Best Western Plus Ocean View Resort

The entire experience was great! The view was beautiful, the quick walk to the trail leading to the beach and a pre stacked fire pit was beyond incredible. We arrived with the rain and checked in, then the sun peaked out and we spent the day walking down the beach. As soon as we were ready to say goodbye to an epic sunset we went back to our room. The fireplace had the room warm and inviting. My King bed was soft AF! We couldn't find the Murphy bed, it was so well designed and hidden that we had to call the awesome staff to find it. The night person was so cool. Our Scottish Surfer was great help in cooling our now overly warm room down, by showing us the vent above the patio door and giving us fans to pull out the heat. The patio was perfect. The twilight along with the sound of the ocean flowing into the room made sleeping deep and refreshing. Although the breakfast wasn't continental, it was filling and good.

We had an oceanfront room. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and housekeeping had done several touches (like a towel folded like a turkey) that were fun. Our room was spacious with a little kitchenette, fireplace, dining table and sofa. The shower had great water pressure and the towels were oversized. Two things you don't usually get anymore! Every staff member we interacted with were friendly and helpful. You couldn't beat the price for an oceanfront view. I have stayed at many Best Westerns and this was one of the best!

Kitchenette is fully stocked with needed items to make basic meals. Saved $$$ making 5 of our meals in the hotel. Heated indoor pool is awesome and friendly staff make your stay that much better. Close proximity to beach making walks pleasant and the ocean is enjoyed just viewing from the room.

From check in to check out, we had a marvelous time! ALL staff, from front desk to cleaning to maintenance were incredibly welcoming, courteous, and helpful. A special thanks to cleaning as our room was spotless on our arrival. Plus-you can't beat this location!

I was so upset by the check-in process and the room, I chose to leave and book a hotel room at another hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again. I can tolerate poor service, but the woman made me feel embarrassed and was rude. The economy room is not worth the cost. I went to the room after the check-in because I didn't have extra money and my reservation was non-refundable. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE in the room as both a stairway and exterior entrance converged so that people walking downstairs faced the bedroom window. The blinds did not close all the way. I left and stayed at a competing hotel that was just $10 more. The staff were warm and so hospitable. I did not tell them about my experience so it was just their natural demeanor. I am not one to write bad reviews but this experience was really unpleasant. I check reviews and wish I had paid more attention to others who voiced similar experiences.

We were looking forward to a stay during our anniversary and we were not disappointed. The ocean view room was clean and quiet. We stayed in it for much of our visit and did not feel cramped. Not only was the view from the balcony great, it was only steps to the beach out the door if we wished. Seaside has always been welcoming, even in the winter and fall. We'll be back!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help me get settled into the conference room I would be using. The catering staff was especially welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. She also did a great job with providing morning coffee and lunch for my group. My guest room was clean and a great value. Thanks to all staff for being customer centered!

Hotel staff was very responsive and helpful. Which started out the experience on a positive note. The rooms we stayed in was amazing. We enjoyed the in room fire place which made the room very cozy. The views were spectacular from our private balcony. The entire experience was very positive.

Again, we stayed at this hotel, this year. We like the off season as it is quieter. the location is super. Right on the beach and near about everything you want to see. We did a lot of strolling and shopping. Food was great and the weather was charming. This BW is out most visited, and we intend to keep staying here as often as we can. A side trip to the Tillamook Smoked meats is always in our plans. We also visited all the landmarks that were depicted in a puzzle of Seaside that we just completed.

I stayed for 2 nights. I liked that the hotel is close to the ocean and had safe, ample parking. The nights were restful, away enough from the busier parts of Seaside but still walkable to the nearby restaurants. Every sunset, i walked to the beach and enjoyed the sand and calm waves. My room was reasonably-priced and clean.

Lovely hotel with an AMAZING view. Very clean and well appointed room. We were on the 4th floor with an unobstructed oceanfront view. The room had everything we needed, microwave, fridge, even a stove top. Bed was super comfy and the whole room was very clean. There was a restaurant downstairs but we didn't utilize that. there was also ample free parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and everyone made us feel welcome. It's especially noticeable when lobby area was always kept up and clean and coffee was made in a timely fashion and very tasty. Seemed like their doing everything right at this location and we stay at a half a dozen BW sites. .. Oh and they we're very welcoming with our pet as well.

My wife and I say at least a couple times per year. We always book a room with a hot tub to be able to sit bucket the ocean while taking a bath. the rooms and the tubs are always very clean the TV and it's remote always works, but there is no timer or way to turn on closed captions on the TV. The front desk staff is always friendly and very accommodating. This hotel is far enough away from the main strip that it is relatively quiet. It is close enough that you can walk to some nice restaurants or to the arcade and other fun things that they have available in Seaside. We will continue to stay at this Best Western a couple times a year.

The staff is great. Our room had amazing view of ocean. Very clean. Would stay there again. Just a nice quiet place to stay. Great location. Minutes from Cannon Beach.dig friendly. Nice area to walk pets. Great value for the money. U won't be sorry

We had a very nice 3 night stay at the Best Western in Seaside. The room was clean, the view is outstanding, amenities are good, and staff was very helpful and friendly. It's a great location; steps to the beach, a short walk to town for restaurants and activities, and a good base for local hikes in the State parks. We appreciated having a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, so we saved money instead of always eating out and enjoyed ocean front dining on the balcony. It's our new favorite place to stay when we come to Seaside.

I loved this place was quiet and had lots of things like shopping and Restaurants with in walking distance. The Front Desk was great to work with and the price was way fair. The room was very comfortable and we had a view of the ocean. I would definitely go back to this place.

The room was the size of a closet. Would of had a better room at a Motel 6. For the size of the room that had to have a hideaway bed I will stay somewhere else next time. The only plus side was the friendliness of the staff. I travel about 40 nights a year and this was one of the worst rooms I have stayed in.

We have stayed here with our dog several times. It's quiet, clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The best part is that it's located on the 1.5 mile promenade and on the beach. Close to everything. Seaside is a dog friendly town for sure

Arrived in Seaview without having made a reservation late afternoon and was tired from a day of travel. Originally, I booked a smaller room which was very compact and nice. However, too small. I went back to the front desk and the staff (Jessica) cheerfully offered me other options. The result was moving to a larger room that only cost about $15 more and was well worth it! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and I loved the easy access to the Seaview boardwalk and downtown. The beds were comfortable and overall a great experience. Would book with the Best Western again. Thank you!

Seaside and Best Western Ocean View Resort have been our favorite for many years. It feels as if we are experiencing another time and another set of elements (even though we live on the Salish Sea shore in WA). The promenade is steps outside and the perfect place to stroll (smiling back at the many other walkers), to admire the amazing mix of turn-of-the-century cottages, and to get the freshest air exercise. Inside, everything is calm, pristinely attractive, and spacious. The staff is always helpful. We just get a room with a partial view and that gives us much to see. The dog policy is clear and it is interesting to meet others who are out walking and talking early and late. We just wish for a more complete, popular cafe to make all perfect.

We were promised an ocean view room however, we were given a very small room facing the parking lot though there was a view of the distant mountain. the room had a murphy bed instead of a regular bed. It was very tall and was difficult to get in and out of. This would have been great if we'd needed the extra space for a large family as it was also the connecting room to one with the ocean view. There was a small table which held a coffee maker that did not work. The tub had an extremely slow drain as well. The staff wasn't too worried about our concerns. Needless to say, we were very disappointed in this hotel and will not return to it nor will we recommend it to others.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights in a "Superior View" room with a kitchenette. It was a great room, very clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Our towels and paper products even had fancy folding...too cute! The king bed was comfortable too...we didn't even miss our sleep number bed at home. We truly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Seaside.

Uncomfortable bed, room smelled strongly of bleach, toilet ran, worst room ever. Was supposed to be Mountain View but instead it was parking lot with the bright sign out our window. Make sure you do not get this room. Staff said this was the only room available. This room was not acceptable for anyone, let alone a BW reward member.

My dog and I have been staying at this Best Western Seaside Oregon for 5,6 times since last year, and we absolutely love it! The hotel is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We feel very welcome the moment we arrived. The front desk staffs even remember us. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach and within walking distance of downtown. We appreciate the pet-friendly accommodations, which make our trips to Seaside even more enjoyable. If you are going to cannon beach, this location is perfect because it's only 8 mins drive to there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Seaside!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the BeachWalk. Very clean and pleasant surroundings--even in the lowest cost interior room with no view. We walked 10,000 steps before sunset and then ate a Thai Restaurant (after walking several blocks of Broadway Street--enjoying the atmosphere).

We had a good time at this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. We had room with spa tub. So we had a very fancy romantic sunset at ocean in spa tub)))). Definitely will come again. And yes, I would recommend this to my friends.

A closet for $154.00 that should say a lot. They are concerned about CO2 small rooms. what a joke. the people were nice the policy is not for the public just for the money. Even your people know how bad this room is bad. why do you demand more words, the app. is dumb. 200 words or you will not except it? RIGHT

Oceanfront with balconies go a long way. Restaurant on site. Friendly staff and comfortable beds. A good deal for the area. Within walking distance to the main tourist area on Seaside. Pool and hot tub are a bonus, but could use an update. A/C would also be an upgrade. Overall very happy with the experience!

Beautiful room and courteous staff. I'd go back gladly to this hotel. Very clean and well kept, the kitchenette has everything you need plates, cups, pots and pans and, of course, silverware. Full size Washing machine and cooking plate . Amazing room with a nice, big balcony. 🙂

Great location, very nice and comfortable rooms. friendly and helpful front desk staff and housekeeping (returned a mini iPad we accidentally left behind and notified us immediately.) Views from the oceanfront rooms were amazing. Spa/hot tub/indoor pool especially welcome after some time in the very cold Pacific Ocean.

BW seaside has a Great location overseeing the ocean. Staff is awesome. Breakfast is available but not complimentary. I didn't try their firmness center. Internet is available but no cellular service in this area. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable.

There's no air conditioning in the ocean view rooms. And the guy at the desk was super snippy with me when I asked about it: “this isn't California, sir”. But it is 2024 and a “resort” should have air conditioning. Otherwise it's fine I guess, but no AC at a beach resort makes it a miss.

My parents flew in for my brothers wedding. There plane got delayed and pushed them back. When they finally reach the hotel their room was canceled. They got it fixed but still how do you cancel a room with out their authorization. Can not find marks e-mail address on line to email him about this

Good decent hotel amongst all the hotels there on the beach front. Rooms were fairly large with Kitchenette , and all basis amenities . Had a King bed and a Queen foldable bed along the couch. Carpets were slightly worn out and will definitely needs to be changed ASAP. Slightly pricy but taken in to factor summer time ok. Breakfast cafe ok but have plenty of good choices to eat around within a miles radius. Pool was ok size and had a hot tub too.

We stay at the BW Ocean View Resort every time we go to Seaside. Always a pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful. We like to get the rooms that face the ocean, such a nice view. Everything in the room was just as it was supposed to be. We will be back again!!! Mark and the team always make our stay wonderful. We will be bringing the children and grandchildren next summer as we have in the past.

Lied about reservation, no internet or cell service, loud dripping bath shower, toilet and beds to high for short people, no air in room only a portable fan. I am not extending this as I already sat here and wrote out a review of the things that was wrong. wont go there again

Our room was incredibly HOT and miserable! There was no AC in the room at all! I know this is on the Oregon Coast, but it DOES get hot there at times. Thankfully, we had brought a fan with us and we put it in the patio door to blow in some cooler air at night! If it hadn't been for the fan we would have been miserable! As it was, I took a shower and as soon as I had dried off, I started sweating.....I felt like I needed another shower! The internet there isn't very good either. We only got 1 to 2 bars for the entire time we were there.

The view was fantastic, the tub was truly a 2 person tub. The only thing disappointing was no breakfast. They do have a restaurant there, but for $18 per person breakfast buffet that looked like a normal Best Western buffet was disappointing. At least when we went, that is all I saw. But the location is perfect for walking downtown for awesome coffee and food.

The women that checked us in were amazing, I posted a lengthy, real life review 10 minutes ago on the Best Western website. Wish I would have copied and pasted, geez. The more I have to post about it the more irritated I get about the actually amenities. There is a restaurant, but it's for breakfast, small to go what-nots for the beach for lunch. Closes at 1:30. 'Bar', we never saw because we wanted to go AFTER beach time for a drink. Nope. Dinner? Nope. We're just disappointed that it was advertised as such. Thus making our lazy butts walk the almost 5 blocks down the promenade. Eh

We really enjoyed our visit to Seaside, Oregon, and our stay at the Best Western Plus Ocean View Resort. The beach, the boardwalk, the restaurants were fun to explore. We stayed one night. We will recommend this property to our friends and family. The hotel is an older building. Room temperature heat is available, if required. No air conditioning. The open windows allow the ocean breeze to cool the room. The staff at the hotel was friendly and engaging. We chose not to eat breakfast at the cafe. Continental breakfast is not included with the room reservation.

For over $500 you don't get a screen on your sliding door to the balcony. We stayed in a partial ocean view room with no A/C apparently you need to have a full ocean view to warrant a screen. They did provide us with a second fan.

great location, easy walk to restaurants and the aquarium, and amazing staff, Ulrich and Bianca were especially helpful, staff made us feel welcome and genuinely happy to have us there. july 4th fireworks in seaside were much better than expected.

This is a great hotel and the location is FABULOUS! Just steps away from the beach. The rooms were clean and cozy and the Beds OMG OMG! I had to come home and purchase a 3" pillowtop mattress to get the comfort I received from the bed at this hotel. Everything was really great about the place. On the 4th, they gave all guests this neat little 4th of July bucket with trinkets to help you celebrate on the beach. If you forget the firewood and the smores, they have that covered also. My family enjoyed our stay so much that we already booked for the 4th of July 2025. This time I was able to get a full ocean view room so we are very excited about returning next year!! Go ahead and book this place - you won't regret it!!

We stayed at the Best Western on a freebie...buy two nights and get a third free (you had to wait 2 weeks for free night.) Seaside very popular...hotel was full...but everything very clean. The room layout was probably the nicest we have come across...very functional and well thought out. Would recommend...

Reserved pet friendly room on BW website. Got stuck in a tiny interior room with no view, despite being an "ocean view" hotel. Never again unless room was on ocean side with balcony. Not typical of BW experience. Disappointing as pet owners and BW customers.

We had a great time in Seaside. We loved having a Murphy bed room so there was lots of floor space for our toddler to play, and it was so convenient to have a kitchenette.

Excellent service. Warm and smooth check in. We got a complimentary upgrade as we are gold members. This hotel always offers above our expectations. Their membership is definitely worth it. We love this group.

Wheelchair accessible but only limited the bathroom door wouldn't stay open and having the shampoo etc on the wall was not helpful for my husband who is a paraplegic

This is a great property if you are a dog lover. There's no guarantee that the room you get hasn't been previously occupied by a number of dogs.

Our stay was during all kinds of weather. We enjoyed hanging out in our room with the fireplace, as much as we enjoyed the beach and walking the Prom. (aka beach boardwalk, but it is cement.) Everything I wanted was close by: Delicious food (even celiac safe!) shopping, and the beach. The bed and bedding was so nice I found it hard to get out of bed...

This is the second time we've stayed here. Everyone is friendly and quick to help with any requests. The quiet time from 9 pm - 9 am ensures a great sleep. The cafe is a great place to grab food, a snack or a beverage to go. The location is great - far enough to be quiet but close enough to walk downtown.

Early morning walks on theo cean, right outside my door. I always come back to this hotel because I remember the trip from before. Hotel Staff that helped me feel special, increasing that total leisurely feeling. Now I'm back home and feel renewed, because I remember, none of this would be possible without the seaside Best Western, and being a rewards member. Why I remember

The hotel was clean. hotel staff were friendly and obliging. our room was ocean front. it was clean and spacious . the location was great. two blocks from city center. it was a short walk on the board walk. the hotel also had a bakery/restaurant where you could get a full breakfast which was good. we also stayed here on our way back from southern Oregon.

I only booked this because my partner and I wanted to explore Astoria and there were no rooms available in Astoria. I had never heard of Seaside even though I have driven through before.This hotel is a few minutes walk from the ocean and a few minutes walk from a great little Promenade. This town reminded me of sort of an amalgamation of San Francisco and Santa Monica area waterfront towns without the feeling of being ruined by too many people. I would happily stay here again.

We loved how close the hotel is to the beach - just steps away! Complimentary parking means we can explore the neighboring city and come back to our base for the night without worrying where we would park. It's also very close to the Seaside strip where a lot of neat stores are, and the aquarium was a hit for little kids.

The room was adequate and cleanliness satisfactory. I love the beach access. Location was amazing. You can walk the boardwalk and access the beach easily. The beach was not too crowded, lots of space for family or some alone time. Overall I would recommend.

My family and I felt at home, relax and refreshed on our 2 night stay. It was very nice to stay in this place, staffs were friendly too. We stayed in the room that is ocean view.. great room because we enjoyed to see the beautiful sunset. We are looking forward to our next time stay!

Be sure to know that a "Beach front" room does not view the ocean. The room faces 20 foot high sand dunes. You'll need to book a "Sea View" room. Also the "sofa bed" is actually a Murphy bed. Breakfast is not included so plan an extra $18 for the buffet. Also no early check in before 4:00pm without paying $40 fee

This hotel had a wonderful view, excellent bed, and spacious room. The bathroom had a great shower, although the room itself was a little dark. It was only steps to the beach. The front desk was very helpful, and the room had a nicely supplied kitchen.

From the time we checked in with the best clerk, Ulrich, to the time we left we had a wonderful expierence here. The room had everything we wanted and the view was wonderful. It had been a rainy day so it was nice to view the ocean from the comfort of our room.

The amenities were amazing, the pool was a great place to relax in the hot tub and the pool was amazing for swimming with friends. The room was clean and I wasn't concerned about where to put my belongings, the front desk and housekeepers were amazing!

Great view! With the seaside City Beach area. It looks better than the seaside sweater. The staff was incredible.

Really enjoy staying here. Front Desk staff so friendly. Requested our favorite room and was able to get it. Patio king with kitchenette. Even has a dishwasher. Single serve pod coffee maker, 2 burner stove, small frig, microwave, toaster. Enjoy watching all the people walk, bike, skate by on the promenade

Our room and view were lovely, with a sliding door and balcony that allowed for ocean sounds at night and the perfect coffee setting in the morning. The front desk service was fabulous and friendly, and our room care by Angela included extra sweet details. Will definitely stay here again!

This is the only place my family goes to in seaside it has great service excellent food at their restaurant wonderful views. The pool is my sons favorite pool out of all of the places we have stayed, just overall a great place to stay one that I highly recommend.

This place was ok. Pretty clean but furniture was really outdated and scuffed up. Shower didn't drain well and the bathroom is the smallest bathroom I have ever been in. So small that it was hard to change in there. Beds were comfy. We had a partial ocean view room which was lovely. Big deck outside our door. We had a room close to the elevator which is very loud. Also the hallways echo real bad so in the morning or late at night it will/can wake you up. No AC so it was pretty hot on the 5th floor, even with the little window above the slider open. Kids enjoyed the pool but it was very hot in there. No continental breakfast but they have breakfast available in the restaurant downstairs. Expensive for what they offer

We go to the coast a lot. This is one of our favorites now. We love the front desk. They are incredibly kind. Rooms are clean, and we highly recommend taking advantage of the smores kit. It comes with everything, including the firewood. Oh, don't forget they even have chair's for the beach! One of the nicer ones in Seaside, we were checking them all out, actually canceled one, and went back to this one.

Hotel was very clean. Convenient to downtown area. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond when we wanted to switch rooms to be closer to our daughter. Loved the Murphy bed that pulled down over couch. Very convenient when our family gathered together. I would definitely stay again. Views were spectacular.

That was my only plan during my stay here when I arrived. Instead I extended by a day which they were able to help me with and really disconnect from day-to-day life. I hope everyone finds their stay with BW just as fulfilling.

What a view! What a room! What a bed! The staff accommodated our needs and supplied us with seating to enjoy all the amenities. They even delivered some of our equipment to Beaverton after they found it when we left it in our room. The fireplace, jacuzzi and ocean view were very romantic. It was a perfect "bucket list" weekend! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating, from Bianca checking us in to housekeeping. The room was clean and very comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean. The resort is located within walking distance of the main street with plenty of restaurants and arcades available.

I love the staff at this location. They seriously go above and beyond for their guests. Every time we come to this location it's a dream. The rooms are always clean and your greated with a genuine smile. It's scary traveling especially when hotels are involved but not this one! It's the only place my family a d I stay when we come to seaside. If I could g9ve more than 5 stars I would.

This hotel is at an excellent location in Seaside on the beach and board walk and a short walk to the ocean. All activities are within walking distance. The front desk staff are very friendly and will do their best to help you if you have any specific request. Room service staff is very polite and do a great job. We only live an hour away and have stayed here several times to get our "ocean fix" and it never disappoints.

Loved every moment the lady that check me in was very nice and professional. Everyone I needed something they where all on the ball and where at my door in minutes. I could not express how happy I was with the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel.

This hotel has an excellent location. It's on the Seaside Promenade and has great views of the ocean and beach. We have stayed here several times and every visit our room has been clean and well set up. Sink, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking pans and utensils you may need if you choose to cook. Otherwise, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The staff have all been pleasant and welcoming. This Best Western is one of our favorites to visit and could be yours too!

Rooms are definitely showing their age and need to be upgraded and fixed. Our door seal was no good and room had a cold draft the whole time there. Front desk took a second person to find an upgraded room after initial assigned room which was overcrowded and didn't meet our needs or initial request

This was such a wonderful and relaxing business trip. The hotel was quiet and clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the partial view was perfect, the beach access was great. I would stay here again and it's a definite 5 star!

The place was clean! I have stayed in many hotels this year. Leaving Best Western the cleanest hotel I visited. My room smelt clean, was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this facility if you're in seaside.

The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was excellent. Loved the location, right on the promenade and just a few blocks for a ton of cute shop and restaurants. I highly recommend the potatoes at breakfast!

Such a great time. I decided to do a fun family outing with my kiddo and his grandma and enjoy the pool and hot tub for a nights getaway and was not disappointed. We had a 5th floor room with a view and a balcony. So perfect. The fri t desk staff was so kind to me! Perfect for our little outing. The room was nice and clean they have great amenities. Even the shampoo conditioner and body wash was better than anywhere I've been personally. Just all around great experience

The Best Western Ocean View Resort in Seaside Oregon is a great value. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. The swimming pool is great for kids and the hot tub is always hot and clear. My wife and I prefer the ocean view rooms and the view is outstanding. The beach is just feet away and the promenade along the water front is great excercise. We've been going to this hotel for about 5 years now and will continue

Very friendly and relaxed vibe. Fabulous beach access with dog-friendly ocean view balcony rooms; nothing between you and the surf. You couldn't ask for a better setup. Super hardworking staff. Just an absolute joy to spend a couple of days there with your family and dog.

Wow! What a great hotel. My husband and I stayed here for a few nights during our Oregon vacation. We had a room with a beautiful view. It is right on The Prom but further down so quieter. Easy access to the beach. Loved having the balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and the gorgeous sunsets. Kept the transom window opened at night to listen to the wonderful sound of the ocean. The kitchenette was nice and stocked better than some rental properties. We didn't really use it but was nice if needed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Restaurant downstairs for breakfast or quick snack was convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel if planning a stay in Seaside.

Nice location of room with balcony seaside. Also short walk to center area. But qualizy of bed was a desaster, may be on floor direct is better. Maintenance in room can be better, need nails to open the insect mesh to come to balcony since handle was broken and not repaired. Chairs on balcony older and very simple repaired. During our stay restaurant for diner was closed.

Great quiet location away from the busy main town area. Beach access just steps away which was nice for jaunts with the dog. Away from the busy area but short walk to shops and restaurants. Restaurant onsite is fabulous though so we didn't need to walk to town for that. No AC so would have been too warm without the fan in the room, but the fan is a great addition.

We always enjoy our visits here. The staff always treat us like family. Room was decorated to celebrate my birthday with an amazing cake in the fridge for snacking. You do pay a bit extra for this but so worth it. Room has a great view of the ocean. Within walking distance of the busy downtown turnaround.. The bubble blowing guy is out on the sand in the evening giving a great show most nights.

The management and staff at this hotel are the best in the business. I encourage anyone traveling for fun or for business to stay at this hotel. As a company, we have employees staying in hotels around the state on a regular basis and this hotel is the best of the best..

Sand dunes make it hard to see the ocean, from the ground floor, Afternoon breezes are great for kite flying, hang on tight to the string. The rooms are nice, and comfortable, with good WiFi. The in house restaurant has a very good breakfast menu, and re$onable excellent pastry selection.

the room was very noisy from the TV next door. the room ,very small I have Never been in a room that small before, the breakfast was very expensive, the breakfast selection was very poor not included, nice location.

We had a corner king room. We had stayed here a couple of times before, but with their hot tub room, and this one is better. The view is great, and the kitchenette was a nice surprise. Very clean room, but the patio door had some problems sticking and the screens weren't right. We've encountered things like this before, and there always seems to be something amiss, usually due to age for one reason or another. However, we've never had any bid issues here, and we plan on coming back. One thing though: the rooms facing the ocean are along the Promenade, and there is usually a bit of noise from people walking...thier dogs! The negatives are minor and pale to the positives. Also, the bed was great! It rivaled the nice one we have at home.

This hotel was our second stop on our Oregon road trip down the coast. Check in was a breeze. Room was nice and clean. We faced north so looking out the window we were able to still see and hear the ocean. - coffee, tea, and water for guests in the lobby - short walk onto the beach area - short walk to the Lewis and Clark statue and Seaside Aquarium (5min) - lots of parking on their above ground lot - friendly staff For the price you pay this is a good choice.

I will preface this by saying we stayed at a BW+ a few days ago in Tacoma. They provided free breakfast there and it was posh. This is not a plus compared to that BW hotel. The lobby at the location is small and uninviting. Beach front floors 1 and 2 probably won't see the ocean because the dunes are in the way. The ocean is about 1/4 mile walk so don't expect it to be close. A studio room is extremely small with practically no where to sit or move and the window opens to a wall and is right next to the walkway where people pass by within feet of the room. This type of room is perfectly adequate for a late night check in/one day stay or for an extra room for kids. BW can't change any of this and I wouldn't expect them to. I just think potential guests should know what they are getting in to. It's clean and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is nicely situated and faces the beach. Hallways are modern looking and rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is not included in your stay, however a 10% discount as a hotel guest is offered at the restaurant on site. The restaurant has baked sweets and the typical breakfast fare. Check in at the hotel was very smooth and welcoming.

My sister and I celebrated my Birthday in Seaside at the Best Western Plus. I am a Gold member and stayed with rewards. I was upgraded to an oceanfront amazing room. We loved our stay. Nothing better than sitting on the balcony on the boardwalk watching the view. Catherine at the front desk was Welcoming and kind. Everything about our stay was exceptional! I have stayed several times here and always a great experience. Looking forward to my next stay.

This property has a great location right along the prominade with an easy walk to anywhere in town. A great on-site cafe and a nice, laid back atmosphere overall. The only knock is that air conditioning isn't availble in all rooms but most will probably not miss it.

I got room that had no A/C. The tub was not draining. The sink faucet when from cold to scorching hot even though I kept the knob in the middle. It was dangerous for my baby. The bathroom fan did not work and I had to ask to switch rooms. Not good value for what I paid. I felt like I was paying hotel price for a motel.

This was the best location, night staff was so helpful. Room was stuffy, no ac or ceiling fan. Restaurant within was delicious with great coffee. My favorite part was s'mores on the beach. The fire/s'mores package is available at the front desk!

Our original booked room was canceled without or knowledge. Had to take an alternative. Manger not very nice when asked why this was done. Told us to be glad they had a room available. Will never stay here again and would never ever recommend it .

How come I pay $600 for a room for one night two bed, then toilet overflows when flushed? How come the cleaning guy then say this is not uncommon. He tried to justify it. When reported the reception was also not too surprised or felt bad. As if I am a dissatisfied customer.

Hotel was clean & quiet. No A/C in room but at the coast even in August was not needed just open the window. Was not noisy and the sea air is better than the A/C. Staff was very helpful and caring. Enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely loved our room, hotel location, staff and overall experience. On checkin another room was available they upgraded us to for free. Breakfast and coffee at cafe was mediocre but the pool, room and staff made it so it didn't matter at all!

Right on boardwalk. Walking distance to promenade/downtown. Pet friendly at a cost (not as high as most others). Cost per night higher than most hotels around, but quiet and lives up to BW standards minus the continental breakfast. Select rooms have a/c, however, at the beach it is not normally needed unless no wind and hot out (which happened to us but they provided fans that helped). Restaurant on-site with limited hours. Super friendly staff.

You can hear pretty much everything that goes on out in the hallway. Drunk people, loud talking/screaming. Barking dogs and your neighbors doors slamming at all hours of the day and night. The room I was given was SUPER tiny and you can't open the curtains or else everyone who walks through the hallway can see inside the room. I had just left a Hotel rooml in Newport OR. that was 3X the size of this one. I was very disappointed but it was a last minute booking. Bad experience overall but I will not stay there again

Amazing trip with family made even better by the welcoming staff and beautiful accommodations of this great hotel. Friendly, smooth check in, the most comfortable beds ever, tasty breakfast café. We will certainly be back soon. Thank you all so much!!

Our room was very clean and quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The view is great from the balcony if you have a view room. It's a little far from the main street of town, but still walking distance for most people.

We love to come here and this year we were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary!! The staff are wonderful to work with and we have never had any problems here!! It's a great place for a Romantic Trip!!!

The pictures of the hotel are different from what the actual hotel is. The hotel needs som renovation. The mattress was not comfortable at all. It was very hard. The couch in the room, when you sat down on it you sunk down into it. The hotel personnel are exceptional and very helpful. It is located close to the ocean which was great. There is no continental breakfast but they have a restaurant in the hotel and the food was good.

We paid $700 for 2 nights. We stayed in dune view room. U couldn't see or hear the ocean. They were painting the hotel and equipment was in front of our room all day on Friday. The door to beach was blocked so you had to go through lobby and walk around block to get to coast. We tried to order from the restaurant, but got answering machine that said no to leave order on message. My husband went down stairs and was told the only server was MIA, so we couldn't order. The TV doesn't support streaming of Netflix, prime, Disney plus or anything else do your gorged to sit though commercials while watching TV. The internet randomly logs you out as well. I liked the kitchette, 2 beds, and pool. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The seaside Bestwestern is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are large and updated, though the bathroom could use some updating. We booked a partial ocean view room and much to our surprise when we opened the blinds, all we saw was the ocean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we had some questions. IT's location was fantastic, many, many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again, we were very pleased with this hotel

I stay at best westerns all the time. This one is terribly overpriced, paid over $300 for one night and not even a free breakfast. It's not oceanfront, it's road front and then ocean after the road. Noisy trucks all morning. Poor sound insulation in the rooms, can hear everyone talking and taking showers. Do not be mislead by the Best Western name, this is definitely a fake one.

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Best best Western plus in Seaside Oregon. We did not have any hot water in our kitchen for our entire 5 day stay there. the shower wasn't much better, only hot water after 4 days in, The room was dirty, dusty, with sandy gritty floors, black mold in the corner of the bathroom floors, dust everywhere, we actually cleaned much of the room ourselves. very disappointed, They did not give enough towels for bathing, or for the kitchen, went to the front desk for that. We won't be staying there again. The room did have a great ocean view! but for $ 1816. 84 , ($ 363.32 per night) for 5 nights we were very disappointed. We checked in on Monday, left on on Friday. We expected a clean, well equated room, which we did not get. We will never go back.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy to find - easy parking - attentive staff - and it's literally on the Seaside Oregon Beach! 5 minute walk to Broadway and the shops. Such a beautiful place. The pool was "refreshing" - hot tub great - noise was a minimum. We had a great view of the hills to the East, and the fires on the beach at night.

My husband and I usually visit this hotel with our dog. We enjoy the beachfront location and the proximity to the promenade. The breakfast cafe in the hotel is a convenient option. Breakfast is quite hearty and fairly expensive. The staff is friendly.

I usually do not write reviews, but this stay was a onetime only thing at this hotel. I stayed for one night only and it was not the best. They don't have air conditioning, they have fans in the rooms. I woke up super itchy and have my 5month old there. Just this hotel needs alot of upgrading, so def dont recommend.

Best room in the house with panorama ocean view from our balcony, and a view to the south & east out the window of our corner room! Beautiful sunrises & sunsets right out of our room! The, the beach is just a 10 yard walk out the door… Nothing disappointed this King Tide weekend!

Accommodations were clean, comfortable, affordable with friendly staff. Good selection of food in the restaurant for all ages. Nice sized refrigerator in the room. The beds were amazing, mattresses very comfortable, amenities include coffee maker in the room as well as a refrigerator in good working order.

We stayed here May of this year and came back again in September. We were on the 5th floor both times. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy. Rooms were quiet and great view of the ocean. Easy access too. Discount coupon for cafe in hotel was nice. Was surprised that it was booked up since kids were back in school...they informed me that they have a nice conference and seminar floor that is used a lot.

My husband an I came here for our anniversary and got rude attitudes and horrible service. We were greeted with sour faces and no personalities. We got way overcharged for an upgraded room. Not only was it more, as expected, but they added a $130 UPGRADE FEE on top of it!!

Quick 1 night trip to Seaside Or while granddaughters were visiting for winter break. Room was more than expected. Very clean, comfy, and great water pressure! Staff were great. Beautiful oceanfront view!

During the summer you always have to plan MONTHS AHEAD to find lodging at the Oregon Coast. Often, one takes what is available. However, in the off season, the choices are many. This has become our "go to" hotel for off-season beach trips. If you shop wisely and have some flexibility in your dates...you can get a smoking deal on this beach front gem. I highly, highly recommend this place. Positives: great customer service, beach items available for check out, beach front property, nice walking esplanade that leads to the core downtown area...and excellent off-season pricing. You might find a room for under $100 that would cost you $300/night in the summer. One downside...no breakfast. They do have a bakery/deli on-site and when you check in you get a card that gives you 10% off of your purchases. If you are a Diamond Select member...you get a 25% discount at the deli during your stay. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle during winter...this is a great, economical place to stay.

I would 100% come back to this resort again! It was walking distance from the shops, the view was amazing! (Sunset over the ocean each night). The staff was friendly and welcoming. I do wish we would've tried out the cafe, it sounded amazing!

The room was fantastic as it faced the ocean. It had a fireplace that was a light in the fireplace. When you turned on the fireplace light and had the heater set to 70 degree it felt like the fireplace was real. The room was a suite so if I didn't want to go out and eat I could stay in and cook. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of shops and eateries. It is only a 20 minute drive in either direction to Astoria or Cannon Beach. If you want some real good Tillmark ice cream it is worth the 1 hour drive. I have stayed in Seaside before but not here, I would definitely stay here again.

This has been our go-to in Seaside for years. A great location right on the beach and a short walk along the scenic promenade to all the amenities on Broadway. The property is well kept and the staff are pleasant and attentive. Will be happy to stay again and again!

The staff did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. Nice location on the prom. Building a bit dated. We were on the "mountain" side, but still had a small view of the ocean, as we were at the end of the building. Great view of the sunset from the 5th floor.

We stayed here for our anniversary and loved it! Being able to soak in our hot tub while watching the the waves crash on the beach was such a blessing! The room was decorated and we could feel the love that went into preparing our room. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended for romantic getaways!

I needed to get my head right so I called this place to check rates...got such good vibes from the person who answered the phone...so I got in my car with he pup and we ran away for one night. Got a clean big room and enjoyed my own sweet time...even got tips from my friend at the desk (she knows who she is) on the roads near Jewell to see the elk on the way home. all in all, very fine. Loved the prom and will stay here again!

Clean rooms, nice staff and great location. Close to lots of things to do so walking is an option! Small restaurant has amazing food. Right on the beach with easy access. Plenty of parking and tons of cute shops a few blocks away

Had a reservation issue when we arrived, the lady at the desk made it no problem instantly. She took the 8 hours of weariness from driving away, nice to have a good experience after a long haul in bad weather.

Excellent location, clean rooms, and comfy bed. We had our dog with us and enjoyed having an off-leash beach just outside our room. The staff was friendly and helpful too! The front desk called every day to check in to see if we needed anything.

Unfortunately this was not a great experience for us. The front staff member was not friendly and we felt as though we were bothering them at check in. The room was adequate and clean but could do with an update. There was a lot of echoing in the hallways when others were moving about.

One of the employee name Chuck gave me a card and box of chocolate because it was my birthday. My boyfriend and I felt really welcome, the room and bathroom was really clean. Our room had one of the best view.

We stayed here a few times in our travels to the US. Always a great experience. Friendly staff and are always willing to upgrade you if they can! Rooms are roomy and have awesome views of the ocean. Beds are sooo compfy and spotless.

Check in was a breeze. I booked the room through a third party, which in the past has been problematic for me. Not so here. The check in agent was so helpful, helped me get the “right” room, get my rewards program straightened out, and actually was friendly and I felt like a person, not just a dollar sign. The property is just across the green belt or promenade from the beach. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy as well. The only small negatives that I can see with this place are that they did not have a free breakfast (but the room rate was very reasonable) and they don't make up the rooms anymore if you stay more than one night. But then none seem to anymore.

Highly recommended!!! Exceptional Manager, Front Desk and Housekeeping! The Ocean front 5th floor was perfectly clean, with a fabulous view! We enjoyed the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi during our stay. ☆☆☆☆☆

Best Place to stay on the Oregon Coast. The service you get is better than you will receive anywhere else on the coast. They really work hard to make sure that you are taken care of in every way. We have been using this hotel for quite some time and there is no other place I would want my staff to stay other than here..

Relaxing hotel close to the convention center, restaurants, shops. Rooms clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, stiff pillows and a great ocean view. Shower was a slow drain and the maintenance staff promptly cleared when asked

This was a last minute getaway for us before the weather goes bad. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable with a great view off the patio. Short walk down the Prom to get to all the attractions and shops.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. Our room was perfect! It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was fabulous! The staff were friendly, professional, and accomadating from the time we checked in and throughout our stay. The restaurant in the hotel has a delicous breakfast menu which we enjoyed both mornings. (the Chipotle wrap is great) We loved being able to walk right out to the Promenade for evening walks. It was a perfect weekend! We would definetly stay here again!

My daughter and I had a great experience here, it was more then we expected when booking. The room and view were great and the customer service feom our phone call to our server in cafe were excellent. We will be booking again in the future.

We stayed in a very nice room on the top floor facing the ocean. It was great. I don't think there was a better view in Seaside. It was very well maintained complete with kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was also a queen size Murphy bed. There was a fireplace, but the fire was simulated and did not give off any heat that we could tell. It had a veranda which was also very nice; we spent a fair amount of time on the veranda. It was not cheap, of course, but we most like would pick this place if we visited Seaside again.

I really enjoyed this hotel we will definitely be back! Beach is right there and we went lots! And there's even a foot/ shoe rinsing station outside, to help wash off the sand. The rooms were very clean . Ours was the single queen room no view and it was fine had to keep blinds closed as it looked out to the walkway people use to get to their rooms. As you can see from the photos it is quite small so keep that in mind. Staff were very friendly and helpful I wish I remembered the name of the lovely lady who checked us in. She was great we chatted about local bars, and I believe she had blonde hair. Just know we really were happy with the check in experience because of her she was lovely! Overall if you see a good rate for this one, book it!

Responsive staff when an issue arose regarding noisy adjacent guests, it was handled and the next night was peaceful. The room had the amenities we are accustomed to, the bed was very comfortable. We had no view from either window but it was not that important to us.

We loved our stay at this Best western. We originally were staying in Astoria but room was terrible and expensive so husband changed to this Best western in Sea Side. Super clean room, comfortable beds, we had partial view room but that definitely was not a down grade.. this is best of both worlds, one side was ocean view other was beautiful mountains. Ocean was not as loud as it was not directly facing ocean plus set back from beach. Nice large balcony, quiet, updated, not ruin down at all. Wi-Fi was terrible, I never was able to get it to pull up. We come to Oregon Coast a few times of year and this will be my go to hotel in future if in area. Honestly this was best choose we made!

Updated Review. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Especially if you want to be able to walk right out to the ocean or walk downtown. We had problems two out of three of our nights with noisy neighbors, but after returning home, the general manager personally reached out and rectified the problem.

We complained three different times about noise from the neighboring room and nothing was ever done about it. Two out of three of the nights we spend we couldn't sleep because of the noise (kid screaming, parents arguing, loud talking, scrubbing walls, and tv) all well past midnight and going until 3-4 in the morning. When we talked to the front desk the morning after the first night we were told that someone would go check on the noise and do some passes. We were also told that we could call the front desk or even our neighbors next time it happened. That night we were awoken to child screaming, parents talking, extremely loud tv all at 3:00 a.m. We called the front desk, were told someone would go check and to speak to the manager about it in the morning. The noise persisted. Around 9 a.m. we went and talked to the manager who said she was sorry but the people were checking out that same day. She offered a complimentary breakfast but nothing more. It was extremely frustrating to spend so much for three nights and only be able to have peace and quiet for one. We also felt like nothing was done to fix the problem. We complained three different times and nothing ever came from it. We didn't spend that much money to not be able to sleep peacefully or relax at night.

Long drive from Port Angeles so it was great to check into a comfortable hotel and unwind! Checkin was seamless, hotel room was super comfortable and after a 5 hour drive was great to be able to relax. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great hotel on the beach. Our room was very clean and large. The staff, especially the manager,Michael, were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We just love the Best Western Seaside Plus!! We would not even consider staying anywhere else. It has become our go to place as many times as we can a year. Very well maintained hotel and rooms are always clean, with comfortable beds.Always helpful, friendly staff for anything we may need. I love that it is just steps from the beach if we choose to walk it, or ocean view rooms have a great balcony to sit on and just watch and listen to the ocean. The in house, Ocean Beach Cafe has good food, but hotel is very conveniently located close to restaurants and Safeway for anything we may want. Love that they are also very pet friendly. Since we discovered this hotel several years ago, we have talked our CA friends into meeting us for a "Same Time Next Year" get together every year, and they love the hotel as much as we do. Just no other place for us. Casual, comfortable and clean!!

The view rooms, even the partial view rooms, have magnificent ocean views! Rooms are clean and updated. Property is nice and relaxing. Staff is top notch and very friendly! There is even a small cafe on the property. Good coffee is served all day long.

My husband and I stayed at 2 different rooms during our stay, both rooms were exceptional, as well as every employee we came across or talked to. We had zero issues, and will be definitely coming back!

No air conditioning (not advertised) and no benefits for DIAMOND members. I talked to the manager (Chuck) who could have cared less. This hotel, built in 1980, is a dump. Not the Best Western brand I know very well. I regret booking a night here but did cancel the remainder of my lodging needs.

Shout out to General Manager Mark. He aims to please. I was concerned about not having air conditioning in hotel and he selected a room for us that was cool and comfortable. No need for AC. Great location with easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Nice room.

Good: Right on Beachfront, friendly staff, clean rooms, pool. Bad: No breakfast. I am forced to at least put 200 characters into this review. Therefore: The word "Plus" at the end simply means "expect to pay more for less value".

For what it was, this was a great hotel. Clean rooms, good pool area. The only thing I would say is that the hot tub is a soaking tub with no jets. We were expecting a hot tub because the listing had it listed as a hot tub. However, when we got there, we noticed no jets. That being said, there was no indication for or against there being AC ability in each room. The rooms did not have AC, but they did have fans. Which ended up being fine, but again, please make that known in your listings that there is no AC, or some indication of the like. Overall, it was. a great hotel, the beds were super comfy as well!:) Highly recommend.

This was a typically fine Best Western (we use them a lot), but at $500.00 per night, it was greatly overpriced. $300.00 would have been plenty. The "beach access" was very rocky. The "amenities" were not as enticing as the pictures indicated (what else is new?). The breakfast was fine, but should have been free, as is the case in most Best Westerns.

Great hotel location on the Prom in Seaside! Good number of rooms and good rates with a varitey of room options. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of free parking. Highly recommend this hotel if looking to stay in Seaside. Only a 15 minute drive to Cannon Beach!

The room was nearly $500 per night. It was very small.There was only two towels, so if you shower at night and then in the AM, same towel.There was garbage on the bathroom floor. There was one chair, so we sat on the bed. I like BW usually, but this one is set to avoid for us and anyone that asks us.

They have clean rooms, and the staff is always helpful. Have stayed here many times and never had a bad experience. We even got an upgrade from Mountain view to Ocean view at no additional charge. I would recommend this Hotel to anybody.

Our first stay in Seaside! We have been staying at Best Western for years now, we have visited Best Western in Norwalk Ca, Long Beach Ca, Catalina Island Ca and Agate Beach Or to name a few... The Best Western hotels are usually up to par when it comes to location, Comfort and Cleanliness. We had a room with a kitchenette. The room was in such disrepair which is surprising given that it is apparently a renovated property. Floors were completely filthy. When I wiped up a water spill from the floor, the paper towel was black. The closet door felt like it was about to fall off. We had to open it with both hands very slowly. The bar fridge was leaking. The doors and wall seem paper thin because we could hear everything outside our room. It was so noisy. We even paid an upgrade fee to get this room. What a waste of money. The one saving grace was the staff. Every staff member we came across was wonderful and friendly. Such a disappointing stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Beach front was lovely. Location was great, walk distance to Restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool. Will definitely be coming back on our next trip to seaside.

We had a pleasant stay here but definitely felt it was very overpriced. We had an oceanfront room and you can see the ocean but due to the fact that there is a large dunes area in front it's quite a distance off. We were also on the second floor which is not very high at all and with people constantly walking by on the boardwalk there was essentially no privacy or quiet to enjoy the balcony (definitely ask for a higher floor if you pay for an oceanfront room). The room itself was nice but very small, it probably works ok for a couple, or maybe a family with small children but was very tight for 3 adults. Both the bathroom and kitchen areas are very small but functional. The kitchen had a small two-burner stove, a mini fridge and a sink and dishwasher. It was pretty well stocked with needed items but beware the dishwasher is VERY noisy, make sure to use it when you don't plan to be in the room. Overall this set-up didn't work very well for our group specifically, and we didn't feel the room/view were ultimately worth the price but the location was good, close to the boardwalk and shopping/restaurant area and the staff were friendly.

Overall our visit was a nice one. The hotel is close to the beach, but they do need to take a look at the performance of the staff, some were very nice, helpful and friendly, but there was one who was very rude.

We stay at this best western whenever we can, nice, clean, and located so close to downtown you can walk to everything in Seaside. Even partial view rooms are nice. You may also purchase wood for a small beach fire.

We were treated like second class citizens. We checked in early but we're assigned a very small room in area designated for dogs. Reported problems but were told because we booked through third party, they would not move us and even suggested us move to a different hotel if not satisfied. Very poor attitude. We paid over $250 for a dark small room with view of stair case and other close buildings. Never again at this hotel which is a franchise and did not provide breakfast.

I may have rated this location better had they gotten my reservation correct. I was thinking I was reserving an ocean view room only to find out when arriving that it was a dune view room. They were able to find an ocean view room to move us to, but unfortunately it was going to cost me more money than I had anticipated for our stay.

Had a room available but a little pricier than I wanted to pay but I have always enjoyed staying at Best Western! The employees are always great to deal with! I do wish their shampoo bottles were just a bit larger! But still a Great place to stay!

An older but very nice and clean hotel. Ocean view room 3rd floor room with fireplace, fridge, stove, kitchenette was very nice. Bed linens were soft, king bed was very supportive and comfortable. Leisurely walk to beach, shops, and restaurants.

Was a nice hotel in a good spot my only issue was the price for what you're paying you would expect alot better room. $560 for one night and it wasn't what i expected at all not sure if i will stay their again. Had to sign up for best weatern plus rewards just to save some money otherwise it would of been over $600 for 1 night which is ridiculous in my opinion.

This is a great size room with a perfect small kitchenette. The bed is comfortable and couch is nice if you actually like to sit on something besides the bed in a hotel room. The bathroom is small but works fine, the balcony is good size with 2 chairs and a table. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's clean except for the sand that is continually carried onto every surface from going in and out. They are diligent about cleaning this up as much as possible.

Not worth the almost $400.00 a night. We waited 4 hours for our room to be ready! I was told at arival that she didnt know when the room will be ready. Got into our very expensive room. It wasn't tiny but it wasn't big either. You still get a tiny fridge and the burners kind of work. 4 night stay. Neggatives: Very expensive, clogged drains, small kitchen with almost useless items, no breakfast, no jetted hot tub, bad coffee at front desk, wait time was un-reasonable, tiny parking spaces (my car got door dingged). No housekeeping services(be prepared to take your trash out, you vacuume your own room, and hunt someone down for towels) Possitives: The view of the ocean, clean room, good pool side towels, has a dishwasher, comfy bed, good TV channels, has a hose to wash feet off before entering hotel. I don't recommend this hotel at that crazy price.

My family and I were driving through Seaside and stopped late to book a room. This was not a mistake! I was greeted by Maria who was extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating! She quickly got me into a beautiful seaside room and I could not have been happier with my room. The views were amazing and I enjoyed the balcony in the morning. I only wished I could have stayed longer.

Maria and the staff had excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious. The view was stunning. If I could ask them to do one thing it would be modernize the exterior but my room was nice and stayed a great temperature during my visit.

Great location in seaside right on the beach and close to restrooms. The rooms with jetted tubs and ocean views are 100% worth the price! Friendly staff- good experience overall! I would come back. I had some difficulty with housekeeping coming into the room 2 hours before check out time and so it made my morning a little rushed and I didn't feel like j could enjoy the amenities the morning of check out, but it was still a nice trip.

It's an amazing hotel-reasonably priced, neat/clean hotel and a walking distance to the Seaside beach. The hotel has big rooms, mini fridge & microwave, pool/spa, fitness room and a cafe. The staffs most specially Maria provides excellent service. The location is a short walk to a variety of wonderful of restaurants of different cuisines, pubs/bar, souvenir shops and places a tourist will be happy to visit. Most importantly, it's a a 20 minutes drive to the Cannon Beach, best beach in Oregon. I recommend the hotel to stay if you want to visit the Oregon Pacific Coast.

Do I win if I get the right answer? No, really. This is not a bad place to stay. Almost an efficiency apartment at just over a regular stay price. Nice pool and spa and exercise room as well. Only thing missing was the complimentary breakfast but they did nave a restaurant that seemed mighty proud of their food. Oh, they also have free WiFi. :)

Tiffany and their team did a great job helping us put on our biggest annual conference yet! We love hosting at the beach and our participants were pleased with the proximity to the conference center and beach! Thank you!!

I have stayed at a lot of Best Western hotels and this one is not worth the money. Our room was dirty with plastic wrappers on the floor and smudges on the mirror. I will excuse the old stain on the shower curtain. During quite hours it was noisy and nothing was done about it. At the cost of this room breakfast should be included because there is no view on the bottom floor. Paying $160 a night could have been spent elsewhere.

Great view right out your motel window of the ocean. The staff members are professional, friendly and caring. Located within a walking distance to the ocean as well as the downtown area which contains many shops.

Such nice and friendly staff and housekeepers! They are very thoughtful too, told the front desk lady we were there for my birthday and she had my room all done up for my birthday. The ocean view is always the best on the coast

Just a short walk to downtown but just far enough away to get away from the noise of downtown clean rooms and great staff water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired my wife and I have stayed here a couple of times and keep coming back

Kim was amazing! We had a large group staying and we didn't plan our accommodations correctly. Though it was our mistake, she fixed it all up in no time and we are all settled and having a wonderful visit. The view of the ocean is great and the beach trail is right outside our rooms. Thank you, Kim! The hotel is out of the way of traffic in a quiet part of the town. Beds are comfy, staff are friendly. Will come back!

Walls are very thin can hear just about every noise that goes on in the hotel from kids in the pool screaming to neighbors just having a normal conversation in their room. We found trash in our room from previous residents, and also on two separate occasions we had other guests open up our room. Luckily we were in there at the time but still left an uneasy feeling.

We went for a family tiny vacation and everything in our room was amazing! Everything was so clean and nice. Valeria in front desk was really helpful, nice and friendly; she called us and helped us to get everything set up before our arrival. She's a asset to your team! And the breakfast was delicious!!! We'll definitely stay in this location again!!

Staff was amazing! Clean rooms, great views! Pet friendly! Love they have the option of chairs for the beach and firewood to buy! We were there for a softball tournament and love that the room was clean and relaxing. Had a kitchenette so we could buy some meals and ear and relax in the room. Short distance to the "boardwalk" for shopping and eating.

ocean view from the top floor was wonderful, even tho the weather was a bit blustery, but you can't control the weather. access to the beach was easy and it was a short walk to local attractions was easy

I was quite impressed with the accommodations made for our family. We had originally booked through booking.com a month prior and the information did not register to their computers. When I called to see if by chance we could check in early, they couldn't find our reservation. Immediately I began to panic because we had already arrived to our destination. The staff quickly found a room for us which ended up being an upgrade with no extra cost. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I only give this hotel a 3 star rating for cleanliness because the drawers were not checked as we found a pair of shorts from the previous guests. The counters were not properly wiped down. Other areas however, such as the bathroom were very well taken care of. Beds were well kept too although no matter what hotel I stay at, I always make sure to bring my own blankets and pillows as a precaution and check all layers of the bed to ensure it is clean.

We usually stay at the Shilo pet friendly rooms and decided to try another optIon and save several hundreds of dollars on an advance reservation on the off season. We paid extra for a ocean view but didn't really have much of a view on the ground floor. I must say that it was so convenient to be on the ground floor to take the pups out at night and this property has a lot of green grass for the dogs. The beds are firm and comfy and so glad not to have a sofa bed but a true Murphy bed. The heated pool on the same floor was nice as was the free parking. We didn't eat on site but used our kitchenette and warmed leftovers. The room was clean and we could jump the fence to get to the boardwalk if we wanted. The staff were all accommodating and the graveyard staff were amazing! We were on the ground floor and could not hear any footsteps from above. The common hall is concrete and loud with echos with the stairwell right there near the side entrance but it wasn't an issue during sleep hours. Will definitely return and I think it's a better value than the Shilo for the room.

Surprisingly bad BW, definitely not a Plus property. In wall 1960s style electric heater worked, but was beyond filthy with dust and hair. No AC, no lounge, web site says it had both. The bathroom looked to be 30 years old, broken toilet seat. Grout was beyond being able to clean. The rest of the room did seem to be clean. The steel door had a dozen dents apparently from different size objects. We are diamond members, this place is not the norm for Best Western.

We used to stay at Best Western chain but the recent experience at Seaside was very disappointing. I paid more for a king room with a balcony. The room itself is very small, and in need of an update as with other parts of the hotel. We had a pull down Murphy bed in the room but the bedding/ blanket has a hole in it. It's supposed to be a pet friendly hotel yet they charged extra fees for your pet and a laundry list of don't/ can't really defeats the purpose of a pet friendly hotel. This is more of a pet unfriendly place.

My stay was my 1st solo trip. Loved my room! It was very clean, the jetted tub was great, the view was awesome and I felt very safe. Wish I would've stayed another night. I would absolutely stay again!

This hotel is one of our favorite Best Westerns. It's on the promenade and our room had a nice size balcony, and a killer ocean and beach view. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The kitchen area is awesome. We don't usually use the stove top, but it's handy if we wanted to. We will be back!

Beautiful rooms, excellent staff, the views are gorgeous. We stayed 2 nights and we were not bothered after the first night like at other hotels by the housekeeping staff. Many times at other hotels instead of the front desk giving a list of rooms that have already checked out, housekeeping just goes room to room knocking on the door. Not here. It was very enjoyable to relax and not be bothered.

My husband is a Diamond member since he always stays at Best Western for his work travel. We got to use his reward points for a stay at this great ocean front hotel. As always we had great service, a clean room, and an on site restaurant for a delicious breakfast. They even upgraded us to an ocean front room with a balcony. That was so appreciated! Thank you Best Western for another great stay.

There's so much to like about this hotel! The location is great--right on the Prom with an ocean view and close to town, but also quiet. We got a room with a jetted tub and it was so relaxing to sit in the warm water and watch the waves outside (the jets themselves were too loud to be relaxing, so we turned them off). The breakfast place downstairs is very convenient, and all the staff--front desk, housekeeping--were super friendly. There are only two reasons this isn't a 5-star review: 1) our room was very cold. The vent heater was broken on one side, and the fireplace doesn't put out any heat. We had to crank up the thermostat to get and keep the room warm; 2) There's no paper towels or other amenities for the microwave/coffee maker/fridge set up. It's great to have those appliances, but without cutlery, plates, bowls or paper towels, it's sort of a hassle. All in all though, a stay I recommend.

This was our 5th stay here and we have never been disappointed. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view from the oceanfront balcony is beautiful and it's just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. On-site restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch at this time (off season) but we've had dinner there in the past and it was great! It's so convenient to just run downstairs for pastries or a Bloody Mary in the morning! They also offer kitchenettes if you prefer to whip up a quick meal in your room. We'll be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay it was in a great location the room was wonderful and I would definitely be back all the staff members were great very clean I just wish there was a restaurant there at night time to have dinner because my friend that I took is disabled and very hard to get her out and about when it's raining

I was trying to use my Best Western rewards points for a free night and was having issues so I called the hotel directly and Haley was amazing. Not only did she apply my point towards a free night, she upgraded our room to an ocean view suite at very minimal cost and was able to give me an amazing rate for the following night. She was so kind an accommodating. We've stayed at this hotel many times and have always had a great experience but Haley went about and beyond to get us the best rates possible.

The entire property staff are welcoming and very friendly. Room are clean, organized and well prepared. They even give us some complimentary snacks. Even with short staffing they did whatever they can to provide proper service to all in which makes our stay pleasurable.

This hotel is FANTASTIC!! We were so close to the beach- all we had to do was open our room drapes. The sandy beach hills immediately welcomed us forward to what seemed like an endless ocean view! Everything we visited in town was just a short walk from the hotel. We visited the Sea Lions at the aquarium (watch out they splash), shopped all along the promenade, and had the most delightful breakfast in a small café. While we were there we had both sunshine, and rain (expected on the coast). It was easy to get back to our hotel (and room) to wait out the rain, and since the beach is right outside the hotel door, it was super quick to get back on the beach when the sun returned. The hotel desk agents were kind and welcoming for our stay. Our room was spacious, bug and 'visitor' free which can be hard to find from a hotel right on the water, and our bed was comfortable. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again, and would highly suggest friends and family follow suit.

Time and time again I keep returning to my favorite hotel at Seaside, Best Western! I get the room with king size bed, fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The room is lovely and comfy and clean. The view of the ocean is the best and you can actually view the ocean and the beach while you are soaking in the tub, if you dare, lol. I have a great time every time and I will be back!

Me and a friend went on a day trip to seaside and decided to stay overnight. We chose best western and we did not regret it. Hailey and kimberly behind the counter went above and beyond for our experiennce. There is not alot of hotels ive been to with better service. The plas was super clean and smelled good the whole experience was great

From front desk to housekeeping, the staff was wonderful. Room was clean, bed comfortable, the shower and hot water, amazing! Due to the extreme cold and snow storm, the heater had a bit of a struggle keeping the room warm but it wasn't too bad.

Excellent ocean view room, with a cooktop ,utensils, small fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Very nicely decorated. Very close to downtown Seaside. The Cafe/bakery has excellent food, service and made in house pastries.

place is ok, as a diamond member you have to ask for upgrade, they won't offer it, no late check out and no breakffast, they will nickel and dime you. some staff are nice but the upper management wont deal with you. was looking forward for this hotel since its close to ocean but now looking back i should have tried other places, considering this was BW Plus, now ill have re-think my other plan stay.

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. We were able to stay within budget on our trip, have a wonderful room, and my little one had so much fun. We loved the kitchen feature it's within walking distance of the aquarium and the beach. We can't wait to go back for a longer stay.

We had no clue when we arrived at the Oceanview BW on a stormy night that we would have a memorable stay. The ocean view from our 2nd floor room was great. The electric fire place was romantic. We had a kitchenette and it was fun to cook, eat. The walk on the beach and stepping into the ocean was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. It was a beautiful stroll on the promenade to go to Broadway for coffee. Early morning stars in the sky and the sunrise from the beach was priceless.

This hotel turned out to be really clean and pleasant. I really liked the way the rooms were laid out. They were inside from the elements, but still the hall space was open to the air. I really like the way BEST Western keeps their pet allowed rooms. They are without carpeting which makes them much cleaner. I got a great view and comfortable room for the price. I was disappointed there was not main lobby or sitting area inside the hotel where I could watch the ocean waves. The hotel is situated just off the promenade which was lovely. Just literally walk out the side exit door and you are on the promenade! Very close walking distance to the downtown seaside with all the restaurants and shopping. The parking was great. Staff was great. The site contains a small on site restaurant and bakery. Menu options are limited, however the food I had was delicious and fresh. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge in the room. I recommend this hotel.

Our favorite room is the King room with the jetted tub. Beautiful ocean view and the hot tub is wonderful! About a 4 block walk to Broadway St and right on the Prom. Our room was good sized and the shower was very nice.

Beautiful location, very convenient very nice rooms we enjoyed our king with a patio and a fireplace and a kitchenette great value and friendly staff my only problem was they denied my emotional support animal as a service animal which has never happened to me

Got the king room with bath and ocean view, was super gorgeous! Staff were very understanding and kind. Was a few minor issues such as trim on floor not being in proper location as well as the on/off buttons in the tub didn't work. Overall satisfied for price!

We enjoyed our recent stay at seaside. This hotel is professionally managed and it shows, everything is well maintained. There was exterior sheet metal renovation occurring during our visit which showed the owners care about keeping the property ship shape. Other nearby properties appear run down and weather beaten. This hotel is located just north of the main hub of activity but within walking distance to everything. The room was clean and everything worked. Employees were friendly, Can't ask for more.

Facility was clean, from top to bottom. Pool and jacuzzi was very clean. Temp of water was great. Bed was comfortable. Location was good. Access to beach was close. Parking was available. Staff was efficient.

The view from the balcony of our king- kitchenette room was unobstructed and phenomenal. Definitely a superior accommodation for rest and relaxation, within close proximity of the beach and town. I haven't slept so well in some time!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist center, but only a few minutes away with a pleasant stroll down the beach walk. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Recommendations, use the express check-in and check-out options, if it is an option for you get the ocean view room. These have balconies! Good beach access and since the hotel is away from the busy tourist center there is not as much traffic.

Reserved two queen beds and the room had 1 queen and a Murphy pull down that required moving furniture. Went to the front desk and questioned the discrepancy and was dismissed without explanation or apology.

Located on the shore, right off of the ocean and there is a beautiful view from our room. The Beach resort is located a short walk away from the center of town where many shops and restaurants are located.

We loved the convenience of the location centrally located. Restaurant in the hotel was a plus for us. The beds were so comfortable that was a treat compared to other hotels. Staff was very friendly and so helpful. The price was very affordable. Overall excellent service and a lovely stay!

We chose the deluxe room with king bed, fireplace and in room Jacuzzi tub that overlooks the ocea n. It was beautiful! We had a very late check-in due to hiking and traveling. The front desk woman was incredibly sweet and got us checked in and ready to enjoy that tub! The room was clean and exactly as described. Our view was incredible. Thank you for n absolutely wonderful place to stay after a very long and exhausting day!

Loved the location of this hotel. It is close enough to the central area of the Seaside promenade but a little further away from the hustle and bustle. I loved the beach access because at night it wasn't so crowded when we enjoyed our beach bonfire. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Parking is a little tight but there are enough spaces.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our view was gorgeous from the fourth floor and we loved the pool. It's just a short walk to the main street. We would definitely come again

Great location. Perfect room size. Near ocean and Cannon Beach, Astoria and Washington. Mattress very comfortable. Parking spaces are narrow. They do allow pets, big dogs.. The room we were in if animals had been in the room, you could not tell. Price for the room was excellent.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, awesome location beachside. 1king/1MurphyBed Queen Room was clean, spacious…included fireplace, large sliding-glass door and mini-kitchen with all service/cookware ware needed to prepare a meal, paper towels, salt/pepper, toaster, stove, dishwasher, mini frig w/freezer, teas/coffees, ample storage. Large bath with adjustable shower head. Ceiling fan and Comfortzone Tower Fan kept the room comfortable. Plenty blankets & pillows. We rented bicycles nearby and enjoyed the boardwalk which was located just outside our patio…perfect!

This is an exceptional property right on the beach with a very friendly, helpful staff. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Seaside. I recommend it to friends and family. The beach/ocean view is spectacular.

Loved the balcony our room had and the short distance to the beach! Darrell at the front desk is who really won this over for us. Extremely nice! One complaint would be we did have ants in the room, we've stayed in seaside before and tend to see this problem at other places. Just seaside I guess. Other than that our stay we very pleasant!

This hotel was the only one I contacted that was willing to let me leave my car in the carpark while I went on a 5-day bicycle tour, even though I spent only one night in the hotel. In fact, Mark Hopman, the General Manager, was the only person who even bothered to return my call. I don't know if this is something they can do for everybody at all times of the year, but I am grateful Mark made it possible for me. The hotel, itself, is great. I loved my room (quiet, comfortable, great view) and the convenient location. I hope to get back there one day soon.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The bonus here are the less expensive rooms with a partial ocean view on the side of the hotel. There is a cafe that offers breakfast items like coffee, scones and fruit that you can bring back to your room. Hotel is directly on the ocean and just a couple of blocks from the shops and aquarium. Great spot.

Bright lights and braking dogs abound. Switch to close the blinds at night was not working. So the light from the Prom came in the window making it very hard to sleep. The WiFi was super slow. No sooner had I finished reading about all the care that was taken to clean the room did I find an olive and pizza crumbs on the floor at the foot of the of the bed! I had only just walked in and never had pizza all weekend.

We spent our 1st three nights in Seaside here. Great location right on the Prom. We were not on the ocean side, did not have a view. It was clean though, there are plenty of nearby restaurants. It's a small room.

Hotel is right on the dunes, but the actual beach was not visible from the room so was a bit disappointed not to see the ocean from the room. Was a bit of a hike to the water. Room itself was spacious and clean.

What an amazing resort! We were on the 2nd floor with a gorgeous view of the ocean. There was a balcony and you could hear the ocean at night. It was so relaxing! The staff was amazing! Only drawback was no free breakfast and coffee was very minimal. They did give you a 25% off coupon for the restaurant

Sink in the bathroom is clogged. Musty odor when you enter the room. Dirty fans. The bedding has something that looked like a dried up snat. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel- Seaside, Oregon to be specific. My stay here is a last minute decision, I did my reservation online on the same day I stayed. Website says it is equipped with air-conditioner but me and my husband was given 2 dirty fans instead. It looked like no one has been in that room for a while.

This BW property is conveniently located close to the Seaside Turnaround and abundant local shops. It seems most rooms have comfortable balconies with very nice ocean views. Yes, we watched for several hours Gray Whales surprisingly close in to the surf.

This hotel is in an excellent location. I had stayed here a few months prior and all was great except the beds were very firm and we did not get a good nights sleep. I decided to give the place another chance and booked our holiday weekend here for Labor Day. Upon arrival we were notified that the pool was closed due to COVID-19 and it was so at all area hotels. We had family and friends staying at hotels with in walking distance and their hotels had the pool and hot tub areas open. Had we known this we would've definitely cancelled and booked at those hotels. We get that COVID-19 is taken seriously but it would've been nice to be given notice if this sooner rather than at check in. At this stay the Bathroom fan was not working and a couple of the ceiling light fixtures. The complimentary toiletries were also not in the room and when we called the front desk to inform them they said they would deliver them right away. The items never arrived. We did ask for an extra blanket and that young man brought it up right away. Overall, this is a fairly decent place to stay. For Labor Day weekend the price was quite high but at the time of booking we didn't mind. Had we known about the pool area being closed and the non working room items we would've chosen another hotel that gave us the amenities we paid for.

Our room was not ready yet at 2:10 PM but we were able to fill out the check in forms, then we waited in our car. Then the desk gal called because she could not find the forms we had filled out and asked us to come in and do them again. She had the wrong name, then found the forms had been with the Manager. When we walked into our non-view room we were extremely disappointed and really upset as they had given us a Bedroom that is usually attached to a room sold as a 1 bedrm with an ocean view. This is not a room. I have been in studio's bigger than this. The more I looked around (which didn't take much time) I got angry. It had a queen bed, small bathroom, a tv on a small square dresser that was smashed against a small fridge with the microwave on top, then with a tray holding a coffee maker on top of that ! smashed up against the fridge was a small table with only one chair, that I couldn't even get moved out because everything was crammed in so tightly. there was a small closest with a pull across fabric. There was a window, however the view was to the indoor hallway of the motel. Just unbelievable... poor ventilation, Luckily there was a ceiling fan. Our neighbors that had the room that this bedroom really belongs to, would open and close their main door and it would shake our room and the noise was extremely loud. We had a 8 month old dog with us and they did not offer anything for the dogs use. Luckily I do bring my own towels and sheets to help protect motel bedding and floors. Later in the day, I found a delightful lady that gave me a food/water mat and 3 towels for my dog. I wish I had gotten her name, as she was the only staff member that we had a positive encounter with. The side doors to the motel close between 11-7... But when I tried to get back in at 7:10 AM after taking my dog out, I could not get in and had to go through the main entrance, when I mentioned it to the front desk staff, their reply was that the man that usually opens it, is running late to work!!! Okay, those things happen.. But really is he the only one that can unlock the door timer ? My dog kept trying to get something under the night stand near the bed, so I finally moved the night stand and found a lot of dog food from a previous renter of this room! Which only told me, that the room had not been cleaned properly.. It was gross. We did ask if we could upgrade our room, however they were understandably sold out. This Best Western does not offer a Continental Breakfast. They do however have a breakfast Cafe where you can purchase food. This Best Western should NOT be rated as a Best Western Plus... It is my opinion that Motel/Hotels should not even be able to rent you a room that is really just an added bedroom to another room. It is extremely inappropriate for two people. Front desk staff, were business like in general and showed no real customer service skills. We understood we would have a non-view room, however, we thought that might be a view of the parking lot.. I would never recommend a stay here for anyone.. Their location is nice, walking distance to many popular things in Seaside.

We were promised a nice room with a window view. Our view was of a small road and some houses. My wife and I waited at the front desk for 40 minutes as he struggled to print out a paper for me to sign, which is fine but he wasn't very friendly or polite about it. In fact with the face wall up between us he couldn't hear what I was saying and was losing patience as fast as I was. We didn't order a pet room but got one. The wood floors were dusty and gritty. They were not cleaned recently and the bathroom had used soap laying around in it. The price was higher for the location but other than good location this place has nothing going for it.

When we arrived in the room, the TV was not functional. Many thanks to Barry who fixed it right away! We noticed the tub filling with water as soon as the faucet was running. There was a lot of hair from a previous guest built up in the trap. With no air conditioner, the room became very hot at night. We were provided with a fan that helped move air around. I would have liked some type of screen on the sliding door so we could have opened the door over night and not worry about the birds flying in. Other than that the rest of our stay was delightful.

Would not recommend to stay here the staff does not give you accurate information when called multiple times then Attitude when you tell them why did they even say that if it wasn't true I would not stay at this hotel again way to much money for what you get.

Too much money for what it had to offer. The location was great with in walking distance to everything. But way too much money I would never pay that price again. The maids did a great job decorating the bed with birthday stuff and towels folded in cute elephant

Room was a disappointment. Poor structure of the room. Bathroom sink was in open view of the front door. Shower and toilet very small and situated away from sink which is in front of the front door. Fireplace very small and not functioning well. Blinds in front of jetted tub were damaged and in disrepair. Tiny balcony and building was a long distance from the beach.

On a short road trip, we stayed at Best Western motels each night. This was to most expensive of them, and the worst room. There was no breakfast provided and the room was extremely small - about half the size of a normal Best Western room. Next time we visit Seaside we will definitely stay someplace else.

From check-in through check-out the hotel was clean, every one was friendly, and we had everything we needed. The pool was warm and a great depth for kiddo play! The hotel was on the beach so we got out there easily and could clean up easily with their outside wash station. With a coffee bar and restaurant on site, we could get morning coffee without waking the kids. We enjoyed the view from our room and made good use of the mini fridge for leftovers. The kitchenette was stocked with just the right amount of eating utensils and cookware.

I typically do not leave reviews unless I'm truly wowed by a service and I have to say this hotel property is one of the best ones I've stayed at in recent years due to the following: Amazing location overlooking the wide and beautiful beaches of Seaside, OR; very high quality room and amenities (btw the shampoo, bath soap, and lotion are the best I've ever experienced at a hotel); extremely courteous, helpful, and prompt service; and no annoying add-ons, for instance parking is free and plentiful even though this place is right on the beach. My wife and going back to this amazing place next summer!

My sister and I celebrate our birthdays each summer by staying at this hotel. We choose this particular hotel each year because our experiences with this hotel have always been positive. This year they went over and above by decorating our room with birthday decor which was a total surprise and just made our stay so special. It is within walking distance of downtown Seaside and very clean. The rooms are nicely decorated, the beds super comfy, and our room always overlooks the ocean. There is something about falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

This was a great place to stay at. The location between the ocean and the main street with all the shops was very convenient and within perfect walking distance. The rooms are decently sized and beds are very comfortable, which is a must when staying at a hotel. The pool is warm, which is wonderful after a chill day at the beach. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Stayed on the ocean side. Balcony had two chairs and a table. We enjoyed views and sound of waves. The room has a gas fireplace. Thermostat is for heat. No air conditioner. The room had a kitchenet with dishwasher. We didn't cook, but cooking would be an option.

This was one of the worst places we stayed the grout was missing in bathtub, the bathwater was rusty looking, it was noisy with kids and dogs plus the doors squeaked when opening and shutting. There was stuff in the fridge from the previous guest. The fitted bed sheet kept coming off because it was the wrong size. The hard wood floors were loose so when you walked on them they were springing. Will NOT be coming back. Extremely disappointed.

This place is wonderful! First it had plenty of parking and when you first step through the doors the calm, clean and friendly people made me feel very welcome. It felt good just being there. We traveled with our dog and we got a room close to the exit on the first floor. The sand was just steps away. The room was extremely clean, it was sand free! Of course when I left I couldn't get rid of the sand even though they provided a broom. Bravo to the maids! The bed and pillows were very comfy and had lots of fluffy towels, fully stocked kitchen and a nice cold fridge. I spent a lot of time outside of the hotel so I did not visit the pool but their cafe had good coffee and a nice selection of food available. Looking forward to visit again!

Stayed two nights at this hotel. The room was clean, well stocked and quiet. The staff at all times were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. And why is there a minimum amount of characters on Trip Advisor?

Reserved room in January for my birthday, knowing COVID restrictions should be lifted by July. Selected King with an ocean view. Husband called on January 26 and spoke with “Kent” to assure room selection and was told everything was set up in system. July came got to Seaside about 3:30 on Sunday afternoon, they were already giving out rooms. After signing our paperwork I was told that we would not be getting the room I reserved, they kept insisting it was, I said the type rooms I had reserved but that didn't matter because all rooms were full, but oh you won't be able to get your room key because maintenance is trying to fix your slider…ok so 35 minutes sitting in lobby I'm told “maintenance is doing its regular check and by the way check in isn't until 4 but we thought we would start early” Five minutes later I get keys to a first floor room that is obviously a pet room, the floors are dirty and sandy. No view except of the people passing on the prom. Did I mention we are diamond members who have stayed here several times the past 10 years. Unlike others who had “Chuck” make it right for them, I am still in this no ocean view room paying very high rates with no one from management making any amends. In the past I would have recommended the BW, but now I can't say I would.

Overall staff was very pleasant, even taught me how to use a different type of wine bottle opener. Only used a wing handle type. When we got to our room my wife and I noticed a bad smell in the room, we opened the windows and aired it out which made it a little better. noticed a red stain on the side of the sheet( neither of us had and cause to believe it was from us. I had to order the new linens which took all day. I made the bed. It had a kitchenette but most the silverware had rust on it (especially the wine cork remover, which was rusted completely. The view was nice but for 900 dollars I expected a lot more.

The Good: Location with ocean view. The Bad: Very bad parking lot with ridiculous tight spaces. Old building with minimal renovation resulting in: NO AIR CONDITIONING!! Rooms get hot. Must keep doors open which can be noisy. If your on the first floor you are in trouble! Lots of barking dogs and noisy people. Old bathrooms with abysmal toilets and no exhaust fans. Rooms and furnishings are old, a bit shabby and the couch, well I didn't want to sit on it! The whole hotel needs refurbishing! No complimentary breakfasts. Restaurant is dismal! Must ask for new towels and of course no room cleaning! Really bad TV only with basic Broadcasting. Really cheap bathroom products that you practically need to beg for. Cheap Cheap Cheap! And All For A Heafty Nightly Rate. Very disappointing for a Best Western

Substandard hotel for such a fine vacation area. No toilet paper in the room, freezing cold lobby, no coffee or tea in the lobby, indifferent lobby staff. No continental breakfast. Extremely small roo, no room for laying the suitcase open. I couldn't recommend this hotel nor would I return.

Good location and decent rooms. But, the reason I would come back is the amazing staff. They were beyond welcoming even before we arrived with a personal call to confirm, then greeted at the front by the manager with welcome goodies for my daughter. The front desk and cleaning staff were super accommodating. Even the barista in the cafe was so happy to be there.

Checked into our room yesterday on the ground floor. It was, to say the least, not acceptable and didn't feel like I was appropriately paying for what I had. Today I checked in with the front desk to let them know that I was not real pleased. Chuck went above and beyond to help get us into a nice, clean, safe feeling room that I definitely feel is worth what I am spending for these 3 nights. Way to go, excellent customer service and now I can say I recommend this as a great family place to stay. Thank you Chuck!

We stayed here for a sand soccer tournament. The manager went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. He even inquired about what the hotel could do for future tournaments for the teams. . Above and beyond service. The hotel was clean and has a pool and restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for families traveling to the Oregon coast.

Adventure It was definitely that and a five star level of excitement the views of the ocean were spectacular The overall experience at the Best Western Ocean view in Seaside was one I will remember for years to come and look forward to returning every time!

Too hot in the room to sleep. No AC, don't stay if it's going to be hot. It was an unusual heatwave and that is why we went to the coast only to suffer a hot and sleepless night. The rooms with partial views lack privacy and we listened to the room next to us play videos on their phone as we tried to watch the sunset.

Location was good- right on the beach on the promenade, partial view was nice, breakfast cafe was good. Room was clean. No AC but the fan worked well. Parking was super convenient. Pool was closed but it was indoor and I wouldn't have used it anyway.

The staff at BW went above and beyond with every asked need or request, which BW delivered. The room we had was nice and basic, however, it did have a full kitchen and a large size refrigerator. There was plenty of storage in the room for our supplies and luggage. All amenities worked, however, ceiling fan in bathroom did not. Cafe was excellent and staff was very good. Pool was still closed which doesn't seem right, when the hotel next door their pool is open

Room had no air conditioning. So stuffy! The fan offered didn't even work. The door served as privacy only and blocked zero noise. I could hear foot steps, conversations, music, etc at all hours. Finger prints all over the mirrors. Water damage to base boards of kitchenette and bathroom door. The restaurant hours and menu online need to be updated. It's only open for brunch. The pool was not open. Good location if you want to go to the beach or walk on the prom. $566 for two nights could have been spent better elsewhere. Actually, didn't even stay for the second night. Wanted to get a good nights sleep so left and drove three hours home after the first night.

Nice hotel and clean, But the pool is still closed here at this hotel. Other hotels near by offer a prescheduled time for you and your family to enjoy the pool. This one does not offer that. If I would've catched that it was closed, I would not have booked here. My kids where bumped about that. But it is clean and very nice place. No rugs in rooms which is good with all the sand. And thanks for keeping a broom in rooms easy way to sweep up the sand. Very close by to everything. Staff was nice and friendly.

The beach views are amazing and worth the premium. Beach was walking distance and they even had firewood you could buy to have a fire if you wanted. Room was clean and comfortable, in spite of being an older property (like most everything on the Oregon Coast). We were pleased and would happily stay again given the opportunity!

We spend a lot of time on the coast and Seaside is a must stop. This was our first time staying at Best Western. We wanted to bring our dog along which changed our options. We selected a king size bed room with fireplace and balcony. Second floor and up has a great view of the beach. They even sell firewood in the lobby for beach fires. The kitchen has a mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There's supposed to be 4 each of silverware and dinnerware. Our room was missing a few things. The fireplace is gas and very nice ambiance. It does not get hot. The thermostat is heat only but trust me, you don't need AC. There is always a breeze. There is a fan you can plug in if needed. The bed is comfortable. Always appreciate a good mattress. Place was updated in 2018. Nothing spectacular but comfy. Older building so noise from neighbors is a problem. We could hear complete conversations in the “A” room adjoining us.

This hotel was the best I've ever stayed in. I was traveling with a pet so I didn't expect to have a room with an ocean view. I was surprised to find a beautiful view from my room. Usually pet rooms aren't the best of the best, quite the opposite in many instances. That was not the case at this Best Western. The room was top notch. I was pleased to see how clean the carpet was. I will definitely stay here again.

This place is our favorite place to stay for a romantic trip. Great view and right next to the beach!!! Walking along the Prom right next to the beach is always fun and the view of the ocean is always Beautiful!!! Shopping and the Aquarium are just a short walk down the prom.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. Great ocean view. Loved having the kitchenette and a fridge that wasn't too small and worked. The cafe food was delicious. Housekeeping staff was very helpful. Reception staff were quick and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The view rooms at this property are outstanding. The hotel is located north of downtown so it isn't as noisy and is right on the Prom. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the hotel is well maintained. We have stayed here four times and it is always delightful.

Our room was very nice, the hot tub function extreamly well with a great view of the shore, Unfortunaly the fireplace was only for show, no heat. We look forward turning when there are fewer COVID restrictions we will return.

The staff was friendly helpful they were all great. The room was clean and comfortable. It was located right on the beach. There was a path directly to the beach. The restaurant had great food and service!

Don't stay here if you actually want to sleep good. The pillows here are extra hard and lumpy and will make your back and neck hurt bad. Not to mention the little kids running up and down the halls at night.

The walls are paper thin so if you get a bad neighbor you will not be able to sleep. Additionally you can hear anyone walking by since the outside of the room is not carpeted. There are quiet hour signs posted for that reason but my neighbor did not respect it and customer service did not actually get the noise resolved .

It was a very small room. They did volunteer to upgrade us however it was not handicap accessible shower. The room was nice and clean. We were disappointed that they did not have any food for the breakfast. We have stayed in over 50 resorts during the Covid and this is the first Best Western to have absolutely nothing during Covid for breakfast. We have had sack lunches and at least some fruit and breakfast bars. We went down to Lincoln City Best Western the next 5 nights and they had breakfast at least.

Best Western Plus Ocean Resort in Seaside, Oregon is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the ocean. They have a friendly and helpful staff. The manager Mark does an outstanding job making sure you stay is relaxing and stress free. It is our go to place to enjoy the ocean and beach from the comfort of our ocean view room to the easy access path to walk on the beach .

The room was incredibly tiny and there was dogs barking in the hotel all night. The toilet wouldn't stop running it was very loud. Couldn't really get a wink of sleep. The place was right on the beach but a few blocks away you could get a much better hotel for less cost.

This place is great. if you are a young active couple this ocean view room is for you. It was quite small for 3 girls. It felt we were on top of each other too much which caused some fighting. One of the 3 enjoyed her stay.

We stayed in one of the rooms with a jetted tub and a view! Awesome to sit in a nice warm tub with soothing jets and watch the sunset. Very relaxing! Room is clean, has a small fridge, microwave, and even a small deck with chairs. Stayed here years ago and can't wait to return!

Awesome location on the beach that is pet and family friendly. I read on Trip Advisor that the hotel does offer some type of discount for Ocean Bakery Café to people staying at the property, since they do not offer a complimentary breakfast, however I was not offered any such discount. The café is reasonably priced for breakfast and the food is good. All my encounters with staff was good. There is free parking, and the views and location are perfect. The con is the price. It seemed a little expensive given that the pool was closed for Covid and we stayed during the week. I would probably stay here again after all this Covid mess goes away and if the price is right.

Very nice hotel on the beach. Great views of the ocean or the city and mountains. Has breakfast and lunch restaurant. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have adjoining rooms with pass-through doors. I always stay at the Best Western while in Seaside.

The hotel has spectacular location. The cafe is good. The staff was very helpful. The governor needs to open the pool. Enough of this nonsense. But this hotel is very good. It was spring break and the price was jacked but it was worth it.

Wonderful customer service! Leah was absolutely wonderful! While traveling for work, I stayed in an Ocean View room. As I checked out I booked another room for the following week, however there weren't any ocean view rooms available. Leah promised that she would see what she could do. She said there is a room with two windows and a partial ocean view, but she couldn't remember which room it was. I left not expecting anything, which has nothing to do with the Best Western, I'm just very aware how busy things get. Well, she remembered and I was so pleasantly surprised that she got me in the room she promised. That's Excellent Customer Service! Thanks Leah! I won't stay anywhere else when I come to town.

Our trip wasn't planned, so we knew it might be difficult to get a last minute room at the coast during spring break. Their phone support was excellent, quick and efficient, we got the last room for the night and when we arrived late (close to 1030) the two men at the front desk were very polite and funny. Quick check in and check out. Standard, clean rooms. Not so comfortable beds though and the bathroom door was oddly placed in line of the toilet and difficult to close around my body. I'm curvy, but not too big, it would be difficult for a heavier person to get privacy without feeling the squeeze.

We stayed on the bottom floor with a nice view of the ocean. Check in process was pleasant. Bathroom was clean. The Ocean Bakery Cafe located inside the hotel and it's staff were great. There was a fresh spot on the luggage rack that should have been wiped down. An annoying light on the fire alarm was blinking throughout the night above the bed. Disappointed that the pool was temporaraly closed. At the end of our stay we discovered a bag full of empty cans and bottles in one of the kitchen cabinets presumably left from a previous guest.

Room was perfect. Really loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to it as well. Room was perfect for my family, everything we needed was already there. I will definitely stay here again. Next best thing to actually living here.

It's our first time here and our stay was amazing. The hotel service was really good. Also the food was delicious. We plan on coming back and our room was beautiful. Thank you guys for having us and treating us good.

What a great stay at the beach. We were taken care of from the moment of arrival. The elite upgrade was wonderful and made for a great weekend. The restaurant was great with great service. The hotel is right on the beach and a short walk to the main drag. We'll be back!

Very leaky shower that the hotel was aware of but didn't mention until we complained about it. This room was not worth what we paid. That room should not have been rented out until the shower was fixed.

I stayed at this hotel with my two dogs. It is very pet friendly. The property is right on one of the dog friendliest beaches in OR. I had a great view, a VERY comfortable bed, a kitchenette and fireplace right on the ocean. During Covid the restaurant is only open for breakfast and early lunch. But the town still has plenty to offer. I highly recommend - especially if your traveling companion is a dog :)

Lovely room and amenities. Nice patio overlooking the beach. COVID-19 was a factor in the cafe usage and house cleaning due to staffing. Of course the pool and hot tub was not available for use but tha was expected and not an issue.

Been coming here for years. Rudeness from the front desk employee Leah is UNBELIEVABLE. Overcharged me, serious bad attitude. Group of ppl complaining in parking lot about her - but apparently management was ok with it. No follow up

My granddaughter and I planned a trip for a couple of days to the beach. Our stay here was terrific. The room was ocean front so we had a great view of the ocean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful! Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the internet was weak and the breakfast wasn't included (which is typically standard for a BW), otherwise it's a great place to stay.

loved staying at this Best Western as I can sit & watch the ocean while I worked or relaxed on the Balcony... Everything was so neat & clean... If I needed anything the staff was so attentive... as I walked thru the lobby the staff always greeted me .... Having me dogs with me meant so very much!!!

We'd stayed for six nights on the oceanfront. The room was perfect and the views extraordinary. The staff was kind and helpful and don't miss the bakery off of the lobby. The room contained a king bed and kitchenette which was perfect for when we didn't go out.

Terrible! Every blanket and sheet was covered in dog hair. Being moderately allergic, I woke up with a swollen throat, sneezing, irritated eyes and throat, and itchy. I was only here for one night and not one to complain but I can't recommend this place and will not be staying again.

Have stayed here many times and never had any kind of bad experience. Easy walking distance to board walk and down town, maybe 5 mins? Rooms are clean, staff friendly. That's why we return! Try to get a top floor with the ocean view! Really great.

Worst stay, left early. Even though it's advertised as Oceanfront, we must have had the worst room in the hotel. Basement room over the fans looking at a house. No amenities, at least you could give us a view. The front desk wouldn't change our room. Lost my business.

All Best Westerns that we have stayed at have had complimentary breakfast. Even during COVID, they have offered some type of complimentary grab and go options. This location does not offer anything! Only 1 25% off coupon for a restaurant on site, even if you are staying multiple days. There is not even complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate that are usually provided in the lobby (and that the website says will still be provided during COVID. Very disappointed with the deception of this location, and Best Western in general.

Wonderful time, even with COVID. The towels are a bit on the skimpy side, and the bathroom is NOT warm. The fireplace is for looks only, too bad cause the room took a long time to warm up after we'd shut the heat down for the night!!

Beautiful and convenient location along the promenade and beach. Excellent views. Hotel needs to update their decor by adding a table and chairs to the room. Difficult to eat in the room, since the restaurants were still on Covid shutdown and outdoor dining only. Small change that would make a huge difference.

With Covid-19 there wasn't going to be much open and I decided that if all I could do for vacation was to eat take out and sit around inside i was going to do it somewhere pretty. I couldn't have picked a better location for that. Our room was a king sized ocean view room with a nice balcony. We were walking distance from some great take-out locations and though the on site restaurant had reduced hours it was still very convenient and the food was delicious and less expensive than we were expecting. The view was absolutely amazing even through the gray February weather and everyone seemed to be taking the pandemic seriously. We are already trying to figure out when we will return!

Our stay was pleasant. The staff were helpful. Even though it was cold and rainy, and most things are closed due to covid, we had a nice break with the kids between school semesters. The rate was great for an ocean front view!

The view was amazing. We had the It was our 23rd anniversary and we stayed on the 5th floor with a giant tub. It was amazing! It was clean, quiet and An amazing view! When we come to The cost it will be a definite hotel choice!

This was one of the better hotels I've stayed at in Seaside and by far the best sitting on the beach. It is at the end of the main walkway so there are people enjoying the town, but less than what you would see a few blocks down. The employee's are very kind and helpful.

Great location to beach and shops. Quiet, halls and lobby clean. Room had dirty blanket and shower soap, conditioner and shampoo empty asked to have filled and were told they aren't cleaning rooms until check out. Unfortunately our room was found that way.

... or stay on the top floor. We were woken up 4 different times in one night b/t 11:00 and 4:00 due to kids running around, furniture being moved etc. no insulation between floors, very disappointed in this property. When I complained, no apology, offered breakfast, lol

It was a great and friendly place to stay, the only sad part was after returning from Main Street the kids wanted to play in the pool and it was closed, but i do understand the CDC guidelines for businesses, but I wish they could do like the best western in Newport where you can schedule a time slot for your family to go swimming which will only allow so many people into the pool area. Other than that like I said it is a great place to stay and the do have a place on site where you can get different types of coffees and breakfast items

The room was okay at best, lights falling down for example, but loud and unclean. Kids running and screaming in the halls at 4am, even after reported to front desk. Halls sound echoey like car garage, making the 4am wake up call even louder. Found balled up hair on all towels and in sheets. Won't be back to this one.

We stayed in a King Oceanview room with a kitchenette for the first 3 nights of our stay. The room was clean & quiet. The view was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. On our last night we switched to a room with a jacuzzi tub. The was clean, big enough for two people and the perfect place to relax and watch the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again soon.

My husband and I stayed at the Seaside Best Western on a quick getaway ~ it was wonderful! We had a room facing the beach ~ and the room was great. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful also ~ they give you a 25% off coupon toward the meal. My husband loved their coffee drink prepared with peanut butter :) The staff was very friendly and courteous. We walked the next morning around the promenade and enjoyed the view.

This is my first stay at a BW in years. I usually stay at Marriott properties and this met and exceeded my expectations. This property was right on the ocean. Was so beautiful, and kept the balcony door open for the sounds of the ocean and the fireplace toasty warm. I'll be back. I booked a jacuzzi room, but it was unavailable :(

We booked two $300/nt. King Oceanfront rooms. The King beds were queens. The mattresses were hard and not comfortable. There were no extra blankets in the room. The stone corridors make for some horrible noise, especially at 5am cleaning crew. The staff was not very friendly at check-in. There are ALOT of rules for the pet-friendly rooms. The (fire?) warning alarm light was breaking down and blinked all night long. Oceanfront room balconies have a high wall separating each one so there is no 360 view, only straight ahead. Very small room for price but it was clean. Hardwood floors at the beach may look great, but sand was everywhere.

The room looked decent and price was right. Fireplace didn't have flames or heat. We found taffy wrappers on the floor and old hair ties in the shower. The room was noisy due to a fan in the restroom. Also upon checkout I was charged an unknown $25 per fee which I wasn't aware of when booking. It only said pet friendly room. Only plus was it's right on the beach.

The room next store partied until 2am. When we called to complain the front desk told us we were not the first to complain about this noisy room. That's absolutely ridiculous it took multiple complaints before the hotel staff got off their $@& to do something about it. Do not stay at this hotel if you are looking to sleep whatsoever.

My fave stay in Seaside is at Best Western Plus Ocean view! Love the king sized bed, oversized jacuzzi tub overlooking the beach and the fireplace! The bed is comfy and the room is cozy! You will love it!

I like to stay at the Best Western because it's close to everything oh, I always get friendly service in the restaurant is good. I also like the fact that I can call the hotel itself to get rates that are sometimes better than what I get online, and the service is always very friendly to find exactly what I need

During this crazy COVID year, the Oceanview Resort was able to provide great accommodations in a safe setting. It must be incredibly difficult for hotels to function effectively in this hyper-anxious environment, but they did it well regardless.

Loved that the jetted tub looks out at the ocean. Easy walk to food,dessert,snacks and shopping. Amazing views of the sunset. Easy drive to nearby other destinations well kept lobby and parking area. A

This hotel has a wonderful location - the ocean views cannot be beat. It is an older hotel, but clean and comfortable. Had a kitchenette room which includes a cooktop and dishwasher! Couldn't experience its full amenities due to Covid, but would stay here again.

Stayed the night on a spur of the moment trip. Excellent staff, very clean room, cafe service was timely and fairly priced, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and the price was very reasonable. Will stay again!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Every employee provided excellent service, the room was very clean with a great view, and the beds were cozy. Special thanks to Betty who helped us with our reservation and made it perfect by providing an upgrade to an AMAZING room. A short jaunt to the beach and the Aquarium where we fed the seals which was very convenient as there was a downpour outside so it was a nice inexpensive activity to pass our time. We can't wait to return next year. An added benefit was that they took covid very seriously as it should be taken. Can't recommend this wonderful resort enough. And THANK YOU for the upgrade and allowing us Special permissions with our pets. It is very appreciated.

If you like sleeping on a foam pad on top of a piece of plywood or the hardest beds you have ever slept on stay here. Fireplace is electric fake flames with NO heat... Pointless. Don't stay on the 101 or 102 rooms right next to the exit where the smokers go out all of the time.

The resort name and this review title says it all ... terrific service, absolutely stunning room view and accommodation. All that while being limited by Covid. Its location by the walking Seaside esplanade and direct access to the Seaside Beach is special and you will quickly turn this into a destination getaway. A great place, not to mention the beach atmosphere of Seaside with shopping, restaurants, and fresh seafood, You'll love it.

We payed $300 for two nights, to which when we arrived in our room the towels had stains on them and the walls were paper thin. We literally got to hear the people next to us whispering and the best part was then having intercourse..

We had a partial view room, it faced the north view of beach, view was less crowed, so we had the waves to watch not the people. They have a nice bakery in hotel so did not even have to step outside to get a latté and pastry! What can beat that??

They main reason we stay with the BW Ocean View are the in-room hot tubs, which are nice, albeit, poorly set up in the room and the prime location (beach front). On this visit the central lighting fixture was broken in our room, we found the room to be less than sanitary despite the COVID-19 situation (previous guest's socks in the room), and the bathroom is poorly set up and lacks any water pressure. At over $200 for this type of suite I would call it mediocre at best...

We recently took our very first trip in seven months that included a hotel stay. After our stay, I recommended the Best Western hotel to some friends and I believe they are coming this week! We felt safe with the extensive Covid protocols, the staff was wonderful, the view terrific, distance to the beach amazing, and food delicious! We had trouble with our granddaughter's Murphy bed (It wouldn't open.) and we were immediately upgraded to a room on the 4th floor that had a great ocean view. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 stars is that the kitchen area seemed to be missing some necessary utensils and tools such as a frying pan and measuring cups. We ONLY stay at Best Westerns and this was a very pleasant stay!

We loved our room here. The balconies are situated so that they are very private. Great view of the promenade and the beach. There is also a cute little fake fireplace. No air-conditioning, but we did not need it. Very walkable to town.

We had a double queen room with partial view & balcony. The room was well maintained and a good value for a room with a view. The hotel is located North of the town center so it's a bit quieter but still located right on the promenade.

We arrived late and the staff was quick to check us in. They also gave us a complimentary upgrade of the room we rented. We had reserved an economy queen and they upgraded it to a king ocean view room free of charge. The only complaint I would have is the internet was very slow. We weren't even able to watch Netflix on our laptop.

Our room was not super clean when we arrived. Found some hair on the couch and the cushions were so dirty I would not have sat on them. We needed the murphy bed for our kids though anyway so we just left that down for our stay. Everything was covered in dust and needed to be wiped down all the light switches were also visibly dirty. The table had something sticky left on it and there was an old drink stir stick just left on one of the seats. We didn't use any of the drawers because they all had crumbs in them. We had lysol wipes so we just cleaned everything ourself which at that point I preferred because at least I knew it was all clean. The room didn't have AC but it did have a fan above the bed. We had to stand on a chair to wipe that off before we could turn it on though. The sheets were clean but put on inside out for some reason and the bathroom was pretty clean. The location was really nice you were far enough away from the main street that it was nice and quiet but close enough to walk a few minutes to dinner. We only called down to the front desk once for towels which no one ever brought.

We enjoyed a quick 1 night stay at the Best Western in Seaside, Oregon during the CoVid-19 pandemic. We fully understood that CoVid was going to have a negative impact on stay. We were happy that this hotel was even open for business. We had a room with a lovely ocean view. The bed was comfortable and we slept good. We enjoyed the beach as usual and cannot wait to come back for another visit when things get back to normal.

On July 25th I booked a room for two nights at the Seaside Best Western for my in-laws to celebrate my mother-in-law's 80th birthday for the dates of August 7th (her birthday) through the 9th. It was a surprise for her and when I told her to pack up and get ready she was delighted. As it was a gift, I noticed the website wanted me to be present to be charged, although the booking required my credit card entry. So, I called the hotel to determine how to handle getting billed for this gift of a hotel stay. I live in Eugene and it is a 3 hour drive to Seaside--which would have been a burden--but I would have done it to accomplish this being charged to me if in fact that was the only way to make sure I would be billed. The desk clerk assured me they had a form for that and sent me an email with the instructions as to how to confirm I was to be charged for the room. I followed the directions, faxed the information back to them, and they sent me confirmation of the room. Then to be extra sure I sent the fax confirmation, along with the room confirmation emails with my in-laws --carefully blocking out $ amount--so that if they arrived and were questioned they would have the reference information. It was important to me that they were not aware of the cost of the room. (Which frankly the cost was a bit of a shock to me --$329 a night without tax, but as it was summer and the weekend, I decided it was worth it for her special day.) The answer is that as with most folks in their generation, my in-laws are extremely frugal and count every penny. They rarely go anywhere and what prompted this arrangement was my mother-in-law told me she wanted to get away and since they had camping gear, they would go camping. My father-in-law is 87, and I didn't feel they would be safe camping in a tent and sleeping on the ground. They NEVER in their lives would have paid over $700 for a two day stay at a hotel. And I NEVER wanted them to find out how much it cost because their mindset of frugality would have caused regret at the expenditure and ruined the memory of the trip. On the 8th of August I made a call to the hotel and spoke with a gentleman whom I asked to be sure there would be no billing slipped under their door in the morning, as is some of the industry practice since the stay was a gift and charged to me, not the guest. Again not wanting them to know the cost of the room. He said hurriedly that he would see to it that would not happen and nearly hung up on me. So, after their stay, I got a call from my mother-in-law saying that she had been charged for the room. I could not believe it. She went on about how I never should have spent that much money, and just as I thought it has adversely affected her memories of her special day. She was embarrassed to even tell me as she wondered if she had misunderstood, and even though I sent them with documentation, began to wonder if in fact they were supposed to pay for the rooms! What a mess. She called the hotel first to see if there was a mistake and tried to settle it quietly if that was the case, to avoid having to call me on the chance of being misunderstood as asking me to pay for the room if I had never intended to..... very upsetting for both of us. I assured Joyce I intended to be the one billed and she told me she talked with a person named Tiffany at the front desk who told her they would not accept a credit card from someone who was not there in person. At that point I was outraged. There was not one mistake, but many: the person who sent me the form to fill out was either right and Tiffany doesn't have clue or I was given false information that I was led to believe was reliable; the confirmations I received were inaccurate; the desk clerk upon the arrival of my in-laws did not accept or even review the FAX confirmation I sent with them; the person I called regarding the billing being slipped under the door totally disregarded my contact--as I recall he never asked for my name, just the name of the guest; somewhere along the line the entire stay was transferred to the guest name and my confirmation was obliterated; and finally, the credit card used for billing was my in-law's card, not mine. I can send you all the documentation if you request, but that is only the beginning. So I called the hotel to talk with Tiffany but was told they were busy and would I call back in 20 minutes. So, I called back in 20 minutes and was asked to hold. I sat on hold for over 10 minutes. When I got Tiffany on the phone and explained how upset I was this happened after all the lengths I went to ensuring it did NOT happen, she asked me my name. She then told me there was nothing under my name in the computer. I said, well that's interesting because I have confirmation emails, as well as FAX confirmation verifying I not only booked the room, but also made every requested requirement for being billed for the room. She asked me the guest's name and after looking it up, she told me it was no longer under my name and that she remembered talking to my mother-in-law earlier. She said she didn't know why the room was no longer associated with my name. As well as confirming the charges, I told her I was also clear about it being a gift (a notation you can make on the FAX document), I called to make sure there was no notice to the couple as to the cost. She replied that there were no notes attached to the account and that the person I talked with about not having an invoice slipped under the door probably made no notation because they don't even do that anymore. I told her about following the instructions per the hotel clerk and she said they don't accept...and I said stop right there! I have an email from the hotel telling me exactly how to process the card and verify my permission. She then told me that the fax ate the paper that day--although I did not tell her what day it was I sent the FAX. I told her I've worked in an office and if the FAX machine ate the paper, then you can rectify that and still print out the information. Then she told me in a giggly tone that the FAX machine actually had to be trashed altogether, so they lost all the data in the machine and a new machine was put in its place so they could not access any of the data. Eating paper and trashing the entire machine are two different stories. So that still doesn't explain why when upon the arrival of my in-laws, the documents they had were totally ignored. Emails show my phone number--no one tried to contact me either. The hotel staff took my in-laws credit card for 'incidentals' and so apparently when I called to ensure there was not billing at all given to them, that was ignored as well. Tiffany's attitude was laughy and off hand dismissive. I told her there is nothing funny about this. She said, "Well they know now so what do you want to do about it." Hardly “hospitality” service. Rude, incompetent, and too busy to care for customers. The manager called me and said, “I guess I am calling to talk to …..” I'm sure the staff there cares little that I have to deal with my in-laws feeling guilty I spent the money on them. Best Western comped one night for the escapade, the lies, the ruined experience. Supposedly corporate is working on better customer service. Don't trust them.

If you want to feel the cool ocean breezes and smell the wonderful ocean air, this is the place for you. The open hallways gives the entire hotel an open and airy feeling. Rooms are large and everything works fine. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Just a short walk to Broadway street for dining and entertainment.

The Best Western Seaside is comfortable with easy beach access. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Our 'partial view' room had a great view of the beach. No A/C in our room, but two large fans and an open window ocean breeze made up for it.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable-and we did get in room earlier than 3 .. but: No water pressure in hand sink in room Soap dispenser empty in shower and very small bar of soap Elevator takes forever (10 min from 5th floor) Smelled smoke in hall even though supposedly smoke free Rate higher than quoted on phone but they did not care Terrible in room coffee-instant sanka is better not enough carts for luggage-waited 20 mins no luck Worst best western I have ever stayed in! For the rate we paid, I was pretty disappointed.

Had a Great one night trip to the beach with my son. The staff was very helpful with a quick check-in and check-out during these Covid times. Hotel was not over crowded, rooms were sanitized, and Linens were nice and clean.

hotel was obviously overbooked, incorrect room received. Overpaid for ocean view room and got street view instead. All amenities such as pool and fitness not available but was not stated on 3rd party site not sure about direct site. With no daily cleans room floor had plenty of sand (beach front location).

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! This hotel is RIGHT next to the beach! Very very nice renovations done! Would stay here again. Reasonably priced. The hotel is located walking distance to downtown Seaside. There are lots of places to go to to have fun!

I stayed at the hotel in mid-July 2020 amid all the Covid-19 times and we had an excellent time in Seaside. The hotel wasa amazing and our view from our balcony was straight out to the Pacific Ocean and was one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in and this is high praise in that I have stayed in some of the nicest hotels in Las Vegas, Chicago, New York, LA and Toronto. The in room kitchen was very nice and we even made breakfast in the room for our family with locally purchased ingredients. This was a great stay and I am happy we selected this hotel. AAA+++!

Great job guys, was above expectations. The staff went out of their way to provide high quality service and reflect a good overall management style. Highly recommended. We look forward to staying there again.

As a Best Western rewards member, I have stayed at a lot of Best Western hotels with varying levels of quality. One thing I really like about Best Westerns is they have several levels of service/quality/etc that are easily recognized by their names. For example: Best Western. Best Western Plus. Best Western Premier. Since the Best Western Ocean View Resort is a PLUS hotel, I had a certain expectation based on prevoius experiences. This hotel did not meet that expectation. First, in fairness to the hotel, I need to point out that the hotel was operating on a limited basis due to COVID 19 restrictions. However, my wife and I stayed in other hotels in the same area at the same time, and even with the limitations, our experiences were much better at the other locations. Ok, so I used reward points for this room. It took a lot of points because this is a fairly expensive hotel. For my points, the only room I was offered was one with two double beds. We are used to a king suite, but settled for the double beds. One bonus of two beds is more pillows. Best Western Plus motels usually offer a complimentary breakfast but this hotel offered nothing. They said it was because of the COVID restrictions, but other hotels we stayed at in the area with the same restrictions offered grab and go breakfasts with a variety of items, inclucing breakfast sandwiches. So I feel this hotel was just being lazy by not offering anything. They also made it clearn there would be NO housekeeping provided in the rooms. If we needed something, we could call they desk and they would leave it outside the door. If we needed our trash emptied, we were to empty our own trash cans and leave the bags outside the door, and replace the bags. Again, this was the only hotel we stayed at with this odd requirement. We had housekeeping service at all other hotels. The service we did receive was nothing special. I am usually welcomed when I check in as a rewards member, but not here. But that's really not a big deal, although it is a question on the hotel survey so I thought to mention it here. We really only received a room for our two night stay, at a very high (points) price. Nothing more. We might as well have stayed in the middle of town at a discount hotel for what we received. This hotel did not even try. I will say it is fairly close to the beach. Our hotel did have a balcony with a partial ocean view, although the street below us was very loud and we did not get much sleep. The room appeared to be clean when we arrived. We will probably avoid this hotel in the future, although it would be kind of nice to try it when it is fully functional to see if they try any harder as a full service facility. One other thing I will mention is they had bundles of wood in the lobby for sale for beach fires. The bundles were $7.50 each. Since they were not providing a breakfast, housekeeping, or really anything else, it would have been nice if they would have offered at least one complimentary bundle to guests in lieu of everything they charged for but did not provide. Maybe something for them to consider in the future.

Stayed here overnight during a road trip up the coast. Located pretty much right on the beach and only a few minutes walk from downtown area where most of the shops and restaurants are. I had a king room with ocean view and it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. However, this was marred by the musty smell that hit you every time when walking into the room. The property really needs to update carpets or whatever is causing this smell. Also, the sofa was terribly saggy. No AC, but I guess you don't really need it if you keep the balcony door open.

Not a great hotel but nice enough. The hotel was very busy the parking lot almost full. We had to wait for our room and did not get it until 3:45 PM. I don't really understand that and I think they could do better. The room was clean but we did not have all of the toiletries (no shampoo and no bath soap). I would still stay here again.

Seaside is not a quiet town, it's full of families, fun, pet lovers, I anticipated this when visiting. My husband was able to secure us a room for five nights while he had to work close by. They are currently not offering housekeeping services while on stay-overs and ensuring that people wear masks in common areas. Pros- great water pressure, ceiling fan, very clean, amazing view, the breakfast was delightful as was the friendly staff at the Ocean Bakery, and Michael (the amazing front desk dude). Cons- this hotel allows dogs to bark repeatedly for extended periods of time, poor internet connection, very thin walls, loud echoing hallways, the potato sack pillows, the poor service from two of the front desk women attendants, (1. When I asked about housekeeping, she said,”did you not read the paper in your room?” Hint: no, sorry... 2. When I called to complain about the women next door who were screaming and laughing hysterically at TikTok videos for a long time after 10 pm and then the front desk girl delayed calling them until she experienced the noise herself and then ended up calling them after I had to call down and complain again. Those women found out it was us(I wonder how?)and promptly left their fake eyelashes on our door, they are super classy obviously!) These are really hard times with COVID and with all other life experiences and I get that hospitality can't be the priority when there are these larger issues at play, but damn, this stay could have been way better... but let's not forget- Michael at the front desk who is the real MVP of Seaside Best Western.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the end of June. This was the first post-COVID stay for us. The hotel has an excellent location, right on the beach. Plenty of parking available. We booked a room with a view and a kitchenette and the room definitely met our needs. There was a small balcony with a couple of chairs and a small table. The hotels seems to be taking every precaution in terms of sanitizing. No housekeeping but we never had issues getting fresh towels or coffee. The lobby area was being cleaned several times during the day and the hotel required face masks in all common areas. Now for the BIG issue - every evening the hallways would smell of marijuana even though the hotel claims to be smoke free. As we had a kid with us, I reported this on the second evening. Front desk came out to check the smell, confirmed that it was marijuana and went back. Not sure if anything was done because we got the same odor the next two evenings. Not comfortable going back to a hotel that claims to be non-smoking but allows guests to smoke marijuana (legal or not). Any time we stepped out of our room, we would be in a cloud of marijuana odor!! What was disappointing was that the front desk acknowledged the problem but did nothing to resolve the issue. For over $200/night I believe my family is entitled to a marijuana-free stay. If the hotel will allow the use of marijuana, it should be clearly called out on the website so that potential travelers are aware and have the option to pick another hotel. Definitely not going back for this one issue.

Booked a last minute room for a night out away from city life, and wow did the BW exceed expectations. Even during these unfortunate times, the staff was amazing and made sure the stay was incredible from check-in to check-out. I booked the jacuzzi suite and it is absolutely worth it. To be able to relax in a jacuzzi tub whilst watching the sun set over the ocean is an amazing experience. Would recommend the BW Plus Ocean View Resort to anyone and everyone.

Loved this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Room and staff were amazing. Beds were so comfy. Location was awesome right on the beach. Cafe restaurant had delicious food. You can tell the cook takes pride in their cooking. Very delicious. Plus it has a bar.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We had 2 rooms with partial ocean views and loved soending time on the balconies watching the beach activity. The hotel staff was very friendly and gave great advise for places to eat. The hotel provided chairs for the beach and had an area where we could wash the sand off. We were close to downtown and were able to walk to eat and shop. We highly recommend this hotel!

Our room was comfortable and clean. We had a 180 degree view of the beach. The hotel was situated on the Promenade so that we could walk anywhere, thus avoiding traffic and finding on street parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here on 2 different occasions and enjoyed it both times. The first time being especially good, the second one being good. I would recommend the hotel for cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff.

This hotel was situated on the beach with a beautiful view. It was centrally located on the boardwalk within walking distance to all of the amenities the town has to offer. We will definitely visit again.

We went during the pandemic and were amazed with the preparedness and readiness to serve. Everything was supper clean, the staff was wearing masks, keeping the distance and was very friendly and helpful. The location is the best in town! Highly recommend! I give it 5stars!

We had to adjoining room perfect for us Kid in one room. Grandparents in their own. We had a great time with the kids. Even with out the pool. The little kitchen was perfect for us. We could see the grand-kids from our baloney

It was clean and quiet, but as a result of the pandemic they removed instructions and a list of tv channels from the room, which is understandable. They also removed pamphlets and tourist maps from the lobby, which is also fine. I was disappointed that the front desk staff at check out had zero recommendations for exploring the nature around freakin Seaside, OR. If hotel lobby kiosks full of helicopter coupons and nature preserve leaflets are a thing of the past that's ok, but it means we need better paid, more professional hospitality workers that are local and understand what the draw is for visitors to their community.

Finally got time off work so we took a quick trip to the beach. Man what a disappointment. Maybe it was just the location of our room but we were woken up all night long from other guests. Waste of 245

My family and I booked 3 nights at Best Western in Seaside and we had a perfect time. The pool and hot tub were always clean and the front desk had plenty of towels to use. We had the king suite 1st floor ocean view and it was perfect for the 4 of us! The only downside was the king bed. It was so uncomfortable that it felt like we were sleeping on the ground. My husband actually slept on the murphy bed the rest of our stay because that was surprisingly comfortable! Overall, we will definitely come back in the future!

My review is not toward the staff or the cleanliness of the hotel. Those things are great, which is the reason why I gave it 2 stars. Let me first start off by saying that we wanted to plan a special trip to seaside with our 16-year-old and do the things we did when she was little. The only ocean view room that I could find was at the Best Western so I went ahead and booked it. I guess I should've paid more attention to the fact that there are dogs allowed in the hotel. I love dogs, please don't get me wrong. It's just that I don't want to listen to someone's huge dog barking constantly and running around above me. Our room was on the fourth floor and I was under the impression that dogs were only allowed on the first and second floors. Wrong! I could hear this dog running back-and-forth back-and-forth back-and-forth. Bark-bark-bark. If you add that to the fact that the walls are paper thin, it is a recipe for disaster. The paper thin walls are so bad that I got woken up at around 11 PM because the person above me decided that they were going to take a shower. It wasn't the sound of the water going through the pipes that woke me up, it was the sound of the water actually hitting the bottom of the bathtub. I could hear a screaming child, and people talking all hours of the night. We all woke up pretty crabby .....so I guess if you don't care about actually sleeping comfortably then you'll love it.

Hotel was clean and had a great location. Room was oceanfront and balcony. But NO Internet service and also expected a gas or wood fireplace. Fireplace was "Fake" just lights. There are other oceanfront hotels I would probably use

My husband and I decided to end our vacation with a couple of days on the beach. The view was amazing. The jetted tub in the window was relaxing. The fireplace was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Be expecting a smaller balcony if you get a jetted tub. But there was enough space for my husband and I to see a couple of beautiful sunsets. When you pull up to the property, it looks dated, but the inside was great. There is a cafe in the hotel which has a full menu. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great view and location!! It would be nice if there was a continental breakfast available. Can't beat the views and the easy access to the beach. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely come back for another stay. Beautiful room with fireplace, kitchen, balcony!!

Was a little unsure about staying at this hotel, was our first time. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with friendly knowledgeable and attentive staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Great view. We had a problem figuring out the DVD player and Micheal came up to our room and helped get our movie started. I had a couple of interactions with Micheal he went above and beyond. Kudos Michael. We had Pizza in the restaurant which was really good. I have traveled all over the world stayed in some of the best Hotels, who would of thought right here in little Seaside Oregon I would of found a gem. Will be back for sure.

There is nothing better in Seaside directly oceanfront that has everything one needs to relax and getaway and you don't spend a lot of money. I have been coming here every year for the past five years and I always return to the Best Western. Directly on the prom, location is prime. Walk to.all the shops and restaurants. Everyone is nice and accommodating. The only complaint I can find is the noise from outside the rooms. Some people are really rude and are not quiet at 2am when they are coming back from the bars but that isn't a hotel problem, but a rudeness problem by others.

Just took off on a spur of the moment because I had the time and the weather was nice. I enjoy siting in my room looking out over the ocean with binoculars watching ships and fishing vessels. Relaxing.

We were passing through for just one night and got this place on Priceline. Being off-season the rate was very good at 60 bucks all in. At that price I knew that we would be getting one of the rooms with a view of a wall and that was exactly what we got. But besides the view and being a little small, everything about the room was great. It was clean and all new looking. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good. The TV was good. And they had a little bag of salt water taffy on the desk for us. The staff was also all very friendly. I definitely would recommend this place.

Best western Oceanview has hands down on the most beautiful views at a fantastic price. The staff cares and you know they do. They are friendly, rooms are clean and have just enough appliances to eat in if preferred. We love this hotel and feel fabulous and spoiled while we visit.

The location, staff, and the tub were fantastic!! The food wasn't great for the price, and the noise from neighbors was disturbing, (They weren't being rude, the walls are too thin.) Also you have to straddle the toilet to open the door and get into the shower. Without the tub with a view I would never go back.

Very comfortable with all amenities provided, the small restaurant on the property was nice also. The room was clean and tidy on arrival and we had no difficulty requesting more towels for showers and pool use.

This is a nice place to stay, great location on the coast, some rooms are ocean view, we had partial view the rooms are dated, our bathroom door had some chips out on the bottom but overall they have kept it up it is clean and the beds are comfortable. The manager was so nice he greeted me in the restaurant and helped me get a late checkout on his app the lobby was decorated nicely

Facility had some issues east stairs were cluttered with tables and chairs a fire hazard. No continental breakfast. The staff did recommend restaurants they enjoy in the area. The elevators had children playing in them kinda annoying took average 7 minutes to go 5 floors.

Nice, modern, clean and freindly place to stay! Lots of places nearby to check out and have fun! Close to beach. Good price for very nice quality hotel and room. Cafe was very good for breakfast. I can't believe this review app is forcing me to put 200 or more words in this field. Don't think I will do any more reviews.

There was enough room for the four of us - a king bed plus a queen Murphy bed. Dog joined us too! The room was clean, had an ocean view. Fireplace and kitchenette in the room was nice. Everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western!

Remodeling going on while I was there. Never told about it when I called to book. Noise all day from the workers. Cutting tile was the worse noise started at 8:30am. Cold air coming in room all the time since I had no threshold on my door. Glad I cut my stay there & went to another hotel for less than half the cost of this hotel.

One of the finer Best Westerns we have stayed at. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Literally steps away from the beach, with all the amenities you need. We will definitely return to this place again and again.

Hotel staff consistently wonderful, cheerful and professional. The food in the restaurant is reasonably priced, convenient and of quality. I travel with dogs and as such walk them a lot. Easy exit, lots of pet disposal bags around hotel. Beach right out your door. You can't ask for more in a hotel. This is a 'paradise'

My husband and I come to this hotel every year at least twice. The restaurant down stairs is great. The menu staff and food is always exceptional. We love this place especially during the winter storm months. This hotel is right on the beach. Wave watching , people watching and the big tub has us coming back more and more often. The fact you never have to leave the hotel is great. The restaurant has 2 fire places that make things extra cozy and inviting. The staff throughout the building is fantastic.
