We stayed here for one night after several flights. Easy access (we used UBER to & from) CDG. Staff at the hotel were great. Our room was very comfortable & quiet. Lots of restaurants in the small town, which is lovely to walk through. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
OK, this hotel is a great location for the airport as it is right next door. 1st night was in Room 237 and 2nd night was in Room 117. 1st night I forgot we were staying at the airport and I did not hear the planes. 2nd night, I could hear them very clearly as well as see them out my window. So I would recommend a room on the North side or an interior room. Room 117 was at the end of the hall and faced the street and the South side next to at least 1 flight path. Pro's: 1) With the right room, can be very quiet. 2) Hotel quick breakfast is reasonably priced and does the trick. 3) Had dinner here the 1st night and food was good for a hotel. Beer menu was a bit lacking. Cons: 1)South side of the building can be loud. 2) TV did not work my 1st night and we had to change rooms
Staff are horrible with no people skills or knowledge of customer service. Not enough suite towels were provided for two people, no bottled water provided in the room as stated, no fridge, no toothpaste, no food availability for early (before 6am) which I literally had to beg for 2 coffees and croissants or late travellers, typos on their breakfast menu shows lack of attention to detail. Cristina the manager is nice so hence 1 star. Avoid otherwise you will be very disappointed.
Much more than I expected. A very nice hotel, very well equipped and an excellent service ( including clothes steamer in every room.). Staff very friendly and accommodating. By far this was the Best Western I ever stayed in. It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to ALL the staff
Hotel was clean and well-kept but it was frustrating that the shuttle ONLY ran from 6 am-9 am and it only came on the hour... I found this unimpressive for a hotel near such a big airport. FYI the shuttle is "included" cost extra money (8 euros one way).
This hotel is in a decent location close to the airport and has secured parking. The décor is kind of funky – our room was red. I liked it better than my husband did! The room was fairly small, but not tiny. It had a nice bathroom with decent space for toiletries and places to hang towels. The shower only leaked a little – not as bad as many European showers! The lighting was very dim and the room was quite dark, even with the curtains open. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a hard time getting on to the Wi-Fi and we never did get the TV working. It was clean, but we kept finding stuff on the floor. We had their express breakfast in the morning and it was well-priced (€8) for what you got (a hot drink, juice, 3 pastries and a piece of fruit); however, the bar was extremely expensive. The room rate was quite reasonable and the value overall was pretty good. We'd stay again.
Rooms ok but just ok. Check in staff aloof and not customer engaged. Indeed, that is very much the ethic of the hotel - business before customer. We arrived late on flights, the restaurant was closed no room service and the receptionist suggested sandwiches from the motorway services like fridge as a substitute. Really. With no other choice, we purchased the sandwiches (stale and expensive) and threw them away. Tried to get a second drink, same thing we are closing the bar. An hour later, they are still talking behind the bar. Would it have killed them to serve customers a second drink. Avoid this place, there are plenty of better alternatives. This is not a customer focused business. It clearly is structured around a philosophy of the customer must fit in with the employees. For service I give it 1/10. For room standard 5/10.
I decided to book this hotel to be close to the airport for my early morning flight. Usually the hotel I visited near the airports have very cold and not so welcoming atmosphere. This has been opposite! Cosy environment, pleasant mood with live jazz music this evening..bar and restaurant plenty of people. Room also super ok!
Recently renovated, this hotel boasts a welcoming and friendly staff. The restaurant has very good food and a buffet breakfast is offered. The rooms are small but sufficient as we only stayed overnight for an early morning flight. The decor throughout is quite colorful and interesting.
Stayed here for only one night due to early flight out of CDG. The room was fine and check-in/pit was easy. The only issue that I have is with there shuttle service to the airport. The driver just stood there while a van full of women had to load and unload their bags. Thankfully my grand daughter was there to help with my bags as well as the other older passengers. Then they just dumped up all off at one location in front, well maybe this is common at CDG but at most airports they ask who you which airline. and drop off at different points. No problem with the hotel just their van service.
very friendly staff, well located hotel, clean They put a minimum of 200 characters in this survey, but it is not necessary, asking in the survey for a minimum of 200 characters is annoying the user who wants to share the experience, that is, the hotel is excellent, but sharing a minimum of 200 characters to express my opinion It's annoying, it can be summarized that everything was good, it's a clean hotel
We had a quick overnight stay on our way home from a European cruise. We thought it would be fun to head into Paris, but the weather as cold and rainy and we were just plain tired. It took awhile for BOLT (like Uber) to find a driver that was willing to drive us the few miles away from the airport. Once we got there, check-in was quick and easy. It was decent considering all the interesting decor. Staff was nice and pleasant. We did check for b...b..gs, which was rampant in Paris and found the place to be free and clean at least in our room. We chose to stay and eat at the restaurant and it was a decent meal. My friend is gluten-free for health reasons and there wasn't much to choose from, but she made due. We also had breakfast at 6:15am before our shuttle was to arrive at 7:00am. TIP: make a reservation the night before for the shuttle and it is $8 Euros pp. Overall, for the price it was a good stay if you don't want to go into the city of Paris and need to stay closer to the airport.
Clean, beautiful modern rooms and bathrooms, friendly and accommodating staff. Near a small grocery store and some restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommended if you need a place near CDG!
This was a beautiful hotel. It's clean and well decorated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy to stumble upon this cute little gem. My family also booked and loved it also. My mom plans to stay again on her way back from Spain.
We stayed in the standing hotel suites in the middle of august. We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and our stay there are just a few reasons as to why I would give this hotel a 3.5/5 We stayed for 4 nights and the maids never came and emptied our bins, made the bed or changed our towels. Got to the point our rubbish was overflowing. There is a crack on the bathroom floor inbetween the tiles which when stood on lets water through the floor. The buffet had very little choice for the price. It is a little further away from the centre than what is ideal But overall it is a very nice hotel the rooms are amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
I regretted booking this hotel which I had been guided too when I booked my flight to Paris. I need to stay the first night as I had long drive the following day and it was suggested this place was very near the airport. I collected my car at the airport and drove here and paid €10 to park. I'd have been much better staying at an ‘in Terminal' Hotel at the airport and collecting my rental car in the morning! On our arrival there was no food available and the bar was closed. I felt sorry for the receptionist who seemed to be on his own with a queue of customers. We got our key and went to the room and on opening the door I was nearly sick with the smell of sewage. The room was completely unsuitable. I think there was sewage coming up in the shower. I called down saying this was unsuitable and was told someone would be up immediately. We waited in the hallway for half an hour then I went down to reception. The poor guy was on his own with a big queue trying to check them in He told me the hotel was full (but he was checking people in) and asked me to wait and he would be with me. I knew I would not get another room if I didn't take drastic, immediate action so I said what the problem wax out loud in front of everyone and that I was rejecting the room. He eventually gave me a new room key and said we could move tgere. (He explained an airline had booked the remaining rooms) The room was dark snd horribly decorated. I saw it was the same as the first room with a really uncomfortable low chair. It looked like a schoolchild had made it! There was a ukulele screwed to the wall. It was a really dreadful designed room. The carpet was worn. The receptionist rang me an hour later to check the room was OK. I think I had traumatised him! We went down for breakfast in the morning - continental style with fruits, bread snd yoghurt. The coffee was good but I didn't really like the rest. I wouldn't stay here again. It looks tired and the rooms are gloomy. Your designer needs to get up to speed with the world and what people want these days. I was annoyed that someone thought my initial room was habitable and had the cheek to try to fob me off with it. It's unhygienic and made me feel sick. I felt sorry for your receptionist who was very polite but other than give me a different room what could he have done? I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
After an average experience in the city centre for 5 nights, this hotel was a breath of fresh air while transiting from Paris to another city. I spent two nights here (before and after a round trip out of Parks) I absolutely loved the ambience of the hotel. Friendly staff, huge welcome area. There is beautiful decor with lights and flowers outside and a sweet floral scent inside. The entire place looked very warm and welcoming. I loved the rooms and all possible amenities are provided from a nespresso machine, steam iron, kettle and tea.
Room size was good, staff were helpful. Local bus was convenient to the airport, numbers 93 and 93. Restaurants within walking distance, French, Asian, and Pizza to list a few. Refrigerator in our room wasn't working, no one available to fix it. Air conditioner didn't get very cool in my opinion.
MILES from CDG, located in a bleak warehouse area with nothing else near, shuttle starts at 0715, goes only to 2B and dropped us far from transport to other terminals. Staff unhelpful. Not even coffee in the lobby before the shuttle. Room was OK but not the Marriot we were expecting.
A quaint hotel with a superb staff is at the Aiden Best Western. Clean, practical, service with a smile, great WiFi, great breakfast buffet, superb bedding. Easy parking, lots of great restaurants in the near by area. Taxi service available.
We stayed three times at the same hotel. All the details such as breakfast, dinner, friendliness, location, cleanliness are very good. I will stay in the same place again on my next trip. I would definitely recommend.
Been staying at the Best western in Le Havre all week and had a Friday morning flight back to the UK. So cancelled the Thursday night in Le Havre and booked this hotel. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but the difference in a 3am wake up and a long drive and. 7am wake up and 10 minute drive to return the car was too tempting to refuse. First impressions was a beautiful smell. the aroma of what ever they were using was gorgeous. The next good impression was the staff, everyone from the receptionist , bar man, waiter in the hotel were really nice and helpful. same again for breakfast. The decor had a quirky holiday feel as did the rooms , well kitted out great beds shower, spacious rooms. Had the burger and rustic chips for evening meal, one of the best burgers I have had, The TV and a nice bar area to watch the World Cup. Had a few pints, a bit pricey at 9euros a pint but could live with that. Good nights sleep can't really hear the aircraft breakfast was vert good two choices continental or full English which I had. Parking over night outside was 10 euros , think its a different price internally Definitely my recommendation for a hotel near the Airport.
The hotel is perfect, clean with nice staff. But beware because the shuttle driver scammed me askinh for extra 20 eur for having more thatva suitcase, i reported the situation to the hotel manager but they did not seem to do anything anout this
Stayed here for one night on our way home from a two-week trip in France. The hotel is okay, rooms are quite basic with a bed and desk and a bathroom with a shower. The old shuttles that used to run regularly to CDG are gone and they move offer a hotel shuttle that supposedly runs on the hour but in our experience wasn't that reliable. Luckily we weren't in a rush either arriving or departing. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant; we had a drink in the bar (kind of pricey at 10 euros per drink so we weren't tempted to indulge in seconds). We didn't eat at the restaurant, preferring to walk into Roissy and get a baguette and some cheese. We never were able to connect their free wifi in our room on the ground floor. We wouldn't stay at this hotel again - it's overpriced for what you get and the transportation to the airport is pretty irregular.
We stay at Best Western Hotels and this Hotel did not disappoint. It was very reasonable and comfortable. There is a shuttle to the airport which is very reasonable. We had a room service breakfast which was very large
Everything so nice, cozy, clean, comfortable, tidy....I would like to spend more days in this place. We had also dinner at the restaurant and food was good. Nothing is missing in the room, very good shower, comfortable bed....
This is a perfectly good spot for one night, when you're coming or going to the airport. It's about an hour and 15 minutes by public transit into Paris, so this is strictly an airport hotel. As the previous reviewer said, they do ask for €100 deposit, but I didn't mind because I had dinner there (it was too late to look around for other places), and charged it against the deposit. The food was surprisingly good, by the way, considering it's a hotel restaurant. The room was clean, there were very few toiletries, and the AC in my room didn't seem to work very well. It's not really clear how it's supposed to work, and I asked at the front desk, but the room was quite hot and the window doesn't open very far. The staff are very nice and helpful. The one negative is that, it advertises shuttle service to and from the airport, but the reality is the shuttle only goes once an hour until around 10 or 11 am ( can't remember exactly), and then there's no shuttle until the evening. I don't call that "shuttle service", because in reality, you'll probably end up having to take a cab. It's also very tricky to find the hotel shuttles, especially as the Best Western is not listed along with the other hotels as providing shuttle service - when you DO finally figure out the location.
