"From Cali for AERA :)"
Reyan W, 12 Avril 2024

Upon arrival, the bell hops were so nice and welcoming and carried my bags from the Uber to the check in counter. I could not remember his name, but he had long locs and a nice smile! At the check in, Monica was so friendly and fast. When I say it took less than 5 minutes, I am not kidding! Quick and thorough. The rooms are not as clean as I would have preferred. Hair was in the bathroom and stains were on the sheets. However, the bartenders Joshua and Zack were amazing in the restaurant. As far as distance, it was not a far walk from the convention center (roughly 15 minutes), and close enough to lots of downtown activities. Overall, it was a decent stay.

"Staff member appraisal - MCKINNLEY GEORGETTE"
PavR6, 08 Avril 2024

A staff member called MCKINNLEY GEORGETTE is so amazing and extremely friendly. Always approachable and had a good laugh with me. Looked after me very well and acknowledged me at all times. Definitely my favourite staff member I have come across in Philadelphia. I would stay here because of her. I will sure miss her and her smile. Thank you so much MCKINNLEY. From Pav, Derby, UK

"Worst service, Rude management Jay, Overcharging adjacent parking garage"
B1441, 20 Mars 2024

Horrible. Manager Jay was rude, unhelpful with a cancelled reservation that was verified immediately after receiving confirmation. Was Rude and made me wait 3 hours and then explained to me that front desk was busy and didn't have time for me after being over charged with their attached parking garage with didn't even consult me for overcharging a per day parking fee when 2 day reservation booking was a combo for hotel/parking. I would never recommend this place and would never stay there again.. Rude and ignorant.

"The Warwick."
Freedom67495114985, 19 Mars 2024

Super professional, chic, clean and beautiful hotel where service is always 5 stars. Special thanks to McKinnley at The Front Desk who's always Beyond The Best. If you wanna be in a 5 star chic hotel close to downtown where the most awesome shops, restaurants and cultural points of attraction are; this is the place for you.

"Lovely, clean and centrally located"
Cynthia W, 11 Mars 2024

The Warwick is ideally located for many different museums, restaurants and shopping districts. The hotel lobby is nicely appointed and my room was extremely clean. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room had plenty of pillows and towels. The only downside was the bathroom was dimly lit and it was hard to put on my makeup. The staff was outstanding from the front desk to the parking attendants.

"Nice experience."
B879GOtomc, 06 Mars 2024

Pleasant overnight stay at a great price. Rooms are not new, but ours was neat and clean. Large TV didn't work initially, but they fixed it while we were out to dinner. Valet was prompt and courteous. Great location, so it's worth a close look for any stay in Philly!

"In need of refurbishment and repair"
appalachianrailtrail, 05 Mars 2024

When we travel we always look for independent or historic hotels. If a hotel is both, even better! We've stayed at the Warwick multiple times over the past decade and have always enjoyed our time here. Unfortunately it seems like the last few years have not been kind to the property. The first thing I noticed on this visit was the trash. Trash in the lobby, trash in the elevators, trash in the hallways, and a bag of someone else's leftovers waiting at our door when we checked in. Trash in the common areas is the easiest thing to fix, but unfortunately it's also the first sign of a hotel starting to let "the little things" slide. Even if you overlook the trash, you can't help but notice how worn out everything is. We give historic hotels a lot of leeway here because by their nature, things are going to be older and sometimes show more "character". That's not the case here. The hallway carpeting is stretched and bunching. The TV stand, table, work area, and bathroom counter were full of deep scratches and damaged finish. Captioning on the TV was not working. The mattress felt worn out and saggy. The sink couldn't drain fast enough, which means the flat bottom rapidly filled with water. Coupled with a shower that struggled to give us hot water at 7 in the morning, getting ready for our day was an exercise in patience. This hotel has been our go-to spot for years whenever we're having a long weekend in center city. Unfortunately the hotel is simply worn out. There's "historic", and then there's "neglected", and the Warwick seems to be well into "neglected" territory. It's long overdue for repairs and refurbishment.

"Great Stay"
Alejandro C, 29 Février 2024

Had a great time at Warwick, we had a minor situation that was quickly resolved by Hope and Jay at the front desk. The location is great if you want to explore downtown Philadelphia, so most things are walking distance. We traveled with a group of friends and they also enjoyed their stay.

"Great Customer Service"
Steven M, 24 Février 2024

Steve the door man/concierge was Excellent...when you stay here and meet him. This is the one guy who knows the city of Philadelphia in and out walking encyclopedia. Extremely Resourceful...You can tell this man loves his job because he puts his heart and soul behind his knowledge and validates every question you ask him regarding your vacation! He has the best recommendations on local cheese steaks spots, places to go visit, Historical sites, coffee shops etc. Frank, Shilynn, Monica, Victoria all from the front desk were Most Friendly and Accommodating. When back in Philadelphia I'll definitely stay here again. Great job and Enjoyed my weekend stay here!

"5-Star Experience"
kmiranda6, 19 Février 2024

First, we need to give a HUGE shout-out to the one and only Monica! She was not only able to give us an early check-in but also offered us options for what rooms we wanted because I shared that I am sensitive to noise and needed to be away from the elevators and foot traffic. She was INCREDIBLY accommodating, and we appreciate that level of thoughtfulness and deep consideration. We love the $10/day to have access to any food or snacks that they offer in their lobby snack shop. We also want to honor Jay, Miss Vicky, Robert, and McKinnley. Thank you to that entire team for always being patient with us with our questions but also always being kind, considerate, warm, friendly, and welcoming. We also LOVED the sweet woman who cleaned our room, Marie! Marie was so kind to ask when to come back to clean our room, so it was around *my* work schedule. She not only came back at the time she said, but she gave us extra towels and a beautiful floor mat which wasn't expected or asked, and just such a generous touch on her part. The hotel room was also gorgeous. We stayed in a king-size room, and it was really spacious for it being a city hotel, more square footage than I was expecting and it was spacious for my wife and me. I work remotely, and there was space for me to do my work. I will say the only things that were slightly funky were that there was not really enough hot water and the wifi wasn't that great. So I'd be prepared with a hot spot if having a strong internet connection is important to you. We really loved the lobby. It's gorgeous. I held a meeting in the lobby, and the aesthetic is just really beautiful. Tall ceilings, beautiful murals of quotes, and two fireplaces on both sides of the walls. There are two restaurants and a cafe that is attached to the hotel. My wife and I absolutely LOVED that cafe and recommend their cappuccino, mocha, mocha protein shakes, and burritos - talk about a drool fest. The staff at that coffee shop is incredible too. All so wonderfully kind, mostly folx of Color, trans/queer folx, and just such beautiful humans working in that space!! My wife and I felt very welcomed, seen, and valued. I personally loved the fact that the hotel is near Rittenhouse Square, where I ran around that square every morning I was here. There are SO many beautiful shops, restaurants, and local flavor. There was also a farmers' market on Saturday, and that was really lovely too. My wife and I went to a restaurant close by called 'Rouge' - loved their menu, and it was so close to the hotel. Considering how cold it was, we didn't want to walk far and we didn't! We also ordered food for pick up at 'The Black Sheep' - such good food there too! And that restaurant was just slightly down and across the street from the hotel, about 15-20 steps. I don't go to Philly often, but the next time I do, I will stay here and I recommend you stay here too. You get 5-star customer service, the hotel rate was the right price for us, and it was in the middle of everything - so walkable, and so easy to get to the airport and the train station both of which we used to come into the city and when leaving the city. If you are looking for where to stay in Philly where the price and location are all aligned, then stay at the Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square in Philly - you'll be glad you did.

"Great experience, great employees"
Alicia A, 06 Février 2024

This hotel is beautiful and comfortable and in a great location. We came to Philly for one night with a group that really needed two attached rooms. Monica at the front desk was AMAZING. She helped get us set up even though she was swamped with in-house guests, called me back with a solution, and made our stay at the Warwick incredible. And Bertrand at the valet stand was efficient and kind and very helpful. We had a great stay!

"Definitely not a “Luxe” hotel"
wendyh41174, 03 Février 2024

I am here now and the hotel is far from Luxurious. How anyone can rate it as four stars plus is beyond me. The rooms is average at best. The basic chain hotels are better. There is a random cheap microwave on a table in the room the heating is noisy and the furniture is beyond shabby. I did tons of research and believe me when I say trust the bad reviews they are truth.

"Great Service and Rittenhouse Grill Fantastic"
Destination824659, 02 Février 2024

Lovely stay at the Warwick. The Rittenhouse Grill restaurant right in the building is classic, with a piano player, attentive wait staff and yummy steaks. I left my Apple Pencil in the room when we left the hotel and after a quick phone call, the gal from security walked right up to our room, found the pen and shipped it back to me. No fuss and very appreciated!

"A Great Choice For Philly"
Baron-Raymond, 30 Janvier 2024

This was a great choice of hotel, the location is great and staff are friendly and the rooms are good size, a little dated but very functional. Steve the doorman is a great asset, he provided many excellent recommendations for the area and was always on hand to help.

"Thank you for the welcoming"
Lionel S, 28 Janvier 2024

We had a very good time in the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the equipment were functionning. Steve really helped us in finding our way in the city. He shared with us his best plans. We felt welcomed and we will go back to the same location in our next holidays in Philadelphia.

"Our Preferred Stay for Visiting Friends in the City!"
Daniela N, 03 Octobre 2023

Whenever we visit the city to see our friends, the Warwick Hotel is our go-to choice. With our familiarity with the city from living there for many years, sightseeing isn't our priority. However, the unbeatable location, exceptional service, and welcoming atmosphere of the Warwick Hotel make it the perfect choice for us. Manager Jay and the attentive staff, including doormen Steve and Frank, ensure that our stay is always enjoyable. The well-appointed rooms provide a comfortable retreat. If you're visiting the city to sightsee, work, or to see loved ones, I highly recommend the Warwick Hotel for a pleasant stay.

"Stolen Umbrella"
Brendan M, 02 Octobre 2023

Stayed at the Warwick Hotel when traveling for business, relocating from Philadelphia to Seattle for work. My girlfriend and I spend 2 nights at the Warwick, and the room was spacious with a good view, bed was very comfortable, and bathroom was modern and large. The bad part: when we stayed the first night, it was pouring rain and we arrived at the hotel with one umbrella that we left in the bathtub to dry. We returned the next day having forgotten the umbrella in the bathtub, and it was no longer in the room. When we asked during checkout, the front desk people did not know where it was and it was supposedly not in the lost and found, so there was nothing else they could do. I am not sure if they thought we had checked out during the middle of our stay (though our keys still worked when we returned), or if housekeeping moved the umbrella thinking it was forgotten, but it was unfortunate to have it go missing during our trip. Overall the stay was fine but I do not think I would return, and would be wary about leaving too many things in the room during the day.

"Monica was so helpful!"
SummerA9393, 02 Octobre 2023

Monica at the front desk was super helpful and did a great job! There were dozens of people checking out at the same time one morning and she managed all the chaos alone at the front desk without being ruffled! Give that girl a raise!

"Good location but disorganized"
Kerrhc, 02 Octobre 2023

Great location. The room was clean and fine, and had all the essentials. And the gym and lobby were very nice. But the room was pretty shabby and has clearly not been updated in a very long time. Lots of scuff marks. Worse still was the lack of organization from the front desk. We had arranged for a big group ahead of time and there were many issues, especially with charges at check out. They did not reflect the prior arrangements.

"Post-pandemic slump"
283adriennep, 30 Septembre 2023

I hadn't stayed at the Warwick since before the pandemic, and it has gone badly downhill. Luckily we were only there for one night, but there was no hot water, the light by the room's front door was out, and the previous guest had left food in the refrigerator that had not been removed. I was traveling with a group and had recommended it to them - and I was so embarrassed, as they had similarly bad experiences. The front desk staff were very nice, but you can't paper over an old building that is not being maintained solely with smiles and apologies. For this price, save yourself the disappointment and stay at the Sofitel.

"Jay Scroggins is the best! Great hotel and kind staff. "
Justin S, 28 Septembre 2023

I arrived in Philadelphia a bit earlier than anticipated (around 12:15 ET). Jay Scroggins helped me get checked into a room even though the hotel was busy so that I could shower, change, and meet my colleagues ASAP. I would definitely stay at Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse square again and hopefully Jay will be there to help me again!

"Probably better options."
Josh W, 25 Septembre 2023

When we arrived a dirty flannel was left in the shower. On day two Housekeeping just didn't turn up to work today (according to reception) 3 trips to get 3 large towels, no flannels or small towels. Replacement coffee pods were delivered but no lids. We asked if they had a glass for the room and they said they don't have any glasses. Great reception room, subpar hotel rooms & service. I look forward to the comment “Thankyou we'll work hard in the future” which seems to be their go to response.

"Great experience "
Catherine G, 23 Septembre 2023

Great service from the GM Jay Scroggins who went the extra mile. Plus a friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable and quiet. Beautiful lobby and restaurants. Great location- walking distance to shops, dinning and attractions.

"Thank you Jay S. and your Team"
Triche H, 23 Septembre 2023

Everyone was so helpful! Got to the hotel before the rest of my group, after 2 flights including a red eye, Jay and his staff could not have been more accommodating… from the front desk staff, Francisco the bellman to the sweet lady (think she was residential concierge ) I met in the bathroom while refreshing my makeup in bathroom! The foyer is beautiful and welcoming!

"Earlene of security is a REAL treasure!!!"
EricaJoe G, 20 Septembre 2023

I have left a few items in the hotel, including a brand new dress, and discovered that it was virtually impossible to retrieve them. Until I was put in touch with Earlene. I had spoken to THREE people at security who gave me the wishy -washiest responses. Earlene was amazing. Courteous, efficient and tracked down the items and sent them out. Housekeeping staff was wonderful too. Reception leaves something to be desired. When I asked for any local cab company the answer was “People use Uber! “. BTW, the number is not hard to remember. 215-666-6666. Getting change of a $50 bill was not possible in order to tip people. “We keep no money here!” Steve, who greets people at the door was great. Helpful , friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the location is ideal. But it's employees like Earlene who really went out of her way with efficiency and humor who make the experience more ply. Thanks Earlene!!!

"Great hotel & service"
Irania N, 20 Septembre 2023

Service was excellent, special thanks to Jay, Symier & Shilynn at the front desk!!!!! The hotel is also in the perfect location, around everything & super easy! The drinks served in the lobby is excellent, plus the two restaurants & cafe attached

"GOOD HOTEL CHOICE"
Frederick S, 14 Septembre 2023

Friendly folks, nice rooms. A Major asset is Steve, the gentlemen at the front door. He will help you with anything!! Minor things like bathtub drain got fixed quickly. Nice bed although I don't do well with comforters. Day 1. Rittenhouse Sq.

"Not what I thought it would be"
Sarcie04, 11 Septembre 2023

The lobby is very nice but the hotel room is very outdated, lamp shades stained, desk is bubbling up and dirty. I understand it is historic but everything is very worn and doesn't feel clean. Needs updating.

"Greatness outshines prejudices!"
cynthia s, 31 Août 2023

My sisters and I stayed in this hotel as a stop over traveling from Atlantic City. We are 3 totally different personalities and each evaluate service on differing criteria. The staff in the breakfast spot ignored us for a full 10 min then pointed us to a table. No greeting just a "do you know what you want? when they came to get order. No follow up during the meal. Out and out rude I will say. On returning to her room my sister was on the elevator with another lady My sister pushed four which was our floor and the lady had pushed in. When the doors opened at 4:00 the lady proceeded to follow my sister out of the elevator down the hall to see where she was going. We know this is the true because she knocked on the door which happened to have been me and my other sister's room. Steve the bill man of the delight. I asked him for a couple of recommendations for food he gave me options depending on what our mood could yeah okay love some insight on places to go within walking distance or if we wanted to go further out. This was not my only interaction with Steve as I am a smoker so he was very hands-on and great example of what an employee should be. When we addressed our concerns with Jay he was more than helpful. I'll give the experience 4 stars based on the overall effort of both the hotel director Jay and the bellman Steve.

"Francisco is the hardest worker!"
Theresa H, 27 Août 2023

Very professional staff, including Mgr Jay Frank, and most especially, Francisco, who was extremely helpful to me when I needed to move all of my equipment, and luggage, from from the conference center to the parking garage. He is the hardest worker, all of your bellmen, it is always a pleasure staying with you!

"A great experience"
230thomast, 21 Août 2023

Loved the Warwick! The entire staff was wonderful. Room was extremely clean and up to date. I want to give kudos to Steven and his car valet staff. Excellent service. We will definitely return and already look forward to that trip.

"Excellent staff!!"
726parulm, 08 Août 2023

Great location. Such friendly staff. A little dated but has all amenities. Very spacious rooms. Clean! We left my sons computer. Earlene from security found it sent it across to our state from PA overnight via FedEx. She was a life saver! A pure God sent. Very few committed staff like her. All the staff was amazing. Great stay.

"5/5"
Michael W, 08 Août 2023

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly. Steven the door man was nice and very informative. He saw we had a family and gave us several fun things to do in the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Great hotel with a room that was larger than we expected.

"Friendly staff & great location"
Molly F, 02 Août 2023

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed for a historic building. Clean rooms and beds were comfy except for the pullout couch mattress. The location can't be beat- restaurants, shops, and historic areas were within walking distance.

"Great location, good price. "
wdctraver, 31 Juillet 2023

We just returned from a weekend trip to Philly. We enjoyed the Hotel Warwick - great location, clean, friendly staff (thanks Steve!) and good price. The places we wanted to eat at were all within very close walking distance (less than 10 minutes). Location near Rittenhouse Square can't be beat. Which is why I was surprised at some of the complaints - the price we thought was great given the location. It was significantly less than other hotels in the area. Subsequently we didn't expect the furniture to be new. We don't need it to be for 1-2 nights when we aren't in the hotel room most of the nights. We parked our car at a nearby garage to avoid standard high hotel valet rates. But overall we thought the hotel was great. Highly recommend.

"Not a good night's sleep"
virginiawriter, 29 Juillet 2023

I had grown up in Philly with the assumption that the Warwick was a "fancy" hotel. How disappointing to find out that the pretty expensive room was shabby (very old worn out chair, old looking furniture) and not very clean (lint and fuzzies on worn carpet); a "suite" was really just one big room with a sofabed in it; and the air conditioner unit was so loud we couldn't sleep. Overall, a super disappointment. Good location, nice lobby, a fave restaurant within (Spice Finch), but the room and sleeping experience could be much improved.

"Stay elsewhere."
Meghan C, 16 Juillet 2023

Review of my first and last time staying at the Warwick. The location is great, very close to Rittenhouse Sq and walkable to lots of great shops and restaurants. The pros of the hotel basically stop there. The customer service is poor (if you need anything, you're basically on your own to sort it out), the rooms are in need of significant repairs (the paint is peeling off the ceiling, the carpets are stained…think old cheap motel) and the view from my room was depressing. When I was checking out I told an employee, who I think was a manager, about my stay/concerns and she said “I'm sorry, have a nice day” so they clearly don't care. With lots of great hotels in the area, stay elsewhere.

"Excellent service from Hotel Security"
Samantha K, 09 Juillet 2023

Huge thank you to Earlene in Security who found my sweatshirt that I left behind and shipped it to my home immediately. I really appreciate the exemplary service and for getting it to me so quickly. Thank you, Earlene!

"Outdated, dingy rooms. Great location."
Jean F, 02 Juillet 2023

Trouble with my reservation was very time consuming and frustrating. Lobby is nice, but the rooms are outdated and dingy. Furniture and bathroom is old, air conditioning filled with dust. On the good side, the location is super and the bed was comfortable.

"Nice place. Great location."
Beth B, 25 Juin 2023

Really nice stay. Great location. Would definitely stay there again! A particular call out to Stephen (bellman), he was so helpful. From directions to recommendations I suggest chatting with him daily! Overall a very nice team to make your stay really enjoyable

"Great location and very helpful staff"
Aaron P, 19 Juin 2023

Very short notice booking as we were already in Philadelphia when we booked rooms here. Everyone working there were very nice and professional. Space was very clean. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants, the rittenhouse park and several bars. I must give a special shout out to Steve. Not only did he greet us with a smiling face after a very crazy day that put us at ease his suggestions of local places for eats was very helpful. If you have the opportunity to speak with Steve he is a delight.

"Disappointing experience at the Warwick, but the valet guy needs a raise and a promotion."
renee1228, 05 Février 2023

Not a great experience overall at the Warwick. > At check in, the hotel did not have my Expedia reservation made days prior. A nearly 40 minute wait followed despite providing the hotel my Expedia email confirmation and receipt for the full amount paid in advance. During my wait, I observed a police officer speaking with hotel management in the lobby very openly discussing what sounded like a serious domestic disturbance at the hotel mid-day. Also, the valet vendor had one person on staff all day to manage incoming and outgoing cars - they guy was working so hard and had no help as his colleagues called out due to the cold temperatures that day. The valet guy on staff needs a raise and a promotion for holding things up by himself in extremely cold temperatures on February 4, 2023. > When finally receiving the key to the room, upon opening the door, we found the bed unmade and trash was around the room. Back down to check in to get a new room. Disappointing. > Second room was directly at the elevator bank. There was a late night domestic disturbance in the hall between a couple and their 2 small children. It was loud, scary and continued for a long while. We alerted the hotel about the disturbance, but no action was taken to address the disturbance and no offer was made to change rooms. Unfortunate, given we were traveling with a 1 year old. With this, we decided to leave the hotel given the disturbance and overall experience. While the hotel agreed to waive the parking cost (approx $50), there was a refusal to refund the room cost. Surprising and disappointing. > We presumed the hotel did not offer to refund the room because the reservation was made on Expedia,. When addressing this with Expedia, they contacted the hotel and received a full refusal to refund. Expedia then extended a limited time offer of 2,500 of reward points (a $25 value). Unfortunate check in experience, stay and early departure.. Moral of the story - read this review before booking at the Warwick through Expedia or directly and never accept a room by an elevator bank.

"Pat"
Vistas23, 10 Janvier 2023

I highly recommend the Warwick if you're staying in Philadelphia. Elegant and contemporary rooms with designer fixtures. Great service, especially from Adrian and Jacci. Excellent restaurants inside and nearby at Rittenhouse Square.

"Terrible Service, shame on this hotel."
jborreli, 02 Janvier 2023

I booked the Warwick as I wanted to take my daughter and my two granddaughters (4 years) to a nice getaway in Philadelphia. We planned for a couple of the kids museums and a nice dinner out, and the Rittenhouse area is super convenient to everything. It was my idea to "treat" my family to a better hotel to make the trip special. I booked the King suite because they didn't have a suite with 2 doubles or 2 queens available. My daughter and I were sharing the King and the little ones were sharing a queen pull out sofa bed. We got to our room and there was nothing special or nice about it. A typical older room, in an older hotel. That part is sort of understandable I guess (though not really for a supposed 4-star hotel). The problem was, though, that 1. there were four people in the reservation and 2 towels. 2. There were no sheets, pillows, or blankets for the pull out (they knew we booked for four people and would be using the pull out) 3. When we opened the pull out, there was not enough space for the bed to actually pull out and have the lets on the floor. A HUGE dresser at the end of the bed stuck out so far, the bottom bar of the pull out rested on the handles of the dresser. Luckily, our little 4 year olds were not tall enough to be affected but it was a shabby arrangement. The fun continued when we were awoken at 2:00 a.m. by the fire alarm. I realize that this is not the fault of the hotel, and I'm not upset that the alarm went off (not their fault), I'm upset by their reaction, or better said, lack of reaction. We quickly hopped out of bed, as one should, and bundled the kids as quickly as possible, and made our way to the exit stairwell. We made our way down 7 flights of stairs into a service room of some sorts. There was no apparent way out of this room, but luckily, after a minute some other guests figured out how to open a service door and we exited into an alley. We were out there for just a few minutes when an employee came over to tell us we could wait in the lobby. We all filtered into the lobby and that was it. NOT A WORD from anyone in the hotel. No updates, no one checking in with anyone, nothing. We ended up sitting in the lobby until about 3:15 a.m. or so until people started making their way to the two elevators that were operating. There were so many people in that lobby with kids, you would have thought that someone from the hotel would have taken it upon themselves to say hey, let's get these people with little kids back to their rooms first, and organized things that way. I saw one woman with a baby and a toddler, both crying, she needed to be helped first, but she stood with the rest of us and was one of the last people on the elevators. There was no organization, no one saying, hey it's safe to go back to your rooms, nothing?? We got back to our room around 3:30 or so, and then got back up to check out and leave. At check out not a word was said, like sorry for the disturbance last night, nothing at all. Maybe this happens so much they don't think about it anymore, I don't know. I had paid $59.00 for the valet parking, I gave my ticket to the valet and 30 minutes later our car arrived. Yep, 30 minutes later. My word to anyone thinking about booking this hotel is this, if you want to pay 4 star prices and get 1 or 2 star service, you've come to the right place. I most certainly will never return to this wretched hovel.

"Great Service at the Warwick!"
Scenic33551971171, 31 Décembre 2022

I enjoyed my stay at the Warwick Hotel in Philadelphia. I had a spacious, clean room and the room was very quiet. The best part of my stay at the Warwick Hotel was the service I received from Hope at the Front Desk. Hope was extremely helpful and she ensured that my concerns were addressed. Thank you, Hope!

"5-star service from Mera at the Front Desk"
hong-joshua, 27 Décembre 2022

I was in Philadelphia for a business trip, and had an online meeting that I had to join before the check-in time. I called the day prior to arrival, and Mera discussed with me the possibility of getting me into the room early, and was available to assist me upon arrival. She was attentive in identifying and accommodating my travel needs. However, the hotel charged me for the stay during the checkout process after it was already paid for via 3rd-party booking. They initiated the refund to my credit card when I called the following week but they then made a separate erroneous charge to the card. The erroneous charge was immediately cancelled, but they appeared to have also cancelled the refund that I was due. When I contacted the hotel again, I was told by a rep rather curtly that the hotel had already issued a refund and that nothing else could be done. After confirming with my bank that there was no outstanding charge or refund, I called the hotel again, and Mera was once again helpful and attentive in reviewing my account and trying to figure out what may have happened. A lower rating might be warranted based on my interaction with the curt rep, duplicate charges, and other shortcomings. However, I leave a 4-star review based on my interactions with other staff members who were outstanding, and more specifically Mera who would by herself merit a deeply appreciated 5-star rating.

"Outstanding Staff and Service"
roscommonkatie, 23 Décembre 2022

Two of us (senior citizen pus elderly family member) stayed and it was a phenomenal experience because of the amazing friendliness and helpfullness and level of service from the staff. From the doorman/bellman to the front desk staff Adrian to the maitre d' to the increidble waiter Ross--everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Not always the case when two older woman are involved. The room was totally comfortable (great bedding), super TV) and spotless. No frills in terms of decor and that was completely fine. Intereting photos of Philly scenes on the heatboards--neat touch. The highlight for us was the restaurant, elegeant, romantic if you are looking for that--yet casual. A pianist played great music all through dinner. An amazing menu. Meals can be pricy but truly worth it. If you're lucky enough to have the maitre'd we had (sorry I didn't get his man) and Roos as your waiter, you'll be very lucky. The price was low for this neighborhood and I worried that the room or service might be a little shabby but to the contrary, the room and the service could not have been better in any hotel in the area. I definitely recommendThe Warwick and the Rittenhouse Grill. And the staff. PS the doorman became the bellman when we needed help with our bags. He took the time to show us the amenities and let us know to call down if we needed anything. In the restaurant the waiter made a point of letting us know there was a tip already included1 we of course added to it because he deserved it.

"False advertising"
matthewpE1965YA, 09 Décembre 2022

The hotel's website lists in-room massage services as an amenity, but when I tried to schedule I was told the hotel has no spa services. They even have a menu of spa treatments on the website, but apparently this is outdated

"Greg service from Dave the Doorman "
Delphine V, 01 Décembre 2022

My review is for Dave the Doorman. I stayed at the Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square on 11/6-7/2022. Dave the Doorman had all the answers to make my trip enjoyable. The warm and professional greeting, to the best places to eat and how to spend my free time in Philadephia. He took care of my luggage after I checked out, so I can enjoy the tours without dragging luggage. Every day he had a smile on his face as he greet me. Very knowledgeable employee, my rating is for his great service.

"Disappointed!!"
Frank G, 26 Novembre 2022

My husband and I come here frequently over the years. And more so. We have family in the area. Our stats have increasingly get worse and this time is the last straw weekend. The first room they put us in had no dresser and some panel fell and landed on my husband's foot. The room dirty and beat. So they moved us. The white curtains are black dirty and gross. Room is small and stuffy. Had to ask four times to have our room changed. By the time it was finally done they were out of wash cloths. Um?? And left dirty dishes and trash in room. I ended up cleaning. Dead bugs on the floor.

"Gross Old and no amenities"
robynmcga1, 10 Novembre 2022

I am here right now for a medical conference paying $1000 for 2 nights in a regular room and I'm utterly discussed and can't wait to check out. The staff is very nice the the rooms look like motel 6. No gift shop to purchase anything just vending machines on each floor that only take cash. We are in 2022 right? I will never stay here again. Charging 4 Seasons price for Motel 6 quality. Smh The rooms are ugly. I just can't say enough to express my disappointment

Very good hotel in Philadelphia. We had excellent service from Dave the Doorman when we arrived, and when we left. He went out of his way to help us with extra luggage, and gave great directions for local sites.

"Aiselinn is wonderful!!!"
500kennettet, 04 Octobre 2022

The rooms were beautiful, the staff was very kind and went out of their way to make sure we knew the hot places to go. Aiselinn was absolutely wonderful!!! Had wonderful restaurant recommendations. She truly made it a wonderful trip.

"Just Adequate"
hxerri, 21 Septembre 2022

Ok hotel. I was expecting worse due to other reviews. The room is dreary and old and the toilets and tub were super low to the ground. They were disorganized at the front desk as far as my reservation. It was quiet on 4th floor and the room was clean. I was happy it wasn't freezing cold inside and the parking was easy in attached garage though $50. Location was good. We were there overnight for a wedding.

"Great place to stay on Rittenhouse Square."
CauseySculpture, 20 Septembre 2022

I travel to Philadelphia twice a year, and always stay at the Warwick. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff always goes above and beyond. Especially Steve out front who make everything run smoothly. We always look forward to our next visit.

"Perfect location, great customer service, fun decor, nice room, great boutique hotel!"
Turkoize, 14 Septembre 2022

Booked a 1 king room here while here on business. I booked through Hotwire since I didn't care what hotel I got, as long as it was walking distance from my meetings. I'm glad I got this hotel! It's not too far from public transit, but you will have to walk more than a few blocks. In the HOT August heat, it was a bit of a bear with a rolling bag. This place is close to EVERYTHING and in a very nice area of Philly near Rittenhouse Square without being in the "middle" of the craziness. I ended up getting in earlier than I thought, but to my surprise, they already had my room ready several hours early. Score! The hotel is old and you can tell, BUT the modern decor, the upgraded furniture and amenities didn't make it feel "old". This is truly a boutique hotel. The room was pretty clean and spacious enough for being in downtown Philly. The decor was very splashy with a local feel. It had all the modern amenities and wifi was usually pretty good. The bed was comfy with plush linens and plenty of pillows. There was a decent amount of storage for my things. Everything was in good working order. The bathroom was clean with a decent amount of counter space. I appreciated the upgraded amenities. The view was just ok, facing tall buildings, but I didn't book it for the view. Even though this was in the middle of downtown, it was very quiet inside. The concierge was very helpful in understanding the area and gave great suggestions. The Schuylkill trail is easy walking distance from the hotel and the overall area felt very safe. I did see quite a bit of homeless people sleeping on the trail however, but they weren't bothering anyone. Checking out was painless and quick. I'd definitely stay here again when in Philly!

"2 nite stay"
harveyd487, 01 Septembre 2022

It was a long day. I was up since 2 am and after getting home from work, the 6 hour trek began! We checked in late, but staff was super friendly and courteous! The garage staff was very helpful! Thank you so much! If we ever go back to Philly, we're gonna stay with you again!!

"Nice location. Good service."
ryancU4309GC, 29 Août 2022

I recently visited the Warwick for a 2 day trip with my dad. The location is great with close proximity to a lot of the destinations we wanted to visit and plenty of great restaurants and shops. We originally booked a room with one King bed, but we checked in early so they upgraded us to a room with double queen beds. Our room was well appointed and I was satisfied with the cleanliness. The bathroom was modernly designed and the shower was excellent. My only issue with the room was the view out of the windows was a brick wall. The parking garage was situated on the side of the building and the staff there was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the price was a little bit hefty for a 2 night stay. Overall, I was impressed with my stay at the Warwick and I would definitely return if I am in Philly again.

"Shhhh! Don't tell Hilton Honors."
joebabu, 23 Août 2022

We're very proud Hilton Diamond level travelers and there are plenty of affiliated properties to choose when in Phila. BUT, regardless of availability we always have chosen The Warwick at Rittenhouse Square. Why? When you stay at the Warwick you're getting Steve, the amazing Doorman, The Prime Restaurant, the incredible front desk staff and the amazing parking garage team. In an increasingly impersonal world, The Warwick is all about personal service. The rooms are always clean and well appointed. The housecleaning staff is very attentive. Oh, and did we mention Steve at the door? Of course we did. Just wanted to give him a shout out again because if everything we just said wasn't true, we would have stayed there anyways just to see him again.

"Revisit to an old favorite and still is quality!"
FourthDoctor, 17 Août 2022

Went back to the Warwick for the first time since the pandemic and the hotel is still very nice and staff was accommodating. It was great to see Steve still working the front door and handing out recommendations with a smile! Nice hotel and location!

"Perfect location. Excellent Service"
Rob J, 14 Août 2022

We recently stayed at The Warwick. The location is perfect - steps to Rittenhouse Square and all of the wonderful restaurants, shops and bars in that area. Our Junior Suite was well appointed and extremely clean. The entire staff was professional and helpful. On our first night, we had an issue with the AC. Within a few minutes of calling the front desk, Mike arrived and remedied the issue by replacing the AC unit. He was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. We were so impressed that we cancelled our reservation for another trip to Philly and rebooked with The Warwick. We now have our go to spot in Philly.

"Disappointing experience"
L7277QNjh, 06 Août 2022

Checked in at reception. The reception agent, Hope, seemed pleasant enough. We get to the room and the window looks out on a brick wall about 10 feet away. Talk about dreary. Minutes later we flush the toilet and it's loud and doesn't stop running. My partner goes down to the lobby to request another room, which we get. So there was another room, with a decent, not great but okay view and light. So the question is, why were we given such a sub standard room? Puzzling. It was enough of a turnoff that I doubt we would return.

"Past its prime, but great location"
worktotravel14, 31 Juillet 2022

You walk in and are surrounded by elegance in the lobby. It has a beautiful refreshing art deco feel where the guests chat and lounge (to the extent COVID possible). t's location is it's best feature. You are near the best restaurants. The little café down the way has these insanely delicious croissants. You are a block from Rittenhouse. And the hotel has decent parking prices. That said, this is the type of room that makes you want to get out of the hotel as soon as possible. The shower leaked the entire time. It was dark as some other folks said, especially the bathroom. We let the front desk know, they did not resolve it. The room was very cozy, as in small, and, at the price, was insanely expensive. Nice art though an ode' to days gone by. They also have residences within the hotel and I had the sense that this is where they spend their time, money, and attention. We probably won't return.

"Philadelphia weekend stay"
885rakelm, 23 Juillet 2022

Wonderful boutique hotel situated in the historic Rittenhouse district. Attentive and friendly staff with a beautiful room and perfect location to see the sights and enjoy great restaurants. Highly recommend.

"Deceptive Photos"
Mobile283911, 11 Juillet 2022

Location was great but the photos are deceptive. Rooms definitely are not that bright. where was my couch? Bathroom fixtures were rusty probably because there was no bathroom fan. carpet was dingy and the room had a definite musty/smoky odor. Fine for 3 star but for 4 star i want better.

"Great Price but Be Aware of Some Things"
Thomas S, 10 Juillet 2022

Lets start with the pros; Great Location Amazing staff Clean Room Comfortable Bed Now the Cons: Lacking amenities Somewhat dated Little things I've stayed here pre-COVID and I just stayed a couple of nights ago. I love the building and the location but the little things do matter these days. First off, maintenance was very attentive and the staff is amazing. Now for the dirt. Mini-fridge did not work. One of the vanity bulbs was out and the shower curtain rod was broken. Again, maintenance came up to address the concerns right away and were very polite but it was still inconvenient. The tissues and toilet paper were very low quality and harsh. The towels were also very scratchy. I know it's picky stuff but when you stay at a place you want it to be as perfect as possible. The space is beautiful but just understand that when you book a 4 star hotel there are expectations. I would stay here again simply for the location and the great price.

"Great location and comfortable room"
ccandmdg, 03 Juillet 2022

You can't beat this location as it's within walking distance to lots of great food, bars, and shops. Neighborhood feels safe. The room itself is spacious and clean. Housekeeping was daily which was appreciated. The front desk is friendly enough, but there was always a wait at the front desk that seemed like they were dealing with guests having issues which is never a good sign. We ourselves didn't have issues but clearly other guests did. Don't be surprised about parking - it's expensive!

"Great People - Great Location!"
RB595621430, 29 Juin 2022

The friendly welcome and professional associates here are found everywhere from the front desk, room service crews, parking attendants, and cafe! We completely enjoyed our time here and will certainly be back. Thanks to all you folks at the Warwick Philadelphia!

"Enjoyed 5 days on vacation in Philadelphia"
JimWroten, 25 Juin 2022

My wife and I spent 5 days in Philadelphia. During our stay we enjoyed the restaurants near Rittenhouse Square and the museums of the area. The Warwick Rittenhouse was a good choice to base our trip. It has a great location, only a block from the square. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. Transportation to the sites is easy. The staff of the hotel was especially helpful. Our housekeeper Refejee kept our room spotless and was ready to service our room while we were out. During our stay we had a noise problem with our neighbor who was hosting many friends as party HQ. However, a quick call the Adrian at the front desk was all that was needed. Within 20 minutes, all was quiet again. Thanks Adrian! We plan to travel to Philadelphia again for pleasure and will definitely stay at the Warwick.

"Wonderful staff, great location and more"
547PeterL547, 15 Juin 2022

We were greeted by Steve at curbside who set the tone for our weekend stay. Both Steve and Burt were exceptionally personable and helpful doormen, beyond expectations, when we had a luggage issue. The Warwick is truly fortunate to have two men of this quality to greet their guests upon arrival!! Our hotel room was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The location made visiting highlights of the city very easy. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel highly!

"Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square"
feliciarV3070MH, 09 Juin 2022

Service was incredible! They even price matched my room and got me early check in no problem. Hector and Adrian at the front desk were so great! Went above and beyond! The restaurant service was excellent and great food as well! Highly recommend!

"Warwick Rittenhouse Philadelphia = Awesome!"
Joey S, 10 Mai 2022

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while in town with the family to see the historical sights and a sporting event. The room was clean, the staff was super friendly, the location was perfect and our stay could not have gone any better. Every interaction we had, whether it be the person greeting us when we arrived, housekeeping or the front desk, was professional and friendly. This will be my new go to hotel anytime I am in Philadelphia.

"Good location and it's a fair value"
saturdaydiner, 05 Mai 2022

Right off Rittenhouse Square with good enough rooms and a professional staff. Noisy plumbing and blower were the only drawbacks. I'd stay here again. The rooms are fairly priced and it does have a good fitness room.

"Group Sales reservations"
lucianacX5258HJ, 05 Mai 2022

I wanted to thank Cres from Group Sales for helping me make reservations for an upcoming wedding in November of 2022. She was knowledgeable and was so detailed oriented that after we had completed the reservations, she called me back with the confirmation numbers for each reservation so that there would be no confusion for the guest or the front desk upon check in. Thank you again Cres for your help. Luciana Cancelli

"Not great"
Steve H, 22 Avril 2022

We had been there in 2017, but this time, the room seemed worn out. Housekeeping did not clean, replenish coffee or empty trash while we were out (stayed 2 nights). Front desk said they could not take any money off as we “booked through a third party”. We won't go back next time we are in Philadelphia.

"Absolutely Awful"
G9224JHgregl, 02 Avril 2022

Arrived here for a wedding across town; first thing to go bad - no valet parking because of "COVID"! Next, they didn't have our reservation and when confronted with THEIR confirmation email, the desk clerk's response was "I have to ask someone!!" I will never stay here again - ever.

"Lovely room, rude staff"
R839RMdavidm, 12 Mars 2022

The room was nice, the staff did nothing to help with a noise issue and was outright hostile. Disappointing, and will not stay here again. Again, the room was nice, the hotel itself decent, the staff unacceptable.

"Great stay at Warwick"
Joanna S, 10 Mars 2022

The hotel was sleek, clean, comfortable, and covid safe. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Adrian was especially so with making the reservations. It's in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and museums within walking distance. There is a good restaurant, Spice Finch, at the hotel as well.

"Rude receptionist"
floettaw, 25 Février 2022

This is a disappointment. Our first encounter was a very uninterested rude receptionist. However the lobby appeared very lovely. After parking and getting to our room the hallway way unkept with the service doors open exposing the maintenance items. Our room was very unattractive, in need of serious updates. Bathroom needs updates. Them to top it off we were awaken by 9am by housekeeping knocking to “ check if you are still here”. Wow

"The staff makes up for the average room."
leighbB8770UA, 01 Février 2022

We were stranded overnight when our car broke down in Philly. The lobby is pretty, but the room was average. The thing that made up for it, was the staff. The woman that checked us in was courteous and helpful. Stephen, the doorman, was a life saver. We were having no luck getting a ride, so he helped us get a taxi to get us to the garage and on our way. He even gave us the names of individuals to help us get s better deal the next time we have to be at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. That alone is a huge help for us.

"knuckleheads"
kkstetson, 08 Janvier 2022

What a bunch of morons! We booked a room almost 2 months in advance for a wedding Who had a block of rooms. We confirmed a night before we would not be there but would be fully responsible for the bill, they said no problem. So at 3 am my nieces pulled in to my driveway w my daughter. The hotel would not allow the girls to check in without me present even though this was discussed eakier that day. The hotel allowed 3 Girls to drive home at 3 am

"Rooms need renovating badly"
moogie63, 14 Novembre 2021

There is no valet parking however the garage is behind the hotel. Once you are parked if you walk in the main entrance the lobby is very pretty and clean. We were in a "suite" which had two full beds and a sofa. The check in was easy and the staff very nice. The room was pretty bad considering the price tag, I had treated my friends to the room and frankly I was embarrassed. There was a weird smell the furniture was worn and the Toilet leaked every time we flushed it. We did report the leak and we believe it was checked out but it was not fixed. We had stayed in a similar room less than 4 years ago and it was very very nice. The location is great for walking and the coffee at the coffee shop also very good. We stored our luggage at check out the person that handled them was super. Paying for parking was a little bit of a drag as it seemed we were annoying to the last desk person. It is a shame as this is a historical hotel in need of investment!

"Incredibly Rude Staff"
A7380EJtimm, 11 Novembre 2021

Prior to my visit I called to ask the staff for help on where I could park my standard size Ford F-150 (knowing that their specific garage may not accommodate a taller vehicle). The front desk staff told me there is nothing they can do to help and that I had one of two options 1) cancel my reservation or 2) get a new vehicle. Front Desk staff seemed very annoyed that I was asking such a question and continued to encourage me to cancel my reservation ( which I certainly did) so that they did not have deal with what I believe is a fairly basic accommodation (even if its guiding me to a different parking location) I certainly would never consider this hotel again as I can only imagine how they treat guests once they've already paid for the accommodations.

"Fabulous location, dirty hotel"
Kristy N, 09 Novembre 2021

Stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend for a quick trip to Philly. We were so happy with the location. It's an easy walk to most anything you want to do or anywhere you need to be. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The first room we got (4th floor) was dirty. The carpet was stained, the furniture was worn out, the hot water didn't work in the shower, and there was a musty smell. There was someone else's leftover medication that had been left in the coffee valet tray. We asked for housekeeping to come clean and they instead switched us to a 9th floor room. It was a bit of an upgrade as we had hot water and the view was better. However it smelled like cigarette smoke and, when we dropped the remote behind the mattress and had to get it from under the bed, we found candy wrappers, old headphones and dust everywhere. The phone also didn't work to call the front desk and ask for towels. We were given 2 bottles of water, which was great, but the vending machines were completely empty when we wanted to buy more. The front desk had no more, there's no hotel store, so there was no available drinking water. Pluses include location, and they stored our bags for us when we had time to kill our flight.

"Fun overnight trip, hotel hit the mark"
Lizziee70, 08 Novembre 2021

Stayed one night to visit kids at college. Great location, plentyr dinner and shopping options within walking distance. Got the junior suite and it was great for our needs plus extra space for everyone to hang out. Didn't have opportunity to eat at hotel dining options.

"Good location, nice hotel, miserable parking experience"
billytomASKK, 07 Novembre 2021

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Warwick Hotel near Rittenhouse Square. It's a perfectly comfortable hotel in a great location. The nearby restaurants including those of the hotel were all delightful and we had easy access to other parts of the city with ride sharing apps. However, since we had driven to Philadelphia, we parked in the Penn Warwick garage as the hotel advised. The process smooth to include being able to pay for parking through the hotel. Unfortunately, when we went to retrieve our car, the parking garage attendant demanded an additional $15 fee because we had remotely locked our car doors. I did this when I noticed that my car had been left in the garage with open windows and unlocked. I assumed that the attendant had secure possession of the keys. The attendant was unable to produce any record that this was a policy of the garage or that $15 was a standard fee or penalty for remotely locking one's car doors. While the hotel is a delight in general, I recommend avoiding them if you are driving or finding your own parking and not that recommended by the hotel.

"Good... but not the greatest"
Z2438IPsergios, 03 Novembre 2021

The Hotel is actually very comfortable and cozy. Location is good if you want to be close to downtown, but that comes with some disadvantages. Staff was ok... respectful, but not very friendly or warm. But that is something I kind of noticed with many of the people in Philadelphia.

"Perfectly exquisite!"
banmilkshake, 03 Novembre 2021

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. If you want to stay at a fantastic hotel in the heart of it all, Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia, then consider ,"The Warwick" with some great restaurants in this beautiful scenic area of Center City Philadelphia.

Upon arrival no warm n fuzzy at chk in … no hello or welcome… the girls at desk actually didn't even look up to acknowledge me…so you know right there is not going to be the best experience… Elevators small but quick Room… large but strange layout… King bed, for the price of room was expecting a super comfy bed it was not… Pillows size would fit in an infant bed, super flat, not a happy place for my head… no extra blanket or even a bed spread … sheet, light weight blanket then a sheet on top of the blanket… Bathroom… lux is it not… tile needed a good grout cleaning, shower slippery n had spots where it's flaking pictures included… Out side noise … yes, you hear it … window shades do not pull down… see through linen curtains i was afraid to touch them pretty dirty … windows themselves had face prints n hand prints … Starbucks coffee n two water bottles provided … Heat / air worked Next visit to Philly I will be going to a different hotel… quality of room does not match the money spent…

"Great hotel!"
Patricia I, 26 Octobre 2021

Wonderful hotel and great staff. I would suggest non slip decals in the bathtub as it was quite slippery and no grab bar. Otherwise, a terrific place and the renovation since I was last there is marvelous. All Covid rules in place with a nice restaurant.

"Steve, Beet, Ruby and Francisco"
Passenger59100962547, 10 Octobre 2021

Bert, Steve, Ruby and Francisco—All were were incredibly helpful and polite. Steve and Bert made a great stay even better. All amazing including dinner at Rittenhouse Grille. Ruby was a fantastic bartender and Francisco and his team were fabulous as well. Excellent time! Especially appreciated the late check out!!

"Ok hotel"
Jaime C, 27 Septembre 2021

Well for me this was an OK hotel. If you simply want a hotel as somewhere to sleep and shower - they've got that. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat and awful. Shower has good water pressure. For it still being covid this room was not clean enough for me. It's a good location plenty within in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. I wouldn't stay here again if I visited Philly I would find a different hotel.

"Provided a terrific venue for family wedding."
LennS_12, 06 Septembre 2021

The hotel is right in heart of center city. Found the staff to be helpful & abundant. The room was up to date & clean. The bed was comfortable & the temperature well controllable. Available were a coffee maker & a mini fridge. A large size flat screen TV was working fine. In the bath, the surface seemed somewhat slippery during my shower, however. Overnight parking in an attached garage was an additional $45. Valet service was not being offered due to COVID and masks were required in the hotel property.

"Excellent but..."
User, 01 Septembre 2021

The Warwick is a great hotel, excellent accommodations, centrally located and services. My only complaint is that I had to secure a hotel at 3AM, due to my husband's emergency hospitalization while we were visiting Philly. I wanted a safe place to go to, and check rates on Travelocity...$124. I opted for calling the hotel directly, explaining I only needed a place to stay safely. I checked out at 7:30AM. To my surprise the rate was $242, plus taxes, etc. I was very disappointed, to say the least. I was not looking for a free room, however, having used this hotel before, knowing that rates can be affordable if one goes to Travelocity or any of the other hotel brokers, I expected better.

"Always the Most Enjoyable Experience"
drkirstinsnow, 27 Août 2021

Each time I return to the Warwick I am reminded that I made an excellent choice, and this time was no exception. I traveled for work and was able to bring my elderly mother with me to give her an opportunity to get out of the house and see some new surroundings. We were greeted, as always, by front of house main man Steve H - who has become like family at this point after many, many years of his assistance and best guidance in Philly. The hotel was very clean, masks were required to enter, and the room was as usual, large and quiet. Staff are wonderful, and doing a great job under these not so ideal times. Five stars yet again.... looking forward to returning soon!

"PLEASE READ if you're looking to book this hotel!"
hellcat714, 25 Août 2021

For anyone wanting to stay jere—PLEASE READ AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL! My stay at The Warwick was awful. The lobby was very nice……but the room was outdated and run down. We walked into a room that had a saturated floor (I mean it “squished” when we stepped on it!), so I went to call the front desk and the phone was what I believed to be dead. I later found out that if the front desk is busy, you are met with completely dead air—no sound at all. Like, who is suppose to know this?!? It only makes sense to play music or have a prerecorded message stating that you're on hold to begin with! Doesn't make sense. So I went downstairs to notify them of all the water on the floor. Next, the room. As I looked around, I was tremendously disappointed—the furniture was scratched, bubbled and broken (one bed had a large crack running through the side rail that looked like it was glued back together. Same in the bathroom, except now I saw the door was rusty and the paint was bubbling. The shower had mildew—not the kind that can be cleaned—the type that you need to recaulk. I was upset—we were stuck here for TWO nights and we were grossed out so badly that I FAR would have preferred sleeping in my CLEAN home! Hands down, if I could have backed out at any point during our stay, I would have and then checked into another hotel. In a heartbeat. That's really sad. We decided we wouldn't stay in a “name brand” hotel….that it'd be fun to stay in a hotel that looked so pretty in the pictures that were probably taken YEARS ago! I've stayed in a Super 8 motel that was nicer than this one—and that's no exaggeration. We were hungry and decided to try the “highly rated” in-house steakhouse called The Grille. First, when we walked in, there wasn't another soul around except for the man standing behind the maitre d NEVER ONCE LOOKED UP AT US (he was looking at his phone). I awkwardly cleared my throat hoping for any recognition that we were standing there—nothing. I then asked if we could order a meal for take out. He looked up (for the first time) said “yes you can order take out”—and STUCK HIS NOSE BACK IN HIS PHONE—and never helped us AT ALL until a waiter passed by and he snapped his finger at him and told him to take our order. We were standing there a good 10 minutes feeling like we were ghosts! It's like we didn't stand there for about 15 minutes waiting for ANY assistance in placing an order for 2 people that cost $180! The food: the lobster bisque was to die for, my prime rib was medium rare at best when I ordered medium well. To me, inedible. Too much blood. I decided to just eat around the circumference of the meat leaving about 2/3 to be thrown away—there was absolutely NO way I was going back down to that restaurant—I had already been made to feel entirely awkward and obsolete. The salmon was good. The vegetable sides were okay—a little overdone. The key lime pie was good. But I never would have spent $180 for a meal for two on a “good/okay”. Perhaps the worst part was rolling the chair out from the desk only to find a large, white stain in the middle of the chair. I'm no forensic detective—and I didn't need to be to figure out what it probably was. I thought I'd literally vomit. Went to watch tv and the sound was terrible—muffled. Gave up and went to bed. The next morning, I stepped out of bed to a large wet spot on the floor where my feet “squished” on it again. I had to go to the front desk again to ask that they please fix the radiator again. We went out and when we returned, the spot was cleaned up and the HEAT was cranked! We just walked around for hours in 99-degree weather and were exhausted—only to walk into a HOT hotel room. The staff was hot or cold. Housekeeping was wonderful—always smiling with a nice “hello, how are you today”? The bell boys were very nice and friendly too. For the most part, reception was okay. Twice we were met, again, with a front desk person on the phone (company phone) who wouldn't so much as look up until they were off the phone. No finger held up as an indicator “I'll be right with you” or even a small smile and eye contact to acknowledge your existence. I don't know if that's a rule at this hotel! Don't so much as look at a guest until you're ready to help them or what! (That's sarcasm.) All in all, I wouldn't have stayed in this hotel for half the price. Speaking of prices, I was overcharged for a room—contacted them twice about it—and they haven't refunded my money!” How's that for the cherry on the sh!t sundae?!?!?!

"Great location"
User, 16 Août 2021

Beautiful hotel. The reason for my 4 star instead of 5 was that toilet ran; I had to giggle and play with the handle to make it stop. And the resurfaced material on bath tub was peeling. But great water pressure for shower, nice big gym, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

"Mediocre"
Hellcat525, 10 Août 2021

This place really needs to pull it together……from the employees who treat guests rudely to no follow up concerning problems in our bathroom to UNCLEAN ROOMS! I will say the restaurant's food was good. Never again. Ever.

"Nicely done updates"
User, 10 Août 2021

Our stay at the Warwick was wonderful. The updates are nicely done, minimalist but very satisfactory. Loved that there was a window in the bath. Their parking garage next door was super convenient in the city. Would book here again. It's Rittenhouse Square location is convenient to everything you want to do and see in Philadelphia.

"How clean are the rooms when you find a bullet casing on the floor?!"
Lauren V, 12 Juillet 2021

Stayed this weekend and there was a bullet casing on the floor of our room! We notice it in the morning and immediately told the front desk. We went in person and told them discreetly so as not to upset anyone else in the lobby. Manager said sorry and they would send someone to retrieve it from the floor. Are they cleaning these rooms?!? Plus, it was a bullet casing not like a hair tie left behind... seriously, a bullet casing, glowing gold, right outside the bathroom on the carpet. How do you miss this? Front desk did nothing either not a percentage off, not a free breakfast, nothing! The manager literally said sorry and that was it. How clean can this place be if they missed a bullet casing on the floor? Also, once a guest finds something like that, to do nothing to make up for it ?!? Terrible. Won't be back.

"Great location; room was average"
JoanC673, 12 Juillet 2021

We stayed two nights in a king room. View was of the swimming pool of the hotel next door. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a rectangular vessel sink that looked nice but was not functional. At its deepest end it was 3 inches, so water splashed all over the place. When I opened the lid of the in-room coffee maker, the water reservoir was all wet. If water reservoirs aren't dried out between uses, bacteria grows in them, so that made me feel that the room itself wasn't that clean and that the hotel didn't have good sanitation standards. Fortunately there is a coffee shop in the hotel so I was able to run downstairs to get a cup.

"Terrible experience!"
Simone M, 02 Juillet 2021

The hotel canceled an Expedia reservation, we arrived after a 12 hours travel, a family of 4, and there was NO room available. And the worst part, the hotel doesn't want to cancel the reservation and refund our money!!!

"So glad we stayed! Mom & Daughter Time"
reenie0, 28 Juin 2021

Spur of the moment girl's trip with my daughter (16 years old)! We decided to stay at the Warwick and it did not disappoint! The staff was incredibly friendly, our room was spacious, and we were within walking distance (or a short Uber ride) to all we wanted to do. I believe some things aren't back to normal due to COVID protocols. Like, no room service, valet or housekeeping, but if we wanted anything… the staff was more than happy to accommodate us. These things definitely don't make or break our trip, so no big deal for us. I wish I would have gotten the staff's names! They were so friendly and helpful! Thank you! We appreciated you for making our trip even more special!

"Super hotel in the perfect neighborhood!"
User, 14 Juin 2021

The hotel was perfectly situated for us to walk all over the city. Close to shopping and restaurants and museums. We did the logan circle fountain, rocky steps, took in a marketplace and genually enjoyed just being outside! The staff was very kind and helpful. Can not recommend it highly enough. The rooms were also quite large for a city hotel. Great weekend!

"First Time in Philly"
Joe W, 12 Juin 2021

This was a good location and a nice hotel but we were not happy with the customer service. We were there for four days. After two days we asked for additional clean washclothes and bottled water. After waiting several hours we had to ask again. The forth day we asked for clean towels, washclothes and bottled water. Again it wasn't delivered. This time there was nothing delivered even after asking a second time. For the price paid, I expected better service.

"An absolute disappointment"
Primo19, 07 Juin 2021

I stayed here some years ago and Rittenhouse is one of my favorite areas in the city, since I recently gave up my condo in the city, I've been frequenting hotels in the city and we decided to give the Warwick a shot. Because of its historic reputation I was looking forward to our stay and to say we were let down would be an understatement. Staff treated us dry at best, before we even walked in. Once we made our way to the room, common areas on our floor did not look clean. Walking into the room there were multiple things broken/not working properly and it did not look/feel clean. Luggage rack was broken, one of the lamps looked broken, phone did not work properly, the shower wouldn't work unless the faucet was running making it feel like the shower was backed up, the toilet would sometimes run 15-20 min after you'd flush, the make up mirror was almost falling off of the bracket, the air conditioner would only run for short periods of time then shut off regardless of the settings, and the iron ruined one of my shirts. In terms of cleanliness, many surfaces felt sticky or you could see drink rings on many surfaces, there were stains throughout the floor and surface area of the room and bathroom, there was something spilled/splattered over the bathroom door, the sink and toilet were dirty, the ledge on the bathroom looked filthy and we found trash in one of the drawers. We originally were given two adult towels and ONE hand towel. We called the front desk within 30 min of check in and the response was "talk to the manager when you check out". Regardless of whatever your reasoning is for staying at a hotel, you should not encounter these issues at a hotel that boasts the accommodations and amenities that the Warwick suggests it offers. I've attached some pictures for reference. It's a shame that this hotel no longer proceeds its reputation.

"Excellent location"
User, 26 Mai 2021

When I was growing up in the Philadelphia area, the Warwick was so elegant. Although it's been remodeled, it's a bit worn looking. Particularly the carpet and bathroom. e.g. the bathroom tiles are missing grout and some is discolored. The overall stay was good. The staff is very pleasant and the location is perfect. We ate in the coffee shop (good) and steak house (outstanding).

"Amazing!"
05082021, 26 Mai 2021

Best experience ever! Clean, set up well, the staff went way above and beyond what was needed! Good people in general. Made our trip to Philly, this time, extremely pleasant by saving us from staying at a roach motel.

"Nice Rooms and Good Location"
User, 24 Mai 2021

Nice hotel, great staff, good restaurant, as well a lot around the location. Maybe a bit pricey, and although recently redone things were just starting to look a bit worn in the room - not bad by any means.

"Nice hotel; painful parking"
Q4628SMsarab, 24 Mai 2021

The hotel was stylish, clean, and well appointed. Unfortunately, the parking situation, with the lack of valet parking in a congested area, was a disaster. It took people in our party at least 30 minutes every time they parked or retrieved their cars. We ended up taking an Uber to our son's wedding because getting our car would've taken too long!

"Not what I expected"
Elenakolbenson, 20 Mai 2021

Stayed for just one evening on May 11 2021. The parking garage was a nightmare, not a great start. They require you hand them the keys and they move your car. Well, that would be lovely if the workers could drive a standard. We heard the most awful noises as my husband BEGGED the attendant to please allow him to move his own car and they brushed us off. We stayed with our elderly chihuahua, I am very thankful when hotels allow dogs- they are often cleaner than most children. I was aware of the $75 charge for this and that is fine. When I got into my room it REEKED of cigarettes. I still had my mask on and it was disgusting through the mask. So, I pay $75 for my dog who did nothing to mess up the room but you allow smoking? Gross. To their credit I went down immediately and said I would like another room and we did get one. The thing that nags at me is that I did not ask for a smoking room and we are in a pandemic- there could not have been so many guests that they had to put me there. The furniture was scratched and worn, there were stains on the carpet and it was all around dated but the proximity to Rittenhouse park was worth it for a dog owner. Overall I would say if you have a dog it is a good choice- find a different garage if you drive a standard.

"Day trippers"
E2188LCmattr, 18 Mai 2021

We recently stayed here for my birthday post vaccination weekend. The location was great walking distant to the terminal market, independence hall and the like. The staff was some of the best I've ever encountered. Rooms were clean and I really have nothing to nitpick. Parking was 25 for the overnights with validation. Was a great experience even with some of the amenities still under coviid restrictions. Can only assume it would have been that much better.

"Beautiful hotel, great location!"
819kristenk, 12 Mai 2021

Absolutely loved staying here. They did a great job of renovating and refreshing the space while also keeping a lot of the original character. The rooms were clean and everyone was very friendly! Only downside was parking was a bit expensive at $46 per night

"PHILADELPHIA "
Teresa B, 11 Mai 2021

We visited here for a little over a week for my birthday. The Warwick was a beautiful and comfortable place for our resting place between outings. The rooms are large, the beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are a little on the smaller side, but they were still beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and treated our pup like she was something special. The view from our room was just great.

"Overnight trip in Philly"
User, 02 Mai 2021

Check in was quick & easy, room was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. Only minor annoyances were one of free water bottles was open (I dumped it) and the hallway by the elevator smelled of "the devil's lettuce." My room was located away from the elevator so didn't bother me. I left my Apple watch in the room post-checkout (realizing hours later) and the staff promptly investigated, and it was returned to me.

"Great location but aging updates bring it down a notch"
User, 28 Avril 2021

This former "grande dame" hotel had a refurb some time ago, but our rooms clearly showed signs of, um, "patina" to put it politely. Some furnishings were banged up and worn looking, and the lobby now looks very '00s "Kimpton-esque." Not the conservative look seen at most Warwick branded properties. More like an uber-hip "W" from 2008. As you'd expect for a hotel built in 1928, the Warwick Rittenhouse Square has decent sized rooms, but the bathrooms are tiny by today's standards, although reasonably updated at one time. The beds seemed new and excellent. Anachronisms like 3 tiny elevators for a 21 story building led to an occasional wait for an elevator car (which I can only imagine would be annoying in non-Covid times when there is higher occupancy.) Narrow, seemingly un-airconditioned hallways with no windows and low ceilings belie it's age. Judging from the lack of lights on in higher floors, some floors or at least blocks of rooms seemed to be "mothballed", with no guests, which only makes sense with the smaller housekeeping staff present. We only saw two or three other guests the entire time we were there. Overall, the staff was passably pleasant but no one went out of their way to offer extra help, with the possible exception of the doorman when we arrived. Other staffers, such as the concierge, never bothered to acknowledge our presence, and no-one ever greeted or asked us to show our room cards when returning to the hotel, which makes security suspect. True, during the pandemic I'd say we received "Hampton Inn" quality of service, but also Hampton Inn prices. Was it a decent deal, considering the location? Yes. But was it a "Warwick" in the typical sense I'm used to? No. And it's no longer really a 4 or 5 star hotel in my opinion. Nice enough, but showing age and ready for another update.

"Location, Location, Location"
JoeRoe26, 27 Avril 2021

This was generally a positive experience. I always enjoy staying at the Warwick for its convenience to everything in City Center. The hotel and rooms are stylishly appointed and chic. On this particular occasion, the only issue was with ventilation/AC/heating system in the room. The room was extremely stuffy and even when turning on the fan for the cooling unit it didn't run. Luckily this was just a quick one night stay but had it been longer I would've requested a different room as it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, staff were friendly as usual and all COVID precautions appeared to be taken in the public areas of the hotel.

"A little too hip for me but had a great stay"
Motowners, 20 Avril 2021

OK, so I'm old. I don't want a hotel lobby to "energize" or "revitalize" me. I want one that is comfortable, welcoming. The whole black/white very dated words-on-the-wall decor was a bit much. I did like the massive picnic table in the lobby, however. Check in was a breeze. Room was huge, even though the fold out bed made a very lousy couch. Housekeeper Camilla was attentive, efficient, and very personable. We had a view of the roofs of the neighbors and the Grad. Check out was good but for some reason the bellhop waiting until I got out of the car, moved the orange traffic cones, pulled into the parking spot, and replaced the cones until he helped with the luggage. I had an excellent offer through Hotwire and would eagerly choose the Warwick again (with a somewhat less excellent offer). Can't beat the location.

"Great location and well appointed"
User, 18 Avril 2021

All you need for a comfortable stay in Center City, close to everything. Rooms are a good size. some have thin walls if your neighbor watches loud TV. Great restaurants nearby--try HipCityVeg and Bar Bombon.

"Nope nope nope"
saramT2911NB, 13 Avril 2021

The only thing saving this business is the extra friendly staff. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. It showed up as VIP on Expedia and I fell for it, my fault! The lobby is certainly pretty but due to covid you can't just hang out there. The room was okay. Clean. However, the AC was extra loud. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep in the room with the AC literally sounding like there was a running car in our bedroom. After our long drive between three states were in no mood to change rooms in the middle of the night. The lobby was filled with the smell of pot. I am not sure the hotel even cared. The doors are super old technology, they don't even close on their own. This was a big concern for me as our room had been broken into at Hyatt in Seattle just two months ago. Every time we left I checked the door at least three times. For people who absolutely loved this hotel: have they ever stayed at a hotel before? This is literally bottom of the barrel. Or did they get the room for $50 a night? That'd be reasonable. We paid $400 for two nights and that was a bit much. Oh and the garage was $46 per night which is typical for any city. A bit much but we didn't have any issues. The car was ready for us every time we called ahead of time.

"Still our favorite"
kimf996, 13 Avril 2021

We have stayed several times at the Warwick. The location is excellent and service always wonderful. The accommodations have been great as far as room size, cleanliness, and available resources. However, during our most recent stay, it was obvious that the room was a bit worn. It seems to be feeling its age, and could use some renovations. Overall physical aspects of the room, noisy air conditioning/heating system, and inconsistent fluctuating shower temperatures definitely impacted our experience. That being said, we will be back!

"Great experience with the exception of the parking garage personnel"
Franz B, 12 Avril 2021

I was highly impressed with the following: the cleanliness of the room; the professionalism and friendliness of the front desk and wait staff; the quality of the hotel amenities; and the hotel's vicinity to the key elements of the city. I was however significantly troubled with the garage staff, particularly, a black, bald man with a thick African ascent. As background, I stayed at the hotel for three days. During the three days, I needed to utilize my vehicle to transport teenage volleyball players to the convention center for the North East Qualifier. In a pleasant experience, I retrieved my vehicle the first day and was informed, upon returning to the garage, I was going to be provided another garage parking ticket for that day and beyond. When I returned that day with my vehicle, the garage was busy and they female garage attendant processing all the customers was quite busy. I asked for a garage parking ticket and she informed me I did not need a ticket. The next morning, I returned to retrieve my vehicle again, wherein I was asked by the aforementioned gentlemen for the garage parking ticket. I informed the gentlemen I was not provided a garage parking ticket. The gentlemen then proceeded to lecture me about the necessity for possessing a garage parking ticket to retrieve my vehicle. I reiterated to the gentlemen that I was not provided a garage parking ticket by his fellow staff members, wherein he became increasingly loud and verbally aggressive. I then sharply verbally interrupted his degrading verbal attack by stating it was not my fault but the hotel staff's fault for not providing me a garage parking ticket. I then demanded my vehicle, as he was going to make the girls late for their attendance at the volleyball tournament, which was the purpose of our stay at the hotel. Obviously, this was a terrible experience.

"Great experience! "
melschreibs, 30 Mars 2021

This was our first time staying at Hotel Warwick. To begin, if you do not know the Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia is arguably the nicest part of the city. The hotel is situated one block over from Rittenhouse Square. The hotel has a very old fashion feel with modern amenities, with one of the most professional staff for a hotel at this price level. I would like to give a specific shout out to Steve in the front who helped with bags directions checking in and checking out. I also found Khalid very knowledgeable and professional when he offered to hold our bags after we had checked out. We really liked the breakfast place connected to the entrance. Coffee was imported from Australia! We will definitely be back!

"Cool design helpful staff excellent location"
Madison515, 21 Mars 2021

Rittenhouse Square is around the corner. Their cool lobby is attached to “Spice Finch” an wonderful eclectic Mediterranean restaurant. Tho you can find AMAZING pizza a block away at Vetri Pizzeria (try their meatballs!) Theres a super convenient Indego bike sharing stand is right outside their side door. Their lobby is bright and open. This is a wonderful hotel I'd stay there again. The 17th Ave. location makes it easy to get to the Barnes Foundation for their incredible painting exhibit including their de Kooning special exhibit this spring 2021. Also we love the dream poet for hire who stations himself outside the entrance to Rittenhouse Square and writes you a poem from your suggestions. Find him if you can. Saturday morning farmers market in Rittenhouse Square is full of locals. Comedy clubs are within walking distance. Find your way to Third Street — it's good walking fun —Cafe Ole has noteworthy Shakshuka. What?! Soft poached eggs in middle eastern tomato sauce. Go try it.

"Classy design, good people, great neighborhood."
User, 21 Mars 2021

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Warwick hotel. Park around the corner on Chancellor Street and walk everywhere. Or take bikes theres an Indego bike share dock with twenty bikes ready to go right out side their side door. Excellent pizza and late night snacking is all within walking distance. That's if you don't want to indulge in a class a restaurant that's right off their lobby called space Finch. Staff is very helpful and lobby has a nice open vibe.

"Location, location, location."
User, 01 Mars 2021

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The hotel is walking distance from so many great places. We enjoyed breakfast at the Bluestone Lane-very nutritious, delicious and quick. We only had one issue, the shower water never got hot. We reported the problem at the desk but it was not resolved. Otherwise, the staff were all friendly, parking was on-site and we would visit again.

"Noisy dated rooms"
Poopsie66, 28 Février 2021

Construction was going on entire stay above room. Room was dated. Mini fridge did not work. Left hotel early...was completely exhausted. Staff not helpful in resolving situation. Rose petals were still in parts of bed covers from a previous stay!

"Shady Hotel. Terrible Management. Prostitutes and drugs?"
J5436KMsusan, 19 Février 2021

My 16 year old son and I stayed here and had a terrible experience. This was not a 4 star hotel. There were people who looked and acted like prostitutes staying in the hotel and partying in the room next door. Security did nothing. People were smoking pot in the elevators and rooms. Security did nothing. We had to move our room in the middle of the night at 1:00 AM. Manager did not reimburse or comp us anything for our troubles. We think they are renting rooms to people off the street after hours for cash. The manager said the room next to us was not registered to a guest. Yet there were people partying in it all night long.

"Don't waste your money"
richardfmooney, 10 Février 2021

Had lots of options for hotels in Philadelphia and regrettably picked the Warwick. Room look like it was furnished from salvation army. Bathtub in the bathroom with stained and rusted it did not drain properly. Walls to adjoining rooms or paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the other rooms. Most importantly every time the heating system went on it would make a banging noise and wake you up this must have occurred at least 15 times during the night. Overall this day was disappointing it would never go or recommend this hotel to anyone.

"A nice visit despite the current times......"
Adventurer142263, 18 Janvier 2021

Hotel is very modern, with all safety measures being exercised. Location is great for walking to nearby shops and restaurants. Parking at the hotel is valet only, $46, so we parked a few blocks away where we could park ourselves, $45. During the current pandemic I didn't want anyone else entering my vehicle.

"Philly for the first time !"
User, 21 Octobre 2020

Nice room, but nothing special. (Had a hard time getting hot water in the bathroom ! Took FOREVER. Most staff members we encountered were friendly. Restaurants were not open. (Major downer !) Loved the location to all of the historic spots in the city !

Great time making memories. Definitely will return for more adventures. My hotel was in a central location. It was clean and convenient. The staff was friendly and courteous. I got a phenomenal deal online even booking at the last minute. Would recommend!

"Great City Location"
deereams79, 06 Septembre 2020

This is a very nice hotel in the middle of all of the action in downtown Philly! The lobby was very clean and spacious. The rooms were pretty big for a old hotel. Parking is relatively easy and there's a good restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to many downtown attractions.
