"The best hotel I've been to"

I've been to 5 star hotels, but nothing compared to delux room in Best Western in Rzeszow. The room was new, clean, comfortable, chic. We got upgraded to delux room, so I don't know how regular rooms look like, but the lobby looked new and clean, staff friendly and neat. The room had wooden floors and great lighting. They have free snacks in the fridge and really well organized bar area. The towels are extra soft.

"Excellent 5"

Top marks for the room, dinner and breakfast. There is nothing like this in the UK for these standards and prices, 5+++. Rooms are high standard exceptionally clean and well equipped. Large shower room with hairdryer. Air-conditioning in rooms. Staff on reception spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast is buffet style with a good selection of hot and cold items. Dinner is a themed country buffet style (Russian, Italian, Asian, French and Polish). The restaurant is lovely and furnished to a high standard and staff were excellent. 3 courses for 39PLN, £8 each. Onsite carpark at a charge.

"Night out in Rzeszow"

Good value for money, comfortable and spacious room, very clean and well presented. We're truly impressed with the staff there, all the ladies we've come across were cheerful, polite and helpful I have to admit patient too :-) Thank you and we'll be back sooner or later.

"Always a comfortable, friendly, cosy, clean stay at a reasonable price."

For a few years now we have been stopping off in Rzeszov on our visits to Ukraine. We have stayed maybe 5 times in Hotel Ferdynand and have found it a lovely hotel. It's close to the railway station (it's just across the road) and near the bus stop for the airport. There's an early morning bus about 7.30am which is very helpful (and fast and cheap). I can heartily recommend a walk into the lovely town centre where you'll find some great places to eat and shop. It a pleasant and quiet little place. We plan to spend longer there in future and have a really good look around and use it as a base to explore other nearby places. The hotel's restaurant is fabulous and the breakfasts are excellent. I'm already looking forward to going back. I believe it's lovely at Christmas.

"Cosy stay for a reasonable price."

I think it is a very nice place for such a price. You can reach so many nice places to eat or drink just in walking distance. Room was very clean and very good size. Parking place was not free of charge but was cheap, for one night was 25zloty.

"Clean, modern and great price."

Clean, affordable and comfortable small newly refurbished hotel right across from the train station and less than ten minute walk to the main square. Rooms are bright and airy, bed comfortable and staff friendly. A bargain!

"Lovely place for a business trip or quiet weekend."

Within walking distance of the market square, the Ferdynand Hotel is pleasant, quiet and cosy. Like all Best Western properties, it is well organised and the buffet breakfast good. The rooms are cosy and well equiped with internet access, tv and clean hygienic bathrooms.

"Very good location"

I have stayed here only for a night but for this price it was good deal. Hotel is located 7 minutes by foot from the main square. I didn't order breakfast as I decided to eat there. Room was clean and modern. They don't have own parking but it was not a problem to leave a car outside hotel and use public parking. Seems safe as it is near railway and there are cameras everywhere.

"Good, solid hotel, well-appointed and reasonably priced."

Very friendly staff and the superior rooms are fairly spacious. Bathrooms are new, and everything is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Just opposite Rzeszow's railway station, and a short walk away from the main square and city centre, this represents a reasonably-priced and good alternative if you stay in the city.

"overnight stay in Rzeszów"

Easy access to the hotel by car, main railway station on the other side of the road but the night and morning (working day) was quiet, noise had no access to the room. Rooms are clean and comfortable all looking new and well maintained. Breakfast is OK Car park is 100 m away. Short walk to city center / market square. Definitely value for money. Worthy to stay there and visit Rzeszow city which is developing very well

"Resonable hotel"

Pleasant hotel, with good quality accommodation. Staff during visit we polite and attentive. I would recommend hotel to anyone and will stay again. Only comment breakfast as an extra was a disappointment.

"The worst condition ever - room 410!!!!"

Awful condition in room 410! 2 beds instead of double, stains on the ceiling, bad smell, only 1 packet of tea and there are no coffee. Looks somebody was lived before us and nobody prepared this room for our visit. Receptionist said only I'm sorry, I can't do anything for you.

"Nice accommodation and service"

Very hospital service at check-in and -out, also helpful during stay. However restaurant was complete defeat. Bear unavailable, no any menu in English and Polish with mistakes. And parking entrance so narrow, that driver must be very carefull. But as a general it is worth to recommend.

"Perfect for our needs"

We stayed here as a base while exploring some ancestral areas within an hour. The hotel is clean and modern, with air-conditioning and reasonably sized rooms. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the railway station and it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the main market square which has many great little eateries and restaurants. Would recommend this reasonably priced hotel to anyone and would happily stay there again.

I stay here most times when travelling to Ukraine. Good Staff and excellent Dinner menu. Clean rooms and a lift to access them. Breakfast can be limited in choice but good location next to the railway station.

Ferdynand Hotel is situated nearby Rzeszów G?ówny railway station, shopping center and in close vicinity of downtown. This is good place for business stays, however I missed fridge in my room a lot. There is one at the reception desk and very nice reception staff, always agreed to keep there sth for me. In my case , big advantage is hair dryer in a washrooms.

"It Has Air Conditioning!"

I came here to visit the city of my grandmother. Of course, it was the hottest day of the year and this hotel had a/c. So, right away, it was super! The staff is friendly. The hotel is modern. Breakfast is very nice. It is an easy walk to the old town area. I would stay here again.

Very conveniently located for someone using late arrivals/early departures trains (about 3 minutes to station platforms). Very nice and polite front desk staff. Room a little small and crowded but that can be expected in an old building. AC working efficiently. The only negative IMO are several high steps when walking in (before reception area) especially for people with heavy luggage.

"stay here first"

this is the best hotel in town. great rooms, clean. only problem is that the restaurant is expensive. dont eat there eat at local places. But hotel is first class right next to the railway station and five minutes from town centre

"Best location near railway station, comfort and hospitality"

The best location 100m from railway station, 5 min walk from downtown. Nice, not small room (superior room), very clean, parking in the yard, good car approach from/to outside of the city, in the superior room the minibar is included, good buffet breakfast, very nice and friendly personnel.

"clean, friendly, good location"

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. I loved the fact that they are environment-friendly. Price corresponds to all the benefits. Great location, very close to city centre, like 5-minute walk, 15-20 min. walk to the university. I will definitely stay here in the future and recommend to everyone. Thank you for everything!!

"Worse than last time"

I stayed at this hotel for the third time. Due to its status at the Best Western Rewards program I got an upgrade to a superior room which features a refrigerator, but because that was an upgrade, the fridge was closed ... strange, in other hotel chains there is no problem and you can use what it is in the refrigerator. In room 201, where I've stayed, I smelled the odors from the kitchen. Besides that, check-in and check-out were fast and breakfast was tasty and varied.

"Very good"

Very nice hotel clean and quiet new. Friendly staff receptionist she knew English and as soon he notice my bf doesn't know any Polish she switched using English. Helped us check timetable for bus and arrange taxi instead. Very nice breakfast and buffet lots of choices Very nice stayed and comfortable bed and nice shower. Highly recommend.

"Good economical hotel for holiday"

Good economical hotel for rest. Price corresponds to quality. The hotel has a great location: 2 minutes to the railway station, 5 minutes to the shopping center and the city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly, help solve all problems!

"Very good service"

Nice hotel in the city center, walking distance to the old city. Fast check-in and check-out. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good wi-fi. Unfortunately, room was a little bit acoustic. Tasty breakfast. Next to the entrance to the hotel is a grocery store.

"good hotel"

We spent only one night in this hotel, but I can say that the quality meets the price. The room was well cleaned, breakfast was tasty, internet OK. There is not a long way to the Rynok Square from the hotel. Recommend!

Dear Guest! You very much for choosing BEST WESTERN PLUS Ferdynand Hotel and your opinion. Looking forward to welcoming you back soon. Hotel Manager

The hotel is close the the train station and has recently been renovated. The rooms are fresh and clean, but very small (at least the one-bed rooms). TV channels only in Polish is quite a drawback. The breakfast was a quite standard continental breakfast, okay but nothing extra. The staff was quite friendly, even though their English had a bit more to wish for.

"Good location"

Hotel is on perfect location in the city. I would recommend to anyone which needs good place for sleep. The location in the centerwith all transport availability very close to the location. Best regards, Gregor

"great value for money"

+ I trully recommend the bigger rooms (superior) as they are bigger:) and offer you free minibar (2 lion bars, 2 packs of potato chips, 2 bottles of orange juice, 2 x coke and mirinda/7up and a pack of salty sticky - all in mini size) + if you ask, you can have a queen bed (but it's more common to have two mattresses put together) + the reception service depends on the person *they offer a small car park (24 zlotys per night) but it's so tiny and a narrow gate leads to the the car park that in my opinion you really need to 'feel' your car to take the challege of parking your car there:) -the restaurant is closed at the weekends and the neighbourhood doesn't offer any restaurants (apart from kebab place) Still, for they money you pay I guess you will be nicely surprised with what you get
