« Good for staying before or after a flight. »

Everything about this hotel was excellent. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. Room was fine, provides everything one needs, and if something else is needed they immediately provide it. The staff were lovely and kind. And to top it all there is a fabulous breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

« No complaints for a business trip »

Stayed here for an exhibition mon- fri. Perfect location, free airport shuttle. Rooms were comfortable and clean- bathrooms a bit outdated. Staff were accommodating. Buffet breakfast was pleasant and the evening food was nice enough but we did venture out for the last few days as there wasn't much choice in the hotel. There isn't much nearby but we did find a little strip of restaurants about a 10 min walk away.

    « Really nice hotel »

Rooms are massive and clean. Reception staff are really friendly and the facilities are well maintained. Gyms really nice as is the bar and restaurant. Shuttle bus to the airport every 15 mins. Would definitely stay here again

    « Stop over .. »

I booked a room with this hotel last night as I had a Early flight to catch.. When I arrived well after the check in time my room wasn't ready! Then I noticed that the restaurant was closed and I was told that the only place was the Mercure Hotel over the road, which I walked over too.. The food was substandard and the service was not the quality of a Proper four star hotel.. Then I retired to my room which was falling apart with electric fittings falling of the wall and was absolutely Freezing.. On check out there was no one to be seen as he was playing on his phone in the Breakfast room.. I will definitely not be staying here again as its a complete waste of my well earned money..

« Overnight stop on route to Bordeaux »

Stayed one night , good nights sleep , breakfast good . staff friendly. Room clean , plenty of hot water & comfortable bed. bar OK . Would stay here again & would recommend. Easy to get too , very close to airport.

« Not Up To Standard »

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. I had booked through travelocity and the price was non-refundable. I specifically asked for a room close to the elevator because I was with my aunt who cannot walk long distances. When I checked in, the staff member said there was nothing in regard to this. She finally pulled out the paper work and realized that I was right, but did not apologize, merely said they have no room clean. Needless to say, she was extremely rude. I believe her name started with an M. The room was okay, but even though there's central heating, it gets quite cold in the night. The water pressure was okay and there is a bath tub, but there is no bath mat and no shower curtain or door! So when you take a shower, water is everywhere and makes the floor extremely slippery! Also the tub is quite high, my aunt slipped because she couldn't raise her legs high enough to get out of the tub and there was nothing to hold on to. So it's not particularly safe if you don't have great balance. The shuttle service was great. Although, it was late once. The hotel offered complimentary bottle water, but the booking was for three people and room only had one. I had to ask for extra bottles of water for which they wanted to charge me until I spoke to the manger. Wifi worked well. And they were very generous with the towels, which I appreciate. All in all, I would not stay again.

    « The best »

Good location if you want to go to aeroport and Sial, free buses to Sial. The room and the bath are very big, unusually for Paris ;) Everything is clean. But it must to include some bath shampoo and shower gel because every hotel must to included it in price.

« Great hotel near to airport »

We stopped here the night before an early flight to Germany, the hotel is clean, the bar is great and so are the staff. Great reception from the English speaking chap on reception and made the difficulty of getting out of the car park easy. Wish we had left the car here and taken the transit to the airport as had a nightmare with Quick Parking CDG. Lesson learned for future visits.

« Perfect location for air travel »

A bit difficult to locate off the highway but used my I phone to find. Nice place to chill the night before flying out .roissy is a extremely nice town, nice to walk around and had a wonderful park with stops to read about history. Pleasant staff at desk and in bar and at restaurant. All good except for a problematic elevator or maybe it was my key card. Recommend

« Great stop over spot »

We actually stayed in Paris for our trip but because we had an early flight we stayed one night at the Best Western CDG, It is clean and the lobby is beautifully decorated. We had room service for dinner and they were very prompt so we could get straight to bed. Our room was very clean and spacious and I fell in love with the rain shower-head. The only thing I didn't like were the thin walls. We could hear the music being played next door and I was awoken several times by other guests conversations in the hallway. The black line shuttle from the airport is fantastic. The front desk was extremely helpful (the speak French and English) by helping me mail a package and navigate the airport.

« end of our tour »

We stayed here for the final night of our Leger tour. The room was spacious, clean and had so many sockets! The bathroom was also clean and well appointed. The air con worked well. There was also a kettle and tea and coffee, although no decay. I don't expect airport hotels to have much character and this was very much the case but it did what it said on the tin. We chose to eat in the hotel restaurant, where the food was very good and the staff very helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfy and we slept well. Breakfast was typical buffet fare. Overall a good choice for a one night stay and quick access to the motorway the next morning

    « Tourist Rip-Off - Avoid »

We stayed here as part of a group booking with a holiday company on the way to Lyon. I don't expect a palace but I expect some standards for my money. The reception looks good but when you hit the corridors and rooms it shows that this hotel in in need of a face lift. It's tired. There were lifts out of order which in a big hotel is a problem. We were not allowed to use the stairs. Security apparently. The water machine and ice dispenser were out of order. My main complaint are the prices charged. I know I'm a tourist but I do not like to be a used as a 'cash machine'. 9 euros for a Calsberg. I was then given a bill for 18 euros for a meal which was 4 tiny pieces of pork with a vegetable sauce. Disgusting..... Complained but I know nothing will change as they are happy fleecing the tourists.

    « Best BW I've ever seen »

Usually I think of BW as the sketchy building on the outskirts of Albuquerque, but this was truly a four-star place. The room was spacious, and the bathroom quite large for Europe. They had outlets for three or four different international regions, the desk staff spoke excellent English, and the food in the hotel's restaurant was well considered and beautifully plated. The BW belongs to a ring of hotels that surround Roissy-en-France, so a quick stroll can take you into an actual neighborhood if desired. The lobby has a map of the area. About the location- yes it is closer to the airport than anything that requires a train, but that 10 min ride refers to the time from the hotel to the airport. And even then one ought to consider it a French time estimate. The trip from the airport to the hotel had passed 20 min when my partner and I hopped off the loop early to walk the rest of the way to the BW. One also needs the shuttle to connect to the RER to get to Paris proper. So convenient for an overnight stay on a longer trip, but not a place from which to explore the city at large.

    « overnight »

The coach driver obtained all our key cards but the reception staff did not appear to have any interest in us whatsoever. The room was adequate and included tea/coffee makings. However I could not get out shower to operate with water through the hose - just kept coming out the bath tap - and was cold. Gave up and wasn't there long enough to see whether anything would/could be done about it. Breakfast was a basic but adequate continental spread.

« Could have been good »

I arrived at 6 after a night flight, exhausted. The reception lady was cold and frosty until she understood I'd pay for a full night. The room was lovely, clean with a lovely bed. In the morning I asked for coffee in my room. Same snotty attitude- "no its too late for breakfast, no, no fresh orange juice, no, no croissant". I asked did they have anything else, "look up the menu, it's in your room". And that was that. When I wanted to leave the room, I rang and asked for a trolley. "it's outside your door". In fact it wasn't, and I had to drag myself and three suitcases (business trip) to the lift So, nice hotel, not nice people. It's a shame because a little bit of smiling service this hotel would be really good. Exceptions- the porters who were lovely, the cleaning lady who held the lift door open for me.

« Convenient to Airport with free shuttle. »

We stayed here for one night before our flight. We found it to be a very typical chain hotel with comfortable rooms and good amenities. We selected this in part due to the free shuttle bus to CDG airport. The front desk staff were very helpful in mapping out how to get to Terminal 3 from the drop off point. The only let down was the restaurant. It was very expensive and the food was just ok, not particularly good. Does the job of an airport hotel very well.

    « Excellent one nighter »

Let's face it, airport hotels are one nighters-why would you want to visit Paris and spend more than a day at the airport. So as an airport hotel we found that this location ticked all the boxes. The blackline shuttle runs twice each hour and is free. The hotel offers free wifi which was very stable and reliable and a good selection of TV channels in a number of languages. The roo was a good size, clean and quiet considering how close it was to the airport, about 5-10 minutes away. There was a good bar/restaurant. Food was not haut cuisine with a somewhat limited menu but the smorgasbord which is also offered looked pretty good. Only complaint would be a very poor cheeseboard we received which for a country like France, which prides itself on cheese, failed to impress. Rather than a range of cheese the platter had three varieties of soft cheese, no cheddars, no 'blues'. But this apart it was a good stay and good value for themoney. recommended

    « Convenient for tourists »

A nice hotel, convenient for tourists as it is close to the Airport, Rooms & Food were good, staff courteous. The lifts need to be mended as it was giving trouble so many times. All in all it was a good stay.

    « Pretty good! »

Good hotel, comfy bed and lovely restaurant and very helpful staff. Very good English. Only 2 slightly negative points: the location is not really at all close to the CDG airport and the fried breakfast was a bit unfulfilling. But definitely try the baguette with Brie!

« Good just for few night »

I've stayed one week in this hotel for Business purposes. I can say that breakfast is below average, but rooms are good and typical for all the hotels of this chain. The best thing about the hotel is location if you need night over before next flight and staff.

    « Paris »

People were friendly at the hotel, the Breakfast was good, and rooms were fine. Airport bus takes a little time getting to the hotel and the elevators are slow. We stayed two nights. Overall hotel is fine to stay at.

« Well Located and Comfortable Airport Hotel »

As it was just a one night layover, the location was great -- close to the airport with free shuttle service to the airport and nearby Aéroville Shopping Centre. Staff was somewhat friendly and accommodating. The standard room was a nice size with roomy bathroom and shower. The towels were big and luxurious, the bed very comfortable. I didn't find noise to be a factor. The buffet breakfast was 18 euros, but I didn't have the breakfast. To get to the hotel, pick up the complimentary BLACK Line bus that stops at Terminal 2 and Roissypole Station Terminal 1. These buses are the large passenger buses and are color coded according to the hotels they service - a very convenient method to get to the hotel. They run every 20 minutes most of the day until midnight, but every 40 minutes during rush hour. They are great for easy connections to the RER and TGV as well. This hotel was also minutes away (walking) from a very helpful tourist bureau staff, restaurants, ATM, post office and other amenities. The Wifi was free and very dependable. Overall, a good place to be for an overnight near the airport. I would return to this hotel.

    « Near the Airport »

Stayed at the hotel in August 2015 as a part of a group tour travelling around Europe. The hotel is good, comfortable and the breakfast though continental is very good. The hotel staff were efficient and helpful. As I was on a bus tour I cannot say how well the hotel is connected to the city. Though it was a 30 minute drive into the city in our bus.

    « Very good hotel »

I was here as part of a coach party the hotel itself is very good clean and very secure coach parking at the rear of the hotel, the area the hotel is in can be a bit dicey but still ok, Maybe there is a few shops close by but I didn't find them I did venture out one night and walked into another hotel bar for a few beers Breakfast in the morning is a bit tame but still ok for what you pay

    « Nice hotel »

Spent the night at this hotel when my flight was cancelled and the airline put me up here. It's a free shuttle bus ride away, or €20 in a taxi. Nice, friendly staff and a very modern hotel. Large bedroom, very comfortable bed and lovely shower. Can't comment on the food as I arrived after the kitchen closed and left before it opened.

    « One night stay »

The room was clean and comfortable. It has a nice sitting area with two armchairs. Convenient connection to the airport by a shuttle bus. We were provided by the shuttle schedule upon arrival. Good for the money.

« Paris two nights stay in Best Western CDG Airport hotel »

had visited Paris and stayed in best western Paris CDG airport, room was good, breakfast was nice, lot of variety , spend time in break fast and no need of lunch.. Its very near to CDG aiport and free shuttle is available to the hotel. Parking is available,

    « Avoid »

It took almost 1,5hr to arrive at this hotel with the shuttle from the airport. Upon arrival the front desk staff was very unorganized. A few of us staying there and well the 2 euro city tax was just a cluster or confusion for the front desk staff. Rooms are dated and the doors to the room are so thin you can hear the person next door snoring. Yea that happened. Avoid avoid avoid!

    « Fine »

Got a good deal on and needed two nights here to finish our trip. This is an airport hotel so it should be judged on that. Room: very large and plenty of storage for lots of luggage. Shower was very good. No minibar but they had some mineral water and tea/coffee facilities. Bed was nice and would have loved an extra pillow. Tv had English channels and poor selection of rentable movies. The staff are a mix of excellent and poor. Some front desk people deliberately unhelpful and others were great. Just depends on who you get I suppose. The restaurant is however truly awful and I would eat elsewhere. I have not deduct points away from the hotel as I will write a separate review. Taxis and shuttles to the airport are plentiful. Would I go back? Only if the same situation occurred again.

« First, you have to find it »

The Best Western Charles de Gulle airport is not in CDG airport at all. In fact. Given the multiplicity of roads around CDG, it is impossible to find,if you are driving, without a good, up to date GPS, and extremely careful adherence to instructions. It is in Roissy-en-France,which has a separate exit from A1, about 5km. from Roissy CDG. I cannot comment on staff or service since our stay was only from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. and we had very little contact with people (there was only one person at the desk). The room (and the hotel) are of somewhat dated design, but adequate. So if you figure that the difference in price (could be half of the price of the Sheraton for instance) makes up for the difficulty of getting there, it is OK. But for non-driving travelers, the scheduled shuttle (every half hour) works fine, there and back..

« Convenient hotel with shuttle service to CDG. »

The hotel is you standard airport area hotel. Large comfortable and clean rooms. There is a bar and restaurant on site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and take the 5 minute stroll to Roissy-En-France. It is a small town very close to the hotel that offers several restaurants with better and more reasonably priced meals than the hotels.

« Glad it was only one night »

A typical airport hotel where we stayed for one night at the end of our Leger tour on the way back to Calais. The room was passable with a comfortable bed but we found an empty sandwich carton under it and although we had tea/coffee facilities we had no mini bar. The safe in the room was free to use but the bathroom was very small and frankly quite awful. It was an awkward shape had very poor lighting making it feel dingy and there was a large gap under the shower screen which caused the floor to flood when we took a shower. Our key card failed twice which is very inconvenient as you can't use the lift without it. The bar was extremely over priced (Even for France) with poor service due to the barman having to help out in the restaurant. The service in the restaurant was also very poor. To sum it up we were glad to leave.

« Convenient to airport, not adequate for more than a night... »

After two weeks of travel, we decided to end our trip close to the airport to avoid Paris traffic. I had never stayed at a hotel close to any airport. We booked two days, since we wanted to see Disneyland Paris and did not want to move to yet another hotel. I was surprised at the amount of security in place...from security cameras, to restricted access to lifts, to your room key saying not leave any valuables in sight- to use the room safe. I imagine it is because of the transient nature of quests, but it made me feel like there was an issue and a little unsafe. For amount of people that come in and out of this hotel, staff does a good job keeping it clean. The room was comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was awesomely large. The restaurant on site serves all meals, and is adequate. Parking is !5 euro a day, but we were given a voucher...staff was great and very helpful.

« Far from city but near to airport »

Stayed in this hotel as part of Veena world tour for 03 nights. It takes at least 1 hour from city to reach in the non-traffic hours, but airport is just 10 mins drive. Breakfast is average, rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms. They do not provide any tea/coffee facility in the room. They provide free wi-fi. We were lucky to have Eiffel tower view (though hazy) from our room.

    « Great value! »

Extremely comfortable twin-double-bedded room a sufficient distance from CDG Airport for noise to not be an issue. Complimentary mini-bar was a nice touch and superb quality food from the buffet in the competitively-priced restaurant downstairs. Only negative was the 15 Euro fee to use the car park overnight. Would have no hesitation in staying again midway through a journey.

    « Mr Eric. »

I was traveling with a pet. Getting things together befor my morning flight was hectic. The morning desk clerk, Eric, was extraordinarily nice, and made my stay and travel much easier. Thank you Eric.

    « perfect 4 star hotel »

I personally really liked the hotel a lot. The rooms were decent, not too large, not too small. There was tea, coffee and a kettle in all rooms. Wifi was good throughout. Distance from city is a LOT, cabs are available easily but. Breakfast was good. It consisted of Apple, yogurt, cereal, tea/coffee, croissants, bread, cheese, ham, fresh juice and salad. Hotel staff was not very nice to indians, maybe others will have better luck. it was quite terrible to see how they spoke to us.

« More than just a sleep before flying out of CDG. »

We were expecting a plain "overnighter" but we're pleasantly surprised at the great room excellent lounge and restaurant. A 5 minute walk to the quaint village of Vossee en France was a great way to spend time while staying there and having a meal too.

    « Rude staff »

The hotel is average. Mainly the staff are rude and non cooperative. The rooms are small . Luckily no noise of air planes. Views from the window are nice. Restaurant served good breakfast. The hotel reception is OK.

    « Good »

Stayed one night. Staff again fringe office are very cheerful . We arrived early check in . The room was ready and all what we . request was available for us . Hotel location is very long way to paris .sobwe only stayed on the same village . Which we discoverd very cozy and quit comparing to the busy city paris . It wsscgreat time to realx . « BW in CDG airport is cool »

the xperience in BW at CDG Airport was great. I slept very well. I arrived late but the staff was very cool and I ate in the restaurant until 11PM. The food was excellent. So for a business trip in Paris it is perfect with the airport nearby.

    « Paper thin walls!!! »

Is you choose a hotel close to the airport, you usually need a good night sleep before taking a plane the next day. Don't choose this hotel! You can hear absolutely everything in the room next to yours: the tv, the arguments, coughing, the shower. Very bad night and really early wake up call from our neighbors.

    « Loud »

Hotel is clean and close to the airport, 10 mi s with the shuttle bus. but it was really loud, even with closed Windows it was still really loud. I have been to other hotels in the same area which are more new and less noisy at the same price. I will not recommend it unless the others are busy.

Free shuttle airport-hotel -difficult to find at airport -just follow orange hotel signs after luggage p/u. If short stay convenient to catch shuttle back to airport to train to paris or all other points.Or Roissy coaches to Paris center Opera (23euros return) restaurant very limited, buffet brkfst good.

« Nice place to stay near CDG Airport »

Good location with more to do than just staying at the hotel waiting for your departure flight. Pleasantly surprised! The village within walking distance of the hotel. Very helpful staff. Easy to get to airport quickly.

    « Hotel near CDG »

Great location, great service. Downside: morning shuttle can be full by the time it reaches the hotel as ti picks up from other hotels first so plan accordingly - the hotel staff helped by setting up a mini van to drop passenger. Very helpful! WiFi not always reliable - could be an issue for business travelers

« Surrprisingly great one night stay »

Made a reservation for a family room (two queen beds) after arriving to CDG airport after midnight. The black bus shuttle wasn't working (Taxi - 30 Euro) but we enjoyed staying the night at the hotel. Friendly stuff, specious and nicely decorated common areas, and an excellent breakfast buffet. Definitely worth the money.

    « Convenience »

There are numerous hotels at which to stay by CDG Airport, however I chose this Best Western due to convenience, value and reputation of Best Western Hotels. There is an airport shuttle that comes regularly by the hotel to meet the needs of catching my international flight back to the US. My daughter and I had a good experience at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was very nice and comfortable. We had a choice of getting a continental or full buffet breakfast for a fee. The staff in which we came contact, all spoke English and were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay overnight to catch a flight at CDG.

    « happy stay »

it was one night due to delay in airfrance flight to Barcelona real 5 stars hotel trendy good variety breakfast you can explore nice near by attraction by foot helpful staff very big rooms with nice views

« stay away if you can »

the hotel in general is ok ,but... first the room price is just the start dinner start with 23 Euro and then breakfast is 18.5Euro and parking is 15 euro more. so end up with bill of near 180 realy nice hotel... 2nd - at Diner - tried the Open Buffet - so , it not so open the staff was not nice and almost ask me to leave when fast clear the table , and when i asked to take a scond desserte - i been told "no, you finished" !!! the room was ok in general but the noise from the side and above bathroom was realy noisy every 10-15 minutes. - try to get sleep in this state... so in general - stay away if you can

    « Very thankful »

I was with a party of 7 people who recently stayed at the Best Western CDG airport. Our flight was cancelled by Easy Jet on Sunday 20th March and we stayed for 2 nights at the Best Western. Our stay was made so easy with the help of Eric and Jeffrey who were simply outstanding at sorting out our rooms and meals without any hesitation and hassle. We were very stressed due to the cancellation but they were professional throughout and put us at our ease. Our rooms were large, spotlessly clean and well stocked with toiletries, mini bar and coffee/tea facilities. Our breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel was faultless, all in all a wonderful experience at the Best Western, couldn

« Hospitable staff, clean and spacious rooms! »

Very close to the CDG airport and well connected via free shuttles every 20 mts to T3 and T2. There are many other hotels in the roissy france area but I had read reviews of Best Western and hence chose this one and I must admit that I was most pleased with my decision. Very hospitable staff, a special mention here for Jeffery and Monika at the front desk. Not only did they have patience to answer to our volley of queries, but also gave very honest and helpful advises. BW @Roissy France CDG is a clean, well maintained hotel and sufficiently spacious rooms with free minibar. I only wish this hotel was located in the central Paris region which would have saved an hour of additional travelling time and some money! But then this very reason (of being away from city and closer to airport) gives one a sheer joy of comfortable travelling to and fro CDG airport!!

« Good airport location. Worst bed of the entire trip. »

We booked this hotel off I have a feeling they keep their worst rooms for the clients. Our bed was absolutely the worst we had for the entire trip, hard as a rock and we need to prop our ribs with pillows. The room was fine, the bathroom was nice, with exception of a severe lack of hot water ( we did see a old notice that the hot water was being fixed.. the notice was a week old and still posted in the elevator). With so many hotels around, I would look for another. I see the other reviews stating the beds were fine, ours was not which leads me to believe we got a bum room with the discounted price. Carpet was frayed, stayed on the 0 floor, which represented the quality of the room. Breakfast was fine, but slightly overpriced for 18euro per person.

« Comfortable with good breakfast »

Did stay for 2 nights in this hotel during an exhibition. At arrival I changed rooms, due to an unpleasant smoking smell in the first room. The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful and changing rooms was no problem. The restaurant is good and the quality but relatively high priced. Good and comfortable hotel, approx. 10min drive from the exhibition centre.

    « Basic Hotel »

Very poor room decor for a Best Western. Premier Inn have better rooms and my room cost 210 Euros!! The hotel is miles from the hotel and you can get a free Black bus that takes you to all the hotels, they say it runs every 20mins but I waited over 45mins, and it took me 20mins to find the bus stop.

« Comfort, easy access, great staff »

We come to Paris at least twice a year for business and exhibitions at Parc des Expositions. Until we found OUR Best Western Paris CDG, we tried many hotels in the central Paris. Now that we know BW's spacious and comfortable room, easy and free access from & to the airport's terminals and the exhibition centres, there is no way back to Parisien hotels. Plus, the hotel staff is always welcoming and very dedicated to guests' experience.

« Im impressed with the service ! »

Me and my husband together with our 8 yo son had a late dinner and i must say im impressed with the quick service. And the hotel was clean. Its close to the airport. A recommendable hotel to those who travel a lot.

    « Okay for a few nights »

I stayed here for a business trip and the hotel location and shuttle services to the exhibition centre and airport were good. The restaurant was overpriced and not great quality. The room was okay but could do with some maintenance work. I forgot a plug adapter and asked at reception they were going to sell me one for 10 euros even though when I got to my room there was a socket for UK plug anyway! It was adequate for a one night stay for business purposes or if you have a lay over waiting for a flight but would not otherwise choose this hotel.

« Adequate for short stay »

Arrived to airport by train from city, took approx 30 mins to ride. Tickets were 9.80 per person. There is a shuttle service to the hotel every 20 or so mins. Well signed area to find meeting point and is the 4th stop (approx 15mins). Check in was standard, room was on 4th Floor. Room was standard, bathrooms decor around the 70s theme, has a bidet and shower/bath tub. Flat screen television. Complimentary water bottles and a fruit cake slice (cute and odd option). Waited a while to be served at the Bar as is was unattended. There were only 2 servers we saw working the Bar and prepping the restaurant area for service at 7pm. But once he saw us his attention to customers was great. Friendly server. Restaurant didn't have many options which was a let down so just stuck to ordering a Ceasars salad and burger for main as these were the cheaper meals on the list for our appetite. Food was good standard meal and was served in a short period between courses. Good for short stay as its few mins from airport so would stay again if required.

    « Airport Hotel »

the hotel is very close to CDG airport - so very good for short business trips away from the hassle of Paris city. Rooms are OK in size but very clean and the hotel has a nice restaurant and bar, so you don't need to go out for food or drinks.

    « Paris Layover »

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our return from Spain in November of 2015. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport approximately every 20 minutes. There is also a shuttle to the Aeroville shopping mall which has good shopping and several good restaurants in their food court. Good hotel for a quick stopover in Paris...

    « good hotel »

i stayed at hotel as a part of family vacation . rooms were very spacious . atmosphere in the hotel was good. only problem was regarding veg food. and far away from city . overall was a good experience. they provide bus to nearby rer. i would recommend thos who dont have proximity to city centre as a issue .

    « Location - Location - Airport, that is »

Overnighted on our return trip by to Seattle. Hotel is well located, good restaurant. Best hamburger (and French Fries) have had in a while. Good breakfast too. Free shuttle from Airport, very convenient. Recommend.

    « Excellent value »

The room arrangement and bathroom layout are excellent. The bathroom lighting is good for shaving and applying makeup. It also has good shelf space for toiletries and your other stuff. Internet connection was satisfactory.

    « One night stay »

This was a lovely hotel, the rooms were large, clean and very well decorated. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Even though you are close to the airport we were not kept awake or woken up by aeroplanes and we had our window open. We would definitely stay here again.

    « Grim, Noisy & Overpriced »

Obviously, most people only go to Roissy-en-France to spend the night before a long haul flight out of CDG the next morning. So, you can't really blame the area's hotels for the mind-numbing boredom of the locale. This hotel seems to go out of its way to complement that boredom, however, with an exterior so austere it must have taken a serious amount of effort to make it look so ugly, and bland little guest rooms with tiny windows that make one think of a military barracks in Cold War-era East Germany. Rooms are dated and sparsely-furnished, with scratchy bedding and two measly pillows. Hallway noise is a major issue, as is noise from the jets flying nearby, noise from the traffic outside, noise from the rooms above, below and on each side. Internet worked about 20% of the time I was there (easily the worst of any hotel in recent memory). I paid over $200/night during off-season for this place and would have still considered it overpriced at half that amount. There are many other hotels in the area? almost any of them have got to be an improvement over this place. Avoid this one.

    « Good location »

Good medium priced hotel close to CDG airport Roissy. Clean comfortable rooms with free wi-fi , good breakfast (albeit not cheap- E19) and regular free shuttle connection to the airport. A good choice for CDG airport

    « Just correct »

Typical hotel in the main airport area. With free shuttle from airport. Close to this hotel there are also more options. Rooms are big enough and wifi. I did not have time to try the breakfast. Anyway, I expected to be closer to the airport. Buses are each 20 minutes + 10 minutes on the road, makes 30 minutes. It seems there are any other options just in the airport.

    « Great business hotel »

Convenient for short stays/layovers in Paris. Easy to get to from the airport which was just a short distance away. Room size is actually comparable to US hotels. Front-desk staff was professional and courteous. Restaurant and bar is a nice amenity although it could have a more extensive menu.

    « OK »

One of many hotels located close to CDG airport, Paris, and in the pretty and charming village of Roissy- en- France. Bed is comfortable and the television is very good quality. Rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, a rarity in Europe. The only toiletries are soap dispensers although reception can supply other items on request. Shower is over the bath which may be a problem for the mobility-challenged. Staff are personable but if you were looking forward to "haute cuisine" forget it! Plenty of room for improvement there! Foyer smells strongly of cigarettes and the place is a bit tired. Although it was OK for one night, we would look elsewhere.

« Okay stay to catch a plane »

Decent room, fairly close to airport, accessible by free airport bus. Restaurant has limited menu of overpriced, poorly-cooked food. Room was well-appointed and clean. Set your alarm, as the front desk never put through our wake-up call.

« Budget hotel and good to stay »

Room Was Very Good. Bed Sheets & Wash Rooms Were Clean. One of Reception Manager Approx. 45-50 Years AGE Was Very Sincere. He Guided Me About City tour too. While other young age girls on reception were too careless . I twice made phone call from room, for blanket, both times they said, We are sending, but they did not. , Breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel. To add this hotel is away from city but free bus from and to hotel is available to market.

    « Reasonable stay »

After reading reports on this hotel we entered with some trepidation. This was not necessary as the bedroom was fine as was the bathroom albeit a little dated. However as this is a budget hotel there are no free toiletries on offer. This is a decent sized bar as well as a restaurant. Both these areas would benefit with more staffing as we waited up to 19 minutes to be served, I assume the barman was doing other jobs elsewhere. We chose the ?23 two course buffet menu and we found this excellent value for money, we had a lamb stew that frankly was excellent. Breakfast however was poor quality and a lack of choice but we were in a separate area that just looked after coach parties. However we did feel uneasy when we were told not to let bags out of sight, keep your bedroom door not only locked but to keep a safety chain and make sure you know who's at the door before opening it. All a bit disconcerting.

« An average Stay towards the End of Europe Trip »

The hotel is located on a kind of Hotel Road of Paris. Where you would find other options as well. The hotel is very near to the Airport. The rooms were good and the best part about this Hotel was they offered Water Bottles to drink which we could not find it in any other Europe Hotel (as We Indians were facing a lot of problem to drink water from the Tap). We checked in on 25th of August and Checked out on 27th of August. The breakfast was not good (this experience was persistent during our Europe Trip as none of the Hotels had a good breakfast option). However our overall stay was satisfactory and good.

« Never again. Pay the extra $100 for the Sheraton. »

Arrived late in the evening for a 12 hour layover. It took almost an hour to take the free shuttle because you have to wait for the shuttle and then it's the last stop in a series of hotels. Once I arrived, they were understaffed to check in. Bad experience with reception #1. The woman at the desk was unpleasant and had zero interest in helping people. The manager said she's had a long day because another employee didn't show up. Then another guest and I then had a horrifying experience in the elevator going to our rooms. It dropped about a meter...twice. I informed the front desk the elevator is not working properly who then assured me it's working fine, as condescending as possible. Bad experience with reception #2. There were empty beer bottles up and down the hallway on my floor. The room (my first room) smelled uncomfortably musty. Then the internet in my room didn't work. I called the front desk to ask if they had an internet cable or a room closer to the router, and they just assured me the internet is fine. Bad experience with reception #3 within 15 minutes of arriving. At this point I escalated to another man who was more empathetic, but stuck to the story that there is nothing wrong with the elevator or the internet. I would like to state at this moment that I am not crazy. He at least offered to move me to a room closer to the router. This did solve the problem of the smell and the internet, and we took a different elevator. Bandage on the issues for the night, but I would recommend the extra money to stay at the Sheraton.

    « Convenient to CDG »

Room with two single beds Was fine for a one night stay. Room price was reasonable. Desk staff helpful. Food, not so much. Typical near-airport high prices and lunch buffet was not great quality. 19 minute walk from a nice village with a market and some other restaurant choices, if you find yourself with time. Hotel has a fan but charges to take you to,the airport, 20 euros for 2 people. There is a big bus Black Line that rotates among all the hotels in the vicinity for free.

« OK for a stop over if you arrive late or need to leave early »

Comfortable room with bath, fridge, tea making facilities and free WiFi. There was no milk in the fridge which I thought was odd. I checked with the front desk and they confirmed that they do not provide milk. For a few pence this would have made a difference. I ordered room service and the food was excellent. The signage for the hotel courtesy bus service was not clear in the airport. If I were staying again I would definitely stay at the Novotel which is beside the station.

    « Great for a short stay. »

We flew to Orly but were scheduled to fly out of CDG next day and wanted to be close. Our travel agent had recommended this Hotel and she was right. This is Paris and for $135.00 Cdn for two for a good size clean room, free excellent wifi, free shuttle to the airport and a great breakfast buffet there was nothing to complain. We also used the Restaurant for dinner and was good, a little expensive but the portions were large. The Reception Desk staff was friendly and prompt. We did not know about the Shuttle from the Airport to the Hotel and took a taxi, glad we did for $12.50 euros, and if we do it again I`ll take a taxi both ways, the Shuttle should run every 20 minutes, ours was 35, no complains there but you have to carry the bags on board yourself and with people parking themselves right at the entrance it was hard, also it was only one drop off at Terminal 2 and if you happen to be at the "A" end it`s a long hard walk. I recommend this Hotel and if you plan on using it get your Travel agent to reserve from home with breakfast included, you shouldn`t go wrong.

    « Handy for CDG »

We had an overnight here as a tour group, just bed and breakfast. We were checked in en mass so didn't really deal with the reception staff. We arrived at a quiet time but the porters were very slow and fellow passengers complained. At breakfast it was very busy with other groups and the staff were struggling to keep crockery and food topped up, but responded speedily when asked for something. In the morning another coach crew team had a major upset with the hotel parking attendant as to where they'd parked to load cases but they'd parked where the porter had delivered the cases. The coach drivers reported the attendant to the management pointing out that was no way to speak to customers. Handy for exit from the ring road but the traffic on that these days is SO bad!

    « Not worth it »

Airport pickup shuttle didn't come for a long time, had to take a taxi. There was cigarette smell in room, though we wanted non-smoking room. There was no shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion in room, which are basic amenities that every hotel provides, so was very disappointing. Breakfast was not complimentary. Overall, not worth the price.

« Poor quality for a non 4 stars hotel »

I had to ask to change room because of incredible noise by the air conditioning machine outside the building, very kindly I was offered an other better room, but the night was already gone with poor sleep. Hotel needs a renovation in most part, including lifts, clean is not optimal, no minimal courtesy goods and breakfast is industrial and poor. Positive not is the very nice staff, but not enough to balance the rest

« Very Comfortable clean hotel near the Airport »

Very Comfortable clean hotel near the Airport. The lobby was very fancy for Best Western, The room was very comfortable. Even the mini-bar Items (Water, sparkling water, coke and OJ) were free of charge.

    « pleasant experience »

was heading home from a vacation in france and wanted to be close to the airport for our morning flight. picked best western based on price but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room, bed, and on site restuarant.

    « Last minute stop.... »

Turned out rather nice, I have never been a fan of best western hotels , however the room was neat, bed large and comfortable, and the air con was wonderful, no fridge however , very noisy due to location near the airport. Also shower head was terrible and annoying. Morning breakfast was ok, large variety.

« Only if absolutely inevitable. »

Room with 2 double beds but small, hardly enough space for 2 adults. Bath room amenities include only liquid soap. Walls thin as paper, you share your neighbours conversations. Breakfast arrangement very uncomfortable and food variety limited.

« My stay at CDG Best Western »

Pros: Overall very clean hotel and very helpful staff. Cons: Slow and broken internet connection. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Rooms are well well insonorized so that the noise from the airport is almost unnoticeable. My wife and I were traveling early the next morning and we loved the free airport shuttle that took us to the airport literally at our departing terminal. Other nice features: excellent room temperature control and clean bed. TV screen a little small, but we were more interested in good rest than watching tv. Overall good experience with this hotel that I would highly recommend.

« Surprised by airport hotel »

This hotel was a very nice surprise. I had tried to find a hotel near airport to stay our first night in Paris since we were getting in so late. I wanted 2 double beds as there were 4 of us traveling. Found this online and booked. The bed was VERY comfortable. Clean and helpful staff.

    « A magical nights stay »

I came from a very rough country and was caught up with the dramatic difference of a modern, organized country. Paris was beautiful especially the location of this hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms clean and comfortable food was great.

« Excellent starting or Ending Point for your France trip! »

We have stayed twice at the Best Western at Roissy at the end of our trips to France. It provides a free shuttle to CDG so we can have a leisurely meal, get some rest and catch the shuttle for our morning flight home. Next time we arrive, we may stay there and catch the bullet train to Eastern France and miss the Paris commute all together. Convenient, very affordable and a great restaurant. kj

« Very clean and comfortable »

Our room was not quite ready when we arrived, so we were offered complimentary drinks in the lounge while we waited a very short time. The room was clean and included many amenities. The bed was comfortable. We did not have any issues with the WIFI. The airport shuttle service is free and easy to use. The village is very quaint and welcoming of those that do not speak French. We just needed somewhere to stay before our flight the next morning. We are so glad we booked here. Highly recommend!

    « Communication »

Despite 4 calls to the hotel, the front desk girl was not HELPFUL at all getting me to the right place to take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I ended up waiting for more than 1.5 hours. Thank goodness there was another couple and man who was with me when it started getting dark.

« Convenient for airport and visiting Paris »

We stayed 2 nights after returning our rental car and driving through France. This hotel enabled us to be near the airport to return the car and also to quickly and easily get into the city of Paris to visit it.

« Skip the petite dejeuner »

All items that should have been served hot, were not. Restaurant prices were expensive, quality of the food average. Dinner cocktails and wine prices ridiculously high. Don't try to read or write by the low lighting in rooms after dark. Location to Charles DeGaulle Airport excellent and shuttle bus services to/from airport run every 20 minutes.

    « Good hotel »

Good hotel. But if they want to offer some additional service, I'd suggest that they do it with more perfection... We were three and got only one pair of slippers, so we asked the reception to give us 2 more. They said they will have a person in charge delivery them to our room but nobody came till the last day of our stay. The same story applies to the shoe shining machine. This is a very nice machine placed at the lobby to quicky shine one's shoes, but there was no wax inside. The reception said that it will be refilled asap, but it was empty during our stay. - Otherwise, the hotel is clean, provides free direct bus service to the convention centre, and staff is friendly. Its location is perfect for those who work near Parc des exposition by using balck buss and another one from millenium hotel in front directly to the massive shoppin centre, Aeroville. - If I were the owner, I'd consider changing the lights and interior desings...

    « CDG »

This is good hotel with the typical trappings of a hotel in this class. It was comfortable, but not luxurious by any means. This hotel was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it seems more like a 3 star in many ways. I would rate it higher if there items like toothbrushes, combs, and other toiletries that were provided instead of the bulk shampoo dispenser in the shower. The major put off were the used coffee cups in front of my door when we first arrived at our room. I was almost afraid to go into the room, thinking that they gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. I noticed that there were a lot of trays and food items throughout the hallway that were left by other guests, or the maids. Not a good impression, and not one that I have seen at any other hotel. There were too many hints of a two star hotel, considering that this one has a four star rating.

    « Great Experience »

Very clean, very friendly staff, good food in restaurant. Very convenient to airport. Beds are very comfortable & nice linens. In-room tea & coffee & cookies. Wide variety of foods on dinner menu & dinner buffet is varied & mostly good. The main dishes in buffet were a bit bland & more institution tasting, but the side dishes, salads, etc. were very good.

« Cozy and good service »

The people at the front desk were extremely helpful during our stay. On multiple occasions, I asked them for directions and help, and they were knowledgeable and willing to be of service. The room was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were comfy. we were very please with our stay.

« A little bit better that your average airport hotel »

Clean & comfortable. A few minor issues but nothing that would prevent us form recommending this hotel. One thing to watch for is the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle comes by about every 1/2 hour and is shared with other hotels in the area. IT'S PACKED and being the last hotel on the route and you may not be able to get on. We were the last ones to squeeze in and if we didn't, we 'd miss out flight even though we allowed over 2 1/2 hours and the shuttle is a 10 minute ride from BW to CDG.

    « Good »

It's a good location near to the CDG airport and near to the Parc des exposition Paris Nord. Nice location, with a protected parking. The room are clean and confortable. In the bathroom there's the bidet, non easy to find in France. There's a fitnes area and a sauna. The internal restaurant it's good, but if you want there's japanise, german and a Tay restaurants at less than 500 mt.

    « Average Airport Hotel »

All the hotels except for a few are about 10-15 minutes from the airport. They force you to us a public shuttle service which only leaves the airport from terminal 3. This adds a lot of time to go to and from the airport. The drivers are not friendly nor do they answer questions. The room service was quick and efficent, otherwise nothing special for the cost.

« Internet Poor and Room Service Null »

I went to the hotel to spend a night after 3 weeks travelling biking and sailing in Europe and really was eager to connect to the internet and have plenty of room service for me, my wife and kids. None of that was possible. The room internet was very poor or not even working and there was not any room service, from dinner to breakfast.

    « Eh? »

Beds comfortable. Room clean. Much too expensive. Internet frustratingly slow. We left before breakfast was served, and they could not find a bottle of water for us as we waited for the next airport shuttle, having been told the wrong shuttle departure time the night before. Why does every hotel now give you no option of anything other than too-hot comforters on the beds? What happened to regular sheets and blankets?

    « Good near airport »

This was a very comfortable hotel near the airport. There is a bus that makes a loop from the airport to the hotels. Price is on the higher side but good for Paris. We did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet but it looked good. We'd stay here again!

    « Airport (?) hotel »

This hotel took a long time to get to from the airport. It is a nice hotel, but they wanted to charge a lot for the breakfast, in which we did not partake. One of the receptionists was very cold, the other was nice and helpful. The area is weird, just hotels, but I guess there was a town close Evidently this caters to people who have to stay overnight for a flight or tour groups

    « Nice Overnight »

Nice, clean room. Nothing special, nothing wrong. One bonus: the room was large enough to fit 4 in two double beds, which we had trouble finding in hotels across France. Don't go for the robe and slipper "upgrade". There was only one for the room and it made no difference to our stay. The shuttle bus to/from the Gare was a nice convenience, upstairs outside of airport. (I think you can get off at Terminal 1 or 2 -- 1 is smaller and perhaps less congested?) The shuttle picked up there, too. Meals in the hotel looked nice but were very expensive - even for hotel food. Despite what I read on other reviews, I didn't not find any options in walking distance expect for other hotel restaurants - but we were all too tired from our vacation to walk anywhere. I can hardly believe we opted for the "grab and go" vending machine, which had some sandwiches and salads.

    « A sad Breakfast »

Nice hotel, but do not waste your money on the breakfast. The food was very poorly presented and of very poor quality. The location near the airport is good, but the shuttle to the hotel is a bit annoying. BW is the last stop on the trip. Not fun when arriving late in the evening.

« staying close to airport made travel day so easy »

The airport bus takes you around to all the hotels. It makes your travel day shorter if you can hop a bus to the airport for Terminal 2. This best western offers one of the best gym facilities that I have seen.

    « stay@ bw+ cdg »

i had the opportunity to stay at bw+ cdg.. it is located in hotel district. it is modern hotel and it appears sparkling and has that welcoming atmosphere. the hotel makes it easy for guest to go out for dinning shopping and entertainment . the staff is eager to help guest out with suggestion and recommendation. it makes guest feel as if in a known place.please the good work.

« Great hotel right by CDG with Extremely Friendly Staff »

We stayed here for one night to be closer to the airport. The staff at check-in and check-out were VERY friendly and helpful. Both went out of their way to assist us and accommodate us. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. It was a great place to stay for our last night in Europe.

« convenient to CDG airport »

We booked this hotel because we wanted to be near the airport for an early am flight to Amsterdam, then on to the USA. The room was great, the buffet at lunch was good, the staff was friendly but we were disappointed with the shuttle service and therefore ordered a taxi to get to the airport. It would have been nice if the staff at reception had advised us as to the amount we should expect to pay. The 30 Euros charged was truly excessive. Be sure to ask before you use a taxi!

    « Great Stay »

Was only here for one night at the conclusion of my 2 week European adventure. This hotel is perfect for an early morning flight out of CDG. The staff were helpful and rooms were clean with good beds. Breakfast was a bit expensive so decided to skip. Also has a shuttle service to take you to CDG's terminals which made transportation to CDG easy and practical in the morning.

    « Paris Overnight »

Stayed at the BW Paris , one overnight on my way back to Canada. Clean .. Friendly ... convenient... close to CDG airport. Took a cab to Eiffel Tower approx. 55 euros one way from this hotel. Free shuttle was available to the airport, drop off at train station , once at airport needed to catch a bus to get to my terminal.

« Home away from Home »

Excellant hotel will us this hotel again and again. Staff are very nice and friendly at all times. Very helpful when a problem arose. A manager went above and beyond to solve a problem caused by a rental car.
