Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe

We have stayed at this hotel several times as we pass through Santa Fe. It is well maintained with clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. It is only a fairly short drive to get into downtown Santa Fe. The property also has a nice hot tub and pool area. They have an excellent breakfast with the usual complimentary items plus very good biscuits an gravy and flautas. The hotel is pet friendly with a small "exercise" area. Pet Fee $25

Loved the balcony and how big it was, wish it faced a different side of the building though because the view is just… stores. It's nice they have an indoor pool, and each bed had plenty of pillows. The “bathroom” could have stood to be a bit bigger.. adults couldn't really shut the door comfortably while using the toilet. Overall good stay, plenty of breakfast options.

The facility is clean and convienent with lovely SW furnishings, including a lovely sitting room with a fireplace. All rooms are decorate in SW style. The location is excellant with many restaurants, shops and theaters nearby.

Close to downtown Santa Fe and tons of nearby dining, this hotel was very clean and up to date on amenities. Service was great. We travel with 2 dogs and unlike many hotels these days, the pet fees are very, very reasonable. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We were there 3 nights. Stayed in 1 bedroom suite, highly recommended if there multiple nights. Close to Santa Fe core, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Try San Francisco Street Grill, eat at the bar!

This is a VERY nice property; we really liked the southwest motif. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was easy access to entertainment (movie theaters), shopping (Walmart, Target, et Al), and dining all within 2 miles in each direction. Friendly and professional staff throughout from desk staff to dining staff, to housekeeping. Smiles and happy hellos were everywhere!

Was very pleased with this wonderful Best Western. We traveled from Raton, NM to Santa Fe in a snow storm are arrived 2 hours early. We were able to check into our beautiful pet friendly room as soon as we arrived. Our room was on the main level near a rear exit so we did not need to go through the lobby to take our Shiba Inu dog, Dusty Rose, outside. They had a very nice outdoor area with a bench for Dusty Rose to go potty and provided bags and a disposal can to dispose of the bag. This best western is in a very nice area with sidewalks to walk the dog along the road and is close to many nice restaurants.

Pros: Close to retail shopping (if wanted), not far from downtown either Building upkeep is nice, decor matches the Santa Fe lifestyle. GM and front desk staff are nice! Comfortable queen bed in standard room. King bed in studio was firm. Mini fridge is not the tiny cube fridge. AC works well. No issues with hot water in shower. Cons: Noise. From the street noise to the interior noise... this just killed the experience. Traffic on this street is terrible. Loud mufflers, cars speeding all day, hard to get out of the parking lot at times. Forget about having the balcony open on the second floor facing the street, you won't be able to hold a conversation with the traffic noise and the sliding door is not thick enough to drown it out. Kids constantly running in the halls, stomping all over. The doors SLAM so loud I haven't slept well in days. It starts at 6am with the door slamming and believe me.. they SLAM and you'll hear it ALL DAY. I can feel my wall shake from the doors slamming on the floor under me, and when the neighbor closes theirs.. oh boy.. my entire headboard shakes me awake. Even the door from the room across the hall shakes my bedroom walls. Poor framing job I suppose. Unable to rest, we had to switch hotels which is a bummer considering the room is actually nice. Suite rooms also had a tiny restroom, the door almost hits the toilet. If you're a big guy.. might want to ask for a regular room. If your room is under one of those suites, you will hear the stomping amplified since the floor there is LVT (fake wood style). It looks nice, but is not sound deadening. I even heard the person showering on top of us, the water hitting the tub.

Had to be move because of a loud barking dog across the hall, almost stepped in dog crap twice on the interior steps. Smells like dogs. Staff did respond appropriately to resolve the problems but it seems that the dogs run the show at this kennel.

We stay in a lot of Best Westerns because we appreciate the value they offer - and this was no exception. The room was clean and comfortable, if not somewhat outdated. The staff was helpful and courteous. The free hot breakfast buffet was thoroughly adequate. We appreciated that a lot in a city where you can't swing a dead cat without hitting 3 hipster eateries with inflated prices. The hot tub and pool were nice and clean and well maintained. The only thing that wasn't great was the location - a ways from the plaza and downtown attractions, and next door to a pawnshop. If you're looking for a storybook getaway, this may not be the place for you. But if you need a reliable place to sleep that's affordable, it's the real deal.

Staff was very friendly and called ahead so that we could check in early after a very long road trip and just needed to relax and unwind before enjoying the beautiful Santa Fe. The room was clean and we were upgraded.

The hotel overall is acceptable, but it could use a makeover. The breakfast offered a variety of foods, but that menu never changes. Fresh coffee is provided in the mornings, but late in the day they have a portable machine, which make really bad coffee.

Well appointed SW style rooms, with all the amenitis and in a very convienent location for those not wanting to stay in the congestion of downtown. Convienent location for many restaurants, shopping and interesting shopping.

Checked into a handicap room 106. Small room but nice. Very dark motif. My wife called it the Dark Dungeon. Very nice shower. One queen bed. Kinda tight quarters, can't imagine it would be conducive to a wheel chair. very small refrigerator with no freezer. We need a freezer for ice packs for our cooler. Bed was comfortable. Occasional chair with a footstool. Breakfast above average. The biscuits and gravy were the best I've ever had in a hotel breakfast. Sturdy luggage carts. Lots of homeless in the area but felt safe here. We would stay again.

I was in Santa Fe to take the Stargazer night train, so I wanted a place to stay that was both comfortable and safe. The Inn of Santa Fe was perfect. Great staff, beautiful room, and lots of guest amenities (pool, fitness center, etc.) Parking can get a bit tight, but the security person was very helpful in finding a spot. Overall, a great place to stay!

We booked this last minute when we chose not to make the drive to Denver. We have stayed at other BW Plus hotels and we found this one to be comparable. Our room was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is much better than a continental breakfast but not quite as good as a Hyatt Place or Embassy Suites. But definitely good variety, good quality and clean.

This hotel is in need of a remodel the room had a terrible odor, electrical plug-in fell off the wall when I tried to use it. The room was really small with 2 queen beds, and it was dark and needs updating. I thought the hotel was overpriced for how old it is, however, it's Santa Fe. I did report the odor to the front desk, and they did offer to have us change room's however my husband was so tried from driving 12 hours we stayed in the room. At least the beds were comfortable.

The room was what we expected from a Best Western. We like the decor and the breakfast. We were able to park close to the elevator. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfy, clean and the room was spacious.

This hotel was a real gem. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and colorful and we loved the bed and Roman shower. The breakfast and coffee was great and the rate was very fair.

Exceptionally clean, staff very professional,yet warm and welcoming. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great, just like home. Rates were a very pleasant surprise. This will now be our hotel when we visit Santa Fe.

Great 2 day visit. Everything was fantastic. Megan at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. She gave me a welcome package of water and cookies. My suite was fantastic. Clean and roomy with a balcony. The bathroom was superb!! The breakfast was substantial. Great fitness center. Everything was clean and inviting. What a great value. If you don't stay here it's your own fault!!

This is the second time I've stayed at this Best Western Plus and have been pleased both times. Check in was quick and easy, and all customer service representatives were friendly throughout the stay. Rooms are clean, and unlike some hotels now, housekeeping come every day if you prefer, and you don't have to go out of your way to request it. I spoke to a couple of the housecleaning staff and they were very nice too. The breakfast had a good selection and was well kept and the area was clean. Also restaurants and shops in the area. Was surprised at how close they were to Meow Wolf. I recommend this hotel!

Hadn't tried a Best Western before…travel wit our little dogs and didn't know they were pet friendly. Loved our room, wonderfully clean, great mattress and pillow selection, pet walk area outs outside, nice breakfast, really good coffee and nice welcoming staff. We will definitely be back!

One of my favorite Best Westerns. Very friendly experienced staff. Beautiful southwest decor. Good location. I tried Firehouse subs nearby...easy walk...really great food. Looking forward to my next stay.

We have been staying at this BW PLUS in Santa Fe for 20+ years as we make frequent trips from CO to AZ. The service at this hotel is consistently very good. The staff never disappoints. When we arrive, we always feel like we are coming home. Pets welcome Facility and rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast room and options are above average.

Front desk is rude. I called to book a suite and was told that the foldout couch would fit both my kids, it was a queen or full. When I arrived it was a twin sized foldout couch. It was nasty and we could barely get it out. Both my kids got cut on the bed. The front desk didn't have rollaway beds or other rooms available. My 4 year old slept on cushions on the floor. The carpet is coming up and nails poke through. The windows are so thin that they sound like they are open. I don't know how there are so many good reviews unless they are fake. This place is expensive considering how dated and in disrepair things are.

The staff is top notch. The room exceptonally clean. The furnishings (rm 203) a bit dated/scrathed. The Heating system had a noisy drive fan....but had a really comfortable mattress that made up for iit! (we just shiut the heating system off for the night). Management was notified upon departure the next morning. We plan to return in a few days. It REALLY is a nice place to stay.

This hotel had rude front desk staff. The lady was very short and unfriendly during check-in. She was not interested in answering questions. The room was very poorly lit. The bath tub was quite dirty with hair and gunk. I expected more from best western.

Good hot breakfast, good HD tv service, room a bit dated but clean and comfortable. DoorDash delivers to this hotel which was good. Fridge AND Microwave was welcome, since I've been in some BW's that did not have the microwave.

Our room was small but fine for one night. We slept very good, however breakfast was another story. They advertise a full American breakfast until 9:00. We went in at 8:30 and they had eggs, Chile sauce, bread, and cereal with no bowls. The place was full but they were not bringing out refills for the food and there was no meat. They closed the breakfast at 8:45. When I inquired at the desk, all I got was they were out. No apologies. I was a very disappointed customer and it will most definitely influence future choices of where to stay.

using a free night we were given a suite with a hot tub, large room and quiet, cool decor, and great breakfast, try their sausage bowl, beats alot of local restaurants, very nice property, will stay again

Really enjoyed my one night stay in one of their suites. It featured a bedroom and separate "living room" (although no door between the two). I liked that there was a tv in each area (and totally agree with the reviewer that gave extra points for the tv channel lineup...you don't see that much anymore!) and a small kitchen area in the living room that had its own sink, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. I especially liked that my room had a balcony so I was able to get some fresh air. Very nice decor and comfortable bedding as well. The location was just ok. It worked for us as we were simply heading to the Albuquerque airport the next day. But it was far from the downtown plaza (took us at least 20 minutes to get there in the late afternoon approaching rush hour). It was, however, convenient to supermarkets, drug stores and other major chains though.

From check in until check out, I was happy with my stay. I was greeted promptly upon arriving in the lobby and recognized as an Elite Member. Check in was super smooth and I was off to my room. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was fantastic. Internet service was great. Breakfast was fine. The property was quiet. Check out was just as smooth as check in. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a week while visiting Santa Fe and surrounding area. Hotel was clean and pleasant. Our room did show some water damage in ceiling that should be repaired. Breakfast was good except for the scrambled eggs (powdered?). Pool and hot tub are nice. Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

The Hotel was located about 10 minutes from the Tourist areas of Central Santa Fe. Check in was easy and the parking lot was well lit and close to multiple doors. The room, one King, was good size with a comfortable bed, chair, and TV. Located on the 2nd floor you can either use the elevator of stairs to get to room. Breakfast was ok and adequate for my needs with cereals, oatmeal, eggs and sausage, yogurt etc. An affordable stay.

If you appreciate interior design then this is the place for you! Additionally the staff and rooms will more than meet your expectations! The very nicest room we have ever encountered at BW and the most helpful staff team!

We stayed here for the first two nights of our Santa Fe trip (we were there to attend a wedding and had to change hotels). Although on a very busy street, we had a room on the side with no traffic noise at all. Getting back-and-forth to "downtown" Santa Fe was easy. Tons of restaurants on Cerrillos Road. We were in a decent-sized two-queen room. The bathroom was small with very little counterspace around the sink for toiletries. The shower was very good. Breakfast was very diverse, with 4 hot dishes, which pretty much changed every day. There is a small indoor swimming pool. The biggest plus? A card listing all the TV stations (hardly ever see this anymore).

Terrible odor in room Internet never worked even from reception. Breakfast was horrible. Potatoes not fully cooked & barely warm! Eggs watery not fully cookedVery expensive ~ don't stay here... Extremely expensive other BW across country were half the price & much nicer!

We booked here specifically as we are on a long road trip and needed the guest laundry, which was mentioned on the website. We asked if there was another laundry and were told no. It's an important feature for some guests and should have been fixed same day. The Hotel was very full. There was a stain on the white bedspread and I wondered if they are laundered between each guest. The cleaner got nosy and knocked on our door when the do not disturb sign was on the door and kept trying to look past me to see into the room, We found a short and curly silver hair on the sofa, not ours. It was OK, bed was comfortable but the air con was very noisy.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Standard amenities you would expect to find in a hotel - tv, mini fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, what have you. Breakfast was good, and the dining room was open until 10AM - nice if you like to sleep in, but, still grab a bite before checking out. My only knock on this place is the general location. I walked down a few blocks to a shopping center to get dinner. I wouldn't recommend doing this. It was a little sketchy. It didn't seem to spill over onto the BW property, and certainly not the fault of BW. But, if you like to do a walkabout when you stay, be careful.

Really enjoyed the night that we stayed at this location. Rooms were compact, but, very clean. Everything was in good working order, and the staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit. Breakfast has a great selection of options.

We loved our stay at the Best Western in Santa Fe! The room was very clean and beautifully updated with a Santa Fe look. Our room was cleaned with a freshly made bed and linens every day...a rarity these days! The price was excellent as well.

I love this hotel, because it is clean, comfy, friendly, quiet, safe, especially safe for solo travelers. The breakfasts are great and sumptuous! All the staff are very helpful! View from the rooms in the back is great!

Homeless person fixed themselves a plate using dirty hands and staff did very little to discourage him to come back. Matter of fact, they said it happens all the time and cops won't do anything. So I will not be staying at a place that is unsafe.

We spent one night here recently. Our room was clean and quiet, first floor. The window opened for fresh air. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was typical, with two kinds of eggs and brown and serve sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles for the hot foot. A selection of cereals and other cold food items were available as well. Service was fine. Recommend.

Rates have jumped dramatically in Santa Fe, NM, so I was looking for the best rate I could find while still staying in a well-kept motel. I was quite pleased, never having stayed here before. Clearly it's an older hotel, but it has been refurbished and refurnished well, the rooms were good-sized and well-appointed. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We would stay here again.

I have stayed at this property before, especially before the dreaded Covid. It was nice to be back. The rooms are nice, and the pool is delightful. Hope to be back next year for another visit to the Santa Fe Opera

My husband and I used BW points for our stay at this property. Asked for a top floor quiet room. We were given a large quiet room at the end of the hall on the top floor. Room and bathroom could use some updating as well as a different mattress. Breakfast was hot and tasty. All and all a pleasant stay.

High end stay in a private balcony King Suite. The cooler was a little far from the rest of the room so we wished there was a secondary temperature control. Otherwise the stay was great, breakfast was good! And having our own balcony was really nice!

We were visiting from out of state with a small family group including two preteens. We looked at doing an Air Bnb but for the price and amenities couldn't beat this hotel. We rented a two bedroom suite and it was the perfect size. The pool was inside and included a hot tub; the hours were great and it was clean, with towels in the pool area. The breakfast was as good as a restaurant if not better the staff refilling it was so kind and paid close attention. There was a microwave and mini fridge so we ate meals at the hotel. The staff was all so friendly! The location couldn't be beat. Easy drive to the Plaza, Meowwolf, and Pecos Historical park.

The ac leaked and the carpeting was soaked. The hotel didnt offer us a new room and we were there 3 days. They didnt come fix or try to fix the problem. Coffee maker leaked water all over the table, it needed to be replaced and they said they would bring us another one the next day but did not. Said they would give us a discount on the bill but I have not seen that as of yet.

The hotel had a horrible musty smell and the carpets were wet and sticky. When we complained, we were given lysol to help with the smell. It didn't work. The bathroom also smelled of old dirty water and the humidity in the room would not allow anything to dry. We were given an option to move to another room but it had the same issues with another can of lysol. Also, when turning on the heater it set off the fire alarm due to the smoke. When we complained, we were told it was ok just do it again and open the window.. .uhh NO! It was freezing cold outside and raining! Overall NOT worth the price we paid! For what we paid we should've just stayed closer to the center!

Second stay here. Both stays here were cleanly and enjoyable. The bed is comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony for breakfast and the seating area in the room for dinner. Cozy environment. Would recommend to stay here.

We always stay here when in Santa Fe. We generally get the room we request which is pretty quiet. Hotel is dog friendly too with ample space too walk around at night. Not the best part of town, but I have never felt unsafe. Breakfast is decent. Never used the pool.

We only stayed here one night but found the room clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Mini fridge worked well and was quiet. Free breakfast included chorizo, scrambled eggs, and sausage Pattie's as well as a soft taco bar. Pool was being renovated.

The room had black mold in it! It was not safe and affected the health of my family. Once we discovered it, we realized why we had been feeling so ill. Horrible service from the manager and an overall terrible experience

Love this hotel. Room decor is great and jacuzzis tub is a lot of fun. The breakfast area is abit cramped but we always go outside past the pool to eat. Prices can be high but it is Sante Fe and if you have a car the town square is a quick ride. Also this hotel is near a great biking trail.

Older hotel that appears to be "renovated". Upon arriving the front desk staff was not too welcoming. We stayed in a two room suite. The room furthest from the air conditioner stayed warm. The faucet in the bathtub constantly dripped. The room/furnishings were worn but clean. Bathroom was extremely small, but lavatory area was located on the outside of the bath so it made it convenient for multiple people getting ready. The road noise was loud but subsided during the nighttime hours. We didn't care for the blinds on the windows - let in a lot of light during the day and street lights at night. Would have preferred something that blocked the light a little more. Breakfast was good.

I reserved a balcony room. I requested that the room be on the top floor and facing away from the road. What did I get? Second floor facing the road. Ok. But it gets better! The rooms with balconies, that go for $200+ a night, are all at the front of the hotel above the entrance. So you get to hear everyone check in! Sweet. And the bed is right by the window! Smart. But that's not all! There is also a super bright spotlight that faces the balcony rooms that face the busy street. Whatever, just shut the drapes, right? No drapes! Slatted blinds, and the doors don't quite close, so there are beams of light that shine on the bed. Awesome!! But wait, there's more!!! In the parking lot a stones throw from the balcony there is a 24-hour automatic ice dispenser!!!! It doesn't get much better than this. Yeah, won't be back to this hotel or the overpriced tacky-pretentiousness that is Santa Fe.

Was surprised at the overall upkeep, even the stairwells were clean. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. It's close to meow wolf. The pool is was good size and they have a hot tub. The only suggestions I have are to fix shower head and maybe clean the pool deck floor better. Breakfast was tasty. Worth the slightly higher price in the area.

An OK place to stay, out of town and away from the traffic. Sure wish there was at least a take away breakfast. The offerings were an apple and granola bar, no coffee no tea. Lots of parking was an advantage.

We traveled from hiking at Bisti Badlands to ABQ for a flight back to Seattle, and stayed at BW Plus for one night. The property has very nice Santa Fe style (Pueblo style), such as in our quest room, hallways, and even the dinning room for breakfast. Compared to other hotels, the property is ``old fashioned'' (e.g., not many USB plugs), but clean and has a lot of parking.

Hotel stay was excellent. They met all our needs-free breakfast, laundry room, clean hotel and room, friendly and hospitable staff. Loved the room decorations which made me feel at home. Pet friendly!

Property could use some updates overall. Breakfast buffet was decent but same meat selection of sausage links everyday. Television bit mapped each day but was probably a Comcast provider issue. Rooms were a little small than Choice Hotel rooms we usually stay in but this was pet friendly and was main reason for our decision to stay.

I have fallen in love with Best Western Plus and now always look for them. They seem new, clean, beautiful, comfortable, great beds and showers, plenty of room, good price, super staff. They have been good to accept my Therapy Dog at no extra fee. This hotel was one of my favorites!

Comfortable rooms, great service. Small bathrooms are a bit problematic if you are older. Breakfast was excellent and food could be taken to rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet location. No restaurants within walking distance, but short drive away.

The room decor and public areas are very attracive with Southwest decor. This was a mini suite room with sofa and coffee table. Amenities typical of what makes us love BW properties: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron/board, good work desk and chair, plugs for your digital gizmos. 3-drawer chest and closet. Combination tub/shower with nice toiletries. Complimentary wfi and HVAC work well. Very clean room. Very good breakfast of hot and cold items, e.g. eggs, sausage, breads and pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices. I love the biscuits. Friendly, professional staff throughout. TV with lots of channels, and a crib card for the more popular channels. Other hotels to take note: I LOVE this so that I don't have to scroll through 100+ channels to find what I'm looking for. Attractive glassed-in pool area looks clean, and people enjoying themselves. A number of restaurants are in the area, and it is a short drive to the historic downtown of Santa Fe. Lovely stay, and we'd be happy to stay here again.

Great place to stay in Santa Fe if you are looking for an affordable option for a family. Close driving distance to the Farmer's Market/Railyard District, the Plaza, and other sites to see in Santa Fe. Room was clean and bed/linens were comfortable. Hot breakfast could use a little more variety, but was good overall.

Went on ski trip and what an amazing Southwest style room I was in. The decor along with the feel of the room is very welcoming and different than the same old same old you get from other hotels. I mean sometimes you need the comfort of that very linear approach and when I have been driving 600-700 miles I don;t want any surprises and love the JW vibe for this reason. (No offense BW). And I will still stay at BW properties I am familiar with even on one night quick stops. But for an extended stay this property fit real good. I feel bad that this beautiful place is in such a kind of run down area. Come on NM take better care of your residents. I saw so much poverty it sickens me and yet you grandstand with that beer bug the most so far out of every state I have been through this year. And yet poor people walk around so hopeless. Cerrilos used to be so quaint 5 years ago. Now it just feels creepy.

Good quiet hotel. Nothing special. Nice that they allow pets. We stay here any time we are in Santa Fe. It would be nice if the surrounding area was cleaner and less sketchy, but I feel safe walking the dog around outside late at night.

The staff was friendly,helpful and had loads of great ideas for cycling adventures for us in the area. They made us feel like part of their family. They stored our bikes for us in a locked room so we didnt have to lug them up to our room. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless. Breakfast was also very good they even had fresh fruit.

The hotel is located near the main road, so there are many restaurants and gas stations nearby. Easy access to Old Town Santa Fe and I-25 freeway. The room is large and clean. Highly recommended this hotel in Santa Fe.

Southwest decor, rooms nicely appointed, ample space in rooms. Good access for vehicles outside, convenient inside areas. Public PC, good hot breakfast options, nice late check-out policy. TV remotes somewhat redundant and baffling. In-room conveniences like refrig., micro, room air controls are good.

I always feel safe here because there is plenty of lighting outside around the property and the parking lot. The parking is also convenient and access to the elevator is never an issue. This is my go to hotel in Santa Fe.

We've come to count on Best Western for their consistency in service, cleanliness, nice accomodations, good breakfast, and reasonable pricing, plus having the amenities we prefer. Some places you just don't know for sure what you are getting but BW seems to be consistently appealing.

Beautiful room with southwest decor. Beds were beyond comfortable! Plenty of room to move around. Front desk clerk was awesome and even offered to store our mountain bikes for us. Full breakfast in the morning with eggs, sausage links, country potatoes, waffles, etc. I'd definitely stay here again!

Well appointed south western style. What one would hope for in Santa Fe with all of the charm and amenities one would hope for in Santa Fe and seldom finds. Pet friendly is a big plus! Lovely lobby and all the extras from exersize room to office area with a printer that really works. The grounds are kept well with outdoor seating for a nice "get away" space.

Room is ok. Pillows were terrible….bring your own. Heating and cooling system loud. Bathroom ridiculously small. Shower could not be adjusted. It was like staying in a dorm with all of the door slamming and loud people in the hall. The ‘free' breakfast was awful. It was cold and tasteless. There was a lot of street noise and the shutters on the sliding door to the balcony did not close enough to prevent light from the surrounding buildings from coming in.

This Best Western has a family suite option that is awesome! The suite has 2 rooms, balcony, great hot breakfast with lots of options. The pool and hot tub open until 11 pm!! balcony, great friendly staff. We loved it!

Our stay at the Best Western was absolutely wonderful! We felt very safe and well cared for from checking in, to their delicious breakfast, to check out! All appropriate COVID precautions are followed by all!

We stopped in Santa Fe before going to Albuquerque NM for the Hot Balloon Fiesta. Toilets are very low and rugs in hall and rooms need to be replaced as they look tired. Service was excellent during our 2 night stay and will rewards we had breakfast both days. Nice menu and again service was great.

The Santa Fe Best Western was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There was one major gap, however: in complete violation of the New Mexico state mandate, many guests would congregate in the lobby and walk the hallways without masks. The fact that the hotel would allow this--placing their valuable staff and other guests at risk--made this a very uncomfortable and even frustrating place to stay. I realize it's hard to police these things but for the sake of others' health it must be done.

A gorgeous room, a helpful staff and great breakfast options to get your day started pretty much does it for me. This inn is located near shopping and is just a short ride from the Plaza. And unlike the Plaza, parking is abundant. And free. : )

Location of hotel is great, room décor was very nice, clean premises, nice breakfast. Check in was quick and easy even though they did not recognize our status. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool and spa were nice. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and attentive. The southwestern decor us appropriate but not overwhelming. The one down side is the bathroom - the first room had the super low toilet that was hard form my 86 yr old mother to use (they quickly switched us to another room) but they still have bathtubs vs. walking showers.

Great central location for the things I wanted to do in the Santa Fe area, including day trips out of Santa Fe. The motel was great with a good breakfast and a nice indoor pool and hot tub. The room was comfortable and quiet. No problem for me and my wife but the motel, at this time, does not provide room cleaning unless specifically asked for. Just need towels, which were readily available at the front desk. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The stay was super nice, we were only able to stay one night but would come back and enjoy it for more time when we can. Our room was super comfy and clean, water pressure and temperature was great. The indoor pool was a decent size and it wasn't overly humid like most are. We loved that everything was themed because it gave it a more cozy bed and breakfast type of feeling. Absolutely no issues, staff was friendly, and we were able to do an express check out and go visit Meow Wolf (which is right down the road) and head home. It's super close to a lot of shops and yummy restaurants.

We recently stayed at this hotel. The room was cleaned and well stocked and the entire staff of this hotel were some of the nicest people ever! Pro Tip - the rooms have windows that open, select a 2nd or 3rd floor room so that you can open safely and let the cool night and morning air inside!

We stayed here one night on a trip to take the grandkids to Meow Wolf. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Every part of the hotel was immaculate. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Rooms were comfortable and spacious with brand new mattresses on the beds. Very quiet and the free breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices and was kept going with all you could eat. Location was perfect.

The perfect hotel for a 1 night stay in Santa Fe. Only five minutes (driving) from the galleries and great restaurants. Front desk staff is helpful and very professional! Rooms have great water pressure and plenty of hot water! Always a plus in today's world.

The bed in our room was remarkably comfortable. The only downside, very minor, was lack of water pressure in the lavatory sink. Shower was great; the room was immaculate, and all the staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. Even though we were on the ground floor (by request) the room was quiet and comfortable. Was there as a an official at a horse show at Hipico west of town, and the nearness to the facility was a real plus.

I have lived in Santa Fe and visited numerous times so I know how expensive hotels and visiting can be. This is a very nice hotel for the price. Most hotels similar quality are much more money a night. The location is not as close to the Plaza however very close to many restaurants and basic shopping needs like grocery stores, pharmacy, and gas stations. The décor is traditional southwest with a Santa Fe feel. The pool is indoor but has many windows so it is nice a light. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall good location with variety of restaurants, shopping areas and grocery stores nearby. Facility just needs update with improvement on such as bigger bathrooms and drawers accessibility. Nice accommodation in room with refrigerator and microwave, however a safe would be a great feature to have. Did not use any fitness facility or swimming pool. Friendly staff.

I used points for this stay and am very happy with property. The front desk ladies & breakfast attendant were very friendly & helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I would suggest a room in the back to not hear the occasional car racing down the road the hotel is on. Good location. I am in the travel industry & I would not hesitate to send a client here.

Barking dogs and people smoking weed in the hall. Gave an extra star to be nice. Afraid to go to sleep as there are several people lurking around the parking lot. Maybe breakfast in the morning will make up for this overpriced nightmare of a stay.

We booked a two room suite. The sofa bes touch was broken, but otherwise room was in good repair. Toilet are was very small compares to great of bathroom. Everything else was fine.. Pool worked, hot tub out of order

This is a nice property about 10-15 minutes (driving) from the historic area of Santa Fe. The rooms were clean and staff were nice. The only complaint I have is that the "two bedroom" unit didn't have two separated areas but not two bedrooms with doors. However, our stay was comfortable and it was a good place to stop for 2 nights.

Great location, room, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Conveniently located to the historical part of Santa Fe. We enjoyed walking around the "square" even though understandably most of the locals were packed up and gone with their goods due to a freak hailstorm that occurred. Would recommend and stay again.

The staff was very welcoming. The room was not very clean and the stuffing was coming out of the sofa sleeper in the room and the sofa sleeper mattress was very soiled. Reported it. They were nice but just wrote it down -- did not offer to replace it or to reduced our bill. 'Suite' is a long stretch for this tiny room. You can't even turn around in the bathroom. I've never been in such a small suite. The breakfast was adequate but very cold. Room was hot, hot, hot and mattress was very hard. Overall would not stay here again given the chance.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Great service. Staff was excellent and helpful. Rooms were clean. You have to request for your room to be cleaned which was a bit annoying but they quickly came and emptied trash and brought towels even after housekeeping went home. Pool was fun, had to make reservations but kind of nice to have the pool to ourselves. Loved our stay.

The hotel was very clean and the decor was beautiful. Stayed in a huge 3rd floor deluxe room with a king sized bed. Extra bonus was a wet bar. Very quiet throughout hotel hallways and within the room. First time Best Western Plus Inn but it will be our choice in the future.

On our way to Arizona we stopped for a few hours of sleep at this dog-friendly hotel. It was clean, reasonably quiet, with comfortable beds. Easy to park and find off a major thoroughfare. Breakfast to go was an added bonus. Staff was helpful. We had a little trouble with the key system yet overall we were quite pleased.

Staying at this Best Western Hotel is a lovely experience. Although you cannot yet eat in breakfast room, they provide hot meal to take to your room. Rooms are well appointed and beautiful, bed is comfortable too!

This is a very nice hitel, and an excellent option if you intend to visit Santa Fe. While Santa Fe is a small town, and everything is close by, the hotel is conveniently located and provides easy access to the old town attractions.

This was a great place to stay. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a great suite that was large and comfortable. Of course, because of covid, the breakfast was somewhat scaled down. But it was still a very good place to stay.

Very pleased staying at this hotel, have found the rooms to be clean and all in working order, at a reasonable price. I have made return reservations at this hotel for that reason. In the fall when I have family visit I will recommend this place as I haven't had any issues. PLUS the decor is very nice in both the lobby and rooms.

The staff was courteous, the room was nicely appointed and super clean. The hotel was conveniently located. In light of COVID restrictions, they offered a pre-bagged "Grab n Go" sack of breakfast items that I thought was thoughtful and convenient. They also offered a nice assortment of breakfast items. The wifi worked fine. The room and hotel decor was charming and befitting the locale.

We had a very quick check in, everyone is helpful. Room was clean and so was lobby. Elevator works fast and is also kept very clean. The outside is maintained and I feel safe leaving my vehicle in the parking lot.

We chose this location because they have a heated indoor pool, also love the southwestern ambiance and the freshness of the linens. Our queen room with sofa bed was too cramped compared to other room types I've stayed in at this hotel but overall good value.

Very nice room. Easy check in and grab b'day go breakfast. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Could use more plug in in the room for electronics. MAybe lamps that accommodate USE ports etc. Does have a pool.

Property looked very Southwest, lobby recently updated. There is a nice fitness center and the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The Room:: shockingly the mattress was the worst I have experienced in many years, one can feel the springs, the pillows were lumpy and went flat. The lighting was dim & room extremely dark (cute arm chair), off putting odor. You can hear people walking above, but luckily, it was short lived . Nice shower decor. Room lighting could work for others.

Always stay here when we visit Santa Fe. Convenient, clean, and pet friendly. Executive suites are very nicely done and quiet too. Breakfast during COVID was grab-n-go. Muffin, water, granola bar, and fresh orange. Not bad

Nice hotel, reasonable price, close to downtown. walking distance to many restaurants. Ask for room away from street, can be very noisy by road. We were here during virus shutdowns, and did have grab and go breakfast (OK).

We were driving down the 25, tired and ready for a break. The price for a queen room was great. Clean, well equipped and 2 pretty good ‘grab and go' breakfasts. Next time, we would definitely stay again.

Well the keys didn't work twice. The air conditioner leaked water the main thing I wanted was the tub with jets excited filled it up and all this junk came out of the jets . So much for safety and clean . I am so upset . My hair is super mega short and black . I have a pixie cut. Even moore air conditioner leaks water on the floor . Horrible. Not safe at all to me .

This hotel was not located in old town but was well located to shopping centres and plenty of restaurants. The hotel was nicely furnished in New Mexico decor. The room was comfortable and warm. I didn't use the pool as it was winter but enjoyed relaxing I the hot spa. The breakfast buffet was very good and enjoyed the Christmas touches such as red and green M&Ms! Although as it was Christmas, the hotel was full and it was difficult to get a table at breakfast. Parking was convenient and there was a nice lounge area on the ground floor.

Staff was very courteous. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would 100% stay here again. Also, the location was in, what seemed to be, a nice part of town. And it was not too far from downtown.

Nice property easy check in. Lobby is well appointed. Room is nice and clean. We slept well; room quiet, dark and beds comfortable. Stayed two nights. Breakfast consist of water, fruit, granola bar in a sack.

We traveled in the area with our dogs, and it was nice to find a hotel that welcomed dogs. Check-in went smoothly, and though initially the air conditioner smelled a little musty (no doubt due to lack of use because of COVID), that cleared up quickly. We spent an extra few dollars for a deluxe room, which my big dog appreciated, as he slept on the couch right by the air conditioner. Our room was near an exit, which was convenient for dog potty purposes. They even provided doo-doo bags at the doors to make it easy to clean up after pets. The location is fairly central to Santa Fe, and while this was not a "posh" neighborhood I felt safe. The citrus shampoo/conditioner/lotion etc. samples they provided for use had a WONDERFUL fragrance. My only comment was on the breakfast bags provided - I get that a buffet is not possible due to COVID but the bags were not ideal. However, I think other hotels stopped providing breakfast altogether so there is that. Also our keys stopped working after the first night so we had to get them reprogrammed, which was irritating. But the water jugs in the fitness room were great to keep our dogs' water bowl filled. We did not interact with staff very much, though those we met were friendly. If we ever make it out to Santa Fe again we will definitely consider staying here again!

The overall hotel and room experience was good, but a roach will make it a deal breaker. The wife hates roaches and spiders, so this was not good. No complaint was made because we were tired and no energy from driving and traveling all day. We were just passing through to sleep and slept maybe 6 hours. I hope this is not common for this property.

First time traveling from AZ to MN with a dog. Wasn't sure what to expect re: dog friendliness. We asked for a ground room floor for easy outside access because our dog has never been in a hotel before (elevators, noises, etc). Plentiful green space for pups to walk and do their business and outside garbage cans for poop disposal. We saw at least 7-8 other pups but didn't hear any barking or noise from them. Bed was comfy, good shower water pressure. Hot breakfast was available (eggs, bacon, biscuits/gravy, fruit) and served cafeteria style by hotel staff with appropriate social distancing, plexiglass partitions. You could also opt for a Grab n Go bag.

Very kind and accomodative during an emergency trip during Covid 19, I had just traveled from Nevada with my son and we were very tired and needed a place to stay and we were greeted with a smile and extreme kindness.

How creative to give out grab and go bags during a pandemic which was your version of breakfast. For almost a $100 room rate me and my guest both got paper bags with three items. You would think with restaurants being open only for take out that management could be a little more creative and caring to offer more that a paper breakfast bag. Upon check in went straight to the lobby men's restroom. No soap in the dispenser to wash my hands during a pandemic. How wonderful! No ice bucket in room so used the small trash can. Lobby morning coffee tasted like cardboard. It takes more that a 15 million renovation to make a hotel which uses the word plus good. I certainly have no plans to be back.

The room and hotel were much nicer than I expected. Very comfortable and large room. The decor was cute and homey. The lobby was beautiful and the free breakfast was well stocked and attended to. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We booked this BW last minute and got a decent rate for the middle of the week (less than $100). Beds are average, room is nice and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is your typical fare. Staff is pleasant. The fitness center is small but functional. FYI, the hotel is 5 miles from historic Santa Fe - an easy 15-20 drive. Plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel - not too far from I-25.

We were met by a friendly, helpful desk clerk. She provided us with an upgrade. The room was clean, very comfortable and had everything thing we needed. The location is close to a variety of restaurants.

Over priced for it's location. Roms are clean, and parking is easy. Hotel itself is old, but rooms have been updated. Good security lighting, breakfast just so-so. Probabely will not stay there again. Hard to find entrance due to curb entry and road dividers.

Our stay in Santa Fe was memorable to say the least. We were welcomed graciously by the staff and enjoyed a pleasure stay while allowing time to visit Santuario de Chimayo. We took in a delicious Mexican lunch and dinner nearby. The comfort and ease of checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay a welcomed one.

We found the hotel a typical for the chain. The location for an overnight stay was decent. It is on a busy road, but we didn't hear any of the road noise. Breakfast area was adjacent to the indoor pool, which also served as an overflow area for the breakfast crowd. When kids were in the pool the noise intruded into the dining area.

Excellent hotel! Nice pool area, wonderful breakfast with a server/cook who is attentive and knowledgeable, very nice staff overall. Decor is very southwest - we loved it! Rooms were bright, comfortable, great parking accessibility. Wonderful experience! Will be back!

This Best Western location provided a relaxing stop during our travels through the area. One appreciated fact is it is quiet not being directly next to a major freeway. The staff were great and the environment was friendly. Enjoyed great conversations with other travelers in the hot tub area.

This motel is one of the best I have ever stayed in and I will gladly stay again every time I'm in Santa Fe. Super clean, super comfy and great value with very service oriented staff! Plus it close to many restaurants and things to do and see.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in Santa Fe. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. This hotel is very pet friendly and does not charge extra for pets! There is plenty of parking.

So I consider myself a hotel snob. I can be easily annoyed. I was a bit nervous about the good price on the Inn but it came recommended by a local. I was only there 2 nights. Read the reviews and figured I'll give it a try. My stay was excellent. The hotel is a bit dated but it had a Santa Fe feel. The rooms were clean and pillows and bed was great. All the amenities you'd expect. Staff was great. Super friendly and helpful. Cafe food was very good. Best chicken quesadilla EVER! The breakfast buffet was great. Everything you would want and more. Including fresh green chili. So look no further and take my advice if you want something a little different at a very good price.

This hotel is great very clean quiet management is very friendly my whole stay I had 0 issuess would recommend to all. Will stay there again I love that they have hot breakfast and are dog friendly as well.

What can I say. It's a Best Western. The breakfast was good. Paper plates and plastic utensils and a breakfast room not large enough to accommodate all the eaters. Looks like it caters to families. The room was nice. A note to dog owners. They accept dogs, but no place to walk them. I guess for the money it's a nice step above a Motel Six and a Super Eight. Great location and clean.

We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years (2019). We used the Best Western as a launching point to visit many locations in and around Santa Fe. This hotel was a perfect fit for our family of 3. We had a King Suite Room which felt like a one-bedroom apartment. Parents had a nice King size bedroom and our teenager had a pullout couch. Everyone was comfortable. The property has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, plus laundry. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive to the Santa Fe historic district but close to Meow Wolf. There are mainly chain restaurants and strip Malls nearby. Regal movie theaters are closeby. Breakfast was good. Best Western Plus is good value for the money.

We have stayed here 3 times now, and always have a great experience! Ice water always available in the lobby. Room was very comfortable and the southwestern decor is well done. I could find healthy breakfast items, too!

Somehow our reservation got canceled but BW quickly fixed it. Our bill was incorrect and was immediately corrected. No hot water last morning but was fixed before 9am. Overall, a beautiful room, great service and pleasant experience. Sometimes things go wrong, but BW corrected everything as promptly as possible. We would stay here again!

What a fabulous place! Its one of the last few truly rustic yet clean places in Santa Fe. Most of the other hotels in town have gone commercial and ultra-modernized feeling cold and institutional. This place has a western feel that is cozy and warm, yet clean! Rates are also reasonable. The staff is outstanding- friendly and guest-oriented! I will definitely be returning here in the future.

Very impressed- usually stay in Albuquerque and drive up- glad I stayed here. On check in the first time, the woman who checked us in saw my dad had difficulty walking so she wanted to make sure the room was comfortable- I was impressed!

Stayed in Santa Fe 2 nights during our road trip. Fine hotel ... good internet, pool, great breakfast, fitness room. The staff was great both at check-in and check-out. Our room was comfortable, although the bathroom was not large, we had everything we needed. Would stay again in the future.

We were visiting the ares for a couple of days as we were in a road trip. Never stayed at a Best Western before but where it is a BW Plus we have it a shot. The plus is the complimentary breakfast which was just mediocre. Our room was a double queen. It was very dark even if all lights were on. The bathroom was very small and cramped. The shower was not fun. The plug in the drain kept slipping into the drain preventing the water to drain. Kept lifting and moving it but the force of the shower kept pushing it into the stopper position and it took a long time for the water to drain out. The a/c is below the window and it kept blowing the draperies and because it had an awkward slant to it was hard to put anything over it to prevent the blowing. Also a couch is close to it and if you want to sit on the couch to watch tv the fan is blowing full force on you. Had to shut off a/c if wanting to sit on couch. A sacrifice. When I headed to breakfast in the morning I walked by at least six housekeepers lined up standing in front of their carts Faces forward and not one of them in my two days even made eye contact with me or acknowledged me when I said hello the first day. Front desk seemed shy. Not the outgoing friendly welcomes we get at other hotels when we pass by the desk when no customers are around. Very disappointed. Also found the mattresses soft.

Very clean room, lots of art work. Bathroom is small but we managed. There is a large indoor pool which we didn't use. Comfortable lobby. Would definitely stay here again. We were recognized as Gold Crown and offered a upgrade which was very nice.

Late last minute check in and front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She asked about any rewards I may have to make sure I would get the best possible rate. She also made sure I knew where other amenities, i.e. gym, breakfast area.

Maintenance could have been better, toilet seat in room broken, and energy drink can from previous guest left in room. Torn bed cover. Hot tub nice but no jets. After 25 years, my wife and I finally made another trip to Santa Fe. We had specific things we wanted to do while in town (dinner at La Plueza restaurant, shopping, etc.) We wanted a clean hotel with good ratings that wouldn't break the bank. This Best Western Plus in Santa Fe was a good choice. Our room was nice, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and diligent about doing a great job. Breakfast was good, similar to what we've had in other hotels with "included breakfasts". The breakfast room attendants kept the room clean and well supplied with plenty of food and supplies. Lots of restaurants and other businesses nearby. Easy drive to the Plaza, Railyard, and other places we wanted to visit. Not the Ritz Carlton, but a good place to stay while in Santa Fe.

The room was clean but room is very dark, poorly lite and cramped. The bed was very comfortable. The heat/ AC is just below windows and you can't adjust airflow other than volume. Airflow blew curtains up constantly. We had to put a chair to block air from blowing air onto bed. I use a CPAP and reaching the outlet was behind bed table. Having a lamp with outlet would be huge improvement. Room does have a bar sink outside of bathroom next to microwave etc.

This hotel is comfortable with nice amenities. It is a very quick drive to the Plaza attractions (used inexpensive public parking downtown). There are good New Mexico cuisine dining options nearby as well. And the hot tub was great after some of our day hikes.

The staff was very competent and extremely helpful when there was an internet connection problem in the room. Clerk actually came to the room to correct the problem! Breakfast was very good and ready at times promised.

Stay Away. The rooms are dim with poor lighting when they work at best. My bathroom had live bugs crawling around. The breakfast was terrible not even the coffee was drinkable. The room was dirty as well as the hallways and the elevator. The elevator door needed attention as it was not closing properly. I couldn't wait to get out this place and will never return. Not what you would expect from the Best Western brand.

Good: Clean, tidy and relatively quiet. Bad: awful breakfast (cheap stuff), check-in ONLY between 8am and 8pm, no way to communicate with them, they completely ignore emails and phone calls therefore is impossible to notify them about. delay or anything else.

I always choose BW and I am never disappointed! The Rewards are a fantastic perk! The cleanliness is always top notch! The hotel is consistently perfect! I always find the staff very helpful and willing if you go above and beyond! I have worked as a hotel housekeep at BW so I realize a clean room and that is the main reason I choose this hotel chain! The service is always there!

I stayed here three nights given I was in town for a conference. I stayed here given the constraints of where I work and what the allowable per diem for Santa Fe is. The room was not too bad and the hotel was quiet. It's a little from downtown but not too bad if you have a car or you can use Uber/Lyft.

We were warmly welcomed even though we came early to check-in. They even had our room already ready for us! The room was very clean and nicely decorated and the bed was so comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great! A variety of hot breakfast items were offered as well as the usual pastries, breads, cereals, etc. The staff was always kind and accommodating. One thing we always take note on rooms is if there is a night stand and light on EACH side of the bed. This room had it, which was very nice. There were plug-ins on both sides as well but I had to unplug the clock in order to charge my phone. We would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Santa Fe. Although it, is a short drive into the heart of Santa Fe, it's worth the drive and for the price, it can't be beat!

Except for the small bathroom, made better by the shelf under the sink, we have no complaints. Housekeeping was excellent; the hotel is clean and bright; breakfast offerings were varied and sufficient for all. After a four-night stay, we can definitely state that we would stay again!

We always stay at Best Westerns, and this was, by far, the cleanest, well-staffed one yet. And we loved the decor. The breakfast was delicious and everything was hot. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Everyone at the front desk did an outstanding job assisting us. All around, great job!

We stayed here for five nights. We were in town for a funeral and got a basic queen room. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a little small without much counter space, but a large shelf under the sink helped with that. Room service was good. The room was decorated in basic New Mexican style, and was convenient for our stay. The breakfast was standard Best Western. The desk staff were very helpful with good restaurant suggestions and an outstanding recommendation for a local place for flowers. The location is good, but it can be a little tricky finding the driveway.

This south western styled hotel provided us with everything we needed. Easy access off the interstate, a convenient drive to downtown Santa Fe, a clean and comfortable room and a nicely maintained pool. All very satisfactory. We did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment.

The location was great, close to everything. The decor was very New Mexico. Free continental breakfast was good your basic fare. Amenities were nice and clean especially the fitness room. If you come to Santa Fe for the food many places are close to the hotel.

This is a nice hotel in a very good location for sightseeing. Staff goes out of their way to make things right. I will stay here again when I visit the area. Hotel has good acces to food, sites and entertainment.

The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Staff is helpful. An adequate and unfancy breakfast is included. The location is not close to the Plaza so we Ubered. However, it was an easy one hour drive to the Albuquerque airport.

Three trips to Santa Fe in last 3 years. Two of those three stayed at Best Western Plus. Nicely appointed room decor. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. If not staying in the art district in more upscale lodging (1 of 3 trips we did that), then we will stay again at BWP. Convenient location to anything one would need. Easy to get back and forth from city center (although I would prefer to be closer to the central art district).

We selected a suite for this stay as my husband was recovering from an illness and needed to rest each day. I could be quietly active in the other room and he could rest nicely. It had a balcony but only looked over the parking lot so nothing special. Housekeeping did an excellent job each stay; our room was super clean. The included breakfast was pretty traditional motel food but kept filled, hot items hot and cold items cold. The staff in charge kept the tables wiped. The desk staff was helpful in answered all our questions. This motel is located on a main street so handy to every place we needed to go plus the room was very quiet. We would definitely stay here if in the area again.

The Hotel was good , clean ,but not up to Best Western Plus Standards. Overall we enjoyed our stay here but did not quite meet our expectations. Probably we would stay here again if we ever return to Santa Fe.

This is a beautiful hotel with really nice accommodations. The room was clean and quiet. The decor of the room was unique and nicely done. I had my dog with me and it was no issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Unless you must live in the lap of luxury, this is a very OK place to stay. It is well maintained, and their staff are friendly and helpful. The one drawback, especially for seniors, are the low toilets. Depending upon traffic, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get downtown.

The property is kind of hard to enter with a cramped parking lot and if you leave for dinner the spots fill up fast especially when the Hotel is full but other than that the Hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with many options and since the Hotel was sold out the Breakfast area had plenty of areas to sit and eat in the breakfast area and around the indoor pool and even outside.

We were upgraded to a suite with a separate bedroom. A mini-kitchen included sink, refrigerator & mircrowave. The bedding was luxurious. The breakfast was good, although crowded--additional tables were available at the pool or outside. The indoor pool was very enjoyable on a hot August day.

Megan, at check in, was friendly and efficient. The hotel style and decor were perfectly Santa Fe. The room was spacious, well furnished, and clean. The breakfast was so-so, but there are plenty of nearby places the locals like to pick up breakfast. We would return to this hotel anytime.

Have stayed at the Best Western in Santa Fe many times and I will again. I think that probably says it all. Wonderful Staff, Nice Rooms (I usually get an upgrade) Good Breakfast, Pool and workout room well maintained. What else can I say?

Taking an 8 year to experience his first opera so planned a weekend of fun. I am very happy to have selected Best Western Plus Inn at Santa Fe for our lodging. The staff was welcoming and helpful. A room upgrade made his eyes go wide! "How come we have such a special room"? The pool was a hit and we had it nearly all to ourselves. Breakfast was easy and satisfying. And as an aside the opera experience was all I had hoped. We will go again

running between Phoenix and Denver to drop daughter off to college, Santa Fe is right at 1/2 way.....I've mostly had good luck with the Best Western Plus brand all across America (one exception in Dayton, Ohio that had just acquired the Plus status,,,,,but obviously didn't have all the kinks worked out._

We spent one night at this hotel as we traveled from Texas to Colorado. It was a great experience. The room was beautiful, and the beds were comfy. We were traveling with our dog and were allowed to bring her into the room with us (we notified them at booking that we were bringing a pet.) The breakfast was perfectly acceptable for a hotel complimentary breakfast. This hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the downtown area, but a great value.

Clean, good sized rooms with touches of Southwest decor, but unfortunately suffer from horribly dim lighting. Rooms have microwave, which is good to thaw out things put into the mini-fridge since they freeze solid.

While this facility may have been recently renovated, the rooms are still small, poorly lighted and unexciting. The best that can be said is that, aside from the ever-present smell of Carpet Fresh, rooms and public areas are clean and smoke-free. The parking ares are roomy and well lit, and there are two drive wys onto Cerrillos, one back exit leading out to a side street. For the price, we could have stayed at a nicer hotel, but we made our reservations at the last minute.

I typically stay at a Best Western when I'm on the road. This is one of the best. The decor is very nice -- all southwestern style with all the extra touches (like a full-size shower curtain and liner). Easy to control room temperature. Thorough house-keeping and bathroom supplies fully re-stocked each day. Breakfast is typical of most BWs - the breakfast area is a bit small and could probably get a bit crowded during some hours. The front desk staff was very helpful. It's a few miles from the downtown area and a simple straight drive to get there.

The room was very clean and quiet. Just a straight drive to the old Santa Fe plaza. Check-in was quick and we were able to check-in early. The free breakfast was one of the best for this level of hotel. The only complaint was the bath fan was noisy and needed to be replaced.

This hotel is located on the major business strip in Santa Fe -- close enough to downtown but with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The hotel is very clean with great internet. Very affordable for Santa Fe.

The southwest decor in the room was excellent. Very pleasant staff and lovely room. We enjoyed the balcony patio with table so we could sit outside. Also enjoyed eating outside. The lobby area also has southwest decor with leather couches and a large area to sit and relax.

It's hard to find an affordable hotel in Santa Fe. The Best Western was great. We stayed one night while traveling through. Recently remodeled with a southwestern theme. Clean. Hot breakfast with meat, eggs, breads, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. Appeared to be a safe location. Nice pool area. Front desk lady was nice.

The property is located a couple of miles from the center part of the town. We asked for a dog friendly room and they provided one on the first floor near an exit. There was a good area to walk the dog just out the door. The room was a little on the small side, but clean and comfortable. The decor was a southwest style with made the room a little dark. The hotel had a nice hot tub and pool. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection of items, including good burritos. The eating area was rather small. The hotel was good and a good value.

Now, where the hotel is located, it seems a bit sketch. But once you get inside, holy cow!! The rooms are very spacious and beds are so comfortable! The breakfast had a great selection. Only issue was the front desk in the evening wasn't very friendly. They didn't tell us about the breakfast when we checked in or told us where to park.

Building was Santa Fe style, inside and out. It's in a decent area off a main road. It was clean and seemed well managed. Breakfast was an upgrade from basic and had some daily variety. Definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice, I like how they have no fee for pets. Although I did bring both of my dogs, there was no grassy area for them to go to the restroom, they only had some bushes and rocks, the pillows also were hard, and not that comfortable, the air conditioning did not get very cold either, but it was clean, and very pet friendly, ok breakfast, definitely need better pillows though.

We had a minor problem with our room at the first night. The manager and desk staff immediately stepped up and not only changed our room but upgraded us at the same time. Every employee with whom we came i to contact has been super friendly and professional.

The location is good to the sights of the santa fe plaza, and the palace of the governors. You must drive to the plaza but it just down the road. The inn is decorated southwest, which my husband and I liked very must.very inviting

My flight ended up being cancelled and I needed a hotel. This place was on the expensive side but the room was clean, the pool and hot tub were clean, and I was able to check in early at no additional cost. The hot tub was nice and warm. Breakfast was ok, but I am a really picky eater. The hotel has many places to eat around it. I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing that bothered me (and this is not the hotel's fault) is that at one point it sounded as if someone was trying to kick my door in. I assumed it was the next door folks who were in and out of their room constantly and letting their door bang shut. Overall, I would stay here again.

Our usual Santa Fe hotel was under renovation and unavailable for this trip so we opted for the Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe instead. We almost spent the big bucks and went for one of the expensive downtown hotels. I'm really glad we didn't. The Best Western Plus proved to be every bit as nice as the more expensive hotels for a lot less money. We had a spacious room with a double vanity bathroom, two comfortable wing chairs and an ottoman in a sitting area, a King bed that was very comfy, and all the other usual amenities you would expect, The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good, but the area set aside for the breakfast was a bit small. The lobby is large and inviting. I spent some time there reading a complimentary newspaper. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel and we will definitely be staying there again.

I'm a single mom traveling with my 8 year old on our yearly Memorial Day trip to Santa Fe from ABQ - we catch all the kid friendly museums and activities around town then grab some dinner and return to the hotel. We enjoyed a Clean room and comfy bed but it was a bit small for our needs. My son loves the indoor pool which was the perfect temp He also loved the ability to make his own waffles at breakfast We will return if we can get a larger room next time

The room was clean and decent although very very small for a room with two queen beds. I booked a room with two beds yet upon arriving waa charged extra for a room upgrade to two beds. As a single mom with 3 kids traveling on mother's day it was a less than courteous experience with the front desk at check-in, to be honest. The hotel was advertised as near the Plaza. False. I will stay elsewhere on my next trip to Santa Fe.

A simple 15 minute drive to the plaza and railyard district. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet room allowed for a comfortable stay and the satisfying breakfast made for a good start to a day of exploring Santa Fe.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The decor is southwest, very nice. We had a two-queen room. It was not huge, but plenty big for the three of us. The location is just a few miles down the road from the historic district/plaza, an easy drive. There are many restaurants and stores near this hotel. We asked for a room not on Carillo Road as this is a busy street and I didn't want the traffic noise. Our room was very quiet. An overall great stay.

Check in and out was a breeze. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was extra good. My room and bathroom was very clean and shower water pressure great. The breakfast was up to the expected standard. I will stay here again.

We stay at a Best Western when it's possible.We are loyal customers, so sometime there are perks. Staff was friendly. Suggested several places to eat. Pool and a hot tub .Breakfast included. We will be staying there when we return later this summer.

The front desk clerk greeted us with a friendly smile as she efficiently and professionally handled our check in. The lobby and room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and vanity were large, with dual sinks. Spanish style deco added to the ambiance. The hotel was near Old Town Sante Fe. The breakfast room was adequate with a good variety of food. It was well organized, clean and comfy beds, quiet stay, and easy check out experience. All around, a good value.

Nothing more than average. Breakfast area was crowded and small with a sign that says that there is extra seating in the pool area??? seems weird to go sit in a humid chlorine smelling area for breakfast, no thanks! Something happened on the morning we left, about 4 police cars swarmed the property and were driving around it, appeared to be looking for someone. A bit of an uneasy feeling, but I suppose that can happen anywhere. Hotel staff appeared to be also walking around looking for something or someone.

Very rustic and cool. very in touch with local architecture. the location was not too far from downtown and other attractions. quiet and nice view to the city. did not get the opportunity to eat breakfast or use other anemeties.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel off of Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe. The property is in need of a remodel. The rooms are dark and confining and the elevator door needs to be realigned to track properly. In its present condition one wonders that it functions at all. The breakfast area is clean and offers hot items to choose from. The traffic noise from Cerrillos road is really bad and prevents a good nights sleep.

I loved staying in Best Western Santa Fe!!! The service was excellent, loved the balcony and the rooms were clean and pleasant. I stayed here about 5 years ago and I did not enjoy it - it was dirty and dusty, what a turn around!!!!!!! I would stay at this hotel again with no hesitation!!!!

The front desk manager Megan was the beat we have encountered in a while. She helped us with dining suggestions, bus routes to travel downtown and other items. The room was gigantic and southwestern themed.

A good and clean Hotell with personal whom wanted our best. Gave us good information of different sights in town. After a day in town the room was cleaned and I could take a shower using dry towels:-). It's near a busy road with a lot of traffic so it's never really quiet. It dosn' Matter on which side your room is. There is a inside pool I saw some folk use. The parking space is good and breakfast too.

My wife and I enjoyed one week at BW SANTA FE, with special shout-out to Megan Front Desk, along with equally warm and friendly service from Leslie and Jackie who staff the front desk. They assisted in facilitating suggestions for massage for my wife who experienced severe neck pain and suggested a place to obtain a neck collar that she could heat up and apply to ease pain. Rooms and faculty were well taken care of and the breakfast offered many choices. Upon leaving Megan said they would send some books I had purchased ahead to alleviate weight issues for flights. Ten to fifteen minutes from downtown and easy access to all highways and points-of-interest We would stay here again Steve

Comfortable bed with nice pillows and linens. Good breakfast. Plenty of noise from adjacent Cerrillos Road. Hotel has been remodeled and then beat up again. Toilet at an angle. Corridor carpet that looks like it spent several years in a Jiffy Lube lobby. Plastic lined shower tub. Not a "plus" experience as many of the BW plus's are.

Stayed in Santa Fe 2 nights; hotel was fabulous! Great location, very clean; staff were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. Hotel room was very large and very tastefully decorated.

Rooms are large, very clean, comfortable, with a touch of southwestern decor. Both the interior and exterior areas are well maintained. Breakfast has the usual offerings with some nice unexpected additions. Also, the food is fresh and replenished as needed. Front desk personnel are friendly and professional. Wifi great. Hotel is well located within an eadsy drive to all Santa Fe offers.

This Best Western has a beautiful feel to it, the rooms are nice and the pool and fitness center are both very clean and function wonderfully. We've stayed here several times over the past 2 years and enjoy it every time!

I was only there overnight but the room was clean and the service was good. The Housekeeping staff work harder than most anyone I know and they do it for very little money. Most people don't think about tipping the housekeeping staff but they should be tipped at least $3-$5 per night especially if you were messy.

This is a nice location close to Meow Wolf, restaurants and stores. A short drive or bus ride to the Plaza and to the art Galleries or Georgia O'Keefe museum. It is a busy hotel but the staff are very thoughtful and professional. If I could I would rate it 4 and a half stars.

Very nice staff and nice hotel. Pool area was a bit crowded, but it was the last weekend of Texas Spring Break. Manager Megan went above and beyond. Below is the information I shared with th hotel: On the second evening of our stay (03/16) we went to the hot tub to relax a little before dinner. When a young child approached, my wife informed her that children were not allowed in the hot tub. The child returned to her parents. The mother came over to the hot tub, slamming a chair down, and told both her children to get in the hot tub. My wife informed her that the policy of the hotel was to not allow children in the hot tub due to safety concerns. The parent became very belligerent, grabbed my hand (assault) crushing the plastic cup that I was holding. The father arrived, just as belligerent, informing us that the no child rule was at parents' discretion. I obtained a copy of the policy and showed him the rule and why it is needed. He stated that he didn't care if it hurt his children, he was going "to raise my kids the way I want to". We left the hot tub area and I went to the front desk. Megan was the Manager On Duty. After a little explanation, she headed toward the pool area and I went to my room. In a very brief amount of time, our phone rang and I was told that the children were no longer in the hot tub. I want to thank her for being proactive in correcting the situation. She could have told me there was nothing she could do about it, but she immediately took responsibility and corrected the problem. I think both the hotel and corporation should recognize such above and beyond service.

We had a great stay at the Best Western. The staff were very friendly and our room was comfortable. Everything was a quick drive away, but it was nice to be off the beaten path. The breakfast was the typical continental style, which was great for being on the go.

Carpet was worn; beds not comfortable; counter in bathroom was tiny. Worst place we have ever stayed in Santa Fe. You can find many better places on TripAdvisor to stay in Santa Fe! John Q., Edmond, OK

We stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy the sights of Santa Fe. The hotel is pet-friendly so that was a plus for us. It is located about 20 minutes from the plaza but very convenient to I-25. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable though somewhat on the small side. Finding room for two large suitcases was a challenge!

Our room had a fridge and a clean, comfortable King bed. Breakfast was the usual with the hot waffle machine, fruit, cereal. Our room was clean, furnishings look new. Hotel located well right off I-40.

The rooms were nicely decorated and the lobby was beautiful. The swimming pool was amazing and the service was on point. Love the rustic look and newness of building. The hotel was easy to get to and the was plenty of parking. The sofa couch in our room was a bonus.

Positives: Good price bed was firm but confortable and the pillows were ok. Towels were clean and fluffy. Shower was nice and water was hot. Room coffee was good. Breakfast was fine.... eggs bacon selection of toast or bagels etc. Not so great: Room was noisy.... first floor so hallway/door noise and above.... not sure who was in that room but wow.... the stomping overhead..... doors closing was another problem — think the doors are heavy and on tension rods.... don't think folks were slamming them.

The bathroom was very small and it took some time for two of us to get ready in the morning, Other than that, the room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good, the overall property was good and the staff was friendly.

We stay at this hotel 2-3 times per year. Check in staff is always great. Fresh cookies and fruit are a welcome site after many hours in the car. Our rooms are alway neat a very clean. Very pet friendly.

My stay was very pleasant. All my needs were met. The breakfast food was cold but still edible.That is be my only concern and as I am in the food business I know what temperatures the food should be. The gravy was very cold as well as the sausage. This is in a business setting and should be looked into. I eat cold food at home so this was not a problem for me. However, in a business setting we are to always make sure are food is safe for ALL individuals. My husband brought my food back to our room or I would have said something. This BW was clean and had friendly desk staff. As is most BW we stay at, it is a bit dated and the room could use an update. This seems to be a common theme for BW Inn's but we almost always find them clean, safe and great customer service!

I stayed last night using my; fiancé's Points and we got a Suite Room. Absolutely impressed with the room and how spacious it is! Just as advertised in our description. Hotel Staff was very professional. Pool was heated as well as the hot tub was fabulous! The pool is the way a pool should be clean and the towels were plentiful and clean. The Jacuzzi was clean too! Plenty of towels in the room too even a hair dryer which was very convenient as I had to leave early to go to work! Will recommend because of Professionalism and cleanliness. My fiancé enjoyed the points he was given for working at Best Western in Las Vegas NM!

This hotel provided all the usual expectations of a Best Western Plus hotel. The room was clean, pleasantly decorated and allowed perfect temperature controls for our visit to Santa Fe during a very cold snap between Christmas and New Years Day. The excellent rating is warranted due to a response to a problem that we had on checking into our room, water was dripping from the ceiling. Without any hesitation we were moved to another room don the hall and by the time other guest arrived the next day the problem had been rectified in the room. We checked with them.

Stayed in this location over the years for the courteous staff, clean spacious rooms and beautiful view. This trip was a nightmare. At check in the desk clerk charged my card 3 times and refused to clear it up with Capital One. Upon checking in the room had a dirty undergarment in the shower and pubic hair under the pillow when I took the comforter off the bed. Once again after discussing it with "Jackie", the desk clerk "nothing she could do".I stripped down the bed and wiped down everything in the room with "Oxywipes", odor of dog urine still in the room because I was given a Pet Friendly room. Unfortunately I also, had trouble trying to find a different room or hotel because it was the 30th of December 2018 when I checked in and needed a room until the 4th of January 2019. The next day in full view of the lobby cameras Jackie was sitting with her boyfriend, at least I hope he was because at 10pm. on New Year's Eve instead of being at the desk they were groping each other in the lobby as guests were walking around. I went in to lobby to get ice when she caught view of me, (A Franciscan priest), at that point Jackie a seven month pregnant woman with her male companion stopped groping each other and went on a ten minute tirade of profanity laced derogatory comments in both English and Spanish all aimed at me for bothering her for clean sheets or a different room all in full view of the cameras and fellow guests during time she was supposed to be working. It took talking to corporate office and the general general manager John, just to get an apology. Finally I was told the "Jackie", would be reprimanded and one of four nights was taken off. If you show up and she's at the front desk my advice, leave! Enter at your own risk. In the words of Dante, "Give up hope all who enter here!"

The hotel is well located, close to markets and restaurants and close to old downtown (10 minutes) by car. Staff friendly and room has an adequate size for a couple and 2 kids. The complimentary breakfast is OK, nothing fancy.

First of all, I accidentally booked this hotel instead of another one with a similar name. Because I was using my credit card points, I wasn't able to cancel it, but I think it turned out to be a good mistake. When we first checked in, the first room we got had issues with the television, so we were switched to another room. I hated to complain again, but we were placed in a room with a barking dog, so I asked to switch again. The front desk clerk didn't appear to be bothered by my request, though. In the morning we ate breakfast, which was surprisingly good.

The room was small, but adequate. It was very clean. Nice Southwest touches, too. Good mattress on the bed. Nice lobby and lounge area. Free coffee, but no tea. Okay fitness center. The treadmill needs to be repaired or replace. It was very noisy. Good breakfast area. Nice selection including breakfast burritos with salsa. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The furnishings throughout the hotel were both comfortable and high quality, and our room felt like a home away from home. Great place, very clean! Will stay here again.

Great room, location, service and price what more can I say. No hassle just a great experience. Thanks to the staff I had a time. No more needed to be said. This is the second Best Western I stayed in during the last two weeks.

Clean rooms. Indoor swimming pool. The pool area was nice. WiFi. Great shower. I was in a King Suite. Overall a nice experience. They offer a continental breakfast in the morning. Will I stay again? Most definitely!

We had a king room with a Jacuzzi and it was gorgeous, with two big stuffed leather chairs, two sinks in a large bathroom, double Jacuzzi, nice Southwestern decor, all the amenities you expect. Not close to downtown but near a great restaurant, the Blue Corn cafe and brewery. All for $135.

This best western is a great place to stay. Yes it is not walking distance to Downtown, but it is on Cerrillos rd which has lots of stores and restaurants on it. The hotel at least on this Saturday night was very reasonable. Check in was quick and we were given a room on the third floor. The room is on the smaller end, but is anything but generic. The hotel throughout had a great southwestern theme and this carried into the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and they did not skimp on pillows. I slept very well. The room was very quiet other than a emergency light beeping in the hall as it's battery was low, which was fixed quickly upon our arrival. The pool area was nice and the hot tub was warm and most importantly to me working! Breakfast was standard with basic hot items but it did not disappoint. They did have breakfast burritos on it which was nice. Overall this is a great place to stay if you cannot stay downtown. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip.

Nice room, but rather dark once the sun sets. The lamp over the table was too low. Great shower. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good location. The breakfast was abundant - a lot of variety. Would have liked more and better fruit, though. Overall - pretty good deal. Would definitely stay here again.

We forgot and stayed here again. While the amenities are nice as well as the staff, it is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in in my entire life. The road noise from the outside is terrible and if you're on the west side of the hotel you have to listen to deliveries starting at 4 AM. As soon as the deliveries are done then come the trash trucks. We asked the staff last time to go talk to them about the noise but they never did. I took a picture of where the trucks park and the door they bring the deliveries in. After dumping the boxes in the hallway along the rooms, then the night staff starts in with razor knives unloading the boxes. So, if you like quite, DON'T STAY HERE!!!

We didn't book before walking in and the front desk employee was so nice and helpful. They don't charge for pets (which is amazing!) and make sure to put guests with pets on the first floor. Our room was very clean and wonderfully decorated in a Southwest theme. Breakfast was above average too! Although we were too tired to enjoy the indoor heated pool and spa, others were. We will definitely stay there again - well worth the price! The customer service skills of all employees showed!

Thanks to my Diamond status I was given an upgrade to a King suite. It wasn't exactly big (just about as big as a regular room in other hotels) but had a separate bedroom and living room area. Furniture and other things such as lamps, sink etc. are done in Southwestern style with lots of attention to detail, very fitting for Santa Fe. The bed was extremely comfy. There was a small balcony but unfortunately it was too cold and wet to sit outside. Breakfast was nice with various hot and cold items (the hot items varied every morning) but the breakfast room is just too small for all the people. They had a sign saying people should use the pool area for breakfast as well but it wasn't very inviting due to the cold and the chlorine smell. It might be a good idea to provide trays in the breakfast room so that people could take their food to their rooms and eat there.

We were very pleased with the decor and comfort of our king suite. The furniture was very nice and comfy. The room was clean and neat. The window coverings did not shut out all of the light or I would give it 5 instead of 4.

We always stay Best Western. Hot Breakfast, comfortable rooms, knowledgeable staff and pet friendly.Easy 15 minute drive to the Plaza for shopping and dining. Be sure to ask about the restaurant right across the street, El Comal...small, but the service and the were great , homemade New Mexican. We had a first floor room at the end of the hallway with easy access for our pet....only negative thing was the kids running up and down the stairs and slamming the outside door.....

We've stayed at this Best Western Plus three different times, and each time were glad we did. The rooms are well appointed, it's convenient enough to Santa Fe and to the roads out of town, and the staff is really pleasant and helpful. Each time we've used this Inn as a base for travel to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta, to national parks like Bandelier, Petroglyph and Chaco Culture and have enjoyed the area.

Second stay here. Lovely southwest ambience, we stayed in an amazing suite. Very clean. Cordial front desk staff. The breakfast room is a bit small, but there is additional and ample seating poolside. Nice selection of breakfast foods. We will continue to stay here when in Santa Fe.

This is a basic motel, period. Not sure what the "plus" signifies but the breakfast room is tiny, the selection is "average", nothing really outstanding. Rooms were nothing exceptional, again this is just a basic motel.

This hotel offered everything we needed, comfort, clean, a suite , food to go on an early morning departure, quiet and very helpful front staff. Breakfast was also very good, a very adequate buffet with choices to satisfy everyone. Staff was very helpful suggesting dinner at a cute little Mexican place across the street. Would go back in a heartbeat to enjoy this hotel. Easy access into Santa Fe.

This hotel needs to be updated, the room had an odor, the carpet was torn in two places, the wall paper was separating in spots, the refrigerator needed defrosting (ice buildup all along the back.) My wife went to the front desk area to see if they had any water for sale (or gratis,) it was a major deal to give her a complimentary bottle. I paid 50% more for this one night stay than the other BW on this trip - it should have been 50% LESS. My wife also says she hear the occupants in the room above walking around (I am hard of hearing, so luckily I didn't.)

This hotel is very middle of the road. What I like is that it's clean and the parking lot is very well lit. I agree with the person who commented on the slippery surface in the shower. There is a grab bar outside of the shower that would be helpful getting in and out of the shower, but not helpful while you're inside the shower. I suspect that what's used to clean/sanitize the area may be contributing to the slippery surface. The room that we stayed in had carpet except the hallway and bathroom were tiled. The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. Bed and linens were average quality. For those traveling hauling trailers or large travel trailers, there is a designated area to accommodate those vehicles. Although there is a large selection of food on the breakfast buffet, it was mostly sugary items. Cold cereal, waffle, pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, sweet muffins and pastries, vanilla yogurt. If you're spending a night, traveling through it's fine.

Absolutely beautiful motel inside and out. Great breakfast, comfy beds, reasonable price -- one of the best places I've ever stayed at! Right off the main thoroughfare, it's easy to access downtown shops and local nearby attractions.

There were 4 of us, and our room was really small and cramped. The bathrooms are super small. They would be ok for one, but that is all. We were supposed to get queen beds, but they were full beds. Also the beds were very hard. I prefer soft, but that is just a preference. We just felt very cramped in there. But the room was clean and nice. The a/c worked, but it didn't seem accurate temp, so we had to turn it down. Breakfast was good. The toaster was a bit wonky, so it wasn't toasting well, and then it got stuck and burned something. The breakfast area is a bit cramped as well. But it was clean and well stocked. I loved that they had the fruit salad and the skillet potatoes. They had breakfast burritos as well. Overall I would not go back just because of the hard beds or if I had more than one in a room. But that is more on personal preference.

I was on a 10 day roadtrip and of 4 BW properties I stayed at this was my least favorite. The room was comfortable, the bed, tv and spaciousness were all fine and met the BW+ standard. I wasn't a fan of the dark, heavy room decor and found the room lighting dim. The bathroom had a low shower/tub combo with a shower curtain and I agree with another reviewer about the toilet being low. I'm 5'11" and felt like I was on a kiddie seat. The breakfast food and choices were fine, same as others I've stayed at, but the seating was limited and for some strange reason a business meeting was being held at one table. Some guests were eating breakfast and two outside gentlemen joined and they began a meeting. Odd and inopportune during the rush with limited seating. The location is far from the old town tourist attractions and the main restaurants in the surrounding area are national chains.

Well first off went to go get breakfast and there was ants crawling on the counter down by the cups and juice machine, so nope we didn't eat breakfast. So there goes part of the money we paid for the room. Second we had a dog close to our room that kept barking.. Last but not least the bathroom sink leaked all over so we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub.. So no we are not impressed for being reward members who just joined up.

We stayed for one night, got in late and left early whilst doing route 66, pity we didnt get to use the pool, room lovely and big, comfortable bed, parking, easily accessible off the road, close to restaurants

Was in town to attend the annual mountain flying clinic offered by the New Mexico Pilots Association. Hotel is located near the airport which made it convenient to attend class. We had an excellent stay! Hotel staff very helpful, good breakfast each morning, and close to attractions in downtown Santa Fe.

The hotel is located just minutes from downtown Santa Fe and several good restaurants. Our room was clean and housekeeping made sure we had plenty of soap & shampoo. We never experienced and noise problem while sleeping. Recommend this hotel.

Planned to stay two nights but personnel issues changed that to one night. Sorry to leave so soon since the hotel was really a nice place to stay. The hotel was decorated in the Santa Fe style and the room was neat and clean. Staff was pleasant, friendly and professional. Sad to see that the hotel was not close to the historical area, a short drive but not during rush hour. The city was hosting a festival in the historical district and stores were closed during that time. Restaurants were crowded and parking in the historical area was a disaster. Will plan better next trip and stay at this hotel.

This one is a winner. I can't say all best westerns deserve a 5 star rating but this one does. The place was spotless ...just immaculately clean. Decorated in the typical Santa Fe style. Mexican tiled floors... beautiful bedding...the beds were excellent. Slept great. Had king size bed. I had paid for a queen but they upgraded us when we got there because they said they had a lot of kings available. Just a super pleasant stay. The hotel is located about 4 miles from the center of the city...with about 20 other hotel chains nearby. If you book a hotel right downtown, it's double the price and not worth it. It's a one road drive into the historic district from this location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super quiet...nice....there were plantation shutters on large windows fory room darkening. Hot breakfast in the morning. Anyway, great stay.

I am rating the hotel a 5 based on service. I booked my parents stay for 3 nights. They both loved everything about the hotel. They did not have any complaints. I had to write a review to show my appreciation for Megan and Leza. Leza helped me book my parents stay. She was very helpful and kind. Megan also was incredible with making sure everything went well. My parents had a couple of obstacles. I had a few requests. Megan and Leza took care of all of it. Thank you so much for all you do!

We booked this hotel based on jacuzzi suite for our anniversary. Check in was easy, staff friendly and helpful. Room 111, was oversized, comfy king bed, 2 comfy captain chairs, and double sink vanity. Love the southwest details from sinks, bedding, to shower curtain. Has a nice wet bar where we made the drinks we brought, and jacuzzi was great! Breakfast is until 10 and even though small area they had a good variety. Pool and spa were refreshing and clean. They keep the hallways, doors, front desk, every area very clean which was a huge deal for us. We stayed here again on our way back home.

This is a very nice hotel that is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The decor is very suited to New Mexico. The staff at check-in were very helpful. The first room we were assigned smelled like someone had been smoking in there so we were immediately offered another room. We asked about a good restaurant and was given a recommendation that was excellent. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices.

I like this hotel, however, the King Suite sits at the front of the hotel, which is on a busy street. I was unable to sleep well because of the noise. Breakfast was standard complimentary fare and could have used some healthier options, Veggie Burgers?????. Employees were nice and friendly. Decent location, except for the being right on Cerrillos Road.

We stayed for 5 nights. Everyone was so very nice and helpful. From check in to check out. The housekeeping staff is exceptional. Our room was always kept clean. The breakfast was nice with a good variety. And again always kept neat and clean. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others to do so.

Spacious and quaint hotel in Santa Fe. While not in the center of the city, the main plaza was only 10 minutes away by car and is close to the new exhibition, Meow Wolf. Easy to check in, lovely breakfast, and kind stay.

The gal at the front desk was very helpful in helping us find a place for dinner. She provided maps, directions, etc. in order for us to make our decision. Se was also very friendly and courteous during the check in process.

Just a short trip to get away, and found a reasonable cost for Santa Fe. The hotel was great...clean and nicely decorated. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. Nice and helpful staff.

No issues here. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Located on south end of town away from a lot of the traffic. (You still have to drive through downtown to get to a lot of things though) The hot tub and pool were clean too. Breakfast was standard fare. Nice walking path across arroyo behind hotel.

Lovely Santa Fe decor rooms, bright spacious pool area with natural light, superbly gracious staff. Beautiful flowers and plants outside. Surrounded by good, non-touristy shopping, and movie theaters and restaurants, but just a 10 min. drive to the plaza. Lots of parking . Good room AC with control options. Laundromat on first floor for guests . Adequate complimentary breakfast. Easy entrance and exit from the property with rooms facing away from street. Hotels are pricey in Santa Fe, so ti's a treat to have such a lovely place that's affordable and convenient.

We loved the Best Western Plus! The hotel is on the main road into town (about 10 min. drive to get downtown). Loved the southwest touches the room had (i.e. quilt coverings, decorative details, etc.). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The TV cable was in and out during our stay and when we checked out and asked for $$ back, they so kindly gave us a refund. Great breakfast!!

Used to stay At Hampton all the time in Santa Fe but it's now a Marriott. The double queen rooms at Best Weatern were kind of small, and make sure you set the AC to dry or the rooms will be very clammy. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. Staff is great. Breakfast was very typical but hot and good. But even a week before Indian Market the rooms were expensive. $130-$150 per night!

We've come to expect a higher level of lodging when Best Western started labeling some locations Plus. Not true in the case of this location. Yes, I fully understand this was in Santa Fe and it was a Fri/Sat/Sun but for nearly $200/night I expected far more than I got. Because I used our points on one night we were downgraded to a small queen room. The room itself was very humid and no apparent way to control that as there was no setting on the air conditioner. Breakfast was adequate but the room itself was very small for the amount of people using it. Lots of noise from floor above ours. Overall this should have been advertised as a Best Western Minus

Maintenance is not a top priority at this hotel. The hotel is old and needs renovation. The wheels on the luggage cart were broke, the room air conditioner was not adequate to cool the entire room and the room smelled like smoke. The bathroom sink was broke and the shower head was in need of repair - need I say more..

We found this hotel to be clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, and helped us with some special requests. The breakfast was on par with expectations. Our suite was tastefully decorated in the style of Santa Fe. At first it felt a bit dark because of the small windows. But this soon became welcome as the suite offered a cool respite from the New Mexico heat. The hotel is located a few miles from Old Town Sante Fe. We did not find this to be a problem. It was easy to drive to the sights in and around Santa Fe, and good restaurants and stores were located near the hotel.

We had a good stay at the hotel. We stayed one night. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's was easy to find. Easy and convenient check in and out. Rates were very affordable. They had a pool. Also they had air conditioning which is not always the case in some areas. Check out the plaza and the Mountain View's.

Very nice room decor, clean. Welcomed my dog:) Bed a bit soft for my best rest, but quiet hotel. Not close to plaza or restaurants. The breakfast area is very tight with a good food selection for children, not huge selling point.

We booked the bedroom with a king bed and two sink bathroom and could not be more happy with the amenities and room. Super clean and friendly staff. In addition you are within 10-15 minutes from great eats (Tecolote cafe) and Old Town Santa Fe!

Best Western is our go to chain hotel in the United States, in part because my husband is from Genoa, Italy and the Best Western there is one of our favorite hotels in the world. We find the chain reliably clean, with comfortable and pleasant rooms, and the always welcome free breakfast and refrigerator in the room The Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe, however, was several notches above all the Best Westerns in the U.S. we've stayed in. The decor was amazing -- Southwest style in both the rooms and the spacious living space in the public area--great attention paid to detail and quality. My room was on the third floor, large with a view of trees (as well as the parking lot), had a wet bar and microwave as well as a refrigerator. Breakfast was also a cut above the quite adequate standard, and staff, especially manager Megan, extremely helpful. I had left medications in the Best Western Albuquerque, which was not helpful in following through with arrangements for their return. Megan was both kind and efficient in successfully expediting matters. Price very reasonable for value. The only drawback is that Cerillos Road is outside the downtown area and one needs either to take Lyft or Uber (10 minute $12 ride) to get to the Plaza and its surrounding or to look for parking when you drive. I can't recommend this hotel more highly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it is not a 5 star hotel. In its class, I'd give it five stars in a minute.

Santa Fe is a very interesting city to visit and the Best Western was a good place to stay. Reasonable rates, friendly staff, great continental breakfast, clean rooms.They were close to town center and helpful information on where to go for food, sights and all around enjoyment

The room and hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful when asked questions. My daughter loved the hot tub and pool at this location. The room we were in needed some updating, Everything was very dark, and the bed was not very comfortable. This is not a big deal, as this is a budget hotel. Honestly, the only true negative was that its location was so far from downtown and the museum's festival. If you plan on doing most of your activities in the downtown area or Santa Fe mountains, stay somewhere closer. If you plan on doing activities all around Santa fe and most of the surrounding areas, this is a good place to stay.

We recently took a trip from Dallas to Durango, CO and spent the night here in Santa Fe. It's in a good location with a competitive rate and is well worth the stop. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Check in was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend. I'm a fan of the Best Western hotels. My only complaint was that the toilet was way too low. I'm a "portly" gentleman and it makes it quite difficult for me to "arise" from the throne.

We were traveling with friends and stayed a few days at this Best Western. Everything was nice,clean rooms and staff was very helpful. We would recommend this location. Good access to the Santa Fe area.

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed every minute. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite because of my BW Rewards status. It was spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated; it was like staying in an apartment. We even had two bathrooms (and I have to mention the pretty Mexican pottery sinks!). There was a very private balcony off the living room. Front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. It's in a good location, with restaurants and stores nearby. Highly recommended.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Did not stay long, was just a stop over on a trip. Manly just checked in, showered, slept, and had breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was a small cramped room with much of the food you have to make yourself.

I arrived around 9:45 PM, without a reservation, and the woman at the counter was very helpful. She offered me a few rooms to choose from and inquired about my cross-country trip as she checked me in. The room was very clean and nice. Although there were pets on the same floor, I hardly noticed them and was not bothered.

All criteria considered, this property is Average. Location good and away from Plaza which means parking is easier and cost much lower. Cost is reasonable. Beds comfortable. I rated this property as "Average" for the following reasons. The rooms with two queen beds are too small. More importantly, the bathroom is very small. And the entire hotel (sleeping and common rooms) are in need of updating. Pool is indoors and also has a separate hot tub. We had no issues with staff or service - checkin and out all okay. Staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Especially when we asked for restaurant recommendations at front desk. In summary, this hotel is not poor but not excellent. Just average. It is quite difficult (expensive) to enlarge rooms/baths but perhaps some updating may help improve the look and feel.

First let me say I'm not "that person" who gives poor reviews so please take this one seriously. Went by the reviews and the fact that this place is a 3 star hotel but it should definitely be a 2 star. Maybe it was our room, I didn't see any of the others but we had to leave after one night. Stayed in the King suite. The room was not clean. I would check my phone, lay it down and six minutes later go back to it and it had dust on it. It was difficult to cool the whole room, the door to the balcony would not shut properly and there was a tower air purifier in the room right by the entry door (which should have been my first clue). The bathtub creaked and cracked while showering and overall the room was very dark. My son who has allergies couldn't breath most of the night. My advice, go right across the street and stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott...just remodeled and awesome breakfast, bright and clean with friendly staff...perfect stay!!! Oh...and I had a blood stain on my comforter on my bed...ugh. Beds were also very, very soft (as in you sink when you get in) and the pillows lumpy. The positive was that they only charged me for the one night and allowed me to check out and not be charged for the next 2 nights I had reserved my room. Thank you for that!

We have stayed in hundreds of chain hotels across the USA. This hotel is a nice place to stay but could be better. The positives: friendly staff, cleaning staff does a great job of cleaning the rooms, few miles from downtown Santa Fe, large rooms, good wifi, comfortable bed, good lighting in bathroom but a little dark in the rest of the room, laundry facilities, walking distance to several restaurants, large HDTV with HD signal, decent breakfast open from 6-10 am, good parking. The negatives: poor lighting in room(don't be fooled by the photos on their website showing brightly lit rooms), air in room has faint odor of a room that used to be a smoking room, water pressure in shower could be stronger, blackout curtain in shower. Bottom line-a could stay at a fair price. We would stay here again.

What an amazing place to stay! Far enough from the Plaza to be reasonably priced with free parking and close enough for easy access to the historic Plaza. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the room was comfortable and homey. We arrived late in the evening and the desk clerks were focused on helping us get dinner delivered! Would recommend this stop over.

We stayed 2 nights with adjoining rooms, Clean room, Nice comfortable bed. Nice breakfast selection. An onsite coin laundry is a nice plus. Staff was friendly and attentive. Pool was clean and well maintained.

Sometimes you just like something withoutmreally knowing why. We liked this hotel, the service was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom wasn't the biggest, and of course, our pet hate, the plastic shower curtain. The TV was large, and there was a fridge and microwave. The room had a seperate kitchenette. The WiFi was good, only dropping us off once. Coffee supplies were good, and of course there was the horrible milk powder substitute. A trip down stairs to the wonderful staff resolved that issue. Parking was easy, and the supplied breakfast did a good job of getting us underway for the day.

Although Cerrillos Road can be pain, it is so accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. This BW property has comfortable rooms, a nice warm pool and hot tub and a good breakfast. My grandkids loved it. Pluses include breakfast till 10 a.m. which appeases our late sleepers. Décor is beautiful of course...it's Santa Fe after all!

I stayed one night at the Beat Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe. The hotel looks to be brand new. Rooms are very quiet, clean and huge. I could've run laps around my hotel room, it was so big. Breakfast is included in the morning and is a mix of cold and hot items. Free WiFi and parking are also available.

Our room was very spacious but super dark. We didn't like the decor. Staff was nice, breakfast was fairly good. Location was a bit far from the historic district. We enjoyed going down to the Plaza area the next day, very fun to walk around to see churches, galleries, etc. I probably wouldn't stay in this hotel again due to the very dark room.

STayed at thei Best Western on my last night on the rode during a 1600 mile ride. Conventiently located on a busy road with plenty of choices for dinner, etc. Nice property, which was very clean. Room was spacious and clean. All-in-all a good value for the money.

Unacceptable pet policy especially when not notified until arrival. Litter all around perimeter of parking lot, no place to walk dogs for potty breaks & stained bedding. Good location, quiet room and comfortable beds.

We have traveled from Chicago and are headed to California on Route 66. We have stayed at a BW all along the route. I have to say that they are pretty consistent with quality. The breakfast has been great with lots of choices such as waffles, pancakes, omelets, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and even biscuits & gravy at a few places. It's plenty of food to munch on before you check out and hit the highway again. I took this photo so you could see how nice the king room was when we opened the door ?? Time to relax ????

Price was very good. We were upgraded to a very nice room. It was very clean. The decor was very southwestern...way overdone for me which made the room way too dark. The sliding door did not lock. WiFi was very good. Breakfast was great! It was located in an area we could get to everything we wanted to. There were lots of restaurants nearby.

I stayed at the Best Western in Santa Fe, NM. Very excited just by the exterior of the hotel. Upon entering, everything was just as nice. Room was beautiful with Southwest decor. 5 miles from downtown,shopping and lots of restaurants to choose from. I think Best Western might be my home away from home. We stayed for 3 days. Staff was very nice and efficient. Room was big, clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast room was nice and had many things to choose from. The hotel is not in the center of town but there are many shops and restaurants around and its easy to go in and out of town

This BW had a lot of extras - lobby tables and comfortable chairs, lobby ice machine, very quiet room was well maintained, well appointed and very comfortable !!Very high value for the money . We would highly recommend this hotel

Stayed at Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe for a total of 4 days and it felt so very comfortable and clean...like home. Staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. Breakfasts were great every single morning. This hotel was located around everything convenient. I would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

We stopped here for a night while on a road trip. I can't think of anything negative to say. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable. We were within walking distance of several restaurants for dinner and appreciated that too, as we didn't feel like driving!

The Hotel is located on a busy street, so it can be a little noisy. We stayed nine days and we were very satisfied with the service we received. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is very good and plentiful. The hotel is very clean and well managed. Make sure that you are being registered for Best Western rewards when you check in. The rewards program is not well explained.

The Bestwestern on Cerrillos Rd. in Santa Fe, NM turned out to be an excellent choice. We use these motels often but usually stay on or close to the Plaza while in Santa Fe.this trip was short so we decided to save some money off the plaza. What a great plan! We made the reservation the same day from the road and were totally satisfied with this inn. It was clean and comfortable and had good WIFI coverage.the bed was wonderful! We enjoyed the ample breakfast as well. The room had extra seating and was spacious. We'll be back again!

This was a fun property. Room was clean and inviting. Friendly staff. Great, large breakfast area with lots of options and hot food. Breakfast attendant was working hard insuring items were replenished and well stocked. Only downside, it's not that near the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

Located close to downtown tourist attractions - a short drive away - this hotel was easy to find from the Interstate. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was comfortable and relatively quiet. Breakfast was the usual self serve but was well maintained and clean. We will stay there again when we are in Santa Fe.

I didn't actually stay here, because when I called, I was informed my friend couldn't use her Military Discount as they don't accept Military Discounts. I will NOT support anyone that does NOT support our Armed Services.

This is one of the nicest Best Westerns we have ever stayed in. It is located in the best location for everything including restaurants, grocery stores, etc. we stay here every time we as passing through Santa Fe.

This hotel was perfect. The people at the front desk were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed including being very pet friendly. We're traveling with our Standard poodle and they didn't even blink when I brought her in. I even had her with me in the breakfast area and nobody said a word to me. She is very well behaved but she is still a dog. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with or without your pet.

This is a fantastic place to have a staycation! The rooms were spotless the beds are so amazingly comfortable! Food is incredible, atmosphere is so inviting. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are so kind and caring. Highly recommended

The "plus" in the name is worth it! The folks are friendly, super--clean and quiet, rooms nicely appointed, great, new mattresses, and the pool and hot tub are very warm and clean. Breakfast was super; we made waffles and ate at a table by the pool. We definitely be back any and every time we have the opportunity. And we highly recommend it for others.

The service was good for a place to spend the night but was a little on the cheap side. Cut corners on the "communist" toilet paper and sheets. Wouldn't stay there again. Location was ok but i located along the commercial strip in Santa Fe.

I like Best Western hotels but this one needs to polish up on making the guest feel more at home. The room they initially put us in had a bad TV set (snowy) and after much giggling on their part, they finally asked us to move to another room. Sure, since we don't have cable and we thought after the evening runnings that we could see the 2018 Winter Olympics. Much to our dismay, they put us in a room next to the kitchen and laundry room around the corner of the front desk. 6 am came and the staff had work to do, unfortunately, it meant that they had to converse and loudly at that. So, it seems to me that nothing can be done now since the building was design and constructed without thinking about the customers. But, I would hesitate to recommend this particular Best Western again.

Sunday. Writing in my hotel room at the Best Western on Cerrillos. This indeed is a very noisy place. I expected Sunday to be a bit more quiet than the last couple of nights but this is not true. Kids running up and down the hallway. Loud conversations out in the hallway. Doors slamming. The kids do kind of amuse me with their giggling and romping though. Reminds me of when I was a tot and my biggest concern might have been how fast I could run up the stairs or if there was a diving board in the pool. No concerns about the economy collapsing or WWIII starting in myriad spots about the globe, this is for certain… But the doors of the hotel do close very loudly: when someone closes their door it slams and rattles, notifying all the immediate neighbors. There is also the outside noise of the highway and the buzzing of the big electric light and the weird beeping coming from outside somewhere. From where, who knows? It may be coming from this business next door that has a lot of trucks. Not sure though but the beeping has been somewhat annoying...but if I turn on my iTunes music this nullifies it. Other than the noise this place seems fine. The breakfast was decent and the employees seem friendly enough. Nice tv, clean. It's a bit far from the downtown plaza so I took a Lyft today. Cost about $14 one way. All in all this place was fine. I'll stay here again at some point. Future travellers: breath deeply and wear your patience cap and this place is A-one.

This was the second time we have stayed at this property, and we returned because of our satisfaction with our first visit. The hotel is located not far from I-25, and the street that it is on will take you directly to Old Santa Fe. However, it is driving distance - not walking distance. The rooms are decorated in a southwestern decor, and large enough to feel comfortable. On our previous visit we had a mini suite, and that was an enjoyable treat. Unfortunately, none were available on this visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean.

We chose this hotel because we have had favorable stays in Best Western Plus. We didn't mind the distance from downtown, just wanted clean and reasonable. The breakfasts were good, but not replenished in a timely manner. There were many customers each of the 3 mornings we were there.

Its a nice hotel, clean room and comfy beds. However, location is somewhat far from the center of the town and not walkable. Sketchy people around, but thats part of the Santa Fe charm. Overall good stay, but would pick a more central location.

Unplanned one night stay in Santa Fe, NM. This property is convenient and away from the busy Plaza. However, getting to the Plaza is easy. Our check-in was easy, clean room ready with a comfortable bed. I was surprised that the noise from the road was noticeable but not annoying. We never heard any noise from the hall or nearby rooms. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great breakfast buffet. We were there for 2 days and breakfast was different second day. Apple pancakes one day and bacon and cheese omelets the second day. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Also, pet friendly.

Wouldn't stay because the rooms are dark and dated (not just because of the decor), no outlets for charging devices, rooms are small, bathrooms are SUPER SMALL, noise level from hallway and road was horrible (very thin walls), breakfast was not worth eating...McDonald's would have been better. Pool area was nice and the price wasn't bad but we will defiantly look for another option on our next trip. Looks like they tried to remodel but evidence of age and use is everywhere. Didn't even feel comfortable walking around without any shoes.

The king suite was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom was a little small.. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Convenient location, though a little far from the center of town. Seemed like a good value for the price, as Best Western properties usually are.

The room was nice, the pool was clean and not crowded. The pool towels need to be bigger. The breakfast was a great added bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the market for a nice clean hotel room in Santa Fe.

Beautiful motel and guest rooms with awesome decor and friendly, helpful staff. Easy to get to which is a plus with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby! Easy parking, express checkout. Plenty of amenities with a great breakfast to the start of your day. And a Kuerig in your room!!!

I have stayed here before which is why I chose this hotel for my Christmas vacation. Friendly staff, everyone! Fantastic clean rooms, great parking, nice location, and a safe place to stay. I will stay here again in the near future.

This hotel is a nice place. It is in the comercial area and about 5 miles of downtown Santa Fe. Decorations are N.M. Style. People is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small. Breakfast is ok. Waffles, scrambled eggs, etc.

This hotel projects its southwest location with lots of southwest decor. Good location on a main artery 3 miles from downtown center. Parking is close. Tip: you can get a little street noise on north side of hotel; south will be quietest. Easy to get a good rest on comfortable bed. This is not your cookie cutter standard hotel. Bonus: there is an outlet for charging electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid vehicles at night when lights are on.

Dogs barked all night in the hallway and interrupted sleep. I guess pet friendly means the rest of the guests don't get a good night's sleep. I will not be staying in a pet friendly hotel again! Thanks Best Western!!!

This property is exceptional. It's clean, well furnished, plenty of amenities, great staff and good breakfast choices. I highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The front desk staff was very helpful during check-in and with a few questions I had. The room itself was nice and quiet. It's great to see nicer furniture that fits with the southwest style of the hotel. From the decor in the room to the lobby and even the breakfast area, it's clear the people here care about their property. Breakfast was good, too. I'd be happy to stay here again if I'm in the area.

Large two room suite nicely furnished. Had great nights sleep in quite dark bedroom with a large tv. Nice bath area with separte living room with tv, frig and microwave. Both rooms had separate temperature settings with a door to close off bedroom from living room. I stay here every time I'm in Santa Fe, NM.

I have lived in Santa Fe off and on for many years and didn't know anything about this hotel until I had the pleasant surprise of staying there last weekend. The rooms were lovely, very well decorated and the staff was extremely pleasant. It was the yes Best Western experience I have ever had and will definitely stay there again!

We were traveling across the great USA and made a 3-day, 2-night stay in Santa Fe and surrounding area. We were "walk in" guests as had no prior reservation. Staff was friendly and great and provided a room upgrade as we are Platinum BW Members. Great stay and will plan to visit again.

We opted for a suite here at a very reasonable price, The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the breakfast in the morning was hot and plentiful. The beds were super comfy and we did indeed, get all rested up for the final leg of our journey.Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

This is our very favorite Best Western. We love the room décor. The rooms are spotless. The bedding is a step above. The beds are wonderful. It's in a area that is close to nice restaurants and has easy access to the downtown plaza. The breakfast is always good. The check-in is easy. They even changed our room so we could have a first floor room by a door. (We travel with a small dog.) We stay in this Best Western every year and are never disappointed! We highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed!

Every time I go to Colorado and farther I stay at this best Western. It is pet friendly as a big plus. The rooms are always immaculate and the staff is always going above and beyond the call of duty. Breakfast is wonderful too.

The Rooms was nice. The temperature was perfect in the room. If I or when I visit Santa Fe, New Mexico again. I plan to stay in this same hotel and the same room. There is a Starbucks close by and close to many restaurants!

We were travelling from Winnipeg to Phoenix with our dog. This was This was our 3rd night in a Best Western pet friendly hotel. As far as the in-room amenities for people it was great. Came with what was stated. Clean and comfortable rooms. Decor was southwest with western accents. Didn't use any amenities other than internet and breakfast. The only negative comment I would have is that there is never enough light. As this is our first time travelling with a dog I thought pet friendly might have meant an enclosed green space for the dogs.

Besides a crying child across the hall, we had a comfortable stay here. Beds were comfortable, internet was decent, amenities were standard and room was clean! Breakfast was the standard hot meal that is served at most hotels these days. We would stay again.

Hotel, lobby, room, everything appeared old and dirty. They need sanitizing wipes in the exercise room. there was a tip jar in breakfast area - very TACKY! Didn't help that there was some kind of drilling going on right on the property. workers could see into the pool area. UGH! Hot tub and pool were ok.

This hotel is located off Cerrillos Rd, same as Hwy 14 that connects Old Town Santa Fe with the Turquoise Trail road to the south. Hotel is offset from the road a bit, not far from restaurants and Starbucks. I think it is one of the better hotels in this local area, very helpful staff. We were able to check in early so that my wife could have a place to stay while I went to work for a few hours off-site. Decor is rustic southwestern, nice comfortable rooms with frig and microwave. Good experience.

best choice of any motel we have stayed at. would recommend this motel to anyone who is traveling. the service was excellent, the staff was accommodating. we were taken care of from the moment we arrived till we departed.

This was my first time to stay at this Best Western in Santa Fe. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up staying an additional night. The "executive" room was a little more expensive but well worth the huge size. Newly refurnished with a sofa and two huge chairs and a wonderful bed. Very nice heated indoor pool and spa. Coffee available 24 hours a day. Had cookies in the lobby the second day I was there. Breakfast had nice selection of both hot and cold items. Property on Cerrillos Avenue with lots of shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff efficient and friendly. To me the best feature is that it is pet friendly with no ridiculous fees for my dog. This is the main reason I will return every time I am in Santa Fe. For the past 13 years I have stayed several times each year at a competitor just down the street who also has no pet fees but the front desk staff there has become very surly and unfriendly. Nice to come here where the staff is so welcoming.

We stayed here for one night as it would be an easy return to Albuquerque via Cerillos Road (the hotel is outside the main tourist area). The room was extremely comfortable and included a nice lounge chair with an ottoman. We enjoyed a full hot breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly at check-in and quick to help with an incident...an alarm clock went off at midnight in the vacant room next to us and would not stop chiming. The staff responded quickly and we returned to a good night's sleep.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is included. Location is good with several choices of restaurants within walking distance. Stores are a short drive away. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Good location near restaurants and other businesses and just a few miles from Old Town Plaza. Room was clean. Nice southwestern decor in room and hotel. Room seemed small and a little cramped for family of 4. Bathroom was very small. Room needs more outlets to charge devices. Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Pool area is spacious and has windows with views to the outside. The breakfast food selections were adequate. Depending on what time you got to the breakfast determined if there was adequate seating as that area is small. There is overflow seating in the pool area but one morning even that was full so we had to sit in the cold lobby area far from the breakfast area. Shades are needed in the breakfast area as the morning sun is blinding for half the tables in there. Was very annoyed when room key would not work 2 days in a row after spending the day out and about. Had a great time in the Santa Fe area with our stay at the Best Western. Would rate the overall hotel stay as just average.

I spent one night at the Santa Fe BW and was completely satisfied with my stay. I have recently stayed at two other BW hotels and each one was consistent in the quality of service. So far - no complaints.

Nice clean room but you need better lighting to read by it was too dark.. there is no microwave in the room. The breakfast was good the breakfast room was fine' People nice and friendly. We would stay there again.

After a bad experience in booking hotels in advance which have turned out to be terrible, we elected to keep with the Best Western brand, after we were rescued by an excellent Best Western in Alburquerque. This one here again in Santa Fee is of the same excellent standard with very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast with the reservation. Good swimming pool and hot tub. I highly recommend.

The outside is attractive Pablo style and looks newer than it really is. Our room had been recently remodeled but still seemed old and dated looking. The room was rather dark (not enough lighting) and dark colors. My bed sunk in the middle and stuck in the middle is where I spent the night because every time I'd try to make use ot the edge of the bed I would roll back to the low slump in the middle. There was only one elevator and it is at one end of the hotel so if you are at the other end you will have ways to go. The breakfast room was poorly laid out and was very awkward and difficult to get about in because of the overcrowding. We had to find a table by the pool to sit and eat the breakfast. The food was like most of these places do nowadays with scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage sitting in food warmers where it becomes cold as soon as you get to your table. And there are the waffles, toast, pastries, cereal and some fruit. I usually bring my own food because I prefer something a little more healthy. The location was out away from the historic district and not far from shopping areas and some restaurants and seemed safe even for an evening stroll although along it is along a busy highway.

We stayed in a king suite. The decor definitely had a south west feel. Lots of room, comfortable atmosphere. Diva at the front desk was very helpful directing us to a local restaurant and places we should see as we only had a short time to spend there.

Located on a very busy main route through Santa Fe, this hotel is a prime location for getting to and from everywhere we like to go. The décor is beautiful and our room was lovely and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were a perfect temperature and the breakfast was ample and tasty.

This is one of the best Best Westerns I've stayed in. I got the King Suite and it was absolutely huge. It had a hot tub in it and was decor'd very nicely...exactly what you'd expect in Santa Fe. Sure there are nicer hotels but we were only passing through and wanted a nice, clean place for the night. For the money, it was fantastic. Probably the best bang for the buck our entire vacation.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and good staff. We asked for a first floor room and they upgraded us to a Jacuzzi room. We had other plans and didn't eat there but it was a nice area with plenty of room. We will stay there again.

This hotel does make an effort to decorate in a Southwestern style with attention to detail beyond other nearby chains that make no such effort and pay little or no attention to detail. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful - no complaints there. The breakfast offered is underwhelming. Expecting "free" hotel breakfasts to be more might be expecting too much, but many hotels make a better effort at it. More importantly our room was underwhelming. I'd like to see what the other rooms are like, because I wouldn't book the same room if I came back. I'll assume each room has a similar very dark carpet like ours had and the site photo displays. It hides whatever might be on it, and how dirty or clean it is, and that was discomforting. The decor in general was brown tones, dark woods, dark carpeting. I appreciate a theme, but I would rather be left with an impression that there aren't any bugs in/behind the furniture like the one in our bed when I pulled down the sheets. Like many hotels in the area, this one has been around a while. Our tub had developed cracks in it, one of them unsightly patched. It creaked when you stood in it. The shower rod was loose on the wall and a tile loose on the floor. The door was loose fitting - no seal on its edges. Light and sound transmitted through well. The room was also the smallest in the hotel according to the floor plan displayed on the inside of the door. The hotel has a wide range of room sizes. Room 210 & 310 abut a hall utility closet that takes up floor space from only the adjoining room. The room area felt quaint and cozy, but the bathroom was left feeling cramped. The toilet was laughably small. Like for 5 year-olds. These rooms should be left for emergency overflow, not for patrons with advance reservations. It was fine for a night and leave the next morning, but I wouldn't choose this hotel given other options. It's nothing special, and it's surrounded by competing hotels near the same price point. You could do worse, but you could do better.

Outstanding breakfast buffet, lovely pool and hot tub. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice stay in Santa Fe. It is on the Main Street into town and an easy drive to see all the sights. You will love it.

People, do not stay at this hotel. There are better choices in Santa Fe, that offer better professional service, cleaner rooms and better prices. This hotel has house keeping staff that are not cleaning the rooms properly. Check your rooms people, for the prices you pay at this place the room each day you stay should be spotless and thoroughly cleaned. Many of these house keepers are just going in making the bed, putting in clean towels and not vacuuming, wiping up counter tops or cleaning the bathroom properly. This place has no ambiance and unprofessional staff, dirty front doors. This hotel wants to call itself a plus, a Best Western Plus, it is not, it is a run of the mill hotel with no special amenities. Put your money somewhere else where you know you will get good honest service and professional people who care.

We were traveling was pet and our pet was free!! The breakfast was very good. They had apples wrapped with pancakes that were great! The staff was friendly. The room could have been cleaner. There was a lot of debris under the bed skirt that should have been vacuumed up. The bathroom was clean.
