Ameniti Bay, BW Signature Collection

We really enjoyed the Ameniti Hotel and would 100% stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and hotel room were clean. The only minor issue was the a/c unit was somewhat noisy. We were offered the chance to switch rooms but it wasn't bad enough to warrant that. There are a wide variety of options at breakfast, but it would be great if there were a few more vegan choices. The pool was really nice - I wish we had had more time and slightly warmer weather to enjoy it! We did enjoy a drink at the pool bar though. :-) The hotel location is convenient to downtown, Ringling Museum, and Myakka State Park. All in all, a great hotel!

Bed was really comfortable got a great night rest. It was a relaxing environment had all the necessity needed for a short trip excellent for business travel , breakfast in the morning was excellent many option were available to choose from and everything tasted great.

Exceptionally comfortable and clean stay at Amenity BW. Delicious breakfast, serene atmosphere, and a lovely swimming pool. Highly recommended! The rooms were very comfortable and impeccably clean. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the ambiance was peaceful. The swimming pool was clean and inviting. Overall, a fantastic experience!

My room was a delight! It was very spacious, clean, and inviting. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly – which isn't always easy for me. The breakfast area impressed me with its numerous options. They even have daily specials, like the delicious avocado toast I enjoyed today. The regular menu offered pancakes, eggs, bacon (which was particularly good!), sausage, oatmeal, various breads, yogurt, cereal, and toppings. The only minor issue I encountered was that the shower drain clogged, causing water to collect in the tub. A prompt fix from maintenance would make this a truly exceptional stay room 304.

Good location, quiet but close to so many things, extremely well kept, clean and fresh. Staff was absolutely the most friendly, from check in to breakfast to check out. The only suggestion i would have for the staff is to consider having an option to pay for laundry by credit card. It costs $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry in quarters. Other than that it was really nice. The pool was also beautiful.

Great place to stay! Nice and awesome pool. The breakfast could've been better but the staff was very kind and patient. We loved and enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommend staying here. Super convenient on the location of the hotel and can't complain with the beautiful warm Florida weather. We'll be back again next year!

Nice place with a great pool. Also has awesome sails near the pool for shade. Very friendly staff and maintained well. This was my first time staying here while traveling for work and I will definitely stay here again! Great deal in comparison with other hotels in the area.

Very comfortable hotel with an outdoor pool. Our room was quiet and we were surprised by daily full-service housekeeping, something we thought ended after COVID. All of the staff were friendly. The location was within a mile of several shopping malls and blocks from the I-75 Highway. Note that Google Maps is unaware that there is an entrance that can be gotten to from either direction. When we arrived, it had us go ½ mile up the street and then drive around the block so we could approach from the other direction.

A Great pool with tiki bar. Lovely suite upgrade w balcony. All amenities and big comfy room/bed. Lots of tv stations. Great breakfast. Lots of choices. Near celery Fields Audobon center and mall w lots of eateries Easy to get to and near Sarasota.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Absolutely loved the shower pressure. Towels were the only disappointment if you want to call it that, as the bath towels seemed small but worked out. Front staff was friendly, efficient and informative.

This hotel was great last year and in 2022. They were bought out by a big corporation and went downhill from there. The breakfast used to be great and included. Now they charge an insane amount for very little. The room prices have gone through the roof. The pool isn't even warm anymore. We were charged a week after we left for supposed “ damage” to the bedding we did not commit. We have NEVER been charged for damage and are BW and Hilton Diamond members. When I called to dispute the charge, the manager Selena was rude and dismissive and hung up on me. Save your money, much better in the area. Quite a shame, used to be a lovely hotel.

Newer hotel with clean rooms and nice breakfast. We had a king suite with a sectional where you could sit separately from the bedroom. Shares a heated large pool with the other BW on the same property. The; only negative was a daily $4.95 "green fee" charge that was not disclosed or displayed anywhere prior to checkout.

Stayed a couple years ago and chose because it was a new hotel. Still great. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good as well. This is the best value in the area but the hotel is great so why pay more.

The room was exceptional with features and views. Very clean and appointed. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family in Sarasota

Hotel staff, room, property was excellent. The hot breakfast was lacking. What was suppose to be scrambled eggs was overly salty. Fried potatoes were overly salty as well. No good at all. Opted for cereal and oatmeal. Very disappointing. Better breakfast would have gotten 5 stars.

I am currently staying at the hotel as as I write this review. I've been here for 3 nights and I am very happy with this place. It is super clean, smells fresh, has a great friendly staff, free parking, a nice pool, and decent sized rooms. We arrived early and Tim at the front desk was great to get us in a room quickly. We had a one bedroom suite with a balcony. The bed is comfortable, the a/c really cools the room, and there is a small couch and plenty of room. The only negatives are really minor things, like there is no dresser to put your clothes in. I've had to keep everything in my suitcase. There is no fan or vent in the bathroom so it does get hot and steamy after a shower. The bath towels are small and not that absorbent. Lastly, the light on the balcony never goes off so you do see a little light at night even with the shades closed. However, none of that would deter me from staying here again. I love the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff. The pool is across the parking lot and shared with their sister hotel but there were always enough chairs. The pool was very clean too. They have plastic silverware and paper plates and napkins available in the lobby. There is a breakfast but I never woke up early enough to try it. The fitness room is small but fine. Note to the hotel, please get some 8 or 10 pound weights. You go from 5 pound weights to 15 pounds and nothing in between! All in all, this has been a nice, relaxing, pleasant stay, and if I ever stay at a hotel that is not on the beach, I would stay here again.

This is a great motel at a convenient location. Our room was immaculate. Breakfast is great, through the previous omelets made to order service was evidently canceled. The only downer is the shower. It is oversized and very nice except it has only a panel and no door, which results in a wet floor outside the shower. I was unable to adjust the shower head to minimize the mess.

I was staying in the area and had no preference in a hotel (there are many in the area). This place was great. Very clean and breakfast was an added bonus. Pool was nice. The hotel odd right off the exit so it's convenient to many places.

Very nice property. This hotel has one of the best motel pools I have seen. Attached is a fun Tiki Bar as well. The lobby is well lit and welcoming. The room was spotless with a nice tv, microwave and refrigerator. The staff was competent, welcoming and kind. This hotel deserves five stars!

the staff was always there to assist if ever needed, and the rooms was very clean, and the pool area was clean, and the exercise room was very clean and maintained and the breakfast was very good checking in was very easy and the staff was eager to assist.

I've stayed about 16 times at this hotel every year for the past 4 years. I was very disappointed that they eliminated the omelette station without warning. The complimentary breakfast featured grey sausage links—a staple at any Super 8. This hotel is now average at best and not worth the money

We chose this property because it was close to the attractions, it was newer, and the price was excellent. PLUS…the TripAdvisor ratings were excellent. From the moment we stepped in the door we were greeted like invited guests. Tim, the front desk manager, made us feel like he was so happy to see us! And he accommodated our early-check-in request. The rooms were clean and well-maintained (not typical everywhere anymore). We were on the 2nd floor and could see I-75 but we could NOT hear it. The property was quiet, the bar was nice, the pool lovely but too chilly for anyone over 12, and the access was excellent. The mattress was wonderful and we were able to control the temperature in the room so we could sleep soundly with a comforter. I hope we can find more of these properties across the country because they will now be our first choice. The people at this property certainly set a high bar!

Stayed 1 night , due to husband having a medical procedure early the next day. Everything was very nice , the room and breakfast were exceptional. Everything looks new so I imagine this is a newer hotel. It's very convenient to I-75 . Will definitely be back. The employees were eager to assist and cared about our stay. Breakfast was awesome! I was recognized for being a member of the rewards club and that was such a great feeling.

Clean, nice hotel. Quiet location. Breakfast had a variety of choices and food was hot. Also, lots of snack options to purchase in the lobby. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice and clean. We sat around a table by the pool and visited.

I recently stayed 3 nights. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and had higher quality bedding. Considering the breakfast buffet is part of price and food choices were very good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, can't beat it. Saved me time from having to find breakfast each morning. I would stay here again.

I travel all over for work and only use best western, this popped up and I have it a try and I'm glad I did. Staff was very friendly, everything was very clean and the breakfast was one of the better ones. If you are anywhere near one of these hotels, you should consider staying!

Denise at front desk was rude and extremely unhelpful. My bill was still messed up after assuring me that it would be correct at checkout. It wasn't! Room smelled moldy to find out there's no fans in the bathrooms and a/c was leaking on carpet. Told Denise and nothing was done.

Everyone but the older night desk person is beyond hospitable. Eric is a superstar, future GM! The woman with the long black curly hair who works some nights is a delight. But as I said the elderly night front desk (10pm) is not pleasant at all. This is such a clean hotel, the rooms are very nice and breakfast and the ladies making it are fantastic. Pool is great and I can't think of a bad thing to say about this property and I stay there once a month for a week. I travel 40+ weeks a year. I know my hotels, the new ownership and Vanessa in Corp sales are rockin it! A++

Wonderfully comfortable rooms. Actual breakfast. Eric at the FD is a gem. The sales staff is great. The housekeeping is wonderful band thorough. They need a common space because you aren't even allowed to have a quiet conversation in the lobby after 10 how can you do business? We go to dinner after work, return at 9:45 and then what? Business stops?

Excellent hotel that is very clean. Have stayed here numerous times since they opened and has always been good. Very nice outdoor pool. Good continental breakfast with the option to purchase a hot breakfast.

The rooms have zero drawers. If you like living out of your luggage, this is the place for you. Way overpriced! Shower had no shelves. Soap and shampoo had to lie on the floor. Magnolia Place next door is a better choice.

Breakfast is terrible, just toast, 2 choices of cereal and boiled eggs. Kids hated it. If you want waffles and omelettes you need to pay $10 per person extra. Pool is away from hotel and we would notice random people pulling up in cars with their own towels and coolers and leaving in their cars again. Locals welcome to swim I guess? Pool towels that were give we're more like hand towels. Got a call from management at 1:00 am saying there was a noise complaint coming from our room when it was coming from above us. Didn't even apologize when I told him it wasn't us and we can hear it as well but he continued to explain the hotels noise policy's to me and was very rude. He handled it very poorly. The only good thing is the room and hotel was clean.

We had a great stay...housekeeping was amazing and tidied up our room each day.The only irritating thing for me was it said breakfast included,which they don't tell you cold cereal...so when you get to the dining area and see you have to buy tokens for anything hot... $10 each person...I didn't like that.I had to extend my stay 1 night.The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful

Definitely recommend. Can't say one bad thing about this place. Very quiet room, very helpful staff. Needed extra towels and they were at my door in seconds. Breakfast was great, bar at the pool, small $50 deposit was returned a day after I checked out. Will definitely return

Very modern, chic, clean and convenience location. From hallway to room, hotel smelled super nice and fresh. Just didn't like one side free breakfast and one size you pay. It's either breakfast include or not. Besides that my daughter and I had a great experience.

The main reason we booked the hotel was that we thought it included an amazing breakfast with high variety and quality. That is not the case anymore because they decided to start charging an extra 10 US DOLLARS a day per person for hot food (such as eggs, meat and WAFFLES). Really shameful and disappointing. Basically, the breakfast they offer now includes cereal, yogurt, bread, packaged cheese, fruits and juice/coffee. The quality of the latter was barely good. On top of that, I obviously did not know this new rule (they have a "promotional" sign, which I did not read in the first place, and does not explicitly/clearly inform of the extra 10 dollar charge), so I approached directly to ask for a waffle. They treated me as if I was trying to cheat the "system" deliberately. I felt really bad. Apart from that, I am still waiting for my 50 dollars deposit to be refunded (we checked out two weeks ago). They say they have already release it and that it is a problem of the bank, but all the other hotels I stayed at during my trip have already refunded me (even the one I stayed later on). Other details: -Pool was in general really crowded. -Room wasn't cozy. All the lights are white and it feels old fashion even though its a new hotel. We find a lizard in the room (though I think it is something that happens in lots of hotels because of the weather). -On the good side, the hotel is clean. The room was big and had a comfortable bed.

me and my significant other were really looking forward to staying at this location as it was highly recommended by friends. Being Central to everything in Sarasota, and near the attractions we were looking forward to staying here. Unfortunately we checked in and there was blood on the sheets ( we laid on). We were moved to a second room that had no air conditioning. We advise the front desk and they said give it some time as the sun was initially going down. By 11:30 pm I could not take the heat anymore. We were moved again. And advised that a manager would call us in the morning. There was no follow-through from management to reach out to us. The staff unfortunately appeared not to really care.

We traveled as a group, some of the comments I received as the travel manager. "This hotel is amazing" "So clean" "The staff is so nice" "We should stay here again" One colleague who has traveled with our organization for 6+ year said this is the best travel experience she has EVER had at a hotel. When you take into account that we travel to Sarasota, 3 or 4 times a year with a group of 20 or more rooms - that is a huge endorsement! Even my hardest to please self proclaimed "hotel snob" who was skeptical that a Best Western could meet her high expectations was won over by the hard working and friendly staff at Ameniti Bay. We are thrilled to have found our new home away from home.

Hotel was nice, however, it was so hard to get sleep because every time the air would come on, it was a loud rattling noise. When I would turn the a/c up, it would be too hot. Thankfully I brought noise machines or else I would have had to ask for a different room. I also don't like the fact they advertise continental breakfast but then a $9.95 upcharge for breakfast. That is not advertised anywhere on their site. The pool area shares with another hotel but was quite large and had a nice area around the pool for lounging.

I've stayed at this hotel several times since opening. It has always been a pleasant experience. The previous owner sold to a franchise and there have been significant changes since, and not good ones. The hotel is clean (exceptionally) and the staff are accommodating. However, the house staff no longer speak English and it's difficult to communicate with them. The hotel is not a resort, it sits on the interstate. The two primary reasons I chose to stay here over an in town hotel are for its cleanliness and because it had an exceptional breakfast experience included with the stay. I didn't mind paying a little more and being a few miles away from convenience. . This time I was informed at checkin that the once wonderful breakfast would be an additional $10 per person per day. Enter corporate mentality. Let the nickel and dimming begin. I can't say it's a bad hotel but I can say it makes it just another average hotel chain. The allure and customer appreciation is lost. It's not so much the $10 (add it to the rate), it's the principal of how you show your appreciation an value your customers. If you want loyalty you have to earn it. I'll be staying elsewhere from now on.

A great place to stay along the interstate without too much travel noise. The room was ultra-clean and breakfast offered a chef who made omelets. As a Best Western Signature Collection location, they upgraded our room to one with a balcony, which was a nice feature.

Brand new beautiful hotel. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The linen and towels were brand new and extremely clean. The staff were very nice. The complimentary breakfast was impressive. They had an egg station made to order and a real fresh fruit salad without the usual syrup sauce that you get at other hotels. It really was a very nice breakfast. They offered fresh healthy options. If everything was equal, I would choose this hotel again next time because of the care they took with the breakfast station. It's obviously ran by experienced management.

To be honest, the hotel exceeded my expectations, it was clean, a very good service, nice bed, and Excellent breakfast. And very good price!!! my family was very satisfied. I travel with my husband and my two kids, and it was very good for the four of us. They used the pool and it was great.

Everyone from front desk to dinning area were nice and helpful. The cleanliness of this hotel was beyond any expectations. I can say it's been the cleaness hotel I have stayed in. The location was perfect for what my family and me were doing. Near UTC mall(about 7-9 minutes depends on traffic), 12-16 minutes away from downtown. And about 15-20 minutes distance from best beaches like Siesta Key & Lido.

This hotel is a great place to stay! The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The crib we asked for was already in the room when we arrived. Breakfast is amazing, great selection of teas, cereals, oatmeal, breads, etc. and staff custom-cooks eggs, omelets, and waffles to your taste. We didn't have time to use it but the pool and patio area looks amazing.

This stay was awesome! I was with my son, we had a great balcony. The room (and 1 King) was HUGE and he had plenty of room to play with his remote control car! Breakfast was amazing, the setup was awesome, the freshly made omelettes were really perfect as I am a health nut! The fresh oatmeal in the pot. I am very impressive with this place, I travel a lot and I can be a bit picky, and this place was 10/10

Firstly this hotel is wonderful, exceptionally clean ,hard working staff ,good location, the only thing letting it down is the amount of workmen staying at the hotel, noisy from 05.30 , drinking and smoking in the pool , wasn't an issue for us personally but for families it may well be . Having said that I would absolutely recommend this place and will stay again, good Choice.

Beautiful hotel, very very clean, good service at the check in. Room realy nice with all the amenities that we need in the room. Great service from the housekeeping who made the room every day. The breakest is outstanding compare to others hotels where the breakfest is include. They make your eggs like you want. The pool is more than beautiful for all membres of the family.

New hotel with large clean room. Cooked breakfast included. Great staff and an inviting pool. The only issue we had and it wasn't the hotels issue, was extremely loud clientele . A lot of craftsman staying there for Hurricane Ian clean up and they had no respect for other guests. Yelling, banging etc… at all hours. Having said that we will return when Spring Training starts.

Worst hotel experience we've ever had, and we've stayed at many. Our room was situated on the first floor between the outdoor lounge area and the breakfast kitchen. Each night, there was a party at the outdoor lounge area (which is not a bar, but a grouping of chairs) with excessively loud music and shouting for hours beginning at 9 PM. When we complained the first night, the staff member did go outside, after which the noise stopped for 10 minutes, then resumed and continued until 3 AM. At 5 AM, the noise from the breakfast prep began, which included banging of equipment and loud talking. In the morning we requested a room change but were told there were no other rooms available. The second night, the party began again at 9 PM. We once again complained to front desk. The employee said he was not told of the incident from the previous night. The noise stopped for 10 minutes, then resumed. At midnight, we called the county sheriff office inquiring if there was a noise ordinance for the county, which the dispatcher confirmed and said they would send a deputy to the location. At 1:44 AM, the music and shouting promptly ended, so apparently an officer was sent. Of course, we were awakened just over 3 hours later with the kitchen noise once again. The employee at checkout stated she was not told of either nights' incidents, nor was there any record of the complaints. This clearly indicates the lack of concern or caring about the guests. In the first place, there should be no guest rooms this close to an outdoor gathering area nor the kitchen for early morning breakfast prep. Additionally, guests have a reasonable expectation of quiet at night to be able to sleep. The inability to sleep is certainly our main complaint. However, I would also state what they call a "fitness center" is deceiving. There are a few cardio machines along with a half set of dumbbells (goes from 5 lbs. straight to 15, missing the 8, 10, 12s that most women use. There are no mats, so no floor activity possible, no exercise balls, no towels, and very limited space. My suggestion would be to get rid of the first floor "guest" rooms between the outdoor lounge and kitchen and use that for a decent fitness center.

I would like to express my gratitude for my recent stay at the Ameniti Bay Hotel in Sarasota, Florida. I checked in on Tuesday, September 28, at the beginning of the hurricane storm and I was greeted by a warm and caring staff. I am not accustomed to writing positive or negative reviews for anyone, but I felt that one individual stood out so strongly that she deserves the recognition. Her name is Ashleigh Gonzalez. My room was on a high floor, so I spent most of the hurricane in the lobby of the hotel. From the start. Ashley greeted everyone with a warm and caring smile. She used the perfect combination of common sense and intelligence to accommodate people during an emergency situation. No matter what condition or mood guests arrived with, she was able to put each person at ease. She created a safe environment and allowed a group of strangers to feel like a family of strangers during tumultuous time. She was able to diffuse situations with her natural and kind personality. I have heard from other friends of mine that stayed in other places during the hurricane who did not have the same experience. I just wanted you to be aware of what an amazing member you have on your staff.

Spotless, friendly and helpful. Large room. Excellent breakfast. Would have staff monitor breakfast items as some people take far more items than they need and leave with them in bags. Pool across the parking lot a bit awkward. Bathroom needs ceiling fan for removal of steam.

My experience was totally different to most of the reviews on here. Check-in was very poor. Room I had requested and had a reply from the hotel to say would be honoured was not available. The room provided was poorly designed with the smallest balcony I've ever seen. On asking to be moved the attitude of both the front desk reception and hotel manager was very dismissive. When I finally got to my new room I was staggered to find that I'd paid extra for a room with a balcony but there were no chairs on it to sit and relax. Weird! I thought the room was dull and unimaginative with no colour or personality. Breakfast was fine as long as you didn't mind fighting for food and a place to sit. Location was handy. I would never stay here again and could not recommend it. Just goes to show how reviews of hotels news to be read with your specific requirements in mind.

The staff was very helpful and quite knowledgeable of things to do in the area The pool was beautiful the hotel was always beautifully kept and stocked. The breakfast alone was worth the stay. Highly recommend this property.

We were traveling throughout most of Florida. This hotel was close to family were were visiting. Out of all the hotels we stayed at, I enjoyed this one the most. It was modern and up to date. It had a nice breakfast, made to order. The only complaint on breakfast was you were not allowed seconds. I also did not enjoy the coffee, but I wasn't there for coffee. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool looked clean and many were enjoying it but it was also shared with the neighboring sister hotel. The pool was quite large. If I need a hotel in the Sarasota area again, this will be my first choice.

The rooms are very clean. The staff are professional and are available but are in the background. The breakfast is very good, especially the custom omelets. The internet is very fast and had no trouble working from my room.

Large rooms with very comfortable beds and linens. Lively fire pits, grills, and pool. Nice staff. Unable to enjoy the typical yummy BW breakfast due to an early flight. Highly recommend updated Pool towels.

Excellent service, clean, hotel staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. I have no complaints. The breakfast was good, it gave us something different every morning. If I had a complaint it would be that I wish the restaurant was open but I was closed due to staffing.

Mark at the front desk who checked us in was fantastic! This was by far the best Bestwestern hotel that we have ever stayed at! The hotel and rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent! Very friendly staff overall and a nice pool!

Excellent hotel and staff even the owner is even very nice! Covently located in Sarasota in a central location. The breakfast is great with a great omelet bar, fresh fruit bowls, bacon or sausage, eggs fixed you way fresh cinnamon rolls. is just a few Items served for breakfast, Great pool area firepit and exercise room. All at a reasonable price.

We are close to completion of our nine night stay. This has been an excellent choice of hotel. Everything has been really good. The reception staff, breakfast especially welcoming and good. It is unusual not to find fault in. Longish stay but I can't find one.

From the minute we walked through the doors and were greeted by the friendly manager, we knew we chose the right place to stay. It's very clean, new, and has a good relaxing vibe. There's complimentary coffee & tea in the lobby plus refreshing lemon ice water. The hotel shares its large 0 entry swimming pool with the new hotel next door. Breakfast is wonderful with custom made omelets and a buffet of other good choices.

This little hotel has it all. Great service and clean rooms. The location is good next to the freeway and located centrally for touring Sarasota if you want to do things at the beach as well as inland like the state park. Also the beds and pillows were awesome.

We had never been to the area, so choosing a hotel was a bit of a wildcard, but we are so glad we stayed at the Ameniti Bay Hotel and Suites. The hotel staff were all very helpful and it was nice not staying in a run down hotel (which there are plenty closer to the Gulf and cost 3X as much). The best part for us was the pool area, particularly the zero entry walk in, and most of all, the breakfast each morning. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and for all 7 days, my entire family found something great to eat each morning. The omelets were amazing, made to order, and they had good variety each day. The quality of the food was impressive and enabled us to start our day off right before heading out. Thanks Ameniti Bay Hotel for your hospitality, we'd recommend your hotel to anyone!

We selected this hotel based on the 5 star reviews and exceptional price at a busy time when other hotels in the area (that we have stayed in before) were quite a bit more. We only were there one night but everything was awesome....super friendly staff, incredibly clean room, incredibly comfortable bed and full breakfast options. Definitely recommend Ameniti Bay and will be back in the future!

This is a relatively new hotel, one of BW's branded mid market groups. Comfortable King bed, plenty of natural light, small balcony, OK bathroom, with good shower and plenty of room to move about. We were in a suite, so space goes without saying. Not sure about size of basic rooms. Staff were helpful, including housekeeping . Breakfast was pretty standard, but eggs, bacon etc were cooked for on request for guests rather than buffet style. Lines were slower because of this, and idiots still put grubby hands on some of the food, but generally, I think this is preferable to the old self serve style of breakfast.

This hotel was clean and accommodating. Very conveniently located on the outskirts of Sarasota with easy highway access to Tampa, Clearwater, and St Pete's beach. Breakfast was awesome and pool was warm. Excellent stay for the family. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing continental breakfast! Definitely the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The beds were super comfortable and clean. Our girls loved the pool area and spent a lot of time in there. The staff was very friendly.

This motel was so clean and everyone working here was doing their job efficiently and with a smile on their face! How amazing is that! We looked forward to coming back to our room at the end of each day and breakfast in the morning was a treat! Well done!!

I had a nice quiet suite for 22 days and felt completely at home, relaxed, and satisfied with all the accommodations that i received during my stay and all within close proximity to many newer restaurants and grocery and other retail needs.

The breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order was a highlight. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked properly. My only disappointment was the lack of any type of bar or cocktail options.

I have stayed at this hotel on two separate visits this past year. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very accommodating. The rooms are very large, clean, and quiet. The pool area is extraordinarily beautiful. It is close to many restaurants and only about a 15-20 minute drive to the beach. However, this last visit, we encountered difficulty trying to eat breakfast there. Each morning there was a long line, plus no tables were available to utilize once you did get your food. People were just sitting and visiting, even after they had eaten and it was obvious there was a line waiting for tables. I'm not sure what can be done about the situation, but we resorted to eating breakfast elsewhere each day we were there. And one morning while waiting in line before we decided to go somewhere else, people from the sister hotel across the parking lot were coming in to get breakfast here as they heard it was better and offered more. The only way that could happen is if someone they knew had given them unused breakfast coupons, which I'm guessing had occurred. My only other complaint is that the shower/tub combo walls were quite high to step into - and a shower bar on the wall would be a benefit. These few problems did not detract from our stay. The hotel is an excellent value and a beautiful place to stay.

Young men in a locked connecting room woke me up at midnight the first night. They were drunk and smoking pot. I complained big time but rather than force them to move they gave them “a talk”. Even the hotel people said they were “jerks” when they were confronted by staff. It happened again night two. I called the front desk at midnight and their talk was not successful. I was ultimately deprived of two precious hours the next day w my 96 year old mother who lives at an assisted living facility down the street because I slept late due to this problem. I was visiting her from Buffalo for 3 days. Could not risk a third such night since I was waking up at 3am for a flight home, so I changed rooms.

Very Clean and friendly staff, offers hot fresh breakfast closest hotel to Terranova Equestrian center. Nice out door seating with fire pit and pet friendly. Close to Target and publix and 10 minutes away from Hanna sushi lounge yum.

This hotel is really nice. The rooms are large, well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast offers the standards such as sausage, bacon, etc. The cinnamon rolls are really delicious and they offer made to order omelets. The front desk team of Tyler on days and Eric on nights are both professional and personable and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. There are 2 minor area's that could be addressed, the first is the fact the there is no towel bar above or near the sink. It is located approximately 5 feet from the sink on another wall. The second is the shower bar tilts down causing the shower curtain to slide down. This results in water on the floor. As I said these are minor issues and in no way detract from the fact this is a quality establishment

Ameniti Bay has a caring staff that is ready to help with any needs you have. The design and decor of the hotel hits the Floridian mark. My room was quiet, well lit, and very comfortable. I'll stay here again when traveling to Sarasota.

Apparently, this is a one-of-kind hotel for Best Western...and I say they keep it that way! The only star/bright spot for me was the 2nd shift fella working the front desk - super polite and professional but unfortunately, he couldn't stop the "rif-raf" taking place in various rooms. Our first room was on the 6th floor (we asked to be put in a quiet spot) but in the room next to us were cackling teen girls that could be easily heard thru the doors that separate the rooms and knowing how teenage girls can be, we knew this giggling could go on for hours. We didn't even unpack - simply turned-on a light and called down to the front desk to be moved. So then we were given a suite on the 5th floor but after laying in bed for 30 minutes, the disturbance in the rooms either above us or around us would not stop. The front desk fella told us that he placed a call to the room above us (which we believe he did) because now the foot stomping/pounding that was taking place was intentional and even louder. So another call was made to the front desk and then to that particular noisy room and then back to us - we were told the occupants in one of the rooms around us was doing their laundry (never did figure out if it was the room above us or next to us). Who does their laundry...in a hotel...at 11:00pm??? Needless to say - this wasn't working for my wife and I so we checked-out and went down the road to a hotel that specializes in Amish hospitality and spent four wonderful (and quiet) nights with them. Sorry Ameniti Bay - you can't disguise what you are hoping to be with a fancy looking lobby and hotel name because you are nothing more than a Comfort Inn with a facelift.

Myself and my partner recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The foyer was welcoming and the staff at the desk were very informative. The hotel bed was very spacious with a king bed. The bathroom was of a good standard and had a very powerful shower. Only downside is there is no where to dry off towels or costumes once you've been to the pool or beach. The breakfast was of a good standard with lots on offer from eggs, to fruit salad to waffles. However the one of the breakfast staff members was quite rude and was quite unfriendly. We do hope the hotel will be able to move back to proper cutlery and plates instead of all the plastic in the future months as well as becoming more aware of recycling. The gym was good with decent equipment and rarely busy. The pool area was big with adequate seating around the pool. The pool was also heated which helped with the windy mornings Lots of restaurant in the surrounding area and local amenities which helped.

Bring a fan or earplugs to block the noise all hours of the night. Hotel was fine, but you can hear everything from kids running through the halls to your neighbor's conversation and doors slamming. Didn't get any sleep. Very poor insulation.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is conveniently off the freeway but only 10 to 15 minutes away from the center of town. Easy to go back-and-forth to sights. New, clean, comfortable, and includes a full breakfast.

I am a BW Rewards Member and sm thrilled BW has includeda Boutique Line of hotels as uou can't always find a plus or premier in all cities. I was very pleased with the property itself and loved the breakfast to order offering.

Upon arrival I was thrilled by the overall appearance when I pulled up. The inside was more than expected and the service was prompt, friendlily and informative. The room was beautifully prepared and no issues with any utilities. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view over the pool from the 5th floor balcony! Quiet room, fast elevator, beautiful lobby. The grounds were clean and all parking spaces were very close. Our suite was roomy and clean. We had plenty of blankets and pillows. The hide-a-bed was a pleasant surprise. Will stay again!

Excellent brand new hotel close to all the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Good location close to highway and a perfect place to stay visiting Tampa , St Petersburg and the wonderful beaches of the Florida West Coast . The Hotel is spotless clean and every place looks brand new . Very welcoming front desk . Our room with a balcony , mini fridge and a small microwave too. Parking on site including in the price The room was spotless clean and so comfortable , nice bathroom with a shower , Neutrogena products . You can ask to change your towels all days during your stay and they also have housekeeping with an appointment. Nice pool with chairs etc , there is another Hotel that shares the pool and also the breakfast area. I highly recommended this Hotel !! Thanks to Bradley very nice and always ready to help as all the staff. Close to gas station, food market as Publix and a plaza shop . I definitely recommended this spotless Hotel

From the moment we pulled in, we were impressed with the extterior landscaping, design and cleanliness. The entry is up to the minute design. The wonderful check in young gentleman was exceptional. Not only did he recognize us as members, he offered an upgrade that bowled us over when we walked in the room. I have never experienced such a truly wonderful upgraded room. A wonderful suite that would be perfect for a family or something truly special. I would pay for this suite next time we come. In the days of disappointing breakfasts in Covdi, this was as if I stepped back to 2019. The very professional breakfast staff did made to order omelets, they had other choices that have been non-existent for years fresh fruit! They were so hard working even when the crowd picked up. Their pool is HUGE and clean. I know many people in the area fly to the beach. Honestly, stay here and just drive 7' to the beach and have a much superior room,, staff experience and cleaner than anything much more expensive on the key,

I booked this hotel by mistake, but what a great thing! This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in period! By far cleaner than the Modern Downtown Sarasota, or any Hilton or Marriot I have been in lately. The staff is wonderful, everyone asnwers questions. I highly recommend this place.

Two Issues. 1. Very disappointed with no one wearing masks, and I mean no one. One desk clerk had one on but it was worn under her chin. If you prefer the safety of masks being worn, avoid this hotel for the time being. Definitely would give me pause to book again until pandemic is over. 2. Had a wonderful room on the 6th floor and was really enjoying the beautiful view and watching game on TV from balcony when out of nowhere the balcony light comes on. I called front desk and was informed no way to turn it off. Not only did the light ruin the enjoyment of the balcony, bugs came swarming because of the light. The guest should be able to have the option of the light being on or off. The balcony was not useable in the evening. The hotel itself was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed but these two circumstances were really annoying and bothersome.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in a very long time and I've stayed at expensive resorts! The room was spotless and clean. I don't mean just surface clean but actually clean. While that is the most important feature these days...There's More! The room is spacious! The shower water pressure was a force! After cleanliness the second most important was a comfortable bed. The bed and pillows were very very comfortable. Whoever picked this bed and pillows for this hotel should not only get a raise but should be hired at every hotel in the country to help them! After a long 24 hours on the road this was exactly what I needed. I did not get to check out my free breakfast this morning but will hit it up tomorrow. I bet it is as great as everything else. Also, I don't want to forget the staff because everyone has been very nice and excellent customer service!

Amazing experience! My family drove 9hrs from NC to Sarasota for a 4 day vacation to visit Siesta Key. This hotel was CLEAN, hotel staff was FRIENDLY, breakfast was DELICIOUS, and overall experience was 10/10! Maintenance kept the hotel disinfected. Everywhere I go I always inspect the room! I pulled off every sheet and they were clean, bed was even comfy. I have not one complaint! And shoutout to Rhonda for a smooth and personable checkout! I will remember you next time! Can't put into words how amazing Ameniti Bay made our experience!

The Ameniti Bay was one of the most hospitable hotels I've been too. My girlfriend and I decided we needed a getaway trip and Sarasota,Florida was the winner for locations. This hotel is located close to every attraction you can think off. The beach is no more than fifteen minutes away, and the Big Cat Habitat is directly around the corner. For breakfast in the morning we were given two coupons each day for access to breakfast which was made to order each day. We had the pleasure of interacting with the omelet connoisseur at breakfast by the name of PJ. He was nothing less than friendly and his food was delicious! Our stay was made extra special due to staff members Dan and Tyler at check-in. It was nice to see that the hotel took cleaning guidelines seriously, all of the staff members wore masks, and at any point you could find someone cleaning common areas of the hotel. We recommend this hotel to anybody, and will definitely be back the next time we visit Sarasota.

Came down for daughters wedding in Siesta Key. Staying here was the best decision ever.. We loved it. Your staff is amazing. We found your cooked to order breakfasts delicious and fun to experience. The cooks were friendly and eager to please. Everyone was great.

Very impressed with the Hotel. The lobby and rooms very well maintained/clean. Also the outside lounge area was great to relax. Only problem was not enough umbrellas at the pool(was told they had more coming). The breakfast was wonderful

Thishotel was exceptionaaly good hotel. It was conveninent to downtown Sarota. The rooms were very clean and neat. The decor was great in my guest room. It was very spacious and a good size. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balconey. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I thoroughly enjoyed having someone fix our eggs for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

We were visiting family nearby and needed a nice place to relax in between visits. This place ROCKS! The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Breakfast was a cut above other places we've stayed. Cooked to order eggs, great fruit. That said…Rhonda is the X factor. She goes above and beyond with a big smile and a joke. This will be our go to place from now on.

I will start by saying we normally don't stay at anything other than Holiday Inn, mostly because I was getting points, but when they started deleting my points all because I couldn't get off work to stay at a hotel or didn't have the money to take a vacation… I felt that why not try other hotel chains out. A Friend of ours wanted to meet up so we decided to head over for the weekend to see them. I checked around and noticed this good looking hotel with a continental breakfast for a decent price. I know my way around Sarasota so I wasn't to worried about staying a few miles away from the beach. This hotel is by the interstate but it is perfect distance from the UTC mall and the beaches. It's also not far from all of the local attractions. For the room views, awesome breakfast, coffee, free parking and WiFi it's actually worth it. Bedrooms a perfectly sized. The only small complaint I had was the shower pressure. It was so strong the water sprayed out and on the shower towel mat. Not that's it's my bathroom, but because I am OCD about almost everything. That one tiny thing made me want to find a way to turn it down. Then I thought maybe it's to keep people from taking long showers?? Oh well enough about the floor getting wet. Let me tell you about this hotel. It has a huge pool, outdoor seating area with a small waterfall on the side of the hotel, great coffee and fruit infused water in lobby. Breakfast is eggs made to order. Banana nut bread French toast was the greatest. I'm going to learn how to make that. Apple turnovers to die for and yogurt parfaits. The entire staff was amazing, the cooks, the cleaning staff, the front desk workers and the manager. Everyone was the greatest and made us feel like we were at home and made us feel like family. Can't wait to stay again!

We have stayed at many hotels as we travel for baseball and this was by far the best experience. The continental breakfast was great too. Made to order eggs with many toppings to choose from for omelettes and lots of healthy options and proteins available. The zero entrance pool was very nice with bathrooms off of the pool deck. Amazing staff! You will not be disappointed.

We took our first vacation in a long time and had our children and grandchildren with us, total of 18 people. Hotel staff was wonderful, rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel is like brand new. We choose this hotel because we stayed there the previous year and enjoyed it but did not expect it to be as nice as it was, they really did a great job updating the hotel.

I have stayed in many hotels this was top notch. I had a flat tire and the maintenance manager Justin changed my tire for me. I was late to breakfast and they kept the waffle machine on for me. DJ, Tyler and many others went above and beyond to make my stay great!! I usually stay at a beach club but was here for a different purpose and this is my favorite. Thank you

I needed 2 nights hotel stay to be near my wife who was having surgery nearby. It was the eve of the 4th of July, numerous soccer teams were in the area for games and Trump was having a rally in Sarasota. As such, numerous hotels were booked and tripled their normal rates. To my great surprise and appreciation the Amenities Bay had an opening AND offered veterans a discounted rate (1/3 the competition). Not only a great staff and clean comfortable room, the Ameniti has, hands down, the BEST breakfast bar. Custom omelets, and all the sides to provide a breakfast menu, included in the room rate, that I haven't seen since my days on business travel and enjoying large hotel amenities. To top it all off, they offer special discounted rates for military/vets. Thank you for your appreciation of us. A vets must stay place!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family. breakfast was very good. rooms are clean and new. Staff is very kind. the pool is clean. So quite and peaceful. parking lot is big. we didn't have any problem. we will come again. Thank you for everything.

Outstanding staff, amazing hot breakfast, extremely clean rooms and commons areas - and extra comfy beds. Great job, Ameniti Bay! A special thanks to front desk associate, Tyler, who helped us after a terrible stay at a nearby hotel. We are looking forward to our next two nights here and will be sorry to leave!

Beautiful area close to the highway. Loved the location, friendly staff, clean, and good service especially the breakfast. Also we are coffee drinker and there was coffee 24/7. I strongly recommend this place.

I build hotels as a General contractor and I was impressed with the overall design and finish quality of this Hotel. That is saying a lot as my last one was a Marriott Autograph and being quality oriented i would have noticed anything off.

Love, love, love! You probably realized by now that we truly love staying at the Ameniti Bay, in Sarasota, Florida. The moment you pull up to the beautifully landscaped hotel you know you are going to be in for something special. (The grandkids call it our “home-tel”.) The attractive lobby is staffed with some of the nicest people you could hope to meet! They are courteous, knowledgeable and it's obvious that they care about your enjoying your stay. The elevator quickly whisked us up to our balconied room. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. Yes, we did the tradition “bed flop” and it felt great after all those hours in the car. Our balcony over looked the walled “tropical garden” pool. The palm trees, blooming hibiscus and flowering borders, plus the extremely cool poolside furniture, brought back memories of cruses long ago. The laughter and splashing added to the fun. With the door closed, the outside sounds become memories. Did I mention the fabulous breakfast? Absolutely the best 24 hour coffee station in Sarasota! Great service and great food! The friendly cooks and servers absolutely make breakfast an enjoyable, tummy filling experience. The food manager, Garrett is to be complimented on the delicious menu choices offered (There is always something for even the pickiest eater!): Eggs your way (omelets cooked to order, with a wide range of toppings). Depending on the day, you can select bacon, sausage, oven baked potatoes, French toast, biscuits with sausage gravy, fresh baked ham and my favorite, Bagels and Lox. Plus, there are always delicious fresh baked waffles and warm sticky buns available as are the full range of cereals, yogurt, juices, fresh fruit, etc…. As you have probably guessed by now, we love our stays At the Ameniti Bay and look forward to our next visit.

We stayed over memorial weekend. It was very busy a lot of people but the staff was great!! Great customer service, everything was clean and kept clean. Nice pool. Nice room, staff very friendly and they had the best breakfast.

Went to the area to play golf and made a reservation @ Ameniti Bay Hotel. It was very clean, modern, fresh & new and with very polite & helpful staff. Definitely would return again. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants & plenty of golf courses in the area.

Very nice place, very clean and modern, very professional and kind staff, complimentary breakfast was a great addition. I would definitely recommend this place and I am planing to stay at it in the near future.

Location (at a major intersection), Location (near Sarasota's tourist attractions), Location (lots of parking and 2 entrances / exits). The back exit leads to a traffic light for rush hour egress. Reasonably priced @ about $80 per night including taxes and breakfast, billed by the day instead of all in advance for our 4 night stay. All staff are friendly and know their jobs (BJ is an excellent omelet maker!) Bill the owner is a great model for them and has a good sense of humor. My 'Not Sure' responses below are because we don't use or didn't ask about that feature.

Great service all around. Wonderful breakfast crew, with homemade breakfast. And awesome front desk staff. That helped with all needs. Would highly recommend this hotel! My family and I will definitely be back!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Ameniti Bay and it was very nice. The place was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and the staff were so friendly. We had a handicapped king sized suite and it was clean, comfortable and quiet for the most part. We could hear some highway noise at night but it wasn't too bad. They offered daily housekeeping service which I appreciated. The breakfast was very nice, they had made to order options and the staff served you from behind plexiglass shields. They offered egg dishes, breakfast meats, potatoes, waffles, cereals, oatmeal, fresh fruits, yogurt and toppings, assorted juices and hot beverages. They also had coffee and tea available 24 hours a day but need to keep it warmer in the evening. We did not use the pool, it was an outside pool across from the entrance. Overall, I would highly recommend Ameniti Bay if you are staying in the Sarasota area, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed here for two nights as part of our annual Spring Break trip. Facility was well kept and clean to include our room. The beds were very comfortable!! The pool was well maintained including the lounge chairs. The breakfast service each morning was just delicious! The staff is what really made the difference for us - everyone was friendly / personable and willing to help (we had a mix up with our room and the staff was very understanding and worked quickly in resolving / getting us a new room). We travel to Sarasota at least once a year and plan on staying here again!

Great value, very clean facility. Truly enjoyed the breakfast, the staff especially the 2 people who did the breakfast were amazing. I can't say enough about how awesome and efficient they were. Everyone else in the staff was nice as well. The room was basic but very clean, no scary bathroom/ shower. I would totally stay here again. Oh and the beds were SUPER comfortable.

I was blown away by the service here. The breakfast is fresh and made to order. the rooms spotless, comfortable and very clean. We did not have any issues but the was so attentive making sure if we did to take care of it immediately. Would come back anytime.

This place was AMAZING! Marc was beyond accommodating for my friends, family and myself. He was quick to respond when I had questions. I came here for my wedding and many of my out of town friends and family utilized this hotel. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Strongly recommend. They let me use their meeting room for the reception, gave me an upgraded suite the day of my wedding. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

Our stay at this BW was great across the board especially the breakfast service. Our only knock was the water pressure on the 6th floor was very low, sometimes down to just more than a trickle. It just made for longer than needed showers. Everything was great, cleanliness, hospitality, the pool, and location with restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were really comfortable and satisfied . Our kids loved the shower and the balcony. The staff was awesome and very friendly. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

As many positive reviews as I see about this place, it sure isn't representing my overall experience. Pre-Covid, I would have given this place a 5, but now that the CDC, states, counties, cities, and corporations are all individually deciding what is safe for everyone, in addition to what is just safe practice, I cannot rate this place anything above a 1 due to rules not being followed regarding face coverings. This is a Best Western affiliated hotel, which means that they are supposed to represent Best Western's reputation and follow their rules. It is stated on Best Western's website that face coverings are required in public indoor spaces. That statement is a blanket statement and means everyone, especially staff, need to have face coverings. On more than one day, I observed MANY guests NOT wearing any face covering in the lobby and breakfast area. Not once did I see or hear any staff members asking guests to put on a face covering. Also, every time I saw the manager, they were observed not wearing a face covering at all. I saw someone else interacting daily with the manager who was not wearing a face covering and also approaching guests closer than recommended distance. I also observed a housekeeper not wearing a face covering in the hallway as I walked by them. Staff members need to follow the rules themselves in order to set the example for guests to also follow the rules. Staff need to enforce the rules by telling guests to put face coverings on. Management also needs to follow the rules. I stayed at a Hilton right after this stay and I observed all staff wearing face coverings and also observed staff telling guests to wear face coverings. Safe practice can be done, if the staff follow the rules and tell others to follow the rules. If anyone cannot follow the rules, they can be refused service and asked to leave.

Excellent and breakfast . People extremely nice and professional. Free parking and wifi . Very close to lake Nathan Benderson. Perfect for athlètes event . The hotel is 5 minutes from the very nice complexe mall. The only downside was the pool located in front the parking lot.

Wow! Breakfast at the Ameniti Hotel can't be beat! Awesome experience....made to order omelet's were served along with fresh fruit etc! I would go back just to enjoy the morning breakfast LOL! The pool was very clean and there were enough chairs for all to relax.

Very easy to get to off of I 75. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Great bed and sheets. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great! Shower pressure was great and couldn't hear hall noise.

We are staying a couple of nights here in Sarasota and wow! We are impressed. Our King suite is actually a suite with almost as much room as our first home. The rooms are spacious - bedroom, living room bedroom and bathroom. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great. The only slight knock is the furniture in the living room is a bit stiff, but overall a great stay at a great price - especially considering this was during the height of Spring Break.

Wow! What an amazing hotel! Check in was a breeze. The breakfast was AMAZING!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Beds very comfortable. There was absolutely nothing about this stay that I could complain about, and I'm very picky!!

Great property. Easy check in and check out. Huge continental breakfast. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Rooms spacious and bathrooms spacious. Located near several restaurants and shopping locations. Only way to beat this for the money is stay at a resort on the beach. This place should climb in ratings in no time. Recommended and would not hesitate to stay again.

My husband and I had just spent 14 days at the BW Hibiscus in Key West which was a pleasure. We wanted to spend a few days in Sarasota for some shopping and good restaurants before heading back to Pennsylvania. St. Armand's Circle is the place for that and the beach is wonderful. We first booked at the BW Siesta Key. I will not be reviewing them. Just don't go. Even if you're Platinum BW Member, you don't rate. Thank heavens for the BW Corporate Office's that hooked us up with this new Signature Series of BW Hotels. Rooms, a 10, staff, a 10. Breakfast I give a 20. Rooms were impeccably clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was a custom breakfast cooked and served by wonderful staff. When we make our way past here again I will definitely stay here again. I do have some suggestions for this new hotel. The rooms are large enough that a small dresser will fit, I had a wonderful balcony but no where to sit or a small table to put my coffee in the morning and lastly, the pool needs some umbrella's for shade.

Very clean hotel & they serve a great breakfast with made to order omelets, eggs, waffles etc. Friendly staff. We stayed in one of the large suites for 2 weeks and the room was spacious and overall experience was wonderful.

My husband and I stayed at Ameniti Bay in Sarasota for a week and loved it! The hotel is modern and clean, our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Then there is the exceptional breakfast!! They serve a full, hot, complimentary breakfast every morning including made to order eggs and omelettes. The dining staff is amazing! From check-in to check-out, our entire stay was enjoyable! If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Sarasota, this is it!

Newly redone, very clean, best breakfast ever during Covid with made to order omelets and eggs, staff was extremely pleasant and my best part was a small balcony so I could go outside and enjoy the weather.

My husband, son and I spent a week at the Ameniti Hotel in Sarasota. It is located just down the road from Interstate 75 which made it very convenient. It was a very clean, quiet and nice looking hotel. The hotel staff were polite, friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was made to order and included eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, potatoes, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles and French toast, coffee, fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice. The cooks were friendly and did a great job. The pool was heated and very spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel

Look no further! I spent several months researching hotels and I found a diamond in the ruff when my husband and I stayed at this one for our 30th wedding anniversary. We stayed in a one bedroom which was so comfortable for staying long term. It's a beautiful hotel and extremely clean. The home made omelets are out of this world! The breakfast choices are amazing and the location is perfect for traveling different directions because its easy on and off to the highway. The pool area is beautiful and clean. (You do have to listen to traffic though because the pool is close to the busy road). They were extremely accommodating to my allergies, as well, which I so much appreciate! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Ameniti Bay! We will see you next year!

Ameniti Bay Sarasota really delivered as a clean, new, well equipped place to stay in the Sarasota area. The breakfast was the very best that I have ever had included at a hotel. They had an omelet station, meats, fruit, even salmon and bagels. For Valentine's Day they had chocolate dipped croissants. We used the pool and it was very large and nice. Best of all the service was spot on! If you don't have to be right in Siesta, give it a try!

Sarasota hotel is top notch. Breakfast, service, cleanliness were that of a 5 star resort. You can't go wrong staying at Ameniti Bay. We will definitely be back to Sarasota and will not stay anywhere else but there. Thank you

check in and out was seamless. Room had plenty of room and seating plus the breakfast more than exceeded my expectations. everyone we met was more than friendly. and price was very reasonable for area. Only thing we didn't care for is the drivers of Florida. - they are crazy but not the hotels fault.

We spent 4 nights here and it was, by far, the best hotel of our trip. Clean throughout, large rooms, very comfortable beds, wonderful staff, made to order hot breakfast, daily housekeeping all at a reasonable rate. We loved every minute of it.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was freshly cooked to order with a variety of options. My room was modern with a beautiful view and the bed was so comfortable. On top of all that, the entire hotel was clean. There is no doubt I will stay there my next visit to Sarasota. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable!

Excellent in every way! Staff is incredibly warm and friendly, the hot breakfast is over the top with delicious choices. Servers are excellent and polite. Beds are so comfy, rooms spacious and lovely. Great location. Everything about this hotel speaks of excellence! We'll be back!

I don't even know where to begin on rating this hotel. All I know is this is by far the BEST hotel I have EVER stayed at. Not only is it quiet, Or that the bed sleeps wonders, or that the shower is oh, so therapeutic. But there is nothing cheap about this hotel! The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are from Bath & Body works and its a strange coincidence that I just so happen to have brought the same scent (at the Beach) body spray. The coffee in the rooms are Donut Shop. Breakfast is absolutely phenomenal. Its at least worth $10 alone with a made- to-order omelet, Smoked Salmon, Sausage & Bacon, potatoes, a make your own parfait, fresh fruit, Waffles, Grapejuice, Orange Juice, Sweet Tea, and Coffee with all the right compliments. The pool is a walk in pool (no steps) and is so refreshing. The decor around it is beautiful with plenty of places to sit and catch some sun. These are just a few things that amazed me. The staff, on the other hand, really know the ropes on superior customer service. I've never felt so welcomed! There is a young guy at the front desk at night that went out of his way to find me a razor. Without any hesitation, he went to the hotel next door to look for one. The girls at the desk are so friendly, always smiling and telling you to have a good day. 1 girl in particular asked me how the pool was. They really genuinely care about their guests. Also, Toni at the breakfast bar is fantastic. I dont know if 5 stars is even appropriate for this hotel because Id give this place a 10, easily. Thank you all & I look forward to staying here again!

Many positive things experienced with hotel stay: Soft beds, excellent breakfast with egg omelets and fruit choices. Outside pool - large, clean, and warm water. Staff very pleasant and COVID practices adequate. Was to have stayed 4 days then 4 days elsewhere. However, stayed all 8 days at Ameniti Bay for a positive experience. Thank you. Will be back.

I Work all over the country, and frequently stay in hotels. The staff at Sarasota's Ameniti Bay is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to accommodate my team the first time I stayed with them, and have earned my business repeatedly ever since. I didn't think it could get any nicer until my last trip, just after their remodel. It is stunning! Definitely my go to when in Florida!

We stayed here for one night and we were very impressed! It is a newer hotel only about 20 minutes to Siesta Key. The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy. The employees were so friendly and helpful. These 4 stood out... LJ and Joe at the front desk, and Karen and Jason at Breakfast. The entire staff made us all feel safe during this pandemic. There was sanitizer, wet naps, and social distancing in place. Free Breakfast was still available, but instead of the guests getting the food, the Breakfast attendants served us. It was lovely. They even make Belgium waffles! There is 24 hour access to coffee, tea, and juice! The pool here is so fun and big! Our family had alot of fun!
