Pleasant front desk staff ensure a seamless check-in. Great breakfast options including a fantastic coffee machine that makes lattes. The room was clean and nice & quiet. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and greet you in the hallway. Express check-out was available and easy to use. This is the second time staying at the hotel and we'd certainly return next business trip.

Helpful, kind staff to senior seniors( mid eighties), clean and nutritious breakfast with a great selection, clean pool and hot tub, included parking. Close to shopping mall, medical facilities, major highways, and great restaurants, movie theatre.

Check in was smooth. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. I found the towels to be softer than most hotel towels. They don't feel like sand paper when I dry my face. Beds are comfortable and the pillows are soft. I appreciate that hotels are now transitioning to smart tvs are smart capable. The internet worked as required. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning, the breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. I would have enjoyed bacon more than one day, though. That's about my only criticism, more bacon.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for personal as well as with sports teams and the experience is always positive. The pool is warm and the hot tub is large. The rooms are clean, the beds are super comfortable and the TV options are great. The rooms are fairly sound proof to the hallway. Breakfast is always good with a variety of hot and cold options.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The hot tub was hot, and the jets worked well. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The price point was a little higher than I would have liked, but all in all a great experience..

This hotel is very clean, rooms are large and comfortable. Has a walk in shower which was very nice. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy access with good parking and friendly Staff. Would have like more options on the TV.

We often stay at The Inn and the rooms were comfortable and staff very welcoming it makes our trip more enjoyable. This time we stayed in a larger room and it did not disappoint. The increased cost was well worth the comfort and convenience the larger room provided.

Sept 2023 This is my second time staying at this location, it really is a great place to stay. The service is very friendly and the rooms are clean, the breakfast that is included has lots to choose from. My daughter and I had the entire pool to ourselves which on a Friday night in a hotel is rare so we very much enjoyed that. The hot tub is big and the pool is a decent size too. We had a two queen bed room with a mini fridge and microwave, bathroom was shower only. I will choose this place again over any other hotel in the area for the great service, the pool,the breakfast and cleanliness.

Everyone at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. So welcoming. The hotel was so clean and the cleaning staff were outstanding. The beds are so amazing comfortable and cozy! Pillows the best, fluffiest ever. We stayed at the Best Western Inn on the Harbour in Victoria last year and it was run like this one in St. Albert, beautiful both of them. Just wanted to get away for a few days as we live in rural Alberta. We chose this hotel for different reasons. It allows pets, close to restaurants, and a lot of other amenities. My wife had never been to Edmonton so I wanted to show her the city and surrounding areas.

Was a very nice clean spacious room. King suite. The breakfast everyday was delicious. The pool was salt water which I enjoyed very much as I'm sensitive to chlorine. The tv has Netflix and prime and google. Great hotel!!

We stayed in St Albert for 5 days/4 nights. We chose this hotel from a recommendation from a family member. We were very happy! The Family Suite was perfect for our family, and we will always be booking this option! The bed was very comfortable, with a many pillows to choose from. The bathroom was clean and we had enough towels to last quite a while. The rooms were really sound proof so when anyone was in the hall or room next to you, you didn't hear much. We had a room on the 4th floor so cannot say if we could hear walking above us. The continental breakfast was great, always a good selection of hot food, cereals, pancakes etc. The pool was small and not very family friendly, but we did not book this hotel because of the pool. The hot tub was used by my husband and son and they enjoyed it. Over all a great stay from start to finish!

This hotel is conveniently located on St Albert Trail. Lots of restaurants in the area. We were picking up a vehicle and it was handy to the dealership. Also close to our son and his family who live in St Albert.

We stayed here for a ball tournament. After check out and before our 5 hour drive home we had a small break between games, the staff opened up a meeting room for us to get our team out of the hot sun.

Rooms were great as they were cleaned very well with no odors or stains. Beds were comfortable and everything in the room worked as it was intended. Staff was kind and courteous and that's always appreciated!

Great approachable staff that answer to your every needs, impressive and clean guest rooms, and amazing breakfast foods. Clean and upkeeped swimming pool that is enjoyed by all families and a lot of parking space.

April 2023 Our family spent 3 nights at this hotel while in the area for a dance competition. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. We had a king family suite. This had a king bed in the main area and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There was a mini fridge and freezer and kurig coffee machine. My one complaint about this room was that there was not enough chairs, for having a family suite there should have been more places to sit. There was only one office chair and one lounger, there was ample space so it would have been nice to have a small couch or a couple other chairs with a table. The pool is nice and the hot tub is large. We very much enjoyed our time in it, it is open until 10pm. There is a gym right beside it but we never used it. The breakfast that is included would have to be the best we have had at a Best Western location. There was a pancake machine, waffle maker with several frsh fruit toppings along with whipping cream and chocolate chips, fresh fruit cups, cold cereals, different meat and eggs each day, hashbrowns, a specialty coffee maker and a variety of juices. It was kept very clean in there The location in convienent to have Tim Horton's and Wendys in the parking lot next door. If you want a nice sit down meal Central Social Hall is just across the hwy and if you show them your room key you get a 15% discount on your meal, the food there was excellent! There is a nice park right across the street with plenty of grass if you have a pet with you to walk.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Quiet. Never heard neighbors. The pet area is right outside the room area which was perfect. No going up and down to take pet out. Breakfast was buffet and most days great. Convenient to Wendy's, Tim Hortons etc.

The room was clean and fresh. Whirlpool tub and fireplace were above our expectations. We did not realize that you can even get such quality rooms at Best Western. Bed was big and very comfortable. Great breakfast selection and all was so fresh! Thanks so much!

I can not say enough good things about our stay at the best western. The breakfast was great, the staff were amazing and the hotel was kept very clean. It is a great place to stay. We were there for 4 nights due to a flood in our home and the hotel staff were wonderful and helped cut down the stress of our temporary shelter relocation.

When booking a hotel I base my decision (usually) after reading all the reviews I can on cleanliness, staffing, and amenities. I start at what are the terrible reviews and build my way up to the excellent, 5 stars given ratings (never know when someone made a 1 star rating and gave it glowing reviews or vise versa) This hotel stood up to the great reputation I read about! Room, halls, breakfast area were all clean for the duration of my stay. Ample choices for breakfast, from fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, waffle AND pancake maker to hashbrowns, omelettes, and bacon/sausages. There's a decent sized pool, hot tub and fitness room. Staff was great. Everyone I dealt with or passed by was friendly and good and efficient. Check-in was quick, express check-in/out is also offered. Pet free rooms (my preference due to allergies) are available, it is my understanding that the lower floor offers pet friendly rooms. This location is also close to everything. From Restaurants to daily shopping, banks to a bowling alley, you're within walking distance to it all. My hotel of choice when in the area of St.Albert/ Edmonton

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. Lots of space in the room. Breakfast selection was good. The only thing I'd like to have is the option to get hot water for drinks throughout the day - like a little coffee and hot water station. Overall, it's a very pleasant stay. The location is wonderful too!

Whenever I travel to Edmonton, I make sure to book in at the Best Western in St. Albert. It is so easy to get to, EXTREMELY clean and all staff are very friendly and accommodating. Price is great, highly recommend.

The Best Western Plus St. Albert never disappoints. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is a full hot breakfast including assorted baked goods, cereals, pancakes, waffles, eggs and sausage.

The hotel was very clean and staff was excellent. Rooms are well looked after and the front end staff was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel highly. Rates were reasonable as well. Location was good as well, lots of amenities near by.

Hot water didn't work for first 5 mins of shower, heater in room turned on and off all night long, had to move rooms and only available room was pet friendly and no refund for the night. Would never darken their doors again.

My first time in St Albert, AB and I stayed at the Best Western for a business trip. there were a few other local hotels but I think I picked the best one. Very nice place with good people, Comfortable bed, clean and modern room. A fitness centre and a pool! The breakfast was a bonus !

Best Western is our favourite hotel to stay when we are travelling for business/personal. St Albert is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great. We stayed at other locations and the customer service do not compare to that you get at St Albert location.

We have the most incredible stay in this Hotel. The Staff make you feel very welcome and happy all the time. They have an included buffet breakfast " wow" super delicious and with a lot of options. The location is very convenient for families or pets so much green areas with a lot restaurant and shopping centre around . Definitely my 10 spot !!!

Their pet rooms were located perfect to a take out area equipped with waste bags etc. our room was fabulous and quiet. The breakfast could've been better but was free. Not sure if there was a restaurant on sight but Tim Hortons is next door and Cora's nearby.

The hotel is very clean inside and outside. Staff is welcoming right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping. . Rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast room is kept spotless and breakfast options are appreciated.

We were part of a large wedding group that stayed the weekend. The service was excellent from the time we booked until we left. The hotel met all our needs and the staff went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The staff really need to be thanked for their professionalism and friendliness; it was a very busy and demanding weekend for them. They all did an excellent job. We will be back!

Everything was perfect. Clean, friendly, over the top attention to detail. The room was dressed with Happy Birthday balloons, a card and gift was incredible and felt very special. I only stay there because everything is always perfect, especially during the COVID restriction requirement.

Best Western Plus The Inn at St. Albert was very enjoyable. Roomy and well lit. Very clean. Close to all amenities. Nice to have a hot breakfast included with my stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Being close to Edmonton, I made my meeting with no issues whatsoever.

Covid has not adversely affected the overall quality of the property. The comfort of the room enabled a perfect night's sleep in a quiet environment. There were no maintenance issues and the staff was congenial, helpful and efficient. Breakfast had a nice selection in a clean environment. The staff person was helpful in finding what I needed. Wi-Fi was easy to use and worked well. Check in and out took about a minute each.

I had requested that I wanted to have a room for a girls night out for my wife and our grand daughter. I asked management ( Chanisse) if she would make sure that they take good care of them. Not only did they make sure everything was perfect they also upgraded the room at no cost and left gift baskets for both of them with lots of goodies. The girls enjoyed time in the pool and had a very enjoyable breakfast that came at no cost as well. Thank you for taking care of my treasures.

This hotel goes above to make your stay enjoyable. Staff were awesome. Services are the best. Breakfast is amazing. We love this hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Tim Hortons and Wendys are right next door. Many restaurants are close by as well as shopping.

The front staff were friendly and polite [from answering questions to allowing me to store my luggages for a few hours after checkout (before I was ready to leave for the airport)]. The room (king suite) was clean and spacious. The free breakfast (hot and cold options) made it very convenient when travelling - it would have been even better if the hot options changed daily (especially when staying there for a few days). The elevator (there's only one) was on the slow side (considering there are only four floors).

This year alone I have stayed at this property on several occasions. In fact, I was booked to stay elsewhere this trip but when I found out our client was only a further 10 minute drive, cancelled the other reservation and booked the reservation to stay here. It was great to have one of the front desk staff say to me the morning 'welcome back'. Makes a traveller feel important and appreciated.

This was my first time staying at the Best Western Plus in St. Albert, but we are true Best Western Plus fans. This hotel did not disappoint. Easy check-in. Complimentary bottled waters for being an elite member. Clean rooms! Comfy beds made for a great night sleep after an amazing concert in Edmonton! The breakfast was fantastic as always! We especially loved the yogurt parfait station!! We will definitely be back again!!

Hotel is very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool was amazing / it was great because the temperature was warm not freezing when you got in. The breakfast selection was fabulous from the create your own waffles and pancakes to scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage, hash browns, fruit cups, yogurt, bread, bagels, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal and I am sure I missed items. Room was a decent size, very clean and quiet. Will definitely return and would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful nights getaway to the St. Albert Best Western. Enjoyed the uncrowned pool area immensely. Very clean and relaxing in the hot tub. Very comfortable king suite. Then enjoyed the sights around town!

My stay was for medical reasons while my husband was hospitalized. Excellent service, very helpful. Compassionate employees and the assistant manager was very sympathetic and supportive, under the circumstances.

The room was very spacious and clean. Love the dog bowls that were available. Great access to the dog area…Didn't have to travel through the lobby to access it. The doggy area was also spacious and clean:) would definitely recommend this location for people travelling with their fur babies;)

We booked this Hotel from a recommendation by the Sturgeon Health Community Hospital . I was having surgery and needed to be near the Hospital for a few days . Since we live a little over an hour away and not knowing what the Alberta weather would bring we elected to stay in . The hotel was spotless, staff super friendly, breakfast was great and a wide variety, all COVID restrictions followed and super close to the hospital for my wife . Having a Tim Hortons and Wendy's next door was an extra bonus !

A much needed break from the normal routine prompted me to arrange a ‘two nights' stay. The hotel was extremely clean, pleasant, quiet, relaxing. Managed to get restful sleep because the bed was really comfortable, the pillows delightful. Relaxed with coffee and TV and felt somewhat spoilt in the spacious room. Enjoyed being served an adequate breakfast and taking it to my room. Was able to pay for one night with a points certificate, which certainly helped to defray costs. Will certainly stay there again when I next feel a change from my normal routine. Thank you!

Best Western is a pretty standard hotel but this one has particularly great people working in it and that makes all the difference. Definitely clean and well-appointed rooms and good amenities but I give it extra marks for service.

This was our second stay here, both in a pet friendly room, and we were very satisfied both times. The hotel is clean and well appointed. We love that there are dishes for our dog, Tasha, in the room. The easy access to outside is appreciated so we can easily take the dog for a walk. We appreciate the location with it's proximity to parks and walking trails. It also offers easy access to Edmonton. The hotel offers a full breakfast, which due to the pandemic, is served as "grab and go" for a meal in your room. The food was decent but it's not as pleasant to have to take it back to your room for your breakfast as it would be to eat in the breakfast room. Can't wait until the pandemic allows that.

Unbelievable odor on the secound floor hallway was disgusting. Blue plastic container overflowing w dirty dishes outside a room. No hot water for morning shower! It was a very bad overall experience and eould not stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and my stay is always pleasant and worry-free. The hotel is conveniently located to cafe's, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a pleasant decor and is always clean and tidy. The staff at reception, in the breakfast room and housekeeping are very friendly, professional and helpful. If you have a question or forget something they are very willing to help.

Couldn't sleep with loud party that went on well past 2am. Parents from a hockey team roamed the halls with no masks on, disappointed nothing was done to stop the noise or protect guests from COVID by enforcing masks in common areas of hotel.

Really nice clean pleasant hotel inside and out. Very nice location and conveniently located, surrounded by everything possible service you need. The hotel was going through a bit of a renovation at the time I stayed there, but hotel staff were eager to help out anyway regarding inconvenience.

Wonderful staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast not exceptional but, but decent. Pool area is nice and bright. Great place to stay with a dog- there's easy access to side exit and a big park across the street.

We received assistance with everything we asked for. The staff were, without exception, courteous, cherry in fact seemed more than wiling to help. The hotel was very clean, infection control precautions were taken such as limiting the elevator to only one group.

The hotel staff was amazing, the hotel was clean, and the continental breakfast that is included in your stay was amazing, food was good with a wide selection of choices. The pool and hot tub were good. Water temperature of pool was just right. King suite was a nice room with ample space. Everything seemed clean. The only thing missing was complimentary bottled water in the room.

From the reception, the room, breakfast, all services and amenities were excellent. The best thing in the bathroom was the front of the tub had been cut out making for a good walk in shower, perfect for seniors. Best and most comfortable bet we;ve had in a hotel for some time. Breakfast buffet was just as good as well with hoot and cold options. Kudos to the management of this hotel. And the price was right. The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants.

Booking was great thanks to Tyson walking me through it. On check in room wasn't ready as there had been an issue but Tyson yet again came through and took care of us with supper. Breakfasts were very tasty and staff in the breakfast area were VERY FRIENDLY so shout out to them for being great. Some of the cleaning staff were friendly and some not so much but hey you can't win them all right? Pool was good. It was busy but that's great for the hotel means they have guests! Yay!! Only thing I would say with all the people at the pool it did make the walking area a little slippery but I learned my lesson after just about wiping out so it was all good. Our room was ok. Definitely not the best family suite I've stayed in but it was functional. The bathroom was a huge pain in the bum because it was sooooo small. For a “family” suite I felt it could have been a bit larger. Also, there was a huge waste of space in our room. I'm not sure if there was suppose to be a piece of furniture there or what? But it was kinda weird. Im thinking maybe a small table was suppose to be there because when we ate in the room, we had to eat on the floor or the bed. On day 2 of our stay we left for the entire day. And upon our return, we found our room how we had left it. Which was kind of surprising as we had not left the do not disturb on the door and typically your room is cleaned once per day and on an extended stay toiletries replaced. I called the front desk and asked for towels and toiletries and asked what happened to which I was told there was an issue and they didn't get to our room…… hmmmm ok things happen I get it. So when the person brought up the items we needed to we asked about our garbage at least being taken out to which we were told they were only told to bring up the items we asked for and ran off faster than we could say another word. Ok so we are resourceful people we found a way to collect our garbage and store it in our room a bit of an inconvenience but hey whatever. The next morning we went down for breakfast. Came back up, they're cleaning our room. All our belongings are in there keys, phones, purse everything: guess I should have put the do no disturb sign on but didn't think they'd be cleaning our room first thing and so I quickly grabbed my keys and purse and took our kids to sit in the car while they cleaned because that morning we had no immediate plans to vacate. So that was a bit of an inconvenience. Yeah there were a few hiccups in our stay. Would I stay here again? I'm not sure. Some of the staff really help with the hiccups. Time will tell I suppose.

Our family chose to come back at St-Albert's Best Western Inn since our previous stay had been so pleasant! Adjoining rooms worked well for our family of 5 ! Once again, the hotel and rooms were very clean, a great variety of hot and cold breakfast items were offered every morning and the staff and management were outstandingly welcoming! In case you are wondering about covid protocols: even with most restrictions lifted in Alberta, the staff wore masks. That being said, we could see that they were smiling underneath it ! :) I would recommend this hotel anytime! Thanks !

We loved our stay. Breakfast was buffet style with both hot and cold options. Food was brought out continuously. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was a great size, with air conditioning, mini fridge and microwave. The pool and hot tub were salt water and we spent hours in them. The staff were wonderful, always had a smile, and helped us in everyway.

Nice to have the Bestwestern breakfast experience back. Didn't enjoy staying at hotels much with the covid restrictions. Starting the morning with the quality service and excellent variety of breakfast offerings is a real highlight of the hotel and enjoyment of the overall stay.

The hotel is clean both outside and in. Nice to see the sanitizing station right at the door. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. The air conditioning was fantastic in 30 degree weather. Breakfast was hot and yummy.

It has been some time since I stayed at this property but in the past was never disappointed and the same held true this time. The property is well managed and from the General Manager & his team, excellent and professional service is provided to their guests. The breakfast options even during these challenging times with Covid 19 was great.

Great get away in the same city where we live. Felt like a mini vacation. Staff were warm and welcoming. Place looks like a million bucks. It is spacious and clean and well designed. Our room was perfect, especially the cleanliness and large room with two queen beds. The technology features fit our needs perfectly. We will choose to come back when we need a break. The breakfast was far beyond our expectations during these Covid times. Plenty of choice and healthy hot food as well.

This is an exceptional facility that accommodates pets. Excellent breakfast and very clean. Near to shops and beautiful parks for picnics. This is a "must stay here" hotel where even our dog highly recommends! The best are so comfy and the pillows were fresh and beautifully presented.

Due to unforseen circumstances our family had to stay in this hotel for a lengthy period of time. Service was unbelievable. From hot breakfast delivered to our door every morning (we were unable to go breakfast room because of a sick child), to regular check ups from the Hotel Manager Tyson, to ensure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. Front Desk responded quickly to any request. Our check out date changed several times with no issues as well.

Very clean up to date Hotel. Very clean, Comfortable Beds. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast considering Covid restrictions. Close to shopping malls and restaurants. Not that far to West Edmonton Mall.

I was very pleased with the stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very quiet. The parking lot was full so there must have been quite a few rooms booked but we never heard any of our neighbours. The food at the breakfast in the morning was quite good and they provided many choices.

We had cancelled our 2 week vacation to Barbados over spring break, once last year and again this year. With the strain of our 14 month in a pandemic and no plans for spring break, we thought we'd try an overnight staycation. We looked into the best western in St. Albert as the pool and hiring was open to guests. In my booking conversation with the manager Tyson, we mentioned our cancelled trips to Barbados. When we arrived, he had decorated our room with tropical accents, flower leis throughout the room, inflatable balls for the pool, snacks and a personal note to our family that they were trying to bring a bit of Barbados to our room. It was so thoughtful!! The room was clean, very reasonably priced, the pool was warm, breakfast (free!!) Was tasty and my children had an AMAZING time. It extra efforts Tyson made was so kind and even though it's only a 15 minute drive from our house, we will be returning!!

We had to take hubby for surgury - rather tense reason to travel. From walking in the door, to packing up to leave, it was almost a vacation!! The staff were amazing and attentive. And quick to make me feel fine about losing my key all the time - THE BREAKFAST was the best - sooo many options AND gluten free. There were many amenities that we did not use because we were there for surgery, BUT we did get into the jacuzzi room - what a treat! We have to return for another surgery and this is "our" hotel now. :-)

We love the amenities in St Albert but it is really quick to get to any part of Edmonton from this spot. It is a beautiful Hotel with very friendly Staff. Even with the Covid restrictions, they provided a very good breakfast selection and in a really efficient, safe setting. Rooms are always some of the nicest I've ever stayed in.

I recently had to travel to St Albert for work purposes and stayed at this hotel. I can't say enough good things about my experience there. With COVID and the uncertainties in the world right now, I was nervous to travel at all. Upon learning about the We Care cleaning program they are doing to ensure everything is cleaned to the highest standard to keep all guests safe and comfortable, instantly made me feel more relaxed about my travel. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, my room was beautiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for a safe, friendly hotel to stay at.

With true honesty I have to say nothing bad about this hotel. This hotel is nothing but smiles and being the first ones to say good morning and good night. I have stayed in this hotel for 2.5 months and I have to say this was my home away from home. Even during this crazy pandemic they have accommodated well and still provide a top quality service. Passing through St. Albert on my way up to Fort McMurray, stopped off in St. Albert BW on my way up and again on my way home. Service was excellent, hotel is well sited, close to all kinds of services. I will definitely stay here again.

I had no reservation and was accommodated with a quick check in with a friendly face. I would have no problem staying at this location in the future if needed. The morning breakfast that was provided was limited but still was enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel for 4 days. Very clean, friendly and close of everything. Lot of parking. Tim Hortons right beside for morning coffee lol. Lot of restaurants, shopping center, some of at walking distance.

We had never stayed in a hotel with our dogs and were extremely impressed with this hotel. We found it quiet even though there were dogs on both sides of us. The staff were awesome and helped us with all requests. The breakfast was great, the room clean, a fridge and microwave were in the room. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I had a great stay at best western st.albert. The staff were friendly and very professional. The breakfast menu was very good and the service was excellent. We were given a upgraded suite which was a executive suite. I asked for a later check out time and they accommodated us out any hesitation. The room was good and clean although a bit on the small side and not having a tub is bit of a drawback when traveling with three small children. Nice to see they still serve hot breakfast even if it is take-out. Mandatory mask rule seems a bit excessive when there are so few people around at one time

Not a bad stay. Best Westerns are usually held to a high standard and this location was no different. Probably the nicest hotel in St. Albert Lots of safety precautions in place for Covid. The salt water pool is a little off putting when you're swimming and you didn't know it's a salt water pool at first haha

We had a reservation at this hotel. We had stayed here before. When we walked in and saw all the safety precautions that had taken place it was incredible. I was so happy and felt safe over the Corona stuff. The woman at the counter was super friendly despite being all wrapped up. She was so friendly and helped us check in as quickly as possible so we could get to our room.

We chose an executive suite so that we could have our own bedroom, separate from our kids. The room was perfect, the pool was enjoyed by our kids and the breakfast was loved by everyone. We found check-in and check-our to be easy and efficient.

Hotel is very well set up. Fresh cookies at the front desk. Great selection for breakfast. Pool are with sauna and hot tub were always clean and stocked with towels. There is an exercise room although we didn't have a chance to use it.

Forced to stay overnight due to a storm we chose this hotel based on Tripadvisor reviews. Front desk staff was a very pleasant young lady .... she checked us in during the evening and checked us out early in the morning. I jokingly asked if she worked all night. No but she did work until 11 pm and was back at work for 7 am :::: yowza not fun but she said she only had to do it once a week. Hot tub in the pool room was pleasantly hot. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. What more can you ask for .... hand soap would have been helpful.

A great stay! The staff were very friendly and competent, and the breakfast was great, with good quality coffee, a couple of perfect cheese omelettes and back bacon that was delicious! Nice to stay on my keto eating while traveling. The room was very clean and new feeling.

Spent a few nights at the hotel in Jan with my spouse. The check in was quick and the service was exceptional. Room was clean and met and exceeded our expectations. We visited this hotel last weekend with our sons hockey team, I highly recommend. The hotel staff was very accommodating to our large group which made it so easy to provide the boys with the things they needed to be successful in their tournament. Thank you for the hospitality!

Our stay was fabulous. The staff was extremely friendly and well organized. There were 4 Bantam hockey teams staying at the hotel and the Breakfast bar was always replenished quickly with good hot food. Bravo! I have stayed here with teams many times and each time the service was excellent.

Excellent check in . The room was very clean and comfortable . There was a hockey tournament in the area , management made sure that the players were on a floor of their own so not to bother any other patrons !

Very friendly staff, clean, quiet rooms and the boys enjoyed the pool! Breakfast had many options even for my picky eater! We left some clothing when we checked out and the staff were very helpful to get it returned to us.

We were in the city for 2 weeks due to a death and following arrangements and meetings. The staff were superior in their kindness and helpfulness . We used the pool most days to swim and de-stress and that was a nice amenity. Breakfast was always varied and generous including fresh fruits, meats and eggs and bagels etc. Lovely and healthy way to start the days which were long and sad and stressful. Having a calm home-base was great.

We had checked in online before we arrived so it only took a minute or two to get our room keys and instructions on the free wifi and breakfast times/location. Room was clean, quiet and had the extra towels we requested during our online check in. The housekeepers had left a little note to welcome us, which was sweet. Breakfast options were many and were marked as "gluten free" which helped me. The hot tub was wonderful too. Overall a good experience checking in, being there and checking out! We always return to Best Western. : )

Our stay was very pleasant and the staff were most accommodating and cheerful. We were surprised by the quality of the breakfast with changing choices daily. The room was well appointed and very clean. Because we were there visiting a sick relative, we had to extend our stay several times and the staff was very helpful. We would certainly not hesitate to stay there again.

BW St Albert is a very nice hotel, rooms are large and well looked after. We stayed two nights. The breakfast had different choices both mornings. Only minor problem with breakfast was on the second morning it was not very warm.Seemed the steamtrays were not started early enough.. Very good breakfast otherwise.

The property is nice enough. It looks to have been recently renovated. When I checked in I asked the man at the reception desk about a BW promotion (book two nights and get one free), he told me " You booked through Expedia so that's no something for you!" Perhaps he could use a little customer experience training. I had tried to book directly with the hotel but they were not offering the same room/price as Expedia. Disappointing attitude.

I liked this best western close enough to walk to restaurants, helpful staff, good gym. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The executive suite I had was dark though. It would be nice to have the desk near a window. The couch was uncomfortable, but other than that it was a great stay. Would stay again when in St.Albert

We booked two rooms, well in advance, little did we know that the person on the other end booked four rooms for us. We discovered this due to fact we phoned two days in advance of our scheduled arrival date, to check on two requests we made. We arrived, checked in, telephone in one room did not work and evening staff could not fix this for us. Second room the air conditioner was blowing hot air, the room was extremely warm. Even after being reset, it continued to blow hot and cold air, alternating, all night. Staff promised to move us to two new rooms first thing in the morning. Then the next day this changed to, we will move you by 12noon, then this changed to 2pm, no word from front desk by 2:30pm so we phoned front desk. We were told, housekeeping is just now going into the new rooms to clean them, they will be ready by 3pm and we will call you. 3:40pm, still no phone call from front desk, we called, yet again, gentleman at front desk said, oh yes they have been ready since 2 or 3pm. My husband replied, not since 2pm, cause housekeeping did not go into the rooms to begin cleaning them until 2:30pm and you were suppose to call me once the rooms were ready. This whole issue with the two rooms could have been handled more professionally by front desk staff. The challenge with checking in on the weekend, is there is no manager on shift. The manager that we finally got to speak to, Monday morning, spoke to us at the front desk, did not offer us a more private spot to speak. He apologized, yes and then offered us bonus points, did not specify an amount, that was his solution to these headaches. Via Twitter I was put in touch with customer care, who were also less than effective in providing an acceptable outcome for these headaches. To top it off, one morning we went down for breakfast, a party of five, we were with one disabled person and two elders, dining room was full. Staff did not offer to open up the over flow dining room. There was also a party of 4 the came in behind us, who were also turned away. We left for about 4 minutes, returned to breakfast dining room, to see staff opened up the over flow dining room for staff to sit in to eat. Yet they turned away 9 paying guests. Will we return to this Best Western, likely not. We visit St Albert at least once per year, we will return to the St Albert Inn, as the service there is much better (their only shortfall is they do not offer breakfast, I would rather have good customer care than a 'free' hot breakfast, which really is not free when you look at the room rates).

Upon arrival at the hotel you are greeted with a beautifully landscaped entrance complete with a fountain and colorful flowers. The water wall in the lobby adds a level of elegance not seen at other hotels. The front desk was efficient and professional. The rooms were large and well kept. It was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in.

First time in staying at a Best Western Plus hotel and now understand where the plus comes from. The king suites are spacious, well furnished and have everything you need. Both the bedroom and separate living spaces were large, and the bed was really comfortable; we had a good nights sleep. An excellent selection of hot and cold foods for breakfast which was included in the price. We were only passing through St. Albert so only stayed overnight but would certainly stay there again and also recommend to friends.

This is a lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff and very nice breakfast. My only complaint is that the fitness room is very, very hot and there's no air conditioning or even a fan. I've been staying there for 3 weeks and the air conditioner is still not working.

We stayed there for the weekend and didn't know what to expect. The room was great, good layout and design. The bathroom was nicely updated with a good shower (hard to know these days with hotels). The service was amazing, everyone we interacted with was very positive and friendly.

We stayed four nights in the perfect room. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The room consisted of a living room, bathroom, and bedroom. There was a TV in the bedroom and a second in the living room! The number of channels carried is the most of any hotel I have seen, with stations from Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, and across Canada, plus music channels, cable channels and premium channels. The hotel is about eight years old and is excellently maintained. It is located next to a Wendy's and Tim Horton, so the fast food is nearby. We heard very little noise even though our room faced the restaurants. The room was cozy and well insulated. The temperature control works very well. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub are very clean and comfortable to use. The front desk was very efficient, with very helpful and pleasant employees. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room clean and in order. The complimentary breakfast selection was the best of any hotel we have stayed in. It had everything we could possibly want, including fresh fruit. The dining area was kept clean and comfortable. Imagine having a complimentary breakfast so good that we could look forward to it each morning! This hotel is the best run of just about any we have seen and definitely the best value for the money. We are grateful for all the thought and care that the management put into creating this comfortable property. Due to the great value received, I am calling this a budget hotel even though it has mid-range amenities. The hotel has plenty of free parking and is located near shopping and a number of fine restaurants. It is three minutes way from Route 216, the main road that circles Edmonton. Downtown is less than 30 Minutes and Edmonton Mall is only 20 Minutes away. This review is authentic. We have no affiliation with the hotel other than as a recent guest. This was our favorite hotel of our two week road trip and one of our all time favorite places to stay.

Best family hotel out there. The family rooms are amazing too. Breakfast is always great. I suggest you add bacon to the breakfast menu though. Pools/hot tub is always great too. Best Western is always our first pick

We stayed here with two adults, two dogs and a toddler for 3 nights. A great room, good location, excellent and beautiful facilities. Breakfast was OK, typical fare. We had an issue not getting housekeeping, but when we brought it up to the attention of the front desk, we had housekeeping right away and they left toys and treats in the room with a hand written apology; this speaks volumes of their customer service. We would definitely choose this hotel to stay at again for a family trip in the St Albert/ Edmonton area.

As always my stay at Best Western was very good. This hotel is in a great location at Sherwood Park with lots of food options within a 10 min drive and quite a few within easy walking distance. Thier TV and internet have been upgraded to telus which far exceeds any other provider. I make it a point to stay at BW whenever possible

We stayed at this hotel for our daughters dance festival and it was very nice. She enjoyed the swimming pool with some friends. We also enjoyed breakfast. There was four of us in the room so eating breakfast at the hotel saved us some money, and it was good. Try and get down to breakfast early if the hotel is busy.

We have stayed at this Best Western location for the past 6-7 years. We have 2 dance festivals a year in St. Albert and this is the only hotel we will ever stay at! The breakfast is wonderful and convienent , pool is a bonus for the kids to unwind and spend time with friends. Location is great, close to venue and restaurants. Staff are always pleasant and willing to help with any need. We have already booked our rooms for next year :)

This property is a real gem close to the air port. Modern rooms, friendly staff and great location close to the air port. I am yet to run into an unfriendly staff member on multiple stays. I look forward to returning to Edmonton again.

I stayed here for nearly a month on business and had everything I could have wanted. After a long day of work the hot tub, pool and workout room were fabulous. The staff were always pleasant and professional. From what radio station to tune to, to getting the most from my stay by signing up for Best Western Rewards. Thank you Ryan. I appreciated the patience and helpfulness of Mike (did I get your name right?) when using the business centre! When I had any kind of issue the pleasant smile and welcoming attitude, of both Samar and Samantha, made me feel at home and everything was dealt with promptly. Farah's cheerful demeanor was also refreshing! From Fred carrying out my luggage to the cleaning staff, Jen, Luisa and J Manzano they were always there when you needed them. Mijong and the kitchen-dining staff were very kind and prompt to see to every need. Thank you all for making a home away from home for me! There's one thing I would change and that is the coffee detail. A good Columbian with some 18% cream would make a very good hotel into a great hotel :)

This is a typical BW but really clean. I didn't go to the pool but my friend said it was a little messy but people are not as fussy as she is. Breakfast was great as was the wifi. The housekeeping was immaculate in our room.

We were looking for a place to stay and this was available. We checked in and the staff was very polite and friendly. They made us feel comfortable and told us where breakfast would be served in the morning. They gave us a nice quiet room in the corner and it couldn't have been better. I would definately stay there again if im in town.

Roomy and confortable, Beds are exactly like i like them. Stayed here for a week and loved it. Breakfast is different each day, so you wont get tired of it. Wish they had a bath tube, only showers were avail. I would return without a doubt.

This was a great stay! The staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are good, the view from the room was great, the breakfast was really good. Much better than my expectation, to be honest! :) And the best part of it all is that they have free coffee in the dining room - all day! And not just regular coffee, but with hazelnut, french vanilla and several other flavours. It's a really nice chilled out vibe. It's close to a plaza and has easy access to coffee shops, book shops, and other restaurants. There's no restaurant in the hotel - so they only serve breakfast. For all other meals, there's always skip the dishes! :)

Stayed here for the 2nd time and I think it was even better than the 1st. Was there with family from across the country for a wedding nearby. Free breakfast had all the choices you'd want, the pool/hot tub were great, staff was awesome and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to relax while in the area. Stayed with a hockey team service was awesome and we had a great time at the pool with the kids!! They were very accommodating with all of our requests and there was no concerns!! Great pick if you need somewhere to stay for sports team!!

Very convenient location and next to fastfood and gas stations. Quiet area and walking distance to downtown or shopping centre. There is a bowling alley nearby as well as the hospital and numerous parks.

We arrived to a very friendly host, we had a king suite, with 2 twin beds as an ensuite. This was great as our grand daughter and daughter travelled to the wedding as well. We we quite surprises on how quiet the ensuite room was. Great for Grand Parents who wanted to sleep in. Breakfast was good, check out was quick.

We stayed 3 nights and were very satisfied with our stay. The barrier free room was spacious and clean. It included a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair blower, and iron. Aside from the pillows all being too large and firm the king bed was great. Also the furnace fan speed could not be adjusted and we found it a bit loud. The included breakfast was superb. An automated pancake maker and waffle maker with berries and whipped cream was enticing. There was plenty of room with an overflow seating area. This hotel allows animals on the first floor also. The friendly staff and quick checkin made this a hotel to return to again.

When staying in St Albert we always stay at the Best Western Plus The Inn at St Albert. Hotel is always clean, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is always enjoyable. There is never any problem with booking online or phoning in a reservation.

The hotel was very nice, clean, employees were very good to deal with. There is adequate parking and the location is perfect when in St. Albert. The only gripe was the breakfast. If I stay here again I think McDonalds would be a better choice for breakfast.

This hotel was great right from friendly, efficient check in with Karla, to comfortable beds with soft pillows, helpful step in shower, very nice breakfast, to efficient check out. In addition, Karla was so helpful to keep our oxygen concentrator behind the front desk in order for the oxygen company to pick it up after our check out.

No need to look elsewhere particularly if travelling with your dog... Room was first class with easy access to the hotel exterior...Close to any and all amenities for shopping and dining and the breakfast buffet is outstanding...5 minute drive to a massive off leash park...Staff are friendly and professional! Nicest Best Western we have ever stayed at with our dog!

This is the first time we've stayed at this facility, but it won't be our last. We came up with our dog for a Scent Dog Competition and the pet room we had was excellent.We'll definitely be back and stay at your facility again.

Really enjoyed staying here. Hotel is in great location, right in middle of St. Albert. The staff were very friendly and professional. We stayed with our dogs and had a great room on ground floor near the exit for ease of taking the dogs outside. The beds were very comfortable and room spacious. I really like the idea of wood floors not carpet for pet rooms. My only complaint is we found the bathroom quite tiny. Would definitely recommend.

located out of Edmonton, in a suburb location, but close to Anthony Henday Rd that can take you anywhere, it is a great place to stay. Rooms are fantastic, breakfast was excellent...well owrth your money to stay here

Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Like the fact that the breakfast room is always open to grab a hot coffee. Great location for any shopping or business in the area!

I would've given the Best Western Plus Inn at St. Albert a 5/5 had our room been ready at 4pm as per our booking. The front desk staff did not have our room ready for us, so they offered us a downgrade. The room offered was not what we paid for, so we had to wait until almost 5pm to gain access to our booked room. What has happened to customer care in the service industry? I can't believe this place tried to downgrade us vs. upgrade us. I can't complain otherwise. The hotel was clean, secure, updated with a resort feel and smell. The complimentary breakfast was very impressive with a lot of varied cold and hot options. There were also healthy choices for someone watching their calories of items such as: boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal etc.

I was tasked with arranging accommodations for my brother on his wedding night. There were guests from out of town, so I sought to arrange a block of rooms for them as well. I communicated with Jarred to set all of this up, and he was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. He made it very easy to book the rooms. Two days before the wedding, I noticed that I had accidentally booked my brother's room for one night too many. I spoke with Jarred, and he fixed my mistake with no questions asked at no extra cost to me. Thank you, Jarred!! I didn't end up staying the night myself, but my brother had nothing negative to say about his stay. He said the hotel was beautiful and that his room was absolutely immaculate. Overall, I couldn't recommend the Best Western more highly!

First stay at this property. Was lovely. Great room, very clean, nice friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice room for it - bright and well lit. Very comfortable. One thing I would change - the pillows are way to high, got a stiff neck.

Simply put the stay was heavenlyThe complimentary breakfast was beyond just muffins and cereal. They have a 3D pancake printer! Plus a waffle maker, but the 3D printer is pure magic.The staff is extremely friendly and knew my name within a couple days.

I was currently admitted to the Sturgeon for delivery, husband stayed with our daughter. It was packed apparently for the 4 days that we booked. The last day, it was a small but comfy room, bed isnt overly amazing but it was a good enough sleep from recovery, sheets are amazingly soft (loving the cotton guys), the AC is in the separate king room. Bathroom doesn't have a tub but a small sitting corner (i think for someone who recovers, its a good little sitting area). Toilet was a bit too close for comfort to reach for things but honestly can't complain overall. Besides the room, only other place I could enjoy was the breakfast in the AM, if you are down early its really good but we got their right before close. Breakfast was incredible compared to any Holiday Inn I've ever experienced especially here. They even had Syrups for coffee drinks!! OMG yep! So for the price tag I'd say they are on par with their services considering they had the AAA star rating.

We booked the hotel room ahead. Already had room preferences on profile. Arrived and told by front desk there were only two rooms left. Disappointed with the room as it was two doors from elevator. No tub either. Poor placement of toilet (big gap between toilet and shower, toilet jammed under sink so shoulder kept knocking tp roll). Ridiculous placement of mirror. Needed to be a minimum of six feet tall to see into it. Noisy A/C that didn't react well to any adjustments. Not the greatest bed but not the worst. The highlight of the stay was a good quality complimentary breakfast. Lots of choices including fresh fruit, muffins, sausages, hot egg choices, pastries and cereal bar. I don't think I would book here again as the bed and A/C did affect my sleep.

Perfect stay for my family and friends. Definitely would stay again soon. Many rooms available and the quality of the rooms was excellent. Kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub area very clean.

The hotel was comfortable. The room I got was large with a large comfortable bed and nice furniture. Everything worked well so my business stay went off without any problems. The staff were quick to respond to any questions.

Myself, husband and 2 kids stayed here for 3 nights to attend a family wedding...very nice hotel with a swimming pool and hot tub; We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a pull-out couch....the kids couldn't sleep well at night because there was no fresh/cold air circulating in the living room area which made it stuffy so we had to go out and buy a small fan to circulate the air. Also the ceiling light in the room was very dim and even with all the lamps on also, did not make the room more brighter. The elevator needs a maintenance upgrade badly....it was slow having to wait for the elevator to come down from the 4th floor to the lobby and also as I am a smoker, it would be a nice to add a bench or have somewhere to sit when going outside to smoke. The continental breakfast was good with providing a lot of choices for breakfast. Suggestion also to add an adults only time for the pool and hot tub (10 pm to 11 pm), as some parents would like to enjoy and relax in the pool and hot tub without having a dozen kids yelling and jumping around. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Whenever we travel to the Edmonton area the Best Western in St. Albert is our hotel of choice. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean and they also have a great complimentary breakfast. This hotel is very reliable and I would recommend staying there while in the St. Albert area, it is also close to Costco and other major shopping chains.

The Best Western Plus the Inn at St. Albert provided the best value overall! The staff was so friendly it felt like home as soon as I walked through the doors. The hotel is perfectly maintained, and clean (which is so important), and the rooms are spacious and modern, while still comfortable and homey. I will never stay anywhere else.

We stayed here when we were in the city for a softball tournament. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and the breakfast was outstanding! The staff gave us a small room off the breakfast room on Saturday afternoon so we could have a team pizza meal and again that evening so we could visit and finish off the pizza! They even stored the left over pizza for us. The staff were very friendly!

I have become a fan of the Best Western Brand and chose this hotel chain whenever possible. The Best Western Plus in St Albert is the standard that I compare all other hotels to. The staff is always friendly. This last trip, I arrived late after a full day's work and a 5 hour drive. Samar opened the hot tub after hours so I could relax a little before I went to bed. Thank you, it really helped remove the road trip from my mind and body.

Hotel is nice, clean, well decorated and the staff is friendly. Right beside a Tim's, Wendy's and 7 Eleven which is super handy. Right off highway 2 which is super handy. Make sure you put out your Do No Disturb Sign if you want to sleep past 9am!

Friday night (May 11, 2018) the front desk was left unattended for at least 20 minutes. Calls to the number indicated on the sign at the front desk went unanswered. The pool had run out of towels and no one was there to supply more. The waffle mix ran out Sunday morning and was not replaced. The pool was closed Friday, May 11, 2018 during the day when guests wished to use it and the hot tub was closed Sunday, May 13, 2018 when guests wished to use it. I would recommend doing pool maintenance when the pool is closed not when the pool should be open for guests to enjoy especially when it is the major amenity of the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were all amazing. But the fact that there is only one elevator for 4 floors made it a terrible experience to get up and down from your room. We were there during a dance competition so there was always stuff you needed to carry back and forth. The king size bed in our suite was one of the most uncomfortable, cheapest mattresses I've ever slept on in my life. The blanket that was on the hide a bed was old and felt like sandpaper I honestly can't believe they left it on the bed for someone to see it should go to a dog shelter not a hotel room where you're paying $150 a night. Due to the fact there are many other hotels around the Edmonton area I would not stay here again.

Arrived for the Cheremosh Ukrainian Dance Festival. First the Breakfast is wonderful especially if you have family that requires eating Gluten free. There had to be 8 selections or more to choose from

I would recommend Best Western Plus in Saint Albert to all families, pet owners and business professionals. The staff were happy and helpful, breakfast had many options including gluten free. Beds were comfortable and there was no amount of noise even in the pet friendly area. Overall and excellent quality service.

I honestly enjoyed everything about my stay. I spent 3 nights. The staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good (hot breakfast) plenty of selection. The pool and hot tub were nice. The water in the pool was warm making it much more enjoyable! If I ever find myself in St Albert again I will absolutely be staying here.

Stayed here on business for 2 nights and arrived to an excellent reception. Complimentary upgrade to a fourth floor king suite with living room instead of a ground floor accessible room they had me in. Nice large complimentary breakfast room, large open free parking, excellent fast free wifi. Great pool, hot tub and gym area too. Walking to good restaurants and mall near by. Worth the extra money to stay here. Glad I did. Thank you!!

Wonderful hotel in St Albert. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great breakfast with lots of gluten free options. The rooms are large, tasteful decor and very clean. Customer service was excellent. The pool was closed but that was reflected in rates this weekend and the workout room was a nice size. And the sofa bed was actually comfortable. The location was handy to most of the things we were doing in St. Albert. One complaint and I did not take a star off for it. We had a king bed studio , the king bed was rock hard and not very comfortable. Would probably try a queen bed next time and hope it was better

We stayed here about 6 years ago. At that time it was fairly new & very clean... now it is somewhat rundown. Our room had a extremely dirty carpet, you couldn't go barefoot, we got dirt in the bed going barefoot. We will never stay here again.

Nice location with amenities close by like Tim's and 7-11 and restaurants and bars across the highway so location is really good. Free breakfast is what it is, the same everywhere mostly I only do coffee and the oatmeal so not a huge thing for me. Rooms were very clean and good size, AC didn't work great on this trip, I know it's winter but room was a touch hot and AC would only stay on for like 30 seconds at a time for some reason. All in all a real good place.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my daughter's birthday party. A colleague of mine, got me in touch with the Operations Manager, Tyson and immediately the exceptional service began. I was greeted, via convenient emails, by Jarred and Tyson to arrange my stay. When I arrived at the hotel I was warmly greeted by Samuel, then shortly after Tyson had came to the front desk for another warm greeting. Tyson then also introduced me to Jarred - wonderful, now I know who I have been speaking with. I was quickly ushered to my suite, where I thought I was expecting something different (completely my fault, and not the hotel manager/ staff) and Tyson quickly showed me 2 other suites that I could choose for my liking. I had to run out to pick up some surprises for my daughter and when I came back they had left a sweet little gift on the bed for her. After that, the amazing service - both comforting friendly and professional, continued. I will happily stay at this hotel any time I may require in St. Albert or surrounding hotel. The only downfall was that I was not aware that the hotel did not have a restaurant; however, they do serve a delicious hot breakfast. But again, that was my fault for not doing research on the facility before my stay...and St. Albert has enormous choices for delivery that it worked out beautifully. Thank you Tyson, Samual, Jarred and the staff for a fun-filled stay!

Good rooms, just run your shower before hand for about 15 mins to get hot water. Breakfast room is spacious and ok. A few more vegan options would have been nice. Front desk staff where very curtious and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for the very first time & regret that why have we not stayed here earlier, we were deprived of the kind of excellent professional services offered by BW St. Albert during our earlier hotel experiences which we have enjoyed if we would have considered to stay at BW St. Albert earlier.

For some reason, each time we go there we are greeted by Samuel at the check-in desk. Samuel always takes extra care of looking after us so well. He never hesitates to use French to communicate and this is so appreciated. The rooms are clean, practical and the hotel is well situated to allow us to leave the car at the hotel and walk to many choices of restaurants and bars.

This hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and had great pillows. The free breakfast buffet in the morning was a great bonus! There is also a Tim Hortons right next door and restaurants and shopping nearby.

This is a great little hotel on the outer edge of Edmonton. If you need a place to stay in Edmonton it's not as expensive as in town. Worth the commute to town and save some money on the hotel. I usually only stay at Best Western Plus then you always know you're getting decent comforts of home.

Stayed one night and was blown away by everything at this property. Chelsea at front desk is outstanding! Incredibly welcoming, fantastic personality and so helpful! The whole hotel is immaculate, the breakfast was delicious and the lady in charge of breakfast was so sweet as well. Comfy quiet rooms and again, spotlessly clean. The only minor complaint I would have is that the lights in the pool/hot tub area are WAY too bright. Went in for a relaxing dip before bed and couldn't stay in - actually hurt my eyes. Will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here if you're in the area! Thank you!

I always stay at this hotel, the staff are great and I love the rooms. I never have any problems. I do wish there was a nicer restaurant within walking distance than Wendy's. It could be my fault that I haven't searched hard enough.

Very clean room. First room I have stayed in that was actually climate controlled. Didn't have to listen to an a/c or heater running all night. More than sufficient breakfast. We were not left wanting. Very good coffee. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything you could possibly want in a business hotel. Only complaint was with rooms internet, thumbs down, not a deal breaker but had to use my cell provider to conduct business in a business hotel. All staff super helpful and friendly, will be staying there again.

Room 106 was great, no noise to be heard. Great variety of breakfast items. Only concern would be one person working the desk Sunday morning during checkout. Hotel exterior very clean and lots of parking. Service was great during check in and fitness room and swimming pool are available but we did not use either one. I would definitely stay here again if staying in St. Albert.

This a very comfortable accommodation at a reasonable cost. I've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, staff are friendly and the pool and exercise facilities are quite adequate. I enjoy the breakfast service which certainly satisfies that tastes of the average individual. I recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable space at good value.

We found this to be an excellent Hotel. For our purpose it was close to all amenities we required. The Hotel was out done only by the friendly staff who made it hard to leave after only a short while. The breakfast was is one of the best, if you leave hunger it is your own faulty. The type of hot foods are changed on a daily basis.

I stayed for 2 nights on a work trip. The check-in was easy and the staff were friendly, I had a couple of problems with my room (broken TV) and was quickly switched to another room that also had a problem (missing iron), they again quickly brought me an iron. The staff were great. The bed was a little uncomfortable but the room was clean and hallways were quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast, great choices from hot food to fruit, breads, cereals, etc. I would suggest trying to stay on the side over the front parking lot, I stayed on the other side and it was busy all night with traffic at the Tim Hortons.

What a nice hotel this is. Good atmosphere, nice people, great service, great breakfast choices, nice clean rooms, and a nice hot tub and pool to settle in and relax in. Definitely a do again hotel for us.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Bed was fairly comfortable and the room was clean. A bit too much light coming in through the curtains, underneath the door and other electronic light pollution. Full breakfast had quite a few options although the scrambled eggs and potatoes were not very good. Coffee was though! We would stay there again as the value for money was good.

I stayed 3 nights in September 2017. The hotel was clean and up to date on decor etc. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had for continental breakfast. The price was excellent.

My wife and I were out of town attending a wedding. We wanted a quiet out of the way place we could relax at when we were away from all the wedding activities. The breakfast was great and the staff keep the dining area clean and well stocked. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was convent and easy to get in and out of but most of all we loved getting in the hot tub each morning and evening!

This was our fourth stay at this Best Western and again they exceeded our expectations. Room was very clean, house keeping and front desk staff were excellent. Breakfast provided each morning, waffles, pancakes, bacon, omelet, fruit cups, yogurt, juice, coffee, and fresh fruit. We will be back again and again.

I was in St. Albert on business - used Google reviews to choose this location. The reviews influence my decision to book a night. Great stay - lots of choices at the included breakfast. The bed was a 8 out of 10. Not as comfortable as I would expect. That said, the bedding and pillows were perfect. I really appreciate the accessible plugins at the desk to charge my phone and computer.

Awesome hotel to stay in. Excellent service from the staff and great breakfast choices, nice pool and exercise room. Good location. I stay here when I am travelling to Edmonton, I feel much safer here than staying in the city, no worries about your vehicle or anything in it. It also isnt too far to get into the city to go where you need to go.

Hotel is clean with good amenities and friendly staff. We booked a number of rooms with an arrival time of 4pm. One room was not ready until 6pm and we had an event at 630 - very inconvenient. One of our rooms would not lock, after advising the front desk the staff member went to fix it - but being that there is only one front desk staff, this left the desk completely unattended, allowing people to come and go from the property unsupervised. This seems very unsafe for not only the people staying there, but the staff as well.

The hotel was very accommodating with allowing us to bring our bmx bike and gear into the hotel. Breakfast was hot and ample enough for my young athletic son. They did a great job hosting a full hotel of two different sporting events and a wedding. I would recommend them!

We spent 5 nights in this pet friendly hotel and were impressed with the staff and service. The breakfast was far better than you would find with the average hotel that did not have a full restaurant and included a good selection of hot and cold dishes - many gluten free. The pool was an added bonus.

Made a reservation for a pet room, called to modify and 3 days before were supposed to show up they said there was a mistake on their end and it was booked as no pet room. They said there was nothing they could do, Manager would not return my phone calls, front desk was like dealing with a 3 year old. Will never stay here again

The lighting in the rooms could be better. Also the Internet service was spotty. If you left the hotel you would sometimes have to log back in. Fresh fruit at the check in desk was a good thing. All in all, a pretty good experience,

The Best Western in St. Albert has great customer service. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are always nice and clean. Great place for business or leisure with the family. Nice to have some yoghurt and fresh fruit in the morning. I like that the coffee is always on !

We only stayed here one night because my son had a track meet. Check in was quick and room was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom and we got the suite upgrade so the kid had his own room. Breakfast buffet was decent. Found room was very crowded with tables and chairs. I don't like that feeling. Also, elevators were painfully slow which seems strange for a hotel of this size. If we needed to stay in the area I would stay here again.

An excellent Place to stay when away from home. Great, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful decor and very handicap capable rooms. With the hot breakfast, pool, Wifi and an actual hot jaccuzi I will be back.

We are on a 10 day road trip- this is the best hotel we have stayed at ! Bed was very comfortable with nice linens , more than adequate towels in the bathroom , very clean room , friendly helpful staff , excellent breakfast , - no cons at all. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if passing through St Albert . Well done !!

I stayed in St. Albert while on a business trip and we were all booked into the Best Western. First off, the staff are phenomenal! From the front desk staff to the staff that work the delicious breakfast they were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfy and quite. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Finally a modern & clean hotel chain. Located next to Tim Hortons is an added plus. There is ample amounts of parking. Hotel is very welcoming, the landscaping is beautiful. King Suite Room is extremely comfortable & priced very well.

Very clean, staff appearance is always good, place looks very nice inside and out. Would not need anything more. Definitely would recommend, and I would not stay anywhere else. The breakfast is more than just coffee and donuts, so makes any need to go anywhere else for breakfast useless. Be paying $20 somewhere else for breakfast, so take that into account. Staff and appearance of hotel is what makes this place!

This hotel is just what you're looking for, clean, modern, great staff (and I truly mean great staff) an adequate breakfast, good location and moderately priced. There is a Wendy's and Tim Hortens sharing the same parking lot as the hotel.

This hotel is very clean and up to date. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Breakfast was very good! Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and genuinely concerned you are enjoying your stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again... and my next trip I will definitely search out the Best Western hotels.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 1.5 years while visiting my aging father. Staff is great. Rooms are good. Rates are reasonable. St. Albert has everything you need close but if you have to travel into Edmonton it is only a few minutes. Even the airport at Leduc is only 40 minutes via the Henday.

Pleasant stay slightly marred by group of Shumka dancers running wild at times. Noise at 2.20 am was enough to wake me up, but we didn't report it until am as wife was still asleep. Manager was responsive.

We stay here often as it is close to family and easy to find. The breakfast is great and everything is always clean and tidy. There are a variety of suites and rooms that make it easy for our family to travel with grandparents and children.

It was a late check in and a early check out. Mainly only had a chance to sleep there but it was great. Also the swimming pool was down for maintenance so we did get a discount on the room rate, which was very nice.

Stayed here when I was in town for a wedding. Rooms were very clean and relatively quiet. I stayed in a suite room with separate bedroom. Had the rest of family over to my room for drinks after our event. Lots of room and seating for entertaining guests. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice for even the most picky finicky eaters in your family. Good coffee too.

This place is bright, clean and my king size bed and jacuzzi tub was great. I will definitely stay again. I didn't get to check out the pool or breakfast but from what I saw both looked excellent. Double bonus is there's a Timmies next door!!

Worked for a week using this hotel as our base. Friendly, accommodating staff provided conference room perfect for our needs plus very comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Will definitely stay here again. Room key gets you a free appie at Earl's nearby. Nice touch!

Conveniently located near the Arden Theatre and discount given for stays with a recreational group is a wonderful advantage. Hotel is very clean, parking is good and spacious. Thought it might be a little expensive but the cleanliness of the hotel, in general, and the room cleanliness was great.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in mid October. I usually stay at a downtown Edmonton hotel, but due to family illness I needed to stay closer to family in St Albert, so I picked this hotel. My highest compliments to the staff, I had a wonderful experience & they surpassed my expectations. The front desk staff were wonderful, caring and so very, very nice. I didn't have a chance to meet the hotel/front desk manager, but I heard wonderful things about him. The hotel room was spotless, as was the breakfast dining area and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The hot breakfasts were great with good variety and a well stocked pantry. There was plenty of well-lit parking. When I checked out, I sent an email to their owner letting him know what a wonderful experience I had and how great his staff are. I was further impressed when he called me the next day to ask me about my experience and ensure that I had been cared for by his staff. He is truly committed to a great customer experience. They made a difficult visit for me into a wonderful stay - thanks again to everyone, especially Larissa and Emily. I need to return in December to see my family again and I have already booked my next stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel met our expectations, no surprises. It was clean and comfortable, check in clerk was cheerful, called our room to ensure everything was ok with it. Breakfast area was very nice, good choice of breakfast items. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is super! With everything you could ask for. Omelettes, ham, hashbrowns, french toast and more! Big indoor pool and fitness room. My room was big with a separate bedroom; however, there was a slight body odor smell. Otherwise clean and lots of towels. The location is convenient with shops, restaurants and groceries nearby. It's quiet even though I was on the 2nd floor. The front desk service was good.

My family stayed here for 2 nights and we would definitely stay again! This hotel was very clean and had comfortable beds. We have 2 children so booked the family suite and it was fantastic as the kids had a bedroom with 2 beds and a tv for themselves. They loved the pool, and the breakfast was very well done with eggs, sausage or bacon, hashbrowns, pancakes and waffles.. Many choices, not just the usual bagels, muffins and cereal. It is perfectly located with shopping within walking distance as well as restaurants. Tim Hortons/Wendys is right beside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was very nice as also!

Bed was great. Quiet hotel. Gluten free and dairy free options at the breakfast bar. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen. Kitchen staff were very attentive, friendly, and very helpful. The bed was firm and good quality. Black out curtains very helpful.

The long and short of it is that my room wasn't available for the first night of my reservation which could have been extremely frustrating. However, Tyson, the GM quickly corrected the issue by not only booking me at another hotel before I arrived for check-in and found out about the issue, he also paid for the night! Although slightly inconvenient to have to move hotels during my 3 night stay, Tyson made sure I was well-taken care of when I finally did arrive for my stay. What could have been a negative experience turned into a positive!

This is what all hotels should be. They will go out of their way to assure you have a great stay. We've been staying there ever since they were new and they just keep getting better. Their breakfast is one of the largest selections I've ever seen in a hotel and it's really good. The ONLY thing I can say negative about this hotel is their elevator is slow.

If you must stay overnight in St Albert, I believe that this is definitely the place to stay. The rooms are modern and fresh. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I received a great recommendation for dinner. The clerk there allowed me to check in early as I needed to change my clothing, and in fact gave the cleaning staff a heads up to clean my room first. The included breakfast seems to be what is expected these days, but it is very nicely prepared and was enjoyed tremendously.

BW Plus in St. Albert. The location is central and easy to find. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel very quiet with little street noise. The room and hotel were well appointed. I liked the accessibility of the showers but the toilets were really low, felt like daycare bathroom fixtures. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast room is large and comfortable. Lots of choices for breakfast and good coffee!

We didn't know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. From the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff everyone was extremely friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were well kept with our beds neatly made every day and the amenities were fantastic. A decent sized pool and hot tub, the fitness center was small but it had everything I needed for a workout. The game changer: breakfast. We stayed for three nights and each morning we woke up to a new smorgasbord. The promotion with Earls just down the street made it an easy option for appy hour and a great meeting place for family and friends that we were in town to visit.

We stayed 2 nights and the Rooms were very clean, smelled fresh and comfortable. Stayed on the 4th floor. Ask for south/west side rooms so you don't hear the traffic, especially if you're a light sleeper. We were on the north side and you could hear the traffic at night sometimes. Great price especially during summer time.

This hotel is one I would give high recommendations to. The front dest receptionists are very friendly and caring. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable for our needs. The bed was comfortable and had a good selection of pillows. The breakfast selections were many even to having Lite yogurt varieties. The breakfast room was comfortable in size and the only one to this point in staying at BW's that had the breakfast bar for seating as well as the tables. The fitness centre was small but had enough variety in exercise equipment to meet my needs.

I love the breakfast options provided by Best Western, but this was the best I've visited yet! Salsa to go with eggs, whipped cream and fruit to go with waffles, selection of yogurt including light and regular varieties.. Thoughtfully & conveniently prepared and beautifully presented!

We stayed here for 1 night and was treated like royalty! We were upgraded to an executive suite because there were no regular rooms left after we had booked one online. They were very apologetic and made us feel like we were important ! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I have stayed in many many different hotels and motels over the years from $25 per night side of the road motels to rather expensive hotels in Vegas and Niagra Falls. The Best Western Plus in St Albert, 460 St. Albert Trail, St. Albert, AB T8N 5J9 is by far the friendliest place we have ever stayed. Every single staff member takes time to stop and chat with everyone they see. It didn't matter what they were doing or how busy they were they would stop just to say "hi" and "have a great day". Every staff member was willing to help with anything and answer any questions we may have had. I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone. The facility is spectacularly clean, the pool is warm enough for anyone to just walk right in, the complimentary breakfast is amazing. I've been some places where their so called "complimentary breakfast" was toast and a couple different jams but at the Best Western Plus St Albert they have something for everyone. If there is something running out at breakfast the staff is so on top of it we didn't have time to tell anyone because they were replacing it already! This made our vacation even more incredible than it already was. The hotel was somewhere we wanted to be and the staff were the type of people you can see yourself befriending. Thank you to all of the staff at the Best Western Plus St Albert, you made our trip so much more than we could have expected!

We stayed at the Best Western in St. Albert and were pleased with our stay. Clean rooms, air condiitoning that actually cools the room and great breakfast. There were 4 adults in one room and there was lots of room for our baggage, Breakfast was great with a wonderful variety of food. Clean area to sit and have our breakfast. Fitness room was clean with towels and a water fountain. Pool area was also very clean. Will stay again.

We had booked a pet friendly room to stay at this location. They called us at 4PM the day we were enroute to the hotel to tell us there were no pet rooms available. We had booked this a week in advance and added special comments that we had a pet. At 4pm they called and told us there were no pet rooms and there was nothing they could do for us. They told us that the special requests aren't viewed until the day of check in. So all in all. If you have pets, make plans to stay somewhere that will reserve you a pet friendly room - no questions asked.

Best Western Plus in St. Albert offered great comfort and incredible value. The complimentary breakfast was a great inclusion - we really enjoyed the fact that it was not just the standard continental breakfast that so many other hotels offer. The location was perfect - just outside of Edmonton so it was quiet and offered easy access to Edmonton.

This was our third stay at this great hotel. Again the experience was consistent and the quality of our stay excellent. The staff was attentive and courteous, the daily breakfast provided was changed each day with a good variety of healthier choices as well as the standard waffles, bacon, and eggs. Room was clean and sheets were changed daily.

Hotel is excellent in all respects except for their annoying, and dated, process of putting a "pre checkout HOLD" to your credit card at check in. We have travelled fairly extensively from Canada to the southern USA and haven't had another hotel do this for many, many years.

I have nothing but good reviews for this hotel. This will be my second time staying here, the first was due to bad circumstances. The staff here are nothing but friendly, house keeping is timely and polite, and don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet !! I will continue to stay at this hotel every time I'm in the Edmonton area. The staff remembered us and our puppy from the first visit and even remember his name!

Kyla(not sure of the spelling) was very helpful and kind. Tyson Ghostkeeper the Manager was very helpful. Found the salt water pool and hot tub very enjoyable. No chlorine smell was a nice change. The breakfast was very good and a great variety.

I headed out on a road trip with my family and was the only one staying in a hotel - I chose the St. Albert's Best Western from other reviews I read. Really glad I made the choice to stay here. I was late checking in, yet the front desk clerk was happy to see me, and was very kind. The room was clean, well stocked and quiet. I will definitely be stay here my next trip out.

If you are looking for a quiet, well kept, close to everything hotel in St. Albert, this is the place! The hotel is in superb condition ... the rooms are clean and spacious ... we love this place! The complimentary breakfast is one of the best ... a good variety of food and it is SO CLEAN and inviting ... just like at home for us! The hotel is close to many restaurants ... Tim Horton's and Wendy's in their backyard! We had business in St. Albert and were 12 minutes from our business meetings ... awesome! We will return to this hotel next time we're in St. Albert!

3 time staying. This time with a Black Lab, great Pyrenees, and German Shepherd. Room 103. Next to side door, great for dog walks. 2 queen. Very roomy. Hard wood floors - very nice. Climate control instant and easy to change. Washroom a tad small but adequate. Lots of plugs at desk. Fridge and microwave great for family - mom, dad, a 9 and 10 yr old - lots of snacks. Breakfast A+.

This was by far the best BW I've stayed in yet. Only if every BW could be this nice. Everything from the check-in goodie bag, to the fitness center in full operation, no charge bottled water, outstanding breakfast room and selection (minus those carton scrambled eggs)... was a great stay all round!

We stayed for two nights and the friendly front desk staff were wonderful. It was very evident that they enjoyed their job and were proud of the hotel. We were visiting for a special family event and the young lady at the front desk (sorry! I forgot to get her name in all the excitement) was very happy to take lots of photos for us! We had always stayed at another St. Albert hotel, but now that this hotel has pet friendly rooms, it will be our first choice for now on! Our room was very clean, very modern and the shower was perfect. The complimentary hot breakfast was one of the best we've had. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool or exercise room, but both were very clean. The location is great and even though it is right on the busy St. Albert Trail, we could hear no traffic noise. There was plenty of free parking on site. We highly recommend this hotel!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is ideally suited for my needs as I have stayed at this location several times during the past few years. The front desk personnel are extremely friend, courteous, helpful and very professional. Hotel has always been clean as are the rooms. Since I am on the road frequently, the beds in this hotel are extremely comfortable. Breakfast - offers both hot and cold and a very good selection. Truly a great place to stay.

The rooms are large and comfortable with high ceilings. Bathrooms are well appointed. I was concerned about the location but there was no road noise even though I was close to the St Alberta near that end of the building. The breakfast is good and there are many restaurants nearby along with shopping. A good choice for the business traveller to St Albert.

Stayed here for two nights for a competition with the family. Customer service was tremendous, absolutely went the extra mile. It was extremely busy as it was in the middle of the Ft.McMurray evacuation and the hotel was full of evacuees, but the staff handled the hectic situation extremely well and with more attention than I would expect! Breakfast was very good for this type of hotel. Definitely worth it. Beds weren't the most comfortable, but as an overall experience, we were thrilled. Have booked again for same time next year.

This has got to be the best ever stay we had in a BW hotel and we've been in many all over North America. There is not a single negative comment to make and my wife and I heartily promote this fantastic hotel.

Stayed here during work trip because job site was 2 blocks away. Rooms were large, clean and modern. Many places to eat from casual to moderate upscale. Would recommend if you need to stay in north west part of Edmonton.

We showed up at 4 pm got our room key and was astounded by the care and effort the staff took with our room, small little details were not missed. The front desk staff were remarkable and very accommodating and when they found out it was our anniversary wished us a happy anniversary and asked if there's anything else they could do to make our stay enjoyable but everything was spot on and perfect down to the house keeper leaving a message saying there was extra coffee for us in the morning. A very big thumbs up and will be coming back again

Very nice facility. It was a pleasant surprise to find a full hot breakfast that came with the room. Much better than the usual food found with continental breakfasts. Check in and out was quick and front desk personnel was extremely pleasant to deal with. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very reasonable price for a king-sized bed in small suite. Had friends in to visit and was very convenient and comfortable. Didn't have opportunity to use any other amenities other than the breakfast room which was wonderful. Lots to pick from, room to relax and watch TV - could spend all day in there if allowed!

another outstanding Best Western. pays to be a platinum member as I was once again upgraded when i arrived to an executive suite. Great breakfast set up and good variety of fresh food. The fitness center had new equipment and the pool was a good size. great hot tube to relax in after a day of work.

The rooms were very clean, good pool facility and a fantastic breakfast that was included in the room cost. All of the staff was friendly and the over all facility was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable quarters, good location. We had our dog with us - The room was not carpeted (yay!) and It was on the ground floor next to an exit...very convenient! Across the street was a lovely park - absolutely perfect!

Great place to stay if you want to be near downtown St. Albert or north of the river. Anything you want is close by. Staff were fast, courteous and helpful. The best complimentary breakfast we have had in a long time.

The hotel beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The rooms have large screen TVs and lots of outlets to plug in phones and other electronics. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and freeway access. The hotel is modern and there is a large breakfast room and a nice variety of hot items available - make your own waffles and pancakes, fresh fruit and fruit cups. Coffee and tea are available around the clock and water bottles are free from the front desk.

I have stayed at this Best Western property several times in the past and have always found the staff to be very friendly and professional. The breakfast selection is very good for all ages and the location at least for me is perfect. Hotel is really clean and have never had any issues and have stayed there at least 6 times in the past couple of years.

Nice hotel, great staff! I am very pleased with this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat! Amenities are nice (gym & pool), breakfast was AWESOME, and the hotel is close to a ton of other businesses and restaurants without being too busy or loud. Convenient!

Our room was quite comfortable, however I was disappointed with the beds & bedding. Whatever mattress they use, it has no "edges" so you are constantly pulling yourself back into bed. The duvet, while quite comfortable, is too narrow and does not cover two adults sharing the same bed. For a queen-size bed, they should use a king-size comforter, so that two people can share it. The breakfast was included, and was quite tasty. We stayed for 6 nights so we were able to sample a variety of breakfast foods. The pool area and hot tub are well-maintained, though more should be done to ensure that street shoes are not permitted into the main pool area. We asked for robes so we could head to the pool modestly, and there was no issue. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in St. Albert.

We always stay at this hotel and each time is a wonderful experience. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice selection of food for the complimentary breakfast. Each time we arrive/leave we are greeted with a smile from very friendly staff. Very nice hotel.

Stayed here while attending meetings. Clean, comfortable beds and nice rooms. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good with more options than I was expecting. The hotel was in a good location close to lots of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.

Stayed here for a night while attending meetings. This is a typical Best Western property, and although some are a bit below standard, this is an excellent property. Clean and comfortable (I slept through the night, which is rare while in a strange bed). I did not use the pool or other amenities so cannot comment other than to say that they are there and available. The breakfast is above the normal standard fare and although I am not a big eater, there was plenty to choose from. I will stay here again in the future.

This hotel was the nicest hotel ive ever been at. The breakfast was outstanding. Im gluten free and there were many good choices for me. Staff were very accomidating and pleasant. Best hotel ever!!!! Clean and quiet and parking was free. Yay!!!!! Would highly highly reccommend this gem of a hotel to everyone. Staff are soo nice

I stopped in on route to fort mcmuray. too tired to drive! Was looking forward to an awesome sleep in my king bedroom suite. I was a little disappointed when I spent the night tossing and turning. The breakfast was good. pool was closed for maintenance and I didn't use the hot tub.

Stayed at this Hotel before and had a good experience. It didn't disappointment the second time. Well kept facility, excellent staff, the kids loved the pool, we loved the hot tub, and great location.

We stay at this hotel every couple of months for our son to attend a Goalie school. Staff are always fabulous! Tyson you and your staff are doing an amazing job!! We will be back next weekend for another stay :) Kids love the pool and I enjoy the hot tub!

I stayed at the Best Western Plus The Inn at St. Albert for four nights. I could state all the things that are good about this hotel and what you'd normally expect when travelling, for instance, the breakfast is good, the hotel is VERY clean and location is great but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Customer service is fantastic. I cannot say enough about how helpful and accommodating the staff is. Whether it was the kitchen staff, the housekeeping staff or the front desk, they were all way beyond what I have experienced at the many other hotels that I've stayed in over the years. I needed the service of the front desk on more than one occasion and I was so pleased that they could help me out and got me out of what might have turned into a disaster for me. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel very clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Central to lots of shopping. Good choice of food for breakfast. Usual high standard for Best Western. Would certainly use this hotel again. Tim Hortons and Wendys right next door. Walmart and Costco are a few minutes drive. Great in the Summer when St Albert has a very large market with fresh veggies and good food - 5 minute drive to town centre

This hotel is clean, modern and provides and excellent breakfast. Breakfast: self serve waffles/pancakes, variety of eggs (scrambled, hard boiled, mini omelettes, etc), sausage, hash browns, fruit, yogurt, cereal, baked goods, juices and coffee. Room had a microwave a small fridge, beds are comfy, showers are hot with good pressure, pool and hot tub is plain but clean and enjoyable for kids. This would be a great hotel for hockey teams.

Best Western in St Albert is a great place to stay. The staff are absolutely excellent. The quality of this hotel is #1. Tim Hortons is right beside the hotel so it couldn't be any better than that! The only one thing I would like to see here is restaurant/lounge.

Suite was nicely decorated. Very comfy bed. Rooms are very soundproof as we were right beside the elevator but never heard anything during our 2 night stay. Great breakfast option included. Friendly staff.

Fabulous stay at Best Western Plus in St. Albert, Alberta. First time I have stayed here and I will definitely be back! From the outdoor music piped in at the entrance , to the delicious complimentary breakfast , complimentary toiletries if you happen to forget them and complementary water at the desk - this place is top-notch! Daily cleaning of rooms and beautiful pool area! So appreciated Jared allowing us to have a very late checkout due to an evening flight! Those are the details that matter when staying at any hotel! Stayed here over the Christmas break. Really appreciated being able to come back after all the busyness of holidays and get a good rest. Staff were excellent, room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the amenities of the dining area and the pool very much.

I picked this hotel, although it was more expensive then other options for the free breakfast. Well, when we went to eat (about 30 minutes before closing) there was no food left! Literally one piece of bacon! As the teen kids were starving they started to act up and fight, while I tried to get packed and out of there to get them fed. When I complained at the front desk, the pretty much shrugged their shoulders and said we should have waited around because they did slowly bring out more food. When I complained that I now had to spend more money to feed the kids, they offered to mail me a $25 gift card, which never arrived. I had avoided BW for the longest time (opting for Holiday Inn) due to bad experiences, and here I am 20 years later, and still get bad experiences from BW.

Good location in St Alberta, easy to get to. Clean, friendly staff; housekeeping left us a signed note so our 6 year old responded and said "thanks for the clean room", Pool was nice, big enough to swim/exercise and not too cold to get in to. Hot tub nice. The included breakfast had everything you need from the waffle maker to eggs, bacon, toast, juice, coffee: it was one of the better help-yourself breakfasts.

We had family business in town and often stay at a Best Western so this was a natural choice. We were not disappointed. The breakfast is excellent with lots of variety. Adding bagels would be a great idea. We particularly noticed the friendly and helpful staff. They are proud of their city and their hotel. It makes a difference. The rooms are just fine too. We did hear a lot of footfalls through the night. You might want to request a quiet room and ask the desk what they recommend. Perhaps a top floor.

We've stayed here on a number of occasions and found that they'll always put us on the old side ( they have a new side that is really nice) if we use our Suncor corporate rate. This last time was very disappointing in particular because we stayed on the fifth floor room number 502 and it felt like the walls were paper-thin. We could hear someone in the next room moaning all night. When I mentioned this to the front desk they did nothing about it. Nothing. She said they would someone send someone up to check it out, when I asked later if they had sent someone out to check it out, no one else seem to know anything about it. They didn't offer us a discount for our next stay or anything. I think next time we will drive a little further to Weslock as we really found a nice place there, for the same $140+tax a night price

A very comfortable, clean, well-rested short visit. Will definitely stay again at a Best Western property. Although it was only one night the quality of the hotel is wonderful. Wish we would have been up early enough to enjoy breakfast but maybe next time.

The Best Western Plus in St. Albert is a really nice place to stay for sure. You have everything close by. My wife and I stayed in a whirlpool suite which the staff gave us a discounted price to begin with for being Gold Elite status. When we arrived the entire staff was very friendly. Our fireplace did not work for whatever reason and Tyson Ghostkeeper did his best to get it fixed but it could not be fixed so Tyson dropped the price for our room which was great! Kayla Macdonald at the front desk was also really nice when greeting us!

There are lots of hotels to choose from, but I do not even consider the others when I am in Edmonton. The Best Western PLUS in St. Albert is clean, well cared for, and the rooms are comfortable. But it comes down to the people, GM Tyson Ghostkeeper and his team are top notch. They are friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. It is obvious they take pride in their roles, and the hotel they represent I have spent well over 100 nights in this hotel for business, and have always had a good experience There are good restaurants in walking distance, and the West Edmonton Mall is only about 15 minutes away, for those who like to shop. It ticks all the boxes for a good hotel

A Very nice newer Hotel that is easy to get to and worth the trip. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Friendly courteous staff willing to help out and honest smiles to enjoy, just make your stay more enjoyable. A very spacious entry welcoming your arrival. Rooms were relaxing and everything in them was excellent. The pool area was very clean and enjoyable. No deep water made me feel relaxed and safe. The food for our breakfast was a treat with hot coffee and waffles hit the spot. Just about every thing you could ask for in a fine breakfast was there. A couple of great nights on wonderful, relaxing beds was a plus for our enjoyment. Thank you for an extremely relaxing stay. Tom Coupland

The hotel is conveniently located. Our king size bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet. Unfortunately, the breakfast scrambled eggs and hash browns were cold but fruit, waffles and toast were good and there was also a nice assortment of cereals and pastries to go with good coffee. Staff were friendly and ready to ensure our stay was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

This is a new hotel and is in great shape, however the bathroom design of our room was peculiar.... This room came with a shower tray not a tub, not a problem except it employed a standard curved shower curtain generally used with a tub, which overhung the outside of the shower tray so that when you took a shower there was no way not to flood the floor which is annoying when your trying to use the washroom to get ready to go out. This bathroom also used smooth tiles which were extremely slippery when wet. We found the mattress to be very firm which is not conducive to a good nights sleep if you have a bad back. The staff was super friendly and helpful although the morning breakfast area is poorly laid out and on one occasion the hotel music being piped into the area ground out the volume of the TV.

excellent amenities and a nice place to stay. do some research for food options and such around. there are lots. the breakfast was great, was really busy only one morning. The pool/hot tub was nice to unwind in. The TV kept making funny noises and shutting off randomly. I had a problem with my room and was switched immediately which was awesome

Stayed in the jacuzzi suite for our first wedding anniversary. The room was incredibly clean and the king size bed with 5 huge pillows was an added bonus. The staff was very friendly and having a hot breakfast the next morning was a great way to end our stay.

This hotel met all my requirements. I had difficulties booking by phone because the lounge staff were busy so I booked online. Once I was there, the stay was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Check in great... check out great.... room clean and quiet - smokers they have set-up a nice space outside - so you do not have to stand in front of the hotel - it is off to the side. DO NOT ask the Breakfast lady for scramble eggs or plates - she is very snappy - maybe the hotel needs to address these issues - if they do - it is an overall great hotel, great location and friendly staff.

called for an early check in...reception was very pleasant to talk with. very accommodating to our needs...very clean and nice menu on their breakfast Parking was great as it was free. Beddings and pillows are very comfortable and clean. The room itself smells clean. Internet though was not that strong enough to watch any videos on cellphones/laptops. Overall it was a great experience on our first stay in this hotel.

We needed a last minute place to stay, we had other family at this hotel and so we booked it. Room was great and so was the staff. Room was clean and neat, the pool relaxing. Elevator was super slow, but we learnt that pretty quick.

The hotel property, location and staff are just fine but the smell in the room was too much. I suspect that the sink or the shower drain or both are clogged with hair and bacteria is causing a distinct odor. Other than that, I would recommend this property for your next stay in St.Albert.

I got there late around 11:00 and the front desk was very friendly and upbeat. Every time you walked by the front desk you were greeted with a smile, very odd compared to every other hotel i have been to were you are just avoided. Every part of the hotel is thought out and you have to wonder if the person that manages this Hotel must have traveled a lot and knows exactly what it takes to make a stay a delight. The most relaxing homely Hotel that i have ever stayed in between the great rooms and the friendly staff just a breath of fresh air. The management of this hotel sure could put on a clinic on how run a hotel.

This hotel suited us just wonderfully. We had a king suite that had a separate bedroom for the king bed with a hida bed in the main room. Despite being beside the elevator I never heard it once. The front desk staff were very accommodating letting with an early check in for family that checked in the following day. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub Although nothing fabulous stood out at breakfast the breakfast room was clean and well attended to. I found the hotel nice and quiet even though it is right next to the main road. Tim Hortons right next door and staying in St. Albert was a wonderful change from staying directly in Edmonton.

My daughter and grandson and I spent the night at this hotel. Staff were wonderful and courteous. My grandson was sick in the night and the little gal on the desk was really great in giving us a hand. Room was terrific and breakfast the next day was really nice. I would recommend the hotel and will stay again.

Comfortable rooms with fridge, microwave and comfortable beds,quiet, very clean and best complimentary breakfast that I've ever seen. Staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Would recommend all hotels to be like this one!
