"Just for in case of emergency and no options available, otherwise, AVOID IT"

The hotel facilities are in good condition. The AC is a window unit so it is very noisy. The mattress is not bad, the pillows are terrible, the blankets are already very used. The desk has no lamp, so it is difficult to work at night with the computer because the lighting in the room is really poor. The bathroom leaves much to be desired, although clean and spacious, the sink has no lever for the cap, so it takes time for it to empty. What is unacceptable is that they only place a single bar of soap that you have to use both to wash your hands and to bathe. The towels are also old and only put 2: one half-bath both to dry your hands and to dry when leaving the shower and another for the floor. The restaurant has a good menu, the quality of the dishes is good, the presentation not so much, the service terrible (do not send salt, napkins or condiments with the service). You have to ask for the menu, as they are not available in the rooms. NOT RECOMMENDED for long stays or comfortable rest

"Great hotel!"

The front desk let us check in late. They speak very little English, but very friendly! Their contental breakfast was delicious! They had homemade tortillas and menudo everything is made in front of you which was great! House keeping cleaned our room each day. I would definitely stay here again!

"Never again. "

Worst stay ever. We booked online when we got here it took the woman 10 mins to print a paper the room was beyond small the service was bad the floor was extremely dirty shower head had no pressure water was running low the food was dreadful staff were rude and to top it all off there was some sort of party from 7pm through 1am no one told us when we got here that there was gonna be such event there were people outside the hotel yelling and singing I honestly didn't pay over $80 for this I went to the front desk passed 10pm to complain there were people drinking alcohol in the lobby area I asked the two ladies in the front desk if there was any way they could turn the music down a bit and was told all they could do is move us to a higher floor I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told he wasn't at the hotel neither was the person in charge of the party note we were at the 3rd floor yet the music was so loud you could feel the bass even on the 4th floor you could still hear the music never coming back won't recommend this so called hotel to no one.

"Comfortable "

My husband I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are a little outdated but they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant had great food, and the bar was well stocked. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back!

"A pleasant stay, very good guest experience"

This hotel offers a good opportunity to relax and enjoy their very good service. Very good food available for breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms and good beds makes this hotel a great find! Easy access from main highways, centrally located to other businesses and shopping areas.

"Simple & Clean...but not exactly "Plus""

This Best Western Hotel was simple and clean. The rooms were somewhat noisy and I could hear my neighbors. The bathroom was also clean but very small with no counter space. I was on a business trip and did not expect much to begin with other than having a clean room, so overall I was pleased.

"They lost a loyal customer"

It i impossible to sleep if you room is over the party salon. the party were over until 5 am, i know that because the allow them to increased the volume until they woke up everybody.the breakfast was included, they offer chilaquiles at the buffet those comes with sour cream, onions etc., if you ask for more sour cream the waiter will answer is not included. i did not ask if was included, that was his answer. but if you ask for a cup of te they will charge you 20 pesos, unbelievable!.

"Average Hotel"

I spend 3 nights at this hotel. This is an averge hotel, just to "rest", do not expect anymore about the service. On my first night, on monday around 9 PM, I heard music loudly. I called the front desk and they said it was Karaoke night, I was surprised about that answer, and they said that in a few minutes will be over. Well, those minutes were not minutes, were hours. Couldn't rest that night. Early on the morning, around 6:30 AM, I went to the restaurant to eat the breakfast, and they said that I couldn't take breakfast until 7 AM. At 7 AM I must be working. But the next days they offered me to provide a box lunch, I was happy about that solution and I thank the personnel for it. Beds are not pretty comfortable at all, but are not rocks, so you can have rest if your are tired after a long work day, pillows are small and not comfortable. The carpet was dirty at the room and they use a fragancy for the aisle wich is lemon, but is weird, makes feel gags. They have an small Gym which is OK according to the hotel size. My check out, took around 35 minutes, and was not correct the information of my invoice. Anyways, they did a compromise to send the invoice to my email within the next hours, but I should call them after few days to get that invoice. Honestly, I would look for more options on my next visit to Piedras Negras. I read reviews on trip advisor saying "is the best", and that´s why choose this hotel. In my opinion, is not the best option based on the service. The rooms are OK, not fancy but are fine, decent to rest. But the service, cleaning, restaurant, front desk could be better and that is the essence of a good Hotel, people service.

"A good place to rest in Piedras Negras"

The Best Western Plus Odemaarf offers new-looking rooms with bathroom fixtures so clean that many will be challenged to figure out how they work. The beds are comfortable and complimentary high-speed internet service adds to the attraction. In-room coffeepots get guests started in the morning and an acceptable (though not stellar) array of personal care items are laid out in the bathroom. The shower was strong, hot and devoid of leaks or malfunctioning curtains. Downstairs there is a bar and restaurant where a complimentary buffet breakfast comes with the room. There's also a full breakfast menu, featuring omelettes and other specialties. Parking is outside adjacent to the hotel, with no apparent security precautions, but we encountered no unpleasant incidents. The front desk staff were well-versed in English (it's a border town, after all), and room rates were eminently reasonable. I'd stay here again next time in town.
