Best Western Plus Hotel Atrea Airport Inn & Suites, Plainfield

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times for nights prior to early morning flights. Staff has always been courteous and the hotel and the rooms have been clean. Bed is comfortable. Location of hotel is very convenient to the Indianapolis Airport.

I was so excited to spend a few hours in a hot tub before I had to go to work. The first thing I said to the front desk lady was I cant wait to lay un a nice hot tub. Long story short after about 1 1/2 check in process I finally get to my room only to find out there are no hot tub rooms available. But if I wanted to pay another $85 i could have the last suite available. I booked a hot tub room online, showed the lady my room type upon booking and even made it clear that was the whole reason for the stay only to be told oops those are not available unless you want to pay another $85. Completely unacceptable!! If you advertise a certain room type then you should have that room type available especially if it is a prepaid reservation!!

Booked at the BW because they offered a shuttle between the airport to the BW. Once I landed, I found that they no longer had it. It ended up costing an additional $60 for an Uber. I would have booked with a different hotel with a shuttle had I known.

WoW moment when you walk in. Clean and updated. Friendly happy staff. Two breakfast attendants are top notch & friendly. Gm is very personable and remembered us. Beds are comfortable. Pool area superb

This hotel has the best staff in my memory. The pool area was clean and attractive. They offered a good variety for breakfast that included bacon, eggs, sausage as well as typical cereals and juices. Dining area was very clean and spacious. There appeared to be some drainage issue in the bathtub and the airport shuttle wasn't operational. Planes went over on the regular but noise was not a factor. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff is at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice surprise...we weren't familiar with the area and chose this hotel. It was very clean and we felt like our room was very nice. It was a wonderful experience which we appreciated so much and allowed us to get a wonderful, and much needed good nights rest and a long day of driving.

We drove 10 hours each day traveling from Colorado to PA and were exhausted each day when we arrived at our hotel. We were pleased with the suite I reserved. It was on the top floor at the end of the hall, so it was very quiet. The room was huge and had a full sized couch and coffee table. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. Just what we needed after a long day

This hotel had many notices about covid cutbacks in service at check-in, but did not warn of these when I made our reservation. We would not have stayed in a hotel with management careless enough to reduce housekeeping when the CDC clearly recommends enhanced cleaning during covid. When the sink backed up in our room, we knew there was no one to call. The free breakfast was at best a token effort. For example , the orange juice machine was out of juice, the single rickety microwave could be used to heat Jimmy Dean style sandwiches. That was it. The attendant removed everything 20+ minutes before breakfast hours ended. Had I known there would be no housekeeping and no hot breakfast as advertised, I would not have stayed here. Front desk provided delays in service on arrival and departure -- at least hotel was honest, they let many staff due to covid. TLBR: Despite past reviews and an aggressive advertising campaign, the Best Western Plus hotels we stayed at on this trip are not ready to welcome you back. I would not recommend anyone stay there due to response to covid. Even the cell number they provided to enroll in BW Rewards came back a wrong number!

Where do I begin? 1. During my four day stay the hotel's elevator never worked...forcing me to climb three flights of stairs daily...no explanation was offered. 2. Breakfast consisted of pre-packaged foods.. most of which were unappetizing. 3. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in hallways. 4. Toiletries were few and stingy. 5. Housekeeping was unavailable and guests were required to make up their own beds and clean their rooms. 6. Trash containers were overflowing on more than one occasion. . 7. Magnetic door keys were problematic. 7. Toilet didn't properly flush. Enough. This is a property that's in sore need of attention

Stayed here for one night before an early departure from the airport. Everything was wonderful. Room was comfortable and staff was excellent. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to our early departure. I'm sure it is delicious though. Would definitely stay again.

This is my go-to hotel when I come to the Plainfield area to visit my sister. It's always very clean and the rooms are well-appointed. I also love how close it is to area restaurants and gas stations.

Room did not seem like it had been cleaned very well. Found nail clipping on floor as well as other small debris. Bathroom wall had gross brown stain between toilet and shower. Handles/knobs felt sticky/sweaty and surfaces did not look especially clean.

The wallpaper was wrinkling and water damaged, not sure if it was mold or dirt on the walls but gross either way. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. Booked room with a jacuzzi and there was bugs in the bottom of it. Room wasn't turned down, and when we asked for fresh towels the staff was unhappy to fulfill our request

Worse property and staff. Horrible. No fresh towels or linens. Stale packaged goods as breakfast with no coffee. Rude counter staff who typically replied “Not my job. Want to check out?” Desk girl sitting in her car most of her shift. Unbelievable!

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The lobby is modern and pretty. A bar is available by ringing a bell. Good coffee downstairs. Terrible laundry facilities. The room is very spacious. The window was small with a sub-par view. The decor was good. Bed area was very convenient with bed-height (rather high) tables on each side. The bed was of average comfort with low quality pillows. Towels were available in nice disposable-fabric bags. Refrigerator and microwave at the wet bar in-room. Bathroom had been remodeled with a poor design. In order to stand in front of the sink, you had to stand almost touching the toilet. In addition, the sink bowl was so high it was difficult to reach—and at 5'7”, I've never had that problem. The tub was a little gross to me. There were bits of grime and what not around the poorly-installed caulking. Which brings me to my biggest point: how are the country's hotels faring cleanliness-wise after covid? I've stayed in 4 hotels this month, and they've all left me with cleaning problems. These rooms are usually cleaned each day or at the most every few days. Now, the rooms are going a week or more at a time without being cleaned and IT SHOWS! I've actually gone out and bought a spray cleaner and paper towels because it's just gross living in a room that's not being cleaned at all. But I digress. This hotel has an absurd cleaning policy during covid in which rooms are not cleaned at all except at check-out. They slipped a letter under our door the first night that said if we wanted our room cleaned, they would move us to a new room instead. That's way too much work. Instead, after 5 days, I moved to another hotel.

I'll admit I made a mistake by putting the wrong date in the online reservation system. I meant to book a room for the next day and got the date wrong. I called the hotel within minutes to try to change the room when I realized I messed up. They counted it as a cancellation within 48 hours. No ethics with this people. I was fully prepared to book a room for when I wanted, but they did not show any respect or professionalism. I will never book withBest Western again. Needless to say they won't get my business for the original room either.

Excellent rooms that are exceptionally comfortable and very clean. The rooms were also very big. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and check in and out was quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

No hot breakfast available even though the online reservation indicated that it was available. At another Best Western stay a few days earlier (in Warsaw, Indiana) we were offered a hot breakfast that the attendant bought to our table out from the closed kitchen area. After seeing a VERY limited breakfast selection, I went to the front desk to ask about the breakfast. A gentlemen from the desk came out and told me that the limited breakfast selection was due to local health department restrictions. There were only two cold cereal options and NO MILK. I asked about milk and the gentlemen from the front desk scrambled around few a few minutes and finally appeared with a coworker and the pair finally appeared with a one gallon partially filled milk jug and offered us milk. This solution did not seem to go along with health guidelines since we are use to individual single use milk containers. At this point we declined the milk (and limited breakfast options) and went back to our room. I then set out to bring back breakfast for my family from the McDonald's next door to the hotel. To my surprise, the McDonald's was open for walk in ordering and eating indoors and customers could also fill their own drinks at the self service drink machines. This was the first time in 14 months that I have been able to have the option to eat in and get my own drink at a McDonald's. After purchasing hot breakfast items for my family, I returned to the Best Western hotel and we ate breakfast in our room. After I finished breakfast, I went to the front desk to express my disappointment with the breakfast options offered and I informed them of my experience at the McDonald's next door (which I assume has the same health department rules). The woman at the front desk was not very attentive to my question about breakfast because she immediately told me that it was too late for breakfast. When I informed her of all the details of my experience earlier that morning, she left the desk and and a second women came up and told me that the health department prevented them from offering a hot breakfast and that information was on the website. I told her that when I booked our stay, the website indicated that a "hot breakfast" was included. At that point, I asked for the Manager but was told that it was the Manager's day off. I then requested a partial refund for the cost of our breakfast from McDonald's (about $10.00) but I was told that I would have to take that up with the Manager.

I was admittedly nervous when I heard our group would be staying at a Best Western for a local sporting event. However, I was pleasantly surprised how modern and nice of a facility it was when we arrived. The staff was super accommodating to our requests (free meeting room for our team/parents to gather for the evening); the hotel was very clean; and it was in a great location for where we needed to be, with access to restaurants, gas stations and more. Definitely give this place a try! It would be great for business travel or for leisure. It's simple yet nice for a one or two night stay.

The room was clean and very big. The pool was nice. They could have a better breakfast. Overall the hotel is a great hotel and clean. It is a good price for the kind of hotel and the location if great to get anywhere you would like to go.

The hotel is decorated very well, the employees are outstanding, the beds are super comfortable, the room décor was very appealing. Everything in the hotel is super clean and well maintained. We will certainly look for Best Western Plus hotels when we travel and keep our fingers crossed they will be as good a this one!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't try the pool but we did use the fitness center and it was a nice to have a workout in. Thank You!

I called in a few hours ahead of our arrival to reserve two rooms near one another and when we arrived check in was quick and our rooms were very close on the same floor. The hotel is beautifully appointed in both the lobby and the rooms. Both rooms were spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here on our next trip that way. Thanks Best Western !!!

I would not recommend this hotel. The pool is extremely small. The bathroom in our room looked like the ceiling was going to fall through. The room above us sounded like they were stomping all night long! Very disappointed!

The Best Western Plus Atrea has become our go to stop when in the area. The property is clean, well maintained and conveniently located off of I 70. There are many dining choices within walking distance.

My husband I took a weekend trip to The BW Atrea. We have visited several times. Front desk was very helpful giving us recommendations for dinner. But the gem here is the gentleman that was mopping the lobby floor as we left. He was genuinely kind and friendly. My husband and I both spoke of how kind he was.

Very nice hotel! The staff was wonderful! They were very helpful in finding places to eat. Hot tub room was very relaxing. Because of covid breakfast is grab and heat in your room but was good. We Perfect spot... an hour from Brown County and 20 minutes to downtown Indy. Will definitely be back

We were there on our way from Arkansas to Ohio in June during the Covid crisis. We we arrived parking lot was empty thought the Inn was closed. But found out it was open and glad I investigated. Room was pleasantly larger than most, clean and comfortable. Staff was great and recommended a great place to eat dinner which was across the street and a place to eat breakfast. Breakfast not served during the Covid crisis. Location is well off the expressway and the main road. This place even had a little bar where drinks are available 5-7pm. Will stay here again when passing thru.

The staff was great. We stayed three nites while visiting museums in Indy. It was close by, but away from the city. Near the airport, but quiet. The place was spotless. Breakfast was better than most of the BW's we've stayed at. Not pet friendly, but that was a plus for us.

We were there for a volleyball tournament. Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were well decorated and comfortable beds. Lobby had a nice sitting area with numerous tv's. I would recommend staying st this Best Western.

We were coming from Michigan and there was a weather advisory. At the point I would know if the weather would stop us from coming to Indianapolis the cancellation period would have passed and I would have lost my points. The staff were really great and helped us work with the situation. GREAT STAFF AND GREAT HOTEL .

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Great choice for that early morning flight out of Indianapolis airport. Excellent shuttle service and you can park your car for much less than other off premise parking lot

The Best Western Plus Atrrea, Airport Inn & Suites is a great location close too the airport. the staff and service was exceptional, the room met our expectations and the breakfast had everything that you could hope for.

Nice greeting at registration...room was nice..bed felt great. Good breakfast variety...Marlene and Robert were nice to converse with..Very nice people handling the dining area. WILL stay here next we fly out or return from late flight. Prompt ground transportation to airport....

The Best Western in Plainfield, IN was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is modern, well-kept up, clean, and easily accessible to Lucas Oil Stadium where the BOA Grand Nationals are held. The staff were all kind and friendly, the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods, and the bed was very comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Indianapolis area!

This was my second stay at this property. Wendy at the front desk did an excellent job with a quick, efficient, friendly and informative check-in. I was again upgraded to a larger room. The hotel is VERY pleasant, quiet and located close to several restaurants. The room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. I HIGHLY recommend this property. It is one of the best properties in the Best Western chain in my opinion. Due to other obligations, I was unable to take advantage of the breakfast, but it smelled wonderful!!

I stayed overnight because I had a flight the next morning. It had snowed and was brutally cold that night. The heater fan got so noisy I thought it was falling apart. I ended up shutting it off around midnight because it kept waking me up. I tried to restart it in the morning and nothing happened. You could feel the wind coming in from around the edge of the unit. I checked out early just to get somewhere warm. The manager did reach out and gave me a tiny bit off my bill, which was 229 dollars thanks to the national FFA convention. I also got some extra points on my account. I actually switched my reservation from another hotel. The check in was great and I got a room upgrade. I would have much rather have been warm. It's too bad that their shoddy equipment isn't as good as the people who work there.

Everything appeared in order until we pull sheets back and found a several tiny mites on sheets. We were giving another room that we checked immediately and g f Lund no problems. Staff was accommodating and polite. Decent breakfast to start your day.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Wallpaper was coming off of the wall. Did not affect the room itself except for the aesthetics. Shower pressure was lacking intermittently. Breakfast was good. Had quite a few options. Nice lobby/eating area. Friendly staff.

Stayed a couple nights. Very beautiful room with comfortable beds and a great shower. Location,staff, and breakfast were also fantastic. Great price too. They also upgraded to a huge suite just for being Best Western members. Only issue we had was some housekeeping issues that kinda bug us when traveling. There were crumbs in front of the couch, and a penny underneath the table. Also a pen under the desk. My thought is if those were not picked up in easily viewable locations, how much did they really clean the room? Lastly, we just got woke up a lot. We were on the 2nd floor, and the noise from people simply walking around above us was so loud. It's not like they were doing jumping jacks, it was simple walking. We even cranked fan and it was still booming loud. We also got woke up with the planes starting up at 6am or so. We would possibly stay there again, but if we (or you) book, I would only do if we got the top floor.

Night after staying here, I noticed I had 7 bug or spider bites on my chest. No one available to report to when I left. Called to report when home. After waiting 5 days, received email saying no bed bugs were found. After being told hotel was sorry for any inconvenience, if I were a Rewards Member, extraPoints would be added to my account. Posted a review on their website. Received an email saying they hoped I would stay there again even though my stay didn't meet my expectations. Not even a partial compensation or asking if I were all right from the Bites. I'll not stay there again! Posted below is a picture of my bites.

As a business traveler there are time logistics take priority over comfort. I was getting in after midnight and I was leaving the next day. So I thought why waste an extra $200 on my normal hotel? I can ruff it! How wrong I was about this place. I arrive 12.30 am and walk in to a clean/new/modern hotel. I find a man hard at work. He welcomes me. Finds my room in seconds. Tells me about the many amenities at my disposal. Highlights the breakfast as being very worthwhile ( and it was) and sends me off. I was expecting a 2 star room. I walk in to a 4 star room. Again clean and modern. Plenty of places to plug in. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. I am a hotel snob for sure and I did not want to like a Best Western, but this place changed my mind about them. Give them a shot and see if the value offered will change your mind about staying in a more price conscious hotel.

Arrived here late, after 10pm. Wendy West the desk clerk was the best! All the staff we encountered that night was so helpful, Wendy, Joi and Shalonda(at the bar). One of the best places we stayed on our trip. Made sure we were well cared for. Breakfast the next morning was way beyond expectations; so much to choose from...and a very nice atmosphere to enjoy it. Oh, and the room was beautiful!

I was traveling to Boston to join my son from Portland, OR on a hike on the Appalachian Trail. I needed to be at the Indy airport by 5:00 to process in for an early flight. I chose the Best Western because they provided a shuttle to the airport and also provided a "Grab & Go" bag for breakfast the next morning.

This is a very clean, very nice hotel. Easy access and close to shopping and restaurants. We were in town for a work function, the hotel was very close to the UPS terminal. The small bar that is in the lobby was a nice surprise. Lobby is very roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Room was exceptionally nice, loved the layout, not like your typical hotel room.

Very nice hotel. We chose it because we were flying out early morning and they have a shuttle service to the Indianapolis Airport. Nice hotel....friendly staff...clean rooms...and of course very comfy beds. We try to stay at Best Westerns because their beds are great..and this location doesn't disappoint. We met the breakfast hostess, Marlene and she was one of the friendliest employees. Marlene went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for breakfast before we tried to catch the shuttle...Even before 6am when breakfast begins...she definitely is one sweet lady who cares about her customers. Heaven was the shuttle driver and she was prompt and ready to go on time. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Thanks Best Western Plus Atrea for a delightful experience.

Comfortable bed, would recommend to friends and family. Internet speed could be improved, otherwise everything was fine, had a great stay during the business visit in Indianapolis, near to food, gas station and airport.

We have been here for nine nights getting through a very stressful training. The staff here have been like family. They have served us in the most profound and professional manner possible. They have all been friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Wendy and Shalonda on nights were awesome with helping us to select places to have dinner plus being a bartender on a few nights when we needed something to calm us down a bit. Brittany and Heavin on days were the same in assisting us to meet our needs. Robert! I cannot say enough about how kind he has been and going over the top to make sure we were cared for and feeding us some pretty good food for breakfast. Most times eggs like this are dry, not his! I would come back here and stay again with my family easily and know we would be cared for. I foresee a visit again since there is a Harley Davison store right next door. Thanks everyone for your greetings, your kindness and encouragement during this time away from home. It was a great experience!

I picked the BW+ based on good reviews on Tripadvisor and an attractive price. I wasn't disappointed. Check is was quick and the hotel was clean. It was pretty busy. I had a king room and it was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows good. I slept well. There are many food options within a few miles of the hotel, including a lot of them right in the area. I would stay again.

I've stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and curtious, breakfast is actualy pretty good with alot of choices to stay and eat or grab and go when you want to sleep in a while.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and minutes from downtown Indy. There are several dining options nearby, and the best one is across the street. We experienced a pleasant three-night stay, and would recommend it as a central location for Indianapolis area activities.

Started with an outstanding receptionist greeting us, she was so friendly and helpful. Everyone we met on the staff was very friendly. When we got back Friday evening and ask if we could have an extended check-out there was no questioning us. It was sure how late do you need to stay in the morning. Check out was quick and friendly by the same receptionist who greeted us the afternoon before.

We had the 2 King bed room, which is very hard to find! Our teenage son enjoyed the pool, while we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar, which stays open until 1 AM and has a great bartender!! I want to include her name, but I'm afraid I'm going to misspell it - she is their new bartender! She interacted with the guests and was very entertaining! You can either sit at the bar or in the lobby area right across from the bar if you want some privacy. Wendy checked us in and she was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Will definitely stay at this hotel again! We weren't sure with it being a Best Western that we were going to be happy - just because of ones we had stayed at in the past (a long time ago!) but they have apparently stepped up their game, because we were pleasantly surprised!! The room was especially clean, everything looked and felt new and clean! It was spacious and we especially loved the massaging showerhead that you could switch from a light to a more deep massage. We never heard any noise from inside our room. We checked out a few minutes late and didn't receive a call stating that we were close to our check-out time, as we have received by other chains in the past. We missed breakfast, but it sure smelled good as we were walking thru the lobby to leave. :)

Easy check in, friendly helpful staff, breakfast had good variety of items and breakfast area was kept clean and stocked. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy parking and quiet area. Highly recommended.

Location is great the front desk was very nice the room was nice. Breakfast was good and checkout was easy. They have a nice pool and a small bar for drinks if you choose. There are a lot of restaurants in the area but we ordered pizza.

The stay was nice rooms and hotel was clean and modern would recomend. Stayed in the suite and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were all very plesant and check in was a breeze. If i go back to this city i will stay at this location again.

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday. The hotel was very clean and easy to find off of I70. Our room was a king, very clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the shower was great and I love the bathroom sink! We didn't have breakfast, but I did check out the variety and it looked really good! The only thing we were unhappy with was the pool, the water was more cool than warm so we didn't swim.

Seemed newly renovated. Had to book a second room at check in because the third-party site messed up. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. Only complaint is that the beds are quite hard.

Check in was quick and staff was very friendly. Our TV would not turn on & Wendy & Heavynn came down to resolve the issue. Whirlpool suite was a little small but very enjoyable. The breakfast was wonderful and had lots of options. Very clean, comfortable, and overall great stay!

This hotel is a great location if you are flying in/out of Indianapolis. This hotel has a friendly staff. The breakfast was okay, but could have used a few more items. The rooms were clean. Their are good nearby restaurants and gas stations.

We have stayed here before and everything was great. To start off I had a gift card for BW but could not use it on a prepaid visit so I called to make my reservation. I wish I could remember the lady's name who took care of me but she was GREAT! She told me to make sure to print the gift card out because they needed an actual copy, told me to give to desk clerk and they would know what to do and made the reservation! Perfect! We arrive, Wait a minute for someone to come to desk and the young lady walks up without a smile or acknowledgment and says "got a reservation?" (her name was Heavyn). I said yes gave her my last name, she gives no response starts shuffling papers then I hand her my gift card paper and explained that I had that to apply to bill. In her defense, I may have called it a discount instead of a gift card by mistake and she picks up the paper and hands it back to me without looking at it and rudely says, "you have to call BW for that." I stated that no I was told to hand it to desk clerk and they would take care of it. More poking on Computer, left to find someone else, came back and said, "I don't know how to do this, I will leave this for my manager tomorrow for her to apply." I asked for a copy of my gift card which she gave me and said in the morning when we checked out they would take care of it. Morning: waited several minutes for someone to come to desk, it was a very nice lady who isn't a desk clerk but does the breakfast. Desk clerk was on the way to airport (assuming with guests) and she didn't know anything about the gift card. She did search around and found my gift card with a note on it stuck in managers door (who doesnt come in until 10am, we checked out around 550am) anyway, crossing my fingers it gets applied. Heavyn needs some training on greeting people. Room was great as in the past, slept well, left before eating breakfast. Will stay again, IF I get my gift card redeemed for this trip. :)

The staff was rude, the front desk agent had a horrible attitude, and my room had crumbs all over the floor. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the breakfast attendant, Black guy, can't remember his name.

Overall a good, but not a perfect, experience at this hotel. Our room (king suite with pullout sofa) was very modern and spacious. The room was clean and very quiet – no noise at all from other rooms or the hallway. The breakfast was nicely maintained and the eating area in the lobby was very nice. The pool area looked beautiful but we didn't have a chance to use it. Lots of restaurants in the area. It was a little confusing however getting in & out of the hotel onto the main road especially at night as there are few streetlights in the area and there were medians in the sideroads restricting where you can turn. The pullout bed was not made, nor were any linens or blankets provided. As it was quite late in the evening and I had my young children with me, I called the front desk and was told I had to come down for them (other places usually immediately offer to bring them up). When I did go down, the clerk didn't understand my request, and instead of asking me to repeat, she quipped “whuh whuh whuh whuh whuh?”, which I was quite taken aback by. Having already been annoyed by needing to leave my kids in the room alone to come downstairs for linens and blankets that should've already been provided, I felt this was pretty unprofessional, and has left a bit of a lasting negative impression on me of my stay unfortunately.

We were looking for an economical overnight near the Indianapolis International Airport with free Shuttle Service. We succeeded. A classic Best Western, but the corridor was a bit musty and had a dehumidifier chugging away. Room however was fresh and clean and well appointed for the price. Breakfast was long on carbs but included hot eggs and sausage.

Service and amenities are quite nice here. However, the bathroom counter is several inches higher than usual, and the sink protrudes another inch above the counter and is set back from the counter front. I'm 5' 5" and my spouse is 5' 4" and we had to stand on tip toes to try to brush our teeth. Very poor design and I cannot recommend this hotel for shorter individuals.

Excellent hotel w responsive and engaged staff. I truly enjoy staying at this site before I head out for traveling. Their rooms are excellent, great price, and amazing staff throughout the entire hotel. Clearly, they work as a team w a good leader .

They have a really friendly staff and rooms are clean. They have a nice gathering area right off the lobby. They have a small bar with limited offerings and a limit selection in the concessions area. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, others less than a mile away. The sleep function/sleep timer does not work on the television set. It is a tad tricky to get back out onto Interstate 70. Parking lot could use a complete resurfacing. Well worth the lower nightly rates. The bed and furnishings very comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. The lobby and breakfast area were beautiful! Good location, decent breakfast, and good service. The hallway and room carpets could use some attention.

This was our first stop on a cross country trip and it did not disappoint. Beds were SO comfortable and hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, great selection and most importantly, the dining area was kept immaculate by Marjorie who could not have been nicer. Hotel staff was so friendly. We would gladly stay here again!

Ok, this is going to be a long one. I have stayed here for years with no problems but this just goes to show you must check every room for cleanliness. We arrived at the hotel in late evening on 6/19/19, went to room and shortly to bed, next day we did our thing and arrived back at room around 3 p.m. Laid down on the bed, watched a little T.V. and then decided to call it an early evening. Was still light outside so curtains were open and we pulled back the comforter and top sheet to find BLOOD on the sheet. We were disgusted, we got up and went downstairs to talk to the front desk with the sheet in hand. We were furious to say the least. We had slept in that bed the night before and it sickened us. Desk clerk was able to contact the manager and she apologized but that was not good enough....we just could not believe it. We went back up and another worker came in and was going to clean and replace all bedding and as we were taking everything off we find long dark hair which did not belong to either of us along with hairs from other private body areas. We took photos of all the issues to show to Best Western upper management. When I seen this we asked to be moved to another room or I was leaving and they had availability and moved us. Next room was clean but only after a complete cleanliness check with the hotel staff would we stay, after they left we found the toilet not functional so I had to fix that myself. Was just a bad situation but I have to add the hotel owner, management and staff's lack of concern and respect for us (the customer) was appalling. We had a friend staying there on a different floor and his toilet was not working either. He had to fix it before they could use it. The first manager stated she was off work but would come in and to inspect the situation and we asked that she contact us on arrival. She never showed up. She advised if we choose to continue our stay we would not be charged for the room. The owner was contacted twice and refused to honor the managers decision not to charge us for the room. Having been in the medical field for years my girlfriend explained to them what a public health hazard they had in the room but it still did not make a difference. The $109 was more important than the health risk to their customer..... to think we slept on that!!! Who knows if the person could have hepatitis!!!! They gave us the first night we slept on the nasty bed free but charged us for the night we found it and the final night too. I was ok with the final night but for us to go through the stress, having to deal with this and having to relocate to another room the second night should have been waived too. Rest assured we will not be back to this hotel and I hope this post helps others make a better educated decision.

Stayed one night for work. Parking was ok, location worked out pretty good for me. I didn't want to stay in town. Several restaurants close with plenty of delivery options. I didn't use pool but fitness area was nice, clean and everything is good working condition

We stayed at this BW Hotel to attend our neice's wedding. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Front desk was very nice and helpful on check in. Wifi was not very good, it kept dropping out but we didn't really use it much since we only stayed the one night. We had a king size bed which was very firm. Not to our liking but maybe to others it would be, I would like a soft pillow top mattress better. Breakfast was the normal free sausage, waffles, eggs, yogurt, etc. Good for free. If we are in the area again we would probably stay here again.

I have absolutely no problem with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and our room. Staff was friendly also. Main criticism is airport shuttle cutoff at midnight and not awarding points if you book 3rd party (i.e. Expedia). Breakfast also doesn't start until 7:00 when most flights out of Indy are very early.

The rooms were nice and the receptionist was very accommodating. We used the stay and fly option and were pleased with the service. We left earlier then the breakfast started and they allowed us to take yogurt and fruit for my grandkids

Stayed her overnight for a park, stay and fly. Clean, basic hotel. Placed us on the first floor that made it easy the next morning to leave early. Marlene in the breakfast was so kind at 5AM to warm us some sausage and an egg patty for us to have a quick bite before we left. Unfortunately, the rooms do lack sufficient plugs near the bed for any medical device. Told thing we travel with an extension cord. Rooms are clean and king suite was spacious.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 4 week trip. The staff (Britney and Christie) was extremely helpful, the room was great and as usual the breakfast included was very good. I have this hotel listed on my "places to stay" list and will use it again.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my travels and i have to say this is one of my favorite all time places to stay! The staff is so nice and the rooms are clean, crisp and updated. The difference for me is in thew details - they have one of the best blow dryers I have ever used at a hotel (and it's always an issue for me!). They have really nice products and even had make up remover packs - which i forgot to pack and was a life saver for me! You get a good bang for your buck here and will actually enjoy your stay! Talk to Britney if you need anything - she took great care of me and will take good care of you as well. You can't go wrong at this hotel - had to share - I never write reviews but really enjoyed this property.

I'm a bit of a hotel snob, so I was honestly unsure about staying at a Best Western. Turns out, we could not have been happier! Clean, nice hotel and great customer service! The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast that we have ever had! We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here before an early morning flight. The check in was quick and easy and the girls working the front desk were friendly. Our king room was quiet and comfortable. The biggest surprise was when leaving the hotel at 5:00 am the full breakfast was set up and ready for us to enjoy. To bad we didn't know it was going to be open, because we didn't leave ourselves enough time to eat. If this is a normal thing, it would be nice if the front desk would inform you of this when checking in. We will stay again.

We have stayed at this location many times in the past and we keep coming back. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds very comfortable. Brandon, Christy and Brittany are always pleasant and helpful. Awesome breakfast. Robert and Marlene do a wonderful job with the breakfast selections like biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs/ omelettes, sausage, potatoes, danish, etc. These two are very hard workers and we appreciate them.

We like this hotel for it's location to the highway. It is fairly easy to get off and back on. The hotel is quiet and clean. We were traveling through on our way to AZ. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We received a free upgrade to a King suite because we are Platinum members. We will stay at this hotel again if we are in the area.

Stayed here for the PRI trade show at the convention center in December 2018. Very nice all around. Super clean, nice lobby, nice clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff, solid breakfast selections. Coffee at breakfast both days was weak and that made me sad. Pool very clean, no hot tub but they have a sauna. Would be nice if the pool was a couple degrees warmer. Likely will stay here again next December.

We travel from Canada to Manzanillo Mexico annually and found that this location on the south side of Indianapolis a great stopping point. Excellent over night accommodation and a very good breakfast is the best way to start travelling the next day.

Good room , Hearty Breakfast - all in all a Comfortable Stay . Decent amenities like swimming pool , gym . The staff was helpful . Very near to main center. Would recommend it to all who is on pleasure or business trip.

Wish I had a reason to stay longer. Very pleased with friendly staff, modern comfortable room, great lobby. Great value. Location close to I-70 and LOTS of restaurant choices. Highly recommend. Only downside is that you have to be careful of directions in getting back to the highway, may need a u-turn.

Hotel is convenient off of I70. Very clean, nice sized rooms. Housekeeper Megan did a supberb job with our room. Breakfast was great. Marlene and Robert keep the breakfast well stocked and the area clean. Robert even started breakfast early on Saturday so our kids could eat before their event at 630. Front desk staff are all very nice. Hotel was definately worth the price, we will stay here again.

Marlene & robert in breakfast area where very accomodating to us when we had to leave earlier than breakfast was available. They went out of their way to make sure the kids were able to eat before leaving the hotel. Great service. Very courteous. .

Location such that zoom of planes is beard on occasion. Staff very helpful/friendly and the place was overall clean, except for carpet stains, etc. Small but nice pool and business room. Rooms updated in standard fashion. Breakfast ok but hotel bar now is closed. Two lights in the room not working. Only three towel sets for 2 adults and no extra blanket for the pull out bed. Might consider return for short stay.

I,m a person who likes both constencey and knowing whats in store for me. That's why me and my family don't even check for rates or other hotels in the area, we know when we book this hotel, we can put the worries of our accommodations to rest. We've been coming here for some five years, since my son started at Purdue, not one bad experience, in any area of our stays, now that's consistency.

I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Indiana. 1. Location. Close to everything you need. If you didn't bring it, the hotel doesn't have it; it's walking distance. 2. Comfort. The building and rooms have an updated look and feel. It's clean and well maintained. 3. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The entire staff is friendly and Alays looking for ways the help your stay a positive one. 4. Sabrina, at the front desk stood out to me for going over and beyond. I had a contract due the next day and had some Microsoft Word querky issues with the formatting. She took on the challenge, fixed the problem and printed it so I could get signatures the next morning. I really appreciated her attention to detail and knowledge of the program. Thank you. 5. Mariah, in house keeping. All of the house keeping staff are excellent but I can be a needy person. She handled me very well. She was professional, thoughtful, kind and maintained a cheerful smile. She's quick at her work and pays attention to the small details. Me and my husband like things certain way and I usually have to go after the cleaners to make adjustments but not so after Mariah cleans. It like she knows us. Thank you. 6. I don't know her name but the gal who sets up breakfast. I needed borrow something, one day because my husband was working and had all of our money, and our stay was extended, so I asked her for help and she did. The check in receptionist was very polite. The room was large, clean and very quiet. The hotel is conveniently located to several great eating spots. One of the best breakfast selections I've every experienced.

You won't find a cleaner, friendlier place with Quality! They have new fluffy towels and sheets not the shriveled, scratchy stiff kind. the remote is clean vs nasty fingers all over from the previous person. Décor is updated, making you feel like home away from home.

Drviving through Indiana, it became necessary to stop for a rest. Seeing the sign for Best Western Plus, I decided to check it out (it has been years since I stayed at a Best Western). I was so pleasantly surprised by the new look, very modern lobby, and wonderful staff. The amenities were top notch including the exercise room and the complementary breakfast. Now, I am just hoping for a reason to return to Indianapolis!

All good things. Friendly people, great location, great breakfast, very comfortable room. Will stay here again and again whenever in Indianapolis area. Highly recommend! Nice distance from Downtown and great restaurants all very nearby.

This hotel is conveniently located off I-70 in a nice development along with several other hotels. There is a McDonald's, Bob Evans and Golden Corral within walking distance and gas stations nearby. Travelers can take a leisurely walk around the development for exercise. Hotel is very clean and staff very courteous. Some lights in the hotel room weren't operational. Selection of breakfast items is limited (not many pastries). However, they do offer alternatives for travelers with sensitivities to gluten or dairy. Would definitely stay here again.

this was an incredibly nice hotel! Newly appointed rooms, lovely front desk personnel, very nice breakfast buffet included in the (extremely reasonable) room price. The bathroom was particularly well laid out. A nice swimming pool as well.

This was our stay on the second night of 31 day trip from NY to Cal. And back. We arrived at the hotel about 2PM and found we had been upgraded to a King suite that was not only huge but everything was top notch. There were 4 restaurants within walking distance and the desk staff and whole facility was very nice. We highly reccomend it.

I arrived at this hotel after Motel 6 abruptly cancelled my reservation on a Saturday night. The employee at the desk, Darian, not only had a vacancy, but game me a discounted rate. She was a ray of sunshine in my dark place after driving 850 miles that day. The room was very nice. Absolutely no complaints. The breakfast was great as well. They had chocolate chips to put in your waffles! I would certainly stay here again if I ever make it back to Indiana.

We usually stay at BW but this is a gem. Quick work at check in and the room was large, beautiful and the we just sunk into the wonderful bed. The location was right off the highway and a breeze to find. Hope we do come back this way so we can enjoy the pool and everything it has to offer. It's one of those places you just want to stay a while and not rush off. Everything was new and very nice. No complaints possible.

I recently stayed at this location with a small group for a conference in the area. Hotel was very clean, welcoming and a friendly staff. Rooms were also very clean, large and comfortable. Located in an area where you are close to dinning and other services. The only draw back was the complimentary breakfast. There was a small selection of food and the food itself was not very good.

I have stayed at this location several times in the past, and the staff is always very nice and rooms clean. We like it because it is close to airport which is a plus for us.Beth was the employee this trip.

Awesome service. Clean. Housekeeping staff very friendly especially Wendy and Abby. My son was not feeling well and they were extremely helpful and kind. Beth at the front desk was exceptional with any of our needs. Good breakfast and great coffee thanks to Marlene and Robert.

Very mixed experience at this Best Western. It was convenient to the interstate and many restaurants. The front desk staff when we checked in were excellent. Thy corrected an error in the rate and processed my rewards card. The room was very large and comfortable, lots of storage space and room to move around. But the windows don't open (contrary to what I was told when we checked in), so we had to rely on A/C which noisily turned off and on all night. The wifi started out working well, and then it stopped. I called the front desk and the clerk said she'd check on it. I suggested it might be the router. The wifi came back on, but then the clerk said it was a problem with the log in and not the hotel's fault. This didn't make any sense. I quickly finished my work. My husband said in the morning it was not working again. Breakfast was an unappetizing crowd scene. Inadequate space for all the guests. They need more space for breakfast. I skipped it altogether. This is a 4 story building with one elevator. A lot of time is spent waiting for the elevator. I would not stay here again because I always prefer a place where the windows open if that is available. If you don't care about opening the window or having reliable internet, then this would be a good choice.

Room was very clean with all of the essentials. We flew into Indy late morning (from Michigan's U.P. with limited flights available to us) and they worked hard to get us into our room earlier than posted on our arrival day...much appreciated. Very nice breakfast. Robert and Marlene are wonderful hosts with a great staff.

We found a very pleasant stay at BW in Plainfield. From checking in with Braxton to our breakfast served by Marlene and Robert. These employees are an excellent representative to your customers of BW. KUDOs to them and Thank You for your service. Linda and Rich

This is our second stay at this location in the past few months. Each time we checked in, we asked about an upgrade (Diamond member) and was told the hotel was full. Last time, the parking lot was anything BUT full, so I felt we were not being told the truth about the upgrade. This time, same story -- no upgrades available -- the hotel was "completely sold out." I requested to be put on a high floor, away from vending and elevator. We were assigned a room right next to a loud party, near the elevator, right next to vending/laundry AND THE ROOM WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED. There is simply not enough room here to list all the possible ramifications of that mistake. Upon returning to the front desk to return the key and express our dismay, a room was suddenly available...a king/king suite.....in a hotel that was "sold out" with no upgrades available. Again, the staff was not truthful. Also during our stay, there was a disruption in the hall directly across from our room with police in the hallway. We could also hear every footstep in the room above us. Just not a great experience.

My car overheated on my way home to Missouri from Ohio and unfortunately I had to have it towed to a mechanic. I needed a place to stay and I ended up selecting Best Western Plus Airport Inn and Suites Plainfield, IN. I made the reservation while in the tow truck which was quite loud. Once I arrived to the hotel there was a discrepancy in the price. The two girls working that evening, Sabrina and Chelsie, completely took care of the situation. I had my 5 year old daughter with me and we were both tired and eager to rest and these ladies turned what could have been a long drawn out issue into a quick and simple transaction all while be super friendly, especially to my daughter which I very much appreciated. I would stay here again just because of the superior customer service.

Rooms were very nice and new. Marlene and Robert served a great breakfast. Very clean and accessible to the Indy track. I would recommend a stay here. The bed was very comfortable with a high quality mattress and extra pillows.

Very close to the airport in an uncontested area. The extremely friendly staff welcomed us when we arrived after 11 p.m. The room was much more than expected! Very comfortable bed in a perfect layout away from shared walls. The breakfast was excellent, and the attendant, Marilyn, did a fantastic job. All in all, a great stay! It will be our “go to” hotel from now on when we are flying out of Indy.

Great customer service from the time I called to the front desk. Happy that they had a shuttle prompt on service. The room very clean.i felt welcome the time I enter the door. The housekeepers megan And mikya. Great customer service and enjoyed talking 2 them. I am glad my company picked this place.

this is a great hotel. Very accommodating. My stay was definitely enhanced by Marlene and Robert in the breakfast area. Also housekeeping was wonderful and I would specifically like to mention Mikya Lynn who did everything to make my room comfortable and clean. She is exemplary! We had a great stay.

Recent stay at this hotel yielded little sleep. The individual in the room above me must've been running laps between 1-3am each morning. I was convinced they were coming through the ceiling. Additionally, the surge protector was covered in electrical tape as seen in my picture. What I can say, is that it is in a good location. Also, the staff was very friendly.

Nice continental breakfast and Marlene was very attentive. A range of drinks were on offer including coffee and juice and on the food side, fresh fruits, toast and cereals plus a range of hot breakfast foods were also available. Seating area was smart and modern with plenty of tables and comfortable chairs. The service was 'self service' .

We booked a room here for a wedding, a couple of months in advance. We got a good pre-paid rate. By the time we got there the rates had more than doubled...up to $274.00 a night....the week before the Memorial Day Indianapolis Speedway race! The rooms have been updated..big room with a really comfortable bed and a refrigerator and microwave. The lighting at the sink/vanity was very poor. The complimentary breakfast was good,....better than most. The only disappointment was that the hotel advertised having a hot tub....which they no longer have!

Perhaps it has not been updated in a while but it was clean and service was friendly. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, but again the food was well presented and looked fresh. Marlene did a good job setting up the food.

We were very happy with our stay, the price was great and the hotel was clean and updated. The staff was nice, Robert was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was pretty good.

Booked a room here for one night while drive halfway across the country. Hotel is beautiful clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected and free to boot. Coffee was hot and delicious. Marlene and Robert helped make my stay more enjoyable.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms and the public areas were clean and updated, and parking was convenient, but the best thing was the outstanding customer service. This was our second experience of having a meeting at this hotel and all of the staff were outgoing and friendly, answered questions about the area and the hotel easily and greeted our requests for help with gracious smiles both times. This customer service was the icing on the cake for all of us. Thanks to all of the staff that were so helpful and considerate!

My husband and I only stopped for the evening. Very friendly staff and crazy good breakfast! They accommodated an unusual parking situation for us as well since we were pulling a trailer. Worth the money to stay!

We were remodeling our house and had to get a hotel for a few days. We stayed here and the rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice but was disappointed the no longer have a hot tub. I read somewhere on line they had one but they have taken it out. All and all a good place to stay.

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to the Indianapolis airport for our early morning flight and the Best Western Plus had received good reviews. Our room was on the first floor and was a handicap accessible room. The room was very clean and had up-to-date amenities. Because our flight was so early in the morning, we did not get a chance to have the free breakfast. Overall, I was very pleased with the location and price.

First the good. The hotel in general and the room were clean. The bed was comfortable. There was adequate space on the counter next to the sink for all of a lady's cosmetics and paraphernalia. The bad: The heating/air conditioning unit did not respond to any of the controls on the window unit or the wall--we could regulate the temperature only by using the on/off switch. There was no soap holder in tub/shower--one could see where a soap holder was once affixed to the wall, suggesting lack of maintenance. The room key worked on the door to the room, but I fould myself locked out of the hotel when I tried to enter a side door to bring in our luggage; another guest saw my plight and opened the door for me--otherwise I would have had to walk around the building to the front entrance. Finally, the breakfast was below average in quantity and quality.

Marlene and Robert had a big breakfast ready each morning (The biscuits and gravy, omelets were very delicious). Marlene kept the eating area clean. Room was very clean Wendy would have us fresh towels and beds made when we would return each afternoon. Britney had a big smile and assisted with check out. Hotel location is only 10 minutes from Airport and around 20 minutes from downtown, there are several restaurants around the hotel.

Was great service. The young ladies that cleaned room every day while we were there did a wonderful job. If back in area will definitely be seeing if any rooms are available Thank you all very much. Firefighters convention was great..

The breakfast was very tasty. The biscuits and gravy were very delicious. Marlene was great and had a very pleasant attitude.The eating area was very clean and kept clean as guest finished up their breakfast.

Rooms were clean. Hotel was convenient and nearby to restaraunts. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. Marlene did a nice job. Room was clean with a nice sized refrigerator and microwave. Would stay again.

Front desk staff at check-in and out were friendly and helpful. The suite was very nice and large with a comfortable couch for watching television. My husband said the pillows were too fluffy (he likes his pretty flat), but I thought they were fine. I also liked that I could add a blanket to the bed because I hate it when there is only a top sheet and duvet. Husband said there was a live silverfish in the tub, but otherwise, everything seemed very clean. We could barely hear noise from the planes or the traffic, although we did sleep with the fan on all night. We had a couple of complaints. The bathroom counter is very deep and I could not lean close enough to the mirror to apply my make-up without my glasses on. Also, the sink was one of those that sits on top of the counter, like a bowl. It was pretty, but not practical. I am 5'8" tall, and when I washed and rinsed my face, the edge of the sink was almost too high, and the water ran down my arms. We had a hard time figuring out the remote and could not "mute" the sound. When I told front desk staff the next morning, she apologized and said we should have called them for help. Breakfast choices included hot and cold cereals, omelets with cheese, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, breads and pastries. I didn't swim, but the pool water was as warm as bathwater, and did not have the strong chlorine smell that many hotel pools do. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

The staff was fantastic. Bridgette worked with us to secure a great rate for our block of 30 rooms and secured the meeting room so that team dinner could be brought in and the boys could swim. The staff went above and beyond with requests, fixing issues and helping with late check outs when we made the finals at 4pm.

Unfortunately the hot tub was boarded up; was looking forward to using it after a long travel day. Also, we were told the breakfast ended at 10 and it was cleaned up at 9. At an airport hotel where people are coming and going at all hours would be nice if breakfast went later.

Had a great trip to Indianapolis. The hotel and staff were excellent, friendly and helpful! Marlene and Robert made breakfast enjoyable and entertaining. Braxton and his new trainee at the front desk were incredibly helpful and polite. Couldn't ask for a better stay!!!

Recently renovated with a very pretty pool and very nice staff. Very comfortable stay the night before an early flight. Small van for airport transport, good for up to 4 people at a time. If you have a larger group, plan to take 2 trips.

My husband and I recently visited Indiana for the first time and chose to stay here because we are Best Western rewards members. I'm certainly happy we did. The hotel is located just off of I-70. Close (by car) to shopping. There's a mall, target, grocery, and lots of restaurants to choose from. Sabrina was at the desk when we checked in. Very sweet and informative. And I was impressed as this was one of the only hotels to upgrade our room automatically because of our rewards status. The hotel is clean and modern. We didn't take advantage of breakfast during our stay as we slept too late most days. But it smelled a lot like blueberry something as we left this morning. We plan to return when we visit Indy again.

Our Drumline traveled from MN to IN for a competition. This was a great place to stay. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff went out of their way to help us with different things. The GM even had breakfast start 30 min early for our kids since they had to leave to compete when breakfast was supposed to start. Within walking distance to a few good restaurants as well.

The property is attractive and nicely maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Marlene and Robert prepare and serve a complete and satisfying breakfast every morning. the pool is inviting and the gym is modern and functional.

Had a really good experience over the summer so didn't hesitate to book this hotel again. When entering the property, the smell was almost unbearable. Smelled like the cleaning agents used in assisted living facilities! By morning, the smell had subsided, so not sure what was going on. Staff was friendly and recommended a restaurant for dinner, giving us a 10% coupon. Would think twice about this property again.

Have stayed at this property multiple times and always find it very comfortable and the staff very welcoming. On this stay we were with a large group and Kelsey and Bridgette were very helpful in meeting our needs and requests. The rooms were comfortable and kept clean and tidy and our thanks to Crystal and Christie for their impeccable service and working around our schedules. Front desk was very understanding since I had to extend stay twice. The house keepers mikya and deziray did a wonderful job cleaning and only what I asked for and great conversation. With a pool and a workout it's great inside hotel, plus it's walking distance from wide variety of food.

Best western was an excellent place to stay. The front desk clerks were so helpful. Marlene did a great job as hostess for breakfast. We will return. Love the free shuttle . The owner was so personable and the rooms were meticulous!

I just stayed there last weekend and must say I was impressed! Our room was clean and up to date with everything we needed. The beds were comfortably firm and we didn't hear any noise at all from traffic or other rooms, which was great! There are LOTS of choices of restaurants and shopping centers very close to the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

First stay at the Best Western in Plainfield but have stayed at other Plainfield hotels. Definitely will stay again at this BW. We arrived in the evening prior to an early flight the next morning. Check in was good and room was great!! Only disappointment was that we weren't there longer to enjoy the big, spacious room. Shuttle service was at 5:30 a.m. and tho it wasn't time for the hot breakfast food, the attendant filled our plates with hot food being prepared from the kitchen area. Shuttle service was prompt and just one exit away from airport. Cost is $25 to leave your vehicle. When we returned, the shuttle service wasn't operating but grabbed a taxi and was refunded at the hotel's front desk with a receipt. Excellent service!!

I had prepaid for this room on Priceline.com, and my traveling companions also had prepaid for a room at the same hotel. We arrived at midnight. Lobby was open, lit up, TVs on, etc., but nobody was at the front desk. There was a small sign on the front desk saying the staff stepped away for a few minutes. We sat in the lobby for nearly an hour until almost 1:00 a.m., and nobody ever showed up. we walked around the hotel, found nobody. Called the number multiple times, heard it ringing as we stood at the front desk, and got a VM indicating it was rolling to a mobile phone that was not being answered. We finally left, walked to the hotel next door and got a room there. Only positive is that these folks did not contest refunding the pre-payment. Seriously, though. How incomprehensibly unprofessional. They were lucky it was just some honest travelers wanting to check in. The place could have been completely looted, and they had nobody there to even keep an eye on anything. Ridiculous.

Never a disappointment at this site, clean, friendly and nothing but quality. Plenty sites to choose from in this area this one by far is the best place. Great location near shopping centers and many restaurants.

Rates higher than advertised. Would be OK if value of room was of good quality. Room not cleaned. Tub was not cleaned. Breakfast poor. AC/Heat didn't work properly. Volume of TV poor. Window now sealed well....cold air came in around window.

My company has a direct-bill account with this hotel since May, 2017, and I'm here at least twice a month. They have now billed both our account AND my credit card 4 times, despite me discussing this at check-in with the receptionist of the hour (high turnover). Ridiculous!

This is a great place for an overnight when you need to be next to the airport. We went for the B1G Football Championship game. Have been there two years in a row and most likely will be back next year.

I was nervous when first booking because the price was so much less than other hotels in the area. I am so glad I didn't let that sway me. The hotel was great. The lobby and staff were very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and the beds were soooo comfy! I highly recommend staying at the Best Western for a getaway or for business. The Breakfast choices were great too!

I've been relocating to this area and this was my first stay in Indiana and this hotel was great. The room was clean and the value was unbeatable. Kayla and Jordan were super sweet and helpful and they handled everything perfectly. Jessi was also very nice and efficient. Bipin also took good care of anything I needed. And Bridgette is a terrific GM. She was super sweet and understanding and caring and warm and made me feel welcome. This was a great stay at Best Western. I will definitely return to this location

Needed a place to stay for the night on our way home. Best Western was an awesome stop right off of I-70. Close to the airport also. Clean spacious rooms and a fabulous breakfast is offered in the morning.

The room was disgusting and dirty! Walking into the hotel and seeing how nice and clean it looked I was expecting my room where my children and I were staying would be the same. It was dirty and disgusting and the bathroom door was even broken and wouldn't shut.

Would highly recommend hotel. The owner of hotel greeted us when we got there and made sure everything was good. Staff was amazing. The hotel was perfect. not one complaint. Friendliest staff that I have ever experienced

We have stayed in many B/W motels & this motel is one of the best we have ever experienced. I would really have t be super picky to say anything bad about the motel. The location is near the airport and other eating places. And very comfortable bed.

I thought that being this Plus it would be The worst of this room is having the sink clogged, they could not change my room so I will brush my teeth in the bath tub. Reception tried to unclog it, not a nice thing to see. I had to call reception through my cell phone. The hotel.building looks nice.

couldn't have asked for a more helpful staff. we were staying in Plainfield, In. overnight after my husbands surgery. staff was very accommodating. they drove me to a pharmacy d/t the fact i don't drive well at night and i was able to get prescriptions needed for my husband. .

This is a good location to stay before a flight out of Indianapolis. Our room was large with good aminities. A decent hot breakfast. We felt the staff were nice and helpful. Service work is hard and we felt that the staff was sensitive to the guests and no self serving. We needed additional time for check out and were allowed the time without the addition of an up charge. We used the lobby area and found it comfortable.

Staff was exceptional! I'll most definitely be returning to this property when I'm back in the area. The ladies took great care of me before and during the stay. The are had what you need as far as food. Shopping and entertainment wasn't far away

Many hotels to choose from in this area. All the normal hotels you would find at the larger highway exits are here, and you won't go wrong staying here. Nicely appointed lobby and rooms, exceptional breakfast selection, close to restaurants, and airport. Beds were comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. Indoor pool.

We travel alot and the bed was fabulous. The room was well appointed with a recent remodel. This BW plus is above the others. Breakfast was superb with good eggs and real BACON. Very safe area, with ample lighting.

We didn't have reservations but even with a AAA discount the final bill was nearly $200 for one night! As nice as the room was (the water pressure was weak), I think they took advantage of the crowds in for the 4-day event for gamers. :( The attendant was not attentive at keeping the breakfast bar stocked. At 8 a.m. the potato pan was empty; only 1 banana in the fruit bowl and the breads were nearly gone. I saw him empty the trash, but did he wash his hands before he handled the food?

This is a very good hotel, very clean and everything was in great condition. The beds and pillows were also very good. All the staff goes out of there way to make your stay excellent. If ever I get to Plainville In I would definitely hunt this hotel down. Also I'm a BW rewards customer which I really think is great also. Thanks Bob PS it is real easy to get to also!!!!

Spent one night before leaving on a flight out of indy. Very convenient to airport, especially if you know the back route. My room was clean, but it had been sprayed with an obnoxious ordorizer that almost made me sick. LIghts by bed were not working, told froint desk person (who was very nice) and she came in and did not know how to make them work. She offrred to send someone, but as it was late at night, I did not want to hassle with it. I oly had two hard boiled eggs for breakfast, but lookked like the offered a lot. Fort eh money, a good chpice. Ample parking. Caochmen across from hotel is very good, I have eaten there several times when home visiting.

Very close to the Indianapolis Airport (10min drive) Excellent value for the price Close to a lot of restaurants, in walking distance to at least four... I would recommend the Coachman Restaurant, right across the road

This hotel was clean and all of their staff were very helpful, kind and courteous. When we arrived we were told that the pool was down and the manager bent over backwards to make sure we had other options and tried to appease the children with a snack each.

This is a wonderful hotel with a great breakfast, to stay at, while you are visiting in Indianapolis, Indiana. It is very close to the airport, so that is a plus. This hotel is located on the west side of Indianapolis and very close off of I-70. A lot of selection for breakfast, hot and cold. Rooms very neat and clean.

I stayed at this Hotel the night prior to a very early morning flight from Indy to Tampa. My vacation was for 2 weeks and I was able to leave my car parked at the hotel for the entire time I was gone. They also provided a FREE shuttle service to the airport at 4:00 a.m. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. I travel from Indy quite frequently and will DEFINITELY be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice, clean and convenient to the IND airport and walking distance to several restaurants. The room had an updated decor and everything worked. We had to catch a very early flight so we didn't get to take advantage of the free breakfast so I can't comment on that. Price and the free shuttle to the airport were key in deciding which hotel to book for the overnight stay.

We had a remarkable stay we got the room as a wedding gift it was the juccuzi room everything was just so clean and everyone was so pleasant we were treated great by everyone . The staff here is so amazing and so helpful . Breakfast was great . We will be returning to stay again Thanks Mr & Mrs.Troy Love.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food in the Skye Lounge is exceptional! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've experienced. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is antique and so cute. The rooms are clean and also have the "antique" vibe.

Won't book there again. Not enough lighting, beds uncomfortable. Staff pleasant. No outside arrangements for seating or relaxation for those of us who still smoke. Given there are several hotels in that area I will choose to stay at a different location next trip.

This hotel was very clean the staff was great! The breakfast was more than I expected. The location is very ideal it close to restaurants and not too far from other stores. I would stay there again in the near future.

Hotel was beautiful. Customer Service was terrible. Housekeeping terrible. In my 27 years of life I have never had a housekeeper leave a note telling me all she did was give me towels. I wanted the bed made. The front desk wasn't helpful at all. I had even called before I arrived back to the hotel and Chasity told me they had provided housekeeping services. However they didn't . She also advised a hold was going to be placed on the card and nothing would be charged. That was a lie. I even called her told her my beds hadn't been made and was reassured that it would be fixed when I got back and it wasn't. She also told me that I had to leave the hotel. I didn't do anything. I felt discriminated against and as a Diamond Select member I don't believe they truly represented the Best Western brand and I will not be back.

Enjoyed our stay. the room was comfortable and the noise level was minimum. The breakfast offered mini options. The pool was a little smaller than I anticipated and it developed a problem while we were there and we were not able to use it however they seemed very diligent about trying to fix it. My main advice to readers would be to ensure the method of payment that you're using we made a reservation with a debit card but then paid cash and unfortunately our debit card was charged anyway. the hotel did quickly reverse the charge but the bank was not as quick and we did incur some additional fees

Everything was great but the check in. I am a huge BW user and fan with Elite Member status. They did not have my reservation even though I had proof of paid confirmed reservation. They slowly and gradually resolved this but treated me like I was an idiot. I had to insist constantly that I had my ducks in order. I never had this problem before. They were very polite but awful. Now I recommend this place since everything else was perfect.

This hotel is very easy to find and drive to. Many good places to dine within walking distance. The room was very nice. I would have liked to have an additional lamp at the desk. It was a dark corner and that made it difficult to do any work there. Around 9:00 p.m. someone began vacuuming in the hallway and it continued to for approximately 25 minutes. Other than that a quiet, peaceful stay.

This is a nice hotel near the airport in Plainfield, IN. The rooms are nicely furnished with modern furniture. The rooms are clean as well as the hotel in general. Parking is close and so are many eating places. It is easy access from the interstate. A nice confortable place to stay.

We spent one night here on the eve of our early-morning flight to San Diego. Very smart hotel with very good rooms and inexpensive park and fly setup.In the future this is our go-to-hotel. It is also across from two restaurants.

We were visiting my son and family in Plainfield from May 20 to May 22, 2017. We stay in hotels as we are senior citizens and it gives both families some "down" time plus my husband is a light sleeper. We were gone for the day but came back at night. This was our first time at this hotel and found it to be a lovely place to stay. We actually were impressed. We learned the difference between Best Western, Best Western Plus, and Best Western Premier. Best Western Plus had all the nice amenities we needed. We loved the room layout and the place was super clean and very well kept up. The King size bed we had was very comfortable and I have a picky back. Their heater/AC was good to keep the room at the right temperature that we wanted. No smells or funny odors. The TV was larger and it was nice having a small refrigerator and microwave. Just bring some plastic plates and utensils should you stay more than one night and have any left overs. We stayed 2 nights and I even had a late evening snack because of being able to heat up the leftovers. ;-) The hotel itself is in very good condition and very cleanplus it has an area to get any sodas, snacks for late night munchies. The breakfast is 6 to 9 on weekdays and Saturdays and 6-10 on Sundays. They have a small indoor pool that was used while we where there. We saw how the water is tested frequently. If you are a member, it helps to be one especially GOLD, which we were so we can get points. If you plan to travel, getting a BW Reward card is beneficial for better upgrades later. Very family friendly or for couples traveling. The staff is very personable and friendly and helpful. They also are very informative if you have any questions. When we visit my son and family again, we plan to stay at this hotel. There are also quick eating places around the hotel for any kind of quick dinners. Waffle House is down the street and other familiar places. Easy on, Easy off from I-70. If you check in earlier than 3 p.m. there is a $20 charge to check in early. I would highly recommend this Best Western Plus Atrea Airport Inn & Suites. Very close to the airport too for plane travelers.

The hotel and the grounds are very clean and maintained. It's in a good location with plenty of places to grab a bite to eat near by. An outdoor mall along with more eateries is just a short drive away. The staff were all very friendly and offered smiles and hellos. The small pool area was also very clean. The breakfast offered a nice selection and was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here two nights while at a conference. The hotel was very well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. No problem with check in. The staff was very friendly. Gave directions for the best place for dinner and shopping. Near the airport, but you do NOT hear the planes. Was able to wake up bright eyed each morning.

The staff at the Best Western Plus in Plainfield, IN are super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is well-kept and comfortable. I loved the fact that they provide more than the standard small bar of soap for the shower. If you are looking for a great place to stay in the Indy area, I would suggest you check out this hotel. We also love the fact that they have the park and fly option. The shuttle to the airport got us there in plenty of time and was a comfortable ride.

This was my first time at a Best Western Plus and it wasn't anything like the old Best Western's I remembered from a decade ago. The room was very comfortable. One odd thing about the double King suite is that you enter in the bedroom and the living room is attached. A rather awkward layout and a rather unattractive living area. So if you had in mind entertaining in the living room without inviting people into the bedroom, that's not possible. Not an issue in our situation, we just didn't want to sleep in the same room as a sleeping baby, but I could imagine scenarios where it might make a difference. We ended up hanging out with guests downstairs in the lobby instead. Fold out sofa mattress was VERY thin. Breakfast was good.

We stayed in a hotel prior to running the Indy Mini. It was affordable, easy to get to downtown, clean and relaxing! They let us keep our car there until we were done running. We had a great experience.

This is the most accommodating hotel I have ever stayed in. Misti was our mgr. on duty and she was awesome! She went above and beyond the call of duty for us. We are school bus drivers and she worked it out for us to get more rest because of the late night travel. Thank you Misti!! I forgot an item in our room, reported it the next day and they had it ready for me to pick up a month later when I was traveling through there again. That day I met other staff and one of the owners, Mr. Patel, I was very impressed! It was very clean & beautifully decorated and a wonderful breakfast! If I ever need to stay in the Indianapolis area again I will stay in this hotel! Thank you again Misti and Mr. Patel!

Missed wake up call in other words did not get. No wine bar.paid excise tax? Alright place with nice room. Competent check in person. Close to a lot places and close to airport. Best Westerners work well for me and pay attention to clients so not a big deal with the short comings.

Will not be coming back to this hotel again! Staff were not dressed professionally. And they were rude. I found a dirty sock by my bed. Felt like I was being watched like a hawk by the breakfast staff.

Crisp and Clean describes how the hotel appeared. There are plenty of amenities including "park and fly" with cameras for security. Helpful drivers took us directly to the departures doors at our airline carrier drop-off. The breakfast was great with good variety. Hot food was hot and cold food cold. Marlene was wonderful making sure we all had what we needed.

Wonderful hotel which offers Park and Fly for Indianapolis airport. Hotel and rooms were extremely clean. Less than a 10 minute drive to the airport. Would definitely stay here again when flying out of Indianapolis.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel clean and well furnished. The room heater was noisy. There were a number of cafe/restaurants/bars within walking distance. The breakfast was okay and available at 5:30am. The shuttle service was good and ready on time. Only 10 minutes to airport.

The good and the bad....The good things about this hotel are 1 the location. It's in a great area just off 1-70. there are probably 10 hotels all together in this area, its like a hotel campus. the are lots of places to eat within walking distance. and a couple 24 places as well. also a bar and nice restaurant. 2 The hotel is actually nice inside. The room and shower are nice as well as the HD tv. The bad about it is the place is a little smaller than some of the hotels around there. the worst thing is the parking lot is way too small. On a saturday night I noticed a few people parking next door. another thing I didn't like was there is no room service although the breakfast was nice. And the price for a room on the weekend was $149. For that price I feel like I can probably do better in the area.

I've stayed here 2 other times and was satisfied. I had used this motel because of its proximity to Indy airport. Immediately I noticed the hall carpet was dirty. My room carpet wasn't vacuumed, the bedside tables had fingerprints, someone else's earrings were on the table, bathroom mirror was dirty. Everything was generally dingy including the sheets. The Internet was out of order. I do not recommend this motel. I won't stay here again. I'm giving 2 stars only because the young man at the front desk was nice and efficient.

I can't understand how this hotel is rated 5 or 4. It's not awful - I gave it a 3 which is generous. Gym equipment is in a very poor state - threadmill slips under your feet, bicycle pedals seem like there are a few ball bearings loose, elliptical feels like it is ready to give in any second, there are no free weights and the strength equipment such as there is, is on its last legs. Other annoying things like the toilet paper holder barely hanging on to the dry wall. We were only there for one night so it sufficed - would not have wanted to be there much longer. A 4 or 5 it is not.

My husband and I stayed here when driving back from Nashville to Wisconsin. We were very pleased with the room. Very spacious, clean and the layout was different but it worked really well. We both thought the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The location has many restaurants in the area. We drive to a Buffalo Wild Wings and it was only 10min away.

I drive a commercial coach and I knew parking would be tight.... After my clients disembarked, I went to the desk to inquire as to where they suggested I park.... I was quite pleased when they made several viable suggestions... their attitude, we will work with you! How refreshing. The room was excellent. The breakfast ample. Very clean and accommodating and attentive to details.

Wonderfull staff. Very pleasant and helpful. Airport shuttle is great. I would have given a 4 or even a 5 but my only problem was the hair in my bathtub. I had to clean that out before use. It wasn't a lot but there really shouldn't be any from visit to visit. I would stay here again but I would hope some extra care would be taken on cleaning. Most of the other area was well maintained. Breakfast was good as well and again, everyone was very friendly!

My room was more like a suite, basically two rooms tastefully appointed in a modernistic style. The TV worked perfectly, the bed beautifully presented and comfortable, and there was easy access to my room from the outside, through a safety side door. The only problem I had was that my heating unit didn't work properly, something I didn't realize until after it was too late to get it corrected. Staff was apologetic and empathetic, offering more blankets if I could come downstairs to get them (there was no one else on duty so the front clerk could not leave his post. The free breakfast was plentiful and very good, and a lovely woman named Marlene was extremely pleasant and solicitous of Morning diners, going out of her way to ensure their comfort. I hope to be passing through again someday!!

My wife and I stayed in the hotel the night before we flew out. Check in was quick and efficient. Front desk personnel were friendly and very efficient. The room was very roomy with an area including a sink, refrigerator and coffee maker. The room was clean and included plenty of towels and toiletries. We did not hear any noise during the night and slept very well in the comfortable bed. We had a very early flight but found the kitchen staff were already preparing breakfast. Marlene and Danial were great and made sure we had an excellent breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was on time and Daniel was very friendly and helpful with the luggage. The shuttle from the airport back to the hotel was quick and the driver was very helpful with the luggage. All in all a great stay. The price for the hotel was fair considering the quality of the room, breakfast, and shuttle service to and from the hotel.

Nice people at reception, rooms were good, breakfast good although the seating was small. Clean through out, indoor pool that looked very inviting. Tiny frig and microwave, small kitchen area. There are many hotel in this complex and a big variety of restaurants, you don't even have to get back in your car, they are in walking distance

My wife, daughter, and I stated at this place during a shopping trip to the Indianapolis/Plainfield area, a place that we are very familiar with. We choose this hotel because my daughter works at another Best Western franchise, so she got an employee discount that was over 50% off of the regular price. We stayed at a suite with two king size beds and a separate room that had a pull out couch. There was a small kitchenette that fully met our needs. The room was very spacious, and well set up. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast buffet that was fully loaded and included a waffle maker. The buffet attendants, Marlene & Robert, were very attentive, courteous, and professional. They kept everything well stocked, and cleaned up our dishes without being overbearing about it. The front desk staff was also very professional and courteous as well. We will stay there again when we are in the Plainfield area. Great job, everybody. Keep up the good work.

The morning breakfast was great. Marlene and Robert were very attentive and cleaned up after us! I had items shipped to the hotel and they were very accommodating. I had a very early morning flight and since their driver was not yet in, the arranged for AND PAID for my taxi.

I travel extensively, and often fly from the Indianapolis Airport early on Sunday or Monday mornings. If that is the case, I always stay at this property the night before. I use the service that allows me to leave my vehicle at the hotel, and take the shuttle to and from the airport. In every instance, this has been a very pleasant experience, as i do not have to deal with the hassle of parking in the exposed parking lot at the airport, and then waiting for one of the busses' going back and forth from the terminal. Staying at the Best Western Atrea, I can take the shuttle to the airport, and be dropped right at my check in point, and they retrieve me just outside luggage claim upon my return. very nice!

Friendly staff clean room but no sleep due to noise. Person in room above could be heard walking around. Could hear everything in room next door, room above and hallway. Worse noise of any hotel I have ever stayed.

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and at the end of our trip. Close to the airport, restaurants, gas stations and more. Rooms very modern and clean, breakfast in the morning very good thanks to Marlene and Robert! I would stay here in a minute. Our room was very comfortable...large and roomy. You will not be sorry should you choose to stay here

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent and Marlene provided excellent service with a friendly smile. We visit family in the area often. The hotel is easily accessed. Close to the airport. No noise from airplanes. Our new favorite hotel in Plainfield.

The room was very large and spacious. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The closing of neighbor's doors was not overly loud - I was never disrupted by noisy neighbors. I have two minor complaints about the room. First, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were not - they were all very thick, hard, and ungiving. Second, a cleaning crew started cleaning a room down the hall at 8am and they were talking to each other very loudly. It was quite loud in my room and forced me to get up. Breakfast was great - hot eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and fresh fruit, along with all the usual trimmings. The exercise room was nice with ellipticals and treadmills and a decent weightlifting station. The pool was phenomenal. Overall, I recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

I never stayed in a Best Western before and I'm surprised how clean, modern and fresh the hotel is. I've stayed in numerous other 3 and 4* hotels for business but this beats everything I've ever stayed in before. Staff are polite and helpful, especially Marlene in the restaurant. Close to Indianapolis airport and the business and factories in the Plainfield area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pleasant and clean rooms. Convenient to restaurants. Had all the amenities we needed. Was very quiet and were able to get a good night's sleep. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We had such an awesome experience from the time we checked in until the time we left! Ashley, GM was so very accommodating in getting us next to our family, and very professional. AB & Braxton....you're the best. I didn't have any milk for the 1yo grandbaby one night, and he went to the kitchen and got me a cup of milk to put in her bottle. How sweet was that!! And then we had Rhonda and Shelby as our housekeepers that came in and cleaned our grandbabies' mess almost daily:) Our room was the Presidential Suite, which had a small room with a fireplace, a pull-out couch, 2 chairs and 2 little tables that our family congregated in, and actually played cards in! The beds were so comfortable! Loved the fridge and microwave in the room. The pool was a lil chilly for me, but tolerable to get in with the grandbabies. And then....the breakfast...EVERY day..eggs, sausage, waffles, milk, cereal (fruit loops came in handy for lil ones!), bagels, English muffins, cookies, goodies, yogurt, and juice:) Robin was very good at keeping it fresh and stocked. We will DEFINITELY be staying at this hotel again when coming back to Indy!! Thank you to all of the staff!!

This hotel went above and beyond for our family. We reserved the conference room for a birthday party and not only did they help set it up, but they allowed us to use their refrigerator to store the food and drinks. We also forgot to get milk for the baby the first night and the staff allowed us to fill up the babies bottle with milk, so we could get through the late night feeding. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

I was disappointed when I got here and they didn't have a hot tub, (I was told they did) however they took very good care of me. This place is just wonderful and AB at the reception desk was very helpful!

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. We used the breakfast area to visit with our family that we met there. Good location near airport, and shopping. Variety of different restaurant's in the area.

This was my first time to Plainfield IN, and to find this great PLUS BW Hotel here was a delight. In fact I would say, having a lot of BW experience for many year this is beyond PLUS. AAA+ Terrific breakfast with a wonderful host, Marlene.

What can I say that has not already been writing about this wonderful place, but what I would like to talk about is Marlene's wonder breakfast, yum yum, just thinking about it make me hungry. Cereal, juice, bread, eggs, biscuits, cheese juice, coffe all delicious!!!

Marlene and Robert always have a great breakfast and everything is always clean and organized. :) The front desk is so helpful and accommodating. They make sure I get to where I need to be, ON TIME! Housekeepers do a great job at keeping the room clean without bothering any of my personal belongings. Thank you for the awesome stay.

Breakfast was open early! Really made my day. Thanks Marlene! Didn't think it was open until 6 but Marlene and Robert did the extra to open for us before our flight. Still very happy about that. Next time I'm in IND I'll be looking up the best western.

Great hotel, clean and quite. Convenient and close to the airport (15 minutes) but far enough were you don't have to deal with the noise from the planes. Located in a safe and clean area. Pleasant staff and great breakfast. Had a young child with us that did not speak english (spoke Russian) and the lady handling the breakfast area was vey sweet, attentive and tried to help by making sure we had everything we needed.

Accommodations were great with spacious, modern rooms for late night check-in for my wife and I and our sons; breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh with wonderful service from Marlene and Robert

My husband and I took a leisure get-a-way to visit Indianapolis, IN and stayed at the Best Western Plus Atrea Airport Inn & Suites in Plainfield, IN. This was a nice Best Western, clean to the appearance, and the hotel staff was very accommodating during check-in and check-out. Our room was the typical hotel room. The only problem that we encountered was that there were about 1/2 dozen hotel workers and the breakfast attendant that were all grabbing breakfast for themselves while guests were trying to get their food. The breakfast attendant was making waffles for herself and 2 other hotel staff members. We only had about 15 minutes before the breakfast period ended and each waffle took about 3-5 minutes so my husband ate the 1 remaining small danish since he couldn't make a waffle. That being said, Ashley, the hotel manager, made everything right and apologized for our experience. While I wasn't going to mention anything at checkout, Ashley picked up that something happened and asked. (She is a gem and the hotel should be honored to employ her!) Overall my experience was very good. If I am in the area again I would stay at the hotel again. I never let a bad experience spoil my fun (as long as the room is clean! lol)

Needed a last minute hotel while I was in the area traveling on personal business. Most of the hotels in the vicinity were booked but I walked right in and got a room. The hotel looks nice all around. Nice lobby and the rooms were recently updated. But that's about it. Upon entering the room I realized the toilet was running and jiggling the handle didn't work. You had to actually open the tank to adjust. I can do that at my own house. Anyway, it was a long day of traveling so I wasn't about to complain. Next, i turn the sheets back on the bed and find a stained sheet with which looked like blood. Luckily I had two queens so the other bed appeared fine. In the morning, I go to take a shower and find that the drain wont drain and after 2 minutes I'm standing in ankle deep water (yes the drain was open). There was also leftover hair on the walls of the shower. Oh. And the air condition barely worked.

We traveled to Indiana for 10 day trip and as Platinum members of Best Western we always choose them over any other hotel. The Best Western Atria Inn was in a great location for us as it was near the bowling alleys our son would be bowling in for the national tournament and we always like having free breakfast. The Atria Inn is a very pretty hotel and while the first 6 days were okay (overlooking the fact the housekeeping staff never changed our bedding even when we asked for room cleaning) the last 4 days were unpleasant to say the least. This is a 100% smoke free location which was another reason why we chose it as none of my family smokes. On the 7th night of our stay we began smelling cigarette smoke in our room which was coming through the bathroom vent. We immediately called the front desk and reported that someone must be smoking in the hotel and it was drafting into the room. This occurred every night thereafter and at one point we could also smell Marijuana smoke which concerned us enough to make the hotel call the police. We notified front desk staff everytime we smelled the odor so they had record of our complaint and to make sure we would not be charged for any cleaning. The hotel staff never offered to move us until the 3rd night this happened and then only after we filed an official complaint with the Best Western corporate office. It was not the size room we needed so we had to stay in the same room and also be accused by that days on duty manager of actually smoking. If this insult was not enough, the owner decided to try and charge us a $250 fee for smoke cleaning when we had never done anything wrong. The corporate office had to step in and get this charge removed. I would never recommend this site to anyone as the management team and owner do not care about customer service and instead only looking to see how much they can charge you.

When you had the police called, they went to all rooms near yours on your floor, above, and below you. The police report I received upon returning to the office monday said, "The only smell of smoke detected was coming directly from the room complaining." I never accused you of smoking in fact, I am the one who removed the smoking fee. I want every guest that enters my property to leave happy. Please let me know if you are ever in the area again as I would love the opportunity to make this right!

The room was very nice and the breakfast was great. The associates at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed chatting with them. A great way to start the day. It is nice to see smiling faces in the morning. Only negative from the stay was the room was not dusted and needed to be vacuumed better.

First stay at a Best Western in years. Very impressed with this property. Location is convenient to airport and shuttle service is awesome. Clean comfortable and quiet room with great bed. Breakfast buffet is very good with waffles, pastries, cereals, eggs, sausage, hash browns, bagels and toast, yogurt, juices and coffee and the hostess is very professional and helpful. Lobby also has a sitting area with TV's. Best part is the friendly and helpful employees. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a fine hotel close to Indianapolis. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and average for a mid-range hotel. My only reason for not rating the hotel higher was the wifi problem. A staff member said she would re-boot the router but it did not help. If you don't care about wifi speed then the ratings should be very good.

I am very sorry for the internet issues you experienced however, we did update our entire system and i assure you all internet issues have been taken care of!

Stayed a year ago and loved it but this trip was honestly a big disappointment. Drawer was open and needed repair. First room I washed my hands and the sink drain was locked and would not work. Even using my hands to dislodge it wouldn't work. The desk staff told me she would come up to look at it and she couldn't fix it but offered a new room. She was super sweet and even brought up a room key. The new room had issues too. No toilet paper(roll empty) and kept flushing all night. The water in the morning was super hot couldn't make it cooler. But the worst was the pillows. They bunched them up so tightly so they were basically knots which were not comfortable at all. Money saving? Very disappointing. Would not stay there again.

This is a fine hotel close to Indianapolis. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The only negative was the wifi, which loaded pages at a very slow pace- even timing out on important personal business. I would rate this hotel very good if the wifi problem is fixed-- without good wifi the ratings are pulled down because of its importance to me. If you don't get about wifi then the ratings should be very good or better.

My three sisters and our 86 year old mother had a Mother/Daughter weekend together, and we went to the Best Western Plus Atrea Airport Inn & Suites in Plainfield, IN. We booked the Presidential Suite with two king beds and a sitting room with couch and chairs so we would have plenty of room to spread out and play cards. Absolutely wonderful room, great, friendly personnel, from check-in to housekeepers to breakfast staff. Very good breakfast, everything hot or cold as it should be. Comfortable beds, and even though it was near the Indianapolis Airport, very quiet accomodations. Great location, with many restaurants within walking distance. We will be back!

I reserved the meeting room for an event. We had no air conditioning and they did attempt to try and fix, but they said the owner had a lock on the system and they couldn't make any changes. They brought in a HUGE industrial fan which did help a little, but was loud. The room temp. was 83 degrees!! I had asked the manager to call me to discuss the issue after the event was over and I never received a call. I called twice and left messages for someone to discuss the issue and no return call. Now I'm dealing with them charging my card twice for the event. When I just called again to discuss the guy was very rude. I did tell him I wanted to speak with someone in charge to resolve this and he said he was the assistant manager, but couldn't even find any record of my event. He said he would have to call me back because he had interviews to do. He told me I had an attitude. I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company since nobody will address the issue with me on the phone. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Room and bed were very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful. They were always available and courteous. They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just right and the available times were perfect. Air conditioning did not work in the meeting room we used for a shower.

I went on a business trip for nursing with 3 fellow nurses. We wanted a cheap hotel with a pool. The best western was $99+ tax, perfect! We were optimistic but assumed it would not be very nice. To our surprise it was very nice! Very clean! And very friendly staff. We arrived later than expected, which was a disappointment to us because we were excited to swim and wouldn't have a chance the next day. To my surprise the staff told us they would allow us to swim past the posted time! We were super excited about that! The pool was very clean and a perfect temp. The rooms were nicer than we expected as well. We had a fridge, microwave and small sink in the room, that was not mentioned when I booked. The beds were newer and clean:) We had to be at the convention center at 7am, so when we went down for the free breakfast @6am we were expecting cereal and donuts. Yet another pleasant surprise!!! There was a full breakfast, fresh waffles, biscuits, sausage, eggs and omelets. Very impressive!!! I would definitely return!!!! Thank you

Just checked in around 9pm after a long day of driving. The family is exhausted and desperate for sleep. Around 10:30 a herd of cattle began running and stomping - actually I think they were repeatedly jumping off the bed. I waited until 11:00 pm to call the front desk only to find that the front desk phone has a fast busy signal. I called housekeeping as well - again fast busy signal. I used my cell phone to call the main desk and told the woman about the phone problem and the herd of cattle. It is now midnight and the cattle continue to run, stomp, jump etc and I've had my husband get dressed and go downstairs to talk to the front desk - she said she would send someone up but we haven't heard her and believe me with walls (and ceilings) this thin we would hear it. I have a 9 hour drive tomorrow and need to be well rested to do it safely - if you can't get sleep in a hotel, what's the point in staying in one? I'm looking longingly at the LaQuinta across the parking lot...

We stopped here knowing we prefer best western and were not disappointed. Quiet rooms and comfy beds. Hot breakfast and friendly service. Just wish they had actual crib and not a really dated broken pack n play but other than that a great place. Clean and comfy!

My family and I stayed here on night 2 of my daughter's softball tournament because our previous hotel was already booked up. The facilities and rooms were very well kept and modern. The staff was awesome as well. The only issue we had was that the remote, a must have for the kids, was defective but the front desk immediately brought us a replacement as soon as we called. The pool was nice for the kids as well and the breakfast was just what you'd expect, no good or bad surprises. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Well first the positives: nice, new property with a trendy, modern look and nice amenities: breakfast, parking and Internet included; pool; business center; "pantry" with snacks and soda for sale. Now that said, we were unpleasantly surprised by several glitches: when we arrived we discovered that the elevator was being repaired so we had to walk to our 3rd floor rooms; when we got to our room, the door was being held open by a coat hanger. When we called the desk we were assured that the room was clean and the house-keeping staff had just forgotten to close the door. Later, though, we discovered a wet washcloth hanging over the shower head and two partially empty soda bottles in the refrigerator, frayed carpet with exposed carpet tacks and a power strip that had come unscrewed from the bottom of the night stand. Would we stay there again? We'd give them one more chance, but our experience says that guests drawn to the Trip Advisor excellence award might need to brace for some glitches.

Had not stayed at this property for 3 to 4 months as we were not previously impressed. We seen great improvements during this stay when it came to cleanliness, breakfast and professionalism of staff. If you were disappointed before I recommend that you give this hotel another chance as there have been many changes for the better! Marlene was outstanding in the breakfast area. The young man who drove us to the airport (sorry I don't remember his name) was very professional and knowledgable. I recommend this hotel and will stay again when in the Indy area.

This Best Western is close to the airport and is a nice, comfortable, convenient place to stay and has a full service breakfast and is clean with lots of parking and the personnel are very helpful. The is also a fitness room and beautiful swimming pool.

The front desk was awesome, they upgraded my room even though i booked the lowest possible rate online...which is a huge no no. Our desk clerk was awesome, she even opened the pool room after hours so my wife and I could use the sauna...wife loves sauna's. Happy wife = happy life. Our desk clerk could have easily said no but didn't. I will stay again! Airport shuttle was not there at 4am for my 6am flight so they even paid for a cab to take me. It was all part of the package!

This was a business trip. I had never considered a Best Western before. Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. I didn't utilize the amenities (pool, fitness center), but from looking at them they were very nice and clean.

They have just let this place run into the ground. Neglect and no one seems to care.Wallpaper peeling, water temp was just terrible. Staff didn't care. Had a really gross situation with the lady who makes the breakfast, and she spends as much time outside smoking, than she doesn't making sure everyone has everything they need.

I booked 12 rooms at the Plainfield location. Seven of the rooms were for 5 nights. Seven rooms out of twelve had no hot water for days. We were told they were working on it. Once hot water returned they gave us a $25 discount per day. Most rooms but the hallways and stairwells were dirty. It was also dirty around the kitchen area. They had the nerve to charge $169.00. We have stayed here before but never again

If we could give a review with minus stars I would. Not even a 1 star. No hot water in rooms for 2 nights so far. This is for two of the rooms we have for a multi person business trip. Last year we had 1 room with no hot water. They appear to not correct problems.

We were just looking for a decent place to spend the night with an early flight the next day. I would recommend this hotel in the future. The staff was very nice at check in and even looked up my rewards number as I forgot to include it on the reservation. The hotel looks very new and the rooms are very modern. Room was good size and the bathroom was clean. We did not eat breakfast as we were long gone by then. For the price and value of what you get I thought it was a very good deal. No complaints.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable with pillows that were very small and uncomfortable as well. The air conditioner in the room didn't work well and the room stayed hot even with the air set on 68 degrees. The breakfast looked disgusting and was never restocked. I booked my room online, when I arrived my rate was changed and they tried to charge me an additional $70 for the night. I had to bring it to the front desk staffs attention and ask them to change my rate. There are plenty of other places to stay in Indy. I would not recommend this one.

Very nice rooms, large and clean. Building and grounds are nice, clean and reasonably new. Reasonably priced and convenient to I70. What mars this hotel is: 1) Poor front desk customer service, they need training in how to interact with customers 2) Slow but adequate wifi, when it works. Unfortunately is drops out quite frequently. Making it almost unusable 3) Inadequate supply of luggage carts. For a hotel this size there needs to be more luggage carts. 4) Weak, inadequate air conditioning in the room (mine at least). Heat wave in April and I can't cool the room down. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. If these issues were fixed it would be a very desirable place to stay.

Overall experience was great! A number of friends stayed for a convention and had a great experience we had shuttle service to convention room the staff was very helpful to our senior citizen members, we would defiantly stay again.

I loved the hotel until I accidently left my cell phone behind. The phone was never found and the hotel never offered compensation for the loss. So much for all of their security cameras! I thought as a Diamond Rewards member that the Best Western regional office might offer some compensation but I was sorely disappointed. It's all just lip service and passing the buck. So much for customer service/customer loyalty.

Booked a king suite which was spacious, however, not well cleaned. There was a q-tip on the bathroom floor, some form of staining on the tile next to the toilet, socks on the closet floor and some leftovers in a plastic container in the fridge. It's always concerning to see a space heater on the floor in the corner and I found out why in the middle of the night when the built in unit turned off thinking the room was unoccupied. The loss in white noise allowed me the pleasure of listening to the 'click-clanging' of the exhaust fan damper through the closed bathroom door. Outlets near the bed where limited to a power strip on the floor below the night stand. Convenient if your phone cable is 4' or longer. Three of the outlets where taken by the bed side lights and clock radio which where stuck to the strip with electrical tape. The docking station on the clock radio was broken. Lastly, don't plan a stay here hoping you can catch a chapter or two of House of Cards by streaming your Roku to the rooms TV. Management has elected to lock the inputs.

Loved the stay, beds were good, staff was very friendly. Easy check in, very good at transportation to the airport, and a very safe area to keep your car. I will be doing this again. Good restaurant across the street, nice pool.... Overall just a good place.

Although we arrived late that night and had to leave the next morning for our flight, we were beyond impressed with this Best Western hotel. The room was so modern and clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. The free breakfast buffet and free airport shuttle made our stay even better. Breakfast options were so extensive — eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, toast, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, multiple juice options and more! If we ever need to stay in an Indianapolis airport hotel again, we would stay here without a doubt! Definitely recommend.

Lobby decor was modern. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast had a variety of foods. Staffs were friendly and polite. Swimming pool was very small. The only thing that required MAJOR improvement was the noise from the air conditioning/heating unit; it was disturbingly loud!

Stayed here before an early morning flight. Although I had to leave an hour before free breakfast, they already had coffee ready and cereal and milk out so they asked me if I would like breakfast. Very nice staff and good place to stay.

We had high hopes for this hotel, based on the excellent reviews. Sadly, our experience wasn't all that great. We had a reservation for a king but when we arrived, the desk clerk said, "You have 2 queens. Are you okay with that?" We said, no, we weren't, that we had reserved a king. Then she said something about them having been moving reservations around. She had to go check with someone to find out if we could get a king. We ultimately did but that was just not a great start to the stay. The room was fine but the internet connection was quite poor. There are restaurants close by which is a plus. I doubt we'll be in there area again but if we ever are, I don't think we would stay here.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms and outer areas were clean, and the room itself had plenty of space. Breakfast was fair. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have a chance to check it out. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Very poor quality. Weak wifi, lukewarm water, pool closed for maintenance all evening, walks not shoveled, bathroom faucet wobbly. No outlets to charge phones at bedside. Surge protector on floor of bedside table held together by electrical tape.

In this one, you pay for what you get. The room was decent for décor, bed was comfy, and the Jacuzzi was clean. The only major issues we had were the fan for the Jacuzzi did not shut off, the pool was closed (not told when we made reservations by phone and front desk didn't know why it was closed), and the TV is locked so you cannot use a DVD player to play movies or game system.

This was a great hotel. I loved it. We had a wonderful experience. Great breakfast. The service was amazing. Easy to get to LAFB. Everyone was very friendly. The bar was awesome. The beds are very comfy.

This is not your Mom's Best Western. Clean hotel, good location, nice rooms. Small but good fitness center. Nice business center Only negative was kitchen worker soliciting tips (written on the Trip Advisor card)...though I did appreciate breakfast being out early.

After a long trip (11 hours), had the pleasure to be greeted by "AB" - yes that is what his name tag says...so friendly, funny and ready to give genuine customer service! I have my degree in hotel restaurant management, and I know you can train people, but some are just genuine naturals. That is what "AB" is. My every concern was addressed and I felt as welcome as an old friend. Thank you Best Western for making my day. Also, Britney helped make me comfortable at the bar and shared some local info. Very Friendly! Room was very clean. I am surprised at the elegance and friendliness of this Best Western in Plainfield IN. Long story short, there are a few hotels in this area and by far this Best Western tops them all. In the end, it is always about the staff. AB and Britney completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you both!

Paid cash at checkout....6 months later our charge card is being billed for our stay. The first room they put us in had a broken toilet, the room they switched us to was fine. Breakfast was nice. Location was nice. But would not stay here again.

Our last stay a month ago was not too bad (outside of rude front desk) so we gave the Atrea another chance. On this trip the front desk stayed true to form (crazy level of rude) and the housekeeping was the same as last time- super sweet/nice & smiling. Our rooms were clean upon arrival, but the sink in the bathroom took hours to drain. I would recommend this hotel for an extended comfy stay IF you can overlook the front desk staff. Tip: You really only have to deal with the front desk upon check in, after that you don't need them anyway! Don't bother mentioning if you're a Best Western Diamond Elite Member...they told us they didn't know what that was. So don't expect your snack & water!!

not as clean as it should be, maid service is not as expected, we experienced poor internet access, nice location near the Indy airport but needs improved staffing and improved hotel maintenance overall. the room carpet and bathroom was not as clean as desired , and the stairwell carpet needs to be vacuumed

Spotless hotel, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. Would definitely stay at again if I was in the area. Close proximity to airport, restaurants and DT Indianapolis. Complimentary breakfast provided was a nice start to the day.

The hotel is average as was the cleanliness. What sets this hotel apart from others are the staff. Bridget works at the bar, and as the van driver and at the desk. She is phenomenal and a great representative of the hospitality industry. She was professional and had a great attitude. AB is outgoing and efficient. The breakfast attendant went out of her way to tend to our meeting room and showed her dedication. The breakfast is outstanding for a hotel. These 3 people are why I would return to this location. Great job!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights along with his parents during the Big 10 tournament. Things started out a little rocky when we called for our "free airport shuttle" and we're told the van just picked people up and they would send it back. After 35 mins still no van. We called the hotel and this time were instructed to get a cab and they would reimburse us. Which they did. But there was clearly some miscommunication with the front desk and transportation. When we got there to check in we had 2 beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and linens(including a nice down comforter.) we also had jacuzzi tubs in our rooms which was a happy surprise. We found some food at the nearby black swan brewpub, some beverages at the Coachman really close to the hotel. We wandered back to the hotel to hang out at the bar and have some drinks. We discovered that much like may other places in Indy the hotel bar was poorly stocked. We managed to find mixed drinks, other patrons chose to go to the nearby gas station to buy beer since the bar was almost out. The breakfast here is the real deal! Not your typical continental breakfast of old fruit and dry Danish. This breakfast had fruit, yogurt, bacon, omelette, biscuits and gravy, waffles, breads/bagels/Danish, cereal, juice, coffee, tea...very good breakfast. Location was great for our early morning flight and a short drive to downtown. Property was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. I would consider staying here again.

Stayed here for BIG Ten Championship. Made decision to go late to game but was able to find this hotel available. Glad I did because it maybe a little further to downtown it is an excellent hotel. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and other common breakfast entries. Close to I70 for easy on off access.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly employees. A special shout out to "AB", he should be a manager, or in training for one. He made the stay special enough to get me to send an e-mail to the hotel manager.

Everything was spot on, top notch, only reason I gave it a four out of five rating, was due to it's limited parking accessibility and poorly laid out parking lot configuration. Note, when you leave their parking lot headed north, you need to cut through the McDonalds parking lot in order to get back out to highway 267. Otherwise you've got to go way out of your way to get to the main highway.

I am not typically a fan of the Best Western chain. I have stayed at a fair amount of them and they all seemed to be tired and old so I didn't have very high hopes for this location but boy was I wrong. The hotel is new, clean, updated and the rooms are fantastic. There is a free breakfast bar that is available starting at 4:30am and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. If you are staying in Indianapolis don't hesitate to book a room here!

Really liked the hotel and staff but they messed up. Plans changed and I had to stay another night so on Saturday, my first day there went on line and booked another reservation and because it was a Sun night it was $20 cheaper. The Sunday asked the front desk to check me out then use the next reservation to check me back in. He did. Then Monday when I went to check out the bill had the higher rate from Saturday for the 2nd night. Desk clerk tried to fix it and could not. So I went on my way and as a frequent BW guest got the online request for comments. I explained the problem...and now a week later still no response.

Stayed here during a conference at the nearby palms. Location is convenient. Greeted warmly by staff and given a preferred room. Had a glitch in my reservation (caused by me) and they took care of it easily. Room was clean and comfortable. Also quiet, which I did not expect being so close to the airport. Breakfast was a bit more than I expected with scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits & gravy added to the usual continental fare. All in all, a great stay for business travel.

A nice hotel for a good night of sleep.We had little insects flying around at breakfast. The room was very nice with a lot of space. there was a nice bathroom. We arrived with no reservation and the service was very nice. I used my points abd there was no problem.

My wife and I travel quite a bit. When we book rooms in the areas we are traveling in we start with Best Western Hotels as they are well staffed and well maintained. What a surprise we got when we opened the door to Room 203 in the above hotel listed, on 10/5/15. For a moment I thought we had checked into one of the old run down Motel 6's which are now much better maintained. The bottom front drawer of the bureau was just leaning against the unit. I tilted it over and discovered several very sharp screws protruding form the unit which would have easily sliced through skin. Further inspection turned up and led reading lamp over the bed did not work, the sink faucet was not properly attached to the sink so every time we used it it slid across the surface of the sink. Someday the plumbing beneath will rupture flooding the bathroom. The tub safety bar had been torn off leaving four gaping holes in the wall. The tub surround was not caulked to the wall leaving large gaps for whatever bug decided to set up housekeeping and the wallpaper by the tub was bubbling off the wall in a long curlicue pattern. The sink had long dark hairs in it, my wife has silver hair and the bathroom mirror was smeared with some sort of soap residue that had to be cleaned off in order to use the mirror. We got in late and were beat so did not request a room change but we are disappointed that a hotel chain we have grown to trust for quality of maintenance really dropped the ball here. I would add that the staff we dealt with as well as the breakfast were up to Best Western Standards. We will try this chain again but another room experience like this one will have us moving Best Western to the bottom of our list when we look for our next place to stay while traveling.

The hotel, staff, and area was great! Our room was very clean and modern. The pool was very clean and modern. All of the housekeepers were sweet, I did not get their names but they made our room look wonderful. Heath at the front desk gave great recommendations for dinner and was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and everything worked great in the room. Very busy area, tons of restaurants to choose from. Thanks for a great stay! Easy drive Children's museum!

The tub wasn't cleaned 2 out of the 3 days, build up of dirt in corners and under sink in the bathroom and foyer lounge area table not wiped down properly...it was as if a greasy cloth was used to clean all over the glass table. this is my first time to complain about cleaning at a B W hotel as I usually found them to be very clean and nice.

This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel. Both times we have used the shuttle service to the airport. We had Bob as our shuttle driver this time. He was awesome!! He provided good conversation for the trip! He also provided us information that we did not receive last time about where to go when we need picked up at the airport. He is a good ambassador for this hotel. Room was nice, just like last time. Breakfast was also a notch better, with more selections than last time I remember. Don't know if they changed management since last year, but it seems everything we experienced was a notch above from before. Including the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in. Couldn't provide a name as he didn't have a name tag on. Very nice and professional, also very busy with many phone calls and checking in multiple guests. All and all very good visit!

Pros. The check in was easy There is a perfect sized little bar in the lobby with a bartender. There are comfy seats to sit around in and you can watch TV. Great shower and amenities. Decent breakfast too. Smelled wonderful. Very cool pool. The room was great! Had a large king bed with a lot of pillows. Big fluffy pillows. Bed was firm. Modern, decorated nice and there was a mini fridge and large LG TV. I was very very very impressed by the room. And then..... The gentleman beside me checked in. I had an adjoining room so there was a door. I heard him start yelling at 1130pm...I thought he was yelling down the hallway to the front desk because he couldn't get his TV to turn on. I even texted that to my boyfriend! And then I realized, "oh no! He's on his phone and that's how thin these walls/door are!" I could hear EVERYTHING....even his change hit the counter when he emptied his pockets. And then... he figured out the tv. He was watching fox news right after the debate with trump. Honestly, this was the LAST THING I wanted BLARING while I tried so desperately to fall asleep. I put a pillow over my head with no luck. So I got dressed and walked back down to the front desk. I explained that his TV was SO LOUD and that I thought maybe it was just the thinness of the walls. I asked if I could move rooms. (I was to be at a training at 8am and then drive three hours home the next day). I needed to sleep. I was told that there were no available rooms that they were full. "Sorry" The gentleman and lady at the front desk said they would call him and ask him to turn it down. So whatever... I was half tempted to walk across the parking lot to the other hotel instead. I walked back to my room in time to hear the phone call. My new neighbor answered and responded with," what?! I have to turn the d---TV down now? This is bulls***.". He then DID turn it down a little but I could still hear it like this man was sleeping in MY room beside me. Put the pillow over my head and tried for the next hour to fall asleep. Was exhausted the next day. All that for $129. Was NOT HOTELS fault that this man was loud. Was hotel''s issue that they had paper separating their rooms and I don't believe it was a solid wood door deviding us. And there was really no attempt to make it right for me. Again, if they were full...not their fault. But a sincere apology... Offer to comp.. Free beer at the bar... I don't know. Something. For such a nice aesthetically pleasing place, I expected quality.

Made reservation for a king room for one price but when checked out, they charged more. Everything else was fine. Big Rooms, lots of space but staff was just not up to the quality as they should be and no manager on the weekend when most people leave? Regular staff can not take care of any kind of pricing problems so you are left to wait until Monday morning which is not right.
