From when we got there till when we left everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice grab and go selection at breakfast allowing us to get to our destination quicker.
We stay here when we travel in this area. Staff remembers us from prior trips. The rooms are always clean, well organized and the staff is outstanding. Heat and air are t excellent. They have a pool and gym!
Using the Best Western website, I reserved a room for one night with a whirlpool. I arrived and was given the key to a room. When I got in the room, it was just a standard room. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that there was a room with a whirlpool, but they would not honor my reservation and give me a room with a whirlpool. They said that there was an issue with the Best Western website that they had not been able to resolve that allowed me to reserve this room at a lower rate than they would normally charge. No alternatives were even offered. This felt deceptive to me and a reflection of the management at this hotel not knowing how to treat customers. The room likely sat empty that night anyway. If I had known that I wasn't going to get what I reserved, I would have stayed somewhere else. By the time I got there, those options were not available. The rest of my stay was ok. Some of the websites say that there is a whirlpool in the pool area, but that has been removed.
This hotel really needs to work on customer service. When I checked in I stated I was a Best Western Rewards member and wanted the rate for that membership. I thought the young girl, who was foreign speaking, at the front desk gave me that rate since she nodded at me. Turns out it was not the correct rate and also she did not note I was a rewards member so I didn't get my points. I tried calling customer service as that is what I was told to do at the hotel when I mentioned the rate was wrong and my membership wasn't noted. Customer service has had me on hold for 20 minutes so will call another time. The bathroom door would not open all of the way because it is rubbing on the ground and needs to be adjusted. It is also damaged by water and needs repairs. The coffee maker did not work so I had to mess with it to get coffee. The breakfast had disgusting-looking scrambled patties that also looked disgusting. Just looked like a big yellow turd. The room was on the bottom floor and the back door was not secure so anyone can get into the hotel. Not cool at all. I will never stay there again and will think twice about staying at another Best Western.
I stayed here on my route 66 trip. I was given the last room available, in fact they upgraded me for no extra cost. The property exceeded my expectations, and the staff was phenomenal. I had a lot of computer work to do and the WIFI worked great!
My wife and I stayed a single night, as planned. We only had contact with the front desk at check-in. The clerk was very courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The warm breakfast was good. We would stay there again if our travels took through that area.
Clean, comfortable and quiet. Spacious room. LOTS of places to hang towels (our prior night on the road elsewhere had none). Table in the room felt like it would collapse at any moment. Hot and cold breakfast options were pretty good, but there were only 4 tables, so you may or may not be seated there for breakfast. Staff was pleasant and engaging and kept the coffee/decaf/hot water available at all hours. Had to clean the filters in the HVAC unit as they had not been cleaned by staff.
Was a very nice stay with very friendly and helpful staff. They had everything was set up and they were awaiting our arrival. They had keys made and a rooming list all ready for us to grab. Breakfast was a wonderful spread of hot or to go items.
Hot tub broken, nobody tells you that. 1st morning for breakfast, woman was great, very attentive. 2nd morning at 9 am was told things wouldn't be refilled because breakfast is over at 930. No forks, napkins, plates, syrup, waffle mix, sausage gravy, milk. The lady was playing in her phone instead.
My room was left unlocked all day. I was upset, to say the least. Apparently the staff who clean the rooms left the toggle bar that is used to second-lock the door from the inside between the door and the door jamb. This was the way the room was left all day and what we found when we returned mid-evening.
Purpose of stay was for a wedding. The room was clean and everything worked, could definitely use an update in flooring and furniture fixtures. They was some construction outside so maybe they are working on it.
The Best Western in Pontiac did not look very inviting from the street, but don't let that fool you. Our king bed room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet despite being so close to the road. Refrigerator and microwave came in handy for road warriors, and the breakfast was satisfying. Most important, the price was right.
Nice quiet hotel with good value for your price. Nicely located with many gas stations and fast food nearby. Located just 2 miles two miles from downtown with the musuems and murals to visit. My room very quiet with good bath and shower option. Air conditioner was perfect.
Beautiful room, full size refrigerator with stove top, cooking utensils, great assortment of tv channels and fast WI-FI. Great area and very quiet room. Definitely would recommend this location. Great breakfast.
My husband and I stayed 1 night at this hotel. We got the last available room they had and it was very nice.Clean, quiet and comfortable. There is an indoor pool, which we did not use but the people who were seemed to be enjoying it.Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but just fine. There is a Pizza Hut right next door that we got supper from and a gas station next door to them that we were able to get a couple of cold beers from.It was a good overnight stop and I'd stay again if in the area.
Room was clean, small, and in the pool area the hot was out of service. The hotel rate is based on having a indoor pool and hot tub. No discount is offered when all is not available. Very limited hot choices offered. I guess they are saving cost by w=offering a limited selection of hot choices. Oh well, they will say it is free, however I would say that it is included in the hotel room cost.
A generic stay that went as expected. The room smelled of stale smoke & could've done with a better vacuum (as could have the entire place). The staff were friendly & the breakfast was good. Beds were comfy & overall the noise wasn't too bad. Hot tub was out of order not that it bothered us.
We chose this hotel for our stay in Pontiac, as it was close to various places we wanted to go, and it worked out well. Check in and check out was easy. Room was clean and beds were comfy. The breakfast area was small (4 tables, I think), but didn't seem to be a problem when we went early. There was a good selection of breakfast items, both hot and cold. We did not use the pool, but did want to use the hot tub. Unfortunately, it wasn't working, so we weren't able to do so. There are restaurants and shopping very close by. We walked across the parking lot for Pizza Hut, but there were many other options too. Overall, a good stay and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
I was stuck in Pontiac after work due to weather and upgraded from the jet tub to the whirlpool tub and wanted nothing more than to get in that thing as it was freezing and pretty much a blizzard out and when I went to fill my whirlpool I notice hairs stuck in the back drain and a film around the walls of the whirlpool and then as it was filling with water tons of stuff floating around. I was so disappointed and asked for a refund. I will let y'all know how they fix this problem I had.
I have stayed at this location on 3 separate occasions but for a week at a time. I have always had great service...truly with a smile. And now that hot breakfast is back its even better. Also the beds are comfortable, the room clean, it's only $1 to wash a load of laundry and a $1 to dry it. Its not fancy but it's reliably enjoyable, safe, comfortable and clean.
We stayed 2 nights in Pontiac, IL, got to visit family, attend a birthday party and see the parade through town! Wonderful town! Spoke with the sheriff, who was friendly and kind and loved the guys in the “tank”!
This hotel is well located, close to town and the Interstate. I have to say the hotel seemd a bit on the dull side, like it could do with a makeover, but otherwise it was good valus for money. Breakfast was actually available again, consisting of scrambled eggs (a bit rubbery) biscuits and gravy (OK) and lots of carbs.
The hotel was decent. Room could have been cleaner. I am always a bit picky when it comes to dust on the lights and headboards. It just takes a few seconds to clean these areas. Fridge in the room worked well, nice and cold. Shower did drain a bit slow, so they should improve on that. Staff was friendly.
Staff were great. Breakfast surprised us with the amount and variety of items! We were in Pontiac for a wedding. Our room was nice and the bed was sooo comfortable (more than the one at home). It was quite too. We never heard any of the guests above us (we were on the 1st floor) or going in and out down the hallway.
Clean rooms. Helpful staff. We were impressed with the strict/courteous enforcement of Covid precautions in the common areas. We would've preferred something other than biscuits and gravy for the hot food at breakfast.
Best front desk staff! Clean, comfortable, affordable handicap rooms,. Strong internet - just a great experience every time. There's always hot coffee in the lobby, and extra towels are no problem. We had an issue with the TV and not even 3 minutes later the Manager fixed it. I appreciate the staff as everything is seamless and easy.
We have stayed in this location for at least the last four years and know the staff. Jennifer is the best. She handles every request given to her. She would be an asset to any organization. She responds to all requests.
First of all, I must express my annoyance at the petty complaints about this sweet hotel. We found it to be everything we were looking for. Decently clean and comfortable, as we have come to expect from Best Western in general. Wonderful, welcoming staff and owner, and great breakfast. Sure, there was some noise, but big deal. You get that in any hotel. Put in earplugs and get over it! Overall, we found this hotel to be a great value and very pleasant experience. We will stay here again when going to Pontiac.
called on phone asked if the pool and hot tub was open told yes asked if they had a full hot breakfast was also told yes booked my room got there late evening no hot tub and could not use pool because it was over crowded plus some kind of party then the breakfast was only bisc. and gravy or waffle, old building
It was such a delight to have the pool open. It was a nice feature to use after a long work day. I got my exercise in and got to relax on top of it. I stay at your facility earlier in the month. It was a pleasant stay.
A nice hotel near the Pontiac Museum and Route 66. I stay there every 2 years for a major car show. Every single item in my room worked, amazingly. The refrigerator was quiet. The card swipe door lock always opened on the first swipe. The hair dryer worked. Even the little bathroom coffeemaker made good coffee which I drank both mornings. The breakfast was good too.
The hotel had an odor throughout, grown men chasing each other up and down the halls and stairs, some of the fixture were dated. All of the staff were extremely friendly and hotel definitely took precautions for Covid 19!
The Best Western Pontiac Inn is easily accessible from the road and good experience for the dollars. The breakfast was one of the better I've had this last year with it being changed up each morning. The pool was nice, the room clean, and the service very much appreciated.
For 95 dollars a night, you would think breakfast would have a few more options. Although I did not use the pool, it was very nice to have the option to swim in doors. There is plenty of room for 3 or 4 semis to park.
This is a modern motel plain and simple. Average price, average service, average room. Clean. Centrally located. It is easy to access the historic business district that is truly charming and fascinating.
Very clean, comfortable hotel. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very good; nice variety. Great high-speed internet. Lobby/pool area/ rooms very clean. Will definitely stay again in the future.
This is our third overnight at the BW Pontiac Inn passing through from Michigan to New Mexico. It is clean, close to expressway but not noisy, and has firm yet comfortable beds. There was adequate green grass and space to walk a friendly Golden Doodle. Dog fee $15 although advertised for $10. Pool was clean. We stayed in what they call a “mini suite” which is 2 queen beds in a hotel room. Bathroom was nice size; water pressure was good with slightly pulsating shower head which felt good. There was a deep jetted tub/shower with a step up—be careful if you are not steady (no grab bars). Breakfast room is small, but in addition to all the usual fare, there was the turnover cheese eggs and sections of delicious polish type sausage. We will return.
We booked this lake in the afternoon, after driving all day and arriving at Pontiac. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast included was a great selection of warm and cold options. The price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Clean hotel, wonderful staff. Very pleased with the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Great value and lots to do in. Pontiac. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Flew into O'Hare from London and started 3 1/2 hr drive home.By the time I hit Pontiac, IL, I had been up for 20 hrs., it was raining with the threat of severe weather, and it was safest to stop. Selected the Best Western as it looked better than the other hotel next to it. I almost never check into a hotel without researching reviews, etc., but at this point I was ready to take almost anything. What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! Gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast available beginning at 5:30 which was very welcome as I knew I'd be up early. Woman presiding over it was very friendly and nice also. Breakfast had typical offerings but everything was fresh, attractively presented and plentiful. They even offered perfect bananas, which you never see at a hotel breakfast (woman said they put out fresh everyday) and cuties, which again is something never offered. All this for a more than fair price. (Check-in clerk even asked me if I had AAA or AARP, so he could give me the lower rate. Mind you, this isn't the Ritz but if you're looking for a place to stay in Pontiac, highly recommend it. It's just off Interstate 55, so location is convenient as well.
Stayed here while starting a new job trying to get living arrangements in order. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub. Would recommend for anyone!!
We had the best possible stay at Best Western, Pontiac Ill. The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the room was spacious, with lots of storage. The beds were very comfortable. We were satisfied with everything, and very happy there—not one criticism. The best thing was the quality of the staff, all kind, friendly and willing to help. They made us feel at home. We came by train, but at the weekend there were no rental cars, buses or taxis, so we were stranded outside the town we'd come to see. Ellie from the Reception desk drove us into town on her free day, collected us in the evening and drove us to the station the next morning. You can't beat that! Sue(75 yrs.) from England.
We are pilot cars in wind energy. We are doing a shuttle project from Cheona. We have been here a week and probably here 2 more. All the staff is helpful and friendly, from management, desk staff and housekeeping. The rooms are large and very clean. Good breakfast, hot. All we need and more. Thank you.
First room given smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and had a badly torn curtain so got a new room. Next room was better , all the usual items you expect when paying the price. Didnt use the pool but looked good although you had to walk past reception to use it. Bed was comfy , just had the one problem that there was a loud engine like noise that was intermittent all night. We turned off our fridge , air conditioning and fan to make sure it was not in our room but still it continued. Unsure what it was but it was quite disturbing. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs best we've had. Just wish BW would quit the plastic plates and cutlery for the environmental sake.
The Best Western Pontiac Inn offers good-sized rooms and an excellent bed, but some of the furniture is kind of shopworn. The room was clean and well-maintained, although there were areas where the wallpaper had begun to detach from the walls. Breakfast, served in the lobby, was okay – there were only a few tables, though, and you might have to wait for one (the place has more than fifty rooms). Pleasant people at the desk; a nice-looking indoor pool; rather cheerless dark patterned carpeting. Overall impression: it's all right
We stayed in Pontiac as we drove U.S. Route 66 west. The hotel was in superior shape for the price we paid for our room. Everything was clean and in perfect working order and the staff we dealt with were great.
From the time I made my reservation to the time I checked out I was impressed with everything. I recommend room 108. The whirlpool was relaxing and the room is beautiful. I dealt with a lady and young man at the front desk. Both were extremely helpful and friendly.
Had accessible room for my 92 yo mother. It was very helpful. Room was on first floor and close to lobby for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful with my extra request. Lots of food options close to motel. Was there for family reunion. Would stay there again!
The hotel was slightly worn, but it was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was of average quality, but more than adequate in options. All staff were very friendly and service oriented. We felt safe and welcomed. We would recommend this hotel to others.
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more then expected. Loved the fact that the hotel was right off the expressway. Also loved The fact that there was a Wal-Mart and a bunch of places to eat within 1/2 mile of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, better then most other hotels we have stayed in.
as you would expect from a best western, rooms are adequate, clean and well kept. no frills but you cant beat the value. all areas of the motel were well kept and clean. staff were friendly and helpful making check in and out easy, we booked 2 days prior to arriving via boking.com and it was an easy booking with no issues.
The best thing about Best Western is that you can be sure that you're going to have no complaints when you check out. I don't know how many Best Westerns I've stayed in, but I can't recall ever having an issue with them. This one was no exception, a very comfortable bed, facilities that worked perfectly, fastidious cleanliness, and a friendly manner in the office. Another kudo to BW!
Great hotel. My partner is walking challenged and their handicap rooms are near the front and make our getting in/leaving so much easier. Attentive staff day or night. Clean, good beds, great showers!
I was getting tired of driving and searched BW and was thankful for the one in Pontiac! Everything was good except an outside door at the end of the first floor hallway that bangeg all night in the wind.
Stayed to just get away for the night to relax. The juczzie tub was a great way to unwind and relax. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was good. Checkout was a breeze. I'll definitely be back.
I stayed here april 15th thru the 17th for my job. This hotel was great everyone was friendly and helpful. The best thing was after work going to the hot tub and pool. It was very clean and just the right temperature I will stay here again.
Good for dogs—$15 extra fee and ample green grass around the perimeter. Staff were nice to our friendly Golden Doodle. Watch out for muddy field next door. Clean room despite a bit of a stale/fruity cover-up smell and a splotch of yellow something not cleaned up behind the toilet. Lots of kids enjoying the pool on spring break. Staff friendly. Expressway nearby but rooms are quiet. Frig and heater hum but are not unbearable. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was average fare but included yummy sausage. A cute downtown Pontiac and some parks are not far away. Dunkin' Donuts across the street. Eat at Bernardi's II downtown—yum! Have stayed here twice and will stay again when traveling through.
Best value stay: this hotel is clean, friendly, and had everything we needed for a family overnight stay. The pool and hot tub were great. Also, in the evening we were able to use the hotel lobby to play games with our family. The breakfast was good as well.
This is a very nice hotel. The staff is most friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The building is well-maintained and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. The location is also near I-55 and restraurants and gas stations. All-in-all a great value!
Ellie and Karen are the best things about this Best Western. Ellie is the fantastic clerk who let me have a late check-out while awaiting the dial a ride bus which runs only once daily, Karen is the breakfast cook who cooked the very delicious complimentary breakfast. The biscuits were quite soft and fluffy. I have stayed in a few motels that offered biscuits and gravy and most of the time, the biscuits are like hockey pucks but not here. They were so soft and fluffy. Karen absolutely knows what she is doing. The TV offers a variety of channels. There was a slight hiccup at first but Ellie managed to fix that. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a relaxing easy chair. The walls are thick so you can get a good night's sleep without hearing your neighbor's TV. There is a guest computer and as long as no one else is waiting, there is no time limit. Whenever you are in Pontiac, this is the place to stay.
The hotel seemed new but maybe it's been recently updated because I would have expected better sound-proofing. We could hear the woman in the room next to us coughing as well as anyone talking as they walked down the hall. Thank goodness nobody was on the floor above us. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were terrible. My husband and I both woke up with achy necks. The breakfast buffet was basic but it had fresh fruits. It's on the main road so you hear road traffic. There is easy access to Rt 55, restaurants, stores, and gas stations. I would probably check out one of the other hotels in the area if I needed a hotel in this area just because it was too noisy. One more thing. I got to my room and discovered there was a door to the adjoining room. The clerk should have mentioned this and given me the option of a different room since they were not full. I should have requested a room change. I felt very uncomfortable even with a locked door.
The staff were friendly and the service was good! The hotel is updated yet still feels old. If you want luxury, don't stay here. Overall, we had a good nights rest. It was close to shopping and downtown Pontiac and Route 66, of course! Breakfast was provided. I will be honest, it wasn't the best BW breakfast I've had. But the price was right.
Clean, excellent service. Was treated great at check in and had no problems at all. Very helpful on recommending places to eat in the area. Will definitely stay here again if ever visiting this area. A little dated and could use some upgrading.
We stayed here over night on our Route 66 trip. Walmart and lots of fast food nearby. Comfortable beds clean bathroom. Breakfast was great! Omelets, link sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, danishes, biscuits and gravy, orange juice. The cheese omelet was the best!!! Would definitely stay here again !
Very friendly staff, very clean Hotel. Breakfast was a hot breakfast, good in the area was clean. The whole hotel and room was also clean no complaints with this place would come back and stay again! There are few hotels right there in the area, glad we picked that one.
well maintained facility. well located. conscientious, competent, caring staff. breakfast good, pool clean. exterior grounds nice and rooms comfortable. helpful staff that responds promptly to concerns/questions.
Have stayed here before, once again no problems. Clean room, everything worked, comfortable beds, internet worked great. Breakfast had a lot of options. Quiet even though the hotel was pretty full. Would stay again.
We were looking for a quick place off the highway for an overnight, while on our way to have our camper repaired. This place was clean, and the staff was helpful. the breakfast was not really anything extraordinary, but it helped get the day started. No complaints.
Recently stayed here while on business in the area. The hotel was easy to find...directly off I-55. Check in was easy and the staff person working was very courteous. Check-In area is the same place where the is a small area for breakfast with a few tables. Room was pretty spacious and clean. The decor was a little dated but not out of shape by any means. The bed in particular was very comfortable. The cooling unit was a little loud and the windows easily fogged over. Free WiFi but it moved at a slow pace and was not very consistent. There was a pool on site but I did not use it. There looked to be several offerings at breakfast...I just grabbed a banana and coffee each morning. It's not a high-end hotel but if you need a clean comfortable place to stay in the area...it will do.
One night spent while traveling to El Paso to pick up camper! Excellent hotel! Great rooms super clean pool indoor with HOT TUB! Great after long day in car. Rooms quiet. Breakfast area small but we got a table. Offerings standard eggs sausage make waffles fruit oatmeal cereal and yogurt. Good coffee. Room our back to park bigger rigs
Hotel clean, breakfast good and staff friendly. This was an excellent place to stop on our way through Illinois on our way to Mackinaw Island. It was quiet. The area had plenty restaurants and a WalMart. .
This was a convenient, clean, well maintained property close to the town of Pontiac. Nice indoor pool and Spa (both handicapped accessible if needed). A good variety of breakfast items including the self service waffle maker. Staff was friendly, beds comfortable. 1 night stay only, but well worth a longer stay.
Hotel was clean, bathrooms were clean, rooms were clean. Hotel staff was very personable and agreeable to allowing us to use lobby while finding out if we were canceling second night due to unforeseen change of plans. Work out room was smaller but functional.
This is a quiet and clean hotel and perfect for a pet friendly stop along Route 66. While the staff seemed preoccupied with another visitor on the phone while we were checking in, overall everything was good. Plenty of space to walk our dog. Breakfast was ample. We would stay here again.
We chose this hotel because Best Western is biker friendly. BW held up their end of the deal. We asked for help, they gave it to us. We asked about washing our bike. They gave us rags, hose, and a bucket. Very accommodating to us. We appreciate that. Room was very nice and quiet for being on a busy road. Breakfast was bisquits and gravy. My wife's favorite. If in the area again, we will stay here again.
Stayed here for a night on the way to Springfield. Close to the Interstate. Clean, quiet and well fitted with a Pool. Breakfast was included and was all that was needed. Went to Arby's for dinner as it was across the road - worst food ever.
good room good service nice people had a great time on my stay, staff was great the cleaning lady susan was extremely thorough when cleaning my room, front desk was very kind!! loved this place, my kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was hot and different each day loved it, i recommend this place to everyone! Parking lot was always clean, so you know these owners care what we think and to me the parking lot says it all about your place so i say yes to this place they are the best!!
Stopped here for overnight stay. Arrived fairly late so Arby's close by was handy. Staff friendly and rooms clean, albeit a bit dated. Good breakfast choice. Pontiac nice town to stroll around if you have an hour or two spare, and definitely recommend the Route 66 museum.
Employees friendly, swimming pool was very enjoyable for us and grandkids. Location of motel was good. Room was ready when we arrived, extra towels and washcloths were provided. Breakfast was fresh and very good with a variety of items including fresh fruit.
The pool was the perfect temperature, the wi-fi was working smoothly, and the breakfast was above average. The TV was okay despite being in the form of digital channels, but it still ran very smoothly. It's the best place to stay after seeing the average sights of historic Pontiac.
This Inn is in our former hometown, and thus a return visit. The bed and wonderful pillows gave us a good nights sleep and there was no external noise to be disruptive. The complementary breakfast was good and got us on our way in a timely fashion
Good location off Interstate 55, not far from the downtown museums. The breakfast area is a bit small so we didn't get a seat. The bed as comfortable. Decent enough for the price. Ample parking, elevators.
Great hotel and staff. The beds were a little hard for my medical conditions. Otherwise everything was great. We stay here every time we are in Illinois. It is a great place to meet to see my family and all my friends.
Snow storm Uma had us get a room! Everything went great. Pool and pool room were nice and warm and hot tub was actually hot. Everything seemed very clean and kept up. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast- always room for improvement there but not this individual Best Westerns fault. Hotel staff was very happy we had a reservation as they were completely booked. It was a nice treat to be able to use the hot tub and pool. Not many hotels offer both. The fitness room was small but clean and kept up. My husband and I like to work out together so 2 treadmills would have been nice. Had a great stay at the Best Western. It's a little off the beaten path but lots of shopping options. Ate at a really great restaurant called Bernardi's. Was worth going to Pontiac just for that.
We usually stay here a few times a year. This hotel has really improved since our visit. The rooms were super clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. The pool was nicely heated despite it being -20 outside. We will visit again!
Great place we used as we were in town for b ball tournament. Ellie was just amazing. People were very friendly. They went of their way to meet all boys needs. They even kept breakfast little bit longer to serve all boys as they were three teams staying there.
I have been coming back and forth here for a little while now and sometimes for a week at a time. I must say that it is absolutely wonderful, relaxing and clean! Good breakfast and wonderful staff as well that make your stay far beyond great! Cathy & Jeff are beyond amazing and overall this is where anyone should come to. Thanks so much again and your MN friend/family will be coming back again very, very soon!!. : )
Comfortable, clean nice and relaxing with the most amazing staff in the world! Above and beyond their job, it comes from the heart! This was and is a great place to stay any time you need to. I love this place!
After a day of travelling 66 or just doing Pontiac's historic museum and or murals. Nice location, though off 66, to stay when doing 66 explorations. Close to eateriers and other services. Quiet location for a good night's rest.
We loved this hotel. Rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. Bathroom is the kind with a large counter in with the shower. Plenty of room to put things on the counter. Shower powerful and comfortable at the same time. All employees helpful and friendly. Breakfast had cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy as well as the regular breakfast fair. Great value for the price
Sometimes it's hard to find a nice business hotel in a small market, but online reviews were uniformly positive for Best Western Pontiac IL. The reviews were right! I will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm traveling in the area, the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped for a business traveler. Good shower, B-minus comp breakfast (which is not bad, because MOST mid-range hotels are C-minus), and very friendly and helpful staff.
Very friendly and helpful staff... Clean with comfortable beds. Definately will stay here again and will recommend this place. The only bad thing was the location of the elevator. It was at the opposite end of the front desk.
This hotel's service & cleanliness standards are unacceptable & there is a great deal of room for improvement. As part of a bridal party staying at this hotel I expected more empathy & care be taken for the group at large but especially the bride. I will not be returning to this property.
Travelling along Historic Route 66, my wife and I stayed at numerous Best Western Hotels. This was one of the nicer ones. Several nearby restaurants. We had dinner at Baby Bull's. The Route 66 Museum downtown is well-done.
We were driving late traveling west and avoiding Chicago. This was a gem of a smaller property in a small town. Next time we head east we'll try to stay here again. Very well kept and quiet. Outstanding value.
Motel is close to I 55 and of good quality as are most Best Western motels. There are several fast food restaurants close by. All the usual services were present and in good condition. There was an excellent hot breakfast with a good selection. This motel does take animals and we did experience a barking dog in a nearby room that was somewhat disturbing.
Very pleasant stay for a break on Route 66, lots of Route 66 things to see in Pontiac. Some very good restaurants & extremely friendly people. Recently renovated, really good breakfast & warm pool. Spa was hot too. Back door doesn't lock & this is a security issue.
This is a great place to stay. We had a wonderful experience. Room was great, Internet was PERFECT (that is unusual!) TV was fine, many stations to choose from. Very convenient location. Right off 55 and Walmart and a number of dining choices nearby. The indoor pool looked GREAT - I didn't bring my suit! Breakfast was great as well. GREAT VALUE FOR THE DOLLAR. Would recommend this Best Western to anyone.
Excellent place to stay, heading south towards St Louis, after collecting hire car on arrival in Chicago. Friendly hotel, informative staff & excellent buffet breakfast: just off the Interstate. Route 66 just nearby for added interest.
Very nice and clean and Super Honest staff. Had left Ipad charging in room and the cleaning crew quickly reported it to the front desk who then contacted us. Nice Job! Very much appreciate that care and service in todays world!!!
Nice clean place. Friendly helpful staff. Decent free breakfast. I would recommend to friends and family. This hotel was much nicer than the one we had stayed at in Columbia, MO the previous 2 nights. Clean, modern, comfortable room.
I don't remember the last time I even looked or stayed at a Best Western...but before arriving, we just remember old and overpriced. Our stay in the Pontiac IL BW changed our image of BW for good. The hotel was modern, comfortable and extremely clean! The friendly staff and amenities were all perfect. The pool was a great add-on...very clean, lots of towels, perfect temp, not too much chlorine, we will definitely stay there again.
We stayed here while in Pontiac IL and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms were clean kept up nicely. The room was fairly quiet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Better than most hotel breakfasts. The pool was nice and actually warm. The hot tub was hot but the jets were very wimpy. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. There is parking for large vehicles with trailers in the rear.
We were doing the Illinois part of Route 66 and needed somewhere to stay in Pontiac - there aren't many choices. It was ok location-wise not that central but obviously we had transport and parking is free. Checkin was easy and the young lady at the desk very pleasant. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed in fact a better room than some so called 4 and 5 star hotels we had stayed in. Breakfast was average but it's included so really I shouldn't complain because the overall price for this place considering what we got was truly excellent. Only complaint was it's not easy getting the hot water just right in the shower.
Was impressed with cleanliness and updated decor. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast could of used a bit more healthy items but it offered hot buffet items for those who were not watching their weight. My family loved the breakfast.
Nice facility tv cable was messed up and my bill was wrong at checkout. Check in was great helpful staff at check in. I would stay here again. The breakfast was ok. They did not have any hot chocolate.
Breakfast was hot and a large selection was available. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and everything worked (fridge and microwave. Only suggestion is if the room is for 4 people, why don't hotels have 4 towels in room right away? Don't like to have to ask for extra towels.
This is a very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. I will definitely stay here again. I will let everybody I know what a nice it is to stay at. I enjoyed the breakfast to. They had a great variety of stuff to select from. I was surprised that they had biscuits and gravy. One of my favorite breakfasts.
The hotel' was a little pricier than we expected when considering the location. The staff (at least the one person we met) was very friendly and accommodating. The amenities were reasonable. This would make a nice stopover, due to its proximity to Highway 55. Service value
Very clean and very comfortable! If you are on vacation: be aware breakfast ends at 9am, not 10am: don't plan to sleep in. We can't comment on the free breakfast: we decided to sleep in until 9. ... thanks
This was a very good facility. Traveling to anywhere in Pontiac was very easy. We were there for a rally which was very well organized by the Tourism Bureau and GWRRA Illinois District team. We were very impressed with the military museum.
We were visiting Pontiac for a family wedding. We needed to hotel rooms. Each were clean & very nice to stay in. We would return and stay again in the future. The hotel was busy with several other guests and the staff had everything under control. We did not eat because we were attending a family breakfast as we checked out but the breakfast looked very good as we were checking out.
Our stay was just OK. Room smelled like smoke. Toilet was clogged the very first time using. The comforters were different on each bad. It would've been nice to have an ice machine on the second floor.
Departed room at 9 am returned at 6 pm and room had not been touched by housekeeping, no lean towels no coffee. Room was exactly as we left it 9 hours earlier. Excessive noise in hallway from 12:30 am until 3 am.
Very clean and comfortable. Room felt dated but everything worked. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Eating area is too small. Food was continuously resupplied. Safe environment.
The hotel was great but don't think you will be able to shower here because the water smells like river water yuck. You can not drink it or use it for anything. It is not just a problem with this hotel but all hotels in the area and the town in general.
Hotel was not close to exit. We saw the hotel after we passed the exit. Breakfast was well maintained with nice variety. There is a restaurant within walking distance from the hotel with good food and even better prices for your evening meal.
Everything about this 2 day stay was good. Pleasant staff, good breakfast and an easily accessible location. Worth the price for what you get. A place I would return to the next time I am in the area.
Believe me...if you are staying in Pontiac, Best Western is where you want to stay! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast is about what you would expect, but quite acceptable.
going to ISU for graduation, I had 2 rooms booked. My father ended up in the hospital at the last minute and the desk manager was kind enough to walk me through a "no cancel" reservation with Expedia. The room itself was clean and comfortable and even though we had the dreaded room off the lobby, the noise was tolerable. I would highly recommend this if you are in the area.
Welcoming and helpful staff. Average hotel overall, but clean with good room amenities. Pool was very clean. Breakfast was well stocked and plentiful. Enjoyed our one night stay with our family. Will stay here again.
Overall good hotel the was clean and staff friendly. Food quality was average, but ok for the value of room. Right off the freeway so very easy to get on and off. Staff was informative and helpful in explaining hotel services.
This motel is modern, comfortable, and conveniently located at the edge of Pontiac. The room was large and included a desk and chair, lounge chair, TV, microwave, mini fridge, and a firm king sized bed. There were several electrical outlets, and the lighting was plentiful. The wifi connection was speedy and consistent. The room was quiet. The breakfast food selection was nice. I would stay there again.
Reasonably standard travellers hotel with good parking and spacious rooms. But one of the beds had a white cover with small drops of dried blood on the top. Yuck. Staff were very apologetic but these things should never happen.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always received great consistent service. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and several wonderful restaurants nearby in the downtown area! Pool area is also very clean.
I was greeted by the friendliest desk employee. He was so kind and genuinely concerned that all of our hotel expectations were met. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and the lobby was comfortable. Wifi was strong, free breakfast was good, and the shower had great water pressure. I'm actually going to stay there again tomorrow.
I have stayed at this property several times and have been satisfied each time. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. The breakfast is always fresh and tasty.
Nice clean place to stay with much to do around the area. Attitude of counter people was awesome and was there to help if we had needed it. Hotel was fairly easy to find and located in nice area. Only thing we thought was a down side was beds were not real comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel as price is right.
From the check-in to check-out, our stay was completely enjoyable. The breakfast was well presented, hot (when it should be) and cold (when it should be). Beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows. The room was clean with everything working well. It was a great deal for the price.
Nice, clean rooms. Modern decor. Staff extremely friendly. Nice continental breakfast. Beds ok, not the most comfortable. Small refrigerator and microwave. Flat screen tv, but very small. Free Wifi Small coffee pot included. If anything they need new pillows. They are way past there life. No life left in them. Stay was a 8 out 10
Of the limited choices in Pontiac this is the best we have found. Clean rooms, free breakfast and a pool and hot tub. Location is just off the interstate close to local restaurants. Family friendly accommodations.
I stayed here for a week on business. The staff was super nice. There is a pretty good breakfast every morning. They start at 530, so it was great for me. Room was clean and the bed was sooooooo comfortable!!! I slept great! There's an indoor pool. Great hot water and the pressure is good too!
The reason I stayed at this hotel is because I went to a friend's wedding in the area and this was one of the options to say overnight. Average quality hotel to stay in Pontiac. Price could be better but there is not much options in the area. Decent breakfast in the morning.
We come down to Illinois several times a year for our dog field trials, and always stay at the Best Western because it's highly recommended by people in our trial party. They have been to other hotels in the area, and this is the best one. Also, my kids sometimes come with me and it's nice to have the pool, even though it's small. The staff it always very nice and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is always very good with a wide variety of food to choose from. I've been at hotels where the walls are so paper thin that I had a hard time sleeping, and haven't experienced that here at all yet.
other than a minor housekeeping issue our stay was pleasant with lots of free attractions and great value dining in the area . The museums were much more than I expected , all free . Worth the visit . We were a part of a WWII reunion and visited the War Museum . A must see
This was the only 100% non-smoking, dog-friendly hotel I could find in the area. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, the hotel was overall pretty quiet. It did seem a bit pricey for the area.
Friendly and courteous staff who introduce themselves! Clean facility. Comfortable sleeping. Staff ready to assist. Lobby is small if you are traveling with a large group for wedding, etc and want a place to visit with people.
The room was tastefully decorated and a very comfortable bed. It was a very clean room, hotel and property. It was nice and quiet, I did not use the pool or the fitness center, but they both looked very nice. They staff was great and I will stay there again when I visit Pontiac
Stayed her while visiting Fairbury on July 29 to July 30th. This is a great place to stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great the next morning. Staff was friendly and great help if we needed anything. Would stay there again and plan on it when we return next year. Thanks for being a great place to stay away from home.
The staff was efficient and very pleasant. The beds were really comfortable. The hotel room was really nice and very clean. There a was a nice variety for breakfast and the sausage and eggs were great! Would gladly return.
The most important thing to me on staying in a hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms. I am very picky about this and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very nice size and we had no complaints. The breakfast was awesome, they had, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles, boiled eggs, danishes, fruit, and other standard breakfast items. There was only one inconvenience with the breakfast area it was small, so we had to take our breakfast to our room, which was not problem because they provided trays. The pool was warm and nice and clean, and also had a hot tub. We were here in Pontiac on a golf tournament and there were not a lot of rooms to choose from, this I felt was by far the best choice after being down there. I would not normally pay 100 dollars a room for a golf tournament but the Quality Inn was about the same price and did not have a pool. For me this is what I would pay for a vacation hotel, not a two day affair. If we travel to Pontiac again that is where we will stay.
Our main bathroom light above the sink was out, but they fixed it the next day. Very slow making up room. We left at 9:30 came back at 2 and bed had been stripped but no new bedding or towels were yet available. We went to pool for an hour and then and 3 went back to our room and it was cleaned. It's an average hotel, okay for the money but i prefer something a little better like a Marriott or a Hampton.
very clean, comfy beds, nice breakfast, and helpful staff; close to major highways, and route 66 w/o the highway noise. restaurants are close, convenience stores and gas also close, a good stop, with a days worth of activities in Pontiac. Plenty of parking in the lot, elevator for the second floor.
Motel was extremely clean and well kept. Furnishings were satisfactory and room was very clean. Mattress was very supportive and we both had a good night's sleep. Staff was courteous and friendly. Continental breakfast was good and staff was quick to clean tables after each use. We would recommend this motel to anyone staying in this area. There was a lot to see and do when touring Pontiac.
After our stay at this Best Western, I signed up for the BW rewards program. I am a Hilton Diamond Honors member, and our room was as nice and even nicer than some Hilton rooms. Full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, great breakfast, and spotless rooms. Great staff. For booking at the last minute, I was more than pleased.
Very nice hotel and wonderful staff. We had no issues and would definitely return again. They were kind enough to call us regarding some medical supplies we left behind..it was used and needed to beingtrash..we failed to advise that it was trash and they kept it until I called them back a week after. It was convenient to the interstate and now far from downtown Pontiac.
Clean, spacious, convenient location with welcoming and helpful staff. Nothing more to say - this is what a Best Western should be like. Highly recommended for a stopover when on Route 66 or anywhere in the area. Do take the short detour to the Route 66 Museum - look out for the fantastic wall murals.
Chrissie greeted me with a smile making check in quick & smooth. She handed me welcome bag-bottle of Spring Water, chewy chocolate bar, two large mints & small tangerine. Room #220. King comfortable & firm bed, with four pillows. Two bed night stands. Wall mounted lamps at each side of upper of beds. Writing desk with swivel chair & lamp with two outlets, good for charging electric sharers. A cabinet has three drawer chest, M/F, topped with flat screen television. Carpet from doorway to window that faces east. A shower/tub. Hot water for shower in 15-17 seconds. Wall to wall sink counter, much space for traveling toiletries. Hair dryer. Bottles of shampoo & lotion. For a lady guest makeup remover. Enough for a solo traveler. Shower head very gentle to face & body. Closet has two sliding doors each with full length mirror. Six wooden hangers, iron & board. A separate comfort chair & foot rest. Breakfast is 5:30-9:30. Seating is four tables & four chairs each. Muffins, pasties, apples, bananas & tangerines. Four dry cereals, with milk stored in a fridge. Apple, orange & cranberry juice. Steamers for sausage patties, eggs, omelets, biscuits & gravy. Bread & bagels. One child's high chair. Outside the lobby are ice, soda & snack machines. The second level has soda & snack. This facility is two story, with elevator. Luggage carts located by elevator & front desk. Two heated pools, one adult & children. The lounge has quest computer, couch & two comfort chairs. Guest laundry & fitness center. Plenty of parking. Within walking distance is Wendy's, Burger King, Arby's & Taco Bell. Two gas stations-BP & Shell. For shopping a 24 hour super Wal-Mart to the east. This B.W. is located .2 mile east of I-55. Not much traffic as the facility is west of Pontiac. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the future. Factors being : location (to I-55), quiet neighborhood, helpful & polite staff-Chrissie for check in & Tammy for check out- room's cleanliness & room's overall cost. I couldn't find any negatives. I have never encountered a Best Western that I didn't enjoy staying at. This B.W. would be the fourth of five during a recent trip.
stopped while traveling do not generally pick a BW but were tired, glad to stop, nice place. did not use the pool or breakfast. soft beds but good nights sleep. would recommend. nearby small town with restaurants
The staff was wonderful. We left an item in the room when we checked out. They were great, found it and shipped it the next day. Our room was clean which is the most important thing, it wasn't conveniently located for us because the only elevator was a long walk from our room and the stairs are hard to take for seniors.
This hotel was clean, the room was nice, updated. The staff was friendly. Spent some time in the nice indoor hot tub. The only issue was that there were several kids in there, unattended that were loud and running around the pool playing tag. Idid not eat the breakfast that was privided, so can not rate that.
Stayed here for one night as part of a group bicycle tour. Everything about this stay was good. Room, bath, TV, AC, breakfast, staff. The beds seemed soft but ended up being quite comfortable. The mass produced omelets were actually pretty good. Really enjoyed Pontiac. Even got my picture taken with the Mayor.
from outside this looks like 90% of two story stars you can tell it has owner and staff that care hot breakfast is slightly better than most; noise level is quieter than most hotel was fairly full and we heard no noise; nice set of shade trees outside entrance; It has indoor pool; fitness center... I had no problems connecting my cpap medical machine by the bed only downside was stairs to second floor seemed strange I had some problems carrying my luggage down these stairs probably just my foot and stairs didn't line up (there is an elevator at back of hotel )
The previous two nights we had stayed at Holiday Inn Express that exceeded our expectation. This place was a bit more ordinary, clean but not sparkling. The beds were comfortable but getting close needing replacing. The room was quiet and had all the amenities we needed.
I stayed in this hotel during a business trip to Pontiac. It was a very nice experience getting out work and get to the hotel directly to the pool. It was always crystal clear and at perfect temperature. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Internet speed is average. The staff is friendly. Continental breakfast also very convenient and nice, with a good variety. I've been staying in this hotel many times, never disappointing. Thanks!
We needed a place to stay near a wedding in Fairbury. I picked this Best Western because of other reviews. I agree with all the positive reviews. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We spent some time at the hot tub, the whole pool area was clean and very nice. I liked that there are bathrooms in the pool area. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the coffee was really good.
We stayed here in September of 2015. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast was great. Parking for our collector car was fine. We plan to stay again in September of this year.
Easy to get to, very clean and staff courteous and helpful. Hotel was located close to restaurants, gas stations and other stores and services. Was only about one minute off the interstate. The free breakfast was quite good. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.
We stayed here as a family for one night, a last minute turn up with no pre-booking. From our arrival everyone was friendly as welcoming, a room was quickly arranged (their one suite for our family) and we were in. The room was HUGE and the bed comfy, we were so tired that I can't honestly remember all the details, but that speaks well about how we slept so soundly. A quick and easy breakfast then back on the road. A great stop over
Ha! You see what I did there. Wife and I were in Pontiac, IL working at the Eagle Performing Arts Theater for 5 days. This hotel was clean, comfortable, and affordable. We feel these are the 3 keys to a positive hotel experience. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel due to early work appointments elsewhere, but others in our group said it was quite good. Pontiac is also a GREAT town... we loved it.
In searching for a place to stay in Pontiac, Illinois, my colleagues and I found the Best Western. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean, nice and comfortable. I would recommend the Best Western if you are staying on Pontiac.
Hotel was clean, nice, and well taken care of. We arrived late but our room was ready and the beds were comfortable. Didn't have a chance to use pool or tub but both looked very inviting. The hot bar breakfast was good. Definitely recommend this hotel.
This is a very nice hotel that is easy to get to from the highway. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower had enough hot water for three showers in a row. Towels were bright and soft. Beds were clean with lots of pillows that keep their shape. I liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. We enjoyed the well stocked continental breakfast each morning, which included pastries, bagels, eggs, yogurt, bananas, cereal, make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy and plenty of juice and drinkable coffee. If you are a coffee snob there is a Dunkin Donuts right across the street. All of the staff were cheerful and helpful, even when we showed up a little late for breakfast and they were beginning to clean up and put away the food, the staff never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Any time we called the front desk they were quick to assist. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. I will stay here again.
excellent facility with helpful, competent staff. clean rooms . at bit pricey but comparable to the region. this is on route 66 road. the only pool in the region and nonsmoking facility that accepts pets. good parking - some restaurants in the region for meals.
Winter storm, kids want to swim....pool closed. Hotel thought "slow week" good time to do maintenance on pool... over the weekend...bad decision. This hotel has had numerous chain names through the years. Outside looks nice, rooms are typical. Maybe next year.
Very good room, great stay overall. Wonderful continental breakfast. We will be using this facility many times on our southern trips in the fall. If the timing is right we will be using them on our way back north in the spring. We ate at Baby Bull's Restaurant, it's close and great. Also the Inn is not far from shopping if needed.
Very good location, off expressway, clean facility. They have a swimming pool which is helpful. Only issue is not enough electric outlets available near bed. The staff were professional and provided guidance during my stay.
great hotel to work out of while I was on business. The field location was rained out, so the staff let us use the lobby for the afternoon to finish all the business we had to complete. The staff also dried our jackets while we worked.
I had to go out to Pontiac, Ill, for my brothers funeral and needed a place to sleep and glad i chose to stay there. The staff was exceptional. Everything you needed and always asking if you needed anything, too! Thank you
My Husband and I was on business and stayed here at Best Western. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful with the location of the area. The area of the hotel has a Walmart across the road and a few places to eat. It is overall a quite area which we enjoy. The breakfast served at the hotel is good, included omelet, waffles, sausage and cold breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
There is not much in this area and for it being so small townish I have to say the BW was really excellent. An above average morning buffet, nice room and friendly staff. I also appreciated that they accepted my dog (small) and the fee was reasonable.
The Best Western to me is the best choice in Pontiac, but there aren't that many choices. It is priced high for the area and the accommodations. A forty mile drive gets you a suite at $30 less a night, but it is a forty mile drive.
Our room was clean and everything was in good working order. The decor was appealing and and seemed fairly new. The breakfast was good, well maintained with a nice variety to choose from. If you left hungry, it was your own fault.
New mattresses, better educated front desk clerk. She told me my room was in the middle of the building and it just up the stairs from the front desk. After parking in the rear of the building which is what she recommended. I had to walk the length of the entire building to get to my room. When I turned on the wall heater in the room it set of the smoke detector. I complained as she told me that is because it hadn't been run in a while.
We had a very large king suite in this Best Western which was really roomy and comfortable. The rate was just over one hundred dollars which was a bargain for accommodations like this. I would highly reccomend.
Good bed, good location (spend some time sightseeing in Pontiac before you move on!), friendly people - a nice solid mid-range hotel with few luxury touches but a lot of comfort. We stayed only one night; it was a quiet and restful stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Hotel was great, staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Had a great weekend. Hotel was booked solid but everything went along without any problems. We had a great room, turned out to be a suite and we enjoyed all of it. Very clean and accessible to highway and downtown Pontiac.
We were there about two or so years ago. Got our favorite room. Our favorite room is the large suite with a sofa and jacuzzi. Was only able to get it for one night. This time the room never seem to cool down. Granted the weather was in the nineties. We let the room cool for several hours but still warm at night. Lost a pink earring if you find it there. Food was still good for breakfast.
