    « GREAT VIEW »

For the price paid it has smallish rooms and is not very clean' a week later still have a rash and that's from a 2 night stay very disappointed, shower and glasses not cleaned. We normally stay at the other Best Western many times and never had this problem.

    « Second Home »

I've stayed here almost every month for the last 4 years and I love the hotel. It's like my little home away from home and working holiday at the same time. Beds are comfortable, rooms are incredibly clean, the ocean view rooms have an unobstructed view of Town Beach so its very pretty to wake up with the sunrise; and staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Usually have breakfast - good variety of cereals, breads, fruits and yoghurts. Also offer a hot brekkie made to order which is delicious. Highly recommend ?

    « Nice Stay »

Hotel is in an excellent position. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Great views of the sea. Only negative was that the car noise was very load at peak times, but not a real problem as peak time does not last long in PM. Ask for a sea view room with balcony, very relaxing at the end of the day or early in the morning.

« renovated motel - avoid ground floor "ocean view" »

This is just a renovated motel. Clean but basic. Overpriced. Misleading advertising re "ocean view" rooms. Was given a ground floor room with no view but plenty of road noise. Moved to a standard room but refused to give a discount. Don't book one of these unless you know which floor.

    « Best a accommodation in port. »

I ended up staying there with a friend. I've stayed there at least five times. It's a modern and awesome comfy place to stay. The spa room was The best. They messed up my booking once which annoyed me. But all in all it was great since I'd been there at least five times.

« Great views from this hotel »

Had two good nights, great sea views from our room, excellent beach right across the road from the hotel. A short walk into the town, and great cliff walks going south. Very helpful and friendly staff, easy parking on site.

    « Not Boutique....hardly a hotel more like a motel !! »

Not a great place to stay. On the good side the room was nice and clean but you could hardly call this place a "Boutique" hotel much more like a motel and l think that is what it was once. Location OK you can easily walk into town for a meal etc. It is directly facing the ocean so be warned if it is blowing you will know about it as the windows were very poorly sealed. Breakfast was ok but l would not rush back and have another one. Internet was the worse i have ever used at a hotel. Infact had to tether of the mobile. Not sure why they advertise free internet as its was so slow it was pointless !!! Staff friendly and polite but this place needs an upgrade !

    « Try to avoid »

Fine for one night's rest but avoid if possible. Very windy corner and the doors and windows are not sealed well, leading to drafts. The room was okay but was a little run down. The WiFi speed was terrible.

    « Perfect for a Stopover »

We spent one night here to break up our drive from Brisbane to Sydney. We arrived quite late but were pleasantly surprised by the spectacular view just across the road in the morning! The beds were nice, the room was clean and modern, nice size washroom and nice towels. It was a little cramped with 3 of us but no issues for one night.

« Comfortable Stay with great views »

Our stay at the Best Western HW was very comfortable and clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the views from our room. While Room service is offered we did not use this. Our location was perfect - just apposite the beach. The walk into the main shopping area was not far and well within easy reach.

    « Beautiful location however a disappointment »

We stayed a couple of nights in a room overlooking the ocean. The view was amazing. Room was clean and tidy. Size good. The bed was too hard for us so got up slower each day. We had room service for dinner on one night. Very very average. Just steak and chips but ended up being luke warm. Breakfast was a disappointment. We were looking forward to hot breakfast but when we got to the dining room we were told there was no hot breakfast. Would have been nice to know that before. The continental breakfast was pretty boring, sure, the regular toast and spreads, fruit (bit watery) and yoghurt with cereals. There may have been a few other options but I guess once we were disappointed nothing really took our fancy. The room was so noisy with hoons driving up and down the street pretty much all night. Really needed ear plugs.

« Booked a Deluxe River View Room. No River Views. Misleading »

    I booked a Deluxe Double with river views. I didn't have any river views. When I questioned this with reception their response was only from the balcony and it states this on the site I booked from. I was not impressed by this response and not only did I find the wording misleading, but the receptionist's response misleading as well. This made me think it was not the first time they were asked the same question by a guest. My view was of the side of another building and the carpark which the rear of the motel faces. Early in the morning the constant slamming of car doors from guests packing their cars reverberates through the room. Room also had an unusual musty odour to it but was the least of my concerns. The restaurant is not open for dinner on the weekends. Even though the bed was very comfortable, given the above issues I will not return. Not worth what I paid for. See photos of my views below;

    « What a location! »

On our trip up the coast we couldn't avoid calling into Port Macquarie. We didn't know the area but booked into this joint and far out it was a great choice. The location of the hotel is so good, looking out over the ocean and 100m away from walking tracks and the beautiful beach. Has some great rolling waves for some body surfing. Our room was really spacious, had free wifi and Foxtel. Bathroom with a nice big shower. Booking at the last minute we were stoked with the price when we arrived. Would definitely come back to stay here. Also only meters away from cafes and restaurants.

« Satisfactory hotel with clean room »

Had an overnight stay here with room overlooking ocean. Quite pleasant. About 15 - 20 minute walk to shops. An easy walk with pleasant views over water and parks. Room very clean and well appointed. Free wi fi. No security car parking. Onsite car parking free though.

    « Great views! »

We stayed 3nights and the room we had was amazing . The views could be seen from everywhere in our room and the balcony area to the side was great for having drinks . The bathroom was huge with a big spa bath as well . My only negative was it is very noisy at times and we couldn't get parking inside any night that we were there .It is in a great spot within walking distance to the beach and cafes .

    « a night in port »

the motel room was very clean and the staff very friendly. It was a lovely surprise to be upgraded to an ocean room and loved eating my breakfast in the elevated restaurant area overlooking the ocean - would stay there again.

« My stay in Port Macquarie »

One of the best position in Port Macquarie, near to town center, and beaches. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to scampi a very nice seafood restaurant. The hotel has a very pleasant dinning room over looking the river and the ocean.

« Usual Best Western formula in a nice spot »

Located over looking the park at Gaol Point, nice clean accommodation and facilities. Overnight stop on the way to Sydney with what you'd expect from a Best Western. Breakfast available on the top floor restaurant with a view.

« Excellent and comfortable room »

Room was very comfortable and large with all necessities with amazing views from any room. Located in a prime position overlooking the beautiful ocean and close to the beaches. Free wifi was a great bonus.

« overnighting in Port Macquarie »

2 friends travelling back from Sydney - modern room on the ground floor facing the car park - comfy beds, clean, wine glasses, no view - but OK as we were just there to sleep. Good price $133. We walked a short distance to the Bowls Club across the park overlooking the sea, and had a good meal. Would stay there again for the purpose and the price - can't say better than that.

« Nice hotel but let down by quite a few things »

We stayed here on a driving holiday from Sydney to Brisbane. The hotel looked great on the internet but the reality was a bit of a let down without being terrible. On the plus side, the room was clean, nice and a reasonable size. The breakfast was good and the views from the hotel are lovely. On the negative side, there were no lifts so carrying large suitcases up to the third floor was a chore, the family room while being two rooms only had a small shower room. While the view is great, the area just outside the hotel seemed to be a gathering place for pimped up cars with loud exhausts. The police seemed to be regularly patrolling which was good but I did wonder where the steady procession of cars parking up nearby where up to no good. To cap it off, I left a camera battery and charger at the hotel ( total my fault) and when I phoned the hotel ( at uk rates so expensive!) I was initially kept on hold only to be told ten minutes later that they had just forgotten about me - expensive for me, and poor service. I was promised they would check for it and call me back but this never happened. I called again twice more and was promised the same but again it never happened. I can't think there battery and charger was of any use to anyone else so would expect it to still be where I left it. As it was I had spend quite a bit for a new one when it could probably have just been posted on. Not brilliant service at all. Not a bad hotel but definitely a disappointment

    « Over night Stay »

Happy with this accommodation, room good size, clean, customer service friendly. The continental breakfast was fine, good choice of food. Only down side was unfortunately it was windy so it was abit noisy and drafty through the shutter windows.

« Good budget hotel with ocean views »

We stayed at the Best Western HW Boutique hotel for 1 night in September 2016. We enjoyed our stay, the room was a good size, friendly staff, nice pool and great views of the ocean. The only thing that needs improvement is the window coverings in the rooms. We had roller blinds on the front window which were hung far away from the window hence letting a fair amount of light in the sides. The hallway window near the bathroom is frosted but doesn't have any blinds at all which means the lights from the outside stairwell and street shine into the room the whole night. This is the only thing that needs attention so that guests can have a better sleep. Overall for the price we paid and lovely location we would stay here again.

    « Surprising little find »

After an awful night at another Port Macquarie so called 4.5 star we decided to stay here on our return trip for Qld to Sydney. The check in was smooth and informative with Lesley. Our room....302 was on the top floor, no lift, but we were told this on booking. Our room had a small balcony with 2 chairs and table and a fabulous view over the waves and water. Room had queen bed and basic furniture ....nothing flash at all. Bathroom was marble which was quite surprising as it seemed extravagant compared to the room. Room was dated but in saying this, the linen was soft and clean and the pillows were fresh. Unfortunately for us their restaurant is closed on Sunday's so we ordered a pizza delivery which was not too bad from a local pizzeria. Ear plugs were needed and used to sleep and it was a good sleep. Breakfast was served in the restaurant on the 3rd floor with the most amazing views.....would have to be the best views in Port Macquarie! We were lucky enough to be served by Ally who made us feel very welcome and looked after us like we were the only ones there. There is so much untapped potential in the restaurant and property........hope that Best Western know they have that potential and perhaps tapping into the thoughts of Ally .......could make this place THE PLACE IN PORT MACQUARIE! Looking forward to seeing big things happening here!

    « Best view »

We really enjoyed our 2 nights at Best Western HW Port Macquarie. It was close enough to the main centre restaurants and cafes (about a 10 minute walk) but beautifully positioned overlooking the beach. Everything was clean, we had an Ocean View room that was amazing. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I recommend this motel as along as you are able to walk the slight hill from the town centre and the best views are on Level three which involves walking up stairs. But gather from previous reviews that ground floor accommodation still has great views.

« Great views...Great service breakfast in town »

Such a wonderful clean Hotel ...million dollar views...service with a smile and beautiful bathrobes to use .....Highly recommended breakfast in Town with the best oceans views in Nsw ...this is a Must list ...thanks again for the wonderful stay

« Friendly staff but needs improving »

Me and my wife stayed here for one night while we were passing through. Car parking spaces were plentiful upon arrival. As we walked into the reception we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who was kind and helpful. Unfortunately the bath tub room which we booked was not available when we turned up but was "upgraded" to a sea view. Once in our room we found the bathroom was small but done to a lovely modern standard with plenty of towels available. We were on the ground floor but had access to a private balcony. This was small but enough for two and the views were fantastic. We were given log in details for the Internet but although connected the Internet was too slow, could not even refresh our emails. The room itself was nice and clean. We had a comfortable bed with the usual facilities, TV, free view, fridge, kettle. We ordered a curry that night and it was good to see plates and cutlery were available in the room. The free view channels were quite slow to move from channel to channel. But the selection was good.. The room had an alarm clock on the bedside table which we thought was strange with nearly everyone having access to an alarm through their phones nowadays. Anyway this was only an issue at midnight when fast asleep. Previous guest must have set the alarm to come on full blast for this time. This woke us up in a real panic wondering what the hell was going on! We turned this off and went back to sleep. Then at 0700 the cleaner burst through the door, which was closed on a security latch, so this made one hell of a bang. She of course apologised straight away and we know this was just a genuine mistake. Reception too apologised when checking out. The morning we went to have our inclusive breakfast. This was a continental breakfast as a cooked costs extra which we did not realise when booking. Signage to the breakfast area was poor. All staff were extremely friendly and the views were fantastic.

    « Disappointing »

2 night stay Twin room - clean, adequate Decent supply amenities ie tea coffee shampoo Our room was very noisy as near the food prep/housekeeping therefore woken each morning by staff "banter" between themselves, loudly at 0630 latest. Breakfast room lovely views - adequate continental

    « A short stay »

Hubby and I stayed here 2 nights and we were impressed with the accommodation. Clean and bright. Upon arrival I asked if there was a room with a view of the beach and yes we were able to change to it no problem at all. Alicia is a young lady who was a very helpful employee, a hard worker who pretty much ran the place, knew who we were and room number when we arrived for breakfast. Breakfast was well priced and the dining area pleasant. Suitable for couples who get out and about as the city centre is a 10 minute walk with lots of eateries, cinema and shopping.

    « One of Port's best »

I stay here regularly. The people who work there are always nice and helpful. I always get a balcony room with water view. Even in winter, it is nice to be able to sit on the balcony and have a beer. Or even to watch the sunrise. The breakfast of poached eggs and asparagus is well worth ordering. An easy walk to town, and far enough out to be not too busy. Although the traffic does start early. Definitely a favourite.

    « Birthday weekend awsy »

HW boutique hotel was clean, inviting place to stay, our room over looked the town beach & break wall . Perfect place to sit back enjoying the views of the waves and Dolphins with beer in your hand. Only short 10min stroll into CBD & less than 5 min walk to town beach.

    « Good Value »

We had stayed here several years ago and returned for another visit. The hotel (spa) room was clean and well serviced. The staff were very helpful (we had a minor issue with our access cards and it was fixed immediately). Great view of the beach/breakwall from upper balconies, and walking distance to the beach and not too far out of the town centre .

    « Flying visit »

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect overlooking the beaches. The rooms are spacious and very clean with all the amenities needed to create a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Booking an ocean view room is worth it!

    « Noisy »

We had a long drive and a funeral to attend so we were hoping for a quiet night. I did request a quiet room but that didn't happen. Doesn't seem to be any soundproofing as a lot of road noise. Also Verandahs are along the front of the rooms which are very noisy with people walking past constantly. Had to carry out bags up 2 flights of stairs with no offer of any help. Not suitable for seniors. No lift. The motel is a U-shape around a car park so a lot of noise with cars coming and going. Room quite small.

    « Simple and Effective »

The hotel was clean and well organised. Bonus that it had a spa bath and rainfall shower head. Loved that. It was situated right on the beach and headland at port Macquarie and really close to all the shops and cinemas and restaurants. Blah blah blah, 200 character minimum.

« Can't find any fault with this place! »

We weren't sure what to expect, however we found lovely accommodation, most (if not all?) rooms overlooking ocean. Clean, modern facilities, friendly, helpful staff and great value for money. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

    « great place »

stayed overnight while traveling. room was great with 2 bedrooms. location was first class with parks close by for the kids to run around after a day in the car. the only let down was onsite parking, there wasn't enough for the number of units and we had to park in the street after coming back from dinner.

    « Great Location! »

Hotel was decent and clean but rooms could use some updating. Beds were comfy. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Best Western Plus HW had a great location across the street from the beach! View was not what we expected when booking. Parking is extremely limited.

« Like a ghost town but very good size rooms »

Really liked the room but the place was deserted. Lack of atmosphere I guess but at least it was quiet and I liked being able to make the room completely dark so i could get some much needed sleep. Not the best location but if you have a car then you can get everywhere very quickly here.

« Nice view. Comfy room »

Stayed one night on a business trip. Room was good. Nothing special but perfect for my stay. Bed comfortable and bathroom clean. I had issues connecting to the wifi. I'm sure it would have been resolved but I didn't worry about it. Views are great!

« Great views and lovely location »

Have stayed here several times now and love going back to stay. This time we stayed in a room with a spa bath which was great for a weekend away. The motel has lovely views from the rooms and breakfast area and is a nice walk into town and the beach. Breakfast is always nice. Parking is on a first served basis which is annoying but apart from that, excellent.

« Loved Port Macquarie & loved this hotel!!!! »

We stayed at this Best Western at the end of November 2015 whilst driving down the East Coast to Sydney. The visit to Port Macquarie had simply been planned as a convenient place for an overnight stay but it turned out to be a real gem. The hotel is in a lovely position. Easy to park and overlooking the beach and the sea which was a 5 minute walk down some steps across the road. Room was clean and a nice size with a cute little outside balcony. Breakfast was in a beautiful room overlooking the beach and we sat with the sun coming in through the window - perfect!! The only minus I can think of was the fact that there was no lift!! This hotel is not for those with mobility limitations and carrying two 20kg bags up two flights of stairs after a 3 hour drive was not ideal!!! The walk into town along the sea front is lovely and the hand painted rocks are great to look at as you do. Once there, there are some really nice bars and restaurants and a decent selection of shops. A must visit is the Koala Hospital - some great people doing some amazing things and we were happy to visit and support them.

« Motel Style Rooms that have had a nice renovation »

We arrived late after a long drive in public holiday wkend traffic from Sydney. Check in process was smooth and easy. Parking was also easy. On arrival to the room the booked portacots for our young children were set up correctly and clean. Rooms were clean and comfortable and recently renovated. The room smelt quite strongly of cigarette smoke (non smoking room) but this was probably from our neighbours smoking on the communal walkway. The bathroom was new, with a big corner bath (the jacuzzi function wasn't plumbed in unfortunately), but it was nice and clean and good as a bath. On waking up the next morning, the view of the beach and the sea was great. The hotel is just across the road from the beach. For what we paid we were happy with our booking and wished that we could have stayed around I explore rather than having to jump back in the car to continue our road trip up to Qld.

    « Port Macquarie Accommodation »

The Best Western is located right opposite the ocean with uninterrupted views of the sea and the river. We were located on Level 3, but Level 2 would also offer great views. Parking is tight, so maybe leave the car and walk to a restaurant for dinner. Try Scampi's only 1 block away. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, but one omission was a toaster if you enjoy breakfast in your room. At $260 the cost was not cheap, but that's what you pay for oceanfront in a busy town.

    « Excellent Hotel »

Although this hotel does not have all the facilities of a city hotel (no lift) it is very well sited and comfortable, with great sea or river views. Free parking is also very good. We thought the price was reasonable compared to some of the other hotels we used. It is worth noting that it is a climb from the town which may not suit some people.

    « Overnight stay »

Booked a deal and got a good price. Seemed very busy and nearly booked out. Room was good, clean and comfortable with a bit of a view. Staff where helpful. Was close to beach and some eateries.

    « GREAT »

Staff friendly Breakfast staff fantastic our stay was really great Room very clean and comfortable .Parking fine and close to the door were we were. EASY to get to great views . Breakfast room fantastic

    « Definitely not 4 star »

Room was clean but noisy street. Too expensive for what you get. Location is good as is the free parking. View is good except for the street outside. Reception is not overly friendly. I was disappointed

    « Good Location »

Check in/check out was friendly and professional. The ground floor room had a nice view over the nearby beach but I think better views would be available from front rooms. The room itself was clean and tidy but on the small side and over furnished. Nice bu .tnot great

    « Great Outlook »

Had a really pleasant stay here after a 10 000Km road trip. A great spot to rest up & a great town generally. Views from the east or north feature the breakwalls, Town Beach, & Point Plomer as well as the comings & goings at sea. Rooms are comfortable with small balconies & well serviced. Check-in was efficient & friendly. A short stroll to excellent restaurants, beaches & hotels.

« Good location right above the Ocean. »

Great place to stay, staff was very helpful. 10 min walk to town, rooms are very good value for the price. Definitely see if you can get rooms facing away from the parking lot as they have A much better view.

    « great stay »

We were greeted at the reception by a lovely young lady who was extremely helpful. the room was clean and comfortable and the view was beautiful over looking the ocean. Worth getting up early to watch the sunrise, Breakfast was excellent with lovely staff. I would highly recommend staying here.

« Excellent views. Great location. »

We have stayed here several times before and will stay again, however our first impression this time was not great. On opening the door to the room we were met with the site of the internal privacy curtain on the main windows/doors having been ripped from top to bottom. Not good! If this was our first stay we would probably have been put off more than we were, but it wasn't a good first impression! Apparently management were unaware of the state of the curtain as we told the front desk staff immediately (so they didn't think we did it!) Other than this, the room was all good. Clean, tidy and with an excellent location. The views are great, the place is close enough to town to walk to restaurants, although when we stayed we caught a cab as it was a very cold night. (Cab arrived in around 5 minutes). The place is fairly reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again. Check out the lounge with views on the second floor.

    « Nice view »

Only stayed for 1 night and in general was ok. Small room with a nice view from the front full length window. Clean and with all the necessary amenities in the room, including toiletries, iron/board, crockery, glasses, tea, coffee, etc. The louvre windows at the front of the room let in a lovely breeze, but even when closed, the constant passing of people along the walkway made for a noisy evening. I really didn't like the blinds as there was such a big gap between the blind and window, the room was still lit up like a Christmas tree after our lights went out at bedtime! Close enough to walk into town - about 10mins.

« Good Hotel But no Lift »

Rooms Good, good size, very clean, serviced every day, great Breakfast room and a good priced Breakfast, great views from uperfloors and in a good Location, But no lift it is a three floor property and we had a third floor room humping luggage up and down for a two night stay is no fun, A great place to stay but resrict your luggage or have a lower floor room.

« Glorious Views, Lovely Hotel..perfect half-way stop for Sydney Brisbane. »

Stayed one night on way south. Second level, two beds, facing harbour and the park at river mouth. Remarkable ocean/harbour views - the breakfast room outlook is to die for. Small balconies on outer rooms. Aircon quiet, medium sized rooms, small sinkette and fridge facility. Beds are nice- firm and newish. Quality fittings/lights. Excellent shower, nice bathroom. Staff are friendly. Continental breakfast is top notch, and the view will keep you alongside the good coffee machine. Good for couples, although no lift, but broad shallow stairs (staff offered to help with bags). Parking very close to rooms/stairs. Bonus Wed and Sunday small community-run planetarium demonstration in park adjacent for nominal fee. We paid $175 including excellent breakfast. Will be staying here again on the way back. Very good indeed.

    « great hotel »

we had just a 1 night stay at this hotel, perfectly equipped, new interior and bed; superbe muesli breakie and perfect coffee / expresso. Not big but deeeeep pool prrfect for regreshing, exciting lookout from the 3rd floor breakfast room to the beach and the river side, lovely staff, only negative point is the close road between hotel and beach with its noise

    « Motel with a view »

Stayed for one night on a work trip. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Clean, comfortable, excellent WIFI with a brilliant view. Nothing like lifting the blinds in the morning and looking out at the ocean. Only a 10 minute walk to the heart of Port.

« Great stop over on the way to coffs »

Location on the foreshore was everything i was looking for...5 minute walk down to great swimming beach. Staff friendly and room clean...WIFI was a bit of a letdown, but ok overall and would stay again.

    « Very Nice Motel »

My only concern was that because the pull down blind is so far from the window, the large gap lets a lot of light in to the room making it hard to sleep. otherwise everything else was good. Nice and quiet too.

    « Family »

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids. We had 2 family rooms, Consists of a seperate bedroom for the kids. Great stay. Amazing location. Good service. Would definitely stay again. Very helpful staff directing us to the closest eateries.

    « Nice Spot »

Lovely spot by Town Beach in Port Macquarie. Clean well appointed room. Room was least expensive of the lot overlooking parking lot but you can still view and hear the ocean. Parking was a bit tight and there were no spots after returning from dinner but street parking is available. Beautiful place to visit with gorgeous beaches.

« Lovely view and good location »

Great location, overlooking the sea, on the corner - about 15 minutes walk to the town - filled with cafes and restaurants. We paid extra for a sea view room, which was really lovely - unfortunately weren't able to hear the waves due to the traffic! We had a '2 bed room', which was fine, but it was just two rooms with beds in, and only one bathroom - which meant you had to walk through the other room to use it. Some great restaurants very close by and ample parking, I'd stay here again!

« Perfect for overnight stay »

Satisfactory for 1 night stay for family commitment. Room overlooked carpark which was a bit disappointing for the cost of the room but didn't spend enough time in the room to worry about it. Consistent running water outside the window meant an early wake up...!

« Ticks all the boxes »

Clean, convenient, friendly service at a reasonable price. If you are lucky enough to be allocated an ocean view room, the outlook would be magnificent. Unfortunately on this trip I wasn't so lucky, hopefully future visits I will be. It did seem as if the hotel was understaffed, the restaurant was closed in the evening, and reception was still shut at 7am when I tried to check out. All in all, good enough for me, I will be back.

    « 45th Wedding Anniversary »

My husband and I decided to return to Port Macquarie for our 45th Wedding Anniversary as that is where we spent our Honeymoon. The Hotel upgraded our room to an oceanview room at no extra cost. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of city centre. Our room was a standard double on the ground floor with beautiful views of the beach and river. It was very clean and maintained well. The outdoor pool was very clean also. We only had the Continental Breakfast which was priced well at $15 a head. It was very fresh and delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great weekend.

« Good for the price »

Nice quiet location and good value. We stayed here two years ago so had no hesitation in returning. When we visit Australia again we will probably revisit as the hotel provides just what you need. Breakfast could have been a little bette but we were quite late down

    « Nice Hotel... »

We had a pleasant, clean room with a nice jacuzzi. There was washing facilities, a decent little pool and we had a reat breakfast with a nice view. Was a little far from town but the staff were nice and we enjoyed our stay.

    « Great stay »

Stayed here for two nights, staff very friendly, great room clean. They gave us a room with balcony, thank you.?? would definitely stay again. Not too far from town. Lots a good eating not far. Across the road from the beach, beautiful view of boats and horizon. Just great

    « Holiday stop »

We booked this hotel as a stop on the way to the Gold Coast . This hotel has an outstanding position overlooking the beach at Port Macquarie. It says it's a boutique hotel but I'm not sure you could call it that . The room we had was a bit small and the furniture could do with an upgrade as its a bit old . I found it strange that in the bathroom we had a large jacoosi bath that could fit two people but on the wall was a sign saying that in their Queen bed rooms it was only useable as an ordinary bath . Why put it in then . A bit disappointing. Breakfast was very good . I had the large breakfast and couldn't eat it all . Overall a good place to use as an overnight stop but a bit disappointing on some points .

« Helpful staff however hotel had major issues. »

The major issue is the best western HW botique hotel it does not have an elevator which is kinda sucks for guests that get roomed on the top floor and the whole place is not wheelchair or even walking frame friendly. the beding was merely two flat sheets with an un covered doona in the middles. The wifi disconnects every 5 - 10 mins WHEN I informed the staff they merely replied non of the other guests have complained (I checked and it was not a tech issue on my end ) , the delux queen bathroom . The spa bath is not operational. There's a sign in the bathroom saying acts as bathtub only. Although high light is it is a big bath so yay on that front I guess. Good point is the staff are friendly. Rooms were clean.

    « Great location & good value »

Lovely hotel near the best views in Port Macquarie. Would recommend an ocean view room if possible as ours looked over the carpark! All the amenities are great & the staff are very friendly & efficient.

    « Expensive Motel »

Pros:: Beautiful view Relatively quiet Cons: No Lift, walked up to 3rd Floor carrying bags Small Room Low Ceilings Basic Bathroom No Floor Mats in Bathroom Accessories same as motel room Slow Internet and limited to 500MB per day No HDMI cable No night staff No security at front door at night Plumbing groans

« Lovely room overlooking the sea »

This was the fourth hotel that we stayed in on a journey down the east coast of Australia, and was excellent. We booked a room overlooking the sea, which had a big double bed, huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath, and a lovely terrace with table and chairs. The beach was about 100 metres away, and restaurants were also in walking distance. Also paid a great price which included breakfast. Would 100% recommend this hotel!

« Noisy room 112, dishes clanging until close to 9 pm. »

I have stayed here before but never in this room the kitchen need to keep it down. Prawn spaghetti was ordinary gluggy parmesan and not enough sauce prawns were well cooked. I asked for well done sour dough for brekkie it was lightly toasted and my eggs were hard. The menu is ordinary which is so annoying when you travel all day and would love some veges there are none on the menu. Staff are lovely though reception is often not attended and i had to call the landline to place my meal order. I usually stay here on my sheduled three monthly visits though I may try somehere else after this experience.

    « Very nice hotel »

No complaints about this hotel at all. Very nice, clean, comfortable room with a fantastic view of the beach and bay. Big bathroom and all the comforts one would hope for from a quality hotel. Small, deep swimming pool that got plenty of sun and overlooked the beach. The only gripe is regarding the wifi. Yes, it's free - but not so great. During the busy time in the evening the connection constantly dropped and it was hugely irritating to lose draft messages and have to re-enter the log in details time after time after time....

    « Absolutely excellent »

Ashleigh the from Office Manager and her front office staff have excellent customer skills. Nothing was a problem for them. The motel is situated perfectly in Port Macquarie and the ocean view rooms are great. Breakfast is breath taking! Only problem is not enough parking, which is not the staff's fault!

« allow you to book rooms that are no longer available »

Booked a room through WOTIF. The room in particular was the Superior Room, Multiple Beds, Balcony, Ocean View. Which was exactly what we were after, a balcony, ocean views and multiple beds. Received a text the following day to advise that the room is not available and that we have been allocated a ground floor room with no balcony. The text, sent 22 February also ended with "Merry Christmas". I immediately logged into WOTIF to cancel the booking and found my log in to be invalid. Alarm bells started to ring, as I did hand over credit card details to secure the booking. Of course the onus is on us to then have to call and cancel the room, not to mention that we booked this room above all others and that now rooms from other hotels are booked out. I called Best Western to clarify why the room that we booked is not available when these rooms still appear as available online. I was advised that not all the rooms in that category fit the description. Will never attempt a booking with this hotel again.

« Beautiful all round, very pleasant »

Amazing motel, was beautiful to stay in and everyone was very friendly. Breathtaking views Comfortable beds Clean rooms tidy property and was presented very well. Would surely stay again. Great location close enough to the shops, across from the beach.

    « Short stay »

The hotel is in a great location with views over the bay and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was of a good size and staff very helpful. We would recommend this hotel for short breaks.

    « best views ever »

I was greeted by a very efficient young female who offered all the information required during my stay at Port.I was also offered a ground floor room as she had observed that I may have difficulty in going to the 3rd floor which was most appreciated. The view from my room was as good as it gets and to my surprise the view from the dining room was even better

« Excellent location and very comfortable for family »

The stay was extraordinary, the beds were combfortable, the view incredible, firendly staff, except the bathroom light was switched on with a fan that made sooo much noise! All the rest was wonderful!

« Nice hotel, opposite the beach with great views »

Nice hotel, great location to beach, restaurants nearby or only short drive to Marina, easy walk to the beach. Small pool and nice little restaurant overlooking beach for breakfasts. Good amenities in room and good service. Worth a visit when in Port Macquarie.

« Top Quality, Top Service »

I arrived exhausted from a long drive. Hotel staff offered to help bring in the luggage ! That's rare. I checked in within 2 minutes with no fuss. Door cards ready and working. Settled into a beautiful level 2 unit overlooking the beachfront. Superb quality. Tea and milk ready in the fridge. Slumped onto a very comfortable bed for a snooze. Breakfast next day was ready at 6:30am. Fabulous view out of the breakfast room to the sea. Food and tea/coffee very high quality standard. Presentation immaculate. Dinner in my room that night was excellent for the price (barramundi and a superb desert). After 2 days I wanted to extend my stay - no problem at all. Could not find a particular restaurant - the staff looked it up and rang them ! Hotel WiFi worked as stated, with about 5 hotspots. Room servicing was prompt and courteous. Comfort and service here was just amazing for the price. Bathroom facility was extreme luxury. The location is very convenient - minutes to anything in Port Macquarie. Reading room for those quiet moments. I cannot fault this hotel - you will have a great stay and be able to get on with why you are there - business or pleasure !

    « Quiet getaway »

A clean efficient hotel conveniently located. The breakdast was very good and had a great outlook over the beach. Parking was a bit tight when hotel was full. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower.

    « beautiful stay »

stayed for one night.Great view of the ocean from our room. Parking lot is a bit small, but not an issue. staff were kind and very friendly. Would definitely stay again, hopefully with out the rain next time.

    « Very happy »

It would have been nice if they had a bar/restaurant but the walk into town wasn't too bad (although uphill on the way home). Great view from the common area and the rooms were clean. We were travelling through so only stayed one night. It was perfect for our purposes. Not 100% sure I would stay there for a longer holiday.

« Best spot in Port McQuarie »

Looking for an overnight stay we booked the Best Western Botique Hotel on the point overlooking the River mouth and brilliant surf beaches. Absolutely brilliant location 10 minutes to restaurants and 3 minutes to brilliant surf beach

« Not as good this time around »

Spent a night again here. Been here 3 times now. Found the room not as good as before. They need a bit updating when spending $170 a night, next time I will try somewhere else . . Bathroom was a bit unclean the tiles and grout were dirty. Cutlery and plates also were not clean properly. The bed was comfortable which was a good thing. But didn't like the idea of walkins using the foyer as somewhere to sleep. As I am sure they can access the hallways without keys. It was ok but will try elsewhere next time, definitely not worth the money.

    « needs renovation »

The room was reasonable clean but in need of renovation. The motel should not have the 'boutique' in its name because it is not. Bathroom was clean and average with a shower in the bath. Not appealing, also needs designer/builder's touch. The motel has a restaurant but we did not eat there. Why? When asked where to go for a dinner we got few locations (including KFC) but the in-house restaurant was not mentioned. On our way to the car we realised there is a restaurant in the motel but we did not go there ... it was not recommended to us.

    « Good customer service »

We stayed here 2 nights and booked a queen room. Check in was great and friendly and I asked upon check in if there were any ocean rooms available and was told the hotel was full which was not a problem. We got into our ground floor room and it smelt badly of mould/dampness it was really unpleasant, the two beside lamps didn't work and it looked nothing like the pictures on the website, more like a motel rather than a hotel. Bathroom was also cramped/small. I brought this up on check out and the lady at the front desk was great, apologetic and gave us a discount. Although the stay wasn't the best, the customer service made up for what the room lacked.

« Nice stay, great location »

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Unfortunately we had paid for an ocean view room but were given a river view. When we questioned the staff we were given a complimentary continental breakfast to compensate. Not quite the same but the view for breakfast was beautiful. Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. It is a great location looking straight out at the ocean.

« Amazing views, very comfortable and clean »

We had the best suite in the hotel room 305, top level. Amazing views. Service was great and staff were really friendly. The snacks in the fridge were great, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was even better. Shame we could only stay one night. Price is great.

    « chill out break »

our room 302 was spot on, view was great - straight over the beach. Staff were excellent, nothing was a problem - not that there was much to ask about. Room was not cramped for space. All we needed for breakfast was available. We did not have to use the car for the 3 days we were there as accessibility to the shops was within walking distance. No problem in staying there again, especially if we could get 302 again.

« Great Location but not cheap »

This hotel is in an ideal location and both the staff and cleanliness were of a very high standard. For the money, the room is a little below par for what I would expect. If you ask for a balcony, make sure you specify a private one, as we were given a room with a walkway outside our door and told that this was the balcony! On the plus side, the bed was a dream to sleep in, like floating on a cloud.

    « Great spot. »

Free wifi. Small pool and great views. No need for a car walk to town or the beach. Cafe nearby called milkbar got great coffee. Get a room with an ocean view. Can't go wrong. Not a five star no doubt but good and clean with small Verandah. Will definitely be back. Great location.

    « HW Port Macquarie »

Old hotel with so so renovation. No lifts, no assistance with baggage, stairs, smallish rooms. It would be OK at the right price. Clean but certainly not luxury. The balconies are tiny and mine overlooked a carpark with a glimpse of the water. The hotel over promised and under delivered.

« Great location close to everything »

We have stayed with family, beautiful ocean view, beach across the road, close to shops and restaurants all walking clean comfortable and very nice.would recommend to night hit noisy as its close to busy street and carpark.

« Nothing like the photos »

We booked for 6 nights, left after one! The hotel and room looked nothing like the photos on the Internet , nor the description. The pool is tiny, freezing and smack bang on the road. Hardly relaxing. Specified in the booking 1 adult and 2 kids, room wasn't set up to accommodate that plus on check in the woman challenged me... We moved to another hotel, which is cheaper , more space and better equipped. Go figure

« Clean and with stunning views »

The location is unbelievable. The view is worth the money. This is a new hotel and everything was just perfectly clean and prepared. The street seemed a bit noisy at night which is probably the only negative if you decide to sleep with windows open rather than aircon. Kids loved the wifi speeds!

« Great location and enjoyable stay »

Great location on the beach . The beach is only across the road, nice and clean room, comfy bed and nice breakfast. I stayed at this hotel with my family and we had an enjoyable stay. It is good for families. The only thing is that there is no lift. I would be back for sure.

« Good accommodation but bring earplugs »

You almost couldn't want anything more. A beautiful location, nice rooms with everything sparkling clean, a first floor lounge that's a great place to sit and take in the views, friendly staff and a delightful breakfast room with a choice of lovely breakfasts including pancakes that are better than I've had anywhere else. Even the costs are very reasonable. The only drawback is the awful street noise - hoons racing past, idiots slamming their car doors at midnight, the local bikies revving their Harleys, and some doof doof twit with full bass thumping away at 2am, all just outside the window. It's probably better on the river side but we wanted, and enjoyed, the ocean view. And the little balcony was a nice place to sit and relax. But even though I'd recommend the place and I'd even stay there again, I'd make sure I had really good earplugs before booking.

    « woderful location/clean rooms/friendly staff »

we regularly break our journey from the nsw south coast en route to the gold coast and stay at this hotel.we've stayed there many times and find that consistency of service is good. when you stay, you must try their breakfasts. The chef and his staff are first rate! the only gripes I have are the eco shower which is big on saving water and nothing else. The car parking is not sufficient if the hotel is full.street parking is not good.

    « Great Motel »

Have stayed at many Motels over the years and this is by far one of the best I have stayed at. I look forward to staying here when I'm in Port Macquarie for business. Staff are helpful and always pleasant. Ocean view rooms are excellent and the marble bathroom is very stylish and upmarket, not normally what you would expect from a regional motel. Highly recommended.

    « Not good »

Very noise during the night, bad internet, bad cleanness. Does not worth to stay for the price you can get something better. Not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 star inn. Room out of dated. Just the location is good.

    « Overnight stay on 2 occasions »

We stayed here for 2 nights on 12th and 20th October, travelling to and returning from Lennox Head. The rooms had a queen size bed, flat screen TV, aircon, 2 chairs and a table, privacy screen on the big glass panel facing the courtyard. The bathroom had a big spa, though it could only be used as a bath or shower. The accommodation was adequate for an overnight stay and it is close walk to the beach and town centre.

    « Port Macquarie heritage »

A pleasant small Motel located on the original "Convict Goal site". Remains of the Heritage Water Well are located within the motel precinct. hence the name HW. The main shopping in town is a short 10 min walk or a 2 min drive.

    « Nice place. »

I took my other half for a bday weekend away. I requested a room with balcony facing the water. I got a ground floor and a direct access to the footpath. Water glimpses through parked cars. The room as for two and we got a single bed also which cramped our room. My recommendation is for a higher room. Not ground level. Access to the car was great but not what we envisioned enjoying. Bathroom was very very small and being 30 yrs in housekeeping management, it wasn't as clean nor attention to detail wasn't apparent. The bed was comfy.

« We will stay again »

We stayed two nights and don't have a complaint. The room, although not huge, served the purpose well. It had all we needed, comfortable bed, and well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was fine and the menu offered a good selection of cooked options (nice omellette) as well as the usual cereals, fruits etc. The do it yourself coffee machine makes nice coffee...strangely.

    « Excellent - can't really fault »

Wonderful experience here at this hotel, when we first arrived I thought first impressions are what a wonderful view of the wonderful port Macquarie beaches from the rooms. We were so impressed and so happy with this, having been On the road for 5 hours! Excellent room, comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant value for money too and the views from 3 rd fl were terrific! Have no complaints, the lady on check in was great too!

    « Will stay again »

This is a very clean and friendly location. We stayed 1 night only and it was quite and comfortable, sleep quality very good. Location is good for restaurants and beach. The only draw back is no restaurant or bar but like I said not to far walk. Front desk staff very friendly.

    « Excellent alround »

Stayed for one night, reception efficient and quick. Room was of a good size as was the bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection of cereal, fruit and bread. We had the continental breakfast, they did offer a cooked brweakfast. The breakfast room looked over the coast and was a really nice way to have breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Pleasant walk into the town centre.

    « Top Location »

Love this place. I have stayed here numerous times. Always friendly staff at front desk. Clean rooms and good size I always try to get a ocean view but the the river view are nice too. Walk across the road to headlands and short walk to town for restaurants. Perfect location! !

    « Wanted somewhere decent »

So we decided to pull into Port Macauquire so started looking for 4Star so we could have a good sleep and be comfortable. Upon booking we called to confirm and the old duck told us we must have been past nimbin as she was fully booked. I asked her to double check and she called back to confirm our ocean view room which had partial Ocean views past our car which we parked outside our room. We ordered Thai from Glassbouse which was great!! After our meal and during "nookie", some old fart with his cheese and kisses tried to check into our room. I answered the door without pants and he left. Stay was ok, room ok, nothing special and more 3 star than 4. Go your hardest guys!

« Great place to stay »

A really lovely place to stay in Port Macquarie. Lovely room with balcony with views over Town Beach. Breakfast very enjoyable in the dining room located on 3rd floor with beautiful views. Will happily stay again. Very convenient location.

« Port Macquarie Boutique Hotel Short Stay »

My husband and I stayed here on the way to Ballina and were really impressed with the high standard of service from the staff and the quality of the room. As steps are a problem to me sometimes, the availability of a Room on the ground floor was super and we parked the car directly outside the room. A special feature was having a shower only and enjoying a full cooked breakfast in the Hotel each morning. Would recommend it to anyone and will come again.

    « Beautiful view »

Small balcony but big enough for 2 with gorgeous view of the ocean! Clean and modern utilities in the room. Ocean views from the bed, even through the sheer curtains. Lovely to go to sleep listening to the waves!

    « More luxury expected »

Hotel is nice but no lift and too basic for the price that is being charged rooms and small and bathroom glass shelves and soap dish shelf are put at the wrong place could have been better designed hope some things will improve lift is must

    « HW MOTEL »

Have stayed before in Ocean view rooms. Tried to book on Phone, quoted $220, never paid more than $160 before. Told none available on arrival, only River View @ $180. Asked for tax invoice in company name, got one in personal name! had to go back to reception and have a new invoice printed. Neither of the access cards worked on first try, had to go back and have them re entered in computer. "River View" totally obscured by trees, only view is the side car park. Rooms small but very clean, credit card surcharge is a bit rich at the rates now charged

« Nice place to stay »

Right next to beach! What more could one want? Had a very nice view from my room. Friendly staff, clean rooms. No complaints. Would recommend as a place to stay. A reasonably close walk to shops and eateries.

« More motel than hotel »

First room offered was overlooking car park even though I had requested some weeks previous a room with a view if available .To be fair we were then offered an upgrade at a reasonable price giving us an ocean view .In this room however the towels were very thin and well used and on entry to room it smelled like a hospital ward very strong antiseptic smell.on our departure we mentioned the thick dust in the fridge cupboard and told the receptionist who retorted we would have cleaned it if you had told us true but this surely should be done beforehand ???I would say the accommodation is more motel than hotel

« Comfortable hotel in Port Mcquarie »

I found this hotel was comfortable and adequate for our 2 day stay in Port Macquarie. Initially we had a room at the back of the complex (which was spacious, but a bit dark), but due to the TV not working properly we were moved to a ocean view room. Sally in the reception was excellent, very helpful indeed. This room was brighter, a little cramped as there was an extra single bed in the room. It is in a good location, easy walk to shops & beaches. Wi-if was a bit "so-so". I found that the photos of the hotel were a bit "too generous". The hotel is very clean, but a bit tired. We have on previous visits to Port stayed in another hotel, but we wanted to try something different this time. Don't get me wrong, you will be comfortable here, but I will probably go back to the other hotel next time.

    « thumbs up »

This was a very lovely hotel. I found the staff to be very friendly. The room was as advertised, and very clean. The location was ideal right opposite the beach. No issues with parking. Internet was ok, a little slow at times. (internet is not unlimited)

    « Management not interested »

We requested the manager to phone us as we did not make it to Port Macquarie as the road was closed due to a double fatality. A week later we still have not received a phone call and we are very disappointed.

« Excellent Hotel with very poor wifi »

If you don't require internet via wifi, this hotel is excellent in all aspects. But if internet is important, it is near useless. I tried 4 different devices on 3 of their wifi networks. They averaged 0.05~1.5 Mbps with constant dropouts. The Best Western I use in USA & Canada average 15 Mbps. I had to tether off my phone and pay the data to book a flight.

    « Perfect »

I absolutely love staying at this hotel for work trips. Friendly staff, new updated rooms, no complaints on the quality of food for room service. And to have a room with a view is an absolute bonus. I'll be back each time for work trips. Its a great hotel!

« Great Room and Position »

Great spot and the view was also awsome the room was clean and tidy with a nice little balcony.Room service was also good , pool was clean didnt get a chance to have a swim but would have. The only thing that got to me was how narrow and small the bathroom was to the point wedged into the corner while sitting on the loo my knee's touched the wall on the other side.

    « Beautiful location »

Beautiful location with a beautiful view. We stayed in a family room which was very clean and nicely presented. It was great to have plates and cutlery in the room. A bit disappointed that WiFi was very slow to work. I would stay here again

« Great location and great service »

The absolute waterfront location and great views from the rooms never cease to impress at this boutique hotel. The service was first rate and delivered with genuine warmth and plenty of happy smiles. The bathrooms although immaculately clean are getting close to needing a refit but otherwise all good.

    « Great stay!! »

We stayed one night with our 9 month old child. Room was nice and clean, shower was awesome! Easy access into street and waterfront. Girl at reception was super helpful and friendly. Did not use pool or anything. Looks smaller in real life than the photos... Would definitely stay again.

  • 4
« Clean, comfortable and friendly »

We had a family room which was small with one small bathroom for 5 people but it was clean and comfortable. Just out from our room was a sitting area that had panoramic window views of the ocean so we spent most of our time there, just beautiful. Will stay again.

« Get a room on the beachside! »

To make the most of your stay make sure you book a room on the side facing town beach. Its the unique selling point of the hotel. We enjoyed the extra luxury of the spa. The team are friendly. Check in early to secure a park as spaces are limited. We enjoyed our stay. The noise of the other guests in morning is above average but not enough to tarnish our overall experience.

« Good Stay But Average »

The Hotel was in a very good location the beds were comfortable and the room was clean we had issues with the room card 3 times over a two day stay, the pool was freezing so went to the warm water at the beach, don't expect to park at the hotel as there is only about half the parking spots for the number of rooms so we had to park down the road nearly 200 meters away with a lot of others staying there, finally got to move the car into the motel property half way through the second day, caught a cab out to dinner so we didn't lose our parking, breakfast was a non event, had waited for a long time for someone to even appear that actually worked there for us to order so we left and walked to town for breakfast. Overall not the worst place we have stayed but probably will not return, maybe HW stands for hardly worth

« A jewel on the pacific coast »

I normally stay at the Ridges when I visit Port Macquarie. This time, because of some value adding, I chose the HW Best Western Boutique Hotel. This property is a true Jewel in the BW crown. We had a room at the rear of the hotel but still had a beach/ocean view. Close to town, colostomy the main restaurant quarter in Clarence Street. Only a short walk to town. The room itself is smallish in size but plenty big enough for two people. Comfortable bedding, queen and twin bed in the room. Quality linen on the beds was a nice surprise. The decore of the room was greyish/white but dressed with quality wooden furniture and art. We chose to breakfast in the dining room on the last day of our stay. Normal offerings of continental or English breakfast. We chose th continental for $15 a head. The hotel was full over the long weekend but you'd never know. The noise level was bufferd somehow. The only fault I could find with the motel was the wall fpof the building next door which echoed street noise. The ocean was easily heard but tolerated. Overall, if you are looking for a boutique hotel, on the coast, opposite the beach in a very handy location you cannot loose its this establishment. It's room price definitely is quality for money. Parking is off street, although the because for the long weekend and every room being full parking on the street was a reality for some. There is an outdoor pool near reception on street level. Free wifi was a bonus but limited to only 3.5gb for our two night stay. I was ravelling with an elderly relative and the first consideration of the receptionist was him and the access to our room which I thought was a nice touch.

« Problem parking and problem eating »

The hotel is very functional and has great views over water. However, the car park is too small for the number of rooms. There is little choice of restaurants very close to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants in town but it is a good walk.

« Pleasantly Suprised, Will stay again »

being an ex hotel manager for a large international chain I have high expectations. being the long weekend there was not much available in Port Macquarie. I was reluctant to book at the best western. I was however pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Location was fantastic, room was clean, there was not much at all to pick on. I will stay here next time I am in port.

    « Best shower ever! »

We stopped here for an overnight stay. We had a lovely view of the beach in room 108 watching the sunrise the next morning was awesome. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfy but the shower was amazing! I've never stayed in a place with such a great shower! It was a nice and quiet place to stay. Staff were very nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

    « Comfortable Stay »

Shower is the beast shower I have ever had. Spa was a little small. Not enough parking, had to park on the grass at property and hopefully not get booked! Bed was very comfortable. Pretty good view! Staff at counter could have been a bit more friendly but ok.
