The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast options were nice, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. This is a good hotel for the price, and I am happy to recommend it. The parking lot was well-lit, and the area felt safe.
Excellent stay. Has good beds and pillows. The building is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and really tops off the experience. There are not many places that offer you an omelet cooked to order and then has a huge offering of regular breakfast items. They offer a yogurt machine and additions that make a wonderful breakfast parfait. Definitely recommend
We have stayed here at least 20 times good prices never be afraid to negotiate the price ,They have the best free breakfast fresh cooked omelets hashbrowns bacon waffles bagels something for everyone made to order by there chef rooms are clean
One of the best Best Westerns I have stayed in and a very good hotel value. The property is relatively new. We had a two-room suite, and the price was not bad for that. Instead of the not-good breakfast you get at many hotels, this one had an actual cook making omlettes. The only wrinkle was the treadmill machine in the fitness room did not function. Still, we highly recommend it.
The breakfast was phenomenal. Cooked us up individually an omelet to die for! Great New Mexico personalized omelets. And they had decaf coffee for those of us who have to drink it. They also had all the other great items that are usuallyoffered, only better and upgraded! We will be back!
Price Gouging!!!! Charged $250.00 plus tax for a night!!! Some Chile Fest. I was NOT in town for it and most I spoke to at the hotel were not either! Doubled the prices!!! Motivation to stay at BW at all stops just diminished!!! Being a vet and senior with this inflationary times this was outrageous !! The front desk said oh boy did u come at the wrong time ! Price doubled! $250.00 a night for BW Hotel is absolutely crazy and I would recommend checking and double checking this hotel they took advantage of a Diamond Elite Member!!! Sad during these times to charge this price at a BW for 1 night-Shameful
This room was absolutely perfect. The staff was warm and friendly, interested and interesting, helpful in every way. The pool was great for swimming lengths. The breakfast made to order omelets were wonderful. We're US-50 fans (especially Montrose to Pueblo) so we'll hit this inn again.
This hotel was very clean. The lobby smelled clean. The room was very clean. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was cold and the perfect size for holding our drinks and perishable snacks. The ice machine down the hall had plenty of ice. The vending machine was full. Breakfast was offered but we missed it because we slept late. There was also a dog area with poop bags and trash can.
Chose hotel because of Trip Advisor vendor. Front desk couldn't find reservation. Anxiety set in for having prepaid and no contact phone for reseller. Then, after more thorough check, reservation appears both on printed paper and computer! No apology. Later, called desk for wifi password. Was told where to find it,”like we told you at check-in”.
Hotel was nice and the staff was great! The room was clean and orderly! I was traveling with my dogs and partner. They gave us an easy room to take the dogs to and from the hotel! The hotel seemed to deep clean the carpet between visit when you have pets in the room which I liked. Room was a little humid but that could have just been the weather during our visit. I really liked the breakfast as well, the made to order omelets was nice and tasty. They also had a Belgian waffle maker too!
The breakfast makes this hotel worth it. Fresh made omelet and coffee choices are the best. Nice location and quiet, we stayed on the top floor and never heard any traffic. Room was clean, the ac was a little loud, but lived with it. Tv and refrigerator worked perfect, beds were ok, dipped a little, but we were able to sleep well. We would stay here again if in the area.
As a Director of Operations for hotels and as a former hotel GM, I take a lot of pride in customer service and how well the FD agents interact with their guests. Mark, took care of me the first day I called about a concern in early April. My stay was in June and Mark, John and the other FD agents didn't miss a beat..they were all so nice and very welcoming. I won't hesitate one bit to return to this hotel. Unfortunately, I did not eat breakfast but it definitely look amazing with the omelet station. Great job BW Plus Eagleridge.
Clean rooms, comfy beds, pillows & great made to order omelets. Just go early to breakfast as it gets busy & there is no overflow seating. It would be nice to have a patio for seating for breakfast. No outside seating anywhere, not even benches in front at this Hotel.
The plus with this property is the chef who makes personal omelets or,upon request, scrambled eggs. Everything was delicious and it made our stay at the hotel specialty. Our king room was clean and comfortable, as expected. Restaurants nearby.
Nice hotel. A little dated, but was super clean. Quiet location. Great breakfast. Comfy room. Would stay here again.
This is a fine newer Best Western on the northern edge of town very convenient to US 50 west. The omelette breakfast alone is worth the price, but they throw in a perfectly delightful hotel for your investment in breakfast. Watch the calories!
Very nice visit. The hotel is new/ fresh, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was far better than some ‘name brand' hotels where we have stayed. For breakfast, we had an omelette to order as well as a solid selection of pastries and good coffee selection.
We really enjoy BWP breakfast. It gives us a kick start for our long day. While we were here the person doing breakfast service never put on gloves, worst part was he was sweating profusely, wiped his forehead many times and just wiped the sweat on his clothes and never washed his hands. I just couldn't eat.
This is a very nice Best Western Plus property. We stayed twice, on our way to Idaho and then again on the way back home. The front desk always has a friendly attendant! Room 101 has a jacuzzi tub that is right in the sleeping area. We did not try it out, LOL! Our second room was on the second floor with a very convenient elevator. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The included breakfast served made to order omelets with other regular items. There were also breakfast burritos that I found out about too late. It is very easy to access the hotel off the Intersate. Recommend this property for an inexpensive overnight in Pueblo.
my stay was very pleasant and i have no complaint, breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean and i won't mind recommend this hotel to all my friend.
Good place to stay on roadtrip. Clean and quiet. Nice twist for breakfast, freshly made omelette to order as opposed to the usual cold runny eggs. Very friendly staff. Keys to room didn't work on two occasions but rapidly remedied. Would stay here again if in area
Front desk and phone service was excellent. Mark was wonderful. $40 pet fee for one fee was just TOO high. Whatever pet was in our room was surely still very interesting to our pet even though the carpet was supposed to be shampooed after each pet, thus the $40 pet fee.
From the moment we arrived and greeted/checked-in by Ethan and his warm, hospitable nature to the clean, comfortable and quiet room to the fantastic, made-to-order omelette and generosity of the couple overseeing breakfast, we couldn't have asked for a nicer stay in Pueblo, due mainly to this truly customer-oriented Best Western! Thank you to your entire team!!
This side of town seems to have it all. You'll find the restauant or shopping venue you want here. This BWP is new construction. Very nice . I was turned off at the number of signs with rules - how many pancakes you can get at breakfast ; where you can park ; how many people can have breakfast… We had dinner at Cracker Barrell that is literally in the parking lot of this BWP.
The staff is amazing, always considerate, friendly, helpful. Much more than any other place we stay when traveling. I appreciate being able to get a fast, fresh-cooked breakfast with a selection of proteins and vegetables, and my husband can have his choice. I appreciate the cleanliness of the breakfast kitchen and the very excellent breakfast staff.
Had a great stay. Room was very clean and bright. Quiet during the night. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Staff were friendly. Best part was the fresh made omelette for breakfast, yummy! Great place to eat was Brues Alehouse near the river walk.
These folks are on their game, with breakfast in particular. Not only do they cook a custom omelet for each guest, they have a waffle maker and, most remarkably, a yogurt parfait maker complete with nuts, granola, and fresh fruit to add per your preference. Wide selection of juices and flavored waters in addition to hot drinks and teas. Topping off everything else, their staff are upbeat and ready to assist with anything - shout out to Ethan for great check in. I scored points with my spouse for picking this hotel. We were expecting a run-of-the-mill hotel experience and we got very pleasantly surprised to have those expectations exceeded significantly. We look forward to our return visit on the way back home this coming Friday, as well as future visits to this hidden gem.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The fridge didn't work but other than that everything was great. Breakfast was really good, freshly made omelettes were a treat. Definitely would stay here again.
We have had several great experiences at this hotel. We had a very comfortable room, and we love the friendly staff from the front desk, to the kitchen, the maintenance man we met in the elevator, housekeeping - everyone. The omelette breakfast was wonderful too. We will definitely be back.
After a great trip to the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, Yellowstone This was a great place to stay. Room was very nice. tThe freshly made omelet. was unexpected and delicious. Location of the hotel was easy to get to and we had a nice rest before our trip home.
This Best Western was excellent. The room was clean and did not have any smells. The room was large with two TV's. Got to watch Utah beat the Florida gators. The breakfast was excellent with a very good variety.
Great hotel with pool, friendly staff, comfortable, clean room and delicious "made to order" omelette for breakfast! And, a latte and cappuccino machine too! Wonderful, restful stay after dinner on the Riverwalk ☺️
My partner and I stay at this hotel quite often for work in Pueblo, CO. The WiFi is always spotty (making work difficult), cable is often out and the front desk woman, Denise, is so unfriendly and unhelpful, at best. I often times need to use the laundry and can't because she's doing her own laundry which has taken her sometimes 2+ hrs. And don't forget about her friend that is just hanging out in the lobby also commenting on how “horrible” the Wifi is. Mark is super helpful and friendly per usual.
You cannot go wrong by staying at this Best Western in Pueblo. The room - 2 queen beds - and bathroom were large, clean and roomy. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning with cooked to order omelets and meat on weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was near some good restaurants, which we could have walked to if the temperatures were cooler.
Great place to stop for a quiet, comfortable, friendly place to stay. The rooms were super clean, the room was well insulated from sounds from outside of our room, the towels were fluffy, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The icing on the cake was the super friendly staff - checking in late on a Wednesday night, the guy at the desk was funny and efficient. In the morning, the two young guys running the breakfast were super pleasant to every person that came out of the elevator. I would 100% stay here again. I hope whoever reads this ensures they do whatever needs to be done to keep their staff. They do a great job, and they do it with a great attitude.
Stayed only one night. We arrived earlier than expected, but check-in person allowed us to have our room. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and air conditioning was easy to adjust. Breakfast was fantastic, and included fresh made to order omelets. Big shout out to the breakfast cook, Ethan, who did everything from making the omelets to making fresh coffee. He was always friendly, attentive, and should be recognized for his exceptional customer service. The only complaint is that they could use some recycle bins in the dining area.
easy access to interstate 25. lot of restaurants in walking distance. rooms were clean and comfortable. hotel personnel are friendly . they have a nice indoor pool and omllets made to order were very good.
We stayed here 4 nights and this place—-management and employees—-is over the top!!! Management is kind, warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. House keeping is polite and helpful. The icing on the cake is the breakfast! Unbelievable. They have the usual—cereal, waffles, pastries BUT they also have omelettes available— prepared on the spot with 3 veggies and/or meats. Ethan is the omelette chef and Jeffery is his counterpart. They are 2 of the nicest young men—-so polite and they show an interest in their patrons by engaging us in topics that are of interest to us. There's a fancy coffee machine that dispenses various strengths of coffee PLUS cappuccino and lattes. We had a good size frig in our room with a freezer, a microwave and a Keurig. Guest DIY laundry facilities are available. We hated to leave. It was beginning to feel like home. We can't rave enough about this Best Western (and not all are created equal!) . Floyd is the GM. Matt works in the evening and Mark, during the day. A great group. Maybe you should plan a trip to Pueblo just to stay at this BW!
We walked in tired from a day in the car. Matt at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. (And that's important to me). Breakfast was over the top outstanding. Ethan greeted us with a smile and asked us how we would like our omelette made. Wow! Couldn't have been any better. We are grandparents and enjoy meeting outstanding young people. Ethan loves his job and obviously cares about people. The man at the desk as we left was also very friendly.
Room was clean and hotel was conveniently located to restaurants, gas station and highway. All of breakfast items were good, but the omelet was greasy. Staff were friendly. Room was very quiet. Friday and Saturday night prices were a little high, but there was an event in town.
This hotel is tucked back in an area where there are three or four other hotels in close proximity. We stopped at each hotel to ask about price, availability, and amenities. This hotel ended up being the cheapest out of the three we contacted, but was also the best value with amenities, breakfast, and cleanliness. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and likely wouldn't waste time searching around again. This hotel is the best value for the money.
Our king suite was pretty nice. Front desk and breakfast staff were both very friendly and accommodating. I reported one small concern with our room and they did what they could to remedy it within minutes. The goal was to have a place that my wife would like and this hotel accomplished that. She was very pleased with both the room and the breakfast.
Very friendly clean rooms overall trouble free They offered a really nice cooked for you fresh omelette that was very good It was more than I could eat plus lots of other options I would definitely stay again when I travel through the area
Have stayed here a number of times and always return anytime we have traveled through Pueblo. Nice comfortable hotel with nice staff, and omlets made to order in the morning. Good location just off the Interstate.
Rooms were very neat and clean. Pet friendly. Best of all is the hot breakfast. They had staff fix an omelet that that a wide selection of items to put in it as well as sausage and hash browns on the side. You could make your own waffle and there were plenty of other choices. You defiantly would not leave hungry. We marked this on our map to stay on our return trip.
We checked in late and were greeted by friendly staff and hot cups of tea. The price of the room was very affordable and the room and hotel were clean. In the morning, we had an excellent breakfast with personalized omelettes and plenty more.
Clean, comfortable, great breakfast with personalized omelets (not fancy but made for you)! We stayed 2 nights again this year. Very nice pool and fitness room. Close to restaurants, shopping and expressway.
I stayed here one night on my recent trip to Colorado. The room was nice, clean, quiet. Comfy bed. My only complaint was the window didn't lock. Luckily, I was on the second floor, and I reported it the next morning. It seems the lock wasn't catching into the slot. Also, the tub drain needed to be unclogged, I took a shower and had enough water to take a bath instead in the tub. Breakfast was ok. The omelet was very good, but the milk was spoiled and that rather ruined my appetite. It was changed out, but spoiled milk shouldn't have even been put out to begin with. The staff I encountered were all very nice.
Was a clean, comfortable room, good night's sleep. We were traveling with a pet. Pet Fee was $30 seemed a little high. Lady that checked us in was not friendly. Great breakfast! Omelette made to order.
We stayed here one night while traveling. Check in was easy and the front desk teams was great. Room was clean. Free breakfast was above the normal for what we've seen at other properties. Husband got an omelett. Good place for a quiet night. There are a few places to eat nearby.
Overall a very good experience, Breakfast was excellent with the omelet bar and overall the room was very clean. A little noisy at times but overall very good. Staff were excellent and took care of check in very efficiently..
Excellent service great staff! Would stay here again at a moments notice. Very clean rooms and very nice staff. We stayed only for one evening at a moments notice. Rate was 145 a night but went to 165 with those magic city taxes.
We stay here almost every year on our journey through. Attractive lobby. Glad to still see the PC in the lobby available for use by those traveling light. Spacious room is clean and maintained. Wifi was screaming fast when we arrived, but got overburdened by 10 pm. Breakfast is the star. Omelet made to order with sides of bacon & potatoes. French toast sticks also available to order. Plus typical continental breakfast items. I was impressed to see fresh berries and almond milk by the cold cereal. The coffee was weak, but I brewed some that was provided in the room. Another pleasant stay.
I was very pleased with the staff and the facilities during my stay. It was certainly family friendly and the breakfast appeared popular with the guests. It's a great location near restaurants and stores. Additionally, my room was immaculate and comfortable.
We checked in early evening and Roxanne was very helpful. The location is close to the Interstate but far enough away there's no traffic noise. The omelet bar was delicious and the ladies cooking were very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again!
Omelet bar for breakfast!!! Great idea!! Rooms were clean and I have already booked this hotel on our return trip. Great staff - friendly and professional. Location was ok with several restaurants nearby.
Passing through looking for a pet friendly facility and BW was a perfect stop. We arrived very late but was checked in promptly without a problem. Security was on duty throughout the night patrolling the parking lot which brought a sense of comfort. Breakfast involved cook to order omelets. There was plenty of good space to air the dogs. Great experience!
My husband and I have stayed here twice this year and will definitely be back. It is pristinely clean, and if you happen to find something that is not they will promptly correct it . The customer Service is absolutely outstanding, all of the staff members that we have dealt with have greeted us with a smile and friendliness. The location is perfect right off the interstate and easy to find but yet still close enough to a few places of convenience. When I called to make the reservation this time the desk clerk even asked if our pups would be accompanying us this time and almost seamed disappointed when I said no
Great hotel. A big thank you to Floyd for the help. Needed a place to stay close to the Harley Dealership and Floyd hooked us up. Clean, comfortable and they have an omelette bar with the nicest ladies serving you. Enjoyed the pool and sauna too. No worries if you stay here
This was a comfortable and clean hotel, and was pet friendly. The staff were pleasant. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was easy access to a grassy spot for our dog. The most memorable thing was the cooked-to-order omelets with many ingredient choices. They were great!
This was an overnight business trip with my wife. Motel was easy to find, there was plenty of parking, friendly efficient check in. Quiet. The cook to order omelets at the breakfast was quick and tasty. There were other breakfast options but we had the omelette and hash browns
The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our requests. This hotel provided us with a good overall experience. The breakfast and service was excellent and the cleaning staff was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good location near some restaurants and access to Downtown. Rooms are clean and in good condition (although bathroom could use an update). Breakfast (during the week at least) was pretty basic but coffee was fresh and omelets made to order. (and waffle station). I was just passing though town so only needed a place to spend the night and this hotel was perfect for that. Traveling with a pet, their pet fee is reasonable ($30)
The staff at the hotel were exceptionally professional and considerate. From making reservations on the phone and checking in on arrival, all the way through a very nice breakfast, and checking out, it was a great stay. The room was VERY clean and pleasant, and the hotel is located in a relatively quiet area. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Thank you Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites.
This hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. One of the best Bestwestern hotels we have been in this past year. My husband travels for work and we use Bestwestern 99% of the time because we have travel with a dog many times over the years. Bestwestern always allows pets.
I chose this hotel based solely on location. It was on the way to where I needed to be. I only stayed one night, but I did get to enjoy the sauna. Breakfast was better that average most of the staff were helpful.
We stay whenever we go through Pueblo. Always good service and friendly staff. Easy access from Interstate and good places to eat nearby. Like the made to order omlets. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds. Recommend this hotel.
Clean, affordable, and great breakfast (customizable omelette, waffles and other things). The staff was very friendly and helpful and I was pleased with everything about my stay. I'll definitely stay here again.
Great service, room, and healthy breakfast. We used this location to visit points of interest in Pueblo and Colorado Springs. There is a wide selection of wonderful restaurants within proximity of this Inn.
Sadly, we expected much more from this location, but just one day into an eight day stay, it's bad, real bad! To start with, the hot tub and sauna are both broken and staff say it's been that way for a long time with no hope that management is going to complete repairs any time soon. But, housekeeping also seems to leave much to be desired as well. From the used condom wrapper found on the floor when we arrived to forgotten service in our room today. At least they removed our towels. Didn't leave any new ones!! We had to pull our own trash and make the bed! Maybe Floyd Valdez can contact me as I've already requested at the front desk!
My friends encouraged me to stay in this area for convenience. Easy on and off freeway and shopping/restaurants are close. Property was clean and staff was pleasant. Would stay here again. They allow pets but keep the pet rooms separate from non pet.
Clean, pleasant and helpful staff, location of this property was excellent - close to places to eat and shop. Well-lit parking lot. Room was clean and well-stocked for what I needed. Safe location, never felt afraid to walk outside.
Stayed here in a king bedded room which quite large and found it to be clean and great kudos to Nate, who handled our check in. A nice guy with excellent customer service skills. As another review indicated, the breakfast set up is not very good and this whole thing about following COVID protocols is a joke as neither of the two people handling breakfast duties wore a mask. If more than one or two are ordering breakfast at the same time , it way to much for one cook to handle making the omelets pouring cereals and handing toast or an english muffin so that I could get it toasted while the omelet was cooking. I asked twice and finally got it on the third time! The second day the orange juice was like orange water and the coffee was very diluted. The hot water was not hot. Because of this and the high price of the room (I am Gold level with BW) I would not return and booked the best rate a month before arrival date and the hotel was not full at all. Would not return to this hotel.
We got a great room unfortunately overseeing the entrance where smokers congregated. We did get some smoke. A smoking area needs to be away from a main entrance. We've been coming to this hotel for several years our point between home and Rapid City. We've always raved about the breakfast being so good with an omelet bar and other items. This time all the items, i.e., muffins and breads, were handed to each person. No personal choice. Signs for limiting omelets, one to each person, and items to top limited to 2 items. It was so controlled this time. All the bananas were way too ripe for eating. We understand in these days for conservation; however, it just wasn't welcoming.
I've stayed at this property twice, first time the bed was wonderful, second time the bed was horrible. I wouldn't let that stop me from trying the hotel again. Breakfast cook was not wearing a mask on either trip and was coughing over food.
Very clean and comfortable room with big TV, micro, fridge. The front desk person, Nate, really knew his business and was extremely helpful. The breakfast is made to order and includes several types of omelets and waffles. The person working in the kitchen, Eileen, was friendly and accommodating. And 3 cheers for the housekeepers, who did a fantastic job and were also friendly and considerate. I would definitely stay here again!
We had travelled from Farmington, NM to Pueblo. Nate at the desk credited our Best western Gift card to the bill. What he didn't tell us is that we needed to request a hair dryer at the desk since they are not provided in the room.
This hotel was okay the pet room we were in the floor was disgusting everything else was decent the breakfast people told us could only have one thing even though it was supposed to be a continental breakfast
We have stayed at BW for years, when we started traveling with our kids. Only a couple of times can I remember a negative experience. This property in Pueblo is one of the better ones we've stayed at. First impression at check-in was friendly and helpful. Jordon thoroughly described the layout, and explained the breakfast setup. She told us about a few sights around Pueblo. The room was large, clean, well lit, and plenty of plugins for our devices. Bathroom was roomy, clean and well stocked. Breakfast as we checked out was surprisingly good … fresh, hot, variety … and the omelet station was amazing! If you decide to stay at BW Eagleridge, you've made a good decision!
While staying one night here at the Best Western in Pueblo Colorado our vehicle got broken into along with several other peoples vehicles. The Manager at the front desk could care less just said you have to go the police station, I already called your not the only one! With a careless attitude!! Obviously we called the police and they took all the information and said this was a bad place to stay!! The police say the hotel got so tired of having to send police footage in that they now only have cameras under the pavilion and even if they have footage they won't admit they have it. This is a sorry excuse for customer service!!
Synopsis: a good, clean hotel to stay in but older and could use some improvements. Also needs to update breakfast service. Stayed here June 2021 as part of a southwestern US trip. Hotel is relatively easy to find, has some restaurants nearby. Lobby is clean and recently updated, spacious. Check-in was easy and we had room 107 on the main floor. Even though there was a youth group or something in the lobby talking, we did not have any noise issues with the stay. Room was large, though the bathroom seemed older and didn't appear to have had any updates in the last few years. Nothing to say don't stay in the room, but it needs updates. I've never not stayed at a hotel because of the breakfast service, but this one could make me consider it in the future. 1st, I was told I could not take breakfast items from the dinning area to eat in my room because it could make a mess in the room. I've eaten at dozen of Best Westerns across the US and have never been told that before. If they don't want you to eat in the rooms, why supply them with microwaves or refrigerators? 2nd, the breakfast service is not self-serve, but rather someone in the kitchen area makes all item, including cereal. I don't think this is a response to COVID, but rather regular business for them. It makes it inconvenient to the guest and inefficient in the dinning area also (plus, the omelet they made was just okay). 3rd, I ordered a waffle and was served a microwaved waffle still in the plastic bag. The waffle wasn't very good. All in all, I would weigh the breakfast service oddities before I stayed here again.
would not stay here again room was hot a/c wouldn't cool room reported no response. Internet was very spoty maid service didn't make bed no shampoo in room first day remote on second TV didn't work. The only thing that was good about this place was the breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again
After a long drive from Texas, I was exhausted. When I went to check in (without a reservation) the desk clerk, with attitude, gave me a room on the third floor. I started the air conditioner and started to unpack. I noticed the air conditioner was blowing hot air. I reported this to the front desk and was told that was because the sun was on that side of the building. I told the desk clerk I had stayed in enough motels to tell when the air conditioning was working or not. They moved me to another room on the same floor. The air conditioning worked fine in that room. Another desk clerk called my new room to inform me I had THREE additional reservations. I told him I had NO reservations, let alone three!! He said he would take care of it. Upon waking next morning and having back pains, I noticed the King bed was sagging in the middle. Need to replace mattresses. Badly! Also, the ice machine was not working-no ice to put in cooler for my insulin. I talked to the Manager the next morning and he offered to give me 10,000 Reward points for my inconveniences but has not done so. He also mentioned that because they were full, they had rented out the first room I had with the air conditioner problem, giving the people a fan. I am a Gold member and have stayed in many Best Western motels. This is the worst one!
We have recently had some hardships and unfortunately have had to utilize the hotel service more then we'd like. Some have made us feel low by the treatment we've received. We do our best and pay hefty prices to stay off the streets. Wether they knew it or not, The Best Western Plus by far exceeded our hopes and expectations. Not that I'm surprised, we just expected it to be the same as some of the other brands, but thankfully, it has been the best stay we've had. We left with restored hope, and well rested. Thank you Best western.
Hotel was nice just needs some upgrades like security guards, safer windows, some work on the bathroom wall. Ok to stay for the price, the area is ok, close to freeway. I would stay again just would like to feel safe.
My family only have luxury of staying one night at this location. I would happily stay again and recommend others do so as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and room was very clean. Pool was open and that was an awesome bonus which were able to enjoy.
Signs in hotel threaten 250 charge for opening windows, claiming to be violation of fire code. However, you are not able to exit side doors. They have been padlocked by management. I fail to see how that cannot be against fire code regulations.
We stayed here on a trip through Colorado. We were upgraded to a jr suit. Room was large and clean. The made to order omelettes were fantastic. The cook was exceptional. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The internet was spotty in the room.
From when we walked in, the staff made us feel at home. Breakfast was by far the best treat, one cook, made omelets for basically an entire hotel... and not one person waited more than 3 min for food!
Stayed at this hotel over a year ago, and this stay was as good as before. Very good service, nice staff and still had their cook to order omelettes even with the virus craziness. Will always stay here when in the area.
Love staying here the staff can be very friendly and nice... They greet us coming in and out and being here for the time we stood here were always feeling welcomed and never pushed away from stay there...
Hotel accused me of stealing a blanket and charged me $45. While trying to resolve this issue, hotel manager would not refund charge and indicated that I was lying. Do not stay at this hotel if you do not want to be accused of lying and theft. Before this, I was a loyal Best Western traveler.
This motel is a great place to stay. It's in a good location. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's nice and quiet. The breakfast is good and made to order. My kids really enjoy the pool.
I stayed there one night and had great service and will stay again. Right off the freeway and several places to eat close. I walked to cracker barrel really close. The room was nice and clean. Seemed to have a lot of parking and easy to get to.
While traveling with our dog between South Dakota and New Mexico, we always stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the service is wonderful. We enjoy the variety of items available for breakfast. With the restrictions around Covid-19, the staff does a great job of making us feel safe.
Update: I started with a 2-star review, but then the manager of the hotel, Floyd Valdez, threatened me with a libel suit if I gave the hotel a negative review, so I need to lower it to 1 star. Not only did they put me in a bug-infested room, but they threatened me if I wrote a review about it. I strongly recommend staying away!! --------------------- Original review: The accommodations would have been fine if not for the bugs that covered me in about a dozen dime-size red welts. It is a week later, and I am still itchy all over. The room was clearly infested with gnats, which were annoying but basically harmless. The bites had to come from something else (bedbugs, spiders, fleas,...?), but the hotel insists that isn't possible because the room was free of anything but the gnats. The hotel declined to do anything for my inconvenience and discomfort except credit me with some loyalty points. Since I don't travel much, they would have been useless to me. They said that, since I booked the room through Travelocity, I already had a discounted rate and there was nothing else they could do.
We usually enjoy Hampton Inns but we decided to try Best Western. Oh how I still regret this decision. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was the most disgusting room we have ever encountered. I pulled the sofa bed out and the mattress had dried blood stains and crumbs in it. Then when I folded the couch back up I noticed more blood stains on the couch cushions (which my children just sat on). My husband went down to the front desk and showed them the pictures to which the lady said “it may be chocolate stains”. My husband has been a firefighter/paramedic for 14 years but even someone with no medical experience can identify dried blood. Then she told us it could have been from a domestic dispute a few days ago and told us how bad the housekeeper was. This was so concerning on so many levels. The fact that a housekeeper thought it ok to leave blood stains is appalling especially during COVID. So this leads me to believe that their cleaning procedures are definitely not up to standard. Also the indifferent attitude towards the ordeal was infuriating. This hotel should be utterly embarrassed. The only reason we didn't pack up was because it was 10 at night and little kids were exhausted. So they switched our rooms. Nobody apologized for it nor offered to comp our stay in anyway. There are much better hotels nearby. I strongly suggest staying away from this place.
I loved my long stay with my husband. My nephew and son's loved having a pool... Angel is a hardworking lady... helpful, cheerful, polite and always happy! Nate was fantastic in explaining my bill and great multi tasking skills... I will definitely be staying here again and recommend this clean and cozy hotel room any and every one I know
Nice Hotel. However the elevator was broke while we were there but their was staff available to take you up and down. It was understaffed when we checked in on Monday, Labor Day, but all in all a good clean place to stay.
Overall good stay. The room was nice. Hot tub was cool and could use some maintenance. Water looked greenish. Made to order omelets were nice. They had a good choice of toppings. (Mushrooms, spinach, green chili, tomato, jalapeño, ham, bacon, sausage, etc.)They also had hot sauce by request. Ice machine on 1st floor is broken and elevator only works with front desk key. They are working on getting the part though. The workers made the best of it and would take you up to your floor and down as needed. Overall would stay again.
We stayed in a pet friendly room and arrived at the hotel at 11pm. We got to sleep soon and it was disturbed around 1am. The room next door had an arguing couple, one was obviously drunk and yelling. It didn't get to be a big issue until we started to hear other noises. We became concerned about the safety of the woman next door. We called front desk and the service clerk told us that they do not get involved in those situations. It's company policy they told us. Out of concern, we went to management in the morning. The manager did not even address the issue of safety and noise. Instead he kept diverting that they're not responsible for client safety and that it's company policy. Don't stay here.
My husband and I were impressed with the beautiful location, excellent service from qualified staff and truly enjoyed our stay. We were offered sound advice and great suggestions on where to eat and various businesses.
Spent the night on the way to South Dakota on vacation. It is easy to find and get into. Check-In was quick and easy. We had been on the road for 14 hours, my son needed to go to the bathroom so we went up to the room before we went to find something to eat. Got up to the First room, opened the door neither bed was made and the TV was on. Back downstairs, apologies given, and was told they would check to ensure the room was clean while we went to get something to eat. Hit a nearby drive thru and back to the hotel where we were given a Second room (while waiting to get the keys to the second room, a family who checked in right after I did was checking out. I don't know why but I have an idea, I'll get into that later) I got the keys to the second room my family and I go upstairs, it's NOT CLEAN either, one bed is totally wiped out. Back downstairs this time with a wife that ISN'T happy at all. Was told they didn't have time to check the second room but will go right now and inspect the THIRD room. She comes back a few minutes later and says it's clean. It was clean, the issue that we now face is when we get off the elevator on the third floor (the previous two were on the second floor) you feel like you are walking into Cheech and Chongs house after they were up all night. No smoke in the air but you could smell Mary Jane strong! I understand recreational marijuana is legal in Colorado, however the vote has several no smoking signs. I really feel this is why the family with small kids checked out 20 minutes after they checked in, and truthfully if we weren't on our THIRD room I would have probably left myself. Did I mention my wife was NOT happy? Once inside the room you couldn't smell anything so we went to sleep. There was plenty of hot water and breakfast was made to order. Now I understand this was in the middle of Covid-19 but there were several reviews stating the hotel took precautions which is the reason I booked it. It was my understanding that rooms were being sanitized and only using a few rooms per floor and leaving a certain amount of time between uses. This was obviously not the case here as the first two rooms were NOT clean. Would we stay here again, honestly if we found a better deal probably not.
There will be no next time. This was the worst hotel experience iv had. The bathtub was clogged up. The fridge had mold spots on it and was either on coldest or it didnt work. They said they couldnt move us or fix the issues due to covid-19. We left a day early. Because we left at noon we were penalized and had to pay an extra night anyways. The outside of the building smelled like cats. Pee and poop. It was so gross.. I would never recommend or go back to this hotel. Very unsatisfied.
Stayed in a 2 queen bed room with my husband and twin 11 year olds. The room was comfy and clean. The location is excellent with so many places to eat and convenient places like Walmart, walgreens, a bunch of gas stations and dispensaries close by. Very peaceful area too. My kids love the custom omelette. Nice place to stay. I got a great price thru AAA. Would stay again.
Our stay here at Best Western was great. Check in was fast the clerk was very friendly and explained everything. Rooms were nice and clean. the rooms were good size beds were comfy. Would recommend this place to friends and family.
We were in Arizona for the winter and held off traveling home in April due to coronavirus. When we finally decided to go it was very stressful. We had stayed at a hotel in Pueblo before so decided to make that our first stop. It WAS NOT Best Western Eagleridge. We were not happy. It was packed! Lots of people. My husband went in and they had 6 feet between patrons in line. He asked what they were doing as far as leaving rooms unoccupied and they said nothing - we are too busy - if people come we give them a room. So ...we left there. Meantime I am in car looking at Trip Advisor and found Best Western Eagleridge. GOOD MOVE!! Talked to Nate who was very sympathetic to our concerns. Explained the safety/sanitation protocol they were following. Assured us we would be given a room no one had stayed in for 48 hours. We drove there and met Nate at the desk. They were taking caution with social distancing - card reader so employee didn't touch card. He explained again their GMs concern over them following these strict protocols. The room was great, they provided us with a bag for breakfast in am, and Nate was SUPER!! Kudos to the management and employees at Eagleridge! We WILL stay there again ..hopefullly in better times!!
I usually don't stay at Best Westerns. I was impressed with this property, traveling during this time of the covid19 can make you worry about how clean the property will be. I was very impressed with how clean my room was, I travel a lot and it was obvious they took an extra effort to make sure. I also liked the clean free T.V. remote.
My wife & I were so impressed with this Hotel. We had a short two day visit moving our daughter to Pueblo right as this Coronavirus was taking hold. From the moment we walked in the lobby you noticed this Hotel was taking every precaution for their guests seriously. The staff practiced the 6ft distancing. Laid all paperwork and CC on counter while stepping back out of the way. The rooms were clean and sanitized. Remotes were in a sanitized cover! We will stay here every time we come back to visit our daughter. Again - the staff and Hotel were just so impressive!
the hotel was very clean and service was good. The breakfast options served were very good. Our room was nice and I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well. The location of the hotel was good too.
I recommend Best Western Plus in Pueblo, CO because of the positive experience we had there. The rooms were big and comfortable, except for only firm pillows. Check in was easy, fast, and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast is the main reason I take time to submit this review. The "cook to order" eggs (omelettes) were very good.
Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Unlike most motels and inns, the water pressure in shower was excellent. A large variety of foods were offered at breakfast including individually made omlettes. I would highly recommend Best Western plus
A great place to stay when traveling to or through Pueblo, Colorado. Excellent staff and great breakfast, omelets made to order. The swimming pool is warm and is another reason we stay here. I have not had any problems and the staff is very attentive to your needs.
This was my first time traveling for business to the Pueblo area. The outside appearance of the hotel was clean, the interior was clean and lobby and breakfast areas were spacious. The decor of the hotel was a little dated, but not too bad. I stayed three nights, the room was clean, however they forgot to clean my room on the last day of my stay. This hotel was just average.
Good sized, clean rooms. Plenty of pillows! Great omelette station in the morning to accompany the usual hotel fare. My 3 and 5 yr old loved the build your own yogurt cup. Cake, coffee, tea, and fruit water 24/7. Friendly and attentive staff very accommodating (shout out to Nate). A definitely good place to stay in Pueblo. Will definitely stay again
Upon arrival after a long travel day, the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful getting us into a room. Eagleridge was a great choice for our night in Pueblo! Thanks, we'll stay again when traveling through Colorado.
The hotel was very clean and beds were fine but what made it stand out was the great breakfast. It was nice to get an omelet made to order at the breakfast bar. There was the standard continental breakfast items but getting a good, hot breakfast was the perfect way to start a day off right.
Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn and Suites is our usual stopping place between Albuquerque and points north. We discovered this wonderful hotel several years ago when we needed a place to stop enroute to Casper, Wy. Now it is where we stop any time we head north. The made-to-order omlets are what brings us back this way. EVERY morning, there is a chef cooking breakfast! There is always enough food andit is always good. The staff here is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is located just I 25, so it is convenient to get on and off the freeway. There are also several restaurants within a block or so, in case we get in later at night and want dinner before we check in. This trip was for business, and it was a perfect place to stop.
This is an exceptional option for the price range. I always have a good stay. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean. All is in working order. There is a complimentary omelette for breakfast too.
This hotel has everything that all the hotels who offer complimentary breakfast have. And that is all good. BUT THEN! There are omelettes - handmade- by a cook and made with so many fresh ingredients and accompanied by his hashbrowns and there is sausage and bacon and hashbrowns. AND the woman who assists him is so kind and helpful! What great service!! The hotel is clean and updated. All of these elements of the hotel are good . . . BUT DID I mention the breakfast?
Excellent hotel. Great employees. Super breakfast. This is where I will stay from now on. Only good things to say. I've stayed in many, many hotels. This one is one of the best. This is a model property forBest Western.
Stayed one night with our dog as we were traveling through Pueblo. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and served us well. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean - no sign or smell of other dogs. The made-to-order omelet in the morning with all kinds of fresh vegetables and meats to add in was a real treat. We will mark this on our places to stay if and when we travel this way again. Thank you for a great stay!
This hotel is a great place to stay. Our room was clean, breakfast was delicious and all the staff is very friendly and curterious. This hotel is right next to crackle barrell and they are on door dash that delivers food right to your door.
I needed a suite to stay in during a road trip and this hotel was adequate. The establishment is older but somewhat renovated. Could be in better repair as there was tile damage and other signs of wear in the room. Furniture and carpet were old and worn. Size was adequate. Breakfast though was great with hot food options. Proximity to freeway and convenience were good
Like that they are pet friendly. Close to everything. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Omelette chef for breakfast. Would recommend and will come again when in area. This area seems a little nicer than some areas in Pueblo.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hot, cooked to order omelets were a great way to start the day. The mattress, however, was saggy in the middle. I didn't sleep well because I kept rolling down hill into a hole right up against my husband.
Facility, check was easily done with Nate. He is a fantastic asset to the hotel; polite, professional and honestly concerned for the comfort of guests. The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is done very well, with the cook Ali he makes one feel at home... Overall a highly recommended hotel for visitors to Pueblo, Co.
The service and accommodations are excellent. The rooms were clean and odor free. The employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was particularily good. The renovations that were made in the last couple of years give the hotel a very mice image.
The staff were so friendly and the hotel so nice and clean. The breakfast had all the main things, PLUS...a chef to fix omelets or eggs any way you want them. Comfortable beds - very impressed with this hotel.
Excellent stay in a great mini-suite. Nice indoor pool.....great bed. Custom made omelets each morning with a nice variety of other items. Pretty good wi-fi.....helpful Front Desk staff.....especially Nate. Prices competitive maybe because of high concentration of lodging in the immediate area.
Had a nice little mini-suite. Clean and comfy - excellent bed. Custom made omelettes in a very nice breakfast room. Nice indoor pool. Nate at the front desk was most helpful. Convenient location amongst many chain hotels. Competition probably help make this an excellent value.
Originally booked a 2 bedroom to spend time with friends. When AC did not work and toilet did not flush, management moved us to two separate rooms. This kind of ruined the trip, the suite had a kitchen, dining room and living room. The other two rooms were down the hall from each other.
We found this hotel to a good bargain. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean modern and spacious. The breakfast area was exceptionally clean and the omelette chef was friendly and very good at his job. Close to the interstate near gas stations and several food choices.
Driving through on our way south and needed a place to stay - so happy we chose this BW! Ashley was helpful on the phone as we called ahead for a reservation and then when we checked in. BW - Ashley is a huge asset to your hotel! Room was large, clean, and comfy with lots of outlets for charging phones and computers. Restaurants are within walking distance (but avoid the Village Inn). Wonderful surprise to have omelets made to order for breakfast. They were fabulous - and the make yourself waffles had a different and yummy batter. We would happily return here.
We were looking for a place to stop on our way to Lottis Creek Campground near Almont. Called a couple of hours before arrival to make a reservation. Nate was very helpful, told us where we could park our truck & trailer. When we arrived I asked if there was a room available looking toward our vehicle. Nate was super accommodating & upgraded us to a room. Breakfast was great, they have an omelet chef. Will definitely stay there again.
The staff is very polite and helpful. Any issues they took care of it. This is the only Best Western that I've been to that has a chef for breakfast that makes scrambled eggs or omelettes to order. The location is great, right off interstate 25. The rooms were very clean.
This hotels price is comparable to the other hotels in this town. If you're traveling to this town for fun I recommend going the extra 45 minutes to Manitou instead. But if you have to be in this town we would pick a different hotel next time. The hotel had the basic amenities and is pet friendly. They offered omelets at breakfast but the gentleman making it was very rude and kind of creepy. Making me no return with as many options as there are in this town
I travel alot for work and just to get to know the world, I always stay at the Best Western but i have never been to one that cooks for you this was a very impressive detail. I enjoyed the omelettes!!!! Also great service! Manager very friendly staff as well!!! Thanks
I gotta say...I LOVE this destination. The front desk staff overall is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and welcoming. The housekeepers must be content with their jobs(they're always happy to help and accommodate), and the breakfast staff. OML they are sooo great. The stay was so pleasant; I mean, I would really have to SEARCH to find a thing to complain about. Mind you, this stay was not my first. The pricing is great for the satisfaction of the stay. You will appreciate the effort they put into making you welcome. And I feel confident recommending anyone to stay here while in Pueblo.
This motel is definitely one of the best in Pueblo. Clean, Friendly, ideally located, and we try to stay with the Best Western group every time we travel. We have never been disappointed and we are always happy with the rates.
The facility is clean, well cared for. Management very nice in a low key way. I liked that. Rooms are large. Made our short stay in Pueblo an excellent one. I prefer Best Western for location, reliability and personality.
This a nice hotel in a great location. Nice rooms and fabulous staff that makes you feel at home and welcome. Close to shopping.restaurants. coffee shops, movies, bookstore and more. Family friendly, breakfast included and nice pool and hot tub area. Breakfast time accommodates both early and late risers and variety of would satisfy most including little ones, those on diets and even the picky eater. The front desk staff and every staff person in the hotel were happy to help with your every need. The hotel was clean the public areas were clean and the rooms were clean and we'll equipped. The staff went out of their way to make sure your stay was pleasant.
First of all Nate was amazing!!! We had originally booked another hotel through a company, and when we went to check in, the place was WAY BELOW standard. As we were leaving a gentlemen told us about Best Western Plus up the street, we had stayed in the one in Raton, NM and thanks to Marsha we had a fabulous stay. So we went straight to the Best Western Plus. Nate jumped right in to help get us a room. We wanted 2 beds but there were none available so he put us in a King mini suite with a pull out sofa. The next morning Tabitha helped us get into a room with 2 beds. Nate had left a note and made sure we were taken care of. The staff was wonderful, the cleaning staff were quick to offer clean towels and supplies, even thought we were not having them clean the room. Loved this place!!!
We stay at Best Western all the time and usually are very satisfied. The rooms are good sized but the shower was very dirty with hair everywhere. The hot tub was cold and the sauna was broken. Breakfast was very good and the staff pleasant
We recently stayed 2 nights and will definitely stay at this motel again. The price was very reasonable compared to the other motels in the area. The place was clean, quiet and the staff was very accommodating. We asked to stay on a floor without dogs which they were able to do. We had the best breakfast of any motel thanks the the made to order omelettes.
A week before our visit, I booked a room here for one night and informed them that we would be checking in between 6:00pm-7:00pm. The website didn't require my credit card since I was able to cancel until 2:00 on the day of arrival with no fee. I received an email confirmation stating the check-in time requested and our confirmation number. When we arrived at the hotel at 6:00pm (after a long baseball tournament in 105 degree heat), we were told that they had to cancel our booking because they didn't have a credit card for pre-authorization. They supposedly tried calling to inform us that it was going to be canceled but we never received a call or a voicemail (or an email for that matter and they had both forms of contact on file). They referred us to a hotel next door and thankfully they had a room for us, but we ended up spending more than we originally booked at Best Western. Terrible customer service and we won't be booking there again.
Last weekend I had a very nice stay at this property. There isn't a great view or anything like that, so it's not a destination unto itself. But if you need a place to stay in the area, this is a fine choice. It's located in a commercial area, which means there are at least two restaurants within an easy walk of the property, and countless more are within a short drive. It's close enough to the highway that there's easy access, but it's not so close that there's highway noise. Everything outside, in the inside common areas, and in my room appeared well maintained. There's an indoor pool and spa, and that area is also in good shape. The two people behind the front desk who helped me were friendly. Probably the thing that most makes the hotel stand out is the breakfast because it offers the holy grail of free hotel breakfasts: a custom omelette station. That was very nice. The only thing that wasn't great was that my in-room Wifi was a little shakey, but that was a minor thing, and that certainly wouldn't stop me from returning.
We had a very nice stay at this property. We came down to Pueblo for a weekend get away and it was excellent, although we forgot to bring our swim wear. The location is convenient, the staff was efficient, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this location to anyone.
We stayed 2 nights at this BW in Pueblo. I always use reviews to help with our decision. This hotel didn't disappoint. Though close to I25, it was quiet and the staff was very pleasant. The property was clean as was our room. They are pet friendly and have a nice breakfast service with an omelet chef. We'll stay here again.
Check in was easy with room requested. Vanity in bedroom, not good for 2 at night. Small bath; tub & toilet about 24" apart. Dogs galore in parking lot and one barking in room down the hall! Comp. breakfast was better than most. 1st morning told by mug housekeeper, rooms are only cleaned between 8-10 am??? 2nd day, no housekeeping, Evening clerk Tabatha brought us towels. 3rd morning must have been different housekeeper. All was well. But probably never again.
Stopped in here while traveling through Colorado.. after reading the reviews we decided to splurge and stay here.. generally I try to stay places under $100 bur 6p and everyting around was full we went here.. and wasnt sorry! the room was nice, beds were comfortable and internet and tv were also great. Breakfast was fantastic! they even make made to order omlets.. it was great! If I had one thing to do different it would be to have asked for a different room, we were given a room with an adjioning door... later that evening they put a young family in the next room, and everything they said we heard through the door.. until after 10p and their alarm at 5a..
Have stayed at this hotel 2 times. They work with me on breakfast for my celiac & anaphylactic tree-nut kid. They keep my ice packs for the special food we have to carry re-frozen in their freezers. I appreciate the people in this hotel because they are always friendly & helpful.
We were breaking up a long drive and needed a short stay. Tabitha at the front desk was very welcoming. She moved us to a king room on the 3rd floor as the first room she suggested was pet-friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had the king bed, a large bathroom, a sitting chair, a desk, TV, microwave and refrigerator. For the complimentary breakfast, they have a chef who cooks your omelet to order. You receive a coupon for an omelet at check in. The hotel is close to many stores and restaurants. There was plenty of hot water and the hotel was quiet.
Attention Diamond & Diamond Select members........This manager does not recognize the comp upgrade program for advanced tiers if you reserve into a double queen. The breakfast coupons are re-used from MANY previous customers. The customer service skills of the manager completely destroy any anticipated enjoyment you might have from the check-in procedure. I will move my future Pueblo stays into a Choice Privileges property instead.
nice hotel with very caring staff. they have a nice breakfast which is always nice. they use to have the USA TODAY paper but for some reason its no longer offered. making more money im guessing is the reason
Pros: clean, well-maintained, nice room, very quiet, fast check-in and out, easy wifi, good location near various restaurants. Breakfast was very nice--hand-made omelet and hashed browns while you wait. Cons: front door auto opener did not work--awkward with suitcases. Elevator very slow first day, better second day. A bit pricey for Pueblo, but we'd stay here again.
Close to the freeway, but no ON the freeway, so overall pretty quiet. Multiple restaurants nearby within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean with very comfy beds! Appreciate the in-room fridge, coffee maker & microwave too..
Another Typical Best Western stay , no problems , nice room , AC had fan on setting - Decent breakfast , could have had an omelet made if you wanted one - Good location just off the I-25 - Oh , one minor annoyance , AC only went down to 68 degrees , that's sheet only sleeping temp for me!
Hotel was clean, comfortable. The breakfast is what makes it a good stay. Omelettes made to order in the morning, and the person making them was very friendly and polite.A great way to start off your day and get a better than average hotel breakfast.
This is a great hotel with comfortable amenities, good location, fantastic breakfast, and pet-friendly! If I return to this area I will without a doubt stay in this hotel again, and will be sure to recommend it to friends and family,
We stayed here after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. It was such a good price for this nice facility. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. I think they probably need to upgrade the bathrooms and the rooms in the near future. It is getting a little worn.
We stayed with our family. The hotel and experience was great! From check in to check out all team members were friendly and helpful. The kids loved the indoor pool. Breakfast was worth the stay! Custom omelets and so much more! The beds were comfy and the room was super clean. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel was clean, service staff was friendly. The hotel has a chef on staff that prepares omelets to order. The room was clean and spacious, beds are quite comfortable. Hotel is located close to shopping, movie theatre and restaurants.
Can't say enough nice about this property, from the comfy rooms to the over the top breakfast. The place was neat as a pin and All staff was more than willing to go the extra mile. Just doesn't get any better.
Location close to I-25, restaurants and a variety of cuisines, was really.handy! Front desk personnel were extremely welcoming, room and beds were very nice, and their personal chef with inlets to order out them over the top ! We thought it was a brand new hotel by the condition and style.
Hands down this was the BEST hotel I've stayed at. We will be staying at Best Western only from now on. They have a great breakfast, plenty of new options to choose from(made to order omelettes). We also like that they have a sauna, not just the pool and hot tub.
We were pleasantly surprised at what a great place this Best Western Plus was to stay! It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. In fact we thought it was very new! The breakfast area is large, bright, and comfortable with a very large selection of breakfast foods both hot and cold. The chef is most accommodating fixing omlets to order. The General Manager is outstanding! She is very friendly chatting with guests at breakfast inquiring about their stay and always available. All personnel are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We definitely will be back!
Wonderful facility with welcoming staff. Our room was clean with a great layout for a bit of work and a night's rest. Breakfast was the real plus.....handcrafted omelet made to order along with the usual staples! Best night of a 5 night road trip! Thank you!
The Petty Manager Cheryl Morenz at the Eagle Ridge Best Western in Pueblo CO does not maintain her property and when she is called on it offers excuses or blatant fabrications, it's not like I have never stayed in a hotel with problems. I will take my money and go elsewhere as you suggest by your undesirable comment, and I suggest anyone staying in Pueblo do the same. You are neck and neck with Laplace as the worst of the 100's Best Western Properties I've stayed in, wait Laplace fixes the maintenance issues when pointed out, I guess that leaves you.
Quiet room and comfortable bed. One of the best free hotel breakfasts we have had in a while. Made to order omelets and homemade hash browns. Definitely a cut above. A Cracker Barrel next door was in walking distance for dinner. Enjoyed our overnight stay.
We rented a two queen room for one night with three adults and our small dog. The staff was friendly and the facility seems relatively new and clean. We received a dog treat and poop bag on check in, which is a nice touch. There are plenty of grassy areas nearby for dog walks. The room was functional, although the beds are of a lower quality. They were comfortable enough, but even the slightest jiggle from your bed mate causes the whole bed to shake. The best part was breakfast. They have a hot service with made to order omelets and more. The breakfast pushed me from 4 stars to 5.
We recently needed a last minute hotel with our pet. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. Our room was clean, comfortable and and easily accessible for taking our dog in or out. All staff were friendly, always asked if we needed anything else, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The continental breakfast was superior to most i have had.We did not use the pool, hot tub, or fitness room..they appeared clean.
Clean rooms but amenities only fair for the price in comparison to other motels in the vicinity. Staff was usually not available when entering or leaving. Elevator not working properly. Touted breakfast was really only fair when considering the price for this motel. I would search for another motel for this price.
Extremely disappointing especially when discovering bed bug infestation. Our technicians work hard at customer facilities and simply want a comfortable night of sleep. More disappointing is the response or lace thereof from the staff
Immaculately clean; beautiful decor, pristine guest rooms, lovely breakfast made to order. This place is perfect for travlelers, families and pet owners. This is a gem of a hotel in Pueblo. The customer service is top notch as well.
Heavy rain brought us off the highway in search of a room. We needed a handicapped accessible room with a bathtub. We were in luck and stayed in a really nice roomy refuge. We ended staying an additional night. We had planned to get a hotel In Pueblo West closer to family but this hotel ended up being a jewel. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We used the laundry which was clean and nice. We will stay again.
Friendly, professional staff. Security in the parking lot. The room was very clean, and inviting, and breakfast was topped off by a great specialty hand made omelette!I just hope that they change their service provider for the television in the future. That was the only thing I was unhappy with. So, a score of 99.9 out of 100! :)
A very nice older hotel, excellent service from staff. good location, quiet nicely appointed rooms, easy parking. wifi was fast, a/c quiet, large room, very comfortable beds, plenty of parking front & back
I reserved a room at the Pueblo best western assuming that my daughter would golden state. Three weeks before this day I called and canceled. No one gave me a cancellation number. Two days later I called again to make sure that there was no reservation and they said there was no reservation. They charge me for the room and will not return my money. Terrible customer service.
This was a real treat. After getting to the hotel the staff was very cordial and got us set up quickly. Got to our room and it was quite large and clean. The bed was comfortable and it had been a long day so were loved that. Breakfast was over and above what we have had and many BW. there was an omelet station and they would also make hash browns if you wanted. I had only one complaint and that was that the internet kept disconnecting from my computer. The reset the access point but that didn't help.
The hotel is back away from I-25 and oriented to where road noise is not noticeable. The lobby appears to be recently renovated. Fresh finishes in corridor and rooms. Made-to-order omelettes (including egg white only, upon request) is a differentiating feature. Also biscuits and gravy that morning for hot food. Also yogurt, cereal, waffles, etc. All employees we encountered were friendly. Large "mini" fridge with, alas, no small freezer compartment for my cold packs. Also not a fan of the small pillows on the bed. Everything else was great. Lots of space in the room to kick back. Plenty of power outlets on the desk. Will definitely stay here again if passing through.
I/we have used this Best Western many times and will continue to do so in the future. This facility is truly Pet Friendly yet remains among the best kept and cleanest in the Best Western chain. Thanks to the entire staff for a pleasant welcome and stay.
We appreciated many things about this Best Western location. Rooms with enough comfortable seating, clean & comfortable beds and rooms, good shower, great breakfast. The front desk staff were always helpful, and we had all the amenities we needed.
I've been traveling to Pueblo for the past 25 plus years this year traveling with my wife and this is our favorite Best Western of all of we stay in and we use the chain as often as we can. We find the staff more than helpful very friendly and it's been stated another reviews the made to breakfast is extraordinary. We find the rooms to be very clean in fact we were just mentioning you can walk on the carpets here without coming up with dirty feet as has happened another chain motels. We will be staying at this Best Western the game the next trip to Pueblo.
This is the second year we have stayed here. Last year it seemed very clean and the staff was helpful. This year we requested rooms in a group together and we did not get that and they were rude about it when asked. The hotel overall seemed dirty. The pool looked greenish and the kids feet were black after walking on the carpet without shoes. Two guests in our group in different rooms were bitten by something in bed during the night, and when it was mentioned to the staff they just dismissed it. However, the breakfast is amazing. The staff making the omelettes were very friendly and everything was well stocked.
This is the 2nd year we chose to stay here, last year we were so impressed with the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. This year was disappointing, everything seemed dingy, the pool definitely needed cleaned, the water was very murky. The rooms were ok, although 2 in our group found a few bed bugs which was reported to the hotel staff. They didn't seem even a little concerned. More annoyed than anything. On a positive note the breakfast was wonderful, definitely better than most. This hotel is certainly not worth the $150.00 a night price. We'll be staying elsewhere next year.
This updated property was easily accessible from the interstate. The rooms were nice and comfortable, as was the bed. The made to order omelettes were a pleasant change from the standard hotel breakfast.
My wife and I decided to stay here on our way to Santa Fe and this hotel was excellent. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The rate was reasonable. Our room was big and spacious and clean. The property is clean and well kept. The hotel is easily accessible from I-25 at Exit 102. And there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby for added convenience. We will definitely stay here again
My spouse and I stayed here on our country trip and were pleasantly surprised to find cooked to order breakfast in the morning with omelettes, or cooked to order eggs, plus all the other fixings of a great breakfast. The rewards bag given at checkin included kind granola bars (2) plus two waters and great service. They are doing it right.
Had a very pleasant one-night stay. Room was clean, comfortable and as advertised. The reviews re breakfast were spot on. I don't recall ever before staying at a motel with”made to order” omelettes. Lots of pillows on the beds, which were appreciated.
Air conditioning in our room did not work. We were miserable. Reported it and the only response from front desk personnel was a rude “ok”. Had welcome bag for gold members only, while other hotels treat ALL members the same and appreciate our business. The food at breakfast was very good, though a couple of minutes before they were to stop offering food, they shut down not even allowing those of us there to refill our drinks. Didn't even respond when asked. Not worth the money to stay here.
I stayed at 6 different Best Westerns on my trip to Texas and back home. This is one hotel I will definitely stay at again. In fact, I will arrange my schedule so I can stay at this hotel. From check-in to check out, this hotel is first rate! The staff are wonderful, the rooms clean, the bed comfortable, made to order omelettes are superb, and the pool clean without the horrid odor of chlorine or the feeling of walking into a sauna when opening the door. Also, they have an excellent government/military discount. I look forward to my next stay.
The service was great the breakfast was better than my expectations. The TV was not the greatest, but other than that, everything was great. The chef at breakfast made eggs to order. I would stay there again.
We chose this location after a day touring around Denver, but we wanted to get out of the city to make the start of our next day a little less stressful. The rooms at the Eagleridge Inn and Suites are nice and as we have come expect from Best Western, and the staff were quite nice. However, what really made this location for us was the omelette chef at breakfast. Wow, the omelettes are great and really made for a great start to our next day.
We always look at other reviews before staying anywhere and the reviews were spot on. The breakfast was exceptional for a chain hotel. A chef that cooks omelets to order. They also had bacon, sausage, French toast and all the other usual breakfast items. The hotel was clean, had an indoor pool and gym. I would say the hotel was a little pricey, but if you add in what you would pay for breakfast it evens out. Great breakfast and good location.
Overall a very nice room. They allowed pets but it did not smell like a zoo. Far enough from the freeway to be quiet. And the breakfast cook was outstanding. Everybody tipped her. The indoor pool was nicely kept and the hot tub part was perfect for relaxing.
I give it only three stars because of the cook at breakfast. She does a great job with eggs made to order. That was a plus. Two stars were removed because of a broken elevator and a desk clerk that didn't really seem to care we were on the third floor. Just a few nights before we were at another BW with a broken elevator. The clerk offered to take out bags up ONE floor. We declined his offer, but at least he sincerely cared. At this BW Plus we were given points, but there was no indication of when the elevator would be fixed and it had been broken since "yesterday".
Chery and her team do a great job on this property. This is what Plus stands for . Some of the other BW plus properties across the country should take notes . Mary does an excellent job with the breakfast. Real omelets.
The omelets in the morning are a wonderful addition to an otherwise boring breatkfast! Made to order by a very friendly, efficient chef. I'd go back for that perk, but this hotel was perfect in every way really. Very clean, quiet, friendly staff.
This hotel is located right of of I-25 hwy. It is a perfect location to local mall and other strip mall shopping. VERY friendly staff upon check-in. Infused water in lobby for guests and upon check in a nice bag was given to rewards members with water, snacks, and travel magazine. The elevator was out of service the day I arrived. The staff offered to carry luggage up to your room, only three floors. This happens to other businesses so it wasn't a big deal. The property is clean and the rooms were very clean and carpets were new. Linens were new and plenty of them for use. There is a microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator in the room. One nice feature is the light on the wall between the queen beds had a plug for your electronics - they scored big on this one. I hate having to look for a plug and end up with one that is across the room. They have Direct TV and a ton of channels to select from when you want to unwind. I was in a room facing he freeway and I can honestly say I didn't hear truck traffic. The hotel was quiet as there were a lot of business travelers as well a people traveling. I felt very safe and didn't worry about my vehicle in the parking lot. There is a nice fitness room, indoor pool/hot tub, and a coin washer & dryer. They will give you change to use it and they will also provide detergent and dryer sheets for no charge. The breakfast was really good - they have a chef that cooks made to order omelets, they have egg white ones as well. Their breakfast is stocked quite nicely with something for everyone. There is a Village Inn and Cracker Barrel next door but why would you spend the money when they have everything included in the room price. The staff was awesome and asked me how my family member was as they knew I was there for someone in the hospital. It made my stay feel personal. I will definitely stay there again. The super friendly service was so worth it.
The Eagleridge Hotel is located just off the Interstate and is close to several restaurants. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable and quiet. They served a cooked breakfast - which was nice. Would stay there again.
When we checked in I was excited to see the Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites was located right next to a Cracker Barrel but turns out the hotel breakfast was better, with omelettes made to order! The staff was incredibly friendly, the desk clerk even came out to our show! Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, the location was convenient and quiet I utilized the gym, pool, and hot tub. Everything I could hope for in a wonderful hotel experience!
The hotel staff was friendly, rooms clean, and breakfast was better than going to a sit down restaurant. When we are in Pueblo, Co we will stay here again. Great location and close to downtown where my meeting was held.
The location was an easy on and off the freeway for easy travel and there were many good restaurants walking distance from the hotel. The downtown area is only 2 exits from the I 25 highway. Good travel for business and local tours.
Clean comfortable room, quite. Good breakfast, easy access to area restaurants and shopping as well as highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we return to the area in the future.
Room stunk, no help from night manager, pool was for friends of the hotel not hotel guests. Even after told manager smell was giving me nausea and headaches and kids were gagging in bathroom he looked at me with deer in the headlights type of response.
This is the nicest Best Western Hotel we have ever stayed in, and we will stay there again the next time we are in Pueblo. Our room was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and included an updated bathroom. The breakfast offered everything you could possibly want including chef made omelets. We checked the pool, sauna, hot tub area and were impressed but didn't use it. This is the first 10* hotel we have stayed in for a long time,??
It is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean ,you fill safe, great breakfast and the pool is so nice. The staff treat you like you are the only one there. It is nice to see the same faces . untell next time Thank you so much .
This was my first time staying at this hotel. I was extremely impressed with the gentleman that took my reservation and checked me in. He had everything ready for me when I arrived late in the evening. The room was nice and clean and, my room had a 50” TV which was great! I will definitely choose to stay at this location again in the future.
The staff were all very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and pleasantly decorated. The breakfast was very good. There was a chef you made fresh omelets containing ingredients of your choosing, hash browns, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast rolls and muffins, juice, coffee and tea.
we travel several times a year and have always been happy with Best Western Hotels....The rates are reasonable and have always been treated well. Would recommend these hotels to anyone. Especially people that travel with pets.
Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again on our way back home. Clean friendly and easy access from highway. Staff was extremely helpful, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.
We enjoy staying here. They have complimentary items, like laundry soap. They also have a few items you may have forgotten at the front desk for sale. Also walking distance to places to eat. Some staff members are unfriendly.
This is a better than average BW Plus hotel with an excellent breakfast. Easy access parking and close to the interstate but far on the north side of Pueblo. The hotel is quiet and beds are quite comfortable. Electric outlets are available for electric and hybrid plug-ins, but bring your own charge cord.
My 2 granddaughters and I spent a wonderful night at the Pueblo Best Western. The Christmas decorations were wonderful, the staff was the best and the room was so clean and comfortable. The beds were like pillows, the pool area was clean and the rooms were so quiet, no noisey neighbors, good shower conditions and fluffy towels. I felt very safe with my girls, we were able to walk to Village Inn for dinner which was great that we didn't have to drive.
Excellent Hotel. The breakfast offered here is exceptional in comparison with other hotels we have used. I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a place to stay. If we come back through Pueblo, we will use it again.
We visit Pueblo often, and the Best Wetern Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites has been our choice to stay for each visit. The staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean, and the omlettes are the best- they also have a wide variety of other breakfast items. I like The option of dairy free products including milk since I have an allergy. The kids love it because they know as soon as we get out of the car they can have a piece of fresh fruit that is left out for guests. The kids also love the pool and the hot tub! We can even bring our dog which is nice! We look forward to many more trips and staying where the staff know you by name!
Rating hotels is extremely subjective. My determination of a "good hotel" is a clean, comfortable room, a comfortable bed and what is served at breakfast. Most hotels I stay at have the first two but breakfast is always a gamble. This hotel was a definite surprise. It serves build your own omelets. This was definitely better than what is found in the majority of other hotels. Based on my subjective evaluation this hotel will definitely be a place to stay again in the future if in the area.
Great hotel clean breakfast superior with a chef on duty Staff have remarkable customer service highly very friendly housekeeping staff Highly recommend this hotel and definitely would stay anytime we're in the area
Custom breakfast omelets are delicious! Good area. The manager is professional and polite! The staff is very accommodating. I have never had an issues staying here over several years of business! Recently updated decor!
Great stay, very nice Best Western. Breakfast was great with lots of variety! Location was good. Front desk agent with a beard was helpful i forgot his name. Room was clean and bed was comfortable would come again.
I have stayed at this facility in the past and continue to use each time I visit Pueblo. Never disappointed in the quality of the hotel or the professional manner of the staff. I recommend this hotel to all travelling on business or pleasure.
When traveling in Colorado and if you are anywhere near Pueblo, Colorado, I recommend the Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites in Pueblo. The service is great, The place is in wonderful condition. And the breakfast is exceptional, you can even get a custom cooked omelet . Yes, I would stay here again!
I highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed there a few times now and it is a really nice place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is right off the freeway and there are quite a few restaurants around and shopping available.
I always stay at this facility when I am in Pueblo on business. It is comfortable and do to the number of times I have been to this Best Western, it is familiar, almost like a second home. The location is also close to restaurants, gas, and anything else I might need or want. So beyond being comfortable, it is efficient.
Awesome place to stay in Pueblo. Love it there and book it every time I am in Pueblo. The facility and the staff are all amazing. The breakfasts are great...omelettes made to order, what could be better?
We had been traveling in the Northwest for several days and many hours that day. Have stayed with Best Western before and have become accustomed to a clean, nice place to sleep. Courteous staff as always, and clean roomy room.
Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites,Pueblo,Colorado is is like all other Best Westerns, absolutely AWESOME place to stay. Terrific location ,SUPER people.Extremely helpful and professional. Very clean rooms Awesome facility inside and out.Great food .Great prices. And great location if you are going to see the Royal Gorge.
Great place to stay if you are in Pueblo! The only complaint was the rude manager who felt like she had to be heard by all when she barked orders/comments at the staff who were hard at work. Very pet friendly and accommodating!
1 odd thing noted about the hotel was we found a sock in the bed, other than that I appreciated beverage bar(Good tasting coffee and hot chocolate and Tea) and fresh fruit when we arrived. They had a nice breakfast with custom omelets. staff was friendly and helpful. they had a sauna which was nice especially if it was cold out! Their hot tub seemed to be vandalized by someone putting sand in it, it was warm but not hot and the jets didn't work, but it was nice. the pool was nice our kids loved it! the kids enjoyed it!
This best western hotel had a very friendly staff. For breakfast which featured omelettes, was one of the best breakfast in a hotel I have ever had. This hotel is also very pet friendly offering dog treats as you arrive. I highly recommend this location
Best Western is our go-to brand. Clean and comfortable. This one is no exception. We walked in without a reservation as we had been driving all day and we immediately assigned a spacious room. Cactus Flower was recommended to us for dinner, but be aware of the generous portions. The breakfast included made to order omelettes.
The rooms were clean, the pool was nice and the service was great. We had to leave prior to breakfast being open and they made sure we at least had cereals, breads and fruit to eat before we left. Easy access to West Pueblo including the Riverwalk. We were also able to bring our dog for a minimal fee.
Everything from our experience at check in, to the rooms, to breakfast was exceptional for the price. While this isn't a luxury hotel, it is very nice, clean, and the service was amazing. The front desk people, went above and beyond to, accommodate any request we made. We asked about being able to take a to go plate for breakfast, since some in our group had to leave the hotel about the time breakfast started. Not only did they say, of course, he even went so far as to say he would try to make sure things got set up a bit early so the kiddos could at least get a bit to eat. We need towels at the pool, within minutes, they arrived. We asked for a little bit of a late check-out, yes of course. If you're going to stay in Pueblo, consider this hotel!
Hotel is very easy to get to. Lots of dining options around the location. Room was clean. The breakfast was great with the custom omelet station. Lots of options with making your omelet. Indoor pool with sauna but didn't have time to enjoy them.
Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The made-to-order omelets for breakfast were a special surprise. The breakfast overall was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
I arrived late at night to this hotel. When I walked in, the young man behind the counter was helping someone else. He paused, acknowledged me, asked if I had a reservation and then gave me my key and welcome gift. The breakfast was excellent! Made to order omelets were exceptionally good. This is a very clean hotel, even the breakfast area was very clean. I will definitely stay here again.
We needed a place to stay for an early morning flight out of Colorado Springs Airport. This place was clean with excellent service and close to the freeway. It offers a great breakfast with a personal chef. Definitely staying here again.
My husbamd and I had a great stay at BW. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms large and comfortable. The location is great, near the interstate and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
We arrived late (just after midnight) and the front doors were locked. This was a bit shocking upon first arrival, especially after a very long drive to get there. There was a phone outside that rang to the front desk. The clerk then came out from an office area to the front desk and picked up the phone. Unfortunately we could not hear each other over the phone. He did come and open the doors so we could check in. The hotel seemed to be in a decent area but perhaps there's a concern we were not aware of. We were only there that one night and left early the next day.
out standing plus staff went above and beon- the special cook for personal omit was outstanding plus and all of staff made your stay just a little like home the best one of trip will stay again and tell my friends when I show pict. and tell of my vac.
This was a great BW. I would recommend this place to stay for all travelers. The rooms were exceptionally clean and everyone employees we meet was extremely helpful and friendly. Being a Gold member of the rewards we got a extra gift when we checked in. Great Idea!
It was a long day of traveiling and this was a good place to rest.Everything was clean and breakfast was great! They have a chef that makes your eggs just the way you want. The staff was helpful and polite.
clean, no smells, no bedbugs, good wifi, breakfast wasgreat, staff was good....no problems. would stay again. hotel has been updated, nice area, everything I expected for a normal hotel for average people, we did not use pool area because of arrival time and was just overnight
This hotel was very good - the breakfasts were exceptional. We experienced some trouble with TV - but they were changing carriers. We will be back again. PS - very few things do I rate as "excellent".
Rude staff, both checking in and out the next morning. Be sure to book online, hotel staff won't give you the same price even though it is the Best Western website. This is one of the nicer hotels in Pueblo so that might be the reason customer service isn't a priority.
We loved the made to order omelette for breakfast, such a nice change from the usual hotel breakfasts. The night desk clerk is extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative part of our stay was the pillows need to be better.
It's hard to find a hotel with rooms large enough for a family of 6 that are budget friendly. This one was great! Very nice hotel, friendly staff, and great continental breakfast- including a chef preparing omelettes to order.
Having a fantastic breakfast with omelets prepared to oder for you is a treat that is not found at many hotels. Overall this is a nice well keep hotel. it is in a good location for dinning with some well known eateries close by.
Very nice. Clean, comfortable, helpful and courteous staff, good location, our room was quiet despite being right off the interstate. No complaints, no concerns. Will stay here next time I'm in Pueblo.
the staff at the Eagle Ridge, Pueblo, CO are the best I have encountered. This is due in part, i think, to the fact that I see the same staff from visit to visit. It is a clean place, modern, and all things up to date. I bring a lot of my own food, because I am a diabetic, and so I appreciate the amenities such as a refrigerator in the room. The television selection is a bit small, but it suffices to get news and some form of video entertainment. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning/heating are more than adequate to keep me comfortable.
We do an annual trip to West Yellowstone. We luckily found this hotel 2 years ago. This is our set stop on the way back home from now on. Excellent staff, super breakfast, and clean rooms. Great experience 2 years in a row.
The rooms are clean and the hotel staff does a great job - helpful, friendly, fast, and professional. The highlight was Chef Mary-Rose. She did an excellent job during breakfast - her attitude and performance in- and outside the kitchen were outstanding. The omelet was custom made, fresh, hot, and very yummy :-)
I thought the hotel was pretty good. Our toilet ended up clogging up which is embarrassing but we recieved very quick and efficient response from staff. One of my pet peeves at any hotel is the bed, I hate it when the sheets do not fit and come off of the bed during the night and that happened.
This place is fantastic. This is how hotels should treat their customers. Great rooms, great management and staff, great customer service, clean wonderful rooms and just overall a great, stress-free experience. We stay here every year and have never had a problem.
It is a convenient location on the northern part of Pueblo. It seemed like a relatively new motel. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was good. We had a pet-friendly room located on the first floor close to the outdoor "walking" area.
Good location, close to many restaurants and easy access to I-25. Free breakfast rates high among other places we have stayed. However, upon checking in we found the hotel lobby, hallways and our room without working air conditioning. Front desk offered us a fan which had zero affect on our stifling hot room. Many items in the room need to be replaced or fixed. Toilet comes off the floor when sitting, light fixtures coming off the walls and they are in desperate need of new mattresses. The skills of the housekeeping staff also needs to be improved as we found the cleanliness of our room sub par. Overall the motel needs some serious updating and cleaning. It's also worth mentioning that the motel was unwilling to give us any credit towards our horrible room stay but did give us extra rewards points for the inconvenience. They blamed the lack of air conditioning on the fact that it was a warm day in Pueblo. We live in Phoenix and reach far warmer temps and still manage to get cold air out of our systems so you decide.
Loved our stay here, all of the staff was friendly. King suite was large and clean. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Free hot breakfast included omelettes and hash browns. The only way our stay could have improved would have been to stay another night!
Showed up without reservation. Only room left was King Suite at $159. Snapped it up and was glad I did. Suite was large and well laid out. Clean and comfortable too. Best breakfast I've had at a hotel in a long time.
The staff if very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again. It is close to various shopping and easy to find with gps. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beauty products were high quality! Pleasant stay.
We looked for a place to stay in Pueblo as we had been in a bad rain/hail storm. Didn't see this at first but so glad we stayed here. When we checked in we were told they have made to order omelets for breakfast. What a nice treat! I had ham, cheese, onion, green pepper, and spinach with mine. We were very satisfied with their breakfast and nice rooms too. Also close to a gas station so can fill up before heading out.
Very convenient from shopping and restaurants. Excellent breakfast! Love the in house chef! Rooms very clean! Staff is so friendly. From the moment you walk in the staff is great they let you know of all the amenities and anything that you need they will help you with!
Good breakfast bar but beat the rush hour remodeled and is clean and comfortable Good location to food, gas, and highway Quiet rooms Staff always friendly I use for business or travel Not my type or hotel for romantic getaway
Best hotel in the area for the price that includes a free hot breakfast with made to order omelets, I ordered an egg white and they were happy to accommodate! The rooms were clean and well designed for our overnight stay. I'd stay again for sure on the next visit.
Very impressed by the Best Western Plus just off I-25 as you enter Pueblo. Very friendly and helpful staff. Consistently well-kept and very clean. Quiet, too. Wonderful made-to-order omelets in the breakfast room. Fresh fruit on hand all day. Conveniently located to downtown, the mall and Lake Pueblo State Park. Over the past year we have stayed here multiple times - all consistently great! We always look forward to returning.
Very nice K suite with two TVs, but limited cable channels with little 1080 HD. Wifi kept dropping out. I had problems streaming on my iPhone. Frig did not have a freezer compartment for my cooler ice packs. Breakfast selections were good.
This is a beautiful Hotel, comfortable beds and Great Breakfast. The made to order omelettes were a wonderful surprise. I couldn't ask for more in a hotel. The price for the area was great. I would stay here again for sure.
Had the opportunity to stay here prior to heading on a 5 hour trip east. Check in was very quick, especially as it occurred after 10 pm. Staff was very courteous Room was nice, a little tacky but that's okay Breakfast was outstanding, especially the freshly prepared eggs......lots of choices to
This place is fantastic, we have a king room it is very roomy! The bathroom is a bit small but nice tile and granite counters. We are traveling with our dogs, they placed us on the first floor near the door. There are nice grassy areas to walk the dogs. They have a pool, hot tub, and sauna which is nice after a LONG day. The areas are very clean, the front desk was very courteous and helpful. There are lots of restaurants close by for dinner. Breakfast is included they have a chef on site to prepare omelets along with the usual selections for breakfast.
Rate was pretty steep very quiet didn't get as close to elevator as I would have liked loved the large breakfast room usually they are small and cramped if I had known I would have to write this much I would have opted out!
Really quiet, even though we were really close to the elevator. The room was spacious and clean, and staff is very helpful. I would give it 5 stars, except for the following: 1) There was something sticky on the carpet at the foot of the bed; 2) the second floor hallway was in serious need of a vacuuming; and 3) there were no poop bags in the "dog walking area" (which was located in an area covered with small landscaping rocks -- most dogs won't use it). Instead, people are walking their dogs on the grass by the street, and there were at least SEVEN new and old dog piles on the grass that neither the guests nor management bothered to clean up. This spreads disease, or gets poop on your shoes which then goes in your car, or is walked back into the hotel.
We've stayed here 3 times in the last 3 years. The rooms are nice enough but please buy sheets to fit the bed. I hate waking up in the middle of the night with the sheets coming off or maybe we should try not moving during the night. The suite we had this time was roomy & since we were there a couple of nights, we wanted to spread out and not feel cramped. Mark was a great help in getting this room. I called a week before our arrival & the person on the other end was not helpful at all. He said the only suite he could find was $10 a night higher than what I found on the internet. Later that evening I called to change our booking but Mark was able to find 2 options & offered me a choice. Mark has waited on us our past stays and has always been friendly and most helpful. He's probably one of the reasons we come back.
We requested and received a 1st Floor Pet friendly room. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. A chef prepared omelets to order along with hash browns. The was also the usual breakfast items. This was by far the best stay of our two week road trip. Very friendly desk staff. Highly recommend!
This is a clean quiet hotel - beds are very comfortable & breakfast is very good. It is easy on & off the interstate Close to gas stations, a mall, movie theater & excellent restaurants. Its a safe place if you are traveling alone or with small children.
it was a very luxurious hotel in Colorado and we really enjoyed our stay there. The accommodations were quite nice and the facility was quite attractive. I would definitely go back. I would recommend this location on a stop on your next hotel stay.
I've stayed at 3 different Best Westerns over the past 4 months. This one I enjoy the most. The positives are: Hot tube, sauna, freshly made omelets in the morning and a really nice tread mill in the fitness area. The slight draw backs: I've been to a Best Western that has fresh fruit which is nice, the card key locks haven't worked at some point during both of my stays (but did get fixed) and the bed could be a bit more comfy. I will say this is a Best Western Plus and the others are not, but regardless I'd like to stay here out of the 3 I go to.
Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. The pool and sauna were clean, wish the pool opened earlier for a morning swim, had to wait a bit, but was able to use the fitness room until then. Breakfast was excellent!
BW Rewards program isn't what one expects. Was very disappointed to have earned free night and end up paying $30 for that night. Then to be charged a rate for a second night that was $42 more than advertised pricing.
I stayed here with my 3 year old and 3 month old, and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was good. I would stay here again, and recommend it to folks looking for a no-frills, easy travel stop.
Great hot tub and pool, if you have the time! And even has a sauna! Spectacular service From the front desk! The breakfast was just what we needed to get the day going! An omelet bar where they have a chef to make it, with plenty of options! Hash browns were perfect! Not to forget the rooms were clean and comfy!
I will stay again. Do not miss staying here if you are traveling this way. The desk clerk Steve was the best part of the trip. He made me feel welcome and safe. The breakfast owlet and other food was a great way to start the day.
Very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Friendly check in and checkout staff. Compliments to breakfast chefs for excellent breakfast, Easy to find location. Will definitely stop here again on our next trip to Pueblo, Colorado.
Great place fantastic breakfast, staff very helpful, business center a plus overall a great stay and would in the future. I plan to visit later this year. Best western has my vote for future stays depending on location. We plan to do a lot of travel and will look for the BW brand when we do
We love this Best Western Plus. Great breakfast with delicious made-to-order omelets. Caring and friendly staff happy to answer questions. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location right off I-25. Don't worry though - it's very quiet. You won't be disappointed!
Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Awesome hot tub, sauna and pool. Would definitely stay again.. convenient location. Close to everything. Walking distance to a nice Starbucks. Safe.. great family hotel as well. Nice breakfast staff. Friendly young lady who wore a cheer jacket. Don't know what part of staff she was. She was very helpful to my girls. Great manners and respect to ward's everyone she encountered.
Check in was very easy and front desk was very friendly. Amentities were great with the hot tub, pool and sauna. Breakfast was excellent with hte option have order a fresh omlette, which was a first for us in hotel stays. Check out was very easy, just drop the cards off and go. Oveerall very pleased with the stay. The only thing I would have a slight complaint about was the housekeeper cleaned our room at 9 am and and we did not expect that early of a time seeing that we had just left the room so all of our stuff was laying out because we were not expecting house cleaning services so quick on the first day of our stay. Not the end of the world but just made us a little uncomfortable.
Absolutely horrible hotel experience! Asked to have the bed refreshed after seeing this!!!!! And no! It didn't happen! Same bed sheets and blanket, when I came back into the room!!!! Ugh, the Assistant manager was very unprofessional !!!! When I complained he never said they were sorry! They just said oh, you said the room was fine! Ugh, that was 5 minutes after I got into the room! And when saw what the bedding looked like the next morning, I was so upset, and I put the change this bedding plaque on the bed , I asked why they did not, place clean bedding on the bed after I put their change the sheets plaque on the bed (and I came back 5 hours later and the room had been made up but the sheets were not changed) he had no answer, except to become very disrespectful to me! And when I asked to speak to the Hotel Manager, he told me he was the Assistant Manager and the Manager of this property won't be back for a week. As my complaint was met with a very arrogant responses and I was told that, he the Assistant Manager would report me to his Management for complaining about the bedding issue, as I said the room was ok! The Assistant Manager then pulled out a three binder and to show me "I said the room was fine!" He had nothing to say about the bedding nor why it wasn't changed as requested by the plaque on the bed. He said he would come up and put a new blanket on. But, after his commentary to me there was no way I wanted him near me, nor in the room. Just took the different blanket offered and fixed the bed. And truly who ever looks at the bedding when you just get in a room? Well, I will now! I am truly disappointed in this hotel! And their management!!!!!!! It is truly sad as it is a nice hotel but who wants to sleep in a dirty bedding!!! Not me!!!!
Reserved room on November 13th by a mistake and pulled in, talked to front desk and he said he'd have to call his manager to fix it. Then his manager not only said he would not cancel my reservation, but also that he'd have to charge me more for the 12th ($119) so I would have to pay for two nights and stay only one? I then left and called the BW Reservation line and they told me they couldn't cancel my stay even though it was made on the wrong date. So I'm sleeping in my car and don't have a room tonight and BW does not care that I am a platinum rewards member Customer service really stank! I was really disappointed in their non professionalism and lack of wanting to help me at 11:30 pm and 39 degrees out all because another best western location charged my credit card twice in one day...
Appreciate management concern for guests comfort on a number of fronts. The breakfast omelet cook was a delight in her enthusiasm and guests responded accordingly. Her omelets were great. Also the poppy seed coffee cake...delicious. The registration desk clerk was especially helpful as we peppered him with endless questions about the area. He was friendly and enthusiastic on our behalf.
This was a family trip for a competition in. About four family's showed up at one time taking 7 rooms. The desk person,I don't have his name but he has a distinctive beard and a bald head, handled all of us with a professional attitude and we all appreciated his help with extra towels when we had the kids in the pool. Excellent service Thanks. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were marginal. All in all a good experience, especially the made to order omelets by the chef in the morning.
I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean, hotel lobby always clean. Their breakfast is great. They make omelets for you exactly the way you want them with whatever ingredients you want in them. Also big selection of other items for breakfast. Hotel centrally located and close to freeway
Everything went smoothly for this visit. The front office staff was welcoming and efficient. The room, the king suite had two TVs!, and plenty of space. We were grateful for the fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast - a chef to make the omelets! Nice touch. Time to ditch all the styrofoam. I wish we could have stayed longer.
with custormers at the desk they imedeatly came and checked me in and went over every thing and we were in our room quickly the beds were confortable and the breakfast was the best with a chief in to fix our eggs which were real, fried scrambled, even omletes with all the fixings meat and vegetables . for me money well spent.
When I checked in, I immediately recognized the man at the counter, because he has been there when I checked in many times before. A friendly, smiling face. He was ready for me to arrive, and check-in was quick and efficient. My room was ready and accommodating. Breakfast next the morning was an omelette made to order and was quite satisfying. I held me all day. Check out was fast. I look forward to my next visit at the Eagleridge Best Western.
The person at the desk was pleasant. The facility is rather run down. The hall carpet, for instance. Breakfast was packed with a large group in sports uniforms. Since the hotel clearly knew they were staying they could have planned for this. We had to leave the hotel instead of doing the complimentary breakfast. The night before we also stayed in a Best Western Plus. It was excellent in every way. There was too great a discrepancy between the two to call them by the "Plus" name....
Comfortable bed and clean room. We had a king size bed. Very comfortable. Hotel brings in a chef to make custom omelettes with many choices! Good location. Check in was seamless and staff is friendly.
On our current trip, we've stayed at five similarly priced hotels, and everyone in the family overwhelmingly agrees this one was easily the best. Not fancy, but clean and very well run. The staff was accommodating--unusually so. But the chatter with us and other guests was the breakfast. Not only omelettes made to order, but everything from the yogurt to the bakery was a step up in quality from the low budget fare you get with most free hotel breakfasts. If we're ever within 100 miles of Pueblo again, we'd drive extra to stay here (we're regretting the slightly more expensive one in Denver the night before.)
This an above average Best Western. You can see some signs of ageing in the hallways and elevator but our room was modern, clean and well appointed. The motel offer relatively easy access to US25 and there are several restaurants near the motel. The breakfast is better than many motels at the price point with good quality and variety, they offered made to order omelets during our stay.
We came down here for the Chili & Frijoles Festival. The check in was easy. The hotel itself seemed a mix of dated interior with newer decor. The room was clean and mostly comfortable except for the bed. The mattress was well worn and seemed due to be replaced. The breakfast was your standard fair consisting of waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, simple fruit and made to order omelettes. They had run out of coffee and a couple of other items. The hash browns they offered were under cooked. The staff was very friendly except for the lady making omelettes at the breakfast bar. Not only was she curt with me and some other patrons but she also neglected to make my omelette as I requested with no cheese. The rest of our experience was decent though.
We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast which was cooked to order the next morning. This is a good hotel at the end of a day's hard driving on the highway. The only discomfort were objected to was that the beds were very hard which didn't afford comfortable sleeping. Oh well, it happens.
Great people serving great food in a wonderful setting close to all amenities. Too bad we have to spend time writing 200 characters you clowns who develop these surveys! Time is an issue with these things and we who write are providing a valued service. Get real!
I've stayed in a few different hotels in the area but this was my first time here. Pleasantly surprised! I called for early check in but they had said it wasn't available. I stated I was working in the evening and prefered to check in so I didn't have to do it late at night. They called me back 20 minutes later and said my room was ready and I could head on over to check in! Very friendly staff. The room was just as nice as any of the other hotels in the area for less cost! Definitely would stay again.
My husband and I were traveling home from Denver after our daughter's wedding weekend and got a late start on the first day, so ended up going no further than Pueblo for the night. We booked online as we approached the city with no problems. This Best Western was not our first choice (others were full), but we are glad we ended up here. Very clean, very hospitable and friendly service at the front desk, and above average breakfast. The staff takes extra care on the details - nice touches on the towel displays, for instance. We had an excellent rate and, frankly, did not expect such a pleasant hotel. This hotel really came through for us.
Easy on/off the I-25 hwy in Pueblo CO. Clean, comfortable. Great staff. Affordable. Close to good restaurants. This is our go-to when we are in the Pueblo area. They take pets!~ We used to stay at a higher priced chain, down the road, that no longer takes pets and the front desk there suggested this hotel. That was a great recemmendation for us! We no longer even use that "other" chain. This is a gem in Pueblo.
We were at this BW Plus for just one night and it was not our usual experience with this chain. The guy at the front desk was great and the lobby area was very nice. However, our room was questionable. The beds were looked very nice and so did th carpet. But the bathroom area was really bad. The trim was coming off of the door on one side, the ice bucket tray had crumbs of some sort on it, the top of Th shower stall was yellowed and the bag hat the hairdryer was in had stains on it. Breakfast was very limited and my husband's omelet was very bland even though it was made to order. We always have great luck at Best Western Plus hotels, but I cannot recommend this on.
Arrived late on Saturday and went to dinner around 8. Came back and headed to bed but the bed was very soft and worn out, sloping into the center. AC did not work well and pillow were horribly lumpy. Staff at desk was very nice but the bed and pillows were so bad it made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good with special omelets made to order.
Stayed one night wile on short trip away from home. the king room was very clean and the BEStT linens we have ever found in a hotel. Bathroom was very clean including tub. The wifi worked well and fast. The AC was a little loud but kept the room conditioned well on a hot night. Staff were very friendly and the BREAKFAST was excellent. Everything you could want to start your day. Made to order omelets, bagels, great coffee, tea, cereal, fruit etc, etc. We love Best Western chain and always have a good stay no matter what city we have been in. We think they are very reasonable for what you get.
Room was clean but common areas were in need of cleaning, window in room was all fogged up could not see out clearly. Hotel is accessed from inside hallways we prefer outdoor access with balconies so we can sit out in the evening. Staff was great and the breakfast was very good.
If they could fix the flooding problem and stinky rooms we would be all good but it dis rain really bad and they knew about the problem. My thought is if they knew about the problem, hotel maintenance needs to get in there and fix it or corporate needs to get in there and fix it.
The hotel was wonderful. We loved the location and the breakfast was yummy....who doesn't like a homemade omelet for breakfast. The hot tub was nice as was the pool area. The staff was always welcoming.
The lodging, breakfast, housekeeping, amenities, and staff were excellent. The location was close to food and shopping outlets. Indoor pool, hot tub and dry sauna were relaxing. My wife and I would return again.
Very nice place to stay. Eating establishments close by. We didn't eat breakfast there mostly because we had small children and it was crowded. Rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Free wifi and the kids loved the indoor pool.
This is a safe place to stay with variety of eating establishments that are fairly close. The ice maker on our floor was not working. Child is celiac & multiple food allergies, they go out of their way to cook him something he can eat for breakfast. Refrigerator does not keep stuff really cool but the 8 lbs of dry ice in my cooler kept the food in fair shape. Enjoyed our road break here.
I love staying here when I come to Pueblo to visit family. We have been staying here for 10 years. They are very friendly, offer good service, have a great breakfast, and a gym and pool. It is my home away from home when I am in Pueblo.
Hotel very clean, friendly staff both at check-in and check-out. Was most impressed with the breakfast chef who made me a delicious omelet...not something you find in most hotels of this caliber. Would stay here again and definitely recommend this Best Western as one of the BEST!!!
The Best Western in Pueblo has very clean rooms that are modern and comfortable. Made to order omelettes highlight the free breakfast offering. Pet-friendly hotel. Next to Village Inn or Cracker Barrel for easy dining options. Right off of I-25 but without traffic noise.
We were out and about so we didn't use any of the ammenties, swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room. Our room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the made to order omelette's. If we are ever in the area we would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was dated and for what I is the cost is a little steep . Beds ok but room was dusty and hasn't seen a deep clean in a while . I liked the 2 queen beds . The breakfast was good with made to order omelette station. Didn't get to use pool but heard was too cold .
They have a indoor pool, laundry room, but pool was ice cold, front desk guy said some part is on order, hot tub was only barely warm. They had chef make omelets at breakfast. No one at front desk at checkout, sign said to throw keys in basket. We were told that is the express checkout that guests wanted. I thought it was poor customer service. No one to ask how stay was and if you had any problems or to let them know if something needed to be fixed or looked at. The person sat in back room and would not come out.
The stay was peaceful. The rooms were clean and bed was comfy. This was a family trip, so we had 5 rooms and not one family member complained about the stay in their rooms. The pool and hot tub was clean. Breakfast was great. The omelets were amazing. Staff was kind. We would stay here again.
We always stay at the Best Western when in Pueblo, Co. We tried other chains and were not satisfied until we found the BW. Cheryl, the manger, makes you feel right at home and the rest of the staff, especially Mark the evening front desk is great. The hotel offers a chef that cooks you an omelet just the way you like it in the morning for breakfast. The rooms are clean and newly remodeled as of the summer of 2016. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there anytime we need to be away rom home.
We were on our way to Summit County and stopped here on the way. It was comfortable, good location, and pleasant staff. Several good choices of places to eat are located nearby. The made- to -order breakfast was a great perk.
The room at this hotel was very nice and close to a lot of places to go eat at!! The man checked us in and gave us our receipt that night. There was no one at the desk the next morning. We left our room keys in the basket on the front desk. We didn't eat breakfast there.
The hotel environment is basic but comfortable and quiet. Beds are comfortable, and the breakfast features an individually-cooked omelet. Personnel are friendly and helpful. I was here on business, and the room had a desk with plenty of power plugs and good internet access.
Very friendly front desk staff member. Room clean, mattress lumpy and worn. Pool heater not working, convenient to the highway. Cost, with a variety of discounts, $115.00 . Serviceable, but very basic. Free breakfast consists of prepackaged eggs, cooked on site, cereal, yogurt, waffles made by guests.
Hotel room was clean and cool upon arrival. Staff was very friendly and informed of traveling conditions. Don't expect much from the fitness center, some of the equipment was broken. Family friendly breakfast, in fact it's a very good breakfast compared to most hotels in this class with a hot omelette bar and many options. Overall it was a pleasant experience for a one night stop.
My first major issue with this hotel was that we were not allowed to have a ADA room ( my mom who was with me just had knee surgery and even had a note from her doctor) because we had a dog with us. I made the reservation online, when I checked in I was questioned about why I needed an ADA room. The man was very rude to me about it and that I had a dog with me. My moms dog is 14 pounds, and she was had her we had to be in a room on the second floor that was not ADA. This bathroom had no grab bars which meant my mom didn't get to take a shower while we were there since she didn't feel safe taking one. This hotel can also use some updating and deep cleaning.
Convenient location with amble places to eat within walking distance. Hotel staff were initially unfriendly and told me that "check-in is at 2pm". Yes, I know, I am not an idiot - but I had requested early check-in and if the room is not available I am willing to wait. They became friendlier. I had also requested the upper floor room - a second floor room in a three story hotel IS NOT the upper floor. So I had to put up with noisy people in the room above. Rooms are clean with all the nice amenities.
Pueblo seems to be a good stopping point for us....but we have yet to find a decent hotel which accepts pets (we have a small dog). This facility was run down and very dated. The mattresses in our room were sloped. On the plus side, the room was clean...something that we haven't found in Pueblo before. The complimentary breakfast was decent....but be sure to bring money to put in the tip jar for the omelet maker. This was the last time we will overnight in Pueblo. Not making that mistake again. Colorado is Springs is just 25 miles away with loads of great lodging options.
Very accommodating staff and front desk team at this location, helpful and willing to assist in making our visit to Pueblo enjoyable and comfortable. Check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly reception and staff wanting to make sure that our stay was first-rate. Room was comfortable and spotless, and pool was well-maintained and warm. Breakfast offered made-to-order omelets, as well as fruits and cereals, so made for a nice start to the day, especially for our two young boys. Would definitely recommend this site to travelers along the I-25 corridor in this part of Colorado.
Just a one night stop out of town. But so glad we choose this hotel. Friendly staff and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed in a king suite. Had 2 tvs. They have made to order omelets for breakfast and they are great. Close to many restaurants. Would def. stay here again. Loved it!
This hotel was very nice. We had a soon with a couch that made to a bed. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It had a microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast was also very good. There was a chef that came in to make omelets (there was a line), a waffle maker, cereal, breads, sausage, yogurt, juice, and coffee. It is open from 6:30 - 9:30 AM.
Free breakfast, room was quiet and clean. We stayed in a suite which I guess is bigger. We were lucky to get a room as it was a holiday weekend and we didn't book ahead. I was pleasantly surprised as I usually stay at more upscale hotels. I would say this exceeds expectations for a best western. I would definitely stay here again.
Our 2nd stay at the Eagleridge Inn & Suites in Pueblo was just as nice as our 1st stay in September 2015. Rooms are exceptionally comfortable and clean. Our quiet 2nd floor room overlooked the parking lot. Don't miss the cook-to- order omelets at breakfast! Convenient location just off 1-25. Downtown Pueblo just minutes away. Close to the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center, Steelworks Museum and the Pueblo Lake State Park. Recommend the Cactus Flower restaurant nearby on N. Elizabeth St and the Shamrock Brewing Co downtown. If Mark is on duty in the evening, be sure to ask him for restaurant recommendations and directions. What a great guy! Looking forward to our next stay at this Best Western.
Traveling to Colorado this summer and if your destination is Durango or Ouray or Silverton or SW Colorado--then---Pueblo is a good stop prior to driving in the mountains. This B/W is especially nice/comfortable with clean/fresh rooms AND homemade omelets in the morning.
While traveling west, we chose this spot due to it's location along the route. It was a good choice. Clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. Omelets were a nice touch to a great breakfast. I would definitely stay again.
This was a nice hotel. The rooms were a bit small, but we were only there one night so it was fine. We had to leave early the next morning so I can't comment on breakfast other than it smelled good! LOL
I'll start with breakfast! My husband is an omelet guy and he loved the made to order breakfast omelet--loved the fact that it was available and loved the eating of it. Said it was great. The rest of the breakfast was good, too. I'm a cereal person and was happy to have a choice of two grownup cereals, Special K (with berries) in addition to the standard raisin bran. The buffet also included Canadian bacon, hash browns, and French toast sticks. You can make your own waffle, of course. No biscuits and gravy, in case you're a breakfast biscuit person. Good selection of yogurts and pastries. On to the room. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Separate vanity, outside the toilet/shower area. My husband found that area to be a bit cramped. Go in, turn around, close the door. Curved shower rod, high shower head--husband did like that. He's 6'2". Water pressure only adequate. If you are a woman with long, thick hair, it's going to take a while to rinse the shampoo out. Three towels and face cloths--I like the extra for my hair and my husband for shaving. Towels weren't luxurious, but they were large and soft. No exfoliating as I dried! The only item in the room I noticed when we entered was that a trash can had not been emptied--two bottles in it. When a detail like that is missed, it makes you wonder what else was missed. But everything else appeared to be clean. In fact, I could walk on the carpet barefoot. That's not always the case! Bed was comfortable. I didn't sleep great, however, because the air conditioner unit did not have an "always on" function for the fan. That kicking on and off all night is not good. All hotels need to do away with that! Wi-fi signal was reliable. Staff service was responsive. Friendly and professional at check in. In the room, we had a problem with the TV remote--changing the volume killed the video. I called the front desk. Someone was up promptly and diagnosed the problem. Brought us a new remote. We were on the third floor and it was quiet. Near the freeway, but no freeway noise. If I were traveling through Pueblo again, I would definitely stay here.
Very helpful staff, Gave me great information about all the good vacation spot. Manager Cheryl was very friendly and personable, she made sure we had the room that my family will be comfortable in it. My family love the fresh made omelets by Rosa.
Hotel was over warm inside when we arrived @ 6:30 PM Air was not on in our room and it took several hours to cool it down. First floor rooms were not available due to not being cleaned or closed for water leaks. Ice Machines were out of order too and room had paint speckles on the tile floor in the bathroom. Hotel over all was not a plus location I would never stay here again.
We've stayed at Eagleridge Best western for several years and it has always been the best. Especially their hot breakfast - I've never seen anything like it in any other hotel chain. And the staff people have been very friendly.
Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Very clean, comfortable rooms. I tend to judge the quality based on the towels and linens - hotel has plush towels. Daily free breakfast includes freshly made omelets! Will be back on my next visit to Pueblo.
Hotel was clean and nice. Lobby was very warm, but our room was cool and comfortable. Mark at the front desk was very nice and helpful with getting us a room. And check out was easy too. Nice hotel to stay at in Pueblo.
We will always stay when coming for Pueblo to visit. Our entire family loves the fresh made omelets. Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are quite. Centrally located for all of our shopping needs.
I had checked at several motels in the area and found this one to be reasonably priced and accepted pets. I had requested a room close to an outside door because I had a pet and was accommodated. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Breakfast was available pretty early until 9:30 a.m. Quite a bit to choose from and every thing was very tasty. If I come back to the area I would consider staying here again.
Best Western PLUS Eagleridge is not too far from anywhere in Pueblo. Their hotel lobby is gorgeous and welcoming. The room was a perfect place to cool down in the 100 degree heat. Loved the made to order omelets at breakfast. Such a nice touch!
Very clean, organized facility. They have a chef making omelets at the free breakfast bar! Friendly front desk; saw me returning to my car shortly after check in he wanted to be sure everything was ok. Assisted with dinner restaurant selections.
This is one of the best Best Western hotels, I've found. It is very clean, updated, with great amenities and staff. The breakfast with the made to order omelets is the best of any of my recent hotel stays. Make sure to take advantage of it. Room was very quiet and the window actually opened all the way! The staff was helpful and efficient. I stayed here about 14 years ago and it is still very nice for a Best Western brand. The place has been kept up well and looks much newer. Water pressure and temperature for the shower was great and not affected by other guests using their showers.
This is the only hotel my daughter would allow me to stay in Pueblo. There are many others nearby, but felt safe in the Best Western. Had the best hot breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, including made to order omelets.
We have stayed at Eagleridge for at least the last 6 years when on our way back from our South Dakota family visit. Always a great check-in/out, super breakfast, close to many restaurants, easy access to I-25, large rooms, very clean and accomodating. Only one time did we not stay was when there was a terrible fire in the nearby mountains and people were trying to get rooms for sanctuary. We gave up out room so some other family could get a room. Will stay here again.
I had a business trip to Pueblo and almost every hotel was booked. I found a room at the Best Western and was a little worried because it was about the only room in town I could find. Did everyone else know something I did not know? Well lucky me! This hotel is absolutely best in class. Very clean! Staff was extremely nice! Competitive and reasonable room rate. Made to order omelets for breakfast - at a Best Western - are you kidding me??!! Couldn't have been a better stay. I have never stayed at a nicer Best Western. I just found my new hotel when I stay in Pueblo.
Very nice hotel. Convenient to several restaurants & shopping areas. Friendly staff. Our second stay at this hotel. I would suggest refrigerators with a freezer, although it did keep things very cold after turning it up.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable,. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub the pool was clean and good sized. the hot breakfast made to order omelets and eggs plus pancakes etc and cold cereals fruit etc
Everything was great! We rested well. The staff was friendly. Made to order omelet was good. The room and the rest of the facility was very clean. We didn't check out the pool or sauna on this trip. We'd stay again!
I stay here because it is close to almost everything in Pueblo. There are nearby restaurants and shopping, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They just remodeled and the furniture and beds are new, so it is even more comfortable than it has been in the past. I will stay here again.
We had a great stay. We just stayed the one night so we did not have time to use the pool but the staff treated us great. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. They have someone that makes omelettes or scrambled eggs to order and you can make your own waffles too. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. If you are going to or through Pueblo I recommend this hotel. It is close to the highway and there are several restaurants within walking distance.
We have stayed here several times while trying to decide if we wanted to move to Pueblo and then again when looking for housing and finally on our move to Pueblo. Great staff, clean rooms, lobby etc., outstanding breakfast.
this was a good value for the money the breakfast was ver good the pool was unheated therefore we could not use it but the hot tub was great they seemed short handed as the staff had to help with breakfast as well as working the front desk
Nice hotel. Nice room. Very clean. At check in the girl at the counter would not get off of her cell phone. On and on she went about how rude a guest had been to her. I finally interrupted her and told her to hang up. She did saying that she was talking to her boss. Next morning at breakfast everything was fine until the manager came into the dining room on her cell phone...on and on she went. When she finally hung up she was laughing and joking with the two ladies serving breakfast. I could not even attempt a conversation with my son. I suggest BW instate a no cell phone policy for their employees if they are going to hire such unprofessional people.
We have stayed here on 3 occasions and the overall experience has always been positive and exceeds our expectations. The hot breakfast is superb and the fresh Chef made omelets a genuine treat. Will be back again.
This hotel looked much better on their website. The front desk was really nice upon checking in. The lobby is tiny but food area in back is nice for their breakfast with fireplace, TV etc. although covered up for construction. The ladies that work in morning especially the young pregnant one was very snotty. Every time I asked her a question she seemed so very put out. The omlette lady was a bit nicer but could also use some training in customer service. I asked the pregnant lady the last morning if we could check out by 11:15 and she emphatically said NO and that was it, continuing to be very unfriendly. The room was a two room suite and was pretty nice and bed comfortable, although the pillows were very puffy and hard to sleep on. the hot water was not working well last morning in the shower, so took luke warm shower. The kicker was that someone stole my license plates in middle of night. i asked front desk if they have cameras outside and she said they do not. There are plenty of hotels all around to chose from, so next time we will go to Holiday inn or Hampton inn suites. For the price we paid for our room for two nights, we know we could have got much better service, especially friendlier workers.
The hotel was nice, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pool was cold and the breakfast was not the greatest, with those that have food allergies or a specific diet due to allergies, I recommend checking into that so you are not disappointed, overall it was an ok stay.
We stayed while the first level was getting new carpet and other areas were being remodeled. The carpet wasn't an issue other than looking silly with new carpet being laid and taped on top of the old, then workers present in the morning. Good thing we weren't sleeping in as work on a room directly above (hammering and sawing) started bright and early. I would think they would avoid this since we get no discount for the inconvenience, maybe it was inevitable since we were traveling with a dog? The walls are also quite thin as we could hear talking from other rooms while trying to sleep. I will agree with others in saying the made to order omelettes give this hotel a noticeable advantage. It's good to have a fresh option along with the usual cereals and muffins. We also used the pool and my children found it freezing so spent most of their time in the hot tub.
Reserved a king room for March 20, 2016. checked in and all went well until we went up to the room (room 202). Carpet was removed in the hallway through out the entire 2nd floor, no big deal. A heavy chemical smell went through the entire floor. get into the room and the entrance light was burnt out, no big deal. Go to wash face and towel rack falls off the wall. Sit down at the desk and the molding is falling off, small tv, hair dryer not working, This place is in rough shape. hard to believe this is a BW Plus. If I was Best Western I would be ashamed of this place. Trust me STAY AWAY. for the price i am sure you can find a better room. On this trip we stayed in 8 different Best Westerns in 7 different states and this was one (of two) of the worst we encountered. Not sure how this place gets such a high rating? Very strange.
Very clean and convenient hotel for family or business stay. It was in process of being refurbished while we were there and our room was recently renovated. Average size room but very clean, well decorated and nicely furnished. Hotel is convenient to highway and several restaurants nearby; at least two within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful, which was a real plus as this was an unexpected, unplanned stay due to weather related road closures.
There were boxes of furniture in one section of the lobby and dust on the tables in the other part. They workmen were tearing up the carpet in the hall above on Saturday and Sunday morning they were tearing out the second floor hallway, while we were getting out stuff out of the room. Our neighbors must have had several kids and a cat in the room and cartoons on so loud it was like having the TV on in our room. The parents were yelling at the kids at one point. We were looking forward to the hot tub, but it was full of a yellowish brown foam!!
This is a nice clean motel. The beds are great but what I love is the excellent breakfast in the mornings. Omelettes made to order are excellent. Fresh hash browns right off the grill too. Will stay here every time I can. It's very close to the theater and shopping too. It's perfect as far as I'm concerned!
Very clean rooms, New flooring were being installed through out which will be nice. Great breakfast and coffee. Free News papers Very friendly front desk person Mark was very helpful Close in I-25 and other sites in Pueblo.
We enjoyed the hotel extremely. It was well located to all the restaurants, the Harley shop. We enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and the exercise room. We had our puppies with us and there was a place to walk them with clean up supplies provided for us.
Nothing special about the location except that it is near I-25 and not far from highway 50. Nothing special about the building, but it was well maintained and clearly some renovations were happening. The room was perfectly average / typical for this level of hotel. The staff and breakfast are what separated this hotel from so many others directly competing. Each morning I left breakfast thinking that was as good (or nearly as good) as if I had paid $7-10 per person to walk across the parking lot and go to Village Inn or Cracker Barrel. That being said, if you don't like omelets it's probably a typical breakfast. For me the omelet station really set it apart.
There are some very nice things about this hotel that were completely overshadowed by the rudeness of the General Manager Cheryl. The utter lack of respect left our party speechless. We were there for a music festival at CSU-Pueblo as were a lot of the guests at the hotel, so I understand this was a very busy 3 days. But from the moment we arrived it was clear that we were unwelcome guests and clearly not a group that the General Manager could be cordial to. Her staff was scared and unable to provide adequate service while under her rule. I would be very wary of staying here and I will never stay at any Best Western chain again, because when I called the first night after all the unexpected problems when ran into, they said there was nothing they could do. And after repeated asks, neither the General Manager of the hotel or the Best Western customer service would not give me owner information so I could present this to them.
Place looked like it had been renovated and still need the base board put back on. The hotel was ok and the check in and check out was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful with direction. The morning breakfast was very good and the eating area very large. They make onsite fresh omelets to you liking and the other good stuff that comes with breakfast...I would stay here again
We booked this hotel from Priceline. This hotel gave us a room next to the elevator, which you could hear the operating sound all the time. They refused to change the room for us because we booked it from Priceline. We had to hear the elevator sound all the time. Fortunately, the ice machine next to the room was out of order so we didn't have to hear it. If you really like this hotel brand, book it via BW's website. Even if the price is the same at other websites.
The Best Western Plus, Eagleridge Inn, Pueblo Colorado, is by far, the most comfortable and welcoming hotel in the area. It is certainly our 'home away from home' with the most friendly and helpful staff and wonderful amenities. I highly recommend this hotel. While there are many hotels in the area, I would not consider staying any where but the Best Western.
Overall the hotel is clean, but could stand some updating. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The cooked to order omelet was fabulous. The breakfast area was clean but could use updating. The mattress could use updating as well. When you turn over, the other person feels every move. Overall good hotel. Uncertain what the Best Western Plus includes other than a cooked to order breakfast. Just as soon would have a budget price with breakfast buffet.
We scheduled our stay here for three nights but left after only two. First, our check-in was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly but not outgoing. Our room was a nice standard Best Western room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Air Conditioning was not on when we entered the room and took a long time to catch up -- it was the middle of July. When I went to the exercise room, the door wouldn't open with my room key. I asked the desk clerk to help me. She walked with me to the door and told me the keys don't really work on this door and then proceeded to show me where to push on the double doors to force the door to open without a key. So that is what I did. The air conditioning in the exercise room did not work. The pool was nice and the sauna a treat. In the morning they had an omelet cook who made omelets to order. That was a very nice treat. The rest of the breakfast was so-so. i was somewhat disappointed at the quality of the hotel since it was supposed to be a plus. The room in the standard hotel we rented the nights before in Cortez were much nicer.
Slept well. Comfy bed. Only had to call the desk once about the neighbors on the other side of the connecting suite door to be quiet. We happened to be there the weekend of a dog show. Never heard any dog bark! The breakfast was awesome. Omelets made to order were a welcome treat. The night clerk was rude and arrogant.
We've stayed at this property a few times now and this is one of the best places to stay in Pueblo. The hotel is clean, the staff is awesome, the pool is a great place to relax and the breakfast is delicious. We'll definitely be staying here again.
We were rather late checking in but staff made it a smooth & quick transaction. Was helpful on directions. The internet service was "ify" and the water pressure was not the greatest but the bed was very comfortable & our room was large & comfortable.
I stay at this location monthly. It is always Extremely clean, The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. When staying at Eagleridge I have the Best sleep I have in a hotel. Their Make to order Omelet bar is a refreshing option over microwaved eggs!! .
Once again, the Best Western did not disappoint! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. But, best of all...the REAL breakfast! They serve freshly cooked omelettes every morning until 9:30. They are made by experienced cooks who prepare them to your order. What a fantastic alternative to other hotel's dried up muffins and instant oatmeal! By the way, they also have cereal, bread, fruit, peanut butter, and alternating biscuits & gravy and bacon and (something I can't remember). You can also make a Belgium waffle! All in all, you have several choices in this area, you can't go wrong with this hotel!
This is our second stay here this year. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Pool is small, but nice. We have been pleased with the service each time. I chose this based on TripAdvisor reviews and was not disappointed.
This motel is under renovation and should not be rated a 'Best Western Plus'. Rooms that are being worked on are also being rented. The mattresses and carpeting are in poor condition. Next trip we well stay at the nearby Hampton.
This hotel should be rated a low Best Western. Our room was awful, paint splatter all over the floor, baseboards gone, the mattress was ripped all the was down the side. The room was dirty. The only saving grace was the lobby which is nice, the staff is good. but the overall quality of this hotel is bad. When you pay more for a Best Western Plus you expect value for your money. This hotel does not give you that. I recommend looking at other options.
We made our reservation online and came in around 830. The room was a two bedroom suite but when we arrived it was anything but suite. Our first problem was that my father's wheelchair wouldn't fit in the tiny hallway so we asked to be moved to a different room or set of rooms (willingly pay the addition $15 for two separate rooms). The desk clerk was rude and basically said he only had two kings left and didn't want to wake his GM. We should have left then but my kids had just fallen asleep. We stayed in the room and found exposed wires, a bathroom in such disrepair that it was scary to take a shower, bugs, dirty carpet, dust all over the kitchen area, etc. The next morning when I brought all of this up to the management, her response was that the room was scheduled to be remodeled and we shouldn't have reserved it ---- ya know, because I knew that when it was online. She then proceeded to basically tell me to stuff it and that they discussed calling me the day before and telling me the room wasn't available but decided to go ahead and rent it since they were almost full. Literally, the only nice thing about the hotel was the heavily tattooed cook who made our breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE... unless you want to pay $215 for bugs and possible electrocution for your kids.
Stayed here for a wedding. Great hotel. The omelets in the morning were amazing!!! Say hi to the omelet lady who also runs the front desk!!! We were quite pleased with this hotel. Location was very convenient. Starbucks right across the street!!!
For the life of me, I don't understand the good reviews. Maybe my husband and I have super hearing or something, but this hotel is LOUD! We heard every single step anyone above us took. It was a brutal night. We thought our horrific experience at the Best Western Rivershore in Oregon City, OR was the exception to the chain and the BW Turquoise in Cortez, CO the rule and so foolishly took the reviews on TripAdvisor at face value and tried BW again. Never again. I would not call the young woman at the front desk at all welcoming or friendly, and she knew nothing about town. Our room was not well cleaned before we checked in....floors were sticky, smelly water still in the ice bucket, trays and surfaces sticky with food and other stains. TV is small and has no guide. Mattresses wobbly. Also have no idea why this hotel is "certified" Eco-friendly. The plug in the tub leaks...Wasting water, especially here in the West, is inexcusable. No recycling receptacles for guests anywhere! And no observable recycling on the part of the hotel. Good breakfast, but so what? We are checking out a day early and getting a refund.
Pueblo Colorado was one of the last stops on our road trip home from our cross country trek. We like the BW brand for its conveniences, such as being close to Interstates, in-room microwaves, mini refrigerators and breakfast. This property has an exception, as we checked in, the nice gal was telling us about the free wifi, etcetera and please join her for breakfast in the morning, that she would make us omelets, what?! Yup, she served us made-to-order yummy dishes that included potatoes, but of course there's the lighter fare available as well, such as cereals, juices, fruit and the like.
