    « Great stay »

thank you for a night getaway we needed the time together thanks are marriage need some help and you all were there to make my wife stay perfect thanks for the great stay and to help my family ill let my hole family know of your sevice

« Relax and Enjoy a Quiet Nite. »

I have stayed here several times and always have good luck. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You are made to feel welcome and that your business is appreciated. I will continue to stay at this property when in this area.

« Great Motel for the price »

This was a great motel as we passed through SAN Bernadino. The price was a good value, the room was clean and well equipped and maintained. The bed was comfortable and the staff was outstanding! The only downside was the number of homeless people standing and loitering on the sidewalk just off the property.

    « Second time not a charm »

We booked a room at this hotel as we had stayed here two years ago and found it adequate. This time not so much. The front desk staff were far from welcoming to the extent of being unfriendly which is a bad start. The room that we were given was at the back side of the hotel next to a busy road resulting in our listening to trucks, emergency vehicles, motorcycles all night. Suffice to say we knew that there were quieter rooms in this hotel and were unsure how it was that we got put into this area after we specifically asked for a quiet room. Judging from the parking lot both in the evening and in the morning the hotel appeared far from fully booked so that could not have been the reason. We were also concerned about the cleanliness of the room as there were a long black hairs in the area of the sink and shower. Breakfast left something to be desired as it consisted of pre-cooked food in packages that were then microwaved. The pancakes were so tough that it was difficult to chew. Overall we were disappointed as our first was much better than this time. We will be looking for another hotel on our next trip through that area.

« Not bad for the price »

The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable (except for the pillows.) The room was generally quiet. The breakfast was largely frozen things, but it was a step up from my expectations. Besides, the OJ was good and they had cold cereal and bagels. I might have generously gone with four stars, but ... the WiFi was horrible, the wall cooler a bit noisy, the pillows awful and the drone of traffic started between 5:30 and 6:00 in the morning. On the other hand, I needed to extend my stay a day and paid $50 more for one night at another hotel and it wasn't worth it at all.

« Stinky Hotel with a terrible breakfast »

I would not recommend this hotel. While i understand that Best Western is not a five or even four star chain, there are certain things one should expect when a room is $100.00 We requested a non smoking room and as none were available we had to stay in a smoking room and the stench was unbearable. It was very difficult to get to sleep and all of our clothes as well as our hair reeked. Though not the hotel's fault we had a rough night sleep also because the hotel is not in a great area and the clientele are a bit sketchy. There was a very loud argument that went on for quite some time during the night. The breakfast was very poor. The coffee which at many Best Westerns is actually quite good was like lukewarm dishwater. After departing we learned that for the same money we could have stayed at the Ayres Suites which are so much better they are not even a comparison!

    « R&R With Respect. »

The hotel staff treats you as a friend and not just a person. You always find the room clean and ready for you. The property is very well kept. There is plenty of quality restaurants within easy walking distance.

« Frozen breakfast looked worse than no breakfast »

The room was relatively clean, though I did see some tiny insects crawling in the bathroom corners. The reservation said "non-smoking", but the room clearly smelled of smoke. The breakfast selection was ridiculous - frozen omelettes and burritos with a microwave where you can heat them up, hadn't seen that before. I tried it once and resorted to eating out - there were many decent options a short drive away. Fairly basic stay, at least there were no cockroaches or bed bug problems.

« Call Ahead? may not help »

We made our reservation weeks ahead. I called the day of and confirmed our reservation; when we arrived at the BW they had no rooms and no idea who we were. When I showed my confirmation number, she said, call whoever that is, but I have no rooms. AT midnight, these are not the words you want to hear, No Vacancy, you have no reservation. I called customer service, they talked, they had a room that was out of service, for emergencies only. IT was fine. King, NS and clean. The price went up $20, but when you are that tired, you just want to rest.

« great place to stay »

good location close to freeways ad great restaurants. close to loma linda medical center which is great. The staff is excellent and everyone is friendly and tries in every way to be helpful. Location is great, access to mountains and scenic areas is very good also.

    « Great Hotel »

Would recommend this hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Lots of restaurants to walk to, nice staff, large and clean room. Hotel restaurant and lounge open late and nice outside seating available. Only comment would be - turn down all the TVs in the lounge/dining area!! Also, request a room that does not face the freeway if you are noise sensitive.

    « Busted Prostitution ring »

Returned to hotel to find the police busting prostitution. The AC did not work in our room, we were switched to another room which was nice except the beds were very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to stay at this hotel.

    « Great Place! »

Always love to stay at Best Western! I really loved the fact that this particular location has replaced the carpet in the rooms with what looks like wood flooring. Therefore the rooms felt extra clean! And they were beautiful! The breakfast area was not quite ready from remodeling, but looks like it will be a very inviting area when all done. Very happy customer.

    « rooms needs updating »

Location of hotel is great, just off the highway, easy to find and get to other places. Rooms were old and had a moldy smell, AC was loud, but reception staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is provided, variety average too.

    « Courteous & Clean »

We had a family emergency leaving us needing a place to stay while a loved one was hospitalized. The check in/out process was quick allowing us to be at the hospital without worry. The breakfast area was somewhat cramped yet nice with some outside seating easy grab & go food was available

« 50th High School Reunion Stayfor myself and friends who went to the get-together. »

Have and Will stay at this location every time we come to San Bernardino. It is a great, comfy, inexpensive, centralized place to stay. I grew up here so I know how convenient it is for all I need to see and do. I recommend this location for singles and families!

    « Excellent serice »

I come here at least once or twice a month. I have never had anything negative happen here. It was clean and cozy. The breakfast was very good. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is very quiet as well.

« Best Western San Bernardino, CA »

Overall this hotel is a good value for the price. The staff was very friendly and the property is well located. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The included breakfast was nice but did not include hot items. The eggs and pancakes had to be microwaved as they were pre-packaged.

« Great Place to Relax and Refresh. »

Upon arrival I was greeted in a very welcoming manner. The check in went smooth and I was in my room in a very short time. The room was fresh and clean. The AC and TV worked just fine. There are several very nice restaurants with in walking distance of the hotel. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a quiet, comfortable, and clean place to stay in this area.

    « Best! Western »

As i have seen in the other best western i though to find a simple and not so good hotel and has been a goods surprise see that it wasn't so. The motel is good and even of the breakfast is in a room very small there is all that you need. Good position near the high way. Good choice for a simple and economy night in San Bernardino.

« Ok place for an ok price »

The room was clean and met our needs. Our room was in a corner and we were not encouraged to park anywhere specific so we had a longer walk to the staircase than expected. The hotel room doors open to the outside and with the ac unit blasting heat from the sidewalk side it made a hot day feel hotter. The continental breakfast eating area is very small. There was no waffle machine but microwavable burrito type sandwiches. The lady working this area was the most impressive employee.

    « Nice Hotel - Awful Location »

After staying at this property once, we will not try it again. The hotel itself is nice enough - clean, close to decent restaurants and shopping - but there are so many homeless people in the area it made us feel very unsafe. We were approached by a homeless person asking for money each time we left the room. I would recommend selecting a different place, even if it costs a bit more. You won't be happy here.

    « best in area »

everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. location is ideal for 2 freeways and access to very good restaurants. if you like chinese food ,the little dragon is excellent.nothing fancy just good food.if you are looking for thai food the yellow rose is very good. within walking distance of the hotel are about 5 good restaurants.

    « Very nice place »

Room was clean and roomy. All front desk personnel were wonderful. Breakfast was more than adequate. For the price and location it was a real bargain. Location was perfect, as there were many restaurants and things to do close to the hotel. We will stay there again.

    « BW is excellent »

only problem we had was trying to get the door open once the "card" was inserted in the door lock. The breakfast was excellent and had good freeway access. And, we would recommend this Best Western too others and we would stay there again.

    « Great Stay! »

The Best Western Hospitality Lane was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with some items we forgot to pack. Very convenient location. Priced well.

    « Very satisfied clients »

Accommodations for wheelchair access and mobility were excellent. Actually getting the accommodations that we requested was a pleasant surprise and stress reliever. We have stayed at this location many time before but this was the best.We will return!!

    « Best western »

We stayed here for a few days while our water pipes were getting fixed. This is about a 5 min drive from our house and is centrally located to several restaurants. The rooms were comfortable. We had an issue with our air but they were able to fix it promptly. Was nice because of how hot it was outside

    « Excellent Stay »

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was working on a business project and requested privacy so that I could complete my tasks. The weekend was enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time.

« Great hotel if you're vising Redlands! »

We always stay at the Best Western when we're in the Redlands area. Clean, quiet, and walk across the street to Black Angus! The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are relaxing. Great breakfast! Very convenient to the freeway.

    « Relaxing »

Very nice. Like home feeling. Loved to be able to check in at a nice hotel. not expensive. breakfast available. they offered a points card that can give you extra little bonuses which was nice i will definitely only be staying at these hotels from now on

    « An older - traditional property »

Spent three nights and got a deal, nothing exceptional but appreciated. The property is older but well maintained. The bed was great and the shower was fine. The maid was attentive, friendly, and thorough. Breakfast was old school, egg/sausage sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, and burritos all wrapped in cellophane - and ready for the microwave. There was some fresh fruit, a selection of yogurts and juices and milk in the containers. The property is next to a busy intersection, gas station, and the road noise can be a problem for light sleepers.

« Rest easy my friend. »

I have stayed at this property in the past and always find the staff and rooms pleasant. The rooms are always clean and well kept. The rooms have also be refurbished with new floors and paint. The pool is kept clean and the spa is always warm and ready to use. There are numerous places to eat within easy walking distance even for a older person like myself. I am always treated with respect and made to feel like I am important and not just a customer. I would recommend this site to everyone.

« Exterior and interior looks great but a very noisy place! Needs work....sound proofing. »

Stayed here recently on an overnight business trip and could not sleep well at all. The property borders a busy intersection and you can hear traffic, emergency vehicles, car radios, etc. all night long. It didn't help either that someone tried opening my room door on three separate occasions throughout the evening waking me up. Makes me wonder if it was an honest mistake or something more nefarious? The exterior and interior of the hotel and rooms are nicely done, however, my particular room needed it's door replaced. There was probably a 1/4" inch gap between the door and the door jam allowing for light and noise transmission to permeate into the room, thus keeping me up for the majority of the night (see attached photos). You will also be woken up around 5:00a.m. by the garbage truck that empties the dumpster by banging it around in the neighboring gas station parking lot, nice surprise. Other than that, the front desk clerk was very nice, the continental breakfast was average, and the parking lot seemed a little cramped. I travel to this area for business fairly routinely and will seek alternate accommodations for my next trip. I know Best Western can do a lot better.

« Best Western San Bernardino »

This hotel is clean and service is good. Limited breakfast choices but is close to many other places to eat in the area. It has very easy access to freeways and many restaurants in the area. A good value for the money. We have paid more and gotten much less from other hotel chains.

« Best Western, San Bernardino recommended »

My wife and I have stayed here several times when visiting family in the area. The rooms are always comfortable, clean, and relatively quiet. The Internet service is fast enough, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast offering is good, enough choices for everyone. Staff has always been friendly.

« Smoking rooms are for chain smokers only »

Room was clean, staff was great, bed was ok - not the most comfortable. Area was fine and very convenient - had a great dinner @ Black Angus across the parking lot. We chose a smoking room but the smell was horrible. It appeared the room had been updated fairly recently so it was surprising that the stale smoke smell was so strong. We've been in smoking rooms before but they haven't been this stinky. We kept the door open as long as we could to help air out the room.

« great place to stay »

stay there quite often as it is close to loma linda medical center.Very close to the freeways and good restaurants. the service and overall experience seems to get better with each visit. that is a sign of good management and training.Everyone is friendly and very helpful

    « Short weekend stay »

We were staying in the area for a cheer competition and this hotel was convenient off the freeway, close to stores and many dining options in walking distance. The rooms were clean and up to date. The breakfast was simple but nice and perfect to start your day.

« Great Stay at BestWestern »

I had to travel from San Diego to Loma Linda because a sibling was hospitalized at Loma Linda Medical Center and we were there all day and at night time decided to look for a place to stay and Best Western showed up. With my previous experiences with Best Western, I thought why not give it a go and I did, and I am so glad I did. Great sleep, very good breakfast compared to other continental breakfast places, included with the stay. Would stay again if needed to.

« Seems Nice but beware! »

Gross! We had an awful experience here. When we arrived, the location seemed really nice, newly renovated (pictures of pool and other spaces are quite exaggerated - areas are not as spacious as they seem). As we settled in to our room, we noticed the bedside lamp wasn't plugged in so we moved the nightstand and found food crumbs, a pile of chew spit and a cup with chew spit. If that wasn't enough, we also found a towel hung behind the door that was NOT clean... small hairs on it. We called the front desk about the nastyness behind the bedstand and she said she was the only one on the clock and she would come right up to take care of it. She never came, the mess was never taken care of... We had to clean it because the smell was nauseating. We called again because people were partying in front of our door at 12:30 am, I don't think anyone ever came to have them quiet down because kids were running back and forth into the morning. We only stayed one night - thankfully! This was the only room we could find in the area with two queen beds - it was a smoking room. My oversight, we are non-smoking. But I had stayed in smoking rooms before and there were no issues. If the rooms are cleaned well, you don't have the lingering smells. Either there was truly not enough staff at the hotel or the management just doesn't care and support staff to care, either way - I recommend you choose somewhere else to stay.

    « A good place to rest. »

The hotel has easy access to the interstate. There are several nice Restaurant's within easy walking distance. The pool and spa are outdoor but well maintained. The breakfast bar is well stocked. The staff seems to be concerned that you have a comfortable and relaxed stay. I will be staying here again when I am in this area.

« Best free breakfast, nice rooms, freindly staff. »

This Best Western off hospitality laned in San Bernardino CA was clean, updated, with large rooms which included mini fridge, microwave, all the amenities listed were actually in the room plus the free breakfast is one of the better ones in this area. Great location with easy access to freeways. Lots of restaurants around. We enjoyed our stay so much we added another night.

« Home Away From Home »

Have stayed at this hotel before, close to freeway, very friendly staff, nice breakfast (plenty to choose from) and rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable. Other nice restaurants closed by. Have stayed at other Best Western Hotels and you always feel right at home.

    « Convenient and comfortable »

We always stay at this hotel on the way to Northern California. It is very reasonably priced, comfortable beds and a pretty good breakfast. We like hotels like this Best Western where you can park right outside your door.

« best place to stay »

great place to stay.Very close to freeways and restaurants and loma linda hospital. quality of people there was excellent, everyone is friendly and helpful. location is ideal for travelers. I recommend this location because of the staff and its location.

    « BW San Bernardino »

Overall a decent hotel. Close proximity to some good dining. Road noise form close Interstate is a bit of a distraction as is the local service station (people revving engines for whatever reason) but turn the fan on and it drowns a lot of that out. Rooms are clean and staff is wonderful!

« Basic with good rate »

Stayed here one night after attending a conference nearby. We were given an accessible room which had laminate flooring and an open wheel in shower (no tub). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and iron in the room. It was a little noisy from guests upstairs and nearby traffic. There are several chain restaurants nearby including a Black Angus next door. There are also many big box stores, and we went to the Costco about a mile up the street. Easy on and off the 10 freeway with a gas station next door. There was an outdoor pool that we didn't use. Free parking and wifi. Free continental breakfast included cereal, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, and breakfast burritos and sandwiches as well as pancakes that you could microwave. The coffee was pretty good. After we checked out, my coworker couldn't find her phone. Housekeeper let her in to room to look for it and let her use his phone to call hers which was very nice. Overall, a good value for your money.

    « Average hotel »

This hotel is close to the Ontario Airport. Some decent restaurants and a 7 Eleven nearby. Room OK but don't expect too much. Old style two floor walk up. Breakfast is included but looked pretty bad. We took a pass and went to the IHOP across the street which was quite good. All and all, if you are in the area and need a place for a night this place will do.

    « A Good Place To R&R. »

I have stayed at this Best Western on a regular basis for the last year and a half. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to assist and make you feel welcome. The rooms have been upgraded with new floors and entrance ways. The breakfast is always plentiful and well displayed. The area is kept clean and well stocked. I find this property to have easy access to the freeway, and there are several restaurants near by.

« Decent value, middle of the road hotel »

Typical mid-range motel. Decent value relative to others closeby, but nothing special. Nice variety of items for the continental breakfast. Room was somewhat small and quite dark, though clean and seemed secure. Somewhat noisy location and VERY firm beds and hard pillows.

    « Relaxing Stay »

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 11 months Monday thru Friday. While working in this area I will always stay at this property. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. You are always made to feel welcome. The breakfast is enough to give you a good start.

« Noisy with unempathetic staff. No hot breakfast. »

Avoid at all costs! My 11 year old daughter and I booked here during a soccer tournament and stayed 01/8-9/16. We stayed in room 244, which is close to the road and above the office. Experience: Hotelstonight listed it as a 100% non-smoking hotel, but when we arrived they had me booked in a smoking room! They changed my room. Pool area closed for maintenance. The room looked nice and was clean. The walls are thinner here than any other hotel I have stayed in, you can here both neighbors loud and clear both in the rooms and bathrooms. Additionally, all parking lot noise (car honks, and chirps, people yelling at Claimjumper next door and in hotel lot) ans well as all the vehicle traffic on the freeway and Hospitallity Lane were very audible in the room. At 830PM 5-6 people were loud and drinking in room 245. I asked the desk if I could be moved and she advised no because they were booked. I knew that the party wasn't going to stop and I requested a refund. She said no. The party continued until 11PM when they left. I was then awoken at 220 AM when they came back and were obviously drunk and especially loud. They party ended when several of them left at 3 AM. At 7AM I was awoken by the Asian speaking guests in room 243. The loud talking and yelling kids; but more annoying was the door of 243 which was squeaking and the guests were in and out several times as they were associated with other rooms next to them. The hotel advertises a "hot breakfast". I have been to several other hotels with a hot breakfast. This is not a hot breakfast. This is what they had: small containers of juices, milk, coffee, breads/pasteries, boxes of cereal, bananas, apples, oranges, microwavable pancakes-egg sandwiches-burritos, the kind of crap you get in a gas station. UGGGGGG! Biggest let down for a hotel in the USA for me.

« Close to Loma Linda University Medical Center »

My brother had to have emergency heart surgery on Christmas night. We had to travel 3 hours to be with him, stay all night in the hospital lobby until the successful surgery was over. Just the thought of having to look for a hotel at 5:30 a.m. after being up all night was dreadful. We were lucky this hotel was only a short drive away, had a continental breakfast and the staff was nice and caring. The rooms were clean and comfy. We definitely would stay here again.

    « Quiet and Clean »

Very nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Easy to get to. Plenty of places to eat near by. Easy to reach our destinations. Staff very courteous and quick. Breakfast was ready at 6 am as stated and the area was clean and well stocked.

    « Best Western stay »

We would not recommend this hotel - very dirty floors, poor working shower and sink. We requested a king bed and got two queen beds - poor quality beds - hard and the pillows were way to thick. Will never stay at this hotel again - we much prefer Hilton properties.

    « A Very Good Motel »

First, this property welcomes dogs. The décor is very nice. The bedding is upscale. The Wi-Fi is fast. The TV channel selection is extensive. The location is convenient (the channelized streets in the area can be challenging - a GPS is recommended for first time stays). There a good selection of restaurant fare and prices within walking distance. The price, with Best Western discounts, is competitive. As recommended by others, a first floor room is far more convenient to parking than the second floor. The rooms open to the outside (a feature we prefer). The insulation is adequate for the close location to the freeway. The only negative, and as mentioned in other recent reviews, is the carpet. It was worn and appeared dirty. We were told that the carpet in the pet rooms is to be replaced with laminate. We suggest carpet with more maintenance (this is what pet fees are for?). We will stay here on future trips. Best Western and this location are a good combination.

    « Nice place »

The room was nice, comfortable. Good amenities - free wifi, pool/hot tub are outside an pool not heated, in room fridge and microwave. Housekeeping was very pleasant about changing out towels. Rooms are quiet.

« A warm friendly place to stay »

Manager Katrina was very helpful to me...desk clerk Joy was a joy and gave me joy! Other employees were courteous and professional as well. Property is a warm, clean, economical and friendly place to stay!

    « Nice Stay »

Front desk check-in/out very easy with nice staff. Room was clean and nicely decorated except for the carpet look a bit dirty. It was quiet and comfortable.I would recommend this place to friends. I don't like that they want a minimum of 200 words to complete this survey because I believe I've said quite enough. Why do I bother filling out these surveys.

    « Looking more like a Motel 6 »

Stayed on first floor, overnight. Old looking rooms with regard to carpet worn out/frayed, holes, tears, dirty. "Drapes" old and worn. Over-painted bathroom. Heard bathroom noises and footsteps from 2nd floor room. Shower was fairly decent. Expected continental breakfast.

    « Excellent »

The room was exceptionally clean. The desk staff was amazingly friendly. There was very easy access to the freeway. We generally stay at pet friendly Best Westerns on trips from Seattle to Tucson twice a year. This was our first experience at this one. We will make sure to plan to stay here again.

    « Only Staying Here »

My boyfriend and I go down to this area at least 3-4 times a year. After staying at this hotel we will never stay at another hotel when we go down there. Our room was in the back on the corner and it was the best room we have stayed in. Everything in the room was clean and nice. We didn't hear any unnecessary noises or any disturbances. When we needed new towels we got them within 5 minutes of calling. Best customer service.

    « Hospital visit »

We have stayed at this Best Western Many times. We are always happy with the service and the rooms. The staff goes out of their way to make us comfortable. They are upgrading rooms. It is only going to get better!

    « adequate »

I've been staying at this hotel twice each year for business for the past couple of years. Overall, the hotel is fine. The rooms are (mostly) clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. However, the wifi is terrible. When I use my phone as a wifi hotspot, the connection is 10x as fast (no exaggeration). I actually did a speed test, and I don't recall the exact speed, but it was much less than 1 Mbps. A couple of experiences during my last two visits left a bad taste in my mouth. During the visit prior to my most recent one, there was a condom wrapper on the floor in the room. Brought this to the front desk's attention at check-out, but they didn't really seem to care. During my last visit (last week), the only bread product they were serving at breakfast (I went down at ~7 AM) was moldy bagels. Yum.

    « Surprisingly Good Experience »

I had booked this hotel, because I was attending a concert at San Manuel, which eventually became cancelled. I checked in late, I was pleased with my room which was on the 2nd floor near the front (Room 206), I only literally stayed there for 12 hours since I checked in late, but my stay was very pleasant. It wasn't close to the casino like I thought it would be. The room was very decent and I was really pleased with the variety of channels they had. The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast, everything is pre-packaged from the cereal to the juice. I woke up wanting waffles and fresh sausage like I had before had another Best Western. I would definitely stay here again. The price was very affordable.

    « Knotfest »

Stayed here for knotfest 2015 . The hotel is located right off the freeway . We had a first floor room with a king bed . The room and bathroom were spacious and the king bed was really comfortable , especially after a long day of standing outside . The carpets do look a little dirty and you can tell the room is in need of a few minor touch ups but nothing big to ruin your stay, just cosmetic . They do have free breakfast , but there's also an IHOP down the block and a few convince stores to grab whatever you may need . I really enjoyed our stay here it was comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.

    « No elevator »

If you book this facility, be sure you specify ground floor if that is your preference. Otherwise, you have to climb two flights of stairs to the long passageways on the second floor. All rooms face the outside. Breakfast was very good. Suggest you check in early so you don't get the night clerk.

« Not the best exprience »

First impressions are not always the best guide, but having the clerk photocopy my credit card at check in was a big turn off. The room was OK, and clean. The location is perfect off the 10, and next to a Big Angus restaurant for a great dinner/drinks. The next morning the "breakfast" was awful. Pre packaged items that had to be microwaved is all that was offered. Nothing fresh. Certainly not up to the other Best Western breakfasts we had on this same trip.

« Excellent Basic Hotel for Business Traveler »

I travel a bit for work, and so does Hubs. When we are in beautiful and sunny southern California, anywhere near San Bernardino, we stay at the Best Western Hospitality Lane. The Best Westerns are not luxury hotels, but let me tell you what they do have - clean rooms, comfy beds, and fast wifi. This hotel also has guest laundry, which was invaluable. The staff here is very nice and helpful. There is a continental breakfast in the morning, however I have never gone. I need my Starbucks. During my last stay, I requested a late check out, so that I could work between meetings. They were very nice about it and did their best to accommodate me. The hotel is fairly inexpensive, pretty quiet, and for the business traveler, has just about everything you need. I recommend.

The overall service was good. The room was nice although the lighting wss not the best the room was decent. It was a last minute hotel for us so we went ahead and got the room. The floor in the room was very dirty as though it needed to be steam cleaned my daughters socks were dirty from it. Besides the floor and the lighting in the room it was not so bad.

« Beautiful location and excellent staff. »

The rooms are nice and comfortable for a night's stay. I liked how I checked in and got to know the staff who treated me like more than a guest. I also met the Manager of the hotel who sat and chatted with me for 20 minutes of so. This place if about providing a patron all the comforts of home and making them feel as though they are special.

    « Caring, compassionate Staff »

We stayed here while our daughter was in a nearby hospital. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were given a place to unwind. They re-scheduled cleanings based on when we were there. The breakfast was just what we needed and the room was amazing. What an amazing stay we had!
