Best Western Toni Inn

While this is an older motel it has been remodeled. Carpets have been replaced with laminate flooring. There's new furniture (tv stand, bed, bedside table), new bathroom vanity. Bathroom appeared to be original but was in good working order. Hot water and great water pressure. The effort was there to clean his place up! I am very thorough when we stay anywhere- I pull back covers to make sure sheets are changed and fresh, check the mattresses for critters, check the surfaces and baseboards for dust, check the tub for hairs or soap scum. The room was cleaned immaculately. The air conditioner worked great. I find they usually have a slight musty smell when first turned on but it was not bad at all. We just open the door for a few min ti get the air circulated out. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were a dream. We all slept great. The ONLY complain I have is the blankets were thin. We could have used another but were too tired to bother. I'd recommend the motel consider other blanket options. Overall this was an excellent last minute booking for our family of 8 and we would definitely stay again.

While the room wasn't bad we were a bit disappointed. The gentleman at the front desk while he wasn't "rude" he wasn't exactly pleasant either. We were given a room above the office with only stairs and I am disabled. The room was clean but we were told that it was "a very nice room, perhaps their best" It wasn't anything outstanding. Seemed old. Finding parking was difficult. We were looking forward to the indoor pool which we had to go outdoors and about a block to get to, there was no designated parking for it and it was packed. The hot tub was well over capacity, predominantly children. While it wasn't "bad" it could easily be better and there are many better choices in the area for the money.

My family felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. The hotels location was great and centrally located. My family had an amazing experience and will definitely return.

Located right across the street from Dolly Parton Stampede. Next door to Texas Roadhouse. Was able to walk to supper. …. Very short drive to Gatlinburg and lots of local attractions. The pool and hot tub area was very nice.

Desk clerk Mark very rude. Our heat stopped working and it was 19 degrees outside. Mark said it wasn't his problem. He stated we were just there to cause him problems and hung up on us. It's 10 pm snowing and sleeting outside. I told him that I would be contacting the Gen Mgr. He said I don't care who you contact.

Best hotel we have stayed at in Pigeon Forge in that price range. You really can not beat it, everything was so clean, the staff was so kind and accommodating. We already can't wait for our next stay here!

A wonderful hotel with a friendly staff. I left a very important medical device. They secured it and had a service send it to me. (My stupidity, my dime of course.) thank you for being so attentive and making our stay so enjoyable. We will see you again in the spring.

The best was hard and old. I think I slept on a spring for 2 nights. This morning before we left my 10 month old was playing where the night stand was at. And to our surprise there was a Cook roach crawling around her... We was extremely upset. My daughter went to the office. She said they where nice about it. But they offered nothing. I think we should have gotten a full refund since we'll have to get our home sprayed now... Never again will we stay at this place.

Always clean and friendly. We always enjoy ourselves when we stay here. The breakfast is always good and filling. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Pigeon Forge. The indoor pool is great for a family or for anyone looking to take a dip in the winter or even just to get out of the heat in the summer.

We found the Hotel staff very friendly, The guest room and the complex was well maintained. Convenient location for shopping and entertainment. The breakfast bar was well maintained during breakfast time. The indoor pool area was very clean.

Insufficient parking for the number of rooms. Motorcyclists are taking three spots per room. 1 for motorcycle, 1 for trailer and 1 for tow vehicle. i saw 2 couples (motorcyclists) sharing a room. One rrom = 6 parking spaces

I requested a room with a private balcony (not expecting anything grand). Quick weekend away turned out to be a great view of the main drag and we all know there's plenty of action to soak in... never a dull moment. This property is pretty close to everything and convenient. We will return

DONT I repeat DONT stay here!! I woke up to roaches on my. So I moved the bed to see if they were under it. What I found was mold everywhere. There was also black mold around the tub. I told the front desk and they acted like it was a normal thing. I'll never stay there again. The same owner owns both best westerns in Pigeon Forge Tenn. Save your money DONT STAY HERE. See pics below that are time stamped and dated.

First time staying here , and we were a little nerves because of some of the bad reviews but dont belive them , its no 5 star hotel but it is very nice , we didn't a little family trip for Sunday to Wednesday, this place is great , it's very clean and has been updated. They young man at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job and when we asked for extra towels and toiletries they went up and beyond. The breakfast area is small but they do have to go boxes for you and they had more breakfast items than most places. My daughter loved making the bear waffles. The lady who runs the breakfast area was super nice and always kept it stocked. The pools say heated but they are on the colder side at night but it didn't bother my daughter at all. We will be staying here again and would recommend it to everyone. Also you are very close to all the attractions and shops.

I recommend this Best western to all that travel to this area. It was clean, all staff went over and beyond to make our families stay the best!! The pools and hot tubs were nice and clean making it very enjoyable for our family!! We will definitely be back next year at this location!!

Excellent place to stay. The pools and hot tubs are beautiful! Staff very friendly. Very clean. I didn't like the TV wasn't compatible with gaming systems. The food wasn't Kosher and eggs were mixed in with meat holding container.

This hotel is located near many good restaurants, fun activities and places to shop. Nice pools and hot tubs both inside and outside. Elevator and ramp provided to make it easier to access 2nd & 3rd floors. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Over all a good value for the price paid. Breakfast variety was adequate, however they didn't have a microwave to warm the pastries. Third floor room that we stayed in was a long way from the elevator.

I stay in August 19 to the 22, I can't complain about this hotel. The room was clean and smell super good. Breakfast was made fresh and hot at the moment, no problem with parking all 3 days, and the location was perfect for I was doing. Dollywood Stampede was located at the front of the hotel. Restaurant everywhere and close to the Island. Pool was nice and not busy; they have a little store where you can get snacks and soda. Tv has enough channel to watch. Overall, a good place for the price, hope it stay with the same standard thru the year and don't fall back like other hotels.

This was our 1st stay at this hotel. We go to the Smokey Mt area 2 - 5 times a year, so we have stayed at many hotels in the area. I was hesitant, but optimistic. Wow, was I delighted. It's not a new hotel, but that doesn't bother me. What I want is cleanliness and it was clean. Not perfect, but being a bit of a germ-a-phobe (so my spouse says, I think I just like things clean lol) I was very happy. The pool was large enough and went to 9 ft deep, which you rarely see in a hotel pool. The breakfast was typical, not bad, not great. The space for breakfast was quite small, but they made the best with what space they had. People we're friendly and we left happy. Will stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay near a bunch of places that you could walk too. The staff was super nice. The room was clean and bed was comfy. We didn't experience any issue during our stay. Would come back.

Pigeon Forge is a VERY busy place in July. So much happening so I recommend reserving early. Easy access to main attractions in town from this location. Pools were very nice and hotel was quiet despite being just off the main drag. Our only issue was breakfast. The space is pretty limited and because of that it's crowded. They did post signage regarding this. I would suggest you take note. Found the breakfast choice typical of Best Western, however they are perhaps trying to be too cute with a bear shaped waffle machine. It tastes fine but it makes more of a kid's size waffle. You might want to make two in order to satisfy yourself.

Hotel room looked nothing like the pictures. Old and shabby. Very noisy. We had to keep the a/c running the whole time to drown out the noise. The free breakfast was in a dinky room with a few tables.

We took a last minute trip. This hotel was super clean and close to everything. The pools are really nice. The gentleman that checked me in was super helpful. My kids really enjoyed that it had 3 beds.

I loved the view the people and the staff was very helpful and friendly and I always get my room at this location cause it's close to a lot of stores and you don't have to travel far to get to your destination

The rooms were amazing, clean and nice! Breakfast was awesome, and the staff was really friendly!! Housekeeping did an awesome job and the pools and hot tubs were awesome! Peaceful and quiet!! Water for showers was amazing!! We stayed June 27th- July 1st!! We will be back here to stay!!

The second floor water pressure was terrible. Not even strong enough to saturate my hair. The pools were nice and very clean. Although, the indoor hot tub was uncomfortable to sit in because it had a rough concrete surface.

The indoor pool and hot tub makes this great for families and couples. It is close to all things pigeon Forge, especially Dollywood and the Stampede. Restaurants within walking distance. It is quiet for being in the parkway.

Bathroom had an overhead leak which formed puddles on the floor and dripped continuously over the tub (source unknown and had been there for sometime). They didn't know how to fix it. Concrete above the ceiling tiles was saturated. The towels we used to capture the leaks turned dark brown and black so we didn't enter the bathroom after seeing this. Breakfast area was crammed packed with people. So many you couldn't even enter the space. The front desk personnel asked for a tip while we were checking in to get our room! I don't need much but I would have liked to bathe after a long day of activities and a snack or quick bite to eat before heading out on another day of adventures would have been nice too. A free, hot breakfast was a big selling point when we were looking to book our stay.

The staff at the front desk were the highlight. They were friendly and helpful. The room wasn't really clean, especially the bathroom. Room was very expensive in the summer. Breakfast was good, but very crowded (the signs of when to come for low crowds may have re-scheduled to many people to the "less crowded times".

My family's favorite place to stay in the Smoky Mountains. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub, employee service, and location is the best. I always recommend this place to friends and family. Can't wait to go back!

Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was fantastic with plenty selections to please the pickiest of eaters there was a mistake in my reservation.(my fault). They were quick to help me resolve the problem and help me acquire a room

The location of this hotel is good, as its close to many popular attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and beds were comfortable and moderately equipped with fridge and microwave. Don't ever expect an early check in or late check out as accommodating your changing schedule in not their problem. Breakfast food is terrible and the room its being served in is very very small for the size of the hotel, so plan on buying a healthy breakfast somewhere else.

Woke up to roaches in our room inside our pack and play and crawling on our infant. General manager will not answer phone nor return messages. The price was also outrageous ($250 for one night) for the quality of the room. Will never choose best western again and would warn everyone to especially not stay at this location.

We have stayed here several Thanksgiving in a row. We have always been greeted by friendly staff. Have felt welcomed as members of Best Western club. This is located close enough to walk to main attractions. DIXIE STAMPEDE is across the street . Shoneys as well, lots of places to eat near by, walking distance.

Check in was smooth - and the room was very clean. I have stayed at other Best Western's (Woodbridge VA) where the ammenties were nicer - such as - shampoo and conditioner - not just shampoo, the bath soap didn't have a gritty feel to it and there was a body lotion. I don't bring those items with me, I count on them being available in the room. Not that important I guess. What causes this to be just an average stay is ude to the laundry carts rolling up and down the walkway in the mornings. They sound like a train or a huge wind storm rolling right outside your door. There is NO chance of sleeping thru this. When you come to a hotel for a mini vacay - this is not a sound that you want to hear. I understand that the entry into the rooms is from the outside - but I truly wish they had a quieter cart.

Any reviews that mention the paper-thin walls (you can hear the person in the adjacent room coughing, baby crying, etc.), damp carpet, and inconsistent lighting in the bathroom are accurate! This is the typical motel that you enter from outside. It is dated, the beds/pillows are substandard, and the breakfast consists of powdered scrambled eggs and other mediocre fare. The price is far too high for this type of accommodation! Do NOT recommend!

Really enjoyed staying here and will be staying here in the future. It's a nice place to stay and very convenient to lots of places nearby. Everyone is very nice and helpful whenever you need anything. Looking forward to my next stay here!!

We always stay at this location. Rooms are always ready at check in time. Staff is very nice, good breakfast available and rooms are spacious. We have certain rooms that we prefer, and the staff is always willing to accommodate us if possible.

SO, checkout may not be until 11am, but there's no way you'll sleep until anywhere near that. After literally telling the staff at checkin that I was intending to stay out late and looking forward to sleeping in, the guy puts me in 133!?! Is he new there?? 133 is the room RIGHT next to hotel laundry. The machines are loud and rumble, as they are industrial size washers and dryers. The cleaning crew carry on conversations nonstop outside the door, which is inches away from the door to 133. And of course, ALL the cleaning carts had to pass by my door continually from 730am; they aren't quiet. WHY on earth would you put anyone in this room who expressly communicated they wanted to sleep in? The guy with the leaf blower gets started around 930, which can be heard all around the complex (can't that wair until later?). The breakfast (above-average) is the only reason its not a one-star review. I had no intention of trying it, as I planned on sleeping through it, but being woken at 730 and not being able to go back to sleep, even with industrial strength earplugs, I needed some juice and coffee. I know they weren't sold out, as busy as they were, because at checkin their was discussion about if the ground floor was ok, and putting me in a room by the vending machine might be noisy, in terms of getting to sleep. etc. LOL, in retrospect I'd have preferred the vending machine. I stayed out late anyway, and didn't see anyone using it by the time I returned around 130am. Let that be a lesson to the folks at checkin: think real hard about what best suits a customer. ASK if they plan to get an early start or sleep in, and then assign rooms accordingly. and avoid 133 (and 233 right above the laundry room I'm guessing) unless you plan to get up at 7am. Soooooo dissapointed,,,,,,,

Clean, friendly, convienent location. Next to a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant. Minutes from Dollywood, and other attractions in Pigeon Forge. The Great Smokie Mountains and Gattlinburg were within an easy drive.. Rooms were clean staff was friendly.

We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed it greatly. Always clean, always helpful just top notch. Jacuzzi is always clean and working. Right on the parkway. Good breakfast. Coffee is always available.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Both times in the indoor pool area. It's convenient for kids, but can be noisy. Having towels available in the pool area is a plus. Our 3rd floor room was muggy but I didn't notice it as much when we stayed on the 2nd floor previously. One coin washer and dryer to use, but it was available when I needed it. Breakfast is the same everyday. Plenty of options but eggs are fake and tasteless and gravy is bland. Waffles and muffins are always good. Hotel staff has always been kind and helpful and that's why we will likely visit again in the future.

The room was very clean. And even though We had to check out a day early the front desk staff was very accommodating to refunding the day that we could not use since we had to check out a day early. it was a very enjoyable stay for us.

The hotel had very comfortable accommodations. It was a good price for the area and easy to access. It has both indoor and outdoor heated pools. Breakfast served every morning was well-prepared. Would definitely recommend.

Room so noisy all night from street traffic, people up and down stairs right outside room and garage trucks before 6 am. Beds were nothing but huge lumps in the middle. Worst room ever at thi location. Guess that's what you get for paying with points.

Great breakfast! Everything and anything you could want to eat. Friendly and helpful staff! Enjoyed indoor hot tub and pool! Clean rooms recently remodeled. Parking was only “problem”. It was not close to rooms.

Stayed here for a recent trip to the Smokies.The only problem someone might have is the access to the elevator. Depending on where your room is located it might be a problem. Thus you would have to use the stairs.

First off, there are to BW's across the road from each other (Plaza Inn & Toni Inn). I like this BW better than the one we stayed at in Nashville area. The only complaint is the doors slamming shut, but it's only a faint complaint. The rooms are clean. There are also 2 pools, one outside and one indoors with a spa. Plenty of stairs and only one elevator. Also lots around the hotel.

Room was clean, Beds comfortable, and staff cleaned every day ! Only problem we had was indoor hot tub was cold the whole time ! couldn't use. out door pool was clean and hot tub was nice ! Most of staff was very friendly some not, They had a descent continental breakfast. Wished they had assigned parking for handicaps close to there rooms !

My husband has got bad health CLL was wanted to come one time before his health got worst he love suite 200 it's already booked for September 18 he said he didn't want to stay any where else Toni Best western is the best you will be happy if you stay there

I loved staying here! The rooms were very comfortable and clean! Loved the indoor and outdoor pools with jacuzzis. Their breakfast was your typical breakfast, but everything was great! We were close to everything, which was so nice! I would gladly stay here again!

We have stayed at this inn 3 to 4 times in the last 20 years or so and we have always been looking forward at coming back. Haven been on vacation because of work load. Now retired, we'll be using the inn more often. We love the inn and always have had a great experience with it.

We stayed in Pigeon Forge to spend a day at Dollywood, and this turned out to be the perfect location for easy access. From the Parkway and then up Veteran's Blvd.,at the nearest stoplight, it is only a couple fo miles away. However, there is not a lack of other entertainment all along the Parkway strip - shows, rides, thrills, zoos, music and restaurants. No chance to be bored! Texas Roadhouse was right beside the hotel, and we had an excellent meal there. The hotel is larger than it seems with multiple buildings with rooms that have outside access. We thought that the rooms were very clean, and the grounds well-maintained. rooms had newer furniture and were tastefully decorated. The small 'desk' doubled as a table (or the other way around), so it had a regular chair rather than an office chair. The beds were comfortable, though this hotel, as with many West Westerns, continue to use the uncomfortable small pillows. We liked the design with the large vanity outside the bathroom area, and the open closet space. (Why is the toilet seat left up?) There was no carpet on the floor, and that could be a plus or a minus, depending on your preference. The toiletries were minimal - soap and shampoo. We had difficulty with selection of TV channels - they are grouped by categories, and the clicker is a challenge to use with the new system..The room had an envelope that asked for a tip. Though we generally leave one, we didn't this time because it was asked.. The large complex has a good-sized pool, hot tub and shallow kiddie's pool outdoors, plus another inside pool in a different building. It is from this other building that you have to fetch pool towels (and ice) as needed. The pool area had a good quantity of deck chairs, and the space was clean and inviting. Our check-in, check-out process was easy and friendly. We even found a voice reminder for our reservation from the hotel on our home phone when we finally got home. That's a pleasant first - it felt personal. The included breakfast was available beside the registration area. It had the usual fare, just right for travelling. The seating was limited and functional, but clean. Loved the fact that there were take-out boxes and disposible cutlery available for those who needed to be on their way.. We would definitely stay here again.

Was by far the best room. I will be going back at the end of the mouth to Stay for 3 nights in the same room. We love it cause is was very piece full and the pool was right there where our room was so that is why I gave it a 5 star

We were looking for a 2 day escape..Looking around different venues I kept coming back to Toni Inn. For the money and the amenities offered it was a no brainer. I would definitely recommend to anybody that this is a great place to stay. Room was a good size..Loved the walk in shower, very nice. Very nice place, friendly staff, and a great location.

The staff was nice, had an indoor and outdoor pool. Room was very clean, breakfast good, was the first hotel we stayed and I would use this hotel again since we had a great experience and it's not very far from anything you wanna do around town

We stay 4 nights. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and willing to engage in conversations. When asked about various BBQ restaurants: they shared their personal experiences and recommendations...all were right on.

We stayed here for 4 nights while in town to go to dollywood. Hotel was very convenient to alot of things. They had 2 pools, indoor and outdoor (which is open until midnight, perfect for late night swim under the stars). Great breakfast options. Cleanly room. We had multiple options for house keeping - 1)full room service, 2) replace trash and towels daily or 3) no housekeeping. We opted for towels and trash daily which worked out perfect for us. Would definitely stay again

Staff are very nice, an helpful. Rooms are very comfortable an clean. The pools were well maintained. Just truly enjoyed our stay. Location was close to all types of restaurants, which is always convenient.

We had a few challenges, but the staff worked hard to make our stay pleasant! The hotel was VERY clean, from the parking lot to the rooms/bathrooms. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but this hotel staff was GREAT! We will definitely refer our friends and family and we would absolutely stay here again! Cleanliness and customer service would be our top compliment, followed by nice layout for indoor and outdoor pool. I will say though, ALL HOTELS NEED MORE TOWEL RACKS!!! Stayed in a High end Hilton last weekend and NO TOWEL racks for a room that sleeps 4.

The staff was very friendly! We liked that the outdoor pool was open until midnight and they didn't rush us out at 12:01 or be rude. My 6 year old loved the teddy bear pancakes and we found it very convenient that they offered to-go containers so we were able to take the breakfast back to our room! We would definitely stay here again!

On a last minute whim, my cousin and I decided to get away for the weekend of June 24 thru 26. Booked the reservation on the night of the 22nd at the Best Western Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN. It was the only place available. We could not have made a better choice, if we had had a choice. The room was very clean and well made. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Both the indoor and outdoor pool areas were well maintained. Breakfast was served until 10am with a wide range of items for both light and heavy eaters. The Best Western Toni Inn is conveniently located to many surrounding attractions and shops. I would definitely recommend it to any one and will stay there again for sure.

No complaints! Everything was great. Nice pool and hot tub. Amazing breakfast! Location is perfect, in the middle of everything. We always stay at this hotel when we come to Pigeon Forge. It's the best!

We spent a quick night here between visiting Soaky Mtn and Dollywood. I typically try to avoid hotels with exterior hallways, but it's hard to find that in PF without spending twice as much. Our group consisted of three young women, and I never felt unsafe here. Check-in was super fast, and the man who helped me was very friendly and informative. I loved being able to get an “oversized” room, which had three queen beds. We were on the second floor with both stairs and a ramp near our room. We didn't notice any cleanliness issues in our room. The bathroom is pretty small, but we weren't planning to spend much time in there anyway. Breakfast was pretty busy (we went at about 9:10). They had a sign up warning that 9-10 was the busiest window. They had to-go boxes available along with the plates, so we just packed up our food and ate in our room - super handy! We didn't have a problem finding parking, but people who arrived later obviously did - they were making their own spots around the lot. The hotel sent an email ahead of time saying each room had only one spot, but I'm not sure it was being enforced. A couple cars parked around mine didn't have the hang tags they gave at check-in. I loved that it's so close to the end of the parkway area - it was much easier to get into and out of the parking lot than at hotels that are closer to the middle. A great quick stay for us! We didn't use either pool, but definitely would've if we'd been staying longer.

So, I visited this place for a family trip. I was disappointed because the pictures were false advertisement. There were poor patch jobs in the ceiling, mold in the bathroom. I would have giving this place a 4 star, but the finally straw was when the housekeeper kept knocking at our door to clean up while were getting ready to depart. I literally could not believe the disrespect! Oh did I mention, the Privacy Sign was on the door. I live Pigeon Forge but will not revisit this place.

If you're unsure if a Best Western is right for you, skip this place. It is a 2 star hotel and is exactly what you're thinking. Lack of parking, rooms are minimally clean, people smoking in every doorway. Breakfast was ok.

I'm 75 and my wife is 73. We were assigned rooms on the 3rd floor, and were informed the elevators were not working, and would not be working during our stay. The elevators had been taken out of service well before our arrival, and no mention of this was made on the hotel's website. We were led to believe we would have a 1st floor room next to the indoor pool [which also was out of service]. Surprise, surprise!

Very nice hotel at a great location in Pigeon Forge. Wonderful front desk staff. Breakfast was ok, and filling. Very clean rooms. I regret that I cannot remember their names, but a mother/daughter team working the front desk were great to work with. They were kind and very helpful. Many thanks to them.

Great for Corporate Meetings! My company booked our business event here and everything went perfectly. The Manager, Don Ward, is very nice and professional. He even remembered all the details we had requested. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating to each and all of our needs. Beautiful remodel of the rooms, great staff, perfect location, we will be back!

The room was clean but the air conditioning in the room did not work. The shower had a pressure leak at the top of the shower head that shot water out over the top of the shower curtain and completely flooded the bathroom if you attempted a shower. Breakfast must be boxed and carried back to your flooded airless room to eat.

Not a luxurious resort by any means, but still very good. I really have no complaints to write about. Kind of hard to get in and out of, but the traffic is just heavy all the time it seems, so I don't think that can be blamed on the hotel. It's just the area popularity. There's several restaurants right next door so very easy access if you didn't want to drive out in traffic. Large pool with nice hot tub. They do need 1 or 2 more tables with umbrellas, though. Just two more would be perfect on a hot, sunny day. Lady at front desk was very cordial. Rooms were clean and everything was good there. Check in and check out was very easy.

The location was excellent! Very close to activities, restaurants, and the Smoky Mountains. The continental breakfast was very good. Lots of good options. The parking lot was always full and we had to park so far away from our room. The room was outdated and somewhat dirty. There were spots in the room that needed to be cleaned better. The shower curtain was cloth and torn up in several spots. I was surprised it had been left there and not replaced. They are asking too much money a night for the quality of the room we stayed in. That's just my opinion.

Very happy for the 2 days we spent in this room. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will come back here from now on! The place is close to restaurants and across the street from the Stampede!

My family and I have stayed at many motels in Pigeon Forge, and for the price this was the best by far. What a wonderful place to stay and very family friendly. The room was super clean, with very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was a huge surprise. The price was very affordable and easy on the wallet.

We have stayed at the Toni Inn three times now. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are a little firmer than we love but they aren't rock hard. The breakfast was hot and plentiful with lots of options. The dining room is not yet open to guests, so you prepare take out trays to eat in your room. We do like the ramps going to the upper levels of the hotel. The pool area indoor could use a few updates, pressure washing, and new paint. However, the kids absolutely loved it. We enjoy the property due to its location and ease of access.

The room was clean and neat. Every employee I had contact with was super nice. I had a flat tire the morning I was leaving. The maintenance guy put air in my tire and found the problem. He and the lady at the desk went above and beyond to help me! I will be returning to this hotel in the future.

This trip was our second time to the Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge in as many years. The staff is friendly, it has both indoor and outdoor pools, a good range of free breakfast choices for kids and adults. It's location provides easy access to the strip, the highway to Gatlinburg, and is walking distance of familiar family restaurants (especially the ones kids know and like).

The Best Western Toni is a classic Pigeon Forge property which has received obvious significant investment and competent maintenance. Check-in was absolutely perfect, well streamlined and cared for by among the nicest people around. Kudos to Michelle, who checked in our room, for being super fast and extremely pleasant. The room and property are immaculate. We're close to the area where an indoor pool looks very inviting. We have not had breakfast yet, however are told it is a buffet style included in the room price. Parking was free, a parking pass is given at check-in. Location is 10/10. Staying here is very close to Dollywood and right in the heart of all of the action and activity of Pigeon Forge. The comfortable room is mid-range in size, amenities are terrific and everything works. It's sanitary, fresh and the bed/bedding are excellent. Our room was furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, work table and fireplace. The Best Western Toni Inn is an example of what happens when brand standards are kept, only in this case the BW Toni in Pigeon Forge is ahead of the game. Well done, and thank you for such a pleasant location. The welcoming staff and outstanding room condition are very much appreciated.

The room was fairly clean, but there was mold on the ceiling by the front door and a few mold spots on the curtains. The water pressure in the shower was just ok. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed using the hot tub. The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Room was clean. Staff very friendly, nice and helpful. The only problem we had was on our last night we could hear the guests that checked in that day, but overall we had a great stay at a great rate.

This is one of the only places that I will stay when I visit the Pigeon Forge area. This hotel never disappoints. If your looking for a great budget friendly hotel, this is your place. I personally recommend the 2 room suite. It is so nice and spacious.

First time in Pigeon Forge @ Christmas time to see the lights. Check-in was good. However, the first room had drain flies on the walls and towels. The front desk sent maintenance. An hour later, there were more. They moved our room. This room had stink bugs! All I could think about was taking these bugs home in our luggage. I called Best Western. They gave us some points, but we wouldn't stay there again.

Highly recommend this on the strip in Pigeon Forge. We have stayed many times. Breakfast is awesome. Location is great. Indoor heated pool. Staff and service are great. We have stayed here many times. Unfortunately my wife is now in a wheelchair, and we thought we could make it work with just a shower chair. We did, but it was a pain. We will be looking for an ADA compliant room for our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

To start with I asked a very specific question about the hotels amenities to Nancy. I was not told the truth and I found out after I booked the hotel and staying there. The guy at the front desk Mark was very rude and would not put me in contact with the manager. Another lady who I did not get her name also lied about the manager's availability. Only had two towels for four people in the room. They never change the towels clean the room or emptied the trash like promised. The bathroom had one roll of toilet paper through the entire stay. And the bathroom door lock was broken. My four-year-old was locked in the bathroom for several mins. Don't have enough characters for more of the bad experience. And no one is willing to talk to me about their issues.

Right across the street from Dixie's Stampede. Comfortable size pool and whirlpool inside and outside pool weather permitting. Large breakfast choices that staff currently serve you due to Covid but lots of choices. Staff friendly. Rooms clean.

We were in Pigeon Forge Tennessee the week of December 15-18. I booked the family room at the Best Western Toni Inn. The picture online is not like the room. My wife, myself and my sister stayed in the room for four days. There is absolutely no privacy in the room. The only place you have to change clothes is in a little small bathroom in a roughly 4 x 4‘ area between the commode and the wall that is just big enough for one person to stand in. In the room itself there are two queen beds and a sofa. There are two sinks straight across from the king size beds. The problem is there is no door and when you turn the lights on at the sinks, the light shines directly on those who are trying to sleep in the beds! In the bathroom the toilet is like one that you would find in a nursery. It is very small and it's not user-friendly for the elderly at all. The bathtub is very slippery and there is no handle to help you get in and out of the tub. There is a great fall risk involved here. This room would be good for a husband and wife and a child or two. There's no way that three or four adults can stay there and have any privacy whatsoever. It should not be advertised as a family room. We paid $422 for four nights and I would never do that again. My sister was sick while we were there and did not feel like changing motels or I would have definitely left. The shower pressure on the second floor where we stayed was not even strong enough to wash the shampoo out of our hair. The beds are uncomfortable. I have stayed in many hotels through the years and this was probably the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced. Best Western as a rule is a good place to stay. But don't fall for the family room deal. It is not worth the money! I would not recommend the family room. The location is good. The people at the service desk were friendly. Parking was difficult to find and the hotel policy says that you're only allowed one car on site and it's your responsibility to find a place to park a second car off of the property! That would be a dealbreaker for me. I would not stay here again unless I was just booking a single room for myself or my wife an I. I have never filed a negative complaint on TripAdvisor before but you really need to know that this is not what it is advertised to be. Beware!

Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by this gem of a value priced motel. Indoor and outdoor pool, plus microwave, fridge, coffeemaker in our room. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean and fresh. Location was 3 minutes from the Dollywood parking lot! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice staff! Great location! Breaks fast has choices that included hot items. Front desk is very efficient. Any problems or request are very quickly addressed. I was provided a potty seat riser and a shower chair for my use.

We love best western and this one was our first time staying at this location. The price was amazing the room was clean, nice, and the staff amazing! Would definitely recommend the Toni Inn. Don't let the two star deter you…Best western is the only two star hotel we enjoy!

Staff is very friendly, amenities are nice, hotel is nice and clean. The continental breakfast is good and the rooms are a nice size. We used the laundry facilities and they are nice also. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

Not a bad hotel for the price. There was another Best Western across the street that was $10 a night higher with the same amenities but why pay more? This location was great, had a trolley stop in front of the office, was within walking distance to the Dolly Stampede and many other attractions & eating establishments.

You get charged extra for a fireplace room but when you get there it's just an electric log that barely glows in the dark. I was extremely disappointed because that was my honeymoon. The breakfast was also disappointing because they had to go boxes instead of letting you fix your own plate and that's impossible to carry that with a cup of coffee and glass of juice across the parking lot and up to the third floor. On the good side the hot tub was amazing and the pool area was decked out for Christmas so that was pretty cool. The room was very nice though. Big shower room 322

We decided at the last minute to go drive thru the smokeys and see the fall colors. I think I got the last room available. The woman checking us in was so nice and friendly. She explained the breakfast arrangements and apologized for the COVID restrictions. We did get the take out breakfast rather than going to the restaurant down the street due to time restraints but it was fine. I was worried with the amount of traffic and being full that it would be loud but our room was quiet. On checking out the next morning the same woman was there, Again super friendly and kind lady.

Nancy and her staff go above and beyond with their excellent customer service. Rooms are always clean. Any requests we had were taken care of by the staff. The hot breakfast was great for travelers that may not want to leave the hotel to fight the crowds.

We enjoyed our stay will definitely stay again. I don't swim but kids do and the indoor pool water looked really cloudy and was cold. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we had was very nice, I recommend that handicap rails be installed in showers. Location was great easy access to lots of attractions.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Housekeeping is very limited and not very good and upon check-in the laminate flooring was filthy!! We had to borrow a mop from the housekeeping staff to mop our own floors! We're on vacation, not here to do household chores! Location is idea with many shops & restaurants nearby. Also, a trolley stop out front. Free breakfast was not bad, with biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, ect. They also gave us coupons for a $5.95 breakfast bar not to far from the hotel and it was very good. Parking is tight in the evenings but we always found a space. Indoor pool (5 ft. deep) and the hot tub was nice. Front desk staff were helpful & friendly. Coffee was always available there but I recommend taking your own pot because the coffee was very weak. We added some Starbucks instant coffee to it to make it stronger otherwise couldn't have drank it. In the future, I would consider staying there again.

I went on line and this hotel had good reviews. Nancy was very easy to work with to make arrangements. We requested rooms in April. She made sure all of our rooms were on the first floor. They are limited in the parking for a motorcoach but had a cone so our driver could park. All of the rooms have doors to the outside. Because of covid you have to go to the lobby and request food to take to your room. The rooms were large with two beds. This is a good location for the trolley no 8 They had breakfast 15 minutes early for us.

The hotel was extremely clean. The shower was hot and had great pressure! Check in and check out was fast and friendly! We had plenty of towels with towels changed daily. WiFi worked great. We were on the ground floor and our only possible complaint was being able to hear our neighbors, but it didn't disrupt our stay.

I love this hotel. The rooms are always clean. The pool is really nice. Has an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Hot tub on indoor is a nice size. The staff at this hotel is excellent! Every time we have been here we have had such a wonderful experience with the staff. We have stayed in regular rooms, oversized three bed rooms, and the two room suite. Of course, we prefer the oversized room or the two room suite. They are very spacious. The two room site we stayed in had a huge shower and the 3 bed room had a whirlpool tub. We have been staying at this hotel for years and will continue to stay for years to come.

The staff is excellent. We got to check in two hours early during peak season. Our room was spotless and fresh towels were provided every day. The continental breakfast was great but we choose to use the voucher for the Reagan Pancake House which was outstanding. Parking was well lit and we felt extremely safe all week. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

I am a travel agent and frequently stay in hotels. The staff at Best Western Toni Inn are so welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The modified breakfast is run very nicely and organized. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Rooms were clean and everything was in working order. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and convenient to local attractions.

We stayed during fall break from school. The indoor pool was a favorite. Great location and the staff was very knowledgeable about the attractions. The staff could not have been friendlier. Breakfast every morning till 10:00 was helpful. Kids loved the bear waffles.

Our stay here was just an average hotel experience. We came to the area to visit Dollywood as we do several times a year. We have previously stayed here with no issues. The only issues we had this time were finding dried dog poop in the floor of our room. As soon as we saw it we reported it to the front dest where the worked apologized and said that she would get someone to clean it up. We left to Dollywood for the day and thought it would be cleaned but it wasn't. They had apparently came to the room but didn't see it and when my husband went back to report it again they finally came and cleaned it up. They definitely need to make sure the rooms are clean before renting them out to other families.

I have used this hotel for the last 30 years and have always been pleased. Reasonable rates, clean rooms, professional staff. Great location. I would recommend to any who ask for a place to stay in the mountains.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but it was very nice. We spent the whole day at Dollywood until they closed. The front desk staff was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem was a family with small kids came in to an ajoining room about 11:30 pm and the kids were very loud until shortly after midnight. They give you a 10% off coupon for Reagans Pancake House.

I have been a Best Western Rewards member for years. I use them when traveling alone usually. This time we chose them for a family vacation. Although the property felt "tired", given it is in a very high traffic area this is no surprise. The great thing is they had a very clean property and the shower was AWESOME!

We always stay here several times a year. We even request certain rooms, and they are very accommodating with our request. It's a safe motel, we have never seen or heard any rowdy people. Clean rooms, great service, breakfast is included, pools, and Covid precautions are used.

The room was spacious. There was a nice indoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool was also very nice. Even with the covid they offered a hot breakfast that we could take back to our room. They always had hot coffee in the lobby. We had a great time there and may visit there again.

Enjoyed our trip to pigeon forge for a couple days just to get away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The coffee is always great. You can walk to a lot of things from here and just a short driving distance to other things like shopping and other entertainment and activities. Have stayed here many a time and it is always nice.

The location was perfect. Everything was no more than 15 minutes away. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping was scaled back but the rooms were clean. Everyday they brought fresh towels and dumped trash. The breakfast was nice and easily attainable. The pools were clean and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay. We will definitely be back.

Years ago we happened upon this hotel and have stayed many times over the years. While older hotel it has always been clean and the staff friendly. Our favorite part of the stay is the outdoor pool. It is rare to find a 9' pool anymore and also heated. It is always clean and usually not crowded. They also have an indoor pool that the kids seem to love, leaving the outdoor pool less crowded. We love eating breakfast by the pool

The beds were comfortable and room was clean but that was about all that was decent. Breakfast was fake/powdered and you have to "order" it from behind plexi glass and take it back to your room. Would be fine if the food was edible or good but we ended up having to buy breakfast elsewhere all 3 mornings which was not expected. Coffee was cold and no creamer so had to go out to get coffee too. We are not hard to please either so I hate to sound ungrateful or complaining, I just wish I would have known these things prior to coming so I could have packed my family breakfast and coffee.

We had 2 different family members and their families traveling "with" us, they accommodated all 3 families that stayed there w/rooms near to each other. My daughter had her 5 children and they accommodated her w/3 queen beds. Their rooms are very spacy!! Their inside pool area was amazing! Due to covid protocol we had to take our breakfast's to the room to eat. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Everyday like clockwork the cleaning and maintenance crew were coming around and making sure everything was clean, functioning correctly and making sure our vacation was perfect. The kids pool was a huge bonus because my toddler was able to enjoy some plush time.

An opportunity arrived to take a last minute family trip. It was difficult to find a hotel given it was so close to departure. We did find accommodations eventually at BW Toni Inn. I can't recall the last time I stayed at a BW, so I didn't have a lot of expectations. The property is older, but it is very clean. The rooms have been updated and were large in comparison to other double queen rooms I've stayed in. It was conveniently located in Pigeon Forge and short driving distance to some of the most popular attractions. Pools were small but nice, and we enjoyed the indoor pool the most. I would stay again and would recommend.

We arrived at 3:59 for our 4:00 check in and we were notified the room wouldn't be ready until after 4:00pm. We came back around 5:30 and picked up our key cards and parking pass. Parking was hard to find and continued to worsen as the week went on. The majority of the vehicles in the parking lot did not have resident parking passes. Upon entering the room, an immediate odor was noticed. One roll of toilet paper was provided in the room for a 5 night stay. The towels and washcloths had hair stuck in them. The bathroom ceiling was decorated with several dead bugs. Spiders underneath air conditioning. Dirty trash cans. The pool area had a strong bleach odor and the water in both the pool and jacuzzi stayed murky. While attempting to use the jacuzzi, we noticed an old bandage sitting right beside of us and it remained there the entire week. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we have had. So much so, that we actually checked out around 3 hours early on our last day just so we wouldn't have to be there any longer.

Our room was clean, easily accessible. The whole hotel was kept nice & clean. We loved the pools & hot tubs!! Super fun for the whole family. Price was cheaper than most we stayed in on our trip with nicer amenities by far with way more fun!! I loved how they served us breakfast. Friendly nice workers & Clean!

The service was great. But our room had centipedes and potato bugs. It also felt very humid and had a some what musty smell. I'm assuming that is why there were so many bugs, they are attracted to warm damp environments.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. We stayed in one of their large suites with 3 beds and a pull out couch. The room had wood / vinyl floors. It was very clean. Even though there were a lot of people at the hotel, the room was fairly quiet. I am sure the indoor pool is perfect for winter days, but it gets a little hot like a sauna in the summer. The outdoor pool was perfect though. The only real complaint I had was the breakfast. Everything in Pigeon Forge is open and the people that are going are not worried about COVID anymore. It feels like this hotel is using COVID as an excuse to continue to provide limited breakfast.

I was very surprised when I walked in the room to find nice simple decor and very clean room. I didn't know they also had a pool till we got there, that was a points winner with my kiddos. They provide continental breakfast daily- another points winner with my kiddos! It is super close to everything in pigeon forge area, I will definitely be staying here again!

Location was great. We have recommended this place to other family members. We will definitely book this for next vacation. Staff was helpful before, during and after check in. The only hiccup was that there was no vending on our level and we had to go to 1st level for these services.

Was a great experience, we came a day earlier then our reservation and they were able to get us in the same room we reserved for the week, they couldn't match the price of the reservation but it still made it great to not to have to switch rooms after one day and get settled in for the week.

We had an amazing stay, the staff were very helpful and treated us like family. COVID really has pulled some families apart but this vacation brought ours closer together. The room, hot tub, and pool were nice. If you want a nice place to stay to get away, this is the place to stay

We booked this hotel for a place to stay on the way home. Just the few days before, we stayed at a great hotel and ended up paying about the same for this hotel per night. It was a nightmare. They put us in a room that was in the hot tub/pool area. It was loud and noisy until the pool closed at 10 (indoor pool/hot tub). Then, at 11:30-2:00am people were traipsing in and out (the ice machine was nearby) and talking loudly; For $200 a night, I'd expect a little better--I'd expect to have a room in which I didn't hear everyone's conversation and would at least be able to get some sleep after driving. We checked out as soon as possible the next morning. Will never do that again! The room needs severely updated and I didn't feel it was very sanitary.

What a great time I had and the BW Toni Inn is very reasonable and very clean and the personnel were super!!, I love the location so close to everything and so much to see. We had an awesome time And being our first visit at Pigeon Forge Tn we lived it!!!

This will be our 4th year of staying at this property. We fell in love with it because of the breakfast spread that they had. Unfortunately with Covid in 2020 they didn't have the buffet but they did provide a bagged breakfast everyday. Will continue to stay here every year. We come June of every year.

I booked through booking.com and the rate was fair, over 200 night. Not the lowest in the area but not the highest either. I got a call earlier in the day about the reservation. Check in when well. I had requested a ground floor and got it, right in front of the indoor pool. It closed at 10pm and was enforced which was good. The room itself was ok, not perfectly clean but ok, I am lucky about clean. House keeping is different with covid but we got what we needed. Breakfast was take out and limited a bit, still helped with food cost. Parking is tight as well, if you come in late you may not find parking. Staff were nice.

Hotel staff  called me on the day of my reservation wanting to confirm our stay. Thought that was nice, never had that happen. First impression of the room was that it had a weird smell. One of the lamps didn't work, did have a bulb in it. Beds weren't that great. I did love the shower. It had nice water pressure and was spacious. The walls were very thin. Our room was right about the outside pull. Heard so much screaming all night. We were told the outside pool closed at 10 and inside pool closed at 12. Well people were outside til after midnight. Staff were pretty nice. Only issue was the guy that checked us in wasn't too welcoming. Did not try the breakfast. Gave us coupons for reagens pancake house for 5.49 a person for breakfast buffet which was good. The food was okay but worth what we paid. Parking was awful. If you didn't get back to the hotel by 9pm you pretty much didn't get a parking spot.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the location was fantastic, and it was easy to get in and out of. We will for sure stay here again and are looking forward to it. The rooms looked like they were updated recently as well. The beds were super comfortable.

Motel style hotel. Location was good, easy drive to Smokey Mountains and Gatlinburg. Room was basic but clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk service was great, I had two back to back reservations and they were able to arrange my stay in the same room so that I did not have to move. Due to Covid-19 situation, there was no room service, which is understandable. Used towels and trash were placed outside and collected daily. Staff called daily to see if you needed towels and would bring them if needed or you could pick them up at the front desk. Walls were thin, could hear the neighbors. People using the outdoor pool very late created a lot of noise which could be heard. Because it was motel style and there was a room no smoking policy, people would smoke outside their rooms and could not avoid passing through the smoke. Yuck! Free breakfast was watered down eggs, sausage, fruits, juices, coffee. Fortunately, there were lots of places to get food nearby.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay very much! My favorite part was the shower in our bathroom and the jacuzzi. Everything was very close! Parking was a little tough but other than that everything was perfect!

Our stay was wonderful! We'll definitely be back! The staff was great and very helpful, the pools were clean, our room was nice and very clean. Our kids enjoyed it and so did we! We can't wait to come back!

This hotel is very convenient for restaurants and attractions. The front desk were all very friendly and helpful! We stay here several times a year, mostly for car shows. The AC worked great which is a major plus for me!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. And my son had a blast in the pools while we enjoyed the hot tub. And it was convenient to everything.

We prefer to stay in Gatlinburg but we decided to stay in PF this time because we were there for a dance comp l. Chose Toni Inn due to being close to the comp venue and good reviews. We were very pleased with our 2 night stay in Room 111. The room was very clean, decor updated with laminate flooring and new furnishings. Pillows were weirdly small and not very comfortable, but no problem because I always bring my own just in case. Walls are paper thin. We could hear every sound coming from next door. Thankfully had the sound machine with us to help mask the sounds while we slept. Every staff member we encountered was nice and helpful. There was no maid service due to covid, but housekeeping called to see if we needed to change our towels or anything else. Breakfast was grab and go breakfast...scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, juice... which was okay. Indoor pool/hot tub was nice, although we didn't like that the pool closed at 10. We paid around $150 a night thru booking.com, which I feel was rather high, but the whole town was basically sold out due to car shows and rates were up. All in all a really solid motel to stay at. We would stay there again if we needed a room in PF.

Nice for the price! Fireplace didn't work but we didn't need it. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Was a great location and staff was awesome. Would definitely stay here again. Great location and close to Gatlinburg.

Room was clean, with Covid they used caution and did the breakfast meal with caution. The breakfast was the best ever had at a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub is nice indoor and outside.

The beds are not comfortable, nor is the bedding. The beds are hard, and the bedding is very rough, including the sheets.The breakfast had a very bland taste. The pools are overly chlorinated, and good luck finding a towel at the pool. The walls and front door are so thin that you will hear absolutely everything. Every car that passes on the main strip, every siren, every person that walks past your room. You will hear it all. The room also had a musty moldy scent to it that made my daughters allergies act up. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the hospitality of the staff. They are very kind and courteous, professional, and beyond polite. I really enjoyed conversing with them.

My wife and I stayed here for our weekend away. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Great continental breakfast even during Covid. Will continue to stay here in the future. Great job and the pool and hot tub was so relaxing and clean.

Great location, friendly staff, rooms are top notch. Would definitely stay here again. Indoor pool and jacuzzi is a big plus. Very kid friendly. Very pet friendly. Close to all eateries and shopping areas, only minutes away from Gatlinburg.

Stayed here many times but since the pandemic stayed sept 2020 and nov 2020. Very clean, maid service is only one check in and check out days. If you need anything like towels they will bring them. You put your towels and trash outside the door in the morning. Breakfast is grab and go and couples for a local pancake house. I don't remember which one. We didn't eat there.

Checked into this hotel, was not greeted by the front desk- was met by the most monotone personality lacking woman at the front desk- then we paid EXTRA for a room with a pool view, well ANY room by the pool on ANY floor should be paying LESS for their room as any room by the pool has a plethora of kids screaming and yelling all day and night and even in the morning they are at it, we paid like 30$ extra for this room but in reality it should be like 30$ less a night for all the dang noise and roudy ness....it's ridiculous- very dirty pool, and elevator area, like gross! then got into room and the floors had hair all over and obvious spots like door knob, toilet flusher handle,sitckiness on floor in shower/tub.... this bestwestern is on the decline and only going downhill, not clean and deff not COVID clean...

Everything was good. Our room was very clean. My main disappoint was I was told I couldn't get any points put on my members account that Best Western advertised, because I used booking to reserve the stay, and not the best western site, which is one reason I chose to stay here. No breakfast bar because of covid, but that was ok. Did not use the voucher for Reagan pancake house, we never left in time to use them. The pool was a bit dirty having a brown line around the edge my husband pointed out, I didn't notice until he did. The hot tub seemed clean. Enjoyed our stay. It is right next to Texas Roadhouse, one of our favorite restaurants, and McAllisters is good as well. We were asked if we needed clean towels or toliet paper each day, and they were left in our room. All staff were extremely polite. We will return.

We can always count on Toni Inn whether it is for business or pleasure. I have used them for both and my family loves having the pools and hot tub and the location is central to everything that Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg have to offer. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was great! Staff was very nice polite and helpful. I have always loved this hotel. I check the rates and availability of this one first before any other. My favorite hotel by far. Hope to stay more in the near future.

Staff were super sweet. I had no issues the whole stay. Heated indoor pool and hot tub was amazing. Met a few people during the stay that was super nice. Due to covid, they offered a grab and go breakfast but a great discount for breakfast at a restaurant down the road as well. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely go back!

Our room had a strong smoke smell and the fireplace we payed extra for was just and electric light show, not worth the extra money. The pillows were very hard. We came with another couple and even checked in early and they had our rooms on opposite ends of the building. This hotel was not worth the money.

Booked a room with a fireplace. It was electrics plug in never worked. Never got access to WiFi. No additional clean towels, coffee, never saw the breakfast. Location was ok. Not as close to activities as described. Won't stay again.

Went and stayed here for New Years Eve. Had a great stay. Staff very friendly and room was nice and clean. Have not stayed in many hotels with two king size beds in one room. I was highly recommend this hotel and plan to come back.

Tub Drain would not drain and maintenance gone for the night! Also heater went out replaced with a new heater and the smell was horrible from it and even the smoke alarm went off... Help was nothing the first night from a man and the second night was better with a female worker who moved us rooms after wife called from home and told them what I had already said! but here being helpful doesn't make the rating improve. we stay here every year and this was the worse experience at this hotel we have had

Hotel was in great location right on the parkway at the end nearest to Gatlinburg. Rooms and pool were clean. Had a nice hot tub. The only thing that I noticed was that the indoor pool area was kind of dark. I believe a pool area should be brightly lighted. I felt that the bed was rather hard.

Rudest front desk staff I have EVER Experienced!!! Front desk put us in a handicap room after we requested to be with our friend group on the second level. Mid way through the stay they decided to make us pack and move rooms. They would not assist with extra towels. Would not even help with the room situation and then moved us. We travel for youth tournaments in large groups regularly this place was not welcoming to kids. They did not want us to sit together by the pool and relax or eat pizza together. Not a good idea to stay if you want to relax!!! Do your research there were way too many places to stay that are not commercial that looked cleaner and more updated! I will never stay again after the way the desk treated my family

Mattresses were extremely firm, ground floor room had faux wood flooring, very clean, no bugs. I would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to restaurants, Texas Roadhouse is next door. Indoor pool and spa closed at 10pm.

We only stay at this hotel when we visit the great smoky mountains. its so close to everything. always clean, the staff is so friendly the rooms are huge, clean and smell so clean. the breakfast is great! the parking lot is a bit tight is the ONLY complaint i have.

This was my first experience to stay at the Best Western Toni Inn and it was a great experience. Check in went very smoothly and quick. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Rooms were clean and no issue with that. Grab n go breakfast was suitable. Pool area good. Can hear doors slam at night and dumpster being emptied. Forgot an item afrtstay and lost and found dept wasn't very pleasant. Otherwise a good stay and location. Parking very tight!

The price was right and the room was clean. The only issue we had was one of the beds only had small throw type pillows to sleep on. Otherwise check in was quick. We were only here for night before we checked into our hotel for the weekend.

Uncomfortable beds! Tiny bathrooms. No blow dryers. Staff was amazing though and extremely friendly. Not worth $104 a night. Should be more like $60-80. Rooms are less then average very boring would probably not stay here again. Better places out there.

We typically travel to Pigeon Forge 2x a year and stay at the BW Toni Inn. It is so convenient to stay and travel between Pigeon Forge and Smoky Mountain NP. The staff is so friendly and accommodating especially with all the COVID-19 modifications. We needed to cut our stay short due to the weather and the staff made the process so easy. We will definitely be back again soon!

We rented this hotel the day before we got our cabin. After a lot of reviews it was a GREAT choice! VERY Clean! We did not have any sheets on the pull out couch and we called the front desk and they immediately sent someone up with some and they even brought up more pillows! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!! Great staff and great place!

Was very well located. Staff was very accommodating to my medical needs and made sure we were in a room that suited my needs. Rooms were very nice, appearance and cleanliness were a huge plus for us. Kudos to staff!

We were driving through and stayed for one night. This is a motel style with 3 floors. No worries if you are on the third floor because they have a fantastic ramp to get your luggage to your room instead of using the stairs. This motel caters to families. The pool is in the center of this U shaped hotel and you will hear kids swimming in the pool at night and doing what kids til they fall asleep LOL! We did our laundry here which was great. Room was a bit dated but spacious and clean with everything you need. Everything worked great. Fantastic water pressure in shower. Great location on "the strip". There are plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Because of covid they are not doing the usual breakfast but will give you a to go bag. Super nice employees.

Located across from Dixie Stampede enjoyed the location. I do feel they should have cleaned the room at least every other day but due to CO19 did not nor served breakfast but you still pay the same price. We stayed 6 days, our room should have been cleaned.

No reservation, walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome. Got a king size room with a fireplace(obviously we didn't need it since it is July). Room was big, plenty of space. Very clean and smelled fresh. Bed was comfy. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast was a grab bag with a banana, granola bar and muffin. Enough to tie you over till lunch. Checkout was also fast and easy. Never stayed here before but will be back!

My family had the most amazing time!! We ended up needing to leave our home in sevierville because of the storm that knocked out our power this past Friday night/Saturday morning. We got there around 3pm Saturday! Our room wasn't QUITE ready so I was able to take my 10 month old swimming in the indoor pool!! It was his very first time in a pool and he loved every second of it. At 4pm we went to the office to see if our room was ready. I was greeted at the desk by Tina. She was super kind and was also very nice to my son!! She made sure that I had brought everything we needed and what we didn't have (soap, shampoo, etc) she made sure we got some at the desk!! She was even cool enough to call my room after a little while and see if I got everything settled and we were ok! Seeing as I didn't have lights or water, I brought laundry with us. I was noticed by Phillip struggling to get me, my baby, and a cart of laundry to the washer and dryer. He stopped everything he was doing just to help me get my laundry where I was trying to get it. He also checked on us the whole time we were doing laundry to make sure we were ok!! We got to stay 2 nights and we LOVED every part of being there!! We will definitely stay there again sometime!!!

We had a very clean room with plenty of space. My grandchildren, daughter and I really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, and were impressed with the luxurious decor for a reasonable price. All of the staff were responsive to our needs.

Stayed here last year and had a reasonable time and the room was not too bad this year however the air conditioner had to crank it down to 61 degrees just to make it hit 70 it was loud noisy needing new bearings neighbor was loud and obnoxious up until 2:00 front desk did nothing about it do not recommend

This is our favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge! It is in the perfect location to easily access the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool. There is also a kiddie pool outside. Our toddler loved being able to stand and play by himself. The room has refrigerator to keep snacks and drinks. There is also a small table with two chairs. Was perfect for our kids to sit and have a snack. Breakfast is currently a grab and go bags due to COVID19. The breakfast bag included a blueberry muffin, blueberry granola bar and banana. It was the same all three days we stayed...lol (I get it we are all doing are best during this time of COVID19) Facemask are required in the lobby area. I felt very safe with the cleaning procedures they are taking to keep customer and staff safe. Staff members are always friendly and ready to help. We will return next year!

Very clean, nicely furnished and spacious rooms. Loved the pools and hot tubs outside. Even with the new Covid requirements preventing the staff from cleaning rooms, we received phone calls asking if we needed anything. Never had to wait for anything, it was always there immediately. Will definitely stay here again.

My children and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it just keeps getting better. Wonderful staff who are very helpful. Love the indoor and outdoor pools. During this pandemic rules are set for safety. Great location to everything you need. I love this hotel.

It was nice and peaceful and quiet there and all the people stand there was nice and friendly and for the pandemic it's going on and everything that's going on it was really nice to be able to go somewhere and just relax and get away from everything

This was our second time to vacation in Pigeon Forge. This hotel was wonderful. With C-19 they were unable to clean our room daily, which was fine by us. Just a quick call to the front desk in the mornings and what we asked for would be there when we returned to our room from our daily activities. We were there for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be staying there again.

This hotel fell very short of our expectations. Musty lobby, awful towels and sheets, service was non-existent. We had to bring in Clorox wipes to make sure the room was clean. Our family will never stay at a Best Western again because of this experience.

The ladies at the front desk are very nice. Very helpful with assisting us a place to lock up our bicycles we brought (stairwell in front of the office), and providing anything we needed. We felt safe at this property and the surrounding area. Our ground level room was very clean. Pools were clean and perfect temps. We did not use the indoor pool as the weather was gorgeous, but it looked clean as well. Outdoor pool is open til midnight, big plus for us. We didn't take advantage of any breakfast option, I believe they had coupons for a nearby place, but hearing from a cpl people, they didnt care for it. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a bike rack, and some porch chairs for outside the room to relax in/hang towels and suits to dry. Also being provided more than 1 roll of TP at a time would be nice, with 4 people it went fast. Overall if we came back to the area we would stay again.

Clean, mini fridge and microwave in the room. There was a problem with the plumbing in the room above ours. When the shower was on the on upstairs there was water dripping on our toilet. The fixed it the next morning. I'd stay here again.

My grandsons and I enjoyed the pool side room. Toni Inn has been our choice for years, conveniently located, fair rate, indoor and outdoor pool. Friendly staff always helpful. When allowed the breakfast is a welcomed treat.

Came in for a quick trip with family. With covid19, check in and check out was very organized, room was very clean. Kids swam in the indoor pool, was a little upset that the outdoor pool was open but its ok. It was a wonderful trip and we enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge.

I must say that toni inn pigeon forge was one of the best hotel experiences, very comfy bed and pillows,awesome front desk staff and great maids, I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay and the breakfast was GREAT

We stayed here for 2 days and it was a nice quiet hotel with a great breakfast,hot tub, and pool. The staff was very friendly and the room wasnt fancy but nice for sleeping. We were right across the road from Dolly Pardon Stampede and many other activities. Very reasonable rates

This was our first time at ths hotel and I must say it will not be our last, we will stay again the next time we are in town. The customer service was outstanding, overall appearnce was good, room was clean and comfortable, enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, and the free breakfast was perfect with pastries, juice, cereal, waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy. The coffee machine in the lobby is running 24/7 and a blessing. I highly recommend when in town make this location your next stay.

The check in was quick and easy, staff were very friendly. The room was clean but not spotless, Deqor was a little dated and pictures on the wall very crooked. We had a refridgerator that made a loud ticking noise the entire time. The rooms could stand to be quieter, you could here every sound from outside, especially people running and walking down the outside hall. The indoor pool area was nice since it was cold outside, it made for an enjoyable dip in the pool and hot tub. One complaint we also had was the fact that we paid for a fireplace room and it turned out that it was an electric faux fireplace, it was kind of a joke. Overall it wasn't a bad stay for the money, but don't pay for the fireplace room !

This small family feel motel goes the extra mile to make your visit to the Smokie Mountains a happy one. They have wonderful employees..who are friendly & helpful. The breakfast is hot & plenty of it. If you don't see what you want ...ask! The pool is nice. We have stayed with them several times thur the years & plan to visit ASAP!

The only problem we had was breakfast ran out quickly an it took awhile for it to be refilled, but other than that it was a great stay for me an my family, an my kids loved the pool area an never ran out of towels etc.

Very nice people, check in was the best ever. Our room was large and very comfortable. This was not our first stay at the B W Toni Inn and will not be our last. I would feel comfortable recommending the BW Toni Inn to any of my family and friends.

We enjoyed the facility. The rooms were clean and we used the hot tub and the pool and it was very clean. The hot tub had a little too much chlorine but other wise we loved it. We will definitely use this hotel again.

My husband and I visit this hotel 2/14/2020 for two nights. The staff(front desk and house keeping) was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms were very clean, we enjoyed our stay. We had a room inside the pool area which the noise echoed into our room. But everything else I give it a five star.

I have previously stayed at this property at least 5 times in the last few years. The updates to the rooms are very nice! The beds were a little stiff and the pillows were tiny, but other than that, it was a great stay and we will be back.

Every time I am in the area or get a chance to stay at the Toni Inn, I do. The ladies at the desk know me by name and my room is always just perfect. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. House keeping is spot on.

First and foremost the pool and hot tub in this hotel rock. The hot tub is warm and the pool is cold. There's an elevator in this hotel, which I thank heavens for. We stayed here about 5 years ago and returned for our brief stay in Pigeon Forge. It is a good value for the money.

My daughter, grandson and I booked a night after a long day at a Knoxville gymnastic meet. Hadn't been to Pigeon Forge in over a decade so was amazed at how it had grown and how far down the busy strip it was. Check-in was quick and they kindly switched us to a first floor room for ease of dragging baby bags and paraphernalia in. Clean and tidy with comfortable beds, but the pillows were very uncomfortable, square and thick. Didn't have breakfast as we planned to go out but grabbed some yogurt for the way home and cereal for the baby. Would return with my own pillow.

We've chosen the Toni Inn for our vacation stays for over 20 years! We love the indoor pool area with hot tub, we love the convenience of being on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, and we love the free breakfast!

The hotel was very clean. I know this as a certainty, because my wife is a clean-a-holic. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel staff was so accommodating. Their was free breakfast, and it was fantastic. The ladies in there were so friendly, and there was at least 15 choices. Will definately stay there when we go back.

Really nice Hotel in a Great Location. We took our Granddaughter for a 3 day weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Indoor pool was Great and just what we we were looking for. Rooms were neat and clean and the staff was eager to please.

We have stayed at the Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge several times. We love the location. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions and within driving distance of Gaitlinburg. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here on your next visit to this area

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 15 years. It's an older hotel, but clean, staff is very helpful. hotel is convenient to everything. indoor pool and hot tub are nice. rooms again, are older, but clean and beds are comfortable. we never even consider staying anywhere else.

Got a room with a fireplace- shabby electric fireplace from a far away era- drapes falling off the window- room located inside overlooking the pool and the echo and reverb from the screaming kids, which they could not control, was horrific- BUT- they should warn couples- Clerk at registration was CRABBY- AND VERY UNWELCOMING- never once asked how we were- we were checking in for three days- barely acknowledged us- she did catch my sarcasm when I asked her if she was having a BAD DAY???! Toilets and vanity are SUPER low- feel like you are doing squats- if you are elderly- it would be a REAL issue. Super small breakfast area- very crowded and inconvenient

Great location, near the south end of the main drag. Close to Dollywood, many restaurants nearby. Pool area was very large, good heat in the room, and plenty of seating. Hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was good, several options available, however it was very crowded. Parking is tight, you are allowed one car per room, and every space will be filled if no vacancy. The rooms were very very clean, hard flooring, and the shower was huge. The entire premises were immaculate. When returning to the area, I will look no further than to return here.

The hotel is situated near the end of the parkway, across from Dixie Stampede, close to the Dollywood Entrance. Texas Roadhouse is right next door. We walk over for dinner at least once during our stay. There is a trolley stop right outside the hotel entrance, so you don't have to drive in congested traffic.

Was very satisfied with the services. Our room was very clean, beds comfortable, and all staff members asked if they could do anything for us. Breakfast was ok. The dining area is cramped. But this would not turn me away from staying here again.

This is not Trump Plaza, but it was clean and the people were very friendly. Indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Comfortable and a great value. Very close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of many restaurants.

The area for breakfast was inadequate for seating hotel guests. Outside seating was available but certainly unusable because of the cold weather during our stay. Provide more comfortable seating in the guest room by providing a club chair instead of a dining-room type chair.

We stayed at the Best Western Toni Inn on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge so we could see all the beautiful Christmas lights. The Inn was decorated wonderfully. The associates were all very accommodating. We had a wonderful relaxing visit! We could only stay one night. We are caregivers to an elderly family member so we always have to get away only if we have someone to help us with care. Merry Christmas! And God bless you all this season!

My daughter decided to celebrate my granddaughters birthday here. My husband and I had a two queen room. The other room, was a three queen room because there are six of them. Our room was fine. The three queen room could have used a couch, or more chairs and a bigger TV. The also could use another dresser. It was a good stay though.

This is a very clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast includes healthy choices such as fruit, eggs, and oatmeal.. the staff works hard to keep the food supplied and the are clean. The location is ideal for Pigeon Forge activities with a trolley stop right outside. Also includes an indoor pool and hot tub. Great value

We went to Pigeon Forge to see the lights and do a little shopping. The pool are was amaxing. Inside, heated and the hot tub looked nice. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable . Breakfast was standard. Everything we wanted to see was within 10 miles of the hotel.

Very clean and modern. Rates were affordable and location was perfect between attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Indoor pool area was very nice and ample room for visitors. Ample parking and convenient to location of the room. Loved the decor indoors and out...very festive.

My trip was great. Room was spotless. Breakfast was really great. Wish the neighbors controlled there bratty loud kids but hotel couldn't control that, the parents should have. It was very worth the money and close to everything. Only 5 miles from convention center.

Hotel was awesome from time we checked in to checkout staff was very polite and friendly the whole time. Housekeeping was tremendous room was very clean and comfy bed super soft.Water pressure was awesome..Room was fully stocked We loved the breakfast every morning. Indoor pool was very nice water was warm and hot tub was great as well..

Our first stay was very good and very kid friendly. The pool was nice also. Our second stay was very good too!! Water was good and hot for showers. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast bar was excellent too!!! Everyone was really friendly and the room was super clean!!!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and a good size. Breakfast was great. Parking was very adequate. Conveniently located and not hard to find. No problems at all. Check-in and check-out was very easy.

Definitely would stay here again. Loved the location close enough to walk to many restaurants. Very clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area was small but kept well stocked. Always had fresh coffee made at all times of the day and evening.

Overall the hotel was great! Very clean, safe, well lit parking lot. Our room was very clean and well taken care of! New beds, clean linens, new paint, and new furniture. This is an older hotel but you can definitely tell that they have put a lot of hard work into updating it and keeping not only the rooms but the grounds, pool and other facilities clean. The only down side was you could hear every step and every word as people walked by your room. We unfortunately had drunk neighbors that kept us up till 2 a.m. for two nights of our stay. The second night I finally had enough and contacted the front desk. Within 10 minutes the issue was resolved. Thank you Best Western!

This is a very nice motel. It is very clean. Rooms were nice and staff was very friendly. It had a nice continental breakfast, just tried to go early because there is limited seating. It is located close to many attractions and restaurants. It has ramps and stairs to each of the floors along with a elevator. So there is easy access to each floor. It also has a indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Facilities were clean, staff was friendly. We stayed in the room with 3 queen beds. The room was larger than expected and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable. Indoor pool was nice and clean. We liked the holiday decorations. The only thing that would have made our stay better is flavored creamers for our coffee with the breakfast. We will definitely be back!

When we do stay in Hotels we liked Best Western. Toni Inn is a very nice hotel with very clean rooms and a great breakfast with hot food . It is on the south end of town away from some of the major traffic. Good place to stay.

Didn't get room we requested with the booking we made a month in advance. Noisy, vending machine out of order, small room, long wait for check in. Told by reception not to book thru 3rd party in the future. Have stayed there numerous times, but this was definitely the worst.

This was a great find for my family we have a 15 month old and the room with no carpet was such a blessing our child could play on the floor and not worry about what was on the carpet. We stayed in rm 200 it was over the lobby with our own balcony king suite . Bed was very comfortable breakfast was above average with sausage eggs biscuits cereal waffles oatmeal toast bagels and pastries. This worked out very nice for our family plus it's across the street from dollys stampede so you are close to gatlinburg and nation park . Front desk staff was excellent and we were even allowed to check in early will be staying here again next visit

Good Hotel for the price. Breakfast is the normal things (eggs,sausage,biscuits & gravy,cereal & milk, toast and fruit. Close to all attractions. Need to update the mattresses. Very uncomfortable. Indoor pool was O.K. Texas Roadhouse is next door,if you like steak.. Very good.

The Best Western Toni Motel was a very good experience. The hotel was clean, desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Restaurants were near by allowing us toe park at the hotel and walk to eat. Room was clean and comfortable. We had no problems and the price was much less than expected. Will be happy to stay there on my next trip to the area.

First stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again. Very clean, seems to have been updated recently. Liked the laminate floors instead of carpet. Very quiet, good location, good breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

most of the time it is a great place to stay waiting to hear from a manager to call me back. I love this place just this time was a terrible experience. right across of dixie stampede, and texas roadhouse.

We have stayed here many times. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hot tub is awesome, inside pool is great. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast is good. Close to good restaurants. Easy access, they make you feel like family.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very nice and comfortable. Very convenient to shopping and food. We actually walked to Texas Roadhouse for one of our meals. Not quite enough parking though. Will return when in this area.

Could use a toilet upgrade.. cheap... mattress has a ridge in the middle. Not enough parking area. Needs elevator. Could use a bigger tv., cleaning team could use quieter wheels. Sounds like a jet flying by when they're rolling from room to room....was a great stay otherwise.

We stayed 3 nights and the staff was awesome. Good Breakfast choices. Our room was comfortable and mostly clean. It did look like the floor had not been moped in a while but other than that the stay was awesome.

very nice motel, has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. the room that we stayed in had had new floors put in recently. beds were comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. the only thing i did not care for were the eggs they serve for breakfast. they tasted like powdered eggs

This is an older hotel that has been given a bit of a facelift in the last few years. The fireplace in r room didn't work. When I told the front desk, they told me I had not hit the right switches and I was shown a picture. When I told them the picture of the switches did not match what was in my room, I was told I was wrong. One last thing about the fireplace. It has been changed from a gas unit to an electric unit and must have been done for the least amount of money possible. Lastly, Breakfast was rather average.

The hotel was just as it was advertised. The rooms were clean and ready at check in time. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. There were many restaurants within walking distance. We will use this hotel again in the future.

Very clean and perfect location! The 3 queen bed option was just what my family needed after a long fun day at Dollywood. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and up too date. Will stay again!!!

We enjoyed our stay, good location, good size room but the pillows are too small and do not support your neck. Bathroom is small. The hotel is located in walking distance to several good eating places and close to Dollywood.

I have stayed at different places always Bestwestern when we go to this area this is the best one by far. Messed up on what kind of room I was supposed to get but that's ok it was very clean and the staff was awesome and coffee and breakfast best ever.

Right down town close to Dolly Stampede and Dollywood. Indoor and outdoor pool open late hours and very clean. Breakfast was more than expected and plenty of it. We will be back next year for sure!!!!

I love this location and stay here every time I'm in the area. However I was disappointed that the number of tv channels in the rooms have decreased since the last time I visited and I was unable to view the local tourist channels to get more information on the area attractions. I'm not sure why that changed and I hope that they can be brought back. My stay was great other than that.

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast bar was poorly designed; the space was limited and cramped causing congestion. Overall the hotel is adequate and reasonably priced.

this makes our 24th year staying at the toni inn in pigeon forge. with the service and clean rooms why go anywhere else.? also the price and the breakfast are the best. all of the employees are very friendly and some i think have been there as long as we have been staying there. so that tells alot about the quality of the toni inn

This is our favorite place to stay when we travel here. Over the years we've tried other hotels but we've found we like this one the best so we always come here. The hot tub is so relaxing and the rooms are kept super clean and comfortable. The breakfast has plenty of options.

Very nice hotel. The appearance and rooms were very nice and well maintained. Book early as the hotel fills up rapidly. The breakfast is nice and there is plenty of it. We had available scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, cold cereal, waffles, various drinks and juices. The hotel is very close to the trolley stops and easy to get to Dollywood and Splash Country.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a indoor pool which is 3 feet to 5 feet deep and outdoor pool which is 3 feet to 9 feet deep kiddy pool and a hot tub, the indoor pool offers towels. Our room had 2 queen beds which were comfortable, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, frig, microwave and a 37 inch TV. The rooms are a very good size, plenty of room. Plus it had 2 suitcase racks. Our frig. stopped working and I called the front desk and they sent someone over within 5 minutes and he fixed it right away and this was around 8pm at night. The had scramble eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, breads, cereals, yogurt, waffles, coffee, milk and juices for the continental breakfast. This hotel is in the middle of light 8 and 9 on the Parkway. The do have rooms that our inside with the indoor pool but the chlorine smell is strong so not sure how much you would smell it in those rooms.But most of the rooms are outside. We had room 228 it is next to the steps and at the back of the hotel so it was a great room, very quiet. Our room was very clean.

I stay at Best Western's a lot. This was by far, not just the worst Best Western, but the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I'm sad to say this because I expected better quality. The room itself was not clean. I walked across the floor in white socks and the bottom of them were black within an hour. That's not how a hotel is supposed to be. The so called “High Speed” internet, was not high speed. It was actually non existent. It didn't work. Sometimes on vacation people still have to work and do college. I was stuck wasting my data instead of using WiFi that I paid to use for the night. The air conditioning was depressing. It was extremely hot in our room and we could not get comfortable. This is bad enough. However; at 7 am, we hear a very loud boom! It woke us up and scared us to death. We found out it was a breaker and so now we had no power. As if it wasn't hot enough in the room. It turned into a sauna. We had to just get up and leave to avoid this problem. Usually before people leave they take a shower and brush their teeth.... not us. In the middle of trying to fix the breaker issue, a water line was hit and we had NO water. We couldn't do anything. We were so unhappy that we decided to leave a day early. You'd think after all of our inconveniences we would at least be refunded a portion of what we paid to stay at the hotel for two nights. I was refunded nothing! The ladies at the front desk argued that all these things that had happened were not the hotels fault... and maybe some of them weren't. But who in their right mind pays for a hotel room where you can't even take a shower in the morning? Honestly. I was extremely disappointed and still am. I will never be staying at this Best Western location again and I will advise others not to stay their either. All I wanted was a nice vacation but instead I paid to be inconvenienced.

When we needed towels and wash cloths, it was never a problem to get someone to bring us some. They brought them in a prompt manner. The staff didn't seem as if we bothered them at any time asking questions or asking for items.

Absolutely love this hotel. The hotel is very up to date and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast is out of this world good. The staff here are very accommodating and help in any way they can. I truly love staying here.

I've never seen a cleaner place! Beds were comfy. Great amenities. Nice breakfast. It was really close to everything. I would come back here and stay again. Quiet, never heard noise from anywhere. Price was great.

Let me start off with a few positives. The pool is nice, minus the water return that doesn't have a safety cap on it so if you happen to brush up near it, it will leave a painful hickey on your arm, or back or side. The bed is nice minus the black spot on the blanket and marks on the pillow. The television is too small for the room and positioned poorly in the room for viewing as you also need to have it blasting to hear it from the bed. I understand this is an old hotel that had a few updates but there's plenty more work to be done. Room 308 has so many patched areas on the wall with no regard to even try and blend them in. The rooms have been updated with new furniture and tile in the bathroom however the tub is still that old off white color that makes it look dirty. The toilet is the same tiny thing from 30 years ago when I stayed here on vacation. Careful with the hot tub, it has waaaaaaaay too much chlorine in it and is running at about 140-170 so you can slowly poach. The outside walkways on the third floor Coming from the elevator have dips in them, why you might ask?, I have no idea. I assume self leveling concrete and a care to make a safe walkway is asking a bit much. The a/c unit in my room wasn't even the right btu size to cool the room. It's kinda like cooling a 1000sqft office with a 5000 btu window unit, one side of the room is cool, the other not so much. The water pressure in the shower kinda sucked but again the hot water is like Satan's feet hot. If your afraid of small spaces you might feel uneasy in that bathroom. I guess during the updates moving the vanity down a foot or two cost to much. Breakfast, I can't say anything about because like the cheesy sign in the elevator said, if you're not down between 6and right your pretty much out of luck. Pssst! The sign was right. The staff was good, err the housekeepers even though I think only their supervisor spoke English. While I'm on the topic of housekeeping, their towels are pretty bad. They may say best Western on the tag but it doesn't.mean they are nice towels. If you've ever hung out towels to dry in the sun and then used one, you'll understand what I'm talking about. Okay here's the part that really set me off. There is a car show in town this week and as usual those folks don't have regard for fellow travelers. They set in the road, literally in the entrance of the hotel, which should have been two lanes but there was the security truck parked next to check in and on the other side of that, 20-30 people just chilling in the road. Part two and the reason for the title. If you're website States you have on site parking you damn well better make sure you do. If you're guest gets there pays for there room up-front, noless and has concerns about being able to park when returning from dinner or whatever there should be a better response than we'll do our best to park you somewhere. It should be, we make you give us your tag number and ask you put the parking slip in the window to make sure we are able to.park.our paying customer's whom we sold a room and said there was on site parking. Would it also be too much to ask that your front desk at least try and make an effort to be nice and act like they like their job?

We go to Pigeon Forge a few times a year and this is are go to hotel. We are Best Western members and try to stay with them. Toni is one of the nicest in Pigeon Forge. They have remodel the rooms and they are very clean. The people that work there are very friendly and that's one on the reasons we keep coming back. The hotel is also in a good location.

The hotel was nice but could have had a safety bar in the tub. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, rooms clean. Housekeeper were friendly and neat. We would stay there again, this was our second trip there.

My mom and I stayed here for a two-night getaway. The price can't be beat and the motel is extremely nice for the price point. Our only complaints were the lack of a bath mat in the shower or something to hold on to (to keep from falling) and we had people talking loudly outside for both nights of our stay (two separate groups). They weren't being disorderly and frankly, but I think it would help if the hotel established quiet hours, after which time people were asked not to hang outside. Since this is a motel with exterior entrances, it is more likely to encounter these issues than if the entrance to the rooms was inside.

Really nice pool. Really good breakfast with a lot of variety. Loved the location. Rooms very clean. Friendly staff. I have stayed here multiple times and have always been satisfied with my stay. Would highly recommend for your next vacation.

Got reservations after hurricane Dorian caused us not to be able to go to the beach. Hotel got us in quickly and rooms are clean, water pressure is good, beds are comfortable and staff is friendly. Several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We walked down the sidewalks tonight and are enjoying our stay. Have stayed several times and would recommend anyone staying here.

Hotel/motel was ok rooms very fine nothing special. Hard work using the iron as attached to the ironing board! Used the guest laundry several times which is one reason I choose this hotel for this facility, 2 washers, although one out of order and 2 dryers. Breakfast was fine but they need more seating areas at busy times. This was our 2nd visit to Pigeon Forge and it seems to have grown the past 6 years and is now a sprawling town so you need your car or use the trolley bus to get around but close to all the activities we wanted Dollywood etc.

This was a good and clean hotel and right on the main drag, The hotel was clean and well taken care. It had a indoor pool and an outdoor pool so when it rained you could still swim. The location of the hotel was perfect and easy to get to from both pigeon forge and gatllinburg tn .

Location is awesome. Pool areas are awesome. Breakfast was hot, delicious, & plentiful. HOWEVER....upon making the trek to our room, there were at least 15 puddles of vomit that not only lead up to our room, BUT WAS INSIDE OUR ROOM ON THE DRESSER, SMEARED ON THE TV, AND IN THE SINK. My son, daughter, & two of my sisters and I traveled all the way from Indianapolis--and we wanted to stay together in one room...so we booked the 3 queen family room. Although the staff offered us 2 separate rooms, that was not acceptable to us. We came together & wanted to stay together, NOT SEPARATED! Staff disinfected the room, hosed off over 60 feet of outside area where multiple piles of vomit were...and they did it pretty quickly. That was appreciated. Very much. But we felt the room should have been comped since they could not offer us a comparable room that would sleep all of us. Our stay was pleasant besides this SNAFU. But I feel the hotel could have/should have readily given us the room for free.

They are always clean, good prices, good location, quiet, good amenities, good breakfast and nice people. They always run to help and answer my questions. I had bad experiences with other hotels. This is way now i only use BW.

I was so looking forward to this stay. Used my points which I regret. Yelling from balconies, horns honking in parking lot, children screaming in pool well past midnight! Called front desk no answer. Called again, answered stated I'll try. No avail. Then my room phone started ringing no one talks when I answer. Someone knocking on my door. Louder talking outside my room. Breakfast area dirty. No one wiping off tables. Milk all over the floor. No one cleaning. Employees in breakfast area seemed very unhappy and unwilling to clean. Not to mention a small area. Told front desk my experience when I left stated, oh sorry, but no one left any notes so there's nothing I can really do. Skip this hotel!

The hotel has been given a facelift and is clean, but you can tell it's been here a while. The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was fine. Within walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment facilities.

Room was perfect for our family of four. All the pools were very clean. Perfect pool for toddlers. Towels are located in the indoor pool area. Otherwise ask the front desk and they were always happy to get them for us. Make sure you get the bear waffles for the little kids. Our boys enjoyed them. Staff was always friendly and helpful. We will stay here again next year.

Very nice indoor/outdoor pool areas, good location on the main drag, great continental breakfast and great value for the area. Only complaint was the ac in the room seemed a tad weak. Would recommend this place and recommend bringing your own pillow

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. The accommodations were excellent. Breakfast was great every morning. The pools and hot tubs were always clean and inviting...the outdoor pool is open until midnight!

Right car the street from Dolly's Dixie Stampede, room were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to attractions and restaurants and sovereign shops. They have an indoor and outdoor pool which our Granddaughter loved them both. They also have a laundry room which was very helpful.

Friendly staff! Extremely clean room! Really good breakfast! Great as always! The only place I stay while visiting Dollywood! Stayed in room 211. The ONLY downside of this establishment is the limited parking area.

My husband and I just returned from a great stay in Pigeon Forge staying at the BestWestern Toni Inn - highly recommend this hotel. We had a bad experience in Gatlinburg and would have returned to the Toni Inn; but couldn't get our money refunded from the bad experience.

We checked in walked next door to eat. The room was smelly and the air kicked on and off all night. Then woke up to hopefully enjoy the 2nd day of our vacation to find bedbugs in our room.. caught one in a baggy and immediately wen ty to check out. Took it to desk and gave it to them. Didn't cause a scene. Went directly to Walmart to buy sprays giant trash bags etc.to put our luggage in and had to immediately return home. Vacation ruined.

Great stay the rooms were clean and nice , the beds sleep well and were very nice and clean the pools were warm , clean and nice , the breakfast was super great food great selection of food had a lot of time for breakfast also , I would recommend this hotel for anyone great people

I've stayed here twice now. The first time was four years ago. The staff is kind and friendly. The rooms, pools are clean and easily accessible. It's located right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, so we were able to go from place to place quickly and easily.

We always stay here when we come on vacation. Near things we like to do and my son likes tge indoor pool. Staff is always nice and friendly. We eat breakfast there a few mornings but not much to pick from.

This hotel was such a pleasant experience, I am happy to say. The bed was reasonably comfortable, not being my own. The employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the ladies that worked that area were great. Our last trip was at a Westin, and I can say this was just as pleasant. The breakfast food was as good as at most high end resturants without the high dollar price tag.

The rooms are very nice, clean, and updated. Price is reasonable. Breakfast is good. Pools are awesome - super clean. The indoor one is heated. But.... don't plan on checking in before 4 pm. It's a good value.

We have stayed here for the past 12 years and have never had a problem. The morning breakfast is sufficient for anyone's taste. The staff -- from the front desk to the ladies who clean rooms -- are extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend Best Western Toni Inn for your next stay. We normally stay on the first floor because of our age, but have stayed on third floor in past years.

Great place to stay. Clean. Friendly. Overall great experience. Family room was spacious. Pools were clean and refreshing. Fireworks were terrific. We could see patriot park fireworks from the pool area.

We arrived at the Best Western Toni Inn and were greeted with a warm welcome by Rebecca who was so accommodating!!! She was able to accommodate me and my family in three adjoining rooms which we so appreciated! Breakfast was good and the pool was great! Everything about our stay was perfect and we all had quite an enjoyable stay!

From the time we made our resv till the time we left, no hassels, great breakfasts, easy parking, indoor and out door pools. Very clean, we would stay again and have no suggestion to improve. It was just what we were looking for and great location.

The hotel was even more than we expected, it was very clean and the indoor and outdoor pool were great, the kids loved it,it was very well maintained also, the free breakfast was amazing they kept it well stocked and offered a wide variety of breakfast items,they even had teddy bear waffles, the hotel staff was kind and helpful, after traveling with 3 younger children I was stressed out by the time we got to the hotel,the staff were great and patient and immensely helpful with getting us to our room, we will definitely stay there again

Dingy room that smelled like dirty feet. Housekeeping is marginal. The good news is that I only had to slay one cockroach in the bathroom! Many other options in the area, felt like I paid too much to stay in a lousy motel. Can't recommend it at all.

We got there late Afternoon and were in Rm 117 and the check in very easy. Our Room was Clean and Pleasant. The Beds were to high and difficult to get into plus Personally uncomfortable for Me but My Friend said She was Comfortable. The Toilet Seat so small but the public bathroom was larger. Our Room by the indoor Pool, which My Friend enjoyed. They had a nice Breakfast Buffet from 6am-10am. This is a Excellent Hotel for Families and all kinds of Travelers. Also the Chairs in the room not Comfortable but like the Bed is a Personal preference. This Motel close to all kinds of Activities. The Staff very Pleasant and Helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. The Customer Service was excellent. The Breakfast included all items that I like and where easy to handle. The location to the sites that we wanted to frequent was very easy to get to and the staff knew where we wanted to go and gave excellent directions and a local map.

We did a min-vacation while in the area for a wedding and went to Dollywood one day. This hotel is very close and it was very easy to get to the park from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was OK, nothing extravagant but it hit the spot. We'd stay again if we were on a budget.

There's no was tentative to stay here as I've had bad success with Best Western this room turned out to be quite good the bed was very comfortable had a peaceful quiet evening and nothing really to complain about the room was clean smelled clean recommended

Came into town late and stopped in to see if they had room . yes they did. We have stayed here before. And it has been a good hotel for us for a night or two at a time. Good choices for breakfast. Better then a lot of hotels we have stayed at in the past. clean rooms . friendly staff.

This was a good place to stay. On the end side of Pigeon Forge so close to Gatlinburg. The pool was nice and not crowded. Continental breakfast was included, but the area was way too small and crowded. There weren't any open tables and it was hard to even get food and walk around people because the space was so tight. Our room was clean and we didnt have any issues with our 3 night stay. Good place for families.

The hotel is super clean! For the price, you can't beat it. I was a little concerned it might not be nice, but you can tell it has been updated. That was a great suprise! The breakfast was great for a buffet breakfast. Eggs, biscuits and waffles and it's all free! Here's the part about this hotel that makes me not want to stay here ever again-it is super loud!! The walls are paper thin, so if you are planning on getting any sleep, you can forget it. Doors slamming and people stomping around at all hours of the night and you can hear it all-trust me! And housekeeping-oh Dear Lord-they come banging (and I mean banging loud) on your door at 8:00 am! Even if you have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Learn from my mistake, do not take the room that's anywhere near the parkway or the stairs! You will regret it! I guess if you book a room from an outside source (Priceline), the hotel give will put you in the worst rooms. If you decide to stay here, bring ear plugs and plenty of pillows to muffle the sound.

We have stayed in this facility for our trip to Pigeon Forge 3 years. It has always been clean and well cared for. The breakfast is nice and the overall value is great. It has the fridge in room as well as iron and ironing board. We have no complaints at all.

We have stayed here many times and this time was no different.....everything was great.....rooms were clean and spacious, everything worked properly, breakfast was great, location was great....would recommend to anyone.

Was married in our room. God pastor and us. Very emotional and peaceful. Told the front clerks they said congratulations..My husband has stage 4 agent orange large call cancer from the war. This was on his bucket list..we're form Winchester Indiana.. pigeon forge and Gatlinburg is a wonderful experience..

We picked the Toni based on previous stays which were great, This time not so much. We was put in a room that the rooms above was undergoing renovations. They did not tell us renovations was going on. We wasn't given the option of another room at that time, only after complaining about being woken up at 8 in the morning to drills and hammering over our heads,. He offered another room but due to allergies we couldn't take it. Then the next day we had no water for several hours due to a broken water line. We gave up, left early to find another room, which costs us more money. Very disappointing. Wont be staying there again.

I stayed at this hotel 2 prior years, didn't have a problem until this year when I found a bed bug crawling in my bed..the manager was supposed to get the state involved, but obviously didn't because he was supposed to call me back with the results of the inspection. Housekeeping NEVER changed the blankets or duvet across the beds...and they NEVER had clean blankets on their carts they pushed around. The manager and staff didn't look surprised about my finding of the bed bug. They tried to just put me in a room, 3 doors down...umm NO...I got my money back from the night I didn't use, $20 in quarters to wash our clothes and a travel sized bottle of tide/downy fabric softener...It's now 4 days later, and still no call...they were not professional about the situation at all. The male desk clerk came and took off the DO NOT DISTURB sign I had placed on the door, so housekeeping could make the room look nice so they could rent it out again, quickly...cause there were only a few rooms left...DO NOT STAY HERE...I lost all my clothes, because I burned them all...didn't want to take the chance of bringing them in my home.

We spent 5 nights here and found it to be a clean and pleasant stay. The breakfast has a variety of choices with a clean eating area. The staff was friendly. We felt this hotel was a good value. We requested a top room for a quieter stay.

Everything was nice here from staff onwards. Room appeared clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was fresh upon arrival. I also liked that the outdoor pool was open until midnight. The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because our room was in the indoor pool, which was clean and also had a nice jacuzzi, atrium and believe this was causing our room to stay warm regardless of the ac being ran which made it a little hard to sleep comfortably all night.

This is an older property but has been well maintained. Check-in went well and the room was found to be clean and tidy. The only downside (for us) is the older style toilets which, when filling the tank, made the pipes howl. The breakfast in the common area was good and filling, with hot & cold cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, etc.

We were on a hiking and biking trip to the area and stopped in for one night. Very busy place. Lots of families. Has an indoor and an outdoor pool which were well-used. Room was large, clean and comfortable. A/C unit worked well--which was good because we had booked a room in the indoor pool area which, because it's heated, was extremely warm and humid. Pool was popular--and we were worried about the extreme noise from all the kids---but at 10pm, pool closed and it was blessedly quiet. If you're an early-to-bed type, I would not recommend staying in this area of the hotel--it was really loud with screaming kids until it closed. Hayden the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was really crowded (hotel sold out!)--we didn't see the outdoor eating area until we were leaving--so look for the extra space outside for a bit more comfortable breakfast. Right on the main road--several eating options and multiple attractions nearby.

I was attracted to the Toni Inn because of good ratings and a much lower price than surrounding properties. The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet, with several nice touches that reminded me of a recent cruise. The breakfast had lots of choices and the food was delicious. I would certainly stay there again.

It was in a great location, our room was clean and neat, both pools were open, though we didn't have time to use them. Coffee in the lobby, where there's also snacks and some other things you may need. Also an area by ice machine with vending machines for drinks and snacks. We went during a week day and while summer vacation for kids hasn't started. A good stay.

Husband and I stayed 2 nights here as we came down to Pigeon Forge for our 19th wedding anniversary. The desk clerk Mark was wonderful when we checked in. Everything went smoothly. The room nice, clean with a King size bed and fireplace. The bathtub was a tad small, but no biggie since I take showers. It's an older hotel, but it's very comfortable and nice. I would definitely stay here and again and recommend others to do so as well. There is a complimentary breakfast but we didn't go down to it, as well as an indoor and outdoor pool that we didn't use either.

Overall this hotel was very convenient and the staff was helpful. The hotel rooms were clean and the parking was easy and always an added bonus when staying at a hotel. The breakfast was good, the area to eat is a little small but food was great non the less. Would definitely stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel. The vinyl flooring is perfect for a motel with a pool. The decor looked fresh. I was afraid that the low cost would mean a lesser room, but it didn't. The beds were very comfortable. The only caution is that the hot water heater is set too high.

Great room, very clean.Staff was out every day sweeping up cig. butts in the parking lot, they need smokers ash trays outside. The breakfast is in the main check in area, so you need to walk outside to get to it, same with the pool, if you have and outside room you need to walk outside, fine when we were there, but not so good in the winter! Lot's of places to eat, including Dolly's Stampede right across the road. Great breakfast, and pool and hot tub.

We stayed in a family suite at The Toni Inn located in Pigeon Forge. The main room had a gas log fireplace, queen bed, hideaway couch bed. Our separate bedroom was very nice and clean. This room was large enough to accommodate anyone in a wheelchair also.

Last minute idea for a grandmother to spend some quality time with her grandsons, Best Western staff made this simple, fun, and very inviting for us. Thank you for your part in our memories. We shall return often.

We always stay at the Toni. It is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Price is very reasonable. Pools are clean. It's a good place for families to stay. Security is good. Loved the place!

We stay at this hotel almost every time we visit Pigeon Forge. The hotel is clean and updated and staff are always kind. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel in the past year and a half. We have never had an unpleasant experience and that's what keeps us coming back!

Welcoming and professional whilst checking in. The paperwork's was prepared in andvace so I could sign in immediately. We were recognized as members. We appreciate that. It is In the near a lot of shops and restaurants and not at all far from Dollywood or The Old Mill Squares. Clean rooms and good parking. We did not use the pool although we heard people having fun. There are one pool outside and one inside pool, both seemed popular. Breakfast was not easy to get because it was full in the small place were it was served. Several took some food and went to their rooms and some left to eat elsewhere.

This was a spur of the moment decision - started trip a day early. Rooms have been recently remodeled. Room felt and looked clean and there was a good amount of space. The indoor pool and hot tub were good. The parking lot is small and difficult to maneuver. The breakfast area is extremely small and not anywhere close to being able to accommodate the number of rooms. The food was decent. It was your basics - waffle maker, toast/bagels, oats/grits, eggs, meat option and cereals. There was a sign to ask for gluten friendly and dairy free items, but we had brought our own. You can request an interior room and these are near the indoor pool. Staff was friendly and check in/out. House keeping staff was constantly busy (also friendly and helpful). Would select this location again.

There were 3 things that really bugged me; parking was very limited when we came back from our family activities, our bathroom sink was pushing up sewage & bathroom shower kept leaking water onto the floor.

The room was very clean and updated. The hotel is really more family oriented than for couples though. We came to the area to visit GSMNP and spent most days in the park. There is an indoor pool where many of the rooms face, ours included, and the room was really loud and the hallway was hot and smelt like chlorine. If you can find a room NOT in this area it would be fine. For the price, it was good. Also if you have never been to Pigeon Forge it was a child's Las Vegas. This area is ideal for CHILDREN not for Couples.

Room was very nice but the heater didn't work very well. Room stayed cool the whole time we was there. The room also had a fireplace but the outlet apparently wasn't strong enough for it. It keep kicking off and flipping the switch off.

Our family decided to take a spur of the moment trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and when we take our boys, we know we will need a pool. We've stayed in this hotel before and it's always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always great and the indoor pool and hot tub are always available when your kids need a break from walking the strip. I'll always recommend this location whether it's for couples only or the whole family.

Love the new renovations. Staff is super friendly. Room was very clean. Love this location. It is so close to everything you could ask for. This will be where we stay evertime we are in the area .Keep up the great work.

I have to say I love how the rooms look this year. We stayed here last year during the renovations and they finished them nicely. The check in staff are always so kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub looked so inviting. Next time we will have to give them a try. Well worth the money.

Obviously there are many hotel options in this area, so we looked at many before we chose this one. We couldn't be happier! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The property was nice and clean. The rooms were large and had very comfortable beds and pillows. The pool area was nice and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of walking! The breakfast was great, with lots of hot and cold options and the ladies working it did a wonderful job making sure it was always stocked and clean. Yes, at night you can have a hard time parking right in front of your room, but that didn't bother us as it wasn't a long walk regardless. All in all we were very happy with this hotel and will most definitely stay here again!!

The staff, the hotel itself was fantastic. Everything we needed was tidy and ready for our use. The rooms were extremely clean and smelled wonderful! The electric fire place was a very nice bonus! We will for sure come and stay again.

We booked a stay at the Toni Inn after reading up on TripAdvisor. The hotel looks a little dated from the outside, but all the rooms have been recently updated/remodeled. We had two adjoining rooms and upon arrival, we found them yo be immaculate. Large mini fridges were a big plus and through memory foam beds were SO comfy. The hotel offered a free hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles and various cereals, yogurt, fruit, breads and muffins. The breakfast area stayed pretty crowded, and I saw several guests using trays front their rooms to take their breakfast back to their rooms..I would definitely recommend this. This location had a very nice, large indoor heated pool as well as a hot tub. We enjoyed both of these each night of our stay. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The room above ours leaked into our bathroom so our floors stayed soaked. Front desk said they are remodeling and will take care of the leak. The walls are very thin. We were able to hear our neighbor's clear their throat. Only thing that made me give 4 stars is the outside walk to the indoor pool. We had to bring jackets and extra towels to wrap up in to get back to the room without getting sick. The pool was well heated and the hot tub felt great.

I was very disappointed with this location. We have stayed at Best Westerns before and they have always been great. Our room was dirty. We didn't have any toilet paper, no soap, no towels or wash clothes, there were dirty footprints in the shower, and the toilet was broken. We pulled back the blankets on our bed and there were long hairs on our sheets. They put us in a differnt room which was a downgrade from what we wanted and the sink in that room was broken. The only good thing I got from this trip was they gave me a refund.

Noisey. Room was small. Pool was small. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was nice. Was supposed to be a poolside room but wasnt. Also reservation said queen bed but was full. Bed was not comfortable. Price high for what you get.

Hotel is right across from the Dixie Stampede Dinner Show! Thomas Kinkade shop just a few doors away along with Texas Roadhouse, Denny's, a wonderful deli with alot of options. Gift and souvenir shops close by.

we have stayed here several times in the past, and were very pleased to see the recent remodel. we were in room 209 and it was very clean, very cozy. i love the white linens, and there was not a speck of dust in sight. we will be back again. the only drawback was a very noisy family next door, but that's something that cant be helped. hopefully, we will have quieter neighbors on our next trip :)

Hotel was one of the best that I've stayed in lately and I will return when I'm in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was nice along with pool and hot tub area. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished beds were comfortable and I loved the pillows

Hotel room was huge! At about 100 a night there was lots of room for my family of five . Even the bathroom was big . The beds could be softer but that's anywhere I stay. Pool was clean and warm. It's a motel type property with doors that open to outside so keep that in mind if it bothers you. Great location. Right across from Dixie stampede which is our favorite place.

When we checked in, the lady at the desk was CLEARLY intoxicated from something. Falling asleep in front of us, slurring words, coughing all over us and the desk, couldn't finish seemingly easy tasks, etc. All together it took us about 30 minutes to get checked in when we were the only ones in the lobby. Besides that, the accommodations weren't TERRIBLE. The room smelled musty but what can you expect from a cheap room? We were shocked when we asked to speak with a manager the next day and were told they don't have one. Basically they didn't care how we were treated upon check in. We took a 5 minute long video of this woman falling asleep standing up in front of us. This is unacceptable and SOMEONE should care how this makes your hotel look.

We traveled last Feb, for a mother/daughter getaway. This was our first time staying here and we loved the indoor pool and convenience to everywhere we wanted to visit. So reasonable with a great hot breakfast that was delicious!

Our stay was during a slow time for the area and we were able to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub since the weather was cold and rainy. It was a much needed break from the hassles of everyday life Calm relaxing environment and really nice place. We have stayed here since 2000 and just keep coming back.

Our original hotel was booked. So this was found on hotels.com. this turned out to be a great hotel. The staff were awesome, when our daughter locked herself out of her room. They went above and beyond to get us back into the room. Breakfast was actually good and hot. The pool was actually heated and we enjoyed it. The only down side was someone put suds into the hot tub, every night.

We had five in our group, we were able to find the most amazing room for all of us together. Definitely going back next trip we plan!! Newly decorated with wood floors, very clean, large room but still the cozy feel.

Our room was beautiful and huge. We had a room with a spa tub and fireplace, AMAZING! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was also a nice and clean area. Breakfast was good, but there is very limited seating.

Great location close to alot of attractions. Very clean room a little outdated decor. TV had a fuzzy noise in the background. Very nice pool area with towel available. We were woke up by drilling going on in the room next door. Easy check in and out. Our room was ready early.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms at a good price. The staff is great, especially Vicki. She knows a lot about the area and is happy to share it. We had to stay on the third floor our first night, but the staff did a great job in relocating us to the first floor the next day. Also another advantage of staying here is that the hotel is located right next door to the Texas Roadhouse restaurant and is a very short walk away. Even though the breakfast seating area is to small to accommodate it's guests, the breakfast is good with a nice variety of food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pegion Forge TN.

We had a room on the second floor with two queen beds. Very nice and clean!!!! The continental breakfast was great. All the managers and staff were very nice and very attentive. There is an indoor pool and hot tub that were nice as well. The location is very good. Directly across the street from the Dixie Stampede. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my husband stayed here for a long weekend getaway. We liked the location of the hotel. It is on the main Parkway right across the street from Dixie Stampede.The check in and check out process was easy. The employees at the front desk were very nice. We stayed in the Townhouse Suite which is two floors. The layout of the room was very cool. There was a spiral staircase and a jetted tub, which was nice. The room was a little outdated. Could use a freshening up. The worst thing about the room was the beds. They were very lumpy, hard and uncomfortable. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool area. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and for the value it was worth it.

i stayed in a pool view room and was very happy with the room. also this is a great place to stay for your trip to Dollywood . Dollywood is just a few miles away and so easy to get too. the poll and hot tub were fantastic. Breakfast was also very nicely done i will be back.

Booked this hotel thru my rewards card. My first stay here. All staff, from front desk to maintenance, were super friendly and helpful. The maintenance man brought me an extra blanket in the pouring rain! The rooms were spotless. Beds were comfortable. My grandsons loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Is directly across from Dolly's Stampede. Close to Krispy Kreme, which is a must stop! Also, next door to Texas Road House, then McAlisters. They have two rooms with three queen beds, which is awesome for our family. Only complaint would be the noise from the Parkway. Looking forward to staying here again.

This is our second stay at this hotel and both times have been satisfactory. Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful decor at Christmas time. Nancy was super sweet with our 3 year old daughter, and stepped out from behind the front counter to admire the Christmas tree with her. The breakfast is good (but if the hotel is booked to capacity, you will probably need to take your food back to your room). As long as it is not a peak time, the rates are very affordable! This is one of our top picks for hotels in Pigeon Forge.

The rooms were clean and can tell renovated recently. Our only complaint was our tv kept not working on and off and our refrigerator door was broke and kept falling off. Would stay again but still a little work needs to be done.

Stayed here off and on for 18 yrs. Seen the good and bad! Clean rooms...if your LATE night people who wake EARLY this is great for you! Staff GREAT! Breakfast ok but crowded ... prepare to sit outside or eat in room!!!

The motel was very clean,beds comfortable. Pool area was nice. Only thing that needs improved is space in breakfast area, not enough room to sit and eat breakfast, with small kids this can be a problem.

This is a great hotel with wonderful friendly staff. Very clean rooms for various size /familiesgroups or just a romanic getaway for a couple. Close to all the attractions. We always stay here and would recommend it to everyone that goes to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

My husband and I brought our kids to celebrate Thanksgiving as well as our 10 year anniversary. The kids loved the pool. The suite was very nice. A lot of room for a family. We also loved the proximity of attractions. The only downsides were there was not a lot of parking and breakfast was extremely crowded. We would stay here again.

Rained, room big, clean, great desk staff, breakfast was very good, very busy seemed like everyone was eating, only let down was my iPhone and iPad wouldn't connect to WiFi due to it not being secure, first time ever encountered this, Seattle, Juneau, Grand Canyon, Honolulu, Tulsa, Oklahoma City travel stayed in these places no problems with WiFi.

Nice clean rooms. Great location to everything. Friendly check in and check out staff. Indoor pool and hot tub. Overall a great place to stay for our family weekend getaway. Also offer indoor pool rooms so you don't have to go out into the cold after getting out of the pool .

There was some kind of flying bugs in the first room they placed us int. There where around 8-10 in the bathroom and 10-12 on the walls around the beds. When we told them they said "oh ok, we will get you another room" No apology, no offer to help us move all of our stuff to the new room, nothing at all, but a new room key to a new room. First disappointed in this stay.

I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and the neighboring attractions. You'll notice by my reviews that for 69 dollars per night the accommodations were exceptional and well worth the investment for any length of stay. All of the staff were kind and professional. The breakfast was very delicious and plentiful , and the pool area was the nicest I have experienced in years of similar hotel stays. Thank you very much for the southern hospitality.

We were very happy with our visit here. The room was up to date and clean, the breakfast was very yummy and the pool area was very clean and inviting. The front desk was very nice. I was hesitant since I did read some bad reviews however I don't know what those people were talking about we had a pleasant stay. Just goes to show you just can't make everyone happy. Thank you for our stay and we will be back for sure.

The BW Toni Inn is located on the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge. I found the room to be clean and the beds comfortable. Rooms also have a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast is served every morning and I thought it was very good with a lot choices. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools for those interested. Good value for the price!

The front desk help was very nice. Room was clean,breakfast was helpful to start our day.It was located at a good place. Had to check out a day early and they refunded my last day with no problem..Would stay at this location again.
