Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites

Clean and family friendly. This stay was with our family and another friend group. Kids had a blast in the pool. Great pool for kids. Breakfast had great options specially for family's and children. The hotel room was quite would be a good place for business stay as well.

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 8 months when we visited Regina. Both times were the same, with the most amazing customer service, very clean rooms, clean pool, clean hotel, and super comfortable beds. Every staff member we came in contact with always had a smile on their face and were willing to help in any way they could. Will definitely visit this hotel again!!

Terrible experience. Swimming pool was full of girls climbing the outside of the slide and going over while screaming at the top of their lungs. There were no parents and the staff refused to do anything.

My husband and I met my son and his three children at the Eastgate Best Western Plus location for some Saturday night watersliding! When we booked - super helpful (saved us money), when we arrived, adjusted our rooms so we saved more money! The rooms were great, the waterslide and whirlpool were a hit with our grandkids and breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. Definitely recommend!!

We stayed here as we were driving across Canada. It was close to the highway and a great spot if you're travelling with your pet. From the main floor, there's easy access to a side door to easily take your dog out. The rooms were very clean (no carpet and no weird smell that you sometimes get in pet friendly rooms). Beds were very comfortable. We didn't use the pool or the complimentary breakfast as our stay was quick but it looked good and everything in the building seemed clean. The staff was friendly and it was super easy to check-in. The price was okay, but the pet fee does make it a bit more expensive.

I liked this hotel. It was our first time staying. We were down for visiting family. The only downfall to this hotel was the breakfast. Eggs were watery. Not much variety of food options. Best was the coffee. The mattresses were super uncomfortable. But we enjoyed the lazy river and the slides. Best part of our stay

Great stay. Pool was fantastic for young kids. Lots of options. Breakfast was great. There were lots of options we really liked the Specialty coffees. Location was perfect on the outskirts of the city.

Our first time in Regina and first time at a Best Western, our experience was great. At check-in we were welcomed by Anthony, the front desk manager, he has great and made us comfortable from the very beginning. Our room was not ready and we didn't want to leave our bags in the car while we get a late lunch. Anthony stored them for us until we got our room. The room was clean (stayed at a 1 kind bed suite with kitchen), I needed few kitchen supplies and Anthony made sure we got what we needed. Our family truly appreciated Anthony's great customer service. Breakfast was great, nothing fancy but it was good for what we needed during our stay. Housekeeping visited our room daily to change our towels and throw garbage. The kids enjoyed the pool and slides, the hotel has a gym but small and very basic. There is a guest laundry room, $1.25 per load. The hotel location is closed to many restaurants, grocery stores and main highway. Check-out was easy, FYI to vacationers - when you receive your bill, check if there is a DMP (Destination marketing program) charge during your stay. First time I heard about it, this is not a government tax and not mandatory to pay. Overall, the hotel is clean, amenities were functional and staff were welcoming and accommodating. There is a commercial-grade espresso/cappuccino machine available 24/7 for guests! For coffee drinkers like me, the machine is a great service.

Our stay was good. We have a small dog and the hotel is very helpful and the pet room are clean. Not like other hotels where the pet rooms are in poor shape. Maybe supply poop bags would be a good addition

Sadly Disappointing . It appears that management has changed hands since the last time we were here in 2021. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 had issues. One phone did not work so we could not call each other. That room also had a disconnected, phone sitting under the TV. A bedside light didn't work and 2 of the doors squeeked badly when opening and closing them. The Nescafe machine did not work properly and the poor, busy lady working the breakfast room was unable to fix it. She said "It isn't empty because I just filled it. it is a mechanical issue and there is nothing I can do." The young man who checked us in made some very derogatory remarks about previous ownership, which we felt was very unprofessional, however, the front desk manager was excellent and did his best to do damage control.

Our stay was great, we've stayed previously and it was great then as well. The staff are kind, the breakfast is delicious. The room was clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The front desk agents were very accommodating, that's greatly appreciated. We'll be back!

This is a lovely hotel. Easy access from the Trans-Canada. Large room with roll-style blackout shades. Microwave and frig which is a nice touch. The room was spotless and quiet. Ice machine on the floor. Breakfast is included. Can't go wrong with this hotel, they do a great job.

Check-in was great after a long drive. Front desk person was very friendly. The room was very clean and bright which was a far cry from one the competitors we had stayed at but the best was the complimentary breakfast and the omelettes were restaurant quality.

The hotel overall was decent. The beds and pillows in the room are desperately needing replacement. Sleep was not the best when waking up with a sore back from broken springs. Breakfast was great, no complaints there.

Our 2 night stay over June 30 and July 1 of 2023 was more than expected. We were impressed with the hotel, the pool and the staff. They were great. Definitely staying here again soon. Oh and breakfast was 9ne of the best breakfasts we had. Great job everyone.

The room was clean, there were enough towels and the beds were comfortable. Nothing special and not particularly cheap. Regina was a waypoint for us on our trip so we didn't expect it to be super; it would have been nice if it was! But it was just average.

If you need a Best Western in Regina, Saskatchewan then this is it. Average amenities with average rooms serving an average breakfast at an average price. No surprises here, except maybe the free bottle of water upon arrival for Diamond Tier BW Members. It's clean and basic so no reason not to stay here tbh

friendly staff and comfortable bed. Breakfast is just ok, but juices were not great. Coffee machine was great! I found previous guest's sock under the desk. that's disappointed. Toilet didn't flush, but maintenance staff showed up and replace handle lever in 30mins.thank you

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok, the potatoes were usually burnt, cold, and soggy. Eggs, meat, and fruit were good. Very disappointed upon arrival to find out the hot tub was closed for the week.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 6 years. But no more. The key to the outside door wouldn't work and we were then told it takes 30 minutes to activate it. Little good that does when you are standing at the door in the cold and snow with your luggage. The room was okay. There was no hot water the entire time we were here so no showers, baths were available to us. When I called the desk, they said to let the water run for 15 minutes. What a waste of water that is. I ran it for nearly 15 minutes but the water remained barely warm. The capper was the people who checked in above us about 10pm. I don't know if there were kids running in the halls, wrestling, jumping off the beds but the noise was unbelievable. My husband went down to the desk and they said they were aware and someone would go right up and deal with it. I finally fell asleep at about 11:30 with ear plugs. The noise stopped sometime around that time. They charge a pet fee and our dog never made a peep……perhaps they should be charging fees for noisy families. And by the way, the jumping above has resumed this morning. We can't check out soon enough!

Nice rooms, attentive and welcoming staff, along with breakfast room included. Would recommend and would stay here again. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave on the room and especially a comfortable bed. Used the fitness room, small but functional.

Checked in just after midnight as where traveling late. Hotels where all pretty well booked up. Room cost $200 which was a bit high but also is grey cup week. Room was nice. Bed was very comfy. Overall decent place to stay other then the price for the night

This spot is just off the highway, lots of parking nearby. Very quiet spot , breakfast was good. Coffee in lobby is Good. McDonald's and Esso nearby. The front desk staff was professional and helpful !

BW is always our favorite choice for cleanliness, quiet and good beds this time we were not disappointed I always love to bring in dinner so love the microwave and the counter space there was for food prep. Always a perfect home away from home and that makes travel way more comfortable

Booked 2 weeks in advance and pre registered the day beforehand. I arrived in the evening and was given a room that stunk like a wet dog. Why would they possibly have given me that room when i booked so far in advance. Only two answers possible that I can think of: stupid or don't care. I was offered another room and when I hauled all my luggage there i discovered the toilet didn't work!! They said they had no other rooms. I left and booked a comparable hotel for much less money. In fact all comparable hotels were as much as 40 percent less. This place is definitely not “Best” and certainly not “Plus”.

the hotel was very close to everything we needed. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean with comfy beds. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices . We went to the RPMC Museum that is really worth going too and the Science museum is great for kids

This best western is really nice, all ameneties available. The hot tub wasn't very warm however and we found the beds ok, not as comfy as typical best western but that could just be because they are ready to be replaced. The front desk fellow was super friendly, funny and helpful, he made us feel right at home.

Quiet hotel. Very overpriced even though I am a BW Diamond Member. Evening desk clerk was not helpful in finding a place to park. The king bed seemed to have a broken box spring resulting in a “valley” in the middle of the bed. Mentioned this in the morning but was met with indifference. Breakfast was good.

The hotel has great staff and they are all extremely friendly. They always welcome you with a smile. The room was clean and everything was operational. The internet functioned pretty well also. I will definitely be back when needed.

When we entered our room, both my wife and I immediately (more my wife than me) smelled a strange odor like microwaved fish. We tried to fix this problem on our own, to little avail. Hence, the first impression was not the greatest. Otherwise we were pleased with the room and the various amenities offered by the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. In time, this hotel should look into updating the facility.

Beautifully managed Hotel with great staff! We stayed for 5 nights and never had a negative issue with anything. We were made to feel very comfortable from check in to check out! I would certainly recommend this Hotel as one of the best.

Spent 2 nights in this newly finished property. Single king room had lots of space. A couple clerks at the front desk were great--others, so-so. Located on the east side of Regina with a lot of other hotels. The first night we stayed, we used loyalty program points. The clerk asked to make a reservation on our credit card for $100 for "incidentals." Been a while since I paid for a BW room with points so didn't think much of it. When I checked in for the second night, the bill again included $100 for "incidentals." Never have been asked for such a charge, even temporarily, when paying for a room. Ironically, I used my Discover card which the card machine took but the next morning at checkout, I was told, the Discover wasn't taken and so paid for the room with my MasterCard (but no $100 for incidentals). Don't know what was going on but will be watching my credit card bills closely. Set a slight negative tone to the stay.

We only stayed 1 night, so we didn't use a lot of the amenities. The room was clean, though it should be updated. The fridge was unplugged, which we unfortunately didn't discover until the next morning when the items we put in there weren't cold. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs were sitting on parchment paper and they were really wet and soggy and the paper was all mixed in with them. Not the best stay for us.

We arrived ~11pm to nobody at the front desk. They knew we were coming b/c they called us a few hours previous to see if we were still coming or if they should give away the room. When we saw nobody was there, we phoned, we looked around, we knocked on a door behind the desk, then we waited. After ~10 minutes, somebody finally appeared. He said he was fixing the air conditioning (bad sign) and couldn't find the “be back in 10 minutes” or whatever sign. I wondered why he didn't just stick a paper on the desk saying he would be back soon. Just so we wouldn't be wondering if we were going to be sleeping in the lobby. It was kind of hot in the room, but then the AC started working so that was good. There was a nice little kitchenette in the room with fridge, coffeemaker and microwave which we didn't use. The breakfast-worst is ever seen at one of these hotels. Tiny little eating area, with overflow to a meeting room which we had to sit in. Horrible eggs and hash browns. There was a mostly empty cabinet which should have had muffins, maybe bagels etc. and this was at ~8:15. Occasionally I saw something additional in there. I think they put just a few in at a time. Maybe they thought people would take too many if there were lots there, I don't know. And unfriendly, unhelpful breakfast attendant. Overall, would definitely choose somewhere else to stay next time we're in Regina.

Front desk staff extremely rude and unprofessional, breakfast staff had no clue as to what they had even though they had a sign saying ask us about certain dietary options. Room was satisfactory location was convenient.

Room was clean and staff were friendly; however, the intetnet was horrendous (0.5mbps - 4mbps download speed). You can't even make a phone call over the internet. Too bad. BWI internet support attempted to reset the routers but this did not change anything. I only place this review so low because I have never been to a Hotel with such poor internet service. Otherwise a clean, friendly hotel.

We stay here once or twice a year on cross-prairie trips because it's easy to get to, quick to check in and out, has great service and terrific breakfast. It's close to shopping centres and restaurants, and located for a quick departure from Regina. Rooms are clean, quiet spacious, have all the amenities.

As a single parent of 3 boys I had never contemplated bringing my large dog to a hotel with us before. Fortunately this time I had no choice!! We live 3 hrs away & had a surgery scheduled for 7am on a Tuesday & no one was available to dog sit. Thanks to Best Western Regina, we don't ever want to stay in a hotel without him again! Best Western does not have a weight limit for pets or a bunch of ridiculous additional fees & unlike the majority of hotels I called, they don't charge extra per child!! The staff was lovely, breakfast was amazing & everything was incredibly convenient! 24hr sweet shop right next to the front desk, pool entrance right next to the front desk as well as breakfast. I've never felt so safe in a new place to allow my teens to go by junk food in the middle of the night as well as going for breakfast & a swim by themselves in the morning. We were a 10 min straight shot from the surgical center, 10 min straight shot from a dog park & even when I took my dog outside at the hotel, I was only maybe 20ft away from our rooms windows. I'm an adult with ADHD & anxiety with children cut from the same cloth, as well as having a 5yr old who's possibly autistic. Leaving the house can be a stressful whirlwind adventure in itself. Everyone feeling safe & secure & within reach is huge for our crazy little family. Our brief stay had an everlasting impact! Best Western will always be my first choice wherever we go from now on, & we will NEVER go without our dog again!

After driving from Winnipeg then taking the time to visit the RCMP Training barricks and museum this Best Western was a welcome sight . Upon check-in and a short discussion with the gentleman on the desk it was interesting that he even knew where our home of Tiny Ontario was as he lived in the neighbouring town of Penetanguishene. The hotel is very very nice , clean ,well appointed and our room was roomy and comfortable . The pool area was nice with alot for kids to do . Planning on staying here again later on in the month on our way home .

Great hotel! Breakfast is equal to a restaurant meal! Beds and bedding are super comfy, rooms are huge! Has a fridge for drinks or snacks, staff were very helpful! Lots of parking! Right on the east end - easy to get anywhere in the city form here! Will definitely stay here again!

We were very tired from packing up a 26' uhaul and driving from Winnipeg to Regina. Soooo nice to find a clean (very clean) room. Comfy beds and a hot shower. Staff were present but not invasive. Nice place to stay. They allow a small pet too. My only question is why can't we have good coffee in these hotels?

I would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were very clean, staff was extremely helpful, the breakfast was fabulous and parking was great and location was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and rooms had a fresh clean smell. Front desk staff were fabulous

We were travelling across the country and needed a pet-friendly hotel. Our room was huge, well appointed and very clean and comfortalbe. Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Really enjoyed the hotel.

I have stayed here many times. In the past it was a very good stay. This visit I was very disappointed. My shower ran out of hot water, I was in a room next to a barking dog, and there was only one trolley for the entire hotel on a busy night.

This hotel was just ok. Everything was reasonably clean however there was a lot of stuff that needs repairing. The curtains in our room were ripped, the lock on the bathroom didn't work, 3 out of 4 reading lights didn't work and when we went to use the shower there was no hot water only luke warm. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok but it was a very small space with lots of people so it was very crowded. It made due in a pinch but I don't think I would stay here again.

The pool has so much chlorine that my kids all ended up sick. We didn't even bother swimming the last day because of it. We were coughing and our eyes were burning sitting at the pool while watching the kids. It was so hot in the pool area as well. If you are looking for a weekend getaway to swim choose somewhere else. Fitness room had no free weights (dumbbells). There was a treadmill, elliptical, bike, a combo weight machine and a cable machine that was not able to be used for most exercises as the carabiner clips were all missing. Disinfectant wipes were empty all three days we were there. Beds were okay but the pillows were horrible. Some of ours were shaped like beach balls and others were hard and lumpy. Dogs barked constantly during our stay. A family left their dog in their room while they went to eat breakfast early in the morning and it barked the entire time so no sleeping in for us. Not the hotels fault but just added to the disappointing stay. We were planning to stay another night but decided to check out and go somewhere else so our kids could enjoy a better pool.

My cousin and her 3yo daughter was checking in before me and this was clearly stated on my reservation. But upon arriving at the hotel they were denied entry to the room for an hour even though that had payment for said room. As I was 4-5 hours behind them, she had to call me in tears saying that they would not let her in our room and that she and her daughter may have to sleep in their U-haul. I had to call them myself and was told that the issue was that there was no credit card on file, when my credit card most definitely was on file as that is how I made the online reservation. It took me having go tear into the front desk person to get her into our room. Incredibly unprofessional, go to the many other hotels in the immediate area for better service.

This property is very conveniently located for travelers needing a stopover... or for those guests who are looking for a getaway close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is fantastic that they are pet friendly!

The chlorine in the pool was so strong that both my kids broke out in rashes that burned and were inflamed. The chlorine was so strong I constantly coughed when in the pool area. Another mom had also said to be careful in the whirlpool area as they had cut their feet.

After a negative experience at a competitor's hotel, and with another night left in our trip, we made the midday move to the Best Western. Anthony at the front desk made it a seamless transition, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great welcome. Our upper floor corner room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was ample, and with options of added covid precautions of taking it up to our room to eat if we wished. We will definitely be back to stay again. This was a wonderful location (for us) on the east side of Regina. Easy access to Ring Road and lots of shopping and eating nearby. Thank-you again to Anthony and the rest of the staff for their clean and welcoming location.

An excellent travel experience. Took out my family and had an awesome weekend. The pool and waterside was great because it could accommodate my 5 and 10 year old. The hot breakfast was also a huge factor in our stay. It was awesome! We'll definitely be back. Big thumbs up to Eastgate Best Western!

Property is average for decor and amenities. Breakfast is complimentary, but selection is poor and not socially distanced if that is important to you. Staff are generally fine but won't go out of their way to be pleasant or helpful H

Hotel is very nice. Rooms were not how the use to be before the pandemic, but still clean! Breakfast was not bad, waited to get fresh hash browns and sausage, but on the plus side it was very good because it was so fresh! Our child loved the pool area, the slide, and swirl pool! Even had to go back in the morning!!

Hotel was clean and well kept. Only issue was the pool and waterslide weren't working which was a big reason why I chose this hotel. Looking in to the pool seems like a better than average waterslide. Rooms and hotel was clean and good stay otherwise.

It was ok for the night. Certain things needed attention and I'm sure they were fixed. The building inside and out were clean and very acceptable. The only meal served was a continental breakfast in the breakfast room. The breakfast food was very plentiful and very good assortment.

Good only because it's winter time and had teams for sports, go early for breakfast because there were quite a few kiddies and they took their time and wasted food. Not impressed due to Covid, too many people up all at one time!

King room with kitchen was so great and pet friendly too. Close to the exit on the ground floor. Room was super quiet, clean and had everything we needed. Close to some decent takeout restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Great hotel with easy access to the Trans Canada highway.

THIS is a very nice BW close to the trans canada highway. the property looks great. the internet was good. the room was very nice size and well appointed. the shower head was also very nice. will stay here next time we go that way.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. We were in Regina to attend the football game which started at 5:00. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early. All in all our stay was enjoyable and we will stay at this hotel again

We were greeted by a terrific front counter person. This hotel like many others lacks in a few areas that are important to me as a traveler. First there's too much light in the room as there are only blinds not curtains with blinds. I like a room with at least a bottle of water. There was no shampoo. The hallway was noisy but that because it was busy. The breakfast was great, great variety and choices. Upon checkout the person at the front desk was slow and seem disinterested. I can't imagine them handling a big rush to checkout. A simple "thanks for staying with us" would have gone a long way.

We rented a pet friendly room but I think they for got to change the sheets on one bed as they had dog/cat hair all over them. They gave me sheets to change them myself but didn't want to provide any compensation. Not going to be back.

My family and I went to the Best Western Eastgate specifically to have a quick overnight vacation and use the pool with our two young children. Check-in service was polite and quick, room was great, breakfast was great. We love this hotel and come often. This stay was very disappointing. We headed straight for the pool to find out the hot tub, mushroom and whirlpool had an electrical failure and wouldn't be repaired during our stay. The waterslide was also not in operation and the pool was circulating ice cold water. We were told a pool attendant would be starting shortly to turn on the slide, but if we wanted to leave the hotel and get a refund, we only had 20 minutes to do so. Although very disappointed, we opted to stay because we didn't want to haul the wet kids back to the room and pack up and find another hotel at 7 pm. The next morning we headed back to the pool to use the waterslide only to be informed there was no pool attendant on staff until 3 pm, after our checkout. The only towels available in the pool area were HAND TOWELS. We were so frustrated and wish we would have been informed of the pool issues prior to check in. I requested a manager call me to discuss any options we may have as we paid substantially more money to stay the the BW compared to other hotels available in Regina. I haven't heard from any manager and am thoroughly disappointed. I'm not one to normally complain, and am usually understanding of unavoidable issues, but your guests need to be advised.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE !!! HORRIBLE !! BAD !! NOISY !! SMELLY !!you would be better off sleeping in your car !! We travel Hotels twice every week so we are experienced travellers .. To start with on our verbal reservation we requested a quite room upper floor on our arrival we were shown a room that had no less than 12 pieces of Noisy hotel HVAC equipment just feet from our window and the noise literally travelled through the walls the noise was like being inside a production factory so we declined the room then were given the room next to it which faced the same equipment moving to the third room it was same facing east even closer to the mechanical distaster so why does the staff give a customer bascially the same three crappy rooms in a row within minutes that all have the same problem ( well its because no other suckers would take these rooms is why they were vacant ) we then suggested any room since the front desk could not comprehend the problem we ended up in room 306 this is known as the woodpecker room !! we watched TV for a few hours then settled in to goto sleep or so we thought once the ambient noise of the TV was gone the woodpeckers came out so it was like a woodpecker was hidden within the walls of the room EVERY TIME an adjoining room would above below or beside we were able to determine that the plumbing pipes in the wall would make a hammer sound like a woodpecker in behind the shower this went on all night night long !!! along with this magic the door closers on the rooms have not been maintained properly so that each door SLAMS every time someone leaves the room this goes on ALL NIGHT as each smoker leaves to go outside to smoke all the doors slam slam slam all night long ....lets go out side and smoke all night who puts the designated smoking area right on the main entrance of the walkway to enter into the hotel ( NO BUFFER ZONE ) why would a hotel want to great its guests with open ice cream pails full of dirty smelly cigarette buts just plain gross....now lets continue around 1 am after the woodpecker in the wall has rattled the water pipes no less that 100 times i called the front desk to say we are not getting sleep after all thats what we paid for isnt it we spoke to front desk clerk that had problem solving skills of a piece of wood Long story short we asked to speak to manager who front desk clerk said he couldnt give name or say when manager worked gave our number been 3 days now no call

I booked a 2 bed room on first floor Then I check in and we went to my room, The front desk did not great. My room was right beside the furnace room, there was a lot of humming sounds coming from the furnace room Please don't ask for room 101 Then I went to front desk ask for different room I wanted to still have a 2 bed room but she said I would have to move to the fourth floor, that wasn't good enough, I decided to my original room on the first floor with 2 bed right next to the furnace room. They didn't even offer me a discount or a suite room, or a free night. In the pool area, the swirl and hot tub didn't work, I was so disappointed. Also The only two lights in the pool area worked The room was very clean the beds were comfortable they have great pillows, they have big rooms, and they pool area was clean. The hash browns were very soggy and taste-less They had a excellent continental breakfast otherwise. they even had water and coffee all day in the Lobby and This not best western I have contacted Best Western office to tell the about My bad stay I usually have great stays at best western hotels

While the location and amenities were fine, due to plumbing noise throughout the night, we couldn't get a good nights sleep. Called reception twice and were advised that they would look into the problem. They didn't, nor did they compensate us in any manner for the inconvenience. They advised that they would contact us when they investigated the issue. They haven't. We paid top rate for a substandard hotel experience with no response from the hotel staff. Well, at least we got an early start to our day.

The pool was quite cold, the water slide worked but the whirl pool and mushroom shower does not, the hot tub also did not work and I was told “they needed to add chlorine” you would think that would be to just add some and do their testing but in the two days there no one even tested the hot tub… the rest of the hotel is very good the staff is nice and the rooms are great

What can I say? Only good and wonderful remarks. Our room was so clean. The bed was very comfortable, though I never like hotel pillows. We did not hear any noise from other rooms or outside. The breakfast was amazing. Both my daughter and myself are gluten free, it was nice to have toast to go with our food. Overall a great stay at a great hotel.

You may pay slightly more for this hotel but you will be very pleased! Everything was excellent. Service, cleanliness, clientele, we had no issues at all. Previously we chose a hotel for a lesser rate and regretted our decision. We won't make that mistake again! Thank you Best Western Plus for your continued excellence!

Beware of conditions for Waterslide use. Water slide can only be used if a Pool attendant is available. Pool attendant must be called and remains to supervise you the ENTIRE time while you use the slide. Attendant took 20 minutes to arrive and looked very inconvenienced to be there. I asked him if he had to remain at the pool, he said yes and that it gets really boring for him to have to stay here. AWKWARD- we cut our swim time short after 10 minutes. Next morning we decided to try again hoping for a different staff - NO STAFF available so no water slide access. We were told that Pool attendant is only scheduled on later shifts. MISLEADING - we chose this hotel specifically for the waterslide and the BW title. Website should state that Waterslide is subject to availability and not guaranteed. If you don't care about the waterslide then there are positives-Hotel is clean, renovated and safe. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good for an included option.

We travelled for my daughters birthday. Asked for hotel to leave a special note to celebrate and they obliged. We appreciated that all staff is still masking. Room has a fridge, microwave and comfortable beds. The furniture that housed the fridge had been damaged in the past and poorly repaired making it look dirty. It wasn't and was not the fault of cleaning staff. We didn't have sufficient coffee mate for the hot beverages provided and would have enjoyed a better selection of non coffee beverages, will request next time. We stayed when a Riders game was on. Had we realized we likely wouldn't have come to town as it was more crowded than we expected (not hotels fault) Overall the hotel was ok for the money spent. Had wished there was movie options or something, especially as they had a microwave to “pop popcorn” as our child said. Good location, clean, decent. In my opinion just ever so slightly overpriced.

This hotel is close to other amenities. Although it appears to be dated, it is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. All in all, this hotel is good value and i would certainly recommend it

Terrific location for road trip travellers with easy access off the trans Canada. Hotel was very clean and well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. Of all our hotel stays during a drive across the country this was definitely the most comfortable sleep we had. Staff were helpful and polite and the room was appropriately priced. We would definitely stay at this specific hotel again.

We were told when we checked in that housekeeping would only be every third day, but there was no housekeeping on day 3. I asked for housekeeping the morning of day 4, but the room had not been made up by dinner time. When I complained I was told that it would "probably been done tomorrow". I stated this was unacceptable and demanded a reduction on the room rate, so that evening the staff had made the bed and left clean towels, but they had not replenished the coffee supplies or shampoo and other bath amenities. The free breakfast is what you expect from any 2 or 3 star hotel, nothing special but it starts your day. On three of the five mornings we were there the bread and bagels were moldy, obviously the bread box was unsanitary and had not been cleaned in a very long time. The supposedly clean cutlery had bits of food and stains on it, you have to pick through the cutlery tray or use plastic to get clean utensils. We were told the water slide was not available because they did not have a lifeguard, yet this amenity continues to be advertised on their web site. Apparently responsible adults in the pool area are not enough. We were on the third floor, the wi-fi was intermittent, never more than 2 bars. The staff as a whole were lackadaisical and uncaring.

This is a new hotel on the eastern edge of Regina. The room was extremely clean and very well maintained. We travelled with our family dog and there was a nice walking area behind the hotel. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food including hot food. The hotel was also quiet and we had zero issues throughout our stay. The only problem we had during the entire stay was the absolutely terrible WiFi. Watching any sort of streaming material was completely impossible and even simple web browsing or email was intensely frustrating since you often had to move devices to find a sweet spot with signal - and those spots kept changing and moving. When this was reported to the hotel the response was that the WiFi struggles to deal with the number of guests but the hotel was clearly well below capacity throughout our stay and the fact that they are aware of it clearly suggests that they do not intend to fix it. If you do not care about WiFi this is a great hotel but if you are e.g. on a business trip and need WiFi to work from your room at all this hotel is not a good choice for you.

I spend about 100 nights a year in hotels and this one has a horrible TV line up. You can forget about streaming netflix or something to make up for it as it also comes with the worst internet service I have seen in 15 years. I did call to complain and was told they would look into it and I never heard back. Certainly does not measure up to the + rating at all.

Everything was very good with our stay. We had no problems with anything. The food was amazing. There was lots of different options! The pool was great! Love that it was also pet friendly hotel and everything was clean!

Brand new building ,clean and quiet. beds are very confortable to ensure a very good rest. lots of parking spots. the facility is patrolled by security guard constantly so your vehicle will be safe. Nothing negative to say about this place.

The Best Western Plus was a comfortable stay with large rooms, a kitchenette and amenities to make the visit enjoyable. The lobby is clean and inviting and the pool has special features enjoyed by the whole family.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. I travel with my dog every year from BC to Manitoba, and stay at the Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites, and it's so convenient for me. I always get a room close to the end hallway door, which is easy access to load/unload from the car, and take my dog out at night. The room is always spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable.

We have stayed at dozens of best westerns across north America and this one was a sincere disappointment. From the start, the front desk clerk (Andrew) did not have a bit of p.r. skills and appeared not eager to be doing his job. He did not welcome us back as front desk clerks have always done, along with a thank you for being a loyal bw member. He didn't offer points or water or anything. Next we needed a luggage cart (4 suitcases and 2 coolers) and there was none at the door. I asked where I could find one and he advised me that they must be on one of the floors. I took the elevator to each floor to look down the halls but couldn't locate one so we had to haul our luggage and coolers to the 3rd floor ourselves. I had a $25 gift card to apply to my bill so I asked if I could apply it in morning when checking out and was assured I could. In the morning the girls at checkout were unable to use the gift card as I had checked off "express checkout". I certainly wouldn't have if I had been told that was the procedure. The girls were able to credit what I had been charged and reduce my bill by the amount of the gift card and re-charge me. This process took about 10 minutes. Not much but shouldn't have been required at all. On a positive note, the room was clean but the air conditioner wasn't keeping up. In +30 temperatures, that is a must. I will continue to be a loyal BW customer however was very disappointed in this stay.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The pool was open and the kids had a blast. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay at a Best Western again. The beds were very comfortable!!

I spent 3 years on the road for business and 40 years using hotels/motels for leisure off and on. This was one of the nicest hotels I've been in. Nice entry, well laid out lobby. Huge room, nicely furnished and laid out. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. With Covid-19 protocols and restrictions I can't say enough about the staff!

I stayed for one night with my dog. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was safe that is really appreciated. Staff kindly approved a late check out that accommodate my trip schedule. Very nice experience. The front desk lady in the morning was really friendly.

Very nice hotel. Clean and modern. Kids appreciated the pool. Kitchenette Room was generously sized and well appointed. We have a pet dog and appreciated the pet friendly room options. Note the room was on the second requiring an elevator.

I like to stay at Best Westerns as they are all consistant with service, ammenities and rooms. Easy check in and check outs. This hotel is in a great location with easy walk to restaurants. Lots of parking.

With travel away limited due to covid restrictions a get a way was needed. Called ahead and found out pool and hot tub were open. They were offering hot breakfast also. Nice decor, close to restaurants, great staff

An average property that looks like it is closed for good due to Covid-19. Dark lobby, breakfast room cordoned off with stacked chairs - does not look welcoming or professional. Rooms are a bit dated, and cleanliness could be improved. Perhaps their clientele is typically male oil & gas industry, carpets are in need of cleaning and furniture is shabby. Televisions are older and channel selection is very limited. Nicest thing in the suite would be the wall-mounted make up mirror in the bathroom.

From Check in to check out it was a very Pleasant experience with a very efficient and experienced Staff, Wanda the manager was really Great and the front desk was very accommodating, Housekeeping was excellent. Thank you Guys, and Best Western. Keep up the Great Work.

Hotel was in a Great location, having everything you need all around within 10 mins drive. Costco, Walmart, a few restaurants to choose from, all the big box stores. The staff were extremely friendly. During covid, we weren't sure what to expect but everything was great. The pool and hottub were open with using our masks of course. The breakfast was a bag one but they even had hot food, egg and sausage's burritos with a muffin, bottle water and an orange. Will definitely be staying here again!!

We passed through Regina in the midst of the pandemic and were nervous about staying anywhere. Well, our family had NOTHING to worry about while staying at the Best Western Eastgate Hotel. They were amazing, following all protocols, and even provided a grab and go breakfast, that included homemade granola bars and muffins! When I inquired about the breakfast, I was informed they were actually made on site! The room was spotless and we were informed no other travellers had been in the room for more than 3 days. The were plenty of hand sanitizer and all covid measures were being adhered to. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Room was as we had booked.....king, pet friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. We were right next to an exit door on the ground floor so it made it easy to take the dog out. Nice pet walking area behind the hotel with a garbage can for waste. COVID protocol appeared to be followed. Bagged breakfast, however, was not to be desired. Appreciated the bottled water but the banana bread was as hard and dry as possible so inedible. Apples were bruised and who wants a chewy chocolate chip bar for breakfast unless you are a child? Glad we had muffins in the car.

This is the only place I stay when coming to Regina. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and their pandemic protocols made me feel extremely safe. I've been hesitant to travel the past few months, but the precautions this Best Western has taken were great. I was in a rush when I checked out and loved my bagged breakfast that I could eat on the go! Thanks to all the staff for another wonderful stay!

Unfortunately not a positive review. The hotel had lost my reservation but did provide a room. Unfortunately it was not ideal. Air conditioning came on that could not be adjusted except by unplugging the unit. The room did not have a useable shower. In spite of COVID several people were wandering around without masks. Disappointing

As we entered the hotel this evening the appropriate signage in the door said MASK REQUIRED We made sure our masks were on . Sadly, 3 different guests in front of us did not have masks on . The front desk clerk did not say or do anything. He did not suggest the guests go out and get their masks on nor did he offer them a complimentary mask. Stores and restaurants will not let you enter if you are not masked . The hotel needs to be much more proactive in enforcing the safety of all their guests . If a guest arrives with no mask either OFFER them a courtesy mask or ask them to leave the building to go get their mask.

Not what we expected. Booked a King suite through air miles and paid top air miles thinking we would get a very nice room for our anniversary. When we saw the room and the bagged breakfast the next morning, we decided not to stay the second night. (We were given a room, not a suite as booked, and told it was because of Covid quarantine of the king suite. )

Some minor issues with room, the TV remote's batteries were dead, one call to the front desk and replacement was at my door within a minute. COVID breakfast in a bag is lackluster. Cellophane wrapped nut bar of questionable content, a similarly wrapped rock-hard muffin, a Red (not so) Delicious Apple and a bottle of water leaves one with a sour, final thought from what was an enjoyable stay.

Try and get a cup of coffee in the morning. Nada, forget about it. I asked how come no coffee or tea as every Best Western I have stayed at during his trip offers it and they said 'it depends on the management'. Well that is poor Management in my opinion. Not happy.

The hotel has implemented many Covid procedures to keep you safe. Generally, they did a good job concerning the pandemic. Room was a typical Best Western with no surprises. It was very clean. Breakfast was a disappointment as they only provide as a bag to go. Did not use any other facilities. I would stay here again if passing through Regina.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very good at social distancing and were friendly. Instead of a breakfast, there was a grab and go bag. It had a banana, a granola bar and a muffin. Considering what the breakfast would have been, if things were normal, there would have been more. The muffin was tasteless, dry and hard. Not very impressed. I have to travel to Regina again in a couple weeks and will look at another hotel because of this. Not very “Plus” in my opinion.

This hotel is the best place. It's the only place we stay when we're in Regina. It's always spotless and the staff is great. And the beds are extremely comfortable with good pillows. Always have a great sleep here.

This is a newer hotel on the east side of the city. It is very quiet, clean and comfortable. If you have children, make some time to enjoy the pool. Mine had a blast. We went in as two families and were able to get two suites side by side which made it excellent as we could keep our doors unlocked as we visited back and forth.

Stayed at this hotel recently on a family get with another family. Both families had kids in the 5-9 range. The BW Eastgate is a modern property and very family friendly. Rooms are of moderate size with a small kitchenette including a full fridge, stovetop, microwave and sink. The rooms are well maintained and certainly clean. There is a nice pool area with a small waterslide, pool, hot tub and swirl pool. The pol was great for the smaller kids but maybe a little dull for older ones. Breakfast was provided daily and was your typical BW Plus Breakfast with certainly enough options to keep everyone happy. Certainly was well priced very reasonable and a more than satisfactory property.

Clean room, very comfortable bed. Good service. Provided excellent advice of where to eat locally.. Had a full house with young kids hockey tournament , everyone well behaved, made for a nice stay. Would stay again.

My youngest son found dirty patties. When my wife phoned the front desk. They didn't seem to care took they time coming to clean them up, and offered no apology's or discount. I will never stay there again. Plus it will hard for our family ever to book at a best western again!!

The arrival and registration was quick. Room was great and clean. The place was full from ringette teams and yet was pretty quiet. Pool and water slide was great for family. We would recomment this place for family and friends.

Nice clean newer hotel......nice beds and linen in a comfortable room! Tried to have both night front desk and morning front desk explain and sign us up for rewards.....must not want rewards guests as I could have purchased the hotel easier than sign up for rewards:( Breakfast area and attendants were clean and pleasant......the processed food thats served is just not good. IT'S a franchise thing.....I get it but BW should change that! So all in all average.....for the rate paid.

In my opinion, as a Best Western PLUS property, it rates slightly above average. There is nothing special about it nor does it set itself apart from the comparable brands in the same vicinity. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and well appointed. The cable TV options barely exceeds basic cable programming. The lighting in the rooms is inadequate for my preference. I prefer bright spaces. All of the Front Desk Agents that I encountered were great! The Breakfast Facility uses PLASTIC NON-RECYCLABLE Utensils (I checked) and a mix of coated wax paper and porcelain dinnerware. Given today's environmental concerns this is unacceptable. Yet in the rooms they promote "Save Our Planet" for towels and sheets. A bit of a contradiction . . . . or am I the only one that has noticed the flaw in these policies?? I guess it is a way to save money! The property is easily accessible with good access to the ring road. There are numerous dining and entertainment options in the surrounding area. Shopping is abundant, the majority of the retail are big box stores. There is certainly nothing wrong with this property. I am sure that it has and will continue to meet the needs of many guests. I am just not a fan of the general location. TIP – Do not book a room near the Housekeeping / Maintenance facilities (on each floor). The self-closing hydraulic hinges are set very tight. If the staff are not paying attention (which they tended not to do) the doors to the facilities slam shut. For some unexplainable reason, the staff were in and out of this area surprisingly frequently. Don't expect to catch up on your zzz's or to concentrate on paper work. I realize my room location may be due to my late booking (7 days in advance, go figure) but some consideration from the staff would be appreciated and expected! If I was to have stayed an additional night, I would have demanded a move or stayed elsewhere.

Conveniently located on the east end of Regina, the hotel is a handy jump off point for onward travel out of the city on Hwy 1. There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance so you don't have to climb back into your car....a bonus in those minus degrees winter months. It is also a short drive back into the city Center. The rooms are large and comfortable and the front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable

Newer hotel with newer amenities but few options easily accessible for dinner within walking distance. Could us a bit more options in the exercise room as well. My only beef this visit was the lack of welcome by the front desk personnel. Got little more than a grunt upon check-in. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Great spot close to all amenities. Not to far from Downtown so it's definitely convenient if you're plans are in the city. Best place to stop if your just travelling through as well because it is right off the highway

This hotel is a very nice hotel. The amenities are wonderful, and the breakfast selections are exceptional. The beds are OK, but not as comfortable as a couple of hotels we have been to. Still, we had a good nights rest, and it was very quiet in the hotel.

Treated our grandson with a stay at the hotel. The pool area and water slide were perfect. Very happy with our stay. Staff were great. Couldn't ask for a better accommodation. Breakfast was good. Close to many restaurants .

We decided to get a room in the city to await the arrival of our latest grandchild. Since I've been a Best Westerner for years, Best Western Eastgate was my first thought as I had stayed there before. As always an excellent experience.

The room and hotel were very clean and in a good location for food and etc....... the only thing I have to complain about it when we got there we had to wait several minutes for the front seat clerk! I would definitely stay again!

Great hotel and good breakfast just need the pool to be a bit warmer. Try to get a corner room as they a a bit larger.Front desk staff helpful with getting my best western rewards and free night coupon and my 20$ discount.

This property gets better every time I stay there. The pool has 3 features including water slide, swirl pool and a mushroom fountain. The staff are friendly. Everybody from the GM to the maintenance staff are great to deal with.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly when I asked them to change my room. The room was clean and quiet. Good Internet connection. The free breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food. Not the best coffee

Without a doubt, a great place to stay. Conveniently located off the main highway and next to a vast selection of shopping and restaurant options. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The reception staff are terrific.

On my recent trip across Canada from Nanaimo to Montreal via the TransCanada Highway, I dediced to overnight at the BW Plus in Regina. Comfortable, clean, helpfull staff and reasonable on-site restaurant. Reasonably priced.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days. Large comfortable clean room. Room had fridge, micro and coffee pot. Liked that the beds had reading lights attached to head board on each side of bed. WiFi worked well. Reception courteous. A free daily newspaper was offered each day. Pool area clean with water slide ,water feature for children, and hot tub. Many restaurants, and shopping close by. Good hot breakfast with many choices. The small omelettes served the first morning were really nice. The next two morns were the awful fake scrambled eggs. Other than that breakfast was very good. Located on the east end of Regina just off trans Canada hi way Easy driving distance to Moose Jaw to take in “The Tunnels of Moose Jaw” Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will stay again.

First time in Regina we stayed at Best Western Eastgate. There are restaurants and pubs within walking distance with lots of shopping nearby. The room was huge and in good shape as it is a newer hotel.

We usually stay in Best Western Plus Hotels but found there were some issues with our stay. This was our first time at this hotel. The front desk staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and clean. One towel was dirty and our little hotel bottle conditioner was almost empty. The breakfast had good options but the one woman working there was overwhelmed on a long weekend. I had to clean off a table to find a place to sit and the second day there were no open tables and the overflow seating room wasn't open. I saw the woman clear a few dishes off a long table for a couple to sit but left dirty ones at the other end. I did hear noise from the pool in the morning. It was difficult to stay in the pool area for an extended period of time due to the chlorine.

We always stop here on our way through the prairies - usually twice a year. Great water slide & pool for my kids (ages 10 & 7), plus pet friendly for my 2 dogs (10lbs & 35lbs). Comfortable beds in good sized rooms. Easy access off the Trans Canada. Close to variety of restaurants & gas stations. Recommend!

I stayed 2 nights. Nice quiet stay. Clean room and I like the part with no carpets. Breakfast was the same ole same stuff nothing special. Location is at the end of edge of town with PLENTY of eating options very close. Even a few within walking distance.

Clean, great location close to T.C. hiway, shopping, theaters and and Costco. Easy access to downtown, arena and football stadium. Nice pool and waterside/fitness center. Does offer a good sized meeting room, that is quiet and easy to access. Good, pleasant staff.

Sure the rooms are clean and staff are friendly, but this hotel has the most PATHETIC water slide and pool I've ever seen. It's blatant false advertising, and certainly not worth the money we paid....

I have stayed here a couple times now. The hotel is always very clean, beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. The breakfast is one of the better hotel offerings I have experienced with a good variety for all. The staff are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The only thing to note is that it is a bit on the outskirts of town, with about a 5k drive downtown. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in Regina.

Stayed here for the Garth Brooks concert. The hotel is amazing. The staff were very helpful and approachable. The place is kept so clean breakfast was awesome . The room was clean and excellent bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel

Passing thru town. Easy access off TC1. LOTS of good restaurants nearby. Plenty of shopping. Nice clean place. Check-in was easy .fast, no problems. Warm cookies. Nice touch. Room was great. SUPER clean and nicely dressed out. We'll be back next time thru The Queen City, Regina. Kudoos to all staff.

Our room was big, modern and clean! They had cream puffs when we registered for the night, mmm! Also, citrus water was offered at check-in. We enjoyed the pool, it is loud in the pool area with kids screaming but I don't think rooms are adjoined. Fitness room was updated and clean. We left too early before breakfast but looked promising. Worth a stay. Fridge and coffee in room.

Regina, SK is the Best BW in the country. Clean as a whistle and the seniors rate is also worthwhile. BW is never a disappointment. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast which is included. Glad to be members. Thank you.

Staff were helpful and friendly and our room was great. The kitchenette was well stocked with pots and pans etc so you could actually use it to make a meal. The room was well laid out, We even fit a cot and a playpen so we could all stay together. Pool was great too. Really enjoyed our stay especially for the price!

Had an easy check in with pleasant staff. We were able to have our checkout extended which helped us a lot. Room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable. We participate in a couple of fundraising events each year. We will definitely we checking in again.

My daughter and I had ya great stay here while travelling to see my a graduation. Pool was fun for my daughter. The room we had was large, very clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and helpful.

If you're traveling with a pet, THIS is the place to stay. Good location and comfortable room--first floor, near the exit door as I requested. Best Western brand is now my choice for stays when traveling with my dog. But I would stay here even if not traveling with a pet.

I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation. It was a great place to stay and if I'm ever back in Regina I know where I will stay! The one thing that was really nice was the thickness of their towels and face cloths. Real pleasure to use. It is a nice quiet hotel, away from traffic and a great morning breakfast!

we like the pool here so that is why we stay. our air conditioner was super loud which sucked. we were on the main floor. I think room 109. we stayed May 30 to May 31, 2019. the back door did not lock properly which makes me feel really unsafe. I think if we stay again I will ask to stay on the second floor. If I recall my review from last year also stated that the backdoor did not lock properly. Hopefully this can be fixed before we return again. thank you

Easy check-in, clean and up to date rooms, and very comfy beds. Great pool for kids with a lazy river and a great wayerslide. Breakfast was pretty good unless you want gluten-free options. Fitness center offers adequate workout equipment. I'd come back.

I stayed here for a comic expo. Pros - This is a good hotel on the very east side of Regina. The rooms are a decent size for the price. The staff are very nice and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options. Cons - There was dirty laundry in the hotel for hours. Cleaning supplies were left in the bathroom of my room by the housekeeping staff. I would stay here again for anyone looking for a nice hotel in Regina. Recommend.

Plenty of food to choose from with breakfast.comfy beds and very clean rooms no noise from traffic wich was great .has a relaxing hot tub an pool with water slide water temp was perfect .also swift at check in and out would reccomend this hotel for famil or business trips .also i noticed was pet friendly so great for the hole family

We stayed in the kitchenette room and with 2 small kids it was great! Our favourite thing was the pool! A small slide into the main pool, a hot tub, and my absolute favourite the swirl pool! We will stay here again

Stayed one night on business at the Best Western Plus Eastgate and was impressed with every aspect of my stay. The staff were amazing and the room was spotless and perfect in every way. I will return without question next time I head back to Regina.

Very helpful staff especially front desk. Breakfast had a good variety.The hotel is showing wear especially walls and carpet.-not worth high price. Wifi very slow, water pressure in shower poor. Hot tub not working, vending machine out of order.

We always enjoy our stay at The Best Western. There is everything we need, friendly service and very comfortable beds. I love that there is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom! The staff are very helpful. I gave the sleep quality a 3 because the pillows weren't good for my neck.

Every time we stay in Regina we endeavour to stat at this hotel because of its central location, access to all directions, shopping convenience and the many excellent restaurants located nearby. We can not express our feelings on being made to feel that this was our second home.

There was a group of 24 of us who stayed for weekend to celebrate some birthdays, and the staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us. They allowed us to use the breakfast area/small conference room so we could all fit in one room together, as well as helping ensure everyone had the right rooms (one accessible room, one pet room, a couple king rooms and a couple double queen rooms). They even upgraded a few rooms at no cost! Breakfast had lots of options, and all were fresh. The pool was kinda cool, but our kids loved it anyways! We will definitely be back!

Typical of this brand, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Linens, towels, pillows, bed were all good quality. We had a king room which was quite large but the heat/air unit was very near to the bed causing some draft when it was running. Otherwise all good. The ham served at breakfast was incredibly moist and tender.

A 1 night stopover here, it was perfect. The pool is small, but perfect for families with children. Our room was next to the elevators which could be loud during awake times, but never woke us during the night. The breakfast nook is small for the busy times, but if you're an early riser then no need to worry about that.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. I enjoy the rooms -clean and bright. Nice size TV . Walking distance to some nice restaurants. I have stayed here a number of times. It is also convenient to a number of local attractions

Our stay was great it was very quiet , we stayed at the end of the hall on second floor. There were alot of guests staying here but it was very quiet., The staff were very nice and friendly, the beakfast was very good large variety of selections. Beds were comfortable.

As a family with young children, we really appreciated the kitchenette room. Dishes, dishwasher, utensils were all provided. The kids enjoyed the pool and Waterslide too. Breakfast was very good as well.

Easy access to this hotel located on the east side of Regina just off Hwy 1. Our king room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. We were right next to an exit door on the ground floor so it made it easy to take the dog out without having to go down hallways and through the lobby. I just wish they would put a garbage can out side the exit door. We clean up after our dog and we had to walk to the main entrance to find a garbage can. Hotel does charge a pee fee but they also give you a few dog goodies when you check in. Breakfast was good....lots of choice.

We've stayed here before. We like where it is located and the kids (6&4) love the pool and water slide. We also stay here because we have a pug that travels with us and the hotel is pet friendly. It would be nice if they could get better sausage but besides that the breakfast options are fine.

For my first impression of my first stay at this hotel was absolutely horrifying and never again will I be treated like that. They never fixed any concerns I had and they never listened and corrected anything I voiced my concerns

I travel all over the world for business and as I am making a trek across Canada with my little Bichon Frise' happened to book in here and am delightfully surprised! The hotel is 5 years old and the King bed room I'm in is spacious, well thought out in all the little details. My little dog has been warmly greeted with a little goody bag and their complimentary breakfast is delightful. This is honestly, one of THE best hotels I've stayed in and highly recommend. The staff are warm and the fellow at the front desk last night who helped me with all my luggage is a star and an awesome employee! Next time I'm in Regina - I'll be staying here!

Avoid this hotel if you are booking for a sports group! They will not cater to you. You will be repeatedly told to be quiet at any time of the day! One evening we reserved the meeting room and the coaches and girls were watching a movie and at the end of the movie there was a Christmas song that the girls started singing to and the staff rushed in and told them to be quiet. You could hardly hear them and this was at 8:00 pm. Unreal. I would like to see how this staff handles the Winnipeg fans for the Labour Day Classic football game! Very disappointed!

This hotel was great for our team. The pool was a big hit and the conference areas were nice to have for team meals and/or visiting. The continental breakfast was nice, lots of choices. The rooms are a good size and the beds were comfortable. Everyone had a great time.

Stayed here for a night on my way back to Winnipeg. Check in was rather painless, got to my room quickly, though I got there somewhat later in the evening. Room was probably one of the most modern I had in any Best Western this year. Lots of power plugs, lots of lights, perfect for computer nerds like me. I like how they use a mix of tiles and carpet in the room, gives a much more modern, clean and organized look/feel to it. My only gripe with the room really, is the microwave, it's set up way too high and it can cause hazardous situations, especially when handling liquids; being a short man, had to use the ottoman to put things in and out of it... and that was far from safe. Tap water is also a high scald risk and should not be drank. The windows do not open, which made things a bit more difficult for me. However, the temperature controller is probably one of the best I ever used in any hotel I been into in 2018, puts some luxury hotels to shame... however, the lack of windows that allow fresh air in is why I won't go back there, no other reason but this seems to be the norm in Saskatchewan; I guess the air quality is bad there. Been tough for me to find hotels with windows that open out here. My biggest gripe is how stressed this hotel made me and the lack of billing flexibility but the latter is the norm with most BW hotels; your stay, our way, this is no different. Busy too, holy smokes, busiest hotel I been to this year; want to feel like a number and not a person, this is the place for you. Took me a while to find adequate parking too but my vehicle is enormous.... this is another thing Saskatchewan is terrible in, parking... easier to park in Ottawa; which you'd likely believe the opposite. Service was OK, nothing spectacular, as with most BW hotels, don't expect hospitality educated nor highly professional staff; none were rude though. Rather tern and uninteresting, not the most friendly nor smiling either. Overall it's decent though I would not stay again due to the windows that do not open, poor billing flexibility and lack of parking room. Though the lack of billing flexibility is across the BW board. That said, I do recommend this hotel, I am just very picky and demand the utmost level service. The hotel is nice, clean, well situated and the rooms are good enough.... though don't expect top level service but the rooms are very nice, if you don't need windows that open and don't care about top service level, this should fit you well. Great location if you are just driving through, right off the highway and there are a few hotels in the immediate area if this doesn't fit your needs; though the whole area is very busy; a rare convenient location for hotels in city... and province in general. If you are picky, like me, then I suggest keeping looking or look in the outskirts, get out the city. Smell of chlorine in the lobby was slim to none, or at the very least, did not leave a nasty impression on me... though I still would not drink the tap water here. Security is ok, nothing drastic but I didn't feel at risk... again, no room safes; as most Best Western hotels. In the end, I slept well, which is rare I get a good night sleep in a hotel I never been to, for an overnight stay.... but the lack of fresh air gave me problems in the morning. However, I turned the AC on and was fine after a few minutes... though I find it stupid to use electricity when it could have been done naturally by opening a window for a minute or so. Sound proofing is rather lame compared to other BW hotels... similar to Thunder Bay, you can hear your upstairs neighbors a few doors down.

Attended a family function last weekend and stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The room was large and clean; everything worked and the place was clean. The beds were comfy and the room was made up promptly. We checked in a little bit early, but that was not a problem at all. Location is great; close to pretty much anything and just off Victoria (TCH 1) The breakfasts were good and they varied the menu somewhat each day; it was a real bonus to be able to grab a bite before we set off for the day. Parking (free) is just outside the building.

If you are in Regina, stay at this hotel. I have nothing negative to say about it. It was clean, comfortable, convenient location and the staff are great. We use the BW chain a lot because their reward program actually works. And the beds are so comfortable, I wouldn't mind having one at home.

Best western plus Regina Is located near good restaurants will enough parking place. The appearance of the hotel is nice as well as the decir of the guest riom. The bed quality is wuite good. It has a nice pool and water slide which is very enjoyable for the kids especially. The internet service is good too.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff during both check in and check out; nice, clean and spacious room (even though it was one of the standard rooms), good breakfast (served till 10am);due to my plans, I needed a late check out which they were happy to accommodate.

This is the third time staying at this hotel and it was great again. Pool was nice and clean, all systems were working fine. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I find the beds a bit hard, but not terribly uncomfortable. It's all in what you are used to. The dishwasher didn't work, but it was addressed by staff and didn't inconvenience me. The breakfast is better than your average one served at other hotel chains, lots of selection. There are different types of breads to toast, including bagels, plus there is fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereals, and hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausages, ham and tater tots. They are served buffet style, so they can be a bit dry and not very hot, but again, it's better than a lot of other hotels. The staff is courteous and very friendly.

Very good hotel. Friendly staff - especially their housekeeping staff. Breakfast was decent. But our room was fine and we got a good sleep. However, the fitness room was lacking. There were no free weights and it was a bit cramped. I would have rated this a 5 if there were free weights in the fitness room.

Very clean hotel, and it is pet friendly. The continental breakfast is just ok! I have stayed here before and will continue to stay when I'm passing thru.never used the pool or hot tub but it looked very nice

This is a very clean, comfortable, quiet hotel less than a block from the Trans-Canada Highway. Service is good and the rooms are beautifully appointed, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The room I stayed in had a king sized bed, convertible sofa, and a separate kitchenette. Breakfast includes hot foods such as eggs, sausages, and waffles with a variety of fruit toppings available. There are restaurants within easy walking distance. This is the nicest hotel I have used in the Regina area. It is an excellent choice for vacationers and for business travelers.

Helpful and friendly front desk staff. The room was clean, spacious and met our needs for amenities and quietness. Except for the heating/air conditioning unit. I had to get up and turn it off shortly after going to bed as it made an annoying thrumming/grinding sound when working. Fortunately, the weather was such that it was not needed. Breakfast was typical "free" fare. Mundane but filling. Would stay here again.

Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Used the pool and hot tub. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. I also liked that coffee and tea were available 24hrs. Great location close to the #1 highway, and walking distance to several food options.

Convenient location, friendly staff, comfy beds and free breakfast, plus they let us bring the dog. After several days on the road driving the Trans Canada to and from the family cottage, this is always a welcome stop. On the way there, it's our last stop before two weeks of sun, swimming and no showers. On our way back, the showers, beds and space are heaven on earth!

Everything about about this hotel is great ,staff,food ,pool,quite rooms and good location. Going for a visit in the Queen city or heading East or West and need to spend a night or 2 this is the hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed here, with the first being about 3 years ago. Its nice to see that nothing has changed. Very clean, modern, and well taken care of. The rooms are large and comfortable. Lots of places to park and easy access from the east side of the city. The water park is small but serves the purpose. The morning breakfast is very large and fresh, and most important there is a ton of seating. The open up meeting areas for extra seating because this place can be busy. Overall just an awesome experience and stay, we will be back again for sure.

We stayed at this hotel on the way back to Winnipeg from Calgary - with my two young children. We only had a couple minor issues but we really loved the hotel and the staff. The hotel was extremely clean, the beds were comfy, lots of room in the rooms (especially for a family). The pool was AWESOME. I love the waterslide (even ok for my 2 year old). There is a spray portion of the pool and a little lazy river sort of thing. The pool isn't extremely deep and there is lots of room. The only thing was that the current in the pool would pull the kids really close to the slide and I had to keep pulling my 2 year old away from the bottom of the slide. Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had (or that I remember anyways) - there were tons of choices, lots of hot food and it was all good. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and even joked around with us (nice touch... it is tough having kids on a trip) and they had cream puffs at check in (bonus) There were two issues but very minor - The high chairs in the breakfast room were very gross. Like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Might be good to regularly clean these down as I didn't want to put my 6 month old in one. Every part was covered in food/sticky stuff. We got a surprise at 7am when our alarm went off (I am guessing the last guest set it and no one reset it) Overall - a great hotel, great price for what you get and it is clean! Awesome pool, awesome service, nice rooms. I would recommend and I would also stay again.

We spent only one night at the Eastgate Inn & Suites. The room was very roomy, clean & comfortable. Staff at check in & out very professional & courteous. Restaurants & shopping very close to the Inn. Highly recommend this BWP!

We stayed here for 4 days in June. We were happy with all the amenities, the room was cleans, modern, the linens were new, the breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend to our friends.

This is a new hotel and we were very impressed with our room. Bathroom had a handicap bar, which came in handy as I had a soar back. The vanity was large. Lots of room for our things. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The pool and hot tub were great! The pool was shallow and was like a whirlpool . The slide was a lot of fun. And it was very relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of travelling. Would definitely stay in this hotel upon our return to the area.

This hotel was clean, friendly and around a lot of restaurants - i had a meeting on Albert Street and made it within 15 minutes. The only concern i had related to the wi-fi - it was down quite a bit but if you don't need it, that won't be a problem.

Stayed here with the family. Check in was smooth, staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good with a wide spread . Nice selection of tea. Even wraps, which made my daughter happy.

When we arrived the hotel still had rooms available. I was really pleased with the generous staff that had been helpful from the time we arrived. I will say that the rooms were extremely beautiful, comfy and very well clean. The shower in the room was nice and the greatest part was the bed. I slept like a feather. The beds were very well made and of course we had a big spacious room to roam. The breakfast was delicious and very good. I could not ask for anything better. The pool was really nice as well for the children and the water slide was awesome. Just saying if you need to stay this place is the one for you.

The location has ample parking, check in was easy and quick with staff that were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had a modern look. the breakfast has a large variety of items to choose from and is kept well stocked during the morning rush. The pool area is great for kids and families.

We hadn't stayed at a Best Western in awhile and decided to give it a try. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean, and the beds comfortable. For the price though, it's not overly impressive. The breakfast wasn't very good and the Wi-Fi cuts in and out constantly. It's odd that there's only one plug in beside the beds, and that it's so high up. It was just average, but I'd stay again if my favorite hotel chain wasn't available.

I got a good deal to stay at this hotel for the night to begin my visit to the city. The room was modern and very clean. The staff were very good as well. The property is easy to get to coming from the east into the city.

We had a wonderful stay, rooms were superb, the staff was superb and accommodating. In the morning they put out a fantastic breakfast. We stayed at the Super 8 in Regina and it was a disaster, rooms were not cleaned and no Manager to be found that could help with any problems, we were even accused of leaving the DND sign on the door, or maybe having a dog in our room, and we do not own a dog ?? or ?? and the DND was on the chair where I placed it when we left for the day to visit my dying brother. I do not recommend the Super 8. But I highly recommend the Best Western east side, far superior then Super 8.

This is a fairly typical suburban hotel, quite hard to find but, once you've found it, it turns out to be very good to excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and competent, our room was clean, spacious and well-equipped except for the lack of a safe. The beds are good, with firm mattresses. The complimentary breakfast is standard issue hotel buffet, with plastic utensils striking a somewhat jarring note. My wife used the small pool but said it is primarily intended for children. Parking is gratis. Recommended.

AN excellent hotel for the business traveler, I find the staff to be first-rate and the whole experience is top-notch. The rooms are well-appointed and the hotel is convenient for travel on the Trans-Canada Highway as well as north-south destinations within Saskatchewan.

This is the best one that I have stayed at. I use this chain for quick stays and long term projects. The staff here is regular and long term. That tells me something.... Gym equipment could be enhanced a little better. Location is good with lots of parking and Regina has some great restaurants. Stay away from the Transcanada HWY Strip near by and head down town.

I will frequently be travelling to Regina for work for the next year and had chosen this hotel as my hotel of choice. However, I will no longer be staying here and neither should you. I am a Best Western Platinum rewards member, but when I first checked in my membership was not acknowledged and I was not offered the choice of welcome gift or bonus points. This was unfortunate but figured it was an unusual mistake. However, when I checked in again for my second stay, my membership was again not acknowledged and I was offered nothing. This hotel advertises the rewards program all over the hotel, but then an actual rewards member is not even acknowledged or treated differently than a regular guest. I emailed the manager requesting that she please train the front desk staff and remind them to acknowledge rewards members and provide them with the benefits they are entitled to. The manager apologized and stated that this would be corrected in the future and asked me to give them another chance. As a result, I decided to give the hotel one more chance but the same thing happened again. For the third time in a row, my membership was not acknowledged and I was not offered the bonus points or welcome gift that I am entitled to. This was getting ridiculous so I emailed the manger again and this time got no response. I asked the manager what she would be willing to do to make this right and why I should give the hotel a fourth chance. Even though I am a frequent business traveller to Regina, the manager made no effort to keep me as a customer and didn't even give me the decency of a response. This just shows you how little they care about their customers. After this experience, I just did a status match with a different hotel rewards program and won't be staying here again. If you are a rewards member I urge you to AVOID this hotel and go elsewhere where you will actually be acknowledged and provided the benefits you are entitled to.

I liked my trip in Regina, the hotel staff were helpfull. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The hote is directly at the eastern exit of the city and I found every service less than 5 minutes away.

We always stay at the BW Plus so this was our choice. It was easy to drive to, just off Highway 1 and at the east end of a large shopping are\\. Check-in was efficient and our room was large. Beds were comfortable and the hotel proved 4 pillows per bed which is an added benefit. Breakfast offered a wide range of foods from cold cereal to eggs, ham, fried potatoes. enough to get on going for the day. My only concern was we like to sleep with an open window and this hotel does not have windows which open. One has to get used to the A/C or heating running all night depending on the temperature.

When I'm in Regina I always stay at this location. The hotel is fairly new. The staff are excellent and the rooms so comfortable. Breakfast choices are good. The location also caters to families with a pool and water slide.

Stayed with two kids ages 6 and 3. The pool and hotel were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is ideal to get you to everything you would like to do. HIGHLY recommend this hotel for any family!

Our usual place of stay, always clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, always quiet, great breakfast options included in stay, has a pool, and friendly staff! Will continue to return for years to come!!

So we stayed for three night and the facilities were average. The room was clean but the furniture did not suit the room. You entered the room and the washroom was on the left and on the right there was furniture from the front to the back end. The front desk staff were very indifferent, the heater / air conditioner would blow cold air onto the bed every time it turned on. As it was -10 and lower most of our stay it was giving us cold shoulder at night. We had maintenance look at it and they said it was user error. That night we also had cold shoulders.

We are currently stayin at this hotel and booked for another 2 nights, however if they don't upgrade and move us we will be checking out As soon as we opened the door to our room the smell of old smoke was over whelming. As soon as we turned on the shower the bathroom stench is insane. The door is bleeding nicotine. My eyes were glued shut this morning from it. The man at the front desk doesn't seem to concerned however we cannot sleep another night in this room it's terrible.

Newer hotel, very clean. Great location with the mall nearby. Great Breakfast with lots of selection. If I was travelling with two or three kids the pool is fabulous and I'm sure the breakfast alone is worth $50.

Clean, conveniently located, renovated, free breakfast! Everything you need. Pool area is small and the chemicals aren't properly balanced causing our girls to cough a lot, we had to leave the pool area after a short while. Other than that, everything was great and there's lots of conveniences around. I do think a restaurant or lounge in the hotel would have been a nice touch, but we'd definitely stay again!

This is a newer hotel. Well furnished and run. I stay here at least once monthly. It's a quiet property, great breakfast included, and staff look after you. Best Western has a great program for those with the Rewards Card.

I have stayed in Regina many times over the years on business but never at this hotel. I happened to check the Trip Advisor ratings prior to my trip and this place was rated #1 so I thought I would give it a try. Best decision I have made in a long time!! LOL! The people above all else are fantastic. Oh, by the way the hotel and my room was great as well, but it's the people that make this place special. Can't go wrong staying here. Will be back!!

Very nice large comfortable rooms! Bathroom a great size ad well! Befs were very comfortable! I have a slight issue with the noise factor from 0645 on...very frustrating every morning! Breakfast is better than most....very good! Its a bit high priced!

our stay is great. I asked for special request, balloons and cake, and Tammy was kind enough to do that for me. Various selections for breakfast! So many to choose from that I don't even know where to start. Pool was awesome! very kid friendly. I asked how much is the additional cost for kitchenette room and they even upgraded me for free. The room looks awesome! Clean and have all the things we need for our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a bonus to get a main floor pet friendly room close to an outside exit but when it also had a full kitchen, it was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet although the self-closing doors to the rooms are very noisy when they close. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of quality choices both hot and cold. A better complimentary breakfast I have not seen in a hotel in Canada. My only beef is that they charge a twenty dollar pet fee per dog. Our two dogs are well trained and quiet and sleep in crates so they make no more work for the staff. I can understand a small pet fee but per dog? This seems to be a new BW policy and I don't consider this to be pet friendly.

I'd recommend this hotel to family , friends . Very comfortable stay no problems what so ever . Very quiet and good for families . The pool is very child friendly , my kids had fun swimming . The free breakfast was great as well , many options .

We stayed at the Best western Plus Eastgate for one night (January 13, 2018). Check in was easy and quick even though we did not reserve ahead of time. The front desk people were very pleasant and eager to help us out. We choose a room on the fourth floor. The front desk advised us that a hockey team was on the second floor. they wanted to make sure that we were not disturbed. It was very much appreciated. Our room was lovely. It was very clean and tidy. It contained a king size bed, separate bathroom, large flat screen tv, mini fridge, microwave and closet with ironing board and hairdryer. The only thing that we noticed was there is a lot of grey ceramic tile when you first walk into the room. With snow and ice and gravel on our boots, it made the floor very slippery and dirty. It would have been nice to have a mat of some sort to catch the majority of the mess instead of having to track up the flooring. The pool area is an added bonus. We did not go into the main pool but we spent time in the hot tub. It was clean and appeared to be well kept. There were plenty of towels in the pool area so you did not need to bring one down from the room. We also saw a well equipped fitness area as well that looked down into the pool area. The hotel includes a very nice hot breakfast with your room. The hours were 0600 to 1000 hours each day. There was plenty of hot foot selections such as sausages, eggs, potatoes tots, make it yourself waffles with lots of toppings to choose from. I also saw a selection of breads and pastries as well as hot and cold cereal, juice and coffee and tea. Certainly more than enough selection for anyone. The food was kept hot and fresh by the breakfast attendant. Checkout was a breeze. I would stay at this hotel again if I am ever in Regina for any reason.

We spent one night here on our way home from Calgary. It's a very handy location for traveling on the TransCanada. The hotel lobby was very clean and decorated nicely for the holidays. The front desk people were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and modern. It was a perfect stay. Highly recommend it.

Rooms were very clean; I have a high sensitively to pet dandruff and cigarette smoke and I did not have a reaction. The staff (front desk check-in/check-out, cleaners and breakfast) were very friendly. Setting up wifi was effortless. We used up our shampoo/conditioner and cleaning staff were very courteous in providing additional bottles. No complaints from the wife or kids. Our family will be back.

Nothing good to say about this Best Western. I am a regular traveller of their hotels but this one is way below their standards. Room was dirty and noisy. I even complaint to the front desk about it they didn't want to do anything about the noise or changing my room. Totally unacceptable.

Breakfast had endless choices and they were able to accommodate my food allergies. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay their my next trip to Reginia l. The rooms were here roomy. My remote did not work.

nice location, awesome staff, nice continental breakfast, only disappointed in the coffee, was a cross between instant and Kuerig, in this day and age even McDonald's has moved on to better coffee. had a problem with heat in our room, someone came right up and when they couldn't get it to work promptly offered to move us to another room.

The room was ideal for our needs. Pool, waterslide and hot tub were enjoyed by the grandkids. Breakfast area was well-stocked and food delicious. Check-in and checkout were flawless. Everything clean, fresh and high quality. We would recommend this place and we will be back!

Very happy with my stay. Clean rooms comfortable bed. Quiet room. Adequate speed internet. And friendly staff. What more can a person ask for when staying away from home. They have pet friendly rooms. Didn't have my dog with me this time. But good to know for future stays.

Not a bad hotel. Beds aren't comfortable. Tubs are pretty small, but that seems normal for hotels. Good stay. The room I was given on check in had a strong perfume smell so they were able to switch me straight away.

Exceptional place to stay. Stayed here with group and had fantastic service and the rooms were large and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included had many different options and was very good.

We opted to stay here based on the TripAdvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. Prior to this we'd stayed at another hotel in Regina which has gone way downhill, and it was time to find a new one. We need a pet-friendly hotel, and it has to be convenient to the #1 highway, as we travel through Regina on occasion. This Best Western Eastgate is a great choice! Extremely clean, with large and nicely furnished rooms. It was a pleasurable room to stay in, and we will definitely be back next time! There are decent restaurants within walking distance, which is a bonus. One negative was the check-out process. The desk clerk seemed put out that I wanted to pay cash, when the card had apparently already been processed. He did reverse the card charge and I paid cash. It seemed strange because I'm used to hotels asking upon check-out, "Would you like the room charge on your card?" (or something similar), but in this case it seems they had already processed it as part of their express check-out. Also, we had a bright light outside our room window (I think we were room 119) and weren't able to block out the light sufficiently at night, but if you're not sensitive to light at night it wouldn't be a problem. Other than that no problems, and I'm happy to recommend this hotel!

We have stayed at this hotel previously. It has excellent staff that provide you with great assistance. Pool area is great for our grandchildren. The rooms are large and we stayed on the 4th floor and it was quiet. The breakfast was great with an above aver selection for food. Coffee was available all day. This is a great hotel for a family.

Would highly recommend this hotel as the BEST BEST WESTERN I HAVE STAYED IN __ CURRENTLY PLATINUM LEVEL of rewards so have stayed in many Best Western Hotels. The hotel s well run and the rooms seem very large as compared to other Best Western. I had a one bed King Bed. with lots of room. Room was supper clean.

The hotel is easy to access and the staff are friendly as well as very good at keeping the place clean. This is usually one of the two hotels we stay at do to some of the others in town not being very clean and possibly having bed bugs!

Great new hotel with great amenities. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. There was a great mix of hot and cold items. Great variety of fresh fruit and great coffee. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows

I always stay here as per location to my main office. Easy to get to.close yo stores etc. Water pressure could be better as I like a blast for a shower. Too bad thete isn't ice on every floor. Break fast is improving every time I stay.

Googled where to stay on our drive through. I was pleased with the location and reviews online so we decided to stay here. Front staff was lovely and selected the perfect quiet room for us after a long drive, gave us a coupon for SkiptheDish so we wouldn't have to go out again. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Best part the washroom was sound proof, or as close as you can get to sound proof.

It has been years since visiting my sister and her family in Regina Saskatchewan. I took the opportunity to drive from Calgary to Regina. As a member of Best Western points I try to find a Best Western hotel to stay on my stops. I had the opportunity to stay at the Best Western Plus Eastgate on a previous occasion and was happy with the experience. This stay helped make my visit with family ahappy one.

This was our first time at this location and we were impressed. Nice clean room and friendly staff. They also have pet friendly rooms which was important to us this trip as our family members were travelling with their dog.

Very lovely comfortable decor in the hallways, modern looking hotel and rooms - the breakfast had many many options and they provided nice brownie/cake snacks upon checkin. Would stay again if visiting Regina.

Researched and booked online and was pleased with everything. Great location, very clean rooms and friendly staff. I was impressed with the breakfast ..... excellent selection of every type of breakfast food and very well attended. I can't think of anything they could do better or different. Friendly staff, offered treats upon arrival. Located at far east of town, so a little ways from downtown, but lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Room was very nice and clean, shower was hot but pressure was a bit low. Hot tub great and clean, pool area good, but waterslide didn't appear to be working. Breakfast great, with eggs, ham, waffles, cereal, yogurt and breads. Would stay again.

I was very impressed with the size of the room. I have 2 young children and the extra space for playing was appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent as it offered a nice variety. Really good value.

This was the first time back in Regina in a couple of years and thought I would try this new BW. It was an excellent stay. Lots of parking, friendly staff and quiet rooms. I had a king size bed with a sofa in my room. The sofa was better quality than most hotel sofas. A large spacious room at a great rate. The internet was good. The usual that you get at most places. The fitness rooms equipment was all in working order and very good condition. No free weights but 2 hoist systems in place. The pool looked like fun as there were several kids going down the slide(I didn't use the pool) and having fun. The mattress was comfortable and pillows were plentiful. Breakfast was slightly different everyday and good. 3 different choices for waffle/pancake toppings plus syrup. This is a good location for a family or business trip.

Pleasant staff. Rooms were spacious I enjoyed the fact that the rooms were well lit liked and not so dark!The breakfast was excellent very generous portions amd variety not just muffins and dry cereal I was pretty impressed.

Excellent place to stay, breakfast was great. The hot hob was working but a lot of foam. The waterslide was working, the mushroom was not working at this time. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Service was excellent.

The room was designed for a disabled customer with lower light switches, roll in shower and bars. Good that the hotel makes those rooms accessible, but why put me in there? I was more concerned in seeing what a standard queen room was like. This room was very spacious obviously meant to accommodate a wheel-chaired customer.

This hotel has very clean and comfortable rooms and is located at the East end of Regina - easy access off Hwy 1 - convenient location. The lobby was very well decorated and the breakfast was a step above some of the BW I have stayed in. I had a very quiet and relaxed stay.

We often stay at this hotel - it's clean, service is great, kids enjoy the pool and the breakfast is excellent. There is a wide selection of choices, even for fussy kids! The first choice for us when we stay in Regina!

this hotel was both clean and neat. my girls enjoyed the tiny pool. our rooms were nice and the beds firm and on a platform (better comfort). however, you will and i did smash a toe reaching for thermostat! heater was quiet!!! got a relaxing sleep. shower head was good with more than a dribble you find at some hotels. breakfast okay, eating area is very small, expect some jostling/table waiting. parking is very good. east area shopping very accessible. will stay again.

This hotel sets the standard that I measure all the other hotels I stay at by. I try and arrange my travel so I can stay here whenever it makes sense. The staff is first-rate and the breakfast option is excellent. It is quiet and close to the TransCanada for ease of access.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and great location for what we needed. Enjoyed the breakfast options. Used my travel cards from the Rewards program, and even though they were in U.S. amounts, they were absolutely no problem to use towards the cost of our stay!

Hotel is located very close to Hwy 1. Desk staff was friendly and helpful...and there were fresh cookies for us to enjoy! We grabbed take out at Superstore across the road and ate in room. Morning breakfast included a great hot and cold selection. Our room was spacious and very clean..comfy queen beds and no hiway noise.

An excellent hotel that provided everything for our needs including a handicap room. Only one concern - no place to put the soap or shampoo in the handicap shower. Very hard to pick up soap and shampoo bottle off the floor of the shower. Room was very spacious.

We travel to Regina a few times a year and this hotel is our destination property simply because it is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a grump at the desk one day, but there was no rudeness really, just shortness. We all have bad days don't we. The room was above average and welcome after a long drive to get here. The breakfast is better than most with a good selection of bagels, breads etc along with eggs, breakfast meats and waffles/ pancakes you prepare in a machine. The wee ones had a blast in the pool/hot tub and waterslide. We will continue to use this as our destination when travelling to Regina.

We have been on the road for two weeks. This was the best hotel and best night's sleep so far, even though the door leading outside, right next to our room, slammed loudly whenever someone entered or exited. Fortunately, that didn't happen in the middle of the night. The bed was really comfortable, the bath well-appointed and a great shower. There was a good selection for breakfast as well. Definitely would stay again.

THIS....is what every Best Western should strive to be. Priced at $82USD/n, and the best I've ever spent for that little. From the in-room kitchen, to the pool with waterslide, to the gym! Huge TV's in room, super comfy sheets and mattress, power plugs everywhere. There's even lil reading lights on the headboards. Nothings broken, nothings missing, nothings dirty, jeez. Seriously, pack up this hotel and take it with me.

I stayed here 1 night while passing through without a reservation and found the price to be very good, the hotel exceeded all expectations, and the staff was phenomenal. Not only would I recommend this location to everyone, I will use it again when looking for a room in Regina.

The rooms are large and comfortable, and with a little coffeemaker and fridge, I'd say it's nicely equipped. The location is good for accessing the city and restaurants, and the breakfast in the morning has a good variety of hot & cold options that are fine for kicking off your day. I had to work from my room for a while and the wifi was solid. Staff was friendly, and I would stay here again.

This hotel was nice and clean. Rooms are spacious and we slept very well. I liked the fact the hotel gets the Chicagoland version of WGN so we were able to watch the Cubs game in the room. The breakfast was fantastic with a very good selection of food. The scrambled eggs were better than I get in most restaurants.

The staff and cleanliness of this hotel is second to none. Our family have booked multiple rooms a few times on our visits to Regina. We would recocommend this hotel to our family and friends for sure. Staff are so very kind and helpful, breakfast is really good.

Dropped in for a one night stay. Was a great experience right from the friendly welcome at the front desk to the room. It seems that we may have had a room that was for the handicap. Not only was this room extremely huge, but the bathroom seemed to gear for handicap visitors. I am not saying this was bad, just different. Had a huge shower, and no tub. The shower was basically a walk in. Only thing that I found disappointing with this shower was there was no place to put the soap or shampoo. Had to put it on the floor of the shower. Bit unsafe. Room had a nice HDTV, small fridge, desk, chair, Queen bed as well. Breakfast was included and had the typical scrambled eggs and sausage, along with yogurt, fruit, breads, cereals, coffee and juices. Parking was free - lots of spaces.

What a great hotel. I would recommend staying here with your pet anytime. The front desk staff was great to deal with and made our stay comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Will stay here again for sure.

Of all the hotels we stayed at travelling from Alberta to Ontario and back, this was by far the best pet-friendly hotel we stayed at. I would stay here again. Pet were attentive and the hotel was clean comfortable and quiet. And all for a good price.

Newer Hotel and Great Location, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good food and very nice Manager! We needed a late checkout on August 28, 2017 as on the way to the concert at the Mosaic Stadium I had a huge fall causing injuring, (we had great assistance from strangers when this happened). We spent 9 hrs in ER at the hospital, they were very busy. Once we saw a Doctor, had XRAYS And CT Scan done we were cleared to leave. We arrived back at the hotel at 4:00 a.m. and we were exhausted and I was hurting. We were granted the late checkout until 2:00 p.m. Thank you so much for the kindness of everyone!!!

Fantastic hotel. Pet friendly. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast is incredible!! I'd stay here again for the breakfast alone! Kids loved the slide and pool, a bit heavy on the chlorine but overall it was awesome.

We stopped in for a night on Aug 21, 2017. We needed a pet friendly room for our small dog. We were charged an extra $20 that was not communicated to us when we called regarding a room. Once in the room, it was dated with old carpeting. The carpet was dirty to the point of us having to keep our shoes on all the time. I do not think the carpet had been shampooed/steam cleaning in a long time. I figure this is why they would charge an extra charge for pets. We had stayed in a Motel 6 in Swift Current for much less where the pet friendly room was not carpeted so easier to clean and much more modern. Another disappointment is the 3% Destination Marketing Fee scam that the hotel charged us. Apparently the hotels in the city have decided that this is a way of making extra income as the desk clerk was unable to explain what the fee was used for and when I asked for someone to call regarding the fee, he seemed confused. Finally gave me the Hotel Association's ph#. I have since contacted the Tourism Bureau but they have yet to return my call. They did have a decent breakfast buffet included. Would not stay here again and will not stay in Regina next time we pass through as I don't agree with being charged an arbitrary extra fee.

Room was very clean and modern. We were in a pet friendly room and often these end up being the not so nice rooms but it was so nice we felt bad to have the dogs in there! Staff were help and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Third night in Regina, third hotel, and by far the best! Skip the rest, Best Western's the best! Our second hotel was very stressful, so to be rescued from that stress by Best Western was wonderful. (Kid got sick all over the bathroom, night staff took care of the clean up making a very stressful time much less so.)

This place was more them excellent. My wife said that she could move in permanently. Lol. The room was 6 star plus, the service and attention was the same. Very quiet, yet close to the Canada #1 highway. The cost was slighy higher then previous places we stayed at in the US, but definitely worth it. The breakfast was also a 6 star. Lots of choice and great quality. We were just travelling thru but maybe, if there is a next time, we may just stay a few more days.

The Best Western Plus Eastgate is always our place to stay when we are in Regina. The hotel and rooms are always clean, and quiet. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and assist you with whatever you may need. My family and I really enjoy our stay when we are here.

This a modern, clean hotel with all the amenities for a family on a cross country road trip, including some street parking for over size vehicles, pet friendly, helpful staff, early breakfast and just off the highway.

Whenever we travel we try to stay at a Best Western. The hotels are clean, bright and, most importantly for us, they are pet friendly. We have stayed at this particular hotel before and will definitely be back.

Can certainly tell that there is an efficent manager who cares about the quests, the hotel and the staff because of how the hotel is run and how quests are treated by the staff. If this hotel keeps it up, bookings will have to be a year in advance because they will be so busy due to good service, cleanliness, quite/comfortable rooms, salt water/warm pool, "fresh and varied" breakfast selection (not just cereal/toast) kitchen staff, helpful, patient, calm mannered; 'not' rushing people by 9:45 out of the dinning room with chairs already placed away because breakfast hour is almost over. Reliable wake-up calls! Every employee was as helpful and pleasant as the next. BUT! the pillow's, bring your own if you can, realize though, you may not want to leave the hotel then because it will be too perfect. Great stay. Thank-you.

We stayed one night here in a second floor room. The hotel was very new, cool and clean with a very nice lobby. The two-queen bed room had a very modern style. Bathroom was very clean. The free breakfast included DIY pancakes and waffles, choice of several cereals, juices, good scrambled eggs (not watery or rubbery). No restaurant on-site but a 5 minute walk to Brown's Social House for a great meal. The hotel is located far out on the east side of Regina with easy access to the TransCanada Highway All in all, an excellent place to stay.

Have stayed in way too many hotels but this hotel is great. Great room, great service, great breakfast and great saltwater pool. You and your family will love the hotel. Will be coming back next year. Stayed 2 weeks which gives me a good view point.

Great service, convenient and rooms were comfortable and well decorated. Front Desk staff went out of their way to get our rooms together. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Pool was a hit with the kids.

We stayed there on a recent trip and found it to be a very nice motel. The rooms were quiet and good sized. Breakfast was also very good and we had a nice time in their hot tub. It doesn't hurt it is a newer motel.

Cold flavored water and shiny red apples and baking treats and butterscotch candies are some of the extra touches that made my very enjoyable stay that much better ! quiet, comfortable room and pleasant staff added to the many reasons to return again soon !

Love the hotel but not the best rates. Asked about them matching competitors pricing as I stay in Regina for work a lot but the won't price match. Would stay there on a weekly basis of the rates were better but when on business need to get the best rate possible.

Another great stay at a BW. This one is a newer build so it is in great condition. We had a king suite that included a small kitchen which would be perfect for someone staying longer then one night. The hotel is located just off the number 1 hwy and is surrounded by everything you would need.

This hotel was the usual Best Western Plus...super spacious rooms, clean, great price, kitchenette, breakfast included and good location. This particular hotel seemed new though. I particularly liked the friendly staff...I found all service to be 5+ in Saskatchewan.

We were happily surprised to find that not only was our room equipped with a fridge & microwave, but also included a sink, cook top, full size fridge, toaster, dishes, utensils and basic cooking utensils. The room was spacious and clean and the internet was reliable. The laundry facilities were a bonus however I would advise them to post notices admonishing guests to be timely in the retrieval of their laundry, as this was a problem during our stay. As well, there was a problem with a broken bed but the front desk staff were helpful in improvising a solution. Breakfast was great, with a good variety and the kids enjoyed the pool and water slide.

This hotel is pretty new. The amenities are all very clean and fresh. The suites have a full size fridge and a great kitchenette. If you find yourself in Regina then I recommend staying here. The breakfast was notably better then the average Best Western plus offerings. Breakfast burritos with fresh ingredients were offered up during my stay.

Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and was spacious. The kitchen was a perfect addition to the room and had everything we needed. The bedding was CLEAN which is nice. Your staff do an exceptional job at maintaining cleanliness and should be commended for there hard work in keeping this hotel looking top notch.

The rooms are quite large and quiet. They are also very modern and clean. Breakfast was delicious and well-stocked. The swimming pool with its waterslide and swirl pool are a lot of fun for the kids. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us a late checkout so that the kids could also use the pool in the morning. I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel.

We were travelling through Regina and very tired, this hotel was great, extremely comfortable. There were restaurants walking distance and shopping just a short drive away. The breakfast offered a lot of varieties to start the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and again.

I've stayed in this hotel on several occasions and have always been pleased with the cleanliness and positive pet policy because we travel to dog competitions throughout Canada. and as a Best Western Diamond member I always want to stay with Best Western. Perfect hotel for young families. Hot breakfast is included. Waterslide is perfect size for children to ride on their own (ages 4-10). Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is great for many restaurants and shopping, however need to drive to all location. Highway prevents walking around much.

After four visits, I am still extremely satisfied with the quality of the property and the level of service. This time I was really astounded by the room attendant. Pinya has an incredible work ethic and the room was pristine when I arrived and during my stay even though I had requested only daily removal of trash and towel changing. That level of cleanliness gave me a "different hotel experience" probably because it surpassed even my demanding level of cleanliness. Kudos to Pinya! The breakfast was good although most of the times I only have the waffle however, the waffle maker appears to require some service as the waffle was not completely cooked when the timer went off. On Monday, wraps were added to the offerings and they were terrific. The coffee is certainly not the best item on the list and maybe there could be a consideration to change brands or supplier?? The room was spacious, very comfortable with mini fridge, microwave and individual coffee maker. The king size bed was very comfy and offered a restful nights sleep. Overall, I am still extremely satisfied.

My family and I stayed for two nights and we had a great experience. We booked a 2-Queen room with kitchenette and were amazed with how much space we had. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything to make it very functional. I could easily see us being comfortable living out of a room like this for a more extended stay. Good options at breakfast. Everyone enjoyed it. The pool was a big plus. Shallow and ideal for younger kids (1.1m near waterslide or 0.9m otherwise). Not sure what it is really called, but the "current pool" area was a lot of fun for the kids to float around in. We spent hours at the pool. Bringing a couple life jackets and pool noodles helped. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had stayed at this hotel previously and it continues to have high standards. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and the room was well kept and clean. The breakfast has a standard menu. Staff is helpful if you need anything

I stayed here for several weeks in 2016. I had an all around good experience here. The breakfast was reasonable, rooms were great with nice modern comfortable furniture. The pool is large and great for families. I took advantage of a kitchenette room, and made my own meals in-house. There are grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping opportunities very close by.

we always stay at a BW whenever possible, this one in Regina is my favorite. I like where it is located and it is very clean and friendly. The pool and hot tub are great. Breakfast is always excellent. It is very quiet also.

We stayed at this hotel on June 5/17. When passing through Regina we always stay at this hotel. The rooms are first class and quiet. The breakfast provided is one of the best with lots of variety. The location is very good allowing us to be able to walk to bars and restaurants in the area.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Regina for business. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nearby are great restaurants for dinner. Rooms are always clean and have a modern look. Feel like I'm at home.

Our stay here was beyond satisfactory. Very comfortable beds and bedding, super clean rooms (and the rest of the hotel for that matter), great pool area for the kids, and excellent complimentary breakfast. Modern interior, with sleek finishings. Complimentary WiFi which we didn't seem to have any problems with. Paid a bit more than I wanted to, but could be due to my late booking (and the Bryan Adams concert that night). Even tho it was a bit pricier than I had wanted, it definitely was worth what I paid. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay at the BW Eastgate. Great selection of breakfast items and staff were always quick to refill any empty items. The flavoured water, near the front desk, was a great touch. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were a little large for my liking, but merely a personal preference. Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall a great hotel!!

An excellent new hotel, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, excellent staff. The location of this hotel is close to all amenities, a grocery store, shopping centers, the main highway (TransCanada) and is easy to get to. Rooms are clean and spacious. It is a family-friendly hotel with a pool, family room, breakfast buffet and the lobby is large enough to accommodate gatherings. it is also an excellent hotel for sports teams who visit Regina for major events.

Perfectly acceptable hotel. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Nice lobby and pool with decent WiFi. Location is OK. It is in a bit of an industrial area with lots of other hotels. Not much in walking distance for food or restaurants but there is a grocery close and a short drive to lots of dining options.

Great staff, great room, breakfast was really set up nicely if I had my kids with me they'd be supper happy plus I checked out the pool area but didn't use it, my kids would have loved the pool with the slide

The Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites in Regina provided us a very pleasant stay. The rooms were in very good shape and had lots of room for our family of four. The breakfast offered something for everyone and the staff were friendly. The swimming pool area was fun for the kids but seemed to be over chlorinated. My eyes watered after a half hour supervising. It's in a great area with access to shopping and restaurants by foot or vehicle.

Overall the experience was good. Very busy when we arrived to check in, but the staff stayed on point and provided great service. The room was comfortable and we were able to catch the end of the Boston/cavs game and then enjoyed the pool.

Breakfast wasn't very good, need to get rid of gross eggs. Internet was just okay, TV kept losing reception a few times during the evening. Rooms very nice and very roomie, clean. Would maybe stay again.

From the moment we arrived to the time we departed we enjoyed our one night stay here, and would highly recommend it. Access to and from the highway is very easy, but you hear no traffic noises in the room. Bedding and mattresses were excellent. The bathroom was spacious. The included breakfast was quite possibly the best 'continental' breakfast we've ever had! Lots of good quality food and drinks. The only problem we had was an annoying bright light in the parking lot that shone into the room at night. The window only had shear drapes and on the sides were drapes meant to be a decorating feature. Problem solved with a large safety pin. Shhhhh! Don't tell!

This BW is ideally located on the Trans Canada and close to all amenities - shopping, 10 mins to downtown and Mosaic, restaurants and theaters. Suites available with full kitchen, large rooms and comfortable beds. The Breakfast is first class and the staff are like a Family. I will stay here forever!!

Staying over 100 days in hotels a year can be taxing over time however this location made it feel easier. Great room. Good location easy to find and get into even with current construction in Victoria ave staff was great and fitness room ideal ..

Overall a nice family hotel with lots going for it--the amenities in the room (fridge, microwave, freezer, ironing board, etc) are top-notch, and it has a very central location on a main drag with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Fun pool area for the kids, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. I disagreed with their policy regarding a cash check-in, but the staff were accommodating and friendly. However, this being a family hotel, there is the risk of having the bad luck of staying in a block of rooms where everyone else seems to know each other, as I did. People from multiple rooms were in and out of their rooms, carrying on loud conversations with each other and on the phone, noisily in the hall late into the night. Finally, after midnight I'd had enough and called down to the front desk. The noise stopped then, but I'd already been struggling to sleep for quite some time. With a hotel with only a few floors, I would have appreciated a more attentive security staff, who would monitor these noisy hallways before they became the problem that they did.

This Best Western was clean, had good-sized rooms and the service was excellent. Hot breakfast was great. Only complaint is that the internet connection was a bit slow. Great location, close to amenities. Would definitely stay again.

This Hotel is very nice,could use a bit more variety for breakfast,as it would appear it is the same menu repeated every second day,not enough bacon LOL.The rooms are very cleans and the staff make you feel very comfortable.

First hotel you come to on the east side of Regina close to all the shopping good breakfast included. The kids love the pool and slide. this is our only go to hotel in Regina . the only one thing that they could do better is to install keuig coffee makers.

This hotel is a great stay for the price. Breakfast was great! The room was very spacious! Wifi worked great. A bit of highway noise at night. Very easy to get to shopping amenities!! Beds were comfortable and staff was great!

I stayed at this hotel many times during my business trips to Regina. It has always provided a welcome and clean atmosphere. The staff are helpful and always pleasant. I would come again and again! The location is perfect for my business meetings and the parking is well lit and provides easy access to the lobby. The beds are super comfortable and the heating and a/c system works very well.

We stayed here for 2 nights during Agribition, so the hotel was full. The check in was smooth & fast. The staff is friendly & helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor & was clean & quiet. The bed was comfortable & the heating was easy to adjust. Breakfast was good, a good variety of items and well stocked with china plates & cups. The breakfast room was busy, but people were thoughtful & had their breakfast & didn't linger so that others could use their tables. We will stay here again.

This is a newer hotel in the east end of Regina. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The room was modern, clean, quiet, and spacious. It also had a waterslide pool for the kiddies if that is your thing.

My family and I had recently had a small house fire and needed a place to stay with our newborn twins, a toddler and a large dog until we could find a rental. The Best Western Eastgate was the most accommodating for our needs and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. This was a very stressful time for our family. We called many hotels and they could not help us for various reasons. Your hotel had rooms available for pets and rooms with a full kitchen. When I spoke to Bob on the phone he made me feel welcome and worked very hard to get us the rooms we needed and they were right across the hall from each other. My son loved the pool and waterslide. The breakfast was a nice perk. Thank you a million times! We recommend this hotel to anyone and EVERYONE on staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Our Usual hotel, always nice and clean, no strong scents, friendly staff, quiet room and great food! Great location east side near the Number 1 highway. Minutes away from Mosaic Stadium. In Regina for the last Rider home game in the old Mosaic Stadium! Closing Ceremonies were great!

The week we stay at this hotel, was really busy, we arrived on a Saturday and the only room available was a room the the elevator which we good hear all the customer using the elevator. under then the noise the hotel was amazing, the staff were good and professional. We used the pool facilities which were clean they had a staff on location all time we use the pool for safety reason.

This hotel is east of the city but it's in a great part, loaded with restaurants, box stores and gas stations. The hotel seems rally new and appearances are exceptional. It's well lit and there's plenty of parking, so need to fight for spaces. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable!!! The breakfast and complimentary tea was an added bonus. It simply was a very good stay...an excellent choice on where your business travels takes you.

We came to Regina for some relaxation and this hotel helped in being part of it. It's a great new clean facility. Enjoyed the hot pool, our room and a great breakfast. Certainly would recommend this location to other travelers.

We were on our way home from a 3 week vacation and have stayed at Best Westerns quite often. We really enjoyed our stay at the Eastgate Inn & Suites, it is very new, clean and very comfortable. We stayed here one night and found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating and the location is close to the highway and restaurants.

Checking in was a horrible experience, very rude staff and not knowledgeable in their own systems. The room and hotel were good and what you would expect of Best Western. It would be nice if there were more restaurant within walking distance.

I stayed here in august for a business trip. It was in a good location, It was clean and comfortable everyone was friendly, the bed was nice. I would recommend this hotel to people and stay here again.

We stayed here with our family in October. The Front Desk Staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was plentiful. There was a pool area as well which was a hit with the kids. Located on the east side of Regina, with lots of stores and restaurants close by.

Once again Best Western does not let me down. This hotel is on the east side and very easy to get to. A lot of very good places to eat within a few blocks. Also lots of shopping in this area. We checked in with no problems and the front desk staff was great. Room was very clean . We stayed 2 nights , the breakfast room was very clean and staff there was really good. this hotel had a #1 rating on trip advisor in Regina and for good reason. They have earned it.

First time staying at the Eastgate Best Western Plus and we were not disappointed. The room was quite spacious and nicely decorated. It was a quite room at the end of a hallway. Comfy beds. We would certainly stay there again!

We arrived to an unoccupied front desk and the person responsible saw us and appeared to duck into an office to continue a conversation. Not good but eventually we got service and the hotel turned out to be one of the better ones. Well maintained hotel,, quiet, clean, comfortable room. Everything was in great shape and functional. I have been on better rooms but this had nothing to complain about.

This was a very nice hotel. It must be quite new, as all the furnishings and decor were very up-to-date. My room was spotlessly clean and had a good array of amenities. The free breakfast was the best I've ever seen because of the wide variety of foods available, including a "make your own waffle" bar, which the kids loved, plus scrambled eggs, assorted meats, several cold cereals, oatmeal, pastries and muffins, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and an assortment of teas. The staff in the breakfast room were very cordial and helpful. I asked for gluten-free bread, which they happily provided and toasted for me in a toaster they reserve for gluten-free products only, which is really important for those of us with gluten intolerance or celiac. The pool area was nice. Just one small, winding slide, but definitely good for a 5 and 6 year-old. The circular pool was also fun - very unique. (The water flows in one direction, so you can float with it in a circle, or you can walk against it for a nice little workout.) The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were both done efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

What a pleasure to stay at a hotel with thoroughly professional staff; fresh, classy furnishings; and an appealing breakfast spread! Desk staff gave us a spacious corner room that went beyond fulfilling my request for a quiet location. Breakfast was exceptional, with a generous array of condiments & add-ons not usually seen on our cross-country trips. Not a single thing was sub-par.

We were previously in Saskatoon and were told that Regina was not a pleasant place to stay. This Best Western exceeded our expectations. This Best Western was located in what seemed to be a new location. There were many new hotels and businesses in the area. There was a lot to choose from in the area. This Best Western is exactly what was expected. Excellent!

very nice décor, comfortable bed and quiet room. We had a king room and it was spacious and well laid out. We had a kitchenette and it was fully equipped with everything we needed as far as cutlery and china was concerned. A teapot would have been nice to include but otherwise the room was great.

Every time I am in Regina I stay at this hotel. It is close to many amenities and provides easy access. The hotel is clean and well kept and is relatively new. Great breakfasts are provided and the internet is decent.

Stayed one night because of the marathon in Regina. Clean, comfy, friendly. Pool was nice but waaaayy too much chlorine, our eyes were hurting from it! Other than that, NO complaints. Hot breakfast was great, coffee amazing.

We always stay at Best Western Hotels. This one in particular had a wonderful room that was fully equipped with even a dishwasher - wow. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great hotel experience.

Quiet Hotel, East side close to major stores, malls, Tim Horton's near by, great breakfast options was extremely busy as the Riders played the Labour Day Classic! Clean rooms, new hotel 3 years old. Will stay here again, and booked to stay already!

The Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn is a nice hotel on the eastern fringe of the city of Regina, Saskatchewan. It is just removed enough from the city, but allows for driving access to anywhere in Regina within a half hour range. Downtown is about a 15 minute drive. There is a small shopping area across the street from the hotel and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. We were a little apprehensive about our room being next to the elevator but we did not hear a sound throughout the night. The room itself was very large, with 2 queen beds, a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The hot breakfast in the morning was very good, with a selection of cereals, make your own waffles/pancakes, muffins, yogurt, fruit, sausages, eggs, juice and coffee. I would recommend staying at this hotel and will probably stay here the next time we are in Regina.

Stayed at BW Eastgate for the long weekend in Sept. I am not used to East Regina, but was surprised by the great location for shopping, restaurants etc. Everything was quite easy to find from our hotel. Hotel staff were amazing, room was great, breakfast was filled with selection.

Room of standard good BW quality. Desk staff at checkin very helpful in finding a convenient place to park a car with a trailer. Good hot breakfast. Room 101: as George Orwell warned, don't go there! At the end of the hall outside Room 101, there is a very loud air fan/pump, so loud that it fills the room with noise. Also, when the bathroom light/fan couple is turned on in the room, there is an enormous noise, such that we couldn't use the light in the bathroom. No reason to call the motel a "Plus" for these noise reasons.

This hotel offers everything you could need. It is close to the Hwy#1, shopping & restaurants. If you are travelling with your children the pool is very good. As an adult we enjoyed the hot tub and the cleanliness of the pool area. The rooms are very nice, offering wifi, mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, flatscreen TV and a/c. Why spend $ going out for breakfast this hotel offers everything you could want and tastes good.

We were on our way to Regina a needed a hotel room. Booked in at this Best Western as we were traveling. Arrived at the hotel and friendly staff were there to assist us. The hotel lobby was very clean and inviting. We arrived in our room and it was better then I anticipated. Nice and roomy with good air quality. Definitely very inviting?? I would stay again!

We stayed in the King Suite on the third floor with my family. We have three younger children. Upon checking in I was greeted by the front desk agent who advised our room wasn't ready as we arrived one hour early prior to the designated check in which is understandable. She told me she'd check with housekeeping to see how long it'll take to get the room cleaned and report back to me. So I waited in the hotel lobby. Minutes passed and I can hear her conversation with her colleague about evening plans etc and that she was done her shift. I noticed her leave without updating me. Therefore, I checked with another front desk agent and I explained that I was waiting for housekeeping to call the front desk back regarding a time. He lifted the phone but noticed two of the housekeeping staff sitting in the breakfast area having a conversation. He approached and spoke to them and the housekeepers went into the elevator. He advised me that the housekeepers went up to check. They could've simply told me to just come back at 4pm but they kept telling me that they'd let me know how long it'll take. I then waited in the lobby again and by this time 20 minutes passed without me hearing how long it'll take for the room to be cleaned. The gentleman apologized and said, "Sorry I didn't understand what you were asking." I looked at him confused and thought how did I not make myself clear? I reported that I'll just come back at 4pm. I left that place already feeling that the customer service was questionable. We checked in at 4pm. Once we walked into our room to finally settle in, five minutes later the smoke alarm went off in our room. There was no smoke in site and nothing suggestive to set it off. We paged the front desk and maintenance was up in a few minutes. He checked and advised us everything should be good. I didn't mind the alarm going off the first time as I thought it might've just been a mishap. BUT we were all woken up at 2:30 a.m. to the same problem, the sound of the smoke alarm. Can you imagine three young kids being woken up abruptly at 2:30 a.m.? Clearly, my kids were scared my husband and I were even wondering what was going on. We paged the front desk and this time, two guys came up. A security guard and another gentleman came into check. They didn't see a reason why it would go off and suggested to us that they will talk to the front desk and see if they can cut us a deal for our stay. I also noted that I was woken up at 11:30 p.m. hearing a faint alarm going off outside of our room but I didn't report that incident to the front desk. Instead I explained it to the guys that came up and I asked if they've had this issue before. One of them advised that it was an issue in the past but thought it's been resolved. It took awhile for all of us to fall back asleep. It's not easy getting kids back to bed when they're scared and wide awake. We had a long drive ahead of us the next morning and we didn't sleep well. On check out, we spoke to the front desk agent who advised our credit card was charged the full amount. We asked why and explained our situation and what had happened overnight. He then checked in the system saying, "He didn't hear of any issues overnight and there is no report of what happened." By this time, I was upset. Our alarm went off twice in the room and no one knows about it? I found no one is communicating in this hotel and that the staff will say one thing but not fall through with it. My husband and I asked to speak to the manager and the front desk agent went into a room and within seconds came back asking for our credit card. He refunded us for the full amount. Offering me extra bonus points which the front desk agent offered will not compensate for what just transpired during our stay at this location. I've stayed in other Best Western's and never had an issue. The customer service at this location was definitely lacking. The manager did not come to talk to us although we requested to speak to him or her. I'm thankful they refunded my credit card but we will not stay at BestWestern Plus Easgate Inn in Regina, SK again, n'or will I recommend it to others.

This hotel obviously has incredible management. We were thrilled with a very clean room, pool area, breakfast spot, lobby etc, etc. All staff were really friendly, helpful and very happy, and do everything they can to be accommodating to our needs. It has great access to highway, shopping, food. This has definitely become our favourite stopping spot while travelling from Alberta to Ontario and back every year. Thank-you!!

Very nice hotel with easy access to the trans canada. Lots of food and shopping choices close by. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is great.I would definetly stay here again. The pool and hot tub are always a nice bonus at the end of the day.

very good location close to the shopping have stayed here many times and will continue to use this as my hotel in Regina. Pool and slide are great for the kids. The breakfast is very good but do not have the pancakes in the new machine there are very chewy.

We decided to stay here as it was rated number one by Trip Advisor. We found the hotel quiet, comfortable, and very quiet. The location is excellent as we were on the way to Winnipeg. We've stayed at the Hampton next door which is also good. I guess price and availability would be the determining factor for picking between the two.

Good location on outskirts of town. Hotel is close to shopping and dining. New, clean with great pool area. Chlorine in hot tube was excessive. Desk staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic although the pounding coming from the fitness room directly above it is annoying. Room was modern with very comfy bed.

We stayed from August 3-5. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was very clean and awesome for kids. It has a smaller water slide which is great for toddlers. Also has a "whirly pool" type thing, which was a lot of fun. We had a two queen room which was really clean and had a full kitchen. The breakfast was awesome...you actually knew what kind of meat you were eating. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very clean and nice. The hotel is fairly new and is in very good shape. The rooms are clean, attractive and comfortable. The breakfast room is much nicer than others we have visited lately. Our only issue was that our pet friendly room was right beside the electrical room so it was quite loud during the night. The room itself was nice, though.

We have been going here for 4 years on new years eve with the kids great place we rent the common room and have a great time staff is very accommodating prices are good sometimes we stay for a second night even though I can see my house from the hotel

The pool was over run by children having a wild time, very noisy, so we skipped it this time. Just one of those times to enjoy the pool but was too tired from a long travel day. Stayed at this property for one night on a trans-Canada road trip. We decided to stay here based upon the positive TA reviews. We were provided with a pet friendly room on the first floor. The hotel looks very new, the room was clean and very modern with high-end furnishings and finishes. The pool area was superb with a waterslide, large hot tub, and current pool. Breakfast in the morning was nice and all staff we had contact with were friendly. The hotel is located just off the trans-Canada hwy, please note that the hotel is not downtown and it did not appear that many restaurants were within a close proximity. I would recommend this hotel to others who are traveling through Regina and need a nice place to stay for a night or two.

Excellent Hotel Stay. Pet friendly! We stayed here for 3 nights with our kids and dog. Hotel room was roomy, very clean and modern. The mattresses were excellent. The breakfast was typical best western- a variety of options, perfect! The staff were also top notch. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was a 5 star??.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were greeted by a friendly and extremely helpful front desk staff. Our room was more than spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and waterslide. In the morning we took advantage of the complimentary breakfast, very pleased with the quality and selection available as well as the fact that you could have breakfast until 10:00 AM.. Someone was thinking of people with families! Great location for travelers as well as the day trippers like ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very large! More importantly it was clean, modern and comfortable. Quiet area of town and convenient off of the Trans Canada Hwy. Breakfast had some hot and cold food, nothing fancy but enough to start your day. There was a worker in that morning looking after the food etc and she was super pleasant to those of us using the breakfast room. This is the only place where I will stay in the future...and free WIFI

Nice new hotel. The room was great. However, there was a loud vibration that destroyed the sleeping comfort. Didn't sleep well. Could be the HVAC system. Even while walking down the first floor halfway, I could fell the vibration when I touched the walls. NOT GOOD. Too bad, because the rest was great. I won't be staying there again.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family close by. The room was spacious and very clean. The whole hotel was incredibly clean. The breakfast was very good, the hot tub was clean and a nice temperature, the staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is my second visit to the BW Plus Eastgate Inn. The quality of the stay continues to be top notch, with very comfy beds to a great breakfast, The property is relatively new and is well maintained. The stay was marred somewhat by very noisy neighbours above but Ethan at the front desk was finally able to resolve the issue after it became apparent the guests had no intention of decreasing the noise, even after a visit from security! A move to an another room close by, solved the issue. The breakfast has improved since my last stay with more items being added to the selection. As there was a lacrosse tournament in town, the young athletes were pretty much front and centre for the breakfast but everyone was able to get their breakfast eventually :o) For my purpose the hotel is well situated and continues to be a property to which I look forward to returning.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and the beds comfortable. It's far enough off the highway to make it quiet. The breakfast provides variety of choices and fresh fruit. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

Great place to stop on a drive across Canada, kids loved the pool, dog was welcome in the room and adults used the fitness room. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the morning breakfast was pretty good. Kids especially liked the waffle bar.

5+ rating on this one. Everything from the exterior to interior, room comfort, decor, quality of rest .... Definitely A+. Really wasn't expecting this kind of quality but was extremely pleased. Located off of TransCanada and close to many amenities. Highly recommend this BW.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious , comfortable and clean. Got the handicapped room and fell in love with the walk in shower! Great variety in continental breakfast. Only issue was ice maker started making ice at 4am with a shared wall, so make sure your room goes not share a wall with an ice machine. Or they should set the ice maker to kick in during day time hours.
