He was so nice and accommodating to me and my son. I feel he truly deserves a kudos for being such a great person. Also, Amanda (manager) was just as exceptional! I am a dunce and didn't even notice the microwave in my room, but she let me use the one in the breakfast area. Also when I had an issue with the people directly above me (squeaking away on the bed at 1am!) She offered to call up to them and have them quiet down. I live in town and just needed a night away with my 8yo son, and we both had such a wonderful time. Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you, to everyone there!

Awesome heated pool. Tons of parking. Very clean and well maintained. Cozy rooms with flooring. Great breakfast options and service. No complaints for the great rate. Convenient from freeway and about 15 minutes to everything.

It is basic but convenient. It is in a quieter area than others in the area and although basic the rooms are comfortable. The beds are pretty comfortable and the staff is very accommodating. The breakfast is not as good as other Best Westerns but better than other chains.

Very nice and professional stuff ,I forgot to grab my credit card when I was using the PC to print some things,and left it there and receptionist picked up and give to me when I got back , I really appreciate that I can trust these place thanks very much

Pros: cheap place 30 minutes from Silverwood, which is why we were there. Hard floor in room instead of carpet. Standard decent breakfast options: eggs with cheese, meat (changed daily), waffles, biscuits/muffins/toast, yogurt, juice, coffee. They were on top of refilling the coffee airpots which was very much appreciated! Cons: Hard beds and pillows. Dusty room. They seemed annoyed when we requested housekeeping on the second day. (We were there three nights.) It's so infuriating that hotels have taken advantage of old covid policies and cut wayyyy back on housekeeping. Jobs were lost and guests are more inconvenienced. Anyway, the housekeeping we did get on the second day was ridiculous. All they did was change out the towels and take the trash out. They didn't even make the beds, wipe anything down, or sweep. We thought they didn't even come until we saw that there were new towels.

Hotel was unkept, rooms and elevator had a smell of urine. Rodent droppings behind the bed, walls had liquid spills on them. Towels appeared to be unwashed, hair was also on the sheets as if they were unchanged. I would not recommend this hotel, we had booked a 3 night stay but after our first night we canceled our 2 remaining night in which i still have yet to receive a refund for. I spoke with front desk twice about this, they assured me a refund will come. Nothing yet!!

Clean sheets, a clean toilet and if you advertise breakfast, give me more than stale pastries. - Toilet - check - Breakfast - check - Clean sheets? No, definitely not. Someone else's hair on the sheets and on the mattress pad! The front desk attendant brought us up some fresh sheets at 11pm so we could change them ourselves(!) so I guess that's something… no apologies, no compensation, no nothing. Avoid this hotel.

I had a great stay in a pet-friendly room. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Good breakfast!!! Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

So, we came to the Post Falls area to go to Silverwood again. This is our third visit, and our third stay at this location. I had 2 rooms due to the number of people traveling. Hubby, 2 of our kids and myself in one, and my oldest with her SO in the other. The floors are not carpeted - I was a little surprised by that, but not in a bad way, it was just a new experience. There is a 24 hour truck stop across the street. I can't say it caused a problem, but our room was on the far side. My older daughter didn't mention noise from the front. Breakfast is pretty much a typical hotel breakfast. You can make waffles, there are a couple cereals, yogurt, muffins/bread goods, eggs and each day there was some type of breakfast meat - sausage patties, sausage links and I think taco meat (?). I had French toast - toss it in the toaster and go. We had no complaints. Pool was fine - I forgot there is no hot tub, which was a bit of a bummer after a 7ish hour drive. But, still not a big deal. We have stayed in this hotel 3 times now, and have had no complaints - would stay again.

My wife entered up our grandchildren in the Spokane Hoopfest. Our children participated when they were youth so it was a good deal to see them enjoy watching and coaching their children. Overall a fun weekend as the weather was very accommodating not cold and not too hot. Grandchildren already talking about next year.

We paid more for this room than we did for other stays at Best Western Plus hotels and it definitely was not worth it. Of course it is at a resort area and it was a Saturday night, so that accounts for a lot of the price difference. At first glance it was OK. But when I pulled back the covers at bed time, I seriously thought that the sheets had not been changed. There were creases and small bits of something in the bed. I was creeped out, but slept in the bed anyway. Maybe the sheets were just old and poorly laundered. The sheets were thin and pilled-not comfortable. Breakfast was billed as a full breakfast, but it was not. Hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, some breads... that is not full breakfast. Even though this was a BW property, I will never stay at Sure Stay again.

It is nothing fancy but works great for a stay while traveling through. They are accommodating. The rooms are basic but clean. The breakfast is also basic but works great for a quick start. Overall I would give this hotel a B+.

Stayed 4 nights not once did we receive a full housekeeping. Beds definitely didn't not feel like queens, maid left our room door open all day while we were gone!!! Had drunk people in the hall way making loud noises. Horrible stay. Not to mention I we needed to wash up some clothes, and they didn't even have a laundry room for guest to do laundry.

In this case a person gets what you pay for. For the price I could not have expected any fancier of facility. The breakfast was hot and the breakfast staff was great. The internet worked. The appliances all worked. There was a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room as advertised. We were there for 3 nights and each day I saw the house keeper she asked if there was anything I needed. The place was well worn but I thought it was clean and maintained.

We stayed for our family vacation. The hotel still had a little bit of remodeling going on. To be expected because of previous reviews. We had a very pleasant experience with hotel/staff. The hotel is adjacent to a truck stop so I do suggest staying in at night. I would bring my family to stay here again. We all loved the continental breakfast and friendly helpful staff. We did not use the pool but it looked as though the families that did were having a blast. Very clean and managed hotel, thank you.

The staff were great, the location was great, and the breakfast options were great. However, the rooms we stayed in were very shabby. The bed was Very High and the Toilet was Very Low. The hotel was nice and offered lots of amenities.

Thought we were in for a treat , due to the price . I booked online and requested a crib/cot as travelling with our 4 month old. Checked in , asked for a crib and the front desk staff said they didn't have cribs. I have actually never in my life stayed at a hotel that didn't accommodate babies. . Got to the room, and was almost knocked out by the smell, I was afraid to touch anything. There was a loud beeping coming from the bathroom , called reception and they said they could send maintenance around at 11.30pm. There was a pit bull next door barking, so I didn't feel safe with 3 young kids. The receptionist was understanding and agreed on not charging for the room , so we left and found another hotel for the night.

I almost always stay at best western. This was the most dirty bed/room I have EVER encountered. Though the bed was neatly made, it was VERY dirty upon peeling back the covers. The carpet was coming up and very stained.

The room stunk the beds are horribly uncomfortable it is not in a great part of town directly across the street from a truck stop. The room smelled musty the lighting in the room was odd. The door in the room was extremely hard to open and the door did not go all the way to the floor there is about a two inch Gap that let every smell sound and light into the room. The overall cleanliness of the room was below par. The curtains in the room were stained and you did not have blackout curtains the bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet seat had melted/chipped spots on it and needed to be replaced. The toilet had a hard time flushing and probably should be replaced. I've read that this location has been going through renovations but they need to put a lot more money into this property to bring it up to a Best Western standard. The side door on the property does not latch nor does it lock after a certain hour. Coming back to the hotel late there were multiple people just hanging out in the parking lot it made me uncomfortable to leave my car out there. Upon arrival they could not find my reservation which was made four months prior it took over a half an hour and multiple trips to the front desk to get it right. The front desk staff was the only positive experience through the process she apologized tremendously and kept telling me that she was new but she was very friendly. I had a five night reservation and left after two nights. For as much as this room was per night I expected much more especially with it having the Best Western name. I have stayed at better quality motel 6 locations for half the price. Spend a few more dollars and stay at another location down the road. I definitely will not be visiting this location again.

Room was ok. It was clean. Sheets were stained & tattered. Need to update linens. Breakfast was wonderful. I am doing Keto & was able to eat. Had something for everyone. Staff were wonderful. Pool was a nice touch. Close to freeway. Gas station across street.

We had a family crisis while staying in the hotel, the staff was very kind and helpful. We are very grateful. Particularly, we would like to thank Nessa. She was very helpful to us and understanding of our very challenging situation. We definitely enjoyed the pool.

One of the desk clerks was help full. Not wearing the name tag so I cannot give her any credit for helping me. On 3 occasions she helped me overcome the problems trying to use the guest laundry. Frustrating! Unreliable, and dirty. The same trash, lint and used dental stick was on the floor every time I tried to use the laundry and was still there the day we checked out. Grounds are weedy and trashed filled. The walls are so thin I could hear every sneeze and cough from the room next door. Children running around in the room above us. The pillows are just bags of lumpy, something. Sheets are thin and beds worn out.

It gets expensive for hotels around this area so this is a great no frills choice. I mean how much time do you spend in there anyway? The pool is great the rooms are clean and hopefully Tammi checks you in because she's absolutely wonderful! She deserves a raise! Breakfast was way more robust than expected for a surestay. Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy. Waffles of course and plenty of other choices as well.

Downstairs neighbors watched horror movie until 1:30 am. It took the front desk 2 hours to go talk to them after being notified around 11:30. When you pay for a room to sleep in, it doesn't seem too much to ask that it's quiet enough to do so.

I enjoy staying at Best Western hotels. However, every time I stay at a by Best Western, I am disappointed. This place is no exception. The whole place looks outdated on the inside. Our room smelled very bad. There was no ventilation and no fan in the bathroom. The shower had very little pressure. I was awake most of the night due to loud guests. At 3am you could hear a loud argument between some guests. This was the last night of an eight-day trip through Idaho for me and my wife. I have been using my credit card the whole time and it has worked fine every time. However, when I checked into this hotel, it was declined. I had to use my debit card. I called my credit card company, and they said my card was declined and there was a hold on it for the room. Stick with staying at actual Best Western hotels.

Our hotel room door didn't shut properly. Clear signs of the door being previously kicked in and terribly “repaired.” The deadbolt takes some work to close from the inside. You can see into the room from the hallway with light and noise coming right in. I should've known something was wrong when we checked in and were told that the handle to this room “pulls up, not down.” The door doesn't properly shut. We went to the front desk to talk to someone about this. He said he'd speak with a manager and call us in a few minutes. He called our room and advised that he could only move us to a room with two Queen beds. We asked to be moved to a similar room and this is the last one of this room type. The front desk person hung up on me after he was repeating himself over and over. He was awful. No compassion. No empathy. No understanding. His name was Joe. We've pleaded with him our concerns. We went to the front desk. Joe had a phone in hand and was threatening to call police and have us leave!!! All because we want to feel safe with our children! He called the manager who was going to move us to two rooms with two queen beds and then move us back to this room after it was repaired. Joe was originally not willing to offer us that second room as I explained one room with two Queen beds would not fit our family of five. Once we went back upstairs, we tugged and pulled on the door until the deadbolt finally worked. We returned the keys to the front desk for the other two rooms. Later that night when we opened the sofa bed, it was broken. We went to the desk and showed him pictures of the broken sofa bed and the sheet that was on the bed with potato chips all over it. He explained that if we stayed in the existing room for that night, they could then move us to a similar room the next day for the remainder of our stay. No one would touch our things and we could move them when we return that afternoon. I stopped at the front desk the next morning to confirm what we were told and that our things wouldn't be touched and also to again tell them about the door, sofa bed and the dirty sheet. A women behind the desk said that they don't put sheets on the sofa beds but that whoever cleaned the room last must've put a clean sheet on the bed BUT they must've been eating potato chips while she was working. This is not taking ANY ACCOUNTABILITY! The next day we moved to the room above ours. This room did not have a working bathroom fan and was extremely dusty and dirty. I thought that with all of the issues we had, the manager would want to talk with us and try and make things right. Check in with us. Nope. She never did. This is unacceptable.

Stained linens, dirty carpets, stained towels, very noisy rooms, and it was a very basic stay. No acknowledgement of my BW status. Had stayed here before, but will be finding a different BW to stay at in the future. I found 3 in the area just by visiting places. The cost of the rooms did not reflect the quality that I received. I would not recommend staying at this location. I have found that every SureStay Best Western location is subpar to the rest of the brand.

This is the worst Best Western ever! This motel is currently under construction and there were evidence of this in the hallways. The motel has dirty rooms that need repairs and on top of that staff that are not friendly or helpful. Find another place to stay!!

This hotel was being renovated, and our room was in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Convenient location to gas stations and places to eat. Laundry facility was useful.

Hotel is in shambles from construction. Some areas didnt feel safe. Our 3 rooms were not clean. One even had dirty sheets and reeked of smoke. Poor water pressure, ice machine broken, elevator button was hangout of the wall and only studs and insulation. Staff seemed completely indifferent about our concerns. Not the quality we usually get with BW. And it was extremely expensive $200/night per room.

Pros: comfortable bed, blackout curtains. Overall clean. The cons: massive construction. 2x4 and insulation exposure. We tracked sheet rock dust in our room so the floor had a gritty feel. The dust in the furniture was probably from the construction. The sink has no room to place much of anything. I placed a towel in the sink to add space. The air-conditioning is on esave and it would run for 30 min and turn off making the room hot and stuffy. Opening the window made the truck stop noise across the street miserable. The breakfast was ok. Hot and plentiful. The downside was the cramped space. The young girl flipped her hair back and it landed on my shoulder.

The area for this hotel is pricey as in most of the surrounding areas. Please understand it is an older hotel and does need remodeling and updating. There are a couple of truck stops nearby which are convenient for gas and a small shopette.

Worst Hotel EVER! We stayed in this hotel for a soccer tournament and would have left immediately if the rest of the team wasn't there too. Came in on a Friday afternoon and the room smelled. The sink had mud, grit and hair in it. I was grossed out but cleaned it up. We then jumped in the pool and my girls started picking rusty staples and nails off the floor of the pool. It gets worse. We get back to the room and the sink is leaking across the floor. My girls left their suits on the floor over night on a towel but the toilet was leaking too and their swimsuits were covered in toilet water. In the morning we went to breakfast that was definitely left in the microwave too long. I went to the desk to talk with a manager and there wasn't one. I was given a new room and we immediately moved rooms two doors down. I was told the manager would call me to discuss our terrible stay. Surprise she didn't call me. I called several times over the last month and still have not received a call. They were under construction but that wasn't mentioned at booking and the hotel is located in a sketchy area. If I could give it less than a 1 rating I would have.

Stayed 2 rooms 5 nights. Never told they were under major construction. Rooms were never cleaned or stocked unless asked. Beds never made. Breakfast not open when they said it was supposed to be. Coffee was alway cold in the lobby. My whole family of 7 Got sinus cold from the open insulation everywhere

This hotel is not considered in my opinion to be worthy of the Best Western chain. The hotel is old, dated and in dire need of a facelift. The rooms are tired, carpet is worn, the doors are pretty beat up. The bathroom is like a motel bathroom with toilet and shower inside and sink outside the door. Very 80's. The room walls are paper thin and we could hear the couple next to our room coughing and snoring all night They might as well have been sleeping in the chair in our room is was that loud . Kids were running up and down the halls at midnight- banging on the vending and ice machines. Not sure where the parents are that condone such behavior. The parking lot has no street lights so the parking lot is quite dark at night. I was worried about leaving my car in the parking lot and having it broke into. Lots of sirens at nighttime in the area as well. The area itself looked fairly safe. There are newer houses behind the property on the next street. The only thing that is similar to a Best Western is the breakfast. The lady that operates the breakfast is wonderful and she always has a smile on her face. The food is hot,with most things offered in a breakfast buffet- eggs, sausage, scones, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit- always restocked. If you are looking for low budget hotel with few amenities than this hotel would be right up your alley. We usually stay in mid-range hotels and did not find this hotel to meet those expectations. First getaway since the pandemic and it was less than memorable.

For the price we were changed as well as the ratings, this was extremely disappointing. We canceled our second night and found other, better, accommodations. So expensive! We were not advised it was an active construction zone and the stairs had nails poking up! Can you say “lawsuit”?? Really not what was expected for a Best Western!

Don't expect Best Western quality during this renovation. Our room had multiple faulty features (door handles, lamp, shower, tv remote). Thin walls, construction fans, and old pillows made for lousy sleep.

Room was clean and the location was close to our family who we were helping. We did not take advantage of breakfast or the pool but heard it was pretty tasty. Heard a bit of noise from room next door but they quieted down by the time we went to bed.

No complaints. It is not fancy but for basic, clean and comfortable this works great. They do have a nice pool even though I don't partake. There is a Subway right across the street and McD's just down the block. That makes it convenient.

Comfortable room with simple, sufficient, necessary amenities...iron, hair drier, frig, microwave, coffee. Quiet. Temp control easy to adjust. Breakfast item variety less than expected. Staff patient, friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at several different hotels in the last few months..some expensive, some mid-priced and some lower priced --like this sure stay by Best Western. There was very little difference in the rooms ...similar decor, similar size, similar amenities--BUT --the Sure Stay was the only one that we had no problems during our stay! And the most expensive one didnt even have free breakfast, ans the wifi wasnt working! I would definately stay here again.

Pealing paint and water damage on walls and ceilings of pool area. The pool itself has very faded paint and lawn chair pads pool side were dirty. Their pool towel were link sandpaper! This hotel is across the street from a truck stop so lots of traffic. The continental breakfast was less than tasty. The waffles tasted like plastic, poor selection of yogurt and muffins. We ended up throwing it away :( I was thankful they allowed pets as we had a dog with us. But unfortunately other guests and the hotel have not picked up after the dogs so their was a lot of poo around where dogs have gone.

SureStay in Post Falls is perfectly located for the busy traveler. The rates are great with plenty of amenities. With a little more attention to detail with breakfast and making sure that everything in the rooms are in working order, this could be an outstanding option when staying in the CDA area.

Paying $122 plus tax for this room was beyond deplorable. The room was old, the plumbing disgusting. The drain blocked up and continued to drain for 10-15 minutes after finishing showering. They have a safe in the room, but no clock! There was an iron and ironing board, but no sheer curtains. I thought it odd when I entered the room the dark drapes were closed. They were closed because anyone in the parking lot could look straight into the room. I noted this was the case for all rooms, all had the dark curtains pulled. Great if you like staying in a dark hole. When showering you look into an old moldy grate filled with dust and dirt. The breakfast was disgusting. Never again.

Broken heating/cooling, large hand towel instead of bath towel, landscaping unkept with trash, breakfast dinning was disgusting. Floors & table were sticky and with trash and food. The countertops with the food was the same. The Truck-Stop across the street was cleaner.

We traveled with friends and family to Idaho. I chose this hotel because of its good pricing, pool and distance between Spokane and Athol. When my reservation got messed up (which was my fault) they sat with me while I called customer service for 3 days. In the end they were the ones that made it right. Having kind hotel staff is everything I look for in a hotel. The pool and breakfast was nice too. Thank you!

This hotel is very dirty. Hair on the bed, stains on the sheet, cracks in the walls, mold in the bathroom due to a fan that doesn't work. They are overpriced for what they offer, and did I mention DIRTY? Do not recommend.

Breakfast was missing items daily or ran out of items. No bread, bagels or english muffins. Ran out of fruit and yogurt often. Coffee was rarely hot, often warm. Most food items were high calories or fat content.

I would never stay in this dump again. The room was dirty. Their were sticky glass rings on the night stand. The shower curtain was stained with pink mold. The bathtub had soap scum and the drain was circled with crust. The door jam to the bathroom sported an unidentifiable brown smear and splatter. My husband said the carpet felt greasy, I chose to keep my flip flops on the whole time. And the sheets had holes in them. We skipped the "breakfast" with it's feeble fare and unvacuumed space in favor of a drive through window on our way out of town. The rate was $200 for a $60 room. We stayed in a Best Western branded hotel for the three nights prior for $100 a night. It was clean, bright and comfortable with outstanding staff. With this stay we got a dump at twice the price. Best Western should rethink their branding agreement with this hotel.

This place is a dump. The area was sold out so we were forced to stay 4 nights. We checked in and were given a room above the pool that wreaked of chlorine so asked for another room which although there was a nonsmoking on door, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. We settled on the third room because it smelled better but the next day found that the shower didn't work. After the 2nd night we asked for another room and although it felt super grungy, the refrigerator was noisy and the trashy people across the hall were yelling and swearing at the kids for long periods of time, we settled in as it was the best we were going to get. BTW I've never requested a different room at any hotel I've stayed at. My 10 yr old son asked if it was safe to sleep there are there were some pretty sketchy people coming in and out. Never again!

Dirty, broken down, falling apart, unsafe smelly box with no elevator. What a dump. Our air conditioning unit was pulling away from wall, shower curtain all mildewed, garbage left behind between walls and bed tables, smelled like a retirement home / old stale lysol smell, side bed lamp blew out 2 bulbs in 2 days (wiring issues?) hallway and stairs filthy, housekeeping area disgusting and filthy as door was wide open and on top of that our 85 year old mother was trapped in her room in bathroom because door wasn't planed and was jammed shut . I cannot believe this is what Best Western standards are- horrible- told desk crew- one listened while older clerk rolled her eyes .

The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was plain, but clean, and had fast internet. When I finally had a chance to get some sleep, I felt like I jumped into a bed with brand new sheets. Did I mention how clean the place was! No issues, nice location, and they HAD A REAL breakfast offering. Not just the crappy muffins & bagels all these other hotels are offering up and calling it breakfast.

Handicapped parking in front and back No accessible swimming pool. Ceiling/floor thin can hear Ice and soda machines out of order Peep hole covered. Shower seat to short, far from head/controller not a hook head. The morning food was limited to waffles. One morning there was sausage, the next was frozen microwave breakfast sandwich and the next was a sausage biscuit. Yes there was limited selection of yogurt and apples. There was not cereals or other fruits. The coffee although good wasn't marked,

I was on a road trip and stopped in Post Falls my first night. The room was small and perfect for me as I was travelling alone. The usual amenities were there, tv, microwave, ice bucket, coffee maker, etc. My only issue was that the room faced the parking lot and there was only a dark-out curtain. Usually hotels have a dark out curtain and a lighter curtain to give privacy but still let light in. I left the curtains closed.

We were looking for more affordable lodging compared to Coeur d'Alene and chose Surestay in Post Falls based on the affiliation with Best Western. We were on a 5 day trip, all Best Western stays, and this was the most expensive place we stayed and the most run down. Paper thin walls, doors that would not open or close properly, so everyone down the hall was slamming their door open and shut, including us! It shook the room. Some of the doors were so misshapen that there was literally a 2-3 inch gap on the top or bottom of the door that had been cut off, and people could see into another room if they chose to. We stuffed towels under our door. The floor in the room and hallway bounced as you walked. The AC unit rattled all night long. Was sealed along the wall with silver duct tape. TV remote would not work. Super loud fridge that we had to unplug during our stay. Drab, outdated carpet and decor. Hole in bathroom floor around toilet. Gap in the bathroom shower. I could probably go on and on but the point is this was a terrible stay. Didn't even peek at breakfast, left as soon as we could.

Married Couple - It will fill your needs for slumber but is a one night place while traveling through. As others have said any smoking outside is smelled inside, not good. Covid breakfast was not good so we ate elsewhere. Good coffee. Staff was helpful

Could not believe this hotel is in the best western chain..walls are paper thin, noisy and smoke from anyone smoking outside permeates the room. We were on second floor and smell of smoke woke me. You could hear conversations in rooms next door and above, with people speaking in ordinary voices. The room and linens smelled. The only more rundown hotel I ever stayed in was in a third world country.

It is very basic and the breakfast is kind of pathetic but it is a good value for a clean room. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The rate is great and the location is too. I find it a good place to stay on my way through at a good price. It is not a place for your anniversary but worked great on a business trip.

They offered limited breakfast due to covid so was not impressed but understand. Pillows were some of the worst I have used. The room did not seem as clean as other Best Westerns. The pool room was cold even before you got in the water. No hot tub.

Our trip was great! The room wasn't quite ready when we arrived but it was cleaned promptly. It was an overall nice room with friendly employees. We also enjoyed the adult only pool time, maybe extend it to 11pm.

The staff here is wonderful! Thank you all so much for caring. This is next to a truck stop, and we were not able to hear it, which we are thankful for. Overall very satisfied with our stay here and will continue to come back.

Check in at the time stated if you have to check in early call or you will have to wait around with nothing to do depending when you arrived. Good price the smell was annoying but tolerable quite but the door had a huge gap at bottom bringing cold air in the room the heater was running all the time so blew out cold air and then warmer . But it was a good price for the room

You get what you pay for the staff is friendly but unless you ask you don't get quality service they never cleaned my room once in the five days I was there had to ask for towels daily also had to bring my dirty towels to them also staff did not wear masks and in the middle of a pandemic this is not ok especially when you have signs stating masks are required. The pool chairs were filthy and very out dated. And breakfast was a joke definitely not what you expect staying at a best western.

The hotel is Best Western's value choice. It is not a destination resort, but is conveniently located along I-90, near to Cabelas, Walmart, Coeur D'Alene and Silverwood. Not an ideal location for kids or teens, as part of the surroundings are a Truck Stop, but it is perfect for a quick stopover on your way to your destination. The staff, especially Pam at the Front Desk, are what makes this hotel the best choice in the area. Pleasant, caring, attentive and willing to do anything to help, above and beyond my usual expectations. I was pleasantly transported to about 20 years ago when service meant something to people in the hospitality industry. The people, are what makes this hotel a notch above the nearby Sleep Inn and Quality Inn, which are both run by foreigners and staff are subpar. Been staying at those 2 for 20 years, and prefer BW Sure Stay hands down, because of the higher quality of service, friendly and efficient staff and best price available in the area! Pam at the Front Desk was exceptional at handling my very challenging billing issues, she's a Whiz, and was quite nice about it, too.

The manager and staff will lie to your face. The staff that work at the front desk openly admitted they had never been in any of the rooms that they are renting. I was lied to, I was overcharged and still have not gotten a refund. The rooms stink from smoke damage and do not have working items that are listed on their website as amenities. Best western should remove their name from this hotel or remove the manager and re-train the staff!

I really enjoyed my stay at SureStay. The staff are great, the rooms are clean, and it's quiet. I've stayed there a couple times and each time was wonderful. The rates are fantastic too. I highly recommend staying at SureStay

As my daughter and I were in bed watching tv a man walked into our room using a key card. He was very embarrassed because the front desk checked him into our room. It scared my daughter and now she will not stay in a hotel. The front desk laughed and said "sorry". That was it. When I contacted Best Western customer service they said "the hotel said sorry" and that was the end of it. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and I would never stay there again. They do not even care about the safety of their guests. Which should be their #1 priority.

Horrible mattress, terrible pillows and terrible guest above me. The front desk staff was the highlight of the entire experience. Shower/water pressure was low and would barely get warm enough to bathe. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

If I could, I would give this hotel a 2.5. It isn't terrible, but definitely not the usual Best Western. The staff are friendly and helpful, and (because of Covid) they provide a nice bagged breakfast of an apple, granola bar, muffin and apple juice. Everything seemed clean. But as my attached photo shows, the curtain (sheers) in our room was badly torn -- how does that not get noticed by staff?? It made me wonder what else was being overlooked. Also the walls are so thin you can hear everything. Not the hotel's fault, but at 2 am a family in the room right above us was letting their toddler run back and forth all over. It sounded like a herd of elephants. Finally I called the front desk, and to her credit, she called them and put a stop to it immediately.

The price is reasonable and the rooms are spacious. The do have the new Euro-styling which is a little sterile for my taste but everything was clean and fresh. My only objection is the breakfast was far less than acceptable but that has a lot to do to the covid thing.

Out of five stars ill generously give this a 3. Pros: friendly staff. Parking- easily accessible without going through the lobby. Pet friendly area. Clean. Easy freeway access. Cheaper than Coeur d'Alene. Cons: old/uncomfortable mattress. Small rooms. Loud, unruly dogs barking at all hours of the night. Breakfast was not edible. This hotel is nothing like a Best Western. I hope they upgrade it soon to better represent BW. I am staying here again only because my budget and length of stay make it my best option.

I would recommend facility to travelers. Very clean, Very friendly staff. Close to many great places to visit. Breakfast to Go available every day. It was adequate but I missed the hot breakfast. Very good high speed internet available. Pool was available but we did not use.

This hotel is not a top Best Western property, the pool is small and so are the rooms however the staff was very friendly and was happy about how quiet it is as it sits across from a large truckstop. I would stay here again if I needed to.

Looking for a decent place to stay for one night, but I'm pretty sure I could chose one of the cheaper rated hotels and got a better outcome. Front desk was super nice. Extremely welcoming, the room on the other hand not so much. The hallway had a horrible weed smell which whatever, I dont smoke, but not really what I expected to walk into. The room however smelled like a cat had been in there and pee'd in there and mixed with cigarette smoke. I didn't sleep well at all because it was very overwhelming even after spraying some freshener. Best western is usually my go to. Don't think I'll be visiting this destination again.

Not good with children especially. It seemed to have a very different guest list there and had a strong smell of weed throughout. I only stay at Best Western properties but this one is the first 'flop' house I've stayed at. I would not recommend and /or ever stay there again.

Pam was great in helping me fix my mistake. I booked the hotel, accidentally putting the wrong date in. I had a hard time contacting the company I booked it through. Pam was awesome in working to find a solution, and was able to make everything right. Thank you for all you did for me. I will definitely com again.

We couldn't check out of this place fast enough. The walls are paper thin, we could hear everything going on around us. Very dirty hotel. The outside is falling apart, and the people that stayed at this hotel are very shady. We did not feel safe here at all, and couldn't get out of here fast enough.

Just got back from a trip to Post Falls and I got to say this hotel is a little gem.... clean.....quiet.....and comfortable. Great full breakfast with skillet cooked eggs and biscuits and gravy. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful..... it's in a truck stop area but that was a nonissue. Had a great stay.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. You can joke around with them. They go above and beyond to my sure your stay is the best ever. I just felt so comfortable , like that warm comfortable feel inside.

The room price, accomodations, and location were very good. The breakfast includes protein and was also very good. The trade off is that some things in our bathroom needs maintenance and upgrading. Very near I90 exit, great gas prices next door, and McDonald's & Mexican restaurant close by. Pet friendly too. The staff was very nice.

We spent 2 nights and was very pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The coffee was always hot and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend your motel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. Even the pool was clean and heated nicely.

You get what you pay for. Room hadn't been dusted in weeks, couch cushions had dirty sides flipped down (with yogurt looking stains on them), sheets were stained. The beds were uncomfortable and the sofabed was so uncomfortable my children refused to sleep on it and slept on the nasty floor. Had an "accessible" room, and the shower pointed out INTO the bathroom, but it was okay because the pressure was so low, it couldn't make it far. The pool Bathroom was disgusting. The breakfast was ok, no freshfruit. the coffee was terrible. The breakfast hostess singing was a little much at 6:30 am.

Our ADA room was convenient to the side (east) door, but parking spaces on the north side of the main building effectively block access to the space. Not good planning, and these two spaces on the north side should be taken away. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a large counter, which is appreciated as many hotels do not offer much counter space around the sink. The roll-in shower was a little narrow to navigate in, and the hand wand did not have a hole to position it on the wall bar, which can adjust the height of the wand. One drawback of this ADA room is that it is adjacent to the sitting area by the vending and ice machines, People tend to congregate here, and the machines are noisy. The breakfast room can get quite overcrowded, and there is evidence that perhaps persons not actually staying in the hotel access the free breakfast. Also, guests or transients had left a very large and smelly bag of food trash on the counter in the laundry room sometime during the 2 hours I did laundry in there. The desk staff was very friendly. The property is convenient to I-90 and across the street from a large truck stop, which may explain the crowds at breakfast. I have noticed that most hotels require a room key to access the breakfast room, or situate it close to the man desk. Maybe a closer eye could be kept on the "guests" using the breakfast room.

This hotel has met our expectations over the years we have stayed there. It has an easy access off the freeway and for the most is quiet and pleasant for a getaway. The staff are exceptional and always are so friendly and helpful.

The carpet was filthy in the area by the door. The decor of the hotel was non-existent, there were stark white walls (grey in spots in our room) with no pictures (one only in the room we had). Housekeeping staff needs to be re-trained. Poorly cleaned, erratic. No towels replaced one day, bath mat not replaced the next day. Some towels needed to be laundered again before being placed in the rooms. Beds gave me a backache they were so poor. Breakfast room not ventilated properly.

While in the area visiting people in Coeur d'Alene, Liberty Lake and Spokane Valley, we opted to stay here as it was close to where we wanted to be and well-priced. It worked quite well for our purposes. The room was clean and tidy, there was little to no noise from the nearby Interstate and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's not a luxury resort by any means, but the price was right and we were happy with our choice.

A quick say on our way home from Dropping our daughter off at college. Decided to stay in Post Falls due to the high rates in Spokane. Great Rates for this accommodation. Not recently renovated, but clean and staff was friendly. Large breakfast area and lots of selection. Will stay again.

Place was well located close to all amenities lots of food options around. The pool was very nice and breakfast was awesome with lots of options. Parking lot was huge with lots of room. and the rooms were super clean and big for a great price!

Found this hotel on the internet. Great value and clean rooms. They are trying to make some upgrades which is helping. Found the king size mattress on the queen size box spring conical, but the bed was comfortable enough. No complaints here!

We stayed at this hotel twice on a recent road trip to Seattle. The first night had been booked several months in advance, partly because of the proximity to the interstate, but mostly because of the price. While we were there, we booked another night for our trip home so we could go to Silverwood Theme Park for one evening. I was surprised to find that the price was about $40 higher the second night, which in my opinion priced it out of its category of what should be a budget hotel. Breakfast was fine, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful both times, and our room was clean and comfortable. I'd stay again if early booking allowed for the reduced price we paid the first night, but I'd rather stay in Spokane for the amenities if I'd have to pay the higher price we paid the second night.

I would not reccommend this hotel to or for anyone. It was not clean.Floor full of popcorn,coffee filter not cleaned, no blankets for hide a bed, there was dust on lamps next to bed, not enough towels for occupants in room, linnen was not changed on bed in a while and room smelled. Then of coarse the did not want to comp us the room for a full night stay. They moved us to another room and remote did not work. Replaced with another. Morning auditor was rude and did nothing for us. I will speak to higher up about this not just management.

The room was clean and the breakfast great, but the sheets didn't fit the bed and the guide in the book didn't match what was on TV. We didn't sleep well with the very wor , I'll fitting sheets. The staff was very friendly and nice though. I don't think I'd stay here again.

Not a bad place, but also not super great. We got a decent deal for a good experience overall. Mattresses are very low-quality, but things were clean, staff was nice, breakfast was pretty good... overall as we expected for a step down from a traditional Best Western.

I would recommend this hotel at this location to anybody. All the employees are very professional and friendly. We love all those people and made me realize how blessed we were to have found that hotel and stay for our family vacay. Thank you SureStay plus by best western.

We stay three nights, and our room wasn't cleaned any of those mornings. The floors weren't vacuumed, the beds weren't made, the soaps and shampoo weren't replaced, and not all of our towels were replaced either. The breakfast room is a joke - way too small, one attendant, the line was all the way into the lobby, there was no creamer, no milk, no muffins, no a waffle mix, a few pieces of bread, the toaster didn't work, and the juice machines ran straight water because the juice was gone every morning to hours into service. We had to eat at the McDonald's across the street each morning.

We rented two rooms. 1 was fantastic, the 2nd had a dog urine odor; we chose to deal with it since we wanted our rooms close. Staff was vert friendly. Bed/pillows/shower were good. Breakfast was frequently out of items with the amount of people who were trying to get in for breakfast on a Sat morning. Food was typical/fine.

The website photos are inaccurate! It's not a nice place. Food was terrible. When I got there the room was dirty, they moved me rooms and that room was dirty! Never again will I enter that building!!!

I was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a pullout couch (confirmed this on the phone that our room would sleep 3 adults/3 kids). I arrived to 2 queen beds and no pull out couch...we had to get an air mattress out of our camping stuff for everyone to have a place to sleep.

This property doesn't live up to Best Western properties I have stayed at. They need to update their mattresses!!!! I am not sure how old they are but they bounce all over and I am pretty sure you can fold them in half. The place is a bit noisy because mostly their are families that are going to Silverwood. The employees were all very friendly

Overall an unpleasant experience. We arrived late at night to find the entire parking lot full, to the point that people were parked illegally along the side of the building, in front of fire hydrants, double parked, etc. the parking are is way too small for a hotel of this size. Inside we found an incredibly dated environment, the whole place could benefit from new carpet and a coat of paint. Our room was uncomfortably hot when we got in, the ac was not working properly. We went down to ask for another room because of this and they told us they couldn't move us but to give it a while sometimes the AC's are slow to start up. At 2:30 in the morning the AC finally kicked on startling me awake. The good to the room was very flimsy and had a huge gap under it allowing a lot of light and noise in. The shower floor was stained a dark dingy shade of brown making me skeptical to use it. Not a nice place even for a one night stop.

We thought that this being a Best Western and in a prime location would be a nice place to stay for the night. Kinda wish we would have drove further on down the road and stayed elsewhere. We came in around 5-6ish on a Saturday night for a stay that we booked weeks ago (No pets and non smoking) When we went to check in there was nobody at the desk. We rang the bell and stood there waiting for about 5 more minutes. When someone did finally come in, they reeked of cigarette smell. The guy that was also at the counter acted like he was high on something and just acting stupid. We checked in and we were put right next to the ice/pop machine and when we went to the room, it was totally left open! It smelled horrible of cigarettes and chemicals. It was pretty dirty in the bathroom as well. We like to sleep with a window open but could not due to the fact that we were placed right net to the staff smoking area out back. The smell came through the A/C so there was no escape. The A/c was malfunctioning also and would not turn off on its own so you either froze or was too hot due to manually turning it off. Around 11pm or so, the employees were so freaking loud in their outside break area that it woke us up from a dead sleep. The TV was pretty much unwatchable as it had no sound or dubbed voices were used. It was just weird! Got up to get breakfast the next morning and almost everything was empty including the coffee pot and nobody around to fill it. Since this was a weekend, it was a full house and people were pretty irritated. We ended up leaving and went to a McDonalds down the street for breakfast and coffee. We used our reward points for this hotel and feel like it was a complete and total waste of our points. We will NEVER stay here again and I encourage others to maybe drive further and find a new place to stay.

I will first start off with a positive: the staff was absolutely wonderful; all of them. That concludes our positive. I had left early in the morning from the Oregon coast, it was 9:30 pm and was so exhausted; I had plans to stay in Spokane but unfortunately, EVERY SINGLE Best Western in Spokane was booked! First off my room was in the back 40 and there was absolutely no parking back there so I had to struggle to get through several doorways with a luggage cart and a dog all the way to the elevator to go to the second floor. I will say the young lady at the desk help me get to the elevator it was still quite a struggle for me as I have some skeletal medical issues. Upon entering my room I was hit with the most chemical smell you ever want to smell. Next I noticed that the carpeting was completely buckled in the entryway which for me is a tripping hazard. Then, I noticed the formica on the sink which was only about 3 feet high, (as well as a troll toilet that was hard to get up from it was so low!), was completely coming off. Then I went to close the curtains and I noticed the shears when you're not only torn but dirty. I went to take a bath and there was a 12 inch hair sitting on the toilet (my hair is 2-inches long). When you walk into a room like that you just immediately get the heebie-jeebies so I slept in full pajamas on top of the bed. I can answer only surmise after reading the reviews that there is a part of this hotel that has been updated and a part that hasn't. And lucky me, as a diamond member, I got put in the part that has that which I'm sure has to do with having a therapy dog but I can guarantee you without a doubt I leave my room cleaner every time then I probably find it. To the hotel's defense I have seen pet owners that are just swine. And now the coup d'état; I went to TripAdvisor to read more reviews and a room that I just paid $130 for was being billed at $82 -no, I will not stay here again.

The rooms were clean. Good helpfull staff spoke well and were cheer ful. Continental breakfast was good. Nice smaller indoor pool. They will give you a coupon code for Silverwood amusement park. So you'll save a little money there.

This motel is across the street from a truck stop. If that's what you need, then the location is good. We were provided with earplugs, which we needed. When we entered, the room hinted of cigarette smoke. The TV remote didn't work, so they brought us a new one. The bathroom sink plumbing was reversed. The outside employee break table was under our window. At 11 pm their cigarette smoke came through the air conditioner (woke us up) and they were loud. A pillow case was dirty on one bed and the sheets were dirty on the other. The bathtub was dirty. The alarm clock didn't work. Our room wasn't cleaned/refreshed when we returned at 4:30 pm. The clerk brought up fresh towels, etc. At breakfast the server was very slow in replacing the sausage, eggs, and coffee in the breakfast room, and the sausage gravy was lukewarm. Guests were going into the prep room to get coffee after the server disappeared. I don't think I ever saw the server talk or smile. There wasn't a manager on-site to talk to over the weekend. It's Monday afternoon now, and I'm still waiting for a phone call . . . I'm a Best Western fan, but very disappointed in this particular motel.

I paid over $200 for a one night's stay in this hotel. The facility was just a step above a Motel 6. Although the room was clean, the room was quiet, and the bed comfortable, the room wasn't very large. The door into the room requires training to get in (you have to lift the door handle up instead of pushing down), and the bathroom door didn't close at all. The floor wasn't level. On the other hand, the included wi-fi was excellent, and the TV had a good picture. They included one set of ear plugs which I didn't use or need as the room remained quiet. The window only included black out curtins and could have used some shears for day use privacy. The "Deluxe Breakfast" consisted of rock hard, almost tasteless scrambled eggs and salty sausages. The mini muffins were good but I could have done without the chocolate chips. I didn't have the waffles and probably should have. The orange drink (I wouldn't call it juice) was tasty. Overall, I would stay somewhere else next time.

This was the first time staying here and the service was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and nice. I would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Post Falls.

They need some improvement on the breakfast items and quality of it! The biscuits were very hard and sausage was dry. The rooms were nice. Thought it was odd they provided ear plugs for your guest room.

Easy Access from Freeway. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Check in was quick and the check out was just as quick. Bottom floor room was nice but the floor was a little uneven in places. I'd stay here again.

The Sure Stay hotel in Post Falls, Idaho was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The building is well kept, the rooms are clean and nice and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast items were good with several choices from scrambled eggs and sausage to waffles and dry cereals. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again if we travel through the area again.

When you first spot this Hotel, you may wonder about your choice. Tucked in behind a Truck Stop off of the Interstate, in an almost industrial area, it looks a little out of place, but inviting, nonetheless. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the desk clerk in the spacious lobby. All of the hotel staff we spoke with were friendly and outgoing. Our room was all we expected with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the pool and had a great breakfast the next morning. We especially enjoyed the serenade by the lady who manages the area! Don't expect the Ritz, here, but do enjoy the comfortable, pleasant experience.

Don't expect doormen and flowers in the room, but a nice clean motel working hard to up the standards of repair, cleaninest and brekfast buffet. walls are a bit thin, but they try to separate "partiers" from quieter guests.

The hotel was comfortable, low cost, yet had everything we could ask for. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had our dog with us, and they were accommodating with that. Breakfast was just right...I'd go back for another stay.

Every time we go to visit our daughter and family in Oregon we try to stay here. Not only is it convenient for us to break up our trip to two days, this place is the perfect location for us. The staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is great and the breakfast is very good. The mattresses are comfortable and don't hurt my back. Plus the gas station across the street is good to fill up before getting into Washington and their high gas prices.

We ended up arriving @ 9pm. The desk clerk had held our room and was very helpful in getting us situated. There was plenty of truck parking and easy access. We woke to an auto generated invoice and pleasant staff awaited. Would use again.

Our experience recently sucked. We stayed two nights. Our anniversary. Should've been smooth for $225. No room service whatsoever and the second night there was obnoxious drunken chaos in the hallway from 11pm-4am. Any reputable hotel would've addressed it. We did call and address it at 3am. We had to track down the manager over the next two days. She only agreed to refund us for half of the second night which was utter crap. Dirty sheets and towels all weekend? No sleep? Lack of good management? No thanks. Never again.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff that go above and beyond. Great freeway location with a fantastic breakfast that is kept fresh and hot and served in a comfortable and clean setting. Good place to stay with reasonable prices.

The hotel sure appears to be an old Super 8 or Motel 6 that got a low budget tune up and was rebranded. Extremely overpriced for a very basic room. Couple that with the fact that the common areas, hallways and room carpet were dirty and the staff allowed kids to run the halls making noise well after 10 PM and it wasn't a great experience. I expected better from a hotel carrying the Best Western brand.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. The room was great, the coffee was awesome. The pool was warm and very relaxing. Came for my bday, so we could relax. We did that and more. The breakfast was great.

They charged $100 to our debit card 4 days after our checkout for smoking in the room,which we don't do. I had initially wanted to post a good review until I found an extra $100 on my bank statement charged four days later, called them and was told it was for smoking damage. Since we didn't smoke in the room and it was four days later, i dont know if they accidentally charged us, meaning to charge a guest that stayed after us or if it's a game they play. We have stayed with them multiple times in the past and have never had any issues. Hoping the manager will correct their mistake promptly. I'll give an update.

Had called hotel prior to reserving a room for 2 nights, from Groupon, to ask about their pet policy. The person on the phone had told me that it would be $15 per pet. I thought that was a little high, considering our dogs were very small, a mini Daschund and a Chiweenie. When we arrived at the hotel around 5-6 pm. The front desk clerk was preoccupied with her phone or computer, and I wasn't greeted in a professional manner. Not even a smile. She made me feel like she just wanted to hurry me to get back to whatever she was doing. I gave her my credit card. She gave it back to me and ask me to sign the receipt. I didn't notice any charge for the dogs, so I told her that we had two small dogs and I didn't see a charge for them. She said that it would be on my exit invoice. I said okay and went to get our stuff in the room. The stay there was just ok walls are very thin and doors had to be made sure that they were completely closed. There were no washcloths and only one large size towel. We had to ask for them. The breakfast for the most part was very good, except for the scrambled eggs with cheese were watery, but tasted alright. When I checked out I didn't receive an invoice. I just dropped off the key cards. We left and a few days later, I was reviewing my CC account, and noticed a $60 charge on my statement for the hotel. Signifying that they charged me $15 per dog, per night! I was under the impression that it would be a flat fee of $30 for the dogs. So my stay went from economical to virtually no savings. I had finally got a hold of Amanda the manager and all she could do is repeat " You signed the invoice", disregarding pretty much anything I had to say. Which I felt was totally rude. Definitely will never stay there again. Just went back to website and now since I've talk to manager. A post about their pet policy is present on home page! Too funny!

My husband and I stayed here Jan 24th, 2019. I made the reservation online which was super simple. When we got there we were greeted and they had my reservation already. The lobby has a business center where you can plug in your computers there's a heated pool and a very cute breakfast nook. We were upgraded to a king for free! Our room was very clean and cute. There was a nice size flat screen TV, mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of places to plug in our phones. The bed was quite comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Breakfast the next morning was pretty good for a free continental breakfast. They had a hot scrambled cheesy eggs, make your own waffles, French toast and sausage and then all your cold cereals, muffins and yogurts. We really enjoyed our time. They even have a laundry facility which we used because we had been traveling and desperately needed to wash our clothes. There's a truck stop across the street with a Subway, McDonald's across the street and a Mexican restaurant. The great location, super friendly staff and extremely clean rooms! I should have taken pictures before so I apologize for the lived-in look lol!

Very comfortable beds! Nice breakfast. Service was good even though it was over Christmas holiday. Has indoor pool, but we didn't get a chance to use. Close proximity to good and convenience store. Would stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had a dip in the pool and enjoyed breakfast. Great price and friendly staff. I would stay here again. The hotel was not very full so noise was not a problem. They do provide earplugs for sleeping if noise is bothersome.

The room was clean and the breakfast was satisfying; however, our room door was left ajar after the cleaning. We were gone for at least 8 hours and returned to our room not only unlocked but with the door ajar! The gentleman across the hall from us said his door was left ajar, too. Definitely a safety issue!! Fortunately nothing appeared disturbed but the front desk wasn't very concerned at all. The back security door was also unlocked because the card reader was broken. Disappointing.

The walls in the rooms are very thin so there is noise from other rooms but it didn't bother sleeping. The breakfast is a typical breakfast. The breakfast area is small and crowded. It is located by a truck stop but wasn't bothered by any noise from there. It is close to Cabela's for anyone wanting to shop there.

There is no hiding it.....the rooms are noisy. If they used insulation they must have gone with tissue paper. It was pretty bad and they know it. I have never stayed anywhere that hands out complimentary ear plugs. I got really nervous since we were by the elevator but surprisingly that was the quietest wall out of all four. The people in the room next to us were just having a normal conversation and I could hear it loud and clear. I could also hear them open and close their microwave, microwave going and pressing of the buttons. The rooms itself was clean and comfortable. Would I stay again? Maybe if I was in a pinch and nothing was available, but unless they address the issue with noise I don't plan on it.

I had reservations in CDA for 2 nights and they over booked my room didnt call so I was scrambling to find a room at 11pm and after an 8hr work day and 6hour drive. My card was beong weird. The guy at the front bent over backwards to figure it out. Thank you!

I work on the road all over the western U. S., this place is very comfortable for a week at a time. Breakfast is good enough. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful and curtious, there is a pool but i never used it

1st stop on way home from Hope to Ontario . Never stayed here before. Usually stop at Liberty Lake BW. Hotel was terrible . Dirty room noisy and a terrible breakfast. BW should be ashamed to have this hotel in there chain. Staff was good but this place sucks. Never stay again at a Sure Stay. Liberty Lake BW here we come.

I'm not sure if this hotel is new, or just updated, but is a very clean-feeling hotel. It feels new, but that could just be the result of a very nice update. It is a small hotel, but still has a pool, and is conveniently located off of the interstate. breakfast has some pretty good selections. Best thing about this hotel is the price!

Really good parking... nice staff... decent hot breakfast to get the day going...when we come back I'm staying here ....really close to Silverwood...gas ...a nice Mexican restaurant within walking distance ..

This hotel is off the beaten path but very quite with great helpful staff. There are a few restaurants in the area but you have to drive 10 minutes for the really great ones. The beds are fantastic making for a great nights sleep.

I booked this hotel to support a trip to Silverwood with the grandkids. I found it to be clean, with an above average breakfast, and some really nice people. The only thing I didn't like was the anemic water pressure in the shower. For planning - great location right off I-90. Conoco is right across the street, with a Subway in the building. McDonald's is 500 steps away. Bring your bike so you can ride the north Idaho centennial trail before you go to Silverwood (30 minutes away) for the day.

Decent location right off the interstate, just beyond Coeur d'Alene and good for an overnight stay before heading to the Spokane airport. Decent indoor pool, but adjacent patio is completely walled in with no view. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was okay, but a/c did not cool properly unless set to 58 degrees; I initially set it to 73 degrees, and while it did cool it down it would not hold it there and the room became hot. Bathtub drain did not drain properly, and I hate that. Small bathroom counter area. Only one smallish elevator to 2nd floor. Duvet bed cover was way too heavy for summer, though desk clerk said linens were to be swapped out soon, but that didn't do me any good for my stay. Nice breakfast area with the usual typical offerings. All in all, it was just okay for the price paid.

I found this no-frills hotel to be very clean and the location is convenient for travelers. It is right off the highway and has plenty of parking. Not far from the center of town if you need to go into town for shopping or meals. The rooms were very clean and beds are quite comfy. The breakfast could be a bit better but at least they had food until the closing of service instead of other places I stayed where they cleaned up the food 20 mins before the end of service. The price is right as well.

The hotel is conveniently located right of the Interstate so travelling was great. Easy location; staff were great, breakfast was great and a good variety. The only question was the bathroom garbage can was not emptied from the previous stay. It makes me wonder what else was missed. Unfortunate as everything else was great.

Very nice, clean, great breakfast each day,nice pool and great location. Would defiantly recommend and stay at this hotel again. Only thing I recommend is new pillows and bed in the room we had,they were very hard to sleep on.

Stayed a week here. It was clean and no real bad road noise. I think lots of hotels are now having trouble getting help, and they were short handed here. The down side was the breakfast. One morning the lady could not keep up with demand and one time they had not delivered her food in a timely manner. The oatmeal is in a bag, the breads are blah, but the did have eggs and meat. They ran out of hot water and coffee quite octen, but with some time, got it all worked out. I would stay here again, it was nice enough.

Clean, nice , comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Good deal ! Inexpensive for how nice everything was. Carts to get your stuff in, pet friendly, elivater upstairs use. Nice big breakfast area. Beautiful lobby.

Although this hotel is close and convenient to the freeway, it was quiet and is very accessible. We appreciated the service. The room was very clean and comfortable and should we go through Post Falls again we will return.

My family and I recently stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with our two young sons. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We did not have a chance to go in the pool but it looked clean. I would definitely stay again!

They always treat me like family. Good room, woke up refreshed, breakfast was good. The area is comfortable, gas station across the street, Good variety of restaurants in the area. Just off I-90 on the north side Exit 2. See you next time. Thanks Edwin

Very basic motel by the highway. Nothing fancy. Paper thin walls. If you're a light sleeper you may have difficulties here. The motel was clean and staff were friendly. The highway access is helpful and the breakfast was ok.

Overcharged our card by more than double what we were told, rude front desk staff who laughed at me while trying to chase down the hotel manager for nearly a week to get it resolved. I know it doesn't seem like much money to them but my family is on a tight budget, we went here for a job interview and this caused our rent check to bounce. It really hurt my family and I and hurt even more to be treated so poorly when I was simply trying to get some sort of resolution. I've never been one to write reviews or take things personally but they weren't just apathetic, they were rude about it.

We travel to Kellogg, Idaho to buy trucks every other year or so. We usually stay in Madras, Oregon, as the Spokane Valley area hotels are ridiculously expensive $200-$400 per night. This hotel was reasonable for the area. However, we got room 110. Next to the pool and right across from the ice machine. The pool was noisy until about 10 and at 4 AM, someone decided to fill their ice chest out of the hotel ice maker. Breakfast area was small and none of the bread based items were thawed. The breakfast buffet main course ran out quickly and no one came to refill it. The room was clean and until 4 am, we slept pretty good. My recommendations, top floor and if they park you across from an ice machine, ask for a new room. It was, however, within walking distance of a great Mexican food joint. Avoid Room 110

Heated Pool, Continental breakfast, free wifi, and under $100 a night, what else do you need or want? I just wanted to thank Amanda (GM) and her staff for the hospitality and being patience with us (coaches/teenage girls/toddlers/parents). The rooms were nice and clean (microwave/fridge, ac,etc.) breakfast was delicious and different each day, parking was convenient for my volleyball girls/parents and customer service provided by your front desk staff was great (very helpful and and courteous). Although we didn't quite finish strong as we planned but we made a lot of good memories in Spokane/Idaho. You and your staff helped us make that happen.

Due to the forgotten hour change, good weather, slight speeding, and aliens, we got here at noon. To my surprise i asked if we can check in early, and we were able to(another plus) I thought there was a hot tub before i booked here ,but must have been mistaken. Have another night too, so review is early without even trying the breakfast but it should be fine.

This motel is a joke!!!!! Motel is nothing to write home about but room was ok. Some staff was very helpful but They is one that if they continue employee him this motel will probably see more negative reviews. Josh is who I'm referring to. I just got off phone with him about pending holds that shouldn't exist after they already got paid on 1/14/2018. Josh was basically arguing with myself that they was no holds. Yes they was holds dating back to the 12th that clearly should have been cleared off when it's clear they got payment in full for stays on 1/14 and any pending hold prior should have be removed. But instead he wants to argue they wasn't any and to call bank. Call bank it's not the bank processing all these holds it's this motel putting them in the system. But as I mention before to have a front desk clerk basically just call you a lier about the screw ups he did and he's not trained enough to know his job and to recognize what has happened I would have to rate this motel a negative 10 after dealing with josh in customer service.
