Best Western Plus Anaheim Orange County Hotel, Placentia

Clean and safe place to stay reasonable priced. Management and staff were courteous and professional. Close to shopping and restaurants. Everything in the room worked well: WiFi, TV, Mini Refrigerator, and Microwave.

Good for family overall, good for money. The heater had some issue, the internet had some issue. They fix the internet twice. They offer free coffee and tea onsite. The check-in time is too late. It should start from 2 PM.

I love staying at the BW Plus Anaheim hotel on Orangethrope. I feel safe and comfortable. This hotel is just one offramp from my grandkids home so very convenient for me. Plenty of free parking. Coffee ready in the lobby early and then breakfast if I need it (if I am not taking the kids out for breakfast). Usually only stay one or two nights, but I recommend this hotel.

My wife was having neck surgery and the staff here were so awesome. Always cheerful and concerned about our needs. We were given a first floor room with handicap rails which helped with my wife's recovery a lot.

This place is amazing and I will highly recommend it to anyone. Very clean and peaceful. Great selection on movie channels. Respectful and highly trained personnel. The gym and the laundry facility are great to have around. Dennis restaurant right next-door. It was a great day thank you all for a great job.

We checked-in in the middle of the night and it was a breeze. Helpful and courteous staff. Clean room and quiet morning staff. Love it!!! This one might replace another of our favorite hotel in the area.

The staff there was terrible the young lady at the front desk cut me off while I was speaking to my husband to get the bathroom key from me yes you have to get a key from the front desk for the key and then they would not rent me another because I over payed for a wheelchair accessible room and was in basic room ju st to control my stay how ridiculous I want my money back and then the breakfast was horrible

I approach the front desk, I Just want to extend to three more day when I give her the room number, she immediate say you are late for you check out. I say to her that my wife asks for a late check out and was granted to her, I say look on your computer it should at list have a note, she says a don't see anything. I say is ok, I want to extend. From this point on. I cannot say it has exceeded my expectation. On the contrary it was under the expectations. She was unprofessional, she did not accept a recommendation. I was treated as racist because I am Latino and the front desk personal could no accept me as equal, and she is a Latina too.

Only hotel that I stay in when visiting Orange County. It is off the beaten path a bit but well worth the detour. Near many good restaurants and attractions. Always immaculate and welcoming. Hard to find a good, reasonable hotel experience these days!

Very close to Disneyland, making it a great place to stay for your trip. Area is nice and the hotel presents as high-end, put together, and clean making for a great competitor. Front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. More of a "fuller" breakfast with Covid precautions still taken, which was great to see and have again. Breakfast staff was fun, welcoming, and helpful as well :) Very impressed with this BW location and employees! The bedroom decor and bedspread is a bit outdated however the rest of the hotel, location, and services seems to make up for it!

We have stayed here once before a year ago and were very happy with the accommodations. So we booked again this time a week ahead and were looking forward to our stay. We reserved 2 queen standard. The day before we were going I decided to call to see about an upgrade to the deluxe 2 king bed room. I was told that they didn't offer that type of room there, even though I was looking at the room on the web site at the same time on the phone with a lady at their front desk. I accepted her answer knowing I'd ask when we got there. We arrived and while checking in we asked about their deluxe double king bed room, we were informed that they had 2 left so we decided to pay the extra to upgrade. When we got in the room it seemed very clean. My husband went to park the car and run to the store while I lysoled the room just for my own comfort. When I got to the bathroom, I looked in the shower to find, a used bar of soap with hair on it, water marks on the glass shower door and hair on the shower wall. I turned on the hot water to let it run after spraying the walls and a terrible smell came through the pipes. My husband came in and after I explained the smell and had shown him what I found. He said “nope” and we called the front desk about it. The young man was very concerned, asked if we had touched anything else and then immediately gave us a new room. The next rooms bathroom was clean except for the black mold in the corners of the shower door, however there was a questionable crusted stain on the window curtain and dried food under the night stand. Since that was the last double king room we decided to stay and just not touch much of anything. Our socks where almost black from the floors and we showered quickly with a towel on the floors. Unfortunately the cleaning staff aren't doing their jobs very thoroughly and don't Mach the professional front desk or even the amazing breakfast staff. We will not be returning there which we are sad about because we do enjoy 2 king size beds and the location as well as the breakfast. Temecula and Oceanside best western plus is where we will continue to go, unless the cleaning staff gets a clue In Placentia .

The inside was very clean, beds were comfy, breakfast included is a plus. If you choose to experience the transit like we did the bus routes aren't too bad to get to places. Has good amenity options, but there will be no microwave at all to use. Overall was a pleasant stay for us.

Breakfast was great and welcoming, nice staff. The pool is small, gym is nice (no dumbbells, bikes, BoFlex machine, laundry machine too in it). I am a BW rewards member great perks. Great experience all around. Honestly, better than other BW's I stayed at. Room was very nice and solid, very private. Great hotel appearance inside and outside. Very helpful nice welcoming staff. High rated hotel and well worth it. Recommend. Thank you.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had such an awful experience with BestWestern that I want to warn potential future customers of this hotel. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by this hotel! I had booked two rooms for my family and I, and gotten an adjoining room with two beds in each. After arriving at 1 am, we had called front desk to request towels (which came up after we called twice) and an extra comforter which was never sent up. As a result, we were left no choice but to move one of the comforters from one room into the other for extra comfort, and we'd forgotten to replace it back in the room we'd originally gotten it from before checking out. Despite both rooms being under my name, being beside one another (and connected through a door), and me calling MULTIPLE times to explain the situation, customer service was unwilling to listen and understand, and instead charged me $215, claiming the comforter had gone “missing”. By claiming housekeeping couldn't find the comforter, they technically accused us of stealing which is not only disrespectful but also ridiculous because who steals a comforter?? Their records are clearly not being accounted for accurately if they only seem to keep records of “missing” comforters and not a third comforter found in the very next room. I find it difficult to believe that they were unable to find the comforter, but am even more so disappointed and appalled by how unwilling and unresponsive their staff was in providing satisfactory service to their customers. Additionally, the manner in which they responded to our situation was highly unprofessional. Expecting a hotel to keep and ensure accurate records of hotel items, and be willing to work with and understand the concerns of their customers is the bare minimum; it's truly a shame that my experience with this hotel was so unsatisfactory and displeasing. Vacation should be a stress-free and pleasant experience, but it's clear that BestWestern's priority isn't to provide that, but instead to find ways to scam money out of customers. I would not recommend this hotel.

Sadly this is a great hotel with very poor communication and even worse management. Christina the AM Manager is absolutely horrid! Very seldom do I write bad reviews let alone speak upon someone directly but she is a horrible hotel manager. Never have I ever been "banned" from a hotel... anywhere! If Christina decides she doesn't like you solely based upon appearance she'kk cancel your reservation and won't notify until very last minute. She's unprofessional, argumentative, and has zero hospitality skills. The facilities are well kept. No guest after 10pm and no more than 2 ppl per room or you have to pay extra. The breakfast was pretty decent compared with most hotels.

Came all the way from Oregon with reservations in hand printed out from the hotel email with rates and dates. Tried to check in and they refused to look at what they had sent me and only at the computer. Told me i was supposed to check in 2 days ago and that i was charged as a no show (their mistake) so again I show them the letter again they don't look or care. So the manager comes out and says she will refund and try to get a room at the going rate. Very Rude. Said rooms are now more that they already comfirmed then when i asked why i should have to pay more she got even ruder and handed me a phone number to call customer service since she had none. Bottom line hotel told customer service agent they would refund but no rooms were available even though they offered one 2 minutes earlier.

Their employees were so welcoming and respectful!! I really felt welcomed and enjoyed my stay! Thank You! I would not change anything! I wish i could of used the gym since it was open but forgot to take proper clothing!

I visited the Placentia location and experienced poor service I believe was due to my race as my family were the only black people. Myself, my 13 year old son and 7 year old daughter stayed one night but was charged a mysterious smoking fee they refused to remove.

Our original plan to spend three nights stretched to eight as we tried to help a 96 year old relative move into assisted living. This BW Plus made our stay very comfortable, as we were exhausted every night! Hot breakfast was appreciated and made a good start to our busy day, and Covid precautions were in place and appreciated.

We have been loyal guest for some time now. Upon our first encounter they had a Trainee by himselft (Giovanni) and he was so unsure how to check us in. Than first nite we had a water leakage w/cockroaches in the room we had Gemen the security guard verified the area. Per German we needed to check w/ front desk to find out if we had to change rooms. Upon arriving in for the evening Daniel also trainee stated management went into our room while we were gone without permission. Than we were upset and he said "oh no" I ordered maintenance to go in we were so upset without giving anyone the consent to do so. Daniel than said "can I be real with both of you? We said "please do"! Daniel stated he lied about going into our room and said he did not know why he lied. We were so upset at his lying to us. Christina the property manager stated they would comp. our room & stay which they did not!! they charged our C/C $247.92 Plus an extra $100.00 for the hold of the C/C which that should have never happened!! That was per Giovanni (trainee) Sergio another manager or supervisor stated that WE PEOPLE should be ashamed of ourselves for making trainees write a statement. The statement we asked was from Daniel (trainee) because he confessed to lying to us about fixing the water leak and having maintenance go into our room. We were so upset at someone coming into our room we have our personal items lying around!! Sergio was not listening to either myself or my husband he was getting very mad when all we were asking was for a receipt on original room stay #117 and they moved us to room #315 that stated complimentary room no charge. The receipt of #117 was totally someone else C/C #, name, address which we were trying to also explain to sergio! He than called the police on us! There was two other young ladies there who forbid to allow to assist us which was very childish. I had call Best Western Customer Service spoke to Trinity and heard the conversation w/ Christina about the Complimentary room and yet they still charged my C/C $100 more than the room itself. I was instructed by BW customer service to reach back to the hotel to speak to Christina for a clear receipt and upon calling and speaking with Christina she interrupted me and got very rude and loud on the phone with my husband and I and Christina would not let me finish discussing with her what I needed. She also stated that my husband and I planted the cockroaches and made the spill ourselves when if she was smart enough to touch basis with her security guard German she would have seen he came to the room w/ us to verify the water leakage in the bathroom and the cockroach that was killed. There were two Cockroaches in the room #117 which the second one we called the maid to come and verify it as well. However, Christina accused us we planted all these thing which were not true at all!! Christina again was very angry and rude and would not let me speak I was trying hard to get a word in and than she just hung up on us!! We are so disappointed how we were accused and treated by all the staff and management at this location! They really need to get training on how to treat guest, speak to guest and honor their guest and not accuse them or even charge their C/C when the room is complimentary! Again, very dissatisfied!! We made multiple calls to Best Western Customer Service and the only person who really listened was Trinity. Other than that the staff at this location is very disrespectful and accuse their guest!! Again, these Individuals were, Christina(prop. Manager), Sergio Assistant Manager, Trainees-Daniel & Giovanni the management mentioned above is very poor at this location. NEVER AGAIN!!! I always try to stay at this hotel when in the area. Convenient, clean, and friendly. What more can anyone ask for?? Only complaint is why does this review need to be 200 characters?? Restaurants are close by.

exceptional place to stay! the entire staff is great! their cleaning is exceptional and prefer to stay here when I am in the area. top notch place to stay! under the current situation and what other hotels are offering their breakfast is far above what the other hotel chains are doing right now!

Tucked away from the Main Street and quiet. The staff were very professional. We especially loved how clean EVERYTHING was. Loved the option of a 2 KING beds. Appreciated the floors not having carpets. The shower did have a couple mold spots but because I always bring bleach when we travel I took care of it. The breakfast was great and we were so happy that they still provided breakfast, I think there should have been an extra person helping the one serving the breakfast because the other guest were complaining. Other wise we absolutely love this place. Keep up the great work, hopefully next time the pool will be open.

My wife and I stayed here on Thursday September 17, 2020. I checked out on Tuesday 22 and I did not have a good experience. We stayed on room 332 on the 3rd floor. Our first night while my wife was in the bathroom drying her hands, she saw a lizard on the floor. We assume it was on the towels but my wife was really scared. We were shocked since we had never had a problem in any hotel and this one that is supposedly "highly recommended" offered us this horrendous experience. After a few seconds when the panic went down, we caught the lizard with a towel and put it in a bag. We decided to take it to the front desk to let them know what happened and even worse was the experience with the receptionist. Without even apologizing, he just made a rude comment asking if we were afraid of a lizard. Later he told us that he would write it in his notes to let his manager know and no one ever followed up. Instead we followed up with the morning receptionist the following mornign and she just said that she did not know why it happened. I can't believe that this hotel did not do anything about it. Other thank that the service was okay

Slowly getting back out from the pandemic. Spent the day away from home. Property was rearrange to facilitate new guideline. Felt very safe, in the room and around the hotel. Staff was well equipped and made us feel comfortable.

I booked this hotel for the price. It was nicer than hotels I've paid twice for. Friendly staff. Fast service. Best hot breakfast. Spotless rooms. Gorgeous lobby. If you have a car, take advantage of their free parking and drive to Disneyland instead of staying at a closer not so nice hotel. I will be coming back. It is my new go to hotel for any visit to Anaheim.

I enjoyed my stay .. during the covid.. no pool.. but breakfast was offered.. they staff tried their best to make it comfortable and nice for the guests.. overall a good place to stay .. dennys right next door very convienient.

Amazingly clean hotel maybe because it's newly opened, very close t Denny's restaurant. Quiet place to stay, great breakfast and hugely size rooms. Good value of money to stay. Close to amusement parks like Disneyland, Knots-berry Farm and some outlet malls.

Hello, My husband and I recently spent 5 nights here when California was going into lock down. As surreal as it was we felt secure and at home during our stay. We did have an issue and Ron from maintenance came a immediately fixed it. We got talking and mentioned that we were heading back to Australia the next day and asked him where we could get face masks from as we had been unsuccessful, within 5 minutes he came back with 2 masks for us. I cannot tell you how appreciative we were of Ron doing this for us. You would be 'hard pressed' to find any faults with a Best Western hotel. Outstanding service right there.

this hotel requires a face lift , my second time staying and wont be a 3rd. will stay at the PLUS one a few miles away. last year i was told they were doing a face lift , not so. BW is a good chain , suggest stay at a plus

This hotel offers clean well equipped room, friendly service and peace of mind on reasonable price. We found only one major point for improvement- the breakfast and the scrambled eggs in particular. Avoid them as they are horribly made. Instead focus on the done by you waffles.

This location is near Brea, Anaheim, Cal State Fullerton, Southern LA County, which comes in handy if you hate wasting time on Freeways, and the staff is Always welcoming. I try to use this location in lieu of many choices, when I can.

We are super happy with this hotel, we have stayed here before, we have family in Fullerton, and we will definitely be back, the staff are excellent, super nice , helpful and efficient. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and in a very low traffic convenient area.

I stay at this property every trip to So Cal for business. The hotel is located close to my corporate office and a number of good resturants, the rooms are comfortable, clean, quiet, the staff are friendly and efficent. 95% of my stays I get the room and floor location I request when booking my stay. I am always offered upgraded room when available. Probably whay I always look at this property first when travelling to So Cal.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is exceptionally attentive, kind and courteous. Karen is an valuable asset to the staff. She was so accommodating during our stay. The location is close to all of north Orange Country. Very quiet location.

Stayed here 2 nights for a Disneyland trip! It was great! It was fairly close, less than a 15 minute drive. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The room was well equipped with toiletries. The waffles were perfect. I will stay here again

I really want to give a huge compliment to front desk Celene and housekeeping Isabel!! They went over and beyond for me. Yesterday I had my 3 year old daughter in the tub and I had a medical emergency when my blood sugar dropped really low. I called down to Celene and notified her of my condition and asked for some orange juice and she had Isabel come to my room with a glass of orange juice within minutes and then they brought up a pitcher of juice just in case I needed more. Isabel stayed with me to make sure I was good. Every time I have stayed here the staff is wonderful! Hotel is clean and I had a minor issue the first night and it was taken care of right away! The only real complaint is the beds are a little stiffer than I prefer but a wonderful place to stay! Thank you again Celene and Isabel you two were a life saver!!

This hotel appears to be newly renovated and everything was nearly perfect from the decor to the service to the excellent hot breakfast. My only complaint is that there were no outlets on the nightstand or lamp. I had to unplug the clock to plug in my phone.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our stay in the US. The place is clean and much better than the average motel. The Girls at front desk were really helpful and got us out of a incorrect booking at another best Western buy our travel agent

This hotel understands the value of cleanliness. They are actually better than the 5 star hotel that I stayed before. I like the overall appearance of the hotel, their cleanliness and their cappuccino is excellent!

Staff was great very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was a little firm for me. Easy on and off the freeway. Denny's on site was nice if you didn't want to drive to get food. If you arrive back to hotel after midnight you have to use room key to enter. Like this as an added safety measure.

Staff from check in desk to housekeeping to breakfast room had and excellent service oriented attitude which was much appreciated. Most Best Western Hotels we stay at were generally a good value for the money but this hotel stood out because of the attentive attitude of ALL the staff we encountered during our stay.

What a super surprise I had at Best Western....clean, professional, comfortable and very affordable ....a great experience Spacious room that was extremely clean....bed was comfortable and the property was hidden away from traffic, noise and transient people.

Had a great experience. The room was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast. Also got for a great price. Went to Disneyland and it is a short drive and worth it at the price.

Need it to stay at a hotel that was near Disneyland there were many other hotels nearby at the value is very reasonable at this one it had breakfast in the morning a full breakfast and wasn't too far away from the park which was 6 miles but direct shot to the park customer service was outstanding they had tended to all our needs and made our experience very joyful you will be staying at this hotel again in the future when we come back to deal to land with our grand kids and our children.

The front desk is excellent. Breakfast is good. Internet is good. The only negative is after I checked in, I found out the service personnel did not wipe all the surfaces of tables, nightstand, etc., so I had to use towels to cover them. The sticky round ring from a drink of the previous guest was present. This turned me off right away so watch out.

Very good hotel in convenient location. Easy in and out, ample parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast selection was very good, and the quality of the food was excellent. My favorite was the Spanish sauce for the omelette. I would have liked a better pillow selection. I ended up not using a pillow as those provided were foam-filled and pushed my head up too high, causing a stiff neck! Otherwise, the bed and room were ideal. Convenient to freeways, but far enough away not to have freeway noise. Staff was excellent; attentive and professional. A good find.

As always, Best Western offers a good value and more than you expect. There's nothing noteworthy, just a clean room, comfortable bed and quality amenities. Our only complaint is the breakfast. This is our second time here and both times, none of the hot food was hot. There is a basic assortment of bacon and eggs and waffles you make fresh. Nothing too exciting and it would be fine if it was at least warm.

Staying here quite often... nice gem of a place recently remodeled decor is nice. great stay noticed that many business travelers stay here... only thing to need to upgrade the breakfast bar maybe extend the and hrs offering better hot food

The stay at Best Western Plus was terrible. They charge you to check in early. $25 an hour to check in early. But my main problem was the beds. The mattresses for so hard all we did was toss and turn. My son my fiance and I woke-up with back aches. it's like the mattresses are filled with cement I've never stayed in a hotel for the match there so hard. Needless to say we didn't get any rest all night so we were happy to get out of that hotel glad we only stayed one night. when I reported to the front desk the lady only refunded me for my early check-in fee really didn't care about the lack of sleep that we received. Will not be staying here again they charge too much for their quality of room that they give

I spent one night at this hotel and was not sure about the location, safety and quality. I was very pleasantly surprised. Great location (2 blocks from freeway), good breakfast, fabulous staff and good room. It appears that this hotel has been recently renovated. I ride a motorcycle and am always concerned about where I park overnight. This hotel is set back a bit from the street behind a restaurant and seems very secure. I did park near the lobby, for piece of mind. But I think most anywhere would be fine. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Christina Lopez is a terrible manager. During our very lengthy stay, the pool was never in fact open. The breakfast is horrible and cheap. She is condescending and a bad manager in general. Despite many attempts to have her re trained at the least, she remains a manager as a direct result of negligence in the owner Sandy and the Best Western chain. I do not recommend spending one penny here.

I paid pennies for the best hotel in the Orange County Area. I see this place is rated 2 stars and I'm wondering why? My room was amazing, large, and very clean. I really enjoyed this hotel room and the staff was excellent to top it off. My interaction checking in was excellent. Bed was excellent!

I've stayed here several times and love this place. Great staff with comfortable rooms. Always enjoy the breakfast here! Great location and has a Denny's that is in the same lot so it's convenient for meals.

The beds are the perfect height... they are comfy as well. We were just looking to get a room for ourselves for a night so we could have some adult alone time, and this worked out great. Price and convenience were right on point. Windows in the room open which is nice, and the coffee machine in the lobby is a definite plus.

Stayed for two days visiting friends. Location is great, tucked away on a busy boulevard and Denny's right there in parking lot. Hotel is very clean, rooms great with a side living space and nice desk area for work. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful, room was GREAT, staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. 10 mins from Disneyland and right next door to Denny's. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. No outdoor noise. Shower was good too. We'll definitely stay here again

Hi, I can guarantee I will not be staying at this Best Western hotel property again. Celine, the front dest clerk has to be the rudest hotel reception clerk I have ever experienced. She definitely needs lessons in diplomacy and customer service! Beware, when you check in you need the Make, Model, color and license number of your vehicle. I told Celene I knew all but the license number. She told me I had to go get it now! I told her I did not want to walk all the way back to the car with my bags all here and everything. So she very rudely told me she would not check me in without and stood there and stared at me to show me it was her way or the highway! Celene, it is not always what you ask but how you ask it!!!! Not your best choice! Jim

Around $100 a night this is a new or updated hotel with ample parking, near major road for access to Orange County. Our room was near the back and quiet with the exception of noisy kids in an adjoining room (may want to avoid these rooms). Check in, and desk clerks were efficient and friendly. The lobby very nice with a spiral staircase up to the second floor. Something you don't normally see in moderately price hotels. The suite was spacious with fridge, microwave, large work area, dresser, closet, and sitting bench. The tv was also large and the bathrooms up to date and green (soap and lotion dispensers versus individual sized). There was an excellent breakfast with both sausage and bacon. Would certainly consider this place when in the area again.

it was a great experience for me. The staff was nice and it was right off the freeway. When im in Anaheim for any reason and i need a place to stay, i will definitely choose best western plus for my stay.

Great hotel with amazing service! I always feel welcomed when I come to this hotel. Whenever I need something, all I have to do is ask. It is a very quiet property and there is a restaurant and convenience store within walking distance which also makes it a prime location to stay in!

I stay at this property 3-4 times/year and it's never disappointed. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good. The landscaping is nice even if the surrounding houses are a little run down. The toiletry amenities are big bottles attached to the wall (very green and eco-focused which I like) however I've started bringing my own bar of soap when I stay for more than 2 nights. Sometimes the air freshener is very strong and I find that my belongings smell like the hotel when I get home. For this reason, I don't always opt for housekeeping during my stay. The breakfast staff are always so friendly!

Stayed at this BW 1 night after returning from 2 weeks in Mexico. Rested up before making the drive back home to Fresno County. We were not told when making our reservstion, that the hotel was in remodeling phase! Good breakfadt, comfy bed and clean room. Still good !

Not much of a view but the room is good. Comfortable bed that doesn't squeak every time I breathe, clean room. In the hall I can hear very loud TV's, but so far I don't hear it in my room. The hotel is located behind Dennys, so you are actually pulling into the Denny's parking lot to get to the hotel. Great location next to the freeway and just 15 mins to Disneyland. Price is great for the location. Just keep in mind all over the area has bad traffic during rush hour (s)

We were here only one night Dec 19th & it was a pleasure to see such a well kept hotel. Being very hard for me to walk & get up & down, they provided a Handicap room on the 1st floor, which made it nice. Bed was comfortable as most all Beds in the Best Western's are. The desk help was friendly & helpful, giving us ideas of where to get a good meal. Though being tired we chose Denny's right next door for dinner & had the BW on the go breakfast. Would highly recommend it.

We came here on our trip to Disney. It is far from Disney so I would suggest a different hotel. This hotel was under construction. The room was big. We just stayed the night but the room was comfortable. Bathroom was large. Service was great at the front desk.

Pros: new laminate floors, a built in desk, tiled bathroom walls, comfortable beds, hot breakfast, quiet location. Cons: no lighting besides ceiling lights, no pictures on the wall making the rooms very echoey, shower tile floor stained/not upgraded, rooms need more furniture to put your stuff on instead of the floor.

It's a nice hotel, breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Tip: they will fill your water container with filtered water if you ask. Tip: they have trays so you can bring breakfast back to your room easily. Issue: the emergency exit doors that need to be kept closed to prevent the spread of fire (if it ever happens) are PROPPED OPEN and thus unsafe and in violation of fire regulations. Pictures show what I mean. When I closed the doors, I found them open later and it was the building guard following me around and propping them open again. I spoke to hotel manager, she said that this was "temporary because of the construction and painting going on" but during our 4-day stay there was no construction and no painting going on.

The lobby was torn apart when we got there and I immediately thought "Oh boy..." but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was nice, clean, and comfy. The staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was great quality for a motel. If we hadn't already had a location right across from Disneyland reserved, I wouldn't have minded staying here and just driving to the parks every day. In fact, I might consider it next time!

This hotel is clean, newly remodeled, the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful, great breakfast, good parking free, You are 7 miles to Disneyland Parking easy access. Lots of food options in the area and a Denny's on the same property. I would recommend this hotel.

Average hotel but 5 star amazing. Excellent staff. Why stay at a resort when this is cheaper and better. Cheap uber and lyft to disney. Under construction but you definitely tell is improving. Very cozy

very nice stay, the breakfast was excellent the internet worked well and the hotel employees were very pleasant. the only complaint would be that it took a long time to get hot water to the shower. there was a restaurant with in walking distance which was nice.

A great place to stay with friendly staff(Karen, Evelyn, Isai & Sarah, yummy complimentary breakfast & restaurants close by! They have done some great renovations!! Nice clean room and ample parking!!

Pros: 'he hotel looks nice and clean on the outside. Lots of free parking. Right next to a Dennys! The staff was very helpful and courteous The free breakfast was well run and good and had a nice variety of items and drinks The Pool was well heated and both the pool and spa were in good repair The Cons: The rooms are quite small. Our family of 3 felt quite cramped. The beds were old and not very supportive. Definitely needed replacing. Our first room had a broken AC unit, but we were given another room quickly with no hassle. The lobby was being remodeled and it created a fair amount of noise. This was in July 2018 and obviously is a short-term problem. Basically, given the beds, the remodeling noise, and the small size of the rooms, I felt this Best Western was a bit overpriced given the value provided.

The first thing I noticed when I checked in was that they were pulling baseboards and drywall off all around the lobby and it looks like they were pulling asbestos from the walls. Then I went up to my room and it smelled like sewage as I walked in. I was there for maybe a total of 10 hours since checked out very early the next morning after a shower. A week later they charged an extra $200 to my card saying they found "stuff" in the room and it smelled like smoke even though I don't smoke. They wouldn't say what "stuff" they found. This place is a scam and smells like crap, literally.

Currently undergoing lobby renovations, but they don't seem to interfere with checkin or checkout process. Tables and chairs under the entry portico allow for rest, smoking, or just enjoying watching guests unload. Breakfast is good. Beds and climate controls are stellar. Overall, a worthy stay.

The hotel is tucked away behind Denny's. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The staff was very friendly. I was upgraded to a mini suite. Very clean. The only thing I did not like was shower dispensers. Seemed pretty cheap and I could not get more than a drop of each one to come out. Free parking, breakfast and Wi-Fi are all great amenities.

A perfect place to stay. Great breakfast. very children oriented. rooms well appointed. Very clean, and well maintained. Management and staff professional and very customer serivce oriented. Bravo all arounds

The staff were fine, but the hotel itself isn't built to cope with the noise generated by the inconsiderate guests. We stayed on the second floor and you would swear there was zoo above us. Every footstep, dropped bag and cough could be heard through the timber. The traffic noise from Harbor Blvd wasn't an issue at all, it was the screaming kids, the inconsiderate pigs slamming doors and the car park being in the surrounded by the hotel acting as an echo chamber. Breakfast was a feeding frenzy and most were in competition to stack their plates as high as they could. The breakfast was okay, but if you don't like waste you won't appreciate seeing how much food gets wasted let alone the hundreds of plastic plates, cups and cutlery the place goes through each day. Like anywhere in the US, there are a multitude of places around the hotel to eat at and Disneyland isn't a bad walk, maybe 15-20 minutes. We had to get a family room and it's not an ideal layout. There is a small toilet and shower in the centre of the room and the wash basin is in the walkway. Wouldn't stay again unless on the top floor.

This is an out of the way location which abuts a Denny's on the front of the property and in the rear there is a school yard. It does give you a exclusion feeling since it is set back off of the street. I have stayed at this location for a week when it was a Holiday Inn. The noise level from the surrounding activity is minimal. But our main reason for using this Best Western as our Go-To place is the Great Staff and cleanliness.

If you book through online you will get the room facing the lobby with a 2 inch Gap on the bottom of the door so you can see people walking by and hear them. Not very private. If you don't want that room they going to charge you $35 extra to give you not an upgraded room but just a different room of the same type

This is a great little hotel close to local freeways and attractions though out Orange County. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast options were very delicious too. Will stay here again.

I have been staying here at least one night a week for the last couple years. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, fitness center is satisfactory, and the service is always beyond exceptional. I am obviously a satisfied customer based on the fact that I have been returning for so long. And let me not forget that it is an excellent value.

The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless. The shower hear could have been better. The breakfast choices were fantastic. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. Our room was a nice size. The bathroom was very nice in size. I loved that the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were available in a dispenser in the shower.

This was a very quiet hotel, excellent staff, and really comfortable bed. I have RA and finding a soft bed is crucial. Best sleep I have had in years!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Karen was a doll arranging my room. It was five miles from Anaheim Convention Center. Good breakfast! I love Best Western Plus, this one get 5 stars for the beds!! Awesome and reasonable. The hotel is tucked away down the street. The check-in process was fast and smooth. The clerk was friendly and warm. I was confused why they had a high deposit for a budget hotel. The exterior of the hotel was in repair. The bed here was comfortable. The fit and finish were acceptable. The room was noisy. The hotel's cleaning crew was on top of things. The hotel' s carpet and paint showed extensive wear. A cheap place to stay at with good accommodations.

I had booked this hotel online. Upon arrival the promised room did not seem adequate for a family of 5 so I requested the front desk. Usually the kingsize bed with sofabed is exchanged for a 2 queen option without any fees, however I was charged for the same. The breakfast is good.The rooms were neat and tidy. The room doors need to be fixed as they shut off on their own and making a thunderous noise. Also I could hear loud sound of flush and shower from other rooms disturbing my sleep.

This is a very nice hotel located within easy access to local amusement parks and other entertainment and businesses. It has very easy freeway access as well as good access to local amenities via local surface streets too. The hotel facilities are very clean and comfortable. The staff and management are all very friendly and this adds a lot to the stay experience. I like staying here and they treat me like one of the family, which I really appreciate. Oh, and the complimentary breakfast is a real bonus too !

I stayed at this hotel for a Disneyland trip with my family for 3 nights. It was just remodeled & everything looks so wonderful. Front Desk was so helpful & caring. At check in, I welcomed & accommodated into an upgraded suite by two lovely girls working the desk. I noticed there was a man who was being very rude & disgusting to them but they handled it so well & professional. Kudos to them! He was upset over a room he booked but he kept huffing & puffing over his mistake. Both girls remained calm & did a great job. The remodeled breakfast room was nice! Breakfast was great as always. So many choices & fresh waffles! The host was so sweet & attentive. Housekeeping would always greet us & rooms left the rooms very clean. They even ask if there is a specific time for them to clean your room so they don't disturb you. So sweet! Even the security guard was welcoming & so friendly. Thank you for such a safe & great stay. I will be coming back & recommending it to friends/family.

I am a Best Western Diamond, and I have stayed at dozens of different Best Western properties. This was... whoa boy... nothing compares to how bad this was. In June, someone was beaten unconscious in front of this property. With this in mind, I refused room 126 when it was assigned to me — the front door of room 126 faces the lobby. It is literally the most exposed room in the building. It was 9 P.M. The hotel wasn't full. But there were only a handful of ADA rooms, and the room I had booked was an ADA room. The room I was assigned was the only ADA room left. They decided that this meant THIS HAD TO BE the room I would take. No upgrades for Diamond members. "Not when they book using points," they said. (This was the first I had ever heard of such a policy.) While they said they would keep checking as to what they could do, instead they ignored me and checked in two other guests. One of those guests, a Gold member, was offered points/snacks, while I was not. When those guests left, I stood there at the counter. They continued to ignore me. Then they told me to sit and wait an hour for the GM. (What GM clocks in at 10 P.M.?) Or, they said, you should cancel and book a different property. (What hotel actively encourages its guests to cancel?) I waited half an hour for the GM. Then I re-booked at a different Best Western. (The second Best Western greeted me with a large room upgrade, 500 welcome points, and a water/snack basket. Costa Mesa. Check it out, fellow Best Western fanatics.) I then called over to the BW in Placentia. Sure enough, the GM had shown up to work. She had even, apparently reviewed video/audio of my interaction with the clerks. I won't get into the entire conversation I had with the GM, but let's just say, these clerks who could do nothing for me were very WELL trained in whatever protocols this GM has established. The GM was adamant that the customer was wrong, everything was done properly, and "law prohibits moving an ADA-booked guest to a non-ADA room." But this... this, my friends... oh man, this was my favorite interaction: "I just feel you shouldn't have given the Diamond member the worst room in the building," I said. GM: "I don't like that you would be so condescending to people with disabilities." ...I have no words...

I have been at this hotel several times. The staff s friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, common areas are clean. Breakfast is decent, when compared to others that offer "free breakfast". I will come back when I return to Orange County.

the bed was the most comfortable i have slept in. With the exception of the pool area and the small breakfast area our stay was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to satisfy us.

The Hotel location is easy to get to . It's nicely tucked away from the main street which makes the surrounding quiet. The hotel is well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly at check In. The rooms are clean and roomy . We spent time in Jacuzzi . The area was maintained and the Jacuzzi was working well. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices . Staff was great . We will be back again .

This place was an embarrassment to the Best Western Plus chain. No parking...handicap parking taken up by loud workers rehabbing the place. I was given a handicap room with shower head at waist level. When i asked for a different room...i was told there were no more available. The place is old....run down...dirty with no apparent management nor do they care. BW plus are usually very good....NOT THIS DUMP. DONT stay here...not worth the price.

A hidden gem in Orange County, a small attractive hotel with a full breakfast and a friendly, attentive staff. We had better service here than the big luxury hotels. Definitely recommend this hotel to all!

No breakfast, no pool/spa - put in a handicap room when we did not request. Hotel was in total renovation and no one told us to expect scaffolding EVERYWHERE!! VEry expensive for a low quality hotel and location. Do not believe the site pictures

Very nice hotel and the staff was excellent. All very nice and ready to help. They upgraded my room for no reason. When I come back to the area, this will be the place. Also, it took us less then 15 min to get to Disneyland Parking lot.

It was very quiet at night, the bed was very comfortable, pillows amazing, good shower, Direct TV with HBO. It was very high quality overall. There was a Denny's next door, which due to renovations was where you had to go for breakfast.

In the process of remodeling, parking can be difficult at this time. Convenient location, competitive price, caring staff, satisfactory but a limited breakfast offering at this time at Denny's next door. Does not compare to breakfasts when the property has their kitchen/dining available. Can only select limited items.

this Hotel is An affordable alternative to the Disney neighbor hotels, with only a 15 min commute to Disneyland, very quiet hotel. Easy on/off to freeway. This hotel had a very good quality breakfast, with very friendly helpful hostesses.

We found this hotel convenient for our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was very pretty and the food was excellent. The attendant made sure the food was well stocked. Outside was being renovated but we were not incomvienced by it.

We stayed here in October for 5 days , not a bad place the breakfast that's included was plentiful and lots of variety . The pool was closed when we were there due to construction. There is a laundry on site that's self serve . Selena at the front desk was awesome and super helpful . The only drawback is there's nothing close to eat other than the Denny's in the parking lot .

This was a very peaceful 2-day stay for a business related trip. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was nice and the dining room staff was amazing. The only con is the lack of restaurants within walking distance, with the exception of Denny's.

The girl that checked us in was very unfriendly. The beds were not very comfortable. We were woken up at 6:30 am by loud cleaning staff talking across the hallway. I am not a hard to please guest but the only good thing about this hotel is that Denny's is so close. This is my very first ever bad review and we stay in hotels at least every other month on trips to Disneyland.

This is a old hotel in the process of renovation. Smells and is creaky. Noisy location. No shuttles to Disneyland. Over priced!! The staff were very friendly..... kind of felt sorry for them working there. I would not recommend this hotel for some time to come.

needing to stay here for peace & quiet for my studying/schooling. staff extremely helpful with everything and my stay was a very wonderful experience. to say the least, wish my classes went as well :)

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the beds were comfortable! The 2 king bed room was the perfect size for my family and I. The breakfast really saved us time and money. I would definitely stay here again.

I often use this hotel for trips to Disneyland since its just a very short drive to the park and is cheaper than the ones located actually on the disneyland drive area - often less than 10 minutes in the morning at the weekend when the traffic is light. Its very clean, recently updated and ticks all the boxes for somewhere to stay for the night and get up early and leave the next day. The breakfast room is big and we have so far (approximately 20 stays) always manage to get a table. Staff are always helpful and amenable and there is a Dennys right next to it which is good for late night cheap and cheerful dinner. There is also a burger bar right across the street.

Mostly this Hotel was comfortable and the staff was very responsive and pleasant. Pretty good location for visiting all of the parks and sights. Missing microwave in room but it was delivered in a timely way.

Overall value for your money! Located near the freeway towards Angels stadium, Honda Center, Disneyland, etc Has Denny's in front Breakfast buffet was great I'm used to my bed so not that good for me, but my wife seemed fine with it Will definitely be back

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed more firm than my body likes, but overall very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast that is included. We could not figure out why the drapes could not be closed to block the light until right before leaving we noticed the black out drapes were behind the sheers. We will stay here again when we are in the area. Great value for the money!

Overall we had a really good experience, staff is friendly the rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable, a lot of good options for breakfast, if you are traveling with small children's short distance from Disneyland.

I've stayed here a few times this year prior to trips on Amtrak. The location is good, the rooms are nice, and the included breakfast is better than most. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is my first choice of hotels in the area.

This is an attractive facility and staff is helpful. Breakfast is standard fare with some unusual egg patties I have not seen before. Our room faced the front of the motel and the strong lights of the parking lot penetrated the room at night. I had to place a towel on top of the heater/AC to cut down on the brightness. Also, the fit to the door was poor and let both noise and light in to the degree that I used another towel to cover the gap at the bottom. These steps helped the ambiance greatly. The pillows were quite thick. Perhaps instead of four thick pillows there could be a variety.

Would recommend this hotel. Have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. Our company always books this hotel when employees are needed at corporate office. Never had an issue with stay. Tom's Place down the street is excellent place to eat if needed.

Arriving to the hotel the outside of the building is in need of paint and cleaning up. But inside the hotel is very clean and staff was extremely courteious. The room was very nice and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel has been updated and has most of the amenities the traveler needs. One could stay in this Best Western for several days and feel the comforts of home. While we did not go to Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm the hotel is close to these experiences not to mention Anaheim Stadium, the Pond and updated train depot.

I have stayed at this hotel before and I will continue to as it is ideal to rest and yet get to your destination quickly the next day. Quick easy access to major freeways, yet no noise from it. Clean, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Staff go out of their ways to tend to your needs. I will stay here again.

This hotel is very convenient when going to Dianeyland. Easy to find, and get back on the freeway. The rooms are always clean and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is really good. I always use this location when going to Disneyland.

Hidden jewel in Placentia/Anaheim area close to Disneyland & Chapman University. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds & very well lite parking lot with security cameras everywhere with guards in the area making you feel safe at all times. Loved that this is a smoke-free hotel. Breakfast was good & more variety at Denny's in same parking lot. Staff very informative of area shopping/groceries stores if you forgot something

I am always very pleased with my stay at Best Western. The facilities in Placentia are nice an quaint. Very clean, very friendly, and very quiet. I mostly come to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle from work or home. I get more done from the hotel room than I would get if I were to work from home.

Great Hotel and Staff, very friendly and helpful, everything was nice and clean Outside and Inside the Hotel, Pool area etc. Breakfast had a lot of different choices. Room was clean, along with newer towels. I would defiantly stay again if I was in the area on vacation and recommend to other friends. Everything was fine with this hotel except that it had a bad smell in the room. Could be the air conditioner needing a clean filter, but everything was clean in the room. We always bring lysol anyway but it couldn't really cover up the musty smell.

I have always had a great experience at any BW I have stayed at. Staff is always friendly, rooms are always kept nice. Amenities are always top notch. I would recommend BW to anyone who asked me where they should stay.

great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. Families can have a great time and couples looking for a night away will also find this hotel enjoyable. I've staff by myself for one night and my experience was just as joyful as when I stayed with my fiancée.

The rooms were clean, staff Friendly and helpful, wifi a bit slow and beds were comfy just slanted at one side, in our room anyway but this didnt stop us having a good night sleep, location was fine for disney but way out of the way for everything else. Breakfast was ok, but if late down for breakfast its not replenished and so little choice. All in all a good stay, area seems safe and quiet.

wasn't fond of being put in a room right next to the door could hear it slamming all night. Bed was clean odor in room floor was sticky had to wear shoes. Denny's next door for late night food and right off freeway for easy access. Internet good

Our visit to this hotel was 100% incident-free and problem-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern/updated. Desk staff were friendly and efficient. It was everything we could have hoped for when booking a room online sight unseen.

Excellent hotel. Last minute change due to other hote reviews and im so glad i did!! Would recommend this hotel to anyome! Staff was very helpful and breakfast rocked! Wifi worked great just couldn't get laptop connected. That was minor problem to me. But overall Excellent for the price we paid!

Every time I have to work in the IE I stay at this location! They always have a great staff, very helpful and friendly when I show up at 11pm. The rooms are always clean and the AC always works well. The internet is always fast! I recommend this Hotel!

We were totally comfortable and the staff made the stay extra special. The location was great to the parks and convention center, The breakfast exceeded most others around. The fitness area and pool met all our expectations.

Not worth the stay. The office staff was not accommodating to our complaints. They did not respond after 2 phone calls. I was sold a room that did not represent the online advertisement. It was disappointing.

We stayed here one night due to it's proximity to Disneyland. It's easy to find and close to major highways. It doesn't have a resort fee and has free parking and breakfast, which is a plus compared to the other hotels closer to the park. However, we had to change rooms as there were some red spots on the bed sheet. We can't say for certain that it was blood, but we weren't going to take the risk. The front desk staff was very apologetic and quickly gave us another room. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and also quiet, and the bed was pretty comfortable. The A/C kept going on and off all night even though it wasn't on the auto setting. The breakfast was typical: waffles, pre-made circular scrambled eggs, soggy bacon, sausage patties, cereals, pastries, etc.... It was enough to fill us up for a few hours. We would probably stay here again.

I travel to the LA area to work. When I need to be in the Anaheim / Orange Area this is a great place to stay. It is close to the freeway but in a good location. The rooms are as advertised and clean. The staff is helpful. I have been to this location 2 times and would use it again

The desk clerk was exceptional during check-in having recognized me as I pulled up, and having me all checked in before I even got to the desk. The mini-suites are nice and comfy. It is always nice having a hot breakfast included in the stay. Especially at this price point.

We were given a new room but There were termites, ants and a stong cigarette and urine smell in our first room. The new room had white dried up matter on the drapes. AC was loud but worked fine. Would not come back.

We booked a room for two nights online using Hotels.com and received a confirmation number in an email; however, the hotel did not have a room for the two night reservation; the hotel booked all of their rooms and did not have a room to fulfill the online booking.

We went to OC for our son's graduation. This hotel was OK nothing to write home about. My only complaint was the bed was way too soft. For the price it was OK quality definitely not five stars. The staff was polite and professional. We had a little trouble controlling the room temperature but that may have been user error.

I stayed here by myself for three nights. The hotel is clean and for what you pay, you actually get a nice, well appointed room. The staff were very friendly. The surrounding area is nothing to write home about, but it feels safe. There is a Denny's right next to the property which makes it for a convenient stop to get some OK food. Parking is plentiful. There is a small pool with a jacuzzi, which I did not get to enjoy but my wife and kids stayed there a few weeks after I did and they said they enjoyed them. Breakfast is typical buffet style, but with quite a few choices. Me, and then my family stayed here because it is close to where my mother lives so I'm not sure how close it is to attractions in that part of So Cal, but, judging from some of their adverts in the lobby, Disneyland should not be all that far. You don't really stay in a hotel in Placentia for the luxury, but for what you pay, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. Safe, clean, nice room, comfortable, nice staff, free breakfast which, while not superb, was better than I was expecting

bogus charges up to $800,dont use a towel to take off your kids makeup from disneyland either.very rude people,the room i had smelled awful.right next to a dennys where all the strange people go late at night, all the side doors were wedged open all the time,saftey issues big time, go stay at the days inn down the street.

Only minutes from Nixon Library. Hotel is updated and spotless. We loved the fact of no carpet in rooms...just a lively laminate. The shower was the largest ever in all our years of travel. Calling for reservations..easy. Check in, check out ..less than 2 min. Breakfast..hot, with many choices. Every staff had a "hello" for us. Dennys Restaurant in parking lot. A very enjoyable experience.

Coffee served at breakfast is just horrible. Clearly the cheapest coffee and brew machines the hotel can buy. Additionally, quality of breakfast foods are low. Third floor even number rooms face an unsightly trailer park - get an odd number room if possible.

This place was s great find!!! It was clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, and quite. I travel a lot and it's truly hard to find a great place to lay your head. The price was awesome and the beds are so freaking COMFORTABLE!!!

Close to Disneyland a little over priced but didn't stay more than 8 hrs. I didn't stay long enough to really enjoy the hotel in anyway was just a place to sleep for the night. Room was clean bed was comfy and it def suited the purpose

Right off the 5, near Disney or Fullerton. Rooms were clean but pillows were horrible. Breakfast just ok but there's a Denny's in the parking lot of hotel. The neighborhood is not great and the view outside the windows leaves little to be desired. But price was good and staff was nice.

If you have a rental car and want to stay at a clean quiet location, this is the place. It's not super fancy and only 5 - 10 min from Disney. Lots of shopping and dinning within short driving distance.

Our family stayed at BW to go to Disneyland. It was a quick 15 min. drive. The breakfast was amazing and super helpful to getting out the door quickly. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Great stay.

Front best was very nice and welcoming as well as the rooms are very clean from the mattress to the remote control. I always look for the bathroom to be the cleanest at hotels especially the corners of showers/baths and this did not disappoint.

This hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have stayed there. The dining room is kept up and the ladies working it are very helpful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and the bed was great!

Our room was a jr.suite very clean, with a fridge and microwave. We were planning only to stay for 5 days just to enjoy some time at Disneyland, but decided to stay an extra 2days. Which we like to thank Mark who works the front desk at night, he did a great job on helping us with adding on the 2 extra nights. ( Mark made feel like home with his help). Breakfast was great every morning. The drive to Disneyland was only a short trip 6 miles away, less than 15-20mins to get there.( Depending on the lights on E. ball road). Will Stay here again the next time we stay for a long vacation visit. This was our 4 time staying here.

The staff is so helpful, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town. Traffic can be a challenge at times when going to the city center(Disneyland, convention center, etc.)We were very impressed by the complimentary breakfast. We were expecting the typical continental breakfast food items, not the case, fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. We looked forward to breakfast each morning.

Nice Best Western close to all. Needed a place to stay near CSUF & the nearby Phoenix Club, and this was perfect. This is a newly remodeled hotel, pretty typical of most Best Westerns. Clean rooms friendly staff, free breakfast, and this also has a Denny's right next door...Enjoy!

I come to this hotel because of the friendly staff that always makes me feel welcome each time I walk through their doors. The room is nicely done with plenty of space to move around in. There is a large LED Television and pretty good wireless internet as well.

I stayed here while working at the corporate headquarters for my job in Fullerton. This property is clean, super comfortable & ultra quiet! They must have gone through a major remodel because my room was freshly painted and totally renovated. Instead of using carpet, they installed ceramic planks that resemble wood...much cleaner & easier to upkeep. The property is enough off the #57 freeway so noise is non existent but very easy to find. I'll plan to stay here again!

Pros: Clean room, No Bugs, clean breakfast area, mostly nice and helpful staff, clean pool and spa, Soft comfortable Bed, Dennys in parking lot, wasn't noisy (one night neighbor was a pain/mgt nipped problem right away), close drive to many things (Disney, Knotts, WalMart, Marie Calendars...etc Cons: auto hold on $100 to check in (policy), Could change breakfast up a little or add something like potatoes (was good and fresh not bad for included in stay!) we stayed for 7 nights so just got repetitious not really a Con I guess ?? If you are worried about being charged for something at check out (because of other reviews) then just have housekeeping check your room and clear you before you leave.

All carpets are dirty; room not vacuumed during my 3 night stay; breakfast room staff sneezing on the food; hotel staff did not greet coming or going; hair on the bathroom floor. At check-in, required to make a full deposit PLUS an additional $100 fee to later be refunded. Hotel quality has diminished significantly since my last stay in June (have stayed in this hotel 45+ times in the past). Will not stay here again.

We recently stayed at this particular Best Western on a trip to Orange County and have no regrets. The staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. The room was clean and would be perfect for business travel or a family on vacation. One minor critique is that there is nothing that there's really no atmosphere to speak of- but it's the Best Western and what do you expect for $120/night, right? The bed was comfortable, but maybe a little too soft for the Mr. Our only real criticism is the location. It's adjacent to a housing complex that had loud music coming out of it that we could hear- despite the in room AC unit running- until well after midnight. All that said, we still feel like we got our money's worth and if we needed to stay in the same area again, we'd definitely book here.

This was a NICE hotel for a great price! It had wonderful rooms, nice employees, and a breakfast better than most hotels. They even made the fresh waffles for you and delivered them to the table. Overall, GREAT value and pleasant experience!

We were really pleased about this hotel. Huge lobby and the size of the bathroom is way beyond the usual cramped room. Very clean with lots of parking. The breakfast was nice and if you are tired at night there is a Denny's right in front of the hotel. I would use the hotel again when in the area.

It's a little tough to get a good feel from the website on any particular hotel, the area, cleanliness, etc. We took the gamble and it paid off extremely well. Free parking! Clean, comfortable, quiet. Nice rooms. Nice breakfast facilities. Nice staff. Biggest drawback is location with few near by food or shopping options. Review is looking for more information but that covers the experience.

The hallway smelled of fish they were in the process of remodeling it appears that could have been the issue with the plaster smell the room was okay nice Lobby nice relaxing area in front with couch the breakfast was very nice but the smell was the worst and the pool area was filthy it appears as though they're remodeling that also that being said if you get your room at a discounted price its worth it.

Rooms have been renovated, they are clean and beds are super comfortable; good size room too. Their breakfast is really good too---they had waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon and many more extras. This is not your typical "continental breakfast". The customer service was excellent all around and during breakfast the staff was really helpful---they make your waffles and bring it to your table...very nice and attentive young lady who served us. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. It has always been nice, but has been recently renovated and now is just great. In room amenities are updated and very nice. The complimentary breakfast has many delicious choices. Nice workout room and pool area. Very quiet neighborhood.

I have stayed at the Best Western in Placentia, California several times. It is affordable, safe and rooms are comfortable. The staff is always very friendly, and attentive. The breakfast is not too bad. I often get the waffles. Denny's is located next to the Hotel, walking distance if you choose to have breakfast or other meals there.

Stayed here one night and that was too many. On the positive side, the room was clean and the staff was pleasant, other than that, there's really no reason for the price. We chose the "Plus" and we're still trying to figure out where the "Plus" was. If I'm going to pay for a Vegas room rate, the least they could have done was throw in a voucher for a meal at the Denny's next door. Also, if you don't want to try sleeping with your chin on your chest, bring your own pillows because you absolutely don't want to drink the excuse for coffee in the lobby.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while on vacation with my kids. The property of very clean and well taken care of and the rooms were fresh and clean. Overall experience was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was a bonus and an added benefit and saved some money on eating out. It is about a 15 minute drive to the major theme parks which was not a hassle at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Rates were very reasonable as well.

I booked this hotel off of reviews on the internet. I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The location is in a weird area behind a Denny's Restaurant - in a residential and industrial area. Signs in the parking lot let you know they are not responsible for loss or damage to your car. The staff was very welcoming coming and going. The lobby of the hotel is very nice and large. Our hotel room was on the first floor and our view was of a brick wall. The TV was locked down to the wall. I inquired about the $100 hold on my card for incidentals - (Do you have room service?) - Was told since the hotel is near colleges that they do this more for a damage deposit. Okay I get it. The breakfast was hot but terrible. We stayed two days and the food was the same both days. Instead of potatoes - they made a potato mixed with spam or something that looked like spam. YUCK! Waffles were good :) - only bananas for fruit option. Lobby had a business center which we used and also a free drink area for coffee and water. Rooms were nice/fine but the beds seems like they were soft to the sides - like you were going to fall off the edge of the bed - this was the case for both beds. The walls were paper thin and you could hear your neighbors in the next room. Didn't check out the pool area. Not sure I would stay there again.

Room condition is better and cleaner than I expected to a hotel at this price. This hotel is not very well decorated, but it is still ok as the room is very comfortable. Hotel staffs are welcoming to guests. Receptionist is very efficient in helping check-in and check-out. The only thing that I was extremely unsatisfied is the breakfast--very low quality kind and very salty. I would suggest guests to bring their own breakfast if you want want your day to be ruined by a terrible breakfast. Other than the breakfast, this is a very good hotel to stay.

If you are willing to drive just outside Anaheim, this BW offers a great value for room rates and amenities as well as being located in a quiet area. We had a King room divided by a half-wall from a sitting area with sofa bed and 2 flatscreen TV's. Parking was free and plentiful even later at night. Wifi worked okay in our 3rd floor room and lobby has 2 computers for guest use. Location is 15-20 min trip to Disney Resort or Angels Stadium using local roads but is also near freeway. It is a short drive to grocery stores and fast food. Hotel is behind Dennys Restaurant so that is an on-site food option. Another close by (adult) recommendation is "The Bruery", a craft beer brewery located in a strip mall minutes from the hotel. Their extensive selection of unique flavors of beer offered in their cheerful tasting lounge was a couple of hours of fun. However, no food served so do not go there hungry!

I would definitely choose this hotel out of all the others in the area. Just based on what you get for your dollar. It is not fancy. Just basic, but they do it well. It is close to all the attractions, and is easily accessible.

Hotel was clean, affordable, centrally located to all the destinations we wanted to get to - from Long Beach, Belmont Shore, Huntington Beach to Universal Studios. The freewas were easy to access. The BW felt like it was newly remodeled. And the staff was friendly.

Great hotel, clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows, good variety of breakfast. Great hours for pool and spa. Great maintenance, quiet, peaceful. Great location about 15min away from disney. Dennys next door.

I had a few problems during check-in which were NOT because of Best Western. Still, the staff was very helpful and I was able to fix my issues and enjoy my stay. They even gave me a free upgrade! Thaks Bes Western!

My stay at the Best Western in Anaheim was great. I felt safe, rooms were clean, bathrooms appear to have been updated. Most important the staff is very attentive, professional and kind. I did not use the pool, although it appeared well taken care of. The breakfast is appeared to be okay. I went daily to get yogurt and fruit, although there was the usual waffles/eggs/bacon/sausage, and bagels/bread. The hotel lobby is clean.

This motel was located right off of the freeway-only 2 blocks/1/4 mile. The people manning the desk and other areas are super friendly. The breakfast room has anything a person would want & plenty of it. The in house washer and dryer were easy to operate & saves a trip out into the area to find a place to get the clothes cleaned.

Great surprise I have whit this hotel, is fully remodel and the staff is very professional and attentive, I enjoy the breakfast, and the internet its very good, fast connectivity, Definitely I wll stay again at this hotel.

I got a good deal on this room. I traveled to take my daughter to nearby college. Was greeted warmly and was able to check in a little early. Had no problems here. The hotel was clean and quiet. No frills or fancy, just a place to lay you head and relax. For that price I would stay again.

Almost complete lack of internet connectivity makes it impossible to use this hotel as either a business or family stay location!!! I experienced a range of connectivity from NONE AT ALL for a half hour at a time, on up to poor connectivity, which would usually only last for a half hour or so before becoming NO connectivity again. It was thus nearly impossible to carry out the normal business functions I need to perform on a trip, such as downloading and replying to email; regular maintenance of our corporate website, and internet research of any kind. It was also absolutely impossible to stream any videos off YouTube or other video sources on the net without huge waits for them to download entirely. Not coming here again until this is fixed!!!

We got room with 2 queen beds with my 4 girls room was good clean the staff are friendly smily faces breakfast was included it was nice. The price was really good for Friday night. I do recommend this hotel if u r visiting Disney it's much better then the one close to Disney and this one is not that bad distance driving it was 15 mins to Disney.

The hotel staff is friendly and professional, and try to meet my needs. However, this hotel, perhaps due to the location or pricing, seems to attract some unsavory characters. The guests in the room next to mine were very noisy through the night, and eventually evicted at 4:00 am with police on the scene. They came back the next morning to collect their belongings, and the police returned. Some of my colleagues prefer to pay higher prices at more upscale hotels (Sheraton, Embassy Suites, Hilton) where they feel safer in a more upscale hotel.

Clean room, bathroom was very nice, and had self serve pump lotion, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Window views were beautiful. Staff were nice. It was easy to find parking at the hotel, and good spacing, didn't have to fear about being dinged. i would come back to stay here again.

I would say this place is good for a short stay not a long one. It has its standard facilities but nothing spectacular, also our deal included a complimentary breakfast every morning which was mediocre. Service was great, staff are super friendly always ensuring you're feeling welcome which I definitely think made our stay!

Although the property is next door to a high school, the location is easy access to the 57 freeway. Bed was comfortable and clean, the Denny's was convenient, and free breakfast is an added plus. Pool and spa area is small, but serves it's purpose well.

I have stayed at this Best Western property before and it was nice. It was recently renovated and it is beautiful. Great workout room, beautiful breakfast layout, rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back to this property.

Was very clean, and really cute. The bed was AMAZING. Had really good food places all around there is a Sonic and In n Out just one mile away. And a Denny's 300feet away. I would defiantly stay here again.

You cannot get any better than this Best Western Hotel for the price. The breakfast is good, and the employees are friendly and helpful. As long as I am in the area on temporary assignment, I know this will be my home away from home

Staff is very friendly, I wish I remembered the name of the girl who checked me in. She was so Sweet and gave me a nice room! Thank you! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Good Stay I'd recommend. Did not have time to check the pool. ;( Next time.

When I opened the room door my daughter said it needs some ventilation. It was smelly. Then we figured out why; the bathroom was not clean at all. There was pubic hairs on the toilet seat all over the floor. The tub had pubic hairs and paper all over it.

This is such a great value, clean rooms, nice service, excellent breakfast. Very easy access off freeway and close to enough to many attractions. I would recommend this hotel and definitely use it again.

Pros: fast internet, good parking, cheap. Cons: no shuttle to Disneyland PLUS no Anaheim Resort Transit access, breakfast is poorly organized, pool is icy cold and small, sketchy neighborhood. We brought our small family of four here for a Disneyland trip. I had purchased ART tickets as a package deal with it (Getaway Today) only to find the bus doesn't stop here. The hotel does not offer a shuttle either so I was left either taking Uber for $30 or driving and paying $18 for Disneyland parking. The hotel is behind a high school, adjacent to a trailer park and shares parking with a Denny's. Patio furniture in the front is used as a smoking area by a bunch of scary people and you have to walk through them as there is only one entrance. My wife was afraid to go to the car by herself. It does offer a reasonable breakfast but you have to be assertive if you want a waffle. They have an attendant who makes it for you because they don't trust guests to use the machine themselves, apparently. Once you've requested your waffle you are asked to take a seat and they'll bring it to you. Unfortunately, there is such demand you're lucky if she remembers who you are, where you sat, and in what order your turn is. If there is more than one family in line you may as well forget it. One last complaint: the toilet paper dispensers in the rooms have that annoying little tab that keeps you from taking more than 2 squares at a time. Just another reminder that you are a liability not a valuable guest.

The hallways are loud. Even if someone is walking by and being completely silent you can still hear them. Very pretty hotel and kept up. Breakfast runs out quick, more people eat then they can dish out. If the phone rings while you are waiting in line be prepared to wait. I sat and waited after my check in already started while they helped another guest set up a reservation.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was large. It was clean and comfortable. We were staying here after seeing the Angels play on a Saturday night. The pool was nice and the pool hours amke it easy to use. The breakfast buffet was okay. They could use some salsa for the eggs though.

I had never stayed at a Best Western Plus. I was expecting a "basic" Best Western. What a nice surprise! The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was basic but the coffee was good!

We had very accommodating staff and service. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly. The queen beds in that room were absolutely the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in, a 10++. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again if I'm in that area.

The price and location were good. But the room needs some work. There was a moldy smell when only the fan was running on the A/C unit; but it partially went away when the actual A/C turned on. One bed was lopsided. So if I was not in the middle of the bed, it was not comfortable. The door was too small for the door frame; which allowed light to come through the top and pull sides of the door. It's a good thing the breakfast was "free"...I'll leave it at that.

I've been stayed in this hotel for several times and always feel the services and staff here are very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is basic but tasty. I always got the higher floor rooms and they are clean and quiet. If you plan to stay here, ask if they can offer upper level rooms. Here is the bad experience on my last trip in February, I left two brand name shirts on the closet after checkout and realized that day evening, I called hotel front desk to see if the cleaning staff returned the shirts, She claimed nothing found on the room, but she will call me if they got them. I was going to pick up the shirts if they are available even there's 30 miles drive. Next day I left LA and called the front desk again, now they said they had the shirts, but I will either come and pick them up or they will charge me for shipping, in the end, I paid $25 for shipping back my clothes which I should get it the night I called in. I called Best Western CS and complained, they told me is I need to express my concern to the manager of this hotel, and I called.... No surprise, I did not receive any response from the hotel manager. I've lost $25, but your hotel has lost my trust and business.

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus in Anaheim. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. This is the first time that I stayed at a Best Western Plus and they exceeded my expectations. I will be looking for a Best Western Plus hotels when I travel.

Fred at the counter greeted us w/ pleasant smile & had us checked-in quickly! Rooms were roomy/beds comfortable! Complimentary breakfast was DE-licious & staff were pleasant/served us well!! We were there for college softball games & they didn't bother us when we had guests coming in & out!!! Restaurants & stores nearby (LOVED Maui's Hawaiian BBQ)!!!

This hotel is nice- good location, easy to get to, friendly staff. Beware of the tiny showers! If you are taller than six feet this hotel is probably not for you- if you are traveling with a woman she will hate this shower I guarantee it. The breakfast selection is also pretty plain. Not bad for business, the bed was pretty comfortable.

Overall room was fine, typical for Best Western, nothing fancy. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was below standard. Maid left hairs on the floor, didn't consistently make up the bed. Noisy neighbors, and loud talking in the hallways (some people just don't know how to behave in a hotel). Breakfast very average, only ate bagels and yogurt. Bacon, eggs, hash looked worse than army food.

Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. Professional, helpful staff. Good breakfast. My only complaint would be the in room soap/shampoo etc. dispensers. Dispensed very small amounts of product. Just slightly annoying.

Every single employee I encountered during my stay was smiling and quick with a kind word or to offer assistance. I travel a good bit and this was the happiest, most polite and engaged staff I've ever seen. This speaks volumes about the type of employee this facility recruits and hires, and the caring managers that put their efforts into creating this type of environment. The team at this hotel made the experience! Very well done!

This was our second stay at this hotel. During our first stay, our room was not cleaned one day. We were told that it was our fault because we didn't leave the room by noon so they could clean. We gave them a second chance hoping for a better visit. On our second visit, the fire doors were illegally propped open 24/7. Being concerned with our safety overnight, we removed the door stops from under the doors each night before going to bed. We did not remove them from the hotel. After leaving the hotel to drive home, we received a call from the manager, Christina Lopez, advising us that we were being charged for crimes of petty theft and vandalism. When my husband tried to discuss our concerns, she hung up on him. I then called back to talk about it and she hung up on me. When we got home there was a charge of $200 on our credit card account. We contacted corporate and Christina told them that she had discussed it with us and that we understood the charges. This was a lie! She also lied to our credit card company so that she could still collect the $200. We will never stay there again unless the management changes.

Regular hotel staff were courteous. Fire safety was compromised. Our concerns were unaddressed by building management. Management steals from and lies to customers. We had an extra $200 improperly charged to our credit card. A dangerous situation for the customer. I will never stay there again.

Nice hotel, friendly and polite staff, great breakfast included, comfortable beds and pillows, good size room. The stairs from lobby to upstairs could have used better vacuuming but that's no big deal. Nice lobby and nice front presentation.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this Hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, the breakfast was outstanding, the check out was quick and easy and very close to the freeway. The process to sign in for their frequent user program was quick and painless. Great value! not your typical Best Western. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is good for the price. Room is clean. It is good for travelers who do not care about its room decorations or amenities. We just need a place to stay while we are on vacation. The room is clean and not smelly.

I travel fairly frequently and do not necessarily stay in the same brand name hotel for every trip. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to some meetings I needed to attend. I found this hotel very updated, very friendly staff and very clean amenities. Instead of looking around for another hotel for the second night of my stay I chose to stay another night.

I would never stay at this hotel again... I booked my reservation online Bestwestern.com and paid at time of making reservation. Only to arrive at hotel and clerk state they saw my reservation although could not retrieve it so I would have to pay again and they would refund me the next day...YEAH SURE. It has over a month and still waiting for my refund. This hotel is not worth the hassle not when there are nicer hotels just up the street!

We arrived early at the hotel after a long flight from South America. They couldn't give us a room right away, but offered us a 20% off coupon for a nearby restaurant. After eating, they checked us in and we retired to our room. It's in a good location near Disney, an hour from the mountains and LAX. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel offers free parking and breakfast. The value was excellent. We lost a cellphone while at the hotel. The staff found it and mailed it to me. Overall a great hotel with excellent value. I recommend this hotel--and have to many Brazilian friends and neighbors...

Simply a wonderful stay. Ana, Freddy, Miranda and Christina made us feel at home. Our family lives in town and we will be coming back for sure. The heated pool is a plus to evenings... Our daughters loved their time at the pool. My favourite, the breakfast... Wow... Waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs; all you can eat. Lily and Matilde two of the best hostesses I've met. I recommed it. The rooms are brand new...

This was a disgusting hotel. From the smell to the bed. At the end of a 3 night (uncomfortable) stay. 3 days after checking out this hotel charged my card 50$ for a hand towel and 1 bath towel that were used to clean my daughters face paint off from Disneyland. I was never notified they would be charging my card. When I asked for proof, I called them after I seen the charge. they said they didnt have any. I was so upset. The room was dirty and smelling bad. But I just delt with it all to be charged a extra 50? We will never stay here again.

we stayed on the 1st floor. checked in at 11am went to disneyland. they had our key ready for us when we came back at midnight. no problems. spacious room, comfy bed, jacuzzi tub, good breakfast sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, bagles, eggs, bacon. enough to fill your belly till lunch. Awesome money saver. Definately going to be staying here again. if you dont mind a 15 minute drive from disneyland. we are pass holders so we dont need to stay next to the park. Enjoy

Okay it is not the Waldorf Astoria. And I wish it was in walking distance to some restaurants. But it was not. That being said, we enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. It was a clean hotel and Ana was sweet at the front desk, as well a another girl [forgot her name]. The rooms were spacious, wifi was excellent , pillows were great, and the bathrooms were clean and newly remodeled. The girls in the breakfast room were so kind and good coffee was served. We loved a place called the "Breury" , two miles down the road. It is a Beer Brewery and a great stop. Bring your own food [pizza.tacos, etc..] or often there was a food truck outside. I am the Author of "True Travel Tips" youtube video or fcbk. And the "Bruery' is the way of the future to enjoy eating and a brew without emptying your wallet. I steer people well as a Traveler and Author. Enjoy

For what we paid it did just fine, was a noisy in the morning and at night with people slamming doors and talking in the hall, but other wise clean room, comfy bed too. The hot tub wasn't that hot, more like a warm bath

Everything was phenomenal!! A full breakfast with scrambled eggs and cheese, bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, fresh waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, fruits, yogurt, milk, OJ, apple juice, coffee, tea and more! Super fast internet and exceptionally nice and pleasant staff. Had 2 queen beds that felt like Tempurpedic's and were very comfy. Built in shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap dispensers on the walls in the bathroom was a cool touch and very convenient. Denny's is also attached to this motel and you get a 10% discount on your orders for being a hotel guest. Parking is plentiful, too. It's like the stars aligned just right for us. It was simply excellent everything for all four of us!

Though the price was high, it was a comfortable stay I should say, few more amenities like water and shuttles to airport or Disney land. expected they would sell the tickets at least(though the ad poster for the tickets sales is still hanging around the lobby), they did not even maintain any maps for the place or any theme parks.

Clean hotel and the room was big and comfy, the breakfast was light and few items were presented but not bad quality. I would definitely stay there again as I got a very good deal for two nights. the area is not the best thought.

This hotel has recently remodeled their guest rooms. They were very nice and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is a Denny's located in the front of the hotel which was good for having late meals.

I stayed here for a night and the price was lower than my other favorite hotels. The bed was comfy and the free breakfast was really good. The breakfast staff was also very friendly. Very quiet area. I may move to this city so spending some time here was nice to see what I may be in for.

We needed to return to the OC for business and family and researched which hotel would serve our needs. As we were going to have business in West Covina and family in Carlsbad and Ladera Ranch we selected the location in Placentia. I was surprised to find the location on par with Inn at Sedona but without the view. When I had breakfast I was surprised that they had corned beef hash on the menu.

Nice staff, great breakfast, no need to stay in Anahiem when you can stay right here! Rooms were clean and the hotel looked freshly renovated. Plus you can see the Disneyland fireworks from the hotub!

Nice hotel and friendly staff. We got a free upgrade to jacuzzi room. Quiet convenient location close to Disney, big LCD tv, comfy bed and a spacious room. Only minor was the small shower cabin. Can recommend. Excellent value for money.

Room was on the 3rd floor. Large and very clean. The halls had been repainted and looked very fresh. Bathroom was very large and the shower had a wonderful shower head. Only thing we both hated was the liquid soap dispensers both in the shower and at the sink. It also held shampoo and conditioner. The toilet paper roller seemed to measure the amount you used. My husband finally took it off the roller. Employees at the front desk were kind of cold except on our last day when we met Anna. She went out of her way to help us. The breakfast room and selection of foods was great.

Stayed two nights. The room was dirty (carpet) about eights days after checking out a $600 change on our bank card for so called smoking and damage to the room. Tried for two weeks to talk to the GM Christina Lopez. Left more than ten messages with no response. Called corporate offices to complain. Still no response from Christina Lopez. She told cooperate she is refusing to call and discuss the matter. Be careful and don't provide your card number. Still fighting to get the $600 returned.

Perfect location for where we were going. Friendly staff and clean. Plenty of parking. Easy access to freeways 91 & 57. Breakfast was adequate. One note you can hear people talking in hallways and the pillows are full and not soft.

Employees were very attentive and helpful. Rooms are newly renovated. Beds are very comfortable & bathrooms w/beautiful décor & glass tiles in shower surround. Breakfast was FULL with hot freshly made waffles, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, scrambled eggs, eggs as a frittata, breakfast potatoes, yogurt, oranges, bananas, juice, milk, coffee, & water.

We have stayed here before and needed a quick place to stay overnight after a day in Disneyland. It was even better than the last time we were here. The check in was a breeze. We were greeted with a smile. Easy check in. Comfort ale bed. Quiet room. A great nights sleep and an awesome quick breakfast. Was it the best breakfast inhale ever had, of course not but it had sausage bacon eggs hard boiled eggs bagels cereal milk coffee tea. Great value for the price. Not only will I go again but I have already booked my next stay!!

Great experience, room was ready at check in. We did a late swim pool was quiet and clean. Breakfast was served on time and had great presentation. Everything was warm and we never had to wait ffor refill of breakfast items. Ladies were on top of cleaning tables for other guests to sit. Beds were so comfy.

We booked this hotel because of the price and the approximately of Anaheim. We booked this hotel through Alpharooms. We booked a double room. At checking in they gave us a king room because that's what the reservation told them but they quickly changed the room to a double. Rooms were clean, large bathroom. Nice big beds. Breakfast buffet was very good, breakfast room staff was also very friendly. Nice to have a Denny's close by for lunch and dinner. It is very close to the parks in Anaheim. They are close to the important freeways that will take you everywhere.

At the front desk, Ana was extremely helpful during my check-in and check-out times. The rest of the staff at the hotel was also just as friendly. It's not a luxury hotel so I didn't expect too much. I usually book my hotels through, Hotels.com and unfortunately, I booked my hotel the night before my stay and when I got to the hotel and checked on the hotel through the website again, the price went down. So I was a little upset about that, and the fact that they can't do anything about that. I felt it was a little inconvenient to me since I have stayed at other hotels that would gladly try to see if they can do anything for me due to that happening. My overall stay, I would recommend this hotel if you don't plan on staying in the hotel too much. The bed was comfy and clean. But I do feel like the shower head, could've been cleaned more. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 200+ showers or so.

If you are looking for a deal within the Anaheim area this Best Western is hard to beat. Staff tried extremely hard to please and employees were an asset to the company. Any question or concern was handled in a professional manner and from cleaning the front of the building {thank you Ron} to breakfast everything was covered well. Pool was a little small but was clean and hot tub/spa operated well. This little gem of a hotel kept us off the busy path near Disneyland, but was close enough to get to most anything, food, parks, shopping within minutes. Great value for the money !! Ana, Miranda and Freddy did yeoman work at the front desk for me at every request. Pleasant and understanding to most situations I watched during my stay. Nancy and Lily worked particularly hard to bring a great breakfast to the table every morning. Also have to mention Christina the manager who worked with me to sort out the phone problem and convinced me through her actions that this will be my hotel of choice on my next visit !!

Spent three nights at this location,enjoyed our stay very comfortable room,good job of refreshing the room each night The breakfast was first class. Would highly recommend it .Its in a peaceful area,and easy access to the freeway

About the only negative thing I can think of to say about this is that they seriously need to replace their hallway carpet. Other than that, the rooms are clean, up to date, and spacious. The free hot breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here for our recent trip we took to Disneyland. I came about this hotel after not being able to find a room by the park. I am glad I found them. This hotel was not far at all from the park about a 12 minute drive. Staff was extremely nice. We stayed in the second floor. Half of the floor was being remodeled, but you could not hear them working from our room. You can tell our room was remodeled. Really nice room. Everything was clean. Bathrooms have soap, lotion, shampoo, and body wash dispensers. My kids loved the breakfast. I was actually surprised with the all the choices they had for breakfast and they had a nice seating area for breakfast. Breakfast staff was extremely friendly. Great price for the rooms. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. However the mattress was broken down and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. We also would have liked a shuttle to Disneyland, as that was the purpose of the trip.

I stayed here last night and my room was clean and very comfortable. ALL the front desk workers were friendly and wearing smiles every time I either needed help or just walking by. Also ALL the housekeepers were friendly and smiling when I walked by them without exception. I will stay here again when I'm back in the area. EVERYONE here made me feel welcome. If you stay in any hotel/motel just remember if you like how clean your room is please remember to leave a gratuity for housekeeping. It might not go to the one that fixed your room but it still is nice to help them out as everyone should know how hard they work for not a lot of money.
