year old grandmother for a last road trip:) The staff is AMAZING, kind, welcoming, just great!!! It's very clean and the housekeeping does a fabulous job! My complaint is that it is older and in MUCH need of updating. It looked like they are working to replace some carpets and it all needs replacing. The entry area is nice but the hall on the first floor is so gross, I started to turn around and stay somewhere else. Once in the room, we could tell the housekeeping works hard and the room was clean, just VERY outdated. Additionally, they accommodated us and put us near the entrance per our request because of my grandmother. However, on the first floor, you can hear EVERY footstep above. So if you are a light sleeper, request the 2nd floor and if you have energetic kiddos - request the 1st ;) Again, staff was outstanding(and breakfast was amazing - the breakfast hosts were wonderful like the rest of the staff) :) but the facility needs LOTS (and lots and lots) of updating!

In town for the Revolution's last regular season game, stayed over celebrating my birthday. Hotel was close to the stadium, room was clean, hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms could use some decor updating. Walls are very thin. The door framing lets in so much light.

We needed someplace close to spend the night after a long day at a patriots game, the motel overall is clean, it's close to route 1, so you can hear road noise all night....not a plus if you like it quiet...our biggest complaint is with the bed, neither my wife or I slept well and woke up in the morning sore and stiff...Poor quality mattress for sure. I don't believe we would book here again.

Have you ever had one of those chance encounters that kind of made your day? We had stayed at the Sharon BW Plus for one night and were rushing to get on the road the next morning when I met a BW employee in the hallway. He wished me a cheerful good morning, and somehow it felt like it would be. We just exchanged pleasantries really, but he made eye contact, stopped, gave me his full attention, a smile, and well wishes for a good day and safe journey. He sounded sincere, not hurried, not a mumbled exchange in passing that we come to expect in our everyday encounters in shops, restaurants, and hotels. I didn't notice the name on his badge, but asked at the desk and they thought that would be Rafe. The night before when we checked in late, the night clerk chatted a bit too. Turned out he had worked in our home town and we talked a bit before heading off to find our room. One exchange can be a fluke, but two can be an indication of a culture of caring and service provision. Sounds like a best practice to me. Oh, and as to the hotel stay itself, all was fine there also – clean, comfortable room, busy breakfast.

We needed a 1 night motel room near Norfolk, MA. A available units were very expensive. Best Western was the least price. It was everything we needed and they ;provided good service. We would use it again if needed. My guess is that when there is a New England Patriot home game, the prices will go up.

I stayed here to save time during a difficult project The hotel was clean and comfortable enough and had everything I needed including an empty small fridge which came in very handy ! / I did bring my own pillow which helped but the bed was comfortable

We stayed here in order attend a Patriots football game. The room is adequate but small. We had a king size bed and there wasn't much room for anything else. The noise from the trucks on the highway was louder than expected. The shuttle to/from the stadium is $10 per person each way, which was great but they didn't tell us they drop you off and pick you up at least one mile from the stadium. Also, the cleaning lady left the door lock open, leaving our door open about an inch while we were gone. When we returned we were nervous but nothing seemed to be missing. I think we were lucky. The location is across from a good Irish bar/restaurant that serves food late with very friendly folks.

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Plus during our recent visit to Boston. We chose this hotel because it was only about 20 mins from Boston and much cheaper than actually staying in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The room was a little small but fit our needs just fine. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Would definitely recommend when in the Boston area.

I have stayed here before when I have had to work at Gillette Stadium for a conference. Close by, within 5 minutes. Clean and comfortable. Staff is always very accommodating. I did have some trouble with the microwave, but the young man at the desk was very helpful and offered me the option of moving to another room. I opted to use the microwave downstairs in the lobby kitchen.

Hotel was much closer to the stadium than I expected. It is right off the highway and easy to get to. They also offer a shuttle for game day. The free breakfast was great, they had eggs, sausage, bagels, pancakes and more! Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again when visiting Patriot Place. Only thing I would do different is get a room on second floor, cars could park right outside the window.

While in general I like to stay in higher-end properties, I selected this one based solely on location. I did not have much of a choice regarding accommodations near to where I was slated to do a presentation the next day. Overall, it is somewhat dated (decor -wise) but well-kept and my room was very clean. Also, I was on the first floor and quite aware of the movements of the guests in the room overhead, but it was nothing I could not tolerate. However, the most peasant surprise was the young man handling the front desk when I checked in. James was very attentive to guest needs and most accommodating. I had originally booked two double beds and when I mentioned that my colleague was unable to make the trip and not going to be checking in, he switched me to room to with a queen bed and saved me (or rather my company) a little money. Also now realizing that I was a woman traveling alone, he went out of his way to give me a room near the front of the Inn, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, James was very courteous and professional. I wish I encountered more hospitality personnel like him in my travels - in general they usually appear to be just going through the motions. He seemed to genuinely like his work and care about the customer.

Stayed here one night. Easy access to highway and town of Sharon but nice and quiet. Two-level hotel with internal stairway (so you don't have to wait for the elevator and get a little exercise). Free breakfast (decent, not amazing) and Internet.

The room were in great condition and looked recently updated. Close to all area attractions. Great Value! I only wish for more fruit options for breakfast. I will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a concert recently. Very clean hotel and very close to stadium. Not walking distance, but close by über or taxi. Left my boots and they shipped them back to me and were very nice to work with. Really went out of there way to help us!

Just got back yesterday from Kenny Chesney concert @ Gillette Stadium. This hotel was really close and offer shuttle to and from the concert. Fee for shuttle was very reasonable. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were updated and very clean. In fact, we are definitely planning coming back again next year.

I found this hotel very clean and that's a very big bonus, and because we were there for a Patriots game it was very convenient as it's only a few miles away, however I did find it a bit noisy. If you had a room on the back of the hotel it may not be as bad but I woke to the sound of the garbage truck at 7 am when I was hoping to sleep in. Also the air conditioner is not the constant run type, meaning it's off and on all night and being a light sleeper, I didn't have a great sleep. So if your a good sound sleeper, great, if not, use ear plugs. The breakfast was good and adequate although I'm not a big fan of ham but there were lots of options. Over all not a bad spot and I would stay again.

Stayed here for a night after shopping at Wrentham for the day. Location ok, but nothing within walking distance and upon arriving back from dinner there were several people hanging around in the parking lot, the vibe was weird... not exactly comfortable leaving our car there. We were in a room on the back of the hotel, and didn't notice any great amount of noise with the window closed. Room was a good size, but odd to have 1 queen bed and not a king. Plenty of space for a king....? Room also had fridge with freezer, and a microwave. Breakfast was average; I found it odd that they were offering "Great Value" yogurt (Walmart store brand)... and the breakfast lady was fairly sour; there was a pancake sitting under the pancake machine and she picked it up, waved it around and announced to the room "who had pancakes?? You forgot one". Fairly uncomfortable and unnecessary behaviour in my opinion. Would probably stay somewhere a little closer to Gillette Stadium next time, more items within walking distance!

The Best Western may be "Plus" but that was 20 years ago. You can see that the hotel has seen some time, but everything was okay and functioned well. The room was clean and was cleaned everyday, the bathroom was okay too. The breakfast was better than the look of the hotel and offered different yoghurt, cereals, muffins, toast and more. Special was a pan cake machine which delivered two good tasting pancakes after pressing a button. The woman working at the breakfast room was very busy and willing to fill everything before it was even empty. An extraordinary service we barely experienced so far, A big minus was sadly the "bed" for the third person of our family. It was a hideaway bed that had steelbar going through at the first and last quarter of the bed. Putting blankes under the matress and over the bars didn't really help and everything led to an uncomfortable sleeping position that resulted in backache the next day.

We came to this hotel to attend the Coldplay concert at the Gillette Stadium. The hotel is a little over three miles to the stadium and there is a shuttle service that you can take that will drop you very close to where you need to be. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very courteous. There is a restaurant directly across the street and you are within easy driving distance of other places to eat and drink. I had the free breakfast on both mornings and it was better than most hotel breakfasts. I will definitely come back here again if I attend another event at the stadium.

My family and I met up with some friends and we all spent three nights here. The location is excellent for excursions in and around the Greater Boston Area. We had a very nice assortment of restaurants and shops close by. The hotel is located just off of the I-95/ Rt.1 exits, and I was surprised that being so close to both highways, that the place was really quiet inside. There are excellent dining and entertainment opportunities near the Gillette Stadium complex. The railroad station in Sharon offers trains directly into Boston's South Station. Rooms were comfortable, if just a tad tight for our party of four. Service was excellent from the Hotel's staff. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

This hotel has a very nice decor and good amenities. It is very convenient to Routes 1 and 95. However the proximity to both roads does cause a high level of traffic noice. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay!

Hotel is nice. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and flexible. The manager Belinda Pace, went way out of her way to help us make some changes that we needed. Free Breakfast was basic but good quality. WIFI was adequate. Good location. Really nice Irish restaurant across the street.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few nights for the GNR concert. They offered shuttle service to & from stadium for only $10 per person each way!! Amazing ? Rooms was clean, breakfast & wifi were free, what more could I ask for. The staff were super friendly as well. Would recommend staying here. Oh and head over to the public across the street. Great food & beer!

Don't let the entry corridor dissuade you. Though dated and somewhat worn, the rooms are beautiful, updated and the AC was on for comfort. Most staff were exceptional. Breakfast is incredible for free. Staff worked tirelessly (and I don't believe were tipped which is a travesty).

The staff was courteous and the breakfast was very good but the hotel itself fell well below expectations. The rooms for some of our guests were dirty and special instructions given at check in were not followed.

Stayed here on my trip from Australia several years ago, the experience was wonderful and the staff made my wheelchair bound father and my self feel right at home, which involved 2 room changes before finding one suitable for my fathers wheelchair, this was at 1am in the morning and the lady helping was so wonderful the entire time. Will stay here again on my next visit, the breakfast, oh my god the food was amazing!

After having a pretty horrible room at another hotel chain the night before, this place was surprisingly great! Very friendly staff. Cookies on the counter at arrival. Quiet room. Would happily stay here again when in the area.

We had an amazing two days by the hotel, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, After a full day I used the beautifully air conditioned and equipped exercise room to regain my vigor. The staff was absolutely amazing, my thanks go to Kristen who greeted us so warmly when we arrived, to Belinda who really treated us in a professional way. What an amazing staff. Pat prepares the breakfast as a pro. The building and grounds were kept up well. You felt very much at home. Thank you very much.

Neat and clean hotel with reasonable good breakfast option, with decent rate. Generally, when I go to Boston, I book room closer to my office, This Best Western is more than 5 miles from my office, but give little better value to my money than other options.

We stayed here for a concert at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield. Rooms were clean and the location was excellent to highways and local shopping. I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Good place to stay basic but the staff made it great! The location was good for us to see Dixie Chicks at the outdoor theater a couple exits down.. The food at the Irish place across the street is overrated go into town for a great seafood restaurant

best value for the money the place over all is great, the service is excellent .the management, the kitchen people and the room services exceeded the expectations . they all tried their best and they went the extra step to provide the great service i received. i would definitely recomend this hotel to all my friends. great location, great place to stay.

I was really pleased with our one night stay here. I would stay here again too. The room was clean comfortable, breakfast was good. The pancake machine is no ones friend. Get a waffle maker. Close to patriots place, transit and major highways.

Not good for business use. Tiny room. Booked through a third party. Was placed in a handicapped room without room to hang clothing. Horrible iron. No desk. I can't imagine using this room with a wheelchair--it was so small and not well thought out.

Room smelled very musty but was relatively clean overall. Some body hairs in the bathroom floor. Toiletries were great and definitely above the typical hotel soaps/shampoos. Front desk staff was courteous. Breakfast was good too. Fenway Park is about 30-40 minutes away but DONT DRIVE. Use public transportation if going into town, as traffic can be awful. A Walmart and several places to eat within driving distance

Nothing fancy here, but if you need to stay in the area, I believe it is a good choice (about 3 miles to Giillette Stadium. Decent breakfast, clean and plenty of parking. Very easy on the wallet, easy access to all local attractions and a staff that seems to care.

We wanted a location somewhat near Boston (for JFK Library and Museum) with easy interstate access without having to travel into central Boston. The Best Western Plus was quiet(odd numbered rooms) and clean and well decorated.

The reception staff are friendly, courteous and genuinely hospitable. I felt welcome. And the room was clean and spacious. I received an upgrade and was surprised and delighted by how clean and neat the room was.

For $210 this hotel gets a rating of 1 on a scale of 1-10. The rooms are tiny! Completely outdated like something from the 70s. Bed was uncomfortable. I am a diamond member with Best Western and have stayed at some really great BW properties. This was probably the worst considering the price. The dried up substance they called eggs, I wouldn't feed to my dog. This is a $59 a night hotel at best!

Hotel itself is easy to find, right off Route 1. Check in was seamless, parking was readily available as well. I was relegated to the sleeper sofa bed and let me tell you, that thing was horrifying. Cleanliness wasn't the issue, but that bed was *so* uncomfortable. The standard queen size bed was perfectly fine, pillows were adequate. I suppose that sofa bed would've been alright for a smaller person (children perhaps) but for an adult, it was bad. Breakfast in the morning was a bit meager, but it was free, so I can't complain much. There is a convenience store across the street, but crossing Route 1 w/o a standard crosswalk was next to impossible with the amount of traffic. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel to others, and I'd stay again. Just not on that sofa bed.

We are loving the Best Western Plus rebranding! Picked this hotel for the Boston Marathon because it was value priced and good reviews. We were not disappointed. Clean, comfortable, super friendly and so convenient to many things. Breakfast wasn't perfect, but it was a good selection of hot and cold, including eggs, meat, pancakes, etc.. Sometimes things ran out, but the staff was quick to try and keep things filled. The hotel was at capacity because of the marathon, but it was still clean and quiet and no problems. Patriots Stadium is 3 miles down the highway in one direction and all the grocery, gas, restaurants, etc. are 1.5 miles down the same road the other way. The only walking distance amenities was a deli on the corner - with some groceries and beer and an Irish bar and grill across the street. Both were on the other side of a very busy intersection. But we found many great places to eat just a short drive away and even a laundromat in town. We drove into Boston several times - 30 minutes on the interstate - with the entrance and exit ramps within a mile. I can't say enough about the excellent staff. They were helpful, anxious to please and on top of every aspect needed for a good stay. I would stay again without any qualification

Excellent customer service. My friend accidentally got her bread trapped in one of the toasters. The smoke made the alarm went off and it needed to be turned off by the local firemen. We felt really bad specially that there were other guests who were still sleeping at that time. The staffs were really super nice that they never let us feel that it was our fault when in fact, we could have alerted them early on right?!. Thank you so much we had great time in MA and it was truly UNFORGETTABLE experience!

My family stayed here after a quick sightseeing trip to Boston and were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean, linens and pillows were fresh, and bathroom was spotless. Also, breakfast was great and the evening and morning staff were very friendly! I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a great deal just outside Boston.

Booked into this place at a group rate for a weekend meeting nearby , I was extremely surprised to find a very updated room: new walls, furniture, carpeting, bathroom. It was cozy but not cramped for one. There was an abundance of lamps around the room; the ones on the night tables and desk had sockets in them so one could plug in devices for recharging. Room included refrigerator with freezer, and microwave. Breakfast, though modest, was included; the fresh scrambled eggs were done to perfection, and a decent choice of yogurts and pastries were available. The coffee wasn't bad - certainly better than the brown water from the in-room machine - but I also knew there was a Starbucks up the road. The bed could have been a tad firmer, and I thought the pillows were lumpy. The heat, though, was fairly quiet and had a digital temperature readout. Front desk was extremely efficient and friendly in and out. If I had to be back in this area I'd stay here again.

This hotel is a great hotel if you need to be in the Foxboro, MA area. Belinda and her staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is a great amenity. I especially appreciate the breakfast so that I don't have to pay Stadium pricing. I always choose this hotel when traveling to be in Foxboro.

The hotel was very clean..the room I stayed in was nice. The bed was horrible. The continental breakfast was OK but they should have waffles instead of pancakes because they were awful. It was like eating warm cardboard.

I booked this room so that my partner and I could have a night alone while visiting the area. I was very pleased with the cleanliness, quality and comfort in this price point. Breakfast was delicious and ample and refreshed often and the room was quiet, convenient and cozy. We really enjoyed our night. Thank you for providing quality at an affordable rate!

The staff from front desk to the cleaning crew are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the linens appeared to be completely new and were extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. All of the electronics worked like a charm. The Wi-Fi also worked just fine. Parking was no problem. No outdoor noise was heard within the room. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I am always wary of hotels near casinos and stadiums because you never know who's stayed there. I'm always worried about bed bugs, rowdy parties, etc. That was thankfully not the case here!! It was beautiful and clean. We arrived late for an event and the staff at the front desk was super fast and friendly and offered us a military discount upon check-in. We were in our room in less than 3 minutes from our time of arrival, and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the updated fixtures. The room (king room) was a bit tiny and cramped and like other reviews said, a little dark. But it was just my husband and I and it suited us just fine for our one-night stay. If we had planned to stay for several days, I think the small size of the room might have been a little hard to take, but since it was just the one night, it was ok. The bed was comfortable and warm, linens were clean, bathroom was immaculate and modern. The hotel is right off a highway so there was a little highway noise, which might bother some light sleepers. The hotel was completely booked this night and we never heard any other patrons, it was very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, hot pancakes made to order, sausages and omelettes. Other options were plentiful as well, including yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, juice, coffee... it was great! Checkout took less than 30 seconds, we were on our way home in no time!

Room décor was great. Comfortable king bed, with micro and fridge, and TV, we didn't have to leave room at all during Blizzard Jonas! Close to Patriots Place, which during another time, would be very convenient! Breakfast was SO SO. Coffee GREAT!

This hotel is always clean an has convenient access to interstate Highway, Restaurants, and Sporting events. I have stayed at this location in excess of 30 times in the last 6 years. sometimes on a weekly basis for several weeks in a row.

Quality hotel at a great price. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. This hotel was extremely close to Gillette Stadium where I saw the Patriots play the Titans. The service was excellent, breakfast was great, and I enjoyed the free wi-fi. The hotel staff was both friendly and helpful during the course of my stay.

This place is great, extremely clean and friendly. Came into town for playoff game and they even offer hand warmers at no cost (for the game). Incredible location if you plan on going to see the Pats. Breakfast was great, absolutely recommend. I have stayed at many hotels and no this place is not flashy but it absolutely exceeds in getting the job done. That says a lot bc my fiancé can be a bit pretentious when it comes to hotels and even she loved this place. Great experience. Would def stay again, no question.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed out, for sure. The young lady at the front desk, Krysta, was very pleasant. She was very friendly and accommodating. She made checking in quick and simple which as perfect after a long drive up. She even sparked a conversation with us. It was nice to interact with someone who you can tell actually take pride in her job and cares about her customers.

Stayed here for the Winter Classic. 3 miles from Gillette it was extremely convenient. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were neat and clean. Sure its a little expensive for events but its a supply and demand thing. If you are planning on staying for a game you could do a lot worse.

This hotel was a prime location for Gillette Stadium. Staff knows the ins and outs of getting you to events, and have a taxi list handy - which also provided kind and excellent service. Front desk staff was amazing, and the lady that runs the breakfast was wonderful. (Nice / friendly / helpful) Cleaning staff should reconsider wanting to clean your room every day at 9am. That was a little brutal. I found the bed very hard, and the room dry... but it is that time of year. Was a little frustrating that rates were DOUBLED for the day of and day after our event. We stayed 4 nights total. Prime location for Gillette Stadium, but would recommend getting your dinner early - everything closes a LOT earlier than we were used to.

My mother and I shared a room while attending a family function. The location was in close proximity, and we were pleased with the accommodations. I would recommend the hotel to anyone needing someplace in this vicinity.

Staying over the Thanksgiving holiday always means there will be many guests in the hotel. The breakfast room handles the family groups well and there is plenty of attention to provide food choices for everyone. King beds are firm, room temperature easy to control, plenty of pillows and floor space for two. Parking is tricky close to your room with so many guests, but space next to the building at other entrances can be found. The location is great for us, so we keep coming back.

For convenience to family, we stayed at this hotel, The room is dark, the curtains, very dingy and the bathroom was tiny. The facility is kept clean, however, and the breakfast is rather generous. It is near Gillette Stadium and Wrentham outlets, which is a plus.

For some reason this place was listed as a 2.5 star property, it is certainly a STRONG 3.5! Great customer service, spacious rooms (relatively speaking). Nice micro / fridge combo in the room and plentiful free breakfast. Free Wi-fi too! Highly recommended.

Except for the maids cleaning and vacuuming way too early this is an excellent hotel to stay at. Very clean, very nice breakfast and cosey atmosphere. Lots to do in area, great shopping near by and very close to Boston.

We stayed overnight to attend a Patriots game. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful in arranging for a taxi to dinner and shopping. Definitely would/will stay there again.

We only stay at the Best Westerns if possible and all of them have been great. My wife loves the chocolate chip cookies. We all love the outdoor pools. When there is an outdoor pool. Great overall place to stay and very clean.

Great location for our trip to Gillette Stadium. There was a great store across the road and an awesome Irish Pub. The Hotel staff were awesome. We will be staying there again next football season. In addition to the Hotel we always use All-Savants Transportation to get us to and from the game safe.

Comfortable, clean rooms and a very friendly staff. Breakfast choices were very good, both hot and cold. The exercise room was quite nice with treadmills, bike, eliptical, and weight machine. If you have work scheduled in the Walpole/Sharon/Medfield area, this is a very convenient location.

stayed here because it was close to the plainridge park casino. everything was good except the a/c heater was very loud so we had to turn it off so we could sleep. no auto cycle. breakfast area was large and had a good variety of food.

I usually choose 3-4 stars hotels but considering I couldn't find anything else I enjoyed my stay. The room was always cleaned and sheets were made. It was a little bit noisy but I would definitely recommend this hotel even it was rated 2-3 stars.

We stayed on a sold out Saturday night. There was no event at the stadium so I don't know why it was so popular. The front desk staff was not friendly or pleasant. The room was clean at first glance. As I was packing to leave, I noticed a large cobweb over bed. The room is dark. The bathroom is tiny and the floor tiles were loose. The bed was comfortable. We could hear noise from the road & also follow guests in the room next to us when their bed was banging against the wall. I visited a friend's room on the second floor and it reeked of smoke. This placed served its purpose for a one night stay.

This was an excellent hotel...extremely efficient staff that responded almost at the speed of light with a new tv remote when ours did not work. The front desk staff was very accommodating when we had to suddenly change our plans and leave early.

My husband and I booked this hotel as we were going to see a New England Patriots game. It's a five min car drive to the stadium. There is also a shuttle that will drive you to the game for $10 per person each way. There was breakfast in the morning that was included. Very good. Rooms are very clean. Clerks are very helpful. Would definitely go back. drive

Stayed for 2 nights due to tickets for both Fenway Park & Gillette Stadium, easy to find off the I95 with an Irish Bar across the busy road that serves decent beer with nice food as a bonus. Rooms basic but OK for a short stay, reception very helpful however son cut his foot whilst there and the First Aid kit they had was a joke and I had to drive to the Walmarts down to road to find proper/larger band aids. Literally 2 miles from the Patriots stadium & there is a private shuttle operated at $10 each way, best to use as the parking at the stadium is very pricey and the road to the hotel is choked for hours after the game. Breakfast nice with both hot/cold food. Good for this trip and may use again if back in Massachusetts.

Stop for 1 night to be closer to a conference locally. Room smelled a little musty but 10 minutes of AC and fine. Otherwise hotel was clean. Breakfast definitely not great but sufficient. Agreed with other reviews about road noise. Wifi ok. Overall passable for no more than 1-2 nights for a specific purpose. Not a destination. Given proximity to boston/stadium not unreasonable price. We did NOT stay on game day so can't speak to value in that regard. Nearby to all kinds of other shopping if needed.

Needed a hotel at the last minute and was able to get a room here at this Best Western. Staff was very pleasant, room was clean and very comfortable. The microwave came in handy as well. I would stay here again.

My boyfriend and I drove from Toronto to Boston we pulled an all nighter to get to this hotel we were in town for the Thursday night patriots home opener after a lot of searching this was the only hotel available the prices per night were ridiculous but we expected something like that. The least we could have gotten was friendly staff and good accomodations. We arrived earlier than check in time and I asked and even offered to pay for early check in. The lady at the front desk was rude with me and not even friendly when I walked in. She stated no rooms were available and I asked her if she had an idea when they may be available and she stated "well you can see over there all our staff is in a meeting". So, I suppose im to gather that all the staff is in a meeting meaning nooone is cleaning hotel rooms. Was the hotel empty ? Was there not one person working ? She was just very short and rude with me and I explained to her that perhaps she could call me when a room came available we had been driving 24 hours straight it was hot we needed some sleep. She informed me that it would be first come first serve. So my boyfriend and I drove to patriot place and slept in the car. I think that someone should be working at one point or the other in a hotel that is over 300 a night. I felt very mistreated almost like she knew i was from out of town and it was just normal to treat people like that. Finally, my boyfriend and I woke up from our horrific car nap and checked in at check in time. The lady at the desk at that time was very sweet I forgot her name and she provided me with the room i originally requested. Once We get upstairs the room was dark there is not enough lighting in the room, the bathrooms are awkward and tiny. The room itself was decent size but dirty. The mirror in the room is covered by the bed so for me and most women it was difficult to do makeup. Its fine we didnt expect the penthouse at the 4 seasons i mean we just wanted a place to be before the game and after. We went to bed that night, mite i mention there is almost nowhere to get food after hours after 12 except for what they call a "snackbar" which is chips and mac and cheese. The rooms are sooo loud. There is literally a huge gap in the door so anytime someone closes a door yours sounds like its about to open. The morning we were so tired and right out front of our door the maids were all laughing and talking so loud in the hallway. We couldnt wait to leave. We got up the next morning and checked out there was no ty for staying with us nothing. I mean look we are very easy going travellers we travel everywhere we know we get what we pay for etc but in this instance we did not. I expected something more decent out of a best western even a little bit.
